I quit drinking when I was 34. So my body count went, if you were, if it was like a graph, there was like a fucking nose dive, okay, after I was, after I quit drinking.

And I say this all the time on my show, because most people drink. I don't have a problem with people drinking. I'm like, I can make drinks for people. I can have alcohol in my house. But I cannot drink, okay? I'm a full-fledged addict, okay? You give me alcohol. I will never stop drinking it because I love to anything good.

So I don't drink. But when I did, I fucked a lot of people. And whether you have a problem or not, people fuck a lot of people they'd never fuck if they weren't drinking. Sorry, it's just a fact, okay? Most people would have very low body counts if there was no alcohol. And that was one big thing for me. Like I fucked a lot of people when I was drunk. A lot of times it was like my friends.

Like I sometimes think back to like my friends that didn't have sex with me. While I was drunk, I was like, what was your problem? Like most people I wound up taking them home at some one point or another. Yeah. my friends because I really liked to know the person or something when I never got an STD or was raped or killed or anything. Thank God. But when I think about the things that I did when drunk, that really was because of alcohol. When I stopped drinking, my numbers went way downhill for me.

So one time I had a guy friend of mine who had a lot of fucking money. He once paid me not to talk for $24 hours, $500. I was like I should have done it for, I should have done it for three days. $1,500 because it was the easiest fucking thing. He was just thinking, oh, there's no way you can not talk. And I'm an honest bitch, right? Like, I would not. Like, if I'm not going to talk, I'm really going to see if I could do it.

So he knows I'm honest. I'm not just going to talk all night long and then say, yeah, I didn't talk. Give me $500. No way. I was like, I'm competitive. And I'm going to do it the right way. And I'm going to win $500 by not talking. And I remember, this is a good friend of mine.

He's still a good friend of mine to this day. But he's not a talker. And this is why he just thinks I cannot shut the fuck up. So he, and he's like, I'll pay you 500 not to talk. And me and him hung out during the day, like during the day of my not talking. And he was writing me notes the whole time. And he was talking. And I was like, well, I was writing back notes to answer his questions and so.

And he was like, when it was all said and done, I was like, that was so fucking easy. And he's just like, yeah, but did you learn anything, Kathy? Like when you quieted your mind, like when you stopped talking, did you learn anything? I'm like, yeah, I learned. First of all, you were like so fucking boring. there was like a moment while we were hanging out that he literally said, you see the grass over there? Doesn't it look really green?

If this is what people bring to the table, this is why I fucking talk, because you are boring and most people are boring, and I find myself very interesting. And I keep myself entertained. So that's what I learned. You need to be a little bit more interesting. I'm not going to stop talking.

My talking keeps me entertained all the time. You know what I'm saying? But anyway, so he ran this like really huge company. And one time when I was in between jobs, I was like in there working, he, like, hired me to do shit for him. One time he paid me to go in a car service to get chick fillet for us and eat it. This is like really rich people can do. He's got like that kind of way. It was like fun.

So one day he said, go and write down all the guys you had sex with. Tell me. And to this day, I will tell you, I put all the guys down on the number. I can't tell you the number, but it was high. And I was like, oh, my God. To this day, I remember people. that I'm like, oh, I forgot that one on the list when I was like, oh. Wait, why can't you tell me the number?

It was like, it was lower than 100, but it was like maybe 75, I don't know. But if you thought, if you did the math, okay, this is what I'm going to tell you, though. If you did the math as a woman who never had long-term boyfriends, really, I would have long-term guys that I stayed with, but for whatever reason, we weren't really monogamous. So I was really mostly all my life able to do whatever the fuck I want, except like one time in my 20s, I had a two and a half year relationship. And any time I did have a relationship. Well, actually, sometimes I did cheat when I was drinking.

So, you know, if you did the math, it only came down and I lost my Virginia 15. It came down to like maybe two people, max a year or three. Like, it wasn't really that bad if you sort of considered all the numbers of years that I was on the market and everything. But let me just tell you, like I said, since I quit drinking, maybe there's three people on my list or four people. Like I just don't fuck around. I'm not in bars. I'm not going home with people. I'm not social like that. So it's just, it's like it really changed my life. And I did stop having sex with people. And let me just tell you with my body count. It wasn't like all those people I wanted to fuck at all. That's one of the reasons why I quit drinking is because I would have sex with people that I didn't want to. When I think that happens a lot of the time. When after a while I got fucking sick of it, like that was another, when I was like blacking out and I'm like waking up next to one of my friends that I was like, oh my God, get the fuck out of my house. Like what are you doing? Cuddling with me. It was like horrifying. So I don't know that if I never drank and had an issue with drinking and use that as a, as a, what I used it for as my addiction.

Yeah. But what's your count? Yeah. I think so it's got to be high, 20s, low 30s. Oh my God. Are you serious? Yeah. Yeah.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

Yeah. Yeah. I don't. You're not a drinker. Were you like a. party person like I lived in Manhattan everybody's you know you're going out Monday Tuesday Wednesday going to work throw it I was no up in between clients like you didn't live that way no no no no no I was not I was always the unfortunately I was always the one the responsible one

like who made sure everybody got home you know what I mean that's good that's something wrong with but listen look that that's why you decided to sort of live out all your stuff when you were older but to me it's better doing it your way than my way because you did every with the right intention. Everything that you did was you intended to do. Mine wasn't intentional. You know what I mean? Mine was all unintentional.

So, of course, if I could do it over, I would do less of that. But, you know, live and learn. Yeah. No, so making up for the last time. But I don't need the alcohol because now I'm just bold enough. No, and you shouldn't. I love the people that I have on my show. Most of the successful people, because I have a lot of successful people on my show and people

who are really, like, did a lot of research to get into the lifestyle, they're in long-term relationships, whatever. And most of the time, there's no alcohol or drugs included at all. And I think that that's why those are the successful ones, because when you're doing, when you, when you have to be drunk to do something, like, that's not a good sign. I have girls that are doing gangbangs and stuff and either most hardcore girls I have on my show. None of them are like fucking slurring their words are high in heroin when they're doing it. They're completely sober. And that's why, I have them on my show because there's nothing dark there. To me, if it was a woman that's like, oh, and I got to do Molly or get fucked up to do whatever, that's like a different story to me.

That's dark. That's something's wrong. That person's doing it for the wrong reasons like I was with sex. That's why I quit drinking. It should be, you know, done because it's what you want to do. And like I said, I'm an open-minded person. I say, fuck whoever you want, do whatever. Have three-sums. But be sober when you're doing it. Yeah, because that way you're giving, you're absolutely giving consent. And yeah, for yourself too. Like I said,

I wouldn't have to half the people that I did. And I don't feel like anyone took advantage of me. It was my own doing. I was like working my shit out. I have a whole getting sober episode, which is like fantastic and that. But, you know, that's not most people's problem.

And I think, but I do think a lot of people, but like I said, fuck people when they're drunk. And it's not because they have a problem in their attic. It just happens. Everyone's out. And I have to tell you,

like when I quit drinking, someone said like, oh, do you like cake going in bars? because you have no game and I'm like no I still have fucking game and I never really went to bars but I wound up going to one one night as a non-drinker and as the night went on and people started to get drunk and I'm like just totally sober and then I start to see everybody's like vibe and the way they're talking to each other and moving around and I was like oh wow he's right I have no fucking game there is an energy to the like a buzz and some drinking and a bar and a club where everyone becomes like kind of hotter in a weird way there's like this energy this game that sort of comes around and I'm like when you are stone cold sober you just not fucking there there there's nothing hot about I felt very not hot in a bar I'm telling you I really did it's like that is not where I feel hot I feel hot now if I go out to dinner with a guy and I can just chat

with them nice candlelight whatever but I don't feel hot in a bar but I do think a lot of people get horny because there is a vibe there is a game there is a thing that goes on when everyone's like kind of half drunk yeah and it's hot and it's sexy I don't think there's anything wrong with it Have you tried Kava? What's Kava? It's, it's, it's, I just keep hearing about it. It's like a, it's not alcoholic. It's not, like, you don't get addicted to it, but it gets you, gives you a little buzz, basically.

Oh, I can't stand anything like that. I will get addicted to anything that gives me a buzz. If I like a song, because I'm a music person, me and my son drive around with, like, music on 100 in my car. Like, I love loud, fucking music, because it makes me feel something. Like, I love it. I'm a total addict. So if I like a song, I'll listen to it on Loop like 50 times. Anything that makes me feel good, I can become addicted to.

And I would, so I don't do Red Bull or anything that jacks me up. I do coffee, and I think that that's a drug, and I really like it. And I do my one cup a day, and it makes me feel good. But I don't need any other energy in my life. I have a lot. Do you try Kava? You try Kava? I have not tried it, but I hear good things about it.

I'm just curious what it. what it feels like. But do people use it for sex or is it just for a morning thing if you'd want to change coffee? No, I think it's a drink substitute. So you would drink it and it gives you, it relaxes you, kind of gives you a little buzz. Oh, oh, it's like a, yeah, no, that's interesting. Yeah, I don't go to bars anyway. But they have, they have these Kava bars and then you can also get, you can buy the stuff

and have it at home make little mocktails with it, but it actually does give you a buzz. Oh, that's kind of interesting. I'm going to Google it. It's supposed to relax you and give you this, give you a buzzed feeling without alcohol, without any kind of a drug effect. Yeah, I never heard of that. I took the interview and rewrote it in the third person. And I wouldn't really call it like a total erotica book. Think like penthouse letters.

It's more direct. It's not so over the top like erotica. I don't really like that kind of vibe, right? But these are true stories, 17 of them. They're really short chapters, easy read. You could read one or two and then skip around. You could read the whole book. It's available in eback format, paperback format.
