Starting point is 00:03:18 You'll get the right price. Anyway, today I have on Electra Rain. Oh my God. She's so interesting. You're going to love her story. this is a girl who's done a lot I mean she's only in her late 20s she's done porn she started a website called queercrush.com where it's you know a site it's a lesbian porn site made by strictly lesbian women she talks about how and why she
Starting point is 00:03:45 started that site and what she did before and she did a lot before she always knew she was into men and women and she you know was super sort of open when she was younger she also knew that she was into porn when she was very young. I mean, she said at one point she always knew she wanted to do porn when she was younger. We get that whole story. She eventually did start doing porn. She also became a stripper. She loved it. She talks about why she loved it and what she loved about it. She talks about her Polly relationships with guys. She talks about her relationship with her wife. She's married. They're now open, but they were monogamous at first. And then she also talks about how and why she started her website called Queer Crush. You're going to want to hear about her website
Starting point is 00:04:23 because they really do their porn in a very unique way. She felt like she could, you know, as a queer woman, she never saw porn that sort of depicted the kind of sex she was having. And so that's what she creates on her site. It's super interesting how they film and their rules and how they produce their content. It's definitely going to make you want to go and check it out. And then she talks about how she got into working at the brothel. She does work at a brothel as well.
Starting point is 00:04:53 She talks about that towards the end, but her whole story of how all these things came to be is super interesting. Her website, Queercrucush.com, is super interesting. I'm going to put the links to that as well as her website online because she has an only fan's too, but you're going to love her story. Her name is Electra Rain, and I'm going to be right back on with Electra. Hi, Elector Rain. Welcome to the strictly anonymous podcast. How are you today? I'm great.
Starting point is 00:05:18 Thank you for having me. How are you? No, thanks for coming on. You sound so super young, but I feel like you've accomplished so. much already. I love your name, by the way. Is that like your stage name? It has to be a stage name because you kind of are a stage performer, right? You were a performer. You also started a website called Queer Crush, Queer Crush.com. It hosts only like, you know, lesbian porn, right? But it's like made by lesbians. It's real stuff. Like you are, like, I was reading your whole backstory on
Starting point is 00:05:46 the website, which I thought was like super interesting. And you were saying that, you know, the reason why you started it was because, you know, you're queer. And, you're queer. And, you would always go and look for lesbian porn and it just never sort of represented the kind of actual sex you were having in real life. And that's what you guys bring to life in your videos, correct? Is that the whole premise of our queercrush.com? Yep, exactly. So we are actually literally the only lesbian porn site that is created 100% by dykes. It is made by us for us. Yep. What are the rest of them made by men?
Starting point is 00:06:20 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And you know, how would they know, know what queer woman are really looking for. You know what I'm saying? Like they know what straight guys are looking for. Exactly. Yeah. And so you guys were the first and only ones and still the only ones? Yep. Yeah. Yeah. There's a couple of other really great queer porn sites out there. My personal favorite being Crashpad, but none of them are like lesbian specific. How long ago do you guys start your website? Because you work with somebody, right? Yeah. I have a business partner. Her name is Dalia Von Knight. She handled most of the production end of things where I do mostly like the creative and business stuff. So she's the one actually holding left.
Starting point is 00:06:59 Like he did the video and I do the photos usually in most of the scenes. We launched. We actually just celebrated our second anniversary. So we're still pretty new. Yeah, that's amazing. So let's go back and like get your whole backstory, you know, because like I said, you sound super young. Do you mind saying your age or do you not tell people your age?
Starting point is 00:07:16 Yeah, no, that's fine. I just turned 28 this month. Right. So 28, two years ago you started this site. I'm assuming like, let's say. Let's go back to like when you came out or when you knew that you were queer. Why don't we start there and then get up to the point where you decided, you know, how and why you decided to start queer crush? Sure.
Starting point is 00:07:32 So it's actually kind of interesting. I literally never thought that I might be straight. It never, I mean, like, it wasn't this big deal for me. I just, it never made sense to me to write off, you know, approximately half of the population. Or something as simple as like what gender or what genitals they have. Yeah. So I didn't necessarily use the term. bisexual, like firmly until college.
Starting point is 00:07:54 But I always, like, never, I never, I never really identified with, like, being straight either. It never made sense to me. And you, but you dated everybody. Like, you dated men. You dated women. Like, you were down for all of it. And it was never confusing to you. Is that what you're saying?
Starting point is 00:08:10 Yeah. I mean, not that it wasn't ever confusing. Like, I remember being, like, I don't know, maybe 11 or 12 and trying to tell some of my friends at lunch that, like, yeah, have you guys heard about this word, like, curious? I think I might be like curious. And as soon as they were like, oh my God, ew, what? I was like, ha ha, just kidding. Everyone, I guess I'm not talking to people about that.
Starting point is 00:08:29 And then, like, in high school, there was only one out lesbian at my high school. And she was definitely into me. And I was so not into her. And she actually, like, made me kind of uncomfortable. So I did not have, like, a ton of experience there in high school. I ended up kissing, like, a couple of girls, like, right before I graduated. And then really in college is when I started to explore my sexuality more, but not because of a lack of interest or even a lack of knowledge on my part, really just because of a prior lack of access. Yeah, that's interesting.
Starting point is 00:09:01 But what about guys? Like, were you hooking up with guys in that during that time as well, though? Because it sounds like you're down for either, right? You're not saying just women, but you're also saying not just men. Right, right, right. No, no. I'm into everybody. Gender is not like a huge thing for me.
Starting point is 00:09:15 Yeah. I did. I was dating that. I actually in high school, I had two. absolutely incredible boyfriends. In fact, like, I believe everybody who wants to have a boyfriend should get to have a boyfriend as good as either of these guys
Starting point is 00:09:27 were. And it set my standard so high. Yeah. Because, like, I'm sorry, but if you can't treat me as well as my boyfriend did when I was 16, you're going to have to do it better. But the cool thing is, I dated these two guys for four years each with two years of overlap, and they didn't, like, they knew each other existed before I was dating
Starting point is 00:09:43 them, but they became friends through their relationships with me. And to this day, not only, and I're still very good friends with them, they are very good friends, and they and my like number one fuck buddy from college all have a book club together. Wait a second, but wait, was this like a Polly situation? Because you don't sound like you were, like, when you say there's overlap, were you dating both of them at the same time and they were cool with it? Yeah, that's correct. So it would be like in the community, like what's technically called Polly Fidelity, wherein there's multiple closed relationships. So I wasn't like dating or hooking up with other people outside of those two relationships. But I did have those two relationships with everybody all on the same page about it. Yeah, that's cool.
Starting point is 00:10:23 But now it in that situation, because I know each one is set up differently, did those two guys ever hang out to get like, was there ever any threesomes going on with all of you? Or was it just you with the one guy or you with the other guy separately? Like did any? No, no, we did. We did a lot of group hanging out, like truly just hanging out. And then that is where some of the ones. my earliest experiences with three tons of things came from, which is really interesting because like it sort of started with everybody's like a little uncomfortable.
Starting point is 00:10:54 Everybody's, well, maybe not me, but they're a little like not sure. And by the end, it was not like that anymore. And I didn't even necessarily need to be there. So that was like it's just like a really cool journey to get to see. Two people that I really care about go through and for us all to go through together. Now, anyone that listens to my show knows I'm always talking about anal action. I always talk about why it's so good, how much I love it, and why I think every guy should try it out. And that's why I'm excited to tell you about the butter wellness paroneum massager, because their massager is only used externally. That's right. You don't have to put anything inside of you to have a prostate orgasm. You use it right on your taint. And if you don't know where your taint is, it is that little sensitive spot right between your balls and your asshole.
Starting point is 00:13:22 Massaging your taint on a daily basis can not only give you a prostate orgasm, which, by the way, I've heard, is the best orgasm ever. It could also increase your blood flow, give you stronger erections. And if you have any kind of erectile dysfunction going on, it could help with that too. I just aired an episode number 923 with a super straight guy who talked all about the fact, that he cured his ED with prostate massage, and he used the butter wellness perineum massager. He talked about it on that episode, and he loved it. And the good news is right now, butter wellness is offering my listeners 20% off your whole order. So order up by as much as you can because you're going to get 20% off everything you buy when you use my code strictly at butterwellness.com.

That's better wellness.com. Use code strictly or just go to the description and click on the link. By the end, it was not like that anymore and I didn't even necessarily need to be there. So that was just like a really cool journey to get to see. people that I really care about go through and for us all to go through together.
Starting point is 00:14:41 Yeah, that's super interesting. And at the end of those relationships, did they happen at the same time, different times? No. So I started dating the first guy for two years. And that was actually like we were both virgins when we met. Oh, okay. And then about two years in, and he was one school year older than me. So we went to the same school.
Starting point is 00:15:01 We met through a summer theater program, but we didn't have a lot of classes together. And then two years into our relationship, I had this second. guy in my biology class with me. And I was like, oh, no, like, I think I have a crush on the second guy. So I went to my boyfriend and I was like, hey, I just want to let you know there's this guy and they had gone to the same middle school. So they kind of knew each other. I was like, there's just guy. And I, like, I just, as your girlfriend, I want to be honest with you. Like, I'm not trying to pursue him. There's nothing going on between us. We've never even really spoken outside of like literally talking about our biology class, but I want to be honest with you and
Starting point is 00:15:34 let you know that I do what he's feeling. And it was that first boyfriend, he was like, oh, well, why don't you ask him out and date him too? And like, I don't know, it never even occurred to me that that could possibly be an option. Exactly. So I did. Yeah, it was amazing. And then, so then we had two years of overlap. And then the first relationship ended purely because we had grown in different directions
Starting point is 00:15:55 and weren't the right fit for each other anymore. Like I said, we're still really good friends. I'm actually in a few weeks going to a big party for his PhD defense. Yeah. So actually, I'm helping to plan the party. And then I dated the second guy for another two years. And we went to college. We were long distance for a little while.
Starting point is 00:16:13 Right. So the Polly aspect of it had nothing to do with the breakups. That's correct. Yeah. And now when you're in like, okay, so eventually you start dating women. Like at this point, had you ever dated a woman then by then or just guy? I had not dated a woman. No.
Starting point is 00:16:29 I had been sexually involved with women and mostly in like a three-sum context. And then after I broke. up with the second guy, a big factor actually in that breakup was I really wanted to be like fully open. I wanted to go through a whole phase, right? Like I was in college. I had been in serious monogamous relationships or like closed relationships, not monogamous, but closed relationships since I was 14. And I was like, I want to kind of do whatever I want. And my boyfriend was like, I completely understand that.
Starting point is 00:17:01 But I don't think I can handle it, especially being all the way across the country for you. So we broke up. and I had eight months of a deliberate whole phase where I was hanging out with everybody, and then I met my now wife. Oh, you're married. I didn't know that for some of your, or maybe I did. I think I may have saw it on your website. So how long ago was that? How long you guys been married for together? So we've been married for two years together for seven. Oh, wow. Okay. So was she the first girl, besides being your wife, was she the first girl you dated? I went on one previous date with one girl, but it was kind of a bummer because I had asked her out and I was so clear in asking her out that like I am asking you out on a date.
Starting point is 00:17:48 And she was a lesbian and had like, had dated many women. But when I got to the date, it was so clear that she did not want it to be a date. She just wanted to be friends. And she and I are still friendly to this day. But that was a big bummer for me where I was like, it's my first date with a girl. Oh my God. And then it, like, kind of wasn't really. I did have a best friend, a female best friend throughout college.
Starting point is 00:18:09 And we had met actually originally because of our mutual attraction to each other. And we hung out a lot. And you could like kind of say it was a date. It wasn't intended to be a date. But we like, we tried to hook up a couple of times and realized that it just like did not work. So forever afterwards, we just had this really intensely flirty friendship. And we learned that we were great in group situations together. Like three-sum, four-sum orgy.
Starting point is 00:18:34 together, like great, perfect support people for each other. But when it was just the two of us, like, one on one, it wasn't going to work. Oh, my God. That's kind of interesting to find out, you know, but you went there and figured that out. So your wife really was like the second girl, the second date with a real date with a girl and it winds up being the one. Yes. And definitely my first like relationship with a girl that wasn't either more, like either
Starting point is 00:18:57 completely entirely we're just hooking up a little bit without dating or really were friends and it's funny. My first girlfriend became my wife. I mean, listen, your sort of dating history sounds like, you know, very varied and very open, but it sounds like you had a very easy relationship dating story. Like you literally said, like you had these two great guys, right, that you dated. And then, you know, your first date with that one girl wasn't that great. But like, welcome to the world of dating.
Starting point is 00:19:22 Most people have 50 dates like that before they meet the one. And the one right after you meet your wife. So you've been kind of lucky, I feel like, when it comes to, like, finding good partners. have. Right? I absolutely have. Yeah. And I even like I didn't have a truly bad boyfriend until like about a year and a half ago. I dated a guy for three, four months and he got capital D dumped. I don't mean like, oh, it didn't work out. Like he got dumped. But yes, I was very, very, very fortunate. Honestly, in a lot of respects my way too because like I, like my parents knew that I had two boyfriend. My parents loved both of my boyfriend. And like my grandparents knew. And like my grandparents knew. And, like, they didn't understand it, but also they both came at our annual family camping trip, and it was all fine. So I'm very lucky in a lot of ways. And similarly, I never, like, came out on purpose because, like, I said, like, it wasn't like I had this sudden realization that I'm gay or something like that. Right.
Starting point is 00:20:19 And I, the way I came out to my mom was actually completely by accident when I had scheduled that date with the girl that turns out she just wanted to be friends. Yeah. I was on the phone with my mom. It was, like, regular catching up. And I was like, oh, yeah, by the way, like, I have this date with this girl next week, blah, blah, blah. But like, like, is it the same way I would have said. I'm going out with a new guy next week. Yeah, you didn't even occur to me in my head.
Starting point is 00:20:41 Yeah. Yeah, that this is different in any kind of way. And my mom's like, oh, that's great. You'll have to tell me how it goes. Same thing. The same exact response she would have had. And it wasn't until I hung up the phone that I realized. Oh, I guess I just came out to my mom.
Starting point is 00:20:54 Yeah, but obviously your parents were very progressive, even your grandparents. I mean, it doesn't sound like you had any pushback at all. and you weren't like living in a conservative family in the slightest, correct? Right, that's correct. No, my family has always been incredibly supportive, even to the point where, like, my grandmother was always very progressive for her time. Yeah. She, like, worked outside the home.
Starting point is 00:21:13 She was an author and an English teacher, and she would go to these, like, writers retreats for a week at a time. And, like, her neighbors couldn't believe, oh, your grandpa watches the kid, and my grandpa watches the kids while your God, like, what? Like, it's crazy. And I remember her telling me, you know, she didn't like to tell you. tattoos, but she loved that I had tattoos because she knew it made me happy. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:21:36 And she was like, you know, when I was your, I went to school to be a forensic scientist. She was like, when I was your age, women rarely went to college at all. They definitely didn't have tattoos and they didn't go into science. So for you to be a woman with tattoos, going to school to be a scientist, it just makes me so happy. And even still, like, when I, like, I told my grandparents that I was a stripper. Yeah. And she even still, she was like, you know, I wish you did something else. but I know how much it means you and I know how happy it makes you and I love that for you.
Starting point is 00:22:04 So yeah, I have always been really, really lucky in the family department. Oh my God. You have your grandmother's jeans. I love your grandmother. And now should I assume that your parents, your grandmother all know about everything you're doing now too? Because besides queer crush, you're making porn, you're starring in it, you also work at the brothel and we'll get to that story too, right? So do they know all of the, all of that as well? Yeah, they do.
Starting point is 00:22:29 In fact, my mom and I talk every Friday, and so I still, like, even when I'm at work on Friday, I'm like, yep, I'm at the brothel this week. She's like, how's it going? Oh, it's kind of slow. Oh, it's been really good, you know? Yeah, that's amazing. And, I mean, was there ever any kind of problem or issue? Or was it just, you just sort of put it out there because you were always super honest and up front with every one of these things that came up with your parents, like the porn and the brothel and all that? Yeah, really just any time I had entered like a new realm of sex.
Starting point is 00:22:59 work. So when I started stripping, when I first did porn, when I joined, went to the brothel. They've always had some like, are you being safe type of concerns? But once all of those have been addressed, then they've always been supportive. So they've never like inherently had an issue with what I'm doing so long as they are confident that I am physically safe. Yeah, that's great. That's great. I mean, you're lucky, right, for all of that because I'm sure you know plenty of people in the business that don't have that experience or don't have that kind of family support. And I think that makes all the different. So let's get back to your journey of sex work, right? So when do you start strip? Like, is it the stripping that comes first? Like, how does, how does the order of all those things that
Starting point is 00:23:36 you're doing now come to be? So in, yeah, in 2015, I had like just started college and I went out to Northern California to shoot my first couple of porn scenes for a fetish company. But how did you get into that? So I had known since I was really, really, really young that I wanted to do porn. So I actually applied the model for kink.com on my 18th birthday. Interestingly, I actually did not shoot for kink until just a couple years ago. Now I've done, I don't know, six or eight scenes for them. But it didn't get hired for them until just a few years ago. But when I was 19, like just about a year after I first started sending out foreign applications,
Starting point is 00:24:16 I was hired for a similar style of websites. And so they flew me out to Northern California, which was great because my boyfriend at the time went to UC Berkeley and we were long distance. So I got paid to have a. thick hotel room and hang out with my boyfriend for four days, which was fantastic. And then I did a handful of scenes for them. And then I wasn't really getting booked more. No agent wanted to work with me because I was a size eight from Chicago who already had tattoos. And that was fine. I never in a million years thought that I would be a porn star. I always knew I wanted to do it, but more as like
Starting point is 00:24:50 a bucket list kind of thing. So I was like, okay, cool. I did it. I did porn all done. And I, you know, I was in school and I had a work-study job. And then through porn, I met this incredible writer named Trixie Maribon who went to UC Berkeley. She was a UC Berkeley student and also a stripper. And she was writing a column for their school newspaper called Sex on Tuesday. It's existed for decades, but every semester, somebody different writes it. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:25:16 So I read her work about being a college student being a stripper and being a college student slash kind of a porn star, it really supposed to reach out to her. Yeah. And I was like, hey, you know, here's who I am. Here's my background. your work really spoke to me. I would love to take you to lunch or buy you a coffee or something. Sometimes I'm going to be in town for a shoot, you know, these dates.
Starting point is 00:25:35 And she said, oh, I would love to. Also, my roommates and I have a spare bedroom if you want. So I ended up going to spend like a month in California. Wow. And I booked a ton of photoshoots and I did a few porn teams and I hung out with her. And she totally changed my life. She taught me so much just like about the world and about myself and about sex work and like so many things. And she did my makeup for me so I could go audition at her.
Starting point is 00:25:57 strip club. I literally did not recognize myself. I didn't know how to do makeup. But with like winged eyeliner and fake eyelashes and I was like, who is that? So I took the bar down into San Francisco and I auditioned and did not get hired
Starting point is 00:26:13 but I did get a $10 tip on the side stage while I was auditioning which I'd been back to that club since that like never happened. So it really ignited the fire in me. Come home back to Chicago and then I started dancing. And I absolutely fell in love with dancing.
Starting point is 00:26:30 It completely changed my life. Yeah. I loved being a stripper more than any other job I had ever had to this day. If it was more feasible for me to still be dancing full time, I absolutely, I loved it so much. And so I was kind of like, okay, whatever, I'm done with porn. If it was more feasible for me to still be dancing full time, I absolutely, I loved it so much. And so I was kind of like, okay, whatever, I'm done with porn. No, but you need to stop right there because I need to know, because I got to tell you, like, I'm way old
Starting point is 00:26:57 than you. And stripping became a thing in my day, right? Like in the like late 80s, everyone started stripping. It became like the cool thing, right? Porn stars were becoming really popular. It was coming more mainstream. And all of my friends started to, they were all became strippers. It was like the thing, you know, that sort of popped. And I saw so many of my girlfriends, like it sort of changed them. They started hating men. Like it was a negative experience for a lot of women. I'm dying to know, you know, what you loved about it so much. Sure. Well, first of all, this is true of many facets of sex work for me at least, but there is a huge amount of empowerment in being able to extract value from something that's
Starting point is 00:27:38 going to happen to you, whether you like it or not. So, you know, I walked on the street, and it literally happened today at the grocery store. I walked down the street and someone's going to holler at me and try to get me to talk to them and really just harass me and waste my time. But I can step in the strip club where I know I am consenting. I am signing up for this, and I can profit from it. And there's a huge amount of power in there, especially as someone who grew up kind of chubby and awkward and people weren't really particularly into me.
Starting point is 00:28:05 There was this sort of big script flip. And then it gave me, it taught me a lot about business, about sales, about marketing, about just like being an adult in the world. It was the most exercise I'd ever done in my life. I had medically transformed my body, like physically. I didn't go to the gym, but boy, did I look way different. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:28:23 And it gave me, so people sometimes have this idea, this misconception that sex work in any capacity is easy money. And it's not easy money, but what they're trying to get at is that in a lot of cases it is accessible money. So for me, as a full-time college student at Northwestern University, there is no other job where I could pick my own schedule and make it work with my class schedule and be as flexible as I needed it to be and make the kind of money that I did where I was able to graduate from a top 10 university with less. been $5,000 in loans. And while I was in college, I went to every concert I wanted to. I brought my friends because I realized they didn't have the same financial access that I did. So my choices were go alone or buy two tickets.
Starting point is 00:29:05 I went on trips. All the time I went on work trips. I went on vacations. I went skydiving for the first time. And I, you know, before I went to college, my family had a lot of money when I was a little kid. And then our financial situation changed dramatically. And both my parents' houses were foreclosed on.
Starting point is 00:29:18 And we were on food stamps and things were not great. So to go from that to, I am paying for school. and I can do kind of whatever I want, and I am confident that I have money in the bank and money still coming into the bank. Like, that was really incredible and life-changing. Yeah. And you loved what you were doing. I mean, that was all.
Starting point is 00:29:35 I loved what I was doing. Yeah. Okay. So now, so you do that and then when, and now we also, let's all go back a little bit. Like, why do you think, like, when you were younger, you were dying to be a pornster? Do you just think, like, maybe it was because it was what you were meant to be? Like, I mean, do you remember, like, the thought, your thought process back then? No, I know.
Starting point is 00:29:52 I know. I know, yeah, I know exactly what happens. Yeah. So when I was pretty young, it was fifth grade. I don't know if I can say that, but it was fifth grade. A friend and I thought it would be really funny to go to boobobs.com. We were like, we didn't know about porn. We barely knew about sex.
Starting point is 00:30:07 We were just like, that would be so funny. What is there at boobs.com? Oh, my God, cute. And it used to be, it's not anymore, but it used to be like an affiliate directory of porn sites. So it would link you to like any kind of site you want. Yeah. And what happened to be on the homepage that day that we went to boops.com was Hogtide, which is kink.com's ropebonage sites. And we opened up this website and my friend is like, oh my God, ew, gross.
Starting point is 00:30:34 And I'm like, yeah. Ew. Gross. Right. So I later, by myself, went back to the website and I was like, okay, this is crazy. This looks a lot like what's going on in my head when I do that weird wiggling thing that I'm only just starting to realize might. masturbation, but I like have no idea at all. And then I was like, oh my God, is there something wrong with me?
Starting point is 00:30:58 Like, clearly I hate women if all this bondage is what I'm interested in. And like, are these women being abused? Do I have a pornography addiction in fifth grade? And then I saw a full interview where they do like the pre-scene interview and the post-scene interview with the models. And they talk about like, these are my limits and these are my boundaries. And then at the end they say, like, I love these parts. I didn't really like this part.
Starting point is 00:31:21 this was my safe word. I'd totally come back and shoot again. And then it has the 2-257 record keeping compliance statement about like all models are over the age of 18 and paid and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And I was like, wait, these are paid models? Who would want to do a thing like that? And then I'm like, wait a second. I am someone who would want to do a thing like that, which means there must be other people out there like me. And that moment was a huge moment for me when it comes to accepting myself sexually, which then had far-reaching repercussions. Percussions for just, like, loving myself and accepting who I am. I'm recognizing that, like, sure, even if I'm a little strange, it's not bad. And there are other people like me out there. And so I knew I was like, I want to get back to that. I want to be a part of that. And also, like, I've thought about this experience on this kink.com set so many times since I was so young, I want to make that happen.
Starting point is 00:32:10 So that's where it came from. And then those first, yeah, that's fascinating. And those first couple scenes that you did were they BDSM hardcore scenes like you do see on kink. dot com? They were. In fact, the company I shot for was much more extreme. It was not things that I'm particularly necessarily interested in. Though they did have a great process as far as like, what are you actually okay with
Starting point is 00:32:32 doing? Right. Were you always into BDSM? Did you know that? Yeah. I mean, I guess I've been into BDSM longer than I've known what that is. Exactly. The images that would happen in my head when I, like, I didn't even know it was masturbating.
Starting point is 00:32:47 I didn't know it was sexual. But it was still lots of like, what if I was kidnapped or what if the doctor got really creative, like all of these types of thoughts. Yeah, that's where your mind went, right? And then you get wired that way for sure, especially of those early memories. I think you could always tie it back to something. So you do, okay, so now you're stripping. Like eventually, I don't know which comes first, queer crush and making your own porn and doing that. No, no, no, no. So I danced my way through college. I graduated college. I, I, I, I, I, I, went to school to be a forensic scientist and I had a day job. Oh, like dead bodies? Wait, dead bodies? Is that what?
Starting point is 00:33:25 Yeah, although I mostly did cold case investigation. Yeah. Oh, so fascinating. So like, yeah, so by the time I was on the case, the body was long gone. But we have all the other. I specialize in interview and interrogation. And then I switched from doing that to doing, like, localization for medical questionnaires. So I was doing that.
Starting point is 00:33:43 I was still dancing. And then in 2019, I had three surgery. and was diagnosed with a genetic condition called Ellysandler syndrome, which is not going to kill me, but is a huge, gigantic pain in the ass all the time. What is it? So it's a connected tissue disorder wherein your body produces faulty collagen, and as a result, your connected tissue doesn't work properly. So it can impact, like, kind of everything that you do. Yeah, and it's just a huge pain in the ass. So I had hip and shoulder surgery that year and couldn't dance pretty much the whole year.
Starting point is 00:34:15 and then I was and accumulated 10 grand in medical debt. And then I was back at the strip club for one week when the pandemic started. And thankfully, my day job, I was able to work remotely and it was a good job. It would have been enough money to live off of, but it was not enough money to pay off the medical debt. So just like everybody else, I hopped on the only fans train. And I met another girl and got connected with her agent and then bounced around through a few agents in 2020 before I settled on my current agent, who I do actually genuinely love. And so that's kind of how I ended up back in porn. So that was 2020, early 2020 is when I, well, March of 2020 is when I started Onlyfans.
Starting point is 00:34:53 Late 2020 is when I came back to like mainstream studio porn. And then in March of 2021, I quit my day job to do sex work full time. In October of 21, I moved from Chicago to Las Vegas for my career. And then in the summer of 22 is when I called up my friend and I was like, hey, let me take you to a business lunch. I have an idea. That idea was queer crush. Wow. And then, but when you moved to Vegas, did you join the brothel then, or did this come after recently? No, I waited a little longer. Honestly, I didn't join the brothel until my shoot slowed down and queer crush is not yet a profitable business. And I was like, I need more money to keep producing the website. So I had a friend
Starting point is 00:35:33 who was working at the brothel. I asked what her experience was like, and honestly, the idea of exchanging sex for money has always really appealed to me. I just, a big baby about like both my physical safety and my legal safety. So having a legal option right there is fantastic. And now these days I say I'm kind of like gay Robin Hood. I'm not all my brothel plants are men, but probably 70% are. And so I have sex with men for very high sums of money. The brothel is absolutely a luxury experience. And then I take that money and I use it to fund my queer little business. Yeah. So let's get to your queer little business. You know, what makes you go out and call up your friend and say, hey, I got a business idea for you. Was it because like you're very into porn, you're out there, you're looking, you're
Starting point is 00:36:13 doing some porn things and you're just like, there isn't like the porn that I want out there and I want to make it? Yeah, that was a big part of it. And also to be honest, like I said, my mainstream bookings had slowed down. And also a lot of times like when you get booked for a scene, you know, if something makes you uncomfortable, you can say so, but otherwise you're there to play the role that they need you to play for the script. It has nothing to do with, like you don't get to write it. You're not choosing exactly what's happening. And so I realized that like I was making. I was making, a lot of content, but I wasn't making a lot that I was proud of. It was really highly optimized to be like, the client requested this exactly.
Starting point is 00:36:48 So I'm going to just meet their requests. We're like, what's going to make me as much many as possible, but as fast as possible because I don't, like I have to get, I have to make so much content and keep putting out every week. And I realized it was like, if I'm going to be doing all this work and putting in all this energy and I'm going to be a creator, I'm going to be a business owner, I want to be doing something that I'm proud of. I want to be doing something that I feel like is actually very good and very important.
Starting point is 00:37:12 So that I knew I was like, I think I want to start something. And then it was a pretty easy decision when you look at like the lesbian form that's out there, especially when it comes to toys. Like most of the queer women I know use tons of toys and gear. Like we love toys and gear. We love getting creative. But most lesbian studios will either, they take one of two approaches to it. One is it's all about natural, authentic, patches.
Starting point is 00:37:38 So don't you dare bring a dildo in here? Or it's like one of those huge sites where they want everything to be really extreme and you make like a big shock space and you mum so loud and you're squirting everywhere. And 10 minutes before the camera start rolling, they say, by the way, use this strap on. And you don't know if those performers like to strap at all. You don't know if they've ever done it before. And you certainly don't know that they know that strap on because pretty much anybody who's worn a strap on can tell you, they're all very different from each other.
Starting point is 00:38:06 and you need your rig to fit your body the way you want it to in order to be able to fuck the way you want to. So I was like, man, like there really is a gap here for lesbian toy content that speaks to anybody and everybody, be it men who like lesbian porn or not. And then also, yeah, there is a huge gap when it comes to content that I've actually made for the Saffa community. Quick question before I get more into that, you know, queer crush. When you were doing porn for these other sites, was it always with women?
Starting point is 00:38:33 No, no, no, no, I shoot with everybody. You shoot with everyone, right? But queer crush, oh, it's all. I get shoot for, like, straight boy girl porn a lot more often than I get booked for lesbian porn. Yeah, that was, okay, so that's interesting. So you do that over there. Do you still work for other people, or do you strictly now just work for? You do?
Starting point is 00:38:53 No, I do. I'm a lot more, I get to be a lot more selective about my booking because I do so many other things. But I do, like, I'm still listed with the same agent, and I am available as needed. Yeah, I love it. Okay, so let's get to queer crush. So you meet with your friend and you're like, hey, I have this great idea. She's a lesbian too, your friend? I'm assuming. She's also bisexual. Okay, she's bisexual. And you're like, hey, let's make a website like lesbian porn made by lesbians for lesbians. That's like, and who came up with the whole toy idea? Because that's like a part of it, right? Yeah, it was me. So basically I had, I had the entire like concept. Yeah. But I'm not a camera person. I, don't understand the camera settings. I can use my phone to film something. I don't know enough about editing. I don't like, I have this great idea and I had a lot of ideas from a creative and from a business perspective, but I did not have the technical know-how to just start doing it myself. And so this was a friend I had hired her as a camera person several times just to be like,
Starting point is 00:39:52 I need to shoot this scene with this guy. Like, can you just shoot it and edit it for me? And so I knew that she is a great videographer. She's very reliable. And also that like her philosophy when it comes to queerness is going to align with mine. And so we do work extremely well together. Right. So she bought into your idea and was like, let's do it. Yeah. Yes. And now how did you go out and fight? Because listen, I'm on your page right now and you have like, you know, your model pages like, you know, six pages long or something. You know, you have a million people working for you. Like in the beginning, like did you know a lot of women because you're working in that business to bring them in and start shooting content or did you do like a casting call? Like how did you go out and find all these models?
Starting point is 00:40:30 Yeah, yeah. So in the beginning, I basically pulled favors from friends. Right. I would do a lot of like, hey, we'll shoot the scene for you. And like, you get a copy of it to take home. You can sell it too if you want. But that's also like, you come perform for my website and I'll perform for your website or I'll do a scene for your only fans. Or I didn't have a couple of people who were good friends and they were just like, that sounds really fun. Like, let's just do the scene. And I was nervous actually going into it because I was like, you know, I don't want, like the point of the website is not just me fucking a bunch of girls. But I think, that that might be what it has to be in the beginning, like just until we've made a name for ourselves. So I did, I performed in the first, in four out of the first 12 scenes. We shot 12 before we launched. I performed in four.
Starting point is 00:41:12 Okay. Since then, two years ago, I have only performed in one additional scene for the six for a total of five. And I'm really proud, honestly, my number one proudest achievement with the site is that, we have an optional and anonymous after shoot survey about like, how do you feel things went?
Starting point is 00:41:28 Were you comfortable? where all your vendors respected, et cetera. And we have 100% positive feedback on those surveys. So it really didn't take long once we had a few people, including like a few big names, come do the site for other models to start reaching out to me. So actually these days, it's very rare that we have to make a casting call
Starting point is 00:41:47 because we get enough people just applying and saying that they want to do it. Like we don't really need to. Right. And explain how the shoots work, because I thought it was super interesting. I mean, you explain on your website, like how it's done and how it's done and how it's different, you know, and why don't you explain the process?
Starting point is 00:42:01 Yeah, so, yeah, absolutely. So basically, like, fundamentally what the site is about is just showcasing what, what happens when people feel really good and really good about themselves. So everybody chooses their own partners. We have never tell someone, you know, who they have to work with. They do their own styling so they can wear whatever they want. They can wear as much or as little makeup as they want, like no makeup. They could do costume.
Starting point is 00:42:26 Like, I literally don't care. Make yourself look how you feel. feel good. I want you to feel like yourself and feel really proud of how you look to think. I don't care if you have a bruise or a scratch or if you have acne. We're all about real people doing real things. Real people have bruises and scratches and acne and it's completely fine. So they choose their partners, they style themselves however they want to. And then I have a whole speech I give when people show up for anybody who hasn't done the site yet about like literally we just want you to do things you actually enjoy. You don't need to do any special positions
Starting point is 00:42:58 just because they look at on camera. You don't need to like open up a special uncomfortable way for the camera. If you can remember to keep your hair out of your face, that's great. Everything else, like we will work around you. We will make you look good. Just have fun. Like fuck your partner the way you would if you were just at home trying to get some and we will make it look cute. Wow.
Starting point is 00:43:19 What is smart concepts? That's why I said, you know. I mean, listen. And the other. Yeah. The other big thing with that too is I always tell them for real. be yourself, talk to each other, use check-ins, drink water, use loob, we'll leave it all on camera. Also, you can be honest. You don't need to pretend like everything's perfect just because it's
Starting point is 00:43:38 happening on camera. So you can say, I'm bored, let's move on in the next thing. Or, oh, that's not quite right. Move a little to the left. Or, like, that's not doing it for me. Like, just straight up, be honest. And we leave all that stuff in. The only time we cut something out and we tell the performers this, if something happens that you don't feel good about and you want it out of the scene, just let us know when it's gone. Otherwise, everything stays in there, like, bloopers at all. Yeah, no, that's really cool because I've talked about porn a lot on my show. And, like, I always would say, like, oh, I love, I prefer amateur porn because I, you know, I'm like a voyeur. I want to actually see real people having sex, you know, but people would say, but sometimes the,
Starting point is 00:44:14 the, you know, the amateur stuff is so highly produced too. It's like so hard to find that real stuff. I think, you know, only fans, you know, is something that came out that you're getting get a lot more of that, right? People are just like filming themselves having sex. So you get more of that. But you want to see like the real deal. And a lot of times even the stuff out there on the bigger, you know, the bigger, the other porn places they are saying it's amateur, but it's still highly produced, right? It's not like yours thing. Your thing is like you're really seeing two people that are into each other having sex and having a good time. This is how it goes out. Yeah. Absolutely. Yeah. And so are you there. Do you film or do you, your friend is the film person? Do you write the scenes or the scenes are written, right? They're written by the people. They're done by the people. Correct. There's no, there's no writing. The plot for every queer crusher scene is these two or three performers are gay and into each other and they came to Queer Crush to do something about it. That's it. That's the whole setup. I, so Dahlia handles the videography. I do basically on, like, technically I'm the director, but there's not really directing, the performers are directing. Really, I'm more like a PA and behind the scenes photographer. So what we do for our stills, we do, like, in the beginning, we do like, okay, take, you know, take some pictures. It's a little photo shoot. thing we can put on Instagram and also the models, like I said, they get to keep the content. So I always tell them. They can take as many pictures as they want because Dali is a great photographer and our set is
Starting point is 00:45:33 really cute. And so if you have a use for these photos, we'll take whatever you want. Yeah. But then we don't do sex skills. Sex skills are usually like pose and they're so annoying to take. And also just as a consumer, if I saw a picture that was so hot and it made me join the website or buy the video and then I find out that it was a posed photo. That's not actually quite what happened in the scene.
Starting point is 00:45:53 I would be so mad. So our pictures instead are I just use my phone. And while Dahlia is getting the nice high quality 4K video, I'm just sneaking around with my phone taking live phone pictures. Real pics. Right. So any pick you see. Literally exactly what's happening.
Starting point is 00:46:09 Right. So any pick someone sees as a shot of like that video is actually something they're going to see in action if they get that video. And is that how you make money on your site? Like you have like one minute clips or two minute clips and then they could buy into seeing full, you know, videos once they join? We are primarily a subscription-based website. So yeah, there's trailers for every scene. You can purchase individual scenes if you really wanted to, but it's not very economical.
Starting point is 00:46:36 Right. The subscription price is about $30 a month. It's cheaper if you buy more months at a time. Of course, like if you buy a year, it ends up only being $10 a month. Oh, that's for a good deal. Yeah, to buy one single video is $20. Right. So you might as well pay 1.5 videos and get accurate. to 100 and whatever videos rather than just find the one. Yeah. Now, how did you get the word out? Did word go out? Because I would think that, you know, women all over would love your site,
Starting point is 00:47:06 considering what you're saying, you know, the way it's produced and how it's going down. You know, you obviously were happy with what you were producing, right? This was finally the porn that you wanted to see. And so if you like it and you're queer, you know, other people will, right? So, like, how did it, like, get out there and, like, word of mouth? it did really well. Like, are you still getting the word out? We are still getting the word out.
Starting point is 00:47:28 That is definitely our biggest challenge because as an adult business, we are blocked from many, many, many forms of advertising. I can't run Instagram ads. Yeah. I can't run Facebook ads. I can't, like, all of these things. Which is so silly because I was just talking about this with my wife last night. You know, we have ads out there for all types of adult products that are allowed to be shown
Starting point is 00:47:48 in public just making it very clear that this is an adult product. Yeah. And our website is right. registered with all of the parental control software. There are tracking codes on our pages that flag it as adults. It's very, very, very easy to block the website from kids. I don't see what is so harmful about running an ad on social media with fully closed performers hugging each other.
Starting point is 00:48:10 That sounds like adults can come see this website. But for some reason, we are not allowed to do that. Yeah. A whole bunch of people at a certain age have to die first before anything changes. It's just a whole, it's like like. two more generations have to croak, and then you're going to just be, you know, the world's going to be a different place, you know, because like, even like your experience when you're like 11, you're telling your friends and they were like, oh, my God, you know, 11-year-olds don't have that
Starting point is 00:48:35 experience anymore. Everyone's like queer. I have a son. We go to Disney movies. They're all gay in the Disney movies. You never would have seen that in my day or probably not even your day. So it's very different now. No, definitely not. But still those big companies that are ruling the world are, you know, run by older people who didn't grow up in your time and are much more conservative and are still living in the outdated ways, you know, and that's just what's happening. But once those people die, it will be a different place. It's just the way that it goes, you know. It's like there'll be dinosaurs. But, you know, we're putting the word out for your stuff here because I love that whole concept of what you do. It sounds like super hot. I always like, like I said, as a voyeur,
Starting point is 00:49:15 that you really, if you go to porn, you want to see real people having like real sex, you know? And I mean, just half the time or 95% of the time you just know that they're just faking the orgasms and stuff. You know, I don't know. It's like I think amateur stuff is the best stuff and it sounds like that's exactly what you're doing, but it's the real deal. Yeah, absolutely. Yeah, which is great. So I'm going to put the website, you know, the link to your website there, but let's get to your brothel experience. Let's do the last 15 minutes about that. So like eventually recently, maybe, or can I just ask me a quick question about your wife? Is she involved in any of this stuff? Like, is she a model? No, she is not.
Starting point is 00:49:49 No, she is endlessly supportive, but not in the industry at all. Interesting. Okay, but you obviously have an open relationship. She's fine with all of your sex work and everything. Yeah, so we were actually monogamous for the majority of our relationship outside of work. And then we've been open for like the last two years. Yeah, that's cool. So then when did, so how did the brothel come to be?
Starting point is 00:50:12 It was like when you just like we needed some more money and you like that you like that concept of getting paid for sex. It was always something hot to you. like, let me just try this in Vegas anyway? Yeah, pretty much. The growth of the website was not as fast as I thought it would be. And I was like, well, like, I want to keep producing the site. And I do fundamentally believe that this will be very, very successful. It just is a slower process that I anticipated. Yeah. And so in the meantime, I was like, well, how am I going to keep funding the site? I guess I'm going to do this. And it has worked out really well, actually. And now tell me, I mean, I, like, I just had Gigi on who's worked at a brothel. And she told me someone.
Starting point is 00:50:49 like really interesting things. Like I was just had a million questions. Like how does it go down? You know what I mean? When you're there, you know, you see mostly men. But do you also see women? Like do they come in to the brothel or is it typically men or maybe couples? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:51:02 Yeah. So roughly 70% of clients that I see are solo men. Right. About 20 to 25% of clients I see are couples coming in together, usually a man and a woman. And that last five to 10% is like so. low women and like trans and non-binary folks coming in by themselves. Oh, interesting. Okay, cool. And now do you do that like once a month? Like, I mean, is it something that you do all the time? Yeah, typically I work one week out of every month except for January and June. And that is because
Starting point is 00:51:34 January is when we have both the AVN awards and the ex-vis awards. So that's kind of like the Oscars and the Golden Globes of Poland. Yeah, yeah. And each have like a big convention associated with them. So I'm really busy for all of January. And then for June, that's pride. And queer crush goes on a tour vending at different pride, like cities pride events in the country. So I'm busy traveling for that. But otherwise, I typically do one week out of every month. Yeah, that's cool. And now are you electa rain there as well?
Starting point is 00:52:01 Is that your name in the brothel? Yep, that's me. That's just me. Because I know that like people can't advertise, right? Like you're not allowed to advertise you there, but like people can find you. I mean, there's a lot of different ways that you could get clients, right? Like, do you ever, do, does anybody who knows you from porn ever, like, wind up finding you there? Like, do they ever make that connection or are they totally separate?
Starting point is 00:52:26 We can advertise that we work there. So there's a lot of rules about the brothels themselves advertising state and federal laws. So, like, they can't advertise basically anywhere where brothels aren't legal. So, you know, there's this misconception that it's legal in Las Vegas and it's not. The reason the ranch I work at Sherry's is 60 miles away from Las Vegas is because that's as close you can get and legally have a brothel. Right. So you can't put, you know, you can't put up a billboard near Las Vegas. You can't put up a billboard in California.
Starting point is 00:52:55 Right. You can't, like, there's a lot of rules on that. But I certainly can post on social media and say, hey, I work at this brothel and I'll come see me. And in fact, I do. And in fact, I had started making, I made one TikTok in February. It was like a come with me to get ready for my work trip to the spicy branch. and I had like a little explaining in TikTok friendly language,
Starting point is 00:53:18 what is a spicy ranch? And it didn't get a lot of traction where I posted it. And I was like, okay, cool, whatever. And then I don't know why, but for some reason, like a month later, it jumped up to like 60,000 views. Wow. And somebody had asked a question on there about,
Starting point is 00:53:34 I think it was like how we stay safe from STIs. And so I made a video responding to that question. And that got 100,000 views and a bunch more questions. And so since then, I've just been answering questions on TikTok, I get between two and four million views per week. Wow. I have 125,000 followers, but my engagement is usually 2.5 to 4 million weekly views and like hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of comments of people who often didn't know that this exists in the United States at all. And whether they knew or not have no idea how it works that are so curious.
Starting point is 00:54:08 Like, why don't you give me like your top three questions about the ranch that people want to know? and then why don't you answer them for my audience? Maybe that would be interesting. The number one question is the prices, which is unfortunate because legally the only place we can provide prices is on site at the ranch, which is so annoying. But it would violate solicitation laws otherwise to say like these are the prices. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:54:32 And then people ask how we stay safe from STIs. Yeah. The answer is we very, very, very strictly use barriers. We also test every seven days. and perform a health inspection before anybody is charged. So we know if there's a problem right away before we would actually be running someone's car or taking their cash. And then probably, honestly, the next most common question is if, well, there's a few.
Starting point is 00:54:58 Like if we live there or not, which no, we stay there for one to two weeks at a time. And then also how we stay safe physically. And this one's really interesting to me. People have this perception that the type of person, specifically the type of man who would purchase sex is dangerous. And because he is interested in buying sex, he might hate women, and he is definitely dangerous. And it is such a misconception. And the misconception comes from the fact that illegal criminalized sex work is incredibly dangerous.
Starting point is 00:55:26 It's dangerous because people who want to perpetuate violence are going to intentionally target someone that they know they can't report a crime. Right. You can't say, well, I was selling sex to, I'm going to call the cops. I was selling sex to this guy and then he beat me up. Right. You're both going to get arrested or maybe even just the sex work. Right. But when you have that, that is not an issue inherent in people who would be interested in purchasing sex. That is a problem that comes very specifically from criminalization. And so then when you have the other side of that, you have people who are interested in purchasing sex, but it matters to them to do it legally and safely to the point that they are willing to travel to Nevada, pay our rates, which are much higher than what you can, that what you get from independent workers, like go through this full process, submit to us, health inspection, strictly use barriers. And that is somebody who, you know, I'm not going to say
Starting point is 00:56:18 literally 100% of all people ever. But in the fast, fast, fast majority of cases, that is not somebody who wants to hurt you or rape you or beat you up. That is somebody who wants to have a good time with you. And so, yes, we do have full-time security and we do have an emergency alert situation in case something were to happen. But not only have I never had to use it, I have never even heard of it being used in the entire time that I've been everaged. Yeah, no. And Gigi also explained how, you know, they have to bring, like, they take all their documents and all of their information.
Starting point is 00:56:53 Everything is shredded when they leave, right? So that they don't, like, they know that that isn't. But while they are there, you got all of their information. So if anything were to happen, I mean, you know, you got their license. You got all their stuff on them. So it couldn't be more safe. And that's really why. I mean, that's really the big push for making it legal right across the board.
Starting point is 00:57:11 because all of these other poor girls that aren't in the brothel have to deal with all that other stuff like you're saying, right? And it's taken out of the equation there, which is amazing. I love your story. I love the whole concept of your website too. You know, I'm definitely going to put a link to it in the description, Queer Crush. If you could send me like some picks for my Patreon, I always put picks of people up there. I don't know where I could take them off of your Instagram, whatever. Do you want to give a shout out to your website and then to your only fans or anything else you want to promote?
Starting point is 00:57:45 Sure, yeah. So the website is Queer Crush, Queer Crush.com, Queer Crush X on Twitter and Queer X crush X on Instagram and TikTok. And then me, my website is ElectorRane.net or because that's difficult to spell, you can also use Chicagoslop.com. It'll get you there too. And I am at Elektra Rain on TikTok and Twitter and at Elektra from Chicago on Instagram. Oh my God. Do you have like a one link or something like that that I could put? Yeah, the website has everything else.
Starting point is 00:58:14 Yeah. Oh, okay, Queer Crush. You mean if they go there, which website is the best? So like my website is electorate.net where you can also use chicagoslott.com. Oh, okay, cool. And so I'll do that and I'll do queer crush. I'll put those two links up there. Why don't I do that, right?
Starting point is 00:58:27 Because I think it's like great to have those. Thanks so much for calling in and sharing your story. You're super fascinating. I mean, you've done so much and lived such an interesting life and you're only 27. I wonder what you're going to be doing when you're 47. You know, it's super interesting. So good luck with your website. I think it's a great idea.
Starting point is 00:58:45 I'm sure a lot of my listeners are going to go check it out. I'm going to put the links there and thanks so much for calling in. And send me some picks when you can as soon as possible. So when it airs, I have them. I will. Thank you very much. Thanks, Elektra. Bye.

It's still not going to be out until August 25th, but you can pre-order it.
Starting point is 00:59:19 The book is basically 17 different stories taken from my show. I kind of picked one story from each category that I talk about on my show. Like there's a hot wife story. There's a cuck queen story. There's a cuck story. There's a gang-bang girl story. Like I said, 17 stories.
Starting point is 00:59:36 and they're all told in the third person, and they're all true. I took the interview and rewrote it in the third person, and I wouldn't really call it like a total erotica book. Think like Penthouse letters. It's more direct. It's not so over the top like erotica. I don't really like that kind of vibe, right? But these are true stories, 17 of them.
Starting point is 00:59:58 They're really short chapters, easy read. You could read, you know, one or two, and then skip around. You could read the whole book. It's available in eback format, paperback format, and finally, the audiobook is available coming out August 25th, but you could pre-order it now.
