I don't think his wife cheats or he doesn't know if she's cheating, but he's very happy banging escorts. And he talks all about that. We talk a lot about how he found out his wife was cheating, which was interesting.

And then sort of what their fix was to the cheating. I mean, he stayed with her, obviously, right? why he stayed with her, how they stayed together, and how they made it work after. And then what happened again after that to make him go, sort of start fucking escorts. And then he also talks a lot about like what he does with escorts, how he sort of found websites like where he finds them

and what goes down when he's with them. It was funny because we taped the whole episode and then he sent me an email like, oh, it was a very long email talking about how like he has some regrets. because if you listen to the episode, you don't hear him have any real regrets. And what's interesting in the email that he sent me was he was like, oh, kind of talking. And I've heard other people say this before. And this is why I'm bringing it up because it's not so personal to him.

I think a lot of people feel this way. But he's in his 50s and he's talking about how like he wishes he could go back and do things different. And, you know, he has some regrets. And if he could go back and he does feel like he's too old to start over. now, but if he could go back, what he would recommend, and I figure I'd give his recommendation, is that he would live with somebody before he married them for at least three years, and he wouldn't get married until he was, like, you know, close to 30. I think he said something like 28 to 30, which I think is great advice. I don't think anybody young needs to hear that advice, because I think

young people know that. You know, they learned from their parents' mistakes, and I just don't think that the newer generations are going to make those mistakes most likely. And listen, some people can get married before there are 28. Some people can get married and not live with each other before and be successful. I mean, you're always going to have outliers, right? And people that can, you know, whatever. You can't just say something and it applies to everybody. But the majority of people probably should listen to that advice, though.

I think the majority of people, younger people nowadays, wouldn't have it any other way, right? But what was interesting about his email is that how he feels like that, that whole part where he said, like, you know, I'm just too old to start over. I don't think anyone's ever too old to start over. Right. If he's in his 50s, say he's going to die when he's 85. I mean, that's like a good, you know, almost 30 years that he has left. I mean, you can have 30 years of a different life if you want. I think as long as you're alive, there's always, you know, an opportunity to change.

And why not? Like he said in his email to me, he was like, life is short, right? Life is short, but he's still alive and he still has time left. Why not, if you're really unhappy in your marriage, why not? Start over, you know? Like, seriously, that's what I don't get. I don't get sort of regrets when there is still time to do things. I get regret, like looking back and saying he would like to do things differently.

But like I said, he's still alive, but he's fairly young. he's in his 50s, he could change everything up and do it. So listen, Marlon, I told you I was going to address your email in the intro. You can start over, okay? Don't, you know, why not? Like, just like you said, back at you, life is short. Why not change it all up and start over? And who knows what would happen. But most likely you're not going to do that. And you're going to hear why. I'm doing good. How are you? I'm doing good. So you wrote in and you have a similar story. But like similar stories, what's interesting to me is that like I could have the same story on my show 10 times. But, you know, different people's when you actually speak with the people, like it's like a very different sort of episode, right? You're a guy whose wife cheated on you and now you fuck escorts. Now, I've heard that story.

I mean, that's the short story, right? And that's what you gave me because I always say on my show when you email me, don't tell me a lot of information. I prefer to get on and not know that much, right? Right. So, but I've heard, I've had that short story on my show many times, yet when I talk to the people, it winds up to be very different scenarios. So I'm interested to hear like what your long story is, right? Like, my first quick question is, like, did you cheat on her before with escorts or did all this start after you found out she was cheating? Um, well, the story goes. is we were married for quite, I've been married for a long time because I'm in my 50s,

okay? Uh-huh. And you got married like in your 20s? Yes. Okay. And as life goes, you kind of drift apart a little bit. We raised three kids together, put them through college and all of that. And probably, let's see, about six years ago, or maybe a little bit early.

than that may have been closer to seven. But anyway, she started taking business trips, which she had really never taken before. And then she also started, she also started going to Vegas because one of hers, I guess, childhood heroes or idols, you know,

in the music business was, was playing in, Vegas and had shows there. And so she supposedly got on their fan site and got to meeting some of the people on the fan site. And then they decided they would, you know, she became friends with some of them, supposedly and started going out there, I don't know, two, three times a year. And then going on business trips and things.

and seminars and whatnot. And I don't know, this went on for a couple of years, and I really didn't think anything about it. I really didn't want to go out to Vegas to see her, this show that she was seeing because I have. So anyway, I guess it was after she'd been doing that a couple of years, she calls me at work and says, you need to come home.

And I'm like, what the crap is going on? And so evidently, I live in a small town in the south. I'm not going to say what state, but in the south. Okay. And we know quite a few people in our little town. And supposedly this person that she had met through a dating site sent her flowers. through a florist that we know. Oh, so she realized she'd have to tell you.

Right. Yes. And her parents knows. Oh, my God. Hilarious way to get busted. Yeah. Yeah. And so, you know, we talked it over and everything.

And, you know, I was upset. And, you know, things, things happen. And we, we, like I said, we had drifted apart. We hadn't had sex. in probably 15 years. We only... Whoa. No sex, like no sex.

Like, no sex. Okay, what about blow jobs? Like, does that sex? You mean no fooling around? No, nothing. Nothing. So where were you getting laid? What were you doing?

Just jerking off? I was just jerking off when, you know, because I didn't, you know, and we both had religious backgrounds too. Right. So you didn't, you were monogamous. You're just a monogamous guy, right? So you were just like, I didn't cheat on my wife. It wasn't even an option for you to think about cheating, right? So you're like, what do I do? I can't fuck my wife. I'm just going to jerk off to porn. I'm assuming you watched a lot of porn. Yes. Okay. And what did you think she was doing? I mean, I guess people would think in this scenario that the wife would be able to jerk off and the guy would be cheating. Well, she was such a prude. I couldn't, I mean, whenever we first got married, she didn't even want me going down on her. Right. So the last thing you were thinking is that she's out getting laid with somebody else. Like no way. Exactly. Right. Interesting. Yes. And I mean, we talked it over and everything. Were you devastated? Do you remember? I mean, like how? It really, it was. Yeah, it was just. Yeah. I can't really put it into words. I really did not ever think that that would happen with her. Yeah, when things like that happen and the rug is pulled from underneath you like that, it's a real mind fuck.

And so anyway, we talk it out. She ends up going up and talking to all of our children by herself and explaining to them what happened. I don't know what she said to them because I wasn't with her. She said she wanted to go by herself. So I have no idea what she told them. but she told me that she had explained that she had, you know, messed up. Right. And now was this, let me ask you this, though.

Did she, was she in love with this? Was it one person this whole time and all of those trips were lies? I don't know. You didn't ask a lot of question. Right. But I know she told me that she met this person on a dating site. So. What was she doing on the dating site?

than one. Right. She was, right. So, but like, okay, like that stuff in Vegas and the seminars and the work trips were all, all of that, her, none of, was none of that true? Was she always going to, away with a guy? Well, I know that she did go to some seminars. Now, this person, maybe they had the money to fly to these places where the seminars were going on. I do know that she got, you know, that, that she was going to these seminars because she teaches. some classes and things in her profession. Right. So they are very helpful.

So she was going to some seminars. So you don't know of that that was all sort of related to the cheating. But I don't know that she wasn't meeting up with these people there. Right. And did you ever ask her like what was she doing on a dating site when she's married? No. You know, I don't know. We ended up going to marriage counseling for two years.

Okay. After that. And we still never had sex, but things seemed to smooth out a little bit more, a little bit better, until one Christmas, all the kids were at the house, in-laws at the house, and we were having Christmas. and she asked me to go get her a phone, which was in the bedroom. And so she's such a knucklehead. She had her phone. You know how your phone, you leave it very long, then the screen goes out. Yeah.

She's got her set to where it won't. Okay. And so the last message that she had opened up was open. Okay. and and uh it was from somebody named olivia which i don't believe that she is a lesbian i'm assuming that she just put a different name yeah that's what that's what guys do that's what girls do yeah anyway it was a it was a message from this person and they evidently were driving to their family and said that uh that you know they missed her and they wished it uh uh uh

They were thinking of her and wished that they could do her right now every which way they could. I'm sorry. Like, oh, my God. Okay. Wait, is this Christmas? This is Christmas? Yeah, Merry Christmas. Oh, my God.

It was Christmas Day. I'm sorry to laugh by you. Yeah. So I ended up taking a picture with my phone because I always carry my phone in my pocket. So I just took a picture of that. I did not say anything. I didn't make a scene or anything because everybody's at the house. Yeah.

And I didn't want to embarrass anybody. I guess I'm too nice. And so anyway, I took a picture of that. And I had noticed that she had gotten this really nice package in the mail around Christmas time. And so, but I didn't look at it. It was actually something from one of the, from, from like that Vegas show that she liked to go to. It was like a book or something. And, but I didn't, I didn't look at it.

She just told me, I got a, I bought this through a website, whatever. Well, now she hadn't. I ended up, the next day, I believe she worked. And so the next day, I was at the house because I was off. And so I'm going to look at see where this came from. And it had a little love note in it. And so I confronted her about that. And she said, oh, that guy just sent me that.

And I was confronting her about the message. Olivia, yeah. She said, you know, he still keeps in touch with me. I don't know why I haven't blocked him. I'm like, well, if you didn't want to see him, you, I mean, logically, you would have blocked his phone number. And this is two years later, you said. Two years later, after we went to marriage counseling.

Yeah, so she's full of shit as far as saying that he's still like Nalta. Well, did you say to her? Let me ask you this real quick. You don't seem like the type that would say this, but maybe you did. I mean, did you say to her, okay, then let me see your phone and let me check it right now and see if there's other messages in there. No, I didn't. Right, because like you, you know, because if like there could have been, she sounds really sloppy in her. cheating.

Yeah. Right. If you would have said that, I mean, some people would be smart and would delete everything so there's never any sort of trail, right? But like, you could have said to her when you said that, like, let me see your phone right now and then you could see if Olivia is just texting her and she's not saying anything back to Olivia or, you know what I mean? You could have, like sort of, but like you didn't say that to her.

Okay. Yeah. So she lies to you again, I'm assuming. And like, so then what happens? Um, so. Um, so. Um. that that night when she was when she was coming home I had planned on just oh I had my car packed with all my junk I was leaving yeah right and and so I told her I said hey just wanted to let you know hey I'm out of here and and and then she's like begging me and begging me to stay and and so I don't know we we have a pretty good life yeah I was just going to say

I'm sorry, but I was going to say, like, what is she holding onto? Like, is it like for the family sort of aspect? Because you guys don't have any intimacy together at all. Like, you guys didn't even. What's kind of weird and interesting at the same time and maybe dysfunctional, maybe not. I don't know. But like that, you know, you had this moment where after 15 years of not having sex, like you found out your wife was cheating and going elsewhere for like intimacy and all that

kind of stuff. you guys went into therapy. I would think if the therapy worked that you guys would learn how to like sort of develop that again with each other or that you'd need that to sort of move on, right? That that would have changed things for you. Like you would have reached that bottom and then to stay together, you would have worked back to sort of get that between each other so that somebody wouldn't stray again. Because obviously she strayed, there was no sex in the relationship.

You know, like why wouldn't she? You guys weren't sort of, you guys weren't sort of, you guys weren't sort of, meeting all each other's needs, right? But you never did that. You guys continued to, you said, right? You still didn't have sex. It doesn't seem like, it seems like you guys were like in some sort of denial. Maybe one of you, maybe both of you.

I don't know. Yeah. Yeah. And really, the reason why we stopped going to therapy was because our therapist moved to tech. Well, he moved to another state. Right. Well, your therapist, I mean, was your therapist talking to you guys?

and trying to get you guys to like have sex? Did your therapist know that you were having sex? No, he actually did not. Yeah, so your therapist wasn't that great, okay? Because like, I don't understand. It doesn't seem like it did anything for your relationship except keep you guys together, but like you're not really in a relationship. You're like, and then listen, when you have kids and stuff, it's a different story, right?

So like to keep it together for the kids, I don't know, but like you're still sort of living a lie almost because you're like we're a couple and we're doing this, but like we're not having sex, right? So there is a big chance that someone's going to go stray and you could almost be like, can you blame her, right? You know? Yeah. I mean, we're putting on a really good front.

Right, but you were about to say, like, we have a great relationship. Isn't that what you were about to say? Well, no, we don't have a, I wouldn't say that we have a great relationship. We have a lot of things, I guess. I mean, we have a nice house. Yeah. We have nice things. And as we're, in a sense, we're roommates.

Right. And you're like your good friends and your good co-parents, right? We got everybody, we got each other's back, you know. And as long as we don't embarrass each other in the open, then everything's okay. Right. But like I wonder to myself, like, why is she, I mean, she's obviously not happy in her marriage. There's probably a part of you that wasn't. I mean, we still have a lot more to talk.

about because we're talking about a couple years ago, right? But like, you know, I just wonder when she's begging you to stay after she's cheated again, like what is she holding on to? I really don't know unless, I mean, I do a lot of stuff around the house to help out. Let me tell you. Right. And I don't know that she's going to find anybody else who's going to help her the way I do. Right. Right. Right. It's the fear of massive change. Right. I mean, I take care of my stuff, mowlergrass and all that good stuff.

And then I help out with her stuff to, you know, and it's not necessarily just her stuff. I mean, I'll cook, I'll clean the house, I'll wash dishes and all that good stuff, which every guy should help out. Right, but a lot of guys, especially in your generation, don't. So she does have it good in a lot of ways, right? They come home, put their feet up and. But let me ask you this. Or also, because you say you both have like a, like a hardcore religious background or like a strong religious background, both of you. Right.

So is that part of her and you got like, like maybe that old school mentality of like you don't want the neighbors to know you guys got divorced or had problems. You know, like maybe it's like that stigma thing. Right. Right. That whole thing. Her parents. Her dad was a preacher. That's my dad is too.

I'm not going to say what type of preacher. Yeah. My dad too. Yeah, I got it. And so that's another thing. So it's like her family and she doesn't want it. So she really is like it's almost like not an option because of other things yet. There was obviously something going on because she was still getting her needs met someplace else.

So anyway, does she, so you're, she's begging you to stay. You're trying to leave. And then what happens? I just, well, you know, I just, I just did. I just stayed. I mean, I, but I had. I mean, and I still got a bunch of. of crap packed up and ready to go wait how long ago was this christ was it this christmas or christmas two years

ago like when did this christmas this was about three or four christmases ago okay so you decide to stay i decided to stay and i decided well if she's going to do her thing because she still goes on these trips and and and i'm like well if you're going to do that then i'm going to i'm going to i'm going to do my own thing. And in the past, I will say this, in the past, I have visited strip joints, which I think most guys probably have. Yeah. And, and that's all it is, is you're just seeing a beautiful lady up there, you know, stripping or whatever. But anyway. And, and, um, but you had never done anything with a stripper or like, right, right, right. No, I mean, I might have had a lap dance. No, but that's it. Right. No happy endings. And it's not like you go every month. It's maybe

once every couple of years or something just for fun with some of the guys at work or something. But I mean. So it was right after you found out the second time, you were like, oh, I'm just going to. Yeah. Well, well, with my job, every now and then, it's not, it's very rare. But every once in a while, I'll have to do some testing. own some machinery for some of our customers and it will require me to go and and go out of town for maybe a day or something and and most of our customers that I did this I would drive and so I was driving and I was actually with a salesman and and as we were driving down the road I noticed the strip joint and I was like well I got to come down here again, I may just pop in there.

Right. So anyway, I was talking to one of the strippers, and she was talking with one of her friends or something other. And I was like, what's going on? And she said, oh, this girl friend who used to work here, she's, she's, I'm trying to get her to come back. She's on back page doing sex work. And I'm like, what's back page?

Right. Yeah. And she said, you know, a back page? I'm like, no. And so she told me what, you know, what it was.

It was basically Craigslist for sex workers. I mean, they sell stuff. It's kind of like Craigslist, but it was a sex worker type of thing where there's, you know, you can kind of scroll through the ads and see them. And so anyway,

after I got home, I was like, well, let's see what this is. Right. So, So anyway, I started scrolling around on it. But, oh, I left out something. Anyway, while I was there talking with her, she said, well, if you ever did do that, if you ever did see anybody on back page, which I would never see anybody on back page, she said they do a lot of police stings on back page.

So make sure that you don't see anybody. And if you did, make sure that you verified them through like, um, the erotic review, which is not online anymore because of Sesta and Foster laws. But anyway, at that time, you could look and see if they had been reviewed, and, you know, if they've been reviewed maybe five or ten times and you know, well, that person's probably safe. Right. So anyway, anyway, I was looking through Backpage, and I scrolled and I saw this,

or very pretty now and she actually shows her face. Most of the ones that I see don't show their face because they don't want anybody to know them. And I think also

they're worried that there may be like facial recognition. Of course. If they try to go out of country or something, that they may get stopped, you know, at the airport.

No, or people that they know could see who they are. I mean, yeah, there's a lot of reasons why they wouldn't show their face. But this one did show her face. This one did. And she'd been doing it for quite a while. And I thought she was very pretty.

And so I sent in all my information. And when I say information, if you're going to see one of these. And I don't know that you would say that she was the high end, but she was fairly high end as far as I could tell. I mean, a couple hours, and this was several years. ago it was 6.50 for a couple of hours. Right. 6.50 an hour or 6.50 for 3 hours? No, it was 6.50 for 2 hours. 6.50 for 2 hours. Okay. Yeah. And then I tipped her.

Right. But so anyway, but anyway, I sent her in my information. And when I tell you that I send in my information, if you're going to see one of these people who's like been verified on these, on some of these sites and stuff. The only way you're going to see them is you have to send them your name, your phone number, your email address. If you're a first time person and don't have a way for them to verify who you really are. By references of people that you've seen, then you've got to send them maybe like a work reference with your phone number.

And they may call you to make sure that you work at that. And the reason why they do that is you could be a murderer. Right, or a cop. Well, that too. But the main thing is you could be a murderer. Oh, right. And that is the main thing because I actually saw this one lady who told me that she had seen this guy and she actually just barely got out of the room with her life. she ended up getting hurt.

I think she carries a gun now, but she somehow and other was able to kick and scratch and got out of the room and somebody ended up calling the cops. Yeah, that's scary. Of course. You're always going to be, you know,

I mean, that's a, that, in that kind of business, if you're just sort of just going out with random guys who. Yeah. And they'll, like these people will, they won't, it's, it's for their. safety. But if you're going to some of the low end people, you don't know what you're, you know,

if they're not on these sites. Listen, on both ends, it's sketchy, right? They don't know who they're getting. You don't know who you're getting. I mean, exactly. Yeah, but you had the means to sort of pay this kind of money. Now, let me ask you this. After your first time, you meet with this girl, right? Was it like the hottest sex ever? First of all, you had not had sex with a real person, even your wife for so long. I mean like how great it was that first time. It was like having sex for the very first time. Of course. You were like a re-vergent.

And so I would go and visit her at her little log cabin in the woods, which was fantastic. She did. Right. Well, I guess she did. She was there by herself. She may have had a, but I don't, yeah, I think she was by herself. Right. Okay. So you would meet her there. You would pay her, right? You never took it out of the... Exactly.

Right. But she, like, she trusted you. I guess she could tell you were like a normal nice guy, so she would let me meet her there. Right. Right. Yeah, I used to have a guy very early on in my podcast, and I think it's hard for people to find my early episodes. I have to give a link for them. And they want to make sure they're not going to get, because you're both doing something illegal, right, if you're not in. Right. We don't know where you are. We're assuming you're in the place where it is legal, right? We don't want to just talk about anything illegal here. But if you happen to be in a place where it's not, you don't want to get busted and they don't want to get busted, right? So. Right. Right. So let me ask you this. Was there any kind of feelings involved at all, considering you're like this guy

that was like just monogamous for so long and hadn't had sex with anybody else? Like, did you feel bad at all the first time? a little. I'll have to say really, not really. I mean, yeah. I mean, listen, I'm not asking. I don't, I would think after the second time of you finding out that she cheated, like, you know, that was probably like, killed any kind of empathy that you would have for her in this kind of situation. Do you know what I mean? So, I mean, I wasn't expecting for you to say, yes, I was just wondering, you know, like what, uh, I think most people would understand why you didn't feel that bad, you know. You're the type of person that probably if you ever did that before you even found, you know what I mean, that you probably couldn't have done that. That wasn't in you before. No.

But after what you experienced and then after the second time, it's kind of like you give up hope and, you know, why not? So you start, so now you start seeing, after that girl retired, did you just get, Have you just been seeing escorts the past couple of years? Has she ever found out? Who? Your wife, I'm assuming she's never found out. No, she's never found out.

You do it on the down low. You're totally. And do you think that she's seeing other people too? And now that you're doing it, do you feel different about her if you found out she was? I could care less to tell you the truth. Yeah. I mean, like I said, we're kind of just roommates.

We help each other. We do things for each other. you know, but other than that, that's about it. And let me ask you this, if you found her phone and it was odd and you saw a message, at this point, would you even say anything about it? I don't know that I would. Right? Why would you?

Yeah. Yeah. I mean, yeah, I really don't know that I would. Because I have heard from other people who, like, were sort of cheated on and then they cheated and it really changed there. I had this one woman on it. It was so fascinating because her guy cheated on her and then she went and had an affair. He allowed her. I don't know. But her having an affair made her sort of see his affair as very different and then her whole attitude about a lot of things changed and it was just like really interesting to see how and and then it when I heard the story,

I'm like that kind of like makes sense right. So but you do hear those other hypocritical people where they still like, they're doing it themselves, but they're like really super jealous if their partner is. You know what doesn't make sense? But you feel like now it's a little bit different or totally different that you're now that you're having sex with somebody else as well. Yeah. Yeah, exactly.

And, you know, I'm older. I guess if I was younger, you know, maybe back in my 40s or 30s, you know, then yeah, I definitely would have been gone a long time ago. but now that I'm getting older, I'm like, I don't know if I want to get into the dating thing. I guess I could still, I don't think that I'm bad looking.

I'm for as old as I am. But you kind of have your, but you and your wife, the way you guys have it set up is kind of like, why would you need to go sort of date and have a relationship? You kind of have like a lot of your needs

being met by your wife at home, right? And then when you go and get your sexual needs met by somebody else, you kind of have the whole deal, right? Like, you know, right? I mean, unless you're missing romance, like, do you and your wife have any romance? Or do you get a little bit like, you know, fake romance, you know, the girlfriend experience when you're with the hookers, like the escorts? I get the girlfriend experience when I'm with my companions and stuff. I've actually got a date next Wednesday and then I've already got one set up for middle of my. Right. And you call them, even calling them dates makes it like a girlfriend experience.

It is. And well, the thing is, these girls, there are a few that live in the city where I work. Yeah. And I've seen a few of them, but they're, they're not the caliber of some of the ones who tour. Right. And there's about three or four that I, that I'm going to, that I will see on a regular basis. It's very rare that I see anybody new. And, and, yeah, that's what I do. And it's, it's very enjoyable.

And it's like, you know, you haven't seen them for a while. And so it's like, hey, I'm seeing my friend again. They've been gone for a while. And, you know. And I mean, when you walk in the door, right, when you walk in the door, you're, you're, you're, they give you a big hug and, and, you know. And do you find, have you taken any of these sort of relationships with these girls like outside of that? Like do you guys ever, like, because I do know that some people wind up having friendships, but or is it, do you develop friendships within the time that you are with them? But the weird thing is, is that, you know, that this whole sort of arrangement that you guys have, like can't be done. out in like you can't be honest about it right like you can't you can't say to each other like listen what we got here is great you know we let's just stay together I like being with you you know but like we don't have sex or we don't have that connection you could go be with other people I'll be with other you know I'll just fuck a escort like you know um and let's call it because

you guys still you and your wife I'm assuming are still not having sex right we don't we don't sleep in the same line the only time we ever sleep in the same room is when we have a bunch of our kids coming in from from places like at Christmas and then I have to bunk in the room with her right right and usually I end up getting up and going and sleeping on a couch or something but she likes to put the appearance right that that's happening she's all into the appearance but the reality is like if you were both being really honest it would be like what's the big deal if you guys are doing this other thing.

I mean, I can't imagine being with somebody since you're in your 20s, the same person, right, over all that time and still just being monogamous and only having sex. I know that some people do it and it works for them, but everybody's different, right? But I do assume that like different relationships, especially long-term relationships like that. Like there's good times and bad times and things are, you know, change, you know. And so if you want to stay together because other things are working, why not sort of open? open it up like the way you guys are. You're just not honest about it, but I don't think it's that.

It was almost like you said, like you were devastated when she cheated on you, but like you could understand right on a certain level because you guys had no sex for so long, right? I mean, it took you a little while to get on board. Well, you know, the whole deal was it would, you know, after a while of you initiating, you know, Do you want to have, you know, you try to get, you know, get something going and, and, and or you ask, you want to have sex denied or something. So on some level, you were both happy with what you had and didn't want to sort of ruin the status quo. But, and so the solution to go out and be with other people has worked.

It's like I said, it's too bad. You couldn't be honest about it with each other. But it seems like you, like, I wonder if your, has your wife gone through menopause? I'm assuming she has. You said you were in your 50s. Like, do you even think she even wants sex anymore? Well, evidently, she was looking for it online. How long ago was that?

She's not a bad looking lady. I mean, at her age, she's in her early 50s. I mean, I laid 50s. And matter of fact, there were two ladies this weekend that were mentioning. One of them I saw by myself, it was a friend of our family, and she was like, she was with a friend. And she said, oh, I wish your wife was here. Right. And this is the only, you know, thing that I have that's messed up in my life. That's really that I can see that's messed up besides my marriage. Well, is your, I mean, now at this point, I mean, do you like your wife as a a person? Oh, that's not good. That's not good. That's not really that good.

Yeah, your marriage is a little messed up. I was going to say maybe it's not. Maybe it's just two people. My wife is very controlling person. Very controlling. And she's like a control Nazi. Yeah. She, like if we go on vacation, everything has to be planned out to the tea.

We can't get off. of the plan at all. So if something that you want to do, well, that's not in our plan. We may be able to fit that in, but we probably not. It's, I put it this away, my wife has been so overbearing, especially with my kids or our kids. The kids don't really, they don't like to come home that often. Right. And it's sad.

I talk to them. I talk to them all. all the time. And she can't understand why she can't, why they don't call her and talk to her. Right. But if she calls them, she won't talk to them very long. She'll talk to them like five or ten minutes, get what she needs. And then she, but I delve into their lives because, I mean, I thought, I've talked to one of my sons, this, this week, twice for over an hour and a half.

and I mean I mean he asked you know I've got a little knowledge on life and he likes to pick my brain on things and so we talk about everything but this that I'm doing right so nobody knows but no I was just I was I think I was thinking that you and your wife

everything else is like really great it's just that you don't have sex so that you but you do have other things things it's sad like I think it's sad but maybe it's not like you know I think it's a long right but I think younger people if they listen to this they would never understand I think that like people I don't think that like we're like because I'm like it I'm 50 now I just turn 50 so I'm like in your generation right so I don't think that the younger generations are going to be sort of staying involved with people like in these kinds of situations I don't think that they would ever do

with it just a very different time you know and things are just different. But I think that a lot of people in our generation and in our parents' generation definitely like sort of stick around in things for way longer than they have to. Maybe, I mean, because I think, like, why would you stay with each other? I mean, the kids are out of the house, you know, like you can go out and maybe be, you know, with somebody. Yeah, I don't know, but, you know, it's just not going to happen. I guess it's sort of our living conditions.

The area that I live in is like a booming area in the south. And the housing market is to where if we split up, we have to go to an apartment. Because I don't think we could afford or a very, very tiny condo. Right. And I don't know that we could afford it. Right. By ourselves. Yeah, I get it.

No, right. So it's financially. it works too. And we live in a small, a small community. I live, and, and the, the area that I live, it's, it's like a two-lane highway, and I live off of the road, back in the woods, about 200 yards or so. Right. And so I don't have any neighbors. I could run around naked if I wanted to have a yard. and nobody there wouldn't be anybody to complain right so let me ask you this though like do you feel like because you don't have like the best relationship with your wife but you have like these other things and now you have this whole escort thing going on and it's working for you do you feel like

you're happy right like I mean do you feel like anything's missing do you care that your wife's bossy and controlling like I mean or does everything sort of are you like sort of content I you know my wife is see, and now I don't put up with it. Like, because this is a person that's doing it and feeling really guilty and, like, wants to be better with their wife. You know, there's all different sort of ways it could play out in someone's life, you know? And with you guys, it's kind of like,

I don't really like that kind of vibe, right? But these are true stories. 17 of them. They're really short chapters, easy read. You could read one or two and then skip around.
