Starting point is 00:00:09 Hello world, it's time for another episode of golf subpar with Colt Nost and Drew Stoltz. Slees, I'm fresh off the plane from down under. You look fresh. I'm feeling a little tired, my man. You look good, you sound good. That is a monstrous journey down there for the Asian Pacific Amateur. Give us everything. How was Australia?
Starting point is 00:00:28 My number one place I want to go haven't been. One, it was very cold, actually, at the start of the week, which I was shocked by. I didn't even know it got cold. I didn't either. I just thought it was always really nice down there in the summer, which is in like December, it gets kind of hot because that's when the guys go down there and normally play. So I was not prepared, weather-wise. I had to go buy some warm clothes, which was unfortunate, but got to play two rounds of golf
Starting point is 00:00:49 before I got to work. Played over at Victoria Golf Club with our man Jeff Ogilvy, which was fantastic. Really cool, old school course right across the street from Royal Melbourne, actually. And then on Friday morning, teed it up at one of my new favorites, Kingston Heath. Place is incredible. It'll be sight of the President's Cup here in a couple of years. goes Montreal this year, the Medina, then goes to Kingston Heath, and it is going to be special. That golf course is beautiful.
Starting point is 00:01:15 And I think one of the reasons I liked it so much, too, is the day we played Victoria. It was like wind chill 42, and it was raining and windy. And then it was 65 and sunny and hardly anyone at Kingston Heath. So that kind of made a little bit of a difference. I like a lot of courses a lot better when it's not 42 with the windshield. That's my number one, that place, like Royal Melbourne is on the list, but just all those sandbelt courses and people like, what's the one place? Like your bucket list place, whatever. I don't know if I got one, but I just want it, like, golf trip.
Starting point is 00:01:38 I want to do that and play. I actually tuned in and watched a little bit of the closing round of the Asian Pacific Amaran because I'm a complete degenerate and was trying to grind out the second half of Arizona versus Oregon State. And I saw the link on there. It's like, oh, I'll watch this. Turned it on. Watch big Samson battling down the stretch. But looking at that golf course, I was like, dude, it's not just, oh, 170 hole, try to fly at 170. And then it stops. It's like, no, dude, terrain, the bounces, the wind, everything. The way the bunkers are set and how they're cut so tight around the greens. I was like, this is an awesome, awesome style of golf. And there's just, like quite frankly even like the lynxie courses like there's just not that many places where you where you play that type of golf and uh it's awesome to watch i feel like there's so much more strategy and thinking involved than what we see weekend and we got out here mostly it just goes totally against what everybody does nowadays when they design golf courses like this was a golf course world world that played over 7,000 yards one out of four days and one over par one and i know it's not the top players in the world but there's some really good players in this and it got firm fast and windy and also you mentioned the the bunkers going to the
Starting point is 00:02:38 the edge of the greens. On Thursday, when I played with Jeff, we took a trolley or a push cart, pull cart, whatever you want to call it. All right. Okay. Buggy. Those are a real problem when the bunkers go all the way to the greens. They have these little paths. You got to go all the way around. It's a real pain in the ass. So I decided at King's and Heath, I'm just going to carry my back. Just huff it old school? I saw you carry around. Do you carry around your own divot mix too? You just carry a little bucket pail to fill in your divots. That's also something I've never done before and kind of a pain in the ass, honestly. Dude, I just, I love that golf.
Starting point is 00:03:09 Like I said, I think it just, you have to elevate every part of your game. I mean, just watching the handful of holes I did from the Asian Pacific Am. they're like, if you get careful here, after the hole, it runs away and it can run all the way off the green on this put or into a bunker. I'm just like, dude, there's just so much, it's just more like pure. It's just way more thinking involved in that stuff. But, God admit, a little saddened that my guy, Samson, wasn't able to close it out. Four shot lead going in the last day, right?
Starting point is 00:03:34 Yeah, four shot. Third round 65, and the win was blown 30 to 40 miles an hour. The scoring average, I think, was 76 and a half or something like that, 77. It was like, it reminded me a Ken Duke at the Players Championship back in 2016. It was, Jeff Ogilvy, who is a U.S. Open champion, lives right there at Royal Melbourne. He goes, that's one of the greatest rounds I've ever heard of. Like, Ernie Ells has the course record of 60. He goes, this is every bit as good, if not better than that.
Starting point is 00:03:58 That's how hard the conditions were. It was so impressive. I felt bad for him. Obviously, you know him from the four ball. he was part of the winning team against you and kiddelson but he's such a nice guy rode next to him on the bus on the way home on Saturday night he was so fired up to play Sunday and looked like he was going to have it a couple mistakes coming down the stretch got a horrible break on 15 drove it right in the middle of the fairway into the massive sand
Starting point is 00:04:19 that part yeah end up three putting for boge and then a really bad bogey on 17 but he clutched up when it mattered on 18 he had a not a very good iron shot into the last hole which the last hole was brutally hard there wasn't a single birdie made in regulation and he missed it the short right bunker hit a sick bunker shot to about three feet and made it to get in the playoff with winnie ding and jasper stubbs who eventually went on to win jasper and winnie both made birdie on the first playoff hole it was electric out there and then jasper stubbs ended up with an incredible two putt on the second playoff hole and like he hit the first t-shot of the tournament as an ozzie and the last and he hit the last shot as well went home um the winner gets to
Starting point is 00:04:59 teed up at the masters in 2024 as well as the open championship yeah that's pretty sweet i a hometown dude getting it done, especially on that golf course, but that round from Samson, didn't see that one, was reading about it. Actually, yeah, my phone ran out of battery on the fifth, on that, I think it was, what, 15 or 16, the par five, where he had not that far in. And he ended up making a bogey on that hole. Like, that's probably the one that he goes back and says, damn, but I mean, dude, the kids, he can go in that second round. Was it second round? Yeah. That was, third or was a third? Third. I mean, that's ridiculous. Just hearing all the people talk about, I'm like, damn, that golf course has seen some good players go through.
Starting point is 00:05:33 It's awesome to see all the history. The clubhouse is beautiful and all the artifacts they have inside. But you just go around there and like Natalie was with me. And she's like, is the golf course beautiful? And I'm like, honestly, like as a non-golfer, you probably wouldn't appreciate it. But as a golfer who like appreciates the architect and everything, you're like, damn, this is sick. It's not like pebble. Like anyone who's never played golf goes out there.
Starting point is 00:05:52 Like, wow, this is the most spectacular place I've ever seen it. It's like brown and running out and not, you don't have the ocean views and stuff. But it's sick. It remains one of my number one places that I want to go. and sounds like you had a hell of it. Did you go to the bush? Did you venture into the bush at all down there in Australia? The bush.
Starting point is 00:06:08 Yeah, the bush. Central Australia, dangerous, dude, the bush. I did not go to the bush. There's not many places here in the 2020s. You can find the bush, but you can in Australia. Okay.
Starting point is 00:06:17 Yeah. We stayed in Melbourne, stay at the crown, which was a beautiful place. Casino. Casino, that's nice to have right off of Vegas. Restaurants, which was great. Yeah,
Starting point is 00:06:24 I actually didn't gamble at all. Good for you. And I was worn out. And when I played Thursday, Friday, like I left the hotel at 6.30 in the morning. We were on air till 7. until 7 p.m. at night. I wouldn't get back to 8.39 o'clock. It was some long days, but it was awesome. Got a huge thank you to Augusta National on the RNA for putting on such a great
Starting point is 00:06:41 event. That was my third time covering the Asia Pacific AM, and that was by far my favorite. Where's the next one? It just got announced it's in Japan. Oh, okay. Whatever those fancy, beautiful mountains are, it's right at the base of that. Okay, fancy beautiful mountain country club. Of the top of my head. Look forward to it. Can't wait to see it. Well, I know you're over there getting your grind on. You missed a fun little sesh down in Austin. at the Tito's Shorty's Classic. They had a hell of a time down there. Keith Mitchell, Joel Damon, Harry Higgs,
Starting point is 00:07:08 the boys from Bob does sports. By the way, speaking of sweet places, this Butler Pitchin' Puts, it's in like the center of downtown Austin, high rises, condos, office buildings, and then bam, like this handful of acre parcel there, par three golf course. A bunch of people showed up,
Starting point is 00:07:23 half there probably because they liked golf and wanted to see the players, half because they like Tito's and they were in the house, but the vibe was sweet, good time, and can't disclose in it. It hasn't aired yet, so I'm not supposed to say what happened. Let's just say, shocking ending to the finale of this thing. All going for a good cause, by the way. I have not heard. I cannot wait to watch it because I know you'll be looking good in your polo.
Starting point is 00:07:45 Without question, always do, because the RLX golf collection draws inspiration from the traditional aesthetic of polo, updating it to create a modern sensibility focused on performance-driven design. Starting point is 00:08:48 clothes for that uh i don't just yeah not i don't really golf in that type of south of 60 is a no chance or we get into the 40s it's just like dude you just have to survive at that point it's winter here in the states too we got our first uh few snow games in football. We did, but more importantly, it is beautiful out here in Scottsdale right now. Like I said, just landed. 75 today.
Starting point is 00:09:09 Diamondbacks are in the World Series, playing the Texas Rangers. We're going to be in the house for game four. Big news. John Rom, throwing out the first pitch, was just texting him actually on our way up here today. I was like, if you don't throw it as hard as you possibly can, don't even show your face around the place. He said, dude, I'm going to bring it. He's like, a few other words, but he's like, I'm going to throw it
Starting point is 00:09:27 hard. Listen, we're going to leave early. We're going to make sure we are there on time. to see Big Spain try to hurl one across the plate in front of a packed house down there at Chase Field. How about Johnny Rom just throwing out first pitch in the series? It's big stuff. It's a master's champ. 50 cent. George Bush. We got big name guys throwing out first pitch. John Rom, now in the mix. Shout out. Game three, which is happening last night, is Randy Johnson and somebody else. I can't remember. Oh, really? Yeah, they got two. And then they're following it up with the master's champ. Randy, shit, suit him back up. All right. Well, as I said, Colt, I had a great time last.
Starting point is 00:10:01 week attending the Tito's Shorty Classic down in Austin, Texas. Huge shout out to our sponsor, Tito's Handmade Vodka. The event was spectacular. This thing keeps getting better and better and got some very nice interviews out of it. It looked incredible. I damn sure need to be there next year. I feel like that's the kind of event I would enjoy. Special thanks to Tito's.
Starting point is 00:10:19 And are you being tired of being bad at golf? Of course, too. I am too, man. Ooh, Australia was rough. Are you tired of your friends being bad at golf? But they insist on going to the course with you anyway. Introducing the Tito's golf club subpar sponsor. Now Tito's Golf Club members can nominate the subpar golfer in their lives to be sponsored by Tito's to get cool gear and fresh fits.
Starting point is 00:10:39 Yes, even if that golfer is you. Will it make your friend good at golfing? Nope. Will they look like they are good at golfing? And maybe by sheer osmosis start to be kind of okay at it. Sure. At the very least, you know they have a good taste in vodka. Make bad golfing look good while bad golfers get better.
Starting point is 00:10:54 Join and nominate at Tito's Golf Club.com. That's it. That's it. And the Titos were flowing for this upcoming interview. we had, did have been two parts. Joel Damon, Harry Higgs, Keith Mitchell, part one, part two, the boys from Bob does sports, Fat Perez, Bobby Berger, and Joey Coldcuts. It was pouring rain.
Starting point is 00:11:14 We were supposed to do this thing outside. It'd pour rain the entire time, so we keep having a juggle going from outside to inside, inside to outside, gave us ample time to get ready for the interviews, and just a good bro session. Well, the good news is Fat Perez can handle any weather conditions. He was just fine. All right. People loved him. Let's get to it.
Starting point is 00:11:31 Here it is. All right, welcome to a very special version of golf subpar from Austin, Texas. We're here at the Tito's Shorty's Classic, and I got three of the raddest dudes on the PJ tour joining me today. Kashmir Keith Mitchell, the big rig Harry Higgs, and Joel, the cool-ass dude, Damon. You need a nickname, Doc. I have it. And the sleaze. And sleaze.
Starting point is 00:11:57 Yeah, we got three sweet nicknames and then Joel. This is it. You heard it here first. best comment for Joel's nickname. Joel cool, that's dude, Damon? I mean, that's, I'm going to get,
Starting point is 00:12:06 C-A-D. It's leading in the club house. At least it's a name. Isn't there some way they can comment on all this? Yeah, we can put a poll out.
Starting point is 00:12:13 Somebody come up with a nickname be. Do you have one? No. You know you haven't made it when. I just haven't made it yet. And my last name always gets pronouncing correct. Domin.
Starting point is 00:12:23 Domain. Yeah. Demand. Demand. Yeah, demand. Owell. How well, Demand.
Starting point is 00:12:29 My next top. 30. You can start calling me demand. BDJ. It's like BDR, but Joel. You know what I mean? That's not a dial down. Like it's like big rig. Yeah. Yeah. Oh yeah. Not a bad one to have. No one you try to give yourself and see if it sticks. Yeah, they call me big rig. Okay. Can't I cannot give yourself. Who gave you that? When Scott Van Pell gives you a nickname, you run with it. Yeah. I know Colt gave him a decent one very like, well, big beautiful. Yeah. Came over there on the radio. I was like, let's run with that. And then like two weeks later, here comes Van Pelt.
Starting point is 00:12:59 It's still the whole glory. Yeah. He still's a lot of glory. Love you, Scotty. Big rig is better. Big rig is better. It's a little better. For the Tito Shorty's class,
Starting point is 00:13:07 you guys are going to go out here and tackle a little short course. Is this the, when you're doing a fun event like this, right? Keep in score. We're just having a good time. Is this more or less like the dream team of golf personalities right here? This is pretty good. Well, Joel and I and then Keith's, yeah.
Starting point is 00:13:21 Right. We are three-time participants this time around. So Keith's only a two-time participant. Yeah, you didn't do the first year. Yeah. So I would say definitely Harry and I are leading right now. Who could make it? Some live players?
Starting point is 00:13:33 Pat and Harold. Harold. Which is really a shame. Harold could make it. Man, we had a blast. We really like Keith too, but Pat Perez and Harold Barnard. I put Pat way up here. Yeah, you heard it here first.
Starting point is 00:13:43 Those two are. Tough act of follow. The dream. Pat's not made for TV. It's a problem. No, there's too many bleat buttons. You have to hit along the way. Late night, YouTube, dark web.
Starting point is 00:13:53 Yeah. Dark web TV. You're in the middle of the fall seasons. I know you guys are still working on your game stuff, But when you're at home, how often do you go out and just play like fun golf where you're with the fellas drinking, listening to music and not grinding, working, practicing all that stuff? That's all I do at home. Yeah, you're the wrong guy to ask probably. I was about I said, I was about to say not enough. And Joel's saying too much.
Starting point is 00:14:14 So I do next to none of that, which I should do more of. You're like strictly range grind. Yeah, practice and then take it to the golf course and see what it's like out there. We did actually play two days ago and did fun golf. I actually had a drink while I played golf, which does not happen. Probably played great. And we listen to music. Yeah, how'd it work?
Starting point is 00:14:35 It was kind of rainy, so it was kind of needed the drink to. I was going to be my next question. You're different again because I know you. He's the only one. You're not outside the box guy. But a lot of pros, like where I play, they don't drink. They'll drink after the round or when socially, but not during the round. Do you think you play it a little better?
Starting point is 00:14:52 I'm terrible. I get the chunks. Yeah, I'm very bad. You still have this funny. Relax. That's not a dream thing. I very barely chunk it. I usually thin it when I'm of right mind.
Starting point is 00:15:03 And then somehow the bottom of the swing lowers even more when I, I'm awful. It's an art. There's a certain line for it. I feel like you've nearly mastered it, especially you're an all-time great at it. But there's a line. You can kind of climb the mountain a little bit and you've got to find your cruising altitude. Exactly. And the longer you can stay at the cruising altitude, 30,000 feet is pretty good.
Starting point is 00:15:25 You go to 35,000. you're playing with fire. Turbulence. Because you've got to come down. Turbulence. If you're coming down on the back down while the presses are happening, you're in trouble. So there's a line there, and we're going to find that line today. Joel's, yeah, Jules, fortunately today we're hitting like 70-yard shots.
Starting point is 00:15:41 I can, and they're off mats. So even if I chuck them. Unchuncable. No one's really going to know. Yeah. Love mats. Let's talk about your playing partners here today. Keith, you're with Bobby Burger.
Starting point is 00:15:52 Bobby Burger. Rig, you got Fat Peres. God damn, what a pairing. and then you got cold cuts. What do you guys know about your playing partners? That were not as good as hairy and fat for us. I got the guy. The betting lines are skewed.
Starting point is 00:16:06 I think my partner would evilly say the same, and Joel's would too. Cold cuts with his wedges is deadly, and I mean deadly. Like, actually there's people watching today. People could get hurt. We're going to see some cold cuts out there. Yeah, I have a feeling. There's some liability out there today with cold cuts. There is.
Starting point is 00:16:22 And we're going to talk with them here shortly, but there is no way on earth that they're not extremely nervous about, A, playing with, like, tour pros, but B, people all around. It's tight. We're going to need a shot. Weird shots happen. Those guys are big time. I don't think they. They play in front of people.
Starting point is 00:16:36 They're not going to be scared about us. It's when the cameras. When an 80-yard shot has a thousand people around. You know the shot tracer on TV? They're actually going to need, or remember when you used to watch hockey and that, like, they would have the bloop, the puck. The fans are going to need the ball to, like, glow so they can dodge it. It's flying at them.
Starting point is 00:16:54 There's going to be, you're going to need to keep your head on a swivel out there. I do think the trash talking, I feel like cold cuts, and Bobby Burger's probably the best at it, but cold cuts is solid. I think fat just, like, shows up and... Yeah, he's kind of the... He's kind of the silent assassin, really. He's kind of the silent assassin, really.
Starting point is 00:17:10 He's just like, here's my club, here's a birdie, like... Here's two-a-granted charity, thanks. Right, exactly. Yeah, dude, he's got to dial. Actually, on our way over here before we started recording, cold cuts stopped me. He's like, dude, look at this. Show me a video. I guess he was playing Brentwood last week, and they have nets around the range, but
Starting point is 00:17:25 they're kind of low on the sides. and it's higher down at the end. And a truck on the left side was hit $750 of damage. And apparently there's a camera. The video is the range the entire time so they can pinpoint it if it does happen. So cold cuts might be out for $7.50. And it was with a hybrid, by the way, which is not one you'd think it'd be a dog. Those are usually a little easier to keep online.
Starting point is 00:17:45 Yeah. So he's already around. Yeah. These two guys partners may struggle a little bit. You know, if it was just the three of us, we're not going to need to yell four at any point. You know, it's just a bunch of 80-yard shots. I'm sure we'll yell for, what, over under four and a half, five and a half times? Probably just for...
Starting point is 00:18:02 The mats will... Bobby and Colcuts. I'm more thinking like chip shots, bunker shots, things of that nature would be... Matt's will definitely help that. Whether it's a little speed required. One thing I did notice here, Harry, you set the trend with the... Listen up my buttons. Of course, everyone knows that.
Starting point is 00:18:19 Keith over here, did you put... Did you button one more for the show? Because you were very casual. in the lobby. He did. He did. He brought it up one notch. You did.
Starting point is 00:18:28 So I only wear four button shirts, and I always button a button. It's kind of one of the... It's classy. It's classic. You know, I got it. If you count the sides, I got seven. It's an entertainment product. Now, Keith is taking a four-button shirt to a whole new deal.
Starting point is 00:18:39 I mean, the bottom of the... It's five. What do they call that a lapel? A placet. Wow. That was a fancy word. This is a lapel. It's only a job.
Starting point is 00:18:47 Yeah. This is a guy to ask, by the way. The plaque is touching his navel. It's a belly button in the lobby. It's exactly where your lapel would meet your button right there. That's the point of it. It's actually there's a golf shirt. Keith is kind of bringing, and he's going to still be the only guy that's going to,
Starting point is 00:19:06 he's brought it and can going to be the only one that continues to bring it. But he is bringing fashion to the men's game. I don't want to say single-handedly, but there are people saying single-handedly doing it. He may be the only guy that will wear what he's going to wear, but in, and I hate complimenting Keith to like to my core. You don't have to. You can just stop. I hate it. I hate doing it, but he's also the only guy that I think should bring fashion.
Starting point is 00:19:29 Is that a couple of minutes? You and Adam Scott, that's it. The only guys that can bring fashion. Howard Scott's the only guy can pull off brown as much as he does. Yeah, but I think he's going on the other side. Shades of brown. Yeah, he's wearing. Not just brown, shades of brown.
Starting point is 00:19:40 All those earth tones just to kind of mess with us. I mean, look, we got, yeah. There's very few of us. We're a dying breed. I think we're going this way again. Like, I agree it was dying. I think we're right here, and I think we're bringing it back. I think it's the same thing.
Starting point is 00:19:54 The two of us. Let's bring back the... You actually have a good... He's a visor potential. Put it on. See, how good that hair is. You got to have the head and you got it out. You got to have some hair. He does have a big head, which fits visors. Let's go.
Starting point is 00:20:07 Are you kidding me, bro? If I tilt any more like this, there's some bald spots, so I will never wear a visor. That's a big... I'm not going to... I will say I've been wearing a bucket hat for five years now and no one's following my trend, so I'm definitely not a trend center. You're one that only they can pull up. Peter Mount Naughty?
Starting point is 00:20:21 Solid, great bucket hat guy. He does a personality for us. He does wear one every now. It works. Marty Doe's in there. That's solid. Yeah, Marty. There's a rules official that wears one, I think. I don't speak to rules officials. I just do in the fair way. Or I end the rules official. Oh, you just just, oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:20:35 It's right here, guys. What are you? It's right in here? Fringe find. You know, a hundred yards back. Yeah, a guy that, you know, has some history of drops, you know. I am way away from water nowadays. I don't want to have any controversy where my ball drops. That's a good one.
Starting point is 00:20:56 I just legalized Joel over here. I don't think we have any hazards out here, so thankfully we don't have to worry about Joel's take on where it crossed. I just play water hazards as OB. I just play as a routine. Just in case. No doubt. I'm not going to ask any questions.
Starting point is 00:21:11 How long did I take to go to bed that whole debacle? It's not too bad. Is it still wide awake? It's not wide awake, but if someone in my group hits it in the water, they certainly look at me pretty close. To the point, you can be too whole. away. Be like, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:21:26 Get Joel over here. Tell me where it crossed. I got no idea. Joel, do you see that? As you should. I don't want to get body bag. Protecting the field. Protect exactly.
Starting point is 00:21:36 That's what we do. It's a game of honor. We're not saying you're doing anything wrong. We're just giving a hard time about it. Yeah, it was beautiful to see it. But it'll never die. Big news for Harry, by the way, on the engagement. Congratulations on that.
Starting point is 00:21:49 Cleo, Chliot. The terrible golf for forever. Yeah, these two and their, and their lovely wives have, we're great friends of mine, and we've all become great friends, and they realize how lucky I got. So I got to make it to May 3rd,
Starting point is 00:22:05 and then it's official. You've got to make it a lot longer than that. Well, but she's got until then to change her mind, right? I mean, it's, we're, just keep playing the act. Also,
Starting point is 00:22:16 I got engaged here in Austin. You love this place so much. I did. We got engaged here this May, down in Austin. Taylor, shout out to Tito's actually helped me with dinner reservations. Is that right? I may or may not have waited until two days before.
Starting point is 00:22:31 You try to get dinner reservations for eight. Hey, I'm thinking I got a little thing. I'm going to just propose. Yeah. Slide me into the best thing I'm ever going to do. And it's like tomorrow. Yeah. Can you help?
Starting point is 00:22:40 Also, do you know where I get a ring? I actually, that's what he does. I actually, Keith was, Keith was in charge of helping me too. On the ring? No, no, no, no, not on the ring. The ring, I did pretty good with that. She did find it in the bottom of my suitcase. She did not look at it.
Starting point is 00:22:54 it. She did not look at it. And judging by her reaction, I believe that she said she did not look at it. But she knew. But she found it. She knew that it was coming, which was all I wanted it to do, all I wanted it to be was a surprise. So it was a little tough. And God love her. She just went out and grabbed my dirty laundry. Okay. Like the wonderful woman that she is and saw the, that was going to be my next question. Do you want to marry someone that's rummaging around through your six? No, it was not a rummage. She was doing like a really nice thing. for me. Can you imagine grabbing Harry's dirty laundry? You can touch my suitcase. Do not touch my iPad. Or the drums.
Starting point is 00:23:32 Why do you have a 17 number combination? Ah, just for security. It's for security. What advice has two married men, Joel and Keith? What advice would you have for for Harry to continue playing great golf once you engage in Holy Metrimo? I mean, I got lucky. I started playing better when I got married. I've had my best two seasons since. Yeah. Just the kid thing is a little different. I can attest to that. The kid. things are. I mean this, in no offense, but you're like the only guy that has not had like a four or six week great run of golf once they've had a kid as of late. It feels like everybody,
Starting point is 00:24:05 as soon as they've had a kid, they've just like played insane golf for three or four weeks. You've played very solid golf, nothing. Average. Do you not love your kid? I love my kid. What is it? What is the way of kid? He loves him too much. I love him too much. I was neglecting the game of golf because I was surrounded. I love this kid so much that I spent too much time with him. I wasn't playing enough with the boys at home and I was just playing at the golf course. It didn't work out as well. So we're back. We're back. He said, Joel's back. Joll's back. Diled it in. But yeah, that, back to your advice. I would just say Kaylee's always correct. Yeah. Well, she is. And don't piss her off because she's scary when she gets
Starting point is 00:24:43 mad. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. That's good. That's good. Always right. Don't piss her off. I do my best to not, but some of it. Sometimes it's hard. And I'm always... Just listen to her. Yeah. You know, sometimes you mess up. Listening is key, I've found.
Starting point is 00:24:56 They just want to be heard. Even if you don't agree with it, just listening. Hearing and listening are different things. Very. Yeah. Are we starting a new podcast? Yeah, this is marital advice. Marital advice, okay.
Starting point is 00:25:05 With the fellas. That's been married to wild. What do you got? You got a real Mike child and we got to merit advice. We're going to drink Titos and give each other marital advice. Exactly. For real. No one wants to hear about golf.
Starting point is 00:25:16 Hey, handwritten notes. It goes a long way. Those are good. We can't read your handwriting. No, no, no, I write very well. Maybe you're going to get a calligraphy lesson and then write them very neatly. Is your wife still better fisher, fisherman than you? That's the word on the street.
Starting point is 00:25:32 The only guy on the island that can't catch better than your wife at. And probably spends more than anyone trying to. That's the worst part. So the true story is we moved to, or Claire moved in. I'd live there for a little bit. And she moved in. And we'd always go out and go on the dock and whatever. And I'd always bring my fish around.
Starting point is 00:25:53 I was never catch anything. And I like, I don't know, took a phone call or something. And she just throws in and catches this trout like this big. Starts freaking out. And then it took me, I'm not kidding you, like nine months to catch one. And so for nine months, she held it over my head. Yeah. Well.
Starting point is 00:26:07 And I deserved it. Every bit of it. It's tough. You're the only Georgia guy, I think, that hasn't killed something. You know? He grew up a little bit classier and nicer than a month. most of those Georgia boys. All right.
Starting point is 00:26:20 He's bringing fashion back. Baylor and stuff. Yeah. He doesn't have time to hunt. Yeah, when you're single-handedly. I'm a great guest in those situations. You're a guest at the dinner table, the wine drinking. Yeah, like, I'll go out and hang out with you.
Starting point is 00:26:33 You know, I mean, sure, I'll shoot something, but, like, I'm going to mess it up. Yeah. You won't shoot at something. That's the same thing. Yeah. I like to fish. I'll fire, but I'm not going to hit anything. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:26:44 I mean, it's just for killing time anyways. Yeah. You just dangling it out there. It's just luck. It's like playing. Blackjack. Are you good at Blackjack? No, we all do the same thing.
Starting point is 00:26:51 Some people get lucky. Some people don't. Right? If you play long enough, if you get rich, that's what I heard. I just haven't played long enough rich. I think some of them, those guys in Seattle might disagree with that. Yeah, there's probably a little more to it than that. I'm not a huge fisherman.
Starting point is 00:27:07 I don't think Brian Harmon gets lucky. I think Brian Harmon, like, studies what, what's going on and actually takes a very there's an art methodical approach to it. and kills a lot of things. They like to bring it up at the Open Championship. A marital. A marital podcast to now a hunting podcast. This is good.
Starting point is 00:27:26 We want to tell you. We could have a huge demo for this dog. Here we are, the T-Dor stories classic, talking about marital advice and hunting. And hunting. And Brian Harmon getting grilled at the open. Yeah, that was the most ridiculous thing. You should have won the U.S. Open instead of the British, but, you know.
Starting point is 00:27:37 No, I think it's very fitting that he won that open. The best line ever was Paul Aisinger saying, these two guys are American hot dogs and apple pie. Walk it down the fair line. Yeah. They love that. that over there. Zinger. Zinger was on one. They love that. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:27:50 Anyone else interlocking their microphone? I was earlier. I just thought that. You are chomping at the bit. I interlocked in earlier. I haven't played well here the last few years. I'm dialed in now. Me neither. I'm ready. I'm ready to win some money for my charity. Are you interlock? I'm interlocked. I'm overlapped. Just like the grades, Jack and Tiger. I'm overlap. Please. That is the sole reason I interlocked was Tiger. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:28:11 My hands are too big. If it works for him. I have a overlap thing with this finger. I do a tweener thing. My hands are... Big rig. My fingers are too big. It's a dumbest thing. He's got too much girth. My fingers are too thick.
Starting point is 00:28:24 Size of glove you wear. So you're saying you would... I wear a double X L. Double X. Double X. Big rig. Joel actually has big hands. Medium.
Starting point is 00:28:32 Yeah, you're just a little guy. And they're soft. They're the softest on tour for sure. Moisturized and everything. No question, dude. Oh, man. He paid. All right.
Starting point is 00:28:42 I know you guys got to work your way over to the track here in just a minute. But Joel and Harry, you guys kind of have a lot. knack for when you pair up together on par three's for making history. We got anything tucked for today? It's got to be like a whole in one today. It can't be like a birdie or whatever, but you have anything. That was, it was a par.
Starting point is 00:28:58 Where do you go once you take the shirt off? That's the problem. Yeah, we, how do you elevate them? You can. Like I can do, I can do nothing further. Pants.
Starting point is 00:29:06 The world has seen the max that I am willing to go. And whether or not I was actually willing is an argument that I would make. Joel. I was forced by these two. He planted the idea in everybody's head Saturday. He forced me basically to do it, along with 30,000 other people. I didn't see Joel lift his shirt up. Did you?
Starting point is 00:29:26 No, no. I was there. Hang on. This is where... I didn't see it. People always say that I took my shirt off. I never actually... Why is so bitter about one of the greatest moments that's ever happened on the BJT tours?
Starting point is 00:29:38 Not bitter. I just want to set the record straight. I didn't take my shirt off. It was awful. That's what that hole is for. Joel took his shirt off. There's a technical. This is a technicality.
Starting point is 00:29:50 You're just like, I mean. Joel deroped. I will just say if you want to get amongst it, as you say, I'm willing. And if I'm going to throw friends under the bus, I'm probably jumping. I'll probably drive the bus first, but then I'll get out. Jump out to the driver's seat and let it keep going. Exactly. But my man didn't let me die on the hill alone.
Starting point is 00:30:12 I made my 10 footer for bar. I don't think you died, though. I think you drive. No, no, but just like, yeah. I made my touch. It's an expression. It's a positive. It is a positive.
Starting point is 00:30:22 You're here now because of it. Yes, exactly. I did it, and I went and grabbed my ball out of the hole, and I turned around, and Joel did not have at least half of his clothing on. So that, that is even up the level of excitement. He's a liable. And then at that point, we looked up and saw a couple hundred beer cans flying at us, and it was like, oh, shit, we got to get out of here. We should make a one today. Make a one.
Starting point is 00:30:46 Yeah, I mean, something, I would imagine the three of us will be in a state enough with enough Tito's in our systems that if somebody actually makes a one today, something wild will happen. If someone on our team makes a one, we donate 5K of our money to the charity of the other guys. Okay, I like that. Well, boys, we love you. One of you is going to be a champion today. Compete your hearts out. Keep it clean. Keep it fair.
Starting point is 00:31:13 You guys are the best. Thank you so much for doing it. Cheers. Appreciate you. Thank you, Drew. Love you, boys. All right, some big news here from Subpar. We have officially launched our own YouTube page.
Starting point is 00:31:23 Make sure to subscribe at Golf underscore Subpar on YouTube. Check out this week's video. Like, subscribe, do all the stuff. Colt, we've got some cool behind-the-scenes stuff coming and give you a little outside look at some of the stuff outside the studio. So please like, please subscribe. You're the best listeners in the game. We love you.
Starting point is 00:31:40 Back to the show. All right, part two of the Tito's handmade Vaga, of the best bucket in the business. The Shorty's classic, I have the dynamic trio here of Bob does sports. Bobby Berger, Joey Colcuts, Fat Perez. First thing I noticed, just right off the jump here, I got to say, the attention to detail in the beard game of this trio, impeccable, boys.
Starting point is 00:32:03 It's a big day. Tito deserves a nice trim up, a nice shape up. Everyone is lined up perfectly. That's not the norm. By the way. By the way. No, not normal. Definitely not the norm.
Starting point is 00:32:13 I knew we were coming out here. This is a televised event. I was like, I better get. It's a little trimmed job. I look actually like I look pretty, pretty bad before that. No, I think you look great now. Yeah? Yeah, you all cleaned up.
Starting point is 00:32:26 You cleaned up beautifully. Pabap probably has the best beard in terms of like the crew. Like, it's the most full. Bob and I sometimes we struggle. We have little patches. I can't grow on. I'm almost 40. I don't grow.
Starting point is 00:32:38 You're halfway home. You kind of got that little scrub look. Just baby face stuff, guys. Yeah, it's good. It's just. Ageless. Ageless. You know.
Starting point is 00:32:46 Perez, did I see? Did you just have a little tumble down the stairs recently? How was the hell? I like the four start. I did fall. That looked dangerous. That was. That was.
Starting point is 00:32:58 Just a short flight of stairs out back of my house. It was some wet wood matched with lazy crocks and a lot of weight. And your boy, big tree fall hard. Yeah, big tree fall hard. Yeah, that one hurt. That one hurt. And I just sort of sat there for a second. The worst part was my wife.
Starting point is 00:33:16 all the whole thing. And now the world. Now the world. Yeah. He knows. He sent it. It's just like, he just,
Starting point is 00:33:25 when he like sits down and just kind of like collects himself and just like stares into the abyss, it's just like classic Perez. Oh. It was awesome. Just having a moment. Like, all right. It just happened. And the ring cam.
Starting point is 00:33:37 I mean, damn. Sure. You thought that thing was for, you know, your benefit when you put it in. But now it's like, Jesus. Originally for like safety of my, my, you know. my estate or my my my humble estate and my wife and everything it's now just bob's little playground some big big brother over here can we get some turf on the stairs for the big
Starting point is 00:33:56 he's a max contract guy you can't lose a max contract guy like that's tough got a lot of feedback on yeah i've got a lot of feedback in the dms on things i could do apparently needs a good power washing and apparently some stripping on the stairs would go a long way this is this is big for me too because for the longest time the garage video was the one that haunted me that was a good one So now we have another contender to add, and now we're just missing a video of Bob. I just got to go out now. And then the trio will be complete, you know, like just us absolutely dismantling ourselves getting absolutely, I mean, mine was bad.
Starting point is 00:34:30 Presidents was bad, but mine was, mine went, I was seen that thing all over the internet for a while. It still is. I mean, everyone's fallen down the stairs at some point, but very few people have just voluntarily ran headfirst, full speed into a garage shop. You know what I mean? It's harder one to relate to. There's another clip of like it extends.
Starting point is 00:34:50 So after like it turns around, you see Perez crack it up and then you see me. And when I realize that we got that on camera, I'm like a kid on Christmas. It was it was the best. Tell me you have that. Oh, yeah. Oh, we got you covered. You can't recreate that. No, so good.
Starting point is 00:35:06 That's why everybody loves you guys. And you've been on a, you guys have been busy. You've been on a world tour. Europe just happened, right? Yeah, I did. Tell me about that. Some of the highlights over there. we like Nando's that chicken spot
Starting point is 00:35:16 I know I should probably go to the chicken The old course was nice But Nando's Perry Perry sauce We found this chicken restaurant In the village of St. Andrews We had dinner there every single night The YouTube's fattest golf team We are
Starting point is 00:35:30 It's important when we travel to find A nice safety net of food And we found just that It is pretty bad that we did play St. Andrews First things out of my mouth is Nando's But the chicken's very good Where's the chicken? Yeah It's awesome
Starting point is 00:35:42 It's like I guess you could say rotisserie chicken. It's like Portuguese chicken. Yeah, it is. It is so good. Look, old course is good. But Nando is something about that place. It was awesome.
Starting point is 00:35:54 Yeah. It was, it was, St. Andrews, in all honesty, was pretty amazing. The bars, Rick showed us around like, I mean, he could not have been more of a gracious host. He was unbelievable. Showed us like St. Andrews, King's Barns. Some of these places we played were so, so awesome. Give us a little peek behind the curtain because there's so many people that are listening
Starting point is 00:36:13 and watching. Like they see y'all on Instagram, they see you on the social media and stuff, but like, give us your schedule. Like, how often are you guys out on the road traveling? What's like a day-to-day or a typical week when you guys are out doing stuff? What's it look like? We try and do one trip a month. Try to, but something always ends up popping up. And then we get as much videos as we possibly can that full week that we do.
Starting point is 00:36:34 So we try and get as much there. But again, something always ends up popping up for us. And now more so than ever, it's been really, really busy. But at the same time, it's like we can't complain. it's been awesome. So the travel we enjoy and then we all get along so well, like what you see on camera is the same thing off to where we all look out for each other and it's a really tight, close-knit crew to where for the most part we don't really get sick of each other. No, no. I think one week, you know, one week a month is a healthy amount of time we spend
Starting point is 00:37:04 with your buddies. Yeah, and we play six days in a row, get as many videos as we can wherever we go and with these guys living on the West Coast and I still live in the East Coast we kind of have to do it that way but we're hoping to kind of get together here soon in the in the Sunshine State yeah I hear that little jupe life for the squad just makes sense new year new state for the boys yeah either that or Scottsdale you know and we figured you guys we figured we want to stay on us a lot I know I know I know some spots if you and Colt get your paws on us or in trouble So we got to stay wet.
Starting point is 00:37:42 We do need to get y'all out and do something. I know we've tried to in the past. That hasn't worked out. We got to get out and do it. Bob does sports in Scottsdale. Properly done. 100%. That will happen this winter.
Starting point is 00:37:53 We'll get settled down to Jupiter. 100%. I like your guy's odds. You and Colt against us. We'll talk to it in some way to make it real. You know what I mean? But it does have to have to have to have. We'll take Perez and it'll be three on two.
Starting point is 00:38:04 Sure. Yeah, yeah. Sounds about right. Something that's fair for everyone for a huge, for a huge quantity of money. No, but we do. We do. We do need to get it. We've been trying for a while, so it'll end up coming.
Starting point is 00:38:14 Just it hasn't worked out, but we'll definitely get that in for sure. We'll do it for sure. And you got a great event here today with this Tito Shorty's classic. We was just talking to the fellas. Let's go through the teams real quick. You got Keith Mitchell, Bobby and Keith, Cold Cuts, and Joel, Perez, and the big rig Harry Hicks. All right, let's do this real quick,
Starting point is 00:38:31 because this will be y'all's first time playing actual golf with them before. If you had to give a scouting report, do it for someone out. You do cold cuts, pick a person, give me strengths and weaknesses of their game, what they can expect. I mean, Perez, the weakness is if he gets too drunk. Yeah. That's the only thing. I'm being dead honest.
Starting point is 00:38:49 Cutsi's been playing good. I think if Cutsi just, if it's one bad shot, then it could just lead into another where sometimes it'll get into his head. The domino effect, yeah. But he's been playing good. So me and Keith got a war cut out for us. Did you duck that little truck bill from Brentwood that's pending? No.
Starting point is 00:39:06 No, you show me the video. Is that going to be okay? I know you got that lingering right now. Currently awaiting an investigation pending of a driving range ball that went awry and hitting an oncoming truck. Never end. Going down the street. I have the video. It really never ends.
Starting point is 00:39:21 Allegedly. Allegedly. Yeah. One of the few videos of my golf swing that I would rather not receive. But yeah, no, I actually got new wedges recently, and they've been really, really impeccable in terms of changing my game around. Still sucks, but not nearly as bad. And all thanks to Callaway for that one. And short course today, it's wedges all day.
Starting point is 00:39:43 Yeah, I know. It's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, I'm looking forward to it. I think it's going to be a lot of fun. I think our work's cut off for us, because FP short game is by far his best quality, and I don't think we have a good quality in our kids. Where did the strengths come in for these guys, per as you go. I'll give you one more weakness, but, uh, Bob has been talking about for three days, how he's scared of, of literally hurting someone on the stop.
Starting point is 00:40:09 So that's where his mental is right now. His game aside, he is in an absolute scary position right now that even if he had been playing the best golf of his life, all that's out the window when he gets out there. But I'll say Joe's a streaky putter. So if he gets the flat stick hot, we can see some putts roll in. And Bob's a very solid putter. So I think if they can get themselves on the surface and not bouncing off of the fan, they're going to be in a really good spot. I'd be honest with you, Slee's. Like, I, I've thought about it a lot more than I probably should.
Starting point is 00:40:44 And I would like them to take some of the T-shots, but I don't think that's the way that it's going today. And Keith was the one who suggested that on the call, and I watched it unfold. And I couldn't believe when he did it. But look, it's, you know. Well, this stems from last year. We took a celebrity shot. And Bob was terrified of doing it. And he sent into the crowd.
Starting point is 00:41:03 I hate it. So I think, but I think he gets in his head. Like, we were at St. Andrews. And he, like, the first thing he was saying is like, I don't want to play that road hole. Like, he didn't want to get the ball over the hotel. And he kept talking about it the whole time. And then sure enough, he smashed his drive into the hotel. Sure did.
Starting point is 00:41:19 You hit the hotel? Sure did. You know, you're not the only one. He went over the hotel. He went over the hotel. I think he had the roof. Like, it was a pop fly into the roof of the hotel. Oh, a little soft one.
Starting point is 00:41:29 Soft landing. Yeah, but he's right. Like, I was talking about it the whole day. I was talking about the whole trip. Sure enough. Get up there? The lights. Yeah, right there.
Starting point is 00:41:37 those things to actually happen if you think about it long enough. Yeah. Maybe think about making a whole one. Yeah. With that being Santa, I'm making a whole one one. Could you imagine you get a whole one one today? Keep it safe out there.
Starting point is 00:41:46 Don't worry. Hey, don't worry about the people. We're going to listen, maybe. You guys are going to put on a great show. And you're all great players. Go out there,
Starting point is 00:41:52 have some fun, make some tweets. We love you guys. Look forward to linking up soon. Do we get a celebrity shot out of you today? Do you want the kid to spin? For sure. Does Boogie spin?
Starting point is 00:42:01 We want booby to spin. All right, I got to go, I got to go warm up. I gotta go YouTube videos. Tiger 2000 for the next hour and I'll be out there. All right, boys, love y'all. Appreciate you.
Starting point is 00:42:12 Thank you. All right. Thanks again to our sponsor. Tito's handmade vodka for having me out to the Tito's Shorty's Classic. Follow Tito's socials and stay tuned for updates on when and where to watch the Shorties Classic. A lot. There's a variety of shots being hit out there, Colt, is what I will say. Well, the interviews were incredible.
Starting point is 00:42:30 I can't wait to see how the golf actually ended up. I mean, how can you not have fun with the Bob does sports guys, Keith Mitchell, Joel Damon, Big Beautiful, or the Big Rig, Harry Higgs, whichever one you want to call him. Harry got some competition for most chess cleavage being shown on tour. Keith came up. He's got new shirts. The buttons come down near the belly button. He buttons one or two leaves a lot to be seen. So we're giving them a hard time before we went on the interview. And then by the time we got up to the interview, I looked over. You went up top one more there. But yeah, a little homage to Mr. Higgs. The big rig, officially the big rig.
Starting point is 00:43:05 I did get a report from several people. You were on very good behavior. Thank you. Congratulations. I'm proud of you. I was. I love it. Well, make sure you go to fairway jockey.com.
Starting point is 00:43:13 Check out some of our merch. And also check out our YouTube page. Make sure you like, subscribe and all that. So please, tell you what, I'm going to go to bed. It's currently like 8 a.m. in Australia, I think. Yeah, you're a little sideways. Just getting situated back from European time. Then you go to the other side.
Starting point is 00:43:29 The body's probably all. I've seen it all. Yeah, your body's like, what the shit are you doing to me? Good to get back. back home. You won. Your gambling pick last. There was no golf, so we're only football.
Starting point is 00:43:38 I lost again. I'm shits. But we got golf this week to talk about it. We have golf to get into this week. Down in Cabo at Tiger Woods designed golf course. Hello. At Diomonte.
Starting point is 00:43:48 Bit of a sad time for me. Colt, my only start on the PJ tour is a venue. It's no longer a venue. And it hurts and it's hurtful. Probably best to shut that thing down. Sorry, they moved to Cabo. I know. Tough deal.
Starting point is 00:44:00 Fields, not bad. Ludwig. is your favorite. Sathagalah, no shocking he's playing every damn week. For me, I'm going to go with the guy. I think he's due for his first win. He's really high on the betting boards a lot, it seems like, for not having a win. I'm going to go to Stephen Yeager, 25 to 1.
Starting point is 00:44:17 Been playing good. I think he's made like 15, 16 cuts in a row. Can make a ton of birdies and can make him in bunches. I can cool him off. He's high up there. If he can do it in Cabo, you can do it anywhere. I'm going to stay with a guy that, I feel like we've mentioned him virtually every week of the fall series. But how about Bo Hostler, going at 3rd?
Starting point is 00:44:31 going at 30 to 1, back-to-back top tens, what, seventh at the Shriners, runner up at the Zozo. He's leading the next 10 right now. Other than Ludwig, outside of Ludwig, like, it's hard to find a guy in better form in the fall. And side note, caddy switched this week. You know, he's coming in on the bag for Big Bo. Guess. Bobby Berger. No, close.
Starting point is 00:44:52 Not a bad guess, though. Maybe the only guy more attractive than Bobby Berger in the world. Taylor Wood, the Manichin, former USC standout. Trust me. it's five-star living for Bo and T-Wood this week down in Cabo if you can peel T-Wood off of the beaches trying to bronze that body of his. It could be formidable.
Starting point is 00:45:10 I like it. Formitable. All right, my dark horse is 65 to 1. He's played like absolute shit as of late. Good. I love this. But he is sponsored by Diamante. He knows the place probably better than anyone in the field, if I'm guessing.
Starting point is 00:45:25 And I just like to give him shit on this show. Give me Taylor Montgomery at 65 to 1. Love that. Throw recent form out the one. window. This guy's been shit, but he's sponsored by these guys. He's due. If he doesn't top 20, loses the deal. If he doesn't play good soon, he's going to have to move back in with his parents. So we got to get it going, Teamont, Tyler Montgomery. Teammont, time to step up, kid. Take care of those endorsements. I'm going around that same area. I'm going 60 to 1, man that just
Starting point is 00:45:49 graduated off the Corn Ferry Tour, making his first start on the PJ Tour. He does have tour experience, but he's making his first start on tour since June. Big upside for this guy, former guest of the program, Chris Godder Up. Come on down. I like guys that just came off the corned fairy tour. They're hungry. They want to be there. It's less of like a vacation for them and more let's clock in. Well, he's in on a sponsor exemption.
Starting point is 00:46:09 He's good. Them boys still have a nice little offseason to go, but good to see him get another start. He is special. He smashes it. It'll be interested to see what he can do. All I know is I've heard, I haven't played Diamante. I heard it can get insanely windy. Good.
Starting point is 00:46:21 Good. I know you like that. Stress. All right, my football pick. I am coming off a dub Georgia finally covered for, I believe, the second time all season. I've took him pretty much every week. I'm going to roll with the horns this week. Minus four and a half.
Starting point is 00:46:35 Oh, against K State. Yes. Yeah. I like Texas. They're playing really nice. They beat BYU last week without Quinn. Youer. Give me the horns minus four and a half.
Starting point is 00:46:44 Case state's been a thorn for them in the past. K. State's starting to roll, too. The dismantled TCU and then followed it up, dismantled Houston. But that's going to be a good ballgame. In Austin, by the way. This is also a personal pick, too, just because I like giving Kelly and Vegas a lot of shit.
Starting point is 00:46:58 She's a diehard K. State fan and I know she'll be chirping me all week so I'm give me the horns just so I can ruin her weekend extra big week for them after oh you goes down at the hands of the jahawks so that big 12 wide open looks like we're going to get a rematch of Gary with and text me goes we're a football school that's right I mean I this is everyone's looking at Texas OU K state wins this I could throw a little wrench in the plans for that rematch uh Colt I coming off an L I don't do this often I'm staking my reputation on this pick right here. You ready for this? This is one of those weird lines that I saw I was like, that has to be a misprint, but it's real, double confirmed. Give me the Washington Huskies
Starting point is 00:47:39 minus three and a half at USC. Washington, since the big, is weird for you? Because that's not enough points. USC just gave up 50 to cow. They stopped nobody. They haven't looked good. These bookmaker people are pretty good. This is why I say I get a little bit scared when I see lines like this. I would have thought that would be 10 and a half, something double digits. It's barely over a field goal. Makes me scared. I googled on the way over. Is like, is Michael Pennix hurt?
Starting point is 00:48:04 Who's out for Washington? Why is this line the way it is? Yeah, big Pennix energy. I'm staking my rep on this, dude. Washington minus three and a hook over SC. They've been down since that win against Oregon. A little hangover. Finally, they get to ramp up, get the big lights at the Coliseum.
Starting point is 00:48:23 I'm putting a lot on the Huskies. Okay. There you have it. This could be devastating. But I've been losing anyways. Might as well. By the way, Desmond Howard was not saying Big Pinnock's energy on game day that day. What are you?
Starting point is 00:48:34 He didn't. No, he was. He should have. Claimed he did. He didn't. He should have. Did you see Pat McAfee game day this week? The kick?
Starting point is 00:48:40 No. How he started the show? No. I don't believe it was a shirt off. It was 34 degrees in Utah. It was actually on before I went to bed in Australia. Oh, that's nice. I don't even know if I should talk about this.
Starting point is 00:48:51 Yeah, fire it off. Just go check out the clip of Pat McAfee. What's the deal? He took his shirt out. What's he got? What's he got a little belly button ring or something? I got to go to sleep. I'm getting tired.
Starting point is 00:49:02 Piss nipple? That's going to do it for us. Patty, come on. We'll talk to you out next week's subpar.
