Starting point is 00:00:54 Not available in all states. Terms apply. See Fanatic Sportsbook app. All right, Sleez, let's get going. We actually had a busy week in the world of golf. Some awesome winners out there. We're going to start with Stephen Fisk, who won at the Sanderson Farms Championship, beating Garrik Higo by two shots.
Starting point is 00:01:10 Played incredible coming down the stretch. But a guy that was 135th in the FedEx Cup, now moves to 65th, two-year exemption, PJ Championship, the players. A lot comes with it, but a pretty impressive performance by him, and this is what these fall events are all about. Yeah, I mean, you know, coming off the Ryder Cup,
Starting point is 00:01:28 a lot of the big names aren't there. Rasmus showed up down there. T3. God bless him. Nice playing. By the way, going to Japan this week, too. So he's logging some miles. But, I mean, the golf world is just not getting a lot of attention right now. But on the flip side of that, like, the stories that are actually taking place in terms of how they change people's lives and careers are like, you know, bigger than anything we got in signature events. Like, if Scotty wins his sixth event or his seventh event of the year, like, what does it really change? He don't need the money. He doesn't do anything for him. We already know he's the best player in the world. He's already going to be on tour until he wants to stop playing golf. These are like, guys, 135, grinded to get there, rookie year. It's like keep a job at this point. Now the fact that he wins two-year exam.
Starting point is 00:02:08 all the stuff can take a breath of fresh air for the first time. Also, like you mentioned, the way he closed that out, like burning four, the last six with everything on the line. I don't know what he needed to finish to just get inside the top 100, but to go ahead and picked off that first win, like those are, those are, these things matter a lot. And they're not going to get the attention football's back, but still some really cool stories.
Starting point is 00:02:29 Got his attention. And it changed his career path, no doubt. Also, a little shout out to Taylor Montgomery, who finished tied for sixth. had just 94 putts in four days. Taylor, my friend, how about we hit a few greens out there? You're rolling the rock pretty nice.
Starting point is 00:02:42 It's a fairway, maybe a fair way or two. We went through his driving stats, actually just T to Green stats earlier on radio. And it's like, I mean, he's won 50 plus and tons of the stuff. And then every putting category, one, two, one, three, four, one, if he could just find something in the fairway. It's honestly, though, remarkable that he could finish that high,
Starting point is 00:02:59 given where he's hitting it off the T. It's crazy. Off the T this week wasn't even the problem. It was the Greens and regulation. I mean, there were 67 guys that made. made the cut. He was 67th in Greens and Regulation. I texted him Saturday night. I was like, hey, dude, 18 Greens, 25, 30 feet. You're going to shoot something crazy low. You're the best putter on the planet. These greens are some of the best on the PGA tour. Obviously, some weeks
Starting point is 00:03:21 you just don't have it with the Iron Game, but it's incredible to finish dead last in Greens and Regulation and finish top six. Contend, more or less. Yeah, 18 greens, 20, 25 feet. Why don't you ever tell me to do that? You don't put it like you can use that. Could use that little piece of it. I don't have to have to. I'm hitting it 25 feet. It's true. Every hole. But yeah, big week, he, by the way, finished 73rd in the Corn Fairy Touring, so he's got that. But now he goes in the fall and hopefully can make a move. Was he 129?
Starting point is 00:03:48 129. He moved up from like 148. He is not playing the Corn Fairy Tour Championship. Yeah. So getting ready, he'll be in Utah. That top ten will carry over to their. Good course for him out there, too. Why? I don't think there's any trees. Come on Taylor. Hit some goddamn greens. All right. Over on the PJ Tour Champions, very popular winner. about it. Tommy, two gloves, Ganey, picking up a win after Monday qualifying. His fourth successful Monday qualifier in his five attempts since turning 50. I think he's been 50 for like six
Starting point is 00:04:16 weeks or so, seven weeks. Yeah. Not very long. Very, yeah, 50. And he's the youngest winner, obviously, but yeah, he's only been out there. It's been like two months since he's been 50. But moved up to 37th in Charles Schwab Cup. And his plan, we had him on our radio show earlier today. I was, I'm going to Monday qualify until I get exempt status out there. And Q school has gone, has gone away now for the PJ Tour Champions, which is tragic, unbelievable. In my opinion. So Monday qualifying was really the only way to get out there. And he goes and picks out a win, picks up a win, which is awesome, man.
Starting point is 00:04:45 So pumped for him. Great character, very popular guy in the game. But a guy that's going to be a force out there on the PJ Tour champions. He wants it, man. That's the thing. I think it's like there's a big aspect of like who wants it out there. That's why I can't believe they got rid of Q school. It's like those guys that have been waiting, they aren't fully exempt out there.
Starting point is 00:05:02 I mean, we got buddies from around here. One of them was a major champion on the, on Champions Tour, came out of qualifying school. How about Stephen Alker? How's that going on? Stevie Allen, Q school guys. Like, these aren't guys that just get a card and hang out. Like, they win.
Starting point is 00:05:16 I can't believe they got rid of that. But Tommy Ganey, dude, when you really sit back and, like, what a gnarly story for him. Like, didn't grow up at the country club. Didn't have one looking at his swing on video. Didn't have any of the shit that the kids have nowadays and just found a way to get really good at golf. Now he's one on the Cornberry tour multiple times,
Starting point is 00:05:32 PJ Tour and Champions Tour. There's not a ton of guys that have done that. He was one of the guys that made it through Q school way back in the day. And that was one of those great characters that went from, I can't even remember what he did for a living, but it wasn't the most glamorous job in the world. Something with like air, not air conditioners, air heating systems or something like that.
Starting point is 00:05:48 Sure. Yeah. But I was saying, and he went and he was on the freaking PGA tour. That's what was so cool about Q school. And it was 20, 25 cards back in the day. I miss that. I hate now that they're taking away a PGA Tour Champions Q school, which was just right down the road here at TPC Scottsdale,
Starting point is 00:06:04 the Champions course. it was a hard five. I mean, it was dramatic coming down the stretch. Some crazy shit would always happen. But congrats to Tommy Ganey, man. We're very, very happy for you. How about Tommy Ganey, uh, big break version? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:06:15 Remember that? I mean, we're going way back when the big break was incredible back in the day. They had some characters. That'd be a good show to reboot right about now, you know? Would you go on it? Uh, I think my big break. I think this is my, I don't, I'm not looking for a big break anymore. But I'd help with the show.
Starting point is 00:06:31 Okay. It'd be fun. All right. Uh, let's get into some other stuff. non-golf related before we get zoned in. There was a lot of football going on this past weekend. Do you watch any? Dude, I caught the bug that everybody else's had when I got back from the Ryder Cup.
Starting point is 00:06:45 Hard to believe. Traveling non-stop since April. I got sick. I'm surprised it took this long. But I was on the couch Saturday and Sunday. I never left my house except to go for a walk. I never got in my car. I like that you go for walks too.
Starting point is 00:06:59 Yeah, get a little vitamin D, bud. A little walk around the neighborhood. Take a little stroll. Trying to feel better. Trying to get this shit out. You got me sick at the Rider Cup. I got a lot of stuff. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:07:07 Stay away. But football was unbelievable. One thing we got to talk about, the Arizona Cardinals. Our hometown team here. I mean, you're a Bronco guy. I'm a cowboy guy, but I do root for the Cardinals. It's our team here in Arizona. What a disaster that was.
Starting point is 00:07:24 21 to 3. Look like they were just cruising. No problem other than it looked like Kyler Murray might have been getting evaluated for a concussion after a snap hit him in the head. I have no idea what happened. the messiest game of all, but they still should have just cakewalked. Well, I'll let you because he's a TCU Hornfrog, so I'll let you do the honors.
Starting point is 00:07:41 I had a big game in that stadium against the Michigan Wolverines. How to run about that length, by the way, except the only difference is he held on the ball back then. I heard that helps to go out. That was unbelievable. There was some stat that went up, like when he was running that ball, like the live bet, if you looked at the probability stuff, they were 99.9% chance to win that game. I don't know how this keeps happening, dude. Normally it's college kids.
Starting point is 00:08:02 It's like they get too fired up. They're already thinking about their celebration. and they dropped the ball. But like you see it once and I feel like every coach goes in there is like if you ever do this, like you're done. And at the pro level,
Starting point is 00:08:13 you don't see it much. I when I first thought is like, oh my God, that's close. But I thought he had crossed it. Then they'd go down the line. He didn't. And then by the way, they could have won it four other times
Starting point is 00:08:21 after that. But all the shit went wrong. I mean, the pick. When Cammoor through the interception. Then they got up, tried to run with it, fumbled it. Two Cardinals could have just laid down on the ball and it would have been nothing.
Starting point is 00:08:31 They tried to pick it, kick it in the end zone. Titans recovery. I mean, it's just everything that can go wrong. It's one of the worst losses I think I can ever. Thank God I didn't bet on that. That would be a, that would have been a tough one. God bless you if you're in the survivor pool and had the Arizona Cardinals.
Starting point is 00:08:46 Well, I'll break it down for you. One of the casinos up in Vegas runs a big survivor pool. $1,000 entry. They get a bunch of interest. I mean, the payouts huge. Between the Arizona Cardinal game and the L.A. Rams, who lost on a last second field goal to the San Francisco 49ers on Thursday. there was 8,600 left in the contest going in.
Starting point is 00:09:07 Over 6,100, I believe, were on the Rams and the Cardinals combined. Wow. And I bet the last week will be a week prior to that, probably the Browns killed another 3,000 of them. Yeah, that's good point. That thing's gotten whittled down quickly. I mean, that was a straight mess. I'll tell you another game that could have been a disastrous one, Vikings over in London, which, by the way, I hate that we move games over there.
Starting point is 00:09:31 about the field goal that hit the cable that holds the camera, whatever they call it the spider camera, whatever, and just go straight sideways. I was watching it live. I was like, I've never seen a football really fly like that. I was like, how hard is the wind blowing? But it went just, it was so immediate. It went right.
Starting point is 00:09:45 It turns out hits the cable. Oh, just a multi-billion dollar league, biggest business in sports. And like, we can't get a, we got field goals that are hitting wires. And no one even brings it up. They said the reps didn't have a good vantage on the replay. I was like, what about the kicker? pointed out like I didn't shank that. Well, what just happened?
Starting point is 00:10:03 How does that happen? What does Scottie was on 18 at Augusta? And his balls just flying down the fairway all of a sudden just bounds into the trees. Be like, ah, you don't want to take a look at that? Well, us and CBS would never have a camera that's in play. Right. Well, yeah, of course not CBS. Whatever jicky jack operation was running the Vikings game.
Starting point is 00:10:21 That's why he'll move games of London, too. They're probably not even ready for it. Every replay booth, unless they were asleep, like, how does the replay booth not see? Like, we saw it on the camera angle, everything. It hit the wire and went dead right. I saw it with a naked eye just watching. I was like, that is weird. Yeah. Stop the game, guys.
Starting point is 00:10:36 We got a little issue here. Take a look. Yep, that hit the wire. Never had this happen in the history of the NFL. But guess what? Re-kick. Yeah, they're going to win that game, but that could have cost one too.
Starting point is 00:10:45 I mean, there's some weird stuff, weird stuff going on out there. Well, let's get zoned in with our friends over at Zone nicotine. And this just blows my mind, Sleeze, because as we mentioned, the Ryder Cup was just last week. the boys were celebrating after a massive win over the Americans once again. Not many celebrate harder than Tirohattan. And it looked like Bobby McIntyre was having a rather good time. When I told you on our serious XM show last week
Starting point is 00:11:12 that four of the Ryder Cuppers from Europe were actually playing that week, you said, what are you out of your mind? Why? What are you doing? Yeah. The Dunhill is a massive tournament on the DP World Tour. Tirohattan has an unbelievable record there. But come the end of the week, it got shortened because of some insane wins.
Starting point is 00:11:27 play got stopped because of wind and rain. Dustin Johnson had a three wood from 192 yards, and he topped it. But no, the guys were not. Let's ease up on the three wood topping, especially in the wind. Guys were not able to get home to 350-yard par fours. Like, it was just insane. But they canceled it.
Starting point is 00:11:44 They shortened it to 54 holes. And Bobby McIntyre and Terrell Hatton finished one, two. After being at the Ryder Cup all we don't mind jet lag. Don't mind being hungover. Don't probably don't really want to be at the golf course that much. after having a week like that. They go out there and do that. They were zoned in.
Starting point is 00:12:01 That was fun to watch. A week after that, I would think you want a tournament like the Amex, which is perfect weather, no win. I'll go play. And if I happen to get hot,
Starting point is 00:12:09 great. If not, just get me out of here. They didn't have to go out there and grimy. I mean, Bobby Maggardar put something. I was like four towels,
Starting point is 00:12:15 five gloves. You know, today it just looked miserable. I cannot believe that they in one and two. I would have bet a lot of money on none of those rider cupers playing. By the way,
Starting point is 00:12:25 Matt Fitzpatrick finished 21st. as did Fleetwood. As did Fleetwood. So, I mean, it was like pretty good showing all around. There was big talk after the opening round and DJ's 64 minus. Like, oh, you think that would have worked over at Beth Page? And I was like, here we go. Here we go.
Starting point is 00:12:42 If any of them play good, that's going to be the talk. Forget everything that happened leading up to that. But I think DJ had a tough one. I think when he finished 71st, if I'm not mistaken. Yeah, wasn't good. He also, like, tried to finish on Saturday after they blew the horn said they couldn't hear the horn and ended up making triple on the hole he finished. It was a disaster.
Starting point is 00:13:00 That's tough. But Terrell happened, by the way, he will never skip the Dunhill. I think in his last eight starts, this is just going off the top of my head. Three wins, three seconds, and like a seventh and an 11th. So they had a first of the Dunhill, second of the Dunnell and a third at Sanderson. Yeah. Rasmus Weigart. No Rider Cup hangover for those boys. And now he's
Starting point is 00:13:16 getting on a plane and going over to Japan. Sounds sweet. Just a little jaunt. Yeah. I'm just happy to be home. I guess he likes money. He's one of those that likes money. Well, let's do some gambling here. Notic Sportsbook. Make sure you download it. Follow along with us. I sucked last week. Alex Smalley. What the hell happened? You finished almost last. Did you have them in the top 150? Yeah, I won that. Okay, good. There, another one. Yeah, so that didn't work out too well.
Starting point is 00:13:43 Florida State, I thought it was sneaky going to backdoor cover. They're getting smoked by Miami. That last drive was like, well, touchdown here. We got a chance. They decided to kick the field goal and go for the onside. Another road football. Let's do. The onside sucks. We got to do something different. I mean, the onside conversion rates like 7%. What do you want to see? I don't know. With the XFL, you remember the XFO? And they used to just like drop or they put it on like a thing and two guys just sprint for it.
Starting point is 00:14:06 That was sweet. That was pretty sweet. Yeah. Yeah. That was almost a grease cover. Yeah. The way the NFL onside now, it's basically impossible. But I lost you, uh, you hit a winner in football. Virginia Cavaliers. Yeah. Shout out to y'all. It was close to a double whammy with Max Homa. Top 10.
Starting point is 00:14:23 had a great Saturday, finished third. I may have had the odds wrong. Still would have been a chicken sandwich, by the way. Still would have been a chicken sandwich. I would have just won a little bit less than I had advertised. I have a hard time distinguishing the top five and top ten on the odds. Yeah, it's crazy how it says when. This is maybe why I'm not a great gambler.
Starting point is 00:14:43 Top 20. It's somehow you always read the top five off the top ten odds. It got changed not long ago. By not long ago, I mean a couple months ago, I think, and I just haven't quite picked it up. Anyways, you almost had it. Well, this week we're going to give you a three. three-team college football parlay and also our favorite bets
Starting point is 00:14:57 from the Bay Current Classic, which is a new sponsor over there, over in Japan. Of course. A pretty good field. Colin Warcawa, Andrew Shaflake, team up, Hideki Matsuyama for my golf.
Starting point is 00:15:07 I'm going with top ten. I'm going to see if these Rider Cup guys can keep this going. Because this guy won in his last start. But he didn't play at the Rider Cup. He was a vice captain. And he's going to go over there. He's going to hit nine billion balls
Starting point is 00:15:20 and be ready to go. Alex Noren, top 10, plus 210. Okay. Yeah, one last time out. Probably didn't do a lot of ball hitting at Beth Page. By the way, future guests of the program, talk to him at the Ryder Cup.
Starting point is 00:15:33 He said, absolutely, we're going to do this. Coming on? Great, dude. One of the nicest guys there is. Teach us how to hit fades. Yeah. Nice fades. All right, I'm going to go with a guy
Starting point is 00:15:40 I've just played this past week and played some good golf. Eric Cole coming off the top 10 at Sanderson, Mr. Steady Eddie, you get in plus 210 for a top 20 over there. So I know it's a long travel and all that. I don't know whether to pick the top guys is they, what's their interest level or guys that have just played well over here, but are traveling.
Starting point is 00:15:56 I don't really know, but I'm going to go EC plus 210. There you have it. Let's get to some football here. We're going to combine our picks here. My pick of the week, this team's rolling right now. Also, hold on.
Starting point is 00:16:08 Before I get to this team, I want to talk about a little something that happened. Theo Vaughn, who was the celebrity guest picker. Yes. Over there, who said one of the funniest things I've ever heard in the history of the show. And I watched the show every single Saturday. But obviously, he's a Vanderbilt guy,
Starting point is 00:16:21 down in Tuscalo. Alabama. The house that Bear Bryant built that Nick Saban remodeled was one of his lives. But then when it came time to pick the game, he said, you know, Vanderbilt beat them last year. But Kalin DeBoard didn't have his guys. He had the other coaches. All these rag tagging, bullshit. Right in front of Nick Sabin. It was so simple. It was beautiful. Well done, Theo Vaughn. I really enjoyed that part. Sabin gets a lot of shit on. Shane Gillis at Notre Dame was it last year when he came up. I was like, yeah, dude, now that we can all pay players. I mean, you know, these guys have been
Starting point is 00:16:52 doing it for years and Nick took offense and he was like, oh, sorry, thought we were going to have fun here. That was a good one though. And Pat McAfee letting Kirk Curb Street throw the ball through the uprights after the girl that had never kicked anything in her life got selected for the field goal kicking contest. Give her $300,000. $300K
Starting point is 00:17:08 for K for Kirkby Boy to fire it through, which didn't clear by much. Now, but it looked nice. In the sport code, you've all gussed up, that's tough, tough environment. All right, so speaking of that, I'm going to stay with Bama because they're hot right now. Beat Georgia, beat Vanderbilt. They're going to Missouri. Tough place to play Missouri's good football team.
Starting point is 00:17:24 But Bama's favored by three. So roll tied. Roll tied. All right, that's your pick of the week. I'm going with a juggernaut. I'm going to keep riding these boys for a while. They had a week off after a huge win over at the Whiteout game at Penn State, which, by the way, maybe doesn't look as good.
Starting point is 00:17:41 They just got a boat race. By the way, Jerry Newheisel, congratulations. You're about to be the most highly sought after coach in football. That was unbelievable, dude. How bad UCLA went to how good they looked in one week. And no one will ever question who your dad is. No. How about the flow?
Starting point is 00:17:55 I mean, have you ever in your life? In your life? The camera's on Rick in the studio for CBS was fantastic. He had the UCLA tie on all of stuff. That was cool game. I kept waiting for them to blow it and Penn State to win a greasyy win. Penn State, you stink. Yeah, that hurt me.
Starting point is 00:18:11 But this team back at home with a big game against Indiana, who's beating some people, whose coach likes to talk. A lot of noise. But I think Oregon might be the best team in the country. I'm going to take a minus eight at home. home against Indiana. All right. So we got Oregon and Bama, two favorites.
Starting point is 00:18:26 And what's our third game? I'm going to let you pick here. I've circled two. Oh, God. And you tell me which one you like, okay? We got the University of Tennessee minus 12 and a half at home against Arkansas. Okay. Coming off a pounding.
Starting point is 00:18:38 Notre Dame absolutely shelled them recently. Or our local team, Arizona State Sun Devils, getting five in a hook at Utah. Let's keep it local. Okay. Come on, Coach Dillonham. Get them fired up. There is. go. We're going with the Sun Devils, plus five and a half. Off a by week, too.
Starting point is 00:18:55 Up in Utah. Mm-hmm. Just getting rolling. All right. Arizona State, Bama, Oregon, book it. That's our three-way parlay this week over at Fanatic Sportsbook. I don't see any way that way that looks. Speaking of winning, our guest this week, just won the biggest championship of his career, right down the road here at Trun Country Club in Scottsdale, Arizona. He's the Mnham champ. something I know you, Drew Kittleson, a lot of people around here strive for, but Brandon Holtz put on an unbelievable performance. He'll be playing at the Masters next year and the U.S. Open at Shinnock.
Starting point is 00:19:29 He is the 2025 mid-am champ, and here he is on subpar. All right, our guest today is a full-time real estate agent, part-time tweet maker, which he did in abundance a couple weeks ago out in Scottsdale, former college basketball player joining us fresh off his U.S. Mid-Am victory. Bloomington, Illinois's finest. Brandon Holtz, stand up. Congratulations, my man. Well done.
Starting point is 00:19:53 Hey, hey. Thank you. You got it, man. Awesome to see. I've heard a little bit about you and everything. I mean, obviously, a lot of people know you played at Illinois State, played college basketball, then turned pro, played a little golf professionally before getting your amateur status back. But I want to go back. Like, that's not a normal route for most people.
Starting point is 00:20:12 So tell me how it began. Like, had you always played golf? You were just better at basketball? I mean, yes. I mean, basketball was kind of my number one. You know, the thing about golf is you can't really go out there and hit anybody or run a little faster. You know, the aggression side of the whole sport is a little more difficult than, you know, playing basketball. So golf's always been secondary. Played basketball, fortunately enough to get a scholarship to play at Illinois State in my hometown and was able to continue to kind of play golf on.
Starting point is 00:20:46 the side, you know, at that time, we joined, we were members at a little nine hole course in town, Lakeside Country Club. And, you know, if I had a little bit of time, I'd call my dad, call my buddies, hey, let's go get a couple holes in, maybe a quick nine. So just a location of me being where I was, you know, I was able to continue to play. Did you have any offers for golf coming out of high school? I didn't. No, I didn't. I actually had. I actually had to. I was had about 14 offers for basketball coming out of high school. And I just never played, you know, any of the tournaments, golf tournaments in the summer just because my AAU schedule was, I mean, we were traveling a lot. We were, we were pretty busy. Describe your hoops game for me.
Starting point is 00:21:34 I could say, I wasn't fast. I couldn't jump. I couldn't dribble, but I could come off the screen and I could, I could shoot the shit out of it. So that's, that's kind of where I was. I was, uh, I was a three-point specialist, I guess. And I was just kind of tough, I guess. I don't like to talk about it, you know, but I wasn't scared to mix it up. And I'm about 6-3, so I played a little bit of the four every once in a while just because I can muddy it up a little bit. But it was an ugly game.
Starting point is 00:22:05 Was there any, like, aspirations? I'm sure there was growing up, but like when you were in college playing in Division I school, any aspirations of turning pro in basketball? Not really I kind of knew my place I mean I growing up of course you know watching Michael Jordan
Starting point is 00:22:21 you know my younger years everyone wanted to be you know everyone wanted to be him but no I mean I'm a six two six three guy that again can't run can't jump can't really drivel so I kind of knew what I was Lunch pale guy
Starting point is 00:22:37 you know blue collar guy first one and last one out I know what I was in there to do I know your type Did you ever consider, like, Gary Woodland started out playing basketball transit once he was like, all right, maybe there isn't a future in this. I'm going to go play golf. Did you ever consider that? You know, after my fourth year, going into my fifth year, you know, I had some of the players on the golf team approach me, talk about, you know, maybe coming out, playing on the team.
Starting point is 00:23:03 But, you know, being on the basketball team, four years of, you know, telling them, you know, being told what to do, how to do, when to do. It was kind of like, maybe I want to enjoy this fifth year a little bit. So, yes, there was thoughts, but when it was all said and done, now to this day, I wish I could go back, you know,
Starting point is 00:23:27 get some of that collegiate experience on the golf level, but, you know, hindsight's 2020, right? Yeah, but it makes your story so much cooler that you played college basketball in a division one place, not some bum school like Gary did. Yeah, no one's even heard of that. I don't think it was a real school. Where did he go?
Starting point is 00:23:43 No, I'm kidding. Yeah, exactly. Washburn, you ever heard of it? No. No one has. It's not real. But fast forward. So you finish up college.
Starting point is 00:23:51 Did you turn pro and golf immediately? Or what age were you finally professional? So I graduated in 2010, and I took pretty much that half year to just kind of practice. Then I turned professionals. I think it still was 2010 technically. And then played full time from 10 to 14. I call it my triangle. It was basically Illinois to Carolina to Florida,
Starting point is 00:24:17 just because I could drive there, right? I mean, I didn't have any sponsors. Obviously, I didn't play golf, so no one knew I could actually play a little bit. And that was it. I mean, really, you know, 10 to 14, I played as many events as I could. I worked as well.
Starting point is 00:24:33 You know, I find a country club just like a lot of these guys do and, you know, play when you can, but make some money to live. And that's, I mean, that's kind of the story. I kept my professional card when I was done after 14 to plan a couple state opens, you know. But yeah, that's it. I mean, I got a few bucks. Yeah, I kept my professional card just to play in the state opens.
Starting point is 00:24:59 And then I got to a point where I got married and had a couple kids and just wasn't plain enough to justify keeping it. You know, I had one event a year almost up until like 21. And then I was like, you know, this isn't fun. um you got my amateur status back i applied in 23 got it back last year and um honestly i've said this before i got my amateur status back so i could play in the city events with all my buddies when they're playing all these events i got nobody to play with and then you know talk a little trash and have a little more fun you know and then obviously knew it at some point i was going to get back to kind of some kind of competition and here we are well you those city events will be
Starting point is 00:25:41 good prep for the masters and the U.S. open, it'll feel like you'll be ready. You won't even be shocked by the atmosphere at all. Grab a, grab a six bag of beer at the turn, and, you know, let's go play at the back nine, right? Yeah, it's the same shit. What many tours were you playing? We said you were in Carolina, were you playing like E-Tour,
Starting point is 00:25:58 Sunshine Tour, that type of stuff? And did you have success? I wouldn't, success as a, no. Success, no. I paid a lot of money to play. You know what? You know, one thing I pride myself on the mini tour route is I never won an event, but I only missed one cut.
Starting point is 00:26:17 So the game was always just kind of consistent, just never could go that low. But I played on the Peach State tour out of Atlanta mainly, and then bounced around the Hooters, NGA tour, a couple events there, and the West Florida Golf Tour when I was kind of living down there in the winters. What was the largest check you made as a professional? I got second in the Illinois Open two times, and I believe the largest one was 14,000. Okay. It's a good check on the Jigs.
Starting point is 00:26:51 It's a great check, except I was still in a negative, right? Yeah. That's pretty much how it works on those tours. You brought up getting your amateur status back, and I feel like it's always there's some talk of that every year at the mid-end. But this year, there was a lot of it. And I mean, when you look at it, 16 guys left, 14 of them were former professionals. What's your kind of response to all this? Because there's some people, and I think it's ridiculous.
Starting point is 00:27:20 Like you turn professional, you're professional forever. But like you said, you still want to compete occasionally. What do you say to those people that say these professionals shouldn't be playing in these amateur events? Former professionals. You know, again, like you said, I'll speak for myself. I'm not going to speak for everybody. And what I say is probably not what everyone's going to like. But the U.S. mid-am was basically built for this, in my opinion, right?
Starting point is 00:27:47 I mean, you've got to be over 25. Everyone's working. Well, I wouldn't say everyone. Who knows what people's situation is? But I'm a working, man. I got a couple kids, got a wife. Like, for me, as far as competition is concerned, what else am I going to play in? My Bloomington normal city event, a town of 160,000 people.
Starting point is 00:28:07 like, that's fun. Don't get me wrong. And it's great. But what else can I play in if we don't have the midam? And we're talking, if you really want to get into the logistics of it all, 2010 to 14, played full time. Sure, if you want to call it full time, working, traveling on my own, you know, doing everything on my own with a little bit of help for my dad. But we're losing money. And then I kept it just because I had flexibility in the job that I had to be able to go play. you know, in hopes to, hey, hey, babe, hey, wife, I'm going to go play this weekend and hopefully I can bring a little, you know, a few bucks home. So, you know, somebody else approached me about levels of, you know, professional play. I don't, I don't think I necessarily disagree with that, but I can't, I'm not going to speak on those guys, you know, that I wasn't ever there.
Starting point is 00:29:00 So they might have a different perspective than me, but I think the U.S. U.S. U.S. was built for this. built for people over 25 with a full-time job, kids. Yeah, and that's why the USG, sorry, why the USDA puts in the, like, the duration, how long it takes you to get your car back. The better your career was, the more stuff you did, the longer it takes for you to get your amateur status back. And I just think when people bring that up, it's like, there's a period of time that goes by where, like, what you did 10 years ago as your job is not matter anymore, you know,
Starting point is 00:29:29 like, there's a point where, like, you know, it's irrelevant almost. And I'm not saying first year out after playing pro, you should be able to go play amateur events. But like you said, when you start working, you've got kids and you're playing once a week or whatever. It's like, yeah, dude, nine years ago, I played a lot of golf, but lots happened since then. Well, rules are rules, too, right? Follow rules. It is what it is. Yeah. I don't see the problem with it. I went back and forth on Twitter with a bunch of people that disagreed with me, which, by the way, pretty much everyone on Twitter disagrees with somebody. It's absolutely annoying. But let's go to the midam out here in Scottsdale, Arizona, right down the road from us, Trune Country Club.
Starting point is 00:30:04 First of, how special was it to have your dad on the bag all week? I mean, growing up around town, you know, with my dad, it was awesome. I mean, he's caddied before. This isn't anything normal, or not normal. This isn't anything new. And it was great. I mean, that bear hug on the last hole that, I mean, my dad's a big fit dude. I got the best of him on that, on that bear hug.
Starting point is 00:30:33 That's good. And this was your, I'm sorry, go ahead. Go ahead. No, I'm just going to say, this was your first U.S.G. Yeah. It was great. It was great. Absolutely. It's got to be.
Starting point is 00:30:44 But like said, Slees just said, first U.S.J. event. So you're one for one, undefeated. It's good. I'm coming back for two for two, too. I was going to say you can hang it up. By the way, speaking of your dad, is he going to be on the bag at Augusta? Have you decided that?
Starting point is 00:30:58 100%. I mean, this is the once-in-lifetime opportunity, right? Hopefully not. but, you know, let's be a little bit more realistic. Yeah, he's on the bag. I mean, I think the plan is, you know, my brother might be on the bag for the U.S. Open and then hopefully get that invite to the Masters and my dad is definitely on the bag. And just a little insight.
Starting point is 00:31:23 So my dad won badges, two badges, two tournament badges for life in 2004. For life? Even for life. Yeah. So he won the lottery back when they opened it up to everything. So we've been going down there for 20 years. So it makes it a little more special just because we understand how special it is, right? So just, you know, walking the grounds and saying, oh, what's behind that rope?
Starting point is 00:31:51 You know, what's in that building? We're going to find out this year. It's going to be pretty sweet. Hopefully, hopefully, right? Okay. You're going to have a little better advantage this year than you have. I didn't know it was lifetime back. Okay, since you've been there several times, I'm guessing you haven't had a chance to play it, right?
Starting point is 00:32:07 I've never played it, no. Okay, give me the whole your most excited to play. You know, the ones I like to watch are number two and number six. Number two, just because I like to see the, you know, for the bigger hitters, having that opportunity to hit it on number two green and two, just because the green's crazy, but you can also kind of see, you know, how downhill that actual hole is. A lot of people don't, you know, they, they don't realize how undulated and how hilly that
Starting point is 00:32:39 place actually is. But I really want to, number 14, how crazy that green is. I just want to go take a bucket of balls and hit chips as many times as I can around that thing. Because it's, I'll tell you what, from the bottom to the top, I think it's about eight feet. You know, and it's just, from a distance it looks crazy. I can't imagine being right on top of it. Well, chip during the practice round, don't chip during the tournament.
Starting point is 00:33:05 Yeah, let's please not. We're going to try to stay away. Let's hit the green. All right, we're going to take a break from this episode to tell you about Shady Ray's. If you're serious about your golf game, your vision on the course matters. That's where Shady Ray's golf collection comes in.
Starting point is 00:33:18 They're designed specifically for golf with color-enhancing lens tech that helps you read green sharper, track the ball faster, and spot brakes and contours you usually miss. Starting point is 00:33:47 for 35% off polarized sunglasses. Try for yourself the shades that rated five stars by over 300,000 people. Now back to Brandon Holtz. Brandon, I mean, he's been out there a ton. just a monstrous, monstrous yard. What's your club head speed right now? How far are you moving it out there? Like, is it, are you long enough to think you can go post some good scores? I mean, you know, if I play good, I think I can, I can definitely compete. And I'm not going to
Starting point is 00:34:14 sit here and tell you guys, yeah, I'm going to go win the damn thing because one, I've never played there. Two, you know, these guys that are in that field, they're not, they're the best, right? And I'm not, I'm not silly enough to underestimate that. But, but, you know, but, you know, but, you're But clubhead speed, I mean, I'm probably 125. I mean, I get the ball out there over 300. So, you know, from T to Green, I'm not all that, I don't like to use word scared, but Tita Green, I'm ready, I feel like. It's just around the greens, you know, where to miss.
Starting point is 00:34:48 That's going to be key. You know, puts are going to be key. I mean, again, I've been going out there. I know where these guys are hitting it, but you can't really, you know, you don't really know what wedge shot, what iron shot to hit into that green until you actually do it. Yeah, well, that's... 125 works. That works.
Starting point is 00:35:04 That works. By the way, the other caddy in the finals there, Berjegg Coughlin, was a fellow that's played Augusta a few times, one on the PJ tour a few times. Did you have any idea? Kevin Strelman was the other caddy in your final match? I did not know until the night before. And then, you know, Strillman's an Illinois guy.
Starting point is 00:35:24 So, you know, we consciously always have seen where the Illinois guys are doing. We've watched, you know, Strillman do all this things. And actually my, I think it was my second year out there at Augusta when we were watching. My cousin and I somehow got into some conversation with Strillman's dad maybe on the 6T. And it was just kind of cool from there. So ever since then, you know, finding out he's an Illinois guy, went to, you know, it just made it a little bit more special to kind of follow him. And then when I found out he was on the bag, you know, we got to chit-chatting a little bit.
Starting point is 00:35:59 And then after it was all said and done, we got to talking. exchange number so i'm going to pick his brain here once everything kind of settles down in the next couple weeks for sure that's awesome he also said the t shot you hit to close it out to eight feet was one of the best shots he's ever seen uh that's cool that's cool thing to hear from a guy that's seen some shots i mean you drove it to eight feet right yeah i mean that's pretty cool compliment that's awesome but honestly i guys i i don't remember hitting that shot and i don't remember hitting the puck i mean i think i just blacked out you know i'm just it was Yeah, I mean, I knew I was ready for that shot, especially in the morning.
Starting point is 00:36:34 I hit three wood just in the front. And I didn't hit it great, but I knew it wasn't three wood. I needed to hit driver. So, yeah, I mean, I remember the ball taking off. I don't remember really hitting it. But yeah, that was special. That's so cool. And you closed it out right there.
Starting point is 00:36:53 You win the U.S. midam. But one last thing about Strillman, which I found was funny because he just called me before we had it over here. And I was like, how did you end up caddy? And he's like, dude, I've known Jed Coughlin for a long time. Kevin was just coming off knee surgery. By the way, hadn't really been doing it a lot. Told Jaggy, he's like, hey, if you make match play, I'll caddy for you. And he goes, next thing, you know, I'm caddy in 36 a day right out of knee surgery.
Starting point is 00:37:15 You have to go off the way to the finals. Well, my dad was pretty happy with it because we get, you know, we're on the range. And my dad found out that Kevin had a push cart. And that was literally probably the only match that we had somebody else caddy that had a push cart. So my dad was feeling pretty good. He's like, oh, finally, I got somebody who's smart enough to just push the bag, right? Yeah, and it's not exactly cold here. Yeah, my dad's 65, you know, like he needed that push cart.
Starting point is 00:37:42 That was a lot of golf in a little bit of time. That's a lot of golf, the 36th old day, especially out on that golf course in the desert. It's tough. So now you got Kevin Strelman. You can pick his brain as you go into these major championships next year. Any other guys on tour right now that your buddies with, or maybe you came up with the many, played the mini tours with that you can maybe reach out to and get some advice and all that. Potentially. I played with Tony Fina a little bit on the National Golf or the National Pro Tour.
Starting point is 00:38:07 It's not even a thing anymore. I think they stole all our money anyways. They did. I was on that thing too. Yeah, exactly. Oh, yeah. Exactly. So, I mean, I haven't had any contact with him by any means, but I might, you know, shoot a message to him to see if he would respond. I specifically remember we were out in Bullingbrook, Illinois. the National Pro Tour had an event out there, and I was doing all right, and they had a rain delay or something. And my wife and I actually had lunch with Tony's dad and some of his family, Gipper, was out there. So it would be kind of cool to reconnect that, you know, maybe see if he remembers.
Starting point is 00:38:47 Probably not. You know, why the hell would he remember me, right? But, I mean, that would be cool. But other than that, Pat and Gassire was another guy. He played on a couple of the... Pete State Tour events. I think he's from somewhere around Atlanta. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:39:06 But those are some of the names. That's awesome. Well, with this win, obviously it opens up a lot of doors for you, not just the Masters and the U.S. Open, but you have the chance to play in a lot of these big-time amateur events going forward, especially in the summer. One, will you consider playing those, even though you're a full-time working, man? And two, the Walker Cup has to have a mid-ameter on there.
Starting point is 00:39:27 and with their changing the schedule up next year the Walker Cup is happening again it's not two years this year you're the mid-am champ have you thought about that at all honestly I no one of my good buddies I stopped at the golf course this morning and he was looking all these amateur events up and he's like dude you got to play in all these and I had no idea that there were all these
Starting point is 00:39:50 you know amateur events that were out there I mean I've heard of the Walker Cup but then I was like all right whatever you know that's I would love to do it but even your information right there Cole I didn't know it was every year now so I'd be happy to play
Starting point is 00:40:05 yeah they're changing it has been odd years, but because of something going on, I don't know if it's the Olympics or what, but they're changing. And so the Walker Cup is going to be next year, and then it's every other year after that. But it's overseas. It'll be La Hinch in Ireland next year. So sounds terrible. Keep the game short. It's horrible time. Yeah, and you're off to a nice start lead on the mid-am. So you should play some of these mid-am events. Dude, if you need any help, reach out to me. I can tell you the ones like to play and stuff like that. It's a cool circuit. If you can get the time, it's hard with family and all that. But yeah, that's a super
Starting point is 00:40:34 realistic. I didn't realize it was next year either. Yeah. Yeah, that'd be. Yeah, and I'm all ears, man. I don't, I didn't realize that there was, you know, I talked to a couple guys in a practice round that were talking about traveling around playing in all these events, and I'm like, oh, this is pretty sweet. But, man, I mean, golf comes with a price, right? So it's kind of one of those, you know, kind of weigh the options
Starting point is 00:40:57 and see what you can and can't do. But no, at this point, I'm all ears. I'll do whatever I can for sure. Just get on that Stuart Haggastat schedule. you'll be fine. Yeah, right? She did get his number, so I'm going to reach out to him and pick his brain and see how that all works. He knows how it goes down.
Starting point is 00:41:16 We've been doing all the Masters talk. Also, Shinnock coming up. That's going to be pretty, you ever been up there, playing? I saw, I believe, that you said you made it to sectionals like six times. Yeah. Were you ever close? Yeah, I made it to sectionals. I mean, I had kind of a honey spot in Springfield, Illinois that I just said, just
Starting point is 00:41:36 fit my eye. So I made it out of there a couple times. When I was down in Florida, I made it out. But I can never, I can never crack it. I mean, just wasn't good enough, you know. Didn't play. And those deals, especially when you get to sectionals, 36 holes of, you've got to play
Starting point is 00:41:52 your best golf, right? Somebody's going to. So I never cracked it. But I've never been out to chin to cock, no. It's special. And by the way, it's hard as shit. Get ready. Buckle your shin strap and get ready to battle. All right, quickly. Let's get to our E9 here. Sleaz. I'm going to let you pick the
Starting point is 00:42:06 first question. Which way do you want to go? I'm going to go with give me your childhood and or current celebrity crush. To the married man. Yeah. That's okay. It's all past. Oh, boy. I mean, let's take it back. J-Lo, Jennifer Lopez. I mean, come on. Oh, boy.
Starting point is 00:42:26 You and say, you're going to be fine. Okay, Brandon. I see a big fella. Holt and Stoltz. Yeah, I'm going to be calling you on that four ball. We're a good team. Wow. Just dumping kids. I got a guy. All right.
Starting point is 00:42:38 Next one. We mentioned Gary Woodland earlier, who the only other one I know that had the same route as you, college basketball turned into professional. U and G. Dub, one-on-one, who's winning? I mean, I don't want to take any credit from him.
Starting point is 00:42:51 I know he's coming back from some serious stuff, but I'm not going to say no. Come on, bring it on, Gary. I love that. One of them played D1 ball. Yeah, exactly. And one of them got a couple inches on the other one, too. Gary's a scrub.
Starting point is 00:43:05 That would be actually awesome to watch. And by the way, you can take shots at Gary. It's fine. We do it all the time. It's a safe space. Yeah. This is a safe space. All right, before we get back to Brandon Holtz, a huge thank you once again to On Location for hosting us three nights in New York City. Had a blast.
Starting point is 00:43:22 Some very special guests. The staff, everyone, couldn't have been better. We had so much fun up there. And it was just, it was Rider Cup week, man. With On Location, what could be better? Give me this, since we're on the basketball, to play D1, you had to be a monster in high school. Give me your best, nastiest stat line high school ball. My junior year, I averaged 24, 7 and like 4, I believe.
Starting point is 00:44:56 And my highest point game, and this is AAU, so it's a little bit different. But AAU, I had 71. against old gold out of Chicago. Just couldn't miss. One of those days couldn't miss. 71. How many threes? I think all of them.
Starting point is 00:45:14 I don't even think it's divisible by three, but that's all right. No, that's good math. No, there's some free throws. I was a couple shot fakes, you know. But I'll never forget it. It was up in Chicago playing old gold, which is a big time AAU program out of Chicago, but I just couldn't miss that day. 22, threes, five free throws.
Starting point is 00:45:32 That's a six. That's a six. All right. To reiterate, it went into double over time, so there's a little, those little discredit. You should have left that part out. It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. Dude, you could have gone to that school in Iowa where they tried out five at a time,
Starting point is 00:45:46 like hockey and all they do is shoot threes. You seen that school? That would have been, right? Oh, dude, that place looks like heaven for the, oh, dudes that like the jacket. Yep. Oh, man. All right. Next one.
Starting point is 00:45:58 When you look at the professional golf game, whose game do you think you most closely resists? symbol. I mean, honestly, why we're talking about Gary Woodland, I mean, hits it long, puts it well. That's kind of where I'm at. Everything in between could use a little bit of a little bit of work. But I'm not scared to hit the driver, man, just tee it up and hit it. And that's what, I mean, differentiated me from, you know, a lot of the guys at the minute I am, there's a lot of guys hitting irons off the tea, three woods off the tea. I'm hitting driver, man. That's the strongest club in my bag, and I grew up hitting it, hit it.
Starting point is 00:46:34 I love that. Well, Gary would get stuck in a corner and a round room, so hopefully you're not that way. Shit, if I swung at 125, I'd be my favorite club in the bag, too. All right, Brandon, give me the player. I feel like everybody's got one that played basketball at a high level. The player you played against that just made you go, nope, this different level.
Starting point is 00:46:54 Sean Livingston. Oh, yeah. I don't know if you guys know a whole lot about Sean, but if he did not break everything in his knee, I honestly think he would have been top 50, no doubt. That guy did things with the basketball that blew my mind. And he was honestly kind of changed the game of basketball, six, seven point guard.
Starting point is 00:47:17 You didn't see that often. And I'm almost positive that he was the one that started, you know, that whole trend for sure. I forgot about him. Good scoop. I like that. All right. Next one.
Starting point is 00:47:28 You're heading to Augusta. going out on a Tuesday, you know, late morning for a little practice round. You can pick any three guys in the field to play with who you're going with. Well, I won Tiger, if that could ever happen, right? Probably doubtful. But, you know, I want some long hitters. I want to see kind of where I stack up. John Ron would be great.
Starting point is 00:47:49 Oh, someone was about a house. Bubble watching would be fun just because, you know, I do a lot of range watching when I'm out there. And that guy just hits the craziest shots ever imaginable. So he'd be fun And then good old Freddie couples Like the low Just a good old boy
Starting point is 00:48:07 Just easy street, right? Absolutely Freddy's the man Last one Your phone's been ringing the whole time So business has got to be booming You're a real estate agent Have you closed a few more deals
Starting point is 00:48:21 Since you won being like Hey you know what? You buy this house I'll throw in a master's ticket for you Yeah I wish I could do that But, no, I mean, hey, I'm just like all you guys, man. We wake up, we go to work. So nothing new yet.
Starting point is 00:48:35 I'm hoping that they'll strum up some business. Just wearing a green jacket. Well, we'll see. You know, that'd be fun, too. Bring that trophy to open houses. Yeah, right? Just table. All right, Brandon.
Starting point is 00:48:58 Well, man, we want to once again congratulate you. an incredible performance at the mid-am. I know you're a busy guy. Thank you so much for taking some time to join us here on subpar. All right, that was the 2025 USGA mid-am champ Brandon Holtz joining us there.
Starting point is 00:49:10 I like this guy. Seems like he likes to be a little bit of shit-talker, like some action on the golf course. My kind of fella. Big boy. I was like, hey, how is your distance stack up for a big yard like a guest? I mean, you know, I'm all right.
Starting point is 00:49:22 125. Yeah. How about his dad went in a lifetime badges to the matches and lottery? I didn't know that was a thing. I didn't either. That's unbelievable. And I mean, yeah, if he's hit the driver that good,
Starting point is 00:49:31 to hit it around here on like a desert, if you're not afraid to hit it out here, then Augusta's going to seem like a wide open spaces around there. But cool, dude, basketball player, great comfort. Like, he's the one, you know, not in him necessarily, but just like, what was it, the final 16, 14 of them were former pros? And it's like, you hear his story. It's like, all right, is that a guy that should be able,
Starting point is 00:49:52 does he have a monstrous advantage against everyone else? And some of these amateurs that are playing year-long schedules, more or less. It's like, yeah, I kept my, you know, I stayed pro because I wanted to play the state open for a little bit of money for a few years and stuff. Like, I don't know. It gets into, I think there's levels to it all in terms of like how long you played, where you played, what tour you played on, money made, all the stuff. And I think, you know, for the most part, they take all that into account and set your, you know, timeline accordingly. But I do think it's like really weird. I don't think there's any like system to it.
Starting point is 00:50:24 It's just who gets in front of your out. All right, you get four years. You get two years. And it's like, dude, we had similar careers. You know. Yeah, but congratulations to him. Awesome win and can't wait to see him at two of the four major championships next year. And Siles, why wear the same thing as everyone else when you can rock gear made just for you?
Starting point is 00:50:39 I just designed some birdie juice t-shirts and the process was seamless. The fit and finish were perfect. Now it's your move. Design polos, hoodies, and other favorites with top tier golf brands, all featuring the logos you love. Don't settle for standard. Visit shop.golf.com and create your own custom look. You look good, bud. I know.
Starting point is 00:50:56 You look good. And fall season coming up. A lot of giving. A lot of goodies. A lot of giving to be done up there for all the golfers and golf fans with golf friends. All right. Well, why don't you wrap this up here for us? Oh, can I tell you something else I discovered this week?
Starting point is 00:51:09 Oh, dear God. Oh, yeah. I played a hit and giggle with charity scramble. And when I say hit and giggle, full on hit and giggle, part three is like, hey, would you like to buy a zero? You can buy as, I was like, I mean, 24 or 500 or something won the golf tournament. I think you could buy your way into like 12 under without ever hitting a shot. Anyways, as you know, those things take ages. stacked up on every tea,
Starting point is 00:51:30 get a good chance to get to know the group's in front of you, typically. We had a group of four out there having themselves, good time. Did not win the golf tournament, but they led in other categories. Well, one of them, after like six, seven, eight holes, walks over, he's like, hey, dude,
Starting point is 00:51:43 you ever tried these? I look at him, smelling salts. And he had these, I was like, no, but we had just talked about it. You and I, when the NFL was, like, going to ban those things, and now you got a B-Y-O-S. He had them.
Starting point is 00:51:55 I was like, oh, no, let me get a little sniff. if anyways, I did it. Bebe, did it maybe a few more times than you probably should over the course of the round. But I think I'm going to go buy something and put them in the bag. It's like, dude, it's just like a shot of life straight into your head. It's like a cold plunge for your brain in there. It just knocks the cobwebs off.
Starting point is 00:52:14 You ever had any of these? I mean, back in the day, like in high school, when they were on the football side lines, you tried them. How did it have been since then? I wasn't ready to run through a wall or anything. But yes, they do wake you up. They shoot right to your brain, like you said. but smelling salt Celsius, yeah, you'll be going to a little lethargic on the course,
Starting point is 00:52:30 take a shot of that. You got it all figured out. That's nice. I'm just saying I'm surprised no one's cracked this code. That's what everybody says is the least needs more uppers. No one's cracked this code out in the golf world. I might be the first one to do it. But warning on that, don't do it too much, as I found out, there are negative consequences.
Starting point is 00:52:45 Yes, there are. And also warning, when it comes to our friends over its zone, this product contains nicotine and nicotine is an addictive chemical. Underage sale is prohibited. Listen, when I need to dial things in on the course, I go with zone nicotine pouches. Why? One stronger nic intensity.
Starting point is 00:53:00 The others aren't even close. Two better flavors. And three, they last longer. And they're more comfortable than any other pouch out there. My go-to is the nine milligram spearm, but they make seven flavors in both six and nine milligrams. They are a game changer.
Starting point is 00:53:15 20 pouches per can versus the 15. The other guys offer, it is a no-brainer. I do not go anywhere without at least one can of zone on me. If you want zone pouches at a discount and mailed right to your door, head to nicocic.com, n-I-c-o-k-k-com, and intercode subpar 20 at checkout for an additional 20% off. Can't beat that, buddy boy. Beautiful.
Starting point is 00:53:38 All right. That's a wrap. We'll talk to you on next week's subpar.
