and I always wanted to be an actress, and boom, I became an actress through overnight of maybe 10 years, 20 years, 30 years, 40 years, 50 years, and 60 years. No, not 60 years. But anyway, I became an actress, and basically, I'm not that old. But basically, I've always wanted to act, And so therefore, my goal acting was to experience all the different aspects of acting. I had no connections to the entertainment business.

I was the firstborn American in my family. So I was raised with the dreams. You know, I was like, you know, you could be anything, you can do anything and go do it. And it just didn't occur to me that the world would be really stupid. Do you know what I'm saying? I mean, what I'm trying to say to you is, Yeah. My dreams were authentic and I went after what I wanted to do and I still believe that. And I think it's really important to do that because that is ultimately what you come away with in life. But there's certain things about like I never thought a woman would be paid less than a man. I never thought that we were like growing up. Yeah. I thought oh, equality is everyone's equal. Why are we? You know what I'm saying? And why are no one, why are we wasting our time, spending time, putting people down? that's such a waste of energy when you could be creating and doing things in your life.

Just fascinating to me. At a very young age, I had that clarity. Yeah. But anyway, moving on. So wound up starting acting and modeling in commercials professionally at 10 years old. I'm iconic. And then moved into, and I did soap operas and I did voiceover and I was in a play with Jo Beth Williams. Some of you may know that. Who am I? So anyway, your parents will know who I am. Okay, just say, who's, do you know Diane Franklin? They will know me from various movies. It's the movies you were in. Okay, they will know me from Last American Virgin. A lot of dads will know me from that. Okay. Your dad will know me from me. Seriously. Oh my gosh. Seriously.

So, yeah, like in the script, she was Elizabeth and her friend Kim was Joanna. And then in the credits, they just, like, switched the name. Somebody wasn't paying attention. I do not know a lot about astrology, but my mom did charts. And so I was raised with kind of the understanding of it. And I think what's really interesting for me is, I'll, things will happen and I'll be, I'll be like, I'll think, ah, you know, I, it's just, it's not just fun, but it's like, if it's, if it's, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, it's, if. it can help you in your life, then... If it helps you redirect your mental energy and focus on certain things that you relate

to within the thing instead of taking everything 100% or whatever, if there's a... Yeah, might as well. It's like a prompt. To me, one of the things I think is interesting about astrology is... One of the thing it taught me was there's times when things move forward and Mercury and retrograde when things don't. And for whatever it is in life, when things move forward in your life, you know, it's, you know, you want to be ready.

And when they don't, that doesn't mean you just stand there and wait. What it means is you put into yourself. You take care of your health. You exercise. You go, it's like looking at your home and your world and you go, I'm going to take care of myself now. So the biggest thing about astrology, which I think is valuable, is the understanding that when things, when the world isn't moving forward for you, that doesn't mean you just sit there and wait and give up and be sad because it's not moving forward. What it means is that's your signal to reevaluate your method of doing things and how you live your life. And then once you do that, then you are, when you do move forward, you're going to move forward in the right direction and with conviction.

So that is to me what astrology did for me, kind of like the idea of, you know, what's in your heart. So we're going to start with Sydney. Yeah. Because, she, Cindy, you've been over there. Hi. And you're my little capricorn. You've been over there. She's over there.

going, like I said Sid and Olivia were in the comedy comedy sports at the high school and they were a couple of years apart. They were one year apart. It was a one year? But even then, you know how it in high school? That's a big deal?

Like you don't necessarily like, it's not like as you get older, people become the same age. But like at that point, Olivia didn't really know Sydney that well. And who's that girl? When I first got on as a freshman, yeah, I didn't know anybody. You didn't know anybody. And she would watch you with like, wow, who's that girl, right? She's amazing.

Very talented and funny. Oh, freaking talented. And I, and, and, you know, and, sophomore. But it was unbelievable. So when I saw Olivia like, you should become friends with this girl. Like she's like, like

And when I saw that and then like Olivia like you guys started doing things together and doing scenes together. And I remember I felt like did Cinco always, Syncopal was

Fabulous. Okay. But I was going to say when you guys met, I felt like he didn't want to put you in the same scenes because you were so powerful. Yeah, it was one of those things where when we were on the imprompt team together, we weren't really allowed on the same team because no one else would really get a chance to talk. Yeah. But, yeah.

When we would compete against other schools, he would put us on the same team. Yeah, I think he was trying to make, like, I think we both had kind of a similar style of improv. Yeah. So he was trying to, like, break it up so that it all. Yeah, no, and it worked. I mean, that was absolutely legit, but it was so interesting that that's when it happened. But also very quick, this is a terrible picture. But what was the deal with this?

They also did something together. Oh, yeah. The murder mystery in high school, yes. Yeah. Absolutely. Olivia and our friend Sarah wrote it and I directed and Olivia assistant directed. So yeah, you've had, it's just in, I just want to point out that all, you know. If you are doing high school theater with your friends right now.

Yeah. Yeah, it matters. It matters. And you work with the same people like you're the people that get you and they like what, you know, the same things, you will see them again in your life. Like they will come back. And it's really important to like. This is a fun time to bring up that I'm pretty sure, I'm pretty sure you were Jeremy Elder's first acting teacher. Really?

So all I'm telling you is if you're a parent out there, just freaking realize how lucky you are. Get with the program. Appreciate your kids. They are practicing their skills at being in the world. Okay? Just let them because they're amazing. And one in a million children are spectacular. And if your parents don't get you, well, let me just.

tell you something, don't ask for it. They don't get you. That's not their deal. You, you get them. And you go into the world and you be you. And someone will appreciate you. Okay. And it's always important for a young person going through puberty to have some sort of celebrity crush or dopamine thing. I think a celebrity crush is way healthier than a real crush because if you're in middle school and all that energy is put into a

middle schooler, like, that's going to really fuck you up. Oh, yeah. And that'll be a stocky thing. Oh, well, it's also just like, no, that's not going to end well. But it's like, yeah, yeah, it's essentially an imaginary person. You put a lot of your, like, people have crushes on animated characters. That's they do. People had so, I spent my entire childhood with men stopping us in CVS and telling me that

they had a huge crush on you. Yeah. It's, you know, dopamine makes the world go around. There you go. And I didn't ask for this. I never asked for it. No, no, she never asked for it. No, no, this is completely big.

Curly hair did not have, it wasn't like the girl you wanted to get with. Now it was from Last American Virgin.

So anyway, and I want to talk to you about that, seeing it. Yeah. And then the last one, if you like Bédderaith, this is a book, excellent comedy. Oh my gosh. Loved making this book. I got every fact I could. I have information from the writer-director Savage Steve Holland. If you're a better off-dead fan, it is the special features we never got with the book.

Yeah. It's really fun. It's hilarious and awesome. And it is a most wonderful Christmas present, right? So I highly recommend it. Anybody who loves a film, this is a no-brainer. I mean, I'm not even like, it doesn't matter about it. You can get it online or you can buy it a convention when I'm there signing.

And then it was hard. This one, like each of them has its own thing. Like this has a little lemon in it. Oh yeah. That smells really good. Yeah. It's like Monique has a little. And I didn't want it to be too girly, but it's the same.

But it's kind of like a little French in it too. So it's a little smelly, but nice. It's a little smelly. It's a little freaky. Smelly, very cute. Monique. Wait, let's go to Karen. That one's really good.

This is Karen. A lot of people love this one. Yeah, I really like that one. I really love it. It's, um, oh yeah, tell me what you think. This is Karen. Karen, I thought it's very soft and, and very kind of, I don't know how you describe it. You help me.

event like i'm going to be um i'm going to be at a drive in In Indiana, in Shelbyville. Lovely. They're going to show, I think, Amityville and Terror Vision at a local theater too. So I'll be there in October, the first week of October. And then I'm going to be in Chicago the third week at an event at the music box theater, which is sold out. The event is sold out. But I will be there signing to, so that'll be happening.

And then if you don't make that, then come to Day of the Dead in Chicago on November 22nd. and that is so I'll be in Chicago and then I'm going to be in Pittsburgh in I think February but they'll announce that so very cool yeah so and then I've got some films that I have that are still

out in the world like haven't come out yet little things so still there I'm still working do different things give her a follow God damn it yeah yeah God damn it
