So Gephton, Anthony, always we have a little nugget of joy, an extra nugget of joy. We have our show and tell moment on reasons to be joyful. And quite frankly, you bring the joy. I'm intrigued to know what brings you joy. Well, I was so grateful for this invitation to do something like this. And I tend to be quite a serious person. You know, I sort of put up, but I do have something that is kind of like a serious kind of joy. but it's like a wonder in the world

that I would like to share with you if that's okay. It's a serious wonder in the world. Yeah, exactly. Well, in genders and me, I was trying to, you know, I overthink things, Gabby, I overthink things. And I was like, what do you enjoy? And I was like, well, my sort of serious wonder in the world. I think this.

I can't like out if you're being serious. So what I would like to do, would you mind closing your eyes. Yeah, I'll close my eye. And I will tell you, now, if I can bring this with me. This is also on YouTube, so everybody's going to see it. Oh, actually. Sorry. Can I open my eyes?

Yeah, open your eyes now. I'll open my eyes. Right. I'm going to ask you to close your eyes. In here is something that has the power to change. Are you familiar with the concept of changing on site? Something, if you look at something in quantum physics, if you look at you change it. Just by looking at it, you change the thing. The power of that.

Are you a magician? Yeah. I'm not a magician. There's nothing magic about me at all. There's magic isn't you. So I would like to show... I feel like with Darren Brown. What's about to happen?

how to move things and you're like a little bit like Matilda. Oh, okay. Yeah, that makes sense, right? Yeah, yeah. Now, you don't have long, but I can feel powerful. Right, so when you look, when you open your eyes, look immediately. This thing brings you joy? Yeah, it absolutely brings me joy.

Okay. So it's somewhat to the left of your body, but basically look where my finger is. Okay, which, but I've got my eyes closed. I know, I know. But you're pointing? Are you pointing at something? I'm pointing right right at where it is. Okay.

Okay. Oh gosh. Ready? Yes. Open your eyes. I have an explanation. I promise. I have an explanation.

Coming out of my brain. I'm so sorry. I really oversold that. No, it was brilliant. Yes. This. Look at him. This little thing.

I wish he wasn't made out of plastic, but unfortunately it is. But I will keep him forever. Yes, you're not going to get rid of it? No, absolutely not. He'll become an heirloom. Who is he? We need to name him.

because his owner as yet refuses to give him a name possibly because he doesn't know how but this brings me so much joy that came into my house via a children's party as you can imagine or my son having been at a children's party and I played with this for so long this was a couple of weeks ago and was like why

why is this bringing me so much joy and I probably didn't use that word to my head I was just like, why is this so funny to me? Yes! Because, and here's the thing. If I may, just immediately, immediately... I love it! Here's the thing, though.

It's the thing... Do you know what it is? It is both inevitable and unexpected. You can't quite... For jack-in-the-box? It's a jack-in-box thing. And it's a very simple thing. And I think that has to do with stories.

So does your baby have hysterics every time you do that as well? The purest kind. And yeah, it's just a wonderful, wonderful thing. And so it was just a moment of honesty because when you extended this wonderful invitation, you know, something that brings you joy, I was like, that's it. I love that.

I can't not. Do you know what? I can't say this, but I'm going to. That's my favourite thing ever. That's my favourite thing ever. That's brilliant. Oh, get in Anthony. I'm going to write that on a T-shirt.
