Okay, so now our Friday extra nugget of joy where our guests bring in something that spreads the joy, that brings them joy.
Okay, so Toby, aka Phantom Gladiator Ready.
Born ready is always my reply to that.
So we have a helmet.
What?
Is that your Olympic helmet?
So it's not my Olympic helmet, but it is a bobsay helmet.
It's a bobsay helmet?
Which has been through the works.
What?
Yeah.
Can I try it on?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
And it's clean as well.
You can try on.
The funny thing is, you put it on and you probably think it's very snug.
So you can imagine how...
I've got a huge head.
Probably mine's a lot bigger

it's going to
it's going to what
mess up my lashes
yeah
oh hello
Hello, Toby, so does that bring you joy?
It brings me joy because it reminds me of all the journeys I went on with this helmet on.
We went through the whole sort of spectrum.
So we went through crashes.
This one has definitely had one crash in Oldenburg, Germany.
And it's also had one time when we almost broke the track record as well.
And that was, again, a turning point in my bobsday career when people started to make a term throwing their attention towards me.
because I was this specimen who was nearly breaking track records
and it was like, okay, we've got a new kid on the block.
So that's why I keep this.
And this is firmly in my place just out there
just to remind me of the journey everyone.
I'm so touched that you brought that.
Thank you so much.
I also can't believe that I have a bigger head.
Den Phantom, The Gladiator.
That is something I am never going to live there.
Toby, Phantom, thank you.
You are properly a joy.
Thank you for having me, Gabby.
Cheers.
Thank you.
