Okay, Friday extra nugget of joy, we like to know what brings you joy. So each of you, I'm going to ask you one by one, the thing that brings you joy. Either you have it with you or you've got a picture of it or you can just describe it. I'm going to start with Mel, if I may. Mel, what brings you? I can imagine. I can imagine. You bring joy, but what do you, what brings you joy? So I'm going to just share this. I thought about this a lot. So you can see this. This brings me shoes. It's a pair of tartan shoes, okay? which people comment on. Now, I only bring these shoes out in very special occasions like today

or the Premier, but really only when the Homeless World Cup finals are on and wear these shoes. And my reason for wearing them is it's respect to the players to the homeless people. Like I dress up, put on the suit, put on the tartan shoes because it's a very, very special occasion. People dress up to present cups at World Cups and other finals. I will dress up to respect the homeless people and my tart and shoes are part of that respect. I'm showing the homeless players. Oh, you're the man.

I've seen them. I've seen it with the suit. It's a superb outfit. In fact, I've seen it at the finals in Sacramento and I saw it at our family. How wonderful. They brought us joy as well. Theo, how about you?

I've got mine right here. I thought long and hard about this as well, as I'm sure everybody does. Yes. And in the end for this, I thought, once I thought of it, there's only one thing that's right. I passed it by my kids. And they said it's okay, Mum. You're not going to embarrass us.

This brings me a lot of joy. That's fantastic. And truly a lot of inspiration. That's huge. Okay. Shea, how are you going to top that then? Well, interestingly. I thought a lot about this as well.

I wanted to make reference to my club, but sadly, they haven't just brought me joy this year. No shade, no shade. And with you, Mel, I also was very tempted to talk about clothes and fashion because that's something that brings me incredible amounts of joy. But if I think about this year and what's really got me through this year, I've found a re-ignited love with cooking and food. and what I have brought

I don't know why I said cooking even though I do cook but this is kind of the opposite of that Is it going to be a picture of an air friar? No okay good That's just what I was thinking It's actually going to be
