Why are you trying to feed me?
This is real food.
I got shit to do.
I'm going to get full and I'm going to be late.
I ain't going to be able to do all that.
That's why.
Light, yacamin, yacomim, is black people, lo-mane, and it's with spaghetti.
If you get, if you hide, it makes you sober.
Oh, so y'all got this good, hip-ass, new, y'all.
No, no, it's light.
Why, y'all always trying to feed you people?
If you got a hang-over, it's.
What if I don't?
What if I'm hot?
It just feels real good.
See, I just want some look.
See, I just, I fuck them little cakes up, high.
Try mama-nola peach.
That's the peach.
The little drink right there, shake it up there.
It's a piece.
It's a piece.
Drink. Shake it and try it. What is it though? A mama nola peach. It's peach. It's peach on a
palm. All right. Try a little bit. Wait. Wait. Wait. I just told y'all. I got shit to do. I'm
like nervous. You don't have nothing to be nervous about. Your food is already tested.
They didn't tell you. Everybody ran here full. That's why this shit getting done. They say you'd be
crying. You'd be doing jokes. I do jokes. I'm the joke man. Look at her.
Well, let's do it.
Fuck it.
Hey, the black market
wide open.
One more time.
Every time you ring with a bill,
that means money to get.
Money on the flow.
Yeah, we need the money, baby.
Money on the flow.
Yes.
Who we got in here with us today?
Baby, my name is Keisha Marie Mackie.
Okay.
I am.
I know that.
You tell them.
My name is, oh.
Are we going to start?
Absolutely.
Okay.
My name is Keisha Marie Mackie.
I'm the owner of Everything Nola.
Right?
We clap for Glanoly shit.
Thank you.
That's exactly what's going on.
So tell us about everything Nola.
Everything Nola is like the Candy Lady Shop in New Orleans.
We have a brick and mortar at 1699 Silver Hill, Sylvan Road in Atlanta.
As you know, I'm from New Orleans.
We came here due to Hurricane Katrina.
I knew we wasn't going back.
And I was like, I got to bring some of my favorites here.
So I wanted to bring culture, all the nostalgicness of everything, New Orleans.
because, you know, we're people like no other.
Okay.
We can't, like, people love our food.
They love the way we treat them,
and we're the most hospitable people in the world.
Absolutely.
So my goal was to bring that here.
And we do that by having, like, second lines.
We have...
When y'all have a second line, and there nobody told me?
You got to follow the page.
I will.
So, Instagram is everything Nola Cafe, okay?
So what's up?
Now, it's safe.
Everything.
Everything.
So we bring everything you love about New Orleans.
Good people, good food.
We make everything we love.
Peace tea.
Mamanola Peach.
Um, think about like a...
Gumbo.
Gumbo.
Yacamine.
Yacomene.
Facon candy.
Big shots.
Cheweeweeys.
And then we got some healthy, too.
Snowball.
Same.
Don't want to hit no healthy shit.
You got to because we need to take a house.
We don't want to go to eat healthy.
We're definitely going to fuck the diet up.
Vaniers.
All of that good stuff.
You didn't bring me no binyay?
No, that ain't what we do.
Wait, don't you, you're trying to not down all of good stuff?
Man, I'm going to change the name to everything except binyay.
Nah, I just miss.
When we get that kitchen, we're going to have everything.
You heard me, so I'm just waiting on, get out full kitchen.
This is mine anyway.
I'm eating all this.
You could have all of that.
I'm taking that.
What was your inspiration?
Like, where you get your cooking skills from?
How you learn how to make these great traditional dishes?
These are like niche items.
Like, my main thing is, and,
And then I also allow other people from home to come in and do their things.
For real?
So if you're from New Orleans, you could cook.
We have our lot parking lot.
So if you can bring your truck out there, we set up tents.
We invite people out of special events.
Right.
So a lot of New Orleans cooking influences, they come out.
Anybody in the city that's trying to, like, get on, we help each other elevate.
So it's like a community project, too.
So whatever I don't sell, they sell, we all collaborate and work together.
That sounds amazing.
Yes.
That's what we do.
Well, I'm glad to know that we got some good, authentic, New Orleans.
That's the key word, authentic.
Authentic.
And when you walk into our place, it feels like home.
We hear that all the time.
And that's what you want to feel like.
You don't feel stuffy.
It feels real chill.
It makes you feel at home.
Man, I told you.
I just spent a little time down in New Orleans working on a television show.
So I definitely got to really dig deep.
Yeah, it's different when you just visiting.
and then when you post up down there for a minute
because you get the sample
a whole lot of things. Exactly.
The real deal.
I was pulling up on,
anytime I seen somebody with a grill outside,
I'm pulling up.
And I'd sat there and waited on some ribs and all there.
I'm just sitting out there to them.
Just waiting on the food.
That's what you're.
Because we don't just cook it.
We cook it with love.
We're stirring it up.
Real?
Making it good.
That's what's up, man.
And then that's the whole vibe of New Orleans.
when you see them unteased in their kitchen.
Teety, baby.
You're teedy baby.
This is for the world.
You're going to tell them about all of that.
All of that.
But when you see her, you got that baby on the hip,
she's wrapping that, bring that over there, too.
Yeah.
Yeah, that's love.
I think that's the little extra that make the food good.
Absolutely.
You got to try my Manola Peach, baby.
You say you didn't age.
Ever since you got here, you're trying to bring me.
Yep, you're going to love it.
You're going to be like God, though.
Go ahead.
All right.
Let's see.
It make you do it
God dog
I can't say God
Baby girl that's delicious
Ain't it good baby
That's delicious
And it's cold
That's how I'm new
They still got ice on it
Yeah
You were prepared for today
Yeah
How can they get in touch with you
So they can get you on
This right here though
Can't put the top back on
It's something good baby
Mama make that with Bukulah
You made this
My mama, my mama Nola Beach
Mama be in the kitchen
She'd be in there
I don't even want to talk over that
You don't want to talk

You can just do your thing
So yeah, so you can find us
at 1699
Sylvan Road in Atlanta

Asai bowls
You know what I want to say
Why I'm drinking this
I really wish I had some good shit to tell you so I could say
What you want to say?
You ain't heard that from me.
They buy gallons of this.
We sell gallons of this and people say we do our own thing.
They're like, please, no ice.
So they do their own thing with it.
I'll tell you something else.
What?
What are you going to tell you something else?
Yep, you got to add the good ice to...
Let me tell you something else.
What?
What?
This shit good.
Thank you so much.
I'm sure you're doing a lot of business because it's,
It's Buku, New Orleans, people like here.
You don't even know it until the family
and play the Saints.
Not a whole city.
Done turned on the Fowler.
Baby on a Saturday, we got the DJ outside.
People.
Oh, come on.
Oh, come on.
All that.
Bounce.
I'm coming.
Write the address down for me.
1699 Sylvan Road.
I know exactly what it is.
Instagram, everything, Nola Cafe.
And that's T-H-A-N-G, and I think everything.
How far are y'all from the food truck?
That's not open them all, but we was like down the street.
Down the street.
I know?
Yeah, you know.
Just telling them so they, I know.
It's down the street.
Look, hear the address, and then you tell them what is back.
Oh, okay, okay.
That's like I tell about them.
They say it's the west side, so it's between Lee Street.
South West.
That's Southwest.
You heard them.
South West, South West.
Between Lee Street and 166.
I know exactly where that is.
So we got the best snowballs.
I got the traditional.
She's from over that way.
She comes every day.
Every day.
And picky, picky, picky.
She's pretty?
Yes.
Like, we gotta have it her way or no way, like.
Oh, she's going to get on your ground.
You got another one of these.
You got boo-cool.
I need another one of these.
Yeah, we got boo-coo.
She's going to get on Instagram.
She's going to say, now, where y'all at?
Well, I ain't get this.
See, that's why I ain't want to start this, because
I think them New Orleans women get to feeding you and stuff, man.
You get to being real ungrateful to everybody else.
fellas be careful don't let the women from Louisiana feed you man the whole state of
Louisiana I know but it watch them that they do something to that shit I can't put

My snowballs.

whipped cream, strawberries with a good ice.
Okay.
So that's like our number one item.

I do smothered roast with spaghetti, green onions.
That's all in that bowl.
And then we got our bayon nachos.
I do, I smother like my chicken.
It ain't just chopped.
chicken, I smother the chicken, put it on top of the tortilla chips, add the jalapinos,
Bayou nachos, and it's spicy, like everything, have a good little, little kick to it.
Keep talking, just taste a little menu item.
What else we got?
What's your favorite?
What's my favorite one?
Snowball flavor.
My stuffed strawberry cheesecake.
It's like a gourmet.
It ain't a traditional snowball, and you're going to have to have cheesecake, ice cream, strawberries,
I put fresh fruit on there.
I do a stuffed pineapple that right now has, like, almost a million views on Instagram.
So, and then I like to.
Who is she right here?
She's my lead.
