Remember Movie Pass?
All the movies you wanted for just nine bucks?
I'm Bridget Todd, host of There Are No Girls on the Internet.
And this season, I'm digging into the tech stories we weren't told.
Starting with Stacey Spikes, the black founder of Movie Pass, who got pushed out of the company he built.
Everybody's trying to knock you down and it's not going to work and no one's going to like.
And then boom, it's everywhere.
And that was that moment.
Listen if there are no girls on the internet on the IHurt Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast.
Or wherever you get your podcast.
Hey, man, play me some pimple right quick so we can go ready to go to work.
Yeah, because we got a legend in the bill.
All the way.
Come on, man.
A whole ghetto legend.
Just happened to meet our family, buddy.
No cat.
No cat.
Hey, man.
Hit me every day.
nephew, boy, that boy daddy is, man, my other son, what's up, nigga?
He got the most free tickets out of everybody I've ever known.
50 from Los.
50 from here.
This nigga know the whole St. Louis.
No cap.
But it's love, though, because you know if you come through and you need to stay at the crib.
He's the only knew that I always have tickets for.
Every time I'm going to come for you all that.
I'm like, hold on, how do you take for you in a man?
You can't be mad.
That's what I'm saying.
I don't even know how to get this nigga, no intro, this real family.
This family, man.
We just start with the family shit, niggins.
When we go to St. Louis, we really go over this nica mama house.
Really eat his mama cooking.
Really be downstairs in the basement.
Gambling, watching six football games at the same time.
On show them, on the whole family.
You can't even speak all the camera than happened.
One of the best battle rivals in the world creed.
Come on, man.
Yes, that'd be stage.
While and out alumni.
All the way.
All the way from St. Louis.
You did.
One of the most viewed battle rappers there.
No cap.
On the line.
How to get money?
How to control the room?
Facts.
All the way.
Family, man.
We came up together, man.
We all started making this thing happen, man.
And still be in the game together, man.
Still moving together.
Still making money together, making moves together.
And still family, man.
This is an honor for you to finally be through here, man.
It's been a long time.
We've been talking about it for a long time.
And we said we weren't going to talk about it for a long time.
And we said we weren't going to be going to.
We're gonna have no battle rappers up there
until we had him.
I don't have a floodgates open.
That was right.
You're the first.
Ah, you're the first.
None of the band, hit man hollered.
In the town woods.
What's our winning.
I appreciate that.
Like I said, we came up together, man.
So it's an honor to be here.
Y'all vibration, y'all success, all this stuff.
I had to come fill this shit myself for us.
But I want to say congratulations to y'all, man.
Y'all, man, y'all did, y'all breaking numbers, y'all breaking barriers, y' y'all doing everything.
Y'all started here, y'all, that's what's up, man.
Thank you, man.
I appreciate that.
Let me see the light, did you see.
I mean, that's the thing, man.
Like, you know, when we came in, you know, ain't nobody really know what the fuck this shit was going to lead to.
We just knew we wanted to make something of it.
All of us, you know what I'm saying?
We always just niggas with a dream and really no mother.
You know what I mean?
Five, six.
Season seven.
Season seven.
We used to heal him.
And we still around.
And very few, man.
God, that the greatest.
Just on that platform, how many niggas then came and gone since we've been there?
Two hundred.
Easy.
Easy.
So it's like, man.
Because we got to see you going from being like, you know, street niggins to actually have...
With the braids, niggas shit.
I don't know you for the braids, nigger.
I had to make it...
Listen, y'all understand.
When you are street battle rapper, gang banging and then coming on a comedy show trying to be funny with them,
y'all understand how, like...
But you made the transition, man.
I had to, like, but I was like either get left,
it's either get left behind a money train
or make it happen, so I'm like,
I learned something from each and every last one of these guys.
I'm like, man, okay, man.
And it still molded you.
And it still helped you.
And it didn't take away from your street creed.
You're now a professional.
Yeah, build my cards and watching y'all.
All the way, a lot of niggas don't notice,
but I would put it out there, me and you made up,
pick up, and kill it.
Yeah, no, I tell the story all the time.
For real, how happened?
So we just, we was in a, um,
we was in a room, lunch room, whatever,
Yeah, the rehearsal room and the bee came on.
I'm gonna like, yo, Chico, you think you nice and you know that you're not.
I'm hip, and hollered, you know that I'm hot, and he just came back with it.
Yeah, you know that you, it's hot, boy, you're tripping.
You know what I mean?
Yeah, so we like, we did have like five minutes.
Yeah.
Just one around and people were like, yo, circle up, circle up, circle up.
Do what y'all is doing?
You know what I'm saying?
So me and chico, this without a beat.
We were just like some other beats.
Right.
They need a beat around it.
Yeah, so me and chico made them pick up and kill it.
But that's just from, and I say.
that to say like that's for me being motivated by what y'all do like as as much as you know you look
at us as comedians like me loz all of us we love battle rapping you see we always we always
act like this we all act we all think like nigga if i'm in battle rap i kill us that's what i was
about to say though like before the show like when we fly to these cities and you know how niggas
be posted up before the show taking naps and shit like that 90% at a time if you go to go to
anybody room, nigga, have a battle rap on it.
All the time.
Right, before I keep it, everybody.
Look, before, what you about to say?
Before I met DC, you know, he's on line roasting everybody.
But he downed me, like, man, I fuck with that battle rap shit.
Fuck you mean, and I got to come to one.
I got to come up with you.
Yeah, boy, I got to fuck with you.
I was like, man, for show, right?
You know what I'm like, dad, that's the nigga.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, he was just showing love.
He came next door to my room on TV now.
I was watching the shit, I go, I'm 30, so I go all the way back to I'm like 14 when I always said that this is when I started is when meat, meal, and Reed Dollars was beefing in the streets.
And if people know that was before, before, before a lot.
You feel me?
You're mad because I'm styling.
But see, well, that's all in that, that's all in that episode.
That's the same era.
That's the same era.
She's open, I know that one that got punched.
Yeah, exactly.
I know him.
He's not.
All that.
So, and I see you, he felt,
and I'm going to walk up.
He wouldn't reach for that while I'm going to do.
Exactly.
No, okay, he's like, he got in real.
Yeah.
And that'd be the best shit, though, we got out
the better rappers on the shores where you could just use their old raps against them.
Oh, we did that so many times.
Yeah, yeah.
And that's what make it fun because,
I was telling clips like just man niggas be so motivated by the fact that child
niggas are so skilled man that's it's a level of skill that niggas don't appreciate
to put it together and and remember it and deliver it and be able to work and perform it
and perform it bro that shit is a level of skill that motherfuckers don't understand because it's like
that pressure when you on that stage you know if you get on stage you know like that that
shit can just leave your mind and you still got to be able to work
around and have it come back.
Y'all make it is brilliant.
Right.
You got to be fire.
You got to have new content.
Like, that's the thing.
I gotta write 20 minutes worth of battle material.
But then next time I'm on stage, I gotta have 20 more minutes of new material.
I wish I can go and say, read long with the book, because I know they don't go crazy.
Right.
Right.
Right.
See, you might as well, other motherfuckers to take your shit.
Yeah.
If it's good enough to steal, it's good enough to use again.
Because this shit number came a whole goddamn epidemic.
like for real for real like it was just some street shit showing the culture but it's like it
them became bed when niggas is really feeding their families off this shit you feel what i'm
tv now like i swear your first my one of my first battles of seeing you was i think we're arsenal
or was one right before arsenal yep so that's 2010 i'm in high school and what's the battle right
so who don't what you're talking why i'm rapping quartet you be quartet i seen that
The contract said I keep it this, man.
Not you.
Right.
Contrains said I can hit this, nigga.
Not you.
That's what I do.
Oh, this shit's different.
Man, man.
And then also started the whole promo video fight.
Build up to the battle, don't he had this.
I looked up, he was on World Star, this in the whole St. Louis, man.
Fuck, now.
He's, fucking jiggy.
Fuck, Jake, fun.
Nick in the Rams, Steve.
Like, he was crazy.
And the whole city looking at me like,
What you're gonna do?
Man, I could have lost.
Fuck, made it back ribs,
a fuck St. Louis, Barbecue, that arts.
That nigga said, boy, that name is little general.
Like, I'm talking about I couldn't lose awesome.
Because it was just, that was the first time
a battle rapper even was, even getting attention from New York.
You know what I said?
They thought we were just country, live on forms.
I was like, man, you know, go ride a cow.
Yeah, they got us fucked up.
Because who the fuck razz and calf?
Yeah, they just thought, you know,
Oh, look, that's funny in here, man.
Go ride a cow, my nigga.
Fuck out of here, nigga.
So, man, we, um, yeah, so me, also, that was the, that was the biggest battle of my career.
Right.
Because he already had million views on grind time.
He was considered, he was a fight club.
He was considered that.
Right.
So, me beating him like I did really snap me like, oh, he that.
Oh, yeah.
And you bite yourself.
I don't know how we never asked this, but it's the perfect time.
How did you get started in back?
Because you were athlete, my nigga.
Claymore.
How did you get started?
So, I was, um, coming out of St. Louis.
I was a, in JFL, no, Little League.
I actually got the record in St. Louis for the most touchdowns.
In like six years, there are like almost 200 touchdown.
I was averaging like three, four touchdowns in a game in football.
I'm about to say 201 season.
You're just stamping in that world.
No, I was like 200.
So I was always a football guy, but then I played basketball too.
So I had a scholarship D1 for football and basketball.
I went to North, California State, Northridge for basketball.
transferred to Missouri St. Louis.
So I was always an athlete, but in the meantime,
you know, my pops was a big rap fan.
So I used to listen to DMX, Tupop, Big El.
I was listening to these guys all the time
and was just like, man.
So I used to always rap on my own.
In the middle school, you know,
you used to make the beats with the fun.
Right, right.
You just got the back then.
You ain't really have to rap about the person in front.
You just use your best rap for your rap.
So I was doing that.
And everybody was like, man, good.
So 14, 15, I had won this contest.
And the contest was on radio.
And if you win, you get to come to radio and rap every Monday.
And guy named Jay Nix, y'all know I'm Stoo.
Yo Dirty!
Yeah, you know, I'm Stoie Rock.
So I was 15, I won, he was gonna pick me up.
He just go to radio every Monday and freestyle, every Monday.
They got my name up in the city.
I want a contest to be like four rappers.
I got to meet Cassidy.
That's when I was 16, 15.
And I won Fight Club.
Smackin got the, got the car.
Low Lust got the call, like, yo, who is that guy?
We need him.
So I was in college, though, so I couldn't make it.
So Verben and went up the top, and that's one verb,
be on the corner, even your guardian, your names used up,
like all that.
So after that, then they came and got me,
at Cortez, the rest of history, man.
Like, yeah, you know what I'm saying?
Like, just went around like that.
So that just was just me, they told me how to do it
because everybody wanted to rap.
They're like, don't battle rap.
You're gonna mess up your music career.
Do not battle rap.
But I'm glad I did, because that really the best decision
I made, you know what I'm saying?
Everybody take a different route.
Everybody, you know what I'm saying?
I just took another route.
I just went that way and stayed that way.
So me battle rapping got me on MTV.
Facts.
Nick Cannes fan of battle rap, you know.
He had picked up kind season five.
And you feel like, man, you're a performing, man.
I just think you just bring something to the show.
So that's the reason I got on TV then.
Been there ever since.
What was your toughest battle, when you were on stage?
You feel me?
I think that's why you and John John is so tight.
Because I've seen that battle when they first started.
I don't think I know you did either.
No, no.
No, I ain't know you did.
So I knew Jun-Jum, but I ain't no J-J-J-J-J-J.
Because I never really wanted to go watch the P-G's,
and I need a fuck about that.
You had to have a name already.
I ain't going to look at your shit.
Fuck all that.
Fuck all that little league shit.
You need to be in the big league now, nigga.
But now I'm going to look at the little league, nigga.
But when I seen you and J-J-J-J-Batter, I said,
ooh shit, this little light-skinned nigga,
he in there swinging.
But you play Vick, the whole battle.
That was a big battle because that was the first time
a person of my caliber.
I gave a rookie a shot.
So I started the whole Rookie versus Vett stuff.
They don't like to say that I started that.
I was the first person, so me and him was arguing,
you're like, man, you old niggins ain't got it.
So the whole thing, I said, smack, bring them to my world.
I don't want to no small room.
Bring them to the biggest stage.
Diddy was up there.
Yeah, I was sure.
So I started over the first vet.
But I wouldn't say he might toughest,
even though it was a tough battle.
But I think it was A-Bird.
At the crib.
At the crib.
And the crib.
And the crib.
Your son is why you talk to your son.
You can go around the world and lose.
You lose a fight in Seattle on somebody's street.
That's like, you cannot lose.
I'm on the west side of a letter.
Everybody, don't know.
Everybody's going to see it.
The whole thing lose.
I'm talking of uncles, aunties.
That last bar, no here, man.
That last ball.
And it helped me a lot because...
I just...
I curse my daddy.
Fuck you answered that nigger for a while.
What?
I was in there.
I was like, no.
Everybody know, me.
Everybody know my pops, he's gonna talk.
I know when your pop's, I was like,
nigga, I raised that, nigga, I couldn't not answer.
Yeah, so he's, that mother, son too.
Yeah, so he, so earlier,
the verb knew he'd say something probably.
Right.
But verb probably ain't really thinking he just said,
he's, well, so man, I'm listening earlier,
and at first round you hear me say,
and you go pops, he said, he said,
what's up, or something I said,
so he's already in the mouth.
He's all right, he's all right.
He's all right, I'm cooking a bird.
You ain't gotta get pushed for me to sweet.
Yeah, what's up, yeah.
So he's all the stuff, man, but a lot of people think I was winning both the rounds going in.
That's why I was a big bar because without the yes, sir, I don't know how hard that bar hit.
Hey, yo, big juror.
Yeah, without the yes, sir.
Without the quiet.
Yeah, your big girl.
That's how you talk to yourself.
That's why you talk about doing.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
No, but with that yes, sir?
But I thought it was going to be a lot worse because I thought everybody knew that was my pops.
That answer.
Yeah.
Ten years later, people ain't realized it was my pop still.
They just walked, they thought Byrd put somebody in and to say that.
Oh.
So I was more hurt because I'm like.
they're gonna go crazy when they find out
that's your real daddy
right
they were like man I thought
they're gonna get
like man your daddy disowned you
yeah yeah
the damn cut
they're just like
oh we didn't think he was him
I did
I was at the house
I ain't know you somebody else
because you know I ain't know
you can actually
have somebody to speak
you know y'all started
you kind of was the first person
to bring somebody else
in battle around
so started that too
all that answer for shit
yeah you know you started out of this shit yeah
you know you started out of this shit yeah
I don't know for it fact.
Yeah.
So when he said it, can I wonder, I'm watching the battle.
I'm like, this was St. Louis shit.
I'm gonna mind my business, but I'm gonna watch it.
So I'm like, these niggins go and blow for blow.
And it's like, little brother, big brother, but you can tell, even though y'all fighting, it's showing the world.
These niggas are, nigger, they are forced to be record.
Y'all are tripping.
This is St. Louis.
Like, we got in tour.
They're representing for real.
A lot of people got a tour and they're like, yo, man, we ain't gonna, I'm competitive.
Right.
man, you man, let's go see a win.
Right.
Right.
Everything.
Right.
Because Verb was the man first.
Remember, I got that call.
I couldn't go up to New York.
I was in college.
He went up there.
So the world saw him first.
Right.
So these are always things,
A, Verb, ill, hollow, or holly, it was one, two, three.
So when I beat Arsenal,
headline, hollow, and my name, everybody, like,
oh, wait a minute.
Who to talk now?
Who to talk now?
And then he starts feeling like I felt
some kind of way, like,
I bet because they've heard
competitive too
so he's like
man don't forget who taught you
I'm like you ain't jeez
that was beautiful
you ain't you know
stuff what's up
like don't do that
you know you're on the mountain
like now you know I got here
but let's go meet in the backyard
that's how that went
your entire
identity has been fabricated
your beloved brother
goes missing without a trace
you discover the depths
of your mother's illness
the way it has echoed
and reverberated throughout your life, impacting your very legacy.

And women have quietly listened.
And all that stops here.
If you like witty women, then this is your tribes.
With guests like Corinne Steffens.
I'd never seen so many women protect predatory men.
And then me too happened.
And then everybody else wanted to get pissed off because the white said it was okay.
Problem.
My oldest daughter, her first day in ninth grade, and I called to ask how I was going.
She was like, oh, dad, all they were doing was talking about your thing in class.
I ruined my baby's first day of high school.
And slumflower.
What turns me on is when a man sends me money.

Remember the movie pass era,
where you could watch all the movies you wanted
for just $9?
It made zero sense, and I could not stop thinking about it.
I'm Bridget Todd, host of the tech podcast, there are no girls on the internet.
On this new season, I'm talking to the innovators who are left out of the tech headlines.
Like the visionary behind a movie pass, Black founder Stacey Spikes,
who was pushed out of movie pass the company that he founded.
His story is wild, and it's currently the subject of a juicy new HBO documentary.
We dive into how culture connects us.
When you go to France, or you go to England,
or you go to Hong Kong.
Those kids are wearing Jordans.
They're wearing Kobe's shirt.
They're watching Black Panther.
And the challenges of being a Black founder.
Close your eyes and tell me what a tech founder looks like.
They're not going to describe someone who looks like me
and they're not going to describe someone who looks like you.
I created There Are No Girls on the Internet
because the future belongs to all of us.
So listen to There Are No Girls on the Internet on the IHurt Radio app,
Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
Like, it's certain people that give you a glimpse.
Like, I said that about fly, like, you know what I mean?
I like to thank myself to be this way about where I'm from.
And we all kind of glimpses into our city and how niggas operate.
But when you get to go side by side, you get to see it from a different angle.
You know what I mean?
St. Louis, niggas is some of the most competitive niggas.
I'm talking about, a nigger would like, man, I'm about to walk to the store.
You ain't about to walk to the store fast.
Yeah, that's bad.
Bet, bet, bet it.
Bet, bet it.
What you want to bet, bet 500?
Like, so I was going to walk to the store.
That's a bad.
Going crazy.
Yeah.
Yeah.
All the way.
Yeah.
You know what battle I thought it was gonna go down that.
I could do my first time.
Do my first time.
Because I think you and Shug, y'all was slick business for real.
So I'm like, nigga, I'm gonna push it up with you.
I'm gonna push it up with you.
That's the first about in K.
I came.
I'm like, nigg.
In Jersey.
In Jersey.
In Jersey.
In Jersey.
We're gonna pull up.
Cause I don't know how this shit gonna go.
I'm gonna go with you.
And plus I love the sport.
Yeah.
I'm ready.
And nigger, it was tension in the room.
See, sugar bully, right?
That's shit.
This shit fun, nigga.
Sugar, big bully.
So everybody knows my background.
I don't really play.
I don't act tough, but everybody know I ain't going for that.
Niggins are going to have to whoop me.
Right.
You know what I'm saying that shit for you.
He's like, I ain't going to lie, DC.
He's like, we might.
I'm like, I'm like, I'm like,
might get real.
You know what I'm saying?
I hate bringing a little on my watch.
I'm watching out of the day on street by this.
But you know, yeah.
They see like I'm not.
No.
But the nigger appreciate their head up.
Yeah.
Yeah.
We didn't have had them situations.
With him.
With him.
Oh, you're on this.
All of us, niggins.
All of us, niggas.
Oh, boy.
No cap.
So I'm like, so I'm like,
so I'm a D.C.
But so the whole, that battle had a lot of momentum
because they know should push niggas around the stage.
pockets and all that all that that never got done to me and then I was known for
knollucon out on stage and all this shit I was known for so they like oh we can't wait to see
this we know shit we're gonna push them all on and stuff but we know how I ain't gonna go for
that's it yeah rest of the match man that's dude that they're surfing uh uh what's what
we call uh battle that night surfing um arsenal no they ain't battle that night
no they're not they rock and like charone battle it was tay rock and
Who asked him about it that night?
Charon told that niggins shot gun shit,
there's something of the cold, this shit.
Oh, that's Austin Lee.
This white boy taking a shot gun to school.
This white boy taking a shotgun to school.
God, damn.
Look at me.
Look at me.
Look at me.
Look at me.
All the way.
But speaking of what you just said, man,
I got to ask you this because, you know,
it's a lot of shit going on now.
You know, unfortunately, you know,
surface is dealing with what he's dealing with.
dealing with but you know free surf for sure but like being as though you come from it and
everybody know you and know that you with whatever you're not going for nothing how do you
scale that back and realize that the greater purpose is to be out here you know i mean to be alive
and free i was able to see that kind of early because i ain't like go from overnight i kind of did
this so when i was raised rope chain we was game main and fighting all that stuff cool but then when i
I start rising to the top, getting five, 10,000 in battle,
I start kind of, okay, I can't do both.
Like, it's like, my fly, my name on all these flies.
Yeah, my hop's not.
Right.
I don't want to play this game.
I like playing a game where it's the odds of even.
Right, yeah.
I'm beefing with ghosts and everybody know I'm gonna be it.
Right.
Blockbust on Tuesday.
Like, I can't, I start, I start just falling back.
Like, because you know, we got, I got beefing people forever
of decisions back then, cool with that.
But moving further, I'm like, I don't have to keep
making new enemies for no reason.
When you start seeing a different life,
it's like, I like the women that love me.
You know what I'm saying?
I like going to the Bahamas.
I like taking my cats to Miami, Airbnb.
So when you start seeing that, you're like,
that ain't fun, you know what I'm saying?
So that's why you never really saw me.
That's why everybody really know what I really stood.
They just knew I was of blood.
They knew I was probably, but I don't rep that.
I never got on camera and said that.
I never diss niggas hoods.
I had to move smart.
It's like, man, you make it unnecessary.
I'll be seeing ops who probably don't mess with me,
but we ain't got no new beef, so it's like,
you could be from somewhere else.
And so, bro, keep it moving.
Like, but if I just dish your hood in a pity
for no reason, now we got some other stuff.
Yeah, like, it's a lot of less stuff.
It's unnecessary.
So I just start thinking like, move small, holly.
Your name is rising.
It ain't in your best interest to be,
you can't as impossible.
So I start falling back.
And a lot of decisions I was making,
it was like had to be spread a moment.
Like, I wouldn't never go in places
trying to make something happen.
Everything that happened probably happened.
No, we got a nigga, it's like, ah.
Here we go.
But when I did that, let's start.
I don't really get in no trouble.
You know, the niggas have some shit,
but I don't get in no trouble.
So when I started doing that, my life got better.
Because at first I was still battle raping,
being that niggas still.
Being hard.
Like, man, I was on TV, still going to St. Louis
Fighting this shit and all kinds of dumb shit.
Man, he'll tell you.
I call this nigger.
Man, take that shit.
Yeah, I'd be like, I still, like I...
You're going too hard, man.
Yeah, I get...
Yeah, I get...
And then everybody see what I'm doing.
It's like, how are you too big, man, but it's like...
Because you're the big...
You're the biggest name, so they're gonna see your shit.
You know what I'm watching...
Like the woman.
Right?
All this stuff.
You don't mind.
You're like, I'm gonna take it down, right?
Don't you call me like, don't you say,
because I get on that motherfucker.
Mom, Mama, they're gonna pop.
Yeah, we all...
As soon as I see, and all this too, like, like,
Like to you, because we, I mean, in an environment,
I think that coming from the environment
where we all curated our own career,
we came up together.
Like, so we all have been through situations
around each other.
We'd have been on tour.
That we went on.
That was what, man, that's closer.
That's what put us in a different,
like, you know, 30 days together at the time.
Shigas are walking around.
We start together, man.
Right, you know what I mean?
That's what's up, man.
That ain't you, that ain't me.
That's us.
She bought right out of mine.
We started talking and everything.
We take the showers and the white,
and the Salvation.
And she made that type like that, so.
It's like, I appreciate that too.
Oh, Ging and it's the first TV show.
First TV show, we're on a bunch together.
The movie one hundred, I appreciate that show
because it's, it bonded us together.
Yeah, man, that's just a lot of shit.
We weren't got them ziplining in that cave
and we didn't know that we had to do this shit
for about four hours.
Yeah, nigh.
I'm like, man, I'm like,
man, everybody walking down their bed.
Nah, well, we went to the bossy jump there.
That's, man.
Nothing with the .
That is, they slowed this shit there.
I'm so tired because I had already
DRAC.
Yeah, you're right.
You're right.
You're right.
I'm like, I'm winning it.
I'm like, I'm like,
I was just saying, like,
those things make us.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yeah, he wrecks the best.
Like, I went down.
He went down.
And they were going to that problem.
Right.
This niggins is my, this is my,
this is nothing.
We ran all the way over that loaves.
He's like,
I'm like, I'm like,
I don't know.
That's crazy.
Oh, right.
He kept up his head like this.
Like that.
No, let go.
Like, you get a race car.
Like, you ain't got no room.
Like, it's really tight.
That's what that shit was crazy.
I'm a panic, though.
That's crazy because you can't move.
He didn't.
He did exactly what he wanted to do.
I see nothing you could have.
I said, I said, I said,
He was like, oh, that nigga hit that corner that motherfucker got the twerking.
That guy, they're going to put up.
Hey.
I'm gonna stay up in the corner.
He took off.
Everybody's still over there.
He was like, who that is?
That's low.
He don't went around two times.
And he said, fuck this shit.
Wow.
That's the thing.
Like, I think that those situations, you know, we didn't all are.
People don't get to see that.
It made us grow to love each other.
So we have a concern.
Like, we want to see.
All of us would do that.
Like, you know, I mean, niggas stop or, hey, man, bro,
come here, let me holl at you real quick.
It's stuff that people don't see that I know if they saw their stop.
Like, niggas in the hood every day and all,
they don't know nothing else.
Right.
I'm like, I promise you, bro.
You got to tell them.
Sometimes you got to leave by something.
If you just see, if you just see what's out of here, you would be like.
But you know, our people do what they see.
That's the thing.
That's what I'm saying.
So you're on the block all day.
You see your friends, six friends.
Look what my friends.
That's all you're going to do.
I get up and look and see 97 tour dates from my friends.
Exactly.
I ain't what I would...
I need to keep up.
Holly, your turn, gonna make a move so they call you see you,
you know what I'm saying, that's motivation.
Right.
But if I see my friend, he'd just call three bodies,
I need balls.
Right, exactly.
You just gonna do what's around you, so that's, you know what I'm saying?
So it's just people gotta hang around the better crowd,
and that's shit like that, but earth since then.
I got to.
So even though that you, now that you're in the positive mindset,
right?
What is your process?
Because I didn't want to know, like how you say.
Y'all niggas are some of the most intelligent.
Every shit I'd be learning through battle rap.
How you put it together, how you go in and out to freestyle with it,
how you know where to, like, it feels like it's comedy,
but that shit seems so much motherfucking a lot.
It's not even comedy.
It's like if you listen to the ball.
But that's all I can compare it to because I don't do.
No, but if you listen to the bars, it's the aggressiveness.
Y'all got to write, y'all got to put a punch in.
Y'all got to do a build-up, set-up, punch.
And y'all got to do it over and over.
20 minutes, that's the same thing.
Right.
But we just got to do it in a rapping form.
So it's the same thing.
But it's just, when you program your mind so much,
I've been doing this.
You know what I'm saying?
I'm 34.
I've been doing this 15, 14.
So my mind is programmed to think above a norm.
So, like, we got, like, I got my own TV show.
You know, it's called Bags and Bodies.
It's a battle rap.
You know, it's a battle rap.
You know, it's a battle rap.
So he did, yeah, yeah, so executive producer and all that.
So it's a bad, so what we do, we do challenges.
So it's sort of like, you know, a while and out,
you know, you know, while and out,
you do the alphabet train, you know, you just say A,
Apple, B, whatever, battle rapping,
I know we think different.
So I gave, like, I gave them a challenge on the spot,
so y'all got an hour.
Right now, pick a letter out, whatever letter you got.
I want to hear you rap about that letter
and the words that start with it.
So people pulling that.
and Rada Robin was so creative, like my boy bad news,
you know, he on the show, he had felony,
I mean, he had F.
He was saying stuff like, man, sign me,
something, I don't sign me.
I got all F's on my report call,
but that ain't defy me, telling me.
He said, he said, I failed a lot in life,
but I bet I want felonies.
He shot at his kneecap, he fell his knee, like,
but you see how, you know what I'm saying?
Right, right.
Like a girl, like, she's not, her name, Eon.
She's a battle rapper, she's a female from Chicago.
She had to let her end.
The normal person just be like, neither, nigger.
Never.
She say, hip man holler made me pull the letter in.
That's exactly what he told me in my audition.
We got to let her end.
You know what I'm saying?
It's just, look, hold on.
I just see two bars in my head.
I was like, let her end.
We let her end.
We let her end.
But I did something like that.
In 2012, I did a rap with all C's,
but it was like, I'm comfortable chilling, chasing the cash.
Any creep trying to creep, it's a car waiting to crash
and a chocolate-covered coop, like, you know what I'm saying?
Oh, you know what I'm saying?
But that's how different we rap.
Right.
So if you want to keep that up, you got to train yourself.
Right, right.
Anything you do, Steph Carey hit 100 feet in a row.
He got to go tomorrow and practice.
You get 100 more.
You got to get 100 more.
So I'm like, if we got to do that,
We got a train of mine.
So like how we were just doing the day.
You just how I just thought it.
You said, if you say some Chico Bean,
I think of that because I'm trained and do it.
That's how I practice.
Y'all just have to be proud.
And we figure that out from being around job.
We do it all that.
We were just, and when was we at?
In Phoenix, we was just, back and forth.
Because y'all really got it.
We just, but that just come from being around the best.
Y'all niggas is, and I'm not just saying,
I could be the best, man.
Y'all niggas is the best.
The niggas is odd niggas.
You, Kahn, Clips, niggas,
Niggas, y'all niggas is the best, my nigger, at that shit.
And it's like, one thing that I always love to see is when you know it's right there.
Like, there's no way you prepare that because if I say something about hitman holler, you come back.
Well, you say hit man hollip.
Boom, boom, right there.
We just did, though.
We do that, all the people don't know, we do that five hours a day.
We'd be on set five, ten hours, and just all-on.
When we downtown, she got got a sweat on.
Yeah.
Why you put them jeans on?
Yeah, exactly.
Did she look like a crackhead?
I bet he's gonna get his lean.
Yeah, right back.
We already know.
Yeah, going next week.
Look at your ugly, you still got the big-haired teeth.
Yeah.
That's what I'm saying?
Like, all day.
We just do it all day, bro.
Yeah.
Okay, okay, I got a real question, bro.
You know, I love battle rap so much, that shit.
It's like, mosh, you have seen the mosh pit,
and you be like, why do white folk be fine?
Listen, battle rap make you want to fight, like, in a friendly way.
friendly way, like, ah, that shit was fine, nigga.
Yeah.
He didn't watch plenty of battles.
This nigga just pop up out of nowhere.
Yeah, like, yeah.
All that shit.
He was in the battle, a nigga threw his hat.
Like that one.
He had the first thing.
That was like, that's good.
That's good.
That's good.
That's good.
I'm going to put it.
I'm going to like, need outside.
We got the wrecked.
Man, man.
Damn, man.
Yeah, man.
With the Frank Lucas on.
Frank Lucas on.
With the Frank Lucas.
Listen, bro, I love that shit so much, bro.
Like, when you, I remember when y'all did y'all first remix, bro.
When you did, not your first remix when you brought your little brother here.
What was the thought?
How did that come about?
How did even show even get in the rap, nigga?
You know, I'm just family-oriented.
So, you know, I always incorporate, like, man, my brother do this,
or that's how we were raised.
Right.
little brother like you lose he lose you win you ain't no fur fights another brother better help all that shit so and my
raps it's just hard it's easy for me look what i say new what i say new what i say new watch i load it up what i say what i said what i said what i try load it up my
my brother go have to hold me because i'm new he gonna be that i knew he gonna be right there so anything i'm rapping about high field i'm
because i write with right i said i don't get fucking who you with me and my brother it's gonna be that so i just happened like you don't
through that, catch me hold me up, you know what I'm saying?
So he came out, that's the birth of showout.
If I don't know anything about him and holly,
you gotta know show out.
You got a show out.
You got the best.
Yeah, let me get them, no, you fucked up my lads.
Yeah, that's, man, listen, and then one of the things
that always make me, like, feel like, man,
because like I said, the way we look up to y'all niggas,
one thing that always, I remember when we was on tour,
you was like, hey, niggas, what you think of this?
Yeah, I was right, right, right, rap, that's what I'm saying?
You want to know what I think?
You got some of the biggest battles ever
we'd be on tour.
So imagine city and city with them.
So I'm walking around, you know, Chico.
I think I was about, I think about,
I felt about a casein and something.
Yeah, what you think about?
I heard you, you told T. Rex,
you're going to knock them out of me,
disrespect your baby mama or your daughter, nigger.
Man, ah, fuck your baby mama in front of your daughter.
And I'm like, how to say, Tico.
Chico was like, what's going to start?
Fight, you know.
They're like, we be one
The one niggins cheat, because our minds work
from the comedic aspect, and it's like,
that's one of the things that, like,
what I love about clips is like,
Clips is a nigga.
He cares, mad.
Like, that makes me laugh.
That niggas is one of the greatest
in front of my word.
That battle when he was about T-Rap.
When he was like, yeah, you know,
the man came up, he was like, hold,
we knocked them.
We don't let the guys like that.
All the way like, shit like that.
When we're not like when the shit be kind of crazy,
you don't know where it's going.
Like that nigga who's like, one nigga, go get two niggas.
And two niggas, go get three.
And then three niggas, go get four niggas.
And then four niggas, come get me.
But that mate, battle, like, you got to be entertaining, bro.
You got so many different styles in different ways.
Like funny people, like you said, you got clips,
you got people that freestyle DNA, right?
Yeah.
You know what I'm saying?
You got the aggressive bully, sure.
Right?
You got the street niggas, like so surf in the game.
You know what I'm saying?
You got the performers here, man.
You got so many different.
And everybody can meet me.
This is like hollow.
I wear a big coat.
Past state was another nigga that was hilarious, man.
That nigga told that motherfucker you're the worst thing
to pop up on the net since live Jasmine.
That was true.
And if you know what that is, you're like,
oh my God.
God, like him in a hollow one of my favorite battles.
Rees, don't I, don't know why it's a battle rap.
I, bro, I don't even watch TV.
Yeah, it's all the way.
It's called me two in the morning.
Yeah, DC, what's up?
Man, when you ain't telling me this one shit was so cold?
Look, bro.
I'm like, man.
Go to sleep.
I'm like, man.
That thing is shit.
There's a man.
Because we understand the art and how hard that she's going.
And it's like, you know, being around y'all and learning y'all
and learning your personalities
and seeing just how brilliant y'all really y'all,
You don't really know it until you get around to where you in it personally to see,
oh, nah, niggas really mine's really somewhere else with this shit.
That's why I'd be so many.
There's a lot of bars what I can say.
My nigga, this nigga Reggie, man.
If y'all don't know Reggie is conceited.
That'd be so-neged.
Reginald-Reginal.
I'd be so mad at that nigga, man, because this nigga is so talented.
But the thing, what I tell him all the time, he ain't got the competitive nature.
You don't want to go out there.
You need to kill.
Like, because he to make so much money, you know, he got so many cars,
Jerry's big house, he cool.
Like, somebody like me would be like, you still think you better?
Man, set it up.
Right.
Conjunct be like, man, the money right, whatever, which is cool.
He just, you know what I'm saying?
Like, I did that.
He did it when he had to do it.
He did.
He did.
He did.
He did it.
He was mad.
Like, come on.
The same thing with clips.
Like, why did you bullshit on your third so much so that people can save?
He got right now.
He got right now.
He got right now.
He got right now.
He got right now.
I used to go on this.
The thing was, Clips is, this was the thing about,
by stigmas.
Once you do something once, I'm gonna stay with you.
Clips had a third for the last five years.
And the worst thing they say is Clips,
you're gonna come with a third one next battle.
Like, I just had 30 battles with all my third round.
I was telling this, nigga, that back then,
like, nigga, stop bullshit.
And it's just like, you know,
with you, one thing I say about you
is you always had that same level of aggression,
like that same level of what brought you to that point.
That's like you, that's what I'm saying.
That's what I'm saying.
I wanted you to take that damn chain off.
You better to surf.
I was, I want to be yelled.
It was so fake, bro.
It was so fake.
And then I'm like, I want to take the chain.
And then I said, finally, too, I took it out of the deal.
I was like, yeah.
We did the big second round.
I'm like, thank you.
No, no.
There's just eight bars in first round, man.
But nah, that's crazy.
But yeah.
I be one kind of come back to because he's cold.
People don't understand.
We need to come back, man.
We walk around a lot time.
He think of a bar, I'm like, nigga, battle.
He'd be like, you know he won't to?
He's got to.
He don't, I feel like he don't want to lose
and not be the cun that everybody knows.
I'm gonna have to, you know that.
It's gonna have to be a nigga with chains and clothes
and shit to call that digger, fuck it,
nigga, let's battle the Natives, Nick.
But you gotta, but you also gotta understand.
Come on, cunner.
Con was strategic.
Con was strategic when he was battling.
His last couple of battles was crazy.
Him and Sue Surf is one of my favorites.
That beat magic.
Him and be madden?
Yeah, he said, when he said something about the whole pastor preacher,
remember when you're bow your head, we'd be aiming.
So when we down, I just dish you.
Pastor Rector to the preacher and will bow your hands.
We'll be able to be able to that.
I was like, oh.
This is crazy.
I don't even consider y'all in there.
Y'all just family.
I know.
I'll be listening to that nigga T-top.
That nigga T-top, which is one of the craziest.
Is one of the craziest.
Checkout?
Oh, he.
Self check out.
He murdered.
There was like two weeks new when he said, like a two-end.
That was wrong, one.
He did.
He did run bad.
Self-checkout.
He said.
He said,
working, taking all these.
Check out.
Yeah, let's make you.
Check out.
What a court?
That was like,
Oh,
shit.
I'm fucking wrong, too.
But I got to ask you that.
What's your,
I don't even want to give you no number,
but just name me some of your top.
as from you as a battle rapper you're as a fan your room shakers like the ones that you
saw that was like oh my car from different people from different people um we got
we got self-checkout Elvis Crane we got Tay Rock which one you another cut
another cut look like the seat belt we're trying to buckle up yeah that's
you were crane in the building what yeah fire that one um that Rom nitty
Then he said, he was battling ill will.
He said, I'm round with a dozen.
Loading rounds for cousin.
Somebody told me, Will in the lobby.
I grabbed the nose, I'm running.
I'm coming down with something.
Oh, my God.
That was crazy.
That was crazy.
He married.
Clips got, Clips got one.
Clips told, uh, T-Rex.
Oh, yeah.
He told him, oh, he's nice.
Some, some, I hate rights.
I give them two options in the element.
You want the salons or red rice.
Oh yeah.
He went crazy.
Crazy.
You were crazy.
Su-surf.
Free Su-surf.
He got a lot of life.
He got one verse me.
That was crazy.
The highlight pino wall to the fucking head.
I was like, damn.
I'm relaxed.
My man, I was like, yeah.
That nigga said,
your mom's in Pops ain't miss a game.
Your mom in the color colors.
Fresh signs.
Oh, yeah.
My mom was in vain.
You want to speak to the inmate.
Who got a present?
In my head, I'm like, that's your fault.
She's mad at this, my dad, and I'm not for me, nigga.
That shit, that nigga, Contoast, who served me, story.
He said, nigga, I'm going to put cocks through the wall like a glory hole.
I said, oh, my God.
He said, you think, it's alive.
You think you can run after I muscle.
That shit was so fucking crazy.
I'm going to tell you, the one was served it on him.
He said, he said, he said, I got the silo on me, and it hurts.
I had my little homie coming down with it.
He said, ch-ch-ch-ch.
He said, something about I had that one in front of you,
that you are in the middle of that.
What he said?
What he's saying?
Sentence to a vans for these niggas and it hurts.
Yeah.
I said, you are in the middle of church.
That's all right.
You said you back in the back in the back in the back.
That shit is whack.
I'm from Detroit.
That shit on loud.
Yeah, Calico got.
Yeah, Calico got a few, man.
Calico got a lot.
Yeah, I got that street prison.
Who was, Maca.
I can, though, T-Rex.
Rex got a lot.
Rex saw them say,
man, they did he said for 25,
no, they said Moog said for 25,000 he had killed a nigga that's ill.
For 25,000, I know this nigga for real.
I see it.
He'd be crazy, man.
Moop got the, Moop legend.
Him and him and Jay Nils, man.
That one when they was outside,

That's what I said.
There's something against me in the sound on cash.
It's going to sound 10 times better because he's saying it
is the greatest, but I do think I'm the greatest.
I believe in the hype.
That's why every time you hear me, I'll compare me to a mic.
He said, you remember when AI crossed mic out of sneakers?
We all thought it was that much better because he ain't have a weakness.
Off of that one move, we got his fame.
Niggas forgot you.
Jordan had 35.
He won that game.
Him and Sirius Joe is one of my favorite, too, when him and Sidney got to go.
Sirius got one with Gene.
Serious, he used to be my dog.
Sirius, Joe.

Sirius, O.G.

he said, you've been whack your whole career.
Career, nigga, ain't you from China?
It's a billion people.
You can't even go planting them over there like that with the shoulder.
When you look at it, like, damn, he's right.
He said, the only time you got ice on move,
the only time you got ice on your wrist is when it's spraying.
And the only time you get your dick.

He was like violence.
They said you was talking on shit like you like violence.
Then he knocked you out.
They had to wake you up and put water on you for that.
A.A.
Yeah, let's shine.
Oh, yeah.
I saw shit was funny.
I think you're talking about another on the cube pause.
There's another one.

Put the cubes on your man.

November 5th, November 5th, D.C. just walked back in the building, he forgot something.
November 5th, 2022, I met the ball guitar in Atlantic City for one show, headlining.
That's right, headlining with no headline.
That's the name of the tour.
Headlining with no headline, Chico Bean, coming to your live.
November 18th, I met the Wilburth Theater in Boston, Massachusetts.
Massachusetts, nigger.
It's going down.
One show headline.
Hey, Lord Haines, you're gonna enter this up real good, ain't you?
I know you is.
November 19th, I met the Foxwoods Casino and Mash and Tucket.
That's why, that's right.
That's what the nigger with the hoodie on in the back
looked like he takes pistols and mash and tuck it.
They don't ever shoot them, no.
But we're in there.
Make sure you get your tickets.
And last but not least, November 25th through the 22nd,
excuse me, 2022.
I met the improv in Tampa, Florida for five shows.
That's right.
How many niggas got the heart to do this shit like I do it?
Nicky, look at my hang time in the back, though.
Don't get it fucked up.
My shit long way it count.
Pause.
See y'all, niggas when I see you.
Get your tickets.
Chico Bean lap.
It's like, you know what I mean?
You get in there and fight, but if you respect the-
Be cool with a lot, you're talking to shit, right?
Everybody after the fight for the most part,
I always say, man, we said whatever we said,
but I got so much respect for him as an athlete as a warrior
because of the take, you got to had a heart to get in there
because, nigga, wump, all it take,
five pounds of pressure.
You're going to sleep.
You're going to sleep.
You're going to sleep.
You're going to sleep.
You're going to sleep.
Everybody's strong.
Right.
Going to sleep.
Yeah, exactly.
I'm coming out.
Million push-ups, million everything.
Hey, bud.
All that shit.
Right.
That shit.
You're going to sleep, boy.
And that's my biggest friend, bro.
You're like, bam, I don't want to get put to sleep, bro.
I just be like, don't, don't get put to sleep.
That shit is looking crazy.
Yeah.
I go in the fight by me.
going to fight like my dad, especially when they got there.
Hey!
Hey, boy, that shit did get hit so hard.
He'd be like, hey, we're never feet.
That one of them like, damn.
That's what I'm nervous.
I saw the big to do this in the arena, but he didn't even fall,
and he's just like, I'm like,
never hitting me that hard.
That shit happened in real life.
That's what I'm saying, I was fighting on a boat.
We had a show on a boat.
I had one show on the top of the boat,
and one show on the bottom of the boat.
of the boat. By the time I got to the show at the bottom of the boat, the niggas was already
met. So look, the niggins, the shit broke out at the top of the boat.
If I come to the top of the boat, I like, why the fuck would I come back to the top of the
top of the boat? So I'm on my way to go to the bottom again, because I'm like, I wasn't
on stage when the shit happened. I was in between, like, the top and the bottom. So I'm coming
all the way down to the bottom. And that's where the nigg was really fighting. This
He tried to run over and help his partner
and dude just spin around him.
He was like, just standing up and knocked out.
He had to get knocked out again to get knocked down.
I'm like, ooh, I got to get off this hoop.
He said, I got to get up in.
That nigga hit him and he was stuck.
Then he hit him all now.
Shit.
No, that nigga just tried to play still, nigga.
And they said, I don't want no more.
I'm going to be still.
That's why I'm nervous.
If you walk up on me, I got to, I got it for me.
That's why I got so many friends.
I'm not.
Hey, let me tell you some.
Ooh, your hands are up.
Wow.
I'd rather be a problem.
Like, man, you're trying, I wouldn't even know shit.
I'd rather that then.
Oh, my bad.
You see what happened with Will Smith?
Like, as far as it's just like,
Chris came up there, kind of like, I'm so paranoid or a nigger walk up.
I do this, like, hello, bro.
You're like, you're tripping.
I ain't never.
You let me know so.
You know, I'd rather do that, then be like.
And I think that.
That's what coming with, that's what, that would give you the combat.
That would give you the combat.
I just got fucking slapped.
I am, what the fuck?
And then once that happened, you want,
it's the shock, man.
I was gonna hitman, he'd be so paranoid.
I'd rather them go there.
Right.
And then you get, I can't take a picture.
They walk up to you, I don't know.
It could be a setup.
Hey, man, what's up, boy?
Take that bitch.
Hey, hey.
And I'm kind of...
See, right here.
He get right here.
Right.
Nick, Mike pose, hey, damn, I swear to God.
The man, snap you get your head right off.
If the flash and the slap go off in the second.
He's like, hey, man.
You like, yeah, man.
The bitch is at the perfect moment.
Now you all on the internet.
With the hand on your face, palm face.
Hey, need a world's thing, man.
I'm trying to be cast.
I swear to God.
God now, man.
He's going to do it.
He always doing this another.
He'll be fucked up because the nigger that smacked you start taking interviews with niggas and shit.
Oh my goodness.
Hey, let me tell you how it happened, right?
He was on some goofy shit.
The story gets so worst.
Yeah, man, I was asking some questions.
Yeah, the niggas.
Hey, they're going to say you have to take the picture with no.
Then the nigg going to get loud with me.
So that what I'd be doing, I'd be smacking, Nicky.
I mean, I ain't really that hot, but I don't really.
It's all love if you go to listen to my mixtape.
My mixtape.
I tried to talk to this, Nick.
I said, yo, my man.
I was a fan.
I was a fan.
Five thousand in a period in the club like this.
I tried to talk to this, nigg.
I say, yo, my man's blowing your fucking voice.
Everybody put your flash out.
Put some flash out.
Come on.
You call it.
You call it.
Worst thing when you can't correct a rule?
You see the room are going crazy.
Oh, man.
Yeah, the absolute for a picture.
He's talking you don't throw a picture.
That's sweet.
It's good.
Hey, they got shirts.
They got the shirt.
No, they got the shit on the stage.
That's the day.
That's the day.
They can put the flag showing up.
Yeah.
No, you know how sick you.
No, you know how sick you will be you walk in a club, everybody.
Everybody's doing the smack man, holler smack.
Hallow smack.
Amen.
Hey, y'all, look at meat, green.
Eddie.
The Chris Brown ball.
Oh, my God, man.
The Chris Brown phone.
Oh, shit, man.
Oh, my God.
Hey, for anybody to think about trying that, you're not going to make.
Oh, no.
You're not going to be famous.
You're not going to be famous.
You're not going to be famous.
You're not going to be famous.
God, man.
You don't get crumpled up.
Somebody's gonna be on the shirt.
There ain't gonna be no smack.
And it put to the motherfucked up, so I'll be some classy shit.
Biggie, come on.
La-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da.
Slap me.
Oh, my bad bitches, put your slaps in the ad.
You don't wear a new logo?
Snap.
They got a TikTok, man.
They do they do four things.
Oh, my God, man.
That is hilarious, man.
This is the genre.
Like, this is the shit we had.
Well, we gotta be caution on that shit.
This is a motherfucker.
That's crazy, because I've been thinking about slapping
dick.
Come to a while in now shit.
In DC, that shit took off.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, that shit went crazy.
He said, no.
I don't know what he said, man.
We got one.
When that nigga had me that, he said,
bro, I want to do this.
Like, you know how sure.
I would like, nigger, it's a dream come to you.
That's right.
I couldn't wait.
What's up?
All the way.
As soon as I come through, I like a chop off.
We're going to kill everybody.
We're going to kill one person.
No, no.
I think, oh, what's the first?
I come through.
As soon as I come through, I let that chop off.
Bow, bow, bow.
As soon as I come through, we kill everybody.
I'm killing one person.
No, we talk.
We kill everybody.
As soon as I come through it, making rain.
And I'm gonna beat that.
Yeah, that's his first season.
That's season.
Yeah, that's his first season.
That's what I'm saying.
Like, I don't know if you remember,
me and Lowe's did the battle against you and conceded
where y'all was killing.
He almost killed my...
Let me tell y'all.
I said, bro, I was so mad because I'm still trying
to find my courage on a while and out.
Then did you dirty.
I'm like that.
Don't anybody want to hear that? Why are you on?
He's going to write and shit.
There's like, there nobody here.
Nellie wouldn't sign you.
Some shit, yeah, they said, yeah.
Ain't you from St. Louis?
Nellie won't sign you.
You know, that's my first episode on TV.
So, kissing your first episode on TV.
Getting cooked.
I got a St. Louis home party, like a viewing party
in St. Louis, because it's Nellie.
And all you heard, ain't Nellie from,
he won't even sign you.
He won't even sign you.
He didn't sign it.
We got the whole house party, man.
Man, like, bro.
Yeah, you know what I mean?
Y'all dick is going on.
And we ain't even done.
It's going to go back.
It was like something worse off.
He said, that nigga said, yeah, you
didn't look like a TV when it's turned off.
Yeah.
They can hold up.
Niggin, fuck that.
I'm back at it.
And it's just like that moment right there.
You know what I say on that moment?
You got with Nick Cannon the cell record.
Really?
And when I say the shit out loud.
Don't that shit sounds silly.
No, that's how silly.
I said, something to be a nigga come through.
Boom, boom, boom.
Sound like you're playing the drumline three.
But that's what I'm saying.
When they're really used battle bars, they really use battle bars.
Yeah, because that shit is fun for us.
Listen, I know y'all probably don't know.
If y'all ever looking at Wilding out, after DC say something in the crowd go crazy,
he's going to do like the, you know, say Justina.
Bigoo!
Bigger him!
This is not battle rapping.
He's on TV going crazy.
I can tell he watched battle rock
because that's what he do.
I love this shit.
No, nigger, but
inside from the battle rap shit, nigga,
the shit that, just to give you your flowers
on the funny shit, my nigga, that you,
when you ran in the Big Mac
and ran around the building, my nigga,
that shit was some of the funniest shit.
Because it was unexpected.
It was unexpected.
Then the shit you was like, I said,
you inspired me.
just with the shit that you were saying, the niggas,
the big man, you know, I'm always with the fact jokes,
that niggins told, Big Mac, me.
I said, I bet these keys are way on your neck.
Open every waffle house in that matter.
I had to find my courage, I'm like, man,
these things are, they leave them,
my courage are gonna get, you know,
and I'm gonna get sent home.
I'm like, you got D.C., Carlos, Chigo, Eman,
Kahn already the first battle rapper.
Clips already more of a comedian-style battle rap.
I'm like, what are you gonna do?
I couldn't keep killing everybody on TV.
Like, that shit.
So I'm like, bro, what can I do?
So I start finding my kind of funny.
You know, the ladies start messing with all that.
I'm a lady's, man.
Let me just get on all the girls.
And then with the whole little, all right, Big Mac.
Oh, I just had to find it because I didn't want to look like nobody.
So when I start, I started checking y'all.
Okay, man, I'm going to do this.
Start finding yourself.
Yeah, start working.
That's shit.
Nigs is a molding on that motherfucker.
Yep.
15 seasons.
Oh, yeah.
Crazy.
Crazy.
Beautiful, man.
You know, like this bitch all, boom.
Like, yeah, I feel like,
going crazy.
That's just what it is.
We did what we were supposed to do.
You only want to lead there with nothing for yourself.
Like, if you lead that show and nothing.
It's a springboard.
Not a definite springboard, but also we didn't switch the energy
and the dynamics of the show where it's like, I, it's a sitcom now.
Yeah.
You see what I'm saying?
Yeah.
You see what I'm saying?
Like, because at first, everybody won,
courage is one famous.
You had your Kat Williams, Kevin Hart,
Kevin Hart and who you have, but now you've got 15 different people.
Yeah, that people know that you know that you know from that way.
You know what I'm saying?
So all these different fan rates are come in and check you out.
Even venture off starts your own.
That's the stuff, man.
Where can they watch the battle rap show?
The battle rap show is going on Hulu.
Oh, you got on.
I got, um, so we got snake eyes, bad news.
We got Gwitty.
Bad news from Virginia.
Bad news from Virginia.
News from Virginia.
Rocky Mount.
Rocking Mountain, North Carolina.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Oh, okay.
We got Hope Trilly, we got J2, we got Callie School,
we got PG, we got Banks to God.
What made you find them?
What made you go get there?
Because I know, in order for a show to last,
you got to let the world see you building new talent
and new people.
If I just go get all the people,
take rocks and everybody who already,
they already, people are going to be like,
man, we ain't got no chance.
So when they see, they get the
Lord names and so the talent and I build it up.
It's like American Idol.
Everybody love American Idol because they start
finding new talent and you know you're gonna see it growing.
You can't keep on to go ahead for 2040.
That's what I'm saying.
You got the best pick.
That's what I'm saying.
Now everybody felt like, man, I got a shot.
You know what I'm saying?
So I built it up.
So that's how I wanted to get smaller names
or big names and battle rappers might not be big to y'all.
So me and chairs like bad news.
Like bad news is a big name and bad rap
but to the average person is not.
Right.
So show people like,
like him, and then you get new people just from the junk, you know what I'm saying?
You know, like, we got MacMira, you know, this is a big name in battle rap.
Yeah, MacMah, you know what I said, doing this thing.
We got Presavia, overcoming female about crazy.
Fendi.
That's a whole other league with the ladies and shit.
Yeah, they got their own clean little baby, I feel like with it too.

Historically, men talk too much.
And women have quietly listened.
And all that stops here.
If you like witty women, then this is your tribes.
With guests like Corinne Steffens.
I've never seen so many women protect predatory men.
And then me too happened.
And then everybody else wanted to get pissed off because the white said it was okay.
Problem.
My oldest daughter, her first day in ninth grade, and I called to that.
I asked how I was going.
She was like, oh, dad, all they were doing was talking about your thing in class.
I ruined my baby's first day of high school.
And slumflower.
What turns me on is when a man sends me money.
Like, I feel the moisture between my legs when a man sends me money.

It made zero cents and I could not stop thinking about it.
I'm Bridget Todd, host of the tech podcast, there are no girls on the internet.
On this new season, I'm talking to the innovators who are left out of the tech headlines.
Like the visionary behind a movie pass, Black founder Stacey Spikes, who was pushed out of
movie pass, the company that he founded.
His story is wild, and it's currently the subject of a juicy new HBO documentary.

nigga
Nicker
Hitman told me
To come
Get me
To come get you
Nicker
Click arms
I really need
The View
Nick
I see you in the view
Nicker
You say a nigga
Don't stand a chance
It's gonna sound like
A HBCU
Home coming across
the country
Cause I need a hundred
band
Oh, that was a fool, nigger.
But guess what, I'm always on target, 8 o'clock, hit the cue, nigga.
Ooh, niggins, I already know I'm my mother, sir.
I call my little brother, tell him bring you the other gun.
Oh, you know.
Mother gun.
Make your mother run.
Ooh, make your mother run.
I want your sister mouth.
I want her to use her other tongue.
Oh, the other tone.
Then guess what?
I put a head down in the water.
That's another version of a bubble gun.
Bubble gun.
Make her give me your head.
She can't breathe, told her to use her other lungs.
Ooh.
Fuck that.
I don't even want her to get a friend
because I'm going to make the other come,
man.
Bring your granny, I might make a grandmother come.
No cap.
So yeah, man, so the winner got 100,000.
That's crazy.
So everywhere I have two challenges.
Like, I might come in the house Saturday.
Everybody, I pull your name and I had.
We did the Alphabet Channel.
I challenged.
make the best rap with your letter
when 2,000. That's what I call
bags and bodies, because you're leaving a body
bag, but I'm giving out bags and you're going to
see bodies. So is it
up to $100,000 or you?
So what happened was, at first I was giving one person
100, but then when I realized I wanted everybody
to win, because you might do all this.
Yeah, I made it $50,000.
So the winning gets $50,000, and the other $50
is in prize money. And just being
that so everybody can win. Like, we have
15 challenges so far. You've won
$4,000. He won $3.000. Everybody
getting paper. So another challenge I had called a celebrity challenge. You pulled a celebrity name.
You got an hour to battle him. So Tayrock pulled up. Tehran said, let me jump in. And they had Mike Tyson.
I tell you, he went to you out. He went so crazy. And he's like, everybody looking like, so that's our top trip. Then I had another challenge called, um, I pulled out, you whatever topic you pull out, you got a freestyle on the spot. Right. So if I gave you, um, fast food restaurants and put the beat on, whoever can name the most fast food,
they got to be punches.
It just can't be like, back down on the fruit king.
You got to be like, right, right.
You know what I'm saying?
Right, right.
Maybe mediocre, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Go ahead and get some nuggets.
All right, get to be talking about it.
Yeah, exactly, yeah, that's what I'm saying?
So, like, he like, like, snake eye up sight, chick for a lick.
Yeah, exactly.
Make it be, take me, yeah, yeah.
Let's go ahead, Wendy.
Yeah, yeah.
Get your ass, I get your fucking out.
So, like I said, I make them, I'll push them,
to the limit, so they got a freestyle
a punch. So, niggins were saying shit
like, why try?
I have four shots,
but incredible, because I had five guys.
That's a bar.
Exactly. It's like five. Right.
Yeah.
You're going to live, you'll never see you.
You're looking at the Burger King, you're the Dairy Queen.
Exactly. So whoever
win that, so whoever can name them most, so
if you name seven, the top, I mean,
the winner, I mean, the winner, you know what I'm saying?
Ain't whatever, so they win or something like that.
And we did other.
It's a reality show.
Got the women, house parties, we got it.
Yeah, you should have added, that fast food,
well, you should have gave a nigga, like,
some goddamn coupons to go to, like, a fast food.
That's how you get a sponsorship.
Like, just in my mind, if this is a sponsor,
if you get, like, a fast food place to sponsor it
on that segment moving forward,
you like, this one is sponsored by Chick-fil-A,
so now you gotta do the menu,
how you work to make on the spot.
And then that's that way,
you ain't gotta come out your pocket,
let you come up with the ideas.
ideas.
So the season two, though, that, you know, they're going to, season one will be so
crazy.
I already know they're going to come in.
What is it going to be on?
Hulu, Apple TV, Samsung TV, it's going to roll cool.
It's going to be on all the streaming service, so we're going to have an app too where
you can keep, we're going to watch the battles live, like on season two.
I'm like, you're going to app.
We're watching live before even driving and do that, but we got a couple people that
want to see it with the Fright of Birds, you know, Netflix, all kind of shit, want
to make, put it on the dollars on, you know what I'm saying?
So it's going to be on all the streaming platforms.
Do you see it just staying there?
Where do you, like, think that you can turn it into what battle rap is doing live events and having people come?
It's already, it's gonna be that for sure.
Bro, this shit's so crazy because I said we got actual battles that's legendary that happened.
I'm just telling you how about the shit.
I didn't even mention the battles that happened.
Like right now, like I just called him like, yo, what y'all, what y' y'all are doing?
Y'all got an hour.
We're gonna put a thousand on the floor.
He said D.C. want to put it on floor.
Y'all got an hour.
We're gonna sit and they be going natter than a high.
I like people get this city.
Pull up.
Oh, go to watch this shit.
Yeah.
So it's all that on top of the fun shit.
And then you get to see a crowd.
Me and Shugger did a two-on-two version.
We had a two-on-two challenge Shug was there.
So you get to see me and Shug, your favorites,
work it up.
Put together, you know what I'm saying, all right?
It's like being in the room with LeBron and them, bro.
Like, come on, you're in the camp with LeBron.
He's like, yeah.
Yeah, my wife's going crazy.
Yeah, you like shit, this is my shot there.
Facts.
You know what I'm saying?
Like Tayrock came,
DNA clips came through, you know what I'm saying?
DNA of food.
And DNA sick with it.
You just don't never keep his tooth in.
You never know.
That's part of the rest.
First Lady Vixen came through.
She cold, man.
Vixen this ass.
She cold.
She came.
No, my father, I'm pointing at the camera.
Oh.
I'm like, we're vixing.
I'm like.
First Lady Vixen look madden.
Vind.
She's a man.
She has spent around the niggins.
You niggas told it was a game.
I'm really hit for that.
Shout off John John the 9.
You know, he helped judge and all.
It's all been like, like,
it's going to be really one of those.
Is it wrapped up?
You filmed it already?
It's done, or you still?
We finished, but it's the Final Four right now.
Okay.
This Saturday, the Final Four they battle, and then at next, the winner is going to battle
November 11.
So that's going to be the final thing.
I'm having the premiere in November 12th in Atlanta.
Make sure I say that then when y'all pull a red carpet event.
Man, put it on there, man.
They put it enough, my niggas.
Put it no!
Oh, my way.
My love battle rap, man.
Shout out the loaded look, man.
All that line, D.
and everything, man.
A-R-P, man.
The A-R-P go crazy, too.
There's a lot of leads I'm gonna fuck with,
because I feel like sometimes
you're just bullshit that lead,
and them niggas be having, like,
some of their best bars.
Bullshit leagues, yeah.
Nick, it literally be a backdrop
with a towel.
With a towel in the back on.
What's a league call?
What's a goddamn,
nigga, you know what time it is.
Lins and letters.
Lines and letters.
You know what time it is.
Lines and letters.
You know what time it is.
battle in front of the finest limit.
Yo, yo, yo, welcome back to the monkey blood.
Ooh, ooh, ooh, ah, I'm like, what the fuck is this, man?
And then you can tell us a bush, isn't it?
We're going to let these niggins rhyme for 70 seconds.
Seven and a second.
What?
What?
If you ready to kick this thing on, let me get an all, oh, oh, ah.
They'd be like four niggas and that one of her.
Who, everybody, yeah, fools all, don't matter.
It don't matter.
It don't matter.
He's record this.
Hey, niggas come up with anything
when the boys ain't hit.
Yo, my niggas, stop drinking water wine,
real.
I'm talking.
I'm making a nigger forked child.
Let me turn these lights down,
boss.
You're like, what?
You know, my man, y'all eyes on the wind blowing
this motherfucker, man.
You know what my favorite one?
Hey, y'all, y'all can hear me?
Y'all can hear me?
Y'all can hear me?
Hey, turn it down.
Hey, turn it down.
I did one before.
Like, back in 10 years ago when I was a rookie,
What did you say?
What did you say?
I just thought.
The game, I just say,
Hey, shut up, though.
Hey, shut up, bro.
Niggins look at the back, like, who are you talking to?
Shut up, bro.
Talking to nobody.
Nobody said nothing.
Shut up, bro.
Everybody looked around like,
oh.
What back to being one of the niggas that was in that vicinity like,
I didn't say shit.
Nobody said me because they didn't when them talking.
So everybody's like, you're talking about it.
That's what it is.
I did a job.
Oh, shut up, brother.
Shut up, man.
Shut up, nigger.
She's straight up, bro.
Shut the fuck up, my, man.
Nothing.
I'm like, hell, I came as a question.
You got a t-shirt with your.
Yeah, what the fuck?
Me, nigger, that's what you do me like that?
Oh, my God.
I know it true.
I know it true.
I was true.
Buddy.
Hey, while y'all watching this,
you just said, shut up, bro.
I think it was me versus young ill, I think.
Right.
Like second round, I think.
Oh, go.
That shit be the funniest, yeah.
When you ain't got nothing, bro, that shit be the funniest.
You're like, I'm a rock.
Yeah.
Yeah, nigga.
Yeah.
That's what they get.
All right.
Okay.
That's too funny.
Oh, man.
Yeah, you and con.
I say this is you all the time.
You and Conn is the reason why niggas are friends.
reason why niggas are friends in battle.
That's the only friendly battle I ever had.
Oh yeah, y'all niggins was playing.
No, you went clips too, man.
I was so mad.
Clips got bids, though.
I mean, but you still was bull.
Y'all can still tell y'all fuck with each other on that one.
Yeah, but I mean, if you watched that battle,
they wanted as crazy, I wanted it to be.
Y'all still going crazy.
Y'all still going to be.
I wanted you to be like, shit up, bro.
You're crazy, I want to be.
I went all these motherfuckers.
I mean, kind of, like,
y'all was barking.
I told you ain't had shit.
Kind of like me neither.
Y'all niggins stole that money.
Shut up, bro.
Shut up, man.
Who said it?
Who said it?
I know, yeah.
Put it out in the crowd.
I'm gonna slow it down a dish you.
What?
Like, my nigga said it.
You know what I'm gonna say nothing.
That's the weekend.
Threat ever,
let me say, I'm gonna put you in your mouth.
He said, nigger, I'm gonna slow it down in.
Like a nigga, I'm like a restaurant.
You don't want to go against the.
You don't want to go against the.
I understand.
Have this finished your movie.
Guess what, brother?
I'm swearing it, man.
Who said it?
Who said it?
I'm gonna slow him down and this.
That's true funny.
Yeah, like what?
That shit was a little funny.
They said, but I'm gonna take this knife by
I'm gonna cut your one fucking throat.
I'm gonna slow it down and dish you.
Shut up, bro.
We're gonna boo you again.
They can boo.
That'd be the worst shit.
How did that feel, bro?
When you first got your first boo,
and then when you realize,
all right, man, fuck the booze, man.
Because you gotta know, it's like,
when you rapping and it's like,
you say 24 hot bars in a row.
I'm talking, I just wrap everybody out
their seats 20 minutes straight.
Right.
Then you say something is,
oh, right.
It's like, God, damn.
Right, you don't get no previous.
Hey, boy.
You don't get no previous.
What about all the points I thought?
Oh, right.
Nine threes in a row.
But you missed that one.
You know, this one, you're gonna realize, like,
okay, long as I'm gonna get booed,
the first minute of me, grab up,
I said, I know my shit, I don't know,
you gotta just, like, so how y'all way to battle?
Like, even choke.
If you choke, you lose the round.
Yeah, nowadays.
You choke, you lose the round.
Cause back then you told you that you lost to battle.
Facts.
These days, you told, they just count the round,
I ain't one, one old, him.
Back then, we was doing it,
you weren't even getting booked again.
Yeah, right.
How are like rich dollars, like, talented.
Back then, he was known for like a couple of chokes,
it was hard to get back on cards.
Now you're already signed for four, five battle deals.
Right.
Don't even mad at you.
I choke this one, I got a battle next week.
Right.
That's right.
That choking, the nigger would be like...
You don't need it.
The crowd won't mean that you get it out.
I'm saying, yo.
Now, they'd do like this.
You'd be like...
They'd be like, oh, oh, oh.
They'd be like, hell.
They'd be like, ha.
Hey, come on, y'all, y'all.
Hey, come on, wait, wait, wait.
Hold it, oh, oh, oh, oh.
Sometimes, sometimes my mind going to places that it don't need to be,
but I stand they even know I don't need to be.
Yeah.
Man, let me rap, bro.
You, I say, yo, hold, ho.
Wait, yo, wait, yo.
You, that's why we come in, man, man.
I like to watch, do what the niggins be today.
Yo, this thing got pretty feet.
Y'all hear what I said?
The person will be hit.
Let me rap.
It's a lot of bad trap dangers.
And I didn't find out everything.
I just found out your bitch cheated on you last Wednesday with time, nigga.
Ain't be dead serious.
She was on lunch break fucking.
I guess it was time, nigga.
You be sitting there like, like I say, I got a joke.
I got a joke that I said on stage.
I had a joke that I said on stage that's perfect analogy that I said,
nigger, you ever get caught in one of them lies by your girl and got a standing like a battle rapper when it's the other nigger turn.
Yeah.
Like, when it's the...
Now, listen, you're the coldest you're
When there's the oven, you got to work on this.
You got to work on this.
Stand up like you.
Say, how about you're killing you?
Yeah, nigger.
Yeah, nigger.
You got out like this in their face.
Right, right.
You just said, you're a big juror.
That's what they're talking to your son.
There's the whole building, brother.
I'm like, yeah.
Right.
Like that.
Right.
You can love this.
Ah.
You know what I'm saying?
But it's the other niggins.
They got to stand there like cooking you.
Hit man, stand there, bro.
That should be great.
Big sweep.
You got to just stand her like...
And look like a nigga ain't say nothing.
Now, I hit some...
Sometimes a nigga one's up.
That's your hard.
Like, as soon as I get in, I'm going to drink all spin.
That was light.
Like.
Everything you say is like right, man.
You're like, oh this shit.
Right, right.
So what's up with all that talking to that nigger round shit?
That's emotional.
So that's the thing, like, with battle rap,
we found the way to realize, like, to get in your skin.
It's like football.
You can't say I play football,
but you've been that tapping.
That doesn't even make sense.
So battle rap, but then you've got 20 minutes,
whatever the clock say, they say, whatever you want to.
If I say something to make you, that ain't happen,
it's stuck a nerve.
What am I, what are you talking for?
And you know, bitch, like, no, she don't,
like you, that's something like that way.
You know what I'm saying?
Like he go right there, baby, you like to see.
I don't know, yeah, so.
So maybe the other way, stop,
say, that baby, you like this dick.
Exactly.
What they told you?
So what we've realized is the boy you talk to around
that hurt you because niggins know it's getting to you.
Oh, it's fucking.
That's I'm gonna say nothing.
Niggins said some of my son, my mama.
Yeah, I'll just be up there like.
I know you lie.
Mm-hmm.
My girl ain't even fine.
I only wanna fuck her.
I ain't never fucked her from the front.
Only from behind.
I don't even want to be with it.
But I'm stuck.
Now she's mine.
Y'all got a little something going on.
I don't even give her.
I want to a car for Christmas, she couldn't even get a truck.
That's what I'm saying, man.
That's what I'm saying, man.
Have it to change for her.
I never give a bus.
Even if I got the truck, the bitch fell down, I still wouldn't pick her up.
Oh, boy, left.
Guess what?
Pick her up.
Oh.
Kissed on the mistletone, it still ain't give a luck.
Ooh.
And yo, y'all stop that shit.
What I'm saying is, that's enough.
Oh, that's enough, giving up.
You done enough.
You done enough.
Ooh.
Hey, man.
You ain't got nothing.
You're like, stop here.
What the, boy.
Yeah.
Watch this shit.
So basically, when we drive to say this.
That's my time.
Nigger, fuck that fish.
Y'all.
Yeah.
What shit?
What?
What?
Stop playing with me.
That's something.
My favorite shit, too.
Would a nigger say something.
Be like, boy, I swear to God.
I swear to God.
They call him killing this nigger, ain't a...
That's how, it's a dick.
I'm gonna be the best thing in the world.
Ways of fake jokes too, boy, that's what they do.
Niggins, I ain't know.
The chopper sweep you up and...
I'm gonna kill him!
Hold on!
Let me get right.
Let me get right, y'all.
Well, I'm waiting for...
Hold on, boy.
Yeah, get right.
Get right.
You said, man, it's gonna be a 30.
I told y'all at that.
Just, look at the time.
Saturday, up.
Saturday, up.
You still ain't getting it.
Get that water.
Get that water, man.
Okay.
I don't know what be in that water, man.
Okay.
I don't know what being in that water, man.
Listen, this is another inside for y'all new battle our fans.
If you're watching the battle, somebody bombing, if the other person sipped water, you think the bar is fire.
Watch a battle, some nigga hit with a line.
He'll do this.
You know, shit, nigger, do that 12 times.
Every time the bar hit, they can pick up his water.
We don't know why, but that's it.
I'm letting y'all know.
That's hot.
He said, I watch the bathe, show the ball and on the nigger.
He's gonna be like this.
Right on here.
They get up 140 a lift him up.
Ah, ha, ha.
Every job.
You can cool them down.
Man, I saw, I don't know.
What's in the water?
They want to block out this crowd.
Yeah, help you from, they're going.
It's nervous habit.
Yeah.
So who got this problem?
Who you want?
Um, I don't really really want nobody.
It's just the money.
It's a lot of people that, you know what I'm saying?
It makes sense.
But, you know, that money right, then we come outside.
Yeah, we come outside, anybody.
On the way, but in the meantime, man, bags and bodies.
Bags and bodies, man.
Bags and bodies, man.
Come back to this, man.
That's what's up, man.
This is your first time in the trap,
but don't let it be your last.
Hey, y'all.
Hey, yo.
I'm ready.
Yeah, there we go.
Let's get a lot.
Let's get her.
All right, ma'all, let's get in.
Yeah.
Hello, let me put my hat on.
You let's promote.
