Starting point is 00:00:25 Thank you for supporting IHart Women's Sports and our founding sponsors, Elf Beauty, Capital One, and Novartis. Just open the free IHeart app and search IHeard women's sports to listen now. I knew I wanted to obey and submit, but I didn't fully grasp
Starting point is 00:00:41 for the rest of my life what that meant. For My Heart Podcasts and Rococo Punch, this is The Turning, River Road. In the woods of Minnesota, a cult leader married himself to 10 girls and forced them into a secret life of abuse. But in 2014, the youngest escaped. Listen to The Turning River Road on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
Starting point is 00:01:06 Welcome to Pretty Private with Ebeney, the podcast where silence is broken and stories are set free. I'm Ebeney, and every Tuesday I'll be sharing all new anonymous stories that would challenge your perceptions and give you new insight on the people around you. Every Tuesday, make sure you listen to Pretty Private from the Black Effect Podcast Network, Tune in on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcast, or wherever you listen to your favorite shows. Hey, on the 85 South show, Jack. This is kind of crazy right here, man. I don't know if you know.
Starting point is 00:01:41 But you didn't forget, Jack. Yeah. You forgot. I must have forgot. You forgot the mantra, Jack. I must have forgot. No, you did. I know you did.
Starting point is 00:01:49 Hold on. Wait, wait, wait, right. Is this Carlito from a couple of days ago? I'm going to say it because I know you forgot. And now you're going to feel bad with your head. Okay. Let me hear. Hey, a gingerbread man.
Starting point is 00:02:00 Ain't nothing but a gingerbread boy that then grew up. 100% man. That's it. 100% man. Because people will be sleeping on the gingerbread man. You know, it's a lot of, uh, uh, it's kids involved. It's gingerbread uh-tees. It's a whole gingerbread family in it.
Starting point is 00:02:18 Yeah. You know, so you just can't have a gingerbread man without a gingerbread woman, right? Where did he come from? Come on now. And then, how do you differentiate? Well, man. from a woman, right? Because some of the cookies would be amatonically correct.
Starting point is 00:02:32 I don't even know if that's the right word. You know what I'm saying? You're like the barber dogs. Since the pandemic hit, your song would be perfect for right now. Don't be kissing these holes in the mouth. Unless you got to. Why would you say that? You said that. I mean, but why would you say the pandemic would make it
Starting point is 00:02:48 like, you know, a little bit more relevant than now than before that? Because you should have never kiss no holes in the mouth. Think about it. There's a lot of people with bumps on their lips over some other shit. But check this. You know what I'm talking about? But if she's fine enough, I will bite a bump on you, I'll bust that shit for you if we're compatible.
Starting point is 00:03:04 You hear me? Mm-mm. No. I'm not hoping. I'm about myself. I can't get a witness in there. No, man. You mean busting no bump?
Starting point is 00:03:12 You're not kissing a bitch in the mouth to bite no bump. Nigger, you jump too extremes. Well, y'all are executing them in here and something? No, we don't. We don't do none of that, Jay. Oh, I'm alone. I'm alone. We're grown.
Starting point is 00:03:23 Oh, I'm home alone. Yes, sir. Yeah. That's your business. Got you, gotcha. We don't get down like this. You'd be bump to bump with a bitch. I mean, I'm, I'm bumped.
Starting point is 00:03:31 I'm trying to keep this thing jamming, you know what I'm talking about? Yeah, damn, yeah, I'm with the bumps. They got websites, yeah. Your bump touch before you actually touch lips. Jay, sometimes I don't know when you just be saying shit. Yeah. Or if you speak it from the heart. I feel like that, you know, a connection is a connection.
Starting point is 00:03:48 Right. Bottom line. Yeah. You got to go through something to get to something. Am I right or wrong? You're wrong a little bit. Let's just switch gears, because you know, Is it wherever you're trying to take this?
Starting point is 00:03:59 I ain't going to be with it. You're looking at you. You came right out the gate with the bumps. Yeah. I'm just trying to let you know that everybody ain't perfect. I'm just letting you know I don't know where this is even headed at this point. Hey, hey, hey, Carlos, you're going to tell me that you've been like talking to these people for the last five years. Bumps never came up.
Starting point is 00:04:19 Bumps never came up until you came. Until I can. So we're going to really act like. I'm the only person that's been infected by bombs. Yeah. This might be your breakout moment. Damn. See, they used to call them Buffett Johnson.
Starting point is 00:04:38 It's a Harlem night. It's definitely a Harlem night. But you're living like that, though. Yeah, I mean, no, no, no, no, no. I didn't catch, I didn't catch, I didn't catch, that's not what I got hurt pills. No. Would they get the hurtful?
Starting point is 00:04:51 No. It's bigger weird like this different levels of a bit. No. I got the hurpoles. Nice. No. You're nervous, ain't it? This was just regular pimples.
Starting point is 00:05:00 You know. This was regular pimples. You're nervous. You're sweating. You're nervous. Take that jacket on. You're sweating, Jack. You're getting nervous.
Starting point is 00:05:08 Are you on a pill? Yes. I knew it. Yes. Hey man, I'm so mad at Joe. Joe put this, when I was shooting the comedy express, Joe put this microphone right here, right? I guess this bitch picked up everything.
Starting point is 00:05:26 Yeah, this nigga swear I'm on pills on this shit. Lose, you had the dry mouth. He was on some pills. I'm like, nigga, when you ever seen me taking some pills? I'm just getting accused of all kind of shit. Who said you? Who said you was taking pills? Some nigga hit me, like, Los, you was a high, bro.
Starting point is 00:05:41 I had to turn the Bluetooth off. Nick, I heard you. Mouth dry on that bitch. I was like, nigga, I was outside for two hours, freezing cold. Mouth dry is high now? Brose, I'm high on them. You can't get... I thought it was certs, to be honest with you.
Starting point is 00:05:53 I thought it was certs. And that day, I was trying to just keep my breath right. I just don't like being blamed to being on drugs. What? Not, nigger. I couldn't, I didn't even respond. I don't mind being blamed on drugs if everybody else on drugs. I'm not on drugs?
Starting point is 00:06:06 Hey, hey, we grown. First of all, we don't do drugs at work. Drug sounds crazy when you just said drugs. I don't even do drugs at home. Did you remember you? Have you ever just introduced yourself like, hey, I'm Carlos, I'm Clayton, and I'm on drugs? Like, like I mentioned a meeting? No, just talking to just regular people.
Starting point is 00:06:24 but there's regular people to see if you can connect, make a connection. I've been knowing this, I've been knowing this nigger for like 16, 17 years. I ain't never seen him with no drugs. Now, if he would have had some drugs, I'm his partner. I would have known about it. I think I don't think a nigga would have had drugs for me for that. Is y'all drug cool? We know all, what's mean?
Starting point is 00:06:48 He knows what drugs I would have. Like, you know if a nigga get caught. You didn't say now. The nigger had two pounds of weed and a kid. kilo of cocaine. I'm like, that ain't lost. No, you was going to sell that. No, you was going to sell that. You was going to say that wasn't for you. First question. Who is he riding with?
Starting point is 00:07:01 Because I know goddamn wealth. It don't matter the amount. I'm going to be like, nigga methamphetamines? That ain't lost. That ain't him. Gotcha. That ain't him. That ain't him. That ain't him.
Starting point is 00:07:12 Got you gotcha. We talk about personal drugs. This is my only personal drug is weed. I can do. Blunts. I can do it. Backwoods and shit like that. What else?
Starting point is 00:07:24 I think you should pick one drug, though. You didn't pick one drug that you good at and stick to it. He a rock star. 100%. You see it in his eye. He's a rock star. I've been a little koki. You've been in the past.
Starting point is 00:07:35 A little koki. Yeah, I tasted the real thing. Cokey. He was on the bus like Tyrese. You hear me always, Coca-Cola. You know, it's happened a couple of times. I was trying to step my game up and meet me. Just open up my social bubbles.
Starting point is 00:07:52 Because sometimes we keep ourselves. And like weed, everybody do weed, right? Everybody do weed, right? Everybody can't afford coke. The one thing about weed, though, is everybody don't smoke it, but a lot of people want to. You'd be surprised how many cool, interesting conversations I've had just because I had the weed.
Starting point is 00:08:12 But you know what I don't like about weed, though? Don't tell me. Don't tell me, because I don't want to hit nothing negative. I want to hear about this nigga. I want to hear about Koki Roberts. Oh, yeah, we feel to definitely go there. We are? We're gonna definitely go there, but what is this a therapy for you?
Starting point is 00:08:28 No, I'm, I've dealt with my demons actually. You got cold demons? I've, I've, I've been accused of, you know, is it falling off the wagon when it's cold? I don't know. Yeah, nigga, you fell off the space show. I think you was snorting off the horse. But one thing about weed, let me say this ain't negative, but this was something I just want to put to the forefront. When you smoking weed, it's what they call it, what they call it, what they call it, that's a comfortable.
Starting point is 00:08:54 It's a congregational drug. No, it's not, it's a social drug. It's a, what, so you, if a nigga got the backwoods and you got the weed, even if he'll fuck nigga, you probably would smoke with him. No, I wouldn't. That's called thirsty. I ain't thirsty.
Starting point is 00:09:09 I told you, I'm grown, Jack. That don't even, man, see, he got backwood. I don't give a fuck if the nigger that I don't fuck with. You ain't never seen two niggas that don't like each other smoking together. Mm-mm, it's not 97, Jack. Not unless it's a peace treaty, nigga. We came from a whole different era.
Starting point is 00:09:24 We don't smoke with niggins we didn't like. We smoked more because we knew they didn't have more weed than us. We was blunt to the face type people because we don't fuck with nobody's away. We didn't pass to the blunt. You gonna smoke by yourself? Yes. I rode it by myself. It's my weed.
Starting point is 00:09:39 What the fuck is you talking about? Okay, gotcha. Y'all came from the Stangier era of weed. It wasn't stangier. It's how you had to be because everybody, see, when we were doing comedy, when shit first cracked all, we was weed smokers all red. Wasn't nobody smoking weed out? Niggas had weed at the house but want to smoke your weed out.
Starting point is 00:09:59 Oh, y'all rode up here with that? Well, y'all get there from. Hey, what y'all smoking on? There's so many questions. You're going to put all that in one month? See, I'm glad he here. He was worried about for him. Clayton, no bullshit involved.
Starting point is 00:10:15 Do you remember when we came on the comedy scene in 05, did nobody know how to roll a cigarette? Wow. Very few people, bro. Like, we was that, look, yeah, yeah. I think motherfuckers was like, I don't know, I think drugs are scared the comedy world. You know, because it's just comedians,
Starting point is 00:10:35 got bad rap with it, but... Y'all was one of the first comedians to put weed on the map. Up front. No, you weren't. We saw you. When we came on the scene, you was wearing a diaper. What a minute. It wasn't a diaper.
Starting point is 00:10:51 Yes the way you were. Don't act like we're saying. I was the baby before the baby. You ain't never had no weed in any ever. You ain't never got a weed. It wasn't a diaper, bro. It was a diaper. It was a diaper.
Starting point is 00:11:04 It was a diaper. It was a baby. No, it was chaps. You had bib and everything. No, no, you had chaps. I had chaps on and I had the G-string. No, no, no. That came after, bro.
Starting point is 00:11:17 They came after. You were trying to skip the part. You was the baby first. Then you was a stripper. stripper. The nigger had the mesh shirt. The chain mail. That came after the baby shit. He was the baby. Y'all think we're making shit up, bro.
Starting point is 00:11:29 You think we just... You just... Hold on, look. They think we just shouting out the outlander. He was the baby. It was the baby. Then the chain mail. He was Superman. Then the stripper. Then he left the pants on and just had the shirt. I know you, nigg. Welcome back to the 85 South Show.
Starting point is 00:11:48 I'm that magnificent I got one of the innless niggas in Nebraska I wrote no-low from the state to state if you don't know just by looking at him this is one of the most entertaining people in the entertainment industry bro he will show up talk shit and leave with a smile on his face anywhere and you you never can tell with this guy he's made a way for himself you've seen him all All over the world talking shit. Blew the whole disrespected website up.
Starting point is 00:12:28 Damn this single-handedly. Turn that shit into it on his back. Turn it into, you know, one of those things that you had to turn into, you know, tune into. I'm sorry, I'm on the week. I know. I know what you meant. But I just don't need no, I ain't going to long talk the intro.
Starting point is 00:12:42 No, no, no, go on. He don't get long talking intro. I hook Joe up with 50 and whatnot after power, the power song. It's a big rich town. It's a bitch red town. He is single-handedly responsible for putting 50 cent in the room with Joe so they can come up with the power theme song.
Starting point is 00:12:57 Okay. Wow. I put G-unit back together. I go put G-U in the back together. He'll put G-unit back together. Come on, somewhat. Come on. Somewhere.
Starting point is 00:13:07 Somewhere. Basically what I'm saying is he has a lot of social influence and I know him as a great comedian, none other than my man, Mr. Jack Thriller. All right. Now, I could keep going. There's so many things. There's so much of a shit. It's so much other shit. It was 16 to better was part in bullshit, man.
Starting point is 00:13:27 Yeah, we did a couple of things out here. No, Jack, a lot of people don't know this, or they might know this, but when you started your, this is 50 show, you gave me an opportunity, you know, to be credited as one of your writers and things like that just to pitch you some ideas, you know, things that you may or may not use. And I really appreciate that,
Starting point is 00:13:46 because you could have went to it up there and got that money and said, fuck them niggas, but you didn't. You never did. I didn't have it. I didn't have no money. I knew you already and you was gonna do this shit.
Starting point is 00:13:57 I know. I called you a couple times because I saw you flexing on social media with a lot of money. Yeah, that was the mother people shit. I was learning how to be a rapper. Yeah, and that was a rapper kit. And I know that I had some explaining to do
Starting point is 00:14:11 but I didn't know how to tell you that wasn't mine. It's all good, bro. You got your paper and you got brand new for a minute but as soon as you fucked that money up, you was my friend. I was your friend of you. You saw I came,
Starting point is 00:14:20 You always go back to what you love. You always go back to what you love, man. Wait a minute. And for you to come... That shit, you can play right on the internet. Yeah, man, fuck that shit, man. That's my friend, man. You came back, like to make real.
Starting point is 00:14:34 As soon as you fuck that money up, you was right there being my friend again. And I do it again. I do it again, man. I have no gifts to bring a rubber pom-pong on my drum. Soon as that money got low Yes, sir
Starting point is 00:14:52 Getting me back Yeah man Get low to the flow So how low can you go You used to see this nigga in the whip He wouldn't let the window down Yeah, exactly This nigga kicking rocks up the street
Starting point is 00:15:02 That's right On the passenger side of my best friend's ride Oh yeah I was a scrub I seen them This one World Star Hunters Was popular He knew all of them
Starting point is 00:15:11 This was popular Before they was on crap Before they was on crack Before they got cocaine They got coke Yeah on crap Don't tell them Don't say them
Starting point is 00:15:19 That's Google. You can Google just what you're up here put brought up. Oh, man. Just like that. It happens. You dribble, you shoot your hope for the best. Right. You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:15:29 But you live. You live to get butt naked another day. But no. Man, nigger, I came back here, yeah, because you, y'all, you, y'all you told me y'all was going to help me blow up, so I was like, Nick, I'm trying to be there with that 85, sive. I can't, you had said that, you said, come in, you said, you said the hood's good, home boy, I thought you knew.
Starting point is 00:15:44 Oh. And I'm here. I ain't know you did. I'm here. niggas too. Yo, I'm with 85 South and I had got a condo off just saying this shit. Oh, they gave you a condo? Niggas got a condo off the shit.
Starting point is 00:15:54 Every time you said some shit about 85 South, something good happening. How do you end up on tour with Martin? Yeah, saying I was on 85 South. That was the first thing, that was one of my credits. That was one of my credits saying I was on 85 South, then my man.
Starting point is 00:16:10 You mean to tell me you use this platform to get on a tour that I wasn't even on? Yeah. They knew about the show. They knew about the show. They thought y'all was doing y'all thing. Y'all was doing y'all thing. Twenty minute, let me clear something up. Yeah. Let me look at all these cameras.
Starting point is 00:16:25 Just because you see us doing our thing, don't mean, don't call us. I don't get to fuck. How many things you see me doing? Yeah. I move some shit around for the right amount. Now, if you just on here playing and faking and pump faking this shit, I ain't talking about it. I'm talking about, like, real opportunities. This was a real opportunity. They were like, hey, who you went on tour with? Okay, I was at a nigger tour
Starting point is 00:16:49 I remember I was at one, like, two shows that you did And I know you was on the 85 South show And I was like, yeah, so I guess technically I was on the 85 South tour Because Carlos and Chico them was there And they was like, okay, well then sent in a clip Are you doing stand-up after you didn't told us that you're on tour with Carlos and Chico them
Starting point is 00:17:08 Why did you stop doing stand-up for so long? You had to steal? You know what it is? I just got tired of the politics of it and whatnot Not any politics. No, shut up, bro. Yeah, because you're saying some bullshit. Who fucking give us their whole shit?
Starting point is 00:17:20 You thought I tried to be acting like Warner Bros. and RCA was in a big movie over. Netflix and HBO was in. Oh, Jack Thriller. All right, it was some other shit working. It was a political. It was some other shit working. I said, fuck that shit.
Starting point is 00:17:37 It's a lot of shit, man. You wouldn't understand. You wouldn't understand. You wouldn't understand. And you just had to be there. No, you're trying to give us the sugary, media-friendly asser. What's the reason?
Starting point is 00:17:55 You're not fixing to Barbara Walters me on your... I'm fixing to let niggas. I'm gonna walk away from this interview looking like the nigger. Fuck that. Everything was amazing. Even when it wasn't, it was dope as fuck. I ain't hate no nobody. This shit was been a... the role.
Starting point is 00:18:15 of my life and the next chapter it's going to be even more amazing so I had I didn't stop doing stand-up yes you did I'm lying on my show I know you
Starting point is 00:18:30 you completely stop what is stopping doing stand-up what does that mean how does that look that means when you no longer perform stand-up comedy why don't I stop doing stand-up okay by your standards by your standards
Starting point is 00:18:45 It's not hard. By your standards. I just had some shit that was working. I was doing the distance 50 thing. It was popping off. And I was getting the $2,500 an interview and shit and blah, blah, blah. For people who sit down with me and I started, I'm saying, seeing it, it was a business in putting people on.
Starting point is 00:19:02 You know, even though that's our orders already doing it for free for years. Yeah. You know, now, like, okay, I'm getting paid for this shit. I don't really like comics like that because it's such a crab-in-a-bucket game. where everybody just feel like if they don't help you out or you're taking their spot or some shit like you holding them back from doing something
Starting point is 00:19:22 I ain't like all that energy I'm not a hate let your haters be your motivators type of guy I need people that love me and want to see me win I gotta be around that I want that shit make my head hurt just hearing motherfuckers hate on things and that's what a lot of comics do behind the scenes
Starting point is 00:19:40 I don't know if y'all wanted me to say that here you can say whatever you want to say But this is how I felt. This is my interpretation of a situation. Why you think I asked. I don't know why you would do that. I do want to know why. Yeah, because, you know, it could be better if we OG better.
Starting point is 00:20:01 Okay. You see what I want with that? It didn't take me a long time to understand that it's a lot of WWF-type theme in the comedy world. Clinton was there one night. I had an, this was early in the game where we were all. auditioning to be on one of our first TV shows. And we were at the club for the callback audition. You know you audition, and then they'll call you back
Starting point is 00:20:22 and they'll have... The big-ass one, right. Then they narrow it down. They get, like, a minute first. To the second round. Yeah, then like you get the showcase. All right, so, Dick, we at the spot. Just sitting at the bar minding our own fucking business.
Starting point is 00:20:36 This irrelevant-ass comedian comes up and said, you know me? We're just sitting there like, who fuck are you talking to? Do you know me? I'm like, no, I don't know you. He said, he must not be no real comedian then because everybody knows me. I was like, what?
Starting point is 00:20:52 He said, start going on this rant about how we weren't comedians because we didn't know who he was. But, I mean, we got a show now. Nobody's know who the fuck he is still. We might even got... To this day! We might got booked that night on the show.
Starting point is 00:21:07 But look. And that nigga didn't. Nobody know that nigga. Like, we was just there early. Like, like, If the rest of the comedy world would have been that everyone was like, man, who the fuck is this thing? And even when the audition started,
Starting point is 00:21:20 we seen him over there trying to explain to the later who he was. You're not over there. I'm saying all that to say this, man. That shit is irrelevant. That don't hold no weight. But I can understand why you would feel that way. Yeah, because it is.
Starting point is 00:21:35 But you literally have to turn that shit off. Yeah, I'm listening. I apologize for approaching y'all like that that night. No, no. No, that way. Listen, I got beside myself, but I'm here now. We start over this new foot. Hi, my name is Jack.
Starting point is 00:21:50 My name is Jack. You live and you learn, red or green pill. Excuse me? What's your name? I apologize. Y'all got to get over this shit, man. Real tough, man. Y'all got to get over this type of shit, man.
Starting point is 00:22:06 Y'all are some bitches for this. I can't even believe you would even bring that back up, man. This old shit. I didn't know y'all was gonna blow up I didn't know you think I had I'd have known that y'all was gonna be those niggas that I would have came at you like that
Starting point is 00:22:21 if I could do anything if I got one regret I wish I could go back in time to that night on some Marty McFly shit and stop me before I even walked in that club and like nope them niggas gonna be somebody
Starting point is 00:22:36 don't shit on them them niggas gonna be somebody why are you so fucking crazy man You're stupid What is wrong with you? Hey man, learn from my mistakes Jack did that So you don't have to go through that
Starting point is 00:22:48 The moral of the story is Be everybody friend Because you never know who's gonna blow up Fuck all that You were gonna be And then what happened What happened Give me some game
Starting point is 00:22:58 And then good shit Go on here talking shit But give me some game right quick Because you've been creating Media and content For the internet for a minute Bro what's some of the shit That you learned
Starting point is 00:23:06 In creating your own platforms You know And actually but using it to do your thing and showcase what the fuck you do? Well, I had to put yourself on face. Like, I never... You still do.
Starting point is 00:23:18 Yeah, I've never been a cute nigger. Like, so I had to always be extra creative. Never been a cute nigger. Yeah. Can you believe that? Yeah. Never been a cute nigger. Never been a cute nigger.
Starting point is 00:23:31 It's the number one house. I knew I was going to have to blow up. It's red. Never been a cute nigger. I knew I was going to have to get that bread. I knew I was going to have to be a cute nigger. Never been a cute nigger looked like my uncle This one of them beats where you do this shit right here

Um, no, I think I'm I'm over tattoos now because to get them the way you really want them to look and what now, they cost a lot of fucking money. You got it. I don't want to spend it on that no more. When you get older, you be buying vests and shit.
Starting point is 00:24:22 No. Why are you got? What's in your pocket? Where are you going at? I keep charges. I keep a charger for my phone in here. This is the most extra nigga. I keep a-
Starting point is 00:24:38 Jackson Jackson. Nick, where is... I keep breathments and shit like that, you know. You know, things that are friendly niggas, niggas. That shit called them. Friendly niggins. It looked like real level. But it is real leon.
Starting point is 00:24:50 I believe it. I believe it. And it also is Louisville on the other side. I believe it. You can switch it out. On the inside, it's inside out. I went regular tonight because I'm not trying to get robbed. I'm going to flex on my niggas. It's COVID.
Starting point is 00:25:02 What the fuck? It's COVID, man. You know, nobody know. But you want to the wildest nigg is ever, girl. I just got a whole ass. I'm satchel on. Listen, shout out of my man, Hassan, Torre, and whatnot.
Starting point is 00:25:15 He made this. He also made my jacket. And what I've been working with this guy for like the last 10 years. Manor, you know, um... Clayton, I was with this nigga when he picked the jacket up. He was with me. 10 years ago when I picked this motherfucker.
Starting point is 00:25:27 Bro, I, you see y'all went. Where y'all went? We was in New York. And I always hit this nigga when, I'm in New York. I just happened to be walking down the shit. You know, in New York, You had to walk down the street and smoke of blood.
Starting point is 00:25:39 I actually had that. I hit him, and I was just like a couple, like up the block from him. And then I walked down to the office and this is 50. And he was like, come run with me to pick these jackets up. This thing took me to this African dude's shop who had all these rooms full of clothes and shit he had made for people and picked up. And Jack had got about four or five of them thriller jackets made. $2,500 apiece. And I had them in all different colors.
Starting point is 00:26:05 And, you know, it's a new season in a while and out coming up, and I wanted to, you know, set myself aside from, you know, and make my stand out on the show. And that nigger wore them hot-ass jackets that whole season. He knows it's hot, because if you look late on in the season, the niggas started weighing one sleeve off. That's the truth. All you need is one arm will keep you right. Like the whole show. The arms feel come off. You're my ventilation side.
Starting point is 00:26:33 Yeah. I ventilate. One thing about this nigga is you never know when he bullshit, man. That's good. When you got one out, you ain't, you've got a poker face. You just got to, you got, people try to figure out what you think. They can't think of it. They don't know.
Starting point is 00:26:48 They don't know. They only got one to work off. They got one to work out. The nigga never know what's going on in your mind when you got one out. I don't even believe you got one out. I believe you got one of them terminated things in that way just scanning information. This nigga got processing you. Because I didn't see you do too much.
Starting point is 00:27:05 I believe you can see it. I didn't did more than niggas with two eyes. I know. In this side of the game. That's gonna be the name of your documentary. More than two eyes. I did mold and a nigga with two eyes. You hear me?
Starting point is 00:27:15 You hear me. It's more than Mr. I. I did mowed in a knicker with two eyes. Yeah. Never did. One hundred percent. I was doing shit. The only thing.
Starting point is 00:27:27 Let me ask you about. Yes, y'all know. You had this dope-ass show. You should bring you back. We won. Duh. High 16 shit. The 16th and Better, you like that?
Starting point is 00:27:36 Yeah. We were 105 episodes in, 105 episodes in. What made you start? And over a thousand, you know, rappers came on that show. Young & May came from 16 The Better. For real? Yes, yeah. Bro, you be out here discovering people, that show.
Starting point is 00:27:51 Who put you on the Young & May before the world knew? Gris, from that show with Tracy Morgan and Tina Faye that was on, 30 Rock. Oh, okay. Gris from 30 Rock had brought Younger Mae to me. He kept on telling me about it. Telling me about her and everything and that she was a really dope rapper and stuff. She came through and she blazed it and stuff.
Starting point is 00:28:13 And you know, I was so inspired by her. I was like, yo, I get you pregnant. You're really dope. You're going somewhere. It's not the right shit to tell nobody. She never talked to me again after that. Why would you say that? You said that, right?
Starting point is 00:28:27 Yeah, I thought it was a compass, man. I'm going to still was. You did say you learned from your mistakes, bro. Apologize right now. Younger Mary, if you're watching, because you're now, you're older M.A. This stop, bro. I'm about to fuck it up again. I'm about to fuck it up.
Starting point is 00:28:44 I give you all these opportunities to better yourself, and look at what you do, man. You shit on them. I was going to, like, make it, like, mature M.A. It's not a name. Got you, because she still want to be young. She still is. She still is young. She's younger than a lot of people.
Starting point is 00:29:00 Don't bring me into this. You started this shit, man No, I didn't, bro. You started this shit. Do you see how you always find yourself apologizing for shit that you would say? Yeah, I do. You're on the edge.
Starting point is 00:29:12 Nigger. What's it like? It's like biting into a your peppermint patty. Brist. Going down a ski slope a thousand miles per hour with my shirt off of snow, glistening off my nose. That's how I feel.
Starting point is 00:29:31 on the edge. Okay, so you're a controversial motherfucker, bro. I don't feel that way. Yeah, you do. You'd be on the internet challenging people to fight and shit. Yeah, you do, man.
Starting point is 00:29:43 Stop. Stop asking for smoking. You know you don't want. I thought they was going to be like, no, I don't want it, too. Man, it's a nigga, it's a video of a nigga beating the mashed potatoes
Starting point is 00:29:53 out your ass at that box in the... I didn't thought he was going to go through with it. And the fucking... Crazy part was the nigga he didn't have mashed potatoes. Yeah, I didn't. I didn't, I thought he was going to go to. He didn't eat.
Starting point is 00:30:04 Yeah, I really, really thought the nigger was not going to show up to this shit. Jay, stop asking for this shit, man. He showed up. Why would he not? Why would he not, bro? I thought he thought that I could whip his ass. Go ahead and just dub you right quick? Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:30:22 I brought my belt out. I had a belt. I was, oh and no. I ain't beat nobody, nobody ain't beat me. You should have gay that nigga that belt after he whooped you. have to you whoop chair. You are the chel. You know what's funny
Starting point is 00:30:38 about a boxing match man. Yeah, the motherfucker who lose? Oh. You think that shit gonna go your way. Wow. Why? Because when you were you in?
Starting point is 00:30:51 Man, I was shaped like a dope of you. Bro, you don't even have to see the fight to know who's gonna win that motherfucker. It's all about how they introduced that motherfucker. The nigger who happy Always gonna lose The motherfucker who don't crack No smile
Starting point is 00:31:05 A don't, the nigga just be standing there The nigga came in fully dressed Inside a fucking trench coat And some, some Timboots Timberlin Not playing with you I thought he was fixing to come and say He didn't want to fight
Starting point is 00:31:17 No, okay, no But he was fully dressed That was his fight outfit Beat your ass close Yeah, yeah, yeah And, you know Matter of fact, the whole fight It's packed out, man
Starting point is 00:31:29 young man I'm sorry not a young man Remy Ma had just got out of jail This is her first live performance Right Performing at this fucking fight Damn Jack And the whole cast of power
Starting point is 00:31:42 Was in there To real Yes Ed your tummy Ro Timmy Fucking your Joseph Socorra Star study
Starting point is 00:31:51 Yeah it was nuts Right It was fucking nuts And I thought I was just Gonna come in there And and they were like talk some Andy Kaufman type shit
Starting point is 00:32:02 Why you be having these grandiose vidges You thought you was going to just I thought I was going to pull an Andy Kaufman Brough Against another grown man This was a nigga fight every fucking week Every week he was a real street fighter And I thought the nigga thought that I could whip his ass
Starting point is 00:32:20 But the nigga knew Jack, why? Because he were losing every week So I thought he thought he could lose him To me, because I had one eye and I thought he was gonna be scared of that shit because I talked a lot of gangster shit. It wasn't a lot of niggas that was like fighting him
Starting point is 00:32:35 that was talking that type of shit. But the only reason why I lost the fight, let's be honest. They weren't because that ain't what you're supposed to do, my nigga, especially if you can't fight. No, I can fight. Listen, I whooped his ass for the first 45 seconds. He was going to work. But one thing I had to learn is that a fight
Starting point is 00:32:55 and a boxing match is too much. different things. It's three minutes. It was three rounds. And two minute rounds? Two and a half minute rounds. And I thought that I had enough stamina for at least three rounds.
Starting point is 00:33:08 You just be making shit. Worse than it has to be. In the streets, I whoop that nigga ahead. If you get a nigga down on the ground in real life, you want to fight. Am I right or wrong? Because normally you would stomp in mind. Am I right or wrong?
Starting point is 00:33:23 I mean. Am I right or wrong? If a nigga get a nigga down, and he started stumbling him out, he won a fight, right? But you can't stumble a nigga out inside a boxing match. Okay, so you get the nigga down and you stomp him out. He'd get up and whoop your ass. No, I couldn't stumble him out because the referee wouldn't let me.
Starting point is 00:33:36 You got a fight to completion, Jack. Yeah. Yeah, and see, that's the point I wasn't privy to. Yeah, you didn't win the first 45 seconds. You pissed him off enough to whoop your ass. That's how you felt. You won't the entire time. So I guess it's perspective.
Starting point is 00:33:50 Hold on. I guess it's perspective. It depends on who's watching the fight. But you, my nigga. I don't never want to see you go through no shit like that. that, bro. Yeah, man. Because you really ain't supposed to be out here fighting people with one eye anyway. So, let's stay right there.
Starting point is 00:34:03 You're only supposed to fight that? Let's stay right there. Hold on. Let's stay right there. For the first 45 seconds, a nigger with one eye would give in that nigga the business. True or false? Who knows? We're going to pull the footage up. Run it.
Starting point is 00:34:17 And that's what you don't want. Run it. I'm cool with it. Hey, bro, I dealt with my shit. Because you was on your money, Mayweil, the shit. You was on the internet for about three weeks straight, talking about how you were going to beat. that nigga ass and how he was a bitch
Starting point is 00:34:28 and close to his baby pictures and shit you really went all out promoting the fight. And was you excited for me? Was you excited for me? Were you excited for me? No, I was scared for you. No, nigger. Why didn't you try to talk me out of it if you really, my friend? Because, man. That was at the time...
Starting point is 00:34:44 You got to keep in mind when this was going on. This was when you had the money, Jack. You wasn't answering nobody called. That's when you was on you better than y'all shit. Yeah, the times that you you die answer the phone for you. You ever took an account I might have just got
Starting point is 00:35:01 my number changed or my phone might have been off? Jack, I don't give a fuck. When the money ran out, you had my number. See, I didn't know you was trying to reach me, but I knew how to get back with you. No, because I had the same number. My number ain't changed. Right, then that's why we hit the day. I keep the same number because I'm arrogant.
Starting point is 00:35:18 Why didn't you tell me you was trying to reach me? Listen, this is how I heard. You could have DM me. I keep the same number. Yeah. Yeah. You could DM me, you could have told somebody else that you were looking for me, and let me ask you this.
Starting point is 00:35:31 Do you know that I would have answered the phone if I'd have got that information? It's crazy, bro. You got to keep the same number, so people you'll never speak to again will know. They can't hit you. They could, but they'll never. You would never answer it. Carlo, let me ask you this. And keep in mind, I'm up in New York by myself.
Starting point is 00:35:50 Who gives a shit? See how you do? You bring me up, then you tame it out. I'm sorry. You bring me up, you, you tell you, I know you, bro. You're in New York by yourself. I'm in New York by myself, man. You said you were going up there.
Starting point is 00:36:01 I was like, no, man. You remember you, you tried, you told me, don't do it. You said it wasn't going to work. I wished you will. He didn't never tell you it wasn't going to work. He didn't even the type of niggins who was saying, don't do it. I was, I was, I was, I was, I was. What is the difference between, and when it won't work, don't do it?
Starting point is 00:36:17 This thing went from, it, they ain't never going to work to don't do it. Nick, I was talking about. Is that the same shit, y'all? Kandah. Yeah. No. Kind of. It's not constructive.
Starting point is 00:36:29 It's all of you. It's not constructive. It's true or false. Y'all? You won't construe. Oh, hold on. Fuck this. Time, I see what the fuck going on in this motherfucker.
Starting point is 00:36:38 This is your fucking show. And y'all is going to agree with all of these niggas. Sit down. That's what's going on right now. You're getting excited, Jack. Where is your... Oh, y'all still can't hear me. No.
Starting point is 00:36:48 I'm in a twilight zone out there bit now. No, your opinions are too controversial. controversial. That's what it is. We didn't tell these people not to be you. They just don't. I'm sorry. They made their own mind. You didn't sway anybody. It wasn't, even the nigga that rolled with you was like, nope.
Starting point is 00:37:08 You can't even convince the niggins who with you? That's nothing to do with us. God is trying to tell you something, Jack. What was God trying to tell me, Carl? Amen. Come on. Talk to the Lord. Put me on.
Starting point is 00:37:29 He all in your face. You just don't want to see him. Don't make, don't even make me go put this robe on, Jack, because you know, I got, since I got my paper. I know you got your certificate. Since I got my paperwork, the message has been coming through clear. Now, you need me to interpret something. If you don't mind. Well, I'm here for it.
Starting point is 00:37:46 Lay your burdens down. Yeah, yeah. So with that particular situation, what was God trying to tell me right? Then. Jack, you got caught up in the moment. You see, when you go to the carnival, they got all kind of wild shit to distract you. You got to stay focused on what the fuck going on. You went up there to be a comedian, ended up in porno movies and shit.
Starting point is 00:38:12 Oh, man? You're wild. Why y'all always bringing up old shit? You put comedy down to join the streets, Jack. You really, you a whole thought. You didn't did all the shit that we tried to warn you about. Why you think that niggins said, don't do it? Now you got all these cocaine stories.
Starting point is 00:38:32 I was on cocaine before I left. I was on cocaine for I left, man. I don't believe that shit. It didn't 100%. It just got worse. I was able to afford it when I got there. I'm glad you got some kind of excuse because you did a lot of shit that I was just like,
Starting point is 00:38:46 what the fuck? Why are you there? For every good, for every good. How to fucking change that? Wait a minute. This is the perfect time to drop this message because there's a lot of people who watch this show that, uh, not at our age yet.
Starting point is 00:39:03 And they don't know that sometimes you have to look around the room. If somebody is doing better than you, outperforming you all the time, don't think it's because you ain't shit. Just keep in mind. They might be on drugs. It's just the message that came through at them. Come on.
Starting point is 00:39:20 There's a lot of people out here that, I'm taking shit that makes them better than you. This is you, Jay. Your cocaine was performance enhancing. Look at the shit you did on it. I inspired this.
Starting point is 00:39:32 Yeah. Okay. Yeah. Because you can't just talk about drug use openly and then not try to drop some positivity on it. I learned that.
Starting point is 00:39:43 Don't do drugs. These niggas are smoking drugs. That nigga did a whole debt commercial, right? And smoking hell, this is what niggins didn't want. When the shit first came out, when the shit first came out. I learned this from you, don't do what I'm doing, do what I'm saying. You, that's the whole message you've been telling me since you got you. Am I lying?
Starting point is 00:40:10 Right around, y'all. Right around. See? I thought that's what you was telling me. I thought God was telling you to tell me that, Jack. This is how this whole show gonna go the whole time. Jack, this ain't- I'm in the twilight zone, right?
Starting point is 00:40:24 We have just the vehicles that they're using to get these messages across, Jack. It's not that y'all don't fuck with me. It's just that y'all fuck with them. No, we want you. We want what's best for you. What's best for me? You made it happen, bro. I'm letting you know that.
Starting point is 00:40:40 That whatever you said, some of that shit, true. Dig, dig. Okay, okay. Most of it. Now, you had brought up something, Clayton, where you were saying that, It was some things that you had seen me on and you were wondering why I was even then No, no, no, no, no, yeah. Why do you think you're gonna be hating on you?
Starting point is 00:40:59 Huh? You'd be asking questions like you, you think he... No, I was trying to get clarity. I don't think, come on, I don't think everybody hating on, I think everybody waiting on me. Ooh. If that ain't on the t-shirt, you're slipping, Jack. Let's go. Jack, you're slipping.
Starting point is 00:41:12 You don't do merch no more? Come on, man. I came to you for merch. The fuck, that's what the fuck is I'm doing here. I came for hell. I came for hell. I came for hell. I came for deliverance.
Starting point is 00:41:25 Okay, let me tell you, let me give you a hundred reasons why I forgot you, bro. This ain't going to be one of them, show. Give me some of your top five legendary Jack Thriller interviews. I would have to go with Mike Tyson. I would say Buster Rhymes.
Starting point is 00:41:39 Buster Rhyme, y'all interview Buston Rhym. He's a great interview. Great interview, great interview. You, let me tell you something. That nigga got the coldest, a nigga ever had. And the wildest part about, It's funny that you say that, like, his voice is so big and that, like, whoever you think he is before you meet him, he doesn't have to meet that because who he is enough.
Starting point is 00:42:05 He's going to exceed it. Yeah, he can make anything sound interesting. Yo, I mean, motherfucking breakfast, right? It's eggs, all types of cheese and shit, sausages, biscuits, orange juice, whatnot, water. You know, I like water. I'd be like, nigger. What was in the water? I don't know, but I'm, you know.
Starting point is 00:42:23 Yeah, whatever. Did. 50 cent, most definitely. How do you link up with 50 cent? When I, before I moved to New York, me and my uncle was sitting on the couch and everything and he was, we was watching Teva Smiley and he was interviewing 50 Cent and 50s and same. When you say you and your uncle was sitting on the couch and everything. Yeah. What's the in everything?
Starting point is 00:42:46 We were just goddamn trying to figure out what was the next move and stuff, you know. I was watching Tavva smile. We were watching Tava smile in the living room in my apartment. And, you know, I had already done everything that I could do in my mind in Atlanta as far as the persona that I was going by at the time and the grind that I was going. What was, who? Were you jacked man? Here you go. Who were you jacked in?
Starting point is 00:43:12 No, no, no. Here you go. Were you jacked there? Why are you trying to, I'm not even? Why are you trying to bury that part of the story? That's an important. important part of your list. They don't even know.
Starting point is 00:43:22 I'm asking, are you Jack? That wasn't Jack yet. Okay, cool. That wasn't Jacket. We could go. Okay. You got a lot of aliases. Gotcha.
Starting point is 00:43:32 Yeah, we can go. Gotcha. He could have been. I'm gonna get you that. You can't bury the lead. He goes. Yeah. Go ahead.
Starting point is 00:43:41 Yeah. And so he was saying he was looking for comedians, directors, and actors. He just started a new company called CheetahVille. And my uncle was like, hey, man, you should go move up to New York and find 50 and whatnot and use the same ground as you got down here up there. And he kind of confused me for a second because I was like, I don't know nobody in New York. And where would I even stay?
Starting point is 00:44:06 And I had an uncle that stayed in New York. And he was like, I called my brother and I tell him to let you stay with him and everything for six months and see if you can get your shit together. And if you can, yo, try to find this nigger. And, you know, just that in itself. You know, it's 50 cent. He's an icon already. Right. Why would he fuck with me?
Starting point is 00:44:31 You know, a guy from- No, but yeah, why he said that? Your uncle just saw that shit. He saw it. And he said, oh, this nigga got money. 50 cent. Yeah. And he'd fuck with you if you was up there.
Starting point is 00:44:43 Yeah, yeah. Yeah. And, um, but it, from what I was listening to on the albums, it didn't seem like he'd fuck with me. All right, because you was, he was, he was... Because he's real direct about this shit. That nigga got one line when he said, you're getting money. I can't get nothing with you. Didn't fuck you.
Starting point is 00:45:02 It's real. It's definitely weird. I had, um, I took my uncle up on that, that offer. And I had told every, all the comedians in the game, I'm about to go move to New York and just go try my hands. see what's happening, you know, what I got to lose them. You know, you only live once. And you know, like I said, I didn't get a lot of well wishes with this. Everybody was like, you'll be back in no time.
Starting point is 00:45:26 But I had nothing to lose. And nothing to look forward to, every where I was staying at the time, I was getting evicted from. So I just went up to New York. Mind you, hold on, before I went there, I had a chance to go there to visit. And it was with my man, Gabriel Hart.
Starting point is 00:45:43 We, uh, he had a... Shout out to Gabe. Yeah, shout out the game. Video God. We, he, he was shooting a video for, uh, Fat Joe and the Lox. It was two different videos, two different days. And, you know, he wanted me to be a, uh, uh, uh, assistant, director on the videos and stuff. And so I, I took the ride with him, um, we did Fat Joe video, and I made a relationship
Starting point is 00:46:04 with Fat Joe that was like him. He didn't, so I guess I really didn't. You didn't? Yeah. In your mind, you did. In my mind, we was friends. Right. Then the next day we did the Lox video.
Starting point is 00:46:15 And, you know, funny thing on the Lox set, it was a dude that came on the set while I was outside. And the video was called Chase That Paper. And we was on Dunbar and DeKal in Brooklyn. In Brooklyn. And he had said some shit like, hey, man, listen. No, he was like, yo son, the Lox is in there. You tell them niggas, they gotta come out here
Starting point is 00:46:40 and they gotta pay me to shoot the fucking video on this block. not gonna come up in our situation and got them just, you know what I'm saying? Shoot shit up here without checking in. And I was like, Nick, I don't wanna tell them that. I don't know these niggins. What the fuck? He said, nigga, I'm gonna slap the shit out you.
Starting point is 00:46:57 If you don't go in there and tell them niggas that shit right now. I believe them. He told you that. He told me that. I went in and I saw, I said, hey, Gabe, this nigger, niggas down stairs. They say they're gonna goddamn tell this whole video shoot
Starting point is 00:47:13 If we don't tear the locks, the goddamn pay them some money. He said, well, go tell him. I said, Nicky, you tell him. So we were going back and forth, and he's like, he pushed me to them, niggins. And I said, hey, Jay the kid, it's a guy outside. He says that you got to pay him to shoot the rest of the video here and whatnot, or he's going to tear this motherfucker down.
Starting point is 00:47:35 Yep, that is. And Jeddikas, he was like, hey, show me where he at. I got to show you where here. You want me to point a nigga? It's a nancy nudge. Do you remember Vine? I'm Bridget Todd, host of the tech podcast, there are no girls on the internet. On this new season, I'm talking to the innovators who are left out of the tech headlines. Like the visionary behind a movie pass, Black founder Stacey Spice. who was pushed out of Movie Pass, the company that he founded.
Starting point is 00:49:14 His story is wild, and it's currently the subject of a juicy new HBO documentary. We dive into how culture connects us. When you go to France, or you go to England, or you go to Hong Kong, those kids are wearing Jordans, they're wearing Kobe's shirt, they're watching Black Panther. And the challenges of being a Black Bounder. Close your eyes and tell me what a tech founder looks like. They're not going to describe someone who will.
Starting point is 00:49:40 looks like me and they're not going to describe someone who looks like you. I created There Are No Girls on the Internet because the future belongs to all of us. So listen to There Are No Girls on the Internet on the IHurt Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. And when I go out, even and I'm like, yeah, this is him
Starting point is 00:49:56 right here. This is the guy that's... He said he's going to fuck this whole shit up. And they start slapping the nigga and booping his ass up the street. Whoa, whoa, whoa, that's enough. I don't know if you're supposed to be telling that story. Yeah. Yeah, we've been seeing a lot of things, strange things. No, edit it wasn't, it wasn't, it was some people.
Starting point is 00:50:16 Okay, so let's skip over that part. Oh, yeah, it was just a... Let's skip over that part, right? You kind of get the picture of what probably would have happened. See, this is why people stay mad at you. Gotcha. You came these days and seeing shit like that. Not the way to the internet.
Starting point is 00:50:31 Right. Motherfuckers going to in Brooklyn, going to go back. Go back to October 2012 video shoot. It was 09. See? March, 2. It was March 31st March 31st
Starting point is 00:50:45 It was about like 2 30 About nobody else God damn So I had called Rob Stapleton And I was like I need to I need to
Starting point is 00:50:54 I need to To swallow up here in New York Let me see if I'm funny in New York And what now man Hey yo Rob I'm trying to I'm here in New York Because when Rob will come to
Starting point is 00:51:04 Atlanta I would drive him around To his show That's fucking crazy Yeah we'll get that later right? Yeah. All right, cool. So I Rob was like, I'm for the book you at the dugout tonight and I'm for the book you at Mokas in Harlem. And so he booked me at Mokas. I go up there with Smoky and shit and they're like,
Starting point is 00:51:25 Smokey asked me what my name is. I was like, hey, my name Honeybun. I'm trying to, you know what said, do comedy here tonight. He's like, what? I said, yeah, I'm trying to do comedy. He said, no, what's your name again? I said, my name is Honeybun, but it's what a Z is. He makes the masculine. He was like, he was tripped the fuck out. He introduced me. I did well. I left there with Cori Fernandez is driving me around, by the way.
Starting point is 00:51:48 Shut out of Cori Fernandez. Corey Fernandez takes me to the dugout. I'm featuring for Capone this night by way of Rob Stapleton, and this is at Yankee Stadium. All of this is amazing to me. I go up there and I rip in front of Capone. Capone comes to me before he goes on stage and say, yo, give me a number.
Starting point is 00:52:07 Let's talk about this shit after I get off stage. He'd go up and do his thing, but while he was doing his thing, I met this girl. She was like, hey, want to give you some pussy? We'll go back to her house. She gave me some pussy and shit. I forgot to talk to Capone. Capone called me 6 a.m. in the morning.
Starting point is 00:52:22 Yeah. Maybe it was New York, bitch. I didn't have no. I'm trying to see if this pussy's the same as in Atlanta. But anyway, we had Capone hit me up at 6 a.m. He's like, Nick, I got $2,000 worth of shows for you and whatnot. Let's get it popping. I'm like, I don't live here.
Starting point is 00:52:35 I live in Atlanta. And he was like, nigga, what the fuck you're doing Atlanta? You need to move here. And I was like, damn, my uncle did say that I could come up here for six months and shit. So when I got home, I told my uncle, hey, yeah, let's run that. I moved up there August 6,09. And in Harlem, I'm 146 between 7th and 8th. And I went to Times Square, and I'm thinking to myself, man, what the fuck am I going to do here?
Starting point is 00:53:03 How the fuck am I going to find 50 cents here in all of this shit? I see two guys that recognize me from doing sketches with Le Duvall and whatnot and it was like, hey man, can we do some sketches for you and whatnot? You ain't got to pay us. You know, we just throw the shit up on our platform just let us take credit for it. So I was like, all right, first sketch we did together
Starting point is 00:53:23 was Michael Vick interview. Shit went viral. We didn't viral. I called Carlos. Carlos helped me, you know what I'm saying, get some of the rhetoric down for the shit. And one of the sites that picked it up, along with all the other hosts and sites,
Starting point is 00:53:38 was This is 50.com, VladTV, and WorldStar Hipop.com. I was like, oh, shit, this is what I'm supposed to be doing. This is how I'm going to find 50 cents. So I went on to shoot more of these viral videos. Four months later, 50 Cent hit me, Vlad TV hit me, and WorldStar hit me,
Starting point is 00:53:56 wanting me to be personalities on their platform. And I went with 50 because that's who I came up here to meet. And it really happened. And so I meet them. He makes me a G-U and a comedian, puts me on serious satellite radio, and then I start doing interviews with This is50.com. They don't give me any direction on how to be Jack Thriller. You don't need no direction.
Starting point is 00:54:18 You can't tell a nigga like you how to do what the fuck you do. Right. I already knew what to do. He already trusted me with that situation, and pretty much the rest is history from there. And we just, you know what I'm saying? Pretty much took it to the moon because it was on a particular time when, you know, He was battling back and forth with Rick Robson. You know, he was kind of losing.
Starting point is 00:54:39 But then we did this goddamn disfitting shit. This shit had then brought a whole other life change the way niggas do interviews on platforms and this took over the world. I mean, so I'm a lot of these niggas daddy that do interviews. That's why we don't do interviews. We're just being here talking about.
Starting point is 00:54:54 I wouldn't talk about y'all. Then not. Because I call that dude that beat your ass on the bucket. Yeah, so that's how that happened. That's how that happened. Yeah. So the Honeybund thing, right? Huh?
Starting point is 00:55:16 So, oh, my stage name was Honeybunne before it was Jack Thriller. What was it? It was Honeybuns, but it was with a Z. The Z makes it masculine. Yes, and you would say that every time. 100%. That's what you have to keep in mind. You would always, whenever somebody would question your shit,
Starting point is 00:55:32 that would be your response. 100%. The Z make it masculine. And where that came from is Cedred the Entertainer. Cedry the entertainer used to have this joke about Delicious. Yeah, I'm not from the call, no grown-ass man, Delicious. And I thought it was the funniest shit in the whole fucking world. There was a joke about a guy that wanted you to call them some shit that made people uncomfortable,
Starting point is 00:55:52 but you remembered it and it stood out. And it made me laugh my ass off. I was 14 years old to the point where like, if I ever start doing comedy, I need a name like Delicious, but not Delicious because people don't know that's where the fuck it came from. came from. So at the time it was some shit called the chat line in Atlanta. The chat line is like the internet on the phone. Yeah. Yeah. And so me and my brother would be on the chat line. I got a brother that we're just a year apart. He's younger than me and we would be on there meeting girls and at a fucking Avondale
Starting point is 00:56:22 Mall the fuck, the underground mall, you know, everybody, that's what they were on that type of time. You know what I'm saying? And so one day I was on the chat line and I was in this room and it was a dude, I was talking to this girl and there's a dude came in. He said, hey, my name Honeybud, I hope your mama die by. And I bust out laugh and I thought it was the funniest shit in the whole fucking world. And then he came. What was you watching? I was on the chat, on the chat line. That's what the motherfucker said. He said, my name Honey Bunn, I hope your mama die by. And then I went to the next room and I was just like probably 30 minutes later and I'm just chilling this shit talking to this another girl
Starting point is 00:56:58 and whatnot. And they're coming again. Hey, my name Honey Bunny, I hope your mama died by. And I laughed the same way I laughed the first time I had heard. Going to another room 15 minutes later, same nigga, come in. Hey, my name Honey Bunny, I hope your mom died by. And I laughed the same way again. And I were like, that's it. That's my delicious.
Starting point is 00:57:17 That's who I'm going to be when I start doing. Yeah, come from a child. I'm 14 years old. So what I was, uh, I was 14 years old. I was 14 years old. I was 14. Hold on. This is a good part right here.
Starting point is 00:57:30 I had dropped out of school, right? So I had, yeah, I was done. My mom, mama, I had then got goddamn a spell out of fucking school, go fighting every day, got into a fight with this girl. She would find his head, she looked like friends and whatnot. My name was Adrian or some shit like that. Bro, I'm fucking done with this nigga in the head.
Starting point is 00:57:53 When you, when you, when you out of school, you don't got nothing to do. You're trying to figure life out, what's gonna happen to me? Right, you dropped out of school. And night, yeah, I went in, and went in, and read, read it in high school, I went in 96, came out 96.
Starting point is 00:58:07 And you beat a girl, yes. I didn't, I didn't beat a girl. I didn't win. She won't win. She had to fight. You know, she beat my ass. She had to fight. She definitely beat my ass.
Starting point is 00:58:19 She had to fight. You know how the motherfucker's so fine. You're like, I'm not going to hit you back. Y'all have had that one of them fights. I was feeling all the while she was whipping my ass. But anyway, I was calling it. I was calling in to the Ryan camera morning show every morning on Hot 9. It was Hot 97.5.
Starting point is 00:58:34 And what you were saying? I was Honeybun on it. And it was like, hey, my name Honeybun, what's going on? How y'all doing? B, blah, blah, blah. Ryan thought it was a great character. And he'd invite me to the morning shows to come do the morning show with him and Rishon Ali. And I would do that shit for like the next two years.
Starting point is 00:58:53 And I had got this job at a Miracle. A Miracor. I was 17 years old at this particular time. And I'm calling to a Ryan Cameroonian show. This job that I have, they've taken me to elementary schools and shit to teach kids how to read. But they don't know I dropped out of school. I could barely read myself, but I was good enough for kindergarten through fifth.
Starting point is 00:59:22 So anyway, one of the girls that I was working with, she worked at Philip Serena. At this particular time, it was the Kings of Comedy was coming to town. And I was like... Wait a minute, bro. You talked to kids? Yeah, brother. And honeybugs?
Starting point is 00:59:40 No, I was Ferrena Pride. Okay, okay. Brunny Pride. This is a nigga Pride. This is about to kill me, man. Ferrani Pride? That's what my real name is. Oh, okay.
Starting point is 00:59:48 Here we go. You was real name. Yeah, my real name was for Rennie Pryd. Don't say your name. You got to say your real name. So it was, yeah, Mr. Pride. People would call me Mr. Got you.
Starting point is 00:59:56 And so the girl, she worked with me, she worked at Phillips Arena. And when the Kings of Comedy came to town, I asked her because she gave me some tickets to that shit. And she gave me some tickets to Phillips Arena to go see Kings of Comedy. And Ryan Cameron was open enough for the Kings of Comedy. And in front of 20,000 people. And I were like, oh shit. And he were ripping that motherfucker, too. That's what the fuck I am.
Starting point is 01:00:24 That's what I want to be. And that's how the whole comedy thing is going to see next week. I went to the Chris Tucker Comedy Club and whatnot. Chris Tucker, yep, had that spot. Yeah, you remember that shit? Yeah. And the keys... I ain't go up there.
Starting point is 01:00:38 I wasn't going to do a comedy then. Oh, you weren't doing comedy? Not yet. The Keys and Steve Brown was on the show that night. And they let me open up for them and whatnot. And I did fairly well. Good enough to go come back. And that's how I started doing comedy as HoneyBuns.
Starting point is 01:00:54 But nobody was fucking with that HoneyBund shit because that was, at the time, it wasn't cool to be gay and whatnot, but I wasn't gay. But people didn't know that I wasn't gay because my name was Honeybonds. So then, like, it was hard trying to convince the niggas. No, really, I'm not gay. That's just what my name is.
Starting point is 01:01:10 I'm a Honeybund. And so now, if people are looking at me like, I'm a fake gay name, and whatnot. Name Honeybund. But then at the same time. Why you name yourself that? Because I name just, just, Why is that your name?
Starting point is 01:01:27 Yeah, and then my finishing joke, because I was a stripper at the time, too. I was stripping their pin-ups. I would strip down to my chaps and whatnot and da-da-da-da. So the honey bun thing made too much scent. I had blonde hair, I had a chain shirt on. So people thought they didn't want to, niggas didn't want to fuck with me, man.
Starting point is 01:01:47 And so I was making it hard for myself. You knew. Yeah, I would make it hard for myself. But if you got to know me, you were like, oh shit. The nigga not gay. Yeah, I fuck with him, man. He's pretty cool. But you would look at you and you'd be like, he got that changed shirt on.
Starting point is 01:02:02 Yeah, and the check. Under his regular shirt. Yeah, and I had a tailway panes and shit. Yeah, it was a lot. I was doing too much. I was in my way. But I was trying to find myself. You figured it out.
Starting point is 01:02:13 Shock value. Yeah, it was the shock value thing. So I was working at pin-ups, stripping. I were doing comedy, and I were working at the Velvet Room bouncing at the same goddamn time. So I were bouncing in the niggas out the club. see me in Uptown comedy club and like, hold on, that's the nigga to kick this out of the club last week, man.
Starting point is 01:02:29 So, they went out their way to boo me at the comedy club. You know what I'm saying? So it was just all a big clustered fuck at the same time. And so that's how that happened. Yeah, very interesting life, like Joe Dirk. Dig, dig.
Starting point is 01:02:42 Oh. Shut off the ground. That's, you know, the African. Yeah, Torre Design, by the way, once again. Yeah, man. Like business. Jack, bro, you're crazy as hell, man.
Starting point is 01:02:54 I wouldn't say that I was. I was crazy. I would say there was a method to my madness, and then I just, I was just trying to, you just push the envelope and figure out exactly what my place inside the game was and whatnot. And I wasn't, I wasn't scared to be what I wanted to be, but I always knew it was going to be some shit that were going to help push the culture forward and that was going to change the game. I always knew that. So I didn't, I ain't going to fuck what you thought about I mean, who the fuck is you? Who, me?
Starting point is 01:03:31 You, uh, figuratively. Figuratively. Oh, that was the attitude. Yeah, yeah. I'm happy, I didn't know. Hey, on, Carlo, if you go back, Clayton, if you go back, man, did I give a fuck about what the niggas thought about me? Not at all. Even a little bit.
Starting point is 01:03:47 Not at all. And if you had a problem with me, we can do it in any kind of way you wanted to do it. But I didn't want to fight you. But if you wanted to fight me, we could do it. We could do it. We could do it. But I don't want to do it. But I will.
Starting point is 01:04:04 But I will. If that's what you'd like. We've seen a lot of legendary fights on those comedy nights. Yeah, a lot of legendary nights. A lot of legendary nights. There ain't nothing like in Atlanta show or a fight break out and the show keep going. And the show must go. And see, that's the thing, too.
Starting point is 01:04:22 I just don't give pool, that shocker to you. And see, that's what people got to understand that life do go on no matter who you mad at. Come on, man. You got a lot of quotables, man. One of my favorite ones is one man's trash and another man's garbage. What did that mean to you, Carlos?
Starting point is 01:04:38 Amen. What did that mean to you? May I get another water, please? Here you go. I got one right here. Thank you so much. God damn. The Jesus story?
Starting point is 01:04:49 Man, come on. Man, come off. Yeah. You got a lot of them, Jones, man. You didn't told it. I told a Jesus story. You did. Would y'all like to hit a Jesus story?
Starting point is 01:05:05 Hey, Carlos, I'm talking about. Fuck this. I did this wrong. Is it it? Ask him, dude. No, you just did. You just did. Brough.
Starting point is 01:05:14 Fuck this, man. It's your show, Wigg. No, it ain't. I just see what the fuck going on in a bitch. Yeah, that is. No, you're sure. Carlos says. Jack, you're welcome.
Starting point is 01:05:22 This is the trap house. Ain't no rules in here. Rain. I'm just in this. Just the human me. Human me. Human me. Human me.
Starting point is 01:05:30 Jack. Hey, human me. Come on, come on. Come on, come on. For me. For me. For me. For me.
Starting point is 01:05:38 Please. Do it my way. Do it my way. Do you want to hear the Jesus story? Do y'all want to hear the Jesus story? Do y'all want to hear the cheesy story? Yeah! Anything for you, Jack?
Starting point is 01:05:58 All right. So, this is 1996. We onyx. It's myself. No, it's not. Oh, shit. It's 2006. I'm hot.
Starting point is 01:06:11 I'm probably that. I'm sorry. I'm fucking not. He's already in 2000. I'm hot. All right. It's not. I was not.
Starting point is 01:06:19 I was like, I was wondering where I lost you at. I was like, as soon as he started off. I was like, how the fuck you're going to tell me that this happened in 19-6? Because I thought he was doing a bit. I was like, man, let this nigga go. It's 1996.
Starting point is 01:06:34 Yeah, we were on 96 too long. No. When was it? It was 2006. That sounds more accurate. That's more accurate. Yeah, 2006 at Onix. And I would with food stamps.
Starting point is 01:06:48 Stamped and Chris Jones and we was at a G-Easy video shoot on it and the shit was called Throw the Money by Slick Puller and Blood Raw and the whole concept of the video is throwing the money you remember that shit oh shake that ass bitch I'm gonna throw this money yeah go on shake that ass bitch I'm gonna throw this money so so so The nigga, Jesus was like, hey, let's get the comedians and shit in here, and let's, you know what I'm saying? Like, they're going to start throwing the money first and shit, and then we're going to blend everybody in.
Starting point is 01:07:29 It's like 100 dancers on stage. And they had gave us, like, bags of money to throw. So Jesus said, let's get the comedians in here. Yeah, he said that. And then, mind you, they gave us complimentary cocaine and everything, come through the dough and whatnot. Well, shut your ass up, man. They didn't know how to gay you, you know.
Starting point is 01:07:48 I was gonna sell it, no, but it was fun. Shut the fuck up, man, he don't go to get somebody in time. You know how you go to the club and get you free drinks. Nope, no, I don't know shit, no. And you know, this Jesus, Mr. 17 and 5. Man, shut the fuck up, you know. You can't get on here talking about somebody gave you some complimentary.
Starting point is 01:08:05 It's complimentary, he didn't sell it to me. Amen, he was looking out for me. Okay. Yeah. It's your story, bro. Yeah, come on. This is my interpretation of a situation. All right.
Starting point is 01:08:14 Yeah. It's your story. Did. So anyway We got the money We got the money We were about to throw the shit The videos in full swing and shit
Starting point is 01:08:28 And you know, while we over here Like acting this whole thing It just Dund on me That This money's real And it's $100 bills At first when you're looking at it
Starting point is 01:08:42 You're like, it ain't no fucking way They're gonna give us a goddamn a whole bag full of $100 bills that's to throw, and she just trust us to do this shit. It doesn't make sense to me. No matter how many thugs are in the room, no matter how many guns and all other stuff that's inside of here that could
Starting point is 01:08:58 make it impossible for you to get out with your life. And, you know, all, it doesn't sound right, you're going to just trust us with this money. But it was some that was just inside of me, man. I'm not a thief either. I want to throw inside there. I'm not
Starting point is 01:09:14 a thief. But it's I'm about a $100 fucking bill, and especially when you ain't doing well in life, it just goddamn had me fucking turned all the way to fuck on. The temptation. The temptation, bro. You don't do that shit in front of a nigga that needs that shit.
Starting point is 01:09:36 You don't. You don't. You don't. So, goddamn, I had the money that I was throwing and I was like grudgingly trying to peel it off my fucking man and whatnot and you know what I'm saying? I'm like man let me see
Starting point is 01:09:52 complimentary cocaine sniff that shit I had on these pants they had scrunchies on the bottom kind of like these and you know when your your pants is a scrunchy is automatically a bag now it's a fucking bag I don't feel my whole pants
Starting point is 01:10:10 up with fucking $100 bills and whatnot I look like I got booty shots I didn't win The Dominican Republic whole night. You know what I'm saying? Food stamp, he's scared out his fucking mind. Smoky, Chris Jones. They was terrified because they was with me.
Starting point is 01:10:31 And they thought it was all for one, one for all. They could have sworn that we all was going to die together that night. And I was like, no, you're not. But you should. What were they saying to you? They were telling me to stop stealing the money because they see me stealing the money. And I told him, I don't fucking care.
Starting point is 01:10:54 The food stem was like, yo, Honeybund, they're going to kill you, bro. And I looked at him back and get coped up crazy. I like, nigga, they're going to have to. Because I'm not leaving here without this fucking money, bro. I'm not leaving here, bro. I don't understand why the fuck y'all are not stealing this fucking money.
Starting point is 01:11:14 This don't make sense to me. I don't get it I don't understand why nobody else inside this room is stealing money with me I don't get it
Starting point is 01:11:24 it's real money it's $100 bills I could see you letting a couple of ones slide I can see it there go I can see
Starting point is 01:11:32 you showing the video oh my goodness man yeah hell no so it's crazy it's pandemonium the hose is excited they're excited
Starting point is 01:11:44 They looked excited, but they were really scared. They were terrified. They was terrified for them. They didn't care about what was going to happen to me. They just didn't want whatever was going to happen to me to spill off on them because they was with me. And I didn't want it to happen to them too because I've had my ass before,
Starting point is 01:12:03 and I know trouble don't last all-ass. I know whatever this is about to happen, I'm going to heal from. We're going to get past this. This two shall pass. But what we're not going to do, is leave this fucking money here. So I waited a couple of more takes
Starting point is 01:12:19 till I couldn't fit no more money inside my pants and shit and I knew it was worth it to die. Stuffed. And stuck out, nigger, I was a stuffed animal. And so I can see niggas looking at me all the goons, all the thugs,
Starting point is 01:12:36 the BMF niggas, they was looking crazy. And I couldn't, I thought, I didn't know if they was on the same page with me or they was on some on the same page with me like go go go go go go do it do it do it do it because they want to you want to see a nigger win you want to see a real nigger winning out here
Starting point is 01:13:01 there's a lot of shit that I was doing their heart wouldn't let them do they wanted to do it and niggas won't ever get it twisted niggas want to see a nigger the villain get away with the money it's true or false You want the nigger to get the fuck away You heard about that girl the other day on the news and shit They got the $1.2 million in an account
Starting point is 01:13:19 It'd have been great if it went her way Wow Right She tried to put it in another account and everything She tried to put it in this shit I'm gonna switch this She switched accounts at the same bank You know what
Starting point is 01:13:32 I want to start my LRC I want everything 37 cent too Come on I knew it was time to leave. Right. I made my way towards the door after the next take. Yeah. I was walking through
Starting point is 01:13:49 there valleys of the shadow of death and I would fear no evil. Come on. Come on. And what you were going? Just walking past. How far to the door? How far the door? Man, you see how far that door here right there? Yeah. It was about another lymph from where I am right here. It was double this to the door. Okay. To the door. Yeah,
Starting point is 01:14:07 it would double that to the door. And so I was walking to thugs and shit with guns and knives. and all that other stuff, and alligators, all that shit. And I could, in my mind, they said, do it, do it, do it, do it. And I was getting closer and closer to the dough. And all of a sudden, this nigga, get in front of the fucking dough, Jeezey bodyguard. This nigga looked like the lad nigga, you got the goddamn kill on Killer Instinct, man.
Starting point is 01:14:36 And he said, hey, nigga, what the fuck is you doing with my nigga Jeezy money, man? He said, motherfucking money out your pocket, motherfucker. He said, the money is for the bitches. And I looked at him and I said, I'm one of the bitches. And then he said, man, Dow, what the fuck is you doing stealing the money? I said, I'm behind on my ties and my rent,
Starting point is 01:15:11 like, and shit. Soon as I said, that niggas slapped the shit out of me like 17, like 17 times, but it was real fast. It was so fast I didn't know he did it. Only way I knew he did it because I was looking around the niggles was like, oh shit, this nigga that slapped the shit out of me. And so I knew- You got slapped by other people's reactions. By reactions because it was in slow-mo and everything. And so I knew that I couldn't, I wasn't going to win this fight going straight up with this nigger.
Starting point is 01:15:38 And so I pulled back, I hit this nigg in the chest, not them down, ran over them like the Kool-Aid man, knock down strippers trying to get the fuck up out the dough. I was just Dunkin' my way out that motherfucker kicked open, I kicked open the fucking door I thought it wasn't locked. My foot went through the glass, all that shit.
Starting point is 01:15:56 Cut my leg up right here. All this shit was cut up. You saw money and blood coming out my leg right here. I'm running down, Cheshire Bridge Road is fucking $100 bills for like flying through the air. I go back and I grabbed the $100 bills. I thought it was niggis chasing me, but But it wasn't nobody chasing me.
Starting point is 01:16:14 Nobody was chasing me. So you ran, nobody was chasing me. No one was chasing me. I run down the street to a holiday inn, and I jumped in the bushes, like on the cartoons. And you know, when you see a nigga, jumping the bushes on the cartoons, it looks safe enough. It looks solved, it wasn't.
Starting point is 01:16:33 I scratched my whole body and my face up, all that in the bushes, and I stayed up real still We're fucking twigs in my ass, in my arms, all of that shit. And I was trying to stay quiet. And I pulled my phone out of my pocket, and I called Colos. And I said, Colos, come get me.
Starting point is 01:16:56 Jeez, you're trying to kill me. I'm at a holiday inn down the street from Unix, man. Please, please, please. And he kept on asking me all these questions. I said, niggas, come get me, motherfuckusk. He thought I was planning some shit. And he comes pick to me up. And I get home, and I count all the money.
Starting point is 01:17:17 And Food Stamp and Smokey, Chris, they asked me would I split the money with them, and I told him to kiss my motherfucking a man. Go to hell, bitch. And I tried not to talk to them since. For not having my back. You know how this shit he is, bro. He'll call you and say any fucking thing. Who knew he was really out there?
Starting point is 01:17:41 Still. The whole time, I'm doubting it. This man ain't out. It's fucking pick up out of the bushes, bro. This shit, crazy. Still. Hey, man. And he picked me up, man.
Starting point is 01:17:53 He can't. This is what friends do. He picked me up, man. Y'all give it up a color. Fuck that. Don't clap for me. Don't shut up. And then what he do?
Starting point is 01:18:03 He didn't ask me for no gas money. What he did after he picked you up? He dropped me up. He dropped me up. I don't even. I don't even. think he knew what the whole scope of the story was. I didn't, man. And that niggins stayed
Starting point is 01:18:15 far too. I stayed trying to kill me. That's, yeah. You know, it makes sense to me, but now that I really recount the whole thing, I see why he didn't believe me. Bruh. It does sound sense.
Starting point is 01:18:31 Because when you call comedians, they be bullshit so much, you never know if they're talking shit for real or not. Man, what's you up to? Shit, just working this shit. up here at Waffa House? I get off at 1.30. You quit bullshit. No, for real. Shut your ass up. I'm getting over from.

Host of the tech podcast, there are no girls on the internet. On this new season, I'm talking to the innovators who are left out of the tech headlines, like the visionary behind a movie pass,

Starting point is 01:20:27 or you go to England, or you go to Hong Kong, those kids are wearing Jordans, they're wearing Kobe's shirt, they're watching Black Panther. And the challenges of being a black founder. close your eyes and tell me what a tech founder looks like. They're not going to describe someone who looks like me

So listen to There Are No Girls on the Internet on the IHurt Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Hey, let me mention this, though. How often would I bullshit?
Starting point is 01:21:00 All the time. That's what you remember? Man, you were a bullshit-n-ass nigga. Get the fuck out of it. Clay, that's how you remember me, too? No, no, no. Not, I mean, it's two ways. Yeah, when you get on your bullshit, you bullshit. But you'd be on some real shit another 30%. Brough, every time I see you, man, you'd be on some bullshit. What does bullshit mean? Define bullshit.
Starting point is 01:21:25 Not, it's just, just Jack Thriller shit. You're doing shit like that? Oh, I get it. I get it. At any moment, you might do some random and strange shit. Okay, I see what you're going on. Gotcha. But it ain't like you're like, oh, here he go, man. Right, right, right. I only do a shit that affect me.
Starting point is 01:21:45 Yeah. It ain't, I never brought nobody down with me. That's what I'm saying. You live on the edge. Yeah, 100% and I'm accountable. There you go. I'm super accountable. I never put nobody inside of my shit.
Starting point is 01:21:58 Right, yeah. And whatnot. And so I think that that's something that's always been a, one of my strong points. You're larger than life. That's what they... That's the best way. That's how they size it up. Yeah, you live in...
Starting point is 01:22:11 Because you know what they are, like I said before, I understand that, you know, you only live once, bro. And like, if you don't do this shit the way you want to, you'll be on your deathbed saying, hey, I played it way too safe. Do you want to be that nigga? No, bro, because you live more than once. You live every day. You die once.
Starting point is 01:22:26 Mm-hmm. I see what you tried to do. That's what happened, Jack. They don't believe that. You live once, but Carlos. And just like you said. lucky enough to wake up every day. And just like you said earlier,
Starting point is 01:22:40 fuck what they think and not them specifically. Yeah. Come on, Jack. You can't just be saying shit you ain't living by it. No, 100%. Every day, like I said,
Starting point is 01:22:53 I really... You know what I have if I give a fuck what they think, Jack? Nothing. I didn't build this empire giving a fuck what no one thinks. It's all me, baby. I take the wrist, so I do the cut it.
Starting point is 01:23:09 And what point did you get to that space inside of your life car life? Jack, I ain't never gave a fuck. I'm talking about from the first day I went outside. I'm talking about right off the porch. I ain't get no fuck. Never did. The fuck I want to be like them, fuck. I never seen you imitate anyone.
Starting point is 01:23:30 No. I never seen that. Well, I'm saying my motherfucking thing, Jack. I don't do imitations. No. Never did. Never do. No impersonation. No, man.
Starting point is 01:23:38 You always mastered the ought to be in color. I'm authentically me at every chance I get. 100%. Yes. Yes, very much. Good, bad, and ugly. And one thing about Carlos, too, man. I remember when he first got here,

Where you saw him perform? I was staying out here by club babes at a hotel. And he was, yeah, he was hosting an amateur night at Babes.
Starting point is 01:24:11 He was talking shit, too. He was on fire that night. Shit, Chuck. No, for real. This was probably in about, this was probably in 2004. This was even before I moved to Atlanta. Yeah. So shout out to show to show.
Starting point is 01:24:29 Yeah, shout out to shout out, but then when I came for to come to the stage audition, I met you and Kay Doug. No, you, no, you did shit before that. What? You did Hell Day? No, they was after. That was after? Yeah, coming to the stage was probably in, what, 04?
Starting point is 01:24:48 You did, yo mama? Y'all remember your mama on MTV? That was all after that. That was after, too? All of that was after. Wow. Yeah, that was like 07. Wow, yeah, okay.
Starting point is 01:24:59 We started in 2005. Where did you move to New York? Oh, 9. Yeah. Oh, okay. See, we started in 2004, 05. Yeah, man It was a lot happening
Starting point is 01:25:08 In a short period of time The point I was trying to make Even with saying all that That you always been doing your thing I'm always gonna be doing my thing Yeah You always knew it exactly What you wanted to do
Starting point is 01:25:19 Thank you bro Yeah you took it to a whole other level And we'll just know that All the work that you put in Under whatever name That you're choosing to use It's not in vain Man you had some legendary moments
Starting point is 01:25:30 Out here in these streets And we saw you come with A lot of creative New directions that wasn't you know going from a perspective that a lot of people weren't coming from And you actually put in the work to make the shit work 100% you is about put yourself on bro don't wait for nobody else to do nothing for you Yeah, you know to a lot of shit 100% man you know like I said you uh we all got the same 24 4 hours and shit No we don't we don't no man we don't what was the difference between mine and yours You should got the pizza you fucking with the piece of paper you all fucking with the piece of paper now

Starting point is 01:26:53 Hey, man. Bro. Every time I get with this nigga, I always end up laughing my motherfucking head off. This nigga's stupid, bro. I appreciate it. You're being funny. is for you always we don't know why you feel like you ain't get that but you should have and you don't know you don't feel like what I feel like what like what like when you were saying you
Starting point is 01:27:16 don't like all the politics of the game and shit as far as the comedy no no when I was saying that what I was saying um Clayton is that I just saw something that was a little bit more simpler for me and I I feel like don't go against the grain but check this out though that's what I mean But looking at it in retrospect, this is what you actually did, though. You used your comedic talents to go do something that didn't have shit to do with telling jokes. And that's the whole point of it. You get what I'm saying? 100%.
Starting point is 01:27:49 Doing stand-up is the intro to get. That's the vehicle that can get you all the other shit. You get what I'm saying? Right. So when you did that, you know what I'm saying? And you took your stand-up jokes and all the shit you work. over the years and you turned it into a whole motherfucking personality enterprise nigger
Starting point is 01:28:10 media company 105 episodes of some rap shit hundred and something episodes of this is 50 dropping every week come on man you gotta get your purpose way you want to put in bullshit let's not have a good part in bullshit let's not have to be part in bullshit multiple videos multiple viral sketches come on man let's not Let's not forget a goddamn, I am a podcast. I make sure the niggins get the, I'm in the top five of a lot of niggas podcast. Yeah, you'd be in the, for, the greatest episodes.
Starting point is 01:28:44 Yeah, you didn't jump in on a lot of episodes or drink champs and shit. You know all the hitters in the game, man. You're a fucking, you're really a living legend out here in these streets. 100%. Yeah. You didn't say nothing wrong right there. No, man, I get you all your problem, man. You wanted them niggas who really made this internet shit and,
Starting point is 01:29:02 and made a lane and gave a blueprint. Shit, you probably made some of this shit possible just by putting that media out. Not looking niggas are just sitting there watching up. We tried, it take a long time to figure the internet out. 100%. We drop some short-ass content. They ain't want that.
Starting point is 01:29:19 We dropped some, you know, medium link content. They didn't want, they want the longest fucking shit ever. I don't know why they love us this much. You know, it's just one of those things, like you just gotta keep on just throwing things out and see what's thick. Yeah. Sometimes we overthink this shit.
Starting point is 01:29:34 Right. You know, instead of just doing the work, keep on going, keep on going. And when it's God, when God say it's time to take it to another level, you know, take it to another level. Jazz what it is. On some real nigga shit, though. You had, on some comedian shit. You had one of the last Patrice O'Neill interviews that he did, right?
Starting point is 01:29:51 Yeah, 100%, man. Patrice was a really, really amazing guy, and he was a big fan of mine, too. We hung out and, uh-oh, he invited me over to it. He invited me over to his house and shit, and we would just talk for hours and everything before we even did the interview. And I didn't know. He never told me that it was dying.
Starting point is 01:30:10 I didn't, all that was a shock to me. And then when we finally did do the interview at Carolines on Broadway, it was just so, it was very spiritual and it was very introspective. And it was real deep. and I appreciate even more now. Do you have any interviews or content that you got in the vault
Starting point is 01:30:36 that you look back on and be like I ain't even gonna drop it? No, I put out everything, Carlos. I put out everything, and, you know, I got a bunch of different ideas that I want to do, and I got a bunch of different ideas that I would like to re-introduce,
Starting point is 01:30:52 like from my... Like what? Don me something. Throw me one thing. So disrespectful. Remember so disrespectful? Let's change it. Let's make it so reintroduce.
Starting point is 01:31:00 respectful. So respectful. I like it. Yep. Yeah, 100% because I'm going to You know, so disrespectful was my shit, but it did get you in a lot of beef. Yeah, it got me in a lot of beef. You took the heat for a lot of shit on some comedian shit. 100%.
Starting point is 01:31:13 Right? 100%. And then one thing about taking, uh, being that a person that doing the shopping jock chicken, as you like to say. You were a risk taker, though. Nobody else could do the shit that you do. Yeah, I was lucky. It don't even, it just be, you.
Starting point is 01:31:30 your jokes infused into how you interview. It's your sense of you. Yeah. And you know what's funny is like like you said, motherfuckers who know you, know that. Even if you go out and say some foul-laid shit, you're the type of nigger who'll come up and say, hey man, you know I love you want to cook it
Starting point is 01:31:46 and really have cookies and shit like that. Yeah. You that type of nigga. Like I ain't never seen you do no shit that was malicious. That's where I was trying to go right there. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Nothing that I ever did was malicious. And that's why it's always. It's fun to be around you because it, nigger, even when you do say shit, that'd be considered off the charts or off the chain.
Starting point is 01:32:06 It ain't never no shit to be like. 100%. I was just playing. I was just kidding. We were entertaining. And that's as far as it go. After a while, people start to understand that's what I would do when you see me on the red carpets. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:32:20 I'm a red carpet king. Right. Ain't no telling what the fuck this. I ain't no telling what's going to happen. And I ain't know what I was going to do either. Yeah. You know, I just followed my heart the whole time. That's all you gotta do.
Starting point is 01:32:31 That's all. Yeah, yeah. Another show. Do you think about me, a relationship show? Yeah. Well, I'm giving relationship advice. You got it too, but don't be on there being all thirsty now, because by this time- No, I got a girlfriend now.
Starting point is 01:32:41 You didn't have enough pussy where you don't have to keep slugging yourself out. 85 South got me a new girlfriend too, man. I know. Don't got it again. Well, didn't I tell you, when I came to you, like, I got a new condo and a goddamn, a new job off 85 South. With this weed brand with my man Wax, you know wax. He didn't bring me no weed, though.
Starting point is 01:33:03 I didn't know that we could put it on the table and all that. I did bring you some actually, Carlos. I just didn't bring it out right now. I was going to talk to you first. This is your show. Bring me some weed off camera. Yeah, 100%. Because I didn't want you to go through it.
Starting point is 01:33:20 I went through it at the video shoot when niggles would give me complimentary. Yeah. You see what I'm going with this? But one thing about me is I don't steal nothing. Yeah. I didn't steal it. I took that. I don't take either. I took that.
Starting point is 01:33:32 No, because... Hey, how many niggas would have did the same shit I did? My round of applause? Y'all some puss-ass niggas, man. It's just that... Y'all some holes. Y'all some real hoes. You're in the room full of motherfuckers who went to college and graduated.
Starting point is 01:33:47 Oh! Oh! Oh! I apologize, y'all. That's why they don't agree with all that nitty. No, no, I apologize. 100%, man. Hey, I'm really proud of you out. It's not that type of crap. I mean, you're going to get a lot of people agree with you. you in the comments.
Starting point is 01:34:00 They're like, they're trying to hold jack, man. That niggas really be, yeah, man. Not in this room. Look at these people. They got futures and shit. 100%. Yeah. You're not a real talk.
Starting point is 01:34:09 Shout out to you once again. You know, Carlos Clayton and everything, giving these up-and-coming young black folks and jobs and shit. But look at this, the same way you use your platform to open it up, man. It's gotta be bigger than you, man. Hey, bro, what would it, what did Jay Z say about
Starting point is 01:34:29 If you're the only millionaire inside your clique, then you, you're, nigga, you're not rich. Yeah. You're supposed to put everybody on, so if you fall off, then a nigga can help you about. And when I don't understand why. Then we don't understand it as a people. If every nigga in your clique is rich, your click is rugged.
Starting point is 01:34:43 Come on, now. And nobody falls because we will all be each other's crutches. Come on, now. Or something like that. To that effect. Hey, Mike Tyson told his story, right? One thing we can't do, though. What that?
Starting point is 01:34:55 Drink Army from one cup passing around the room. No, anybody just. But that's the ritual. I ain't drinking no armor there. Fuck that. I'm like- Oh, that shit that Jay-Z had a long time ago. I'm like the dog when it comes to the film.
Starting point is 01:35:09 I don't speak, but I understand. 100%, 100%. But it's important to put your folks on it. You know, like I said, I really appreciate you guys and opening up your platform and letting me bring the relationship show. Let me bring the, um... No, it's not about letting you, bro. It's just like, we want this thing to be big, bro.
Starting point is 01:35:28 be big, bro. And you're the type of motherfucker who know exactly what you're doing. It's not about, you know, us putting you on. And you're so much shit you're going put us on. This is a partnership, Jackie. Damn, Carlos, I didn't, the way you put, see, I like what you're talking about with
Starting point is 01:35:43 this right here, man. No, listen, listen. This makes sense to me. Hey, Lou, come here. Listen, Jack, we want to bring you to this family. You're an earner. Okay? You know what you're capable of. I'm seeing you, boy.
Starting point is 01:36:00 Now listen, we're going to cut you in. But you're going to work your way in. It's not going to be easy. I know how that worked. Exactly. Exactly. Yeah, I'm cool on that. Just give me the ball.
Starting point is 01:36:16 Well, listen, it's not about giving you the ball, kid. What is it about? You got to play the fucking outfield first. I'm an angel in the outfit. Remember that movie, that shit with Dover Foot, right? There ain't no fucking movie, kid. Okay. Shit, it's fucking hell out here.
Starting point is 01:36:32 You're Jack. You don't look like you're going to ever get old. Listen, that guy right there, listen. He is never going to be old. He's as old as he's ever going to be. How old do you think he is? That's a good question. That's a good fucking question.
Starting point is 01:36:49 One thing you don't do. You look exactly the same as you left when I first met you, man. Yeah. But if I was just to, I wouldn't put my eye on it. If I was the guess. No guess. Don't do shit like that. That's negativity in witchcraft, right?
Starting point is 01:37:04 Yeah. Okay, I'm sorry about that. When you do shit like that on the internet, man, people start getting weird, man. Don't trust me, man, I do this. No, no, no. After you had just called me out on it and you were like, I see why that wouldn't be
Starting point is 01:37:19 the right thing to do to another man. It's the guest's age. I ask him when their birthday is. Yeah, what you're going to do, baking with cake? Yeah, one of the same. Why are you going to the fuck? When your birthday? It don't matter when his birthday in right.
Starting point is 01:37:33 This is a question that you shouldn't know when his birthday. You're supposed to find out this a nigga's birthday. Why are they your birthday? What the fuck? Yeah, exactly. Capricorn. Nick, what are you doing? Like, niggas shouldn't have shit in common, nigga. I never say that.
Starting point is 01:37:51 That's not what you say. When you're asking niggins when they birthday, what type of shit is that, Jack? Or did you eat? Yeah, don't. Why are you worried about another nigger well-being? Right. The less you know about a nigger, the better. One hundred percent. So with that being said, we never ran trains before. Who the fuck is we, Jack? Who is we? Me and you don't like the same kind of chicks?
Starting point is 01:38:16 That's one... That's why we've been friends for so long. I don't hang around niggas that's interested in the type of women I'm interested in. We ain't gonna get along. What kind of women you think I'm interested in? Niggia, I seen the women you be with. You ain't never got to worry about me. Hold on, hold on you, you're trying to, is you shitting on my girls?
Starting point is 01:38:35 No, I ain't shitting on your girls. I'm just saying you ain't never got to worry about me. That's not what I'm saying. You ain't never saw me with nobody. You were like. Nobody. If she liked you, I don't like her. I like where you're going with this.
Starting point is 01:38:50 Oh, hell no. You fuck Jack, I don't want you. Like she got cooties? She, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I thought that was just on some brokho shit that you were trying to say.
Starting point is 01:39:02 No. Jake. Just like if you try to fuck one of my holes, she should be offended. 100%. I like what you're doing now. And I 100% agree. It's too many women in the world for us to be liking each other. No, I'm just saying.
Starting point is 01:39:16 She's going to be like, Jack, why don't you get the fuck? 100%. But if I ever did that because I'd never got a really good look at her, and I'm like, oh, that's the same. Girl, you were with it. You couldn't. I don't think you could do it. And I wouldn't do it.
Starting point is 01:39:31 You couldn't. Oh, Tomah, you don't think I can fuck none of your own? No. Not at all. Oh, my. Really? Let me get a warning. You hear this?
Starting point is 01:39:44 Yes. Yes, I hear what he said. Do you believe him? Hell yeah. The nerve. Yeah. Come on water, too. Let me borrow one.
Starting point is 01:39:53 I mean, it's, it's... That's kind of crazy. Jack, you said you said the same. It's a requirement. You set yourself off a failure that's a requirement. Hold on, tell my. Clay, you feel the same way. You think I can't fuck none of your hoe.
Starting point is 01:40:04 Huh? Say what? Hold on, now. Hold on, let's go back for a minute, because I think y'all must have forgot Roy Jones' voice. We have. No, no, no. It's not that we forgot.
Starting point is 01:40:17 We never knew that. We never knew that. We never knew that. You see me what? With a lot of, um, monotype-esque. Ask, Instagram. I've seen you with a few dope boy dams.
Starting point is 01:40:34 See you with a few dolements. They was fine in the hood. He ain't seen you with no international stunters now. Nothing you could take across state lines. And we all have done bad. Right. We all have done good. But just at the, you know, in the beginning of the morning,
Starting point is 01:40:54 because a lot of people say at the end of the day, In the beginning of the morning, I still don't believe you could hit none of my holes, not even none of my old holes. Not even none of your old hole. Like a hose. It's like a requirement. The hoe of Christmas pass, I couldn't do that.
Starting point is 01:41:09 The hoiest of holes I've ever had. The hoest of hoes. The ho-ho, ho, miracle on 31st Street. Right. Them type of, you don't believe. I don't. The world too big, Jack. So we count a hole?
Starting point is 01:41:21 No, I'm just saying. We count a hole. The type of holes that, like, me, would not. I don't like him. That's how you feel. Yeah. But see, listen. You're saying there's no overlap.
Starting point is 01:41:31 Uh-uh. It would never have. Ain't never no overlap. The matrix was split open. There would be a chair in this dimension. The moment jacking one of my holes is going to be a 30-minute window where you can cross it to the other dimension. You can go into the other world. It's a point.
Starting point is 01:41:53 I'm not handed now. Oh, man. Man, listen. Rick Carlos, I, I appreciate it. If it make you feel any better? No, no, no, I don't feel any better. I couldn't get none of yours. I couldn't.
Starting point is 01:42:15 I appreciate it. Right. I wouldn't let myself do that. I wouldn't do that. I'm in a relationship right now So I don't even One You safe
Starting point is 01:42:30 Don't put that young lady Out there like that No no I don't know the next She fucking with Ain't gonna want to know She was fucking with you I
Starting point is 01:42:38 You know she's leaving She's not going anywhere You know why I'll tell you why She's not going anywhere You're gonna leave 10 No I'm not
Starting point is 01:42:53 I found a woman that takes me horseback rider and pays for it. I found a woman that, uh... Where you find that? I found her. Where you find that? I found... Where are you finding it? I find...
Starting point is 01:43:14 But where are you finding it? I ask God. Where you find her, bro? I ask God. Ladies and where did you find your girlfriend, Jack? Okay. Okay, the first time I met her. No, where did you find her?
Starting point is 01:43:31 On TV. But the first time I met her. Okay. Who was on TV? You or her? She was. Okay. Yeah, so she didn't know how I was looking at her on there.
Starting point is 01:43:41 Okay. But listen, the first time I met her in real life when I was here, when I moved here for the situation, for the partnership. Have y'all went public? Yeah. No, I don't think this is God. Stop telling the story then, Dad. Because you're fucking around and be like, bad. No, you're going to find out.
Starting point is 01:44:00 You're going to find out. Okay, Jay. Yeah, the public is not a problem. Oh, okay. That's not, it ain't a problem. Well, let's just let's hand at it in there. No, no, no, all I'm doing, what I'm going to say is. The reason why this shit is going to work this time, because I'm going to do something I never did, dude.
Starting point is 01:44:13 And I didn't do this name about being fun and no shit like that. Okay. To cut the music. Let's be serious. We're trying to get help. We're going to get therapy. We're going to get couples therapy. You're gonna do it?
Starting point is 01:44:23 We're gonna do it. We gonna find out... How long you been with her? I need. Shit, about a month. And y'all already in therapy. We've been to get in some therapy. We're cool with it.
Starting point is 01:44:34 We didn't talk about. We know all our triggers and shit like that. Because you know, I'm an interviewer, so I put everything out on the table off the real. You know what I'm saying? And vice versa. I don't. I ain't putting shit on the table.
Starting point is 01:44:43 But Carlos, you don't want to be in love. You don't know my life, Jack. The fuck I look like showing up every time putting this same shit on the table. Don't nobody give a fucking. fuck about that shit. Dan, you didn't gave up on it.
Starting point is 01:44:54 No, they gave up. I never thought I'd see the motherfucking day. Gave up on... When Carlos shit. Gave up on shit. You just,
Starting point is 01:45:03 you gotta stop doing that shit. You're the grinch that stole love. You know what I? I think the biggest mistake people make is getting to know a motherfucker. How long the therapy took?
Starting point is 01:45:12 Therapy is, you know, how long that you want it, how long it takes. It's called work doing the work. You got to do the work, man. I think that people fall out of love because they exhaust
Starting point is 01:45:20 the idea of, being in love. I think people fall out of love because they can't keep up the front no more. That's not true. You can love somebody but then if you don't like them
Starting point is 01:45:31 then that's going to be a problem so now you have to figure out what you don't like about them and y'all work on that if you really want to be together. Well, if you love a motherfucker you don't got to like them no more. That's not true.
Starting point is 01:45:40 They didn't cross over already. Yeah, but then if you want to be with them cohesively and you want a positive environment. No, that's the see, that's the thing about it. Ain't no positive environment. It's just, that's up to the two motherfuckers in the relationship.
Starting point is 01:45:56 You ain't seen two crack heads break up for nothing. Somebody get the remote. The chicken is ready. Come on, man. Get that. You know why two crackheads ain't, um, broke up? Because they agree on one thing. And that's crack.
Starting point is 01:46:10 And so most of the time that they're inside, they're in love, they're out of their minds. No, they look at, they're in a certain level of, euphoria. You don't know that. It's in a certain level. But you can create your, you know, small. Crack might intensify love. I watch Snowfall. They might hit the crack and be like,
Starting point is 01:46:26 you know what? I love you, too. And then smoke crack all night to the... Crack and make everything easier. It might. But then love ain't easy. Come on. This shit works.
Starting point is 01:46:36 Come on. How are you? I'm related to some crack people. You crack. I'm a crack descendant. I'm a crack descendant. I'm a crack descendant. You are descended of the crackers.
Starting point is 01:46:49 My mama smoked my eye. But shut up. You get too serious, and then you'd be stupid. Now, what I'm trying to say is, I know what this shit looked like. Okay. And I understand addiction. So you've been in love wrong before? Man, three.
Starting point is 01:47:02 Nick, I got married and divorced in the same year. Got more married on God damn Valentine Day, divorced on Halloween, got a trick and a treat. I know, I know love. You can't do it, boy. Yeah. Yeah. I can't make it.
Starting point is 01:47:15 I can't make. That shit will public all that. I want everybody to know that I admit somebody that turned my whole world upside down. That's the first mistake you made. Why? Because when you find somebody that you really fuck what you want to celebrate them,
Starting point is 01:47:27 but then the problem is when you're inside this type of game right here and people know you for a certain type of thing and whatnot, now you can't tell if they really want you or the idea of you. No, see, that's what I'm saying.
Starting point is 01:47:37 When you start thinking people give a fuck about your personal life, that's where you want to be fucked up. Well, then, if I befriends you... No, it's not about you. No, this is what... Carlos, let me ask you this. This is what I'm saying, though.
Starting point is 01:47:49 It's like, Everything ain't for public. No, everything ain't for public. You're 100% right. That's right. And as soon as you make it public, then it's for public consumption. Yeah. And just like you said,
Starting point is 01:48:03 once you celebrate, everybody ain't here to celebrate with you. That's the one thing. You're saying that everybody's not happy for me. Nobody is. That's the thing about it. Think about what social media is, bro. It's just the highlights of everybody's day. Ain't nobody really showing you the shit that's going on
Starting point is 01:48:19 For real? This is the best shit. I do that. You know, I'm telling you. I show you the best and the words. Okay. I'm cool with it. Would you say I did that? I'm saying.
Starting point is 01:48:28 It ain't no secrets about Jack Thriller. I put out the good, the bad, and the ugly and all that. And I'm cool with my demons. I'm cool with my shortcomings and all that. I'm cool with who I am and whatnot. That's fine. But that's what I'm saying. You don't have to show everybody what you cool with.
Starting point is 01:48:46 But hey, but if I show you what I'm cool with, you know what I ain't cool with. All right. Well, when you, when you give them everything and you're going to be empty, then what? That's it. Man, this is a very, very full jug of juice right over here. It's impossible for me to be empty. Okay.
Starting point is 01:49:07 It's a lot to pour from over here. And I protect my energy. I didn't went through some things that it would have killed a lesser man. It would have killed a lesser man. You know what I'm saying? Every time I've ever fell down, I'm the king of getting the fuck back up and handling my business. Comeback.
Starting point is 01:49:25 Yeah, I'm the king of it. I'm the comeback king. See, see, that's the motherfucking thing right now. The trick ain't the goddamn get down there in the first motherfucker player. You give it up the goddamn comeback. If you hold your motherfucking head up, you won't keep pausing all the motherfucking thing. Ain't nobody tell you shit. Like you had just said, it's a lot of people that's going through things
Starting point is 01:49:48 that people don't even know about. It's what they call it now, the new niggas call it, the public figures. But see, that's the thing I was saying, though. Yeah. Mone fuckers ain't supposed to know. At some point. But somebody going through what we don't do. They only know what you show.
Starting point is 01:50:04 But somebody going through what we're going through, and they need our testimony. They need to hear about our journey. They ain't got to show them. Tell them. You ain't got to show at all. So we need to really pretend like everything always idle. No, we don't never need to pretend nothing. But we do got to be more aware.
Starting point is 01:50:19 Well, we got to stop getting on the internet when shit fucked up. Oh, no, no, no. See, I'm just saying what you're saying. And you know, I think me and you, we all are really saying the same thing. Like, you ain't going to see on a Jack Dillard page where I'm putting up all these goddamn inspirational depressing quotes and those shit like that. What I was telling you about when I'm doing interviews, I'll tell you if you ain't see me for a minute, why you didn't see me and this is what was going through.
Starting point is 01:50:47 This is what I had fucked up and did and whatnot. You don't have to do that if you just do the opposite of what I did. And this is what I want you to learn from what I said. And because I already went through that shit. You don't have to do it. You don't have to fuck up the same way I did. And I think I've helped a lot of people through these interviews. I really believe that.
Starting point is 01:51:06 I know you did. Yeah, yeah. Because that's what I'm saying. That's a whole other side. Yeah, so I think we're saying the same thing there. Because let's be honest. If you really just think about it, you really don't know shit personal about it. about my life.
Starting point is 01:51:21 That's the part I'm saying. Yeah, nobody know how many brothers and sisters I got. But this is what I'm saying. You understand what this whole media shit is or this black. These motherfuckers, they don't need
Starting point is 01:51:32 to know that shit. They're just make that part. That's the part they'll make up for you. 100%. And like you said. No, I googled myself. I'm worth $50 million. Oh, you wanted to hear some shit
Starting point is 01:51:42 about that? My uncle Googled me and that celebrity network shit popped up and he's mad as fuck. I go send him. He's talking about, yeah, nigga got $12 million and gave me shit. I was like, what the fuck? What the what you were talking about?
Starting point is 01:51:57 Yeah, I've seen the shit on the internet, nigger. What happened to family? It's all for you, huh? Hey, where did they get these numbers from, man? They just make up shit. Why is they getting these numbers from, bro? I don't have $12 million worth of shit. Come on, man.
Starting point is 01:52:17 But you know what it did for me when I seen them. 50 million. I was like, you know what? I'm gonna make up in my mind right now. I'm gonna make $50 million. You ain't made it yet? No, I didn't. I know I probably didn't pass through, probably three. Let me tell you. I didn't fucked up three in my lifetime and that ain't shit.
Starting point is 01:52:35 At 39 years old. You didn't fucked up about $3 million? In my lifetime. Oh, yeah, we're all probably up there. All us. Yeah, everybody. Who us? I ain't fucked up no $3 million, no. You still got your $3 million. You still got your $3 million. Callow still got his $3 million.
Starting point is 01:52:48 What the fuck I get $3 million? dollars from, Jack? Stop making up shit about it. No, I'm not making it up. I don't never get on that. No, I'm just thinking, I'm wishing the best for you. I'm pretty sure that you have three million dollars. Yeah, that's what I was saying.
Starting point is 01:52:58 Why would you say that? Did you just look like a $3 million nigger? With this shit on? Most definitely, man. Hey, don't the nigger look like $3 million? That's all? I'm offended. Hey, ask them real quick, good.
Starting point is 01:53:13 Do you look like $3 million? No, I'm straight, man. No, I'm good. I'm good. I ain't got no money. I can dig. I can dig. I see where you're going with that.
Starting point is 01:53:23 But yeah, I'm all about, you know, what they call that shit in the morning when you get inside the mirror and say positive things? Self-reflection. Affirmations. But you say it in the mirror. I thought you meant. Yeah, you talk to yourself and you tell yourself how dope you are. You are dope. You dope like cook crack.
Starting point is 01:53:43 Come on, now. Dope it in a trunk full of crack. Yeah, you are. Come on now. I feel and I do that every day and, you know, I listen to it, I read a lot of books. Yeah. One of the book that I'm reading right now, Manifestin, that shit is amazing. Speaking of Manifestin, tell me about the shows that you've been working on.
Starting point is 01:54:02 Oh, right now, this show is a story of myself, Music Soul Child, and Carl Payne. Come on, what's it called? It's called Matinee. That's dope. Yeah, it's the concept. The concept is, it's a Siskel and Ebert style show between. all three of us. Now we come from, you know what I'm saying, very different reputable parts of the entertainment field like music Soul Child is a multi-platinum artists.
Starting point is 01:54:27 Right. Carl Payne, he's a legendary actor, comedian, and what not. You. And then it's Jack Thriller, man, or Media Maven. Media Moven. Maven. I'm a media maven. I thought it was too. I looked it up. It's like ambidextrious. It's you're saying It can be both It gets the people going It's provocative
Starting point is 01:54:51 Come on man It's super sonic Yeah It's some shit that's dope I'm looking forward to it Yeah it's big I knew Yeah and so you know
Starting point is 01:55:00 On this show We're gonna be like You know what I'm saying Reviewing movies Movies before you see them We're gonna be reviewing Anime before you see them Because Music
Starting point is 01:55:09 Soul Child is a big anime buff He's a big movie buff And he's also a big video game buff A lot of people don't know that. All they know is the guy that sings the ballets. Same thing with Carl Payne, man. He's very scientific and technical when it comes to breaking down projects and whatnot.
Starting point is 01:55:27 And it's me. I'm driving the ship. Right. I'm driving the ship and I'm steering the show. You know what I'm saying? Going back before because it's what I specialize in is keeping that shit going. Yeah. You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 01:55:37 It's moving that thing all the way on now. And it's basically three the hard way. And like I said, it's matinee. It's movies, anime. in television and arcade. That's what the other A stand for. I'm really excited about that. Like I said, it's the relationship show.
Starting point is 01:55:52 Also... Oh, do you think about me? Yes. Yeah, 100%. Really excited about that in the climate. Yeah, you can share some of your real perspectives on love and, like... 100%. Yeah.

It's called Side Chick Holiday. Mine called Don't Nobody Want You. Don't nobody want you. Very, that's fuck, well.
Starting point is 01:56:18 That's what you're going to call to shit. And you're a demotivational speaker. Right. That's motivating. Turn that smile upside down. What the fuck, man. The nigger wasn't in that one. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 01:56:35 Do not call this nigger when you're about the goddamn kill yourself. No, man. And well, now, you're going to like, hey, so what you're going to do with that PlayStation?
