Starting point is 00:00:00 This is an IHeart podcast. Join IHeart Radio and Sarah Spain in celebrating the one-year anniversary of IHart Women's Sports. With powerful interviews and insider analysis, our shows have connected fans with the heart of women's sports. In just one year, the network has launched 15 shows and built a community united by passion. Podcasts that amplify the voices of women in sports.
Starting point is 00:00:25 Thank you for supporting IHeart women's sports and our founding sponsors, Elf Beauty, Capital One, and Novartis. Just open the free IHeart app and search IHeard women's sports to listen now. I knew I wanted to obey and submit, but I didn't fully grasp
Starting point is 00:00:41 for the rest of my life what that meant. For My Heart Podcasts and Rococo Punch, this is The Turning, River Road. In the woods of Minnesota, a cult leader married himself to 10 girls and forced them into a secret life of abuse. But in 2014, the youngest escaped. Listen to The Turning River Road on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
Starting point is 00:01:06 Welcome to Pretty Private with Ebeney, the podcast where silence is broken and stories are set free. I'm Ebeney, and every Tuesday I'll be sharing all new anonymous stories that would challenge your perceptions and give you new insight on the people around you. Every Tuesday, make sure you listen to Pretty Private from the Black Effect Podcast Network, Tune in on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcast, or wherever you listen to your favorite shows. Adventure should never come with a pause button. Remember Movie Pass? All the movies you wanted for just nine bucks?
Starting point is 00:01:41 I'm Bridget Todd, host of There Are No Girls on the Internet. And this season, I'm digging into the tech stories we weren't told. Starting with Stacey Spikes, the black founder of Movie Pass, who got pushed out of the company he built. Everybody's trying to knock you down, and it's not going to work, and no one's going to like it. And then boom, it's everywhere. And that was that moment.
Starting point is 00:02:00 Listen if there are no girls on the internet on the IHurt Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast. Do you remember Vine? It changed the internet forever. And it vanished in its prime. I'm Benedict Townsend, and this is Vine, six seconds that changed the world. The untold story of genius, betrayal, and the app that died so that TikTok could thrive. From overnight stars to the fall that no one saw coming, we're breaking down what made Vine iconic.
Starting point is 00:02:29 Listen to Vine on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you listen to podcasts. There's two things that a black man going to wear to let you know he's bullshit. What? Leather and a purple suit. You ever see a nigga with a purple suit on? He mean, bitch. That nigga in his bang.
Starting point is 00:02:56 He on top of his guy. You said leather and a suit? What if it's a leather suit? A leather suit, I saw a leather. When a nigger wear a leather suit. I mean, that's like going in Super Sand mode. That's every, that's Eddie Murphy's special. That's Goku on green, ain't.
Starting point is 00:03:10 That's Eddie Murphy. That's Martin Lawrence. That's Eddie Murphy. It wore a perfect. Was it purple? No, remember on where he was black. He had a jersey. He had brown, he had brown.
Starting point is 00:03:20 Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, he had the back shit. When a nigga put that leather on, he's not bullshit. I feel. You remember when Jaheim went to that funeral and the nigga had that purple suit on? And that nigga took the picture and he was looking at it. It was like heaven. That's how you know. When the nigger put that purple suit on, he's not playing.
Starting point is 00:03:39 You remember Steve Harb had that purple suit on? Yeah. He did? Did the nigger from the Matrix, Morpheus? Then he had on the black leather with the purple? That is a fuck. Hell no. Yeah, he had the purple.
Starting point is 00:03:52 Didn't Bernie Mac had it on in Dollar Bill? No, that was green. I have a green. I like to read, but I love counting. He still ran it up. Black man put on a purple suit. You can Google this. It's all facts.
Starting point is 00:04:03 That's a fact. That's a fact. That's a fact. I ain't right about that. Carlos. Yeah. Did you wear a purple suit before? Lavender.
Starting point is 00:04:13 Lavender. A shade of purple. That nigga knew he knew the trick. I got to be shade. I thought the nigg was going to throw lilac out there. It was lilac, baby. Get your palate correct. We got the color wheel
Starting point is 00:04:28 Ya been back in Africa Yeah we were there in December And then we went back in April I don't y'all be staying Because you can't go to Africa for a couple days At least a week At least a week December we was there for like
Starting point is 00:04:40 11 days For a minute Where are y'all here? We went to Ghana twice this year Okay We're gonna go back So y'all stayed in Ghana a week Yeah
Starting point is 00:04:48 So you would say Would you say give each country a week If you go? Yeah we're in Plymouth, man We've been there We've been to three countries in Africa, Ghana, Nigeria, and Egypt. We got to go to South Africa. Man, can you please give me an African?
Starting point is 00:05:01 Oh, you haven't been to? You haven't been there? No, niggas. Oh, we got, you shut up a show for you guys out there. What country do you want to go? I want to go to whatever country that made me a song. Mike Blacks and then people are like, welcome these young black. They I'm coming.
Starting point is 00:05:20 I'm pushing up. He from Ghana? Who me? Michael Blackson. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I think so. I'm from Nigeria. What? All of us here, N.A?
Starting point is 00:05:30 Oh, don't invite me. I'm not. I'm from Mississippi. I'm not. You're from Nigeria. Fuck, I'm not. I'm from Mississippi. You're from Mississippi, who's from Nigeria?
Starting point is 00:05:42 That's why you're so goddamn mean. I ain't mean. They just got me fucked up. Why? It's not even that I'm mean. Oh, no. They think I get me fuck. The opposite is, I really.
Starting point is 00:05:54 really don't. This is me not giving a fuck. If I care, it'd be totally different. Mm-hmm. You see what I'm saying? So they actually got me pegged wrong. When you're like, that's why you're so mean. That's the right, that's the right language, but that's the wrong word. Right. I'm not even mean. I'm just the most, like, once you get to the level of, I don't give a fuck, then I'm at, it's like you turn, like, platinum or something. No turning back. No turning back. How long it takes you to get to that, the level? 41.
Starting point is 00:06:29 I've been like this and some, maybe. 13 months old. Bullshit. That was 13 months. You was one? I was 13 months. Oh, okay. It's a liberating feeling.
Starting point is 00:06:45 That's why I told him, I'd be like, me. I feel like I don't really care. You still do, though. I've been seeing you. You all, you getting there. You're getting that. But you still be giving a fuck, bro. You still be going to lot of niggas to accept your message.
Starting point is 00:06:59 What is the real? You still think that it's hope. What are the signs of a nigga who doesn't give a fuck? What's the telltale sign? Hey, man. The telltale sign of a nigga who don't give a fuck is a nigger who don't even talk unless you ask. Remember that.
Starting point is 00:07:19 Next time you're around some chaos, find a nigger who don't give a fuck. He's going to stand out. He's going to stand out the most. Like when some shit go down, he ain't going to offer no assistance. He's not even moved by the chaos. That's the nigga that's going to continue
Starting point is 00:07:36 to go about his business. You know the nigginess who would, like, be walking to work and then just walk over a body, he don't know if they sleep or dead. That's the definition. The nigg got on purple suit. Exactly. That nigga, the Joker.
Starting point is 00:07:51 This nigger walking over dead by him. It was his I wonder who did it Mr. Adam, give a fuck. Yeah, man. It's happiness over there. Inside that world. You can't be out here
Starting point is 00:08:08 giving a fuck about everything. That's a fact. I think you can't give a fuck about what people say about you. Just put it later. No, you can. You definitely can do that. You can give a fuck
Starting point is 00:08:18 because people can have you fucked up. Now, if it's up to you if you want to leave it fucked up, but you definitely should intervene on your own behalf when people got your fucked up. Two degree. Who don't give a fuck?
Starting point is 00:08:29 Does he attract more people who don't give a fuck? Or you just got to recognize it when it's... He don't give a fuck if he's gonna be a fuck. Right. He just don't give a fuck. He don't even give a fuck.
Starting point is 00:08:38 But you not give him a fuck can be sabotaged. Self-sabotize it because you need to learn to act like you give a fuck even when you don't give a fuck. Right. Sometimes.
Starting point is 00:08:51 Sometimes. Sometimes. You ain't got to tell somebody you don't give a fuck. But in the game of life, that's all this. You can not give a fuck on the inside. That's the level that I'm talking about. You don't have to project you, I don't give a fuck. That's how I feel.
Starting point is 00:09:06 That's how I feel, though. That's really how I feel. But that's how life is. The majority of the shit that's going on, you really don't give a fuck. Every time we come, he have a revelation. Oh, so you just don't give a fuck. That's how I got highlights. This nigga life changes dramatically.
Starting point is 00:09:20 dramatically every time every year. You know, when you become desensitized, it helps you. Yeah. Helps you. You got to separate compartmental lives. I thought we was going to do a podcast, but this ain't turning to nothing but black man therapy. That's a fact. It's not having sympathy.
Starting point is 00:09:39 I can have infinite and not give a fuck. That's a fact. Because I can feel for you. I don't have to feel just like you. Get out for me. There you go. You see this? That's no key the worst person.
Starting point is 00:09:52 A motherfucker that you tell them the fucked up shit and they try to get sadder than you? You on a sadder store? Man, what do we do? We're dragging each other down. Well, you know some shit. Hey, man, this is me. It's my turn.
Starting point is 00:10:10 This is what happened to me. You give me one. Like, I'm not telling you this for you to tell me some shit. You got some shit. I don't know, I tell you to sit around. I hope somebody tell me some sad shit so I can tell them some sad shit. Oh, I got some shit for your ass.
Starting point is 00:10:28 Let me tell you. What happened? I thought you never asked you. How you feeling? Nobody has had shit. I'm aging. I thought she never asked. Need a hug.
Starting point is 00:10:38 That motherfucker need a hug, man. I stop asking people how they doing. Yeah, don't ask them how you doing. Because if I'm fucking fucking around and take you some real shit and he ain't you stuck. How you doing? Man, it ain't doing so good. I fucked up your whole day.
Starting point is 00:10:52 And the bitch tried to kill me. Soon you hit it. Man, you ain't gonna believe. I ain't. I'm not. I don't want to. I'm not in the realm of believing right now. None believer.
Starting point is 00:11:03 Like, how are you doing? Like, man, you wouldn't. Once they hit you with that, it's like, yo, I gotta like. Don't ask a nigga, you straight. Don't insinuate you okay. You just got to just tell that nigga. You could? Hey man, I ain't fool.
Starting point is 00:11:17 Like you're having a good day. Right. Tell them how they feel it. Tell them how you feel it. All right, my boy, stay happy, boy. Woo! The life is the treat you good. You look happy to motherfucker my name.
Starting point is 00:11:27 Well, you're happy at hell. Hey, man, what you doing? Keep doing it. You're looking well. You're looking good? You're looking better than you have to. Well, you're looking better than when I can't. Maybe you got to trick people into doing better than they ask them.
Starting point is 00:11:40 That's like when you ask somebody that, you good? What if they're not good? You already told them that you good. So I never heard nobody say, No, I'm not good. Yes, they've been. You heard some I said that? Oh, man.
Starting point is 00:11:52 He hurt that for? Oh, man. So you good? They got a whole act now. I ain't never heard. I'm good. Shit. I never heard.
Starting point is 00:12:00 Man, you ain't going to believe this shit, man. Nah, bro. I could be doing better. They didn't put a boot on my car. The bitchon came bust out the window. You like, my. But this is your problem, though. Remember, they got your name on.
Starting point is 00:12:13 And you don't want my problem. Because you don't know what the fuck I got going on. But that's the thing, though. We don't never feel like telling our problems is going to justify what we still got to deal with it. So me telling you what I got to deal with, it's not going to make me feel, man. No, that's a feeling.
Starting point is 00:12:28 Because I got to deal out. You still got to, you still got it. That's what I don't give it for. Now, sometimes the motherfucker will actually be looking for insight. Some motherfuckers are you like, yeah, but then it gets into a point. Hey, man, what the fuck? I'd be like, right.
Starting point is 00:12:40 I don't know what to tell you. That's what I was just about to say. Don't turn yourself in. Right. Don't do it. If a nigger ever unload this problem for you Let's see a little chock Chinese. I can have it.
Starting point is 00:12:52 The nigger ever, like, unload problems and he don't say when he finished, it is what it is. That means the nigger needs you to help them. That's a fact. When the nigger say it is what it is, that means he already doesn't accept this. No, be careful when the niggins say,
Starting point is 00:13:05 but I ain't need shit because a nigger don't need to fuck with me no way. You in that. You in that? You in it? Hey, let me make this clip. You talking him to you? Are you talking to you?
Starting point is 00:13:15 about me. And a niggie don't even be fucked with me like that. I'm not some of those niggas at my life. I want to make sure we good. Not you, not you, bro. I know what you're dealing with. I know you're going to be fucked with me like that.
Starting point is 00:13:31 I know you good. Oh, my goodness. You're good? I hate it. I see you doing good, though. Don't fuck with your boy no more. Sometimes you just got to tell a nigga a bad story, too. Just let a nigga know.
Starting point is 00:13:44 Just let a nigga know. Your story ain't talking about nothing, but a nigger still try and make it seem like his story worse than your. Damn. Yeah, it don't matter. Yeah, you're going through what I'm going through, though. Right. That shit crain. That's fucked up, bro.
Starting point is 00:13:56 If you can loan me some money, that'd be great. That's every, but see, but that's the point. That'd be the next line. That's everybody, they think that that's the solution. That's why we got to teach financial literacy. Yeah, yeah, yeah. You guys know about financial literacy. People who not financially literate.
Starting point is 00:14:15 don't know that money don't solve it. It buys you freedom until the next problem. That's a fact. It's trying to convince the person who doesn't have it that it's not the solution. But in that moment, you don't if you need to pay your rent,
Starting point is 00:14:31 it's like, yo, I need it. It's the solution in that moment. But some people make bad decisions. Until next week. I'm going to need you again. That's what I'm saying. A lot of people don't understand that they don't have the opportunity to get off their feet and get on it but they keep making bad decisions. And I'm like, if you ran through 30,000 in two months,
Starting point is 00:14:50 your mindset ain't saying that I'm capable of making 30,000. No, no. You just like, I got bills. They come and left and right. Nigger, do that tell you that the bills won't stop? But you're capable of making 30,000. They was trying not to give a fuck. Right.
Starting point is 00:15:06 Even when it came to their bills. No, you better give a fuck about that. If you want that shit. If you want to stay in that shit, you hear me. You better. You said you better, hey, man, you know I don't give a fuck. Hey, well, you got to get out. Water cold, lights out.
Starting point is 00:15:24 Locks changed. Come on, man. You got to get out. Now, the number one thing you got to have to completely not give a fuck. You have to be stable. You can't not give a fuck if you want to stay. You can. You can.
Starting point is 00:15:37 But that's a whole different night. Yeah, a whole different channel. Niggins don't even can. I ain't even eat. I don't give a fuck. You're like, what? I'm trying to expose y'all to the healthest side of not giving a fuck. You definitely could not kill fucking half.
Starting point is 00:15:50 You got people that give up on their self not giving them fuck. If you think about it, it's historically it's been some niggas who didn't give a fuck. You know how the worst night in the hood, tragedy that instructed and struck, everybody came outside. It was one nigga that didn't even wake up. He didn't even want to go. Ain't them need crazy. Went back to sleep on them nigger. But you know what's crazy?
Starting point is 00:16:11 Didn't give a fuck. It's like Kanye said when you try home. That's when you die hard. The people that really don't give a fuck, they don't, nothing really, they never really lose like that. That's what I'm true. Because this Athena,
Starting point is 00:16:22 because this is the thing, though. Even if you're down on your luck and you don't give, like, you're going to figure this shit out. And they've always figured this shit out somehow. We're not giving the fuck. The motherfucker that's up trying to do the, it's like, damn, bro.
Starting point is 00:16:32 Like, give them fuck too much. Give a fuck. But see, us not giving the fuck is the emotion that we, we kind of like, use a lot. So it's like, us not giving the fuck. We're not giving the fuck about the wrist. other people that act like they don't give a fuck
Starting point is 00:16:45 but they give a fuck about the risk and they're not being risky enough they just making bad decisions we don't make poor decisions people if we know we need a 50 ball or a 20 ball to do this we're not gonna spend a 20 ball and do this this motherfucker fact he needs bills
Starting point is 00:17:03 and he got it he fin to go gamble fuck it roll it roll it down that was not a great decision no that's an ignorant motherfucker Right. You're up a 20 ball. You tried to gamble 5,000. Now you're down in 11 racks.
Starting point is 00:17:17 Now you're at an level of I don't give a fuck. Now you don't even give a fuck about the lemurats. So you're just going to do whatever with the lemurracks to make yourself feel better. Not giving the fuck about the other money that you lost nothing on. You don't put yourself in a deeper hole. All right. How many times have you seen people fuck up the help? Oh, that's every day, B.
Starting point is 00:17:35 This was your help. That little help that you asked me for. Now you in the game I fronted you a whole ounce You on your feet You in there Whole ounce You know, niggum
Starting point is 00:17:49 I'm just saying metaphorically I'm about to say You know goddamn well They dream to be the man Here you go, you're the man He's like, I don't know what to do with that Oh, Lord But what I'm saying
Starting point is 00:17:59 The day you fronted That's the day he's starting Smartin this shit You were going to be the man I just did it to celebrate Why? You ain't did shit yet We smoke an ounces.
Starting point is 00:18:09 Right. We smoke a house is by the day. No. You started smoking, my niggins. You went, you know, you became an addict. That quick. Yeah, I felt like I got on. Nick, about a purple suit.
Starting point is 00:18:21 It's not to smoke. The thing you did. Fuck it. Don't give a house. Fuck it. Be sharing the weed. We on my butt. Roll that up.
Starting point is 00:18:32 Roll that up. We on my butt. Yeah, keep rolling this. Roll that up. They ain't said, nothing. Biggie ain't said nothing for nothing all day, but roll that up. It's terrible.
Starting point is 00:18:42 You're going back to square zero. I didn't seem to fuck the help up. The help they ask for. This is what they said. I'm talking about everything was flawless. Your begging came through. You got me. Your begging came through.
Starting point is 00:18:54 Your begging game was crazy. You're talking about solidify. Oh, yeah. You made me feel. Your credit good with me. With me? You had for four thousand. Right.
Starting point is 00:19:04 I gave you extra. And you didn't gave me the whole breakdown. The whole breakdown. Right, right. I'm going to do this, this with this, I'm going to have this. All right, what's the limit that somebody can ask you for? It's not a such a thing what you can ask me for. And it's not a such thing as a limit.
Starting point is 00:19:22 It goes back to the principle of what he just said. It's a price, man. It's not a price on success, on how your success start. It's never a certain price. Because my price, I ain't had no price. It wants to know. nigga it was a me paying attention to my partner
Starting point is 00:19:40 what God was talking through my partner to me and a phone free I'm talking about the dude who's like yeah I'm fucked up right now I ain't no such I was fucked up when that nigga told me to do vines I want to say a cocaine
Starting point is 00:19:52 I need a 20 boy You gotta understand somebody telling me be funny on the internet and I'm trying to rob a nigga for some cocaine bro my mental state was like bro get that fucking phone out of my face
Starting point is 00:20:05 bro. He's like, bro, no, bro, you need to do this right quick. And I'm telling you'll go crazy. I just ain't had nothing else to do. See, people don't want the, what'd you call it, dog? If they ask for shit, they want the help, but they just want the financial shit, and they really want you to shut the fuck up. If I'm giving you this money,
Starting point is 00:20:24 you're going to have to take this goddamn talking to, because obviously you fucked up and you're not doing it. You got to be talking to me like that. Well, nigga, you don't talk to you like that. Facts. Talk your talk. If you talk to you like this,
Starting point is 00:20:37 maybe you would have what you asking me for right now. Talk your talk. Would you even want to give them advice? Because I feel like if you... Hell yeah, it's a life lesson. Nigger, this shit don't come from me. If I give you brand, I'm investing in you.
Starting point is 00:20:48 Because I want to see you up. I'm not expecting to get it back, but I want you to be up because I want the motherfuckers that fuck with me to be up. So if this is going to keep you in the game to where you're going to be, it's going to be better if I know people
Starting point is 00:21:00 that's in stable positions than just me being in a stable position. and having to keep break niggas off. And life don't work like that for real in real life. Like, nigga, I come from the hood and we're always looking for a nigga to front us and do that. Okay, that's cool.
Starting point is 00:21:16 You're always looking for that. But what about a nigga that actually do that and say, bro, I don't even want no money back. Like how you said, look, bro, get on your feet. You fuck a nigga up because mentally, that don't really happen unless you were born in a family of niggas who've been doing this shit. But you ain't going to get your money back anyway.
Starting point is 00:21:31 You know that. No, it's the principle. Because if we work, that's that like, for example, right? Yeah. He's the weed man, right? I come by ounces from him. He see me hustling. He started fronting me.
Starting point is 00:21:45 I don't know him from a can of paint. He started fronting me a pound. I feel like I'm working for something because I feel like I don't find somebody who believe in my hustle. It's all the mentality. He need me like I need him. But if he wasn't just out of the blue before I worked for that and we're like, little bro, huh, shoddy.
Starting point is 00:22:02 Give me the whole pound right then and then I would just have with an ounce. Nigger ain't prepared for that. You're gonna fuck it up. But we so steady wanting to be that nigga if it happens so fast, you're not ready for real. You never read it
Starting point is 00:22:16 for real. That's what need to happen though. Everybody need to have enough to fuck it up one time. A lot of people don't never get to the phone where they have enough to fuck it up one good time. You can't fuck it up. We ain't in position to fuck it up. That's what I'd be saying. That's true. We're not in the position
Starting point is 00:22:30 to be fucking it up. What's the number though? I was saying it ain't no normal you need to get on your feet that people just can't never ask me again in my life like I ain't never I don't go fuck how much I love you I'm not ever helping nobody move again my life oh yeah that's good I would not do that I help you get a mover I'm not doing that you need physically helping them move yeah like like no yeah yeah at this point I did this shit three times I said what am I'm I mean in my life yeah done with that me too I'm not picking a head Yeah, that shit be heavy. Yeah, I'm leaving everything. I'm not doing nothing.
Starting point is 00:23:07 You know how women and motherfuckers try to help you? Like, we got to pack this shit up. I'd be like, no. Are we talking about moving? We move it? We're moving. Rock that shit up, baby. Y'all talking about moving, moving.
Starting point is 00:23:18 You're not moving to move for me. Like, I'm not putting nothing to get. I mean, that's been my thing since day one. I did that. I'm not going to do nothing that I could pay somebody else to do. Right. At the end of the day, I'm not an expert. And the time that it's costing me to do that.

Starting point is 00:39:33 Damon, John, but we got a bunch of initiatives. We giving away $100,000. I'm coming. You're coming. You're just giving away a shit. Pitch competition. You got to earn it. How you would?
Starting point is 00:39:42 Throw the ball out of the mound, Paul. Put the ball off the mouth. Did it. Pitching competition? You did say pitch. I'm a baseball player. Yeah, we got a pitcher cup of dishes. Throw the ball off the mouth, that's hard.
Starting point is 00:39:56 We just got a pitch for business that did. Yeah, yeah. Shark Tank. It's like, yeah, Shark Tank. So things Shark Tank, it's going to happen live. And the person that selected is going to get $100,000. That's the picture competition. Yeah, yeah. So we did that.
Starting point is 00:40:12 Pitching business. Not the baseball. I did that. It's the Nifty Hustle, $100,000 grand. That's dope. Yeah, so we connected with his family. His brother will be there, Sam will be there, JP, the marathon team will be there. So we're doing it in his honor to help simulate an entrepreneur. Are we really sitting in the middle of a fucking hurricane?
Starting point is 00:40:32 But I ain't heard no Amber Alert, no name. I didn't tell a little shit. That's okay about this, George. What the hell is going on? Nobody told that name. You know, how? We're glad that I know it's all, man. This is a commercial for Twister.
Starting point is 00:40:45 This is especially sponsored by it. I'm glad I ran on your show. I'm glad I roofed it. Is this the first time y'all giving away a hundred wreck? Yeah. I knew it. It's about 10. So it's like start taking away a hundred rack to a business.
Starting point is 00:40:58 Somebody to pitch something. But does it have got to be a product or a service? Any type of business. Okay. I'm going to say, seek a secret code, secret cheat code to the people that's listening that's going to be coming trying to pitch a business. No, they ain't good. What kind of business is like, would have y'all like. Ah, like, awesome.
Starting point is 00:41:17 Pete Hartnerberg, like, ah. I feel like, any business, it could be good if the owner is, is enthusiastic, you know they're talking about, but you really want to look for businesses that could change the world. Technology companies, healthcare companies, shit like that. Like, I feel like there's going to be a lot of clothes companies, and that, that could win too. If they really ornate, they, you know, piece and cues. I knew you was going to sneak their fashion in there. I think I always try to get back to the fashion, bro.
Starting point is 00:41:47 That's important. You got some dope. pieces. Long as you got dope pieces. On the website. But you know that saves y'all
Starting point is 00:41:54 a lot of bullshit trying to pick too so a motherfucker coming out. You know what's important? I got a soap company. On top of all those things
Starting point is 00:42:00 the leadership is important. People need to bat. The leader having concise thoughts and be able to deliver the pitch, but also
Starting point is 00:42:07 is a business scalable. Okay. So like, so y'all going to be looking at the numbers. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:42:12 Yeah, man. It's important. Like, like, like, yeah. So they're going to go through a process.
Starting point is 00:42:17 It's a vetting process before they even get to the stage. So there's going to be, obviously there's going to be judges. A couple of people, a couple of businesses are going to be able to come to Invest Fest and pitch on Friday before the event, the actual programming starts on Saturday. Saturday is going to be the four finalists. So out of those four, we'll be on stage and we'll select the business that went. Yeah, a hundred people, a hundred people on the first round, and that gets slimmed down to four
Starting point is 00:42:42 people. God damn, y'all finish it through a hundred? No, no, we got other. Okay, I'm about the judges. Don't do that. But the second round only four, so there's 96 niggins got the fuck off. Yeah. Yeah. Right. Yeah. Ben.
Starting point is 00:42:54 That's all right, though. We're giving away $25,000 right after that to a woman-led business in health and wellness with Lauren London. Fuck your shit. So another initiative, I mean, she's been very passionate about that, specifically looking for women of businesses to help start, you know, get them off the ground. So she's looking for health and wellness. That's something that she's been passionate about over the past five, ten years. So we were able to partner with her to get that done. So, you know, it's the year of impact.
Starting point is 00:43:22 It's the year of giving back. Like you said, it's time, right? It's time. Y'all didn't ran out of shit to buy. Y'all giving back at that point. Yeah, motherfuckers ain't got wealthy over here. We got renter center coming through, so. Bring some couch.
Starting point is 00:43:36 Yeah, why y'all are pushing? That's some fat. Renner center. Let me tell you. This nigga never heard of a furniture. On your couch. But they want I'm trying to tell you, even the ones that, yep, all the furniture store,
Starting point is 00:43:47 when you're going there. I'm the type of nigger that'll tell the company. Man, this shit high and fuck, my boy. Ain't this shit, really I ain't talking about nanny. I don't give a fuck. You see this lie? Man, fuck that goddamn line, man. This couch, $4,000.
Starting point is 00:44:04 Ain't enough seating gonna be seating on it. Man, fuck that $4,000. I know rental center. Got some shit for $16.99. And you couldn't even get it. When I got my couch, I had to wait 11 months. When? like two years ago
Starting point is 00:44:19 talk your shit no that meant he's sitting on the floor huh now remember he sat on the floor for last month now that's a stupid this is
Starting point is 00:44:27 no I had a couch he had a temporary couch he had a temporary couch exactly I needed but I had like another couch
Starting point is 00:44:32 but it was a supply chain issue so they all did you get that you had to wait that long from what's a quality couch oh you're saying
Starting point is 00:44:40 well they got to go kill the animal first and then make this shit so they got to hunt that bitch alpaca they got an animal Back a couch. Nig got an alpalka.
Starting point is 00:44:50 Man. Man, what's your couch? Hold on. I don't need to get out of your business, but, nigga, what kind of couch was on back order for it? 11 months. Nice. Everything was in back order.
Starting point is 00:45:02 Remember, you couldn't even get a car? Remember you? Remember that? You couldn't even get a car. Yeah, I was definitely trying. Everything was fucked up. You were buying old car. Yeah, that's how I said.
Starting point is 00:45:10 You got to circumvent the market. Yeah, it wasn't no issue with this. I went around that bitch. Old school seven. See, DC, that couch game, serious. One thing about it, man, it's all about the decor. It's really not, you know, I can sit here and tell you with 4,000, and you'll believe me. I'm glad you brought that up, because you know this couch is actually magic.
Starting point is 00:45:31 You say shit on this couch, it'll happen. Facts. Ever since we started this show, bro. So if you got some shit that you're working on, you need to say it while you're sitting on that bitch. Whatever you want to happen, the couch is where it started. Great thinkers have been on this couch. That's a fat. It ain't alpaca, but, you know.
Starting point is 00:45:49 It's a legendary couch. Yeah, corduroy. It's definitely closed. And then we just lost these counties that out. It's corduroy, man. Just clean this. The cushion, stay cushioned. You hear me.
Starting point is 00:45:59 Yeah. It's a lot of motherfucking down sat on that couch, man. But we didn't clean it since then. Thank you. Appreciate it. It ain't just like, like, nobody fuck doing it. Not like just like lice and shit like that. No.
Starting point is 00:46:11 No. What? Appreciate that. Yeah. Now, this ain't a couch I buy it. No. No. News.
Starting point is 00:46:17 The renters of the couch. I'm going to get the best of the best. Even though I may go to somewhere like that, I'm going to get the best of the best. That's a company. You see what I'm saying? You can't go on the store and just pick out anything. Two things are important in your house.
Starting point is 00:46:28 Your mattress and your couch. Don't compromise those. You compromise everything else. Let me tell you something. And nothing else matters. Let me tell you. That's not true. Your kitchen for sure matters.
Starting point is 00:46:37 If you cook, if you cook, I don't know. Let me tell you. If you, they say anything that comes between you and the ground, spend good money off. That's a fact. Tire, shoes, bed, couch. The kitchen. The kitchen only matters if you cook. I don't give a fuck.
Starting point is 00:46:50 If you got a stove or refrigerator, you don't need. What else do you need? I'm going to get up and give me some manias. You know what I'm doing? Whatever I did in that bed, I can do on that floor. And whatever I did, I thought, on that floor, I could think on that bed. But it doesn't impact you, though. If you fucked up, yeah. To realign your shit. But see, why I come from? But if you're all right. Why I come from?
Starting point is 00:47:46 Get your assing that. bed. It's okay. Just because you sleeping on the flow don't mean that the person that's sleeping in the bed is better than you. Not at all. No, no. What? They sleep in place. What? You're sleeping in bed. They sleep in bed. I'm only thinking about, I'm talking about the creativity for it. Because people lose their mind thinking that somebody is better about this. They definitely are definitely sleeping in bed. That's a sleep on the flow. You sleep on the flow. You wake up at any cell. You're like a dog.
Starting point is 00:48:22 Sleep with your shoes on type of shit. You're going to run. Your nerves, man. You sleep in a bed, motherfucker. Break in your house. You don't hear until the glass break. Shit. But that's what that wonderful.

Like, making a place you never want to leave. It's your safe haven't. It's your safe haven't. Can't get too comfortable, though,
Starting point is 00:49:08 because then you can get lazy. Two a degree. You got to stay a hustler. To a degree. You know they got them Laskin King bed. What's the, what's the bed that's after the California king? That's Alaska. Big, big, motherfuck.

Starting point is 00:50:58 that creates it. Right? Like weight loss is something that Americans never figured out until this shit. It's by mistake. Right?
Starting point is 00:51:05 They didn't try to create a weight loss drug, but they got one now. Is it a grenade? Yeah. It might be a hurricane. Do we need to be duck rolling and getting close

Starting point is 00:52:22 Fuck, that rain. It's been like, man, this shit. I didn't even know that all this shit is about death. That's why that shit will be laughed. This is not a dog. As soon as we get to. It's been raining like this all week? Hell no.
Starting point is 00:52:40 They didn't just start raining like this today. I ain't going to lie. I've been trying to. to grow my grass, but I'm going to have a forest after this. I need it. Your grass gonna be in the neighbors yard. You have a yard full of dirt. It's over with it. So I put the seeds out and we ain't been getting no water, bro.

Starting point is 00:53:59 Is definitely something bad That's a billion dollar Innsk That's only going to grow Well that's where biotech comes in a place A combination of That's what I wanted to ask I don't know what that is for real
Starting point is 00:54:11 Okay, biotech, OZIPP, okay. Those two. Biotech, OZMPIC. I'm trying to see. And fucking Purple Haze. Purple Sooth. That's what you do. Purple Hades? Yeah, I fuck with both.
Starting point is 00:54:26 That's the wave of it. I'll put in them. But no, biotech, what's biotech? So it's, God's crazy. It's all. Anything you never here. Y'all, I'm boys in here, use OZIP. Oh, Simphi, yo, Zemphi going crazy.

Starting point is 00:55:06 Hey, bro, the niggins this, bro. This shit, brus. They use the fuck out of it. to say shit about it. What if it don't make you lose weight? What if it make you shrink? Listen. And you overdose and you get real. So you just be like, you just be small but big. Like you're big, but you're small. Man, I see, I know this nigga who was on there on Zimpy. That nigga had to lose
Starting point is 00:55:31 about 300 pounds. Real shit. Three hundred? At least, man. He don't even look like the same motherfucker that I knew. He ain't gonna be mad. You don't look like the same motherfucker I used to know. How long was the time span? Like you real small. But the last thing I was probably 10 years ago, but I've seen him just recently. He came for the show.
Starting point is 00:55:59 I mean, that shit is. You know, motherfuckers is buying it. He might as well figure the shit out. Oh, man You know when they go on those up? That's what he knows? He do knows about those shit. Oh, bro, you see crazy, man.
Starting point is 00:56:29 Wait out. You're stupid, man. Oh. What's your mom? You stupid. What's it? He's wrong. Stop it.
Starting point is 00:56:51 Come in, yo, the sillings for. God. The whole is going to start random. You're stupid. Bad man. I'm going to get out of here. Oh. Oh, that's it.
Starting point is 00:57:06 Oh, that's great. This is fucking, man. You got a real hurt. shit like that. It's brisd. No, we got to put the slay mode before the episode. This was filmed during hurricane. I hope it ain't no fucking hurricane. I'm unprepared, my name.
Starting point is 00:57:21 Well, that was fun. Oh. Hurricane. See. Where they shrunk. The same side, they drunk. That was fun of it, bro. That was fun of it, bro.
Starting point is 00:57:35 That was fun of it, bro. What's your damn, bitch. I'm That shit out. That shit out But if you pay attention to people, bro You're like, something is right Something ain't right
Starting point is 00:57:53 It's like Something ain't right This just ain't a Look at you take me Don't see that shit Like look at you Like if you gotta You gotta keep taking it
Starting point is 00:58:05 Just stay little Hell yeah You gotta keep taking that shit Once a week So they inject themselves once. They say the bad part about it that you gain the weight your loss plus more if you stop.
Starting point is 00:58:16 Yeah, you got to exercise. So that's the key. You got to exercise by you do it. And when you stop, when you stop, you got to keep up the, eat better exercise. I think the people who come over there,
Starting point is 00:58:28 they get like two-thirds of the people gain the weight back, like, within three weeks. Three weeks? Damn. So that just let you know. How long did they lose? That lets you know what the fuck that shit is
Starting point is 00:58:39 If you can gain your seat back in three weeks, what is this pill doing? Yeah. It's a pill. It's a needle. You're the same side. You just shrunk. It's suppressing your appetite, really. So you just don't eat.
Starting point is 00:58:52 Well, this girl told me, she said it's like being pregnant where it's like you're hungry as hell, but as soon as you taste anything, you feel like you're going to go up so you don't want to eat anything. Yeah. What type of... Oh, you're paying to be nauseous? They're paying to be nauseous. They're paying to be nauseous. Yeah. Yeah, because you're not eating.
Starting point is 00:59:11 You're not eating. Exactly. So that's really what it is. It ain't no, it just makes it so. You're starving. You starving? Yeah. They're starving.
Starting point is 00:59:20 They're shrinking. Same side. Yeah. I mean, it was, think about the, like, 10 years ago, people was getting the gastric bypass. It was cutting their stomach, right? Right. That was surgery.
Starting point is 00:59:32 And they can get the same results with an injection. It's the new wave. It's like the new wave. That shit got a lot of side effects. So it didn't start as a weight loss drop, but it reduces like plus low levels. I wouldn't do that stupid. Reduces blood pressure. Oh, okay, okay.
Starting point is 00:59:48 So they'll do some good shit too. There's some good shit to happen. Because if I got people who got diabetes, for real. That's what it was for. That was four. But then people realized folks start losing weight on the shit, they were like, nah, motherfucker, be like, fuck them diabetes.
Starting point is 01:00:01 Yeah. Let's get this money. That's an issue. So the diabetic patients, they're like, yo, we're trying to get the medicine. And they got it. That's why they stopped giving it out so freely. It's supposed to be for diabetics.
Starting point is 01:00:12 Right. So, damn. So they got to get that shit. They started, like, they start champion that shit that everybody, everybody is going to. So now we got to come up with another situation for diabetes because this is really for a weight dog. No, we got a situation for them. No. And they had.
Starting point is 01:00:26 And they had. And they had. That started. Eli Lilly, which is another company you should look into, they created their own version of it. Yeah. So they got two. They created a version of the. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:00:37 So they got. Manjuro and Wadovi. Those are two weight loss like drugs. Okay. So people only know Osepec because that's the most popular. Right. And then actually it's the same thing with a different name, right. Okay. We're gonna give Osepid to people who got diabetes. Everybody can't get that all the shit.
Starting point is 01:00:52 They're the same. It's like Viagrae Cialis. Right. There you go. Now you put it in the terminus the nigger get on the straight. I used those before. Oh. Damn.
Starting point is 01:01:03 That shit crazy. That shit got a wave, man. You're seeing a lot. A lot of people who've been big all their life lose weight. I'm talking about bads, too, though. I ain't knocking the shit. That's why I ain't tripping it. But, Dem, you said if you stop taking this shit, it's over.
Starting point is 01:01:18 Yeah. And you've got to work out with it, you said. Got to work out. So you can't just take it and be. Yeah, you just got a little healthier lifestyle. The only thing is, though, it's like a dramatic change. Like, it's drastic, like, ASAP. Well, you're like, yeah.
Starting point is 01:01:33 Yeah. Yeah. Come on now. Six weeks ago. You a new person. Hold up two weeks. You telling me it took two weeks. Yeah, what happened to the skin?
Starting point is 01:01:44 100. Oh, that's the problem. That's why sometimes you lose too much weight, then you got to get the request of surgery to remove the excess skin. You ever see people that had like the, that shit? Yeah. That's you got to get the surgery for that. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:01:56 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That's what I'm saying. So you can go down that fast and Hey, man, y'all are terrible That's like it's crazy Nah, nah, it's real
Starting point is 01:02:12 That's That's crazy That's wild That's wild That's wild That's actually That's why But they should have a fan, bro
Starting point is 01:02:27 That's why you got That's a guy That's a scary fan You can tone that Thank you. Not all of it. They got to be in it. You got to work out of doubt.
Starting point is 01:02:41 Not all of it. You can't be in. There's a wind hitting everybody in. Oh. Y'all, you're crazy, man. Y'all crazy. Hey, man. He's going to hell, man.
Starting point is 01:02:59 Fast. He's going to hell. Daddy, bro. They knew that shit fast. They'll never lose the weight in their head. Unless they put it straight, they got to put it in there. This dude is different, man. Everything else is.
Starting point is 01:03:24 Oh, shit. I got to stab this up in here. Hey, man. Oh, these are dumb things. Hey, that niggins are fucking. Roll the way out. Bro. Oh.
Starting point is 01:03:49 Well, that's his own one tonight, bruh. I'm done, man. You ain't telling them. I'm good. That shit made it stop raining. Oh. See there? Come on, man.
Starting point is 01:04:00 That's all it took, man. Oh, you're trying to feel you are crazy. Whatever the Lord was on, he just needed a lamb. What do you want it? Tomorrow again. It's going to be a patch soon. You can feel it when you're in? Amen.
Starting point is 01:04:16 That'll be the next year. They're going to be in the fucking comments going crazy. All the people on all the people are going to cancel the show. They are. No, we want the people. We're saying this so people can get their diabetes. This shit is awareness. Awareness.
Starting point is 01:04:36 People are stealing y'all medication and stabbing their stuff in the head with it. Something needs to be done about that shit. You're going to put a stop to that shit. That's what you're running on. That's the 2020. My fucking is digging on that bit. Stabbing their stuff in the head. What you said, a nigga come to you with some more zimper.
Starting point is 01:04:58 Trying to stab you in your head. I understand you with your No I want to keep my head Oh, it's great Shit like heroin She's like Oh

Starting point is 01:05:46 But I know, I mean, if you look at our country in terms of health, the evil shit is where the money at. It's not going to go anywhere. It's not going to go anywhere. He's called the poison index. The poison index. That's what he called a pharmaceutical.
Starting point is 01:06:01 Fast fool, pharmaceutical. Oh, that's a lot. Damn. Poison index. Yeah, you feed them. That's real. Overweight, health problems. Make them fat so they need...

Starting point is 01:07:57 They were making you know what I'm saying and making that much and then you cut jobs It don't add up you know what I'm saying so motherfuckers always come in and talk about they're gonna create jobs So I don't I don't really know I I had to look at the stats just to say it because it's just off a kind of Just off of your gut like oh my gut who because most people think that Trump was better right that's what they would say like yo we had a constantly somebody they was like yo niggas was eating during Trump didda-da-da-dha stimulus I've never seen pith flas it looks like I've never seen Linux. I never seen Linux so packed before. That's what they're real telling me, though.
Starting point is 01:08:32 I know what you're saying. But they're like, yo, niggas is fucked up. It's hard out here right now. Like, there's no money out here right now. So I'm just interested to kind of get different people's opinions on how they, how they feel about it. I feel like my money. How are you talking about what? This is a trick.
Starting point is 01:08:48 Nick came back. Thank you so, bud. Your face going to bleed. Wipe me with that. There's your, boy. Niggas need to invest in paper towels, don't? Bye. That don't zipping shit, funny.

Starting point is 01:09:13 Let's get. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. All right, it's got. It's got.
Starting point is 01:09:25 Oh, what is, buddy. What is, buddy? What a buddy? That matter your question? I'm talking about the answer. Who better for the economy? For the economy, depending on... For the everyday person,
Starting point is 01:09:48 they neither one of them got our interests in mind. Nobody got the best interest. You got to be a hustler and understand how to maneuver and what's going on. in the, like you say, in the economy. You got to know what type of player you is in the game you're playing. A lot of people looking for assists.
Starting point is 01:10:03 So you're only going with who best can assist you. I don't think nobody can assist whatever going on. But I think whatever decision that's going to be made in the economy, we're going to move around. That's a fact. You dig what I'm saying? We're going to find a way where we fit best at.
Starting point is 01:10:22 We're going to have to adapt. We're going to have to adapt. The niggies acting like they don't know how to adapt. You're scared. What you're scared of what? What's you got a... Who in office don't... Where's the position in you in? How much
Starting point is 01:10:30 you were able to get... You know what I'm saying? Like, if that's what's dictating your ability to get money, you're in a fucked up state. I guess motherfuckers say Trump gave people to bring it because of... That was a pandemic. That's some shit that I
Starting point is 01:10:45 ain't never having before. Nobody could go to work. Yeah, like he was giving PPP law. No, he wouldn't. He didn't know it. That's what I'm saying. On top of it, but this is what they holding him up and saying he did. Financial literacy, man.
Starting point is 01:10:58 It don't matter, man. You went through a pandemic. You know what that whole Trump pregnant. He is pregnant. That's what's going on. Pregnesty is right. That whole pregnancy.
Starting point is 01:11:08 That's what you got to stop. No, that Trump pregnancy, right. That was just like Trump pregnant. See how motherfuckers is like all the crooks and the criminals, they was just unsupervised. So that's what they want to go back to. It ain't necessarily the shit he did. It's just that's the most fun that the crooks didn't have.
Starting point is 01:11:25 Now they want to get back to being crooks, man. They just, fuck how much, fuck a PPP loan or that little bullshit that they sent out the $600 shit or whatever the fuck. I'm talking about the real crooks that run America. They got rich as fuck when they were stealing. He didn't give a fuck that they were stealing. They're going to get rich every time. So that's what it is. They just, whoever win that bitch, whoever they win, they win, they people get to do some stealing.
Starting point is 01:11:51 They finally get to do some shit. They get to do some shit, terrible shit. That's all. That's it. That's a fact. That's all this shit. But I don't believe that shit Trump selling, man.
Starting point is 01:12:00 I ain't about to help nobody. I ain't able to see. We didn't live through, we didn't all the presidents in my life been fucked up. Nick, George W. Bush was the president. The worst. Two times.
Starting point is 01:12:11 Yeah. Yeah. This was the most evil little dumb muff. He just come out and don't even say shit. Oh, McDonald's had a farm. It doesn't have a farm anymore. That's it. But we never seen them.
Starting point is 01:12:24 That's it. That's dumb shit. History don't remember him, the same now. No, he's just vocal. He just letting you know, man. I got a selected party, man. And don't get mad if you ain't who I fuck with. He don't even have a party.
Starting point is 01:12:35 He's created his beliefs and made them adapt to say, yo, y'all go on a second. But this one's trying to take it. But this one I'm trying to take it when he first came out into this shit. It's a level where you stay at. This is how we play in the game now. What level are you at? What level are you at?
Starting point is 01:12:53 Look at who he chose for vice president, right? go back and look at what he did he don't like him. He don't like him. Exactly, right? He made him fuck with him. That's it. That's all I'm trying to tell you. He's down to lay down.
Starting point is 01:13:03 So long as you know that, whatever, we're trying to figure out, they ain't discussing that shit. Yeah. They only discussing what you just said, what their friends want them to discuss. They're about to steal some kids. And ain't none of y'all niggas his friends. So get the little crumbs this shit that you can get.
Starting point is 01:13:19 Yeah. Shut the fuck up. Shut the fuck up. God, damn. This shit isn't getting rough out here. That little vice president got a cabbage patch, right? And it doesn't matter who the fucking win. It's still got a little beard.
Starting point is 01:13:30 He got a little beard. He looked like a beard on the cabbage pants. Their motherfucker looks scary, bro. Yeah. He don't blink. I don't think he blink. I mean, y'all saying the right thing, right? It don't matter.
Starting point is 01:13:39 It matters who the person is. It just depends. But the most important is like, if these people win, they're going to do this shit. Right. These people win, they're going to do this shit. One of these motherfuckers like to keep money. One of these motherfuckers like to spend it.
Starting point is 01:13:53 Some of these motherfuckers believe it. It's the same motherfuckers. What's you gonna, the real question is like, what you're gonna do with it? I'm gonna keep being the nigger that I've been being. There you go. That's what I'm saying. A lot of this shit don't even got to do with me.
Starting point is 01:14:06 Whatever happened in the economy, don't happen. It's about to happen neither. So when COVID hit, the gas bill wanted their money, the water bill wanted their money, and they didn't give a fuck what economy I was in, or what the fuck was going on, or who was sick. They said, where is my cash,
Starting point is 01:14:22 or you ain't gonna have no gas. This is what I know gonna happen. Either way, whoever win, the price of shit gonna keep going up. Everything's, they're gonna be high as a motherfucker. It's probably gonna be higher. They're gonna act like they ran out of some shit and we didn't even know that we was about to run out of us.
Starting point is 01:14:39 We're gonna have to fund our government again. Yeah, we got to bail out some motherfuckers. They're gonna swear I ain't got no money. All the money fucked up. That's what happened every time somebody, it's a legend time. All the money come up missing. All this shit is gone. We're paying for something.
Starting point is 01:14:53 We don't have enough. We're paying for something. Five years ago, we didn't have enough bees. Well, they named this shit for the bees this year. We didn't have enough chicken wings. These motherfuckers told us if all the bees died, we ain't going to have shit to eat. I didn't see the bees.
Starting point is 01:15:06 Last time I seen a bee, I was in Bermuda. They ran out of chicken wings. They said we had nothing but thousands of reds. Well, where was the... Look at the shit. So you only got thies and brexit. Where's the B's there? Exactly.
Starting point is 01:15:20 Now he's thinking, what the fuck the B? It's, hey. Come on, man. No, it's real. So you got to make sure. that you're the bird flu nigg you got to make sure that you on point right you got to make sure that's because i'm like look man either way has an economic policy changed the way you've done business in the past four years you know the incident they only know one economic policy so it's
Starting point is 01:15:46 like no but the shit does matter i'm just saying and i'm not saying it don't matter i'm saying most people aren't even educated on which policies affecting which they're not even educated in that space. So the education part is important. But like, yo, you got to make sure that number one, that's your shit is together. That's just educated, not just on finance, but the political round too. You should know this shit. You should know who your local official is. You should know what I'm saying? You got to understand where it makes sense. Like you said, go back to what we're saying. Whoever's in office is fend to make shit his people straight. Which means is his community, his folks, what they already don't discuss, that's how
Starting point is 01:16:24 that shit go. But his people sometimes be overseas, motherfucker. His people sometimes look like they be rushing, motherfucker. So it go back to the state. But we send a lot of money out there. We already send money there about the way. What thing about those? It go back to levels. It go back to the district. The Senate, the
Starting point is 01:16:40 mayor. We need to start making these type of relationships. Start small so we can expand to the... They're going to do the big level shit. Let them do the big level shit. And we're just going to do all the districts and thinking of that, oh, he ain't shit. If that n'n't a district, You ought to run.
Starting point is 01:16:55 He can get some money clip. You all to run. Yeah. What's gonna run? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Oh, I'm already running. What you're running for? Well, you ain't fucking tell me.
Starting point is 01:17:03 I'm gonna wait for the campaign, my boy. Think, I could've knew early. Yeah, I gotta get qualified first. They're still looking at me. For the president? What's you running for? District. District.
Starting point is 01:17:12 Mm-hmm. Yes, sir. Alderman? District council. District council of a certain area in Atlanta. Okay. I told them, I don't need to hold, I need like three, four streets.
Starting point is 01:17:21 You know, district. You can't tell them. You can't tell it. Dixon, you're only good like three, four streets. Give me no, yeah, I take one of them. Give me one to know. I can manage three four streets. No, I don't stay in this district.
Starting point is 01:17:33 I think I can do it. I don't stay in this distance. I don't fucking run. You need to cut your gun, yeah, y'all. It's covered right here. Cut to y'all. It's going to be new HOA and three four streets. I don't know.
Starting point is 01:17:43 I'm going to run for some shit, though. I want to be the governor from one of these states. Hell yeah. That shit'll be hard. With that Brent Files, something to happen with you, huh? The governor of Mississippi. Not on my watch. If they got, that would be...
Starting point is 01:17:57 That Brett Fawr's shit, they... Not on my wife, because I know Brett Faw if I would have just made them get a money back, and that's it. No, I'm saying, if I'm the governor, I know him, I would have just made him get a money back. Like, come on, man. Come on, man.
Starting point is 01:18:09 Because when you meet other officials, you realize they're just regular niggas. Huh? They'd be dressed like regular niggins. You're like, yeah, he's going to mayor. I wonder how many boats are to take the win? In Mississippi? Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 01:18:21 You'll sue that, man. They got a black governor? No. I can be the first one. I'm saying, think about the population of the state. You're a wrecking of it. Think about the population inside the state. It's just as racist as everywhere else, but
Starting point is 01:18:36 a Mississippi kind of like originated its own brand of race. It's got more black people than white people, though. Don't let them find out. It's one of the only states they got more black people than white people. Man, fuck that. Hey, man, you don't know it. You don't got to be there. I'm telling you.
Starting point is 01:18:53 You don't know the history that Mississippi had to go through. You never know. Them niggins might just come like a zombie movie around your house in the middle of the night. Why would they be watching this up until the point? I'm just glad. They turned this shit off a long time ago. I don't think you got more black people than white people.
Starting point is 01:19:12 Mississippi? They're out here the state of Mississippi. I think so. Hey, hey. Nobody got to look it up. Y'all don't like that shit. Y'all don't like that shit. That'd be tough.
Starting point is 01:19:23 I bought with me. Black governor? That'd be the man. A black governor. Guess what I had well? The black is my purpose? A purpose. For the inauguration. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 01:19:33 Oh, yeah. Well, that shit will be so fun. I can see it on his face. He'd be like, you already know what I'm about to do. I already know. He'll lock all the white people up. No, I'm not. I'm going to make all the records public.
Starting point is 01:19:45 Okay. Through the whole state. That's enough information to fuck the whole. That's it. Make the records public. Make the records public. It'll be sick. All that untold information.
Starting point is 01:19:58 That's where to fuck the game up. We wouldn't even have to steal nothing. Because it's y'alls anyway. Once the records is public, you can go claim all your shit back. That's just giving everybody a fair chance. It's public record at this point. That's cold. That is cold.
Starting point is 01:20:17 You know something. That's a history. Come on, man. He said it's public records. The whole state. You're from. I'm from Oxford. But, yeah, I make the records public.
Starting point is 01:20:27 We went to Jackson. But you think they all still there the way they is? Or you think? Whatever's there. All public records. Because you know how they're redacted and... Ain't no redacted. That's what I'm saying.
Starting point is 01:20:38 That'd be my run to Santos moment. Let me see the original. They'd have them motherfuckers. Well, he's just goddamn down there thinking he can do whatever he wants to have to do. Something you're just not supposed to be able to do. That motherfucker's down there. there and he's doing them all. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 01:20:55 Yeah. Tell us what you lost. Hell, I, they took everything. God damn thing. Come to find out that hell, his family owned my family and it was the opposite way around.
Starting point is 01:21:08 Hell, they fucked around and figured out that black people was owning the white folks down there. And I just don't want to stay here no goddamn more. I don't want to be part of that of this shit no more. I found out that the black folks is down there
Starting point is 01:21:22 owning white folks. I just feel fucking nasty now. I just got the fucking go somewhere. Yeah. They had to fuck them to be on TV, man. Man in the motherfucking. Down there, they were running around. They were black people on the white people.
Starting point is 01:21:39 They were owning the white folks and white folks. And the story was told it. They were told. It's what I'm saying. Yeah. Talk your talk. They were sitting in roughestring. Tell them what's in the record.
Starting point is 01:21:55 Hey. Oh, bro. About 40 acres in a huge. Man, they're on the whole state. Adventure should never come with a pause button. Remember the movie pass era? Where you could watch all the movies you wanted for just $9? It made zero cents and I could not stop thinking about it.
Starting point is 01:22:17 I'm Richard Todd. Host of the tech podcast, there are no girls on the internet. On this new season, I'm talking to the innovators. who are left out of the tech headlines. Starting point is 01:22:33 His story is wild and it's currently the subject of a juicy new HBO documentary. We dive into how culture connects us. When you go to France, or you go to England, or you go to Hong Kong, those kids are wearing Jordans,
Starting point is 01:22:48 they're wearing Kobe's shirt, they're watching Black Panther. And the challenges of being a black founder. Close your eyes and tell me what a tech founder looks like. My oldest daughter, her first day in ninth grade, and I called to ask how it was going. She was like, oh, dad. All they were doing was talking about your thing in class. I ruined my baby's first day of high school.

Starting point is 01:26:48 Listen, bro. when did we become a tax state or a taxed like nation America when did we become a detached nation But when we became a taxed nation Like taxation? Well that's kind of the shit that they built
Starting point is 01:27:05 America on since the beginning Or actually And it started until World War I Because the crazy thing is America So all right Boston Tea Party right Right That was over tax that they had to pay to England Right
Starting point is 01:27:18 2% tax They started a whole fucking revolution Over 2% tax We get in taxed 50% 40% tax now And everybody thinks it's normal This country was built on Breaking a way To paying taxes on English
Starting point is 01:27:33 So that's interesting Because it's like, okay You found the country on Not wanting to pay 2% tax But now you find a way To tax regular citizens 50% Facts and if you don't pay you go to jail
Starting point is 01:27:49 come on man built the way for them to make money off the money they're giving us so I'm gonna give you here but give me some back and then when you make some more money when you accumulate that I'm gonna tax you again on all that
Starting point is 01:28:04 and then give me some more back you terms on what you buy you tax on what you make oh man and watch the sale tax it too that's what I'm saying I bought it and you put the tax on that.
Starting point is 01:28:18 I got our name. So how are you going to take the tax from the... Property tax? If you... Oh, property tax is the biggest scam. That's the biggest scam in the world. I'm going to make you pay for your house fully, but you got to pay for the dirt for the rest of your life.
Starting point is 01:28:29 And you never really... So you never owned. Exactly. You don't know... That's why I be trying to tell people, you think money going to solidify your spot. Listen, you're never a owner. Your problem will never go away.
Starting point is 01:28:40 It's just the level of problems you got to deal with. You're never really going to be satisfied. Can you make yourself satisfied? Yeah. Continuelessly. This is a hustling nation. This is a hustling country. This is a capitalist nation.
Starting point is 01:28:54 If you like to hustle, you can come up here and find a job. See, this is the thing. It's easy for you to find a job here. Because you got people that from other countries, they don't have no sources of jobs and no nothing, no nothing, no industrialization coming there to bring nothing. And then when they get here, they'd be like, well, I can find a job.
Starting point is 01:29:11 I'm willing to do it. I'm willing to. You tripping. Let your Americans complain. I'm gonna get nine jobs over here. I think other people at least, in America,
Starting point is 01:29:24 we just buy shit. We're consumers, so. I know if you come over here, you sell anything, some cheap shit, they're gonna fuck with it. But that's why we take shit for granted
Starting point is 01:29:32 because we got access. Well, other people don't have access. Access, resources. The value of certain shit, you feel what I'm saying? That's why when you have, you got to go be an anthropologist when you go to other countries
Starting point is 01:29:44 so you can learn. Go be a what? Anthropologist. He's not wrong yet Okay So you got to go over there And learn about the culture So you can understand what's important to them
Starting point is 01:30:00 So when you come back You're like oh yeah I'm gonna always be advanced Because you think that shit Grave it just because you got access to it Like nah nigga You don't know the importance of this Right here that you take it for granted
Starting point is 01:30:10 Yeah that's what I'm saying They value other shit And we just value shit Oh Yeah. They value other shit and we just value shit and that can be anything.
Starting point is 01:30:24 Oh. Yeah. That's a bar. Right, you're right now. When you're wrong, you could have been right. You just stop. This nigger hit him, man. You stop right before wrong.
Starting point is 01:30:38 You stop right before you got right. It was just wrong. I need that. That was all right, though. So what's the first step? All right. Say, foe, we're talking to the motherfucker that's just about to take, like, hit their break, jump right over that, excuse me, that hump, and they're about to become this hustler
Starting point is 01:31:00 that they know that they can be, they just got to take a little discipline. What do you say to that individual that's ready but just don't know what to do? What do you say to them? They're ready, though. They just wait for that one specific advice. they don't know what to do as far as like what business to start something like like financial literacy because people need to know financial literacy before they even do anything what do I do with the little money that I have or the money that I'm able to make right now so I can just be safe you got all right so like it's it's like a chart right where you have your income and you have your expenses right most people it looks like this right the same amount of money you make the same amount of expenses that's why you always broke that's why you live in paycheck to paycheck right the goal is to have like this where you should always live below your means. Because if you're making this on a flat line,
Starting point is 01:31:56 but then you earn in this, the difference you can invest. The problem is that people live up to the amount of money that they make. So when you're making $100,000, you're living up to the $100,000. When you make a million dollars, you're living up to the million dollars. You're making $3 million. You're living up to the $3 million. But if you're always doing that, it don't matter how much money you make, you're always going to be broke.
Starting point is 01:32:16 because you're never going to be in a position to actually save stash. Like, you know what I'm saying? So the key is to always keep your expenses low. Avoid large purchases. Stay out of debt. Don't, like, that's hard to do, especially when you're making money. Like, you know what I'm saying? But that's a real hustler mindset.
Starting point is 01:32:32 Where it's like, fuck, spending money. I'm going to stash the money, save it, invest it, flip it. That's how you really can grow. But most people don't think like that. They think, like, I'm going to get a money. I'm going to spend this money. then I'm going to get it back and then I'm going to spend it again like that's the recipe to always be fucked up right always stay hungry yeah we fucked up we never had it
Starting point is 01:32:55 most of us is first generation anything right thousandaire millionaire first generation so it's like the mindset is like we know to be consumers we know to spend we want to show people that we need it right and then there's the other part is like once they see you made it yo beau you know you know I need you help me help me help me put me on put me on me on fucked up man I'm fucked up. There's that part of it too. So like nobody prepared you for that because nobody and your family's been through that. So it's like a monster. It's the education people that there's a monster that you have to have where it's like, you know, I got to be disciplined in all avenues. Because if not, the people I'm trying to loan to, I'm going to be with
Starting point is 01:33:33 them very soon. The biggest thing that can fuck you up, you think you're doing a good thing you could end up is buying a house. Because like I said, most people, I, the average person is like if you have, let's say you take an athlete, right? People would be like, how athletes go broke how rappers go broke they make millions of dollars but it's like all right if you got five million dollars and you're an athlete or you're a rapper right you're not paying for a million dollar house in cash you're buying a five million dollar house and you're putting one million dollars down but now you got a four million dollar mortgage now you're paying 60,000 dollars a month just on your mortgage and trip all that type of shit right let alone you got to furnish the house let alone you got
Starting point is 01:34:12 upkeep let alone the taxes and all that shit so it's like you think you're doing a good thing But before you know it, you're in the hole and you spent so much money, right? That happens to a lot of different people where it's like it's not always about blowing it on chains and shit like that. You can actually be spending the money on something that you think is positive. You're just not fully educated on it. You buy the house, but then, yo, I got to put my mom in the house, right? You buy a million dollar house after you bought the $5 million house. You're paying a mortgage on that.
Starting point is 01:34:42 Now, move your mom in. Right? Oh, but then you buy the big house, move your mom in there. It's the same thing you said, right? You can't do it with your mom in the house. You're out to not be doing it. But like he said, that's the finance policy part. What's the property tax on that?
Starting point is 01:34:55 Oh, Nickley ain't went that far yet. You didn't even think like that. You didn't know that it was property tax. We interviewed Y Gotti, and he was saying, years ago, he bought 15 homes in Memphis and he almost foreclosed on all of them. And he was like, he didn't realize, he paid cash for all of them. He never knew about property taxes. So he was like years behind in property taxes.
Starting point is 01:35:16 And when it finally came, it was like, yo, we're about to foreclosing your property. They're like, what the fuck? Like, how are you going to foreclosing? They're not paid for in cash. They're like, never paid property taxes. I know. I didn't know what property taxes was.
Starting point is 01:35:25 It was like you wasn't properly educated. Like, you know what I'm saying? And then it's like, even the whole mortgage. Like, mortgages is an American thing for the most part. You go to other parts in the world. They don't even have a mortgage system. Right. Like in Ghana, for instance.
Starting point is 01:35:37 Like, if you, if your house costs $300,000, you pay for $300,000. You save money. You move in with your family. Like, mortgage is a bank product. They make money off of that. They keep you in debt. You buy a $300 in a house.
Starting point is 01:35:50 By the time you really pay for it is $700,000 that you actually paid, who really won? Right. Who really won in that situation? You paid more money. You doubled the amount of money that the house actually cost, right? But that's how Americans are taught. Other places in the world, they taught to pay as much as possible. Americans is taught to pay as less as possible.
Starting point is 01:36:09 Right. Pay 1% down, 5% down, shit like that. Thinking you saving. Thinking you save it. You're not saving. You put yourself in a stupid predicament. That's exactly. Over a longer period.
Starting point is 01:36:20 You can pre-approved, but as you say, then when you get pre-approved and get to the system and understand now I've got to pay property taxes. Another scam that you ain't know nothing about. Yeah, and that's before you. They charge you for postponing payment. And then that's the first price and then other price, like you said, you got to renovate it.
Starting point is 01:36:38 But, you know, there might be repairs. If you ain't built it, right, there's going to be repairs inside there. Oh, more definitely. You are the landlord. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. There ain't nobody to call.
Starting point is 01:36:46 You got to call yourself. When your water heater not working, right? When your plumbing got a belly in it, you got to get that. Like, these shit, nobody would pay you for that. But there's this shit that nobody even thinks about it. All right, you get qualified for a $750,000 mortgage, right? That means that's the most amount of money that the bank is going to lend you. And what do you do?
Starting point is 01:37:06 You buy a home for $750,000, right? You really should be buying a home for half a minute. You should get less than that. You don't want to, it's like a credit card. If I give you $10,000 on your credit card, you don't spend $10,000 to the max. Nobody ever think about it like that. Like, you know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 01:37:20 Like, we max out the mortgage. That's not really the best way. That's not even the best way to go about it, right? Because you put in yourself, you really stretching yourself too thin. If you really think about it, that's why most people is they live in paycheck to paycheck. They can't figure it out because they're like, damn, I don't have enough money because you put yourself in so much debt. You stretch yourself so much thing because that's how we taught as Americans.
Starting point is 01:37:40 That's the American way. Pay as less as possible. Worry about it later on. Defer as long as possible. Borrow as much money as possible until you can't have enough money to actually pay the loan back. It's like, damn, I'm kind of fucked up.
Starting point is 01:37:52 And this is we get back in that position. And never own it. But this is when we get back in that position of what we said earlier, you got friends that's reliable sources that can give you something just like the bank but don't want it back. Do you know how much leverage you got
Starting point is 01:38:05 with something that you don't got a payback? Pay interest on. Put yourself in a better position. But then We did you wrong But I guess the bank ain't so bad That's not the mindset though On the person that's getting along
Starting point is 01:38:21 They're like ah shit I just came up That's it You don't look at the bank Like I gotta do what I gotta do with that You ain't come up on the bank You don't value it If I give you $5,000 $10,000 $20,000 I say yo
Starting point is 01:38:33 I just give it to you You don't value it the same way Because you know you don't have to pay me back Right exactly Whereas if the bank if the bank loans you that now you're going to be on your P's and Q's because you're like damn I got to pay people money back
Starting point is 01:38:46 I got to make sure I make this payment every month that somebody else had to put you in check before you put yourself in check. It's a fact. It's a discipline. Well, one thing about it, you ain't going to cheat the lesson and you can't shortcut it. So however you get it, you better get it. You just better make the right decisions. Imagine if we had to pay for everything in cash. What would this country look
Starting point is 01:39:06 on? If we had to pay for everything in cash? Yeah. There is no loan. you wouldn't have no cars really no houses these dudes is like we we out there in uh in ghana and i'm like oh this is nice cars they're like yeah we pay for these in cash too they're like you know if we know the dealership they may give us three months i'm like yeah but you got a that's a real joy yeah we got three months to pay it off it's different the whole mine the whole my frame three months to pay it off so if the car's 300,000 they might say like all right that's as long as they finance we give me y'all three months
Starting point is 01:39:41 You put down $150,000, then you just make $50,000. Yeah, you pay off the rest in like a short period of time. We're going to lease it for 38 months, give it back, put it down payment, or we're going to finance it for 60 months, try to pay off the car. By the time we paid it off, it done depreciate it, we'd have to repair it. Now we own it now. It's a game over here. It's like a little, little thing.
Starting point is 01:40:01 We go over here, come on, let's go buy more leases, more mortgages. Yeah. Who's creating the system? right they gonna make money it's why we always tell people like yo be smart about the banks like understand what banks do right they're in the business of making money right and they're in the business of making money off of your money this shit all street that's why motherfuckers to loan you money like that because it's like the saying I'll never be broke if you owe if people owe me money right oh diff so it's like all right the banks are loan people but they'll never
Starting point is 01:40:30 go broke because they know that they got billions of dollars that's coming in if you if car payments but they also know that they can take shit too exactly so that's what I'm saying that's the thing we'll give them up with somebody they'd be like me can't pay You'd be like, man, I know your uncle, man. I just can't come take your car. You or your uncle ain't got no car. Yeah. So it's that little love, the bank ain't got no love.
Starting point is 01:40:51 I don't know. Go get it. Go get it. You got $20,000 in your account. Go to the bank, say, I need 15 of it. They're going to tell you, you got to come back another day. You got to give us fair warning before you ask for that amount. Right.
Starting point is 01:41:02 You're thinking yourself, well, I've got $20 in my account. So? We don't got $20 here for you. Why? It's already in use. Right. If you want it, yeah, we can get it to you, but we're going to need it to you.
Starting point is 01:41:11 Right. Your shit now. Your money. And I've needed you to tell me what you're going to do with it. That's a fact. That's the crazy thing about it. That's the crazy thing about you, you go, if you got $100,000 in the bank, right? And you go and you try to, you say, I want to take out $100,000. First of all, they're not going to have the money.
Starting point is 01:41:28 That's not an option. Second of all, they're going to have that. You're going to be on the FBI radar. Yes. Because it's suspicious activity. Why do you need $100,000 in cash? Now you've got to answer questions. You got to fill out a profile.
Starting point is 01:41:40 That's kind of crazy if you think about it. Yes, bro. You know what I'm saying? Yes, bro. Because they put you in the mindset of a regular person ain't supposed to. And it's like, no, that's what's wrong with you. You're making them thinking that division is so far.
Starting point is 01:41:56 It's not rich. It's not what you're doing with this. You're making them feel like they're not like it's possible. Anything over $999. Don't travel to another country. You got over $3,500 with you? Yes. Why?
Starting point is 01:42:08 Over here. You're like, nigger, I'm going to. tourists. That's a fact. You got... I have to buy shit. Sit. Yeah. Yeah. You want to put to travel with $400? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:42:20 Eat nothing? Like, I'm now trying to abide by y'all rules and then I'm starving. First world problems. First world problems. Come, man. We over here for a whole week, man. You got $400. You need to bless.
Starting point is 01:42:38 They don't have shit for sale. you need all that money for. What you mean? But we ain't gone, but I've got to make sure my fault eat. Man, I ain't buying rice for me. I'm buying rice for us, nigga. What you want? Y'all ain't ate?
Starting point is 01:42:51 Man, what? Give me three bowls of rice. Give me big bowls. Bring them. Y'all want some shoes, man, bring me the shoe. Come on. Man, what else you want? Just think of shit.
Starting point is 01:42:59 Yeah, lots of shit. Just yell. I don't want to come over here so long. Just yell. I don't get your mama. Go get them. Unteeed uncles. Everybody.
Starting point is 01:43:08 Come here. We let. They said it's nashed over here It's beautiful over here They don't want us over here Just shout it out I don't give a fuck Camel, go get a camel
Starting point is 01:43:18 Go get a couple Bring me three of a miss How much it go I don't give a fuck Fuck it I don't give a month I don't snuck Four more hundred dollars over here
Starting point is 01:43:26 Come on Take it all You go into the ball Man put it on the tab Man I'm good for it What? To finance the camel
Starting point is 01:43:34 But see Them the type of place That I want to go Where it's You can see how far your money stretched not only for you but for others, for real, for real. You got to go home.
Starting point is 01:43:45 You see what I'm saying? Like a hundred dollar a fed damn there, 60, 70 people when a hundred dollar where I'm from, man, we may get a good three, four mils out of it. And this shit ain't even real. That's the other part. That's the other part.
Starting point is 01:44:02 You feel me? It makes you want to spend money like, nah, nigger, bring me a twinkie ball. Have you ever touched, you haven't touched the country? I ain't tested yet. I already know when I touch, it's going to be a full, like, energy. I need to be right. I need to be, like, three weeks type.
Starting point is 01:44:17 I can't go over there 10 days. I can't even say. All right. You know what I'm saying? It's one-on-one where, yeah. Okay. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:44:30 I look at America different. Absolutely. Absolutely. One of the moves. Yeah. I got to be fully ready because I know me. Yeah. I elope.
Starting point is 01:44:40 Get the fuck on right quick. It's over. It's out of here. Hey, I know that there. You're then feeling love. New citizenship. What? They're fucking around to give you one, though.
Starting point is 01:44:52 They were. Your citizens over there? Not yet. Not yet. Working on the shit. Not yet. And that's crazy. You gotta be in secret when you speak a shit like that.
Starting point is 01:45:03 You gotta give up your U.S. citizenship to do it? No, no. You get to keep it. You got to pick. Whatever you pick, you can only get two. You can only get two. You can get dual citizens. You just got to pick the right one.
Starting point is 01:45:14 Because when you pick it, that's the one you got. So we got to. Got you. Okay. You know what I'm saying? Yeah. But ain't in a certain amount of time you can have a duel, though. It's like, I want you pick it, that's the only one you can have a duel that you can't do somewhere else.
Starting point is 01:45:28 Yeah, I'm not sure. I don't know. But that was part of the incentive of when they were having the year of return. Mm-hmm. To Ghana was like, come home. we're gonna help y'all get citizenship so y'all have to do citizenship so it was like an incentive to go back but people are going back and now they're like you see what's happening here you see the opportunities here networking here what's the next move and i think we're late to it
Starting point is 01:45:58 right other cultures other communities chinese for sure lebanese they're not they on it they're taking advantage of it whereas the people who come from there or originate from there. We're not looking at it the same way. That's why it's important. That's why I'm like, have you been there yet? All right, we gotta get you there. We gotta get all y'all there.
Starting point is 01:46:19 I already know me, I'm telling you. Oh, shit. I'm gone. There ain't even gonna sit here in fake the funk. Wherever you see me at, that's where that nigger. Yep. Whatever you're thinking. Yep.

Starting point is 01:47:16 Yeah. All the records is public. All the record. My new declaration. Look, yeah. All the records is publicly. That's the type of shit you got to do when somebody get in position, man.
Starting point is 01:47:32 But that's the thing, though, we're in position. We're in the position to even just go seek and see you. No, but I'm saying when it's us That's the type of shit We got to make sure that we do Like we got to do some shit We got to look out for us
Starting point is 01:47:46 And we got to start Electing and voting for people That got our interests Because they do make That makes You know We got to do like the other community We got to find our person
Starting point is 01:47:58 And support them to the top We don't see them until they I don't know I guess we're supposed to go to Tell how we That's because they create them That's what I'm saying Man, how, how, how, where are we supposed to see these people at?
Starting point is 01:48:11 Everybody got the same intention. So what we tend to do is keep our resources and stuff to our cell. Because we don't want people to fuck up. Our resources, somebody you put on and you're like, damn, man, oh boy, you put me on, man, that nigga really won. He ain't on the same way, but we on. And you like, damn, I'm trying to help a brother out. That's where they go bad at trying to.
Starting point is 01:48:31 We might have to do that a couple times until we find the right. You said, I mean, you guys, I hope. You answered the question? So where do you find them? It starts grassroots like that, right? Yeah, but... Town hall meetings, shit like that. That's what I'm saying.
Starting point is 01:48:45 So you gotta be told in to that to know, and I don't think people do it until it's exciting and until it's every four years. Now, one thing that we always... We agree on motherfuckers that we like now. Right? Huh? We agree on the motherfuckers that we like as a community.
Starting point is 01:49:04 Yeah. Yeah. I'm saying once we get together and get behind some shit, it's going to go. Who do we? University, like? Uh, for all this? Uh, Torragett P. Henson.

Starting point is 01:51:29 What you like? They're a trap with Jahim, man. He on the ground on the ground. Nope. Who came in, Jahee? I could remember. Get your ass up. It's Jaheen, nigga.
Starting point is 01:51:46 You can play that shit at the family reunion. I don't know. He didn't look like that old thing. I think so. Oh, man. Your hair goes. Man. Jahim.
Starting point is 01:51:56 I didn't know he's a unifying factor. He's the one. You put that shit on that any reception, anything with some black bit bad. Ain't nobody gonna say, hey man, turn that fuck. Jahim on. It ain't just, it ain't never happened.

Starting point is 01:58:00 financial literacy education for high schools. So we piloted it, we got to see it in person. It's a course. Yeah. And we want to make it an elective, really, right? The way you had Home Act or you had some other classes that computer skills that were elected that were required for you to graduate? Right.
Starting point is 01:58:17 Like, you're thinking about it. Why is financial education out of- Come on, man, I've been thinking that. We need to be economics. We only got economics if you were a senior. Right, right. But what about the kid who's ninth grade who just got a job? And that's a summer job and he's actually making money.
Starting point is 01:58:29 they don't show you how to get money they don't show you how to manage it all that shit like even when we was coming up like you might have a business plan one day they may show you how to write a shit maybe maybe right and that'd be the lesson for the whole semester one day yeah so it's like now it's like well we got an opportunity with our platform and the fact that people trust us and we come obviously we've been doing this for a long time especially teaching young kids let's go back into the schools so we piloted in the brons last year, this year we're going to add more high schools to it. Eventually
Starting point is 01:59:00 we want to make sure that it's in schools throughout New York City, the largest school district in the country. And then eventually we moved from New York City.
