Summer's here, and with the kids home and off to camp, it's easy for moms to get lost in the shuffle.
On Good Mom's Bad Choices, we're making space to center ourselves with joy, rest, and pleasure.
Take the kids to camp.
You know what? It was expensive.
But I was also thinking, if you have my kid, this is kind of priceless.
Take her, feed her, make core memories.
I don't have to do anything.
Main thing, I don't have to do anything.
To hear this and more, listen to Good Mom's Bad Choices from Black Effect Podcast Network on the IHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast.
I like that one.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
That's just a porno term.
Backs.
Yeah.
You got no new shit.
This nigga be watching porn.
They call the BBW.
No, I see the price.
They had a party, which is all BBW.
He's a seen a fire.
Yeah, they all get together.
They be hundreds of them.
My partner be hosting the party for us.
And then you call black women everything.
That's what we call them.
We can't call.
Mahogany is the new term.
Mahogany.
You bring mahogany back from the 60s.
I don't know.
He's doing that shit.
I know you did.
She gave me 8th grade.
That was 8th grade.
8th grade?
8th grade?
She was walking, walking.
I know.
I know. I know this they were going crazy.
Talking shit.
See, they don't just be talking.
They don't just be talking.
out of women.
Damn.
They'll grab you in high school.
They're grabbing.
That ain't shit, dude.
You got that, though.
A one big cap.
What's doing?
Nine out of ten niggas.
Love big women.
Don't beat babies.
Do it to you.
Women think being big
taking them out the game.
Yeah, do it don't.
I don't remember this girl.
I ain't gonna say a name.
She's in the ninth grade.
Say that shit, dude.
No, I ain't gonna say a name
because everybody knew it.
There ain't nothing but if you were on that dude like that.
When you were a dude like that.
When you was a name.
When you was a name,
When I was in the night.
Say that.
Don't say when she was.
When you were.
Yeah, we gotta watch each, bro.
Fuck that.
My nigger.
Hang around you.
No, shit, you helped me.
He helped you.
You did say me, though.
Thank you so much.
Oh, yeah.
Man, she was like,
y'all swirled everything.
She was like, my pussing with all these hos in here.
And you know me, I'm like,
That's how good, ain't.
No, it ain't show me.
She was like, nigger, I'm going.
Nigger, I'm way and down.
I'm like, bitch, we ain't fur piers.
People, her hand, her pan, nigger were like,
and you know me, I'm in that boy,
were like, yeah.
I said, ooh.
Man, that shit was all meat, right?
What?
Wet.
Stupid.
I had a crush on.
I had a whole year.
She ain't even know it.
You didn't fuck.
You're supposed to go to the bathroom.
Yeah, I got to go to the bathroom.
No, at that time, when a woman,
and when the girl is more aggressive than you,
that kind of scared you.
little bit. I want an out of the port like that,
I ain't go too crazy. When she
want to fuck me, I'm like, nah, nah, nah.
You got it. You got it.
Leave me long. Like,
see, you need moments like that in your life
to help you become a man. See, now
motherfuckers don't have that. They're just
straight fucking. It ain't
no... It ain't no stage. Yeah, it's too
wide open now. What you mean?
Because, man, it's parents to get
15, 16 years old. Two, three
kids. That shit crazy.
Like you're supposed to really be fucking fucking that young.
You know what I'm gonna be.
Yeah, it's gonna be a few that slide through,
but everybody that's supposed to be-
I wasn't supposed to be fucking that young.
It was a nigga in 12-ranking who were-
I wasn't supposed to be fucking that young.
I mean to a certain extent.
They're gonna go ahead.
I think it's a good thing because you can get all that dumb shit out early.
That's an age where you might sneak and have some sex every now and damn.
You might have a little sex.
You're supposed to be fucking though.
Fucking is when you're fucking every other fucking.
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and then.
So what's the good age to start fucking?
When you're grown, you start fucking when you're grown.
But the ones who do, when you're in your teens, you're supposed to call the adolescent.
You're supposed to have enough respect to sneak and have sex.
You're supposed to be fucking all at the house.
Because you remember when you were young and somebody could actually spend the night
at somebody crib, you like, your mama let you have.
Oh, yeah, that's going too far.
That's going too far.
You know your mama.
Yeah, that's crazy.
Yeah, that's crazy.
Yeah.
We got sneaking for.
Yeah.
They're the ones that had like three and four before, they got the time.
Yeah.
Yeah, yeah, that's bad.
They're like, that's my baby.
And I'm going to make sure if he's going to do it.
He's going to do it in my house.
Damn.
Chahy.
Go to their cream and fucking.
Damn.
See, that's the problem, bro.
There's too much fucking going on.
Ain't nobody having sex.
Exactly.
Because I probably start having sex when I was grown, but I was fucking.
See?
A good amount of time before I was having sex.
Usually when you start fucking, that's when you start fucking up.
So when you having sex, you think about when you were having sex, you was responsible, you were sneaking, didn't nobody know you're building, you were telling who you were sneaking and doing the sin with.
15, 17 and a half, I was just practicing on 10 of the time.
Get some of the prettipus.
Damn, exactly, yeah.
Even when I got the prettipus, I wasn't even read.
I was like, see, I've been having sex, but I ain't never had no puny.
No, that's different.
I'm talking to a slave.
Oh, what?
Man, I ain't never had no prettiest.
I never took that back.
This is my first piece of prettipus.
I don't really know what to do with.
For real.
I just want to look at it.
Sex is some grown shit.
That's too grown.
Sex is some grown shit.
That's for adults.
I'm fucking right.
You're supposed to have a build-up.
You're supposed to start just having sex.
You're supposed to sleep, rub on some cushion a little bit,
suck a tit every now and then.
Then, like, build your resume up.
You can't just jump out there having straight fucking.
You don't even know how to have sex good yet.
I was watching porn and shit.
I didn't know, but I was doing what I wanted to do.
That's all I cared about.
It wasn't even about being good.
I'm doing this.
Hold up.
Nobody meant this shit, though.
Niggas ain't doing that.
Yeah.
I'm talking about you all the point.
I'm fucking.
I'm already headed the game.
I ain't got to be good.
Oh, I'm crazy.
You know how to know this?
The crazy part is women are when they tell you.
They tell you everything to do.
They're the ones who be knowing about fucking.
Exactly.
I learned everything from a woman.
There you go.
Oh, mamma.
I say everything.
Because it ain't a nigga in this.
You know that put a dig in by themselves the first time?
Facts!
She had to show you what to put that motherfucker.
Yeah, what?
Yeah, look at it.
I didn't know where to go.
No, that's a fang.
I told her, yeah, do your thing.
Put that motherfucker in, fuck.
You put that motherfucker in, I ain't doing it.
There's some grown niggins probably in this room.
They don't know how to hit that motherfucker the first time.
Like, like, baby girl, show me where you're supposed to is.
Come on, man.
Don't act like y'all niggins are going straight.
Right up in the pussy.
You know the pussy.
All the motherfuckers built different.
Everybody different.
Pussy is different.
Some people got upstairs.
Some pussy be down.
God.
So one level part of me.
He's right there.
No, for real.
They can be back there like trying to put that microphone back on the mic stairs.
Motherfugher's going to slide in there.
Bro, that's hell.
But I'm glad I learned earlier, though, because my early stage, 15, 17.
Ooh, we.
Mm-mm.
Mm-mm.
Yeah.
You know how you on the one, like you're doing shit.
You're just doing shit to be doing shit.
Yeah.
Yeah, nigs ain't doing this.
That's all I was thinking about.
What?
Come back with the story.
Man, y'all-diggins ain't doing.
You see what I'm saying?
It's more about the story.
You feel me?
You've got you doing.
You scored a test down.
I just test a ass.
Test down on some pussy this morning.
What was you doing?
Study.
Pussy was the equivalent to cash.
Yes.
You can have more money to me.
But I'm fucking.
You got a whole lot of money right now.
Who did you fuck?
Who is you fucking?
I'm talking to me, nigga.
You're gonna make this.
You are a version.
You are a version.
You feel me?
That's what I'm talking about, fly.
I've done that so much.
I'm done.
You are a version.
Yeah.
Get the fuck out of my face.
Well, you are a kid.
Yes.
Get out of my face.
That's all that matters.
Brian swore that shit was equivalent to cash.
Yes.
What I'm thinking about like when I was in high school,
I feel like my whole school was already fucking.
No.
This niggas was lying.
Listen.
It was lying.
Stop the football team.
I see that shit.
I'm like,
everybody fucking at this school.
Even the nerds was fucking.
Everybody was fucking.
You think everybody was fucking.
When I got the ninth grade,
it was probably about 20, 30 girls pregnant day.
Oh, but you're Mississippi.
Mississippi.
Hell yeah.
It ain't nothing to do
but size fuck out there.
Bro, I'm telling you,
when I got to the high school
I was like,
bro, it's literally
everybody in him fucking.
And then all the girls
in that grade was fucking
the twos in the twelfth grade.
And all the girls
in the 12th grade
was fucking the 11th grade.
And all the 10th graders
they was fucking each other.
Yeah.
And we were just like,
who left?
Man, we might have
to get some gas together
and ride over a town or two
because
The rest of these bitches left ain't nothing by our cousins.
We can't go find that's the clever playing field.
Yeah.
Damn.
Yeah, that's different.
That's shit real different.
That's Mississippi, though.
Because y'all from the city, we had two high schools,
two high schools.
We had at least by eight.
We had two.
Two.
So everybody knows each other.
Every Friday.
I see you at Brack.
No.
That was the best game of year.
That was the best game of year.
You had to buy them tickets.
a week early.
Crosstown Classic.
Oxford versus LaFed.
Oh, nigga, that's the most
exciting shit ever.
But then, you know,
niggas got too rough.
They were like, y'all got to stay on y'all side
and y'all got stale y' y'all's side.
But a nigga's gonna find,
I used to tell my cousin
get me a ticket so I can go on Nayside.
Because all these are,
why don't deal?
I come on these bishops.
It's all right.
They don't get to see me.
All these outfits new to them.
I'm fresh as hell.
Let them tell it.
Every time they see.
See me.
Super duper.
Last 50.
The collar popper.
The collar popper.
Come in, Mark, you hear it.
Yeah.
And then there was...
You feel with me?
Oh, my mom.
I'm sorry.
I can't go on it.
Yeah, it was cold.
Because, like, I had a lot of family on at the other schools, so it wasn't
never no smoke.
Just go over there and kick.
It used to be live.
That she used to be lit, man.
Hell yeah.
Like, especially at halftime, it'd be like,
all their shit.
They got.
on hallway, then, man, we're going straight over there.
I think that was the goal to always come in.
We didn't give a fuck about the niggins.
Like, we'll be deep.
We need a foot.
We'll fight.
It was like, what can you make a bitch do to take?
Yes.
It was like walking these motherfuckers.
What can you make a bitch do the day?
When you walk in, the motherfucker, why I like your outfit, I'm up one on you.
Yep.
Oh, mama.
Oh, my mom.
Oh, my outfit.
It's old.
You better hurry up.
Yeah.
Getting hot.
Oh, dang it, bro.
We were on that type of time, okay?
We were like, that what we was into.
We was either gambling, getting the money.
You ain't never had a bitch tell you to come up
and had a basketball game in real life before before texting.
For sure.
You're like, hey, man, walk over here with me right quick.
I see it like me.
That's all the way across the gym.
Come on, man.
Oh, you're trying to lock eyes with a bit, and y'all really ain't even
like a eye.
You think you should y'all be talking, you know.
I got a little shot over that.
She's a nigga that you know what I hate going to have, though.
Women used to actually write their phone number down and slide this shit to you.
Facts.
Yeah.
That shit made the nigga feel like,
you can't tell me.
That's like taking your pennies off for a bitch.
This already took her panties off in your head.
She had slid.
I know she had slabs from those shit off over here.
Oh, my goodness.
That shit is gone, though.
It's gone.
Yeah, that little way it's gone.
Man, that's fucked up.
This is Instagram.
It's fade time.
You walk up on a bit.
What's your Instagram?
Yep.
That's a slick way of saying,
I want your number.
I'm going to see what you look like first.
And then I'm going to slide you my number.
Damn.
See, this ain't a good air.
This ain't a good air to be fucking around in.
That's what I'm trying to tell, niggas.
This ain't a good air to fuck around with me.
Get you a girlfriend.
Get out the game, nigga.
No, because you're right.
You mixed to have to get some feedback in real life.
Now that's just.
Then the motherfucker might hit you back when she'd get ready.
You might not even be interested no more.
I can't laugh too hard.
Like you used to be, it used to be yes or no.
They used to be high and she's not funny, right.
I didn't say nothing.
It was right there.
You had to get your best shot in right there.
Right there.
Then you don't know if you're going to see this motherfucker ever again.
If you don't get the number this time, the next time you see it, it's purely by look or trend.
That's why I think she used to get that film.
Oh, there she goes right there.
Clipping.
Hell of it.
I'm like, nigga, I'll be fucking for you.
Where are you feeling?
And then another nigga walk up, and now you gotta stop.
You're like, yeah.
Another nigga with a fan.
That's why playing for her too.
Hey, that's why cotton blocking and all that shit.
And play hayn't really matter back then.
Because it's like, nigga, I ain't seen her all week.
Don't mean cock blocking this shit while I'm talking to her.
You mean if you meet a bad look.
I'm talking about in real life.
You're like, oh shit, you go to her shit.
That shit is like follow back.
She's been following you.
You go to her shit.
She's been hitting your face in 2017.
She's been on your head.
You said they're from BET, Africa.
Yeah, BET, Africa.
They're left.
Whoa, I don't, no, no, no.
Those two.
They didn't, we didn't, told too many stories.
Yeah, wave.
Yeah, Fischer, MTV.
Yeah.
Ah, damn, we hell of ignorant.
Yeah.
Oh, man, yeah.
You know, producer credit.
Oh, one to them.
No, we need to sit there, though.
That's why, we're talking all this crazy shit.
Hey, y'all was in your uncle bag right quick.
Uncle bag?
Yeah, y'all was reminiscing about,
good old days.
This is a type of shit, the hoggles be behind the house talking shit on Crip.
Boy, you remember we used to walk up to him.
We used to walk up to him.
Going back in the house.
Blew it.
We used to walk up to him, man.
I'm talking about in real life, man.
Yeah, I'm just called the phone.
Hello, yeah, can I speak to Darlene?
It's over now.
Yeah.
Dahlene.
Niggins on line.
You used to have the...
I was scared.
You used to have to call him and tell him where you're ma'am from.
Yeah, this Carlos from the car wash.
What, do you want to speak to her?
Yes, ma'am.
Yes, I do.
I forgot who I got.
Who, what's the name?
You didn't get the shit out of time.
Oh, Mom, what's up?
This Carlos from the car wash, yeah.
He's on the car wash.
Trying to say hella cool.
Blue tracksuit, great boomers.
Yeah.
Oh, I remember, yeah.
Yeah, you remember now?
Yeah.
Like I was saying, you just had to work on.
your phone voice and shit.
Hello, hello.
I remember when Facebook was the thing, though.
Facebook was going dumb too.
It was like, I'm going to hit you up on Facebook.
Yeah, Facebook was gone.
I'm going to hit you up on Facebook?
Yeah, Facebook was going.
For sure.
You wait for that message.
What?
That's going.
Oh, she rolled back.
And she skipped her.
Right over.
Over MySpace.
She'd be two days.
My space went dumb too.
She'd be saying nothing then.
They got to sit and wait for.
What the fuck out of time we was on?
That's stupid
Instagram, like, well, you go hit your favorite
Actual Actions right now
Yeah, that's crazy if you think about it
They ain't doing shit
They don't respond
They didn't fucked up though
Even if they don't respond
That much like I can still tell you
They've seen that bitch
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yep
If you open it and read it
No, no, open it, you can just view it
Oh yeah, yeah, I know
Without saying primary or general, stupid
They'd be like, I'll accept this primary
You know
Why you keep in primary?
What if them niggas over there
just as boy as the rest of everybody
else. They ain't got 33 million
followers. Right.
Inbox ain't talking about a shit, no.
Anybody ain't talking about nothing. Ain't nothing
in that bitch. Fuck you.
Nigger.
Yeah.
I'm talking about me watching your shit.
All them followers. It ain't none of the real
niggins that you won't following you.
The light man don't fuck with me.
Oh? No, nobody's fuck with it.
You're a lame at there.
Those lad two movies. Lame in hell,
ugly.
I don't even care about that shit.
Yeah, I don't think you, like, us knowing how the business work,
you can't even classify a nigga lame just because he went to work, bro.
Right.
He probably knew the shit with some bullshit.
E.R. She needed that check.
You never know.
Can't even fault niggas in that.
Man, you don't even know.
You think these niggas being an asshole.
They just might have just getting used to getting shitted on here where they go.
Y'all niggas.
I'm just saying.
Oh, they're taking their frustration out on me.
They damn, but I'm just saying.
Look, that's shirt.
Even though the one's ugly, did you have to like that?
You literally had to type that.
Nah, he got to know by this shirt.
And that's true.
Ugly.
Hey.
Oh.
But you got to keep in mind, too, though.
And sometimes that shit don't need poplar.
He'd be like, blah.
He's like, don't worry about it.
All right.
What the niggins say some shit like that to you?
That's just their way of saying hello, though.
Like, hey, nigga.
Hey, nigga.
He's going to reply.
Damn.
Fuck that.
He won't let me type up on their picture.
I'm going to inbox it to him.
Hey, nigga.
I've been fucking with you for a.
long time. You know damn well that shirt was ugly and full into it. Yeah, he'll see that
shit in the room. You'll see that shit in the morning. Like, what the fuck? It'd be a lot of shit
on like on Instagram. I'm so petty with the Instagram comments, bro. This is how I judge it. I know
you just talk a shit. Right. If you put a period at the end. Right. If you don't put no period at the end,
I feel like you're trying me.
There's no emotion.
Even if you just bullshit and like,
if you don't put that period on me like,
oh, this nigga ain't playing.
Right.
Because you had to get that shit out so fast
you forgot punctuation, man.
That ain't, that's not urgency.
That's haste.
Right.
You don't put them up on game.
That shit was ugly as fuck, period.
Oh, we got some food?
Yeah, he'll see that shit.
You need some food, man?
We order food.
all the time.
Yeah, we'll get you right, my buddy.
Speaking of food, welcome back to the 85 South Show.

We got that weed that still make you laugh.
They don't know you're like.
I'm going to be like, why don't know.

I don't be knowing, bro.
All I do is introduce this shit.
Anything that happened after that ain't on me.

Oh, mammas.
You're talking about the nigga who played for Boston?
Yeah.

The nigga with the little patch in the drone.
Yeah.
He tried to get crazy, right?
Oh.
He tried to throw a quick one.
Yeah.
Yeah.
We can, we can pop it.
We don't stop it.
We don't stop it.

I'm trying to get your ass a compliment.
Yeah, but we can take it there.
Oh, I don't want, nigga.
All right, all right.
Put it up.
All right.

If the nigger with the cowboy hat would have stood up and said,
Get it.
That's my dog right there.
Oh, you from, bro.
Oh, Nigeria.
Go crazy.
Yeah, yeah.
I can tell you.
You can tell him.

Historically, men talk too much.
And women have quietly listened.
And all that stops here.
If you like witty women, then this is your tribes.
With guests like Corinne Steffens.
I've never seen so many women protect predatory men.
And then me too happened.
And then everybody else want to get pissed off
because the white said it was okay.
Problem.
My oldest daughter, her first day in ninth grade,
and I called to ask how I was going.
She was like, oh, dad, all they were doing was talking about your thing in class.
I ruined my baby's first day of high school.
And slumflower.
What turns me on is when a man sends me money.
Like, I feel the moisture between my legs when a man sends me money.
I'm like, oh, my God, it's go time.
You actually sent it?

Remember the Movie Pass era, where you could watch all the movies you wanted for just $9?
It made zero cents, and I could not stop thinking about it.
I'm Bridget Todd, host of the tech podcast, there are no girls on the internet.
On this new season, I'm talking to the innovators who are left out of the tech headlines,
like the visionary behind a movie pass, Black founder Stacey Spikes, who was pushed out of
movie pass, the company that he founded. His story is wild that it's currently the subject of a
juicy new HBO documentary. We dive into how culture connects us. When you go to France, or you go
to England, or you go to Hong Kong, those kids are wearing Jordans, they're wearing Kobe's
shirt, they're watching Black Panther. And the challenges of being a Black founder.
Close your eyes and tell me what a tech founder looks like. They're not going to describe someone who
looks like me and they're not going to describe someone who looks like you.

Well, I guess we ain't going to be able to go over there.
They are not going to want to see us.
They love us.
They love us over the...
You see what you started.
Damn.
This is all your fault, man.
But you know what I do?
What I'm talking about, no, no, no, it's real shit.
I'm proud of you, my nigga.
You feel me?
Real shit.
Pop-a-go- shit.
You pop-a-go- shit.
You dig what I'm saying?
Like, you're doing that shit, and you're taking that shit serious.
Like, I guess a lot of people would say we come from the internet.
You feel me?
And when we get that opportunity that we can showcase our talent,
I think you really fuck when folks up,
especially with the world.
Butane shit. You did what I'm saying? Like, you really acted and like put the drama behind it and showed me. Like, I'm here to, I'm here to stay. You feel me? You don't put a mark on me and a lemon on me and say, where I'm going to be at. Or even where I started at, once you got the opportunity, you showcase that shit and you did your motherfucking thing.
Come on.
Come on.
Like, I ain't even going to lie. You fucked me up.
I was like, no, this nigga is good, good. You know how it's like, when people barely get an opportunity but when you get a opportunity, when you get it.
Get that motherfucker.
You look like it looked like niggas been acting for a long time.
That's how that shit look.
And then it's like, oh, yeah.
You're murking that bitch.
How many seasons y'all are you now?
Four?
Three.
Five in.
That means it's good when they keep.
Mums.
Yeah, you got to get past two.
And then you get in the door after two seasons.
No, they got to get past the pilot.
Yeah, mama.
You got to get past them first six episodes,
because you shoot six.
How did you approach it?
Their shit has been down.
Uh, shit.
I mean, you know, I'm from, I'm from Staten Island in New York.
So, like, how I,
How I got it was even crazy.
I seen somebody post a script online, like, yeah, we about to do a Wu-Tang movie.
So I'm like, yeah, let me, shit, I need to go for that.
I'm still here.
I'm trying to, I mean, get on.
So I'm like, I bet.
I seen which one of them niggas look like me.
And I'm like, I bet this is the one that looked like me.
I went to go check out his music videos and all that stuff.
And I was like, aye, let me make my own music video.
I got a production crew.
I was going to Clark Atlanta at that time.
My major was mass media.
So I'm like, I bet.
chord in videography, yo.
Some of y'all come shoot this music video for me.
I made a music video like, like jizzar and all that.
Put it on Instagram.
Tagged all these niggas up.
Yo, tag under the comments.
Yo, put Wu-Tang in the comments.
I had like a thousand comments.
Ghostface killer, seen it.
Cho Riza.
And my manager at the time, he let it go viral.
Like, he put it out there and they called me in.
Like, yo, come audition or whatever like that.
That's hell of dope.
Utilize all your resources and ticket to the internet.
Yeah, yeah.
That's dope.
But when you got that in Chicago, like, you got it.
Like, explain that, nigga.
Like, you're in school, you're down in the city.
You're down in the city.
So you know, you already told you were rolling the dice.
Yeah, I was going to do.
You were living there.
So I was, uh, 2018, I was like,
during that time I was doing Uber, Lyft, I was a daycare,
teaching, all that shit.
And I was like, nah, like you said, yo, I gotta get this,
I got to get this row.
I got to get this road.
I drove to, I drove from here to New York
and was like telling everybody, yeah, I got it already.
I got it, I got it.
So by time I got to New York, I got a call.
Like, yo, Rizzo wants you to come to set.
And I'm like, I'm right around the corner from the set.
Literally, I'm right around the corner from the set
waiting for the call ready.
So I went to set and he seen me.
He was like, yo, you're from Stanton Island, young Lord?
I'm like, yeah, God, peace, peace.
He turned around and just told everybody,
yeah, man, it's the dude that's playing my cousin, right there.
just casting me right on the spot.
Damn.
Yeah.
That's real or wrong.
That's wrong.
Damn.
Yeah, shit was lit.
I was like, yeah.
I was supposed to be in that shit, too.
Not for sure.
No, for real, for real.
They were like, they want me, but while the night was around the time and I was touring
and I couldn't, I ain't had no time for it.
That shit would have been crazy.
We'd have been going up in New York.
I was like, ooh.
All y'all, I think he'd be murking that shit.
But you know what?
It's like one of them, it's like a movie that could have been.
shot as a movie, but it's too long when you got us, you got to talk about the story.
It's too many parts.
You're missing.
That shit, that shit, that shit, that shit, that shit hard.
What you see?
What you want from it?
Like, I don't even like that question when it asks, what you're going from the industry.
But, you know, everybody got different goals and different, you know what I'm saying, you
know what I'm saying, devils that they want.
What you want from the industry?
Like, what you want me folk to take from it?
I want them, I want, I'm going to give out inspiration.
That's what I feel like my purpose is to do, like, because I came from a whole other
different background, you know, when me, I was people.
playing basketball. You couldn't tell me I was going to the league.
Like, you see what I'm saying? But once you believe in God and you, I mean, follow his purpose
and you really not just saying it just to be cliche. You're like, I'm really going to believe
you. So whatever you got for me, I'm a role with it. I want them to be able to take the same thing
because you don't know how your life going to go. I ain't know I was going to be on TV,
doing TV, movies and all that stuff. I was going to the league, bro. But I had fully faith in
God and was like, I know, whatever you got for me is lit. I'm going with it. And playing while
being bigger than me on the court.
Busting my ankles, busting my knees out, shoulders.
I'm having way more, way more fun than I ever had playing basketball.
Even no basketball with my first love.
You know what I'm saying?
That's my first love, but I grew a love for this.
But yeah, I want to leave a legacy, bro.
I want to be the best actor ever, not just in front of the cameras,
but I'm talking about behind the cameras.
Like, I want to be able to go to work with people and they'd be like,
yo, I want to work with him. I love working with him.
Because that's, I ain't going on front of it.
That's the best comment I ever get on set.
Like, people are like, yeah, you killed that thing.
You know, we're cool?
Now, the best comment I got is like, yo, you are the,
somebody's telling me, you are the reason why I want to come to work every day.
You with somebody for 20 hours a day, like, you got assholes in this industry.
I ain't naming those names, but there's some assholes that I'd be saying,
I'm turning my face and turn my, like, I don't see it.
But when somebody comes to here and give your comment like that,
that shit makes my day more than any performance shit, bro.
Yeah, right.
Real shit.
Yeah, like, take us through that situation when you say,
you know what, yeah, you took that initiative
to follow God's plan, but you got a love for something
that you got to put down.
I think a lot of people have a love for something
that they just don't want to put down.
Like, you're just being so hard-headed,
you just don't want to stop.
What took that initial step?
Like, you said, there's nothing stopping you
from going to the league.
There's nobody saying that you can't go.
There's another path that, you know,
you love the art, you love the industry,
but it's like, it's not something you really want to do.
Well, well, I, I,
I really just, I really got, I got hurt.
I ain't gonna lie, I got hurt.
After I did the Knicks thing with all that,
the G-League went and all that,
I got hurt.
And then that was the same time when this was just like,
I was like, okay, he might, I mean tails.
He might be able to like fuck with it.
So I'm like, all right, damn,
I got to make a choice.
Like, am I going to go all out with this?
Because I was Uber and lifting to pay for camps
to go to Vegas to try to get seen
and all that after the next thing.
And I'm like, all right, you got to pick one.
Like, you got to pick one.
Like, you got to choose to leave the Knicks.
Yeah.
That's wrong.
The last cut of the training cam, and then I fucked my toe up, fuck my whole shit up, bro.
I was tight.
I was right there, bro.
I was right there.
But I was like, you know what?
All right, cool.
This acting shit looked like, it's about to fizzle a little bit.
I got the tails.
Erb Gotti calling.
He's like, yo, actually I snuck on a set.
I snuck on Erb set.
It called security.
But his man, BJ, shout out to BJ.
B.J was like, no, no, let's just see what he about.
B.J. was like, yo, look.
Who are you?
I was like, yo, I ain't going to lie.
I'm fucked up, man.
I just finished trying out with the G-League Knicks.
I mean, I graduated around the corner.
He was like, yo, do you audition, book that joint.
So my mom was already like, you know what?
All right, cool.
I got a hurry for fun time because this bowl is getting flat.
I'm bouncing his joint is getting flat.
It ain't going nowhere.
And I'm not going to be Uber and lifting my whole life.
I got my man, D.C., I met him at the time.
He lit my brother, Mac, Wiles, Trish, and they lit.
Something got to give, bro.
I'm not just no, not me, no posse, nigga.
You see what I'm saying?
So I just prayed.
I got it to the real self-help books, like,
asking it is given the secret
alchemist, just stuff to help me with
the inner world. Because I feel like
once you got that going on, it's going to come out
into fruition of the manifest of your outer world.
So I'm like, you know what? I'm going to find that.
Facts. I'm going to find that and
shit just started clicking, bro. I ain't going to
lie. Fax.
Bro. It's hard for niggots to
find it in the self. I think that's
where it is. You have to literally take a step.
And I remember the day
that I turned into a hustler.
I was playing.
I was doing a little shit
here and there
when I remember the day
I turned it to a hustler
and I was 18
I literally told me
I was going downstairs
to ask my mama for $20
and the moment I said
Mom
you know how your mama
I already know
you about to ask for some shit
you just agitating
you ain't just agitated
Wow
over
I didn't get it out
I'm just like
nothing
because I don't want to get this shit
after I asked for the $20
after I just said
mom
I could just say mom
I could have jimper and said, I love you.
You feel me?
I was like, fuck.
See, I already know what I'm feeling to say.
I literally went upstairs, looked in the mirror, and I was like,
nigga, you've grown, nigga.
First of all, you know who you was in high school, middle school?
You really was that nigger.
You about to be one of them used to be niggas.
Get you some money.
You don't know how to keep money, but you know how to get some money.
Try to stack it, even if you get a hundred.
Nigger, today is the day you get money and don't look back.
do something.
Sold my motherfucking TV,
started with $150,
started with a $3.5,
and turned that bitch into a pound.
But, you feel me?
But I was like,
you feel me?
But bring it back, though.
Every time, nigger.
But I turned it to a hustler.
That discipline of not having a number,
I can turn it right here, bro.
On everything I love,
nigga, I can get this to a nigger
and say, bro, if you want to be the dope man,
you want to be the plug,
I promise you.
This bitch a hunter tie.
What I'm gonna flip it.
Why would you tell somebody that?
Because, bitch, I ain't got no other option for you.
That's all I know.
Dedication.
No, that's a fact.
You may learn something through this.
I ain't telling you to sell dope.
I'm telling you.
I'm telling you the discipline of what you're going to have to go through.
Just to start off?
You got to sell that.
Something you fuck with.
I got to go.
Something got to come.
Use the PS3.
Mine was the TV.
Yeah.
Because I had a big-ass TV.
I had a 40-10.
You ain't doing shit.
You ain't doing shit.
You're on big-ass TV.
You ain't got shit going on.
You ain't got shit going on.
That's TV.
I come outside.
I'm telling me.
Hey, you go that water.
See that TV?
Yeah, that's fucking with me.
I got a theater in my room.
Y'all niggas got money, but I got a theater.
That's my spot up there.
That's my spot.
Hey, that thing got the gold, man.
Man, I let that bitch go for $1.50.
Man, I let that bitch go for $1.50.
Bought me a $3.5, and they were $45.
And they were $45.
at the time.
Oh, look, a 3-5.
A 3-5 of the week, but I was sacking it up.
So I was saying, look, niggas ain't buying.
How much you bought the 3-5 for?
I bought it for 45.
So you got to understand that levels and shit.
You got a niggas that buy nicks, got a niggum that buy dimes.
You got a niggas that buy a dime.
You got a niggum that buy a $3.5.
Then you got a nigga that buy quarters.
Okay, I'm going to buy a $3.5 because I know a lot of niggas.
So I'm going to break the $3.5 down.
They're going to sell it to the dime, niggas.
Come make $15.
Go back to the dime.
Work your way up.
He's like, nigga, you don't bought 7-3-5s.
Are you smoking these bitches?
I'm like, no, nigga.
I'm selling these bitches, and he laughed.
He's like, because you came up here sometimes
about 7-3-5s when you could have bought an ounce.
I'm like, nigga, my trap boomer.
That you bitch booming today.
There's a lot of nicks and a lot of dives down the street
that you ain't worried about.
Oh, mama, you're too good for them.
I'm gonna collect that.
So he's like, you know what?
He'd go an ounce.
Okay, quarter pound.
Okay, work my way, I got my own half a bag.
But it was like, ooh, ooh.
Nigger, if I would have never sold my TV,
it started with $150, that's why a nigga would be like,
I need $10,000 to make it.
I need about $5,000.
Man, you talk to a nigga who had nothing with croons.
Got to be a brick of large, work best at whatever's in on reach.
How can you make that shit shake?
That way I'm not ever scared.
I'm not scared of losing me
because I don't know
I ain't had nothing
so I got a hustle where I'm like
bro, you can put me anywhere
a nigga I don't give a fuck
I swung everything
and I bet I make some shit
mama.
Mama.
On mama.
Nicker, nigga, I bet I make so
you're going to look back
you're like, D.C.
I don't know what happened
within the last two weeks
but this is who I am
because I had to make some shit.
You're going
through the whole process of
But, like, ain't it crazy that a lot of people
ain't gonna never experience that part
of just having to start completely over with nothing?
Like, that's the lesson that I'm glad that you sharing
that you learned that shit early
because it takes motherfuckers so long to realize
that your life is up to you.
It's up to you.
You got to start this bitch.
And then, like you said, when you love something,
you got to let it go, man.
It's like with the, like, going from,
Yeah, I can have a job, but I believe in that doing this comedy shit so much
that ain't nobody around me going to be able to understand the sacrifices that I'm going to have to make.
You know what I'm saying?
And in some situations, can't nobody help you.
Can't nobody give you nothing that would have gave you dope.
Like you said, that fire that's already lit that hustle.
Can't nobody.
Yeah, yeah, you got to feel that.
I'm my mama.
You got to really woke that shit real bad.
You made the video.
You took a chance on yourself.
Exactly.
And you didn't even wait on nobody to say, no, that ain't how we doing this.
Yeah, I drove that out of late from here.
That's crazy.
Damn.
Whatever car you drove in a 20, 2012, Michigan Beach, she could want.
You need to write them a letter.
Like, listen, I'll draw this bitch to the moon and back.
Mamas.
No, that's a fact.
Whatever agent in the motherfucker be lit.
Yeah.
You were to be broken dollars, mate.
No.
I got to call my man like, yo, I need that about $85, nigga, my alternator's gone.
I just alternate.
Alternator.
That's how you know what you're going to get rich.
Alterator fucking.
The whole alterator gone, man.
Put it refrigerated.
It's smoking, man.
The whole, it's alterate.
Man, it's said it like a girl was right, right.
I thought he was going to get it right.
My nigga fluid.
My nigga fluid, what a blinker fluid going this motherfucker.
Blinker fluid.
You know, if blink is working.
So you had to get the alternated feet.
I had to get the alternated fix, bro.
But what crazy part about it, you fous was about it.
do it for $85 dollars.
The whole job.
You tell me,
that's the thing, though.
You think you're in a slump.
Go offender to take care of you.
You get to take an alternator and $85 a lot.
Mamas, that's a fact.
Nowhere.
I don't get a fuck of a car you in.
Get an alternator out of any car.
Ain't $85 a dollar.
Mama.
Not unless you in your hood.
And you're getting it from a home or another car.
The nigger two doors down from your grandma.
I'd be like, I do it.
They bring the sick back.
So maybe, maybe the work.
That's the only way to govone up there and get the alternator and break it back.
Might have been that.
He didn't bring me some cigarettes.
He's going to take about a week to find somebody to do an alternate.
He said the alternator.
He had a nigger, he had a nigger on deck waiting on that $35.
You're right down.
You're right now.
You're right now.
You're good to go.
Hey, the ordinary defendant.
Hey, we got an alternator.
Give me 35.
I can fix it.
I put that motherfucker on that right there.
I got my own.
You said you got an audition.
Boy, you'll make it.
You got two days.
Tell them you're going to be late about third of a minute.
I got you.
I'm gonna put that ultimate.
This ain't really be happening like that though.
I'm telling you, man.
You'd be looking to be fucking out of the phone.
We were really happy.
Like, wow.
You'd be wanting to tell a nigga, but I love you.
Well, my mom's, man.
I really appreciate it, dude.
They already said three days to get to LA.
So I'm like, I'm trying to push that.
Yeah.
Alternator couldn't make it.
Alternator couldn't.
Damn.
You don't tell this story a lot.
That motherfucker stuck.
Man, that shit.
Alterator.
There ain't nobody correct.
What if what did this shit wrong with it?
They're alterators in Dallas.
They like, I hear you too.
D.C., what if it wasn't any of the shit
wrong with the car, they're just a bunch of the niggins.
That goddamn alterator?
No, it's that an alterer.
Wasn't that wrong with it.
It's just saw that motherfucker up.
You hear the eye go, sit-chit-chit-chit.
Just got them alter-reder.
That motherfucker is overheated.
He's just been some cooler.
When you crank it up tomorrow,
let it run for a little minute.
Then they alter-ready to get hot.
Get on up through there.
Get on up through that.
You got to flush it now.
When you hear it, you got to go ahead it.
And it can on up through that.
You see, that thing is, nah.
I got the moderator.
Give me $85.
It's not already than fixing.
I've fixed it.
You don't fix it.
Now, if you ain't got the money, I'm going to take it off.
I'm going to take it off.
I got my own part.
My own leg.
You ain't had to fit nothing.
Matter of fact, what you got?
I work with you.
You know what you got?
How much money you got?
You say you got an audition.
My mom is okay.
How much you got it?
It's the brisk.
How about this?
How about this?
You say you might do a move
with this hell.
You get to your audition.
But when you get some money,
they're going to back and get me now.
He's going to back give me because I helped your career.
Take off.
He's really going to go back to get on G-to.
I got to take off.
I had to take off.
I was the one I found young stuff.
You didn't get any.
I was dead.
I see, y'all weren't hit when the operator was out.
I don't remember when he had nothing.
He was pulled up, nothing.
Hungry.
I had the old.
Get him with some cornbread.
I need the alterators.
Hey, Lou, you know he'd be telling him the wrong shirt.
Yeah, he's on that shoulder with the yin-game twins.
Yeah, he wanted a yin-yang twin in there.
I'll think he's an alterator.
Oh, my God.
He had an order, but I stopped it.
They ain't tell him.
Did you take a picture with him?
No, I was sure.
Oh, okay.
If he really was up on the game, let me get a picture with you.
You know, crazy, boy, whoever they were they going to hear this shit and be like,
God damn, finally.
Uh-huh.
Finally giving me.
I know it's the credit.
But that high be, though, God's going to align.
That's shit crazy.
To take care of you, bray, in the situation.
That's why you just can't get frustrated.
A motherfucker being frustrated.
I'd be like, bro, you allowing that shit to defeat you.
That's why I be telling people,
I'd be forgetting that I'd have went through trauma
because God don't allow me to overcome so much trauma.
Like, why would you dwell on trauma that you don't defeat it?
You acting like, you don't been defeated.
You're doing on some shit that you don't conquer.
Yeah.
That shit, I almost got me.
Nigger, it didn't, not what?
Keep on.
Who you doing?
Oh, mama.
You're going to tell everybody in the world you got shot?
How you doing?
I got a shot.

I don't even know.
A nigga, nigga went in my trunk and goddamn.
Took my whole Louis bag with my everything in it.
No, man, it won't.
It would have been worse, though.
Could have been worse than the niggas could have been at gunpoint.
Yeah, you're right.
And then Sasha, today?
Today?
Today?
Why did you need your stuff in the car, man?
Check this out, bro.
Man, you're being too nice to niggas, man.
You're like out of time, man.
No, bro, you can't.
You don't really get to travel with that shit.
What's in Buckhead?
Duh.
That's what they steal good shit at.
That's what they do.
Yeah.
Don't, like, you travel a lot, I'm sure.
Don't ever do this shit in the car.
Don't take that shit to the hotel.
That's why I was on the way to the hotel.
What did you go?
I had to go to a fitting.
Had to go a fitting.
Not saying that it ain't going to get stalled anyway.
Man, by that shit that they sell at the airport.
The shit with a zipper will keep working if it's fucked up.
And the wheel don't break.
Yeah, Louis, you put that shit on display at the crew.
Damn.
You probably had your ice on the hell of shit.
They probably looking at you the whole time.
And I've seen a digger.
He's seeing you.
I look, my spirit was like,

That's him.
I seen his ass.
I was like,
why this nigga's looking like that?
Mm-hmm.
Drill ball.
That ain't travel luggage, though.
I'm not something.
You leave in the car.
Hell no.
But you learn.
That's the only way you go to learn.
He knew that.
Tell the niggas about that.
He's from a fucking stat in other.
But they ain't bipping cars and shit out there like that.
Man, these motherfuckers doing that shit.
When would your antenna driver?
Everywhere.
That goddamn suit.
He was part of the line up.
He liked the nigger.
He liked it all up.
The nigg looked like.
I'm about to get out of the car.
He was the niggins.
I'm about to get out of the car.
Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, I'm going to drop that nigger off to the house, see where he's living now.
I'm going to play like he to drive.
He didn't see nothing, man.
I'm driving this, nigga.
He's walking down the street.
I won't one time in here.
I'm taking the niggins to the 85 South show.
We go see where he live in a minute after we dropped this nigga off.
They don't walk down the street.
They're taking a long as to him.
Man, here is the episode we can rob this nigga.
That thing, it ain't crazy, bro.
When he told the driver, he acted like he already knew.
They robbed me.
They did.
Not to Louis.
How'd you know?
Louis, you're talking about the dope.
They stole the big one.
What other thing is?
Aw.
You're talking about the one with the iPad and the keyboard.
They didn't do that.
Not the MacBook.
You're not the guy.
Hey, man.
Just to fire you, niggins.
I didn't get it, I didn't know.
I see two niggas running down the street to try to catch them.
I didn't look, but they ain't bust the windows or nothing.
They just snuck in.
They didn't take shit.
I ran in the math room for five minutes.
I went on five minutes.
Niggins is a janky, bro.
I did take a quick doo-doo.
Start a girl with a little fat-ass walked through here.
She spoke to me, I got that out of saying.
Now came right back.
Oh, God.
Not your loose.
They got the black one, right out of me.
The black one.
We got to go find that.
We're going to hate.
You got that thing on where you could find your computer.
Turn it on.
Run it on.
You had an app tag on.
You had an app tag in it?
You ain't had an out tag in it.
You had an out tag in the bag.
You had an app tag in the bag.
You had an app tag.
Who does that bad?
Who had an A-Ted?
Is it on?
Man, if they got it, they better throw it away.
If they got it, they better throw her away.
He's on the phone on the child.
It is an ad tag, isn't that bad.
He's on the phone.
If they still got to run out of the shit, you better throw it away.
He asks you an obvious question.
So what's your bad word just in case I find it?
Just in case.
Because I think I got something at the house they can find an ad tag.
Oh, my God.
Damn, man.
Damn.
It's all good, man.
About the eight pops out, show.
Get with that whole, man.
That's the best way to bring this shit.
You think he wants this shit.
He's like, hold on, nigga.
That's the best way to be.
That's how you come back.
That's how you come back.
Just go get a brand new shit tomorrow.
If that shit was 35, you got to spend 55 now.
No, you don't.
Yeah, you do.
Let these motherfuckers know.
I'm going to get your website to go to.
I've got it, dude.
You're not the first one, bitch.
Fuck you, me.
Jokes on you, bitch.
Hey, you're talking about it.
Gotcha, bitch.
You were just practicing, motherfucker.
Hey, y'all's a fucker.
Oh, that's funny.
Nigel what?
Oh, man.

Ain't got shit to do with this episode.
I'll tell y'all after.
Now how you know what, dick got a tip.
Nigel what?
That's crazy.
I want a fight to.
Yeah, nigga what?
You got to talk.
You want to fight?
Oh, I got to tell you all after the episode.
That's some smoking.
Nigel, look at this.
We got to talk.
No, a dude say you want to hit.
Nah, nigga, I don't want to do that.
Nah, nigga, I don't want to do that.
Okay.
What about to say.
Nick, what?
Nick, I did have this movement,
nigga, going on way before your square ass, nigga.
Oh, one of them type, nigga?
One of them.
Hey, man, y'all go check out the comedy special, man.
My comedy special, raised by OG's not IG.
You understand me?
Yeah, man.
Get your t-shirts, man.
Feel me?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
It's the first race by OG's not IG t-shirt
ever printed up, you know what I'm talking about.
And that's a fact.
We can fact check it, man.
You know what I'm talking about so, yeah, man.
Just the movie getting bigger, man.
That's it.
That's great.
Yeah, crazy.
But, you know, that comes with growth.
That comes with levels.
Amen.
I wish the O.Gs can embrace the youngest.
Talk about it.
That's not all.
We'll hear that.
Y'all end up taking the picture of the other while.
Hey, man, that's...
That nigga better stop playing with me.
Damn.
Is it about that?
Huh?
You don't know each other?
Well, he know me.
Yeah.
Yeah.
We ain't met.
We gonna see.
We gonna see it.
Nah, that shit ain't about, nah.
It ain't, but damn, bro.
Like, come on, bro.
Come on, bro.
Some niggas ain't OGs everywhere.
They just be OGs on their block.
Say that shit again, money.
Nah, this nigga, TV, nigger, though.
But that don't make them, that don't change the fact.
He ain't your O.
He not.
That's what he's saying.
Some niggs be OGs on their block.
This might, yeah, your OGs, this might,
Oh, geez, this might just be the opportunity they've been waiting on.
Finally, some niggas, my age.
Right, right, right.
Mm.
Show on.
Damn.
Damn.
But see, that's why you do you ignore it, but you acknowledge, you, you're aware to the fact.
I mean, everything don't need to respond.
Yeah, but I ignored it, I ignored it the first time I seen it.
Oh, for real?
I made the whole little movement and then people that, a person that follow artists,
it's called artist quotes
so it's made a shirt
and I guess they sent it to him
want him to be the influence
like hey where this shirt he wore
so I was you know
make it fall call hey bro what's up with bro
they taking the movement
what's going on
I let that's...
You sent it to one of those
hold on that back again
so for instance right
I always said raised by OG's not IG
put it on the shirt all the shit right
so then
a thing that make quotes
right they put it on their shirt
They put it on their shirt.
So I was trying to figure out, hey, bro, how could I stop them from copying my movement?
Right.
They like, don't worry about it.
That shit happens all the time.
They sit it to him, a remake of what I started, and did he wear.
So I'm like, hey, aunt, tap in with me.
Tap in.
I don't hear nothing.
Then the special coming out is making some noise.
Now he wanted to repost the shirt and say, I was the first nigga to, you're the first nigga to wear the shirt,
I'm a nigga that made the shirt
made the motherfucking movement
but he said he got new fans
look at him
he's like same shit be happening in Africa
bro
he's like
this is familial
I know this one
outside of Americans do it huh
he looked
he looked at the way you were telling the story
he was like same shit everywhere
Damn
What that is?
Ben, not that big ass shit
We got to cut that shit, oh, fool
What it's supposed to do?
Just fucking enable us to hear?
Nah, tell you.
It's a certain type of screw.
It ain't even a regular screw.
Like no Philip head, no play.
Ain't giving that bitch a name.
That's what that nigga too sure called me.
That nigga called me.
He must be from that side of time.
Who?
Oh, gee.
No, he brought me out on my special.
No, I'm talking about the other OG.
That nigga from New York.
I don't even worry about this shit.
I don't mean.
That's why short calling me too short.
Like the picture.
Just what I'm trying to tell you.
That's what I'm trying to tell you.
That's what you're supposed to be like, embrace.
What you mean?
Like, look at him as, like.
I'm on the son.
Yeah.
That's how I feel.
It's like you fucking a nigga bitch and he's like, he always be like,
no, I don't like that nigga.
Every time he's seen, he'd be like,
boy, you be fresh and fuck.
You're like, but you really don't like it.
Yeah.
You're scary and fuck.
Damn.
I'll post that shit throughout the date.
Huh?

I'll post that and then post your special right after.
But this ain't my shirts.
Don't matter?
That's the name of it.
Yeah.
It looked like it, right?
That's your slogan.
Yeah, that's my shit.
That's your show.
Free promo.
That's your show.
Oh, free promo.
That's what you're doing.
So we post a picture.
Appreciate you.
then your special
right behind
the same

Okay.
Y'all tap in.
Okay.
He's a country in here and they towed on everybody.
Yeah, I know who stole it.
They stole it.
Penn stole it.
I know the nigga who took my bag.
I feel you, I'm gonna do that shit right now though.
All right for sure, good looking.
If you get mad, it's like damn.
Yeah.
Don't fuck with me.
I fuck with you though.
It's always I fuck with you.
It's never I don't fuck with you.
fuck with you. Why shouldn't I not not fuck with you?
Oh, mammas. Because I don't have no reason
not to fuck with this. I'm not trying to tell you. I don't know how to be for
a nigga who ain't never gave me a reason to.
Mamas. You feel me?
I've got to be mad before. You will never get me
mad, my nigga. You feel with me?
I control that shit. You don't give me
no reason to get mad, my nigga. I'm really from
the streets. You're not going to make me mad. You don't want
to see me mad. You see what I'm saying?
Because we're not on the internet. If you're mad.
Yeah, you're right. I have a life. I have
a life. You black. I'll rather. We win.
Everybody going to type you fight this, nigga, we're going to use this shit from promotion of YouTube.
Anybody that wants you to beef with them online is the police.
Facts, my nigga.
That's a fact.
That's all.
That's not even no.
O.G. shit.
Nick, get on the phone.
You squads, niggins and shit.
But, hey, man, where you get your shirt from and where you get your shirt from?
Where you get your name of your shit from?
But the thing, no.
I'm still a fan of your art.
I may not be a fan of who you are as a human being.
But by me having the respect and being a fan of your art, I know.
where our relationship is
where it's like
we may have a misunderstanding
but I'm not gonna allow that
for us to be
I'm gonna do this until we see each other
and then when we see each other
I'm like what's how you're right
because it really is a misunderstanding
he don't know
he don't know where he got the game from
he got some shit sent to him
from some white folks
so he'd think
white folks gonna hear this
be like, what do we got to know with this?
It's really about the white folks
no for real
no because of white
I was mad at the people that make the shirt
right
And they sent it to him.
So he's just a puppet for that motherfucking movie.
Now, what did we learn?
What?
What's that shit on the internet?
It's anybody's shit.
Even though you do it first and put it on the internet first?
They'll give a fuck, nigga, you gotta have that shit.
Yeah, exactly.
All that shit.
Yeah.
If you don't own it, you don't fucking own it.
You're right.
You don't read the fine print when you sign up for this shit.
When you post the shit on day's shit, it's they shit.
Right.
You're a fan of the nigga artwork, man.
That shit ain't by a nint, man.
And at the end of the day, he might not even need to talk about you.
No, that nigga talking about me.
Still, though.
He might not be.
Might not be.
It might be a whole other nigga who don't start some shit,
and you don't even know it's a little nigga.
It's a little, little nigga.
He on his head.
He don't even know what you talk about.
This is a whole other nigga from Wisconsin.

I'm talking to this nigga in Wisconsin.
I see what you said.
So who is there the other young man that man in?
This is his shit?
Let me just sell up his Instagram shit.
That's why I don't do that social media and shit.
Brum.
This is why?
I see what you're saying.
It's the internet.
He might not even be in him.
I don't do all that.
I don't do all that internet shit.
Might not be, he might don't even control his page.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yeah, think of all the...
You got to think about all the four you just jump to conclusion.
It's the streets.
It's the way I think about every...
Until you make it one.
Right.
You don't even see this shit for real.
That nigga, I came and say that.
Don't say it.
Don't say it.
I see what you're saying.
I appreciate it.
That's what.
That's me.
Oh, man, we ain't trapping.
Yeah, so he's like, what are we doing?
Because he's the same nigga, like, I want to make sure you scrape.
Yeah.

Hey, man, for you even do out of the air.
That's just the OG and me from being with.
Hey, hey, hello.
My OG is tapping in with me.
Go tight before you go
Go tight before you're going to do something
shit.
What's going on?
Think about all the avenues.
I'd rather see niggas win
and get some money
than the niggins argument
because I don't even know how to argue.
I sound stupid.
Oh, my mom.
Arguing.
Man, fuck it.
You might want to fight, man.
I don't even know how to go back to forward
with a nigga.
You're right.
And we ain't talking about
a comment.
You're going to even talk to me
in past 10 around this motherfucker.
You don't what I'm talking about?
Yeah, so.

Before I say this, I do want to say what's up and peace to my brother.
My brother just came home from doing 78 years in prison.
What's going on, Mayor?
I'm gonna wait for about three more people.
I'm gonna respond.
Three more people, y'all.
I'm gonna respond back to these,
because these young dudes is getting out of control, bro.

And, you know, they said a lot of disrespectful things, man.
And as an OG myself, I want to dress 11 things specifically.

Be like, what the fuck you're doing on Instagram, you know?
Yeah, mamas.
Oh, yeah, it ain't official unless you got to do too much logo on the back, too.
That's the stamp, too.
That's the real shirt where he's got to do too much logo in the back.
You don't talk about, yeah, man.
You're going to fucking get out.
Yeah.
If you want to be on here, reposting and then responding to shit, that's on you.
Stay on for that.
You're right.
It's an Explore page full of butt-necked women, and you're on here worrying about what a nigga talking about.
You're right.
I'm trying to figure out why this girl pussy's so big, and she keeps sitting like this on all her pitch.
I don't know why they keep showing me all this shit.
I don't even know what to call on my Explore page.
No, you got to speak into your bar, but they know what you want that.
You know Twitter on some other shit, though.
Hold on.
I'm scrolling the Explore page in a lady just grab it.
their titty and squirted in milk right on the fucking camera.
I was like, well, who requests is this?
They know what you like, man.
I mean, because every time I wake up, I look and be like,

Ain't no wrong with that.
But see, that's why we got to create the narrative from whatever we want to do,
bro.
It's black brothers, bro.
You feel me.

I can't believe you brought this energy and spirit
and this trap today.
This shit started out political
with conspiracy theories

hip-hop violence.
We don't talk about chlamydia.
The big shot.
The big shot.
The two-head.
So you thought this was about an interview.
This is community building

Oh, my, mama, that's a good play, though.
That's a cold play.
Instead of being, you feel me?
Strong arming a nigga.
Then y'all stop left, but he texted somebody.
They're outside.
Oh, mama.
Hold up.
He didn't start Texas in D.C.
Motherfuck, he's gonna get outside.
It's gonna be all type of shit going on.
Hey?
That's what I said?
You good, nigga?
You need a ride?
Man, D.C.
That nigga, I'm fucking around to get left.
Oh, you must be riding with D.
Hope me back. Come on, baby, girl.
That they're going to pull, they're going to go outside.
Like, damn, the kids up, my way to take the bag, it's all we got.
Then you're your driver on a date and shit, they didn't brought the girl to the girl.
They got a girl with me.
I was looking at that.
I was looking at it too.
I was like, that they got a day.
They got a big guy from here.
That nigger ain't from nowhere.
The nigga ain't from Africa, none of that.
Well, they came as a package.
He over there lying to this shit.
Yeah, my job be lit like this.
Every day.
Yeah.
We drive everybody.
We had Denzel yesterday.
We had Denzel who?
Denzel who?
Denzel who?
Desal who?
Denzel.
Okay.
You know the nigger who was running from the girl?
He got out of my car.
I was with him.
I slammed them part.
I slammed the door.
And when I hit the break, they got it.
He was running down the street.
They were running down the street.
I had to sit.
I missed the light trying to claw the damn door.
What are you running after him?
I want that.
You don't get that, boy.
You don't get that, boy.
Yeah, he fucked up on that one.
Whatever fucked up.
He fucked up.
But y'all is stupid, bro.
What are you in a dick to tell me for, right?
I don't look at the driver.
That dick, a little suspicious to the motherfucker.
Oh, jeez.
As soon as this shit over and they get back in the car,
did you find your bag?
He didn't get the stuff back, did you turn that location, though.
It's the complete V-bag, right?
Yeah, exactly.
Oh, man.
This clay, we go.
That computer, the battery must have died on that computer, huh?
He's got an adjad on.
Oh, it ran down.
Oh, so they scraped, huh?
Oh, okay.
Oh, damn.
They, okay, they scraped, yeah.
Boy, y'all is...
Well, when you get in the car, he ain't gonna offer you no phone charge of nothing, bro.
That ain't gonna be petty.
He's gonna be pulling this shit back to the front.
Yeah, I guess.
Yes, you won't be needing that.
Uh-uh, bro, you got to call me on FaceTime, so I know you're straight.
No, you can't get the horse.
The whole ride.
I won't mention you're good.
I don't want the phone to just hang up on his own.
D.C.
They just going to hang up on his own.
He got, uh-huh, hang up the phone.
D.C.
He's going to reach over there.
No, he's going to pull over on the side of the road, and that thing is going to get in on the other side.
So, so while they were laughing.
Uh-huh.
You find it funny.
You like the humor.
He do not to ride back with this thinger, bro.
We got to stop playing with him.
You have the humor.
That's what you're thinking about.
What are he playing?
I got out with the big day.
What are we doing?
Oh, it's a package.
Hey, man.
He's going to stab with you.
You got to keep your eye on these niggins now.
They got my man.
You're finding to get it over, niggas.
You're going to be stabbed in your thigh in an escalade.
I don't like how you played me out at that kick the head.
You have the humor over, baby.
At the trap.
You have the humor.
At the trap, you was laughing.
Oh, man.
They're only begging it worse for you.
You left me hanging.
I can't, man.
They left you, you left me hanging.
You left me hanging.
Now, jokes on you.
Three days, more.
They ain't going to do shit till the fourth day.
Fuck you up.
They're going to be outside a hotel room.
Go to the 26th floor.
You have a 50 waiting for you.
They don't tell him what, room.
Thank you, room.
Oh, shit.
He texting, too.
Man, everybody, they're texting.
Everybody on one.
He's texting.
It's over, nigga.

He's scared.
Oh, shit.
Man, we ain't talked about none of the shit.
That's bad.
That's bad.
Yeah, Los.
Fuck it.
Fuck it.
D.C., don't wear this yellow sweater anymore.
It turns you into a bad person.
No, it ain't.
That bitch is the same color as McDonald's eggs.
Who?
That shouldn't.
You don't fuck with scrimmed an egg, my wife?
Yeah, I do.
You don't fuck with your scrum about my fuck?
Hell yeah.
Oh, man.

My oldest daughter, her first day in ninth grade
And I called to ask how it was good
She was like, oh, dad, all they were doing was talking about your thing in class.
I ruined my baby's first day of high school.

What turns me on is when a man sends me money.

Remember the Movie Pass era, where you could watch all the movies you wanted for just $9?
It made zero cents and I could not stop thinking about it.
I'm Bridget Todd, host of the tech podcast, there are no girls on the internet.
On this new season, I'm talking to the innovators who are left out of the tech headlines.
Like the visionary behind a movie pass, Black founder Stacey Spikes,
who was pushed out of Movie Pass, the company that he founded.
His story is wild and it's currently the subject of a juicy new HBO documentary.
We dive into how culture connects us.
When you go to France, or you go to England, or you go to Hong Kong, those kids are wearing Jordans, they're wearing Kobe's shirt, they're watching Black Panther.
And the challenges of being a Black founder.
Close your eyes and tell me what a tech founder looks like.
They're not going to describe someone who looks like me and they're not going to describe someone who looks like you.

Boy, this shit doesn't turn into it.
The whole knocker in color popper.
Yeah.
So how you said out?
Yeah, man.
You're the perfect guest
for Black Men's Mental Health Month.
I think.
Don't call me on that.
Meag ain't got nothing to say.
It is.
Oh, just saying.
Even if you're wrong, you're still right.
We're celebrating it.
Right.
We black men.
They can't tell us what to celebrate.
Man, we celebrate life every day, nigga.
You think what I'm saying?
Living.
I know.
That's why you got to celebrate life.
Every day.
Yeah, yeah.
Because them you made it through.
They want you to fall.
They want you to go out there and be acting like you crazy.
Everybody had that moment where they could have snapped and went really went crazy.
But, nigga, some step in and said, you got all right.
Two or three incidents from that, though.
You're straight?
That's the thing that's like you just got to kind of work through life.
Man, life done dealt everybody that shit in hand.
Yes, it has.
And it's like, some of that shit can really take people further away from the person that they used to be.
And sometimes, you know, it's not about, like, fixing or correctness about how you can.
and help people deal with shit
or how they want to be dealt with.
Because it's more about,
it's not about other people
when you go to therapy.
It's really about healing yourself.
Exactly, right?
And how you deal with shit
and how you've already dealt with shit.
Right.
You know, some people attach feelings
to shit so much
and it affect them so much
as they live in that moment.
Yeah, and it affects all the rest of their decisions.
That's why I detached. All my emotion for that shit.
My own.
Got detached that shit.
Yep.
But see, even if they're in that moment,
In that sense, they would say
that's not even, it's okay
to have feelings about shit.
My only, like when people say,
then you're holding back.
Shut the fuck up.
See, you're going to make me snap
because now you're trying to tell me
the shit that I do don't work.
And it's altering other shit.
It don't work for me this far.
If I would have been to snap,
that would have a long time ago.
Right.
You dig what I'm saying?
So you can't sit here and say,
oh, well, by you holding it in,
you may never know what your true emotions is.
Bitch, that is an emotion by controlling an emotion.
That is a numb emotion that you don't have.
That's emotional intelligence, though.
That's gay.
You see what I'm saying?
That's totally your call up to you.
It ain't even that you.
When you go to therapy, you don't have to just to go talk about trauma.
Right.
You can go talk about shit that fucking bothers you.
Nicky, if you love the motherfucking whatever your team is
and they lose too much, this shit fuck with me.
It's not about your dad.
deepest, darkest secret thing.
It's just, hey, man, I don't want this shit to bother me no more.
Y'all be talking to therapists.
Hey, man, you do this shit, and everybody talks to therapists, whether they know it or not.
This is therapy.
Exactly.
That's what I'm saying.
That's why I'd say, I'd rather talk to somebody that I know than a stranger.
That why I'd be like, y'all got to trust the stranger, just because they got a job
that it's confidential.
Don't you know they go home and tell people what the fuck they done heard today?
Oh, mama, somebody know your business.
This nigger.
This nigga fucked up, man.
Hey, man, that nigga fucked up.
Real talk.
Like, hey, man.
You're regular people, too.
They just be like, oh, so why do you do that?
Looking at you like, hmm, this nigga is crazy in the mind, man.
But this is what you got a hundred.
They're real people.
Everybody fucked up.
Right.
Yeah.
They fucked up.
Yep.
That don't mean they fucked up.
Therapists are fucked up.
Every time I hear somebody say, you got to be fucked up to want to listen to hell of
fucked up people.
What if you're good at fixing?
That could be your gift.
You crazy.
That could be your gift.
You could be good at heal another motherfucker.
That's fucking that's fucked up.
Exactly.
But this is the thing.
Kind of we do it with jokes.
But this is the thing, though, finding your gift may take a little trauma.
Yeah.
Because by you having to listen to other people fucked up shit, you have a special gift to help them through their fuck up situation.
Yep.
That's a gift.
Yeah, exactly.
We got a gift of numbing people's shit.
Ignoring the fact.
Laugh.
This is a special gift.
Exactly.
But we're going through so much that we have to come up here and have to emotional.
intelligence to alter our emotions right now.
To serve the people.
Exactly.
It's a gift.
It is.
So we have to go through certain things in order to perfect our gifts.
So the therapist, those therapists may have gifts.
Yes.
But that's the thing, though, the same confidence people have to go to therapy,
it's the same confidence you want them to have with a relationship with God.
Mm-hmm.
You get to have both.
But that's what I'm saying.
A lot of people who talk to therapy don't.
don't have that same confidence with the high power.
When do most people profess to
find the God?
When they're going through some shit?
Exactly.
That's the whole point.
You shouldn't have to go through
why you can't just do that shit.
When they were normally.
Yeah, exactly.
Right.
That's what I'm saying.
So they'll talk through the therapist, like you say,
about the team, about all that.
Soon as a little rock bottle.
Rock bottle.
You ain't called their name all year.
I see what you said.
That makes sense.
That makes sense.
But on the other side of that is who are we to judge?
I ain't judging.
I never judge.
No, but when you said that when you point the finger in that sense, you are doing.
I'm giving our wisdom to say.
Who's to say that when shit was right, they weren't.
Maybe they weren't in the word of God, but still serving God.
That can happen.
Sometimes fucked up shit happened to.
good people. And it ain't just about, hey, you miss this part of it. Like, hey, you're supposed to be a good
person and have a relationship with you. They still might have been serving in another way.
It's many ways to serve God and to be of the people and do godly things. Some people are
blessed with giving the word. Some people have a blessing to receiving the spirit. Some people are
supposed to be changed by the word. Some people have to be converted. You get what I'm saying?
That however, you know, however you get to God is your own pair.
Yeah, that's true.
But people who are already on the other side got to be more welcoming to the people
who have to go through something, who have to go through something to find that pair.
That's a fact.
That's a fact.
It's my only thing is they pick and choose when they want to find and try to find a way to talk to them.
That's human flaw.
That's how God made people.
I understand that.
I understand that.
But what I'm telling people is,
This is probably going to be one of the hardest relationships you're going to ever have.
It ain't easy.
Because as an easy man, it's so easy for us to stop, don't talk, don't do nothing.
We'll call, we'll pick a, we'll hollet you when we feel like it.
We'll, I ain't really stunned what you're talking about.
I talk to you when I feel like it.
This is one of the ones you got to do before you do anything in your life.
wake up, you hollet the OG.
Before I move, before I shake, I just want to make sure I go in here and do right.
I may go in here and flip up because you know me.
And if the nigger in here, that meaning was meant for me to flip out because you brought them to table.
But if I flip out, I want to make sure I get a bodyhead on it.
But I want to have a mental capacity, mental space and the spiritual acknowledgement to understand what I'm about to face.
I just want to make sure I do right.
That's what I'm trying to tell you.
People do that.
Like you said, they're still serving because you've got to go through lessons,
but you'll do all of that and talk to everybody else.
All God want you to do is acknowledge him, man.
You do everything else.
I'm not saying it's going to be perfect.
I'm just saying, holler at OG.
He wants you to talk to him.
He know you ain't perfect.
My friends ain't perfect.
Jesus 12 disciples, they ain't, nigger, they turned it back on them.
Judah the one just told Jesus to the end of this.
Right. But the same way you got your own relationship with God, everybody got to have that same.
Because it's levels to that. You get what I'm saying? It's all about the perception of it.
Right. Like you was having a great conversation about God. And then you said, holl at the OG. The older people would have been like, see, you were saying something until you said that bullshit.
Yeah. It's all in about the perception of it. You got to allow people to do that. The man that pray seven times a day.
is that he get the same love from God as the man who prayed once.
Yes, no, I'm not, I'm not saying that you, what I'm saying, everything that we receive.
That's the whole point of Christianity and serving God, though, right?
It's to let people, some people need to see it and live it.
But what I'm telling me is, they have to do it.
Exactly.
Not on your terms, though.
I ain't say acknowledge him on my terms.
Right.
You go three, four years.
Some people go years.
Some people go 50.
But that they time.
The story is in the Bible where people go hundreds.
Stop complaining and stop talking about it.
Don't know if I want to hear that shit.
That's part of the story, too.
Because you ain't doing what you was supposed to do.
I'm not sitting here telling you what's wrong in my life.
I ain't sitting here telling you what could or should have happened.
I ain't sitting here telling you what fucked up in my past and I'm so fucked up.
Fuck that.
Even when I was fucked up, I was the happiest nigger then.
And I'm the happiest nigger today because my spirit was intact.
I'm sitting here to tell y'all, niggum, I ain't got the energy.
to deal with the fuck shit
to deal with that bad
fuck that you want to complain about your life
you want to go talk to a therapist
bitch is going to keep fucking up
because bitch because the therapist ain't God
you got to acknowledge God
and get yourself together if you want your life
to be fucked up for 69 years
and you got to seminate to live
but bitch we could have stopped it at 30
because all you had to do was just
acknowledge the high power
that shit could have a lot of people
could cut their stress shot
no matter what you're going through
it like I ain't saying the bad shit ain't going to happen
You can cut your stress a whole lot shorter
and you can be joyful, a whole lot more.
Everybody heal the process is different.
But that's what I'm saying is.
Life is different.
I see what this nigga said, but I don't see what you said.
But I get the soldier to be like, man,
let's the therapist deal with that shit.
And we got to keep marching people.
Everybody comes from a different cloth.
Well, until he gets ready to sleep with the same cloth we got,
we're going to be cold.
Let's go.
And then I got time of that shit.
I said what I said.
Bro, everybody not built like you.
Yeah, everybody's different.
Everybody's different.
But they want to reap the same benefits.
That's why I was just back.
No, no, no, wait.
We're talking about two different things.
No, no, I'm not talking about that.
I'm talking about going back to the mental health park.
Okay, mental health.
Everybody can't bear a load as heavy as you.
Or as him or as him.
Some people need that extra guidance.
They need that, they need to be heard.
It ain't even about being fixed.
people don't have the same resources
and the same outlets.
They don't get to make the same choices
because however fucked up you think your situation is
but your situation is somebody who can come through
we can play saddest story in the room.
There's something going through some way with shit.
You don't know how much of those real-life situations
a person can pile on
before it affects the way you make decisions
and you'll be in a place where you didn't even know
that you needed help.
Before it's too late,
before it ain't nothing nobody can do for you.
That's how you feel.
Your feelings ain't facts.
No, I ain't saying that.
I know a nigga going to do so way worse than me.
This a nigga looking at me talking about he need help.
It's a nigga who's looking at me talking about
somebody need to hold.
Somebody needs to get him a hug.
Right.
Bitch, get the fuck off me.
Right.
My hug comes from the high power.
Pray for me.
That's how you fuck with it.
I understand that.
I understand that.
What I'm saying is I'm not mocking the nigger who not don't have the mental capacity to take certain shit.
What I'm saying is it's okay for me to understand that he don't have the mental capacity to take certain shit.
Do you understand some people going to need some help before they even get to that part?
Yeah.
That's what I don't know.
It's an area in there.
Just like, like you said, life happens to people in a certain way.
Before they can even get to the healing part, they say.
still got to go through the shit that they're going through to get their own steps right it's not
even over yet so don't so it's just like it's just kind of dismissive to those people who like you said
who can't who can't handle it and you don't want to shame nobody for feeling like they need help
trying to process this shit I ain't saying that but you're saying you just saying you're just saying
hey this shit will be fixed no I'm just saying you're just saying hey this should be fixed if you just
did this do you understand that's the shit that drives people to therapy it's like it can't
be that simple because shit I got everything.
Yeah, because it's like a talent.
It's like a nigga saying, Nick go up here and just be funny.
Damn, what the fuck you, right?
That would just go out there and freestyle.
Nick, everybody ain't got that ability.
This nigga might have to write.
Then he might be funny, I think you write.
Guess what?
Ain't no other cure better than acknowledging the high power.
You made no nine-time nine by heart,
the other nigga bait on.
But you could tear the slowest nigga in the room.
Acknowledge him.
guide your footsteps
however however
he might guide you to a therapist
he may guide you
you don't even know
you gotta understand the purpose
and when shit
I see okay
and you gotta understand
you like bro it's a purpose
it's reasoning
it's like it's too much shit
that's happening at the same
all at once
and it's all
dropping in my lap
and as a human
even in the strongest nigga
you can't take it all
right yeah
what's wrong with having
somebody help
you deal with that. I ain't saying ain't nothing wrong
with a nigga having help. What I'm saying is
don't ever doubt yourself.
Never. But that's where the, I need
majority of the help come from
doubting oneself that's saying that I can't
You're saying, just don't just jump to
oh, I need this and I need, nigga, tap in
what you feel me? And then you're going to... And then
you feel me? I had to tap you.
You feel me? You feel me? That's what I'm saying. I get
what I'm saying. I get what you said. I get what you said.
I get what you said. God was bringing people to me that he knew
I needed. God was bringing people around me
that he knew that I needed extra love.
Yep.
I can look you in your eyes, and you can see it in my eyes like, well, I'm fucked up, bro.
I don't even know how to, why I left, right.
I can't even talk.
Right.
Yeah.
But, nigger, just by your presence, it's helping me.
Yeah.
Right.
Exactly.
Cool.
I understand that.
Dead.
I don't have to sit here and be like, no, that's not going to get me on the other side.
Even to another nigga, I'm a soldier telling another soldier who fight him.
Listen, bro, you can get help, but don't depend on him to.
save your life.
Yeah.
Y'all keep depending on these people.
These people.
Yeah.
All he's here to save your fucking life.
You ain't going to the person who really can save your life.
Yeah.
But that's the thing about it.
You can't escape them anyway.
Right.
Exactly.
You can't.
Even in the moments of your biggest denial, God still.
He still on your boots.
All I'm saying is, people have to go through their own process to find out.
Some people, God, show up on phase one.
Some people got to show up on phase nine.
Some people, he don't show up to 9,999.
But it's still, he's still going to have you, you can't deny it.
Right.
But it's all in about how you, it's all in about your path to him.
Some people don't do it until the last moments, the last breath.
They said, even if you was never religious, they ask your family, y'all want us to send the reverend and pray over them.
She, you might not even agree to the shit.
The family might say, yeah.
And bring them in here, shit.
We ain't doing nothing else.
There ain't nothing but sad news around here.
Something to break the spirit up.
You get what I'm saying?
You never know.
And then by the time you have to go meet them, shit, you'll know then.
Right.
Damn.
You'll know then.
You can deny that.
You can deny that.
That's the only thing.
However you want to.
But shit, we all got a date.
We all going to get to meet them.
I don't knock people with mental health.
I feel like everybody have a mental health with it to a certain extent.
You get what I'm saying?
Because if you look around, this is how I look at,
at mental health, right?
Hold up, hold up.
No, I'm, I'm just, I'm just thinking.
Yeah, because that's the whole community.
Mental health community.
Everybody got, everybody crazy.
They're going to play crazy, too, folks.
Oh, mamas.
Think about mental health.
Yeah.
You did?
All right.
That's like you driving, right?
We all on these expressway.
Real talk.
You know what I'm saying?
We're going to play crazy.
They get crazy.
Let me get crazy.
Let me get crazy.
Uh, thinking about mental health.
We're driving.
Think about it.
You're on the express weight.
When they think like everybody's crazy
and when certain shit,
be happening. Now, you got some people that's crazy for real.
When people going in and shooting, niggots and shit.
See, that's something in the less.
That's mental, that's real, like, mental health, because something clicked in your head
to say, going in and shoot innocent people.
How long you've been living?
I'm 40.
How long have you been living?
29.
All right.
Shit that have been happening.
Certain things have been happening.
Media be blocking certain shit.
But some shit that just unheard of, that don't really be happening.
On a regular day basis.
That's, nigga, that's mental health, nigga.
Everybody thought about some crazy shit, but you ain't never do it.
That's a thought that ended up overtaking a nigga, and then he went and did it.
That's mental health.
Nothing stopped him from going to here and shooting innocent people in the Walmart on a regular day.
That's mental fucking help.
You dig what I'm saying?
If you drive on an expressway, look how many normal niggas it is that stand in their fucking lane.
Wow, all this mental health would be thinking.
Everybody got their own personal shit that they go on through.
That's a pain, though.
But this is what I'm saying everybody got their own shit that they're going through.
It's mental health because we do live in a world where people just make fucked up decisions too.
Everybody do.
But what I'm saying is when you gas like shit, you bring it to life, man.
This shit going to happen.
When you give it a title, you bring it to life.
If, nigger, if I want to go somewhere and I tell a nigga all my problems,
he's going to give me a list of titles that's fucking wrong with me.
He going to sit here and say, nigga, you this.
you this
you this
now I'm going home
with 50 different problems
because a nigga
I told me a title
of everything
that I don't told this nigga
and it's a fucking title
for everything
that I don't told this nigga
fuck that's mental health
because if there's a title
for everything that's wrong
with a nigga
if you want to say that
I feel like
it's more normal people out here
that just have to have
more self-control
I don't know we all done
did some shit
even when it comes in the street
When niggas out here shooting and all that,
there's a lack of self-control
because you allow a nigga to get you angry
and you went and dead some shit
that is some sort of...
Yeah, the niggas got mental health issues too.
That is some sort of mental health.
It's a lot of niggas we know.
You do shit that another nigga won't do.
Exactly.
Check this shit out.
Yeah.
Huh?
Worst case, it's just a hypothetical situation.
You in your house, reading your Bible.
Right.
And you're just sitting there, you got a gospel music playing.
You lit a candle.
You're in prayer, you're in your prayer closet.
Right.
And a motherfucker shoot through your wall
and blow half your motherfucking shoulder off.
Now you got, you scared as fuck to be in the house by yourself.
Fax.
How to fuck you deal with this?
They have people that can help you deal with this.
Facts.
Shit, I've been up.
I can't even go to bed at night ever since that shit happened.
That man was, those people were living a normal life.
And the result of somebody else's decision.
Facts.
Gave them a certain trauma that's what the fuck is wrong.
I don't even know how to explain this shit.
I don't know what medicine to go get.
I don't know what the fuck make me feel good.
I'm scared that.
They're going to hit my baby in them next.
I don't know what the fuck, man.
The people at the Parma Complex still want the rent.
I don't know.
I'm fucked up.
I'm living off $900 a month.
Shit still going on.
I ain't got no insurance.
I got need four surgeries.
My shit still bleeding from three weeks ago.
Yep.
How you deal with this?
Facts.
You might need somebody to communicate with.
Sometimes it ain't just about if you have a relationship with God or not.
Sometimes you can be in life happens.
Facts.
I understand exactly what you sound about.
That's a nigga who traumatized off some shit
He's not even in that life
You know how a nigga be like, bro, yeah
It's like some army shit
You go over there, you see all this shit
That shit fucked your mind up
That's not a everyday regular thing
Yeah, but they chose that
What I'm saying, that's not an everyday regular thing though
No, but they still chose that
What about a nigga than choose shit?
I understand that shit happened
He fucked up in the head
What if it's not
You can't just put all that shit under one blanket
Right
Because some of that shit
might not a, some shit ain't going to affect the people, everybody the same way.
Yeah, facts.
So you can't just say, this fucked them up.
Everybody don't come back fucked up.
Right.
Some people can really flip the switch and go live a normal life and never hurt nobody
and have all the guns.
They still love the country and the war and all that.
And they just love to go out on the weekend and they still gung-ho about everything.
They love that shit.
They got attached on their body.
It's some people like that for show.
They want the kids to go and spend.
Some people don't do that.
But some people go.
They want to retaliate.
They then grew up in a certain environment and they said that this shit don't exist.
Right, right.
Now they're living in their worst nightmare.
I never knew that the world was this fucked up.
Yeah.
I'm participating in shit I don't even believe in.
This is morally fucked up.
But if I don't do it, I'm going to die.
I'm dying.
Right.
So, niggas out there and war, killing kids, all the type of shit.
I feel terrible about all this shit that I got, this is against my moral code.
Yep.
Man, I'm over here seeing these things.
women being brutalized.
I don't believe in push.
I grew up with nine sisters in the house.
You know what I'm saying?
All of the, it ain't just
the vice. It's different than everybody.
It's a, when you go into a third world country
and you see, hey, this is the place
they picked to have a war at.
The long guy, stay over here.
The long guy started to realize that maybe
I'm not even over here for what they told me I was over here.
Yep.
You over there thing.
You're a regular war, nigga. Now you're killing people in church.
These people are heavily into religion and shit.
These soldiers come back and they say,
I ain't even see the motherfuckers
that we were supposed to be over there looking for
some people go to war
and don't shoot nothing
but some motherfuckers do
the shit that the movies can't even capture
but you don't even understand
your job ain't even that
they want you to be behind all the action
so you can pick up the pieces
or you're gonna go do this
and y'all are gonna patrol right
like everybody ain't supposed
they know who can deal with that shit
for the most part
everybody just takes shit there
And they got certain, they got certain shit you got to do before they'll just let you go home.
You don't just leave the war and be in the crib the next week.
Like how you just taught me how to deal with my emotion?
Nick, I got it.
My nigga, how dare you?
You feel me?
Play with my originality, nigga?
Right.
But you're like, no, don't let a nigga feel me.
Don't react like that.
Mom, I'm reacting different how you will react, but I'm on some emotional shit.
Right.
You getting at me on some men, feel me?
That's a little problem.
I'm D.C. and fly out a bit.
Hell of shit.
That's, don't trip off that a little.
I appreciate you
because that's a big deal
to me right now
but nigga that man
you got way bigger problems
to me but nigga emotionally
I felt how I felt
when I seen it
so that's what he's saying
about anything in life
you feel me
just niggas might feel different
everybody got different emotions
and people got their own ways
but you know what I'm saying
you might look at it
as a one off situation
like you said
we all are incident
or two or three
or four or 15 from
snapping
or going crazy
because you don't know
if this is the nine
time that this happened to somebody
or the 9-99 time.
You don't know if the last time
somebody did this shit
made them feel like that
they didn't say that next time somebody do this,
this is what I'm doing.
If I ever feel like this again,
this is the last time.
Mamas.
And that ain't got nothing.
I throw all this shit.
That's why I'm looking for the nigga with the hat.
Where did he go?
We were talking about him with the hat.
That nigga didn't disappear.
Right.
But see, you know what I'm saying?
You know what I'm saying?
You know what I'm always say.
They did this. Because they didn't have nothing to lose.
and be like, you know what, I'm gonna come back.
We in this motherfucker talking, bop, bop, bop, fow.
What I'm saying, no, thinking.
We should be crazy.
You feel me?
I'm thinking about, thinking about the mother to do shit.
What, bro, with the head at?
That's what I'm saying.
You see what I'm saying, though?
That's that.
We don't know.
Like I said, some people do shit because they don't have nothing to lose.
And then some people do shit because they don't have nothing to game.
It's fucked up.
That's what the whole thing.
It's just to try to balance.
The motherfuckers that's happy in life
kind of stay in the middle. You see
motherfuckers who got everything in the world
still go through the most regular shit.
You think that shit don't hurt
the same because they got more
money or more shit than somebody?
That motherfucker, he's the same
he might not be able to take it if his girl
like a few pictures or had a nigga before her.
He can't deal with knowing who she used to
fuck with. Right, right. Right.
These motherfuckers don't know what
like to deal with somebody who's got a baby by somebody else.
That ain't the life they lit.
I got to learn to be more empathetic.
Exactly.
To people who wouldn't react, how I would react.
I have the, I have the,
that's another emotional intelligence of shutting down,
of saying, bro, I ain't got time to be listening to you,
complain about some shit.
Right.
When you feel me and I got to understand that certain niggas,
I ain't, I ain't, you just, everybody different.
And then it's like, I give a nigga too much benefit of the dollar.
Be like, yes, you are.
But check this out.
I do that same shit, bro.
I mean, I do that same shit.
You know that God is, I can do what you can do it.
I can do it.
Oh, look, girl, look, come down.
Do you know that God is using you as a vessel?
Right.
So do you understand that it ain't people just complaining?
Sometimes people want certain motherfuckers to hear what they're going through.
Because like I said, we all live in a different experience in his life.
Like, it hit different to be able to tell your partner or a nigger you really fucking with what you're really going through just for them to, sometimes it just be that word or somebody just knowing that you told somebody that you care about some real shit.
Because think about the world, like, motherfuckers ain't going to share nothing real with you if they don't fuck with you a certain kind of way.
So it ain't just like they dumping their problems on you, but it might just mean a little bit more from somebody that you respect to say, hey, this is what I'm going through.
I've seen you go through something heavier than that.
What can you tell me?
What can you, you know what I'm saying?
How can you help me get to the point
where I can get over this little shit
if I see you going through bigger shit?
I'm stuck right here.
This got me fucked up.
Right, right.
You get what I'm saying?
It's a fact.
Sometimes people won't talk to people
that they can relate to in certain ways.
You don't know what you said on a viral video
or in a comment section that they related to.
They'd be like, oh, okay, that's somebody that I can.
I fuck with on that level
you know what I'm saying?
Right, that's a fact.
That's just it though, man.
It's levels to that shit.
It's layers to the shit.
You don't never want to discount
nobody else's experience on this earth.
I don't, I just, I be...
Not saying you do, but...
It's just, like you said,
I don't be more so empathetic
to the fact that
maybe you're not strong,
but I don't even look...
I have...
I don't even have that willpower
to look at you as a weakling
and to look at you and saying that you can't.
I don't even view you as that,
even though you see yourself as that.
So I guess it was meant for you to meet me.
Exactly.
To tell you that.
Nick, you're strong, man.
Like, get the fuck up.
Yeah.
Stop.
I'm telling you.
And I don't even want to tell you.
Something is telling me to tell you.
Get up.
That's him being in the best.
But do you understand that sometimes the way that this shit,
the way that the universe work,
that somebody might be able to hear you say that.
Right.
But if he said it, they and their feelings even more, how dare you say it?
Right.
You get what I'm saying?
Right.
Like, you got a big brother?
Your big brother can tell you certain shit in a certain kind of way that only your brother can talk to you that.
Hey, JoJo, you're fucking up.
I must really be fucking up because you don't never say shit.
Facts, exactly.
Facts.
I'm really tripping that.
Yeah.
You get what I'm saying?
Hey.
But what about the nigga that don't got that.
brother he can you feel me go to chop game with that that comes from it comes from different places is
what i'm saying exactly yeah you don't heard plenty of stories but niggins like man i was i was about to do
this and then just this one little chance encounter with this one person and they said this one thing
that changed my whole mind yeah anybody could have said it but in that moment you were ready to
receive it you wanted you wanted to hear anything that would have changed your mind anybody could
said it.
Hey, young man, you got to move your car.
If that man wouldn't have said
that to me, I would have
win that man. It did hell of shit
on mamas. And that's what I was
saying, it's a process. You don't never know
when God going to show up. He might
not get you when you
before tragedy strike.
Damn. Or before you, you know what I'm saying?
He might let you go through the whole
fuck up and let you sit down
for five, six, seven years before
he say, oh, you're going to be to that trial.
You're not, you're not guilty.
but I need you to sit your hand down.
Whether you go to church or know the Bible or anything,
God's still going to get his message to you.
That's a fact.
That's real shit.
We ain't mean to get spiritual, but we need that.
But that's a real shit.
We needed that.
But that's what comes from the mental health thing.
We're like, you know what black men don't talk like this.
Exactly.
So it's like these things have to be spoken about so the wisdom.
We can't blame us.
Because we're still too young as a black culture to say that.
enough of us had to go
so we'll know that it's safe to go
that's just culturally
Facts
Nigger we don't want to go to the club
if that bitch empty
We
Nicky you don't have been
Nick I respect you enough to say
If you say it's cool to fuck with
And I can go talk to these
Okay cool I do it
Even if I don't like it
I'd try because my partner went
And I know that that nigga was
You see what I'm saying
Yeah
And nigger
Why would we with
object him.
We live,
we as black men
got a whole different
experience, nigga.
Any one of us can walk outside
and make the wrong
or leave a not
turn the signal light on
or go too fast
through a stop sign
or be driving regular
and get pulled over
about the wrong motherfucker
and it's awful.
Now we, you get what I'm saying?
They know that we live
our whole experience
outside is different,
nigga.
Anything can happen.
A random
motherfucking good citizen.
and can say, oh, man, that that nigga was,
he was talking loud and he had his shirt all up.
Man, his hood it was poked out.
He had a hood on.
Yeah.
We didn't see him motherfuckers get done brutally.
Thank you.
Yep.
Yep.
And then they tried to, they already know how to fucking manipulate us.
We're literally sitting here rejected in the help.
Hey, brer, you don't even know how fucked up you are.
You don't even.
even though that you grew up in the hood, in the projects,
seeing shit as a five, six, seven-year-old kid
that you shouldn't have seen
that's going to have long-term effects on you.
You don't know that because you're good right now.
Yeah, I'm regular right now.
You don't know when that shit going to break you down.
Yep, on mamas.
Nick, I'll be fucked up about some shit that happened.
Yeah, I see what you're saying.
It's the top of the shit that I be saying.
It's like, all right, we have seen some fucked up shit.
We didn't know it was fucked up until somebody told us it was fucking.
You see what I'm saying?
You see what I'm saying?
Yeah.
A lot of shit we was doing because of the environment.
I understand what you're saying coming from a nigger who ain't been into some shit
and then you jump into some shit.
I get that.
It's like it's levels to this shit.
It's a nigger who I'm, that's why I say I have to be more empathetic
because a nigger who doesn't bend into some shit doing some shit
is complaining like a nigger who ain't never been to some shit
who actually never been in some shit.
I see what you saying.
When you have the mental capacity to understand.
Okay, but look at the paradox.
And know the shit that you bet it was.
You talked about the shit, the survival of the fittest.
We come from a harsh environment.
So do you understand that a harsh environment
that our normal life is completely already fucked up?
The shit that's normal to us is like,
what the fuck is you do?
This is the third world shit.
Why y'all washing the baby up in the sink?
Why ain't no electricity in this motherfucker?
Why? Why? Why? Why?
That's all motherfuckers can do when they go to it.
How y'all do this? How do y'all make this work?
Right.
This is normal.
This every day.
We do this shit every day.
You couldn't survive a weekend over here.
Right.
But then you go to the other environment where it's like,
they have these luxuries and this and this and this and this and this.
But look at the outcome of them kids.
The motherfuckers have it so good that they hate and resent the family.
You see, it's not all of them.
But look at the way that they rebel.
The way that they want to fuck,
they want to come to the hood where shit is fucked up.
Just for the feeling.
like I'm alive, this is, I'm making my own decisions, I can do it over here.
I know if I can survive through this shit and they can fuck with me, I can, I know I can
make it.
Because I'm over here what shit is easy, I want shit to be harder.
And they get over here and they get caught up in the shit that you've been stepping
over since you was, you smoke, what?
Oh, you were drunk.
Oh, mom is, oh, okay, damn.
Yeah, by the perception on life, you're different.
Exactly.
You get what I'm saying, it's like, you had all the opportunities in the world,
and you blew it on that?
Yep, facts.
That's what took you out?
Yeah.
Oh.
Damn.
You're about a perception on life.
Come on, man.
So think about it.
Even if we're not living, even if we're not living fucking millionaire dreams,
look at what the fuck we came from and where we're standing there.
That's what.
In our lifetime.
Yeah.
That shit real.
You can tell me some shit that I wouldn't receive from another nigga.
I don't shut your square-ass up.
Why, you, nah, bro, you got, nigga?
You somebody.
Remember you told me that?
Oh, man.
Nigel, don't be acting like.
I used to think like that.
Right.
Okay.
But if another nigga told me that, me, shit, square-ass up, nigga.
You're just a dick right now.
What I'm trying to get you to understand,
certain shit got to happen a certain way.
Right.
We all get lost.
in life.
And it can be anything that happened
that can knock you so far back.
This is real life consequences
because people don't prepare
shit like that.
People don't have, like you said,
their relationship, their understanding,
like people don't know that your faith
is what prepares you for your tribulations.
Right, right.
You get what I'm saying?
You don't just, like you said,
some people are going to run the guy
when it's bad.
Right.
But the people who got that constant,
relationship. They already know
how to deal with that. Those are the people.
Those are the people that keep motherfuckers
from losing it in tragedy.
Damn. You get
what I'm saying? Yeah. You didn't have been in a situation
where you've seen somebody
over, be overreacting to a shit.
Like, hold up, wait a minute. If they ain't
acting like that, why are you acting like that?
Right. Yeah.
Because it was some shit that you, you weren't living right
when you were supposed to be living right.
Right.
You get what I'm saying? So now you got regret.
And you don't never want to live life with regrets.
So just like you said, you got the faith in the, that's your formula.
That's what you figured out.
That's how you figured out how to keep all that shit together.
What if it's somebody who trying to see you do it?
Like, shit, it ain't working.
That shit ain't working for me on my mess.
Not knowing that it's working.
You ain't getting your results.
Yeah.
That's what I'm telling you.
What results you're looking for?
Right.
That's what niggins.
I think that's the key.
that niggins got started you're looking for instant ain't no instant you got a day for day this shit
you got to understand when you made it through the day you've wrong with what you want instant happiness
no knowing that didn't spas out you're overlooking that that's why i'm trying to tell you niggins you're
worried about the shit that's going wrong and you ain't worry about the shit you're going right
right that's all that I be trying to say without saying all that week-ass shit
worry about was going right right but you're the best to tell that motherfucker that
But see, I had to learn that I'm not being empathetic
because I have to feel for the nigga to know that.
God damn it, he just ain't worrying about what's going right.
Yeah, yeah.
It's too busy.
But I've been looking at it as, nigger, you're being weak.
Shut up.
Just find a relationship.
I have to tell the nigga that's part of the agenda now.
What's going right.
Exactly.
And everybody deals shit different.
Some people can, you can send a motherfucker message and be like,
I hope you will and all that.
And that really needs something to somebody.
But, you know, it might be.
physical touch for a nigga.
You feel me?
I'm gonna rock up on you.
I'm here for you.
You were been fucked up
and didn't nobody know
that somebody pulled up
on you, nigga.
Yeah.
I'm talking about
you didn't even sit it.
You ain't ass,
you ain't called, ain't just.
They're pulled up.
Yeah.
Pulled up.
Yeah.
Change the whole energy.
You were about this.
You were supposed to get in your feelings
that whole number.
Because you don't know how bad
I needed you that time.
You see what I'm saying?
That's what I'm saying about the physical part.
Ain't shit up,
it's just.
I needed that.
Oh, my mama.
up home and the love. It was just a simple fact.
Somebody loved me. That's all
I need. Right. Right. Right.
Now I got a whole other year and a half. Hey, he ain't tripping no more.
Right. Fly. Right. I ain't had no message
for you. I just got a hug for you.
You're here. Just know, anytime you...
All right. You feel of me? But sometimes that might
Oh, he didn't say. He didn't...
Oh, man, my love language ain't that.
Right. My love language is being there.
See, everybody, like I said, perceived life in a different
aspect. Yeah. Like, I know.
Like, I just have a certain thing that, like,
I know a nigga ain't going to do for me.
But I appreciate what people do for me.
Yeah.
You know what I'm saying?
I know a nigga ain't going to do.
But you never know what somebody might do for you.
No, I know a nigga ain't going to do for me.
Because you're depending on somebody to do for you.
Don't depend.
No, that's what I'm saying.
Yeah.
I already know you ain't going to do it.
I see what you saying.
Your expectations.
I appreciate it.
Yep.
It's felt.
Yep.
That's real.
Because I'm going to do me regardless and I'm going to do you out regardless.
I wasn't depending on you to do that
I appreciate it
because you ain't have to
but you went out of dead
something told you to do it
I didn't ask for
and you did it
what they say
when I say they
I just mean you know
social media
and then they say
it's in the people
who don't believe in black men
they say that's the part
where we get lost
with the communication
is how to
relay appreciation
for one another
in the times where it's not a tragedy.
Like we as black people, as black men,
that's where we lose in our appreciation.
That's what we're falling between each other.
Right.
Because if it was more appreciation,
more respect amongst us,
we wouldn't be facing the type of problems that we face.
Right, yeah.
Because it's so fucked up to think of all the fucked up shit
that could happen to us already
if we just go outside and live a normal life.
Right.
They didn't have to worry about the nigga
who look like you doing something heinous to you.
Right.
You don't have that certain value and look at you like you.
You get what I'm saying.
He don't value you because he don't value himself.
But it's so many different systems in place that it's like,
it's intentional to make young black boys not have no value.
Yeah.
You can go watch a movie with 100 superheroes and he don't get one to look at.
Or if he do get one, he's so excited to go see the Black Panther
But every day on the news, they protesting and tell them that it's, you know what I'm saying?
It's confusing his identity.
Who you're supposed to identify with that they even want to make you be great?
Exactly.
That's why the Muhammad Ali's so promising.
Exactly.
Like, niggis my God.
Yeah.
But now, us.
But now even the sports stars, they don't even have that type.
You know what I'm saying?
Yeah, they on that shit.
They on that dumb shit.
You get what I'm saying?
Yeah.
Man, you've been to the game.
You see who get the jerseys?
They ain't about to go up there and get a little Rick on them,
those jerseys, the water boys who got them free tickets from the west side.
They ain't never going to, man, y'all come sit down here, bro.
Never feel that t-shirt hit him in the face.
Hell no.
You ain't even got to be course-hap, man, come get in the need.
Man, get them, get them little boys up there.
Put them right here in the middle, at least.
Let them at least be able to see this shit.
Because it ain't just about the game, it's the experience.
Right, right.
You get what I'm saying?
It's way deeper than that.
I remember sitting up top.
I just knew the flow seats.
But kids can't.
You see what I'm saying?
Never.
You see what I'm saying?
But a person might never think like you, though.
Motherfucker, always might feel like there was in reach.
But no, but I'm sorry.
I get this.
You see what I remember being in the nose clean?
I remember being in the noseble and saying, Nicky.
Yes.
I ain't.
Yeah.
No, that's a fact.
I don't know who shot the ball.
Good guy!
Yeah.
I'm just happy to be at this motherfucker.
I'm happy to go get a hot dog.
Yeah.
I can't believe I'm here.
But they didn't destroy the whole fucking out-to-the-ball game experience, bro.
Right, right.
Kids can't even sneak in the game no more.
Right.
You know what I'm saying?
It's like, not saying that that shit is okay, but that's an experience.
Right, right.
Yeah.
Nick, any movie you watch with some kids love sports, what's they doing?
Just sneaking in the game.
They watch it through the fence.
Like, they kept that whole experience.
Yeah.
Kids don't really have them sports idols and legends and shit like that.
It ain't no real, like, larger than life figures.
Yeah.
Because there's so many influences now.
Right.
You can be inspired by one nigga,
then you see some other shit on your timeline.
The media is portraying the, like he said,
controlling the image on who you should be looking at.
Exactly.
That's what I was asking somebody.
If you want to win, we need to be doing this.
Yeah.
Check this out, bro.
It's dangerous.
We love Mike to death, right?
We got, shit, we all got Mike's hung on and shit like that.
We love Mike to death, right?
Michael Joy.
Right.
You mean to tell me out of it, I've been the last 40 years,
and I haven't seen the most terrible shit happen.
All this shit that doesn't happen, he ain't get a fuck about none of it.
Mm.
Nothing.
That's a fact.
He ain't do shit.
All this shit that doesn't happen.
He ain't gave you fucking about nothing.
And they got chicken a billion dollars.
How do you know he ain't did shit?
Because he said a motherfucking thing.
They got to be vocal about it.
But, man.
Vocalized and a voice matter.
Ain't been shit that.
Niggin, we didn't all post it at least something.
Yeah.
Because you feel it.
Hurricane Katrina or nothing, Mike.
He didn't fucked up.
He ain't got to fuck about nothing.
What if he dropped off a boatload?
Everybody, there's a roleplay for everybody.
I see what you said.
You got people that's focal about it,
and then you got people that actually do.
You go march.
Who's not going to do nothing?
I'm going to send them folks a boatload of a supply.
they need. And 20 years later, they're going to say, Mike ain't saying shit.
We need everybody. But you ain't say nothing about the boat load.
Where the money go? You don't know nothing about the boat load.
Every time of tragedy happened, they play the sympathy card. Everybody gets some money.
Where the money be going?
What the money be going?
That's my thing here. My thing is not to just oversee what a nigga do and how you do it.
All I'm saying is if you got the opportunity to give off good.
energy and if you got it to do it, just do it.
But that's what I'm saying, going back.
Right?
How are you going to give good energy to somebody who just lost everything?
You think they're going to want to hear that in that moment?
Man, fuck that energy, bro.
I got a baby in here, bro.
Y'all said y'all getting out there food and that shit.
I don't want to hear all that good ad talking, bro.
Hey.
Right.
Give me something else, bro.
I don't want to hear about all that right now.
Don't talk to me about that right now.
I'm fucked up, bro.
Is he being dependent on the money?
Another nigga to help him?
Hey, man, this ain't got...
Now you lashing out.
No, this ain't got shit to do with no problem.
Now you lash and out.
Okay.
He was tragedy.
He lost everything.
Nothing to do with him.
Uh-huh.
Right.
Herbquake, flood, whatever.
Yeah, crazy shit.
Yeah.
That ain't got nothing to do nobody.
You couldn't prevent it.
Yep.
Couldn't leave.
I couldn't do shit.
I'm fucked up.
I work here.
Yeah.
I know what y'all pay me down here.
Yeah.
I know what the minimum wage is.
I'm fucked down the family.
Y'all come with a little weed.
I'm doing the best I can.
And I did everything y'all said, and I'm still fucked up.
Now I'm down here asking you.
I don't want to hear all that shit, all that good-ass talk.
Give me something that I can take back over here across the street.
Because my girl and my baby over here, she thinks I'm bullshit.
Give me something.
I want to hear that talk.
Right.
Hey, I've been, yeah, whatever you're talking out, bro.
But I'm fucked up right now.
That where the government stepped in.
Come on, bro.
We need something today.
Or the people.
We need something right now.
That's just like when COVID here, get what I do.
Soon the COVID.
I don't even know what COVID is, nigga.
Hey, man, look, my neighborhood.
If you got a family, man, pull up at the,
At the grocery store.
Pull up at the growth store.
I fed over two, three hundred people out of, you feel, me?
We ain't trying to, he ain't made the news.
He ain't made nothing of that.
Imagine you get Michael Jordan money.
But look, though, it's a nigga right now talking about flying this shit for the hood.
Okay, check this out.
You fit, say, fancy, you feed 300 people.
You fed 300 families.
The nigga, two streets overshed, man, that nigga ain't come over here, though.
No, no, you ain't walked your ass over here.
What the hell are you.
But do you get what I'm saying?
I get what you saying.
But when you realize, I don't have the, to empathize the bullshit.
You don't.
Because it's a nigga who, that's what I'm saying.
It's a nigga right now who's sitting on the head.
He didn't come over here.
No, the hell was.
It's over here.
The destination.
Yeah.
The biggest hate the destination.
Yeah.
They don't want to get off.
Do you understand that he might have heard y'all with picking people up and sent there and waiting?
They should be through any minute.
But this.
You don't know.
I'm saying, all I'm saying is you don't know how he received it.
Because you are a hustler.
You think different.
You, niggas, oh, let me go around the corner.
I ain't waiting on, niggas.
I feel you, I got that.
You ain't had a faith, not even in yourself.
Some people don't have the faith in high power or in their self.
So they double losing.
You double losing.
You don't even believe you can make it.
I can't.
Why, you can't go?
How do people get a broken spirit?
By even going through shit?
How?
A lot of people would be like, I put so much good in the world.
Why is even bad shit happening to me?
Right, do you understand that people are not?
built the sin. Have you ever seen
any of them old movies where they said nerd?
They show the nerd. They slap his lunch down.
Ruined this whole day, right?
Fuck.
That fucked him up.
Yeah.
Do you understand that this motherfucker grew up
and owned the company and was the meanest bastard
to work for?
Yeah.
Do you see how people get internalized
the smallest shit and that could be
how the villain origin story starts?
Yeah, for real.
Man, why every time you talk about women
you call the woman a bitch?
I don't know.
It was this girl who stole my crayons.
That's my fucking trauma.
Yep, yeah.
You got to be able to identify
what the fuck is wrong with you, man.
Yeah.
The shooter just walked back here.
Oh, okay.
I was looking for my nigga.
All right, for sure.
We're good.
Yeah, man.
But I feel with you.
I feel what you saying, though.
I just have a, I'm like, you know what,
everybody done went through that excuse stage
because I, bro, I remember like,
when was the next break going to come?
Like, when am I going to?
It's not your timing, though.
I know that, but I'm saying, though,
I understand.
I don't have been in the niggie's shoes
where a nigga be like,
I didn't even think I was going to get an opportunity.
It was never going to hit.
I was just going to do whatever's around.
So the niggas be like,
been in my shoes
bitch
but you haven't technically been in his shoes
no because I don't know what you're dealing with
that's the point you can't
you don't have to know what they're dealing with
just like you said bro
you don't have to know exactly the situation
to understand some people need to be handled
a little bit different
I feel like if you're able to get up
and put your clothes on
it's how you feel
then you're back in your feeling
it don't work
That's hell of funny.
Damn, that's wisdom, though.
It don't work like that.
Yeah, I get what you're saying.
We didn't young niggas.
It's wisdom.
I see what you say.
I feel it.
I'm just a nigga that feel how you feel.
It's niggins that, though.
We were just talking about that shit early.
When you go to school, when you go to school,
you see everybody walking, they go to their clan, they're doing their working.
Everybody in their bitch going through something that it can't deal with.
But some extra strength is allowing you to make it through these hallways.
you're doing your word, you passing your test,
you're overlooking the strength that you got
that are able to get through.
You only looking at what you're going through.
Bro, I didn't realize out with that poll
until y'all niggins were telling me like,
but you was fucked up.
My mama didn't allow me to perceive
that we was fucked up.
Yeah.
I couldn't have it, wearing fake clothes and shit.
Nigga, I'm looking at it like,
I just ain't got money like y'all,
but niggas, there ain't no niggas like,
bro, listen, bro.
But you're fucked up.
That's your fucked up.
This is some niggas that can't.
No shirt, no shoes.
That's what I'm done there in Nigeria.
I know that.
But what I'm trying to say is still, though.
It's like, this is a step up from the nigga
who might don't have nothing.
Yeah, exactly.
I'm in the middle.
You in the middle.
What about the niggas that's lower than that?
I know that.
I don't, but that's what I'm saying.
I didn't even perceive life that I was fucked up.
I was just knowing that it's another niggas' worst.
me. That's how I always look at, like, this nigga's fucked up more than me.
My lights off.
All right, it's a nigga who lights off and the water.
All right, my lights off and the water.
This nigga who's light out water and the gas.
So I'm still.
This nigga, I'm still what you're saying.
I can wait to the morning time for a little sunshine.
Right.
But think about this, though, you're like, even that you're looking bad.
She's somebody didn't have a house to go to.
Okay.
I'm going to be real.
It was a nigga in my neighborhood.
who had a house, but, like, their walls wasn't finished.
So you could be in the room and be looking through the room and to the kitchen,
but it's like, if they're cool, we knew it was fucked up,
but it's cool, it's normal because the niggas were going through it.
It's normal to them.
So we walking through the house like they got walls, nigger,
talking to the nigger through the kitchen, not really saying like,
we literally be at your house more than our house,
and y'all ain't got no fucking walls.
That's real shit, though.
But we ain't this bitch kicking it, having parties.
Talking through the other shit.
Talking through the walls, look it.
But they'm talking about motherfuckers who have nowhere to go.
Yeah, nowhere to go.
Yeah, that's the shit I'm thinking.
But what I'm saying is, when you watch niggas deal with shit, like, it's normal, bro.
You cannot be like, oh, you have to look at that as a solid foundation that saying,
They're not looking at it as they ain't got no walls
We got a roof
We got a roof
But I'm just saying
The way of trauma will show up
It's like safe
Fuck the walls
We're not really
We're only concerned about what we got
Like that
Anytime y'all argue or break up
That's her biggest feel
That's you putting her out
Because she's-
Go worry about the walls
You get what I'm saying
Yeah, that's her trauma
Her triggers
I know exactly what you say
A mama's
It's a fact
You never know how that type
Yeah
That's why I'm too grateful and thankful
that God allowed me to have that mental capacity
to be like, and not dwell on shit
that I have overcome.
You dig what I'm saying?
Because then when I sit back and I be like, bro,
it's a nigga life who works than mine,
but I'm only talking about me in my life.
I'm like, damn.
But fly, but fly.
But fly.
God does sit a nigga like Carlos
for you to, for him to even tell you
a different perspective of how to go about things.
He's not thinking how you thinking.
So that's a blessing that you got a nudge.
So that's a blessing that you got a nigger.
that don't think just like you.
Yeah.
Because you might be fucked up a little bit.
I know I'm fucked up.
That's what I'm saying.
We all fucked up.
We got all different trauma.
You've been through a lot.
Right.
And like you said, you have to use God to get through all this.
Through everything.
Do everything.
Look how strong you don't got your guide muscles.
Right.
He would never give you more than you can handle.
Right.
That's why he gave you so much to deal with in such a short time.
Who better?
My boy D.C. got that.
If I can't depend on nobody else, I know he can do it.
That's your testimony.
Bro, you changing people lives just by getting up every day.
Yeah, for real.
Just by keep going.
Just by the man, bro, you got motherfuckers inspired, bro.
For real.
Your strength is resonating.
That's why I be on a nigga's head.
You can't be on their head.
You can't be on their head.
I ain't, I ain't, I ain't saying I'm on that day.
I see what you said.
It's working.
That's you.
But wait a minute, it goes back to what we said earlier.
Uh-huh.
You got to stay on their head too.
Yeah.
Stay on their head.
Right.
But don't forget that it's more than them that's watching you.
Right.
You got to serve them in a way that only you can serve.
Right.
You get what I'm saying?
Because I really only be talking to the strong.
I understand that.
Right.
It's strong people who's still drawing strength from you two backs.
Exactly.
Right.
Right.
Same way that you are.
Same way you to touch all these different audiences, bro.
Right.
You got, you got everybody, you got all these people on your side.
Right.
So the same way you're going to have to, you got to talk different to the niggas in the street.
Right.
They can't, like you said, they got to receive the harder part of this much.
Right.
But this auntie or a mama, she need it too.
Right.
Kids.
Kids.
Sure way I got to talk to them.
Yep.
You got, you know what I'm saying?
Right.
It's the balance.
Right.
And we learn in that shit every day as black men.
Right.
Because the message in how it comes out,
it's more so like,
it's like that professor that you know on the third day of school.
You're like, oh, he ain't bushing.
As soon as he come in, oh, you ain't done the sponge,
then you're already late because we already on the classwork.
I need you ready.
And he's like, hold tight.
Man, I shouldn't have came in here to told you to do the sponge.
You already know that was first.
You know what you're here for?
Yeah.
But.
Why don't come in here to make a shit?
But sometimes that's not the best teacher.
Sometimes that's not the best teacher.
But just the thing, though, I ain't never say come, you're not allowed for a tutorial.
Right.
Now, see, just like he's saying, them the only teachers that are fucking helped you.
Because they're not bullshit.
Exactly.
And it's not about how fucking good you do.
You make me look bad if I don't get you.
That's how I'm doing.
That's how I'm fucking with it.
Oh, mamas.
And it ain't, it might be, like you said, that might end up being your hardest class or your funnest class.
Or the one teacher that sent you that letter they got you in the school.
I seen him come in my class
He was fucking up at first
I showed him I wasn't playing
And he took my direction
I got
Ended up being one of my best students
Exactly
Some students help teachers
So say for I am that strict teacher
Right
And then a student who may need help
And say look
I need to come to tutorial
Normally I don't need
And I tell you you need a tutorial
That's the only way you come
But by you take the initiative
To say I need help
Hold on
I'm gonna put me in another perspective
What about the one student
That's the only time
that they can get it. You can make a motherfucker
sit in the classroom all damn
day and not get it. But 30
minutes after class. Oh.
Why you just ain't say that?
I'm that student.
Some niggins just... No, for real.
I was that student. One on one. One of one.
This nigga's saying, but if this nigga just
cop, chop game with a motel, look, break it down like this.
Oh, I get it.
But you know what a lot of us is? We're scared
to ask questions amongst others because
we may feel like we're stupid.
So that goes back to the same.
Hey, I'm feeling vulnerable.
I'm not feeling weak.
That goes back to that.
You know what I'm going to be?
We're going to grow men at this point.
How long did it take us to realize when you think about the best,
the most fun you had at school,
bullshitting with your friends?
It's just not doing shit, just being around your friends who, your peers.
Right.
Before you realize the niggas, they was playing on you,
joking.
The whole time.
That's love.
That's how we need the type of nigga that's how I love you, bro.
Right.
But a nigga might say, boy, that shirt ain't shit.
Yeah, that's love
Nick, I've been saying you fucked up
the whole time.
We've been playing this when we were dirty and fucked up.
We're gonna do this shit
when we got the shit on that.
Oh, boy, you ain't shit.
The little Lewis, the little dirty at.
We were doing it when we had the motherfuck
That's all love language, nigga.
You get what I'm saying.
Yeah, that ain't going to break us.
That's some love shit.
I know what you're talking about, nigga, yeah.
It's the way that we show love for much each.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
But you got to
everybody ain't built like that.
Some people really got fucked up behind that.
And I'm working on that shit.
And I'm really developing on that.
I'm hell of a week at that shit.
I'm working on it, brother.
It's like talking to your girl.
You can't talk to your girl
how you talk to a motherfucker on the street.
Right.
It's another tone.
It's another conversation.
You got to make sure that you treat her softer.
Yeah.
You're coming in like, what's up?
What you mean?
What's up?
You damn little bitch, man.
What's up, babe?
See, that's the difference, man.
You're right.
You cannot be.
You don't know when to turn that shit off,
bro.
You don't never have to be hard with your lady like that.
Don't never handle your lady hard, like.
Don't never handle it like, nigginsman.
Bank for what you on the stove?
This a big is stupid, boy.
No, but you know, this is, this is, uh,
this therapy.
Oh, it's niggas.
With this one, that's, play.
This gonna get ran back three.
That's that.
I fuck with these niggas, boy.
These are like, man, no.
Hey, man, man, I got to watch this by myself.
Yeah.
I'm on the right one, big.
No, for real.
He thinks it's crazy.
That's all of me sound.
Oh, bro.
You got to hit this shit, brother.
I didn't need a whole don't have.
We've been popping a nigga.
Yeah, whoa, whoa.
Hey, boy, that's been a game on the house.
Real shit, fucking.
You're watching myself, though.
Yeah.
Don't touch.
No, baby.
Go back in there.
I got it.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
But then when the niggas see you,
who might not break down like that,
he might be hell hard.
Hey, bro, I fuck with you,
that you're a real nigga, bro.
You feel you?
You feel what I mean?
But he really broke down and cried
when he got some shit and saw.
Yeah, right?
Red, right?
Money bad.
Everybody's money bad.
That's my nigga.
Yeah.
I didn't see you,
everything.
You know, you did everything.
First time I ever seen that nigga cry
was at my palm of the room.
16.
Well, I was 16.
We lost my boy Brian from the neighborhood.
And this one I knew,
shit was real because I'm like, this is before, this was started everything.
This is when I came outside and life just looked different.
It wasn't like, yesterday it was like, I was a child yesterday.
Like, we outside playing a ball, nigga.
We're living in the hood.
This shit normal, nigga.
Every crackhead, shit, normal.
Shit normal, nigga.
Get that phone call.
Man, Brian died, bro.
What?
They run for the police, man.
Your car ran into a house.
And they had Cine Blok.
They died.
I go outside because I go on the street.
I'm going to go talk to his people.
Fend to walk on the street.
See what fuck going on?
Nick, I walk outside, nigger.
I get on my front porch.
I look to the left and look to the right, nigga.
The world was just so different in my eyes, nigga.
It was, yesterday the birds was chirping.
We was outside barbecuing.
Nigger, probably a couple of fights.
But this is regular.
Shit.
Normal.
Normal.
This nigga is young, 17.
You're talking about this shit can hit kids.
No.
I go outside, nigger.
It was like foggy.
And the world never looked the same, nigga.
I literally saw, like, change.
And it was just like, we don't enter this shit.
Whatever it was, we didn't enter it.
And this shit can hit anybody.
And I was 16, and I knew then, I was like,
I got to watch how I move out here.
Every step count.
Like, nigg, even when you're a child, that shit.
don't care about you being no child.
You're outside.
And I knew then I was like,
nigga, every day,
nigga, I had to pace myself
because, nigga, this shit was real,
we're not kids no more,
we're not out here in the neighborhood playing,
this shit.
Yeah, that shit.
And I just knew, like, my life had done change.
Man.
Had that chain, bro.
Life in the clouds and he looked the same.
The tree.
None of that shit.
None of that shit the day before,
nigga, my mama caught it didn't even look the same.
It was like a little off tan white, that shit
was just like, my coloring just went bad.
I swear it was like, when I went outside,
everything was just a little dark.
Yeah.
Just put it like that.
Because when light hit you, it get dark.
So all the bright lights and beautiful shit,
everything had a little tin on it.
Put it like that.
Br.
That's light.
That's light.
And you never know what that moment is, man.
Right.
But one day, it's just like part of God's playing.
Right.
I'm not saying that necessarily something to happen.
Right.
But you just get to the point where it's like,
this is all the real shit that matter.
Right.
This is all the shit that don't.
And you'll never fuck with this shit ever again.
The shit that don't matter to you,
the shit that ain't important.
Like, you get to pick and choose how you have this experience.
in life.
Right.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, shit ain't really make you mad, that's just the anger that you feeding this shit.
Let that shit go.
Yes, it takes the same energy to let that shit go, then even entertain it.
Right.
Like, if you're on a path to some shit, great, why would you even waste time on some bullshit?
Right, right.
Sometimes it's money, it ain't but a few things that can drive people away from.
You're lying, stealing, cheap, sex, what, sex, money, murder.
It's the same list of shit over and over and over.
over and over again in different variations,
brus like have this experience with it.
Know what's important.
I know how valuable that this shit is.
It's like you don't want to spend too much
at your time on your experience on another motherfucker
trying to convince them of some shit
that they don't even understand.
It's like you're saying,
you got, yeah, buddy, you got to get them the credit
for not even knowing what it is.
Because they don't, you don't,
That means you think that these people have the same mental capacity, the same intelligence.
You see them as an equal.
Yeah.
We're not even fucking having the same experience in this room right now.
You get what I'm saying?
Some of this shit going to hit different to it.
It's people who watch this shit every fucking Friday, every Thursday, every Thursday, they can't wait to see it.
Some people watch it when they fucking watch it.
Some people never seen it.
You know what the fuck we talk?
about.
Think all the people who ain't never even heard of this shit, that don't mean that they
fucked up.
It's just, hey, they haven't, they don't, they listen to the shit.
We wouldn't, what?
You listen to this bullshit?
Mm-hmm.
This is the goddamn right now.
No, for sure.
Thank you, we're talking a whole bunch of bullshit.
Oh, my mother.
Hell yeah, nigger, what?
I never found them nigger fucking.
Yeah.
Yeah.
You see the motherfucking folks?
The motherfucking go laugh.
But do you understand that the people who've been watching this show, they get in the message
that they're supposed to be getting right now
and they know that we ain't sitting on this bitch
trying jokes on each other.
What are the ducks say to the rubber?
Rubber duckie.
But it is dope to try to just like
have this experience
and have different point of views.
Then you start to look back
and when you get out of certain points in your life,
like your 20s, that's when you're really supposed
to just really run through life
and get the experiences out the way.
You know what I'm saying?
Because that's why you're so young and energetic
and you don't got to lay down for eight hours.
You could do two, three hours of sleep.
And that's why motherfuckers look at people in their 20s.
Like, he's bullshit.
Right.
Nicky, you, how are you not doing well in school?
Right.
You live in the technology area.
You could go home and cheat for 15 minutes and be an A student.
They give homework out every week.
You can literally be a B student off homework alone.
Yeah.
You get what I'm saying?
Yeah.
You're scared to get locked up because you blitz.
Damn, they got a whole AI help.
Come on.
Yeah.
Yeah.
But, nigger, if you cheat long enough and all your answers, right,
you're at least remember the right motherfucking asses.
That's all long.
You learn from special.
What do you think, school?
School ain't about how much shit you remember,
nigga, how good can you come up with the shit that I'm asking you?
Right.
Right.
You usually helped a lot of me from school.
What if motherfuckers never studied?
They just studied the cheat.
sheet. I don't remember
none of this shit. I just know the answer
exactly. The teacher switch it up on your
bitch, that day. The answer don't
change, though. The whole school
process ain't about your fucking grades.
Yeah. Don't none of that shit matter though.
That's he don't mean that, my boy. That shit is wrong. The niggins who made
all anybody get the same job as
the nigga with the deed. They don't give a fuck about the grades.
They give a fuck about the paper. Yeah, the answer.
Yeah, it ain't about the grades. This nigga, how can
what kind of effort are you putting in? Are you
at least are you dumb enough to be smart?
enough to meet the motherfuckers who's doing good.
Your opportunity right beside you.
You ain't, you ain't shit at this?
Who is?
Hey, this motherfucker code.
Well, you need to be.
Nobody's saying that.
Oh, mothers.
You got the highest grade in the whole goddamn school.
Nobody never even passed this nigga, nothing.
Yeah.
Everybody like, there go Joseph.
But you, that's what I'm saying.
But niggins don't be thinking like that in school, though.
But niggas grown to be like, yeah.
You're so smart.
Yeah.
I ain't saying shit to Joseph.
The best business partners, what they always say.
Ah, man, we've been buddy since high school.
Yep.
He went this way and I went that way.
And we was back at home and we clicked up for some hamburgers.
And, niggins, we started this coming and that was.
Look at us now.
Right.
Yeah.
Damn.
Yeah, that's facts.
This is where I needed, man.
This was.
It was very therapeutic for all of us.
I needed you, niggas.
I love y'all niggas, boy.
Oh, my mama.
Nigger this one, nigga.
This one, nigga.
No, we're talking about everything.
It was everything.
God damn.
Nigger, it's hell of shit that just happened.
Y'all had talked me through, I would have been at the house by myself.
This bitch-ass, nigga.
Hey, call me, my, nigga.
I ain't on the internet.
Hey, nigga, call me, though.
No, call me, though.
I ain't on the internet.
Call me.
Yeah.
On my mama, nigger.
No, no, no.
That's.
Hey, but I do it.
He gone.
10-year.
What happened?
with a little shirt.
Yeah, you know what I'm saying?
Feel me?
That shit ain't about nothing.
It ain't about nothing, but it's about something to me, though.
That's what we talked about.
It's everything needs something different to everybody.
Mamas, that yellow shirt raw to you,
but that shit might be weak as fuck to somebody.
That's crazy, my boy.
Man.
That's what this shit about.
See, how old are you?
29.
Man, if you was 39, you would have been to order the three different designs right now.
Oh, for real?
Uh-huh.
That's shit.
Hey, bro.
Run me this, this and this.
I need them business tonight.
Uh-huh.
Put the dapper on that, boy.
Somebody say something about my mouth.
Yeah, check my liver, nigga.
I was hard.
I called my boy Chico, I said, what I'm doing right?
You said you fucked him up.
I say, ain't that's all.
Damn.
When Chico's through it, boy,
they're saying with nobody.
Yeah, you know that big brother's take, boy, yeah.
I just know that you got a Chico bean head to, boy.
Come on, Joe.
He got a Chico hat.
He got a chico hat.
I said, my brunt jeep said, boy, I guess so.
For what I take?
I said, oh, you put that shit off?
I'm going to go, man.
Watch hot shit.
Yeah, yeah.
You're Paula Popper, you're a bitch knocker.
I'm talking about.
Come on, man.
Man, make sure you go get you some of this 85 South show shit.
Yeah.
For the cubs of the under shirt.
Make sure you get, say less.
Say motherfucking less.
You ain't got to go get shit.
Oh, yeah, you got good shit.
Look at here.
You put your name on the bag.
God, dad.
Mad-a-key.
That shit might mean the world to that, nigga.
That nigga, but I ain't never got a gift.
I told me.
That nigga might put it on his Christmas tree, nigga.
I told you.
We don't know what this nigga feeling right now.
I told you.
Yeah, damn.
But when you go, get some of this shit, get some of this shit,
though.
Why ain't bringing that?
I got ya.
Oh, they took it.
Oh, they took it shit.
They go.
They took that nigger shit.
It's over.
But the driver left, bro.
They took my back.
Everybody go.
Everybody's going.
Here, man, he's up.
I'm gonna get up out of here.
Hey, cut.
They left you.
I got job.
I got job.
Family.
Took everything.
Oh, yeah, this shit is going to be the best episode, respectfully.
Mamas, this is one crazy.
Oh, Kat.
Yeah, we needed this one, man.
A lot of black men got a goddamn...
We'd be going through hell and shit, bro.
We'd be talking about shit, bro.
We'd be talking about shit.
We'd be talking about shit.
That one had...
I got the, I ain't got the tolerance to sit around,
niggas and not talk about shit.
Like, when I go back in the hood,
I literally become that old nigga,
I come trade daddy, get on the corner.
And everybody come around the corner,
and I'm like, yeah, brother,
we got to do something better in this motherfucker, man.
If you said dope, you ain't selling dope here, here, in here, man.
Who are we doing?
Come on, man.
I mean, you know, I'm going back and flex on niggas.
I come back to let niggas know, like,
I'm in the project.
And a nigga, take that the wrong way.
Fuck this nigga think he is.
He can't get touched.
Some niggas might think that.
Without stun that.
What the whole purpose is,
listen, bro, I'm from these.
Y'all remember me when I was out of Hesundai
on one knee, trying to get all the goddamn.
Struddle.
Working hard.
Listen, bro.
I don't broke the cold, nigga.
Yeah.
I broke the coal that all these niggas trying to break.
I got more money than all the dope dealers
that we're looking at.
And we used to look up to these niggas.
Y'all niggas got the opportunity to do the same thing, bro.
What make me different from you, nigger?
You know me, niggas.
Like, you niggas know me, the world know me for the TV and all that shit.
Y'all, niggins know I was doing that in school, out here with you, niggas.
Oh, mammas.
Oh, mammas.
I'm the same nigger, man.
But do you understand that if you, even if you went to you and did that same shit and you was telling a nigger,
uh, this is a message directly from God.
If you hold it down and do right for the next 15 years,
you would be 10 times bigger than me.
That's from him directly.
He just put that on my spirit and tell you that.
Do you understand that niggas just look you right in your face and say,
yeah, but what about right now?
I'm going to do something tonight.
Do it then.
I'm ready to be that nigga right now.
Damn.
You got to arbitrate you.
That's a nigga stupid.
I cut out right out of drinking that right.
Because a lot of the niggins main thing is another nigger is another nigger hang on him
getting some.
Yep.
That's a fact.
Man, he don't want to see me get no money, man.
We'll go get the money, man.
Man, I can't go there get no money, man.
Ain't nobody stop you?
The money plan right here.
Nick's so scared.
He won't even want to jump on.
Who stop you?
Man, I thought I thought a nigga told me I couldn't go on.
You making that shit now.
You make it gets a lot of nigg that you're making up.
But that's the thing, though, that I be seeing.
A lot of niggas, we want a nigga to feel sorry.
niggas feel sorry. That's why I'm not
infathetic to niggas, some niggas, because I'd be
seeing the shit. Some niggas is damaged and don't even know they're
damaged. If you've watched how people talk, you can
always tell when a nigga, like, feel some type
of weight. Yeah. Right. It don't even
got to be hate. Yeah. Sometimes it's just
be a little jealous. Just a niggie. And you can always tell when
the niggins say some shit like, if it were me though,
yeah, if it was me. Oh, mama.
Yeah. That's a grown man way of
wishing you was in the nigger's shoes.
Yeah, not for real.
But I be helping niggas understanding that you was already there and didn't even realize it.
Because I'm like, look where you at.
I'm, I'm going to be real.
Look where you at, right?
Your girl in now, y'all got apartment.
Your apartment, $900.
You got money.
So you always got rent plus on.
You think you fucked up when you really standing on business a little bit.
Oh, mama.
You save a little money.
I'm going to a whole lot, bit.
Yeah, yeah.
You're damn near seeing 12,000 a week, but you're blue and sell.
Because you don't even understand.
Going to take that nine hundred, stack seven, take your thousand minutes,
make sure you and your folks scrape, you feel, me.
Keep friends.
I ain't telling you not to look good, but it's financial literacy that we don't have,
which bring jealousy to the fourth.
Yeah, that's a fact.
That's it.
Hold up.
I hate to be that motherfucker, but everything that makes.
that makes sense.
Don't make sense.
Damn.
That's a fact.
Because, yeah, you can tell a nigga
that, yeah, all type of ism, all type of shit.
Nigger don't get it.
I'm just gave you some game to knock the bitch.
This, nigga, I don't think that's going to work.
All right, well, let me go over there and knock the bitch then.
You tell that.
Hey, baby, that worked for you.
Nigel, hey, you can't tell another nigga how to do that.
Yeah.
That's not in them.
Exactly.
Yep.
Everybody want to get money and do that.
want to follow the recipe, but want to do it their own way.
With you can, I told the young nigga, I said,
I seen the knot in his pocket.
I singed it.
That motherfucker was out here.
It was like, somebody was in that woman.
Yeah.
I'm like, God, God.
He's going.
He's going.
He's going.
But I understand that.
What that does when.
He needs that felon.
No, when you're around other niggas and you're like,
I got more money than all these niggas.
Uh-huh.
So it's like, niggas in the hood,
love watching other niggas because there's a limit.
where they put on their cell for, like,
all right, if I got $30,000,
but he got $28, I feel good
because I got $2,000 more than this, nigga.
Not looking at it as, we get money
and we can do this shit.
And I'm like, look, my nigga,
you got damn that $10,000 in your pocket.
You ain't fucked up.
You ain't fucked up.
Ammon.
If your man's next to you got $70,500,
you ain't fuck up.
You got that bitch in the shoebox.
You can go get.
You got five.
Okay.
Why are you checking your arm?
Because in their head, I know how you say everybody
perceived it different, but I'm telling him
you not fucked up your financially
your financial IQ and you're financially
illiterate that you don't even understand.
I know a lot of niggins who don't have 20, 15, 30,
and blow it, thinking that 100,000 is out of reach.
Yeah, that shit.
And to see, the thing about it is,
when you have people.
I see what you're ever coming from a nigga thinking like that.
understand. It's a mind frame.
Everybody ain't got that shit, bro.
Yes, they do.
Nah, they don't. They don't. They don't.
Listen, they don't. You was capable of getting 20 back.
Listen, I was a nigga who always wanted to hit a lick, nigger.
Oh, I had to sit and watch niggas.
I had to sit and watch niggers.
You see this? You can't, you can't project yourself in every situation, bro.
Everybody ain't going to make the decisions that you make, bro.
I ain't say that.
Because, look, you're saying, if you got 10 and your man got 75.
do you understand that it worked like that
if that's you.
You put the average nigga in that situation
where he's a man with 75 and another nigga got 10.
You discredit how special you is.
That sounds like another nigga selling the course
and you buying his course.
That's what happened in 90% of them situations.
Am I bullshit?
No, no, Loz.
I get what you saying.
I get what you saying.
What I'm saying is take the advice.
You buying a nigga course
who's telling you how to do real estate
that shit worked for him.
It didn't work for you.
You can take some of the average.
advice and apply to your knowledge.
All I'm saying is take the advice, you suck-ass, nigga.
Get the fuck out of my face if you want somebody to cry to, bitch.
What fuck is you saying, man?
You want to get some money or go cry.
That's a daycare.
Take your bitch and a guy's ass over there with the babies, nigga.
Hey, hey, well.
Fuck that.
Hey, my nigga, Mr. Fabb always say, nigga, groan for it.
Don't whine for it, man.
But that's a mentality.
Everybody don't cry.
Everybody don't whine a little bit.
But it's more than a mentality.
It's that shit in you, bro.
You can tell a nigga, hey, man, don't.
Don't wine for or grind for it.
Niggas just hear it and don't do shit.
You got energy.
You can still sit there, bro.
That's a real shit.
And then go back sitting.
Who says some real shit?
Yeah, go grind.
To put on your clothes.
You got energy to know yes and no.
If you got energy to get in your car
and put on your seatbelt
because you know you're a crash.
You got energy that go get you some cash.
If you got energy to ask a nigga for some help,
then you got the same energy to build you some wealth.
Oh, Popper.
Pop your pee.
Pop your pee.
Pop your pee, then.
Pop your pee.
Now, get the fuck guy out of my face.
You put your ass, bitch.
You hear me.
I ain't got time for it.
Because I'm glad God allowed me to have the strength that he gave me because I remember asking, like you said, asking.
I know what asking do.
I was a nigga who asked, lo.
I was a nigga who was like, I need help.
Yeah.
But you had something in you.
No, but what I'm saying.
You're different.
That's what I'm trying to.
Yeah.
I know that.
I know that.
I'm getting mad that, nigga, because they ain't juice.
I know that.
It had the same job.
A pocket collar, nigga.
You know what I'm talking about, welcome on the bitch.
Hold on, look, look, look.
35 years later that they fucking started with.
They never tried to get down.
They don't want to be moved up.
They don't want to be the manager.
They don't want to be the shift leader.
Yeah.
That was it.
That's good.
I ain't saying talk to them.
But some motherfuckers like, man, fuck this shit.
I wouldn't, I can't spend another day in here.
I know I'm better than this.
Right.
Fuck what they're paying.
Fuck these benefits.
I'm bigger than this.
And if I'd be.
fucked up in two weeks if I had
this is my last check. I don't give a fuck. I know
I know I can always do this shit.
That's an issue. Some motherfuckers are coming that bitch
and work their way up from the janitor
and then get the forklift job
and work over there and then go upstairs
and then want to take over the...
You took the same advice and did the same thing.
Some motherfuckers ain't built to be
the boss. No she ain't telling you
to be the boss. I'm telling you
to find the strength to never give up.
Amen. That's all
I'm saying. Bitch, you can be the bad janitor in the world.
Get your sweep on.
Do a little dance with it.
All I'm saying is, own that shit.
Own it.
I'm not telling you that I don't understand that you may go through shit.
What I'm telling you is, on the problem.
I understand that if there is a problem, I must succeed.
I must follow through.
You have the energy of saying, I can't get through this shit.
When really, you should be using that same energy to say, I can't.
even if it keep knocking you down.
Bro, it's a nigga right now that saying,
I'm going to get back up,
but you keep hitting the ground.
I'm going to get back up.
Well, I really don't think I can do it.
Oh, I don't hit the ground again,
but I'm going to get back up.
What is it that you're not hearing?
I heard you.
You might have...
Man, go to the daycare, man.
You might have to fall down 10 times
for you get this shit.
Some motherfuckers ain't going to make it past the seventh fall.
It's impossible.
It's never going to happen.
You got out of the way to here.
That's them.
That's them.
You can't...
Those are...
Those are the motherfuckers who got to be put in the middle.
I ain't say everybody going to make it.
Everybody, not everybody going to make it,
but it's going to be some motherfuckers there who you ain't think was going to be there.
Like, damn, I made it, and you still here.
How did you do it?
I didn't think you had the know-how to do this.
I did.
The whereabouts.
I did.
You figured some shit out.
I had counted you out.
Yeah.
I never counted a nigga out.
That's my part.
I'm not saying that that's what happened, but I'm surprised that.
with your skill set
and all the shit that I thought
that you weren't going
to be able to age to make it,
you found a way to make that shit work
in a way that I couldn't see myself
making it work the way you did.
That's what I'm trying to tell a nigger.
You ain't me and I ain't you.
Your destination may be different.
Don't give up on the destination.
Right.
That's all I'm saying.
I ain't saying that you can't crawl up.
You gotta walk.
You got to run.
Sometimes you're just sitting there.
Move when you get a little in you.
All I'm saying is,
Don't ever think you can't move.
No.
It's just like you said earlier.
If you hosting the fucking award show
and the nigger who's sweeping,
he's the janitor.
He in charge of cleaning all this shit up.
Right.
They flew him and his crew in, put him up.
Did he make it too?
To a certain extent,
if whatever he wanted out of life,
like you said, everybody got the opportunity.
No, he never saw this coming.
He didn't know he was the best janitor
until they started calling him
and flying him out
and booking them for events
and putting them in charge of shit.
He was just good at this job.
That could be the same way
we think about 8 to 5 South.
We never thought of us doing radio
on a podcast.
Exactly.
Until you listen to your brother
and be like, trust me.
But what I'm saying is
same shit.
Its perspective.
Perspectum, I would have never touched the radio
Mike.
I would have never done this shit
if it went for my brother.
If it went for this nigga right here,
I wouldn't be right here.
So that's his blessing to it.
and see things that you can't see sometimes.
He chapsed that, nigga, not the water.
That's, we all giving each other's blessings.
Think of how much of that shit didn't happen
because of whatever fucking reason.
Think of how far we are behind
as a culture, as a race of people, as black people.
Look at how much communication didn't happen.
Right.
Think of how many times
niggas wasn't allowed to stand on the corner
and build and bullshit.
Whether they sound like bullshit
to the people walking by,
think of what they could have did.
Think of what them old men
standing on them corners in the late
70s and 80s did. All that knowledge
that they gave, they knew everybody in name
who passed by. Everybody had a nickname.
That scooter boot. I mean, he's going to run
to the stove for him. Scooterboot, how old are you now?
Bring me some cigarettes on your way.
Do you understand that?
All them kids that grew up without no father
needed all. They needed
that interaction. They needed
to feel like somebody saw.
You get what I'm saying?
Think of all the shit that's gone out
our communities now, shit that
we'll never get back. Big mama
them, the candy lady, the people
who raised us, and they ain't never even come outside.
Them ladies who yelled at you through the screen
though. I heard y'all back there cussing.
And smoking. I don't say that.
I don't know who it is. Somebody walked through here
smelling just like Riefer. And if I
find out who it is, I'm telling on everybody.
Matter of fact, I don't even want y'all back here
no more. Y'all stay back around that
bitch. Them motherfuckers who looked out
you, who gave a fuck, who you ain't even knew your name,
been knowing you since you was a baby.
They broke up our communities.
Yeah.
So it don't be none of that.
Because even every day was a gathering.
Yeah.
What going on?
You come outside.
Y'all right?
What we're doing?
Right.
And you know how small,
our community used to be communities.
Your mom and your third grade teachers,
you get their hair done at the same place.
You're shit like that.
It's like the community gone.
That's why you see so many, so much bullshit kids just doing flash mobs and they're bored,
bro, they want to be seen.
They've been talking to each other online.
They can meet up with 500 motherfuckers that they ain't never seen before,
but they've been friends since they were 11, 12 years old.
Now they're just doing shit, trying to impress each other.
And that's how that shit keep making the news, man.
You need you this shit.
Hey, man, this shit going to be a gone on forever, man.
Shit going thyroid.
My bad, bro.
Hey, man, you know what we're at.
This is your first time stopping through the trap.
Don't let it be your last.
You see you bring the energy that have us talking like the man.
You got a deep spear, niggins.
You got a deep spirit, nigga.
We got that box up.
Oh, my goodness.
It's your spirit.
It's something about the spirit, nigga.
I knew I wanted to obey and submit, but I didn't fully grasp for the rest of my life what that meant.
