This is an I-Heart podcast.
I knew I wanted to obey and submit, but I didn't fully grasp for the rest of my life what that meant.
For My Heart Podcasts and Rococo Punch, this is The Turning, River Road.
In the woods of Minnesota, a cult leader married himself to 10 girls and forced them into a secret life of abuse.
But in 2014, the youngest escaped.

Summer's here, and with the kids home and off to camp, it's easy for moms to get lost in the shuffle.
On Good Mom's Bad Choices, we're making space to center ourselves with joy, rest, and pleasure.
Take the kids to camp.
You know what?
It was expensive.
But I was also thinking, if you have my kid, this is kind of priceless.
Take her, feed her, make core memories.
I don't have to do anything.

I'm gonna do a cocaine
What I'm gonna do with cocaine?
That is beer cocaine
Beer cocaine
That niggas, he's going through it.
Yeah, for real, bro.
85 South Show.
Yeah, I heard, man, that's crazy.
Everybody went.
That's crazy.
The dog, where they got the dog?
Dog definitely ain't talking.
I tell you, that's the only motherfucker
that you can guarantee ain't talking shit what if the dog in there tell it putting his
paw on the more than shit and then you swear to tell the roof the roof and nothing but the
whole roof niggins so they put the land up the dog gets scratched up he damn bro I hate to hear
that shit man dog come out of that nigger man look up at you and look away love that
That digger slept, that shit terrible, man.
I hope the niggas beat that shit, man.
That'll be amazing.
Damn, man.
I hate to see that shit for that man.
Me too, man.
Any nigger, but especially that name.
That nigg is so damn talented, man.
Crazy.
These people ain't playing about that shit, no, not at all.
I told you a while ago today.
You did.
Crime is over with it.
Yeah, you did.
Verbatim.
Because it's too digital.
They could go back at any time and piece the shit back together.
You can't do nothing no more.
I'm gonna do a movie, bro, called What If?
We gonna go back.
You remember that little Martin Luther King move when them,
them went back and they went back and they were marching with it.
I'm gonna sell them and all that shit with Martin Luther King.
Y'all don't remember that movie back in the day?
Do shit like that.
Nah, I would be talking about what if they were slayed?
You never seen the YouTube channel, what if?
Mm-mm.
It's a YouTube channel called What If?
You should watch it.
It's dope.
It's just a whole bunch of scenarios.
What if the world was...
Got too close to the sun.
The world got too close to the sun.
What if it was absolute zero for five seconds on Earth
what would happen?
Or what if dinosaurs were still around?
You know what a page I spent all day on one time?
What's that?
Things they don't want you to know.
Oh yeah, you put me on it, that shit.
Yeah, that shit's crazy.
There's a lot of shit on there.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
The crazy part about the publication now is so crazy.
You can't really stop too much shit that's getting put out.
Right, right.
And that's what I can see most of my media is YouTube, watching YouTube video.
They can monetize and slow and hinder you a little bit.
You end up on one of them journeys, though, bro, end up watching some shit.
You'd be like, how the fuck did I get here, man?
No, no cat.
You two got a lot of strange.
Right, how did I get here, bro?
You don't know, be watching a bunch of shit on there, too.
What?
What's that shit you had been watching about the no trees on earth or no forest on earth?
Some shit.
I mean, they got out of type of crazy shit, man.
Ain't no trees, all the trees was to be everything was silicone base before it was carbon base.
What?
Silicon base before it was carbon base.
It's like crystallized shit, so they be like it's petrified wood, like the petrified forest.
You know what I'm saying?
The wood turned the stone over time.
But no motherfuckers say that that shit was always stone.
It was just trees with a different atmosphere.
Everything used to be way big.
Who said that?
She's on YouTube.
On them YouTube video.
I was watching some shit, bro, about airplanes.
And why planes don't fly no faster now than they did in the 60s
is because everything is based around fuel costs, bro.
Like, everything in the airplane is very good.
So you're telling me they could fly faster,
but it just would cost more fuel to flying faster
so the motherfuckered airlines don't want to pay for the increasing food.
for the increasing food.
So they're just doing the speed limit.
They're doing the slowest that they can save and conserve as much.
Because you realize we can go to Atlanta for really like two and a half, three hours.
If they was willing to burn the fuel that it costs to get places faster, they would, but they may not.
Because you think about what fuel calls in the 60s versus what it caused now.
So that's why they can't fly no faster because if fuel was still at the same price that it was back then, then planes would go.
I'm going to be a pilot, too.
It'll probably take you, it could take you five hours, four and a half, five hours to get from New York to London.
the eight and a half nine.
Damn, good.
I'm gonna be a pilot.
Grude in the fastest play, they don't you make no more.
That G5, yeah, they're too much fuel.
They're not making no more.
How many?
He didn't like that since nobody wants to use, that one.
I told you the other lighter, man.
He didn't keep talking about some, that mind, man.
Ain't anybody stole your water, man, man, man, man.
That's fine, go on.
Told her name.
She gave him three, everybody that got their lighter.
Yeah, fuck, dude.
He thought I stole.
He like, he told him, can't give me anything.
What he's like?
What he's like?
He didn't get me.
He said like, don't a truck.
He's like, yeah, give me your lady.
You got your goddamn lighter, man.
That is a, that is a, that is a problem
that caused so much turmoil in the black community
a nigga lighter, bro.
You see it, niggas still.
A nigga, I'm gonna wait till you put it in their pocket.
Bitch-ass-a-dick, give me a lighter, man.
Oh, my bad, bro.
Biggie ain't never did it, though.
Hey, man, on some real shit, though.
We're about to drop our first show.
This one?
Five on.
Oh, yeah.
Hey!
Yeah.
Hey!
Yeah.
We got a couple of them.
Five on in this first.
Pop yo shit.
Yeah, man.
Man, it's gonna be live, too.
You know?
No, they ain't gonna shit.
We gotta get a lot of promo for that.
We gotta get a lot of promo for that.
Man, so Ruby that I dig me.
Yeah.
Because it just,
that she felt like that all the kind of shit,
the shit that we got there.
Came up on.
Yes.
know what I'm saying and that shit don't exist no more like like I say we probably was the
last generation that had to start on stage now you don't got to start on stage you start
on the phone but we brought back a platform to help motherfuckers we want to start comedy
be able to start on stage you can't you can't meet on stage you don't have to start on stage
you can you got to get on stage but you don't have to start on stage now but you know we got
a platform now that where we can get you know I five want to give the new comedians a place to
come to start on
You know what I mean?
And we can discover new talent.
No talent.
It's highlight the city, you know what I'm saying?
It's not just limited to the city.
We got people from other cities too.
Fact.
It's a dope-ass comedy scene in the letter
that I don't think gets the respect and the claim
that other big cities get.
Right?
You know what I'm saying?
And so anytime we can put that light on that, we got to.
You got to come through if you're going to do some candy.
You got them to come through ATM.
Right.
We just tough crowd.
We just stuff crap here.
It don't matter.
It don't matter who you're doing the show for,
you're doing a show for the black folks,
you're doing a show for white folks,
and doing show for Hispanic people,
and doing shit for old folks,
doing shit for young folks,
all the crowd's gonna be making me laugh.
You gotta prove it, and yeah.
So that's necessary, because like you said,
it's looked at as the trenches in regards to comedy,
but it builds you to where you can go into any room
and thrive, you know what I'm saying?
And you know, and y'all too specifically
coming from out of that, that,
that gauge of knowing how that shit go.
Like, I know I had to be nostalgic for y'all
to be, to be back at that tape off your shoulder low.
To be back in that, and it felt like the trenches
for y'all, but it's odd shit, though.
So it ain't like, it's the first time that it's hot.
You know what we, that's what we were going for.
We were trying to get that, you know what I'm saying?
Yeah, because we used to go to that room,
way back, we didn't see.
When it was on Rob, we were a road.
Right, even before that, when they moved,
before they moved it to birth down.
We used to me and jazz were across the street.
When y'all's back?
Like, fucking around, running my pops out there.
But they always had a little show back there, right?
They always had a little show.
But they were, it was just one of them little rooms.
Bring one of the boss.
Oh, that spot used to be, yeah, everything different.
Yeah.
The punchline was on Rosal Road, but that spot was comedy gold,
Jerry Farber, side door.
The one dude that tried to make you bring people
and not pay you no money.
That's how I started.
The bring the shows.
Yeah.
Bring a show.
That's high stuff.
Where does bring a show?
So you, it costs $25 to get on stage.
But if you bring five people to watch you perform,
then you don't have to pay.
So that's you brought a show.
So you bought, that's why they call it bring a show.
Bring five people, then you don't have to pay to get on stage.
But I can never get five people to come,
so I always had to pay $25.
That's why I was crazy when we went back to Greensboro
and sold all them tickets.
And they were like, well, I've been fucking with you.
No, you haven't.
No, you have not.
My nigga, I couldn't get you to come
when the fucking ticket was five dollars
And now you want a hundred fifty motherfuckers for free.
Right.
I think this is crazy, bro.
This is crazy.
All the way.
So he would give you a portion of all the tickets you brought out.
So you break five people, they pay $20 or whatever, he'll give you 10%.
Right.
I said, that's stupid.
I could just get them five people to give me $20 because they love the world.
Right.
They ain't no care.
Yeah.
You need $1.
You can just keep the $100.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And I can't talk to them for about an hour each and get all these jokes.
That nigga will go get you 10% of $100?
Yeah.
Then they were you $10, bro.
But you're bringing the people.
I'm gonna give you $10.
Hey, man, they're gonna get you $10.
Nick.
You're amazing.
You're like you.
You're right.
You're like, you.
Hey, man, bring this $20 for me, bro.
And here you go, bro.
Appreciate you.
You know, you bitch-ass maker.
Yeah.
That's crazy.
That's crazy.
I ain't never really fuck with him like that.
We didn't.
that shit was bullshit.
You couldn't fuck good.
I always had me a room.
You host it.
They're gonna give us a run.
So, Matt, then you always have your room.
I had a room every night of the week.
But then when you say a room, you gotta explain what that mean,
because it wasn't just a comedy club.
This is back in the day when motherfuckers used to,
you know how motherfuckers go to clubs and lounges and shit.
When I go to a club or a lounge, I'm like,
let me talk to the manager or the owner.
Hey, we need a comedy night in here.
Because every one of them clubs don't have,
they got a night, they don't make no money.
They got an off night.
What's your off night?
Give me Wednesday.
I'll take that over.
Thursday.
What's your budget?
We ain't got no budget.
Let's build it up.
If I build it up, I ain't gonna have no budget
when it's built up.
Because it's gonna be mine.
Yeah.
All right, bet.
You're gonna get the food, I'm gonna get the dough there.
Then you gotta give me some of that food money
because now I got your kitchen booking.
Now we gotta come through with the grill thing.
And we got to do this, you know we got to do this shit
at least six weeks, because I don't give a fucking
where you got a comedy room, man,
it's gonna take six weeks to get the motherfucker for it.
Right, to get it right.
Remember where that shit started?
Remember when we just showed up the schools?
Yeah.
And we started hosting.
It's like the first year doing comedy.
It was the only people that showed up for the show.
Yeah, because I hosted that shit.
We were taking the show over.
Two different times.
Just because...
It was so rowdy.
Could nobody host this shit?
Right, right, right.
Right.
That was your first room?
Would you say that?
What was your first room in the city?
That was yours?
I don't remember.
What?
Was it sugar?
No, that squawes were before that.
But we didn't stay there long, because that shit was just chaos.
Y'all were like the bad boys of the country.
I can't ride for real.
Everybody lying around.
You got that's going to run around.
Nobody going to admit this shit.
But he was right there.
Like, when we came on the scene,
we're the motherfuckers who got everybody in the scene.
got everybody in the city to fuck with each other.
Because these people didn't do this room.
Everybody was just doing this two or three room.
When we went to everybody's shit,
everybody else started going to everybody.
Everybody started going.
Bro, we had air, like, it was this white people night,
Monday night at Stubbaugh.
Shout out to Stubber.
Me and this nigg is to be the only niggins down there.
Only more.
It was one, rest of peace, Egypt.
Other dude that would be down there.
Big Drew.
Big Drew.
Yeah, but that was it.
that we're going to do that.
And it was just a Monday night that had people
standing room on the cheap drinks.
You can still smoke in that bitch.
Yeah.
Damn.
So how does it feel now to get to the point
where you got not just this platform,
but something that, you know,
that's the element of where you started,
that comedy, to have your own shit that's yours.
You know what I'm saying?
When you walk in the room, you ain't got to worry
about nobody putting you up,
because you put them motherfuckers up.
It's just back to it.
It's back to it.
Because come from the host
That whole wait, that whole not getting up shit didn't last no time.
Yeah.
Because even the night's, even the .
That wasn't going to be an option, right.
We created a demand early.
It went from, can we get up to, hey, y'all going up.
Then it go from y'all going up to the motherfuckers who hosts the room like, hey man, y'all
want to do a little something?
Come to do my room.
And then it come from, hey man, I got a few dollars for you if you want to just, you know, go up there,
Fuck.
Hey, since y'all in here, man, if you, at least say something,
because they see ya.
It didn't last long.
Mm-hmm.
Mm-hmm.
Right.
So y'all made y'all wave quick.
Because you gotta keep the mind.
It was a whole little gap.
Atlanta comedy was fucked up.
It was a fucked up place.
There wasn't no comedy clubs for real.
Uptown was not back yet.
The old Uptown had fucking gone.
The one is on Mayor Street.
The one before that?
Right.
Because that one, we were giving that bitch open.
They didn't have no liquor license because they used to be a club.
Yeah, we performed in that bitch about two weeks straight.
Right, right, right, right.
The first couple weeks that they opened when we were down every nigga.
The sugar slushes.
Your milkshakes.
You'd be on stage, you don't hit them but blenders going up.
Damn.
They had no liquor lights.
Frozen drinks.
So these motherfuckers specialized in frosty treats.
He's going stupid.
You know what they're having to do comedy and they're drinking a milkshake, lactose to the motherfucker.
They had about five blenders there to go off all of the same.
at the same time, so.
So there was a wave of comedians,
maybe about three years or four before we started.
That was like the last real wave,
and then we got-
We got some piece of it, right?
We just started running to do that shit.
Like, okay, where did they do comedy?
Like, where did they do?
Okay, this way we go, this way go,
just attacking that shit and figuring that shit out.
Damn.

Well, it's beautiful out there, sunny and 75.
almost a little chilly in the shade.
Now, let's get a read on the inside of your car.
It is hot.
You've only been parked a short time,
and it's already 99 degrees in there.
Let's not leave children in the back seat while running errands.
It only takes a few minutes for their body temperatures to rise,
and that could be fatal.
Cars get hot, fast, and can be deadly.

Remember the movie pass era,
where you could watch all the movies you wanted for just $9,
it made zero cents and I could not stop thinking about it.
I'm Bridget Todd, host of the tech podcast,
there are no girls on the internet.
On this new season, I'm talking to the innovators
who are left out of the tech headlines,
like the visionary behind a movie pass,
Black founder Stacey Spikes,
who was pushed out of Movie Pass,
the company that he founded.
His story is wild
and it's currently the subject of a juicy new HBO documentary.
We dive into how culture connects us.
When you go to France, or you go to England, or you go to Hong Kong, those kids are wearing
Jordans, they're wearing Kobe's shirt, they're watching Black Panther.
And the challenges of being a Black founder.
Close your eyes and tell me what a tech founder looks like.
They're not going to describe someone who looks like me and they're not going to describe

Mm-hmm.
I can't go to the show.
That's five as fuck, well.
You started in a Lisee.
No, I started in North Carolina, bro.
I started in Carolina, the Greensboro Comedy Zone.
Like I said, it was a bring-the-show.
It was Bring Five People.
and you don't have to perform.
So the first, I say the first six, seven months
I had to pay, but then once I said,
yeah, but once they seen,
every time I went up what I was doing,
they just stopped charging me to go up.
And then after they stopped charging me to go up,
probably like two months after that,
the owner of the club was at one of the open mic nights.
He just stayed usually,
because he got a place across the street
called Arizona Peace, which was like,
you come to the comedy zone,
you come to the comedy zone
and you get a free ticket
to getting the Arizona piece.
Like, so he would be an Arizona piece.
He didn't really give a fuck about the open mic.
So one night he happened to be over there
and he seen me go up.
And after he seen me go up, he was like, man,
you ever hosted before?
And I was like, yeah.
But I had, yeah, that's what you're supposed to do.
Yeah, I was like, hell yeah.
I host all the time, bro.
I mean, hosted like a boss, man.
So I'd be hosted for me.
I was a weeker.
What they go, me?
That's all I do is hosting.
I'm the host.
Me, I'm the hosting.
So he was like, I'm going to try you out because the dude who was like the local celebrity in the comedy game, Chris Wiles, was starting to do shows outside of the city.
So he was like, I'm going to try you out this Friday, come up and host a show.
And I remember the headliner was Tom Simmons.
And I went up and I did the host of the show.
And they, mind you, this is a, I'm talking about all white room, bro.
Like, redneck white people, bro.
And he was like, and I'm thinking that it was going to be like the open mic night.
I got in there and seeing them truck of hats and that flannel, bro.
I was like, oh, shit.
So I went up, and I remember the first thing I said was like, who liked NASCAR?
Everybody was like, ooh, I was like, fuck NASCAR.
It was like, wait a minute.
I was like, I'm just playing because they don't let no niggins do it.
And that was my first thing.
And after that, I was hosting.
I started hosting the Friday and Saturday.
That's how I kicked off for me.
So I started on stage in front of some people
that didn't look nothing like me every weekend, bro.
All the way.
Every weekend, my nigga.
Man, I should have to do something.
That's how the star bar was for us.
People would go up and they would have some jump
how we would go be.
Well, that's how a lot of the white rooms was here.
Because they thought everybody was fun, you know.
But, hey, they're on their ass.
Why?
Yeah, ho-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha.
She put that motherfucker in the microwave.
Oh, what?
That'd be one-potted there.
Oh, what?
I think I didn't bit the fire.
That's that hot-h-h-ha.
You know, microwave.
You know, microwave be hot for a cinema.
Exactly, name.
Bob move that shit around, like,
toy and say, they're going to look back.
Look at that shit.
That shit, that's hot.
Ha-ha-ha-ha.
But you, you still try to talk about.
You're like,
Rah-R-A-W-ha.
A-ha-ha.
All the way, man.
Every week, it all right, man.
He liked to mow my breath, like I breathed on it,
and it got hot.
I'm like, shit!
All the way, bad, but you know, like,
salute to us, man, and you know,
we don't niggas don't get
their self enough credit sometimes.
Salute to us for building a platform
and the notoriety, you know, to build some shit
that people come to, you know what I mean?
All the way, man, salute to us.
All the way.
Well, because we did comedy when,
We was, it's just out of pure love for the shit.
Right.
Salute God for gifting us to gift.
Come on, man.
You should do shit.
You gotta clap for God.
Man.
Come on y'all.
Come on, y'all.
Hey.
Thank God.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I know it was God, because this was time
where I've been booked out of town to shows
where I literally ain't have zero dollars
until the show.
Right.
I had the most fun I ever had in my life.
Remember you told me a story about you doing the show
where a nigga had like a boxing ring in a barn
or some shit like that.
That was the first show I got a hundred dollars, well.
First show I got a hundred.
Yeah, first show I got a hundred dollars for
was that Cousie's Biker Bar and fucking Mayberry,
nigga, North Carolina, this shit was crazy.
I'm talking Mount Airy, brother, real Mayberry.
Motherfuck gave it was a hundred dollars.
Most racist shit I ever did in my career to this point.
But I took to hunt it.
It was about, at least.
At least a bit, four, five hundred people in that bitch.
We went out to that spot.
Yeah, a big-ass barn.
Rest my ring in the middle.
That's a good-ass ball in the floor.
Who with the headline?
The second level, uh, Zoo.
Zoom, man, you opened up a four, uh, for Zuma.
We both did.
Yeah.
It was a show like four, five people.
With that five.
Thank you, I got it.
It was a real show.
It was me, him, Nesto.
Zoo?
It was a run.
I mean, it wasn't a run, but it was just a road.
Like it was once a month or something, right?
Mm-hmm.
Go to that bitch, eat them good ass wings,
let that man pay that money.
Go and drive back to the house?
Mm-hmm.
Yeah, we're cheating.
For real.
$15,000, it's all in after two hours.
God, tell you.
I remember, this is the craziest shit that ever happened.
I think Clayton was, was I had rode to a show with Noah.
Oh, yeah.
And then we got pulled over on the show.
No way back to Atlanta.
No other drivers.
That money collar.
The police pulled him over.
He said, you're swearing a little bit.
You been drinking.
He said, I had two beers.
I said, oh.
We go ahead.
You already know what time of him.
We go ahead.
We got it here.
The fuck did you say that for?
That's what I'm thinking when he walked back to the car.
That man came back,
gave him his license.
Told him, have a good night.
Slow it down.
And walk, though.
Black, white, man.
Naga, what the fuck is the moral of that?
Be Jewish.
Be Jewish.
No, it was a white dude.
Noah.
Oh, no.
Let me shout out to know.
No, God's choice.
My people, yeah, now.
Oh.
Noah, look.
You're here, what?
He's Jewish.
Oh.
Went back and checked their license and was like,
you have a good day, sir.
I'm telling you.
Yeah.
Like my job.
Ever seen.
Damn.
Yeah.
With the police and shit.
Poles he came to my door.
No, that one time they did, they did come to help us when the cable was loose on the battery.
That's him one time when you went on my car.
We had work in the car.
Because the police came to my door and didn't move.
What's your man?
He said, you know what?
A nigga look at me and he looked in my eyes.
I got pulled over me in my palm.
I already told my ponder.
Before the police came to the car, I said, hey, my niggas, I'm gonna run.
And in my car.
Oh my God.
I'm gonna get the fuck on.
Sometime you got him run.
I'm gonna get the hell on, cuz.
I ain't gonna jail.
Then you get last time from running,
then you do it, they catch you with whatever you got on you.
Yeah, yeah, I'm gonna take whatever that's on me
and I'm running with it.
Mm-hmm.
Man, nigga Poli came to my, caught on,
you looked at me.
He was like, wooed boob, you got your license?
I was like, yeah.
And they were gonna walk back, he looked at me.
He was like, nah, I'm gonna just stay right here.
I'm like, you motherfucker.
You bitch, nigga.
Boy, I got, you know how you lean your knee out?
Like, you kind of like, hit it,
hit the door handle with your pinky,
kind of lean your knee.
That niggas seen my door were kind of like slightly open.
He pushed it back over.
And like, my knee kind of went back over there by the stir wheel.
I was like, fuck.
He already no more time.
These motherfuckers are in the back.
Not during that time.
They were running.
That's the thing like...
Them stories that don't get told enough.
Like, what happened the time when you got away?
Like, when you got pulled over and you were supposed to go,
but you didn't, my nigg.
Them is the success stories right now.
No doubt.
They tell it.
You know, you just run from the police just because we knew we could get away.
Mm-hmm.
No, they were slow.
In Mississippi, we all kind of stay back off in the cut.
You don't know my hood better than me.
I remember one night I had got out work.
I was going home.
It's a long-ass, dark stretch, a highway between my crew.
And it's about, man, probably two miles maybe.
No.
One night I come through that bitch.
This one was just a straight shot.
They put a stop sign right in the middle of now.
So people don't do shit like this.
So when I get to the where the person gets a dog, I just take off.
Pass right by the police.
But he got to turn around and come get me.
So I'm looking at him.
He ain't coming out immediately.
Then I seen him come out and hit the, like, take off.
Pull the car in the driveway, pull it behind the house,
get out and go in the house.
They shoot straight past the house.
I'm like, got him again.
Got him again.
Got him again.
Got him again.
See, we had that shit.
We had to jump out, boy.
You had to be alert when this motherfucker pulled up,
but they pull up in some inconspicuous shit,
Dodge Intrepid.
Yeah.
Yeah.
You put up in a white Dodge Intrepid.
You named somebody auntie,
their mother would jump out of the car, 6D.
Man.
Jump out with a fan, man.
You won't catch me, though.
I'll tell you that.
They pulled up in my hood and the fan, me.
Oh yeah, they get out of anything.
Yeah, that one of them crazy.
That was that new dad down here?
That was, that was with red dog.
Red dog.
Red dog punch, but you know,
they had to stock the red dog beat your ass.
Red dolls were doing our table.
Red dolls were doing our table.
Redaw beat your ass and drag you out the wood by your draw.
They were, man, them niggins were crazy, boy.
They'll drag you out the wood by your drawl, nigga.
And so the hood, how we, they just beat you
and be like, and yeah, be like, yeah,
y'all, you still want to sell dope.
Oh, all right, let her come back through here.
They be walked up, they're gonna do a sweep
and the motherfuckers, they put them in the van.
And ride them up down the street.
They'll ride them around.
They had all the day, they had these niggies
in back here with the door open, with the cuff,
Ride around, I can like you.
That's fucked up, my name.
You imagine coming outside said your uncle to the band like,
Uncle Jay!
What the fuck?
They don't get a fuck, bro.
I'm talking about slow, too.
You can see everybody, they even see the expression on their face.
That's why they had the five of them for.
I caught to add ends of the red dog.
But he was a, he was a rookie.
He was a puppy.
I ran from his head.
He was too tired to beat my ass.
But he put him.
me in the face.
When he, before or after you ran?
When he called me, because when I was running,
I thought I got away from him.
But the nick came out of the cut out of nowhere,
and I was like, fuck!
And I could tell he got a lot of energy,
and I'm like, he got more energy to me.
You're about to get me.
He never stopped.
I never started running though.
Man, that nigga got close to me.
I said, fuck.
I ain't for letting him tackle me.
So I dove on the ground.
He was mad.
Because he went over me, I went under.
I was like, you.
I saw him, he's like.
But I'm on the ground over here, he didn't go too far.
Man, got on top of my head, put him he dead in my face.
I was like, why you, why you hit me?
He said, why you run?
I said, you got to want.
Is he locked up?
Hey, yeah, it locked me up.
Got me your shirt passing and all that stupid shit.
Dumbest shit I ever did was pull over for a bike cop.
A nigga on a bicycle.
Bicycle.
Nice.
Mr. Pedals.
He didn't get a kickstand back.
They need to kickstand.
You don't want to pull you over?
That's right to fuck, bro.
I just ain't put a fuck on a bicycle.
How?
What did he do?
Ring the bell?
Hold on the fuck.
Hold on.
Hold on, right.
First thing you said...
He ain't a nigga on no bite pulling you over,
right.
First thing you said, when I pulled you over,
When I pulled it off, he said, why did you pull over?
What is this?
Well, you might be terrific.
Man, hey-low, man.
You let me think on the bike pull you over the day.
You had a car.
He didn't, he didn't know what to do.
He was surprised, too.
He was like, get out of here.
My nigga ain't had nothing to take your license back, too.
My nigga, that nigga, that nigga,
on the bike, ain't no computer on that bit.
Even if I am, do I do I?
I got weed on me.
Where I'm gonna go?
On your hand the ball?
Right.
Right.
I'm definitely not about to wait for you to call a bag up and two more niggins pull up on bikes.
It's about digging hell now.
That is funny, bro.
On the bike, bro.
This shit happens, man.
Your life is a motherfucker, bro.
That's stupid, bro.
That was the best thing about the pandemic, though.
Police had to relax.
I remember one time the more craziest shit ever, though, bro.
You shit ever, though, bro.
We ain't a racist part of the town.
My partner did some...
I'm a part of the town, racist.
No, my partner had nothing
did something at the crib.
Somehow, the police on the way.
I go pick him up.
We're smoking.
Poli coming by as we go in this way.
Poli pulls us over.
We're smoking, bro.
The fucking window rolled down.
Because I didn't want to roll the window down
and let he see the smoke as he come up.
I'm like, fuck this shit.
This nigga comes to the car.
come to the car, roll down the window brine.
I ain't never seen this much smoke
in the police in their face.
That how high?
What?
I'm talking about the nigger had to wait
till the smoke, get out the car first.
He was like,
he was like, fuck it, he just came in the car.
Look, look, y'all motherfuckets is going to jail.
I'm like, nigga, but he ain't even with a trip.
He didn't even really come out of the weed.
He took you out of jail?
No, he wanted my partner.
He didn't do shit.
He just let it go.
Not knowing that, a whole ounce in my draw.
I hate them police to stick their head in the car.
Bro, he stuck in his head.
That's their crazy shit.
That shit would make you, that shit catch you off guard.
You'll be caught like...
What's up, world?
It's your boy, Chico Bean.

Try to sew up.
This nigga comes to the motherfucker door.
Bang on the window, too, too, too.
I rolled the window down.
He's like, what the fuck is wrong with you?
You know how fast you were going?
Like, we're college students, sir.
We're on the way back to school.
We had a test and we stayed longer.
We got back.
We had made up this goof-ass story.
He took my license, went back to the car,
came back and gave me my license and said, man,
If I was to fucking give you,
I couldn't even give you a ticket.
You're supposed to go to fucking jail.
Get the fuck out of here and slow down.
I was like, yes, sir.
That nigga, let us go.
Soon as we pull off, this is how stupid we is.
We get away, see that nigga pull around.
First thing we do is take our seatbelts back off.
Niggum, we made it.
We straight.
I was like, nigga, it's the dumbest shit in the world, bro.
I'm talking about liquor make you do the dumbest shit ever,
that's why I say that's the worst shit in the world, bro.
Amen.
Alcohol, my nigga don't leave.
Nobody has been pulled over more.
times than me and this nigga.
I'm convinced.
Bro, we used to have the lead of comedy show
and go home, bro, Cobb counting,
it's this one spot.
As soon as you get come up,
like when you're coming up, 75,
as soon as you see that goddamn signness,
they come to them all,
they're sitting right there by the bridge.
It'd be about four.
Right up on that bridge.
Right before you get to that bridge,
it'd be to this side, two this side.
And it's just like, you can damn their count it down,
10, 9, 8, 7, 7, 9, 7,
No, they gonna whip out first
and they gonna act like they're chasing here.
They gonna act like they had to chase you
so they gonna let you get up so they can pull right up.
And they're not gonna hit the light
till they get right up.
The shit make you swirled.
I'm talking about.
They make you do stupid shit to make you look.
You think you saw him in the real way.
You blink and this nigga is behind you.
That's the worst feeling, bro.
You have to ride on the highway by nigga
and that motherfucker pull out and you like this.
But this is them there.
I do that all the time.
This damn that every night.
Yeah, I remember we were rind down bank here.
The whole time, man.
Everybody is driving so slow.
I'm like, why the fuck are y'all
niggas driving so fucking slow?
It's to the point where you got to yell at your wonder,
like, why the fuck are y'all driving?
They driving like 15 mile power.
I look up, it's the police.
They don't want to pay the police.
I'm like, I'm going to pass the police.
The speed limit 25.
At least I go 10 more miles than this bitch happening.
I go probably like 30.
Ride pad to polio, I'm like, man, I go.
Straight pads there, man.
I got nowhere to be.
Man, tell you ride to pole, right pad me.
Look at me like this, like, okay.
Woo-woo, pull me over.
I'm like, bro, don't you pull me over before.
He said, bro, you can't pay the police.
I said, bro, you go in 15 miles an hour, bro.
What you mean?
He told you you can't pass the pole.
I didn't know you can't pass to police.
I didn't know you couldn't pass.
I'm like, when you're going 15 miles?
He said, I don't get a fuck about doing 10.
You can't pay the police.
Boy, I didn't threw so much shit out the window.
Thinking they're coming to get me, boy,
panicking throwing so much shit out the window,
niggins, you see the motherfuckers pull out,
you get to toss and shit.
They ride right past your ass like, fuck,
that was my last blunt.
I don't winnie bag and pick some shit up.
I do some shit out in the goddamn Wendy's cup.
Bro, that's it.
They wouldn't even come to get me.
I hit that you turn.
I hit that you turn.
You know how grouping you...
I don't get you.
You know how crazy you had to be in the street.
Hey, that's some wild shit.
Yeah.
I'm talking, but I grabbed it moving, man.
That's when you're all the way illegal.
When you go back to get the shit that you threw out,
dirty.
That's super dirty, buddy.
That's when it was a little bit more than I needed to be tossing away.
If I didn't have to toss it, then I'm not...
That's why I'm glad boss of Brie came.
I'm glad Bossabree came in.
But when Bossabree came in.
That tightness.
What?
That shit, helps nothing.
I don't be the fucker.
I wasn't, I wasn't going for.
They were like, man, the police go in your drug.
I'm like, bro.
I don't get.
If they take the message, if they take the match to deep message over there,
you were supposed to find.
Yeah.
That's what happened to me.
I'm like, fuck, yeah.
I'm a fight.
That nigga winning my drug.
I told you.
I told you.
That sound crazy.
He was like, come on, light skin.
He found the sack, right?
And he was squeezing it.
Whoa, this is crazy, bro.
From top to whoa, my nigga, that nigga went in my.
He found the weed, hey.
But listen, that's how I was acting.
He found the sack.
He didn't touch the weed.
That's how I was acting.
I was acting like, and he grabbed my sack.
I was like, ah, ah, I tried.
That's how I was acting, bro.
Like, he grabbed the weed.
And I'm like, ah, I'm like, that's my dog.
That motherfucker had it.
You know, look at it.
Yeah, a little bad to Teens, he did it.
Oh, shit.
Oh, shit.
Hey, hey, hey, right.
He said, no, that nigga winner.
That nigga winner by draw.
Then he found the sight.
He was squeezing it.
I was like, ah.
Ah!
No!
They were crashing my balls.
There's a larynxed.
I was like they were scissors.
Ah!
I was doing this.
They were making an issue with a tainter, bro.
Shut up.
I'm not even touch it, though.
Oh, shit.
Oh, man.
They pulled the weed out.
I was dead hollily.
Bro.
And the fuck-down.
Is that so personal?
You know that police officer.
Remember that shit, bro.
He's watching this shit right now.
Like, I remember I with that thing drums and got the sack.
Oh, my God.
My God.
Just that.
Just that.

You see, bro.
Oh, shit.
That shit was so great.
I'm like, fuck it.
Oh, shit.
Oh, shit.
Oh, shit.
You didn't look at it.
Man.
Nick, I do that shit.
I'd have been doing that shit and court and everything.
Soon they bought me to court.
Take me to the medical.
Take me the matter.
Take me the matter.
My sack home.
Ah!
Hey, man.
Boy, you can school.
Hey, man.
That's the funny and shit, howl.
And the way you said to this.
Like, you know.
Blah!
Oh, that.
Like, I was bleeding.
Oh, man.
Tissue.
Hell.
Ah.
Ah.
They had to bring the goddamn things on.
They had to clear.
Boom.
They had to hit me with the...
Would have been crazy so much.
They had to hit me with the...
Yeah, you had to the Crane House.
Yeah, you had to.
Oh, that shit was funny.
Yeah, because the Crane's part was,
the first one of these officers, I had him beat.
He searched the whole car, he'd find nothing,
nothing to pull it up.
He hated.
He was like, he was like, he ain't find nothing?
No seeds, no stems, nothing.
I hate them, nigga.
And then that motherfucker went and put some gloves off.
I was like, what's that?
Joe said, no.
You know what that means.
You know what that means.
Brand-niggin' done with you, bro.
Brow, right time, I'll pause on this question.
But when he would in your draws,
are he going from the back or the front, my niggins, first.
That ain't, what are you drawing?
He's looking at your face to face.
He went in your draw, face to face him.
Yeah, man.
Oh, my God, bro.
Oh, shit, Clay.
Well, that nigga sexually harassed you, my nigga.
That nigga violated you, right?
That nigga violated you, right?
That nigga sexually assaulted, Clayton.
They tried to tell shit, he's like, where do you work?
And I told him, and he was like, the restaurant's like, I eat there.
And if you were there and you dropped some shit on my family because you was high,
I was like, well, does your wife know you grab a ball?
Oh, you were definitely going to jail.
Oh, yeah, you're out of him.
I knew I was going to jail.
I said, I said, that's motherfucker.
It was so.
A small amount of weed and he was like,
tell me where you got it from.
And I was like, man, let's go.
Ah, ha!
I didn't get you ready to go.
Oh, my God, man.
Take a nigga for the stitch out of these three grams of weed.
What?
Tell you what you got this from?
Bro.
Get your ass out.
What does that come from?
Who supply you with the dog?
You don't know.
Three grams.
He ain't even getting no plan for making the sack
the exact same size as your nuts about it.
This nigga formed the sack to make.
It's the same size.
Like my head, Dickoie.
What can you say, though?
That bit in there.
You put that down, man.
You put that down, man.
You put that in there.
Hey, man, he had it in his head.
What he wanted about?
Oh, my God, bro.
No, he was in the gloves.
You sent me up.
You sent me up.
You weren't there, well, with them gloves.
No, man.
And that weed came out, that glue.
It must have been in the past.
Where did I get these pants from?
These fans came with a sack in them.
Hey, hey, do you use marijuana?
No, man, that's childish.
I'm not about to admit there's nothing, the police asked me.
Boy, that time we got poured over you,
ain't that goddamn blunt, nigga.
That nigga, Carlos ate the J. Like, it was a fifth factor challenge.
Because they'd be trying to set you up.
They always say, look, listen, it's alright if you smoke a little weed, man.
That's fine.
I ain't looking for that.
Yes, you are.
Until they don't find nothing but a little weed.
I'm like, you, Lord Al, scumbay.
You think you gonna be smoking dope in this community?
Yeah.
You're funding terrorists.
And they ain't even find no dope what does.
The nigger came back and said, hey, just so you know,
weed in the state of Indiana is illegal.
Have a good day.
It's like, bet.
Nigger.
When this nigga pulled us over and gonna tell us, well,
you know, it's a lot of human trafficking going on.
We was like, like slavery.
Yeah.
This dude was like, really cute.
You mind if we searched the car?
You're looking for people.
Yeah, go here.
He asked me if we had some bombs and shit in the car.
Any explosives?
What is he?
No, but I'm about to blow up, though, my music jumping.
They were saying, I'm going to blow up.
They didn't find no weed in there.
Oh, man.
We were trying to fresh out somewhere.
I remember one, y'all think y'all had to shot a video about this shit.
This niggas pulled us over, searched all our bag,
had us on the middle of the spreadway,
just searched all our bad.
Well, they had us like that in Alabama,
dog.
We found nothing then wanted us to put our shit back in the suitcase.
Bro, we're in, we're in Alabama.
Supped that up.
Coming back from a knack of convention, brus,
me, brand, drink.
We all in a white 15 passage of van, bro.
Niggins are smoking like a month.
We were just arguing about some shit
like 10 minutes before niggins is in their beefing
arguing like a motherfucker.
The police got behind us,
niggas just started lighting blacks,
niggas, like, light the black,
get the weed smell out the, like the black man.
That nigga came back to the car.
It was like, man, yeah, let me get your license.
Niggas, weed all in that, motherfucker.
Niggas, a stuffing shit,
nigga doing to you, ah.
Brother, the nigger came back and was like,
yeah, turn the car off, turn the van off.
Then two more police officers pulled out.
He was like, fuck, we go into jail,
but the motherfuckers got out,
searched the whole van, ain't fine,

That's all.
That's what you want.
We got to, we got a lot.
Somebody got to be in the ghost shit.
Be quiet.
Look.

That was they told me not to bring any weed.
And I brought a little bit.
So I'm just going to give you the wheat that I brought.
Here you go.
He gave that the officer.
You said, be honest.
That's going to be 10 bucks.
That's going to be 25 years.
He could have told him in.
Look, this isn't even any gas.
You don't look like you don't smoke gas.
That's all we got.
This isn't premium.
This is 87.
Where's the 83?
I think the best lie I ever told the police,

I'm speaking of milkshakes, nigga.
I went to Chick-fil-A and got one of them
ice dream cones, Nick.
My shit, when you fucked up, nigger.
I'm driving back, speeded.
I got this shit bad to the motherfucker.
Nicker pulled me over.
I'm like, officer, I got to go to the bathroom.
You're like, yeah, all right, let me see your life.

They came back and smelt them farts I was letting
He said, you know what, man, I'm gonna go ahead and let you go, bro.
I was like, thank you, sir.
Man, that job, I'm talking about them.
Them, I was busting off in the cat.
I was like, bro, I'm gonna shit on myself in this car.
And then he came back and was like, look, man,

You go ahead and get on the body.
I'm like, yeah, I let you.
He said, I said, I see that your address is real close

Had that on the cam, on the dash cam.
On the police dashed cam feature.
Don't nobody look.
Now, hey.
Oh, what I know.
Thank you for not taking me to jail.
You got to jail for a decent exposure.
You wasn't going to get a ticket.
Better to lock your hands up for shitting outside.
I got shit.
If I had to go,
Oh, fuck that.
Look, I got the shit, O.J.
You come over here, I'm going to throw it at you.
Before I lose my dignity, they sit on myself.
That's a deadly weapon.
Like, my father, what do you call?
Blok-Dookies?
Before I shit in my bed.
Before I shit in my bed.
You're talking right in jail for a minute.
Who is that?
There's O.G. Boo-Boo.
Why they call it next?
When he first got hit, he boo-foo.
It was on some big shit on them.
You call it.
Oh.
I don't go shit.
I don't give a fuck.
Where are we at, Paul?
If that would, you got a toilet,

Yeah, that's the eat, but when you ain't got that,
that's the problem.
What you mean?
You got, you got a shirt, don't.
You just go shit in your shirt.
You don't shit in your shirt.
You got a tank top, though.
You got a tank top, though.
Now, you add an extra shit, fly.
You don't need a house with a tank top of your shirt.
It's 13 degrees outside.
This fly to wipe his ass with his hoodie.
You just sleeve on the hoodie.
I got to put that bitch back on.
Why you put yourself in a predicament
where you got a shit so bad that you in 13 degrees?
You don't put yourself in a predicament.
Your body inside that, you could be perfectly normal.
You ain't ain't anything crazy.
And then one day, your body just tell your mind,
show yourself, ugh, it's an emergency.
It's an emergency.
Everything was going crazy.
For the first time ever,
you can't get in the bathroom over here,
so you try, shit, what next minute?
Somebody tell me something, you'll find a bad room.
And then you get in there, you might shit,
and then you look around,
You ain't even thought, these shit, this ain't a good place to shit.
Ain't, no toilet plate, right?
You ain't even think about it.
What's the softest thing getting here that I can find?
Right, man.
One time I had the shit, bro, and I went in and all the niggas already had the same idea.
All the stalls filled with digging shit, and I'm like, I gotta go in the women's bathroom, bro.
That's what I gotta go.
I got to go, bro.
That's what it is.
When you're back, why I would be clean, forget what?
And then I'm about to leave out there, motherfucker.
Somebody come in.
I'm like, fuck.
You had to put your feet up.
You have to put my feet up, bro.
You know the shit is.
The shittiest place to go to shit.
The gas station with the bathroom on the outside.
Home Depot, Nick.
If you go during the day, I was just trying to get some shit from the house,
nigga.
I said, is this where niggas go to shit?
It was a lot of motherfuckers waiting to shit in that bitch.
Like, you got shit.
There'll be a lot of Migos out there, Home Depot.
Everybody was shit, no.
It was employees.
That's great.
Businessmen.
Once you get to a certain age, you kind of know what you can eat,
when you can eat.
Right.
You don't want to just go crazy one at your nephew birthday party.
Eating cake and birthday, birthday cake, ice cream, and shit.
I'm sorry.
Then you're drinking coffee Monday and Tuesday, then by Wednesday.
Your shit is all the way fucked up.
You never know?
I got too much pride, man.
I'm all right.
You got a toilet.
And if it, hey man, I'm been in some crazy position.
I'm a bus scout.
We learn to survive.
Nah, that one on the gas station when the bathroom on the outside,
but they got to give you that key attached to like an old pool stick.
You know, no porta potty?
The Porter Potty, that's gonna be leading.
A Porter Potty ain't worse is that outside gas station barring for them.
What?
Port-upon, anybody can talk to you in the Porter Party.
You hit all the couple things.
That's one of my biggest figures.
What happened to the Porter Potty and then somebody flipped that bitch on?
Who!
Ha!
Ha!

I'm kidding.
I'm a shit.
I'm going to shit in Porter.

That's why I, that's my thing.
That's why a lot of people be late.
Why you say that?
A lot of people be late,
because you can't leave your house until you're booming.
So you can avoid all these type of situation.
But sometimes it don't hit you till you're already out, man.

Bitch, you're trying to decide who you're going to be faithful to me or him,
why you were fucking both of her.
So now you don't make your mind up.
I can't make my mind up.
Like, you ain't telling me to decide.
You don't get no choice.
We don't get no choice.
No second.
Right.
See, that women know, they be trying to add like, we be dogs.
We don't dog, y'all, y'all got all to say so.
It's like the way.
Y'all cut us off.
We don't cut y'all out.
Damn.
This shit crazy.
I know.
Because we act like we cut a bitch out, but we'll still fuck with a bit.
Until she don't want to fuck with us.
You're like, damn, that's a left of all.
She'll cut me all the time to fuck with her.
Bitch, cut me.
Fuck you.
Make it hot.
Make it hot.
You're like, damn, I got this.
That shit left for a little fuck on.
Boy, that thing hurt.
That's the shit that don't know about to be talking about on the podcast.
Men, we don't never tell our side of the story.
Right.
We do be getting chucked us.
We'll be getting, we take all those big ones.
Because when that woman don't want to fuck with you no more,

She gonna treat you like you a shit.
What happened in your last relationship?
She thought I was out here fucking with women like you
and now I am.
Right.

Now I'm fucked up.
Trying to get back with my piss.
She's enjoying your phone card,
you know, hot, nigga.
That's a messed up position to be
where you're trying to get back with a woman.
You're trying to get back with a woman
we don't even want you.
Oh, my, my nigga.
She don't even want you to do me.
She's on to the neck, niggas.
She doesn't even like, niggas.
Oh, you know, she's laughing at you with the new nigger.
She's showing the nigger about.
And she looks better.
Look at it with this goofy head,

She looked good, too.
You're like, damn.

You know, you know, it's over.
When your girl complaining about some shit all the time,
like, when she constantly complaining about something,
and then all of a sudden she just stopped giving a fuck about it,
but, like, it's some shit.
She's been mad at you about it.

All right, let me ask you this there.
Is it harder to get her or harder to get her back?
Harder to get her back?
Nah, she didn't do it because she knows she got leverage.
Harder to get her back.
She knows she got leverage.
But that's the thing.
playing along and she's like, all right.
That's why it's harder to get her back.
B, he tripping, he pulling up at the job and shit.
Stacey!
This is why I say that.
You are getting Matt Duller, he's walking past the woman.
Stacey!
What am I going to fuck about this car, man?

Hold on real quick.
Hold on, boy, I'll buy your little five.
I'll buy your little five.
That's what I'm saying.
That's what I'm saying.
Get her back.
Because if you gotta get her back,
that means she know that who you were to get her
ain't the nigga you is.
The nigga you got, the nigga you,
she thought you was to get her.
She know now you're not that nigga.
So now you gotta be a whole new nigga
to get her back.
So it's hard to get her back.
But this is how the niggas is.
We act like we gonna be the nitty she's like
just to get her back.
You're like, what you want to do?
What do you want me to do?

Be honest, you want it.
But that's hilarious, bro.
Oh, man.
We can do everything that she wants just to get her.
And so we get her, go right back to the niggie.
Like, we just got a fucking problem.
What is my fuck is wrong with that.
She loved that nigga though.
That I know.
But it's just a lot of shit that come with that nigga.
I knew.
You like the good shit.
You just got to know you were good because the shit
that you did, she knew that you was capable of doing.
She's like, see, see?
Whatever you did to get me, you like, you already had it in.
You're just complacent.
You rather do this shit.
Man, man.
Once we find out she ain't shit too, then it's on.
Right.
That's the only for ladies who's the shit, not, ain't she.
But you're only gonna find out she ain't shit
if you want, if she wants you to.
You'll never know if she don't want you to,
man.
When she let you see she ain't shit, she wanted you to find out.
Watch how she's sleep.
You look like.
