I was just telling them, even with buying a house, you know, if you all ain't got no family, you know, I know you get some money, you want a big house. That ain't written that's a smart thing to do. Because you got grass outside of actual note, you know, you got grass, like, you know, light bills, random shit, happen shit. You got to fix everything. There's a lot of bills. Come on. That shit. That shit, head up. HR.

I live in downtown and renting and having an apartment. and just living that life. Because you don't want to deal with the other shit. Yeah, I got my house I bought and paid for it, but at the end of the day, honestly, I don't even need it. Like, I got my sons living there so fucking they can. But really, just, and I don't have a wife

and, you know, all that shit, so you need to figure out. You got one bedroom, you're kidding. I'm getting downtown and five minutes from everywhere. It makes sense. You out there in the burbs in a big house. I ain't got no woman. You, you know, it's dry. By yourself, you know what I'm saying.

It ain't good. You want to figure out what your life's going to be. If you're going to find a wife or not. You know, when you find out what your life and I'm going to get married, I'm going to do this. Cool. Go to the birds, get you a crib, you know. But that's a lot of bills, man. Like just going out and get-out, it's a lot of bills, man.

But then you want to own something because that's what everybody say. But at the end of the day, shit, man. They don't know what comes with. It's a lot of property tax. You really don't never own shit. Right. You got to pay property tax every year. They don't be understanding, but you ain't got nothing to your name.

You can be renting some and not paying as much as I pay on my property tax on my house. Because they got a plan on how to get the money back. My career paid out, but I still probably pay more than you pay in rent on property tax. And the crazy part about it. And I all right. He bought the house already from the people. So that means he bought the foundation of the establishment, but he don't own the dirt with his establishment law on.

So check this out. If he was just so happening to miss payments two or three years, to the company that he has to pay the property taxes, they will come take his foundation that he already paid. Now check this out. He doesn't pay taxes on the money. He already done made that year. Now with the money left over, I bought the establishment.

Boom. Now I've got to pay some folks to keep my establishment. Now, if I was so happen to miss two, three payments, those folks can come take the establishment that I already paid them for. So you never really own nothing. So you never own nothing.

Never. And that's one thing you want to pay attention to if you do want to own something, though, is how much you would have to pay even if you cash this bitch out. You might still be paying. If you're in the right place are, oh, this school good? You think

that's good? Okay, yeah. And it floats you are. $3,000 a month on property tax, $5,000 a month, $11,000. and this shit go all the way up, you know what I'm saying? That's something you don't know. Because a lot of people coming from the hood, like, I ain't heard of that person. I bought my first big house in a neighborhood with a great-ass school.

The property tag was slapping the shit out of me, kids. But that's because the district is, the school district good, property tax hired. All that shit matter, you know what I'm saying? You'll be paying $3,000 a month and your shit done. You know what I'm saying? You already paid for it, though? The crib done. You done?
