Do you know I just found out who Sidney Sweeney was? If he got a bunch of women, then I should have a bunch of men. Do better or do less so I don't have to do so much. I'm Yamanika, and I'm out. Listen to you're the problem with Yamanika on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcast,
Starting point is 00:02:12 or wherever you get your podcast. I knew I was grown when I graduated high school because my high school senior experience was just me paying for shit. Real. I wasn't doing shit in high school. I was so happy to go out. I had a job. responsibilities bills
Starting point is 00:03:03 waterboard cheerleader um president of three organizations nah man time out yeah don't sound
Starting point is 00:03:11 right safe for the show all right all right not yet you miced up y'all mic up we'll be ready
Starting point is 00:03:18 to me I bet well I don't even want to say she that just wait we'll wait I bet look at Marco
Starting point is 00:03:24 looking like one of the veggie tail mm hmm you like a turn and let me get a switch right quick I can't, I ain't, I can't do the other shit.
Starting point is 00:03:38 Hey, bro, we gotta have 8 to 5 South a little trip or something. I'm with it. What I'm with all that? What I'm saying? A little two-day something, right? I quit, you know what I'm saying? Since we getting to end you're in the vibe, right? Right.
Starting point is 00:03:49 Somewhere light, man, you go to get a cabin in Tennessee or something, right out. You gotta go to Tennessee, but we can go right there in North Georgia. North Georgia, hour away. It's, uh, right there. They're right there. Right there. Still in the city. Cheller.
Starting point is 00:04:04 We got that start enjoying ourselves, but I don't get a fuck. That's what I was saying, Nick, I'm trying to, that whole little BET-T shit gonna eat the weekend up. I don't get no weekend, Nick. I mean, but shit, you really, you really gotta, you gotta use that as a, as a, as a, as a, as a, as a, as a, as a, as a, like, as a,
Starting point is 00:04:22 but you know, I know how you are, you are, you want to cheer. But, nigga, after hosting that shit for two years, we don't never have to go through that shit to get. We don't never have to. It ain't need, it's down there what it is, it networking. I'm mostly, saying, nigg, you bet, can you can't,
Starting point is 00:04:34 me why I'm hip. That's how I'm in LA. Hey boy, I ain't hip for too long. You look for me. You're gonna get me now. You gotta get me now. Cause when I go, boy, fuck, all this shit over here. I ain't even lying. I'd really be going out there to see who we can hire for a real for you a man. You can't go out there and look for work. Ain't no work. Ain't no word, niggins. Everybody out there looking for some work. That's what I'm saying. So you're down to say what you got going?
Starting point is 00:05:01 I got some going. I got some going. I'm trying to go to work. You feel. Put me on my bag roll. I'm ready. I'm in the answer. cute in the middle. Why this shit, Jay? I just ain't need to help me. I'm gonna all by myself.
Starting point is 00:05:14 Like, hell, like, hell, you know how you got right of shit, like the hip and punch up, shit like that. Hey, we'll be on the boat so much. I did it for Curlwyn, Claiborne. I did it for Myron jewels. But see, he's seen like, every time I ask them all fuck, special like an OD. I might send them and sit, them, sit.
Starting point is 00:05:33 They don't need me. Yeah. I'm like, I know that, but I'm saying. What's the point of you look? What I do, I did something that Ricky did to me. Ricky Smellon, I watch your sitting and listen to this. And then I hear, I hear a tag.
Starting point is 00:05:48 That really, that really all I've been saying. Digger don't do you know how to tell that shit. I'm like, you would have said that. That shit horrible. Yeah. Oh, that's trash. You saw that 21 of every one shit I did. You saw I was chuffing them niggas, I was trying to tell them
Starting point is 00:06:10 like, hey, bro, that why don't you don't respect y'all, nigger, now. You up here with mok, mok, jokes. Mock, jokes. Why you don't get your ass on? Y'all, nigga, got it so braving. That's why I've been telling you all these years. You can't cheat that stage, boy?
Starting point is 00:06:25 You can't. You got to go on, man, get all that. That's the way. So you can see, okay, this don't work. Right. Don't never say that again. Right, yeah. Sometimes you got to go out there and say that shit.
Starting point is 00:06:36 Don't say that. You feel it, but that's just what it is. And then another thing you got to learn to as a comedian, then. Sometimes it ain't that the shit ain't funny. It's just that. You don't believe that. Some comedian you don't want to hear
Starting point is 00:06:50 a certain shit from. You get what I'm saying? You don't want to hear Cory Hogan talking about no policy. You don't hear that nigga talk about no bitch. You don't want to hear Dave Chappelle talk about no bitch. Kevin Hart can't do no sex jokes.
Starting point is 00:07:09 Or he's going to end up looking like he's been doing comedy for five years closing his special pumping the stucing. You see what I'm saying? Remember when Kings of, you might not have been around then. You remember when Kings of Comedy came out with everybody was saying for probably 10 years at that.
Starting point is 00:07:26 The hell ain't funny. The hell ain't funny. He's the least part of anyone. The hell ain't funn't funn't. All he do is cussing for with the crowd. This at a time where it's like crowd work shit. Like, they don't know about that. We sing Martin do that.
Starting point is 00:07:41 They want to have material. They're trying to be like Martin. Crowdwork. That's what everybody said you were doing. That's Martin shit. And guess what he got it from? Robin Harris. You see what I'm that?
Starting point is 00:07:52 You see what I'm saying? Joe Tori tried to take that from Robin. Hey, remember when he hosted, that's all he did. Oh, he did. Right, right. Right. And he was great then. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:08:04 Give me wrong. But that's why I said, like, when niggas, I used to be, when I used to be roasts, I said, bro, they might want to get that. But them niggas in them first five rows, they don't want that. Them niggins will look, that why I'd be like, bro, bro, a little niggie be doing fire. I'd be like, but I'm folks so engaged. Let me ask the motherfucker. How you doing it?
Starting point is 00:08:22 Who, woo, woo, who? What I don't want to respond, but I look at you like a Brit wall. Nigggo, when you came through with it, it's like the way you did that shit, the way you do that shit. Right. Like 2.0.
Starting point is 00:08:36 It's the evolution of all that they came to close to you. Right. You know what I'm saying? Right. You're the first nigg that we seen, those niggas who wasn't out. Usually when a nigga gets on them off that good, right there. The camera don't never be around, you know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:08:52 Right. Right. Right. Ain't matter what the world. You know, you know, jokes too. Sometimes they're about just telling the jokes, sometimes just talking to the crowd. Right. Making them engage in what you're seeing.
Starting point is 00:09:07 Right. You see, he blew up by himself on the internet, doing his own shit. Right. So why I'm telling him, nigg, if I pay, if I'm a fan, And I go see this nigga. You want to see what's on the internet. If I don't hear that nigga say, bring that ass, even if he'll roll, then fuck you mean.
Starting point is 00:09:24 I'm gonna walk out that motherfucker like, that hell, damn, do my shit. That's just like your tag. You got to say it. See, what I was saying early was, like when I was doing new shows, I was doing it. I was seeing action when the people were like,
Starting point is 00:09:39 you heard bring that ass on the internet, by what you got. But what I'm saying, when you fuck with anybody in the crowd, Whether it be eight, five, five, or what? That's how you set it up. Bring that ass here, right? What the girl, what the fuck, Jean?
Starting point is 00:09:52 Uh-uh, bring that. You gotta, that's your perfect setup. People gonna follow that because that's you. Right. People couldn't wait to say that. Mm-hmm, mm-hmm, we're getting better, fellas. You see how Mike do it, huh? He gotta get 15.
Starting point is 00:10:08 You gotta get that out of the way. You put that in the video. Where? That, you know the shit from all about dimension. Mm-hmm. 45 47. Don't get out. Don't get that.
Starting point is 00:10:18 That's all the rip. That's in the first 30 seconds. Stop calling me Day Day Day. Mm-hmm. Hair turn. Mm-hmm. Bitch, I ain't Day Day. Mm-hmm.
Starting point is 00:10:28 I know you want to hear it. It's just, it's like a joke that you ain't already did on stage, but the call back down. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. You've been in that show with me with you. I'm thinking, man, let me go out here. He's hit him with some new shit.
Starting point is 00:10:44 Yeah. Do this. Do that one. Right. Let me here. Stay with your stead. Babe. Man.
Starting point is 00:10:52 They got their request. They got their request. Hell man, how much new shit I do, nigga, I'm gonna be doing the special. Man, do that out of the water fucking. Hey, all right. Oh, you do it. They're gonna be like, yeah, they didn't do this joke. Oh, I had a new life.
Starting point is 00:11:08 That's it right now. What we doing? J O.A. Play me some pimper pimp. Are you ready? And I get some red cups. We need some cups. Stand it down.

Starting point is 00:11:40 Don't never let it be working. It's fun, but in my head. The whole thing. It's like selling dope. Don't know. Even if you want to do it or you don't want to do it. No, we ain't selling dope. We're dropping dope on.
Starting point is 00:11:53 No, we drop it off. But even though the dope we drop in a dog, no. I must not put my name on my bad. Can't do that. I'm going to keep some cups back here. Can't do that. I can't do that, gang. I don't know about you.
Starting point is 00:12:07 I'm going to be oversets. This she's in the cell. All I got to do is putting the twang on. That why does she ain't so good. I'm going to keep something that's smoking. We're gone. Even not dead is smoking. I know you studied hard.

It's your girl, Sam J. And we're the host of everyone watches women's sports, a new podcast from Together and I Heart Women's Sports.
Starting point is 00:14:54 Because let's be real. Women's Sports is giving us way too much to talk about these days. So Kelsey Finler, she became the first female solo rower to go from California to Hawaii. My first thought is, like, what's up with the snacks? Like, what are we eating? The highlights, the rivalries, the breakout stars, the moments that take over your entire timeline. in the conversations that start during the game and somehow keep going all week. Every week, we're breaking down the biggest stories across women's sports.
Starting point is 00:15:21 Naomi Osaka showing out. She beat Sabalinka. Shout out to you, Naomi. You get the palm, Naomi. You get the palm for that. Because we're not just interested in what happened. We're interested in why everyone's talking about it. Because everyone watches women's sports.
Starting point is 00:15:36 Listen to everyone watches women's sports. On the IHeart Radio app. Apple Podcast or wherever you get your podcast. If you don't fuck me, right? Yeah. I don't see in them before. I got this shit from out of space. You really, you really ain't posted for it.
Starting point is 00:15:55 You ain't read it for it yet. I don't even know what it is yet. I don't know what it is. I know it's dope. I know you can't get it nowhere else. But I got it. I got it. I got it.
Starting point is 00:16:09 I don't know what it is, though. You know what it is? You can't, ain't nobody else got it. I know I got a gift. I'm such a student. I still learn. I'm learning how to use my bills. You've got too many weapons, Nick.
Starting point is 00:16:21 I can't see here and tell you like I know it all. I'm like, nigger, I find some new every time. It was one that you just did at the goddamn show. I was like, it was an old one, though, from my old shit. But I brought it back. You ain't brought it back in a long time. But I did it on a... This is the joke that you used that, you know,
Starting point is 00:16:43 you introduced it when you were, like, using the call with your mama and she fought it. Right. There was a perfect introduction to her character because you were like, why would you say? I remember that guy. I had you crying. Why would you say? I had you crying.
Starting point is 00:16:55 Why would you say that? Yeah, I forgot. And the other one where you said, yeah, but you even never went upstairs and found your, you know, a dog to drag away. That'd be one of my beginning jokes to get me comfortable on stage, bro. But do you see how much it makes that character, though? Right. You could take that shit anywhere.
Starting point is 00:17:14 Because you don't even do no jokes about how your parents old. Uh-uh. Not no more. You started out of it. They know that. Like, they know me. It got to the point they know me now. It ain't no more of them not knowing me.
Starting point is 00:17:23 It's like, now I got to break down the shit that they know about. I had a joke about y'all knowing my parent old, but let me tell you what happened. Well, what you went on? Now I got you. How to set it up for you. It's about five jokes that I really want you to keep right. What's up with? The role is talking to old girl.
Starting point is 00:17:42 Okay, yeah. The parent. Okay. Specifically. like that shit with your mama and how your dad was the leader of the pastels, the old pastor. Yeah. That shit. It's so much shit right now. You talk about like having older parents, they got you, even though you're young, they got you dressing like you, they age.
Starting point is 00:18:03 I was the only nigga in elementary school with a rolling book bag. With wheels on their bag. With the wheels on that, everybody got their boot bag on their shoulder. I mean, that motherfucker like carry on. I mean, the third grade, he lied with a left with a cat. I'm gonna get her. She's like, he got your homework. I'm like, yeah, let me get it out. It's sitting here.
Starting point is 00:18:26 Like I'm about doing magic drinking that motherfucker, boy. That's what, bro. You don't got no music joke about you doing music. You got jokes where you do music in there, but you don't got nothing about. You got to give them that insight as a nigga who do come in. Who do music. But you know, I used to be so, I used to keep my music and everything away,
Starting point is 00:18:47 but now I got so. comfortable now I'm bringing it on stage. It don't even matter. You feel me? And like, it don't even matter. This is where I have the opportunity to showcase my talent. But in my head, I had to have some jokes first. I had to go be a comedian for a. Now, no, I'm a comedian.
Starting point is 00:19:02 I'm a solidified comedian. Fuck them, nigginska. I must work on my crowd. Right. Now, I'm in the pen where I'm like, ooh. I guess because my journeys are so different. It was like, everything that I had to face, I had to face it on stage. Right. You get what I'm right?
Starting point is 00:19:17 We had that era where we had to be funny. Right. Because we're going in front of the niggas that we, are we going after the niggins? They never let us go in front of him. Right. We had to go up after the niggas that we grew up watching on Comic View.
Starting point is 00:19:34 And they murder. Yeah, comedy jam. I'm talking about it. And they come in and, man, put me up. I gotta go catch the other spot. Man, I can't, who gonna put up after you? They figure it out, man. Shit.
Starting point is 00:19:46 Yeah. I'm talking about just random niggas who was funny as hell on fucking common view nigga Angelo Dundee A lot of people don't remember this nigga Angelo Dundee
Starting point is 00:20:00 But he was in there He was on deaf jam and all that shit Too you know the buff nigga he used to wear The cowboy hat and shit Just like Joe Torre And his thing used to come through that motherfucker And he would come maybe Two or three times a year
Starting point is 00:20:13 Just pop out Fuck the show up and dip I'm like this motherfucker Don't be the bed one where you're like, damn, bro, they should be getting a whole lot of light and shine. And the motherfuckers is ripping in this bit. Oh, that's a nigga that nobody wants to go up after the boy. This nigga used to go up probably second or the last or either last every night. Who?
Starting point is 00:20:34 It's all the spot. Nesto. Ernesto? Oh. And he's one of the funniest niggas ever. And the way he do comedy, this niggins just do comedy. It's just like machine gun all night long. Like, everyone.
Starting point is 00:20:47 one of these motherfucking punchline hit, bro. So five. Every one of them. I got to go. And the way you be dressed, you'd be looking like. You were like, he looked like a nigga would be watching cars in the parking lot. But man, this motherfucker walk out there, throw that old ad, jet clamping hat on and rock that motherfucker hat, man.
Starting point is 00:21:06 If he do five minutes, then he gets five minutes worth of last, bro. Ain't no. Ain't a breath, isn't that bit. Because he don't let up. He's a hell no. I ain't coming over there. You tip your baby dad out. said, he wants to see them kids.
Starting point is 00:21:19 Them kid, bitch, sleet saying, 9.30. Hell no. Yeah, this nigga really got caught up over, bitch. How he had to jump off, like, the third story. No. He crushed his anger. He tells the story on stage, but the way he said, boy, I can't do that.
Starting point is 00:21:33 He's like, see, that's how he gets killed right there. Jone it. Y'all better stop all that goddamn Joni, me. Because that's how he get killed. Nigg was in the parking lot. Niggins said, yep. That's why that nigga all that fucking shiga. That nigga walked in a circle three times.
Starting point is 00:21:46 Everybody who rode in that box shit, it better be ready to go. That thing on their way, playing that ass-whopin' music. I'm talking about. Man, every time this nigga finished, the crowd roaring, bro. That's fine. I gotta go look a more now.
Starting point is 00:22:04 You ain't know what I'm on this show? Mm-mm. Oh, yeah. Super Jay? Oh, he was Super Jake and, and Parkin. Yeah. That nigga? No.
Starting point is 00:22:13 Boy, that motherfucker, hilarious, bro. Super J. Super J, bray. Yes. I'm talking about surgical. In apartment, Super J. But then, look, then the nigger. I got to go.
Starting point is 00:22:26 But then, I got to go get him on. Then the nigger, like K. Dove come right after him with the same. Ba, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Fuck him up the whole time. Then dirty South coming up. Then a nigga, like, double D coming up. Man, number pressure. Then ain't no telling who in town.
Starting point is 00:22:44 That nigga T-rate might pop up. And this nigga, I, I say this nigga name on this show so much. This motherfucker got the coldest intro in comedy, bro. No. I don't get a quote with nobody to say, bro. With T. Ray. Brough.
Starting point is 00:22:57 Jay Win, you play, do me a favor. Play this song right quick. This is just BTS hit. Oh. Played Nuclis. Jam on it. Oh. Man.
Starting point is 00:23:07 Watch this. I got you been to go with JJ with that tequila. He, that's another cold after, bro. Yeah, dude. Oh, he's going crazy. For sure. But dig this. The nigga coming to the stage, right?
Starting point is 00:23:19 He gonna let this whole shit play for about two minutes. The crowd already older and they loved it. Turned it up a little bit. Yeah, you know. So, bro, the nigga ain't even started walking to the stage yet. All you hear is this shit. He got the crowd fucked up already. Because it's an old school song now really hear that much.
Starting point is 00:23:46 Brother. This nigga come on stage. Before he cut the music, So he already telling jokes, bro. So he didn't get the stage by now, right? So the niggas say some shit, like. You'll be so high. You miss another song with the song you already listen to.
Starting point is 00:24:04 And then the nigger threw this shit right here and fuck the whole crowd up. That nigger was like, you're going to listen to some shit, and you just remix your own work. You smoke it. And you hear that shit? Hey, hey, I always feel like. And then the crowd, like, oh! This nigger here.

Starting point is 00:30:37 You ever be on your dad's shit, and then you get mad at all the deadbeat? You know, I'm out here doing all this, niggas? These niggas are here enjoying themselves. But you know, they're some motherfuckers. Bray, these motherfuckers are so terrible. They don't even ask this nigga for nothing no more. You ever think about that? They don't try to call.
Starting point is 00:30:57 They don't have a number on this, nigga. They already know he ain't no good. So as you call it, he always says, what your mama do? Bro, it's been four months since she's seen in a nigga. What you mean? What their mama do? Everything.
Starting point is 00:31:10 Digger. That's a wife. I'm saying for some clique, huh? I'd love to have a show like cheaters where we run up on Dead Beat Dad. They'll be tight than the motherfucker with and just run up on the neck. They ain't doing them a thing. Can they stay here?

Starting point is 00:33:12 Oh, man, I can't wait. They owe them to drive, do all the type of shit. That's when they want to get the keys at the wrong time. Yeah. You understand how dangerous the world is until your kids want to go out there. Man. But you got to mention that they're ready for it, though. My son is old.

Starting point is 00:33:39 They're still in black kids. They're still no disabled kids. They are. They don't give a fuck. They don't get that long. They don't know. I've never seen nobody that's still in a disabled kid. I can see them getting back there to the main spot and they're like, who did this?
Starting point is 00:33:55 They just getting it. You can get nobody else. That black marketing for real, bud. They want that. kidding. So if you see a motherfucker looking at you crazy, at sick. Starting point is 00:39:04 What, Jesse, you be outside, boy. A nigga would get their ass. They got to bring jumping back, though. Jumping motherfuckers? Yeah, jumping motherfuckers. That was a safety. That was a safety mechanism for kids. Because when we was in school,
Starting point is 00:39:19 motherfuckers were still getting jumped. For sure. Ain't no bully. Ain't no bully. If you have a bulls get you three friends. That's why the guns came in the play, though, because jumping shit was. That shit curries.
Starting point is 00:39:29 Jumping started making the news and shit. Niggins almost getting killed getting jumped. That's why I started carrying a knife and I'm carrying a gun, all that shit. I ain't getting jumped. There ain't no bully though. You are cool niggins. No, I was chintin'n't. No, I was punching cool niggins.
Starting point is 00:39:44 They didn't give a fuck. He got bitches. You got bitches. Oh, shit. Who the fuck jumped? I didn't know until it was over. In school? I thought who was cool?
Starting point is 00:39:53 You got bitches? Oh, man. In school, I'm not. I'm hitting first. Oh, okay. I'm gonna hit you first. That way the rest of the year. Who the fuck is your jess?
Starting point is 00:40:03 You're offensive. They still alive? Yeah. Let go beat them up. You're just a whole ass niggins. Who jumped on you? This is in Cincinnati. I didn't even know I was getting jumped.
Starting point is 00:40:12 Oh. Until it was over. I failed and I just know everybody would pop me upside the head and hitting me and kicking me. I thought they were playing. Why they were doing that? Shit, I was the weakest link. You was in school?
Starting point is 00:40:26 No. No, I was in Cincinnati visiting my dad. You were grown? No, I was about ninth grade. Oh, okay. When I got back home, I don't know. I wasn't going. You talked to me, you said anything wrong, I'm going to hit in the mouth.
Starting point is 00:40:38 You should have been hit you. You got to deal with that the rest of your life. You may have to deal with my ass, you got to deal with the rest of your life. You may have that time the handicapped nigga hit you? That nigga knocked the hell out of you. Don't let me lean up against nothing. That's like, nah, what you were doing? You were popping his dad.
Starting point is 00:40:53 Boy, I didn't care one dude used to hold me up. Yeah. Man, I was gone. That right. So one time the nigger held me up and another niggins stopped back fighting, I nigger moved me. That's right. You can't win no, you can't win no air-wipping in high school.
Starting point is 00:41:08 That's wrong with most people though. They ain't never lost. That ass-man. When you took your furlough? When you took your furlough? Shit, the first? The one you remember, the one you were like, boy, I can't do, I'm hell no. I can't let that happen no more.
Starting point is 00:41:22 Man. I was 12, boy, I remember that. My head was like, wow, wow. I was like, boy, he up there. I was like, hey, wah, wah, you got it, my boy. You are like, I ain't, wah, wah, I was like, boy, don't ever get down here no more. You'd be one.
Starting point is 00:41:39 You'd be like, let me get in. You're like, don't let that. That's all I had, so I was just punching me in. I'm probably about 13. A girl whooped my head. Damn. Yeah. Because I couldn't hit her back.
Starting point is 00:41:53 Yeah, that's, she was just pounding on you? Nicky, the hell didn't come fast enough. But why was she just pounding on you? Because I would have got it. trouble if I would have hit her. I would have got through out of school and never. You're running. You didn't say, me, stop playing. No, we was in the gym and she was already a step. You know how the gym, it's like, she up. She up already. She on you. So I was just trying to just block all this shit.
Starting point is 00:42:16 I couldn't grab her hold up. So I'm like, looking back though, that was the one. So you and that Mr. Miyagi. But that one don't really count. You ever fought a nigger and you ain't lose, but you ain't win. But you were like, man, y'all get this, This nigga, like this shit. Like, you tied them up? He tied and you tied? That how I felt. I felt like, everybody said he won, but I was saying it was a tie because of the injuries. Man.
Starting point is 00:42:39 I got mine. My head was hurting. His legs was hurting. He walked by me and pushed me down. And I got up and I went to school. He was on the water fountain. I just hit him in the face. Oh.
Starting point is 00:42:50 Called him while he was drinking. I wasn't going to even fire. I said, shit. And then closed my up instant. Oh, so you were trying to give him a listen and talk after you hit him. Oh, but he ain't fucking me. He was my fucking. He ain't fucking.
Starting point is 00:43:01 And that, that, because both of us had to close eye. That d'ning. That d'nigh, hold tight. Let me tell you how we started this shit in my neighborhood. Right. My dad had won't have bought two sets of boxing gloves. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:43:15 He made you to. And came outside and said, hey, nobody out here whooped my son. I got $5, man. The guy who got to whoop my son. Just turned a beautiful day into some holy field. How much money? These niggas.
Starting point is 00:43:25 Never let that shit go, man. How much money do you lose? I, we ain't lose. Because I actually knew how to do the boxing shit. Oh. And actually boxed. They just put the gloves on and thought we was fighting. But I had already had a couple less.
Starting point is 00:43:40 I think I was about like 13. No, all this shit had around like 12 or 13. Then when I knew I was on my own, nigga, the neighborhood. It just seemed like the neighborhood just turned down in. Turned on me. They're talking about they fucking with me, guy. They just fucking with me. Just fucking with me.
Starting point is 00:43:55 I'm just like, damn, we were just popping yesterday. Say no more, I don't like this shit. Niggin, I'm getting agitated. Not going to house. I ain't got nobody to go get. I ain't got no brothers, no nanny. My sister's old. They ain't they thuddies.
Starting point is 00:44:06 Brothers damn, they'll fight. Can't come fight no 14 yo. I say, Mom. And he's like, fuck with me, man. She's like, what? Come on outside. Nick, we go outside. I'm like, I'm out.
Starting point is 00:44:19 I'm like, yeah, my mama come out. She said, oh, y'all come here. She called them, nigg. She said, she called them from down this street. Man. All y'all come in. She lined all that ass up. She said, nah, what we ain't fin to do here,
Starting point is 00:44:31 Craig, I mean, jail got it. We ain't people to be messing with my boy. Now, we can go out in the back, and he can fight every last one of y'all. I said, hey, hey, hey. Hell no, that ain't what I. Oh, I'm on my own. I'm outside about myself.
Starting point is 00:44:48 Every since then, I knew, I said, I got a man, look, Sean. I can't let a nigga fuck with me. I had that one that major just, I got revenge for this for years. We stand on the basketball court. My cousin lived on the hill. This need to get all the way on the hills.
Starting point is 00:45:04 The most unlikely probability ever. This nigga threw a pine cone off the top of the hill and hit me in my fucking eye. I thought I was blind. I'm a pincolngone. What? That's a bit of fucking bad. Don't miss you hurt. And that bit probably in your eye.
Starting point is 00:45:19 Man, I was doing get back evil revenge shit for three, four years after that. I pissed him. that nigga Gatorade and everything, man. On some straight, little giant shit. Pissed all that, nigga, gayderade. Anytime men, nigga, we're eating something, slapping that on the ground. This thing about five years older than me,
Starting point is 00:45:41 five, six years older. Wait a minute, we didn't go to five. Like you said, like, you make a nigga drink your meat piece. And what you say? You feed this, Gatorade. Ooh, that nigger, you know, that type of fucking do shit like that. And they can put a dick in a tip.
Starting point is 00:45:55 You want me to get that, nigg. You want me to get that, nigg. What? It's my own fucking fruit, but he's got it. Man, I pissed in that gay break. You know why I got that shit from? That's just a movie. It was this movie that came out when I was a kid called The Boy Who Could Fly?
Starting point is 00:46:13 And the neighborhood bully. This guy put pissing the water gun and shot him in the face. But did you watch him drink it though? Yeah. What happened when he drank? He tried to catch me, but he couldn't catch me. Well, but when he drunk it, he knew immediately. Yeah, of course, because it was cold and then I pissed in it.
Starting point is 00:46:28 It was. They get hot. They get hot. It was after a baseball game. He should have grabbed that with a bitch. Oh, my dick, Kri- Man, I did so much fucked-up shit growing up. Naga.
Starting point is 00:46:54 A niggas, I remember. I didn't know that about you. I remember I told this man to Baris, he couldn't ride my bike. I had left my bike outside and I had it like, you know how we used the proper ass shit, like by the steps. I had my, I ain't had my kickstand. This was my ghetto bike that me and my cousin built.
Starting point is 00:47:16 So I had that bitch laying on the steps. I came back, my motherfucking bike was gone. I was at my grandma house just so happened that right there on the steps where my bike was, she had set the broom outside of the door. I don't know why old people didn't never, like she was, she didn't never keep a broom in the house for some reason. She would just leave it outside. So I grabbed the fucking broom, nigg.
Starting point is 00:47:36 As soon as I get the broom, I see the nigga riding fast as hell on my bike. Nika, I threw the broom through the front spoke of the tie. That nigga, whole chest slid when he, that nigga just slid. That was fucked up, man. I ain't never been able to ride no bike. Man. I used to get all kinds of, I used to get all the, I used to be old.
Starting point is 00:47:58 I didn't get back, man. You're too old. You're digging too old to start trying to learn how to ride the bike. He's still fine. Yeah, I pissed in the Gatorade. I'm sorry. I don't condone that type of thing, but I did. He shouldn't tell when he grabbed it, it would warm.
Starting point is 00:48:12 Yeah. But it was, you know how when the shit cold, like the bottle's sweating. So it ain't like the bottle got warm, just the Gatorade. Starting point is 01:38:50 I don't know. I don't even. Just like a little small that I want to be maces. I don't know. See what I don't know. See how he moves? He ain't ever been in the cold, got cold bucks? I never had no cold bucks.

Man, we'll be out here couponing, man. Only when they give it. I ain't getting no number for it. You've been lying, talk about it. Hey, Lou, hold up.
Starting point is 01:39:14 I got three coupons for it. When I'm in Costco, I'm that person who are rad up on your car and be like, where did you get the 50 pack of Pop-Tock? Oh, thank you very much. Churches still give out the coupon? I'll shop out your basket. I'll ask you where you got it. Churches and checkers still give out the coupon?
Starting point is 01:39:32 Churches coupons and Popeyes. Ooh. And my sister would go to Chessas and get a full, everybody has something to eat for like $4. And chancel. New folk, the cash shit will be looking at her and she'd be like, medium fry, thank you. You want something.

Starting point is 01:40:22 Cook a nigga, another chicken. Don't get Carlo Delma. I hate it. It's like I'm a mystery shopper. I hate it because they fuck up my order every time. If they don't notice it me, perfect order. Everything I got asked for right to the tee. When they know it me, hey, man, you got some napkins.
Starting point is 01:40:36 They don't need to say that they just look at it. They're like, no, fuck them now. And you waiting. I'm like, gang, can I get some napkin? Fuck the pussy. You DC-A. I'm like, bro, I want some motherfucking darrow. Brother, I had to roast my folk for my food.
Starting point is 01:40:57 Those folk have my food, they were like, boy, he ain't getting to you roasting. Why, I had to stick my head in the winter. Like, glad, boy, let me get me food. I'm like, bro, come on, bro. Oh, bro. Oh, my boy. I'm hungry, boy.
Starting point is 01:41:09 I'm like, thing in the back, Drop some pride. I want my food. I said, brother, they fight me shit, bro. I can't stand this shit. I swear,
Starting point is 01:41:21 bro. They gave you tip it off. Hey. I swear, bro. I'm telling you, I don't know, I wanted to do a dash
Starting point is 01:41:27 but then I thought about it, man. You got to take the phone. Your fool's going to be cold. You want to be hugging hard. Hey! Me-me-me-k. Come get this shit. I'm not sad
Starting point is 01:41:40 he asked people hey you stay that tell the folk go get that shit man what you're doing man oh shit shit yeah
Starting point is 01:41:52 stupid bro I'm gonna try though one day stop putting yourself in dangerous ass situation they gotta come down
Starting point is 01:41:59 and get it they're gonna you're gonna have to chill man you're gonna fucking get this build up yeah man can they gonna say
Starting point is 01:42:05 you working now gang they already say that Oh And you all right No They're always trying to cut it I'm like sure That check that they give you
Starting point is 01:42:14 For Social Security is not that big But they want you to stay in any type of apartments And they housing Right They're trying to keep you right here When they're housing
Starting point is 01:42:23 And stuff don't be good I like little good So sure You gonna cut it I don't cut it Because I'm gonna hit that highway I'm gonna go work Okay, Tom Matt
Starting point is 01:42:32 They're trying to make guys We're gonna cut that part That we ain't gonna send it to them Oh they already know Oh, okay. I hadn't told him. He doesn't send him a little. If you tell them, they can go and cut it off.
Starting point is 01:42:43 That way, if I stop working, I tell him I'm not working no more. They cut it right back on. Man, don't cut Jesus and shit off. No, I need to Medicaid. That's what I need. Medicaid? Yeah, I need the Medicaid and Medicaid. Let me write the middle.
Starting point is 01:42:56 You dumb motherfuckers. Stop fucking with Jesse. Go get it. He got eight kids. You know what I'm saying? How are you going to tell a nigga to stay right here and only give him a little amount of money, and you know he got a kid.
Starting point is 01:43:10 That's what they do. What you want him to do? You know, keep fucking. He can't, he say keep fucking. What you want me to do? Yeah, you got to keep fucking. Hey, you know, you can't get a job. Yeah, you know.
Starting point is 01:43:21 I'm going to let you know. Only thing that's going to cure sadness. A good luck. With the little money we gain, you can't get no job. I know. I know you want to do better. I'm like, but,
Starting point is 01:43:31 if you want that money, can't do shit. Like, brother, you keep nigg, complacent, bro. Niggas be scared. This shit is crazy. This shit is a trap. I didn't know that America was this loose.
Starting point is 01:43:44 But this shit loose is heads, man. America loose than a motherfucker. Y'all don't even know. We give it sentences to people too. This whole administration is exposing how loose this motherfucker is. We are literally old enough and, like, grown enough to see.
Starting point is 01:43:57 These motherfuckers just bring in some random-ass idiot and just put them in position just so they can steal. The people who they put in positions don't even know what the fuck going on. They're not even quiet about it. Where are to their money? What money?
Starting point is 01:44:13 I was, I am the, and I'm in charge of sidewalks in America. Well, they gave y'all $3 trillion to pick the sidewalk. When? We ain't seen no money? Mm-hmm. So all this shit. These motherfuck are about to go to jail because they can't figure out where their money went. No, they fired motherfuckers when they found out.
Starting point is 01:44:32 They were like, hey, did you get that money? No. Huh? Where you go? Man. I don't know, but he got the money. They're out of here with that money. Bro, that's crazy. This motherfucker hired his swimming pool, man, to go fix the goddamn reflecting pool.
Starting point is 01:44:49 That motherfucker then went up there and treated it like a regular-ass swimming pool, Nick. That shit blew. Man, that shit got algae and catfish, all in that, motherfucker. They fuck. They fuck up everything they touch. And the nigger winner hired everybody who said something. bad about them. You didn't see this shit on the news the other week. These motherfuckers told the pregnant women who get the snap, don't get, you can't buy fruits and
Starting point is 01:45:12 vegetables no more. Oh, yeah. Can't buy fruits and vegetables. Man, you can't have no fruit and candy. All this shit is illegal, man. They told them people they couldn't buy no goddamn Doritos and sodas. They're going to cut the border line making the old four walk 30 minutes down the street. And you know, there's other shit where it's like you can't buy no hot food.
Starting point is 01:45:33 Yeah. Amen or where you go, though. Amen. So, y'all, you got to be frozen. That's the one thing about being broke, bro. Everybody thinks they can tell you what to do. That you ain't want to, oh, I don't know. When your money fucked up, everybody thinks they can tell you what to do.
Starting point is 01:45:50 Don't nobody really want to help you, motherfucking, then getting you advice that's so good, but you two broke to take it and shit. Like, you're so broke, good advice don't even apply to you. Hey, man, you just got to keep working hard. Bitch, I ain't working in eight months. What are you talking about? I'm going to fuck up right now.
Starting point is 01:46:12 Yeah, but he's fucked up. You must be on your feet. All you got to do is stay down. Nigger, you got on to listen to yagas. Come on, nigga. I don't need a speech. I need $4.00. I ain't to talk to a nigga that has you for $4.

I'm sports journalist Ari Chambers Hey what's up y'all? It's your girl Sam J And we're the host of everyone watches women's sports A new podcast from Together and I Heart Women's Sports
Starting point is 01:49:01 Because let's be real Women's sports is giving us way too much to talk about these days. So Kelsey Finler, she became the first female solo rower to go from California to Hawaii. My first thought is like, what's up with the snacks? Like, what are we eating? The highlights, the rivalries, the breakout stars, the moments to take over your entire timeline. And the conversations that start during the game and somehow keep going all week. Every week, we're breaking down the biggest stories across women's sports.
Starting point is 01:49:29 Naomi Osaka showing out, she beat. Sabalinka. Shout out to you, Naomi. You get the palm, Naomi. You get the palm for that. Because we're not just interested in what happened. We're interested in why everyone's talking about it. Because everyone watches women's sports.
Starting point is 01:49:43 Listen to everyone watches women's sports on the IHeart Radio app. Apple Podcast or wherever you get your podcast. But then again, a nigga like me be like, that ain't got nothing to do with me. Shit. Man, that's the worst. That's the only shit that I'm about here trying to avoid. Ain't got nothing to do me because at the end of the day is you applying? Because I ain't with you day for day.
Starting point is 01:50:03 So all you got is this advice Fuck, nigga I could hold my breath And keep it to myself At this point Let me not tell a nigga How to get no money Excuse me
Starting point is 01:50:14 He's so far underground He ain't gonna hear it anyway No he heard He heard All right fuck me Get off the feet Let me see what you really talking about Then two we later
Starting point is 01:50:23 He's like Hey bro, no I fuck that up Then y'allit nigga It's you It's you Okay Yeah I get niggies out my face I put them on and get them out my faith
Starting point is 01:50:32 Go on Money rules apply universally. Huh? That's how money work. If you real fucked up, right, and somebody loan you some money, they're not loaned you enough to not be fucked up.
Starting point is 01:50:46 I don't know what enough is. I ain't no number on enough. If a nigga asks to borrow $100, that means he really needs $60. That ported is just to try to make sure he don't need $60 again. Right. Right.
Starting point is 01:51:02 I see what you said. I see what you saying. He needs some cushion. So even if you loan a nigger who asked for $100, $200, it's just like if you won the lottery. You got to fuck up some of that money just because you didn't have it. No, no, no, no.
Starting point is 01:51:20 No, no. Now you got a nigga in the liquor's no like, you get too shot to that. No. When you first got that money up. When you first cast the money, what did you? What you do with it? What I do?
Starting point is 01:51:32 Your first piece of money. What'd you do? My first piece of money was... I didn't fuck it up. You didn't fucking up. You fucked it up? No, because I was doing shit I had habit. It wasn't just I was fucking it.
Starting point is 01:51:44 I ain't taken from nobody. I worked for. That was the nigger who fucked up the money and said, no, it wasn't me. I was drinking then. I had a drink. I ain't bad. I had a habit, but...
Starting point is 01:51:53 I was still smoking cigarette, too, now. I had habit, but I was tripped. So that little money was gone already. I was tripping. That was done before you got. But see, it ain't right now. It was all more. And I said, ooh, boy, you better.
Starting point is 01:52:03 Chill. And remember you gave me that little pelt talk? It was a nigga who gave me a peltop. He didn't give me shit. He just showed me something like, hey, nigga, what you doing? Boy, you're out here wild. You know you can be out here doing something. And I'm like, damn.
Starting point is 01:52:17 Now, he fought on me in the position, but he just showed me. He gave me some advice. I could have been that same thing. You proved two of my points. Oh, I would hit that shit, OG. You proved two of my points at the same time. But it got to be a nigga willing to take.
Starting point is 01:52:30 But wait a minute, do you see how even leading up to that moment I had told you and told you and told you and told you You see how a nigga won't hear you when you fucked up? I had to come through with some money to actually show you that the money was real But this the thing though I didn't ask you for no money you did it was more so like a You see this? I don't know I'm just sure you go get it I didn't do that motherfucker talk But I didn't do what niggas normally do. I didn't take the money and hold it over your head and say,
Starting point is 01:53:08 oh, I got money. You definitely do that. You definitely do that. I said, look. Game the game. If I can do this, we get, we can go get some more money. Okay, okay. You proved my point.
Starting point is 01:53:22 So check this out now. This is why I get frustrated because you see how I get the game. But when I get the game on a motherfucker, a motherfucker's swell, I'm doing this though. I'm over there, nigga, hey. I'm like, no, I ain't doing that. A nigga's so, a nigga, a nigga, I'm... He said to me, I'm afraid to you. All right.
Starting point is 01:53:40 You see. What I'm saying? You see exactly what I'm saying, though. Because when we... Everybody ain't ready for that. When you first get some money, you try to help all the people around you because you think that's what you're supposed to do
Starting point is 01:53:53 when you get out. Survive remorse. But wait a minute. Wait a minute. Survive remorse. The same way we were saying, a nigga, need $100. You think you blessed.
Starting point is 01:54:02 them with the five, six, a thousand, whatever you gave them, they're gonna fuck their money up. Because that was the extra. And they're gonna want some more. And they can't get it. But the same way when we was fucked up, and we would, if somebody would have gave us a lookout or a lick, one good time, look at what we was gonna do with it.
Starting point is 01:54:20 The right shit. Flip it. When I was fucked up, I had to just be fucked up. I wouldn't even know who to ask. I just didn't have it. No. It's a lesson. It's a mother fucking.
Starting point is 01:54:35 It's a lesson that some people got ego. Think about this shit, Captain. Anybody ever had a late notice put on their dough? Yes, sir. And you didn't have the money for real? Yes, sir. And you made every phone call that you can make. And you said, hold up.
Starting point is 01:54:46 I got a little money put over here. I got this. Do you put my fuck on me? This poster hit today. Let me see if I could borrow a hundred for my partner. The nigga let me hold two. Okay, bet. I'll put this shit together in two days.
Starting point is 01:54:58 But I've been broke for 28 days. Do you know how many times You got to put the money from anywhere Do you know how many times I had to do this shit before I said What if I took the first two days To just go and get this shit out of the way Thank you
Starting point is 01:55:20 If I could put the rent together every two days I'm going to put together 31 Right I'm feeling put together at least 15 rent Right Right. Thank you, man. Not I need to hustle up an amount of a month, nigga. I need rent.
Starting point is 01:55:35 Right, right. Thank you, man. Thank you, man. 15 rent. I need rent. A nigga, if you're so broke, and start buss down the mail, nigga, I got 13 months left on the lease. I got to pay rent 13 more times.
Starting point is 01:55:50 If I stack 15 rents, I got two extra rents just for me. Right. I take them two rents, and I save them. Right. You got to do that. No. You got to do that. Amen. You have play time, too.
Starting point is 01:56:04 But see, that's another reason why black people are behind with the wealth. We keep doing this shit by our motherfucking self, man. If we really took that shit back and really just got all the way right, bro, everybody needs to have somebody. You shouldn't be out here paying no goddamn rent by yourself. Okay, but what if you are? I'm just... I'm just...
Starting point is 01:56:28 I know. I can't leave with that argument, man, look, I need somebody. No, man. Not even that. I'm not giving you shit until I found somebody who get the concept of this game of money. You'll figure out how to play this shit. I do that on the regular bills too, like my water bill, light bill, $100. I got some extra.
Starting point is 01:56:49 I put it on there a damn show. I have negative bills coming. You know what I do? I still operate like I don't have no money. Facts. That's the only reason why I'm getting good at this shit. I don't give a fuck how much money I made after I pay my bills I sit my motherfucking ass down for about two days ain't no fun after paying bills I take
Starting point is 01:57:09 two days of tomorrow I should the fuck with the bills like that this money you're paying one you're gonna get out hey what that little fuck up money at fuck up money ain't no fuck up money man no no fuck-up money but that's just in case man no no what are you crazy no no No shit is rough out here It's always gonna be like that Man I'm telling you
Starting point is 01:57:35 This is how you learn how to really play America bro Don't be out here Being extravagant Why everybody else fucked up Right Stop living for others When those people get on shit
Starting point is 01:57:47 And say the shit is fucked up Don't start bawling Please not when you start bawling You got That means shit I ain't if you bawling You ain't stop bawling yet People live for others But what I'm saying is
Starting point is 01:57:58 I'm ready I'm waiting on the real shit to happen again because it happened once a year. Then you'll start knowing when money real fucked up because you'll start seeing some good shit for sale. Good shit. Good for your price. How much do you want for?
Starting point is 01:58:14 You want to take me that motherfucker? I take it. All is going to the store and buying shit. Just wait. Shit about to go on fill. I love buying shit all people. Man. I love buying.
Starting point is 01:58:25 I'm a thrifter. Oh, I'm a big thrifter. I come over there and say, show me what you got. Give me what you got for a poop shop. What? You want $2.50 for a 7 inch? How many TVs you got? Not right.
Starting point is 01:58:42 Give me old. Give me on TV. Yeah, I take the Wi-Fi, too. God damn. You know people fucked up when they sell you something and get you something else. You got to get the TV, man. You got to take the DVD play. Hey, get what?
Starting point is 01:58:55 A nigga like me, Y DVD. Come on, man. I take that too. Well, you know, DVD? You know, DVD, like 50 cents? No. Yeah. Nah, I don't know.
Starting point is 01:59:04 Oh, yeah. I go in the punch store and buy them all. I still by DVD. I got DVD playing my trip. They don't be stretching, do they? Nah. Nah. I still about DVD.
Starting point is 01:59:14 I fuck with it. For sure, for sure. Yeah, I'll be sitting there trying to, like, I apply ghetto logic to how to survive in America, though. I'm a saver. I'm tight. I don't get a fuck with no niggas here. I haven't been at the bottom, and I know for a fact, ain't nobody going to come in here.
Starting point is 01:59:29 me, I don't care what you say. And you know how, if it was me, I la, la, la, I don't get a fuck about. What's you talking about? I ain't going back for no nigga. Man, nobody. Because when I were there, I'm still the same nigga. All right.
Starting point is 01:59:44 I'm a lawyer. I don't get a fuck. But I know when it comes down to it, I can't put my problems. I'm a friend that's not going to put my problems on you, shout it. That's the crazy part about it. When I'm like, I know I'm fucked up,
Starting point is 01:59:57 but I'm not fend to wham on you. And I'm not fend to come around. and let you feel that. So I'm just gonna kick it and figure it out until I figure it out. You feel? Because don't know about one be around no nigger who ain't figured it out yet. God damn! Because I thought we was on a mission to try to figure this shit out.
Starting point is 02:00:13 We can't sit in the circle to tell about it. Bro, I did that problem from land. We still, man, act like you figured it out, gang. Man. Because I can't do it no more, but I'll fuck them too, gang. I got a problem that I ain't told you about two years. I swore I don't fake like I don't figure it out. She's still wearing me now.
Starting point is 02:00:33 They're still figuring it out. I'm still figuring it out. Let's get through it. Damn. Ain't nobody gonna come say you. But if you pick that energy up and you pick that drive up, once you realize that, like he said, save that little mind.
Starting point is 02:00:49 What you're doing that for? Put that up once the ball getting rolling. Hey, boy. Learn how to drill. You gotta do that, though. That's what I was saying. You ain't going to learn to you. you do that. First piece of money
Starting point is 02:01:01 you get, you're gonna fuck it up. Because you've been going so long without none. Now he's got all this shit that you think you want. And you only in camp for it. Just fulfill that urge, you're gonna fuck that money up. You're gonna take some trips. You're gonna buy some bullshit. You're gonna buy some expensive shit. You're gonna lose or well two times and give. Well, you don't know. This shit don't really mean shit. But you have to satisfy that craving.
Starting point is 02:01:23 Right. You got to feel that boy. But once you realized the money ain't the problem, it was always the hustle and the drive. And you're going to be... And habit. Because you spending money on unnecessary shit. Because you got to have some type of spending. You got to know what you need, how much you need, how much you're going to spend, what you're going to spend on...
Starting point is 02:01:43 Once you can get your spending all the way down. Your expenses. Like when you really locked in, I'm talking about motherfucker who's ready to take it all the way to the extreme, eating noodles and crackers for a week or a motherfuckerer sales. And that means you fucked up. That means you grind, you're really, I'm saying you locked in.
Starting point is 02:02:02 You're focused. There ain't no extra to fuck off. Niggins to eat everything for free, go to sleep, drink water. You're like, you locked all the way. Ain't no fucking off. When you laser focus like that. And then that money becomes,
Starting point is 02:02:16 making money is like, it's like it's second nature. Right. Like you're going to make some money. You always want to make more. You got to have a drive though to go get it. The motherfuckers who got $500 million is how working people who got to work at nine.
Starting point is 02:02:29 They're already up getting that $500 million. Right. Why you sleep? They're thinking, no, those niggins are still working. They can't stop. The money's like, you got money. I don't you for it. Because you know why?
Starting point is 02:02:40 The motherfuckers who got $500 million, they went to a party last week where everybody had a billion. And did some cocaine. And then the people who had a billion, they know some motherfuckers who got more money. See, everybody knows somebody who got more than them. Everybody knows somebody got more than them.
Starting point is 02:02:53 It's level to this shit. And once you realized that ain't no money. You're going to realize, oh, I got to keep on. And help you? Yes, it does. Because the opportunity is that they're going to just pass on shit that they're going to talk to you so casually about. And money ain't just about how much work you did
Starting point is 02:03:11 and what they paid you. Some people know how to strategize and make money come to them. It's a motherfucker who can really just have one conversation with you and be like, you know, well, Jesse, if you did this, this and this. Sometimes you're a good employee. I have to play the back time instead of being in the front. I mean, you want somebody else to hire you.
Starting point is 02:07:06 Sometimes you got to have something that a motherfucker is looking for. What do you do? You got to have something in exchange. You got to give me something. If you're just a good employee, I can't do nothing with that. No, they love them. I mean, but some niggas, I ain't got nothing for you. What kind of service do you got?
Starting point is 02:07:21 You want me to put you in position. That ain't my service. What do you have that I can? Like you said, what's the exchange? You got to exchange. We got to exchange something. It's just work. It's got to be something.
Starting point is 02:07:31 What do you do? Are you a plumber, carpenter? What you do? Like, I got to be selling something. You just can't be like I'm a good worker. That ain't going to do it in this type of lifestyle. You damn got to do some. To a certain extent.
Starting point is 02:07:46 You can't be successful without a good work for us. The people who like working, there's some people who have no desire to get too involved with the involvement. Right. That's people who can take instruction. They don't want the responsibility. I don't have to take instruction. I don't have to be a good worker.
Starting point is 02:08:01 But I know that's not going to feed my family. It's not that they don't want the responsibility. It's just that some people are fine with being in the middle. That's the people who keep all this shit going. I can't do that. Those people that we got to trust when we got to be in it, but you still got to have somebody to have. But these are the people who keep the lights on around this motherfucker for real.
Starting point is 02:08:23 Do you have leadership skills? You're selling that. I'm selling, you're selling, like you saying, I'm just not being, that's what I was doing. I was damn just trying to tell the folk when I was looking for a job, I'm a leader, I'm a hard worker. And I'm like, bro, we ain't looking for all that guy. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 02:08:38 I said, but it's a hiring sign right there, but I'm trying to work, nigga. I see the sign. They're like, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, we ain't looking for all that. Well, I'm like, what you're looking for? I'm trying to, whatever you, what question you got, I'm trying to answer them. That shit won't give me nowhere.
Starting point is 02:08:51 I said, I ain't got anything. I got to have some product. I got to have some service. I gotta make them motherfuckin' look for me. Then I started selling drugs. Awful. That's not what you were supposed to be doing. That was about like the one that you go fill out of application.
Starting point is 02:09:07 They be like, you overqualified. You overqualified. But then you go get all these degrees. You get all these degrees. Then when you go in your field, they be like, nah, you're overqualified. See, when you overqualified, they can hurt you too. Could not people scared you might take their job.
Starting point is 02:09:25 Yeah So you ain't coming in here Because I see you a leader And I ain't doing shit in here no way And you ain't better Come in here and fuck all this stuff You're trying to beat somebody Take that on the street with that shit

Ain't nothing like working with that disgruntled second assistant manager. Oh, they let everything flat. They got that power trip. Starting point is 02:11:55 What the fuck you were doing at the daycare? Oh, taking out trash. They gave me a job because I wanted to work. There you go, Jess. You weren't even probably fucked it up to. How can you lose that one? Dropping trash hair, goddamn what? Jesse, now, we don't try it.

Oh, she's gonna jerk it and get the... This thing is diabolical, man. Don't entertain this shit. I told you he was tricking. No, you gotta pay for it to be chicken.

Starting point is 02:14:59 It don't, man, niggas don't want to spend that. You take one male stripper in the room with some girls, and they would pay $30 just to go see that one stripper and ball out. I know. He said, I know. They're gonna, women gonna spend more money Women gonna spend more money to see a nigger than a nigga will to see a woman.
Starting point is 02:15:26 You're Jason ringleader, man. Jesse, you was organizing freak parties and shit? Yeah, I had them. I had gasoline on none of that baby oil shit, you know. I barely can't stand up, so I ain't gonna put my other shit up. You know what I was there? Yeah. And I'm gonna tell you,

Starting point is 02:16:27 that crap, not, no, no, no, no, no. You better scream for help. No, this is, help. I feel it. If I went to a dinner party, I wouldn't, I wouldn't have made it because the floor, the flow been too slippery. They were like, Jesse, you're just going to sit down right here. We ain't going to fuck with you like that.
Starting point is 02:16:44 He got me. I'm excluded already. Oh, shit. No, but shoot, man, I'm gonna tell you, I had women stripping than I had male strippers. Damn, Judge. And I made more money off the male strippers than I did with the women. Damn, Jess. You freaked out, man.

Starting point is 02:17:36 What is the nickname there? Little D. Damn. I hope that. Damn. I hope your stripper name ain't a little D. That's crazy. That's crazy.
Starting point is 02:17:44 That's never, you're fucked up, though. No. I ain't know you had me or stripper, but you know out here, Wiley, man. Sure, I had to pay them bills. I heard you. So rent $1,500. Plus, you gotta pay all the other bills.
Starting point is 02:17:54 That was a good old days when rent was $15. Still. That's shit up, not yet. Not mine. I still, I still, I'm still, I'm just, my budget ain't up there like that. I'm still at 15 flat. Oh, you found a hell of a deal in Newtown. That's a sweet deal.
Starting point is 02:18:10 I went to the country. Oh, yeah, you do. back to the country. Don't tell him he's dead. Don't tell them where you stay. Sure. Don't matter. You got to have a flashlight
Starting point is 02:18:19 to come out there. Over here. You got to know where you're going. You know when you stay in the country, there ain't no streetlights. You got to feel where they rode at. You mess around Michigan. You end up in a whole other state.
Starting point is 02:18:31 Yeah. Damn. It'd be all kind of. It'd be cool with me. I mean. Walking down to a country. Me and my kids out there, sure. We have fun.
Starting point is 02:18:40 Oh, man. There ain't know nothing about this, did. They ain't know nothing about your past life, did it? No, no. They're going to find that? I think when I had my daughter, that's what made me just let it go. Like, shit, man, you got a daughter, she's going to end up being out there if you don't change.
Starting point is 02:18:58 So I started changing for them. Then I started showing them, look, if your dad has got a disability, he can get out here and work and go get it. You ain't got no excuse. Talk to talk, now. That's when I push them. Like my son, I ask. asked me, he ate. Said, what you want to be when you grew up?
Starting point is 02:19:15 He said he wanted to be a firefighter. I'm happy because you know what you want to be. My six year old, I asked her, and that made me feel good. I was like, what you want to be? She said, I want to be like you. So I was like, you know, for your old six year old to want to be just like you, I'd say, so you want to travel the world, make people laugh and stuff like that.
Starting point is 02:19:34 She said, no, she wants to park up front. But then, she said, for real. She said, no, she wants to park up front. I don't understand that. boy it's good parking up there that blue sticker boy is something else damn sometimes I forget mine they put like I just get out of start walking they like you know what never mind so when people park in the park up there and they ain't got no handicapped stick do you get mad I just park on the on the stripes

Starting point is 02:20:30 Yeah. All right. That's a federal crime? No, it's just, it's really like a, it's like a wood. So do you get a man with handicapped people parts? There ain't nobody now.
Starting point is 02:20:43 If it's all open, be real, be real, just. Be real, just. If y'all already got like 15 open spaces. You want me to go to the back I don't care where you part It's 15, eh First of all, 15 of the main in the hill You think you're out of 15
Starting point is 02:21:02 If all 15 y'all come at the same time Because it's really It's really for handicapped people And old people Let me ask you Let me be open all the top Nobody's there Who's going to come for me
Starting point is 02:21:16 What is handicapped? Got to make sure the parking is What is handicapped? Yeah, where is a handicap? Yeah, where is handicapped? And then I'm really a disabled if they want to know. Even that. Well, people use, I'm a handicap on disabled.
Starting point is 02:21:28 What is it? It's a crutch. It is. You think about it. You're only handicapped to the shit you don't want to do. Talk your talk. But exactly, that's what I'm saying. Something I fucking don't want to walk along with down.
Starting point is 02:21:39 You're going to say I'm disabled. I can't go do this, too. I'll be 14, 15 hours to drive. Shoot, I don't be wanting to drive, but shit. I'm going to drive, but shit. I know what's at the end. I'm going to go get it. Now, you asked me to walk up through steps.
Starting point is 02:21:55 And I'm like, I'm disabled. But you got a rail? Sure, I don't need no help. I'll be quick to tell people. I don't need no help. One thing about it, when I fall, if you ain't there all the time to help me up, I got to learn how to get up by myself.
Starting point is 02:22:09 So, that's ring. On my skits, you see me falling, sure. I don't know how to tuck the road. I ain't going to hurt myself no more. but my uncle always told me don't never lean on nobody else I always get up and go get it because you start leaning on nobody
Starting point is 02:22:25 other people then that's how you're using that to your advantage you need their help they were like what you're gonna do for me I'm like not the damn thing I can get up by my damn self fucking telling you sure you know what you're gonna do for me shit that's how they get you
Starting point is 02:22:39 no try to try to bait you in with the sympathy they ain't gonna get me like man they don't get your ass on you ain't get me with sympathy because I'm a work Talk your point. I work at a mechanic shop. What?
Starting point is 02:22:49 Just? I know how to change oil. I know how to change spark clubs. I know how to change alternators. I can do all that stuff. Oh my goodness. You're under the hood? I'm under the hood.
Starting point is 02:23:01 Don't even need no two. He should grab that motherfucker. Oh, no. Oh, no. I put your water pump back on. I just twist until the guy loose. But when you're around it for so long, you know how to do that shit. Good egg.
Starting point is 02:23:16 grip. Good grip. Just put my boots back in there. I'll be done in just to me. Good-a-griff. I did long. You got these freak-ass jeans on with the spike. Oh, yeah, you know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 02:23:36 My kids be trying to dress me, be trying to keep me young. They say, you're disabled, but you still got to be fly. Oh, okay. I don't like them because, you know what I'm saying? My hand hitting me. I'm not. I bet they are.
Starting point is 02:23:48 I'm gonna tell you, though. I felt me with one. I felt me with one. Man, that was the longest get up ever. Dude, you got spikes there with it. You get me on the back on the leg. I'm like, shit. Damn.
Starting point is 02:24:03 I asked for help then. I roll up on my back, it was just going on. Just let the people know where they can find you at, man. And I'm going to ask you out. I'm going to ask you out. No, no, no, they can follow me, comedian, Jesse McDonnell, on all social media. And I also do, they used to do a big march to, they do walks to bring awareness to people with disabilities.
Starting point is 02:24:30 Well, I do a walk to bring a, let me get it right. People, you do marches for breast cancer and purple hearts and all this stuff. Back in the day, they used to do this thing called Jerry Lewis Telethon. I used to be one of the kids with the Jerry Lewis Telethon. You want to Jerry Kidd? Yeah. If you go back and look at it, I was one of the kids on there. So the things that Jerry them used to do to put smiles on our faces, I say they don't do that no more.
Starting point is 02:24:56 So now I take my platform, I do a big march every year to raise awareness people with disabilities, free food, free drinks, live entertainment, paint, whatever you do to try to put the smile on their face, that's what I do. So now I want to take it around the world because not only that, I bring other disabled people in to talk and teach them about. about their disabilities. Because one thing about kids, they will ask you, what's wrong with you, why you walk like that? And the parents quit to say, don't ask them that. No, let them ask that way you can teach them what it is. That way, when they see another person with that disability,
Starting point is 02:25:29 they say, no, he walked like this because of this. Or be able to teach them and learn them about the disability. So that's when I started doing my walk. And this is the first Saturday of October every year. My best you. That's my fourth year doing it. I just want to encourage other people with disabilities. You don't have to sit at home.
Starting point is 02:25:50 You don't know. You're sorry for yourself. I drive. I got kids. I pay my own bills. I don't let nothing stop me. The only thing I feel that could stop me in the world is me because I don't want to get up. You call me, you say, look, I'm going to have you on a Tuesday.
Starting point is 02:26:04 I say, shit. I got to drive St. Louis. I got to drive to Indianapolis, Chicago, and Detroit, and be back. We gotta get you a test, you can't be doing all these things. I'm like, that why I had a nigga do you on the RV? I'm like, but I get into a RV or so.
Starting point is 02:26:20 I'll take one. Anybody want to drive Jesse around, send us a postcard here in 85 South's studio? And the great part about it, he don't mind them. They're handicapped. Yeah. Yeah, well, you see a lot of,
Starting point is 02:26:32 well, other handicapped people see other handicapped people doing something. It encourages. For sure, for sure. Man, somebody's going to see this shit and you're going to have about 50 people reach out there. man, let's link on let's drive, nigga.
Starting point is 02:26:45 Oh, no, you got, you got, you gotta have some drive for yourself first. There's plenty of the cap people can drive. Hold on, I don't think you just heard what he said. You got to have drive for yourself. If you, if you ain't got the courage, don't just come and drive me just because you want to be around me. What is your reason for being around me? Pop your shit, President Kay? Because when I bring people on the road and they be like, oh, it's comedians there.
Starting point is 02:27:09 When you go to a comedy show, everybody's there. What are you doing life for yourself? If you ain't using these people around here to network and try to build yourself up to go, then y'all need to be around me, because then you're going to always depend on me to take care of you. I put you in the position to where you can win. If you don't win, that's on you. When you see me making money, you can't say, you owe me this. No, I put you in the vicinity.
Starting point is 02:27:30 You didn't work. Man. Brother Jesse, that was, that brought it home, Jesse.
