I had a really interesting experience up there. There was a new documentary out beyond homelessness or coming home. And it's about the failure and why the current policies have failed so horribly and have been duplicitous and killing people, many, many, many, many, thousands of people. Yeah.

And this woman who made the documentary, made a first documentary. She interviewed me for that like 10 years ago. And she kept listening to what I was saying. And she's a force of nature. And she got a group together in San Francisco. And they have now gotten a hold of the city council. There's recovering people in the city council. And they're now buying real estate and inserting treatment programs in there

and requiring people to go to work and not do drugs and attend 12-step meetings, all the things that are necessary to get people well. And the homeless is down like close to 25% in San Francisco. And you go around there, it's way better. I mean, it's just remarkable how much better it just looks. And of course, San Francisco, excuse me, Los Angeles and Seattle are still, will have nothing to do with it. It reminds me of when they threw out the guy that did this in Amsterdam.

Remember when Amsterdam was the worst city in the world for drug use? And they did exactly this in Amsterdam. And this guy came to the same. Senate floor in California, the legislature, and he was told to just get out, get out of there. You know what you're talking about. Well, they wouldn't let you be part of the task force. That was the L.A. County, which is still recalcitrant, still recalcitrant. Well, you have to, let's look at it this way, Drew.

It's one thing if you were agnostic about things, but it's like another thing if you got everything wrong. You know what I mean? And then you tried to sort of belittle those who got it right. And now it's the same with COVID. We're asking you to basically say you were wrong. And it's easier for them just to go, screw you. Like, now you're not a lot. We're not going to do that this way. There's a lot of them not wanting to be wrong. And maybe it's just a bunch of, maybe it's just a bunch of money. Like, I don't know. I don't know if they don't want to fix the problem. I never knew, listen, we have a governor and of California, and then we have a mayor of Los Angeles, and neither one of them will subscribe to these are drug addicts theory. They both just want

to talk about unhoused and lower, they make it, they, they make it, they, say it in their speeches. I mean, Newsom told me to my face what the problem was, but Mayor Bass made a speech, I don't know, two months ago about the cost of housing. So for some reason, neither one of them wants to admit or sign off on what the actual problem is. Now, I don't know if it's just too many years of them saying that there is also a gene amongst the progressive and I always knew it with my mom. Like if you ever went, if you ever try to do a blanket problem, they always talk about the individual. You know what I mean? Right. And Newsome explained to me he likes to work small to big, not big to small. He doesn't know what that means or what he's saying, but it sounds good. They're very

much about the individual, right? So they don't really know how to sit back and look at a problem and go, well, why is there so much violence in the black community? They don't know how to go. It's absentee dads, but they don't know how to do that. So they start blaming gun manufacturers or, you know, whatever, whatever it is, they go the wrong fucking direction on everything because I don't know if it's NGOs. I don't know if it's pride, but they start calling them unhoused for a reason, because unhoused just means you need a house.

We should be calling them junkies. As I've always said, if all I needed to do to deal with the most seriously ill psychiatric patients with polydrugus and polypsychiatric problems and all I need to do is put them in a room, holy Christ, if my job would have been much easier. Also, you can do the math. No healthy person I knew, especially a young person, died of COVID. So I knew everything I had to know. I do not know a human being that spent one night on the street that wasn't severely impaired. It's literally impossible. There is no one.

That person doesn't exist. And by the way, we're talking about people that lied down on the street and stayed there. Yes. Stayed on the sidewalk. That's the group that's really impaired. Uh-huh. So that person doesn't exist and thus they don't exist. That's all the math you need to know.

I don't need to look at studies or academics or clinicians. I don't need anything. I have a car. The car has a windshield and I can see things through it. And I live in Los Angeles and that's how I'm an expert. Now, I have no idea why Newsome and Karen Bass won't sign off on what is. by the way, we're acting like this whole drug addict thing as some sort of revelation. I was in here 13 years ago telling that to Newsom, and he was deflecting it.

So now, would you ever solve a problem? No. How could you solve a problem? Yes, I have termites in my house. How come? I think it's because the house is haunted. Oh, okay. Well, then you better get a shaman in there to, to,

to burn some sage. Yeah, no, it needs to be tented and filled with poison. Yeah. Now, if you're not going to say what it is, what caused a problem, I don't know how you would solve the problem. And in fact, they don't solve the problem because of that. It costs less. It costs less.

It's a significantly better use of money. All right. So you're dealing with failures on an epic scale with tons of dead people. Yes. and they don't seem to mind or whatever. I don't know whatever it is. It's all political expediency or something, but they don't seem to have an issue with any of this stuff.

No. Just keep it going. Just keep it going. I mean, people die during fires. They die in fires at the homeless start. The homeless die. COVID, lots of suicides and deaths and things like that. It rolls right off them.

Yeah, I know. I don't think they believe it. Cuomo taking elderly people and locking them into facilities and lots of people dying in there. No problemo to them. I never hear him talk about it. It's no big deal. And I don't know.

By the way, maybe your Tim Wall's state of Minnesota has $800 billion worth of fraud, and you just laugh it off. Like, not my problem. So I don't know. Maybe we're the fools for thinking about it. or caring or something. And you asked why they say these things, you know, why they keep saying them,

because they know they work on a persuasion basis, and they know it makes the base feel good, and they know they can keep doing it and keep falling in the money. Why does the pace feel good about just fucking homeless people shitting everywhere? Like, I told Newsome what the problem was. I told him what I said, this is the problem. And he said no. No, the real face.

The real face. And by the way, he's against recovery even. He's like, how dare people talk about saying abstinent? It's working. It worked. They built it after a guy,

a group called Haven for Hope in Houston that had a dramatic 80% reduction in homeless in Houston. And, I was nothing I was going to just say to you about Newsom gone. I can play a clip of him trying to answer a question about SAT scores, which also, I don't know that people are losing some ability. Like when I hear Kamala Harris talk, I go, oh, she's a dope, and she doesn't know what she's saying, and she's not saying anything.

And then the person next to me is nodding their head going, I like her. So I don't know if there's like a general IQ drop, maybe with the testosterone drop. There's been some sort of Ikea. People are having difficulty. Yeah. But would you rather have, you know, her or Newsom or Toulorico? I mean, she's not looking so bad compared to some of the rest. I guess.

Well, that's only because in order to be palatable, she's pretending to be moderate. Right, right. So then you know. So are the rest of them? They're all doing that stuff. Well, now, hold on, Drew. There's us new social. party. What city you in right now? New York City. But who's your mayor? I know, but even he is

pretending to be something he's not there. They're all trying to look at AOC. Oh, woke one was crazy. Oh, woke two will be much better. Like, really? I don't believe you. I don't believe you for a second. How about we don't do anything that starts with the word woke? Maybe, you know what I mean? Like, oh, malaria one was, man, that was off the hook, but malaria two. How about we don't do any malaria? Yeah. That's an exotic idea. So Newsom is being asked.

Newsom's basically been told that you guys drop standardized testing and SATs and shit. And now all the professors are getting together going, this ain't working. Right. Because we've got a bunch of dumb shits in our classrooms at college. Right. So he's being asked where it can be brought back. I can't wait. Let's listen to this definitive answer.

By the way, sorry. Keep in mind, his side is the one who wanted to get rid of all the SATs and the standardized things. Of course, so basically someone's going, hey, your dumb shit idea, it's been pointed out by a bunch of college professors that it ain't working. Hey, man, SAT is racist. Right. So what's the plan? What's the plan? All right.

Let's listen to his succinct answer. Governor, you may have seen there's this open letter going around where a thousand, or more professors in the UC system are raising alarms about what they see as, in some cases, a severe lack of preparedness among college students who are heading into calculus and other advanced courses. But I did want to get your position.

He does this thing where he recognizes what the person is saying and then does this sort of, oh, yeah, man, I know what you're saying. Like, thing, that's, so he, like, listens to the beginning or the question. And then when it comes to the part where it's got something to do with him and his party being failures, he laughs and goes, I've got problems all over the place. And he also moves in a weird kind of way. Like he moves like he's the lead singer from the spin doctors or something.

It's kind of like this groovy, whatever. And then now, why is everyone laughing, by the way? A bunch of professors just said, we're failing kids. Yeah, that's funny stuff. The two people, him and the house frau education, whatever, librarian, whatever, who was also a big Democrat, this is pretty jovial shit for them, man. This is funny stuff. Kids failing.

That's good, right? Oh, my God. I just run it back like 10 seconds and watch it. All right, here we go. Students who are heading into calculus and other advanced courses. conversation out. But I did want to get your position on what they're calling for. They're saying that, you know, the system needs to reinstate standardized testing is a part of admissions. So I wanted to get your position on that. You know, we, we all have our own perspective. Really? They can speak. Yeah. Or with their thought on that, you know, you could you can say what you think on this. Here's what I think. And I've said it. What do you think? Last six months. I think it's an important discussion in debate. I'm open argument. It's an evidence. Show me the data. I have feelings about this.

Oh, hold on. We just told you. We just told you a thousand professors in the UC system saying kids aren't prepared for class. So that can you respond to that? It's the same thing. It's the same thing as homeless. Same thing. Right, right.

Double. Same bullshit. Yeah. Double dance move. By the way, he has his own thoughts on it. Yeah. Okay. Well, how about presenting those thoughts to us?

He does not. Anything but. We just asked you a question. But we need to see the data. How much data do we really need to see if you got rid of standardized testing? And now you're taking a bunch of kids who have no business being at UCLA or Stanford, pushing them into that class. And then the professors are telling you these kids are not achieving in this class and they're not prepared.

How much, how many numbers do we need to crunch? The interviewer says, advanced classes like calculus. No, no, no, no, no. entry level math with calculus. That is college math. It's not advanced math. We have. She's trying to be nice.

But all right, let's listen to what he says. I think it's an important discussion in debate. I'm open argument, interest, and evidence. Show me the data. I have feelings about this. There's anecdotes about this. I want to see the data. And I made that point at the regental level at the UCs.

Talk to the president and talked to a member, a member of the board and express that point of view, not just publicly, but also privately as well. And so the data needs to bear out the ultimate determination on this. But again, there's some contra data that's coming out and suggesting different things. It's so funny. I pause. So there's another set of professors that says non-standard testing is working. Right. Is that what's going on? the contrait data? Is there some other data now? Yeah.

You can see where this is what they did with homeless. Right. They just pull up a bunch of BS and stand behind it, even though there's nothing to do with the reality of what's going on. But he has his own feelings about it. Of course. And by the way, there's this new move where he goes, there's this new move.

It's a great move. They go, I've talked about this publicly and privately. Oh, okay. So it must be exactly what you think. but you're not going to tell us, are you? Right, right. All right, we'll take a quick break. We'll be back to destroy Newsom right after this.

I think the first thing to understand is that bringing a test back may happen or may not.

She goes, well, it's important to know that tests may come back or they may not. Yeah, all right. Well, that's how stuff works. Drew? It may work or may not work. You may eat tacos today or you may not. Those are the two choices for tacos. I think probably true.

And it's the same with chili Riena. You may or you may not. Okay. So somebody asked the question and we didn't get a fucking answer out of these two idiots. And Newsom started dancing in the middle and found it super amusing that kids were failing. Laughing. Always laughing. Woof, pretty wild.

Why is that not off-putting to more people is what I'm saying? That guy's a sociopathic dunce who says nothing ever. He wants to study the data. Well, I got an idea. How about you fucking study the data? Why don't you do it? Yeah. I'm concerned that we have a lot of these kinds of people everywhere through government everywhere.

But I mean, like people, it's literally like, you know, somebody walks up to you, comes in your office and goes, hey, man, these quarterly reports are really bad. We need to do something as our accountant. We need to work on this. Well, you know, we need to do. need to have a conversation about is what we need to do. I've said that publicly. I've said it privately. We need to study the data, but remember, data, that's a two-way street. It's all different data. And I have thoughts about it. I have strong thoughts about it. But anyway, when you leave, can you just shut the door so I can get back to watching you porn? I mean, I don't know what he's doing.

But can you think that what that would mean about you if you actually spoke that way? I mean, how would we think about you? You go, I'm a fucking fool, and I don't think he's going to be able to fix this company. I would not think fool. I would think there's something wrong. There's something wrong, and we're in trouble. And, oh, well, let's not forget. By the way, when you were telling me that the company was losing, hemorrhaging money

And then when Carousisher asked him why so many people were leaving Los Angeles in California, he then told a tale about a family that moved to Utah. And they're doing great.

And they're doing great. So what I'm trying to explain to people, something's wrong with Gavin Newsom. Now, I don't know why people can't discern that anymore, which should be the bigger question, Drew, why? You can get rid of Newsom now. Why during COVID did they not know what was going on? I know.

Why were so, why were they, they were lied to and they didn't. didn't know it. And Gavin Newsom is a buffoon that doesn't make sense when he talks and, you know, the ladies love him. So I, and I think a lot of it is sort of feminine driven, but I don't know. Why don't people, why can't they discern things anymore? Okay. Okay. Listen, I, I fell victim to it for a while, right? So first of all, I was suspect, but I thought, all right, he's a leader. He has to prepare for the worst. I'm a good citizen. I'm going to do what he asked. Okay. That was my first thought. Because before that, I was fighting like hell against it. Of course, I got canceled and stuff along

the way, but I still thought, I don't be a good citizen, everyone. Number two, I didn't know what Fauci was up to. I could never have imagined it in a million years. I didn't know what Burks was up to in terms of doing the whole exact same playbook as the opiate pandemic and many other misadventures medically. There's that. They scared people in so many different ways. In my own personal way, I was afraid of being wrong. I wasn't afraid of the virus. I was afraid of being wrong and having an opinion.

That's what I was afraid of. And this is how, and then there's pure, pure fear. They did that. What else? Then there's people, then there's all these people that we didn't know were here who wanted to be the prison guards. Who knew that they were gonna behave like that? Did you?

No, no. I couldn't even imagined it. Yeah, I didn't know there would be so many people trying to get into other people's business because it feels very counterintuitive to me. Both from the government, from the top down and from the bottom up. Both are still shocking to me. The people that want to do that and the people that like it being done, is unfathomable to me.

Yeah. Yeah. I mean, Andrew's writing is the Stanford prison experiment. And I do get that. Narcissism was just off the fucking chain. Yes. I had zero thoughts about anyone and whether they're wearing a mask or whether they're vaccinated or whether they went to a concert or a ballgame.

I just had no thoughts about it. My only thoughts are masks don't work, and I didn't want my kids to be vaccinated because they're young and super healthy. Listen. there can I say this the government let me put it to you this way you ready you're ready the state of California mandates that you have a front license plate on your car yeah but if you drive around Southern California if you drive around California you will see that 25 or 30 percent of the people don't have a front license plate on their car. So it's a mandate, but there's people that don't do it. They mandate a lot of things. Just not just don't do it. The grill won't accommodate it. You know what I mean? There's no way to put it on some of these cars. Thank you for interrupting the direction. Go ahead. All right, go ahead.

Okay. That's a mandate. But if you said to the guy who doesn't put the license plate on the front of his car, nor is the mandate, you're not going to be able to fly on an airplane. You're not going to be able to eat at a restaurant. And your kids aren't going to be able to return from school. If you don't put a front license plate on your car, guess who'd go out and put it on? Yeah. So you say, oh, we didn't mandate. Yes, you fucking did.

Yes. What's the difference? If it was just the government and everyone else didn't do it, most people wouldn't do it. And they'd enter the restaurant or they'd enter the airport. No, you guys mandated it. And by the way, we came a breath away because of Dumbo Sotomayor. We could have, if you had the Supreme Court the way you wanted it stacked, yes, then you would have mandated it by the government. Yep.

You try. And now that, it was, it was, we now know from the Fauci Diaries and whatnot, that it was them looking for ways to make sure that. How is make sure that different than a mandate? Yes, it wasn't done with the law. It was done with manipulation and with sanctions and with threats. And it was absolutely. And the universities, they mandated it. And what I would have loved is like a remote control airplane or something like that. But I was nine or ten and I was broke. But I also, I didn't have the skill set, you know, to do these things. And I had sort of high hopes or I had a little pie in the sky like I'm going to get this and we're going to do it, but I really didn't know what I was doing. And I didn't have any

supervision or help or any, no one ever got involved. Everyone was kind of a zero. My grandfather actually helped out a little bit with certain, certain things. Right. My dad, my mom, no one would come near it. And it was this weird kind of like frustrating feeling because it was like seeing a pile of these parts that could be something kind of cool, but I need a hand with it, you know, or somebody to kind of go through it with me. How did you overcome that? Because you clearly did. I sort of kept going. Like I just kept getting into my next thing. That's an important thing for the brain that we don't do anymore. It's challenging for you. Keep going. Find a way through it.

I didn't have a choice. I will say that I do remember using pieces from an erector set to build something that I haven't thought about in a million years and I've never told you about. But we would go to the swamp. The swamp. The subpovita basin was a swamp. Oh, yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. And so we would go to Sepulville Basin, and we tried to build fan boats, airboats.

And I know they have them now.

I probably saved up and bought one or somebody, some kid had one. But I made a fan boat by taking a piece of wood, a plank of wood, and just sort of rounding over the front of it. It would just sort of float with a round front of it. And then I used a rector set pieces to like screw a mount together. And I made a mount and I set this little motor on top of it and fired it up and would just let it scoot across the swamp. and then we'd have to go chase it down.
