Andrew and Tristan Tate have now been in a Miami jail cell for over 80 days pending extradition to the United Kingdom. And based on all the evidence we have right now, unless Jesus Christ himself comes down and like, I don't know, reveals himself. Andrew and Tristan Tate are never going to see the light of day ever again. Okay, the evidence is overwhelming. The crimes they committed are absolutely atrocious and disgusting. I think you've heard quite a bit about this and about the ties to the Trump administration. Now with that said, what does not help the Tate Brothers cause is their lawyer, Joe McBride. And I decided today for the Adam Acker Channel, we're going to make fun of Joe McBride.

We're going to do an entire compilation of Joe McBride because this guy is a true character. He's enough of a character for me to go on to the New York bar website, to go on to the Florida bar website, to go confirm that this guy is an actual lawyer. because honestly what you're about to see will make you question if this guy is a lawyer. Let's stop right in with this clip. This is from a few weeks ago, really months ago now, Joe McBride in front of the Miami jail where they held a protest for the Tate Brothers. These people are such losers. This is not what it means to be a real man, I promise you that. And this, to your right, is Joe McBride. Let's take a listen. Eight haters online.

It almost seems like they're coming from, like, a funded source. Like, it almost seems like they're not even real people. They're a bunch of British NGO-sponsored incels who do sniff lines of soy in their basements and hate men and hate testosterone and hate this country. They're funded. They're losers. I wouldn't look at that as reality. I would just look at that.

Picture yourself as a man or a woman of God out here. And if you could see the ethereal realm, and if you're walking with the spirit of God behind you, and then you have all these demons surrounding you. These are these little demons, these little elves, these little ugly little creatures who try to gnaw and chip away at you and get you to give in and get you to surrender and get you to stop what you're doing. They're nothing but a satanic, weak, pathetic, gay distraction. And I wouldn't even consider anything that they're saying as true.

Okay. Starting off strong here. Adam Mothler and I are NGO UK-funded losers who sniffed soy in our basement who hate America apparently. If you don't support

two guys who are facing dozens and dozens of charges of rape, sexual abuse, kidnapping, trafficking, the list goes on with frankly overwhelming evidence against them that we have seen that we have covered on this channel then you're just like not a real person. Again, if anybody falls for this, I mean, you're sheep, number one,

but number two, this is not what it means to be a real man. And they will act like it's what it means to be a real man. But these are small little men who have zero self-respect and frankly are just gross and disgusting. It's unbelievable. So Joe McBride has spent a lot of time going on a bunch of different podcasts. He's clearly trying to boost his own career with this. but he also goes on these crazy, railing podcast to defend the Tate brothers.

And honestly, it just makes their situation far worse. Tell me that this isn't witness intimidation right here. Take a listen. In the Romanian case, would she have to go back to Romania and testify in trial? If it reaches a certain point, surely. And she'll also have to endure my cross-examination here in the civil case, right? We're not going to. Well, yeah, she has to take the stand in a civil case.

Oh, yeah, she has to take. She's a defendant. The idea of me having her on the stand. Oh, you're going to kill her, bro. Forget it. I will rip her to shreds. Body bag. She has body bag, for sure.

She has no chance of survival. I don't see how she gets on and endorses this. At some point, she's going to have to cop out to the truth. And just so the audience understands, because you guys, you guys, she's a defendant. Why is she taking a stand? Guys, she has no Fifth Amendment privilege in a civil case. Nope. So she has to take the stand.

And Discovery is a whole lot more invasive. And in the civil case. So you guys have, oh, yeah, because you guys have, oh, now I see why they don't want you guys to put the evidence out. Because through Discovery, you have all their phone records. Depositions, phone records. I mean, we're, she, we are going after all of it. I mean, again, textbook definition, witness intimidation. Not only, again, is what they're saying just so far removed from reality.

it's kind of breathtaking honestly how they have created a reality that's not even close to the truth this idea that and you'll see later on this idea that Andrew and Tristan Tate are just being charged because of what they say they're being charged because the UK doesn't like free speech they're being charged by people who don't even

haven't even provided any evidence he's suggesting here that if the Jane Doe one of the accusers got on the stand that the whole reason they haven't released the evidence is because it had to go through cross-examination, had to go through discovery that the whole case would blow up because everybody would find out there's no evidence. It's just, it's bizarre. It's not at all how the legal system works, not here, not in the UK. There's overwhelming evidence. But obviously witness intimidation. He's saying if she gets on the stand will kill her, referencing a body bag,

I don't even know if she'll be able to withstand it. And he goes on in this clip to say, you know, all she has to do is tell the truth. And this will all stop. It's textbook witness intimidation. And again, I think there was a lawsuit filed by the Jane Doe around that clip, around that along with a bunch of other examples of, excuse me, Joe McBride engaging in this witness intimidation. He's also threatening the Trump administration because they have nothing. He knows he has absolutely positively nothing, so he's throwing everything he can at the wall. Things don't work out with bail or with extradition.

The boys can't be extradited without the Secretary of State signing off on that. The Secretary of State is, of course, Marco Rubio. Look, Marco Rubio has a son who plays football in college in Florida right now. One allegation against his son and his son's life is over. That sounds like a threat. That is a threat. That is not Marco Rubio has a son. Marco Rubio has to sign off on the extradition.

That is, Marco Rubio has a son. I know what he does. I know where he lives. And as he claims, quote, one allegation and his life is over. That's all they have. These bizarre AI slot videos that I'm about to show you, these bizarre like, you know, PR stunts where they're in front of the jail saying like, oh, these are all Solway boys.

And then threats. That's it. And so on Twitter, he's been posting just nonstop AI slop garbage. Take a listen to this. I have 44 passports in 300 different countries. I am an astronaut. Elon is the second trillionaire. I am the first.

And technically, I own the moon. So you're telling me that if you saw this online, you wouldn't immediately assume this person is not a real lawyer. It's genuinely embarrassing. It's so embarrassing. to be somebody like Joe McBride, to have such little self-respect that you're doing shit like this. Andrew Tate owns the moon. This video is obviously AI, free the Tate Bros.

He was in front of the jail again, putting his foot every time he speaks in his mouth. The truth of innocent and the reasons why they should be released will be so overwhelming, will be so compelling that if the decision goes the other way, We're all going to have to ask questions about what's going on here. And if we lose, and if this judge says, look, despite the compelling arguments, despite what you presented in front of me today, I'm still going to rule against you, then we will go straight to President Trump's office. We will go straight to Marco Rubio because Andrew and Tristan Tate

or any other American citizen cannot get attributed without the Secretary of State's signature. And we will say to him, I understand we have a long and lasting relationship. the United Kingdom. But don't forget that that relationship started when we took their tea and threw it into the damn water. Don't forget that that relationship started when we launched a revolution against that stupid king and his stupid wig and that godforsaking country. Right. Very, very compelling argument. And guys, don't worry, the evidence for Andrew and Tristan is going to be so overwhelming. They'll be freed. And I'm 6-8 and I play for Los Angeles Lakers. We can all just live, this is fun.

This is actually the cringiest thing I've ever seen in my entire life. Imagine being a grown adult and going in the middle of the day to a jail where rapists, human traffickers are being held, and you do push-ups in front of the jail and chant for them. That is, yeah. I'm just letting you know if you see, you should honestly pause this video. Look at these faces. And if you ever see any of these men in public run far, far away. Far away.

And here's the thing. You get through all the arguments, all the AI slop, none of it's working. So now the argument's going to become, listen, even if they did do the horrendous, awful, tragic things they're being accused of, the good outweighs the bad. These are good men who have done a lot of good for the world, right? Even if you accept all the allegations against them is true. The amount of good that they've done for the world tremendously outweighs the bad. And people don't see it because there's a very one, not one. side narrative out there against them.

Yeah. All right. Uh-huh. I really hate this guy. Like, hates a strong word. I hate this, man. It makes me so mad. I spend a lot of time thinking to myself, what happened to people like this? What happened in your life for you to end up in a place like this saying ridiculous shit like that?

It's unbelievable. With the creation of the Brough Party and talking about potentially running for prime minister, Was that also something that like agitated the situation, I would imagine? Of course. Yeah. And the United States government. No, I never talks about that for some reason when I say like they're being, I was like they're being politically prosecutor.

What are you talking about? Like, he created a party. Yeah. A legitimate party. So this is the next argument. They're being charged because Andrew Tate was going to run for prime minister in the UK and win. Lots of followers.

And by the way, he also has a school with over 150,000 members. that's what they're really after them about. The school is Tate University. It's like a Discord server where you pay like $20 a month to get advice on how to get rich. That's a scam. It's not a school. It's how they made their money by scamming a bunch of people into believing their fake lifestyle. And the Tate Brothers convincing people, we can teach you the lifestyle.

Right. Yeah. They hate that school. They fear that school, shaping and smoothing. the owning university.com, shaping and smoothing the minds of men all over the world and certainly a significant population of men in the United Kingdom is enough to tip an election there and to tip one here as well. So they want that school. They want to crush it. They want to take it from them. And that's definitely part of the analysis here. That's the motive in addition to the money

that they've spent on them to get them and to shut them up. Yep. That's right, folks. It's just like Donald Trump. They indicted Donald Trump because he was too powerful and he was going to take over the world. We're seeing how that's going right now with the gas prices and the Iran war, et cetera. The deep state. It's the same argument and this same manipulation tactic, if you will, or logical fallacy, if you will, putting it lightly, good against evil and this evil cabal of people that are kind of unnamed, the UK government. What? We'll do anything to me. make sure Andrew and Tristan Taint don't get into power and they're not able to influence men. Because if they influence all the men and they promote testosterone, then I don't know.

It's so, it's crazy. In fact, sometimes I want to get into, you know, my second passion, honestly, to be completely frank with you, politics has always been number one. I'm always so fascinated in psychology, mental health, why people think the way they do. And obviously that ties especially right now directly into politics with MAGA being a cult. And it's just stuff like this and it's so fascinating in the way they set up these arguments and convince large groups of people, this concept of good against evil. And we go back to Joe McBride's Twitter here. It's just a effing laughing stock.

The condition Andrew and Tristan Tater being held in is a held in, excuse me, are a disgrace. Small filthy cell, cockroaches, shower water to drink. no chair. Lights they cannot control. Food that makes Taco Bell look like a Michelin restaurant. Beds too small for men who are 6.3 and 6.5. Three days outside since the day they were locked up. This is not punishment after conviction. It is a legal punishment that violates their constitutional and human rights. And for what? Anonymous accusers and unpopular speech. Again, this is just so far removed from reality. It's hard to describe if you go look at all the evidence we have. This is evil. Every decent person should be speaking out. And here we go.

He's promoting himself and all these videos he has with Andrew and Tristan Tate. If the whole world is against me, then by the grace of God, I am against the whole world. It's psycho behavior. It is effing, psychotic. Again, more like TikTok style, Slot. trying to promote his cause. It's just unbelievable. What goes through this guy's head?
