Take it from me, a billionaire, with Paghanis and Baguadis and Yeskos and penthouses in the sky and homes all around the world and a yacht and a private jet. First of all, I would never take any advice, any advice about anything from Andrew Tate. And Andrew and Tristan Tate have been sitting in a Miami jail cell for almost three months now, pending extradition to the United Kingdom to face a host of heinous charges. But I start with this video, this older video from Andrew Tate calling himself, a billionaire because we just got court transcripts from the Tate's bail hearing. See, their lawyer has been throwing pretty much anything at the wall that he can to try to get the brothers out. It's not working. The DOJ is just basically crushing them in court right now.

And judges are saying, you're full of shit. We're not posting, you're not going to be able to post bail. You're going to stay in prison until you're extradited. But those court transcripts getting released, one thing we learned just in the last few days, that Andrew Tate's, you his brother, Tristan Tate, said, quote, Andrew Tate is not even a millionaire. See, they played this whole life being the super wealthy alpha men who were close to the Trump family, were close to Barron, we're giving dating advice, they drove Bugatti's, they were super wealthy, super rich. But again, we're getting now these new court documents, this from just two days ago. A question being asked, is Top G or is Andrew Tate's

Tate the world's first trillionaire? Excuse me. And this man right here, Tristan Tate, his brother responding, as of right now, he's not even a millionaire. So absolutely not. And we've heard similar things in the past that Andrew Tate has actually been just,

and Tristan Tate been flaunting this whole lifestyle that doesn't actually exist. You have accounts on Twitter now, MAGA accounts that are starting to realize that Andrew and Tristan Tate have been selling them alive for so long. Andrew Tate revealed in a court hearing that he took the boxing fight money against Chase DeMore because he needed money. This again raises the question of whether he's actually rich or it's all fake.

Get this. This is when you know like MAG has completely lost it. In my opinion, he's only playing with the courts because it gives him a better position and higher chances of winning the case. Who is running this stupid account? That's so dumb. I think it's not even possible for Tate to go broke. He's too intelligent, has too much influence, and has a network that's too capable. This poor individual is about to be tweeting until the end of time because Andrew and Tristan Tate keeping his hopes up because Andrew and Tristan Tate are never going to see the light of day.

But again, more court documents here. He's being asked questions about boxing matches. And Andrew Tate answering directly, I'm in a position now where I have to fight people a decade younger than me, 40 pounds heavier than me, to quote, pay the bills. I shouldn't be in that position. So, right. He's a billionaire who has to fight to pay the bills. Right. And here's the thing, like I said in the beginning, the DOJ is just absolutely slaughtering these two in court.

This is what I want to get into. The updates here, DOJ responds to Tate's habeas corpus petition. They filed a 36-page response urging a federal judge to reject Andrew and Tristan Tate's latest attempt to secure release from custody. They argue that the Tates are effectively asking the court to overturn more than 120 years of established extradition law. And then the DOJ proceeds to argue that even if the Tate's argument stood and we were going to look at this at a more favorable legal standard that the Tates are proposing, they still would not qualify for bail. And so now, you've been denied bail. You're getting exposed on the internet that you're not that rich. Everyone's asking questions about your ties to the Trump administration, Andrew Tate. I'm going to show you the video in a second.

You've probably seen it where he said, I'm really close to this Trump. family. I call Barron. Like, we know that people in the Trump work have, again, or people, excuse me, in the Trump administration have previously worked for Andrew Tate. And so as all of this is kind of falling apart for these two, you have Joe McBride, their lawyer, who's just such a moron. Again, throwing more Hail Marys on Twitter. Andrew is very sick. We got this in the last 48 hours. 95 days of confinement in a damp cell is not good. He asked for medical treatment multiple times, but receive none. Medical care is a fundamental human right. Hmm. If Andrew does not get treatment soon, he will sue FDC Miami into oblivion.

Pray for him. Excuse me. He's definitely not going to sue anyone into oblivion. And this is just a lie. I guarantee that this is a lie. You're just, again, throwing anything you can at the wall to see if you can keep them in the United States and try desperately to get the Trump administration to intervene. Because the thing is, the only way that they can be extradite is if Marco Rubio,

signs off on it. And we know that in 2025, the Tate brothers had their phones seized from them by U.S. officials, and those U.S. officials were told from higher ups from the White House to back off. Give them their phones back. Don't do that. They were protecting them. And that call came from very high up because Tate knows a lot of those people because these are sick, deranged individuals who are loyal to people like Andrew and Tristan Tate, the same individuals who are obviously ripping apart our Constitution. But now it seems like the evidence, at least that the White House is aware of, must be so overwhelming that they can't intervene anymore.

They had to let it go. Andrew and Tristan Tate were charged and put in jail their pending extradition in the U.K. And the United States saying, all right, all right, we'll extradite them. But Marco Rubio still has to sign off on all of that. And so the question now becomes, that is going to happen, right? because Caroline Levitt said it, and she's not there anymore, but the White House has previously said, we're going to sign off on it.

We have no intention of not sending them where they need to go. What is that actually going to happen? Andrew Tate allegedly had bestiality porn with horse, eel, and videos of minors. This is so disgusting. We have touched on this before. These are sick, sick, deranged people. And if there are young men out there, you should never, ever be listening to anyone close to these people.

But again, just this week, Democratic members of Congress sent a letter to the Justice and State Department's demanding answers about whether the Trump administration plans to intervene in Andrew and Tristan Tate's extradition case. And this is concerning to me. This is via Forbes because clearly Democratic members of Congress must be at least semi-concerned be hearing something in D.C. That the Trump administration is considering intervening. And that would be effing insane.

We're 11 days away, 10 days away from the midterm elections. And your final message to the American people, We don't care about your prices. We don't care about the Iran war. But we will release Andrew and Tristan Tate from prison for you. Two people who have, you know, 60 plus charges relating to trafficking of minors, rape, abuse, videos of minors, human trafficking, like the worst of the worst. We won't give you anything.

Your prices are higher. The Iran war is raging. We covered up the Epstein files. But don't worry. We're also going to release Andrew and Tristan Tate, so obviously I'm praying that that does not happen. I'm really hoping, but you never know with this administration. And clearly Democrats are concerned about it. And it makes sense because they are close.

The Tate family is close. Or excuse me, the Tate brothers are close to the Trump family, as they've said many times. And I'm very close to the Trump family. I know them well. And I spoke to Barron after the incident. And I look forward to once I am free being with Donald Trump in person and reminding him that he's a bulletproof badass. That hasn't been a possibility in my mind until I saw this Forbes article because that Democratic members of Congress are double checking. That concerns me. But also, even if they are extradited, all of these people need to answer questions to the American people at some point. I've said this in several videos. Baron Trump is walking around NYU's campus right now.

Somebody needs to ask him a question. Hey, you got a call from Andrew Tate, getting dating advice or something. What did you know about the heinous, horrible, atrocious crimes he committed? What did your dad know? Hey, Alina Haba, Donald Trump's former personal lawyer, what did you know about this? You're talking to him. Hey, Benny Johnson, you post videos on the internet every single day as a MAGA supporter. What did you know about this?

Are you willing to condemn this? Donald Trump, Alanya Trump? I mean, I don't know. I guess the bar is in hell. The main thing everyone's focused on, understandably, they should be, is releasing the Epstein files. And, you know, this is in the same realm. But there's just so much chaos and shit in the world right now. Like, if you were in front of Donald Trump or Baron Trump, you'd probably have a million questions for them relating to the Epstein files relating to the Constitution and this just another one. And again, want to remind people that they have protected these individuals over and over and over again.

This tweet from Adam Ackler, who I know you all know and love, leaked Andrew Tate texts are looking very bad for the Trump admin. Texts from Andrew Tate reveal that a Trump admin official directly intervened on the Tate Brothers behalf in early 2025 to stall the sex trafficking investigation. Quote, I had word from the Trump admin that they're on top of things, wrote Andrew Tate via text. Tate's former personal lawyer, Paul Ingrossia,

is now a Trump admin official and is the one who requested the Tate other's devices be returned to them. You may remember Paul Ongrosia from his leaked text last year in which he said he has, quote, a Nazi streak and uses old slurs. It never ends in this goddamn administration. Everywhere you turn, it's just the worst human beings, the worst human beings. They only ever, you can only guarantee two qualities from any given Trump administration official. It's that they're generally bad people overall. And number two, they're incompetent. They're completely and totally incompetent. And they're loyal to Donald Trump. That's number three. Please never listen to this human being or any of these people, frankly. They're horrible individuals, horrible people.

They're not a good influence. I think you get the idea. But clavicular was recently charged with raping a 17-year-old girl at his family's Massachusetts home and agreed to pay $10,000 bail and surrender his passport. He's pled not guilty. He was in court literally just like that. the other day. This was posted October 22nd. Today is October 25th. So three days ago. And that is clivocular. I'm telling you. So it shouldn't be surprising that all of these individuals are so
