All right, we've got to talk about Pete Hegss's war crimes.
This story gets worse and worse and worse and worse.
And I want to update you on a few things because believe it or not, MAGA is doubling, tripling, quadrupling down on this.
Even as we get more and more and more information that so clearly shows that this was a war crime or just straight murder because technically we're not even at war.
We're going to get in to all this in just a second.
Before we do, though, really quickly, if you haven't seen me here before, my name is Chris Maury.
I'm filling in for Adam Mochler on the Adam Mochler channel.
If you enjoy this type of content, like I say, every single time, there's a link to my YouTube channel in the description down below.

On this channel, the Adam Mockler channel, we're trying to build something big to punch back against a lot of the disinformation we hear from the MAGA side of things by uplifting Gen Z voices going into 2026, 2028, and beyond.
So if you want to be a part of this community and help us grow, all you have to do is hit subscribe down below.
Let's start here with an update we got from Aaron Parnas very recently.
And more major news that confirms that the boat strikes in the Southern Caribbean on September 2nd were either murder, war crimes or both by the United States military and possibly Secretary of Defense Pete Hagsit.
CNN has confirmed that there weren't just two strikes.
There were actually four strikes.
There was the initial strike that broke the boat in half and then three additional strikes to finish off the boat and the survivors on the boat.
But that's not all.
according to the Admiral, Admiral Bradley, who briefed lawmakers, they were actually waving
something in the air, whether to get the attention of American aircraft, potentially to surrender
or ask for help. And they were going to Suriname. They weren't going to the United States of
America. So they actually did impose any threat to the United States of America. They were
waving something in the air. And four strikes were taken by the United States military to finish them
off. Folks, this is by definition looking every time more evidence comes out, it's more likely
that it's a war crime. I mean, truthfully, spread the word. Let me know what you think in the comments
below. Follow on for all the news you know. Yeah, I mean, I think that's perfectly said. And I remind
you, we heard about an initial strike. And then we heard that there was a second strike on the
boat. And then we heard that Pete Hegseth gave an order that was essentially no survivors,
kill everybody, which was extremely
disturbing. And now we're learning
that there were four total strikes,
that the boat wasn't headed
to the United States. And then
after the first strike, there were people
essentially surrendering, it sounds like,
in the water, in international
waters. It's so
I mean, absolutely atrocious
and disgusting. And we also learned just recently
from ABC News that the family
of the Colombian fishermen who was killed
in this strike has filed
a formal, excuse,
me, complaint with the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights,
alleging that the U.S. government illegally killed him.
And again, it's sounding more and more like that is the truth,
especially with the admirals who have now briefed lawmakers on this issue.
The New York Times released an article where they interviewed Republicans,
interviewed Trump voters about how they were feeling about this.
And I took some screenshots, and I want to show you some of these quotes,
because it's, I just, I mean, I don't know.
It's honestly stunning, stunning to me.
This is Brian, 41 from Orlando, Florida, quote,
I'm not losing any sleep over the two people clinging to the boat.
This is Naomi, I believe.
If you're caught up in something that's very detrimental to society,
I think that you should die, 75 years old from Dallas.
Charles, quote, I don't think we should be feeling much sympathy,
25 years old in Wyoming.
Rachel, quote, if we take them to the courts, we're going to have to pay for that and support them in prison, essentially justifying just murder.
The lack of empathy is stunning, jumps right out at you. I mean, I don't know what more there is to say, but also, I mean, what has happened to the United States, what has happened to the idea of the rule of law, the Constitution, any of these things.
Now, screw that. Screw, you know, seeing your day in court, for example. Just zooming out very broadly.
grew all that. And we don't want to pay for that. You should just die. I mean, it's so, it's
disgusting. It's abhorrent. And I think about like this quote specifically from Brian. I'm not
losing any sleep over two people clinging to a boat. I mean, I could not imagine being, you know,
on a boat, being a fisherman, not having anything to do with the United States. And then, you know,
literally being, having missile shot at you and losing your life. But Brian here, because he's in
Orlando, Florida, and he's doing whatever he's doing here. He's just, ah, that's fine,
you know. Screw them. Screw their lives. It's so atrocious. The White House was asked
more about this. I want to play Caroline Levitt's response. Take a listen.
Jack, thank you, Caroline. Following up in Gabe's question,
you said that the follow-up strike was lawful. What law is it that allows no survivors?
The strike conducted on September 2nd was conducted in self-defense to protect Americans in
vital United States interests. The strike was conducted in international waters and in accordance
with the law of armed conflict.
And then on this pardon for the Honduran president.
Yeah. What? That's absurd. And again, the legal justification here is laughable. It continues
to be that the president is using its executive authority to protect Americans because the boat
posed a threat to a direct threat to the United States and its interests and, you know, the safety
of its people. The boat wasn't headed to the United States.
And even if it was, that's an absurd legal justification.
And if you ask further, you're like, okay, what proof do you have?
If that is supposedly in Donald Trump's wheelhouse of executive authority, what proof do you
have that it was, you know, it was actually threatening Americans?
We think it's threatening Americans.
It's just take us at our word.
It's paradoxical and it's disgusting and it's so gross.
Columbia, the government of Columbia has actually responded to this, quote,
U.S. government officials have committed a murder and violated our sovereignty and
territorial waters. Fisherman Alejandro Caranza, I believe, I apologize if I mispronounced that,
had no ties to the drug trade and his daily activity was fishing. The Colombian boat was adrift
and had its distress signal up due to an engine failure. And I want to point out, again,
it's like, yeah, when you hire people who are or select people, when you're Donald Trump
and you select people who are all yes, men and women, they're incompetent. They have no
idea what they're doing. All they do all day is just whatever Donald Trump wants. Yes, sir,
what can I do for you? Yes, sir, what can I do for you? Screw the Constitution. Screw
anything else. All the people who are willing to, you know, actually engage in the Constitution,
put the Constitution above everything, they were all part of his first term and they all called him
a disgrace, called Donald Trump a horrible human being. So now they've all been replaced because
we elected him again with yes men and women who not only do what Trump say, but they're just generally
incompetent when they're running these things. I mean, Pete Higgseth is a drunk fox news.
news host. But again, when we look at how conservatives are reacting to this, really, the empathy
strikes you. So empathetic, they feel, they feel so bad about this. Take a listen.
If you could host a dinner party with three people dead are alive, who's coming to the table,
and what are you eating?
Oh my goodness, go ahead, babe, you go.
Me, go. Yeah. Will you pick one and I'll pick one?
No, I mean, I think you've, well, at this point, I think it would be President Trump, Vladimir
Putin, and Zalini.
Let's see what happens.
See what happens?
What are we eating?
What are we?
I'm no comment on that.
While we commit literal war crimes, while we commit murder in international waters, we're going on podcast, beat eggs out.
Who would you love to have lunch with, dinner with?
Gross.
Adam Mochler, this channel, you're watching the Adam Mochler channel.
Again, I'm Chris Maurer who's actually on CNN last night and put this so well.
Take a listen.
boats do come to the United States with drugs as well. They don't know. They said they could. So we don't know where that
that particular vessel was going. But that undermines now? No, no, no. We know that the terrorist organization that had the boat that had the drugs on it that was hit.
One of the designated terrorist group, one of the administration's primary arguments with this was that these boats were an imminent threat to the United States. They are. They're killing 5,000 Americans a month. They're not headed to the United States. The drugs are killing 5,000 Americans a month. Also, I want to pose this question. So the Coast Guard said earlier that 20012 ships were intercepted with no deaths. That means we do have.
have the ability to do this, 25% of those ships had no drugs.
Are you okay with striking boats with no drugs?
Listen, the Coast Guard is patrolling off the coast of United States.
Are you okay with a 25% chance?
Wait, wait, that's not a 25% chance off the coast of Venezuela.
We are, they know for certain that these drugs are on these ships.
We have intercepted over 200 boats with no violence whatsoever.
We have the ability to do this.
We are committing violence because of losing 60,000 Americans in a year.
And that's awful.
Of course.
We're not intercepting these boats enough, obviously.
But they're not even coming to our country.
It says who?
The admiral.
He said it was going to a boat off the coast that they never found.
But they're not saying that on all these ships out there that they're hitting.
So can we justify striking a boat that's going to any country because eventually they may become a secondary country where drugs going to the United States?
What's the barrier here?
How do you justify that?
The justification is that they're a terrorist organization and they've been designated as such.
And we can take them out just like Obama did with hundreds of strikes all around the world.
Just because Obama did it doesn't make it right either.
Well, but the Democrats back then didn't see the mind.
There was an authorized use of military force for Obama.
He actually had one.
You can argue.
Yeah, exactly.
And Adam Mockler doing so well right there.
Adam did so well.
Of course, just the individual refused to answer or it's being so disingenuous.
Again, like clearly we have the means to non-engage in violence if it is the case that they claim that there's, you know, this rock-hard evidence that there's, you know, these terrorists on the boat or that there's drugs or it poses an imminent threat.
It's like clearly we have the ability to do any, a bunch of other things before we just, you know, strike them and kill everybody, but apparently not.
And that individual not answering, just saying, oh, a lot, you know, drugs kill a lot of people in the United States, which is incredibly sad.
But that has nothing to do with the conversation or is anywhere close to a legal justification for this.
Are we allowed to just strike anyone carrying drugs throughout the entire world because eventually it could get to the United States of America?
Of course not.
Megan Kelly felt like she should chime in on this.
And again, the empathy will really jump out at you.
I really do kind of not only want to see them killed in the water,
whether they're on the boat or in the water,
but I'd really like to see them suffer.
I would like Trump and Hexeth to make it last a long time
so that they lose a limb and bleed out a little.
We can't trust you with terrorists.
So it's just better for us to kill him in the ocean, make him shark feed,
be done with it. Merry Christmas.
Look at that smile.
Look at that smile.
right there. I mean, this is now, I guess, this is the push from conservatives, that the official
U.S. policy on there should be, you know, screw laws, screw the Constitution. Let's just make people
suffer, you know, because we're angry. So people should say, it's this, I mean, it's,
it cannot be overstated how absolutely gross and disgusting that is. And before we end off here,
I want to show you a clip from Rand Paul, who's talking about this issue and put it, frankly,
so well. Take a listen.
I've been offered no briefings and I think that's purposeful because I've been skeptical of this.
So no briefings have been offered to me.
We are asking for them.
We are supportive of the Armed Services Committee looking into this.
But this has been very selective in briefings that have been given to people,
primarily given to people who are already apologists for the administration.
And do you have confidence in the defense secretary at this point?
I'm very, very concerned about an order that would say kill them all, kill them, you know,
after they've already been wounded after they're drifting apart.
But for some people, this is distinctly different, the second strike.
I think both strikes are actually illegally.
I don't think you can just name people and say, well, they've got drugs.
Well, where's the proof?
That's an allegation.
And these people are 2,000 miles away.
People don't realize these Alport boats have no capability of reaching America.
Take up like 20 stops to refuel to get up here.
In all likelihood, none of these boats are coming to America.
It's a completely made up and false sense that, oh, we're at war, we can do whatever we want,
but if Congress wants to vote on it, no, no, we're not at war.
So they're at war if they can do whatever they want with no oversight.
But if Congress were to get involved with those out, it was not a real war.
It's just a war where we name people who we don't like, we call them terrorists, and then we kill them,
and then if we see them floating around in the ocean, we then rebomb them.
It's a crazy.
Yeah, I mean, I couldn't have said it better myself, and it's so, so.
disheartening. Look, let me know what you think of all this in the comments down below. I know
this can be an exhausting time right now in politics, in American history, but just know the fact
that you're, in whatever way, you're engaged with politics right now, whether it's talking
to friends and family, watching videos, maybe you share videos, maybe you volunteer different
organizations. Just know I'm proud of you because I know it's not easy to stay involved right now
and you're doing more than most people. You should be proud of yourself. I appreciate you watching this
video. Once again, my name's Chris Mallory, filling in for Adam Mockler. The link to my YouTube channel is in a
description down below and I will see you in the next video.
