We have talked a lot on this channel about how important independent media is becoming in situations like this. We've seen protests go on across the country. And on Saturday, there are massive protest planned around the country. And at a time where the Trump administration and conservatives are often lying through their teeth constantly about what's actually going on on the ground, it's really important to have, you know, independent people, people just live on TikTok, people live on YouTube, just recording. So we all actually have the facts about what's going on on the ground. And today I want to react to this video that just in the last few hours is going really viral. I haven't watched it yet, but supposedly it's pretty insane. So we're going to look at it together, react to it, pause and talk about it. And we'll go from there. Listen, my name's Chris Maurer. Let's see what's going on here. Okay, so actually, really quick pause. So it does appear that they are on TikTok live.

Live now, this is the TikTok. If you're on TikTok, you know, you can scroll through live stream. So it appears that these individuals are live streaming in whatever city this is, just watching police officers go, probably as protests are happening. You're enjoying yourself? You know, covering everything. Nothing better to do? No.

Why about honor you're old, bitch? How about that? Honor, your oath. All right, there he go. I didn't do nothing. I didn't say nothing. He's supposed to get lost. He's going to jail.

He goes to jail. Let's go. Put your hands by you guys. Yep. That's going to jail. You go to jail. I'm just watching. I'm watching.

I didn't do nothing. Hey, I don't have a heart attack. You're fucking pushing me. I'm not resisting. That's me I'm not resisting. I didn't do anything and I'm alive. I'm not doing anything. Why are they?

What the hell? Why is he being cuffed? That is insane. Both of them are being cuffed. He said, quote, honor your oath, bitch. And then got arrested. Immediately, the police officer turns around and said, that guy's going to jail. And I can hear the handcuffs.

You drop the phone. They're both getting detained. For what? I don't care what you say to a police officer on the road. Obviously, you know, there are technical limits to the First Amendment. You can't, like, you know, yell fire in a crowded theater, for example. But that is the spinning definition of your First Amendment right. Why is it?

These cops. Again, this happened, like, in the last few hours, or at least is going viral. These cops are going to be facing some serious problems. I can already, I assume. I don't know. I mean, there's a lot of the video left. I can't imagine if we're going to learn something. Let's see.

I'm not going to go, I'm not doing it to me. No, go. Oh! I thought my dad would be used. Oh, wow. Opposition, boys. You need to learn. Put your hand behind your back.

She's under arrest. All right. No, I don't, I don't, I don't, I know. You're going to be certain anyone else. And it's more to arrest. Did, I don't, he, I've heard one of the, again, I still have not heard an explanation as to why these individuals are being detained. And we're over a minute, 46, it is.

But I just heard one of the police say, you're being arrested. And then the other cops say, okay, well, you're going to be searched anyway because you're under arrest. There's obviously a difference between being detained. where you haven't been charged with anything, they're now claiming she's under arrest, which means she's been, she wasn't even the one who said anything.

She's been just recording. This is crazy. This is why independent media is so effing important that they're on TikTok Live. This police department is about to hand out a fat check, and all of these police officers should be fired without a doubt. There is no question in my mind. That is, okay, let's keep watching.

I didn't even, you guys didn't come in a leave or not? I told me to leave three hours ago. I, are you serious? I didn't do that? Everybody heard it. Why didn't they run around like chickens for hair put off? But I just, I've been walking around covering for your guys this side. I've been saying keep it peaceful.

They've been trying to try to lose the new street. And they're saying keep it peaceful. You can watch my life. And the young man who is going for you. Yeah, you fight them. Where is your idea? Well, I'm trying to tell you kids. It's on the inside.

What's about? because right sorry we got a cute okay okay we're gonna actually bring her over here okay okay again i want to say like as you see like this is the uh the ticot live ui like people are sending gifts but you also see people commenting about what's going on and saying i'm screen recording again we would not excuse me there's a potential that we would not know that this is happening without the fact that they've been live on ticot and we're watching it in real time and again I, the only reason we just heard, one of the police say, we asked you to leave. First of all, I, that never happened in the video.

But if he's suggesting that there's like some curfew, that's just like a flat out lie. We watched in the beginning of this video, then both recording. And the police are walking past them. They have no issue with them recording. One of the police says, quote, are you enjoying yourself? And they walk across the street. Like, it's not like the police came up and we're like, you need to leave. They literally said, are you enjoying yourself to walk across street?

the guy says, quote, honor your oath, bitch, and then the police point to, you know, the other cops ahead and say, turn around, we're arresting this guy. Bro, this is so gross. This is such an, this is so unconstitutional, such an abusive power. I don't know who these police officers are. All of them need to go. The fact that there's probably, you know, there's a lot of them, but there's probably at least a bunch of them watching this and no one's stopping it.

Unbelievable. We're going to bring her over here. You enjoy your night? You enjoy your night? I didn't say anything to you and you should have shut the mouth, too, and you should have left out with the dog. Well, now shut on. I didn't know why. Shut your fucking mouth.

Let's go. That is so disgusting. What, you should have, quote, you should have shut your mouth. First Amendment, freedom of speech. You can look at a police officer and say, quote, you can say what he said. It doesn't, it doesn't matter how you feel about it, if you agree with it or discreet. or disagree with it. This is about principle. Quote, we're arresting people now because we're talking shit about police officers, really?

That is, wow, I'm actually stunned. Like, it's not even close, you know? A lot of videos, you're like analyzing, you're trying to see if somebody took something too far. This isn't even close. It's not even a question. I hope I wake up tomorrow. It's very late right now. Hey, it's on live. Someone needs to end the video. kind of cuts out at the end as they're, like, trying to end the live. But that is, and someone can correct, I thought I heard a police officer say something, something, L.A. Maybe he, someone in the comments of the TikTok live, again, people are, there's people watching this live. So someone says, did he say go back to L.A.? So maybe they're not in Los Angeles? It does appear to be, just based on the geography, like, maybe somewhere on the West Coast.

It's kind of like how the buildings are and the street signs and stuff. I don't know. I mean, that is, wow, wow. I really hope, like, all of these police officers need to be fired. Please share this everywhere. It would mean a lot. Talk to your friends and family about this. And this is why independent media is so important. The power of independent media, the fact that we saw this all in real time. A bunch of people were screen recording, got it out, and now it's going viral in the last few hours.
