A judge today ordered $5 million to be dispersed to E. Jean Carroll after the Supreme Court rejected Donald Trump's final appeal in relation to his case against E.J. Carroll, where he was found liable for sexually abusing her. And overall, as it relates to E. Jean Carroll, Donald Trump being found liable for sexually abusing her, liable for defaming her again. Federal Judge Lewis Kaplan signed an order today directing the clerk of court to release the full $5 million judgment. against Donald Trump plus a crude interest from the court's registry.

Trump, of course, has filed a notice of appeal in response. This is the party that we're dealing with, okay? And there's been a host of new allegations against Republicans, both elected Republicans and January 6ers, MAGA influencers, MAGA live streamers. And I want to play this clip before we hop into some of these new revelations about the party that MAGA is, the people that they defend. This was Jessica Qatar Law of today on Fox. Obviously, we saw these horrific allegations against Grand Platiner.

I made a video about that on my YouTube channel. Pretty passionate about the fact that Grand Platner needs to drop out. And we need to still be doing a better job in the Democratic Party listening to women. Period. Full stop. That being said, the idea that we will be lectured about this from this party, I think Jessica Tarlov put so well today on Fox. These people, these maga pundits have no shame, take a listen. I will say though something that has not changed since we heard from Jenny Rascott, is that the Democrats will not be lectured by the party of Donald Trump and Ken Paxton. No, you can make the face Max Miller and say that we're the bad guys that, you know, are flipping standards or are going to be, you know, told from on high about what good behavior is when it comes to how women are treated and, you know, questions of abuse.

That is a non-starter here. We want to win the Senate. We are in good position. Ken Paxton just spent the Fourth of July in London, in Iowa, it's looking like it could work, but all roads have to go through Maine. We need a strong candidate there, and my hope is that we'll get them. Except it's very emblematic of the Democratic Party to continue to say, regardless of staying on topic, regardless of what the issue is, regardless of anything, no way, it's all Trump. It's Trump. Well, remember Trump, and how can you say this one you got Trump?

I just also said Max Miller. But it's an interesting thing when it kind of goes back to, let's just topic at hand. Let's just talk about the topic at hand. I mean, I have so much respect for Jessica Tarlov. Like, I could not do this. I would lose my effing mind sitting around these people. But not only is that not true. And I'm going to give examples.

Ken Paxton, people who have been pardoned by Donald Trump, Byron Donald's recently. I'm going to break that down. But the idea here that Donald Trump is just, oh, you guys can't stay on topic. Why are you talking about Donald Trump? It's like Donald Trump leads your party. In fact, he doesn't just lead your party.

He leads your cult. This is all you guys talk about. The gaslighting is absurd. Donald Trump is their figure. Every single person who runs for Congress and is making ads, is making ads about how they will do. They will do whatever Donald Trump wants them to do. They're a Donald J. Trump fighter.

I mean, the last time we had major races amongst Republicans in 2024, you had people who weren't endorsed by Donald Trump. showing up to events with cutouts of Donald Trump because you just have to be seen with Donald Trump. Their Twitter banners are Donald Trump. Their profile pictures. I have seen Republican officials with profile pictures of Donald J. Trump, like, edited in,

like an AI photo of them in Trump because they don't have a real picture with Trump. The idea that it's somehow only, like the Democrats can only talk about Trump when it's reverse, it's gaslighting at the highest stage. It is absurd. Now, I want to actually talk and touch on something Jessica Tarlov said, Ken Paxton because part of this is what Ken Paxton did. And we're going to break down where he was on July 4th because he was with the woman that he cheated on his wife with. In July

2025, the attorney general's wife, state Senator Angela Paxton, took to social media to now she was filing for divorce. After 38 years of marriage, I filed for divorce on biblical grounds, she wrote in her post, I believe that marriage is a sacred covenant and I have earnestly pursued reconciliation, but in light of recent discoveries, I do not believe that it honors God or is loving to myself, my children, or can to remain in the marriage. Although Angela Paxton did not expand on her recent discoveries, the divorce announcement came after years of publicly reported infidelity by her husband, and I'm sure many of you have heard of this before. Now, this has been talked about a lot, not only in this race, but also in, you know, the previous primary just a bit

ago with John Cornyn talking a lot about it. And now we're hearing it talked about again because on July 4th, Ken Paxton wasn't in the United States. He was in London, as Jessica Tarlov, excuse me, pointed out. And he was in London with the woman that he cheated on his wife with this video going extremely viral, excuse me. You can see Ken Paxton here looking, looking, and he's nervous. Like, he's nervous because he knows what's about to happen. He knows what's, what's going on. And it's a horrible look for him, especially considering also that it's July 4th. With that we also learned that Ken Paxton, we're still trying to get more information about this, reportedly voted in six elections using an address where he allegedly did not live,

despite warning Texans against illegal voting. What a huge surprise that Ken Paxton would do such a thing. Now, what else have we heard of lately? Let me break down a couple of these instances, and then I'm going to walk you through the path to the Senate because I think this can be a little bit confusing. So I put on the old thinking cap and I was like, what's the best way to explain this? Explain how Democrats can win the Senate. I'm going to do that in a second.

MAGA fanatic accused of twisted sex acts at Trump's affair. We made a video about this. A MAGA supporter dressed as Uncle Sam was arrested at Donald Trump's great American state fair after a police alleged he committed a lewd act. This is him. He was live streaming this whole thing. and multiple witnesses told police that they saw this guy with his hand.

You see, he has a pocket here, with his hand under this little stupid outfit he's got on committing a loot act, doing something that he shouldn't have been doing. And of course, even after two different witnesses and a third witness who was one of the women performing that this guy was sitting in front of, you had MAGA on Twitter defending him. This is the craziest thing I've ever seen. This is an AI-generated image saying free Manny. That's this guy's name. Manny Richie Shelley, I believe.

False report, unfair arrest, wrongful detention, justice for Manny. Insanity. Of course, we're defending MAGA live streamers who commit awful, horrendous, disgusting sex acts. A pardoned capital rioter was arrested after videos showed him touching strangers' hair. And not just videos of him, videos he took and, live streamed. This is a guy who Donald Trump pardoned, a guy who Donald Trump called a patriot live streaming such a gross, disgusting, creepy thing. A Montgomery County man

who pled guilty to charges related to his participation in the January 6th Capitol riot and then was pardoned was arrested. After videos that went viral, reportedly showed him touching female passengers' hairs on metro trains in the Washington, D.C. area. Brian Beneker, 28 years old of Silver Spring, is charged with assault and battery and connection with an offense that happened Sunday on a Silver Line train servicing the Clarendon Station. Please did not confirm that incident was directly tied to the videos circulating online. This is him, the January 6th year here, wearing a proud boy's shirt. And this is that he recorded, he live streamed this. He recorded it.

Byron Donald who was just accused Of cornering a woman in a grocery store and threatening to, quote, crush her. This is an article from today. And this video going viral about a temper tantrum, this temper tantrum, in this grocery store. This guy is the leading candidate for governor in Florida. Take a look. You see Byron Donald's there getting angry, getting upset in the beginning.

It's harder to hear, but you see him, you know, yelling, upset. But she accused Byron Donald of essentially aggressively cornering her and then threatening to, quote, crush or finish her in front of her children. Now, by the Byron Donald's campaign says this was a political attack and she's being represented by far right politician Anthony Sabinti, who is also representing Donald's white nationalist primary challenger in a separate legal battle. This whole dispute actually, because you can hear them yelling about, he's like, stop the lawsuits. This goes back to a separate lawsuit from, you know, years ago, etc. Regardless, the point stands. I mean, just a and incredibly disturbing based on the allegations we have.

Many of you know Mike Nellis, Mike Nellis recently on Fox News talking about Plattner and the fact that he needs to drop, but we will not be lectured by this party. Take a listen. Bad individuals who are rising up in politics right now, it includes Graham Plattenor, he's got to go. But the fact that you just sit here and said

that nobody cares that Max Miller beat his wife is highly alarmed. We're not here to talk about Max Miller. We're here talking about Graham Platner. If we're not policing this conduct from people, whether they're Democrats or Republicans, it's not right. Nobody has the moral eyebrow. But the topic today is Graham Platner. That's why we're here.

We're talking about Graham Platter. If we want to do another segment on the Congressman, you're bringing up or the candidate. You let me know when we're going to book a segment on Max Miller because I haven't heard a lot about it from the Fox. That's fine. Exactly. Like he knows. Mike Nellis knows it's such BS. I think this was really well done.

You let me know when that's going to happen because it's not going to happen. Two GOP women, a Trump spokeswoman and daughter of Senator Bernie Moreno have accused Max Miller of domestic violence. Has any Republican politician or Twitter pundant called for him to drop out of his race? Please reply so I can see the receipts. There is so many Republican officials like this. And I want to be clear. I think the story right now for Democrats should stay on Grand Platter because that guy is horrendous. He's horrible.

He has to drop out. And again, like I said at the beginning of the video, have to do a better job listening to women. And I think that with that being said, also a good point when Republicans talk about this to say we are policing our side. We are unequivocally disavowing what is going on. Now it's time for you to do the same. Because I would argue right now, Donald Trump in the Republican Party practically encourages people. This is going to make a lot of people upset, but it's the truth, encourages people to take these actions, to touch women in any type of way. Do you know how many young men are probably out there? They're 18 years old. They were born in

2008. All they've ever known politically is Donald J. Trump. And Donald J. Trump, sexually abuse was women. Donald J. Trump talks about women in this gross, disgusting, horrendous way, and he's the president. He's the president. He's the president. He's the truth.
