A representative Jasmine Crockett who said a lot of really hilariously stupid things. But it's also dangerous because some idiots actually believe her and listen to her, and she's emblematic of the Democrat Party dwindling constituency, but there's still a lot of them out there, saying that all the pain, all the inflation,

the reason you can't afford your home, all of it is tariffs that have just now gone into place. It has nothing to do with that. But these are the same people that are at war with logic and common sense and truth, so what you expect. But that's really what this war comes down to, truth versus lies, informed people versus ignorant people. And I've not been very ignorant in my life, but I remember being extremely young and not understanding things.

I remember being about four years old. And I really thought that the world was black and white previously. And that everything I saw that was color was the future. And that suddenly the world became color because I didn't understand that television, most of it was fiction. The rest of it was just snapshots of limited reality, however they wanted to present it. And I just started thinking about it last night that a lot of the public in a trance state that believes too many can have a baby and things like that, a litmus test in the cult that you're under their mind control.

If you accept that, they really see the world in something like a four-year-old would. And now one of my earliest good memories is arguing with my dad when I was three years old on Christmas Eve. we had a brick fireplace, red brick, there in Dallas, and there was white mortar, and he was saying, oh, no, Santa Claus comes down the chimney like this, just like, those two red bricks between the white, he just slips down. I go, well, there's a fire in the fireplace. He's going to catch on fire. And he's so fat, it wasn't that big of a fireplace with a small house, he can't fit in there.

Dad's like, well, that's how he does. It starts laughing. And I said, Dad, Santa Claus isn't real. So I got that early on. Nobody told me. But still, it was about another year or so. Probably the time I was almost five. I remember, like, sitting there watching The Wizard of Oz with my parents,

it had come back at movie theaters. They took me to it. And after the movie, I said, show, it's black and white at the start, but it becomes color when she goes to Oz. And my mom's like, no, no, that's just what it is in effect. They shot it on film in black and white, and then they shot the rest of the movie in color to have that effect. And I went, oh, so the world has always been in color. He said, yes.

I met with lawyers in the morning and the afternoon and then in the evening yesterday. and there's been a long fight, as you know, for really legally six, seven years by the Democrats publicly to shut us down. We released all the documents and proof that DOJ has been, I believe, illegally funding it. And we already have a prepared lawsuit dealing with that that should be filed imminently, but then there's always new developments happening. So we're having to add to it as is so egregious. but the Democrat Party out of Connecticut with the Supreme Court of Connecticut

refusing even hear our appeal then that Supreme Court has to agree for the U.S. Supreme Court to hear it or they intend to come in here in early May sometime after May 1st is when the time elapses and they've said because they don't want money send in the Sheriff's Department

to lock the door. and again, you'll see them going, oh, we're owed money. He did bad things to us. We want money. He'll never give us money. They never wanted to settle. They refused to settle for more money I ever made because I knew they wouldn't take the settlement. I explained it to my lawyers.

And they're like, wow, we're shocked. That's what they've done. And then they would approach me in these mediations. One was last year in a federal courthouse in Fort Worth. And they'd say, we want you to agree to not talk about the Second Amendment and some other things. And I'm like, okay, yeah, what's the list? I think, well, we want you to first agree and we want to meet with you and be your friend. I said, no, thanks.

I'm going to continue to defend the Second Amendment and everything else. Have you not figured that out? I mean, I already was offered the Fox News show by Roger Ailes to be kind of an establishment right-winger. I got offered by at the time, the richest guy in the world, 50, million a year personally to run a new quote news operation that would be the fact checker and I'd be all reformed but the guy everybody

trusted no thanks didn't do that deal to Henry Kissinger tried to get me to go up to New York in front of my producer John Harmon head of the Kissinger group Rothcop tried to hire me I mean

I'm just so that there is no price on my integrity and we've changed the world together and I could care less about a billion-a-half-dollar fake judgment or the 400 million in interest that's piled up. Everything they ever said about me wasn't true was lies. All the quote money I made off them, total lies, barely ever talked about them,

covered the internet that questioned whether Sandy Hook happened or not. They had PR firms hype it up for years that I was attacking them and raised hundreds of millions of dollars. We show all that proof off my name running ads. He's attacking us. Help us. Help us. Then they had two show trials. where I was already found guilty, and they wouldn't even explain that to the jury.

They would just say, he is guilty. Now, we're going to tell you how much money he made off of him. 380 million, 200 million, just with no numbers, no proof, just saying it, because I'm already guilty, so they could just make up whatever they wanted, produced by HBO, 49 million in Texas, a billion and a half in Connecticut.

And Connecticut, they said, that's not enough, Your Honor. We want 2.75 trillion. That's the GDP of India, the most populous nation on Earth. So it's all about the great and powerful Oz behind the curtain. I am the great Oz. I mean, I'm surprised they didn't say I owe them $85 quadrillion or infinity money. Infinity Googleplexes. I mean, it's just ridiculous.

And we have to win the Texas appeal because the judge here violated at least four laws on their face. the Texas cap is at 5 million. She said, I don't care about the Supreme Court. I say 49 million. So that's ongoing. We had the appeal stayed during this bankruptcy trying to do a omnibus settlement with these people. But at the end of the day, they said, we don't want money.

A month ago, they put in federal court, they said, every scenario is someone favorable to Jones buying Imple Wars and he stays on the air. We don't want money. We want him off the air. You're not supposed to get that under civil law. you have criminal law that's a time in jail and fines, in some cases death, and then you've got Sybil that is monetary, monetary. And so it's just unprecedented, and they are openly, publicly admitting,

and they've set it on the courthouse steps. In Texas and Connecticut, they've said it on national news. They already had fake auctions when the judge ordered an auction. They already tried to close the building without court orders. repeatedly, cutting off the internet, kicking us out of the building. Judge orders us back in. But finally, after three years, the federal judge said, I'm kicking it back to the states.

financial, political, economic hitmen that were sent in to close us outside of law. And it's just outrageous. I mean, it's more outrageous in how long it went on and how much it went on with my two cases than any of Trump's cases. He had many more cases, and some were even more over the top individually, but they were shorter. And he has a lot of money to fight it and a lot of supporters. but these two cases in Connecticut with the judge shopping in Austin, selected political judges magically get it. I mean, the things they did to me and to your rights,

if they get away with this, is the most kangaroo court garbage ever. So I feel robbed for American citizens' rights and for our future. And they've said this is a precedent we want to set with Alex Jones to shut down anybody and everybody we want. You've seen those videos countless times of them saying it. in the courtrooms to the jury. He's number one. He caused everybody to not trust the globalist.

We're going to get the trust back. Once we shut him down, we're going to use this to shut everybody down like him. They've set it on CNBC and CNN. Okay, this victory against Alex Jones, when they got their show trial verdicts, where I was already found guilty. They just decided how guilty, guilty until proven how guilty, not even guilty to prove innocent, not even innocent to proven guilty is it supposed to be. but guilty until proven how guilty.

And they just said right there openly. We want to shut down everybody like him. And so it's so flagrant, so unconstitutional, and the government funding it, and then we now know I was, this is a national security top threat, level three individual, by the Obama administration, 2013. There was already stuff going on,

but that's when I got serious, full-time, Boston FBI, entire team, weekly meetings, human informants, intelligence operatives, giant dragnet, and we even got the FBI agent undercover video saying, oh yeah, we tried, we investigate him for many years, he's done nothing wrong. They had me audited. They found we overpaid taxes of $4.3 million over five years. That, of course, was in bankruptcy, so that was paid into the estate. and none of that money's gone to these people because they don't even want the money.

It just goes to the lawyers in the bankruptcy, the U.S. trustee lawyers, and who've just sucked most of it out of that. So they've done quite well with their fees. And people say, well, you know, why didn't you just give up and go to something else? No, I mean, Info Wars is important. The name is important. They want to harass us by claiming that they own my name and, you know, own everything I ever said because they want to get rid of all that off the Internet because it's so. powerful and just get stronger every day. I mean, they're really scared of this broadcast

because we've got their number. We understand their operation. We know how to stop them. And this audience, this family, this focal point, which you're just as much a part of it as I am as a viewer or listener, especially when you share the videos and articles and support the broadcast and pray with the broadcast.

I mean, you're as important as I am or more, and in the total sum, way more important. So the bad guys are on record, recognizing we're ground zero. We are the detonator. I mean, all this success, humanity fighting back, the global populist awakening, there's Info War spray painted all over Eastern Europe, all over Western Europe, all over Africa, all over Asia, all over Australia, all over New Zealand, all over Austin, Texas, all over everywhere.

while they said that I was getting money from them, and then they've spent hundreds of millions, these law firms, suing me, and they write it off as pro bono for, quote, poor people when it's for these families that have sued me who got the Remington money a bunch of them and hundreds of millions into their... And you notice when they sue me, there's no money coming into their foundation. Then it goes up 300, 400%, and then when they had the show trial, even higher. I mean, we're talking 20, 30, 40 million bucks. a year into one group.

And it's all ads. Alex Jones is attacking us. Help us. Help us. People are on the street. Like, why are you being mean to these people? I'm like, I'm not even talking about them. I mean, it's so ridiculous. So I've been stalked by these people. They've attached themselves to me. And they don't want a settlement.

But I've got to say this takes the cake. She says, connect the dots. You cannot afford your home groceries next to deportations. And then she also goes on, you know, to say tariffs. That's what they're saying all over the news. But we put the short clip now. Later, we'll play the whole clip. It's like five minutes of total insanity.

But she's got the talking points. and that's what you see everywhere. No, Trump was handed a disaster. We had Kirk Elliott on 20 months ago explain that. He's an economist. Had many other economists on. And we never thought there wouldn't be a recession. He was handed one.

They're just not calling it a recession. Biden had totally fake job numbers, totally fake inflation numbers. We are seeing prices drop. We are seeing inflation slow. He's going after it, folks. And all the courts trying to block him and all the rest of it. But the idea that, I mean, do the math in 81 days. Let's say it's important, 600, 700, 800 is the biggest days. Let's say 500 today, 600 today. We'll do 600 times 81. That's not that many people have been deported. I mean, what is she saying here?

I mean, there's some tenuous connection to vague reality that, well, if you deport a whole bunch of illegals over time, you know, the 50 million that are here, 25 million that came in under Biden, those are conservative numbers. That's from inside the White House. I'll leave it at that. I was told that by the White House, the people over it in meetings the last few days on the phone. They deported 50 million.

Oh, yeah, that would probably crash the housing market. Yeah. No, no, no, no. Not, not, not, you know, 20,000, maybe 25,000 deportees has no effect. Total crap. Here she is. So I am telling you that this is a failed thing, but we've got to do better to connect the dots and let people know. The reason you can't afford a home is because of these failed immigration policies.

The reason you're not going to be able to afford your food is because of these failed immigration policies. And the same can go for the hospitality industries. where we have so many of those in the hospitality industry that are saying they do not have the workers that they need right now. You know, Trump's under major criticism by the super right wing, whatever. What do you call them super right wing? They call themselves that. Well, he's not deporting just regularly legal. Well, they've got millions.

It's about two million criminally legals. They're all criminals, here illegally, but criminally legales with serious convictions like rape and incest and pedophilia. and murder and arson and armed robbery and extortion. And they've only gotten through, what, 20, 30,000 maximum of those? So, no, you want to get the smugglers first, the drug dealers first. And the MS-13 and all the other groups. So to give us the latest on this is Dr. Kirk Elliott on the economy, and obviously he is the top silver broker in North America.

literally using the exact numbers you used three, four months ago. So you know what you're doing. It's one thing to be an economist, but also from nothing in 25 years have the number one silver gold company, hands down with the highest ratings, that's real world business skill. That's the proof, folks. He's a real economist. Nailing it and having the most successful company, that's the real proof, real world. Got to have street smarts as well.

And he's also a theologian. Great guy. Dr. Elliott, tell us what's happening. Well, we're seeing actual Trump mastering the art of the deal. He's the best at it. I mean, what he's doing is impacting all of the markets in real time right underneath our nose. We saw this six months ago. We saw this a year ago, Alex, when we were talking, because Trump is not shy about saying what he was going to do.

He's just a different kind of a politician because he actually did it. So when you look at the tariffs and what's happening right now, you know, a lot of people, when you listen to mainstream media, and everything. I was like, the tariffs are terrible. It was going to impact people like that, that dumb Congresswoman who, I have no idea why expensive grocery prices have to do with deportations. I mean, it makes no sense.

Trump is creating jobs for Americans. And more people are going to be able to work to afford things, right? So here's where when you look at the tariffs and what Trump is doing, it's absolutely brilliant. It's brilliant. Now, take the, this in with what Trump and Bessent have said, we're going to have some pain, immediate pain, because people are going to retaliate.

But, but what, what happened? When, when Trump kept raising these tariffs on other countries, you know, from Liberation Day, um, they got on the horn. They called Trump and said, hey, we don't want these big tariffs. Let's negotiate, right? So, so what did Trump do? He lowered the tariffs on, on, on. the whole world where he had these kind of reciprocal tariffs to 10% across the board.

Oh, and keep that on the screen right there. That's an amazing chart that we need. This is why Trump is doing what he's doing. But he lowered it to just 10% across the board except for China, which we'll get into. But why does he have to do this? Well, look at this balance of trade. You know, if you go back to 1990, the United States was the top exporter in the world to 175 countries.

China was the top exporter to only eight countries. Then as you move on to 2000 to 2010, all the way up to 2024, that kept changing, right? So in 2010, we were about, we were getting closer to equal. America was a top exporter to 85 countries, China to 55. Now in 2024, completely flip-flopped. The global economic balance of power had shifted to China. because they were the top exporter to 125 countries, America, to only 35 countries. Why was that?

Why did this playing field change? Because it was so unfair, right? When you look at the goofy tariffs that other countries put on American goods, like Japan, for example, had 700 percent tariffs on American rice. I don't know why Japan needs American rice, but yet they put a 700 percent tariff on it. value-added taxes, all these other countries that would tax American stuff like it was nobody's business. And then you had crooked politicians that would sign bilateral and multilateral trade agreements that would harm America. These are American politicians that were harming America.

For example, NAFTA. You know, people think, oh, NAFTA was great. It's this regional free trade and it's going to be great for everybody. It's like, no, it was going to be great for Canada and Mexico. Horrible for America. This is why American companies, like Ford and GM, for example, would put manufacturing facilities in Mexico. Right? And so NAFTA only built up these other countries.

Absolutely. And the global is for the middlemen. And I think listeners know that. What they want to know from you is, obviously, this was the only move we had left. Three months ago, right when Trump was getting in, I said, is this the best plan? You said, yeah, it's the only thing. plan and it's the perfect plan. It's exactly what you would do. They go, oh, he's

insane. He's old. Everyone's worried he's nuts. No, most these countries have already capitulated, but China hasn't. But even Geraldo Rivera has come out and said Trump was genius, tricking China to over-retaliate and explain

what's happened now. So, so Xi and China is backed into a corner. He has no way out. It's a lose-lose situation for China, at this point because what did G say? He's basically saying never ever capitulate to the Americans. This is, you know, his power position.

It's like, don't ever let America win. We're Chinese. We are always going to have the upper hand. Well, so here's where he's stuck. Because if he actually capitulates and lets Trump win on the tariffs, right? And he says, okay, we're not going to have all these tariffs and stuff. well, well then his people will say, you bowed to American pressure. You're not the leader that we thought that you were, right?

Where if he doesn't, if so if he doesn't, now what happens? Now he kills the Chinese economy, right? Because with Trump's tariffs that are now 145% on China, right? If he actually keeps, you know, blustering and drawing a line in the sand and keeps up and the ante. He kills the Chinese economy. If he... So he's basically what Mao did with the Great League Forward that totally collapsed their economy then.

Yeah. It's 100%. So he can't win either way. He either loses politically or he loses his economy. Trump has won already. It's just not all played out. And that's why Trump said don't be a panicking. Don't be wimps because if you know economics,

it's not like you're just agreeing with Trump. Now, you said before he got elected, and then you said when he was president-elect, You laid out exactly what he was going to do by studying his statements and his advisors, and it's been proven completely correct. But if you look at the corporate media, though, they act like it's the end of the world. They're clearly trying to crash things. But the Asian markets are down even more.

How do you see this playing out? So I see this playing out. China's retaliating right now. How are they doing this? It's one of two options. They are dumping U.S. treasuries like it's yesterday's trash, right? Because either A, their economy is hurting so badly that they need to sell what's of value, which is U.S. Treasuries. They have almost a trillion dollars worth of them.

Because if you look at what's happening with the U.S. dollar, it's cratering, absolutely cratering. Yields have gone up like two-thirds of a point in the last 58 hours. I mean, it is bonkers. Which you predicted that Trump was going to weaken the dollar. Explain why that's good. Well, when you weaken the dollar, other currencies are stronger relatively to America. It makes American exports cheaper to the rest of the world. So this plays right into Trump's hand, right?

This is really great. Now, China, they're either selling their U.S. Treasuries because their economy stinks so bad that they need the money. I mean, look at that graph of the U.S. dollar. It's cratering. Or China knows they can't beat Trump on the tariffs. because we're the largest consumption engine in the world. And by the way, Trump's people predicted all this would happen.

It's going exactly as they said. Exactly. I mean, this isn't a surprise to anybody on the Trump team, right? Because they'd said, don't look at the stock market right now. It's not going to be my economy for another six months. And so this is now all happening. But China could be dumping the U.S. treasuries to actually hurt Trump, hurt the U.S. dollar because they know they can't win on the tariff war.

right or they're selling them just because they need the money either way we've got the same net effect which shows us there is massive amounts of upheaval and let's be clear no totally people are saying well oh trump did this on purpose yes we were already in a bad economy he had to do a reset they had their reset that was a down economy forever with social credit scores he's doing the opposite bringing us back into prosperity with real policies so china this is only move china had but it still just boxes them in further. They didn't have any moves. They have no moves.

I mean, it is boxing them in any move that they take, they lose at this point. Other than the military, and that's the only issue I have is to get political control, he's very unpopular. Gee, is becoming unpopular. I think they're going to move on Taiwan. That's normally what happens during a political financial realignment like this. It's not normally. It always happens. So that's the problem.

Well, financial problems always lead to economic problems. Economic problems lead to political problems, political lead to geopolitical problems. This is where this finance economic mess with China could lead to an actual physical war with China, either with America directly or proxy, you know, with Taiwan. I mean, I think it will. If China doesn't make a deal, that's where this is going. Yeah, it is. And I don't think, Alex, that China is going to make a deal anytime. real soon because they have a point to prove. They've been trying to be the world's reserve currency for a long

time. They've got the BRICSNations, everything we've talked about. Gee, if he capitulates, he loses his political influence. But by Trump taking most of the tariffs off, everybody, that was the plan. Now he forces them into an alliance with the U.S., which was the plan. And let me add this. This got almost

You look at what's happening globally, politically, politically, geopolitically. how industrial capacity is just the demand for silver is through the roof because of the climate change agenda, because of nuclear power, because of the military industrial complex, because of everything we've talked about so many times. That's increasing demand, and then you have decreasing supply prices are going to go up. So when I talk about some of these things, to me it's not rocket science. It's just math. And it's projecting where we should be based on supply and demand. And now some of these black swan events that come in just push the number higher.

Like nobody in their right mind would have thought that China is going to continue retaliating back and forth and back and forth and now we've got 145 percent tariffs on Chinese goods. Well, Trump thought that even said it. And that's why he said don't retaliate or it's going to mean. So it's there. Yeah. And Trump, when, you know, after Liberation Day, when he had the kinder tariffs, you know, which were half of these reciprocal tariffs, you know, he said negotiate. Well, I'll be kind because he's a great president. He's a great leader.

And he did. He took away a lot of these tariffs on the people that were negotiating. This is actually going to start growing the global economy, where the nations that don't, they keep. fighting and wanting an unfair, you know, playing field like China, they're going to actually pay the price in a big, huge way. Right. So these articles that you were just showing about how people are concerned about their jobs. Like, you should be concerned about your jobs if Trump wasn't in office because he is going

to bring jobs back to America. This is part of the negotiating with the flip side of tariffs. It's not just about revenue. It's a negotiating tool. and he's going to bring jobs back to America. People are going to work and people are going to spend and it's going to be a renaissance for America. This is why it's so incredible.

You know, and one thing that we have to look at is the tariffs, right? What jobs is it going to create for Americans? Well, how about Taiwan Semiconductor? Building a $500 billion plant in Arizona. This company is not going to hire Taiwanese people. They're going to hire Arizona. right because it's going to be a plant in Arizona that's going to be massive amount of jobs and there's company after company after company that are now going to put manufacturing back in America to avoid the

tariffs and this is going to create jobs this is why I'm excited about it and so what this is going to do it's going to grow the economy and this is going to cause like silver for example to go up a lot more than gold gold being a financial metal it is responding very well well to the global turbulence right now. Silver being a manufacturing, industrial metal, actually thrives during times of economic growth. And this is what Trump's bringing to the table. So I would say gold hitting well over $4,000 by the end of the year is not off the

table. In fact, I think that's now a conservative estimate that I would say. And silver pushing 50 to 75 plus by the end of the year. I think these become very normal numbers. And here's what happens. In the past, gold and silver has been like in the realm of investment options for like conservative podcasters and everything else. Right.

But it's hitting mainstream. When golden silver hit mainstream because it's a better option than other normal debt and equity markets, now the demand increases tremendously. This is where I see that we are in the shift in America is gold and silver are now becoming mainstream and the demand goes through the ceiling, Alex. This is why I think my projections were low. Well, Doc, just absolutely incredible. And I wish, I know our audience is economically illiterate.

But I just feel sorry for some of the public that is buying into that this is a fiasco. It's a debacle. It's a disaster. Those headlines are everywhere. We're totally screwed. It's economic Armageddon. You know, Colbert. It's all over.

We're dead. Worse in the Great Depression. It's not even, you know, anywhere. or near that. And even if they are able to completely, you know, plunge it 50, 60 percent, that's why Warren Buffett's sitting on all that cash. A lot of people are saying now is the time to buy the stock market. I don't agree.

I'm not a stock expert like you, but I've been watching Buffett. He's still on the sidelines. For people that are into stocks, I would jump in when Buffett moves in, correct? Dr. Elliott? I would too. I mean, and he said this, oh, man, it was four months ago maybe when he has the largest mountain of cash that Berkshire Hathaway has ever been sitting on. You know, he's, when what's he's selling, he was selling Bank of America.

He was selling Apple. He was selling these financial stocks. Why? Because he needed cash, in his own words, to buy after the correction. Even he was saying that there's going to be a correction, right? So when he starts buying, you know, that he thinks that it's hit bottom and the economy is going to start to grow. So, yeah, I would watch that.

I would watch what a lot of these billionaires are doing because they're not stupid. They didn't get to be a billionaire by being stupid, right? So what do you think he's waiting for? Because he's the insider of insiders. What do you think the bottom is going to be just dead reckoning? I know that's only God knows that, but like dead reckoning. Oh, I don't know. We could probably see another 20, 30 percent correction in the stock market would be my guess

based on where we are because of all the negative perception of what Trump is doing to the economy, right? And so, but it's, it's good. There was so much excesses. And even Trump said, and Bacent said, if this would have actually happened in 2009, if they would have let the markets correct the way that they should have, we wouldn't be dealing with this now. But you've had mountains of stimulus money, mountains of debt. What we're seeing is the recession that started in COVID under Biden. All that a recession is is two quarters of declining economic growth.

We've seen this all through the recession. the Biden administration. All of it. Trump inherited a recession. And totally fat numbers. Everybody knows the economy's been screwing the last four years. All right. Dr. Elliott, I really appreciate your time.

Well, I mean, back then, too, I'd been censored everywhere. So it was like, and there was also just thousands of articles a week sometimes that I was the devil. It was like Darth Vader had arrived. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Well, you know, he got on the trail right away. Well, he'd already said nice things about me previously. I don't know why.

I'm not normally aggressive and I love your brother. I don't know why I. No, I think you just, it looked to me like you just want to go shake each other's hands. That's what I saw. And so I was like. Oh, but somebody else said we were fighting? Well, you know, how a crowd goes, you know, because they're moving us in. and then your crew was coming in

and I was like, who was, and my brother's, that's Alice Jones. And like, they all knew who you are. And I'm like, okay, is he all right? Is Michael all right? Because the crowd was getting, you know how it goes with this crowd? Well, I guess it was just kind of how I stomped over. Well, that was a big, you know, big crowd. who founded Sears and Robux, General Wood, I think his name was, writers, entrepreneurs, military, they were all trying to warn the American people that there were over a thousand card-carrying communist groups in this country, full-on, strong, running strong in this country in 1946. In 1930, I'm going to go back a little bit, in 1938, we have America's future publishing company out of New York City. So this organization, the history and the legacy of this organization was formed as a first non-profit in this country. And so in 1993, Phyllis Schlafly, a very conservative warrior of a woman who fought for

conservative values, family freedom. The Eagle Forum. Yep, the Eagle. She took this organization over, but what she. she did was use it as a publishing kind of clearinghouse to publish her books and she protected it because it is a very, you know, solid historical piece of our country. Oh, we wouldn't be where we were without her. I mean, so this is.

Exactly. Exactly. And so many people that have just now woken up, they don't know who the OGs were. Bill of Schlafly, this organization, are the original OGs, along with the John Burr's Society. Absolutely. Absolutely. Absolutely. So that was, so she, it was basically kind of a dormant.

she was publishing her books and so forth. So my brother approached me and, you know, was approached by General John Singlub, a very formidable general, who my brother I know kind of used. He was a mentor to him and knew him and so forth. And so asked my brother to take it over. The man died like three years ago.

I think he was 101. He was extremely famous. I mean, a real, yeah. Yeah. I mean, he was, you know, he altered, you know, the way military. viewed things and so forth with Intel and so forth. And so, you know, you look at a guy like General Flynn

and who did the same kind of, you know, thing in the military with his career, changing the way Intel was used and so forth and gathered and whatever. You can see that in the movie, the blueprint, you know. And so that was a really big deal that General Flynn took this over and decided he was going to do that. I don't know if he knew how historical this organization was. but he certainly did find out as we took it out of a dormancy and it was basically a startup. So what I started to do, I'm coming out of working for the Catholic Church as a whistleblower.

Many people know me as I speak very openly about this. I was brought in because somebody was stealing money out of the Diocese of Providence up in the New England area of the Catholic Church. and I've been in the nonprofit business world for over 40 years. I worked for the Vanderbiltz. I worked for United Way. I have always been a finance compliance order. So I was brought in because somebody was stealing money.

The American people are seeing Doge going through enormous, I mean, not millions, but trillions of dollars that have been stolen from the American people. Really? I mean, people need to understand. I go around. I talk about that all the time. When I'm in the get in the fights and I go into the States and we do our thing with the children, I talk about, you know, these NGOs and, you know, where your money's going.

And it's your money. It's taxpayer money, especially. with these children over the border, you know, and the children they brought in. This is all taxpayer money, giving Catholic charities. So back up, I ended up testifying in a grand jury down in Florida against the Catholic charity. It was a big grand jury. And it named Catholic charities, it named Lutheran Social Services, and it named the Jewish

Foundation as a three number one engine. Which now we see everywhere. Yes. Again, the Flynn's right there at the beginning of picking down stuff. And again, because I don't want to be mean to any of the Catholics or anybody. No, I'm a Catholic. I'm a practice of Catholic. But what I was going to say is it's all these groups have taken it over.

The left's gotten into everything, whether it's the Jewish stuff or the Catholics. Yeah. Oh, it's all church denominations. It's corruption. I saw that. That was it since I was a teenager. Now suddenly I have had people ingrugly. grocery stores, and randomly here, it can be an old woman, anything, you're sitting there getting the thing of milk, and they go, you know, and it's like a demon, and they say some really horrible, and they go, have a nice day. And you're sitting there looking at somebody in an aisle at Target or wherever. And it's like, yep, and we're going to get you, we're going to get your family. And it's like, have a nice day. And then all of a sudden their face goes right back to normal.

Yeah, yeah. And there will be people that you think you know that their behavior is going to change drastically that you've known all your life. That is this is happening to people that you've known all your life. life family members. I mean, it is happening throughout all families. If you have a vulnerability in your life and you

People are going to people that teach that stuff. It just happened to my daughter. She was involved with somebody teaching her how to do that stuff. She had a complete breakdown.

This kid was messing around with this stuff.

It got her wiped up. She's got plenty of vulnerability, and it got her into the skulls, and she's doing, my son said he cleaned the truck out. He took her. She walked herself to the mental hospital, though. Oh, it's the exact same thing. She knew it was, she knew it was something was wrong. She could feel it.

I know she's a couple of people I know literally. It's a very dangerous thing. I saw, you know, when I first started working with my brother, I saw, I saw, you know, people putting their hands on him, and it angered me. I really, really know this, that, because I know so much about faith and, and, and this kind of dark side, that it's, it's something that you don't have to put hands on people to pray. You don't have to do that. And if you're doing it the wrong way, or around people that are using to manipulate and

use the dark side, which is disgusting to me, that people would, you know, treat the Lord like that. I mean, we cannot treat him. We cannot desecrate the Lord and his prayers and putting hands on people. You don't need to do that. They don't need to put hands on people and pray. There's no need for it. So don't let people put hands on you. Really? It's just not so. I had somebody hit my leg one time because I had a sore muscle. I was at an event. And the girl came right over to me, And she was, you know, right at me. I could just tell it. I can feel it.

And she put her hand. She said, what's the matter? I said, I just got to sew a muscle, you know, because I was kind of doing something, I guess. She put her hand on my leg and started doing something. I grabbed her by the hand, and I said, don't touch me. I'm good. Don't you know? She got enough of it in me where my leg was pounding.

It was like pounding for, like, the whole night. I ended up having to, like, ice it. And a lot of them are, they're demon-possessed. I don't even know what they're doing. No, they don't. They don't even know. That's another thing. These people don't.

That, what you're describing with Tucker, that was very organized, though. Like this girl who got my daughter, very organized. And you know what he got. People understand this, folks. We need to take care of children. Listen, if you can't do anything, they're targeting the children. Do something for children. That will get you big kudos with the Lord. I'm telling you, you want to do something to protect, to do something in your communities or whatever you need to do. Help children. Faith without works is dead. Everybody should want to protect the children. I know our audience does. That's right. Nobody should be able to. They're activists.

They need to come work with you guys immediately, and you can tell them how they can do that and support it. One of the sponsors of this bill says this is about protecting the child's best interests and the rights of parents who support the child's gender identity. House Republicans in the minority here call it misguided and a threat to. to parental rights. I believe it's misguided.

It fundamentally oversteps the proper role of government. It threatens parental rights. It raises serious constitutional issues. This is not protecting children. It's weaponizing the courts against parents. And this is how a democratic lawmaker responded to a complaint that family rights groups not associated with LGBTQ rights were not given more of a say. We heard from groups that called trans community members, groomers, and pedophiles.

I will call those groups hateful. I will compare that to saying it's like asking someone working on civil rights legislation to consult with white supremacist groups. This bill now goes to the state senate before heading to Colorado Governor Jared Polis' desk, Harris. So we think Fox is even good reporting. They're acting like, oh, well, they weren't consulted right. The government, it's worse than just another parent, is trying to convince your kid there's something else to make believe. Now they create these secret organizations. They don't tell you.

I mean, this is a total assault on the children on parental rights. It is outrageous. It is Satanism. It's really, it's insane. And you guys are fighting that very bill?

We're about to break it down right now. the attempts in federal bankruptcy court by the Democrat Party-run Justice Department and their operatives to try to put me in prison. And multiple failed attempts to close the building lawlessly without court orders, fake auctions and more. We're about to break down the three deep state hit teams that have attempted to shut down this operation unconstitutionally and put me in prison. It is now part of the public record. that the Democrat controlled DOJ at the end of the Obama administration in 2016, working with Hillary Clinton, ran national TV ads, falsely claiming that I'd done things to the parents of Sandy Hook children

that I'd never done in an attempt to demonize President Trump. She ran on that the last two months of her failed campaign. And I didn't understand at the time exactly what was happening. I knew they were lying about me to create a straw man, to then demonize Trump. Then, for the next two years, they continue, sometimes thousands of articles a week and hundreds of TV programs a month.

I mean, every channel, PBS, HBO, CNN, ABC News, NBC, sometimes at night it'd be on every channel. That Jones is bullying parents of dead kids. He's sending people to pee on graves. No evidence of anybody even doing that, much less I was doing it. I barely even ever even talked about that, the internet had questioned whether it happened or not.

So I knew that they were still going after Trump, with it, but I didn't understand the full depth of it. We're about to break major news here tonight. And in previous reports, we've shown the documents that we've now discovered in the last few months that the Just Department was giving grants directly to the Sandy Hook plaintiffs charities, and that by demonizing me and doing fundraisers off of it, if you look at the graph from these foundations from these charities, they made basically no significant money until the demonization campaign kicked up many years after they were set up and then when I was sued and then during the giant show trials and they've gotten 73 million from their Remington suit because Adam Lanzah that

killed the kids. I didn't kill them. Remember that? Nobody even knows who Adam Lanz's name is, it seems. It's all Alex Jones when you think about Sandy Hook. They then just continued on and on and then finally sued me in 2018 and then they had the judge in Connecticut and the judge in Texas. Democrat Party The operatives on record, find me in default or already guilty. Then they had an HBO-produced show trial in Texas, and a few months later in Connecticut in late 2022. The flat growth of these foundations took off when I was sued, then skyrocketed beginning with the DOJ funding of grants and loans, resulting in grants, loans, and contributions well over $100 million. So it's on record the Justice Department was funding those groups. It's on record they gave them $1.6 million in amongst the other money that was flooding in during the show trial in Texas and then in Connecticut in August through October of 2022.

But during the last three years, I went into bankruptcy because I personally was out of money. I never had one one hundredth of the money they claimed I had. And so I went into federal bankruptcy to reveal all and be investigated by the federal court. and to show that none of their claims were true and to try to get a settlement. So we went into Chapter 11 reorg almost three years ago. I'm going to chronicle the timeline here.

I've got my notes. And to say, okay, we've got your fake judgments on appeal, but in the meantime, we would like to make an agreement that the majority of any profit goes into a trust that if we lose the appeals, you get it. So we continue on. And they openly in the news,

everywhere said Jones is hiding hundreds of millions. The mission was stated on national news, local news, press conferences, take Alex Jones off the air. And this is exactly what they asked the jury to do. Take away my ability to ever be on the air again. Take away my freedom of the press and take away my free speech. But we will be at it as long as it takes. And if you're out there right now and you're one of Alex Jones' audience members

and you're considering giving him money, I just want you to know that based on the jury's verdict today, it's not a very good bet. I hope that we never see someone like him again. I hope that with your verdict, he can go away. But the money is not even really the question for me. The question is, will this suit be successful at stopping him from being on the national stage? We won him off the air, as they'd said at the courthouses in Texas and Connecticut, when they won their judgments, but they already won them because the judges had already said I was guilty in default

and told the jury I was guilty. They were just rubber stamping that. So the motion is denied for these reasons, and the court hereby sanctions the defendants by precluding them from presenting evidence or argument that they did not profit from the Sandy Hook coverage. And of all of this critical information, the most critical is this.

I was never found guilty by a jury. Both judges defaulted me and told the jury that I was guilty of all this stuff I never did. This was the reason that they refused every other offer to settle the judgments, because it was political and not about getting money from me. It was about taking me off the air while they used my name in fundraisers and got DOJ grants that did actually generate the money. Then that strategy was used against Trump and many others because it worked so well against me.

And so then that process goes on and we go into a liquidation process where they're supposed to sell the assets. The court even ordered an auction sale by which public bids could be made. But these plaintiffs tried to come in and take over the auction, not to buy my assets to operate but to destroy. But then companies that wanted to continue my show on, I would just work for them, tried to come in and they block. that over and over again while telling the judge that I was a crook and that they needed investigation. So they used free speech systems money, revenue coming in to the broadcast to pay over $3 million to now four different outside accounting firms, forensic firms, to find nothing. And now over $2 million to a trustee law firm and its lawyers all to try to take my

assets to destroy, to take the InfoWars brand away, hoping that would destroy my audience. After all the corporate media headlines, that hundreds of millions, and I was Lex Luther, and it's stolen all this, and I was going to prison, and the bankruptcy would get me. No hidden assets were ever found, because none existed. The IRS audit that took over a year produced a $4.3 million tax refund because we had overpaid in the last five years. Now, I'm going to go through what happened now, and there are attempts to criminally set me up that failed, and the recordings we got of this happening. And you're going to hear that.

And then I'm going to show you the rulings and the filings were just three weeks ago. The plaintiffs, the big Democrat Party law firm that's orchestrating all this, Paul Weiss, that just confessed two weeks ago to unlawful, intentional lawfare against President Trump and agreed to a 40 million. commitment to do pro bono work for free, for poor clients, or for the public good and non-political causes. But that's not what happened. Paul Weiss says their pro bono work is for the Sandy Hook families, those that received their share of the Remington's 70-plus million settlement, and those who participated or created the foundations that have had contributions of hundreds of millions of dollars only after I was sued. But their attacks on yours truly, and all of your free speech, rights because they can get me, they can get you, that's their admission, are ongoing.

So I understand as bad as what you're about to see, I'm just scratching the surface here, because we're learning more every single day about this. In a previous report that we published at Exitrollog Jones, Enforced.com, again, you can see all the documents on the Justice Department funding this, the Justice Department admitting that they created the lawsuit through an FBI agent. It is just staggering. Each component itself is a scandal. But in this time, let me just go through the major points in history that have happened here.

In July of 2022, InfoWR's Free Speech, My Company, files for Chapter 11, which was a reor. That is, it was supposed to pay its debts through operations. But they didn't want money, they didn't want payments, plus they claimed I'd stole this money. they wanted an investigation. So the judge went ahead and said, okay, with your own company money coming in, I literally had listeners pay for us to be investigating because I knew we had done anything wrong.

And they, again, of course, found nothing. I was very transparent listeners about that. I said, this is the process. The first CRO that they send in from the court and the U.S. trustee doesn't, even though there's plenty of money coming in, does it allot money to ship product, doesn't buy a new product, none of this.

But because I personally wasn't in bankruptcy yet, which is a company, I took the little bit of money I had left and got the product shipped out and bought new product myself, which they refused to repay. So the money I paid in, the last of the money I had at the time, I never got back. But I made good on the shipping to my viewers and listeners. And then the judge, who I don't believe is corrupt, finds out about this.

And without me even asking, we were about to have my lawyers asked that the, CRO the first one be fired, the judge does it himself and excoriates him. So then in October of 2022, a second group is brought in. And this leftist ideologue named Pat McGill, who'd been in retirement, comes in and gets appointed by the court. And there is the federal trustee, Melissa Hazleton from the Justice Department, comes in and her lawyer Liz Freeman. Oh, you want

to remember that name. Now let's go to December of 2020 I'm ordered by the court to go to mediation at a federal courthouse in Fort Worth, Texas. I drive there from Austin. I'm there for two days. And we offered

them high eight figures even though I wasn't even sure I could ever even make that much money to settle. And they came back and said, no, that's not enough. We want you to agree to not talk about the Second Amendment and some other things. And then it went on from there. Oh, there's going to be a bigger list.

We basically want you to just sell out to us. So I said no. Sandy Hook families offer to settle Alex Jones 1.5 billion legal debt for a minimum of $85 million. Now, I've not made $50 million myself in 30 years on air. In 30 years, I've not made $60 million, $55 million. And that's before taxes. So I've really made like $30 million in 30 years on air. And they want a board in here where I don't run the company and they want to try to control my speech.

But then they run a headline, oh, they gave Jones a way out, $85 million minimum. And then them controlling what we say and do. That's not an offer. But you have to understand this is CIA run. This is all government, FBI. program and they want me off the year before the election. Now obviously, I'm going to be on the air one way or another. And then after I didn't make that deal to sell out to them, that's when all the setups began.

And there has been so many of them, it'll make your head spin, but we're just going to hit some of the most obvious on-record ones right now. They come in and they say, oh, yeah, we want to settle this. want to fix it, blah, blah. There's plenty of money coming into the company, but suddenly they start getting rid of all the sponsors, dozens of them. They then start not wanting to buy more product, but saying, don't worry. So they run down the meager reserve of four or five million dollars we had for a company

this big, that's small, down to empty. So now we're barely making payroll. Then Pat McGill, the CRO, under Melissa Hazleton and the Justice Department, files a secret brief with the court in March of 2024. But the judge doesn't keep it secret because he's following ethics rules and he sends it to my lawyers. So I'm in Florida to go on Tucker Carlson show at the state of the union and I'm driving there. My lawyer calls and says, look at this. Look at this filing.

They claim you secretly hit a sponsor and kept money yourself. And I'm like, well, wait a minute. we filed that in federal court and the new CRO for over six months would never take the money and kept saying, oh, you just, it wasn't that much for your $100,000.

You just keep that money from a satellite phone company sponsor. And I'm like, no wait, I'm now in bankruptcy myself. I've already filed the reports that this money's waiting to go over it, sitting there in a bank account. You're like, I just don't worry about that. And my lawyers heard that month before,

they're like, that's really weird, it sounds like a setup. We got to, you know, so they'd met with him, They'd send emails. He said, you've got to take this money.
