I mean, the White House chief scientist and all these other top Air Force people and others saying, yeah, we can control time and space. We can teleport things. We can do that. And they're not just making that up. The same theoretical physics that envisioned the atomic bomb in the 1890s

were exactly correct. And then we've had the theoretic physics for 100 years for teleportation. Show when they would put that in the 1960 Star Trek and then people keep wondering why all of this stuff, I mean, Jules Verns 130 years ago was writing about

rockets that take off with capsules on top that then are released and orbit the earth and then come back down with parachutes. And then we did it. Sixteen, 70 years later. Eules Verns wrote about famous French science fiction writer about submarines

going down thousands of feet in the ocean we did it he wrote about rockets taking off from Earth going and landing on the moon and Mars with legs that come down just like Elon Musk has now been doing for 20 years 15 years

again whatever we can theoretically imagine now that we are discovering and really conquering physics, we can do. And with that comes the obvious situation that we are still the fallen creatures and are probably more evil and corrupt and decadent than even our ancestors, because technology has a tendency to empower that. And complexity empowers evil because it has more places to hide.

And so only through embracing God and the Holy Spirit will we not destroy ourselves. Only a moral people, Thomas Everson said, can have this republic. Well, only a moral people guided by God are going to be able to survive and thrive with how powerful we are. Okay, 4,000 years ago, the Jews wrote that we were made in the image of God and that we would be able to do basically anything in the future. And we did it. So you go read what's in Revelation 2,000 years ago, and you see it all happening. And you've got to ask yourself, wow, we're a pretty amazing species, aren't we? And we have imprinted on us a guidebook and dangers, because God gives us free will, but he gives us a manual so that we can make it.

Let me just read you some of the headlines and in the news we're going to be going through today.

Just in, President Trump says he is ready to sack Powell. And if he tells him to go, he will go, despite the fact that Powell has said he will not leave a direct confrontation with the actual top of the globalist pyramid. Trump, as I predicted, is going right at the private Federal Reserve. And the private Federal Reserve, of course, has started it and has been going directly at him. Powell is running around doing everything he can to crash the U.S. economy. And, of course, CNBC is reporting Trump will, quote, study whether to fire Fed, Chair Powell, advisor says. Now, Congress created the private Federal Reserve by a vote of three senators on Chris received 1913.

And it is really Congress that has to repeal it. But when Trump says he can get him removed, Trump will force the issue into the repeal of the Federal Reserve Act. And I predict Powell will leave. I think Trump's right. Part of me doesn't want that. Because if Trump can get the private run for private Federal Reserve to do what he wants, well, he can be killed, he can be out of office, will be out of office in three and a half.

have four years. I want to get rid of it, but that's coming up. Then we've got more news coming out as the Pentagon, as the Trump's chief scientist and others say we can manipulate time and space, and we've got more high-level folks coming out from the Pentagon saying, yes, we do have this, and yes, they do. Now, from the information I've got, though, it's not like Star Trek where you beam somebody from the deck of the enterprise down to a planet, it's more like they're able to, what it is, detonate a nuclear weapon, and it's got all these complex systems of physics, and then have that blast directed somewhere else.

It's really serious business. So there's no missiles that can stop, but there's none of that. And there's just a bunch of other fantastical stuff we know is there. And the information I have is old. So again, we'll be getting into that. And the larger issue of, if we don't all get Jesus, we're going to blow ourselves up. I mean, this is dangerous power we have. And again, if you think the SR-71 Blackbird in service in 95 is still the fastest plane, I got a bridge I want to sell you. If you think, a question, for atomic bombs and hydrogen bombs is the most powerful thing there is.

You're wrong. So we're made to believe that history just stopped, and that's what the chief science, chief scientist in the federal government said. And I love how this new scientist isn't John P. Holdren or people like that with Obama, that are just, we want to depopulate the earth. That's our science mission. Bill Gates stuff. Paul Ehrlich crap.

No, he's like, look, we've got free energy, we've got it all, and it's been suppressed, and instead, we've got the oldest railway system on Earth, and everything's been falling apart. On purpose, this is by design. That's what the chief scientist, and it's true, said in Austin two days ago. And it's going viral now. People are like, whoa. And then there's all these other clips of Pentagon officials now. in speeches saying yes. Now, that's because Trump has told them it's time to start rolling this out and letting people know.

And to understand how revolutionary that is, do you think the central bankers that own the big oil companies and folks want that? No, they want electric cars with toxic batteries that are bridge to nowhere. They don't want free energy. They don't want you having free energy. That will make everybody wealthy, basically. It's just, it's the equation to everything. It's the answer everywhere for industry, life, everything, if you then have a moral compass.

True freedom. And so for Trump, because I was told, and I said this back when he got inaugurated eight plus years ago, the first time I said, I'm told that Trump's going to start rolling out the secret technology that is called by the corporate groups disruptive technologies, because it's disruptive to their monopoly.

They want you under feudalism. They want you poor. And it has been a conscious decision, as the chief federal scientist said, to not deploy this. And he went on to say, yeah, it's got incredible weapons uses for defense, but

really, we're more excited about what it'll do for people. Civilian use. Yeah, that's what we want this for. Space travel, free energy, Being able to travel anywhere on earth inexpensively in one hour, not by teleportation, but by spaceplane. And they've had them and they've got them.

That's the big Vs that have been flying around for 40 years. Those are giant space planes that can carry heavy payloads up in the space, and that's what they've been doing. And by the way, the United States has completely weaponized space. It is a giant armament constellation up there. and they've got systems that they've still got up there going back to the 70s and then just weapon system, weapon system, weapon system. And they just deploy the new one on top of the other one. It's a joke.

Okay? So you have this super advanced civilization, a breakaway civilization that is in energy, in weapons, in transportation, in life extension, and then you've got us down here with the public schools teaching that 2 plus 2 equals 5. It was about 25 years ago that I was driving in the car and I hadn't seen this yet.

You think I'm always up on things I was. It was just within breaking. And I heard Rush Limbaugh on air who got a first look from the Department of Education source he was breaking it on Common Core. Remember, it took him years to get it through and Obama did. And I heard Limbaugh saying, fuzzy math, two plus two equals five, destroying language.

And I knew that was the plan. But even then, I thought, it's not that bad. They wouldn't actually try to teach two plus two equals five. And then, of course, it came out. The documents were real. Oh, well, they'll never pass that. Yeah, they did. So imagine turning humans into the dumbest, most mindless, idiotic people you can have

who can't read or write, who can't do any basic math. And the children are now being taught. most of the time, it's all social stuff. White people are bad. Nuclear families are bad. Two men can have a baby. X and Y chromosomes don't exist. This is admitted, deliberate, total sabotage.

And we had the former head of the Department of Education, Charlotte Isherby that Reagan put in, and she got in there and discovered it all in the 80s and tried to stop it. But she was just a speed bump. Reagan was a speed bump. And she released documents from the 80s when she got in there. In fact, guys, it's on a bookshelf out there somewhere deliberate.

down she'd updated and updated it she'd out a few years ago it's a size of a phone book it's a size of the dallas phone book and in it it's got cartoons that she found in the 80s hanging on the walls there that showed how they would radicalize a young person with political correctness and then make them hateful and evil by the next to third to last phase and then did the process they would basically then turn them into a zombie and then turn them into a zombie and then they would turn them into a robot. I got to find that. Type in deliberate dumbing down

cartoon. There's a bunch in it. It's like a full page in there. But it's powerful when you see it. That's an official Department of Education plan. And it goes through the radicalization process of destroying somebody mentally. And you look at the left, you go to one of their demonstrations, you've got to one of their events.

I mean, they are slaves. They are absolutely in the next third in line final phase. I think in the way the Department of Education has it, it's in eight phases. Or is it? Yeah, it's eight phases. And it's perfectly shown there

how they do it. And you know, I always talk about the Milgram experiment, some of the others. But there's a lot of news to hit today. And I'm going to go into it here because I always say, let me just tell you what's coming up, and I just start going into it already.

It's because obviously, we could talk for four hours just about secret weapons, secret technology. I mean, isn't that incredibly important? I mean, isn't that so game-changing? And then Trump directly at war with the private Federal Reserve, everything we always wanted, everything we push for, their direct institutions of control, under fire, being exposed, under attack, all these different federal agencies, he's having their funds completely cut or partially cut,

the money being cut off of the globalist, massive declassifications by Tulsi Gabbard. I said this months ago when the FBI wouldn't release all the documents and the CIA would release the documents. I said, just sent Tulsi Gabbardin. She's a really capable person. And now she sent her people, she has the authorization, she's over all those groups, to inspect them. And they're finding giant, they released them last night. We can do a whole show on that. I'll get to it.

giant treasure trove in multiple different intelligence agencies with how the Biden administration had directed U.S. agencies directly to attack Trump his supporters, the American people. Well, yeah, remember what we talked about a couple months ago? The Defense Department funding Reuters to attack Elon Musk. And then in the documents it said, and run wide-scale social deception programs against the American people. See, they don't even hide this stuff.

It's like the Department of Education cartoon that was on the wall. How they're going to turn you into a robot, a soulless robot. They just, they are, they are, cloward and piven says we're going to overload everything, make everybody lazy, give welfare and everybody so no one can work, and then finally collapse society and depopulate and then build our new civilization on top of it. That's the great reset. That's Klaus Schwab. It's the same thing.

So I'm just sitting here telling you what they're doing, showing you how they're saying it. Everybody's focusing on Gabbard when the FBI wouldn't release the CIA wouldn't release KFK files and then people blame Trump. Oh, look, it's another bait and switch. Trump didn't want it release. No. Every time he says do it, they don't release it all. And it's the really bad stuff they don't release. So Gabbard has now had, and I've got a clip over coming up, talking about this,

hundreds of her employees from the national intelligence group that she runs, the oversight. And they're just in all the federal agencies, just going in to their warehouses, into the salt mines where they store this stuff. And they're just ripping through everything right now. and she's releasing huge tranches as we speak. And I guess if the FBI, we've got to give them time because they only got it a month ago or five weeks ago. They raided the New York FBI where they were holding it, made the guy resign. He should be indicted.

The word is he probably will be. And then, of course, Comey and his daughter are heavily involved in the cover up there as well. And then they sent it to all the field offices. People were like, well, why do they just make it public? Well, no, that when you, they were holding it. So none of the FBI would get it. When you send it out to all the field offices, that's so they can, that's letting the dogs loose. That's what you would do.

If you were really wanted it at a real investigation, it hasn't been investigated yet. They just got it. And I have smart people. I had a woman in a convenience store. I was pumping gas and went in to get a Topicico a couple days ago. It was a Tuesday. And she goes, hey, Alex Jones, I got a question for you. I said, yeah, what is?

He goes, well, why have they released the Epstein files? And I said, well, they just got them five weeks ago. And she was actually informed. She was, yeah, when they raided New York, well, okay, why aren't they public? And I said, well, do you know how the FBI works? I didn't say it mainly. And she kind of got irritated. She goes, well, what do you mean?

I said, well, it's supposedly the local offices are supposed to investigate crime. Then if they find evidence, they go to the prosecutor. It's not supposed to be held in New York. So what are they supposed to do? Just have Tash Patel just put it out, raw, all these kids. They found hundreds of victims in these files and all this new horrible stuff. So see, I get the public doesn't really study this, some of the public. But at least the lady knew about a lot of it.

She knows more than most people, but she doesn't know the rest. But I don't have a lot of confidence, though, that a lot of these FBI agents are going to have. have the balls to go after the people that are actually on these list and these victims. Because, let me tell you something. You go after these people, they come after you. Well, at a certain point, you just got to do it. That's what I've been doing. And so it's really a culture.

But there are going to be some good FBI agents. They're going to do it. So you're going to see some big action there. But I think Gabbard should be brought into the FBI. And the Trump can do that as the president because she can have her people just speedily release this. And then if some stuff gets released that didn't suppose to, victims or something, the public can handle that. You know what?

I mean, come on, folks. At the end of the day, people are ready for war. And so none of this is going to be easy. None of this is going to be perfectly executed. And we're in a race against time to expose these people. So I just say, take the gloves off. And that's what she's doing. I mean, look at this.

New DNI, Gabbert, declassifies the details of Team Biden's roadmap. for left-wing ideological warfare. And the documents are insane. So we'll be getting to that as well coming up. And then we have big developments on the Ukraine warfront and the Iran front. And as I told you last week, Trump stopped the imminent attack by Israel on Iran, and they had every intention of dragging us into it. Trump said no, and it told Netanyahu, and we don't want you to attack,

and we're not going to support you if you attack, and Netanyahu is enraged. And I got that directly from folks that were in the room. I'll leave it at that. So, and now that's, you hit the news the last few days. I mean, again, that is revolutionary. Trump beginning to release that they've got super technology, we have super technology. Trump just releasing all this classified stuff all over the place, crossfire hurricane just a few days ago.

Trump putting massive pressure on the Russians and the Ukrainians to end the war. I mean, this is exciting. This is extremely, extremely, extremely exciting. And you've got all these other actions defending free speech, not just here, but around the world, using American power to say, We'll put tariffs on you, higher ones, that's a sanction, if you keep arresting people that peacefully pray in the street. Or if you arrest people that criticize the Muslim invasion. I mean, it's spectacular.

And it's having a huge effect. Trump's FCC commissioner threatens Comcast's license over news distortion. More winning. Trump signs big order to help seafood industry get special gift. yet did you know that all the territorial waters of U.S. possessions like Hawaii, it's a state, but American Samoa, all of it, for decades, just no, no American company is allowed to fish, but everybody else can't. So China can come in and trawl it, but we can't, and the local fishermen can't. Again, that's the government boot on America's neck, at every level with energy, all of it.

And Trump just took that off. Again, this has all been deliberate, like Trump's chief scientist said, the deliberate shutting down of the country. And telling the natives in American Samoa and the just incredible areas that you can't fish there, but everybody else can fish there. See, that's why 90 plus percent of America's seafood. is imported and most of it is caught right off our coast by the Chinese, by the Japanese. Now, why would our government, going back under Obama, completely ban that? Oh, environmental reasons.

No, the Chinese and the Japanese have the most destructive forms of fishing on record. No, it's all part of deindustrialization, all part of shutting down the West. And they did it to Mexico too. About 15 years ago, Mexico signed a UN deal where they don't let any of their local fishermen fish as a business. They can do it as a guide. And it just destroyed all those people. But then you'll see a big Chinese trawler off the coast of Cozumel, Mexico, just trawling.

It's a boot on our neck. And it's not the U.S. only country that doesn't. I mean, Europe's been done as their people. So it's very, very exciting. All right, I'm going to come back and start getting the clips and drill into all of this in great detail. The first thing I'm going to do is get into the Federal Reserve. You have a sheriff's department drill going on. And then the son of a sheriff's deputy who's part of the support group for the county sheriff's department is the shooter.

I haven't taken a lot of calls, but I'm going to give the phone number out right before. we end this hour to take calls in the second hour. Again, interspersed with all this news. But I've already mentioned a lot of what I'm going to get into. Now I want to drill into some of it more. But again, this manipulate time and space thing is beyond big. We've known this for a while, but this is just so game-changing that Trump is beginning to bring this out. And I predict very soon you're just going to see public demonstrations of it.

because Trump wants to totally destroy the old globalist order, and that means destroying the suppression of the breakaway civilization, and letting people know, hey, we're really in the year 2050 technologically. Hell, I mean, that's just a way of putting it. We're in the year 3,000 technologically. And that's why the global, one of global government is so they could, quote, control

the technology, but as you notice, their globalist plan is horrible, is evil, as anti-human, and it failed because all the different power structures were screwing each other. So, we're going with the plan, and that I've been promoting forever, to

decentralize this and be honest about it. And that's why Elon, and I'm laying heavy stuff on you here, but this is, I'm just mentioning this stuff like it's no big deal. This is all ultramassive. That's why if you look at Elon, he's so serious. If you look at his statements and understand what he's really saying, he says it in plain view. We got to go type one civilization yesterday because these technologies are so dangerous,

there's a good chance we're going to blow the earth up. And so we need to get a civilization completely autonomous in that it would be able to survive without the earth. And that's part of the process of saving the earth. Niels and Grass-Tyssen is like, we need to worry about the earth and, you know, care about it instead of trying to get off the earth. That's like saying we need to stay in Europe instead of going to the new world. That's how we save Europe. No, we're supposed to explore. We're supposed to innovate.

So that's coming up as well. But let me get into the Federal Reserve. Again, I know most of you know this, but in 1913, it gets set up. Everybody's told it's federal. It's not. It was, quote, audited right when they set it up because Congress, wanted the information, and it was 80 plus percent European banks. Rothschild's a majority owner, and the New York Fed Board is the real Federal Reserve.

The other 11 regional banks deal with the Treasury and money and cash and the warehouses and those systems are governmental, but it's administered by the private Fed. But those are real functions. It basically does most of the Treasury's work. So there's that Federal Reserve, and the Federal Reserve has these big educational programs for kids. They've had since the 50s. And they go out and explain to the schools. This is what the Federal Reserve does, and it's federal.

And then it explains these governmental duties that are governmental, but it's not federal. But the New York Fed is the board of the private shareholders of the bank. And it's completely constitutional for Trump not to. to just abolish the Federal Reserve by having Congress pull its charter, but the way the deals are set up and the way they monetized our debt and the way that they

covertly merged with the Treasury Department unofficially, but that's what they do. Trump can nationalize it. And that means people go, well, I don't want to get rid of the fellow reserve. No, no. You take it over.

And then you expropriate because the fraud they've committed, the wealth. And that's what Trump's talking about with his sovereign wealth fund, not just freeing up the rare earth minerals in the West, not just bringing smart energy policy and things in, but rallying all of the resources around the world, not just here the United States controls,

like all of those territorial waters around all those possessions and protectants and the 15th, state, which is Antarctic, and the 52nd state that is the moon, and the 53rd state that is Mars. In fact, remind me, I sent you the clip yesterday about I didn't play it, Putin talking about Elon Musk and Mars, and Putin saying, listen, we had a Russian scientist that believed we can do all the things we did and he did it. Well, there's an American scientist that's got a vision that is very doable.

We've looked at it. It's absolutely real. And this is what we need to do. We need to start thinking big and stop all this killing each other crap. Yes. Yes. Yes. That's how you change the subject from conquest and these countries running around with

these globalist forces trying to get us all kill. So I'm going to get to that coming up as well. but it's all interconnected. But back to the Federal Reserve. You got Jerome Powell. Get that first. A few months ago, saying, well, if Trump tells you to resign, will you resign?

They mentioned in there, well, we have something where it would be a catalyzing event to have a new Pearl Harbor. Well, they got that with 9-11.

This is a little bit different. where Rumsfeld was organizing this before the Bush administration, before the W Bush administration for the Clinton administration. And this was the commission to assess the United States aerial national security space management. Now, what's interesting about this is deep in that document is the reference to the space Pearl Harbor. You will find that thread picked up throughout Congress and different hearings and brain trusts and all of these central committees, studying the idea of what would happen with a space Pearl Harbor. This is the kinetic weapons bombardment. This is also related directly to the idea of raising a UFO threat,

which they've done for all the UAP committees and all the rest of it. They've actually established right under our noses a UFO defense office, and they've attached that to the National Defense Authorization Act. So I would absolutely agree with you that the nature of this is so stunning, and bringing it forward, what's happening is we're looking at a clash deep in the government between the Trump administration and the forces that are looking to make this public. And this other group, which is deep in there, which wants something like a space Pearl Harbor in their own documents, they're asking for it. And this goes back directly to the same people who set up the continuity of government program. And when you look at that, it's the ultra-secrecy transferred from this underground structure that they have.

had during World War II in the 50s and 60s to survive a nuclear attack, they've flipped that secrecy directly into space. And so you have a completely secret space protocol going on. That's where in the middle of. And so when you get these words about, you know, oh, we're doing this, we're taking this mission to the moon and all the rest of it, they don't explain the 50 years in between. Well, a very interesting mention there by director Kratzios when he's talking, and I found it interesting that he took the meeting in Austin.

but when he is laying that out, what he's saying is we chose stagnation. Direct that directly on the space program, and you get the whole reason why you have 52 years of no action, no return missions to the moon, no moon Mars program. The Mars program was set to go to Mars in 1980 under Reagan. So we have a whole different system that's been set up. And what's happened instead is they've sat on that technology, had the public funded, and they've privatized it. So now they're ready to go in space and they're ready to tell us, well, this is what we have. One group in there wants the space Pearl Harbor. That's the original Rumsfeld Protocol.

And this other group, which now Trump is right in the heart of through his association with his uncle, Trump finds himself in that position of saying, let's just roll it out without the false flag event. This is the nature of the crucial thing. They have the breakaway technology. That break away group wants to break back in. And how does Elon announcing the Golden Dome, which we know SpaceX and Starlink, it has its civilian uses, but a large portion of its contracts have been secret, it's basically already there. They're just announcing it and then saying anybody that wants this protection can buy into it. So a lot of big dramatic moves happening right now. How does Golden Dome being announced, as you just said, the same thing, it's already in place.

Now they're just announcing they're going to do it. It's already pretty much there. Exactly. And what's interesting to me, I'm glad you mentioned Golden Dome, because this is the extension, this is the next level of Star Wars. It's actually Star Wars, too, from the Reagan administration. And Trump has openly said, well, Trump wanted to do it, but he didn't have the technology. If you go back there and look at some of the comments by people who were around this, particularly Colonel Corso and others from the inside. They said specifically that this was set up not only to deflect against Russia and China,

but it was set up in that period to defense against a UFO threat. That's the way that they sold it on the inside. And they had this advanced technology. What was going on with it was basically Star Wars was a protocol for a protocol for a particle beam weapon from space that could shoot down missiles. That's the cover story that had a two-way purpose, which was massive space surveillance on the ground and massive space surveillance of the system, which was very crucial for what they were seeing coming and going in that period. And then they repurpose it for civilian use to fund it, Google Earth. All of that is really just the, quote, missile tracking weapon system, you know, integrated

surveillance program. And then now, oh, all those Starlink satellites, oh, those also have another use. Oh, now we're going to put even more up. So absolutely. It's not even your opinion, though you predicted it at all. It's now here. are beginning to unveil what's there. And then by bringing in corporate interest and profits and the stock market and the public,

it will then supercharge and accelerate the going public of this operation. But then, as you've said, there's a lot of corporations, governments, agencies involved. I know we don't know how much is hidden. We know there's a lot of hidden. We know Trump isn't even aware of it all. Obviously, there's a project happening right now with his administration to discover it. Do you have any information on how that's going? Yeah, basically there's a huge clash on the inside.

And I want to say that Musk is kind of an inter-between figure on all this. And it's very easy to see his position in all of it because one of the problems that he has is he has to go back again and again to this absurd idea that there aren't any UFOs, which is unfortunate because he's the owner of the largest repository privately of any group outside of the government of UFO video and film and photos. Now, here's the thing in relation to how they can use it. There are groups out there like the drone maker, Antirol, and others. And some of these figures that have shown up on the scene like Palmer Lucky. And what can happen is Musk, instead of going out and being the central figure around the Golden Dome or around the UFO file, can send these guys in as kind of subsidiaries and say, well, this is the stuff that you're going to roll out. The problem is the nature of the clash, and this gets back to two groups that are on the inside.

One of them I refer to as ex-protect, the other one's X-Share. But the X-Protect group, I have to say, is overwhelming power because they've shown their power through assassination, world events, manipulation, and others. They've been in the possession of that technology and developed the central intelligence agency out of it. So we're looking at eight decades of really supreme control when you get into this, into the deep aspects. So what we're looking at is a group that's controlled that. And they had periods where they had scientists, work with them. They had military people work with them with the idea that they were going to disclose this at some point. And, you know, they didn't realize it was going to take them a century to do it. But that's a group that's operating on the inside doesn't want to give up that advantage. This was the nature of the problem all the way back to Tesla, who in 1922, I put an exhibit up there, I think it's Exhibit 3, envisioned exactly the nature of the problem that we have going on here, where they would fight these battles strictly through kinetic weapons.

and connect bombardment using particle beams and others. And he actually shows a description in the middle of all that. What's interesting to me about Tesla is he's envisioning it. There's a good reason why they shut him down so early. But I want to go back to this Trump thing just for a moment because people don't really understand the nature, I believe, of why the deep state has such a dislike for Donald Trump. Trump sits at the table with them on the same level technologically.

He understands the breakway tech. He understands the UFO file. This is crucial for people to understand. Some people would say, oh, they don't like this guy. You know, he pushes them around. He's a real estate developer. You know, he's a loudmouth. This is as far away from the truth as you can get.

The real problem has to do with he is on the similar level. Now, what he does with that knowledge, we'll see how this term goes. I think right now he's been making a lot of the right moves, but a lot of the imagery of the moves isn't very clear. I think they need to do better with how they portray them. themselves. But I do feel that Trump making these moves, one of the things that we're seeing is when he's saying, well, you know, we're not going to have the same relations with Canada that we used to have. Look, Canada is entrenched in NORAD. Norad, the same COG commander of NORAD is the

Northcom commander. That's one whole piece. So when he goes after Canada in this fashion, and I think it should be done in a different way. But when he's going after Canada, what's happening is he's saying, I don't want you guys involved in the continuity of government program anymore. And I don't want NORAD to be a joint Canadian U.S. project. That's really the heart of it. Really look at Trump's moves. What he's specifically known for underneath everything, really, is the Space Force, all these moves into space, advanced weapons.

He's been referring to invisible weaponry for a number of years. And the reason is because he has that knowledge. And a lot of people have said, you know, well, you know, when Trump brings up his uncle, he's just musing because he had an uncle who was in the military complex. No, no. There's no reason for him to muse at campaign stops and at all this stuff. He's doing that to specifically communicate. This is language that he's using. And when he's saying, oh, my uncle John showed me everything, he's telling those groups inside the national security.

He knows. I know all about the UFO file. Yeah. And let's expand. We were saying this years ago, months ago. that Trump is getting ready to start bringing this out and that those were hints. He specifically did it, as you know, a week and a half ago.

Let's play the clip of the president. Here it is. And we're very powerful. This country is very powerful. It's far more powerful that people understand. We have weaponry that nobody has any idea what it is, and it is the most powerful weapons in the world that we have, more powerful than anybody even, not even close.

Daniel, what are you thinking? What are you hearing? Well, it's interesting. You mentioned the assassination part, and I don't want to be morbid about it either, but I will tell you that I think the entire structure moves into position. Of course, they tried to assassinate President Trump, not once, but twice during the election, and probably God knows how many other times that we don't know about. And the reason for that is very specific, which is the same group that, remember,

operates with an assassination protocol and on a high and a low base. So, you know, if they have somebody who's a good astronomer, journalist, whatever it happens to be, and they're getting close into that UFO file, they're going to do the same type of executive action activity. But if you have somebody in the very top spot who wants to share that information like JFK did try to share the UFO file with the Russians, well, that was a big problem and they knew that they needed a whole apparatus in order to remove him. In the case of Trump, they have a specifically big problem because he's someone who's on the same level with them. So I think the assassination threat that the security around the president should be particularly high when he's revealing these. Absolutely.

It would be Starlink And I know it has a lot of It does a lot of pinning on work But And I'm sure there are people involved That are pitching that as well But here you see Elon saying Nope I'm not putting in for it

And if I hope somebody else does this So he's saying to Trump is don't ask me to do this. Well, the problem is SpaceX is so far ahead of everybody else now is a deliberate sabotage that who else would do it. Daniel, any other points on that, that I want to go more big picture on this.

And then we've also, remember you meant us, we pulled it up. Here's Trump at 2020. Trump talks of secret new weapon that's a pattern of puzzles. I have built a nuclear weapon. I have built a weapon system that nobody's ever had. in this country before Trump said.

I'm told by my sources that that is a system where they're able to detonate a weapon one place and then transfer with quantum entanglement, the blast somewhere else. And that's from pretty good sources. There's a lot of other systems that we know are out there, theoretically certainly, and that were then funded. There's so many angles to this.

Where do you want to go next? Wow, well, you're hitting right at the heart of the problem, which is one of the things that you mentioned there, if we go back and just look at your own coverage of 9-11, for example, I remember watching a program that you did a number of years ago referring to state platforms being involved because there was a wave of research in relation to this, because what took place during the 9-11 event was too far advanced for the type of technology that we're aware of. So when you see demonstrations from this deeper structure that comes into the public structure, amidst this deep event and then withdraws and we're left puzzling all that together and all these commissions are like, well, I don't know what it was and I don't know what COG is either because we're not allowed to investigate. Then you realize there's something different. And then the corporate media takes real research into that and the fact that they have these different rays that could disintegrate matter. And obviously some of this is going on.

And then all the melted cars. and then it turns into Jewish space lasers. We didn't say that. We just... Right. They just turn it into, oh, you know, lizard people. They just turn it into a joke. Yeah.

Well, this is very interesting because one of the rules in general that I adopt with dark journalism is this, that you have the official story, and that's always covering for the institutions. Then you have the secondary story, which is usually put forward by researchers, professors, and they get to the heart of a lot of these things. But when that starts to boil, there's a third force, and that's junk conspiracy. And we are awash in junk conspiracy when it comes to a number of things in relation to 9-11. The JFK assassination now they're trying to pull that into a state actor thing.

When all the records that have come out have pointed directly at the Central Intelligence Agency, that's a 60-year-old crime. And we still don't have the right answers on it. And the right questions always would be who was very deeply involved in the space program. JFK was the pinnacle of the space program in that period. And President Kennedy wanted to share that and go in a joint moon mission with the Russians at the time. That is the nature of the problem because he wanted to share that information. Now, it's quite fascinating because Katzios, in that comment that came up, or Kirtzios, he made a very interesting comment, which he started to talk about the X-15.

Well, the X-15 was developed by Walter Dornberg. You said that a month ago before he gave his speech a few days ago saying it was just chase UFOs. And you literally, it's like that two-minute clip, each five seconds, it's a whole coded message. It is. It is. And it's right on the money. We did it right on this program. And you and I were talking about the X-15 and Dornberger.

Well, Dornberger had access then to the X-technology. Can you imagine how far ahead they are now with this? The X-15 was still the fastest space plane up until a few months ago. and that thing was developed in 1960. And it was developed specifically for the purpose of casing UFOs for study and for capture. So, you know, they've been on the money with this for a long time. Here's what's interesting to me when we look at it. The problem is when you go back into that historical record,

where's the thread directly from this very hidden group into what we're looking at now? That gets right into the heart of the false UFO threat that they've been pushing through these counterintelligence agencies, these CIA people who come out and say I'm a whistleblower and all the rest of it. That's what they're trying to do because they've been covering up the UFO file. They have been covering that up for eight decades or more. Now they're ready to roll out their version of the story and they need a story that goes with it and you're going to have heroic CIA people fighting these devils from space. I mean, that's about as farcical as you can get.

The truth is there's been a group there that's been developing in the background of very exotic technology that does mess with time and space, Trump and his science director are absolutely correct in that regard. That's exactly what it does. As a matter of fact, some of the people that they've sent in to interact with various craft retrievals

and things that they've hit on are astronauts who said that when they were working on the stuff, they would see things like their relatives who had passed on stuff. What kind of technology is that? So, you know, you're in a totally different kind of Twilight Zone version of that world,

and yet it's real. And this is why we get to the heart. If you go through that history, you know, people like Forrest, all the Secretary of Defense getting thrown out a window at Bethesda because they were so compelled emotionally

by the experience that they had. They wanted to share that information and have the culture move forward with it. That whole thing was blocked down hardcore. We just gotten out of World War II and they wanted secrecy to be the role of the day. By the time you get to Kennedy, he's up there thinking,

I'm building things into freedom. I am creating a whole new paradigm. and then when he's removed, there's a gigantic hush around that. We go to the moon, we follow up on all that, and then there's a couple more missions, and they cut it out completely. Even though, according to Gordon Cooper,

who's one of the most celebrated astronauts, they had a mission to go to Mars, and he was asked by Werner von Braun to take us to Mars to command that program. One day someone tapped him on the shoulder and said, don't mention this ever again. In my opinion, they went to Mars. They already have lands of land,

on Mars. Now, here's an interesting thing. 50 to 60 years is about the wave of things that we find out about that already took place. And I have good examples for this. For example, the NRO is this incredible secret satellite observation station committee and this

group inside the government that was inaugurated in 1961 and yet the public didn't find out until 32 years later. So the National Reconnaissance office wasn't even known. Well, what offices are active right now in relation to a secret space infrastructure that we don't know anything about.

This is the nature of the problem, and this is why, in a sense, the society has developed a kind of schizophrenia because the person on the public level does not get the same information as the people on that deep level. And I think a little bit of that has always been true, but now it's so overbalanced because of the explosion of the technology. They've reached a point with the exotic technology that it's absolutely life-changing. It changes the power structure on Earth, and it changes our understanding of humanity's role in the cosmos. That's a huge change, and they want to make sure, as these changes kick in, that they still sit on the top of that pyramid.

This is the nature of the problem, and that is the nature of what we refer to as the deep state. Well, a very small corner in that deep state is this breakaway ex-protect group, and they have the most impact. Talking about being able to manipulate time and space and the theoretical thing. we know they've been secretly funding and we know what the Germans were already able to do. Let's get into specifically what they're talking about here. Because I have my sources and there's a whole range of things. We have Secretary of Defense Cohen back in 97 admitting they have tectonic weapons. We have the neutrino weapon system down in Antarctica.

What is the spectrum of things that from good sources they've got? I mean, what is Trump talking about? excellent question well interesting you mentioned that neutrino station there in antarctica and there's no question that there's very good sources and whistleblowers in relation to earthquakes that took place in that area including christchurch new zealand based on that technology now it's interesting to me because of course tesla himself in 1903 demonstrated an earthquake making machine while they've gone to just superhuman levels in relation to this one of the things I'll mention here is that when you look through that history about people who've tried to determine exactly the nature of time and space, you go directly into T.T. Brown. And T.T. Brown had developed something, according to his daughter, who I spoke to, and this is on the record now, she has put it out there that he developed something called the acoustic fan. And the acoustic fan is something that when you would stand in front of it, you would see every point in time behind you in your life and every point in your life. that you would do in the future just by standing in front of it.

I mean, that's pretty advanced technology. This thing was demonstrated in the basement at the Rand Corporation, the largest defense contractor, one of the largest at the time. And Curtis LeMay was there and others were there. And immediately afterwards, Brown went to his daughter and said,

you know what, you're going to Europe, honey. Have a nice trip. And don't ever think about the demonstration. Don't think about the acoustic fan. Just forget. And so that was left on the table there. But he'd been working on that program for 10 years. When you go through, there's street legends about these various projects where it happens to be the Philadelphia experiment, blue beam, whatever it happens to be.

There's an echo in relation to this. And it seems to go directly into anti-gravity, the UFO file, and something about particle beam weapons. And if you look, all three of those things is what Trump was deeply involved in. Well, that's what my sources, multiple ones in the Pentagon that they've seen demonstrated, is that they can fire these high-powered particle beams and then basically open a time-dimensional gate and then have it hit a target on another side of the planet or out in space wherever they want now with the targeting, and that they're also able to intensify the power of these beams, and pick up other types of particles

that are not generally associated with the third dimension and massively increase the destructive power. So basically a low-powered beam of a certain type goes through this and then comes out much stronger, just incredible stuff. Well, that is absolutely right on. And here's what's interesting, too, when you're hearing those things,

because a lot of this information is coming directly out of Stern. And I would say again, what's interesting is we are still on a clip about 20 to 30 to maybe 40 years behind what they're actually discovering. And we all know with CERN and the Hadron Collider, they got into trouble because scientists were suing them because literally they were creating what? Strangelets. Little black holes. So, you know, what do black holes do? They suck up everything. They suck up all of the acid.

And that's why they had a bunch of explosions. Exactly. And we've also seen a lot of very verifiable stories, including film clips of all these occult rituals taking place at CERN. So we're looking at something that we don't quite understand, but those people, if you go deep into it, you know, I spoke to someone who was working with someone who had developed a tarot card setup for CERN. I have all those wonderful tarot cards. It's from Suzanne Triester. She made this incredible deck. And all of the cards show Tesla, death, you know, UFOs.

That's what's going on inside of CERN. This is what their belief is. And they've put it out in this very, very occult fashion. They also worship the particle collider because they feel it's an interface between here and another dimension. And in fact, now it's finally admitted that, well, you know, they said originally they were setting it up to find the Higgs bosun. You know, this is the god particle, as it were. And Hollywood tells you what they're doing with movies like Event Horizon. Oh, yes, absolutely.

And the movies aspect of it have been coming at us for a long time. I think they lay out so much in these movies. And also the books, in fact, when I was referring to this base, Pearl Harbor in space, if you look, there's a book out there called Ghost Fleet. And this is actually the name. Let me do this. I'm going to throw something that you know, if you can't do it, 100% understand. Yes.

I was sitting here looking at all this news, and I had dark journalist, Daniel Liss, one of the leading experts, on all these secret technologies that Trump's been rolling out and talking about. And I just realized this is so important we need to keep going. and so he's going to host right now that I'm going to be back with our other big medical expert, top advisor to RFK Jr about the real fight in Southern administration on the poison vaccines and the whole make America healthy again things. And Trump speaks to it as incredible, powerful weapons systems. But his chief scientist said, but what about the civilian uses for society and technology and innovation and empowerment? It's just almost unlimited. And think about where we are from 100 years ago.

What they've suppressed, I would have described the changes you've seen in 100 years. if you had a dead reckon maybe a thousand years? I mean, just imagine how fast technology you think has already moved. The space thing is what they kind of are alluding to and leaving out. But, you know, something's been going on in space for 50 years while they've been doing this. That's the nature of the issue that we're looking at. And I'm going to read you a very interesting quote from Donald Rumsfeld to kind of kick off this segment. It's very nice to be hosting for Alex. who, you know, it's interesting because Alex, I consider an architect of the independent media

and bringing in these deeper issues, really leading the way on this. So here's the quote. If the U.S. is to avoid a space Pearl Harbor, it needs to take seriously the possibility of an attack on U.S. space system. That's Donald Rumsfeld in 19, I'm sorry, in 2001, January 11th, though, before W. was sworn in or he was taken on as defense secretary. He was deep, deep in the space protocol. And it's very important to see because we very often don't see who the exact deep state players are.

With Rumsfeld and Cheney, you get that window. And now with people starting to reinvestigate 9-11 again and really looking deep into what took place there, the space aspect again comes into play because there was a number of opportunities for looking at space platforms and weapons launched from space platforms. Here's the interesting thing when it comes to some of the deep events that we've had in our history, that Russia has been right there with their satellites and with their information on the UFO file and with their own development of kinetic energy weapons and others. And what we're looking at with the deeper developments is that they know very much what we know. And this is the nature of the problem and why you had four years wasted in this boondoggle for the defense contractors in Ukraine. because smashing Russia is an absolute imperative on behalf of the deep state because one of the things that they're concerned with, and of course Russia's no angel, but let's face it, you know, it's better to coexist with Russia as it is and have them as some kind of a partner, some kind of a trading ally.

And what's been going on, though, in relation to Russia is their own development around the UFO file. They know so many of the things from their own investigations. They had their satellites during 9-11. they know the things that took place and the weapons that were used. They know everything about what took place when we went into space, the missions that happened, the way that they happened, maybe not the way that they've been portrayed in history like the moon landing exactly, although we certainly went out there and far, far beyond. So when we look at this, we have to understand that when dealing with the Russians,

we're in this back and forth where the Russians have that information. We don't know exactly how much, and we have that information, that leading edge. So this dance has been going on in relation to the UFO file, to advanced exotic technology in the experiments that have taken place in relation to this. And of course, whenever you're getting around exotic technology, you're getting directly into weapons use. Unfortunately, the thing is, of course, the same thing that can move that culture forward

and get you off of these archaic fossil fuel systems is the same thing that in the hands of the wrong person can vaporize an entire nation. So we've been looking at this and really hard, deep in the middle of this battle. And what you see very often that takes place on an executive level is Trump. For example, with Putin, there's an incredible wall of resistance trying to keep these people apart. Well, as we have focused on before, JFK and Khrushchev had this very same problem with JFK saying, get the CIA out of here, get the State Department out of here, I want to deal directly with Khrushchev and just a translator. And in the case of Gorbachev and Reagan, the same thing. When those people get together, what is it that they talk about that the deep state doesn't want them to get into?

That's the UFO file. And that's the nature of this level of energy. And these groups inside don't want them sharing what the other one knows. And so you have both sides, in fact, you know, you have these kind of hawks and doves on both sides who are trying to run this game. But what you're looking at in relation to the UFO aspect is quite interesting because when you get into the idea of SDF. You might remember, if you go back and check the record, that SDI Star Wars was originally set up as something that we could share with the other powers of the world, with the other superpowers. So the idea was, we'll develop this thing, but don't worry, we won't attack you with it. We're going to share the technology with you.

Well, this is very much like the shared programs that were developed under the Kennedy administration, where he was saying, what I'm going to do is I am going to share the UFO file with the Russians so that we don't have a nuclear incident-related. related to that, what kind of a peace offering is that? Our highest secret in the national security state, I'm going to give it over. Now, if you look, you're going to find that in the records release, they did a very interesting trick over at the Central Intelligence Agency. And I've talked about the George Joannitti's records being held up and not released. It's a very good reason for that. George Joannitties was involved not just with the Oswald Project and the JFK assassination. He was involved and got his career intelligence medal from Admiral Bobby Inman, who's very involved with the UFO file. These things go hand in hand if you watch them in history. And if we're looking then at the announcements by Kratios, what he was doing is he was signaling there, yeah, we intentionally put the brakes on in the 1970s. He mentions the X-15 because that's a demonstration that we had the X technology right in the heart and in the middle of all this, and we could use it at any time.

and if you look at people on the CEO front from Musk to Bezos, they suddenly got passionate about space at a certain point. And Bezos in particular chose Blue Origin as his mission. But he started identifying himself, and there's a famous cover of him on Wired Magazine with this huge X behind him. And they started to use the symbol of the X to communicate in a hidden fashion with steganography,

what they were saying to the others. And they were saying, look, we have this advanced text. technology, yes, we'll use it. You know, yes, we're just as powerful as you are. And you saw the same thing take place between nations. So when Russia was taking on the Ukraine war and America and Biden were feigning all this outrage after, you know, they knew exactly what was going to take place there because they were massing troops.

And what's interesting to me is what was taking place is that they were looking at this and saying all of a sudden, oh, we had a UFO over this particular Moscow airport. port we shot it down. They were using the terms UFO themselves. That's a raising of the stakes when you get around this. When Trump is sitting there saying we have incredible weapons you've never heard of, it's raising the stakes. They have this thing operational in the background. And this is the breakaway group. They are operating with advanced technology. They are telling these groups, we have the ability to do this. Now, Trump is in kind of an interesting bind with all this. Because when you look at Trump, what he's saying is, I can do this, I can bring this out, and I don't need what the Rumsfeld program of a space Pearl Harbor to do it.

I don't need another 9-11 to do it. I'll just do it and tell them that we have it. And the problem is those people in the background that are trying to control this is saying, no, the Russians haven't shown their hand about what they have China. We don't know exactly what they have in relation to their space program, probably not as advanced as the Russians. But nonetheless, they have this advanced technology. they've been working with the exotic technology. So if we reveal it, they know it. It's the same thing when you get to the UFO file,

regardless of where anyone thinks that they're coming from. But I will say this, that if we've acquired off-world technology, which certainly we have, something is going on there in that battle over that issue, which a physicist, who was our top physicist in that period, right on the same level with Oppenheimer, who they made the movie about and didn't mention the UFO file, even though he was deeply involved with that.

That was Robert Sarbarker, and he's been rubbed out of history. You can't even find a Wikipedia page on this guy. Forget it. But Sarbarker said, oh, yeah, you know, it's the top secret, in fact, inside the United States government, higher than nuclear. Well, if you have a secret that's higher than nuclear, then obviously you're going to employ every kind of means. We have this espionage, sabotage means when it comes to the UFO file. and those are the things that we don't know anything about. There's an entire group, an entire entity handling that.

That's how you get the transparency. And, you know, I've been a little bit cynical about the groups that they've had studying this in Congress, not because I think that they have any ill intention like Luna or Burchett or any of those Congress people, but they don't know enough about the issue. And the problem is the people that they're bringing in are counterintelligence officials. Those counterintelligence officials are under orders to control this process of any kind of disclosure coming out by spinning a false narrative. These people have been prepping the narrative. They're just rolling their people out.

And when people like me show up in the radar and say, hey, that guy isn't counterintelligence, he's not a whistleblower. He still works for the government and I can prove it. Nothing. All they can do is issue dead silence while you have a number of these podcasts and cable shows and everything else, touting, you know, CNN touts, oh, UFO whistleblower comes forward, you know, he's against the government, he's been calling out the government on all this. This is a big problem because they still work for the government. You can still check their payroll and they're still getting paid by the government on record. So what kind of whistleblower would they be? That

doesn't make any sense. So you have a false thing going on with disclosure. When you get to exotic technology around this, it's directly related. It's exactly the same thing. So really Trump is pushing the line and stepping over the line in a sense when he's saying, we have weapons that you don't know anything about. And now with his science director putting this on the record saying, we've been held up, but we're going to bring this forward. That group inside the deep state does not want the other powers on earth. And also they don't want their own position revealed. So this is a huge pushback going back between the two of them. And you have Trump there again, understanding. You know, you have to go back into Trump's history to understand him correctly. So we have to

understand who Roy Cohn is, and we have to understand that Roy Cohn was an architect of the deeps. He was one of the main people who understand where all the bodies were buried. And when you understand that, and then you understand things about John Trump, and a lot of people, I think, incorrectly when they analyze this about Trump, they're like, oh, he was just some scientist in the program. This is a scientist who rolled into Paris with Ike for liberation. Okay, that's how much they thought of him. He got the presidential scientific accommodation from Reagan.

And he had three meetings now on the record about SDI Star Wars with Reagan. And then he gets the medal and then he dies in the 1980s. So if you go and check the record, there's a very interesting article by a guy named Ron Rosenbaum. And he writes for Slate magazine. But he talks about, and he's a major liberal, is very anti-Trump. But nonetheless, his article was interesting. What he said was, oh, yeah, I met him in 1987. We met at the 21 Club.

I heard that Trump was having all these high-level meetings with government officials at secret locations at the White House. And at the time, Trump had nothing to do with anything like that. Actually, Trump was, you know, that lifestyles of the rich and famous guy. He'd really crack the code, Trump Tower and everything else, and he was opening casinos. So this guy pulls him aside and says, I want an interview with you. I want to get into the whole thing. And during that interview, he hits him with this. You know, I hear you've been at the White House.

And he said, oh, yeah, I'm talking to the highest people relating to emergency preparedness. The highest people in that emergency preparedness relate directly to the continuity of government group. And I've described continuity of government before. And I want to say a lot of that draws on the research, really, of Professor Piedel-Dar Scott. And Peter Dill Scott there, you know, the Berkeley professor studied the stuff. for five years and he said, you know, the most secret organization we have is continuity of government. Well, that made me want to take a good look at exactly who they were and you can't find very much about them. And yet, the minute there is a sky emergency, you know, like the trial we had with

the drones and everything else that was taking place last December, the minute there's an emergency, they can create this emergency power situation, you know, forget about the COVID-OV, this thing would make the COVID-Op look like a walk in the park. And they're able to see so many powers in relation to that because we have an entity called Northcom. All of this comes out of the 9-11 emergency powers. And every year, every president signs on to that trillion dollar budget, including Trump, including Biden, Stefford Biden, including Obama, all of them. Polish, of course. They all signed on to the emergency.

We're still under that emergency. The emergency has never been lifted. There's an interesting history there with it as well where, you know, President Nixon in 1970 went deep and he was trying to figure out the emergency powers that were going on in relation to Korea. And he figured out we're still under emergency powers from the Korean War. So emergency powers give people who don't have the ability to govern the ability to take over. And that's what we're looking at with the continuity of government Northcom people. So that group, Northcom, didn't even exist. We had things like CENTCOM to control areas of Europe and things like that.

We didn't have Northcom. That's a military group designed to control the United States. Before we used to have the police running us, that's federal takeover. And it's all because of the 9-11 situation. With 9-11 coming back with the Congress people coming forward in the Tucker Carlson interviews and all the research that Alex has done over these years coming back to the four, What we can't miss in the middle of it is not just the thing that was accomplished through that deep event, but the technology that was involved. That's the thing that's going to get us into that next area of investigation.

And when you see the type of technology that they've had that's not public, then you can see when they use it, you know, when they talk about it in relation to 9-11, the pulverization and things like that and things being vaporized, there's a whole different type of technology. going on in relation to this. We get hints of it through geoengineering. We get hints of it through other places. There's a fantastic researcher I've interviewed who's done the best geoengineering books. And her name's Alana Freeland. One of the things that she did is she deduced after studying this for so long that they're making everyone into a walking tower.

And this really makes sense because the original idea of these groups was to control things on the ground from above. and of course, you know, we've had the fantastic guest on our program, Nick Vagic describing these things, and he's been on this show so many times with Alex. And I don't even think he talks about HAP anymore, but that technology and that issue around this was so important to bring to the public. And again, this is a Tesla technology. And he was finding, when they were talking about it, measuring the ionosphere and all this other stuff, that there was an aspect involved with HARP that had to, to do with managing emotions and managing, it was kind of a brainwashing technology coming directly out of the ionosphere.

Now, you know, that type of technology and the type of technology that we're talking about that Rand Harp and all those things goes directly back to the same work that people like Trump and Van der Verbusch and others were working in the 30s and 40s. So how much of a clip of a timeline are we looking at here? So we're going to get a real accurate snapshot of that period in the past. We're going to have to look at Vannever Bush, his control of the UFO file, his passing it along to various people, including John Trump, who was his protege. And that aspect of investigating the Tesla technology that was involved. I've done a number of shows on something called the Melchizedek device, which was the thing that they were actually looking for in the heart of Tesla's research.

and when you look at this, it's quite fascinating because that whole thing that Tesla had envisioned, in fact, the death ray and all this type of thing, is supposedly what they sent Trump in there to look for. But it's quite interesting because if you really check the record, and I've got this 11 hours of John Trump before he died, talking in various ways about all the work that he did, he describes in detail what they asked him to find in. it was a device that could take flying objects down at a distance. In the next segment, I'm going to tell you all about if this thing worked and what happened. And is that how we got the UFO retrievals in the first place? And this is really the nature of the question.

That's what we need to answer and get further and further into that and less and less into the divisions. So that's where we're going with with it. And I would also say there's no way around dealing with the UFO file in relation to all this. So keep that in mind. We have gone deep, deep, deep today. I knew when Alex was getting into these very deep kind of breakaway technologies, that this was going to be something special that we were putting across. today, but you can feel it in the nature of the information and the intel involved here. And what I like to say is there's a way also that's been handed out. You know, we talk about it through movies and through books and things, and the kind of predictive programming that's involved with all this. And there's a reason for that.

There's a perceptual management reason in one sense. But there's also a deeper reason in terms of how they get these things across and how they see people react to them because that kind of data mining is at the heart of so much of what we're talking about here in relation to the public's response to this. Our member, of course, looking into the Brookings Institute and their 1963 study, this is something that's very interesting. You can pull out of the vault and check out, but they were studying the impact of what ET Life would, the knowledge of ET Life would have on the regular public.

This is quite interesting because when you look at it, one of the things that they deduced in the middle of all that is that they would have to create reasons for all this. And so they would have to include it as part of a program or else it wasn't worth really discussing it with the public. And they also came to the conclusion at that point that it wasn't, not only was it wasn't worth it to them, but that the public couldn't handle it. In fact, and so there were forces inside there in 63 that were arguing this. If you go back and look at a different period in time, you can see now there's a Brooking Institute figure who comes out with a book in 2016. and this guy had actually been an Obama official. His name is T.W. Singer and just an incredible, you know, national defense resume, really there in with the heavy heavies.

And he's writing a book on the Ghost Fleet, which is all about a war that takes place. It is the exact thing that Rumsfeld was talking about. It's the extension of that vision of a space Pearl Harbor, which is what they felt that they needed in order to bring in all of this advanced technology. because the technology aspect, if you bring it in and you don't have the story behind it, people start to ask questions like, why are you lying to us for eight decades about this? One, two, where did all our money go that we were funding with these programs so that when we fund NASA and this whole space infrastructure and you've just privatized all this with groups like Blue Origin and others, then what? Well, you're in an incredible bind because the public doesn't know anything about the space that you've developed.

Now we talk a lot about the rollout of AI and the impact that it's having as well. When we look at these technologies, we have to understand something, which is they've gamed out scenarios and they've run things in relation to artificial intelligence that have to do with, you know, how it would react, how the public would react, how the consumer would react, and how the economic impact would go and what would happen to the culture as a result. They've run those tests for decades. So when they go out there now and they're hand-wringing in relation to this, about what will AI do?

They already know. The same thing with how they've gamed out scenarios around the UFO file. There's always a volatility attached when you get around exotic technology, however, which is something may come up that they didn't anticipate, something may come up that wasn't part of the plan. So when we've heard about weapons that have been developed in the background, like Rods of God, for example, these are extreme weapons that have never been in actual use, supposedly.

And yet if you look, you can see some very interesting telltale signs. I'll tell you about one of them. And another very interesting book in relation to this. One of the interesting books that came out around the early 60s was by a guy named Andrew Bonson. He was a scientist and a pilot and a billionaire guy, kind of like a Howard Hughes type. And he put out this book that was all about a small group of very advanced scientists who had realized that with the saucer craze that was going on in the 50s,

that they could build one of these advanced machines, and then they could bring the Russians and the United States to the peace table. And, you know, this whole thing about can we actually achieve peace by having this advanced technology is in the heart of that book. If you go into this guy's history as working with Thomas Townsend Brown on one hand, who is probably the scientist working on the deepest black projects for the government, and yet having this mentality of wanting to share it with the public. And he's also working with George Adamsky,

who, although a huge figure in that era, is kind of thought about now as a fraudster and all this kind of stuff, like, oh, he's a contactee and all the rest of it. So there are pictures and photos that exist of Adamski and his, in Bonson's lab, and you'll see one of those crap just sitting in a vat of oil, a small miniature version of this thing. Well, it's quite interesting.

if you go into the FBI files around Adamski and a lot of these early contact T groups, you will find that they were on the hunt for something called the Melchizedek device. And that is the device that could take down these flying craft at a distance. It's the same thing that you'll find in the John Trump, Nikola Tesla, interview, where they go back and forth about this Melchizedek device. And it's quite interesting to me because they actually bully Adamsky at a certain point, and they say to him, well, Adamski, you know, you're from Poland. We'll ship you back to Poland if you don't tell us what's going on here.

And they had tapped his phone. These are J. Edgar Hoover's people tapping his phone. And they found out that he had seen a demonstration of what they called the UFO killer. This is the UFO neutralizer. It's a device, not a person. So they would see these things off in the distance and then somebody activates this device. It pulls the craft down. That's probably where we get so many.

of these crash retrievals and things like that in that period. So this device is very interesting because it was moved around until it landed in a New Age farm beside President Reagan's ranch. And that is the Brother Sunburst farm. I've done a number of episodes about Brother Sunbursts that are very interesting. But the crucial link in all this is a scientist who was dealing with the idea of free energy and his name was Bruce De Palma. I want people to really study this guy.

and really keep him in mind. He is the brother of the famous director, Brian De Palma. And as we know, when we get into the Hollywood connections, the apple doesn't fall very far from the tree, as it were. Now, when we're looking at Bruce De Palma, what was he saying? He was deep into the question of the UFOs. Many of his papers are all about this is how they run. He worked with a scientist very early on in Polaroid

who had worked inside of the bases who were working on the redevelopment of the UFO technology. here are some of the effects that they got. These are the so-called apotheum effects. The apotheum effects were time would disappear. Any sense of time would disappear, one. Any sense of physicality would disappear. I remember it was scientist and professor John Mack over at Harvard here who said,

one of the big problems I have with these abduction cases, and he believed them. He had groups and groups of people he went through, but he said, you know, it's fascinating. It can't be what we think it is because they're getting abducted through walls, and getting abducted through things. When we look at that, you're seeing an entirely different reality distortion physics take place, and this is the Apothea effect.

It changes everything. You know, very often when you hear about these craft landing, you're going to see nothing ever grows there again. There seems to be something involved there which is entirely negative to living matter. This is the nature of the problem when dealing with this, and the interface of it, very often. often the lights go out, you know, the entire town could be plunged into a power blackout. So this is the nature of what we're looking at when we get around the UFO file and the real deep investigations into it. There's a fluff side. One of the biggest problems I've had with the UFO field in general is that the researchers aren't deep state researchers, so they don't understand the government.

They don't understand assassination. They don't understand the nature of what these things are all about. and so they don't have a very deep field on the UFO side. On the deep state side, they have all those stats. They have deep understanding of government overthrow. You know, they go all the way back to Arbenz. They go back to these Mosadegh and all these different things. They understand how the CIA works to overthrow countries.

They understand how the Ukraine was overthrown and all the rest. Well, when you get into it, what you're seeing there is they have that knowledge in detail. but they don't get the UFO file. So the deep state people are missing the UFO file. The UFO file people don't have the depth of the deep state researchers. They understand the UFO file. That's crucial. But that's a really big advantage.

If you could combine the knowledge of the deep state people with the UFO file, then you could get into exotic technology. That's your road in. Then you can understand figures like Trump. Then you can understand how John Trump and Roy Cohn are two ends of a spectrum that really drive the Trump presidency because Roy Cohn knew where all the dead bodies were in the deep state one

and he understood how the power structure worked. There was a famous story about Roy Cone, you know, who I refer to as the ultimate swamp creature in a sense. But one of the stories is he was making a deal with this mobster and in New York and he sent him off and he said, you know, go to California because the guy who had this immigration problem and he said, you know, I'm going to get shipped out of the country any day now. And he said, go to California, show up at this court hearing.

And, you know, the guy's like, I don't have a court case in California. He said, no, it's in Los Angeles, this courthouse. Walk in, say your name, and walk out. So the guy does it. And he's a pretty big mafia. So when he figures to himself, well, Roy Cohn isn't going to lie to me. What is this all about? So he shows up at this courthouse.

He says the name he walks out. he gets immigration papers that make him a citizen the next day. So we have to understand the power level and the grip of how this works. It works through the judiciary. It works through economic factors. And also when you get, for example, an enemy of the state, you know, i.e. someone like Alex, you have all the legal warfare that takes place and all the legal warfare against Trump and all these types of things. These are the tools that they will use in relation to this.

When you get up to that level when we're talking about ex-protect and things of that nature, they use the exact same tools. And they know how to destroy careers and get rid of people. And there's a long sort of graveyard of people along the trail when it comes to free energy, when it comes to the UFO file, et cetera. So the acknowledgement of that, bringing that to the four means those groups don't have the ability to operate in secret anymore. This is the nature of what somebody like Trump, for example, is doing in the middle of all this. So, and we look at Trump, I do have an exhibit there, which is Exhibit 8, I believe, which we could show there would be fantastic.

One of the interesting things we need to understand is that there's a worldview that's in opposition to everything that the populist movement in America is all about, which is regaining freedom. and it's not a left-right paradigm. I know that a number of people, even who are trying to get something going with Ron Paul or Bernie Sanders or Trump, you know, it's all the same type of wanting freedom. But this figure here is what sits outside of NORAD headquarters. This is a globe that is surrounded now surrounding a piece of the actual structure of the Twin Towers. So what it actually symbolizes is through 9-11 and through these different things, we have taken over the world because we have the ability through the emergency powers to control the world. I think this is a very significant thing when we're looking at it.

We need to understand we get into deep events, which again, we look at these deep events and understand what are they? What is it that takes place when you have the COVID operation or the Kennedy assassination or 9-11 or Watergate? or Iran-Contra. They are moments when that deep state structure steps into the public to make a decisive change. Those are the deep events that they need. And they're building up to one in Iran right now, I can tell you that, which is very dangerous play. And it's something that this administration needs to stay away from and really keep a very, very straight face when it comes to not getting involved in a war with Iran. But they are building up to this in relation to that.

But the ultimate deep event is the UFO threat. That's the thing that they've been building. And this is what opens us up on the technological side. You know, what's interesting is you see, if you go through a lot of those deep events in history, that the emergency powers personnel are the people who are involved. Named some of the historical figures over time. Oliver North, he's the COG setup guy. He's developing the doomsday network, which is something they can only

speak over for a certain time with each other. That's a totally secret network and he's using it to arrange arms deals with Iran in order to get money to fight these drug wars in Central America. Well, that same crew of COG people, if you go into 2001, are operational completely there. They've come in as COG people activating COG by the time you get to the 9-11 deep event and the terrible things that took place there, you will find the continuity of government Northcom people are involved in every one of these, including if you go all the way back to the Kennedy assassination, and it's very interesting because one of the Secret Service agents involved there in actually setting the trip up had just come out of a job in emergency management for COG back in that

period of time. So we need to understand when we're looking at this, that we are looking at a period of, you know, an arc of history that's really controlled by these emergency powers groups. And again, the emergency powers give you what? They give you complete control and they throw the constitution out the window. And what actually happens, I studied what actually happens when continuity of government gets launched. And let's suppose, you know, they launched it through a UFO threat, just like the drone wars, but with UFOs. And what actually happens is they flip that switch and the Northcom commander becomes the complete ruler of the United States and sets up regional governors.

to handle everything until, until what, until they can launch another election. Well, you know, that could be a mighty long time. Just look at our friend in Ukraine. He doesn't have any elections going on. So we need to be far more aware and have far more investigatory ability into the emergency powers management group of the continuity of government, which after all runs a vast network of underground bunkers. You know, the so-called dums have been there for 70,

80 years, God, maybe even longer. You know, while Eisenhower was building the highways on top, they were developing this incredible infrastructure underground. And I can speak to that because I've spoken to somebody who, you know, couldn't tell me exactly because of their intelligence level, where it was or anything else. But they described a city underground, which was basically like had apartment buildings, had malls and everything else. So we're operating on completely different levels of reality here.

When they talk about the advanced technology, when we hear about these things that can defy space and time, or even if, you know, a group like Boeing is running commercials during the Super Bowl about, you know, space elevators, things of this nature, we can see that the average person on the surface is very disconnected from the things that are happening. And that includes in the world of medicine and other places. I've heard Alex talk about life extension technologies on this program, and it's very interesting because what happens when we get somebody who has this breakthrough and they're like, hey, you can live to 200 years old now. Well, they dish that out to all of the elites on the inside, but they don't want people, you know, they're trying to get rid of people living in nursing homes and gut social security as it is and around the world. That's part of the COVID op was about that. They don't want people living until 200 years old.

they want to get rid of a large portion of the population. So we need to understand and become a regular, you know, get some kind of stasis going with the power structure versus the average citizen on the ground because living in that fantasy world where these things don't exist and they're not dealing with advanced technologies or the UFO file or their fake diversionary story of the UFO file is actually dangerous because it leaves us in a place where we're not getting the truth about the UFO file

we're not getting the truth about these advanced technologies, the exotic technologies that change our understanding of time and space. That should be something along with the secret space adventures that is shared with the public because it would be in completely different world. Instead, they feed you all of these divisions and all these different things that we have going on, these wars, the next thing they're building up a deep event into the Iran situation. That is exactly how to take the culture back. And take it backward. The way forward would be to get some answers around these things. That's the first step. And we're starting to see some of this lift off.

And I wonder actually what Alex thinks about the era that we're in because he, after all, has had the comp since at least the year 2000 and maybe before that. But he's been deep into this. And I wonder when he's looking at these changes, it must be really miraculous. because he was talking about this stuff 20 years ago. Daniel, just incredible job hosting here today. And we talked during the break that was all I've been sitting here listening to you. I just didn't want to interrupt you.

Just amazing in depth. I knew it would be even more powerful when I wasn't here interjecting. So thank you so much. We got a few minutes left. I wanted to bring up this little side point. Jeff Bezos has tried to rival Elon Musk and has admitted that he basically completely failed. He has his blue origin. And so Katie Perry and some other, you know, Hollywood people go up.

into the edge of space. They're up there for just a few minutes, and then they come back down. And I mean, I think they went to space, and I know the world's a globe around and all that. But then I look at the capsule, the way it's sitting there all perfectly, it actually looks plastic and fake to me

right when I first saw it a few days ago. And then you notice that when they pull up, they start opening the capsule. They tell them, no, no, no, no, don't. and they close it. And then Bezos, the full video is like 20 minutes long, wanders around. They tell him stay in there. And he comes and just basically touches it and acts like he's opening it.

And then it pops open and you look at it. And it looks like, you can tell it's like, it looks like plastic on even cheaper than like an RV. It looks like these plastic doll houses for the backyard. You buy your daughter, you know, that costs like 400 bucks. And this is just bizarre. And I mean, people know that real capsule doors are thick. They're titanium, they're aluminum, they're steel. You also don't open any of these from the inside.

They have back in the days of NASA and still explosive bolts in case they get in the water can't open it. They have to do a code key and blow it open. And so you see like this flapping plastic door that would be the outer bulkhead. This is weird. And everybody sees this and says, what in the hell is going on? So, I mean, here they are with the flimsy little door. and then they close it, say, hey, close that. And so Bezos can be the hero.

Then he falls down. We'll show that footage. I mean, this is just beyond bizarre. And he admits he can't really get things into orbit. So, I mean, you talk about Keystone Cop. You talk about, and then you have the narrator in the background. This is the most incredible spacecraft on Earth. Oh, my God, no one has windows that big.

It's absolutely incredible. and again when I first saw it, I met to cover it days ago, but I'm so busy on other topics, I didn't get to it. Before I ever watched the video, just when I first saw it, that looks flimsy and plastic, then the door. What in the world do you think is going on here? This is an incredible parade of artificiality, and by the way, that's you doing your classic British accent.

I think we need more of that in the grand scheme of things. But I would say this, it's very interesting the way they push this, and remember that here they're using women to pull in this imagery as well. What they're also doing is, I pointed out that the actual program for the secret space program inside the deep state is called Blue.

And this is where we get Blue Origin. Bezos is trying to now move his position into space. They got Elon there far ahead of him on this, but he now is becoming the real rival for this whole thing. The actual parade of this artifice, though, is interesting because in a sense, I feel like on one hand, you know, they're doing this, but it also is in a sense intended for us to catch on to the fact that it looks fake.

And so, you know, this is like some of the early stories about NASA is that in 1970, for example, they were passing out their own folders about how the moon landing was faked because for some reason they wanted the story leaked that it was fake. Well, here we are in 2025. and, you know, they want this to come off without a hitch, and they have this whole thing as kind of like Oprah and Space idea. And it looks like a Gilligan's Island episode. Exactly. And it's encouraging a kind of artifice, right? It's encouraging you to look at it and sort of tune out.

And on the other hand, they know that there's this whole group of people that are staring on this on X and other places and looking at it and saying, that's fake. So they're playing into it. And I find that interesting because, there is a social engineering perception management that's involved here. And they're also getting you to look at space in this kind of fluff manner, you know, so that you're getting around what's actually taking place up there.

I think this is what's the kind of cultural management aspect that's involved. I mean, do you think they even sent the capsule up? Does this, I don't know. This looks like a film event to me. It looks like really high-end video. But obviously, you know, it's very easy for them to do these things. And what, you know, we've seen. I was about to say, you noticed when they went around the South Pole and all that.

it's normal for kids to have heart attacks and all these numbers, uh, just exploding. And I know Trump doesn't like to admit when he's been wrong or con, but, uh, you know,

he, he said a lot of people booming when he talks about the so-called vaccine. Well, it's because we all know people or ourselves were hurt. And then I talked to some other folks I know very closely, just this last week or in the last few days. And they have another family member who's young. of heart failure in Houston. So it's not just the numbers.

I personally am seeing this. So, Doc, you pretty much got the floor here to go wherever you'd like. Thank you so much for being here. And you can't wait to see you in the Trump administration. You're the expert. I mean, what do you want to tackle first? fight in administration, what the COVID shots really did, how big farmers. Yeah, I mean, I think you've raised some really important points, Alex. At the end of the day, like, how do we summarize all of this? And then we can then specifically talk about individual issues. But what we're dealing with, why we have this pandemic of chronic disease, why we have got to this really dire state in the United States and many countries around

the world, including the United Kingdom, is that we've had the corporate capture of public health that has been creeping over a number of years. Big powerful corporations whose primary motive is profit essentially are controlling the narrative through the media. They are controlling the regulatory bodies. Certainly they have been doing. They fund university research in terms of medical science. So the information people get about their health has been completely corrupted for the purposes of making profit. And the downstream effect of that is essentially when it comes to prescription drugs, people are getting an exaggerated benefit and safety. of what they are being prescribed by their doctor.

And it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that if you mass, if you increase, amplify that message across, you know, millions and millions of people across the world, you are going to get at the very least suboptimal outcomes for patients, and at worst, you're going to do harm. Now, if we come back to the issue that everybody is, you know, still in the minds of most Americans and people around the world, which is still, you know, very emotive,

it's around the COVID vaccine. And I think what's happened during the pandemic really exposes the worst failures of the system. So let's try and break down the information on the issue of the COVID vaccine in terms of what were the benefits, potential benefits, and what are the harms? And how is that affecting the American public? And how is it still affecting the American public moving forward? And I hope you briefly tell your story of even you, a renowned cardiologist got conned, your dad got killed, you can speak to it.

That's your expertise. And then you know the inside baseball of how Trump got manipulated. And I don't just say that to protect Trump. I know that. Then you have them in that leaked video admitting, oh, yeah, it looks like it's bad for kids. Yeah. And Trump knows he'll get attacked if he admits he got con, but then people are going to blame him as more as this comes out if he doesn't get ahead of it, in my view. Yeah, absolutely, Alex.

And I think, you know, one thing to say before I go into that is that, you know, I think we've got a lot of hope now with the new Maha movement with Robert Kennedy Jr., like of Jay Batacharya and Marty McCarrie heading the FDA, that we can create change. but, you know, this significant win for Trump, which, you know, I think was, gave a lot of people a lot of hope around the health movement was, you know, because of the kind of people that he was bringing in, because of the likes of Kennedy, I have no doubt, Alex. I don't think anybody voted for President Trump on this occasion because of Operation Warp Speed because of the mass roll out of the Code vaccine. I don't think a single person voted for him, and I'm sure he understands that. So what happened? I mean, I was conned, okay? I'm a cardiologist being speaking truth to power, calling out the manipulation of the drug industry for years pre-pandemic. But I had a blind spot. I admit this. And to still some degree do have a bit of a blind spot, but less so now, on vaccines in general. I did not predict at all that any vaccine, I had no experience, clinical experience. I didn't know anyone who was vaccine injured before the pandemic. So I could not conceive of the possibility of, of a vaccine doing harm. And because of that reason, I was one of the first people to take two doses of the Pfizer vaccine. I went on Good Morning Britain in the UK to advise the public that it

was likely safe. I didn't point the fingers. I didn't mandate. I didn't say we should be coercing people into it. This was just for people at high risk, for elderly people at the very beginning, before they changed the goalposts. And I went there and said, it's likely to be safe. And actually, when you compare vaccines to all the other things we're doing medicine, and let me give you context here. before the pandemic, one very credible estimate suggested that prescribed medications, what your doctor prescribes for you, are the third most common cause of death after heart disease and cancer globally because of side effects. And within that, vaccines are not even included, right?

So what happened? Well, I took two doses. And then very quickly, and this is we talking about January 2021 when it's being rolled out across the world, people started to feel and know that something wasn't right. First of all, it wasn't stopping infection. We were told by the likes of Rachel Maddow on CNN and similar, you know, presenters in the UK that if you get the vaccine, you're not going to get the infection, almost 100%, right? And it's important for you to have it because you're going to protect other people, especially elderly people. We knew very quickly intuitively because of the COVID that people who are being vaccinated were getting COVID.

Then, of course, people were getting harmed. There were reports, you know, we were hearing about people dropping dead. They were being reported in the media as being very rare. But on the ground, people felt, hold on a minute. These are not very rare. Something's not right. And people were experiencing side effects. So that gradually started to evolve.

Then in the summer of 2021, my father, who was the vice president of the British Medical Association, who took two doses of the vaccine around the same time I did, he, who was very fit and well, out of the blue, he called me up. I remember it was July of the 26th. It was a hot day. I was in London. He lives in a city in north of England called Manchester, where I grew up. and he called me up and he said, he'd have a seam, I've got chest pain.

We talked through it. I said, Daddy, he needs to call an ambulance and maybe having a heart attack. He didn't seem like he was an extreme pain, but I said, listen, we need to get you checked out. I went to have a shower to get ready to get on a train, to come up to Manchester to see him, because I knew even if there was nothing acutely happening, he would be kept in hospital for monitoring and blood tests

to make sure there was no heart muscle damage, etc. I called him back. There was no answer. I kept calling him, and then one of his neighbors, who was a doctor who had gone to see him answered the phone hysteric and said to see him your father's had a cardiac arrest were doing CPR on him. I stayed on the line and I thought that he would be fine because it was a witness

cardiac arrest. They'd call an ambulance. The ambulance was delayed by 30 minutes. The ambulance got there. They FaceTime me. They put the monitor on. It was a flat line. There was nothing to shock. He was gone. I was shocked by what happened because it didn't make sense to me. I'm a cardiologist. My special interest is in heart disease. I knew my dad's lifestyle inside out. Said this doesn't make sense. We organize a post-mortem for him. And when the post-mortem, Morton came back, he had two of his three major arteries had severe blockages in them. For me, that didn't make sense because I knew... That's these record level clots that have had corners on about medical examiners, embalmers,

all over the world, they've never seen anything like it. So what's it do? Sorry, I'm interrupting, but... Yeah, no, Alex, it's a very good point. So what happened? I mean, that's definitely one thing that happens that these people have very severe clots. My dad was a bit different because what happened was, I had scans on him from a few years earlier.

There had been a rapid progression in the blockages, which should have been my... And I knew his lifestyle. He'd quit sugar. In fact, he'd been healthier. So if anything, everything should have been stable, even reversed. Why has it got severe blockages? That doesn't make sense. So I didn't figure out what was going on. Several months later, Stephen Gundry, who's a well-known cardiologist in the U.S., he published a research paper in one of the top journals in the U.S. called circulation. And he basically found that within his, with his patients, people who are middle-aged, within eight weeks of having the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine, Alex, their risk markers for heart attack, went from 11% risk at five years to 25% just in eight weeks.

Wow. By increasing inflammatory markers in the blood that can accelerate heart disease. So let me give you an example. Let's say that people are going on. They didn't have the vaccine. They may be destined to have a heart attack or something in 20 years. But accelerates it. In 20 years' time, suddenly they're having a heart attack in six months.

And so you're seeing scans right over against the shots, they start getting bigger and bigger, the blockages. Yeah, I've seen it with patients then as well. So what is in the MRNA cocktail of the first? Pfizer and Moderna, people who don't know it's the same thing, just modern is stronger. What is doing this? There's so many studies. I think what we were told initially and what we thought is that you get the injection

in the arm, it mimics COVID, the spike protein, your body has an immune response and that stays in the arm and then you gel it with these antibodies and that's the end of the spike proteins done, et cetera. What we now know is the so-called spike protein, which is a damaging aspect of COVID in severe cases, actually from the vaccine gets discered. throughout the body in every organ system and can stay there for months. And we now know with research that's come out of Yale that this spike protein can be circulating even two or three years after you've had the vaccine, which can either damage the tissues directly, Alex, or

cause an autoimmune reaction. And actually, what's interesting, which most people didn't know, the World Health Organization endorsed a list of potential serious adverse effects, serious arms from the vaccine when it was being rolled out that nobody knew about, every organ system and this could happen in the body is involved. Everything that can go wrong with the heart. And then that also got duplicated in October, 2020, before he even came out in the U.S., said a possible list of adverse outcome or effects. Yes, absolutely.

So that information was kind of there, but people didn't know about it. And there is FDA, safety surveillance, COVID-19 vaccines, draft working list of possible adverse event outcomes. Yeah, exactly. And most doctors didn't know about it, Alex. So what's happening is when patients are going to doctors with, they thinking they've been harmed by the vaccine, the vaccine, think, no, it's not possible. It can't be the vaccine, and it must be something else, or we don't know what's going on.

And that's perfect compartmentalization, because you're a cardiologist, your dad's a famous doctor. Everybody you know, you're good people. You wouldn't hurt people. And then all of a sudden, this is the savior thing, and it rolls out. Yeah. And it's so devastating. It's hard to believe. But now it's absolutely.

And then, of course, people don't understand this when Kennedy is coming out, and now they're having the CDC and FDA and everybody say, hey, it looks like we're going to pull making this recommended or quote mandatory is how they try to push it, that takes away the liability protection when it's not recommended and that essentially will ban it because these companies aren't going to push this without liability protection. Absolutely. And they've had this liability protection for so long. I mean, this is how these corporations have exert their power, Alex, over so long over the

system is that they have behind the scenes been influencing laws and policies so that if their product is found to be harmful, they don't get sued. I mean, that is completely anti-democratic, it's unethical. But most people are a disaster too. Oh, completely, 100%. And then you've got to break down. Okay, so let's just break down harm and benefit, right? So you go back to square one.

One of the issues is these trials were never independently evaluated. So what that means is when we were told it was 95% effective, that was essentially coming from the drug companies. It wasn't coming from independent evaluation. And they said safe and effective and tested, but all the pharmacists got a clean sheet of paper. I've never seen a drug that doesn't tell you the testing, the history, the everything on it. Absolutely. And it was rushed through.

Now, President Trump, to be fair, He thought he was doing something that was really positive, Operation Warp Speed. But the problem is, the quicker, historically, the quicker you approve a drug, the more likely it's going to be withdrawn because of side effects that we're not known about, or because they cut corners. Or if you really want to be cynical, which we know, they've tested MRNA with similar things on rats. At the University of Texas, all of them, and it causes the cardiovascular thing in there. And they never could get MRNA platforms to work because it always would do stuff like cause autoimmune responses

and attack the liver and things. I'm not at a scientist. I agree with the scientists say. Absolutely. So, I mean, they were sloppy, Alex. At best they were sloppy, at worst, I think they were just out to make as much money as possible, and they didn't care about who they harmed. And I guess they've gotten away with so much you can say that they just don't give a damn.

Remember the Bayer documents came out 20 years ago where they go, we've got millions of doses of factor rate contaminated with HIV and hepatitis, and the executives in emails go, screw them, there's so many hemophiliacs. Well, I mean, these, folks, these are sick people. Yeah, they are sick. And in fact, actually, as the corporations in Eni have been diagnosed, nosed by the pre-eminent expert in a forensic psychologist called Robert Hare as being psychopathic, actually being psychopathic in the way that they conduct their bidders.

What does that mean? Callous and concern for the safety of others, incapacity to experience guilt, repeated lying, and conning others for profits. Spend time on that. We also find in studies the highest level of psychopaths in corporate executive positions. Yeah, I mean, unfortunately, the system encourages good people to do bad things. And if you look even back at business ethics, the MBA students actually, would choose to put profits before people when it comes to removing a harmful product from the market. So there's a culture within business, unfortunately, that has been getting increasingly more

prevalent, Alex, where essentially, you know, when you're in a situation of making money versus harming the public, you choose to suppress it. But as Kennedy has said, and as Elon has said, and it's collapsing the whole system, the fraud, the poison food and the poison water and the poison stuff. it's all collapsing. So it has to stop or we're done. Absolutely. It's all self-destructive. And nobody's immune to this, right? Not a single person. Like President Trump, for example, he took the vaccine, right? Nobody is immune. Like this is, it's a self-destructive system ultimately.

Even the executives of Pfizer, let's say Albert Buehler, he goes to his doctor and you see his doctor for, you know, anything, something like a blood pressure pill or a new pill that's coming on the market from another company. He will not actually truly know the truth on that drug. He will not know because everything is kept confidential, commercially confidential. But what he will know is the likelihood of what he's being told by his doctor is a gross exaggeration of the safety and benefits. Sure. The real problem in the American system is it's fascist and the communists will make it even worse. But for those that don't know, the big insurance companies at the top are basically owned the shares and the boards by the drug companies, vice versa.

So you wonder why insurance companies will approve all these new, dangerous, expensive drugs because they're getting a massive kickback at every level. And so people, it's counterintuitive. They go, well, insurance company wouldn't give me this if it wasn't good. It's so expensive. No, because they're getting, in some cases, most of the money. It is just so fraudulent people. And then there's thousands of great safe drugs, famously Ivermectin, so many other things, Bethylene Blue, that they don't want you to know about and they don't even want to tell you about

because they don't make money off of it. And because they work. Absolutely. So you've got, you know, more cheaper and safer and more effective interventions, even lifestyle, even simple things like, you know, improving people's immune system through, you know, having a, you know, eating real food, taking maybe vitamin C supplements, vitamin D. We know there was a huge now, we know, looking back, 80% of the people that died from some studies who were hospitalized with COVID had severe vitamin D deficiency. That could have been corrected within weeks.

There was no public health messaging on this. So there was alternatives. It wasn't, people speak to me, relatives to seem, you know, we had this COVID pandemic. Of course, it was now mainly, you know, confined to the elderly. That should have been focused protection. But the reality is there was other things we could have done. to help improve people's immune systems so that the vaccine or the so-called emergency youth authorization vaccine wasn't necessary. But this is the thing. When you go back to square one and you break down the data,

independent scientists published in the general vaccine, went back and looked at Pfizer and Modona's original trials from new information. And what did they find from the very beginning, Alex, the vaccine was going to cause more harm than good. The rate of serious adverse events from the vaccine at two months in the population that was studied in the short term, at least was one in 800. That means disability, hospitalization. What are we seeing long term now?

four or five years into this. It looks like it's just getting worse. It does seem to be getting worse, unfortunately. I think that there's a lot of... Look at that last headline. Put that back up. I mean, look at that, and I see this stuff just so many things. Like, Indiana Live Insurance CEO says, deaths are up 40% among people, 1864. And we broke that like three years ago in the insurance actuaries.

Now it's mainstream news. Yeah, it's unbelievable. I think that, you know, there was a study done that 57% of Americans when asked, felt that they felt the excess deaths that are going on in the U.S. are linked somehow linked to the vaccine. There's a big disconnect between the public and lack of, and that's another thing, Alex, right? We need to trust our doctors. If you can't trust your doctor, who can you trust?

At the beginning of the pandemic, April 2020, in America, there was the highest trust in doctors. 74% of the public had high trust in the medical profession. You know what it's now? 40%. Right. And that's because of the handling of the pandemic. So there also needs to be a moratorium where the medical profession, I'm sorry, I speak as a doctor, they need to put the hands up and say, listen, we need to acknowledge the problem.

There was a mistake, whatever it was, because of system failures. We got this very, very wrong, number one. Number two, we apologize. People want it, but they need to hear an apology. I mean, we need a truth and reconciliation thing. And then we need to say, we're going to make sure this never happens again. Discover trends and global developments years before they happen right here on the Alex Jones Show. Welcome back to Info Wars. I'm Dr. Assamalhotra. Let's talk about health. How can we get healthier? How can we make? make the American population healthier. Let's go back to the basics, I think, first and foremost. Let's define it.

So the World Health Organization, I think this is the best definition we have. And what is more important than health is a state of complete mental, physical, and social well-being, not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. That's what we want, ultimately. You know, Thomas Jefferson said in 1809, the care of human life and happiness, not its destruction is the first and only legitimate object of good government. So really everybody should be focusing on improving our health, right? This is what's most important to us.

It's how we get to a level of ideal sustained happiness. But of course, it's all going in the wrong direction. So I'm going to start by talking about some basics around what it means to be healthy. And people get confused. People mix in so many different things about health, diet, exercise, stress, etc. But we need to try and look at it from a perspective of what is most important and then what can we add in to really get us to a place of being our best version of ourselves. So you look at diet. So poor diet, interestingly, is a lot of people get shocked by this when I tell them this when I give my lectures, is responsible for more disease and death globally than physical inactivity, smoking and alcohol combined.

Why am I saying that? The low-hanging fruit, one of the most important things you can do, when I see my patients, a lot of them are suffering from weight-related issues or mental health issues, which again is also linked to diet, I say to them, what are you eating? And we know from good data, certainly in the United States, that more than 60% of the calories consumed by the average American comes from ultra-processed food. You may not know this, but what is ultra-processed food? And why is that an issue?

Well, ultra-processed food has been created deliberately and engineered by these big corporations, by the food industry, to get you hooked. So you over-consume, right? But the problem is it's causing disease. It's making you sick. So one of the most important things I want to share with you today is how you can identify ultra-process food and try and avoid it. Ideally, go cold turkey. One of the things I've done in my research and what I do with my patients and what it gives people a lot of hope is that when you're not, you know, change your diet, it's not going to take months and years to have an effect. For most people,

you see an effect rapidly within weeks. You've seen what Alex Jones has done over a period of months and how, you know, I was pleasantly surprised when I met him for the first time today. He looks in great shape. And he hasn't been in this level of great shape for a very, very long time. So how do you achieve that? Well, ultra-processed food is defined as if it comes out of a packet and has five or more ingredients, it's ultra-processed. It's usually full of a mixture. of unhealthy oils, seed oils, sugar, you know, and lax fiber and nutrients. So the best way, very simple, if you go to the grocery store, and this can apply to foods, by the way, that are being marketed as healthy, don't look at the marketing claims.

Can you count five or more ingredients, usually with additives and preservatives, ultra-processed, best avoid it? That's a great place to start. And in fact, 70% of these sorts of foods have added sugar. sugar itself is, you know, it fulfills criteria really to be, for many people, addictive. An addiction obviously is very difficult to overcome for a lot of people. I was a former sugar addict myself up until my early 30s. I was consuming, I calculated probably with all the different foods I was eating,

not even away, even healthy foods, about 40, 4.0 teaspoons of sugar a day. I overcame it and I've never felt healthier, right? But the way you do is that you go completely cold turkey. So you avoid the ultra-processed food. The other thing as well, if you really want to get in shape quickly and see the benefits, and you'll be amazed, there's no count of calories here, it's just about eating real food, is you eliminate the low quality carbohydrates. So what does that mean? It means the breads, the pastas, the rice, the potatoes, not forever. You need to reset.

You can go back to those foods at smaller amounts later on. But for the first four to six weeks, I would say completely eliminate, especially if you're already a little bit overweight or you're in the obese category, you're going to see massive benefits quickly in terms. terms of the way you feel as well as your weight getting better. Your health market is getting better. So eliminate those foods and you're going to be in a much better state. Now, what else should you be eating? Well, for a long time, the food industry and medical established bodies have told us to cut the fat out and specifically the saturated fat. As a cardiologist, I can tell you, I published on this and I advocated for this very strongly, going back probably over 12 years, eating saturated fat from foods like red meat, from butter, from cheese, does not cause

heart disease. It does not cause heart disease. So you don't have to worry about this foods. Eat real food. You don't have to necessarily eat steak every day, but eat real food. And that means, you know, whole fruit and vegetables, oily fish, if you can, a couple of times a week, you know, quitting the sugar and you will get to a better state. You will break the addiction and your cravings will go. So I think that's a really good place to start. I have even seen some of my patients who follow this particular plan, even send their type 2 diabetes into remission as in reverse a type 2 diabetes within 21 to 28 days of just changing diet, not pounding it in the gym, not running miles every day.

You can do this purely from just this dietary approach. There's a huge exercise craze and I get it. You know, people want to look good, they want to feel better and they are reasonably good reasons to do exercise. But when it comes to longevity, when it comes to health, when it comes to your heart, you

can keep it very, very simple. 30 minutes a day, five times a week, 150 minutes, two and a half hour. hours a week of even brisk walking is more than enough when it comes to your lifespan. And that's what the evidence tells us. When you look at all these communities I've studied around the world that have lived to over 100, these people weren't pounding it in a gym. They weren't spending money and, you know, spending lots of time in a gym. They were just out and about.

They were not being sedentary. They were in the fields. They used to, you know, they would farm, right? They would basically go out in the fields and they would, you know, grow up. their own food and that would be their activity and then they would cook it and they would eat it. Relatively simple. Much more difficult of course to do in this modern day and age but my point

is this, you know, exercise is overrated, movement is underrated. Ideally, don't sit for more than 45 minutes at a time. If you're in a desk job even if you get up for a few minutes, every 45 minutes you set a timer for example just do some stretching, whatever

else, that is going to keep you in relatively good shape. And of course do what you enjoy, whether it's cycling, whether it's playing sport, whether it's going for a walk, just find what you enjoy and make it regular. That's all you need to do. It doesn't have to be expensive. Another big issue that I think most of us are affected by maybe more than ever, especially after the pandemic, is chronic stress. And how bad is chronic stress? Well, if you look at chronic stress, which most of us are suffering from, it is equivalent as a risk factor for heart disease as being a regular smoker

or having type two diabetes or having high blood pressure. So what do we do about it? Well, it's difficult, right? Because when you look at what causes stress, most of what determines our stress, the two biggest factors are work and relationship stress. Now, I'm not here to advise you on relationships in this particular instance, but if you are in a toxic relationship, then you can't out meditate yourself, you know, you can't meditate yourself out of it, right? You've got to think about maybe coming out of that relationship, right? What else can you do to mitigate against stress? Spend more times with friends and family, right? Social media is not a good way for you to reduce your stress levels, physically spend time with people. One of the things I tell my patients, and you may

laugh at this, who have heart disease who come to me and want advice about how they can stop themselves having a further heart attack, how they can reduce their risk further, or people who have now risk factor for heart disease, I actually tell them, one of the best things you can do to reduce your stress is hug. Hug your loved ones, people you care about, spend time hugging. My prescription is this, 20 seconds, I'm not joking, 20 seconds, 10 times a day for people you care about your friends, family, whatever else, hug for that amount of time because that's what releases stress hormones. So we reduces stress hormones through releasing, you know, positive feel-good hormones. And that's what you need to do. And you'll feel it. So these are simple things

that you can do that is going to make you healthier. Okay. Now let's talk about the problems of modern medicine and why that's so damaging. As I said earlier with Alex, you know, the third most common cause of death globally after heart disease and cancer. And this is nothing to do with the COVID vaccine. This is pre-pandemic was prescribed medications because of side effects. And one of the reasons we have this over-medicated population is because people are not actually having fully informed consent when they go to the doctor. Now, this isn't the doctor's fault. The doctors are also conditioned. They are making decisions for patients on biased and corrupted information that comes from the drug industry where their data on their trials is not independently evaluated. They've

captured the regulators. This is all going to change under Secretary-Capted. Kennedy. But let me just give you an example before I give you the breakdown on some very, very common pills that are prescribed. 86% of the funding of the regulator in the UK, what we call the MHRA, comes from the drug industry. Okay, that is extraordinary. 65, 50 to 65% of the funding of the FDA in the United States comes from Big Pharma, right? That is unbelievable. And the problem is those regulatory bodies are not independently evaluating the data that they are given.

properly from the drug industry, and then we are supposed to believe what the drug industry tells us. Now, if the drug industry were benevolent entities that really cared about our health, we would be more trusting of them. And that's what many people have believed to be the case up until now. But what we do know is that is far from the truth. Those entities, those corporations fulfill the criteria as entities. I'm not talking about individuals within those corporations, as legal entities, they actually fulfill the criteria for being psychopathic. Callous and concern for the safety of others, incapacity to experience guilt, repeated lying, and conning others for profit.

One very egregious example of this was with Vioxx. Viox was a drug, blockbuster drug in the late 90s in the United States was supposed to be better than ibuprofen as a painkiller because it didn't give the gastrointestinal GI side effects. 2011 Merck was a company behind a Vioxx were fined almost $1 billion for fraud, hiding data on harms that ultimately resulted in at least probably 60,000 Americans being killed purely from this drug. And what happened during the litigation process, my colleague and friend John Abramson, who was a doctor from Harvard at the time who was involved in litigation process,

he revealed that during that process, secret emails amongst Merck executives, revealed the chief scientists of Merck basically said when the drug was being rolled out it's unfortunate about the cardiovascular effect of this drug as in heart attack and stroke risk as in they knew about it but we will do well and the drug will do well this is the kind of mentality and this is what goes on within these sorts of companies and what happened you know nobody lost their job nobody got fired nobody you know Merck carried on you know as a company as an entity that existed and this is really the system that we have found ourselves in that has not been corrected. But what makes it worse is that when

the FDA were told, and they realized that the, that Vioxx was causing heart attacks, they wrote to Merck and they told them to put a black box warning on their packaging so that the public knew there may be a risk of heart attack. What did Merck do? They ignored it. They doubled down on their markets, and they purchased more reprints from the New England Journal of Medicine, which is the medical journal, the most prestigious medical journal in the world, their article which suggested the drug was safe at the beginning, they purchased more reprints to basically then, which I think the New Young Journal of Medicine probably received maybe almost close to a million dollars from the drug companies, right,

to basically give back reprints of the journal article to the drug company that then use it as marketing material. So think about that for a second. When the drug companies were told and they knew it was very obvious that this drug was causing heart attacks and strokes, they actually doubled down the marketing to give people the impression of the opposite that it was completely safe and get more doctors prescribing this drug. If that isn't psychopathic, I don't know what is.

So you have to understand as a member of the public and your doctor doesn't know this, trust me, most of your doctors will not know this, right? You need to understand that those drug companies are psychopathic when it comes to making money, and that's why there needs to be a change in the law so that public can be protected. from this sort of behavior.

Okay? This is not right. This is not ethical. This is very damaging. And if you add it all up over the years with all the drug companies, all the fines they've paid, billions of dollars for hiding data on harms and manipulation of research results, for example, you're talking about millions and millions of people

over the last couple of decades at least who have been killed because of this sort of research misconduct, which also unfortunately involves many scientists and institutions they get funding from the drug industry. So once everybody knows this,

then we can try to create change. And I know Secretary Kennedy and Jay Batacharya and the likes of Marni Makari is the new head of the FDA. They're fully aware of this problem, and they are trying to now change the system for the better, but they need our help. And the way they need our help is through awareness, for us also not staying silent,

for us continuing to make noise and make this injustice visible. Now, let me break down something that may shock you in terms of one of the most prescribed drugs in the history of the world. I'm a cardiologist, many of you listening to this, may know of somebody or yourself may be taking a statin. A statin is a cholesterol-lowering drug that is there to potentially prevent heart attacks, and also people who have had heart attacks who are high risk to prevent further heart attacks.

Okay? Now, I've independently analyzed the data. This is well-known. This is published, and people can look this up. If you want to go to a website to look at many different drugs, and the actual benefit for you as an individual at best, then you can look at this website. It's called the n-n-t-com.

T-H-N-N-T-N-T-N-T-N-N-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-N-Eat-T-T-N-E-T-T-N-E-N-T-T-N-E-T-T-N-T-N-E-T-T-N-T-N-T-N-E-PRIENDS-POR-T-T-N-BOR-BOR-BOR-BOR-BOR-BORI, which, again, has not been independently-verified, because this is best case scenario, but this is from their own trial data when you look at it and you break it down, what is a benefit for you as an individual taking the statin drug to prevent a heart attack for most people? This is irrefutable evidence. Nobody can counter this, but you've probably never been told this before. If you trust the drug industry sponsored data, if you don't get side effects and you take the pill every day religiously for five years, because that's how long the trials last than when they've been tested, there is a 1% chance, a 1 in 100 benefit that that pill will prevent you having a non-fatal heart attack, a non-disabling stroke, but without prolonging

your life by one day. Think about that for a second. Were you told that by your doctor? Your doctor probably doesn't know this. You know why? Because we as doctors in our training were not conditioned to be able to interpret information in this way and then communicate to patients. But this is the most ethical approach when it comes to informed consent. And that needs to change. So if there's a 1% benefit at best, it will not prolong your life by one day. Now, how do I approaches with my patients, I give them this information and I help them make a decision. And I don't coerce them. I say, listen, what do you think? This is what the benefit is. Most patients look at me and say, doc, hmm, that doesn't sound very, very good.

I don't like those odds. And that's before we talk about side effects. And the side effects, actually, which are quality of life limiting, I wouldn't say they're life threatening at all, but I've seen many patients and that varies from 20 to 50% of patients taking statins. If you look at real world data will complain of side effects that interfere with the quality of life. Muscle pain, fatigue, brain fog, erectile dysfunction, joint pain, stomach issues. I have seen elderly patients who have been diagnosed with potential Alzheimer's disease or dementia. When you stop their statin, suddenly their memory returns. People who have been bedbound who feel they can't move, they're just getting old, right?

They stop their statin. They've been on it for years. within weeks, they suddenly feel their energy come back. Now, I'm not telling you right now, I'm not your doctor, to do this. I'm just giving you information for you to think about and for you to discuss with your doctor. And if you want more information on this, of course, you can look at the website, the n&T.com, which break down many different drugs on the harms and benefits, even blood pressure pills. But also, if you want, I'm not here to plug this, but I spent my career, you know,

a lot of my career researching this in detail. I wrote a book called a statin-free life. and that's available online. You can look at it on Amazon. That also breaks it all down as well, and also in terms of cholesterol. Now, on the note of statins, people think that high cholesterol is a risk factor of heart disease. Another myth I'm going to bust for you here. For many years, and still there's an indoctrination that lowering cholesterol is the best way to manage heart disease, and if your cholesterol is high, then you must lower it because you're at risk of heart disease. I've done independent analysis where many other scientists I've published in mainstream medical journals,

peer-reviewed journals, British Medical Journal, other journals that are prestigious. And myself, a number of international scientists are independent, we do not get funding, I must make it very clear, I have no links to the drug industry, I'm not trying to sell you a supplement, okay? I'm an independent doctor that wants to give you the truth,

is that when you look at the data, high cholesterol, specifically total cholesterol, and LDL cholesterol, is not a major risk factor for heart disease. Let me repeat that. High cholesterol, independently analyzed now, is not a major risk factor for heart disease, and it may be protective.

In 2016, myself, a number of scientists published in BMJ, we looked at people over 60 to see whether there was an association with high LDL bad cholesterol and heart disease. I'll tell you why, when you go back in time, and you look at where this high cholesterol came as a risk factor for heart disease, something called a Framingham study, one thing that was never publicized, and this is a study that started in 1948, went on for decades, and where we thought high cholesterol was risk factor for heart disease,

but only in extreme cases, which affects only one in two and fifty people of a genetic condition, which makes it very, very high. What they found is once you hit 50, as cholesterol lowered, as your cholesterol went lower, death rates increased. There was an increased risk of mortality, which is strange. That was never well publicized, which makes you think, hold on a minute, is high cholesterol really a risk factor for heart disease. We decided to look at this data again in 2016, and what did we find, if you were over 60,

high LDL, so-called bad cholesterol, was not associated. with heart disease and was inversely associated with all cause mortality. In other words, the higher your cholesterol, if you're over 60, the less likely you were to die statistically. How can you explain that? Well, one of the things that's been forgotten, cholesterol has a very important role. In many, it's very important for hormones, but it also has a very important role in the immune system.

Older people are more vulnerable to dying from infection, and that's why it may well be protected. So I've had patients come to me, who have been sent from their general practitioner, a lady in her 60s. I remember this a few years ago. I wrote an article in the telegraph newspaper about this, and she walked into my consultation room, and she had a look of fear. And I said, what's wrong? She says, my doctors told me my cholesterol's high. And I said, congratulations. You're probably going to live longer. And I sat down with her and explained it all, and she left my consultation room a very happy woman. Now, there's a nuance here, of course, but this is something that needs to be addressed. And hopefully,

we're going to get reanalysis of all of this information so that the guidelines can check. and people can understand that that isn't the primary approach or the best approach to manage heart disease. The best way to manage heart disease is to optimize what we call your metabolic health, okay? And there are five markers that are important, and they're very easy to measure, and they're cheap. Just to give you perspective here, 93% of adult Americans now have suboptimal metabolic health. So the chances are, people watching it have not got all your markers in the right place, but again, through dietary changes in lifestyle, very quickly you can optimize this. And those are some components of the cholesterol profile, triglycerides, HDL, so good cholesterol, your waist circumference, your blood pressure, and your glucose, whether you're a pre-diabetic or type 2 diabetic. Those things can be improved rapidly, and it doesn't involve taking pills. It's lifestyle. That is the way we are going to make America healthy again, is because. by focusing on lifestyle, by giving people the correct information, and then implementing policies and conditions so that it's going to make it easier for them. The problem we've got at the moment, of course, is many people,
