This is a complex but critical issue central to retaking our republic. How should we start with the audience who is smart, but still this gets into rocket science level stuff.

How do you quantify what's going on and then start drilling into it? Well, first, thank you, Alex, for having me on. And it's not just me. There's a team of us across the United States. United States that have been volunteering our time and a lot of times our own money to do deep dives into this. And of course, we're called a conspiracy theorists, especially in 2020, 2020, et cetera. And we expose the election fraud. We know how the presidential election was stolen in 2020. Then we moved into the money phase with Chris Gleason and Philip Allison

to the team members who did a lot of the work, seven days a week, 14 hour days, exposing smurfing, which is campaign, money laundering. Then we got into the NGOs. And we've termed it the fifth branch of government, whereby that's the real government that's running in all these anomalies, things that don't feel right and obviously just aren't right, like DEI, CRT, transgender operations on minors or anybody. illegal immigration. Well, it's all the fifth branch of government, which is NGOs.

NGOs are non-governmental organizations. Generally, you can refer to them as nonprofits, even though there's upwards to 40 different types of nonprofits sanctioned by the IRS. And we found is that there's 1.4 or 1.5 million NGOs in the United States alone, not even getting to the international ones. And we've identified 55,000 out of the 1.5 million that are true liberal NGOs trying to tear down our country. And one of them is we give an example is the Chinese Progressive Association that is shown this out of Oakland, California. The FBI is tagged them as a bad actor.

and they are getting either giving or receiving federal government money and federal grants, and then it goes from one organization to another, and people across the United States and citizen journalists have exposed this. Rand Paul, the U.S. Senators expose this, but certainly not enough. And so on screen is just this group funding and the big banks and big tech above them in government, giving them just billions. This is just one of their front groups or one of their conduits they use. And let me just briefly go back then here.

Let's remember, meanwhile, Loris Lerner under Obama, they admitted, yeah, we targeted tens of thousands of churches and conservative pro-gun groups, anti-abortion groups, taking away their tax exemption, auditing them, putting them in prison. So while you have a war on legitimate, open Christian, conservative nationalist groups, then they've got just green light over here. USAID, 93% of the money going to Democrats. I mean, it's just this is their fifth column. This is their shadow government. This is striking at the heart. Please continue. And the Chinese progressive group is in the 55,000 along with U.S.Aid.

And let me highlight a few U.S. aid. The U.S. aid has been funding, which is our tax dollars through government grants and loans. Project Predict, which is the creation of COVID. There's NGOs such as a Catholic charity scam and the Lutherans and the Jewish family services, 300 million a month to facilitate illegal immigration. USAID is funding the BBC. It came out this morning. They are funding the piggy bank.

I didn't even know that yet, but that goes to figure. The government funded, they have to pay a license to have a TV in the UK. Almost no one watches it. Reuters London to do hit pieces on conservatives across the United States. Yeah, 300 million to Target Musk, which again, that's really MI6. Incredible.

And USA is the one who funded the toppling of the overthrow of Ukraine government in the Orange Revolution in 2014, where Victorian Newland is the one who orchestrated that, and she needs to be criminally prosecuted for that. You know, she's the one who started and her minions started the Ukraine war. It wasn't Putin. We're the

ones who were putting biolabs and other bad things in Ukraine. And all of them have bragged. They started it. George Soros went on CNN and said, I'm behind it. I did it through USA. They're very proud about it. And the The USA is the one funding and paying poppy farmers in Afghanistan.

To this day, maybe it stopped yesterday, thanks to Elon Musk, but they were paying poppy farmers to grow the poppies for heroin, and then to ship it across to different countries. And they're paying for child trafficking, as I said, and Tom Holman of ICE was on, where there's 500,000 now kids, not two or 300,000, which is bad enough. 500,000 illegally trafficking kids, and the U.S. government through the NGO of USA is paying for that. It's outrageous.

Now it's come out. There's a partnership with USA directly under contract with Mexican drug cartels. This is outrageous. And shame on all the congressmen and senators where there's, what, 635 of them, maybe two or three, like Rand Paul and a few others, maybe two or three out of the 635 have ever brought this to light. And where are all the other ones? Where are the 633 that have not spoken up and probably have their fingers in the pockets of these NGOs getting money?

Incredible. I mean, and we're just learning a little bit of it right now, and they are in full panic mode over Elon Musk. And I tell you what, very interesting is what we found with when we were able to map out all the 55,000 connected. And when I say connected, the reason we can see the cash flow monies flowing

from one to the next to the next, sometimes through 10,000 NGOs. And then it actually come back to the original NGO. And this includes not just like the Chinese Progressive Association. I'm talking about Charles Schwab

trust fund, Fidelity Trust, Vanguard Trust. You're talking about people on the brokerage side, you have your pension funds and your 401 Ks. Of course. I mean, in general, that's the Black Rock Consortium.

Yeah, correct, correct. And I am talking specifically about the trust, but they still are using their names like Charles Schwab. And they might be doing good work of 60, 70, 80%, but then you have that 10, 20, 30 percent that we can trace

and show that goes directly to anti-American outright communist organizations who are trying to tear down our country. It's outrageous how deep this is. I'm going to give you a quick example. We can track from the U.S. Treasury through grants and loans going to the Tides Foundation, going to the Chinese Progressive Group, who then funds the abundant organization, the Organization Support Services Group, the National Domestic Workers Alliance,

Fairworks, LBGT Outership, Armour Islamic Center, Islamic Services of Seattle, Working Washington, Vote Yes for Work. These are all funded by U.S. tax dollars to the NGO coming from the U.S. Treasury, the Tides Foundation, to the Chinese Progressive Group, who then we can track and we can show on screen that funds 187 other NGOs. again, you'll see the money coming back. And this is something no one could ever do before. And we believe it's because they're trying to cover their tracks of where the money's really going to. And don't forget, this is only 55,000 in the United States.

Think about all the NGOs then that go out of country. And that's what Zelensky, as soon as Musk got into USAID this weekend, by Sunday, less than 24 hours later, Zelensky goes, look, I only got 42% of the money. Somebody keeps the rest in the U.S. 58%. and they're rolling over quickly. They know they're in trouble. Exactly. And I'm going to give you another great direct example. I have to give credit to at-data Republicans. Consortium for elections and political process strengthening. Now, you tell me what the hell that is. There's 48 federal grants totaling $528 million that anyone could go look up.

This is based on the IRS 990s. We went to their database using a $528 million. We went to their database using an API downloaded their entire IRS database of 990s. That's our source of our data for all this. And what I love is how Musk is openly working with his people, but also crowdsourcing are people like you with the trails, with the breadcrumbs, and you see X particularly using a humet of human knowledge with researchers like you that go in and connect the dots

and then furnish these total scientific breakdowns, blueprints for everyone of what to go after. This is synergy. And I can disclose that President Trump has our information on how they stole the election in Wisconsin. He has our information of smurfing, of campaign money laundering, and he has our information of these NGOs. And Jason Morella is the state attorney general out of Virginia, and along with U.S. Congressman Brian Stiles, who happens to be from Wisconsin, he's the chairman of the committee that oversees the Federal Election Commission.

They sent a request to Janet Yellen and the U.S. Treasury for the SARS reports, and she commented publicly they have never seen so many SARS reports filed by banks against Act Blue ever in any request from Congress. And those criminal investigations are still being led by people such as Ken Paxson, not a Texas, the state attorney general out of Missouri in Indiana and Iowa. And what's beautiful is this isn't like fake charges on Trump or me or Owen Schroyer or Steve Mannon. This is all meat and potatoes, cut and dry, prima facie, open and shut.

I mean, we've got their ass. Yes, because you can't cover up the financial data through the merchant services when they process the cards. That's in the hands of like Visa and MasterCard. the banks. And they've been operating like they would never have anybody go look or check. They thought they were invincible. Exactly. But the money, when you look in the details of the individual connections, it goes to, and this is typically 13 to 14, 15 million per grant. It's going to Venezuela, Haiti,

Armenia, Jordan, Nigeria, Tunisia, Republic of Congo, Sudan, Senegal, Moldavia, Guatemala. Why? Why is $528 million going to these countries? And when you track it back. It's literal globalist brainwashing into the WFU and cult.

They even said that in Congress.

And Trump, so once they do that, they turn the entire deep state loose on you, okay, with zero evidence. And then they admit to, just since this went on, since 2013, 11 years, of secret, ongoing, full-time surveillance and investigation by the FBI. That's why when we got that FBI, CIA guy that was in that Dragnet of undercover, looking for predators, wonder why he popped up on him. He didn't do anything.

He was meeting with a young man. And he was right, yeah, we had the FBI and CIA ran the operation. We investigated for years, couldn't fire any crime. So we went ahead and just did the whole sandy hook thing to shut down Jones. And take his money away. And that's in the documents. So, and you know, they did it to Roger, too. But here's the thing.

This is, this is, he took a book out of Stone's rules. He is the one who will be a target of grand jury investigations. He's the one who will be the target of FBI investigations.

Now we get to look at all of his emails, all of his text messages. And what you're going to find is indisputable evidence of treasonous activity. He's the guy who was behind 180 lawsuits targeting. Trump with lawfare in 2020. He was co-counsel in Trump's impeachment. He actually outed himself bragging about it in the famous article in time

magazine about how a shadow campaign saved, meaning stole the 2020 election. He, like a corrupt lawyer, Mark Elias, one of the top strategists in the team of lawyers using Soviet CIA style tactics against the Trump

administration and against the president. Norm Eisen actually wrote a famous book about how to conduct a modern governor color revolution, which was a precursor to everything that happened here. So he's going on the attack because he understands that he is now a target. And all of his illegal and treasious activities are about to be exposed. So he can go file all the civil lawsuits he wants, but the U.S. Justice Department will be there moving to dismiss. They had the power and they used it to try to destroy Donald Trump. this greasy criminal is about to be on the receiving end of his own crimes. And as we know, we know Eddie Munster has been a quarterback in all of this.

There's no question about it. He and, of course, Andrew Weissman. Just remind you who he is, he's probably the most corrupt prosecutor in U.S. history. He lied under oath against mob murders covering up at least 14 mob murders early in his career. He keeps going on MSNBC and bragging. about the Enron case, I guess he doesn't realize that people understand that his convictions in the Enron case were unanimously overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court, which tongue latched him for prosecutorial misconduct. The 1512 or 1215 charge used against January 6 victims, that's the brainchild

of this epic criminal, Andrew Weissman. And Weissman is, of course, guilty of destroying evidence that was under subpoena when John Durham was investigating the Russian collusion home. So I saw him on MSNBC the other day saying that Trump doesn't have the authority to fire senior FBI officials. Of course he does. And he knows he does. So Andrew Weissman, who has a luxury condominium in Tribeca and recently bought the condo next door to house his wine collection, I think he's going to be needing to sell that because he's going to need that money for the legal fees. to defend himself in the upcoming prosecutions that I believe are coming his way.

So, Eisen and Weissman, these guys are the architects of this illegal treasonous activity to remove Donald Trump and the Russian collusion hoax. They're the architects of the two phony impeachments who were actually largely used to shield the illegal activities of the Bidens, Hunter, and Joe. and now the shoes on the other foot. I see that Eisen's now teamed up with Jennifer Rubin to launch some new dark money program, but I'm convinced the FBI and the Department of Justice will be able to get at the roots of that as well. It is really heartening now to see those who tried to destroy President Trump, tried to destroy me and my family, tried to destroy General Flynn, prosecutors who knew

that the Mueller report included exculpatory evidence. Mueller admits in his long-rejected support that he had no evidence of Russian collusion or WikiLeaks collaboration or any other crime for that matter against me, yet they use their leverage to try desperately to pressure me

into testifying falsely against the president. And that even came out in court, but of course you didn't lie because there was nothing there and you're not a liar. Let me bring myself at a person. this because I would do it as anybody else. What do you make of magically two days after Trump gets in, the FBI sends us the secret documents, and I'm a level three national security

threat, a white supremacist, and a dangerous terrorist, and then I've been under surveillance and they have weekly meetings at the Justice Department about me for the last 11 years? Well, Alex, I think you should be extraordinarily honored, because if you weren't effective on speaking out for freedom and speaking out in defense of the Constitution and speaking out for the American form of government, you would never have been targeted. Why were they spying on you? Well, because you're effective

and you're dangerous to their agenda of basically suspending the Constitution and moving us to a completely authoritarian society. And I love the fact that they admit in 11 years, this is just one thing we know about, that they found nothing. I mean, they can and out a ham sandwich because there's so many laws,

It is no secret that myself and many other prominent Trump supporters have been targeted for many, many years going back to when he was first a candidate for president in 2016. And many documents have come out in Congress and the evidence of massive surveillance and persecution, lawfare, criminal prosecution is literally legion. We've all seen what President Trump went through as it intensified in the last four years with the kangaroo, civil, and criminal trials that only backfired on them as the people really saw the injustice and the lies. But Saturday, we got in the mail a forer request that about a year ago,

Chase Geiser, one of our news research and reporters and anchors, had the idea to do a for-year request. Now, I've done FOIA requests before, Freedom Information Act request over the years, five or six times. Pulling back even 20 years ago was the first time and never got a response back. I even had my personal lawyer and law firm here in Austin, file one, and nothing ever came back because the deep state was violating the law. days after Trump got into office and we'll show the documents, the timestamp, and all of it, that they ordered this already pending most recent from a year ago requests that was not being released to be released. And without fanfare, it was mailed to Chase. And we're about to show you the contents of that, that is bombshell.

But other individuals are now getting information in the mail as well. So my hunch that this was across the board and that a lot of this data weighing to be released that was lawful to release was being released. And so I would expect in the next few days and weeks, because most people are going to run out and talk to their lawyers first, that you're going to see this information begin to break in a big way, and that you're going to see congressional hearings as well and criminal investigations by the new Trump DOJ. The reason this is so important is we learn from these documents that in 2013, under the Obama administration and the incoming Comey as the director, three months into that in 2013,

that I was personally designated with one of the most dangerous designations you can have. A level three designation that translates in their own documents will show you to a national security threat and then the full weight of surveillance and control and behind the scenes lawfare that the FBI has been documented in many other people's lives and also in my life to work behind the scenes that if they cannot find criminal activity, they will go out and work with deep state law firms to then come after you and select key courts that they control to then get giant judgments and shut you down, just like we saw with Trump,

where it turned out that all those different prosecutors criminally and the civil lawyers as well were meeting in the first few weeks when Biden got into office via election fraud in 2021 to go after Trump and everyone who was loyal to America and to President Trump in his orbit. But this specifically deals with Obama from, 2013 launching over the designation and then it ongoing as far as the documents go until 2019. And it's obviously still ongoing since then.

And these are just the redacted cover sheets admitting that the investigations and that the designation was happening and that I was being labeled as a domestic terrorist and a major national security threat. But the most important thing out of all of this that we're about to reveal and show you the articles, the documents, all the receipts, is that everything being done to me in the last eight, nine years, or longer than that, 11 years that we know of, has been used against Trump and now against Elon Musk. And they're admitting that they've declared him a national security threat. and they've declared him a national security threat in the UK. And that's very important because the CIA likes to use the UK to covertly persecute Americans because there's no congressional oversight. And now that Musk has gotten in to the Treasury payment system and is finding massive fraud with Doge, they are in beyond complete and total panic mode right now.

Here's a Washington Times article. director. Comey ordered secret Trump investigation in 2015. And of course, now what that was a blower said a few years ago has been confirmed to be true. They then created the fake steel dossier. Again, using the UK because there wouldn't be congressional oversight, but the DNC paying tens of millions of dollars to create that fake blueprint, to then have plausible made-up claims that were false, that Trump might be a Russian asset,

to then turn the entire national security apparatus, not just the FBI, loose on him. Then, last year, this also came out in Congress. Former high-level secret service agent, Dan Bongino, got a list from his congressional sources of a secret bump list, 26 people selected by John Brennan, formerly in the CIA director during the 2016 election cycle to bump and target with Russian interaction and spying.

I'm obviously not going to tell you, who I got this from, but the list of people to bump and target with, you know, Russian interaction and spying, put it on the screen. I've never shown you this before. This is from my source. Ted Cruz, Donald Trump, Ben Carson, some of the names are not spellwrites for a reason. I can't describe it. I'll maybe go into it a different time. Michael Flynn, Alexander Jones, Jeff Sessions, Rudy Giuliani, Roger Stone. Sending inoperatives to offer us money to claim there with the Russians. I got approached with $3 million cash payment.

It was from the FBI. I went to another FBI office and reported the information. And, of course, it turned out to be the FBI doing it themselves. But I let them know, hey, guys, knock it off. I'm aware of what you've done. Gave them official letters from the law firm in D.C. that I hired. So I don't just have that from Dan Bongino and the congressional information. I have that from personal experience.

Then just last week during the Kosh Patel FBI director confirmation hearings, the chairman of the committee, Senator Grassley, revealed not just Crossfire Hurricane, the giant, just department CIA operation against Trump and myself and others that went from 2016 right through until now, but also an operation called Arctic Frost. Now I'd like to call the committee's attention to something. I'm going to share with you information about the FBI's that never been made public before. The second email, February 24th, 2022 email from Tebow to John Crabb, a prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney's Office of the District of Columbia, saying, quote,

I had a discussion with the case team, and we believe there is predication to include former president of the United States Donald J. Tump as a predicated subject, end quote. This FBI case would later be codenamed Arctic Frost. Continuing anti-FBI agent responsible for opening Jack Smith's electric case against President

whistleblower. And this just goes on and on. And again, you can go back to the New York Times, admitting that they were using wiretaps, illegally against President Trump. We first exposed that and got even more targeted for it. U.S. government wiretap, former Trump campaign chair. This was all political. Now we fast forward Elon Musk X postings reportedly being monitored by U.K.

Homeland Security, and they're saying he's a national security threat over there. Elon Musk tweets investigated by UK counterterrorism unit. That's just from a few weeks ago. go. So that's definitely coming out of the deep state here because there's no congressional oversight over there. The same tricks over and over again. There's AOL news with that. Here's some new reports just out in the last few days. Senator Warren's of national security risk after Elon Musk, Doe's granted full access to sensitive treasury systems. Totally constitutional. Trump's signed an executive order. He is the president's auditor to make

recommendations and they're found massive fraud just last few days. And the system would Senator Ron Wyden is absolutely running scared. Representative Betty McComb's statement on Elon Musk, illegal and unconstitutional raid of federal agencies. Well, Trump's in the executive. He's the president. He can have his representative with accountants going and look at it. But again, they're trying to claim that's illegal. And it goes on and on.

Now there's classified information about the payments being made. They don't want you to know where all the money laundering. And the trillions that Trump just froze, was three trillion that Biden had hidden last week. UK counterterrorism unit launched probe and detect millionaires' tweets that for concerns raised over risk to Britain's national security. Biden gave 300 million to Reuters to investigate with 11 agencies, Elon Musk. And we're just bringing that up to let you know who the new big target is, Elon Musk.

Now, before I get to these exclusive documents that came to us via the Foria request that was not going to be released like all the previous ones, obviously, but Trump gets in two days after it gets authorized on the stamp and then takes us a week for it to get to your mailbox. Now, Comey famously told Congress that, oh, no, we don't label domestic groups as, white supremacist on the terror list, but these documents were about to show you prove that he lied to Congress when he said that on multiple occasions. And then indeed, I was labeled as a white supremacist, therefore a terrorist. I'm a human, pro-human, uh,

supremacist, but, but certainly not that. But, but even if I was some Hitler lover, that's my right as an American, just like you can have black supremacist or Jewish supremacist or any of that. But, but this is the thing.

That was run by the Justice Department, the fraudulent fake sale. They wouldn't even accept our real bidders. They're still trying that right now. That battle's ongoing. But in this article, it admits that they spent $324 million. Aiken Gump, the other top Democrat law firm, is run by Hillary Clinton and others, and Senator Blumenthal trying to shut me down. Now, that isn't deep state.

That is the tyrannical global estate. right out in the open. So we've gotten these incredible documents that, again, are a lot bigger than Alex Jones. I mean, of course, we have the CIA slash FBI. He's both, you know, getting caught undercover cameras saying, yeah, we couldn't find anything criminal on him, which is admitted in these documents, in over a decade of secret, high-level, constant surveillance, reviews every few months.

I mean, meetings at the FBI about me constantly and about info wars. And that's exactly what the FBI is also CIA operative admits. He says, we tried to get him. We couldn't find anything. So we got him civilly. What would be like a big influence that you're, influencer that you're after? You, like a, I don't know, like, I don't even know these names, like a Fox Newsperson or like a Tucker Carlson or like. Oh, I'm sure he's in.

Right. You always wanted to think I was the loudest. Like that, what was his name? The one that said the Sandy Hook didn't happen. Alex Jones. Yeah, so we were after him. You are? Are you still after? Why?

Because he's broke. He got found guilty. And had to pay like $100 million. So why were you after him? We're not anymore. Just to get the money for him? Yeah. Was that court case used?

Was that the CIA? Sure it was. That was the agency thing? Well, actually it was a defamation place, so it's a civil non-government. Well, we were looking at all of the scholars coming. Oh, I'm like, who's that been the latest? Right? So, even though it's technically not our, well, not the agency, definitely, but the Bureau, for instance.

Yeah, it's not our purview. It's a civil matter. But since they got all this access to his stuff, and it's there, what can we go find? And did you finally? I can't determine if we did. But, so, you know, it's just kind of like, you know, realize the opportunity that you have.

So with Alex Jones, you were watching him long before anything end up happening? Probably. It wasn't my office, but, I mean, we would have been well aware of what he was doing. And the goal with him was, what, just to bankrupt him? Oh, pretty much. And we let the families do it. What? Who let the families do it?

Were they encouraged to do that by the Bureau? Like, nudged? We don't encourage people. But, like, we just say there's no federal statute being broken. But you do have the option for a civil. For a civil case. It's a pretty good case. Nice.

You didn't file suit at that point in 2016. No, at that point I couldn't get anybody to help me. You were looking. I was, by that I had pretty certain by 2016, I had contacted the agents association. I had been looking for people. I've been asking the U.S. Attorney's Office to help me. I'd have been asking the FBI New Haven to help me. So, yes, I was looking for help.

No. You are an FBI agent responsible for enforcing federal law. Yes. It is a federal law to use interstate communication to threaten another person, correct? Yes. Was anyone ever arrested for threatening you online? No. Tell the jury the role that integrity and professionalism plays both

your job as an FBI agent in it as a SWATI number. As FBI agent, if you don't have integrity, you can't do you draw. Everything we do is based on our retagery.

So, this is serious racketeering. This is serious conspiracy against rights. And so what I'm asking here, before I get into this, is for Kosh Patel, who I pray gets confirmed, or for whoever Trump gets in there,

we have to go out for the deep state for justice, but more importantly, to stop them doing this more in the future of this reign of terror against loyal, good, constitutional, boy scout Americans who've been vindicated about the tyranny and the money laundering and the surveillance and the corruption. Everything I've been exposing for 30-plus years was Alex Jones right or was that wrong?

And the fact that they cooked up PR firms and claimed I did things to Sandy Hook families I never did, and raised money for Bloomberg's gun control group using my name and then sued me and then had judges found me guilty in default and then had show trials, literally rigging everything where I was already guilty and then admitting that they went and cooked it up. This is outrageous. So in my case and in President Trump's illegal persecutions and Steve Bannon, and the list goes on and on and Owens false imprisonment, my co-host, I mean, look at that case.

For January 6th, when he was outside the building saying, don't go in with me four months in federal prison and they tried to indict me. I'd testify in front of the fake Jan 6th Commission that's now been imparted because of all the crimes. They committed rigging, falsifying documents, destroying evidence. I mean, this is amazing. So I know that's quite the preface and quite the buildup here, but that is just a snapshot of what has gone on. And these are serious crimes that have been committed by these people and they must be legally and lawfully brought to justice. So, Chase, thanks for putting it.

It's justice. It's right thing you do. But plus, they're still going to go after all of his key supporters like Musk and the brave accountants and others. He's brought in because, you know, the Democrats, he was said a few months ago, any lawyer ever represents Trump or any of his people we're going to disbar you. I mean, they are terrorizing and bullying people, and I'm proud of America,

realizing we've had war declared on us and that we've accepted the challenge. But for people who think we've won the war, we haven't, we've won major battles and have beyond a beachhead. But if we don't really, really, really use everything under the Constitution law to prosecute these criminals, this is only going to intensify. So, Chase, your take on this. And so when I looked at the details of this release document

And so when I looked at the details of this release document as to why some of the information on the documents they sent were redacted,

basically it was just to cover FBI informants that they had. On December 10, 2013, Info Wars was classified as a white racially motivated extremist organization, which is anything but true. And under a type 3 assessment. Now, I wasn't familiar, of course, at all with what a type 3 assessment was. I'm not an intelligence expert. I'm not familiar with the manuals that the FBI puts out. So I did my research and basically figured out that you can be under a type 3 assessment for one or two reasons, suspicion of federal crime or because you're deemed a national security threat.

Now, given they designated us as a white racially motivated extremist organization, and we know that they found no evidence. of any crimes that have been committed because they've tried countless occasions to do so, that means that they classified us as a type under a type three assessment based on the claim that were a national security threat. And then that's bolstered, that claim is bolstered by the fact that we saw this rise over the next several years, especially under the Biden administration, of talking about white supremacy as a national security issue, Biden countless times, Comey countless times saying the number one threat to national security is white supremacy. They're trying to classify us as terrorists so that we don't have the same rights as other

individuals and under this type three assessment they can do things like follow us in public places which some of the crew and Alex have experienced they can do things like send agents to spy on us without revealing that they're agents so they could have sent infiltrators in i'm sure that they did i don't know who but basically over the course of the last 11 years the FBI has been spying on info wars and the last 11 years have been the toughest for info wars Alex in terms of the lawfare that we faced the de-platforming the debanking i mean if you're late Sure, well, it's no secret we've been targeted, and a bunch of other stuff's come out,

including me on the CIA list to be attacked. This is massive that Obama and his and Comey designated this as this, and then it goes through in the rules that they're constantly having reviews, they're having meetings, and this is open from 2013 to 2019 the last time we get documents, because that's the last time that they were probably even keeping them, because by then they'd gone totally rogue at the FBI. Yeah, there's no evidence that they stopped assessing us

under this type 3 assessment, because those documents just weren't disclosed to us. Well, we know about 2019 they were really desperate. That's when it comes out that they were only using cell phones, burner phones, email, that wasn't their official email. Yes, but off the books. Yes, and just to provide some context here for the sake of the audience, I had to download the domestic investigations and operations guide from 2013.

It was modified within a month of Comey becoming the director of the FBI. And this is where it describes, what a type 3 assessment is and how it has to be maintained. And so, yes, as Alex said, every 30, 60, and 90 days, a supervisor at the FBI has to review the documents in order to keep you in a type 3 assessment status. So for at least six years, probably until today, even, we have been classified as a type 3 national security risk by the FBI, and they've been using it as an excuse to bump us to do things like follow us and spy on us.

And it's just an attack on the First Amendment. That's what it is. And again, they will never give me my FOIA request in the past, on it many times. This time, I believe it's clear. It's only because Trump got in. This was released a few days after he got into office. So the reason this is such a big deal

is because they gave us a couple of documents and they redacted 90% of it. But there was one small detail which cracked the whole thing open and makes this a major story. And I don't know if they revealed it intentionally or an accident. They didn't think that we were going to see the classification or the assessment level. But that

one small detail reveals the entire scope and corruption of the deep state apparatus, the FBI apparatus, not just against info wars, but against the press and free speech as a whole. Just like the government tried to deny it was involved in censorship, but we now know they were directly millions of times telling people what they wanted. When Zuckerberg would do what they wanted, they'd call up a scream at him. These people from the Biden administration would call up our team and like scream at them

and curse. And it's like these documents are, it's all kind of out there. Do you record any of those phone calls? I don't, no, I don't think. I don't think we've, but I think, I want to listen. I mean, there are emails. The emails are published. It's all, it's all kind of out there.

We said, no, we're not going to take down humor and satire. We're not going to take down things that are true. They admit in the release letter that nine pages were reviewed and six pages were being released. And I know, based on my research of the domestic investigations and operations guide, that you have to have an an ordinent amount of documentation to go from type one to type one to type two, from type two to type three assessment, plus the 30, 60, 90-day requirements. I mean, they have hundreds of documents on us, Alex, that they did not give us in this FOIA request.

They just threw something, some bone at us that they thought was going to make us go away. But they included a detail that blew the whole thing wide open. Well, I want to be clear. The Trump administration came in and said, we're totally transparent. Anything that's not secret releasing now. Yeah. They said agency-wide, all this stuff, foyer's, Trump said we're going to lease it all.

And they're in the process of the JFK stuff right now. It takes a few weeks because of fall in the law. they have 15 days to come up with a plan and then another month or so to actually release it. But the point is is that somebody at the FBI compiled the bare minimum before and then Trump just ordered it released

in its general order and that means a lot of other stuff that was held up is going to be going out to everybody. We're going to be learning some wild stuff. Absolutely. And I would encourage the audience just to submit as many FOIA requests as you want about InfoWRs and see if you get anything else.

Well, that's another thing from having four-year experts on that have written and books on them things. Exactly. It's different bureaucrats. It's different groups. And so, and you can also get different stuff from different agencies that has stuff

from the other agency. Right. And so that's what a lot of experts do is they will do multiple ones, different ways, different years, and then they'll black this out, black that up, and then you get all the pages

you can put them together and get a bigger picture. Exactly. And I believe that I did a CIA request, not just the FBI one, although I haven't looked in so long as I'd have to confirm, and I'm still waiting on that.

If I remember correctly, you said, yeah, I'm going to do a four-year to the FBI and CIA. And I did it for you as an individual and for Info Wars as an organization. They got back to me right away and said they wouldn't give me any information about you because a third party can't request information about another individual. But then this week they gave us the information about Info Wars as an organization.

Well, look, let's do this. How about we put another one in for me personally right now? Let's do it. Let's do it. Because, again, I mean, Congress and the Bongino thing and the CIA, we already know that all happened. Hell, I mean, I had people come to me. They were just like business people, well-known, law firms.

Oh, the internet research group wants to give me $3 million. I'm like, that's the Russians. Weird. And then we all know it was the FBI. I'm like, no way, no way. So another thing they do is they project onto us that were like Lex Luthor, even though I have the haircut now. And you notice they couldn't get one Trump official that they did a massive dragnet on

to go out and they had FBI sex operas. And CIA sex operas, I just came out last year, declassified. Because just one thing, you know, guys won't sell their country out for money, but some guys are for hot chick. Not even hot chicks could get people to turn against America that were Trump supporters. Right. I mean, so the Democrats, though, boy, they're for sale. They're like a vending machine. So, look, this is a big deal.

And I love the left always denied they were surveilling and attacking the deep state. now it's all starting to come out and I'm just asking President Trump released it all. That's what he's to happen. I agree. I want to see what type one assessment, type two assessments look like, what the documentation was for this whole thing.

And it's like you said, Alex, it's indicative of a problem much bigger than just info wars. Obviously, this is an incredibly relevant story for us as an organization, but this is about the FBI being weaponized against press operations, press companies who were perceived by the establishment as political opposition. Obviously, we're not white racially motivated extremists. Well, a whole other angle to this is some estimates from 30% of the DOJ's budget the last four years has been harassing J-Sixers and that dragnet. And obviously, this has been a 10-year, 11-year dragnet, and they found nothing illegal we were doing.

Like they had me audited two years ago, and then we got a $4.3 million return, but it went into the bankruptcy. and they're like, well, this isn't very normal. This isn't very common. I mean, we've gone through all of this, but imagine while there's kidnappings and bank robberies and sex slavery, and then you've got this weaponized government going back years and years and years with huge ongoing FBI investigations of a talk show host, that's wild. I ask that with your verdict, you not only take Alex Jones,

platform that he talks about away, I ask that you make certain he can't rebuild the platform. That's what matters. That is punishment. That is deterrence. Is there going to be a large set of plaintiffs who are going to be dividing up the course of Info Wars and the bankruptcy at stake? And over the course of that process, that could get very, very dangerous for Mr. Jones. But we will be at it as long as it takes.

And if you're out there right now and you're one of Alex Jones's audience members, and you're considering giving him money, I just want you to know that based on the jury's verdict today, it's not a very good bet. I hope that we never see someone like him again. I hope that with your verdict, he can go away. But the money is not even really the question for me. The question is, will this suit be successful

at stopping him from being on the national stage? And I love how the left, oh, my God, they got asked questions by Joseph McCarthy, are they loyal Americans? and oh, a few known communists lost their jobs. The communists are a foreign international group that literally wants to take over. I'm glad they got questions and things. They never got persecuted on a scale of 1% of this.

And it was public. They literally just accuse us all of being Russian agents and white supremacists and all of this stuff with no evidence of it and just keep doing it. And then meanwhile, Biden is on the payroll of basically everybody. there's a lot of action taking place. I mean, I can tell you this. The law firms, the Democrat Party, that did all this to us, has broken a lot of laws in the process trying to shut down info wars.

You've seen some of that come out. I told you it was illegal, then throwing us out of the building repeatedly, trying to lock the doors, turning the Internet off, saying they own it, they didn't. And then now they got egg on their face, and they're still trying to the Justice Department that's attached itself to my case as trustees. And they haven't given up, and they're not stopping. whole another area, but my lawyers don't want me to talk about it yet because obviously

they gave us over 50,000 pages of documents in discovery. I've been suing the Justice Department, which means the Biden of the Justice Department now it's overlapped. Now they're going to have the already having the Trump Department's now investigating that office of bankruptcy out of the Justice Department. So things are going to get very, very interesting. And the stuff we got in discovery, if you think all the bid rigging and fake options was bad. And then for two and a half years

of bankruptcy, saying, I'm a criminal to the judge, we're going to find his crimes, having the judge have us pay for three outside audits, and instead we got a bunch of money back. I mean, the judge has gotten fed up with them. Absolutely. Well, God bless you, Alex. And, you know, I know I'm in the front lines of the information more based on everything that they've done to you. One of the main reasons

So they provided me with two or three documents, and these checkboxes, as to why the information was redacted. So if we go to the section of this release letter, we can see that they redacted information to protect personnel privacy and information that could reasonably be expected to constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy or could reasonably be expected to disclose the identity of confidential sources, including a state, local, or foreign agency or authority,

or any private institution which furnished information on a confidential basis. and in the case of record or information compiled by a criminal law enforcement authority in the course of a criminal investigation or by an agency conducting a lawful national security intelligence investigation. So basically the implication here is that information in this FOIA request was redacted to protect the identity of informants on Info Wars, informants against Info Wars over the course of the last several years, as you'll see. Now, enclosed after this release letter is a very very very important. very simple document, an import form from the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Now, this form, as you can see, is dated 628, 2019, but there's some very interesting information

enclosed here, despite the fact that it's 90% redacted, as you can see. If you look down here in the middle of the document, you'll see that Infowars has been classified as a white racially motivated extremist organization under a type 3 assessment, which began on 1210, 2013. He said, listen, it's a conspiracy by Republicans that we ever targeted the Tea Party or anybody with the IRS. That came out in Congress. tens of thousands of audits, harassments, indictments, FBI, you name it, libertarians, conservatives, gun groups, pro-life groups, tea party groups, army manuals demonizing them. I mean, it's all out there.

And that the IRS got caught lying about it. And then now we learn the FBI blocked investigations of it. And that not one communist, progressive authoritarian group calling themselves liberal got audited. They were all given their tax-exempt status and were not investigated. Now, after receiving this documentation, as you can imagine, I was very curious as to what a type 3 assessment meant. And I asked ChatGPT and I asked Google, and I think that I finally got to the bottom of this information. A brief AI overview on a Google search says an FBI type of assessment is a type of assessment that requires supervisory approval and documentation using electronic communication. The explanation is that the FBI can open an assessment on any person or organization even if they don't have a criminal record.

assessments give the FBI the power to recruit informants, question people without revealing the agent's identity, search government in commercial databases, and conduct physical surveillance of a person's public movements. Now, you've heard reports over the course of the last several years, at least that Alex Jones has been followed, I've been followed, I know Rob Aguero's has been followed. I know for a period before Owen Shore went to prison,

he was pulled over at least once a week right outside of our office. I was a couple of times within the same month as well. And so we've seen suspicious activity like this over the course of the years here at InfoWords. We've seen bizarre behavior on some of our electronic devices, mouses that go haywire, things of that nature, as if our devices are being monitored or controlled remotely. And when I looked into more details, I saw some very interesting things. I realized that our type 3 assessment status is something that was catalyzed

less than three months after James Comey became the director of the FBI under the Obama administration in 2013. How do these shameful comments of the President of the United States, his outright refusal to condemn white supremacy, dangerous white supremacy, affect the psychology of groups like the proud boys and other violent extremist groups like them, other white nationalist groups that we have seen conduct and carry out such violence? And so it will attract more people to their work to view of the world and to their groups. It is a free pass to people that nobody wants in their communities.

And so I looked up the domestic investigations and operations guide from 2013, which was updated just a month after Comey was made the director of the FBI, to determine what was really going on with a type three assessment. Now, this document in full is about 698 pages long, and I was able to find 19 pages within the document that described type 3 assessments. And I'm not going to read all 19 pages to you, but I will read snippets for your information. 90-day reviews as well as 30-day reviews and 60-day reviews

on a rolling basis in order to keep us in a type 3 assessment status. We have no evidence that our type 3 status is a 9-day review. national security threat as a white supremacist, racially motivated extremist organization threat has been terminated. We actually believe that as of now, we're still classified as this national security threat and that we're still being watched spied on by the FBI. So they check every 30, 60, and 90 days with the supervisor within the FBI to continue to keep us in this type three assessment status, which we know that we were in for at least six years from 2013 to 2019 and probably are still in today. And so we got basically one or two little redacted pages that gave us no information whatsoever,

but indicated to us that we were being spied on by the FBI. Now, this all began in 2013 within 90 days of James Comey becoming the director of the FBI, obviously during the Obama administration. And as you, the Info Warriors of the world know, ever since 2013, InfoWores has been under quite a bit of attack. I would be guessing, sir, but I would say approximately like 2016. Where were you when you saw that? I was sitting in my office on the second floor at FBI New Haven.

You didn't file suit at that point in 2016. No, at that point, I couldn't get anybody to help me. You were looking? I was, by then I had pretty certain by 2016, I had contacted the agents association. I had been looking for people. I've been asking the U.S. Attorney's Office to help me. I've been asking the FBI New Haven to help me.

So, yes, I was looking for help. And then finally, you know, the only person ever even listened to him is Mr. Koskopf. We've been debanked and we've been de-platformed. All of this in the context of what Elon Musk has revealed was the X-Files and how the intelligence community had regular briefings with major social media platforms.
