And we've now tracked these judges and their careers and how they operated as NGO heads who then bought their judgeships literally with massive campaign donations that were scandals at the time when they got approved by Democrats like Biden and Obama and Clinton

and then they are there to make sure the mass theft continues and they don't even make a secret that in many cases they head up the NGOs. It's not just that their wife runs NGOs and their daughter runs NGOs or their daughters the deputy head at Department of Education. No, no, no. It's that they literally are the directors and the board members and then get money, salaries, and private jets, hotels, everything.

And then you wonder why, with these. NGOs when they get the numbers, usually about 5 to 6% actually goes to the charity. Now, Bono and the one foundation that came out 20 years ago was the scandal was giving 0.7%. So he upped it to 1% 1.1% of those

big Africa aid things they would do with the UN and that he would keep 98. No, no, no, yeah, 98.9%. Yeah, there it is. Daily Mail. Bono's one foundation. under fire for giving a little over 1% of funds to charity.

That was after there was a scandal a decade before that it was 0.7. I mean, when I say this stuff, folks, I'm not making it up. The crew just types it in and pulls it up. All right? And of course, for anything we found, you know, it's 100 times worse or 500 times worse or 1,000 times worse. I mean, this has been a mass raping of the American people.

So those are those stacks and the insane level of escalation, because they know Trump's been demonized so long and lied about so long, that no one believes anything they hear, almost no one, and every attack on Trump just makes him more popular. So they've moved on from lying about Trump to Musk because they've only been demonized in Musk for about four years, and they haven't hit him with their full attack yet, so they think that's going to work.

Of course, it's going to do the same thing. It did to Trump making more popular. at Tom Cotton under scrutiny for alleged ties to anti-Trump NGO funded by USA. Print that for me. Well, you don't hear the judges saying these documents are fake. They're saying they're personal. He's stealing your Social Security. Next level garbage. And they're calling it reign of terror now. No, we've been under the reign of terror. So I've got some of the spectacular lies they're telling about Musk. They're even publishing fake documents and it's getting confirmed and fake reports on Musk,

which is really their last desperate attempt. And then that's when nothing they ever say about him again. Will anybody even look at? Trump's reign of terror on schools and how we fight back. Yeah, yeah. That's the new talking point. It's everywhere. It was constitutional crisis, and oh, he's stealing your social security money,

but people then found out that wasn't true. Well, the Social Security checks came through into their bank accounts. And so now they've moved on to reign of terror, which is a communist term. That's you guys, not us. We're going to just rain prosperity on you and security and peace. Oh, yeah, they've given the final warning to the schools. an executive order. Any more DEI, you get your federal funds cut completely.

Oh, give your kids poison shots. Funds cut completely. And now multiple stages are saying, you know, we've looked at all these shots. They're making kids sicker. They don't even protect you. And we're not mandating any of the shots anymore. Oh, see how that worked. But that's all coming up.

Now, we've shown you the news articles in the German newscast and the French newscasts and the UK newscasts for year. and whatever they do over there, it's the same globalist NGOs they want to bring here. Censorship's going to get stronger and we're going to have an internet ID. And we know you're going to have that soon, right?

You saw the Democrat congressman last week protesting outside the Treasury going, and I've been trying to censor everybody. groups claim they want to do it, but I'm ready to get serious with any groups that really want to censor the American people. Let know this woman got raped by an Afghan migrant invader, and she said, you know, these illegals are doing most of the raping and they need to be deported.

So she gets a couple years in president and he gets three months. You know, you see these cases. Hundreds of people we know of, they're poorly thousands, but hundreds of news stories where a man or woman stands across street from an abortion clinic and prays and you go to jail for a year. One lady got three. And then now in the UK, they're saying in these prohibited areas, I have the newscast. They're saying it's a good thing. There's whole zones on Google Maps that if you pray in your home within 100 yards,

privately they're going to put you in prison and they tell your neighbors to look through your windows and listen and see if you're praying. You're like, oh, well, that's crazy. Arrest somebody for praying. across the street, but you see the videos. Now it's, if we catch you praying your home, folks, that's like communist China at its worst. This isn't tearing that's coming.

It's here. So CBS News has been out there attacking Musk and Trump and Rubio. We'll play the clips coming up and saying, you know, if you allow free speech in Germany, there'll be a new Hitler. You don't support the Holocaust, do you? And of course, Rubio goes, that's just totally insane. That's all you got. not just Trump's Hitler, now it's any free speech is Hitler.

Well, Hitler was against free speech. It's just ridiculous. So then CBS separately is showing you clips, and they're acting like it's mildly not right what's happening, but they're introducing it to you where the police come to your house for a meme you post online that they say is inaccurate. Like the ice caps haven't melted, they haven't, or polar bear numbers are up.

They are. Carbidoxide isn't a pollutant. It's not. Or sea levels haven't risen. They haven't. Or two men can't have a baby. And then here come the social workers with the police to take you to jail. You go, well, thank God I'm not in Germany or Australia or Canada. They are going to do this everywhere. It's a globalist party attacking humanity worldwide. UK, Ireland, but this is Germany particularly. Here's a clip. It's 601 on a Tuesday morning. And we were with state police as they raided this apartment in northwest Germany. Inside, six armed officers searched a suspect's home, then seized his laptop and cell phone. Prosecutors say those electronics may have been used to commit a crime, the crime, posting a racist cartoon online. At the exact same time across Germany,

More than 50 similar raids played out. Part of what prosecutors say is a coordinated effort to curb online hate speech in Germany. What's the typical reaction when the police show up at somebody's door and they say, hey, we believe you wrote this on the Internet? They say, in Germany we say, that would my moment say, that would my moment, so we are here with crimes of talking, posting in Internet, and the people are surprised that this is really, illegal to post these kind of words.

They don't think it was illegal? No, they don't think it was illegal. And they say, no, that's my free speech. And we say, no, yeah, free speech as well, but it also has its limits. Interpreting those limits is part of the job for Dr. Matthias Fink, Svanya Mininghouse, and Frank Mihai L. Lau, a few of the state prosecutors tasked with policing Germany's robust hate speech laws online. After its darkest chapter, Germany strengthened its speech laws.

As prosecutors explain it, the German Constitution protects free speech, but not hate speech. And here's where it gets tricky. German law prohibits any speech that could incite hatred or is deemed insulting. It's illegal to display Nazi symbolism, a swastika, or deny the Holocaust. That's clear. Is it a crime to insult somebody in public? Yes, it is. And it's a crime to insult them online as well?

Yes. The fine could be even higher if you insult someone in the Internet. Why? Because in Internet it stays there. If we are talking face-to-face, you insult me, I insult you, okay, finish. But in the Internet, if I insult you or a politician... That sticks around forever. Yeah.

The prosecutors explain German law also prohibits the spread of malicious gossip, violent threats and fake quotes. If somebody posts something that's not true, and then somebody else reposts it or likes it, are they committing a crime? In the case of reposting, it is a crime as well, because the reader can't distinguish whether you just invented this or just reposted it.

That's the same for us. The punishment for breaking hate speech laws can include jail time for repeat offenders. But in most cases, a judge levies a state. stiff fine and sometimes keeps their devices. How do people react when you take their phones from them? They are shocked.

It's a kind of punishment if you lose your smartphone. It's even worse than the fine you have to pay. Because your whole life is typically on your phone now. They also put you in prison. But see CBS is smiling. She likes it. This is the plan.

Musk buys 9.2%. Then in April, 22, a few days later, the next day, Twitter CEO announces Musk as member of the board. Then April 10th, a few days later, Musk denied joining Twitter board.

Then, a few days later for that, Musk offered to buy Twitter for 43 billion. Then the next day, April 15th, Twitter adopted poison pill strategy. then April 18th two days later Musk tweeted love me tender

signaling a potential tender offer then 6 days after that April 24th Twitter board held discussions with Musk then on April 18th Musk takes over Twitter for 44 billion and now

And it came out in documents, Dan Bongino broke him last year,

that on the top of the list was Alex Jones and Roger Stone. It was like 30 names. And it was like their top of the list, get them. Roger Stone, Alex Jones. Before it's over, I think you're going to find them propping up the false narratives regarding the two assassination attempts on President Donald Trump. I don't think finding the corruption and the involvement of Norm Eisen and his co-conspirators are going to be very difficult, frankly. And they bragged about it only months ago. Before the election, they were all set to try the same thing again in the 2024 election, and that failed. And that leaves them in the position that they're in today. But they would have these mass Zoom calls with dozens of people on them talking about their next attempt to hijack our government. And they literally cackle in these videos. One is on screen. I'm still celebrating the confirmation of Robert Kennedy, the confirmation of Tulsi Gabbard, the confirmation of Pam Bondi, the confirmation of Scott Bennett. This is an all-star team of patriots, and they are dedicated to turning this ocean liner, which is the United States, around as quickly as possible. Trump has, I think, been president now for 27 or 28 days.

It is amazing the speed at which they have hit the ground running. All of these executive orders obviously had to have been drafted in advance. He is cleaning out our criminal justice system. cleaning out the FBI. He's cleaning out the bureaucracy. Meanwhile, he's blocking men from playing in girls' sports. He's canceled the DEI policies, destroyed our military. And he's doing it with, I mean, he's a happy warrior, as you can see. I mean, he's having the time of his life, saving America. Corrupt judge protecting corruption must calls for impeachment of judge who blocked Doge access to treasury. Well, let's now actually look at Paul Engelmeyer. Let's actually look at Jack McConnell.

The judge who halted President Trump's temporary spending freeze received over $100 million in just the last few years of government funding to his NGO. Oh, did he have the right to do his ruling? And there should be a three-judge panel for an appeal there is. Why not for this?

You know, blocking the president. But they should just go after him on the corruption angle in Congress, and they'll all fold like a house of cards. It's cut and dry. Look at it right here. I mean, this is just spectacular. Page after page, we're talking massive amounts of money. 128 million in just the last few years is NGO, the Crossroads Rhode Island Foundation,

social programs like illegal aliens and transgenderism, literally all the stuff you would expect. Almost none of the money went to that. That's just their NGO reason, all the different filings, all the different documents. And here's the key. And now in 2025, Rhode Island State Records Show, another $2.9 million in new taxpayer funding. He's getting it from everybody. has already been funneled to him. We're talking hundreds of millions from the feds,

so we're just now learning. Imagine how deep this trough goes. Then it turns out he gave millions and millions of dollars over the years as a lawyer to get the judge ship, literally bought it with political contributions, contributions you'd expect from a Fortune 500 corporation from him. He's already been an NGO runner so he could get in and protect the NGOs and send himself money.

Here's the filings right here. And this is all public, ladies and gentlemen, This is all public. And then we've got the rules, the laws, the code of ethics, the canon for judges. A judge must avoid all improper appearance and impropriety. This prohibition applies to both professional and personal conduct. A judge must expect to be the subject of constant public scrutiny and accept freely and willingly the restrictions. It goes on to describe what you can't do is everything he's done.

Absolutely insane. I mean, this is just bombshell. And there's scandals back when he got nominated and put on there because he basically bought his judgeship. Let me show people this. This is before he became a federal judge. It was already a scandal that this was going on. I mean, this guy is dirty as the day is long. Roger, that's a long break down there.

Then I want to move to the next person we're going to talk about. What do you make of that? Well, Alex, that's the whole point, I guess. these judges act like they're protecting the public interest, but in fact, all they're really protecting is themselves. They're trying to cover their tracks. The idea that a federal judge would argue that the Secretary of the Treasury is not entitled to have the records of the U.S. Treasury Department is, it just boggles the mind.

But now you know why. These judges and members of their family, and I predict many, many, many more federal judges as Elon and his team continued to dig, are hopelessly compromised. Now, the process for the removal of a federal judge is they have to be, it's just like the removal of the president. They have to be indicted by the House, and then they have to go to a trial in the Senate.

I believe it takes a two-thirds vote to remove them. With this kind of epic corruption, I think that is actually a possibility. So I think it was, I was watching this morning on the internet, there's a growing chorus calling for impeachment of these judges. I think it's now a very real possibility. Well, Roger, the two Republican congressmen say they're writing them up right now. We'll introduce them this week. Now let's move on quickly.

Tom Cotton is trying to block Trump's nominees at the Defense Department in other areas. We know his wife's big spook. and now we learn that he and Lindsay Graham head up this Republican quote International Institute NGO that gets hundreds of millions of dollars a year. And then you look at the cost breakdown, tens and tens of millions in private jets, 14 million in benefits, salaries. and we've got graphs here. It's all on X.

Elon's posted as well where all the money goes. And you see U.S. Senator is the chairman, Dan Sullivan, U.S. Senator Tom Cotton's the director, U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham, director, and they're literally giving themselves money. International Republican Institute's schedule of exemptions of federal awards continued year-ended, 2023, massive amounts of money,

hundreds of millions of dollars. Here's the breakdown of just the recent spending. Fringe benefits, 13 plus million. Salaries, 28 million. Contractual, give them their buddy's money, their wife's money, their husband's money, $49 million, travel $11 million. Other costs, seven. And then equipment supplies and actual stuff is just on the bottom there.

I mean, wow. And then they're blocking Elbridge Colby, who Trump says and who, Hexas says is key at the default. Defense Department. Wow. What do you expect is going to happen with Cotton now? First of all, it's important to understand that Senator Cotton inherited the Republican Institute from its former chairman, John McCain. McCain ran the same scam when he was a U.S. Senator. I was happy to see Cotton vote for confirmation of all the president's nominees. He was one at the list at the end, who was considered wobbly or soft at the end of the day.

I think J.D. Vance gets huge credit in every one of these situations for Tulsi Gabbard, for Scott Bessent, for RFK, in helping whip these votes, as they say in the Senate. I really think the unsung hero behind the scenes, in addition to President Trump, who was calling key senators, is J.D. Vance, who deserves huge credit for getting Trump's team over the finish line, the new Justice League. But the Republican Institute, which has really been, one of the major progenitors of the need to send billions and billions and billions of dollars to Ukraine in violation of the Budapest memorandum, in violation of the Minsk Accords, in which we agreed exactly with the Russians in writing not to do that.

This is one of the greater scams of all time, and it is a very serious conflict of interest for the senators involved. I had no idea. Knowing all about the Republican Institute, I always assumed the money was raised privately. I mean, there's a lot of globalist money out there. But now we find out that it's our tax dollars that have been financing this, just as our tax dollars financed the Russian collusion hoax, the two phony Ukrainian impeachments, the theft of the 2020 election, the January 6th hoax.

but it's word for word what you were saying a few weeks ago. And last week on the show, now it's here, now it's breaking bag, now even more gold flooding in. And now Senator Paul and Musk and Trump say we're going to go, look, this is, this is, this isn't like some mystery movie or Goldfinger, James Bond. This is really going on. This is exciting. This is, this is wild. This is historic, Dr. Elliott. It's absolutely historic.

And we've never seen anything like this, Alex. So, you know, when we look back, and I think Ron Paul is absolutely right. I think the gold is probably in Fort Knox, but it's not ours. But it's been re-hypothicated over the years and lent out to other countries and whatever. Which is the same thing as it not being there. Same thing as it's not being there. It's not ours. Right.

So what if it's sitting in there? It's owned by somebody else. But here's where I think this is absolutely spot on. So the Gold Reserve Act of 1934 required that the Federal Reserve transfer all of its gold to the Department of the Treasury. Okay. Did they do that? I don't know. Because they haven't been audited.

This is Elon Musk's thing. Like, this has got to be audited. This is what Ron Paul wants to do. So the reason why I believe they want to do this is if we go back, Alex, to October 30th of 2012, Angela Merkel, Chancellor of Germany, wanted their gold to come back to the Bundesbank. Well, guess what the answer was? Well, we've re-hyposed. We don't really have it right now, but we'll give it back to you in seven years.

I was like, what? Seven years. If that were my gold, the second largest gold hoard in the world behind the United States was Germany at the time. Like, we were trusting you with safe storage for it. We want our stinking gold back. Well, they gave them a seven year timeframe because it wasn't there, right? It wasn't there. So I was looking back earlier this morning after we had talked over the weekend.

had texted and said, hey, we've got to do this. So December 28th of 2014, the Bundesbank confirmed that its gold repatriation plan was still in place, but they haven't gotten anything yet. So then by 2017, they finally got about half of it. It's like, man, it took him five years to get about half of it. Right. So they're kind of giving up, right? They're giving up on a lot of this starting to happen. So to me, this tells me, Alex, they don't have it. It's not ours. Who knows where it went. It's been lent out. But when Trump basically came in and he made all of these campaign promises of, you know, bringing us to sound money and doing these kind of things and maybe getting rid of the IRS and auditing the Fed, this is what Ron Paul has been preaching

about literally for decades. I remember back, maybe it was 2010, that he wanted to have the Fed audited then. Well, he was first in Congress for one term under Reagan 40 years ago. He called for it then. He did. And I remember back then, and people thought that he was crazy, just loony tunes. And then he was like this radical weird congressman and blah, blah, blah. But you know what? The America wasn't ready for his back then. They actually thought that maybe the Federal Reserve was federal and it actually had a reserve and it wasn't a, you know, privately owned banking cartel by the Rothschild dynasty and everything else. It's like, but now people are distrusting of the government. They don't trust the banks. And so now this message of, yeah, let's audit the Fed is actually a sound principle that

needs to be done. Audit Fort Knox. Make sure that this gold is actually there that's supposed to be there and and I think this is actually happening at a supernatural clip and to what end right so so when Trump is all this is all happening under under his time since he actually came in to say what's the what's the economic and also a political follow let me just have a key point I think Ron Paul's right we know this has come out in the news Europe's done it we've done it it's what happened to Germany they swap it with countries governments hedge funds play all these constant games keep changing little cue cards of who owns what pile of gold. A lot of it will be scams like that,

but the fact that they're sucking so much back in right now also tells me that, no, they have moved and gotten rid of a lot of it and are now panicking. Yeah, I mean, you look at some of the charts of the Comax depositories exploding in size, right? And London is just coming down to almost nothing, so much so that, like we talked about, I think it was a week or two ago,

they were offering 16% a month, for people that have their gold in London to release it so they could fulfill their contracts. Well, don't do that. That's stupid, right? If they don't have it now, they're not getting it back in. You're actually probably going to lose it. I wouldn't care if the interest rate were 50% a month, right? So here's where I think Trump is actually just absolute genius in what Elon Musk is doing because going to tariffs to generate revenue, I think this is all tied to gold. Right? So instead of personal income tax going to tariffs. Now, what Trump did secondarily is actually saying, okay, we're going to have retaliatory tariffs on you, right? So if China or whoever said, well, we're going to retaliate, we don't like your tariffs, we'll charge you 74%.

It's like, okay, well, Trump says, fine, do whatever you want. Then we're just going to match it, right? And since our balance of trade is so off that it's going to benefit us, not them. So here's what's starting to happen. going back to 2023, Putin at the BRICS meeting said he's going to de-dollarize the world, and it's irreversible, and it's their objective, and they want to have their currency, their BRICS common currency, 40% backed by gold. So now, here comes Trump.

He said, you know what? If Harris were president, I think that the BRICS would have taken over the U.S. dollars, the World's Reserve currency. And we talked about this, but Trump won. So now it's a moot point. Trump's not giving up our reserve currency, but how do you make our currency sound stable, something that the rest of the world is going to want and bring back the reputation to America? Let's back it with gold.

See, I think, you know, to use Roger Stone's terminology, it's coming back home to roost, right? He's repatriating the gold back here from all parts of the globe coming back to be stored in CME Comax. I think this is what Glenn Beck was. talking about somebody big with really big pockets is wanting this gold. Well, who has a bigger pocket than the United States? Yeah, it could only be in cash the U.S. government or Warren Buffett. Yeah, I mean, I think it's got to be, it's got to be the U.S. government. I think it's bigger than any of the billionaires.

I mean, this is a lot, right? This is bigger than the Hunt brothers in the 80s trying to corner silver. Absolutely it is. It's way bigger than that because the imagination. The amount of gold and silver that we're talking about here is bigger than – it's bigger than Elon Musk. It's bigger than Warren Buffett. We're talking about, I think, the government, the Treasury Department, repatriating the gold you should have, which is literally thousands and thousands and thousands of tons, right?

With, you know, coming up to like $37 trillion. Now, what Beck was correct on is, yeah, if you mark to the market, rather than actually it's $42.2.2 an ounce that some arbitrary 1950s number that the Fed values it at, why would they do that? Well, they've been poo-pooing gold for so long because they had their own fiat currency. They needed to actually legitimize the fiat-based central bank system. But now that we want gold to back it, why not mark to the market like every other central bank does, which would put it at $3,000 an ounce? but why if you're going to back up a currency you can actually come up with another arbitrary number you don't have to

let's expand on that though you said this few weeks ago and Beck was just saying it they've got it at $48 an ounce arbitrary when it's really $3,000 or almost $3,000 but with real inflation like you said $5,000 six, $7,000 now we're past the $37 trillion debt right there we're past it so but what where it becomes almost unknown is if you go to like, oh, a U.S.debt clock.org, right? They take the amount of money in circulation, the M3 money supply, the amount of gold or the amount of silver that's available, the available stockpile, and what price does it

give you? With that number, gold should be $12,623 an ounce, and it's at $3,000. So that's a factor of four times greater. silver should be $1.61 now. It's 32. No, this is M3 money supply. What M3 doesn't actually cover, they stopped using MZ money supply, which is actually all the Euro dollars, all the money that was printed for stimulus money that goes to Ukraine, all these other places that's off the books. We don't know how many dollars are out there floating around that was never accounted for. This is where we could have 40, 50, 60, 70 trillion dollars. Who knows?

right we don't know what that unknown number is because it's off the record right of how much money supply is actually and we now know the social security administration doesn't even do accounting it's just a runaway train worse than we even imagined it absolutely so so i'm i'm blessed to actually know people that know things in this industry i mean we're the largest silver broker in that's right you got some key intel you sent me key this is massive I had to take the name off the refinery. I had to take off the signature line. But I have a copy of a letter that I got just a couple of days ago. And here it says, dear valued partners, which is basically depositories all over the world. In light of the current economic climate, we are witnessing unprecedented challenges, persistent inflation, geopolitical uncertainties, exceptionally high interest rates. Alex, these are the things that we've talked about, right?

Now, it's coming to light that what are they going to do? The interest rates are 10 times above historical norms, significantly impacting market conditions and the threat of new tariffs. Basically, we can read on and on. You just showed it on the screen. But here's what it boils down to. One of the largest refineries in the world says on February 20th, they're going to have to raise the premiums on gold, $3.50 an ounce.

No big whoop. Gold's $3,000 an ounce, but look at silver. They're going to add $3 an ounce premium to silver on February 20th, $3 an ounce from the largest refinery in one of the largest ones in the world. Now, this is like almost a 10% increase in price in one day for people purchasing it. But here's what I think is more fundamental than this. This is not going to stop. with this one refinery. I think all of them are going to have to follow suit because they're all seeing the same market conditions, the huge massive amount of supply reduction as things are leaving London, you've got to realize the Bank of England is the largest depository in the world for gold and silver, right? CME Comax is massive too, but when you're talking about central banks and their gold hordes, you're talking about LBMA, Bank of England that's storing it. They are literally running out. And the largest refinery in the world, now it's going to add a $3 premium to minted silver.

This is wild and a foreshadowing of things to come, which is why you and I have been shouting from the rooftops. You want to take advantage of Trump's policies? Here's what I think Trump's policies are also going to do, probably have a dramatic negative impact on the stock market. And here's the reason why. because what's good for America is not good for the world, right? When you're slapping tariffs on there and we're bringing gold back to America, we're going to back up our currency with gold. This is what this is looking like.

So what does this

mean? It means these countries that don't have the reserve currency status, they're going to have to print their way out of it. We're going to have a global inflation that could impact the stock market. And Trump has said inflation will be here short term. This isn't going to be necessarily an easy path immediately.

But boy, the end result's going to be amazing. And as you said, though, we were going to collapse and we didn't. This is the only path. I ask you, is Trump's plan the best plan? You said it is the best plan because it's the only plan. You said it's perfect, basically. Yeah, so as all of this unfolds, it's like, what is Doge doing this morning? They're going to investigate the SEC for fraud.

your ass is getting sued if you're lucky and you're probably going to prison. So the Securities Exchange Commission is a tyrannical organization that works for centralized kleptocratic organizations on Wall Street. So they can do the flash trading and the manipulation and the scams. And then anybody else that never puts their head up and is successful, they come to you and they try to buy you. This has been in the news thousands of times.

It's well known. And if you don't, they indict your ass. everybody's seen that famous 1990s movie Wall Street. And that's a composite of true stories that happen where the guy hires the kid, you know, whose family owns the little airline and sets him up to help take over the airline. That's old school.

That's small potato is fraud. No, no, no. The companies come to you and say, you're going to sell to us, or you're going to do this, or you're going to, you know, for pennies on a dollar, or you're going to not roll out that technology and give it to us, or you're going to be getting a visit next week from the SEC.

All right. So that's how the Wall Street Mafia really operates. And Trump doesn't like it. He's always said he does it his own. He never works for the other groups. He's been jacked with by all of them as well. And he just is pissed. He's pissed.

And I've had him tell me that personally. So he doesn't like cronyism. He doesn't like this stuff. He likes competition. Elon Musk. One of the incredible things now that I've studied anymore, I always thought it was fascinating. My God. You know, he's always been against patents.

And patents nothing that he produces or makes. If he gets something for somebody else he's got to use, then there's a patent on it. But not patents on his rocket engines, not patents on his batteries, not patents on any of it. Because he says, I'm always going to be so far ahead of you. It doesn't matter. Plus, half the time patents are used for somebody that claim they own your technology when they really don't. All of this is about monopoly capitalism or fascism, anti-free market garbage. I know I'm ranting, Kirk, you've got to go, but tell us about Doge, now investigating the SEC.

I mean, I keep saying it's the biggest ever going after the Federal Reserve. It's the biggest ever going after the Treasury. It's the biggest ever going after the EPA. It's the biggest ever going up the Petting on. It's the biggest ever going up the IRS. But then every new target, I go, wait, the SEC, that's one of their king bullies. Oh, my God. You're an expert on this.

Explain this to people. So this is really exciting to me because if you look at what Trump and Elon Musk have been talking about is, and Scott Bassett, right, monetizing the assets of the U.S. balance sheet, right? Well, how do you do that? Well, it's like a sovereign wealth fund, right? So if you have a corrupt SEC, it's just going to get in the way. So I think you start investigating and let Elon investigate the SEC. see the fraud, the corruption, the abuse. What I think might happen is that the lawsuit against Ripple might go away. I think you're starting to see the abuses in using this lawfare against people,

which you're so sadly accustomed to, is Doge got access to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau on February 8th. So, you know, this agency is supposed to protect people from these. companies. It's like how many things that they just look over for their cronies, right? I think going into investigating this along with what they're doing to investigate the, and doing an audit on Fort Knox, investigating hopefully the Department of Labor. I mean, this is, this is the key, Alex, to truly making America great again, right? You, you increase revenue by by tariffs, you decrease expenses by what Elon and Vivek are doing, right, is like, okay, you got to get in, you got to get rid of all this waste and all this cronyism and everything else that's happening.

And I think you're right. I know you're right. The SEC using their leverage to attack all these publicly traded companies, wait till you get RFK in the mix and you get Bondi in the mix and you start going after some of the pharmaceutical companies and everything that's been happening. It's like, we are going to have a clean country moving forward. And I think the SEC here thing is massive, and I hope that it gets some major traction here shortly.

I want you to go back in closing to reciprocal tariffs. You know, I read the executive order last week and freaked out, and I figured that surely everybody's going to have my view, and I waited a few hours while I did other reports. And no one said Trump just affected. pulled out of the World Trade Organization. People don't know how that works. That's one of the key globalist institutions.

In the last 40 years that just like the EU got set up with the Trade Commission from 56 on, they would give away more and more of their sovereignty until soon. Hey, we're an unelected EU commission. We can cancel your elections if we want. People wake up at a tyranny in the year 2020 when they officially launched it. It really started in 56. And it's the same thing with the World Trade Organization, where we agree to let them handle the disputes and we're just on a board

with a bunch of other countries and Trump just said nope, we handle that all here now and all these non-monet tariffs and all these VAT taxes and all these other scams which effectively counters the OECD and the UNN that tries to get countries to all raise taxes in unison.

Trump effectively just for everybody else in the world is now waging war to lower taxes worldwide. It would cause a giant boom and would get us out of this even quicker instead of us just going alone instead of him just trying to stabilize America. this would energize the entire damn planet. Yeah.

And then Trump said the same thing. The same day, his energy dominance council, he said, listen, we're not just going to be number one in energy again like you were in my first term. We're going to try to double that to make energy super cheap worldwide to stop war and empower humanity, which again, Klaus Schwab and Bill Gates say we're going to cut energy to make you angrier. That causes war and death. And Trump goes, no, no, no, we're doing the opposite. So they're not just saying they're pro-humanity.

they are aggressively pushing the opposite of the global policies. I'm ranting, but this is just, if people say, why are you such a cheerleader? How the hell would I not be a cheerleader for this? This is revolution. Sorry. Don't, you're absolutely right. So connect all these dots. You're a great dot connector, right?

So number one, cleaning things up, getting rid of census. Number two, generating more revenue. Trump and Doug Bergam announced that they're opening up 625 million acres of, of offshore territory for drilling, reversing Biden's, you know, last minute ban before he left office. All right. So here's where we talked a couple weeks ago about when you monetize any asset, it means making money from it.

You can't monetize the land unless you do what Trump wanted to do. Like, yeah, you could monetize all the, all the amazing wildlife territory here in the West that the federal government owns by charging 15 bucks a day to park at the national parks, right? I was like, that's nothing, but you got to drill baby drill. So he just did that, right? And now I think gold is next, but how do you generate more revenue? How do you really do that? Well, with reciprocal tariffs, right? So, so here's where it's going to put America in the driver's seat literally for generations. And why this is so important that this happens right now, because people, here's why this is so important.

If people see the benefit of what Trump is doing and have three or four years to live with it, why would they ever go back and vote for somebody who says, yeah, I want the IRS back. I want these things back. No, he can't do it in year four. He has to do it like right now. So people see the benefit. But what a reciprocal tariff is, and you and I spoke about this as well, how could China retaliate? They could dump U.S. treasuries.

That shoots themselves in the foot because they still have almost a trillion dollars worth of them. So if they start dumping U.S. treasuries on the open market, they are killing their own asset that they own. So how about slapping tariffs on American goods, right? So that doesn't matter because we talked about America hardly sends anything to China. You know, how many Chinese people are buying American goods? Well, hardly any. How many American people are buying Chinese goods? It's like almost everybody.

Right. So if they wanted to retaliate with tariffs, say, well, we're going to slap, you're going to put a 25% tariff on us or 10% or whatever. Well, we're going to do 50% on all your goods. And what the reciprocal tariff says, fine, we're going to charge 50% on your stuff, too. He inoculated us from these retaliatory tariffs. Now, you went one step further, which I think is genius, and that's value-added taxes. So not only is he just going to have reciprocal tariffs on tariffs, value-added taxes are what a lot of these socialist countries around the world,

how they make their money to pay for their welfare state and everything else. So like if you have an import coming, you know, if U.S. is exporting stuff and it's a U.S. import coming into that country, they might say, well, we're going to have a 25% tariff on all those American goods. Trump says, yeah, you do that? Fine. Have at it. we're going to actually apply tariffs to equal whatever your value added taxes. This is genius because he just basically eliminated that piece of economic warfare of retaliation on us by matching whatever they do back.

And if our balance of trade is so far off, right, where China is, you know, sending a ton of stuff to us, and we're hardly sending anything to them. They will not want to miss out on selling stuff to the U.S. consumer. So I think they're going to back off on the retaliatory tariffs. And Trump won again, right? But going back to that plus the SEC, I was watching a video this morning of Elon Musk back in February of 2021, talking about short selling and how that's like a tax on the American public. And I think the short selling by some of the big banks, J.P. Morgan Chase, Bank of America, HSBC, and so forth, as you start to investigate the SEC, you're going to see the corruption and the manipulation of prices through shorts.

Elon Musk was on it back in 2021, before he was even head of Doge, talking about these things. And I'm so excited because what this is going to do, it's going to actually, is the rest of the world kind of, implodes economically as power comes back. It's like this vacuum. Power is coming back to America. America's going to grow. The demand for things like silver, which is an industrial metal, needed for solar, for the military complex, for nuclear power, for energy, for all this stuff.

It's like it's going to grow and it's already in short supply. And the rest of the world is going to be reeling as they figure out, wait a second, what just happened here? All gone overnight for Christina Dry and Adam Dubard fired this month in the chaotic shutdown of foreign aid distributed by the U.S. agency for international development, USAID. More than 8,000 USAID employees were sent home by the administration.

They're not looking for competency. They're not looking for if you're good at your job. They're looking for pure loyalty tests. and if you don't give it, you will be punished. And they had to leave the building. And these are folks who had decades and decades of public service serving USAID across administrations, from, you know, George Bush to Obama to the first Trump administration. And that is saying that Elon Musk can't have any government contracts. You know Elon Musk just with SpaceX has the majority of private contracts now on the earth for space missions.

And do you know why? he's got his act together so much that on average he can do it for half the price and have less failures so people don't have to buy as much insurance. Elon Musk has done more space exploration in the last 10 years than all other space exploration activities combined in the space age. Look it up. But I'm going to pull all those numbers and show it to you today. And that's just one company. And they brought it up in a press conference last week.

They go, well, is it a conflict of interest that the U.S. governments use as SpaceX? And he says, can you show me somebody can do it cheaper? These are public contracts. But they get obsessed with problems and obsessed with efficiency and obsessed with doing something.

So if Elon Musk can get your satellite into orbit safer for less than half the money and do it quicker, I'll explain this again. NASA used to send people into space 10, 15 times a year easily, and with a good efficiency rate until the 90s. And then things fell apart so bad that they can't even get stranded astronauts that have been up there for 10 months

at this international space station that's falling apart off of it so that we have to ask Elon Musk to go do it. And they're doing it. Yeah, they already had to do it once. So now they're having to do it again. So let me give me another example. See, I said I could do this justice because there's so much. I'm just hitting one area and I'm just going from memory on it.

He was standing in a country where free speech was weaponized to conduct a genocide. And he met with the head of a political party that has far right views. Oh my God. Some historic ties to extreme group. That's all they got. The context of that. All made up. was changing the tone of it.

And you know that, that the censorship was specifically about the right. No, I have to disagree with you. Free speech was not used to conduct a genocide. The genocide was conducted by an authoritarian Nazi regime that happened to also be genocidal because they hated Jews and they hated minorities and they hated those that they had a list of people that hated, but primarily the Jews. There was no free speech in Nazi Germany. There was none.

There was also no opposition in Nazi Germany. They were a sole and only party that governed that country. So that's not an accurate reflection of history. I also think it's wrong. Again, I go back to the point of his speech. The point of his speech was basically that there is an erosion in free speech and intolerance for opposing points of view within Europe. And that's of concern because that is eroding.

It's not an erosion of your military capabilities. That's not an erosion of your economic standing. That's an erosion of the actual values that bind us together in the transatlantic union that everybody talks about. And I think allies and friends and partners that have worked together now for 80 years should be able to speak frankly to one another in open forums without being offended, insulted, or upset. Yeah, you get arrested in Germany for getting up there and saying, we're not Hitler, we shouldn't be ashamed of Hitler. We didn't do that like AFD does.

The values that bind us together with Europe are things like free speech and democracy and our shared history in winning two world wars and defeating Soviet communism and the like. These are the values that we shared in common. And in that cold war, we fought against things like censorship and oppression and so forth. And when you see backsliding and you raise that, that's a very valid concern. We can't tell them how to run their countries. He simply expressed in a speech, his view of it, which a lot of people frankly share. And I thought he said a lot of things in that speech that

needed to be said. And honestly, I don't know why anybody would be upset about it. People are a lot, you know, you, you don't have to agree on someone's speech. I happen to agree with a lot of what he said, but you don't have to agree with someone's speech to at least appreciate the fact they have a right to say it, and you should listen to it and see whether those criticisms are valid. I assure you, the United States has come under withering criticism on many occasions, from many leaders in Europe, and we don't go around throwing temper tantrums about it. So look at what they've done. The last nine years, the censorship, because the power structure started losing control, the censorship, the lawsuits, the criminal charges, went off the charts. And at first they would deny they were surveilling and censoring people. Then they said, well, it's only Alan Jones. He deserves it. And then it's a few years later President Trump getting taken off everything so they could lie about him and say,

he called for violence that day. He did the opposite, but he couldn't talk, couldn't be seen anywhere back then. What do you even have it on the news? Remember? Fox wouldn't have Trump on for a few years. So they could make up. They don't just silence you. They then make up whatever they want.

The surveillance was authorized to be carried out from July 12, 2019 to 3 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, September 1st, 2019. And they are currently surveying South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Missouri, and Illinois.

The balloons are connected through a mesh network which allows them to share data, possibly using a video capture system called Gorgon Stair, a surveillance system comprised of nine cameras capable of recording panoramic images across an entire city simultaneously. Jay Stanley of the ACLU says, We do not think the American city should be subject to wide area surveillance in which every vehicle could be tracked wherever they go. We should not go down the road of allowing this to be used in the United States,

None of the parties involved would say whether the Midwest vehicle data would be deleted, stored, or passed on to other federal or local agencies. And then the judge, for two and a half years, keep saying you've got to actually ask for something monetary. You can't do that. Now he's fed up

with him. At first, he believed him, made the company fund three huge outside audits, investigations, and an IRS audit. Everything we said was true. We actually made less money than I told them. My parents, my dad had been working for me for 14 years. He made less money, and I said it wasn't a lot. He was making like a half million bucks a year and all the rest of it. And they were saying we had hundreds of millions of dollars, all this stuff. And so I've had three different CROs and two different U.S. trustees from the Justice Department over the management of this.

And the judge is fired two of three of the CROs, excuse me. me, it's unprecedented. And one of the U.S. trustees, he's demoted and bitched out the new one that's been in nine months. And so they don't let us now order any new product. They don't let the crew get overtime pay. So they just work for free. They just decided to because they understand the enemy. I had a deal with the last CRO that I would get my pay.

But they said, wait, so I never got paid the last few years. my salary and then they just decided in court that I will get nothing, which is fine. And so I'm completely out of money. My parents had to double mortgage their house because they sued them for two years and they had hundreds of millions of dollars. They had nothing. It's all I'm going to bring it out. I'm just so not even exhausted. I'm so like every time I'm about to go get all this stuff and shoot a report in the last, now week and a half, I just go, no, this is too big.

Because there's too much breaking. So what you've got, and so now they're running the clock out, because there's just to pay the bills up here, there's about a month and a half worth of product at current sales rates to pay the payroll, the electricity, the bandwidth, all of it. You run NGOs and their federal officials over departments. It's the same thing. They're crazy. And so now they've gone into court two weeks ago and the judge flipped out on him and said, Alex Jones has his corporate and his private appeal, which were winning. Texas is 100%. And they said, well, we own him under the law, which isn't true. We want his appeals

dropped. And the judges told him five hearings in a row. He gets his appeals. I'm not taking him away from him. He's been given a death penalty sanction where he can't even discharge his debt. I pay him everything I got. They refuse any money to make a deal. And they say we want to harass him the rest of his life.

It's already $400 million in interest. So it's almost $200,000. $2 billion. It's a joke. That's why I laugh when they had the ruling. They want to be like married to me, to have a relationship, to stalk me, to raise money off me, to attack me, and claim I victimize them. It's everything they say I did, they've done.

I looked it up, hey, there's basically a little bit more than 4,500 metric tons of gold that are allegedly there. Okay, let's write that down and say that's the truth. And let's say it's all still there. Okay, fair enough. And then you look up what's the going rate for a metric ton of gold. It's somewhere between $55 and $65 million

dollars per metric tons. So let's just go in the middle, 60 million. So if we take 60 million times 4,500 metric tons, you end up with 270 billion dollars of gold. Well, let's say that's true, and that's all fine. And I know there's other repositories, but let's say it's true, $270 billion. Never mind all the money that we've just been, you know, pardon me, pissing away over the last three or four years, all this money. But beyond that, we spent $1.2 trillion just on interest payments, just on interest payments on our national debt just last year alone.
