And Zelensky's pissed off. They're like, how dare you? Our new world order is falling. Our global government's falling. No, we need more money. We need to continue the war.

We need NGO money to keep brainwashing. five-year-old boys, they're really girls, and little girls are really boys. I mean, they literally are saying all this. And then you got England and its old empire through the United States of World War II. We worked with them. That's the Bretton Woods Agreement, the U.S. and British Empire merging. And that old order, that's the globalist order, is being dismantled because it's anti-growth, anti-human, depopulationist, neo-feudalistic. King Charles planned about global mobilization to destroy carbon and a total takeover with more GDP to shut down GDP than there is GDP.

Because they think one-dimensionally. Is that a good place for them to have the money in power? But see, they're not smart enough to have money in power in a free market. They don't have confidence. That's why they try to poison you and dumb you down and have all these wars to stay in charge

because they can't be in charge in a meritocracy. Donald Trump and Elon Musk and Alex Jones and you and your town or city are going to be in charge. and maybe it's as a farmer or an auto mechanic or a school teacher or an accountant or an artist. It doesn't matter. You've got pride. You've got quality. People like you. You have a good living.

We have the giant middle class. We're only 4% of the world population at that time.

We still are, by the way. And we have 53% or so in 1950 of the world's wealth. And most of that's in this giant middle class. And that middle class in the U.S. is more than half of the whole middle class worldwide. So the United States invented a giant middle class. There wasn't a middle class anywhere in the world until the Renaissance. And that came out of the black plague, killing about half the population of the world. Europe and knocking out a lot of the elites and bureaucracies.

And then you also had the Gutenberg press coming along at the same time and the printed word. And so you see decentralization of information. And we see the same things today just on a more escalated acceleratory super

So the globalists didn't want the rest of the world after World War II to aspire to the American system because that was power in the people's hands with a bill of rights of constitution and a long history of standing up to tyranny. And so the British government had created and financed Marx and Ingalls in the century before

to create communism because feudalism was ending around the world. Slavery in Russia, in Germany, Austrian-Nagarian Empire then serves. Most people were slaves to the land, had no rights. We fully merged the British Empire, and then they just race in with the social control, the breakdown of society, the high taxes, the regulatory systems to get rid of that American system so that no one else in the world could aspire to it because they went served them worldwide.

And he's been given, just like Elon Musk has been given a mandate, it's a little bit of a restricted mandate as we look at the executive order in the creation of this Maha commission, which is cross-governmental, includes people from Treasury. you know, so that demonstrates how broad-based it is. But when you read the president's language in this executive order, he does speak about transitioning

from a focus on treatment of illness, disease treatment, which is the central metaphor of FDA, CDC, and NIH, to health promotion. And that may seem like a small thing, but it's a huge leap forward. And one of the ways to kind of understand how different this is is that all of these agencies are siloed.

That's the common term in commerce, big business, and government. They are very focused on individual areas of expertise. And the consequence of that is that things that come. cut across areas, get neglected. Like, for instance, one of the major causes of disease in the United States now is obesity. And obesity affects all kinds of systems, our heart, our gut, diabetes, metabolic disease, chronic inflammatory disease. These are all linked to obesity.

And, of course, that is linked now we know, to things like highly processed food. and use of seed oils. All that is now on the table. Yes, you like that quote. The future is definitely here. It's unevenly distributed. And this is a classic statement. I have written, you're highlighting the human augmentation essays that I posted on Twitter.

And it can't be understated how bold that was, that he came out with those statements on your show, because he's been actively vetted for a very senior position in this administration. And he became so frustrated with what he was seeing that he felt that he had to speak out. And he had to speak out on your show. and he spoke quite clearly and forcefully, among other things, about Jerry Parker. So let's talk a little bit about Jerry Parker because it's very relevant to what's going on.

And one of the items in the news that's being overlooked, which is that the USDA has now authorized a bird flu vaccine for bird flocks for chickens and ducks and all that kind of stuff. So Jerry Parker is an interesting character. He's retired colonel. He's twice been head of Yusamrid, the United States Army Medical Research and Development Agency, which is what grew out of the basically importation of the many scientists that were involved in the Japanese bio-warfare program during World War. 2. Just like we brought scientists like Bernard von Braun back from Germany and the V2 program to launch our, yes, Dr. Lynn Finn is a good friend. Just like we brought back scientists to launch our space program, we brought back bio-warfare specialists from the nefarious Japanese bio-warfare program and use that to populate usamrid and launch our own bio-warfare. capabilities, which I'm told ended up spending more money in development of biowrowerfare agents than we actually spent on the development of thermonuclear weapons. You have to understand

in modern biology, much of what we understand about virology and infectious disease comes from the massive investment we made in the 50s, 60s, and 70s in biowarfare. The head heads of many of the American Society of Microbiology and other associations were also in parallel senior people within the bio-warfare infrastructure that the government funded. One of the people that came out of that infrastructure is Dr. Jerry Parker, DVM, Ph.D., who has been serving as the associate dean of one health at Texas A&M University. And I understand from one of Jerry Parker's former employees that he's a great guy and a super good boss. And I'm sure he is a good person.

But he is absolutely invested in the current world of thinking culture, well put. The current culture that dominates the entire bio-definery. infrastructure and what is now really the biodefense medical government and academic industrial complex. And they are very wrapped up around the idea that human health needs to be placed in an equivalent position to environmental health and animal health in terms of prioritization. So it's just as important to facilitate animal health as it is to facilitate human health or environmental health. We're all in the same level, and we're not in a situation according to this theory where human health is the most important of these priorities. And that's a key because that's what I learned from secret documents that I got because it was a family member, got into the very top of the PETA cult 30 years ago. and I'll just leave it at that because they get mad about it, but the point is,

and then the big regulatory publishing knew about it, came to her, wanted her to give them the documents. I said, don't do the book. It's too dangerous. People wouldn't believe it. Then they got the info, but the point was they were really the Animal Liberation Front, and they were being fun about the CIA, and the main mission was to train people not to care about humans and to devalue us so the government could then speak for the cockroaches and say, well, they get a vote too, but really it was just about taking. our vote away. And I don't mean to interrupt, this is so key. And that's why you see them treating all of us like lab rats now is because they didn't actually raise the level of value of animals.

They lowered our level down below the animals. Is that accurate? I think it's a fair way to think about it. It's one angle. And of course, like a lot of things, this is originally justified for all the best reasons. Of course, we need to prioritize animal health and of course there is a risk of zonotic transmission of infectious diseases from animals into humans. However, the truth is that that is very rare event, but it's one of the reasons it appears why the Wuhan, the China virus, you might say, the animal or zoonotic origin of the China virus was so heavily emphasized and the actual laboratory origin was deemphasized is because it fit the narrative that they wish to promote,

which is that animal health is intricately linked to human health and that we all have a risk that viruses and other pathogens in the animal world crossover into humans. Now, of course, this has a direct socket with the current propaganda, I believe it is, the current psychological bioterrorism, that is so actively being deployed concerning bird flu. And what is being told to all of us is that we need to somehow control bird flu because it is likely to cross over into humans.

And I was just talking to a colleague of mine who's deep in this world, former Usamrid, former employee of Jerry Parker, who was talking about how it's such a paradox that all these animal species like cows have been infected with bird flu, and yet humans have not yet. What he overlooks is that we have never actually surveyed in the past all these other species like cows for whether or not they're infected with influenza.

Bird flu has been circulating for decades. It is endemic in our waterfowl. It's endemic in a variety of migratory species. Well, I mean, it's safe to say it was there before we ever even knew how to isolate it. I mean, it's always been there. Yeah, fair enough. Okay. And it is basically an influenza that's adapted for birds.

And we have had bird die-offs associated with avian influenza. We are not seeing cattle diots. And we may well have had cattle infected with bird flu for decades. And we just didn't know it because we never looked at it before. And there's just a pretext as they want to move in. And they said they want to reduce and ban eating red meat. I mean, it's all just an excuse to attack it. that that is certainly a hypothesis and Alex I'm at the point now where I won't discount any hypothesis

because so many things that were labeled as a conspiracy theory have turned to be true I mean Bill Gates says we're not going to be eating beef soon but don't worry I've got synthetic then he starts doing massive investments so to all the other big black rock connected groups I mean to me it's just logical progression they say you're not going to be able to have this soon but don't worry we've got that and then they start discrediting and attacking a good natural sorts of protein. Well put. And of course, now they have authorized vaccines of bird flu vaccines for poultry. And one of the things about influenza is that it is a multi-stranded single-strand RNA virus, which means that it mutates, drifts, and shifts very rapidly. And it's almost impossible.

it has been impossible to develop a universal influenza vaccine. They've been trying for my entire career to do this. And they continue to talk the talk, as Jerry Parker does, that, oh, we just have to somehow magically find the right antigen, and then we will have a universal influenza vaccine, give us another $500 million. That's how that dialogue works. And it has failed again and again.

What the vaccinologist kind of the ball, as I talk about it. It's a group of people that suffer from group things. What they all share is the belief that since you can vaccinate for some things like measles, you can be able to develop a vaccine for all things, but that's not true. Here's a key thing. If you get infected with measles, it's generally a one and done. You get infected once, typically as a child, and there's a reason why it circulates in children. children mostly. You get infected once and then you're immune for life. So it makes sense that you can make a measles vaccine that would also protect you over a long period of time because the infection itself does. Influenza, no. We all know that influenza comes back around season after season

after season and just because you've been infected last year, you're not protected this year. And furthermore, the vaccines that people have tried to make are typically run. running in the range of 20 to 50% effective in terms of preventing infection and disease. That's going to happen with the birds also. And what's going to happen, and the rest of the world knows this. I don't know why Jerry Parker is supporting this idea as a vet. He is all in with Peter Hotez, and he is all part of this, you know, vaccinate our way out of everything. But what is going to happen if we start vaccinating poultry with a leaky influenza vaccine,

because all influenza vaccines are leaky, is that what we will do is evolve a more vaccine-resistant bird fluke. And then we've got even more of a problem. And this is another one of these examples, I like to say, if you give a three-year-old hammer, everything becomes a nail. But Dr. Malone, they know this. And what is that syndrome when they give a certain type of vaccines to poultry over and over again, that it makes them blow it up? You start getting cancer. Yeah. Yeah. Are you talking about Merrick's disease? Yes. So Merrick's disease is the classic example of vaccinating against, now this is a particular virus. And in that case, if you vaccinate against Merrick's disease, you will eventually select for a virus that causes cancers and chickens.

So a lot of bad things can happen when you vaccinate with a leaky vaccine into the face of an outbreak. And we saw this happen in real time during COVID. And what we did was select for more vaccine-resistant COVID. What you predicted and other top scientists predicted. And then now we know that we have colds and flus and all this crazy stuff year around. and now the doctors say we don't know what's going on. Everybody's sick all the time, even those that didn't take the shots, because explaining it in layman's terms is a bunch of different syndromes and things that happen,

but explain it to people as simply as you can. You go in with something, especially for like a cold virus, and then all you do is pressurize it and make it evolve a lot quicker, and you get a bunch of other accelerated evolution, and that's why they would never, I mean, when I was a kid, they would say, why can't we have a vaccine for the cold? And they said, well, it causes a bunch of really bad, you know, virus. to basically evolve out of this.

I mean, so do you say, oh, a hammer to a kid? No, I mean, come on. They know what they're doing. So here's what, you know, let's focus on the positive. What could USDA and the government do? And the answer is they could genetically breed for bird flu resistant poultry. And that would get us out of this because there's no way we can eliminate bird flu because it's endemic in the wild.

They're gloating, kind of like Fauci did right after Trump first got in eight years ago. Probably something out of China, new respiratory, will come in and hit him. He will face a new pandemic.

Yeah, maybe he's been overdosing on methylene blue Yes so so Peter and his buddies really there is, there absolutely is a vaccine cabal. They all suffer from Groupthink, and they have invested in the logic that vaccines can solve all infectious disease problems. And as you're pointing out, it doesn't work when you deploy vaccines in the face of a pandemic or an epidemic, particularly when it is a highly mutation-prone RNA virus, which is what we're dealing with with most of these respiratory viruses,

including coronaviruses. Remember, coronaviruses are one of the components of the common cold. The common cold is not just rhinoviruses. It's many things, including what was being pumped as the fear porn before this, human metanumovirus, because we were being told it was circulating in China, would soon come here, and it was coming for your kids. Well, human metanumavirus is something that has been relatively recently identified, but that's just a consequence of improved methods to identify viruses. It turns out that it's been circulating again for decades, together,

respiratory sentinel virus. So there's many of these RNA viruses that circulate, and they mutate very rapidly. And to understand this, you have to understand herd immunity and some other things that I think are a little advanced for going into right now. We need another 20 minutes to talk about that. But herd immunity is the important concept, and it's what's used to justify these vaccine requirements and mandates. And what it comes down to is that if a virus replicates, at a certain frequency, which is to say if you're infected, you will infect a certain number of other people on average. So if you, when you're infected with no other interventions, and you go into the population and you generally infect two other people statistically,

then it would have what's called an R-not or replication coefficient of two. You can prevent the spread of a replication coefficient of two, maybe three, certainly one and a half, with a partially effective vaccine. It's kind of like nuclear fission in that it is a kind of a cascade. You infect two and then they infect two and they infect two. Exponential. But if in that infection cycle, the virus is encountering at random a critical number of people that already have enough immunity that they can suppress the replication and don't infect others, if there's enough of those people, then the virus will be extinguished in the population. It won't be able to continue to grow exponentially.

And so the logic of herd immunity is that you get enough people vaccinated, even though of the vaccines are not necessarily particularly good so that the virus kind of can't replicate through the population. It can't be extinguished in this way. It can't, it will be extinguished. I'm sorry. And so that's why the advocacy of, you know, this messaging that none of us are protected until all of us are protected.

The problem is that a lot of these respiratory viruses are incredibly infectious. In the case of COVID, it became so infectious that there was no way, even with a almost 100% effective vaccine. And, of course, we learned that over time, the effectiveness of the vaccines, the genetic vaccines, dropped well below 50% and, you know, in some cases down to 0% effective. And so if you already have an ongoing epidemic, it's already spreading in the population. it's already infected a very large number of people, then it becomes almost impossible to quench its spread by then starting to vaccinate. And what happens is with a partially effective vaccine,

if you start deploying it, all you do is you drive the virus to be able to escape the protection afforded by the vaccine by this partially effective product. If you had previously vaccinated everybody with kind of an average vaccine that isn't particularly good, you might prevent the virus from gaining a foothold, but once it's in the population and rapidly spreading,

it becomes almost impossible. And if you vaccinate into that situation, what you'll do is drive evolution of the virus, and that's exactly what happened with SARS-CoV-2. And it's what is going to happen now as they're trying to vaccinate their way out of the bird flu outbreak in chicken flocks, and duck flocks and turkey flocks.

And they know they're as smart as you together. And I would imagine, I mean, they know that's not the case. So what's the religion of it? But let me ask you that. Alex, I think this gets to culture. I think that they all tell themselves this falsehood. They all tell themselves this story. And I can tell you as somebody that's been in the influenza research and development

world that I have lost jobs and clients by talking about things that are not, supposed to be talked about. And these things that we're talking about now are among those. They are outside of the Overton window for people that are in the vaccine and infectious disease space. Well, that's because they make money off of it. Absolutely. So let me ask you this. I remember the reports a couple years ago came out in studies that they knew that they'd already done, that the military men and women had reached herd immunity before they rolled out the so-called vaccine and that that would then create a bunch of mutations. So what you're talking about is the herd immunity that happens when you're having natural infection, because

natural infection generally gives you the best immune response. And so what we saw was that as this spread within populations, people became highly resistant, and to the, to re-infection, although not completely resistant, because the coronavirus mutated so rapidly as any other RNA virus will. But their disease was attenuated. They had the best immunity. And yet they continued to pursue these vaccines. And what we learned was that if you vaccinate after somebody has developed natural immunity, an odd thing started to happen with these, particularly the RNA vaccines.

Number one, the spike protein is toxic itself, and so you still had the cardiotoxicity. and the blood clotting and other problems that affect all of your body throughout your, you know, your organ system. But there were these weird paradoxical things that the herd immunity and the immunity generated from the natural infection actually degraded after you administered the artificial antigens using the gene therapy technology of RNA or edinovirus. and you ended up in a situation in which you had what was called negative effectiveness or negative efficacy, where after two to three months post inoculation, people actually became more likely to be infected. And it still hasn't been sorted out why that is. One hypothesis is that the vaccines were actually enhancing the ability of the virus to infect.

This is called original energetic sin, but it may also be that the products, because they are toxic in a variety of different ways, including toxicity to mitochondria, that you are making it so that you are actually damaging people's immune systems. Sure, not to mention they admit the COVID shots, the MRNA were filled with a bunch of SV40 viruses and the rest of it. So let me raise this. I could dig the clubs up. You were Fouchi 20 years ago, 10 years ago, five years ago is like, oh, if you've already had the seasons flu, don't get the shot. Your natural immunity is the best. And then by COVID, they wouldn't even talk about that and said it was a conspiracy theory. I mean, this is ridiculous.

Well, remember that Fauci as head of NIA and overseeing the vaccine research center, which is where these products were originally developed. There's a lot of confusion about who actually developed the COVID vaccines. But if you go back in the record in the clips, you will see Tony Fauci talking to then President Trump and doing a tour of the Vaccine Research Center and trotting out his scientists that he was crediting with having invented and developed this product. So all of those scientists, there's five or six of them, Bobby talks about this, that are going to receive $100,000 or $200,000 for the rest of their lives because of the Bidol patent revenue. What's not talked about is that that's only a subset of the patent revenue. Most of the money that comes back goes into the pockets of the NIA, and it becomes a slushman.

They can spend it any way they want. And Fauci's been very secretive about the money he gets. Trump made the point if he doesn't need $15 million a year of government security. That was illegal, by the way, they were doing it secretly, because he's been very clear. he's got a lot of money. He made a lot of money. Does Trump know how much he made? Does anybody know? I don't know, but as I recall, it's well north of 10 million in terms of his net worth right now. And remember that his wife, Christina O'Grady, is the head of bioethics for NIH and NIAD. So she was in a position where she could protect him from the consequences of all these things. And I believe she

still remains employed at the NIH. So yes, Tony Fauci had direct financial incentives to flip-flop on his positions about natural immunity. Sure. Because his agency and his employees and presumably him were receiving some degree of revenue from the royalties being paid by Pfizer and Moderna. And they actually went into a great big patent fight over this. And the company's lost. NIAD is receiving a lot of money.

money. You have hundreds of millions of dollars here. The $100,000 a year each to the five or six nominal inventors or developers of this product is chicken feed compared to what's coming back into the NIH and available as a slush fund for them to spend on whatever, you know, they feel like spending it on. So it's certainly being investigated by Robert O'Kennedy Jr.

And we have limited time. I really appreciate your time. This is exactly what Doge should be looking into. Doge should be tracking where that patent revenue went into whom? Speak to that. Then you wanted to get into must some. I didn't mean to interrupt you. He's not made any secret of that to get enough wealth and power to set up his Mars base. I guess the king of Mars or something. So just to recap, and I put out another substack about this, that kind of summarized some clips that were available that talked about what the Doge process is. And remember that Doge is using something akin to web crawler bots to algorithmically, computationally march through federal databases and identify spending, where that spending is coming from, who it's going to,

what the relationships are, what the historic levels are, and mapping all of this. And that is really breaking through all kinds of things. I think today he revealed that there's multiple trillions in the Treasury that can't be tracked because they have intentionally obscured the codes that are necessary to track where the expenditures go to. That's just one of the things that Doge has recently identified. 4.7 trillion just accidentally has no accounting information and know where it went. I mean, this is obviously set up for mass fraud. Do you think?

And then we have the prior disclosure that we have, was it, 10 or 20 million people that are older than ostensibly than 120 years that are still on the Social Security ledgers and have not been, you know, coded as having died, which means they have open social security checks, of which one of those people is actually older than the United States. This is another example of this kind of systematic corruption. but this algorithmic mapping is exactly what has been used with BlackRock consequent to the TARP payments that BlackRock was authorized by Obama to distribute. And basically BlackRock has set up an accounting system that required that anybody that received any of that money show where it goes and then, not only the primary recipient, but secondary recipients. So they were able to track, basically,

create the biggest database of commercial transactions worldwide that's ever been seen. And then they data mined that database. This is important to understand the risk we face with Doge and Elon Musk having access to all this data. BlackRock data mined that database for future futures, basically for algorithmic predictions about what informed what they decided to invest in. So Black Rock has risen to its position of global dominance in the investment world, in part because they had access to this data that came from their special position in allocating TARP funds. So now we're going to have Elon in a position.

where he has the keys to the kingdom in terms of the books and financial transactions within the U.S. government. All we have is hope right now that he will handle, he and his, you know, small cadre of a genius young men, largely men, I guess, that are setting up all these tools. We have to hope that they're going to act ethically and they're not going to exploit that data. I haven't seen any evidence that they are, but it is absolutely a risk, and it's consistent with what you're saying. Elon does now have a position as the richest man in the world to take a variety of actions. And once upon a time, we believed that Bill Gates was an upstanding moral citizen. Once upon a time, George Soros was enabled by our U.S. government to basically explain

exploit the collapse of the Soviet Union and scoop up all these assets, and we helped him do it. Our intelligence community helped him do it because, of course, it was best that the West would control those assets and the former Soviet Union, Soviet bloc, would no longer do so. And we created a monster that is the Open Society Foundations and George Soros. So I think all we can do right now is hope that Elon continues to bless us with his good favor. And I'm glad you raised that because all I see is good fruit off the tree, but at the same time, we have to understand this incredible power.

The lies that he's grabbing people, Social Security, and stealing it, and all that's just pure crap, or that he got 400 million from, you know, Trump for armored vehicles. That was, you know, Biden, and he won the bids. That's why he's winning the SpaceX stuff is he can do it for half the cost of anybody else more effectively. But at the same time, with great power comes great responsibility. I'm glad you've quantified this. But it's been the Goldman Sachs. absolute power corrupts absolutely and we are giving Elon Musk absolute power and we are

hoping that he acts in a moral and ethical way and I haven't seen any reason to suspect that he won't but the risk is real. Yeah you're quoting Lord Acton power tends to corrupt an absolute power corrupts absolutely but but looking at this how else would you have somebody come in when the government's all compartmentalized and incompetent the grassroots. He comes in. He's all about industry and systems. He doesn't even patent his stuff. He wants it all out there.

And he's coming in and making it very transparent for what I've seen and being honest. But you're right, something this good, still you've got to then war game it and look at it and not just mindlessly on faith. Trust it. But at this point, that's what we have. and from past behavior, you know, I think overall at this current point, he's at war with these people, they were at war with him. So, Alex, the truth is that this approach has been used previously, but on a much more limited scale.

It was used, for instance, to break down and identify corruption in the Medicare system. Very effectively, a lot of that Medicare fraud was identified using this type of algorithmic mapping and certain. but it was done on a much more limited scale. We've never had a group that was given authorization to do this on a industrial scale across the entire United States government. Remember, one of the shocking things that has been disclosed is that the Treasury Department has never really had an audit and that the secretaries of the Treasury for decades have not been able to look at. into the books of what's going on at treasury, let alone what's going on at the Fed. And that may come to pass also. So there has been an intentional obscuring of... And with the AI, Musk can scan the payments and the Treasury and then basically reverse engineer in minutes. What really happened at the private Federal Reserve,

though they've tried bureaucratically to obscure it. Now, that's why they're so scared, which then makes. be concerned. This is so revolutionary, so literal light speed that the globalists, the corruption coming out already, they're done. I don't see how they ever come back. So good point. And I'm glad you bring up the global implications because what is being pioneered here? And let's think of it that way. We have a pilot system that is being developed and implemented in real time across the U.S. government. And because it's computational and algorithmic, it can be readily applied to foreign governments.

They can apply it if they wish, if there's a partnering agreement. And the Federal Reserve is a private corporate government, so it's the same thing. And furthermore, if you apply then the tools that will allow this type of tool to break through firewalls in foreign governments or other corporations, then these tools could be let loose on the world and map financial transactions in a way that would blow the Black Rock State Street and Vanguard folks out of the water. Sure, because they're just scanning certain sectors. For those that don't understand, there's a lot of ways to look at it, but there's one sector of it.

They can get the Treasury number, see what's going to the private Federal Reserve. They can then scan those banks that are members of that who on the other side are in the IRS payment systems and similar to AI surveillance systems and complete the transactional situation that's hidden with the end-to-end operation. It's like encryption. Yeah, it doesn't matter. The NSA has it running through it at the actual data center points. It doesn't matter.

Yeah, and then all kinds of things come out of that for blackmail and federal policy. The implications are profound. Dr. Malone, do five more minutes. You've been gracious. I mean, this was a well-thought-out strategic plan. And so it's important to look at it from him as an established lawyer and what he saw. So Mr. Brewster, great to have you here. Give us the data dumb from what you saw. Okay. Well, how am I coming through, all right? You're coming through.

Good, brother. Go ahead. Okay. So in any event, I noticed that you stepped in at that stage, so I'll start with that point. There was a period before COVID, where I was first starting to practice up in the first, federal court. I'd been a state court attorney, but I decided to expand my practice of the federal court

system. At that time, I'd noticed that, you know, a lot of people were saying, you know, I was up there, whether they'd be adversaries or other colleagues that would meet along the way, we're practicing up there. Oh, you'll be lucky to get a jury. You'll never see a trial date and all these other things. And then you would ask the magistrates who run the, you know, discovery in the case, The district court judges actually don't do that much. Actually, the end of the day, I could talk about that. But nonetheless, they were saying basically, oh, we have no judges. And it was 2018, and Trump was in power, and there was a freeze, at least in this district, of judge hirings.

For no apparent reason. And, you know, right after that, not too soon thereafter, COVID hit. And when COVID did hit, it effectively shut down every state court system, especially in a place like New Jersey, where you had Governor Phil, you know, hair plug Murphy, shut down everything so that no one could do what, access their civil rights, basically, shut down businesses, you know, across the board, the state court system shut down. but you know what never really closed, which is funny, is the federal court system, which never, you know, which went on a lot longer than the state courts because the state courts have what they have jury trials, right, where peers can review these cases. So that's something, I think, based upon looking back on it and going through it, that they had targeted that these jury trials are a problem going ahead. And so to tie in what you started out with Alex is that

there is this plan that you've been documenting since, I guess, 2010, lockstep. Aaron Russo talked about it, where they wanted to get rid of these darn civil rights for regular people. And, you know, that's what happened during COVID. They shut down the state system. I had to go up and start practicing more at the federal level because I could get cases. All the rest of the attorneys went out on PPP. So I started getting calls for cases up at the federal district because no one was doing anything and they were still open for business. They were hoping to steamroll people who couldn't find a decent attorney who wasn't one of these corporate attorneys to represent their interests.

So I stepped up and started doing that, you know, largely because it was an opportunity for me to keep my practice going. And you found out incredible things you'll get into in a moment. But again, meanwhile, all the hospitals are shut down for heart attacks, cancer. People can't put their insurance in at every level. And now the big corporate lawyer groups, like you said, can steamroll, move the cases into federal court. And then so it just at every level, they were basically turning the lights off for the public while energizing themselves. That's why globally, all the countries that participated in this wealth orchestrated fraud at every level doubled their wealth while the general public lost half of theirs in just a three-year period. Very strategically planned out economic administrative warfare.

Yes, undoubtedly. at least in my opinion. I'm talking as a practitioner. I never shut down. I knew I had to service these folks. It started, at first it wasn't the big time, you know, kind of high profile civil rights cases, but I just took cases for folks that were dragged here by, you know, a big giant corporation, which I won't mention, who had deals with them. And then as soon as they shut down the state courts and everything, they went ahead and tried to, you know, put these people over a barrel with knowing that no attorneys were really around for them and start cashing these people out who had had all their businesses closed down from COVID anyway.

So you saw this concerted effort to go ahead and liquidate mostly these middle market entrepreneurial people. And I came from a background where, you know, my family had run its own business until, you know, regulations shut us down. And that's what the Great Reset is, is major corporations with government in a concerted vertical integration, great reset. Correct. And there was a whole pattern of this throughout COVID, which seemingly at first was just to consolidate economic power, but also part of the plan was so that people's individual civil rights, which had been slowly eroding anyway through this system, that would all be part of it too, to where you could have no local oversight of local law enforcement or state officials who are doing things in an untoward manner, maliciously prosecuting people. people for free speech, you name it, because the federal system by virtue of, you know,

the Civil Rights Act of 1871 and Article III, working through Article III, which set up the whole federal court system, had brought the 1983 claim of action that's set in the U.S. Code, okay, in order to take to task corrupt judges of all things. So when you see all this stuff about corrupt judges and these people that are blatantly corrupt, you start to understand that at least a lot of them could at least be somewhat corrupt to allow this system to take place to where, you know, you tell people you take a malicious prosecution case, which I took later on as I saw this corruption and knew that these people were out there to basically undo human rights and undo the oversight function,

and the punitive function that the civil court, federal civil court system had, which wasn't being addressed in the criminal courts because none of the government agencies, if you're dealing with a corrupt one, are taking prosecutions of people acting badly at the state level, like the local attorney generals. And let's remember, similarly in the UK, Europe, Australia, everywhere, but match their systems, police riding over people who were, you know, a couple of years in outside of the park, over families with horses, same things in Canada, Same things in key blue cities here.

It was all, and they even said, we're getting ready for carbon lockdown to not have your right to leave your house, training you live in a prison. They all admit this. And so it was just a giant exercise in tyranny. Yes. And it did integrate whole components of the court system. It took in-person jury trials and in-person hearings and stuff and turned them into Zoom hearings and all these things, which were all part of their plan. It was all sitting laying in wait as part of lockstep was to do this to the court system because the court system was very inconvenient for these people.

And Bill Gates said that years ago. He said we're going to use viruses to lock people down and then train people to never be in person. So dehumanizing people. That's correct. And that's a whole six feet apart, you know, because of the energy force of the human body. And you also can't tell when someone's lying unless they're in front of you. You can smell the pheromones. You can see them look in the eye, right?

That whole component of facing your accuser. in court, that was all stripped from everybody blatantly. And the fear mongering kept basically turned off people's, you know, ability to see what's going on, you know. And so that mixed with then the, you know, bioweapon attack and what have you, that prolonged thing where they had all the remediation of the health problems were wrong, the so-called or alleged vaccine caused brain fog. They were able to stun people and then march in this whole.

regime under Biden to pack these courts with nominees. All of a sudden now, there was no judge shortage. As Biden came in, they packed the place with whomever, you know, and that's where you have this whole strain of the DEI controversy, which is a very serious thing. People don't understand how serious this is. And they had a loyalty test, which was the DEI to further purge the military, the government, the judgeships, all strategically done, not just here, but worldwide. Yes. And so they are able to insert even more. radicalized operatives through these programs, okay? Or totally incompetent people that know that wink, wink, wink, nod.

We know you're not supposed to be there, but it's part of our new utopia, and you're going to do what you're told when time comes, all right? Yeah, I was in the courts a lot during COVID when other people were, and I noticed suddenly the most moronic lawyers I ever saw that couldn't even talk were suddenly when I've been waiting for my case. Literally, it was like suddenly this army of idiots had been released. They were 12 years old, too. Yeah, and the ABA, I mean, there's been some conscientious.

with this ABA getting money from USAID and so forth, that's a very serious thing. People have to understand no law school in this country can launch without the ABA's approval. And the ABA's been getting USAID money and all kinds of things to promote. And a lot of colleges are getting rid of the bar now. They're even getting rid of an exit exam. So how do they even determine with that? Well, you're good enough moron. You know DEI.

You're in charge. Exactly. And so they just do what they're told. And then you have this kind of neutering of what used to be this professional. class that was supposed to stand up for the rights of Americans, not denigrate them, okay, and strip them from them so they can get a nice new office, nice new, you know, conference room table and all those other bull crap and shiny shoes. So let me ask you this.

What have you seen since COVID, how much it was able to stay in place and what have you seen the last few months since Trump returned? I sense a fear, just like running scared because, you know, they kind of, as, you would say, Alex, they jumped the shark on this. And so, you know, there is people running for cover, but it's very important that with this, you know, fear modicum going on here, we need to have continued attacks, I mean, legal and lawful attacks, but to go into all the, there's whole sections of the congressional record and all kinds of areas where you can easily find out how to deal with this. And there's different times in the country's history where the,

The federal court system was basically abolished or reconstituted and courts were shut down and so forth. So, you know, that needs to happen here as part of all this because they're actively doing stuff that needs to be addressed. And in the states, what we have the most problems like in the case in New Jersey or California or Michigan, okay, there's no accountability. So these governors can run lawless programs and do stuff. And when you go to the Attorney General's office and these other places, no one's at home. And here's a great microcos. We knew it was a 15-minute city of the Palisades. We knew they were setting up to burn it down.

They did it all administratively. And we knew some of the declaring an emergency, put it all under himself, take all the property rights away. And they give himself hundreds of billions in aid and then own the property for one select corporation. They're having bulldozed it all and control it. And it's all just done through emergency rule. It is insane. Yes. And it's, you know, teed up, especially in these blue areas with the fact of what they did with the integration with COVID and these, and they took, they basically neutered a lot of the court system.

And years and years of this indoctrination with some of these attorneys going through these ABA, which, you know, promote these Marxist tenants, okay? Years ago they started doing this. Now are just, they're okay. It's just the droid, do whatever we're told. Same thing with young doctors, you know, just reading the CDC guidelines and just following them. you know, pendentically. This is really phase two of the CIA Soros take over of so many judgeships and prosecutors. Yes, and so, you know, there are tools that this Congress can use.

The Congress has the power to deal with these federal courts. And the reason why the federal courts are important. That was my next question. I'm going to shut up for the rest of the segment. Exactly. You were talking about this on the show. What are the solutions? I want to get you back for a full hour.

You're a smart guy. What are the solutions? I have a few. And, you know, these are just based upon my reading of Constantine. constitutional law and how things work. I think early on, before you go crazy, I think that these moves to impeach the judges as a first early view, we could get some discovery here of the most blatant, you know, offenders of this.

People who are blocking all the Dodge efforts and stuff like that, they should be immediately looked at and their action should be questioned. And when you have direct evidence of them receiving USAID, they should be showcased out as fast possible. You need to say this type of corruption in the federal courts you can't stand based upon a whole host of doctors. Yeah, McConnell is open and shut out of Rhode Island, so is

Engelmeyer. Correct. So they should be targeted, and then in tandem with that, you know, based upon that level of whatever you find there, all right, you want to start to say, look, this is really bad. We didn't realize how bad things are. We're really certain that it can't be all

these judges because we know they're honorable, you know, the members of the bar. forth. But we're happy now, before we get into something that's more thorough, to have all these judges self-disclose anything based upon the fact that we find them and that this is actually corrupt. You're saying offer an amnesty for the people that aren't total criminals. Correct. And see what happens there. While you slowly start to rumor around that there's going to be this whole audit of every Article 3 judge that's going to happen because we can't, we don't, we

can't trust anybody now. And you explain Article 3 is dead on. These judges don't have the power of the separation powers. It's only the Supreme Court. And to have these low-level judges blocking the president is preposterous and unconstitutional. Correct. And so, and Article 3 is the way that you dismantle all this junk. But in the meantime, you want to catch these people in the act. You want to smoke them out a little bit. So you have to slow roll it in a certain manner. So where it causes an asymmetrical warfare situation for these people. Wow. Which is what, which is what Musk is doing geniusly. Yes, and he has to do it with these

Article III judges, because many of these people, William Benny was very good. I mean, you've interviewed William Benny, and he talked about how Tripline was specifically set up in many instances, a lot of it was to, guess what, surveil Article III judges, illegally. Okay? Watch all their movements,

who they speak to, when they speak to them. You're talking about the former technical director of the NSA? Correct. The famous whistleblower. He talked about this at length. Okay, many times and many interviews. Okay, so they were, many of these people have been compromised well beyond any sort of comprehension, you know? And so once we get into it, then there has to be in the background as you're running those other options in tandem is the complete abolishment of this system and a reconstitution of it, which has happened several times. It's not unheard of.

As late as, I mean, as as recent as early 1980s, they did a lot of this when Reagan came in. Well, I can talk to you for hours. I mean, you're obviously just smart innately, but how many lawyers that you know, what percentage of lawyers that you know are as informed as you? Very little. They like to keep blinders on. So like I said, there was a slow neutering of the professional class. They used to be the leaders of our country, okay?

And that's why they gained control. And then what happened, the most pernicious and the most corrupt of them just took over. And then they said, hey, let's forget about all this stuff. God doesn't exist. We can make a bunch of money here. And aspects of the Milgram experiment or in play here, Alice, where they said, look, we know that we put in a robe or we say ESQ behind it with some letters, right? You're going to do what we say.

And you can see it all the way that it's being done in all the local courts. You know, you go to municipal court and they're like, oh, all the attorneys sit up here. And the judges would get angry at me because I would sit with my client in the rest of the audience, right? Because that's my client. And they would yell at me, make me sit with the other attorneys to make people feel as though we're some sort of, you know, priest class. And I'm totally against that, you know, inherently, innately. So, you know, I'm about the, you know, the old way of things being done through a merit-based
