And the firefighters are saying, no, you took all the infrastructure away and told us to stand down

and drain the reservoir and block them. reservoir and block the other reservoirs and it's just make it stop and I guess we're going into that position right now but it's such a historic moment. It's this weird

I would liken it to a singularity of awakening, a moment where it all comes out. And then I was trying, right before the show went live eight minutes ago, the broadcast to try to quantify in my mind with all this data

why I'm so concerned, deeply concerned. A level of concern I've never felt before. Real urgency, a desperateness that the final

sand is running out of the hourglass from the top and to the bottom. and then I was culturally, intellectually, mathematically, politically integrating that just during the last one minute break, and it hit me, all of this evil coming out is very good. But when the general public really finds out how bad things are and that the globalists have been deliberately killing people

and poisoning people and all the rest of it, it is going to cause a lot of. of mental problems. I mean, if you think we've got a lot of mental health issues now, people that have bought into the system when they find out they've been totally betrayed,

and that there was a plan to fully collapse civilization that is ongoing and that even Elon Musk has said he's not sure can be reversed. And then you look into the spectacular different possible futures

there. It's one thing to expose the globalist and dismantle their leadership. Prime Minister, if I was one of your Labour MPs, and I'm glad I'm not, I would be voting in support of the Conservative Amendment to the Schools Bill today that demands a national investigation into the organised, networked, appalling gang rape, mass rape of young white women and girls by predominantly Pakistani Muslim men. Why would I be doing that? Well, first of all, I wouldn't care about the cost.

I wouldn't care about the whether or not there have been, other investigations, and I don't care whether you are satisfied that enough work has been done. The fact is the nation needs this investigation. It needs it because everybody, every man, woman and child in this nation, law-abiding, man-woman and child in this nation, including you, needs the confidence to know beyond all shadow of doubt that this is not still going on. We have found that GB News court report showing gangs operating in 50 towns, 50 towns across the country. Are you certain as Prime Minister, it's not going on today? Why don't you order a national public inquiry to join the dots between 50 towns, not six, barely mentioned in the J?

report? Are you afraid, I expose failings as your role as a DPP? And that's why Elon Musk says, were you complicit in the Raver Britain? We know that. But in these confirmations, you've seen the incoming Attorney General and others not apologize to the lies and disinfo the Democrats put out. And that's good.

They need to stop even really responding to it. It's a joke. Except on the subject of January 6th. and we've seen the vice president, J.D. Vance, we've seen the incoming attorney general as well, Pam Bondi, saying, oh, it needs to be a case-by-case point, and if somebody was violent, well, then throw them in prison. Well, the problem is I have experienced this and been subpoenaed and testified to Congress, and my co-o-oist has been sent to prison, and it was all lies in what they put in there demonstrably. Owen would say I didn't go in the Capitol. I tried to stop people going in.

I work with Alex Jones. I'm on video. And the feds would follow and say, that's a liar, Your Honor. He does never work in Info Wars. And he went in the cat, you know, all this stuff. And so I know the lawyers that were involved, and I follow the oathkeepers, the pro boys, and their whole background there. None of that was true. And there was no seditious conspiracy.

They did nothing. And so the whole thing is based on feds in the crowd, setting people up, provocateuring, men in black that broke in. the police fake arrest them take the handcuffs off high-five them the whole thing's a lie and so you then release everybody because they were set up and that's what you do under the law and then they lie and say seven cops died no citizens died particularly two women we had the video being killed in both cases and we'll have that video today for you so our two guests are here in studio with us we'll do about an hour on this. And then I'm going to get back into all the big international news and the declaration of war against Elon Musk by Biden outgoing last night.

You say, well, he's a feeble idiot. No, that's the globalist behind him. And this means a lot. And so it's very, very critical that we get into all of that coming up as well and a lot more. But all of this goes together in one piece. So I've basically said my point on this. But let's go ahead and play the incoming attorney. Attorney General, she's going to get confirmed. A great lady, amazing, really smart. Pam Bondi. And then let's play J.D. Vance.

And again, I really love J.D. Vance, like J.D. Vance, really smart guy. But just to sit up there and say, well, you know, somebody had beaten up the cops or fought the cops, they need to go to jail. Well, you're taking it face value what they say on these cases. And I've looked at all the prominent ones, and it's all lies. And they've had their due process destroyed. but some people haven't even in four years ever put on trial. They're just in a dungeon. So we need the people that perpetrated this,

and the fraudulent J6 committee that committed all these crimes and destroyed evidence and witness tampered and created fake evidence. We need Schiff in jail. We need Cheney in jail. They committed the crimes. Not playing games here. That's my view on this. Now, Nate Hughes, you've been sentenced.

It's been a few minutes, tell people about what happened to you. and we'll get into the details of it. Then I want to go to Gary Haven about his general understanding of this because he's heavily involved researching everything in organizations he's launched to really help J-Sixers. But just a snapshot before I play these clips. Sure. Alex, thanks for having me on. I appreciate it.

My ordeal started about two and a half years ago. About seven or eight months after J-6, I had a hit piece telling me by Raw Story. And they put out a bunch of BS, you know, a 50 tweet little thread about, you know, all these different things that I did and said and all this stuff, right? Fast forward to about a year ago, I was rated by the FBI. I was rated at my office. Two black suburbans pull up behind me with, you know, ten guys in each one of them. They get out, full kit, body armor, whole nine yards, you know, AR-15's pointed out.

And there's B-roll of this. So, guys, go ahead and roll while he's talking about it. Go ahead and roll Office Arrestes 3 and Home Raids 4. Go ahead. So, yeah, there's the video. they pulled me over, you know, didn't say who they were, just order me out of the vehicle. I get out of the vehicle. You know, they don't tell me who they are.

They don't identify themselves. I'm like, hey, I need to see a warrant. They won't give me that. They just say, walk towards them. And I'm like, hey, I'm not walking towards you. I don't even know who the hell you all are, right? I don't know who these people are. At the same time, my home was raided.

About 20 vehicles pulled into my driveway. And, you know, they proceeded up to my house. And my girlfriend was home at the time, you know, with our, dogs and she had just had a miscarriage, which, you know, she was recovering from that. And they ordered her out of the house. Guns drawn on her like she's a terrorist. And, you know, they search her, they detain her and, you know, essentially ransacked my house, right? That's kind of a high level of, you know, the arrest and all that.

I spent a couple days in jail. And, you know, since then, it's been a fight with the U.S. attorneys, the assistant U.S. attorneys, you know, a lot of these people they brought in are from other states, from other areas that they brought in specifically to prosecute J-Sixers, right? And coincidentally, a lot of these guys are a lot of these, you know, AUSAs, what they call them, a lot of these people are just hardcore leftists, right? It's like, how are you going to be in a position, you know, to prosecute people for crimes when you are a Democrat, you know, political operative essentially, right?

Absolutely. And Nate, we'll do this because we'll go a little bit in the next hour. Gary's going to have to leave, so we're going to kind of get to him first here. And I guess I'm a bad communicator. I asked you to come here from Arkansas. Yep. So you could specifically talk about, you know, to J.D. Vance and these people. And so we can also shoot a report later about what was done you because they don't have a lot of time. We need a little snapshot for them.

But the point is you didn't do anything. And we'll get to the footage of that. And you were there where they killed this woman right in front of you and all the rest of it. So you're literally a victim of that. We have the footage. But you read your indictment and conviction and all this. And it doesn't resemble reality. So my point is, case by case, we can't have J.D. Vance and the Attorney General.

just look at what the feds say on a case by case and just believe the official narrative. I wanted your 35,000-foot view in general about J-6. So they have indicted people and they have lied about people's cases and said that, hey, you're violent when you weren't actually violent. They take clips of things that you have done, a lot of these people, proud boys included. And they turn it up 10x to where it looks like you're this violent criminal when you really weren't, right? So that's the big thing that J.D. Vance misses, right? and I like J.D. Vance. But a lot of people, they say we're violent, weren't actually violent,

and the whole thing's a sham. And we'll, because you're here, and I also want to shoot a report with you specifically, because I can get this to Trump, I can get it to them, but they'll have like 10 minutes. And I understand we can go all of your case and how it's wrong and all the rest of it. I am just in general indicting the whole thing.

Gary, what's your view? Well, that's pretty easy to do, Alex. And by the way, I'm glad to be here. The J.D. Vance event, where he went on Fox News and started mealy-mouthing and squirming out of the real issue, my inside information is he got his ass handed to me after doing that. Because now they understand that Trump's promise to free these people that he repeatedly did over and over again was not a conditional promise.

And so my insight information says that Trump is going to pardon everyone completely, and it's the only thing to do because as you clearly stated the federal government abused every possible thing in the world to create a false case against these people. And Trump understands it's all about demonizing him that he told him to go there

and do something they didn't even do. It's an attack on him. It's all the lawfare. Throw the damn thing out. That's the only solution to this thing. And Christopher Ray needs to be the first person to be charged with a number of Congress. He said he knew nothing about agents there and he put him there.

And then later on he had to back off and said, well, yeah, there were some there, but I can't tell you how many, right? There's criminals, all of these people. By the way, Alex, this is a litmus test for the Trump administration. The first test is he going to keep his promise on Monday and free these people. And if he doesn't free these people, he will have broken the first, and I believe the most important promise, the litmus test of his next four years. So what we're talking about to me said that. You got to come on the show more. You always boil it right down to the point.

I meant to come on today and say, this is a litmus test of doing the right thing and not being intimidated by the left's done. Everybody hates them. We've turned the tide. Stop paying lip service. Oh, they'll say we let violent people out. They let child molesters and murders out. The vice president was bailing out people that set federal buildings on fire. Let our people go.

Damn it, they're political prisoners. Sorry. You know, the mantra the first time around was lock her up. lock her up. Our mantra right now needs to be let them out. Let them out. Exactly. I'm sorry, keep going. Well, I wanted to talk to you about something really important. You know, there's something we can do right now. I'm working with a group of J6 Freedom people. There's a good chance where we expect Trump to keep his promise to pardon these people in the afternoon on Monday that's coming up. And what's going to happen is 300 prisoners and 35, excuse me, 75 prisons. across the country, a gulag archipelago in America, by the way, in 35 states.

And these people are literally going to be put out into the street in the weather with no notice. So I've got over 100 volunteers that are on site in all of these prisons to be there to make sure these people are taken care of. They're warm, they're fed, their house. While we arrange connections with their families and while we get transportation, we're going to drive them if it's close. If it's not, we have what's called Operation Air Lift. I've got private jets all over the country on standby to voluntarily go to these cities while our ambassadors load these people up on private aircraft and take them home in safety and dignity. And that's the right thing to do.

But plus, as you said, this was about branding Trump supporters as terrorist, setting up an extrajudicial tyrannical court system. And they said on TV, CIA operatives, all of them. going to go after all the Trump supporters once we put him in prison, they were going to have an ongoing, expanding capital police in all the cities, persecution of the American people, all based on J-6. I saw that. That's absolutely insane, right? The last thing we need is more, you know, government police everywhere, right?

And Gary, like you're saying, this isn't, this is not nonviolent versus violent, right? It is a litmus test. Is it, you know, can Trump do the right thing when he gets in office, right? Can he get in there and keep his promises, which I think he can and I think he will? But it's not violent or nonviolent. It's, hey, these people's rights were violated from the get-go. The whole thing was entrapment. The whole thing was a setup.

Well, if somebody handing you a riot shield and you passing it back over your head is a deadly attack on police, then their lie of Trump grabbing the steering wheel of the Secret Service car is violent. He should be in jail. Of course, that didn't happen either. I mean, this is just, again, they say in the court filings, Owen Schroier never was a talk show host here. It's crazy. Even on the air five years when this happened here.

So an anchor host in a filing doesn't work here. It's crazy. I mean, the level of lying, I mean, if we lied to federal court, we'd get indicted for perjury. They've gotten away with this for four years now. But everybody knows. And we have people in power now starting Monday that know. And there's no way to deny this or to avoid the accountability. Never again will we allow this to happen. And we've got to set these people free now, and we've got to take care of them. Where is the line drawn and who will and wouldn't be considered for a pardon? I think it's very simple. Look, if you protested peacefully on January the 6th, and you've had Merrick Garland's Department of Justice treat you like a gang member, you should be pardoned. If you committed violence on that day, obviously,

you shouldn't be pardoned. And there's a little bit of a gray area there, but we're very much committed to seeing the equal administration of law. And there are a lot of people we think in the wake of January the 6th who were prosecuted unfairly. We need to rectify that. Let me ask the third question. Do you believe that the January 6 rioters who've been convicted of violent assaults on police officers should be pardoned? Senator, if confirmed as Attorney General of the United States, the pardons, of course, fall under the President. But if asked to look at those cases, I will look at each case and advise on a case-by-case basis, just as I did my entire career as a prosecutor. You also advise the President on pardons as part of your responsibility as Attorney General.

And so I'm asking you, do you believe that those who have been convicted of the January 6th riot violent assaults on our police officers should be pardoned? That's a simple question. So, Senator, I have not seen any of those files, of course. If confirmed and if asked to advise the president, I will look at each and every file. But let me be very clear in speaking to you. I condemn any violence on a law enforcement officer in this country. Now, she needs to get confirmed. I'm not mad at her about that, and I love J.D. Mancini's a great guy.

But I know you have a lot of great sources. Talk to Trump. You're saying from your sources, Trump got pissed off about that? Absolutely. The feedback from that stupid statement he made was overwhelming in Mar-a-Lago. Well, I mean, again, I've looked at most of these cases, a bunch of my friends. And my lawyer was one of the main lawyers, Norm Patis, for, the proud boys and I follow the oathkeepers and I was there and I know what they did.

And there's nothing there. They did nothing. So you can't say, oh, they're convicted of this. That doesn't mean anything. In D.C., I mean, that literally is like a North Korean court system. Big time. I mean, what do they vote? 95-5?

They vote for the left, right? But they won't move your trial outside of D.C. Because they say it's unbiased and you can get an unbiased jury pool, which is BS, right? So it's a. But it's the way the prosecutors in the courts, I mean, it's, it's, They said, Owen, I'd went in the Capitol. Yeah. Well, you know, we're supposed to get a speedy trial.

And how long did you take for you to? You've not even been to trial, have you? You simply were charged and pled it, played out? So I had trial scheduled. I went into trial, but my plea deal that they gave me was, hey, you have to admit to assaulting a police officer. And I'm like, well, I didn't assault a police officer. So how am I going to admit to that, right?

I'm not going to lie, right? So we went into court, and I pled guilty. guilty to the charges, guilty to trespassing, to civil disorder, which is like a trumped-up disorderly conduct, and then assault slash impeding an officer. Now, I'm maintaining my statement of facts that I did not assault to police officer, and they can't show anywhere where I did, but they wanted me to admit that I did. So it's just a sham. And we'll show footage of someone handing you a riot shield. You pass it along when you watch them kill a woman in front of you that we never talk about. We'll talk about her.

and I'm not just talking about, you know, the lady that got killed inside the Capitol. Everybody knows her name. I'm talking about the other lady. But, but, and we'll get to your story. Trust me. But, but just overall, I want both of your takes, especially yours, Gary, just on the climate now, on where the left is worldwide, on my statement that the Moch, well, mine virus has been deleted. I mean, at a certain point, you've got to say they're discredited. They'll never rule again.

So they get demoral. but at the same time, I don't think they're fully beaten. Where would you describe we're at right now? We're at a pivot point. The American people, to their great credit, have stood up and elected Donald Trump with expectations. I think all of us that have supported him have elected him with conditions. This isn't a free-for-all deal. Now, we're going to hold him accountable for those conditions.

He's going to take our country back. They need to go into the FBI and completely break it down to only the essentials. Obviously close the border and get these criminals out of our country. You know, and all the things that we're talking about. Get the budget under control. So we should have hope, but we have hope with caution. And, you know, Alex, honestly, I feel like maybe it's too good to be true. so I am cautiously optimistic.

I agree with that, Nate. How would you describe the political climate now? I feel like the Great Awakening is happening, but there's still some people that are a little scared to jump. They're scared to, I guess, get political, as some people say, right? You know, you get people that are posted on social media that have maybe never talked about it before because they're brave that Trump won. Courage and is contagious, right?

I think it's time for people to grow some balls, excuse me, grow some balls, and be vocal. You know, tell people how you feel because the only way we defeat the woke mind virus is, you know, sunlight. Elon talks about that, right? Sunlight is the best disinfectant, right? So just be brave, be, you know, be courageous because it's contagious. You know, one person sees you speaking up and speak in your mind.

while we connect them to their families and while we begin the process of getting them home. Many of them live in driving distance. We're probably just going to drive them with our ambassadors. But a number of them are 1,000, 2,000 miles away from their homes. By the way, deliberately by the Bureau of Prisons, they are not very nice people. So I have organized jet aircraft volunteers to be available to go all over the country

to pick these people up and take them home in these private aircraft safely in dignity. Now, this requires money. The jets and things are all paid by the owners, so that's not part of it. But this is another mission. It's another rescue mission. This little be quick as we get these people home in dignity. So this is what I do. But we need to talk about this. if we don't celebrate our people, if we don't defend our people, and then we let the Republicans go, well, they were kind of bad that day, but we're going to look into it. That's a load of crap. This was setting Trump up. I was there. The insiders, the Secret Service, were obviously given orders.

I don't think they were conscious of it, but I'm supposed to lead the march to the Capitol, and then he's supposed to meet us there. Secret Service brings me forward, says, okay, go. Already the million-plus people that couldn't get into the area where Trump was actually giving his speech there at the ellipse, start going down Pennsylvania Abidavit. But the minute he starts speaking for hours, the feds attacked the cops. We all know how they did it now. So we all would walk into a disaster. Trump had a stage set up at the corner, northeast corner.

We were following all the rules. We walked in there, tried to stop it. I got a bunch people not to go in. But there was hundreds of thousands there so they could only hear me, you know, a few hundred yards in. And I said they're going to kill people. This is going to be Kent State. Don't go in. But by then they'd open the doors, we're waving everybody in. This was a setup, and Trump knows that. So the new attorney general and the vice president, everybody needs to understand that. And I just don't know how you boil it down simply for them.

But I understand they're busy. They haven't probably been involved in the trials or been subpoenaed or testified to Congress like I have, or had my crew members sent to prison, or had them try to indict me and had grand juries open and then looked at the other cases, and you read this stuff, and it's pure crap. That Justice Department of Biden literally would release three, four-time pedophiles and rapists to do it again. And they have this giant task force taking something like 20% of the Justice Department's resources to persecute Trump supporters and set this precedent to be able to go after everybody into the future.

And they said that was the plan. This is their attempt to wage war on America and cast us as the villains. So if we let them scapegoat any of these innocent people, that sets the precedent for us. They set precedents with people. You explain that to them, Gary. Absolutely. Everybody knows what happened. Even the people in denial know what happened.

I'm not so interested anymore in explaining what happened. Right now, if someone denies it, they're an idiot. They're a liar, which defines almost all Democrats, certainly the Democrats in power. I have no time for that. We're in an urgent situation where we've got to get our country back. We've got to demand rule of law. We've got to demand institutions that respect the Constitution. So I think it's a transitional point now.

I'm going to call bullshit on all of these people that want to discuss this. There's nothing to discuss. We don't have a country anymore. We don't have a judicial system that we can align or a federal institution, whether it's the Department of Justice, Well, what an oxymoron that is, or the federal court system or the prison system. I mean, they tried to indict me. They're saying I attacked the Capitol.

I mean, it's just, it's, it's, you're a recipient of this, Alice, which is why you can speak so clearly on it. And you've got to be as frustrated as we are. Everybody knows what happened now. They can deny it, but I'm not going to tolerate denial. I'm going to call bullshit on it. Everybody knows that we have a justice. department and an FBI that are criminal organizations that are a threat to the freedom of Americans. And I'm not going to be afraid of them.

Trump knows this was to frame him and then to frame our populist movement. He knows he went on X that day, Deering it said, don't be violent, don't do this. And then X banned him when it was Twitter so that they couldn't hear what he said and lie and say he said attack the Capitol. this is about setting him up. So if his administration doesn't 100% is pardon everybody and point out their victims and then support lawsuits against the feds that did this,

which we know are starting and happening, Owen's doing that, in class action suits, then you're right. It's a litmus test that there are a bunch of whamps again. Yep. We either have our country back and we're heading back to the America that we grew up in

or we have been duped by a bunch of weak people that we're only pursuing power. At the moment, I am hopeful that we're going to get our country back and that Trump is going to provide the leadership. We've got some good people lined up. You know, I was disappointed that my good friend, Ken Paxton, wasn't the Attorney General. He would have been the perfect guy,

but Bondi's a pretty good shot at it. But the Cash Patel, very helpful. And, of course, Kennedy, Robert Kennedy Jr., You don't have a degree in health and nutrition. You know, I've talked about that many times. Kennedy is a hope to save our children from the toxins of the poison. That's the real globalist attack. And they just pulled red dye three that we knew forever was deadly.

Yeah, and did you see how long the grace period is before they actually have to take off? 2007, or 2007? In two years. Yeah. Yeah. So for two more years, we're going to poison our children, by the way, with something that's completely unnecessary in our food. But it's a start, right? and Kennedy's not even in there yet.

I bet he accelerates the heck out of that when he gets in there. We may be needing to buckle our seatbelt for what's coming. Well, Trump's talking about banning fluoride now. On day one. So we should thank God. I mean, at the end of the day, we've all prayed for this. We've asked for this. But God's giving us a shot.

I mean, we didn't deserve this. I mean, this is God, isn't it? Yeah. We agree. That's a good way to put it because we were so far gone. nothing short of a miracle could have made this happen. And I think we've seen our miracle. I hope so.

Feels like the pendulum is swinging back, and it's swinging back hard. And I hope it swings back really hard, right? You know, fluoride out of the water. Let's, you know, get all the dyes, all the PFAs, all the heavy metals that are in our food, that are in our water. Why is that in our food? Well, they do it on purpose. Yes. You're a nutritionist, you know, Duranis, you know this, but these poisons are very addictive.

Okay. And so it causes an effect. And if you've ever had one of your kids accidentally, somebody gives them something with a red dye, five or three, they're bouncing off the walls. It's an infatamine, basically. Gary, why don't you explain it? Yes, actually, it's very close to home. My granddaughter has just amazing blowout from any of the dies, particularly red dye, and is literally bouncing off the walls. And, you know, on fluoride, that's particularly nefarious, because we now know they don't put fluoride in the water in Europe, because there's no evidence that really prevents teeth decay.

And your dad's a dentist. And I hope he's on board with the anti-fluoride. So many of them are not, which is crazy. But we know for a fact that fluoride in the water diminishes the IQ of children. And I think that's by design. They're worse than us. You know, Rockefeller said, we want people just smart enough to do the work, but not smart enough to thank for themselves. And that's when fluoride was introduced.

These people in power behind the curtain, which, by the way, the ones we really have to worry about, is Trump strong enough to stand by the real people in power? 100% woman. Here's an easy analogy. Anybody knows, I didn't do this, but a lot of people did it. Like in college or whatever. Get girls drunk, so you can have sex with them. Well, the globalists want us all poisoned and destabilized and culturally and spiritually poisoned so they can get away with their stuff. I mean, it's simple that we're being drugged with poison so they can take control.

It's real simple. And that may be the greatest thing right now is that we're going to pull the curtain back. Biden obviously hadn't been running the country. But some really nefarious evil people, you know, who want to send our kids to the Ukraine and Israel and all these other places. They're the ones that have been in charge. because I want to get this on record. It's a microcosm of everybody else. Every case you look at, it's all lies, all crap, all is setup, just pure BS. It is crazy how institutional the lying is, and hopefully that can be reversed with Koch Patel and others and Tulsi Gabbards and all of it. But asking you, Gary, just in general, I don't see how the globalist can ever reverse what's happened now. I mean, the pedophile ring stuff is coming under work. What do you make, as I've talked to you in a while when you stay in touch more, what do you make of Elon Musk?

Because people can say, oh, he's this or he's that or whatever. The point is the actions he's taking against them across the board are irrevocably devastating their operations. And I don't see how he could be a double agent and be destroying their entire infrastructure at an accelerated rate, beyond what Trump got done previously and how that could be bad. You know, that's a metaphor for this whole situation. I am cautiously optimistic about Elon Musk. And we all know that, you know, he derives so much of his income from federal contracts and so forth. You know, and we don't completely have free speech.

I don't want to get out of all this stuff. I'm cautiously optimistic about Elon. But the other question you ask is, are we really going to be able to take our country back from these global elites? And they're the ones that are really creating all the problems. They own our politicians. They own Washington. They own the banking. You know, all that stuff.

Can we really take our country back from them? I think they've been so exposed because of the COVID crime, the border, and all these things. It was the COVID finally sunk them. Yep. And boy, is that going to take center stage? As people, as Kennedy begins to talk about the COVID crime and how they knew from the beginning that it was not safe, it was not effective. In fact, it was a bioweapon. So as people get the red pill and they get woke, talk about woke, on what the government has done to them and their families, there's going to be a revolution in this country, hopefully peaceful, And my fear is, is the globalists who still control so many things are going to go down in flames trying to take us with us. By the way, Russia and Ukraine, World War III that they've been provoking. Boy, I'm going to be so glad when Trump gets sworn in, and they hadn't shot him.

Yeah, I mean, they could kill him in the next three days. I worry about drones. Well, drones are right. By the way, I was going to be in, I have tickets for the inauguration. I'm not going to D.C. for the inauguration. I'm going to be there the day after to start moving people, but I don't feel comfortable being in D.C. during the inauguration. These next few days are critical days.

tried to help her. But because he was there, people say, well, he shouldn't have pled guilty. Well, they were going to throw him in there for decades. And it's a totally rigged system. And so, but now he's been sentenced. And he, again, is just a snapshot of what's going on here. So this whole thing was a setup.

And they put people in jail for years that just walks into the Capitol. So they're the ones that need to be going to prison, not Owen Schroyer and not Nate Hughes. And I know Gary Haven's not a BS or he's a big Republican don't. and knows all the goes Marlago, all that stuff. So, you know, he's saying Trump was pissed off about it. I haven't checked into it. Went to the Capitol after, you know, Trump made his speech. Most people don't know. You talked about this on the last hour, talked about how, you know, there were scheduled speeches. There were, you know, a designated area for people to speak at the Capitol after Trump spoke, right? You know, a lot of people don't talk about that. They just think, oh, they had this big plan to go raid the Capitol. It's like, no, that's not what happened, right? It's not what was going on.

So left the ellipse where Trump was speaking, went to the Capitol, made my way to the front. I've covered a lot of these protests, whatever you want to call them, whether it was BLM, Antifa, Trump rallies, whatever it was. I covered them, and there's record of that, right? Made my way to the front, immediately got smashed into the tunnel, the Lower West Territory. Terrace Tunnel at the Capitol and was, you know, pepper sprayed, maced, whole nine yards. And it's like a mosh pit. It's exactly like a mosh pit. You can't breathe in there.

It was a mess, right? And police started, you know, pushing back, hitting people, batons, mace, pepper spray, everything, right? And, you know, after I think I was in there like five minutes and, you know, I got hit with a baton, I got, you know, smashed with a shield, right? And, you know, just like in my statement of facts, I pled guilty to impeding an officer, which they wanted me to plead to assault, but because I grabbed a police shield. But they got me because they said that I struck at an officer. And I'm like, well, can you show me where I struck at an officer? And they couldn't do that, right, even though everything's on video, right?

So I grabbed. You see your hand reach forward. What is that? I grabbed a police shield. and it was being passed over my head and another one we were being shoved out of the tunnel and I couldn't see. I kept diverse people underneath us

and you keep getting shoved back and then there's stairs right outside of that little lower west terrace. And essentially we were just pushed all the way out of the tunnel and I fell down and fell down on top of a lot of people. It was just chaos, right? You can see you're struggling with people all over you and you're just, what's like trying to breathe? It was hard to breathe, right?

But they want to make it out. It was this plan to violently assault police and all this stuff. But nobody brought guns. Yeah, nobody brought guns. Nobody really had weapons, right? I mean, if a million people shut up with guns, we would have taken over, but that's not what we wanted to do. I'd say so.

But the big thing was they lie about your conduct, and they lie about, you know, to the judge in court they lied and said that I was wearing body armor, and I came prepared for political violence. and I actually was kind of cracking up in court. I'm like, that's bullshit, right? That's crazy. A, I wasn't wearing Bonnie Omer. B, I never came for political violence, right?

Do you want to say that I'm guilty of grabbing a police shield? Yeah, I did that. Does that constitute assault? Absolutely not. Not when you have BLM and anti-foot protesters all around the country that burnt down police stations and torched cop cars and beat the hell out of cops outside of the White House, right, which was on video. But those people don't ever get charged, right?

So the whole selective prosecution of this whole thing, and, you know, when you look at this from a high level, it's like, well, the leftist DOJ that's, you know, ran by, you know, hardcore leftists, they protect their own, right? So, but if you're a Trump supporter, like you talked about, you know, you're indicted, your house is raided, you know, you lose access to bank accounts, you lose your access to having a credit card. You know, they debank you, right? That actually happened to me. coincidentally, the same month that I was rated, I was debanked from one of my online banks, which was absolutely crazy, and I didn't know why, but now I know why.

They put you in a database, yeah. It's the social credit score. Yep, social credit score, whole nine yards. So talk about your sentencing, and I mean, you need to be pardoned day one. Are you expecting a pardon on like January 21st? I would hope so. So back up to June,

of last year. I was at the Trump rally in Vegas, and I actually met President Trump, told him who I was, told him my story. We have that photo, too. Nate Hughes with President Trump. And he told me, you know, I shook his hand, told him who I was, and he said, hey, on day one,

you'll be pardoned. I said, okay. You know, I'll hold you to that, Mr. President. But I think, I don't know, I think all the J-Sixers, regardless of you were violent or non-violent, I don't think that matters, right? I think what matters is people's rights were violated from the get-go. You know, people that went to the Capitol that day, 99.9% did not go there for violence.

They weren't there for some armed rebellion, right? They were there to make their voices heard in protest an election that was riddled with fraud. The 2020 election was stolen, in my opinion, and Trump won that election. There was mountains of... Absolutely, and they wanted to basically criminalize saying that and say that was insurrection, and Trump's an insurrection. and that's why playing along with any of this and J.D. Van's for anybody going,

oh, yeah, well, you know, we do need to prosecute the bad people. It was a setup. And so you attacked the setup. Everybody knows it already. So stop playing along the Democrats. Yep. Yeah, it's the whole thing's a sham. You know, they take what you did do,

and then they craft their own narrative around it and then spin it, you know, how they want. This exact same thing the media has done for the past, you know, 10 years plus. You know, they take one thing and exploit it and make you out. And they have polls. 90 plus percent of Americans think that J6 was a setup. So, and I know we keep arguing and explaining that. They made up these crazy stories about people.

Well, we should also humanize the people because they lie and say that seven cops died. And they said six died and they said five died. It's all no one died except citizens. Tell people who died that day.

So Ashley Babbitt, you know, everyone saw the video of Michael Byrd shooting, her when she went through a window in the capital, right? She was unarmed Air Force veteran, shot in the neck, you know, died, died in front of people right there. But what was crazy about Ashley Batson. And they gave the guy that killed her a medal. Yeah, gave him a medal and there was cops right behind her. So it's like she did not need to die.

Roseanne Boylan, she was right by where I was in the tunnel. She was beaten to death by Capitol cops. It is on video of them beating her to death. And there are other protesters that are trying to stop the cops, right? Trying to say, hey, you're beating the hell out of this lady. She's not even breathing, right? Like that, yeah, right there. And those people were charged with assault.

They're charged with assaulting police. It's like, well, is it really assault when the cops are. Our government is just filled with scum. Yeah. I mean, let's just get down to brass tax. Yeah. I mean, they are just incompetent psychotics at the bottom. At the top, just pure evil.

Yeah, it's in that. I mean, look at this. Yeah, it's crazy, right? You have citizens there performing CPR on her as she's unconscious, right? After the cops beat the hell out of her. So it's, there was two other people, Trump supporters that died on that day. I cannot remember their names at this point. But, you know, they like to say that, you know, Brian Sicknick and these cops died on J6.

It's like, there's no cops that died on January 6th. In my opinion, I don't think any of the cops that died from January 6th, You know, their death had nothing to do with January 6th. Well, yeah, one of them had a cardio master a deal a week later, and that's the Brian Sigmunds guy, and he's seen that day totally fine at the end of it walking around. Yep, and then you had, you know, cops after that committed suicide, which I'm like, okay, well, that has nothing to do with J6. But, yeah, here's the Michael Byrd, right? She's unarmed Air Force veteran, climbing through a window and gets shot in the neck.

And there's cops right behind her. It's just the whole narrative that they made about J6 being Pearl Harbor, being 9-11, being a terrorist attack against our democracy. It's like it's a bunch of BS, right? They just wanted to go after Trump supporters because these people hate Trump because Trump is the populist president, right? He's the people's president and they don't like, they don't like lose of control. The deep state, the globalists, they don't like losing control of the narrative.

And they've lost control of the narrative. You know, since Trump came down that escalator, right? They don't like that, you know, the people have a voice and I feel like that's what Trump gives people as a voice. Yeah, it's a litmus test like Gary said. Gary was right. Tina Peters from Colorado who questioned the election results in Colorado that, you know, she's in prison. for eight years now because the left is Colorado governor.

And then they had Colorado and Maine and others just say, oh, a judge panel or the Secretary of State says you're off the ballot and you have to have the Supreme Court come and say no, that's unconstitutional. It's unconstitutional

its face. Trump was never convicted of insurrection. So you can't say he's guilty of insurrection when no one was ever found guilty of insurrection, including him or even indicted for it. And Then they try to take him on the ballot. That's a coup right there. That's an attempt to stop him from getting elected.

And now they are just apoplectic. So you're right, Nate, they're going to pull something big. I feel, I mean, it's the most obvious thing I feel like it could happen. I mean, they're losing. They've lost a lot of ground, you know, especially over the past year, right? Because the narrative shifted. So they've got to do something to, you know, to push back and get some ground back. And I don't know what that's going to be, but it would make sense if it was something big like a big false flag.

But I just hope Trump gets in and really wrecks house, you know, the first six months. I feel like it's the best chance we're going to have for our country in probably 100 years, right, to do right. And after the first round, I was located on the first position, was 23rd, I guess, 23rd, 24%, 24%. and another person was a lady was located on the second position with 19%. So everything was okay, particularly that the constitutional court of Romania, the Secret Service, the presidential administrative institution, they already, they confirm the the clean, let's say the clean situation of the elections in a sense that everything was okay. And three days, they was the last confirmation of the institutional, let's say, legacy. And on Friday, December 6th, when

already was started the elections in the votes outside of Romania. They already probably more than 2,000, 3,000 voters in the afternoon of

Friday of 6, simply they cancelled the election. And the second round does mean of the elections was illegally and unconstitutionally canceled. Simply, they stolen the vote.

And of course, for Sunday, which was the day December 8th, was not anymore available for the elections in Romania. I just started, I said, Friday outside of Romania, but they canceled the vote. Again, illegally and unconstitutionally, and they stolen the vote.

And simply they don't, say anything more about that, just that they have, they suspect, as I said, Russian influence to the elections. Moreover,

in the last part of December, in Brazil, the former president had a press conference and the journalist asked him to have facts for this cancellation. And he said,

we just suspect, we have suspicion on that, but we have not facts. And the journalist asked him, okay, but how you decide to cancel if you don't have facts? And he said, we continue to see and to find the facts, but we have just suspicion. So in any case,

in my opinion, this sets a, a dangerous precedent, not only for Romania, but for the whole world, because they simply they destroyed the democracy, they cancel the free elections, and in my opinion, now Romania is in a revolutionary situation because thousands and thousands people are permanently on the street, Alex, non-stop. And the people are aware of the fact that this was a coup d'etat order from abroad and implemented by the globalist system, by the oligarch system in Romania.

And we have definitely confirmation that during the campaign, Alex, I promote permanent peace, that peace is a region and to stop the war, urgently to stop the war in Ukraine. And the people remain slaves in the position just to receive the salary and in fact to do exactly what they want. And all the system which was made in the world is wrong. So we have to change the system, not to change the people. So for this reason, my position was to change also the economy, the vision of economy. So for this and I wish to spread the productive property everywhere to spread

the power of the people to each citizenship, each of a citizen of Romania, have to have power enough and to be free again and to be independent in a sense of economy, each family to be grow up, to be held, and to be in the spirit of welfare and to communicate all of us. I mean, how can you have the EU canceling elections with NATO and saying they'll cancel

the German election next? They've just revealed themselves. It totally discredits them. But just briefly, what do you think the process will be to removing the coup peacefully and then having you be the president or have a new election? I mean, what are you pushing for? Well, I think I can tell you, Alex, even our interview today, and there are not a lot of lot of

pressure from outside, from international, let's say social media, okay? And also international media

as well, but also the pressure from the street. They put them in the position that
