And so it's not even a feeling of pride or even success. It's beyond satisfaction. It is like a car flipping and your kid gets pinned under it. and you just have the strength to pick it up off of them. It's the relief. And, of course, we're not out of the woods completely yet. And it's always a fight between good versus evil. That fight starts right in our hearts and our minds and our souls.

But God is real, folks. And evil is real as well. And the first step is recognizing that. And then deciding which side you're going to be on. So from myself and the crew and my family, you are a family. We are part of the family of love and of justice and of truth. And they try to say we're liars. They try to say we're corrupt.

and have said they're not going to resign even if you orders that under the law they don't have to, then Trump just goes to Congress and repeal the Federal Reserve Act, nationalize it, it's private. So they're going to hit the economy. They're going to continue with their operatives inside the intelligence agencies and the military try to destabilize things. They're going to try to poison Trump. But the big domestic thing is going to be a false flag against a bunch of illegal aliens

and a big demonstration, truck bomb, mass shooting, something like that to blame a Trump supporter or supporters. But I think even 220 like him, if you want to know the truth. And that's very unusual. I know a lot of nice guys in Congress, and they have 35 people that hate them. So if you have 35 people that hate you and you only have one or two or three votes, You'll have five, I think. But that's going to be like, you know, the good news is when we get to that five number, it's going to feel like a massive majority. You can be really nasty to a couple of them, at least.

So it's going to feel like hitting your head on the wall and stopping. It feels so good to stop. But he's done a fantastic job. And Steve Scalise is our hero because, you know, I was with him. with the pardons of people that were very, very guilty of very bad crimes, like the unselect committee of political thugs, where they literally, I mean, what they did is they destroyed and deleted all of the information, all of the hearings, practically not a thing left. They deleted all the information on Nancy Pelosi, having turned down the offer of 10,000 soldiers. You wouldn't have needed 10,000.

You could have had 500, and it would have stopped. Because we may have a million people that day, the people that were there. You don't see any photographs. But we have a lot of great photos. But you don't see those photographs. They don't put them in. They show the people at the Capitol.

But I was talking about that. I was going to talk about that. They said, please don't bring that up right now. You can bring it up tomorrow. I said, how about now in front of the very... I'll bring it up right now. You know, this little time delay is good because we're getting great reviews on the speech.

Now what? They'll take the speech and say, I didn't like it because he left there and he's talked to people. But we're giving you a little more information that we gave up says, but no. They pardoned a lot of... people. They pardoned before we even

get to today, they pardoned, what is it, 33 murderers? Absolute murders, the worst murderers. You know, when you get the death sentence in the United States, you have to be bad because they don't give it much. And he pardoned almost everybody

having a death sentence. And if you went through the crimes that were committed, you wouldn't even believe them, the level of violence, the people that were killed, the innocence of people that were killed and children killed by these people. And he pardoned him for whatever reason.

He spared them, but they didn't spare the people that they killed. And, you know, who knows what happens in the future. It's one of the worst because a lot of times they let them out early after that. You know, they say you're going to be in for life, but then all of a sudden they get let out for good behavior, and then they go on a rampage. It's one of those little things, right? But I was going to talk about that.

But I was really going to talk about the level of, you know, what's going on. Why are we doing this? Why are we trying to help the guy like Millie? Why are we doing Millie? He was pardoned. What he said. Terrible what he said. Why are we helping some of the people?

Why are we helping Liz Cheney? I mean, Liz Cheney is a disaster. She's a crying lunatic and crying, crying Adam Kinzinger. He's a super crying. I never saw the guy not crying. He was always crying. I looked at him. I remember years ago he was actually on my side.

And then one day, you know, when you don't want to kill people in wars, they turn against you. Liz Jady hated the concept of not going to war with everybody. Let's kill everybody. Let's spend a lot of money on military equipment. You know where her father works, right? But what she did was incredible. Think of it. They destroyed and deleted all of that information that went on for almost two years against Trump.

And the reason they did because it was all false, like the person that said I tried to strangle. A secret service agent, that's one of the toughest human beings I think I've ever seen. I actually had a friend saying, please don't change that, sir. You are the coolest sucker in history. Remember, she said, I put my hands around his neck because he wouldn't go to the Capitol. It made up fiction. And I was rebuffed. and the guy in the right is a massive weightlifter

probably stronger than me do you think he's stronger than me you know who I'm talking possibly stronger than me slightly younger than me like I won't say how many years because I don't want to talk about that but a lot of years

but I had a friend that said why are you disputing that story that's the coolest story I've ever heard that I would attack a karate champion get slightly rebuffed and then throw my arms around a guy with a neck about this big. Even though there are bars, you know, there are bars. You can't really do that anyway.

So I wanted to talk about that. But all of that stuff got deleted. And the reason it got deleted is they were all caught in lies. You know, Secret Service testified, and they said, it didn't happen. Actually, the two guys were very embarrassed. They're suffering because their friends are saying, Did Trump really do that to you? But they gained a whole new respect for me.

But it was just make-believe stuff. There were a lot of make-believe stories made up. So rather than suffer the wrath, like the story with Nancy Pelosi, I offered a 10,000 soldiers. She knows it. She admitted it on tape that her daughter made. She's a videographer or whatever you call her.

Which I'm glad she is. Oh, she can't be in good stead with Nancy. But Nancy said it was. my responsibility, as she's leaving the Capitol, she said it was, and it was, she's in charge of security at the Capitol, but I offered them up to 10,000 soldiers, even more. One time I said, more as many as you need, but you needed 400, 400, 4,000, 10,000, that would be more than the number of people there by lot. But we offered her 10,000, think of it, 10,000 soldiers. In other words, J6 wouldn't be J6, there would have been no J6, but she rebuffed them,

She didn't like it. No, she didn't like it. Maybe she wanted that to happen. But she's guilty as hell. And now we would have to go through the process because they destroyed all evidence. They deleted everything. There's virtually nothing left. The other fake story and so many other fake stories.

And many people came out on our side and those people now would get to find them. There's nothing left. So that's a criminal offense. If that were a civil case, it would be a criminal offense. if that happened civilly where you did that, it would be a criminal offense. So I decided I'm not going to make this speech complicated. I'm going to make it beautiful. I'm going to make it a unifying speech.

And then when they said we have a group of people that are serious Trump fans, I said, this is the time to tell those stories. You know, that's how I do that. But seriously, I like to, I think it was a tremendous success. I think we're very lucky we put it inside because it is really cold. We just went to the helicopter out of respect.

Something that's taken place for a long time. I guess it's as old as helicopters. You used to get into a stage coach now you get into a helicopter. Time's change. But it's pretty old custom. And it's a beautiful custom, actually. It's a beautiful custom.

You know, they pass a law in California that if you work in an election bureau, and if you so much as ask for a voter ID, if you say, sir, ma'am, could I please look at your voter They have the right to put you in jail, you're a criminal. Can you believe that? There's only one reason that happens.

They want to cheat. So they had it where voter ID wasn't accepted. But now if you even ask for it, this is seriously a bill that was just signed, passed in their legislature, and it was signed. And I think when we get things cleaned up and we get back to a little bit of normalcy, I'm going to ask the speaker to really get involved because I think we would have won the state of California because you know if you look at my numbers with

this voter integrity commission and we were winning we won the Texas border that had never been won and in the UK they're trying to say no voter ID but as the governor said it hasn't oh did I get lucky so this is

We have never been against dialogue. We have always been ready. ready to maintain peaceful relationship with any American administration. I have said that many times. We would love to see

the dialogue built upon equality and mutual respect, considering the common positions on our country on a number of international issues, including strengthening insecurity and political stability. We're also open for dialogue with

the new US administration on the Ukrainian conflict. The most important thing here is to eliminate the fundamental reason for the conflict. That's the most important. And as for settling the situation itself, its goal should be not a brief ceasefire, not just getting some time to regroup and rearm and carry on the conflict, but long-term peace based on respect to lawful interests of all people and nationalities living in the region. And of course, we're going to fight the interests of Russia and its people. This is actually the goal and point of the special military operation.

Russian President Vladimir Putin just congratulated President Trump, who he called courageous. for surviving the assassination attempts to become the 47th president of the United States, overpowering with the American people's help, the globalists, and now moving the world towards peace. We won all seven swing states. We won the popular vote by millions of votes, which is hard for a Republican.

I'll tell you who came through, the unions came through, the auto workers were great, the Teamsters were great, the firemen were great. I think almost every union was great. The only one that weren't great although Sean was great and the teamsters the head of the, Sean O'Brien,

the head of the Teamsters was how amazing Melania is. That's a cool cat right there. The Union was against Trump, but the union would be with us for like 80, 85%. Look what we did with the auto workers in Michigan. Look what we did with the Teamsters. The Teamsters

were unbelievable. They were a solid Democrat vote, and they voted for Trump. So we had a great experience. This has been, now we have to go to work and get it done, because we have to do something that's going to be great. We're going to turn our country around, and we're going to turn it around fast. And I think this was a better speech than the one I made upstairs, okay? I think this was better, J.D.

and close to about 800 others. So this is important. And so Biden, early this morning, issues preempted pardons for military, Fauci and the J6 committee members. So J6, it wasn't just about framing the American people and setting up a Homeland Security system to go after anybody that's red-blooded American or a Trump supporter,

which is synonymous. It was about covering up what really happened in J-6 and scooping up all the data and then disappearing. And directing the weaponized DOJ against the American people and putting little old ladies that walked in between velvet ropes were waived into the Capitol in jail.

Biden issues preempted pardons for Millie, Fauci, and J6 committee. Now, Millie did a lot of horrible things, as we know, and presided over the disastrous, withdraw, sabotage, and $86 billion to the Taliban in Afghanistan. And that's bad enough that Trump has a new commission to investigate him for potential court marshals. But what Millie really did was in the years before Trump was removed by fraud four years ago.

And on the day of J6, called up the head of the communist Chinese and said, don't worry, we're not going to attack you. Don't worry, I'm in control of the nukes. Now, we're always hearing Trump was a traitor as president for talking to Putin or anybody else. So that's what the president's supposed to do. The last three years, Biden admits he hasn't talked to Putin.

And then Millie threatened to resign if Trump overrode the District of Columbia and the Democrats,

who also sent away half the Capitol Police that day. And they had provocateurs to attack the police to, you know the rest of the story. And all of the Ray Epsis. And the FBI director lied and said there were no feds there now. Of course, we knew they were. They were running it and breaking in and having fake arrest of them and then taking their handcuffs off and hi-fying them, on and on. So this was about framing us for what they did.

And that's why Trump has to do an unconditional pardon. Because, you know, case by case, they were all railroaded. No one did anything. Nobody took the bait to really larp and really attack anybody. Once they were hit with rubber bullets and shoved up against, you know, the wall, there was some little bit of violence. No police died that day. What, four citizens did. Two of them shot and killed.

I mean, it's just, I've had to live with this man for 40 years. Look, this precedent would enable any president to set up literally what they accuse Richard Nixon of having sort of a dirty tricks team, set up a dirty tricks team, set up an assassination team, set up any sort of criminal operation you want in the White House and tell them, look, just do whatever you want, do whatever you need to do it, I order you to do, and I can just pardon you at the end. That's right, I forgot. You grew up like literally next door to the Bidens.

Yeah, yeah, just, I mean, you know, it's just I never envisioned that it would, they would sink this low that this man would be such a demon. There's no other word for it. I mean, it's going to come down where the Supreme Court wants to have a president, as I mentioned, who can literally create, you know, a criminal operation and then just simply give blanket pardons to everybody whoever. I mean, that's the precedent being said. This is what they're accusing Trump of that. I would say. Total liability protection and immunity. He really does it. But this is what they're trying to do. Yeah, absolutely. And I mean, this is just, you know, this is a typical fascist Democrat move, frankly. And look, I think unfortunately what he's done is he's forcing the Trump administration and people who believe in the rule of law and the Constitution into prosecuting these people.

And, you know, number one should be Anthony Fauci, the mass murderer, frankly. And here's the thing, Alex, look, the Supreme Court needs to, you know, I believe that the blank, excuse me, the pardon power should be unreviewable. I mean, it should be something that the executive can do to correct an injustice from the judicial system. It's a balance of power in the federalist system. Yeah, so what we have is it's a pardon, an offense against the United States should be defined by the Supreme Court as an offense which has been convicted in the judiciary, not just any crime committed. And there you have to be convicted of a crime to be pardoned for a crime. It's a real simple principle. And I think that that's what you're saying is it gives people a license of 007 committing any crime they want as a blanket letter to mark.

committee. If they think this blanket pardon is going to hold up, they got another thing coming. And well-known constitutional lawyer and top Republican strategist and analyst Tyler Nixon joins us. He's again, work for Ronald Reagan, obviously related to Richard Nixon, grew up there in Delaware, literally next door to the Biden's went to school with them, knows them like the back of his hand. And he is about to lay out very simple, absolute fact,

that you cannot have these type of pardons. We hear it's a constitutional crisis that the Supreme Court said the president has limited immunity. That's the executive branch or the other branch is with taking. take it down. It's a separation of powers. But impeachment and being removed at the ballot box, those are the checks and balances there. But could we say that Trump could do a pardon for himself in perpetuity so he could start kidnapping and barbecuing children on the White House lawn? If General Milley, hypothetically, it was found to be a meth dealer. I'm not saying he is, or to have dead people buried in his backyard that he murdered. Would this blanket pardon said that was okay?

According to Biden's legal theories, that's the case. These nests. type of pardons. It's very clear in the Constitution. A pardon is for federal crimes you've been convicted of, presidential pardon of the United States of America, that

the leader who's been given that power by the electorate believes were miscarriages and his corrective justice as a check and balance on the legislative and on the judiciary. Now, if this

the powers they claim Trump got to send SEAL Team 6 to kill his opposition, which he doesn't have, would actually be there because presidents can know that they can now get out of jail free cards to people to go commit crimes in the present tense when they get elected and it can protect these criminal cabals. Now, in the law, Tyler Nixon, explain this. Take your time. This is important. Yeah, it's the height of irony. I think that Joe Biden, who claimed to be a constitutional law, professor and was on the judiciary committee and ensured that Robert Bork, one of the great minds, constitutional minds of our time, did not make it to the Supreme Court. And here's Donald Trump's administration is likely going to be the one that has to correct this sort of gap that they have in the Constitution concerning pardons that, you know, after they accused him of wanting

to use the pardon power, willy-nilly for himself and for the fake crimes that they alleged against them. So that being the point, look, the Supreme Court, it's going to come down to, it's not clearly spelled out in the Constitution, in the Constitution that, you know, this isn't, this is strictly prohibited. Now, what is going to have to happen? And I would hope it would be a nine-zero decision by the United States Supreme Court, that an offense against the United States has to be something that has been deemed as having happened by way of a judicial process, meaning someone is convicted because you haven't committed an offense you may have committed acts which comprise an offense but you have not committed an offense until you're convicted of that as a crime so this would

be the one way they could tackle it and probably be the best way they could tackle it without having to mangle up or in any way limit the president's authority to pardon which i think is a great thing and i think it should should be unreviewable and irreversible in fact a client i'm working for right now trying to get justice for on the civil side abraham bolden uh the one good thing that joe biden did in his entire life probably or presidency at least was to pardon abraham bolton the first black secret service agent who was uh set up and uh you know the for one of the first lawfare cases ever he was uh blowing the whistle on the kennedy assassination on the laxity in the secret service and the uh the corruption and they they uh they went after him and convicted him in uh chicago and he lost his

his career, his life spent three year and a half years in federal prison and Biden did that. But after that, it's been a train of abuse. Well, Tyler, I know you have a constitutional lawyer in the Politico know more than I do, but if something in the 10th Amendment is not expressly there,

it still reserves the people. I mean, the Second Amendment's very clear. The first is they still try to twist it and invent ways to abridge or get rid of it and to say to a court or to the American people, oh, a president could just blanket say any crimes anybody ever committed they're above the law on that

I mean that to me is unconstitutional no yeah absolutely it has to be limited to look it's going to come down the supreme court's going to say an offense against the united states means you've been convicted of the crime because you know an offense against the united states we define offense as a certain way in these statutes and under law an offense again you can you can commit you're not guilty of an offense until you've been convicted that's right because because there are certain elements to crime. An offense is, you know, you have specific elements that have been proven beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law for that to become a, it doesn't say, you know, any acts against the United States. It says offenses, and that's, again, a very specific legal, you know, legal term.

And a defense is something that has been committed. The elements have been met. And just the idea, though, of a blanket pardon. I mean, it is just, it's offensive. The founders of this country would never have countenance this, not a one. I can't think of a single one. Because that's exactly what the crown would do. That's exactly what they faced with the British crown. They would give them basically letters of Mark to operate however they wanted. That's right. Yeah.

And he would send, King George would send his minions into the colonies. And they would operate with impunity, robbing, rapings, you know, doing whatever they want to the colonists. And it's one of the reasons we threw off the crown. So, you know, we're going to have to throw off this, you know, King Joe would be. and look, and they're going to have to do it. They can't do it by simply, I suppose they could bring a constitutional, sort of an attempt to have a review by the Supreme Court sort of a, to issue a proclamation or to, you know, basically look at the issue. But I think it's going to have to come through prosecuting these people and seeing how far they can take. Sure, well, let's raise that now.

And I've got several other big points here for it. We're going to call. Tyler Nixon, constitutional lawyer. if you look at this though just like they went after Trump with county state local but with made up stuff so it blew up in their face we've got real stuff here so we can

prosecute the underlings and those above Tom Homan's coming after the human trafficking of sex slavery and slave labor there's a lot of angles to go at them other time I give them a Yorkos a pardon but that didn't happen so that goes right up to Biden as well that told the illegals to immediately surge

the border and so we have local ways to go at them and also just convict them in the court of public opinion by indicting and then convicting and imprisoning those around them and then close those investigations would ferret out all the evidence we know is already there to have then local prosecutions go after the people that were not convicted because they were pardoned. Does that make sense? Absolutely. And there's plenty of material there. I mean, you have things like money,

laundering that have occurred under state statutes in Hunter Biden's case. Even in Arkansas, you know, they're still having some of the statutes of limitations seldom and run. Unfortunately, that's what we're going to be up against with a lot of this. But, yeah, I mean, you know, you hate to go down this road, Alex, because this is, you know, they legitimately, or illegitimately engaged in lawfare at the state, local, you know, well, was the county, state and federal levels. But they legitimately engaged in tyranny.

frankly, I mean, I agree with the word. They've got to clean up this mess. I mean, it was not legitimate what they did, but they, on record, legitimately use tyranny. So we can legitimately put their ass in prison. You know, and that, hey, listen, you know, that ought to be, that ought to be something that's looked at is, and I hope they look into it. I mean, that was a coordinated conspiracy right out of the White House.

The conspiracy against rights, against the rights of everyone who was persecuted, and particularly President Trump, of all people. I mean, you had crossfire hurricane. You had Fannie Willis. I mean, this was absolutely. Matthew Colangelo, all these criminals who got into the mix and decided to abuse their power and persecute the president, frankly, the former president at the time. And it is not a matter of retribution. It's not, I mean, people talk about retribution or revenge. It is not. It is upholding the rule of law and justice to go after these people and set the precedent, not that they can get away with it because they did or because they were able to do it while they had the power to set the precedent for anybody in the future that you will be prosecuted, you will be held to account. and this will not stand.

I mean, the abuses of power, the abuse of the justice system, the denigration to the rule of law under this Biden, Biden's administration are unprecedented in history. And it's laughable that they talk about Richard Nixon or even, well, Lyndon Johnson's a specific case. I mean, he had Kennedy murdered. But, I mean, overall, though, Biden is, I mean, the most degenerate criminal administration. And it's not a matter of whether we want retribution or whether we think that we should let bygones be gogones. We can't. We cannot do that. Well, they're going to keep doing it if we don't. Plus, the justice is demanded.

Look at this. Biden calls for constitutional amendment to end presidential immunity, which, again, it was not total immunity, and they follow the Constitution there. So there's a lot of weirdness going on, but this blanket pardon is basically what he's accusing Trump of. Yeah, well, you know, what we ought to do is, I mean, if it comes down to it, if the Supreme Court is not going to correct this ill, this disgusting attempt to abuse presidential. power and abuse the privileges bestowed upon the chief executive to create essentially immunity for anybody in the future who can just, you know, go on a crime

spree at the federal level, a Fauci, who can commit mass murder, you know, crimes against humanity, you name it, and just do it and know that whatever criminal is in the office that the American, and frankly, you know, they ought to go after the legitimacy of Biden's presidency altogether. I mean,

frankly, that election was stolen, no two ways about it. Oh, Trump's going to have the election integrity commission, look into all the blue states on record with the fraud. We'll get to that in detail. But they've already pre-promoted everywhere, and I've really harped on this a lot, that Trump's coming to kill, and the feds are coming to kill the poor illegal aliens. And the Democrats have said in L.A. and Chicago and Denver and all over that we're going to resist the feds. We're going to have big protest. And then obviously, they'll wind up a lunatic or the global do it themselves, truck bomb or shoot a bunch of people, and then blame that on Trump until the left burn the country down in armed uprisings that Carbell is called for. saying, quote, Trump's coming to kill black men, so we better rise up.

Civil war conditions, Jamie Raskin, and then that's the pretext for this. So they've got to go out to the hardened smugglers, human traffickers, drug dealers first. They're illegals. There's plenty of them upwards of a million. That's a big first bite. And then that way they try to phrase it or frame it any. It's hard for them to spin. These big illegal alien demonstrations are bait that I predicted months ago that they're now doing.

Four eyes to go after those. because that's where the trap will be set when ICE gets there, then somebody has a parking garage or out of a van, you know, shoots a couple hundred of the Democrat, a legal alien mix, a mix of those citizens, non-citizens, sprays a bunch of them with bullets, and then, oh, my God, look what Trump did, he's Hitler, and that's all pre-programmed. So that's their main move to trigger the civil war they want that'll be really a communist uprising. And then when Trump tries to call the military out, to do that, they've already tried to bring in legislation. and calls to have the military not do that, but they failed there.

I don't hate Muslims individually, and there are a lot of people that are Muslim that are nice, but I mean, Islam just keeps expanding and expanding. The Crusades were a response to 400 years of that. And then they promote Islam in the prisons and a lot of black people think that
