in that unlike the left, we are not one big cult that just follow whatever the party talking points are. We created the revolution, the populace revolution to the Tea Party and Trump the last 20 plus years, that is not just taking, America back, culturally, economically, spiritually, politically, but that is spreading all over

the world that is recognized by sociologists and anthropologists and political experts and futurists as stemming from the resistance movement that has been ongoing for really 60, 70 years to the globalist in the United States, but exploded under myself, Ron Paul, and many, many others. in the last 30 years, people like you. So whereas some of the behaviors of Trump, like the Epstein-File, gaslighting, whitewash, firestorm, whereas that is extremely frustrating

and extremely dangerous, at the end of the day, it doesn't matter because our global awakening in the United States, epicenter of that is exponential and is unstoppable, unless the global has released some supervirus or have a nuclear war. And even that, in the end, they'll be defeated as people know they're behind it. And I'm just going to lay out the facts here about this Epstein gaslighting cover-up whitewash that went from being a very dangerous fiasco Sunday into Monday with the DOJ memo that got leaked like a fart in church because they didn't want attention to it that the Epstein case is closed. And then, of course, on Monday, the White House confirmed the DOJ, no, that's a real memo.

And it said, Epstein acted alone. He wasn't a human trafficker. There was no blackmail operation. and he killed himself. Now, already when they killed Epstein and covered this up over the last 15 years and killed him four or five years ago,

it has already been a firestorm of firestorm was because of the Streisand effect. We don't know what the Streisand effect is. Barbara Streisand built this giant mansion on the beach, and she didn't want people talking about it. and when the local reporter talked about it, she attacked them. So then it got picked up by the international press.

It was a giant story. And so by coming out and saying, actually everything we told you in the past isn't true, there aren't 14 terabytes of kids getting raped. There aren't all these new flight logs and blackmail. Forget about it. Go to sleep. It went to a whole other level. this is the big issue

the general public finally understood the deep state through and then when Trump came out in that press conference yesterday at about 1130 Central we'll play the clip again and got visibly angry and then attacked the reporter basically said you're standing on the graves of dead kids

because they've just been talking in a free-for-all discussion about the tragedy in the Texas Silicon country and I mean that was a very unfair attack on a reporter that asked a really good question. And so the story went from mega-massive to ultra-massive. And so now behind the scenes, and a lot of big reporters have talked about,

I'll talk to others that's happened to. They've had the FBI call them up that's given them information in the past as a source and said you're going to be cut off if you don't stop talking about this. now just like Kyle Sarifan said on Monday high level fiel whistleblower was his approximation he wasn't sure yet they've got deep staters in their giving Patel and Bongino very bad advice I mean anybody that understands the media in 101 if you wanted something to strides an effect if you wanted something to blow up if you wanted something to be a scandal you would act exactly like Patel, Bongino,

Pam Bondi, and Trump are acting. And I see the Q people going, oh, it's 90 trillion level chess. It's infinity chess. It's God. Trump is tricking the Democrats from demand the release of the list and the information.

Trump has it. The DOJ has it. He's the president. We have control. You don't need the Democrats to release it. It's just delusion. I said on Monday. I said, you watch, they're already trying to say Bondi got out of her skis and blame her. I'm not her apologies to the offenders. It's not her. She was told to say everything she said before.

It was accurate about the new information they raided in March out of the New York. FBI offices where they've been suppressing it. So that's not what you do when you're involved in a cover-up. And I said on Monday, a video I posted at 8 a.m. That I shot at 7.50 in the parking lot where I came in the office. That this isn't Bondi, backtracking this and deep-sixing this or 86ing this, or memory-holing it. No, this is Trump.

And then I went through explaining why I believed it was, and it's not that that's been confirmed. People, oh, no, it's Bondi, it's not Trump. No, no, no, no. And then he puts out that afternoon the message on true social that he backs everything that Patel and Bonino did, and that now they could move on to more important things. And then yesterday, he blew up at a

reporter. He said he didn't want to hear about this anymore. So, it is Trump. And that's not an attack on Trump to understand what's happening. You need to understand it's Trump. Not, oh, he doesn't know what's going on. Oh, it's not Trump.

No, we already know what's going on. In the first limited hangout criminal prosecution of Epstein 15 years ago in Florida by Republican U.S. attorney Alexander Acosta it came out that he said he was told by U.S. Intel leave him alone or slap him on the rest. That's what he got was like a year in jail,

only overnights in the jail. Epstein, there in Florida, they're in the Palm Beach, Harriet. And he said, I was told he's intelligence by U.S. intelligence. He didn't say what intelligence. And he's been asked about it since then. And he says, I can't talk about it.

You show you all the articles, the videos, that's there. You have the head of Israel constantly secretly trying to visit the New York facility of Epstein. He goes on and on. You have all these world leaders going to Epstein Island and Zoro. ranch, not just American leaders, not just political leaders, but corporate leaders, academic leaders, top scientists, bankers. And so this was an intelligence agency operation, and almost everyone involved in it, knew they were getting into the globalist banking cartel system that's even above the CIA.

That's just a governmental clearinghouse in an initiation. just like you see in the movie, eyes wide shut. Just like you see with Bohemian Grove. And that's just an outer part of the cult. You don't get into these organizations unless you bear minimum have sex with children. That is the initiation. And that's why Trump was always, and I've researched it, an outsider and did everything on his own with his family, that was never in these clubs.

But the Democrat leaders are just absolutely thickest thieves in this and some Republicans. The Dennis Hasterts of the world. And we had a cost to resign as the Labor Secretary over Jeffrey Epstein plea deal. And it was Trump brought him in. So, U.S. intelligence, the CIA, under the Democrats and the globalists, was using these blackmail files, these initiation events. to control their people. That was the whole point of it.

And then when Trump becomes president, and this time actually begins to really control the deep state, would he then release all these bankers and tech titans and political leaders and indict them all for raping children? And the argument would be, well, no, he can't do that. It'll bring down the whole U.S. government. I'm not endorsing that. That's how this works.

I'm explaining what's going on. Now, the question is, Will he stop the human trafficking sex slavery? Or will he let Mossad, CIA, MI6, continue it on? Well, he can't even get his own staffers to do what he tells him. So, no, you have to expose the whole thing to him to prison, or it does continue on. The argument that you can take control of it to manage it and limit it, that's his Zimbrizovinsky argument he made in books he wrote in the 70s about how Western intelligence runs human trafficking and sex slavery and pedophilia for control.

So this is something the last few decades the American people have learned about but when I was first getting on air 31 years ago and immediately got a popular show I got a chance to interview and get to know John DeCamp and all these other high-level whistleblowers Ted Gunnerson from the FBI from the CIA

who had exposed giant human human trafficking, pedophile rings, like Larry King, not the CNN anchor, Larry King, the Republican fundraiser. And in the 80s, and the operations they were running around the country, but mainly out of Omaha, Nebraska. So this isn't some new thing with Epstein. Epstein is a Mossade, MI6 CIA triple agent and they were in charge of initiating

and blackmailing high-level initiates. Again, when an MS-13 person is about become a made member and they tell them, okay, go kid and kid take them and torture him to death for Satan, that's their main initiation to become a high-level member. They're not being blackmailed. They're joining the club.

So that's how this system works. That's a fact. It's not debatable. So I understand the argument. I don't agree with it. But I understand the argument of this is too evil and too bad to bring out. It will bring down the whole U.S. government. And so Trump grabs the files from the Democrats they wouldn't give them in New York with cash, Patel and Bonding back in March, delivers the files and the terabytes of child rape and all the rest of it to the FBI offices around the country.

country. That's cocking the gun, loaded the gun, cocking the gun, puts it to the head of the system. And you notice in March, as soon as he did that, you started seeing the establishment roll over faster and faster. Still, there's large parts of that happen. But at the top, they're bending the knee. He goes to NATO, now they basically fall down and worshiping. He goes to the Middle East. Same thing. I mean, it's because he now understands how things works, and he's getting in there. That's the third. thinking from Trump. And I'm not defending it. I'm exposing it.

Now, they are cutting down the 96% new human trafficking in, and they are going after the low-level rings and the slavery and all the rest of it. So I'm seeing major good moves and actual policy that affect the main. But when it comes to the specifics of this, separately, you have the giant PR disaster of having Bongino and Patel go on Fox a few months ago, like they're in the headlights, and say,

no, everything we told you before is not true. Forget it. There's nothing. Oh, and by the way, the guy at Butler acting alone as well. And the body language was just insanely over the top like they were political prisoners and had guns of their heads. They're like political hostages. And then they go on that tour, spot on the same bull. And I said, they need to stop.

And now you got Bondi and Trump doing it when if they were going to just fade this out and use it for deep state control of the deep state. That's what it is that it controls a system of the deep state. It's the keys of the deep state. Why would you then run around and openly tie yourself to it by publicly covering it up in the most ridiculous way you could? Making the biggest example out of it, you could. I mean, if you wanted to have a self-inflicted political wounds,

you couldn't do a better job. And people go, oh, it's the trillion D. Chess again. he wants the Democrats to demand its release. Where's the logic there? He can just release it. He has control of that. Why does he need them to demand it? That's just delusion.

And you notice Jamie Raskin and all the usual suspects, they're saying we want anything in the files with Donald Trump's name release. They don't want the main thing released. No, this is a firestorm for Trump. what happened is the deals Trump made with the deep state to stop attacking him if he did this was you've got to now join it as an accessory after the fact

you've now got to come out and say nothing's there he wasn't even a sex trafficker he didn't have any there were no marks there was no blackmail when his accomplice Gislein Maxwell is in prison

for human trafficking. So this is part of a deal that Trump made with these different factions. And I've talked to a lot of people the last few days, last night this morning, and they said, we concur with your analysis 100%. And with the points that you and Nick Foyt has been making, they specifically brought him up,

that we know Israel and its intelligence operations, target the U.S. heavily, and target U.S. president specifically in Congress, and that they're heavily involved in the joint blackmail file with the CIA at MI6 with Epstein, who was a Mossad officer, and took it over from Gisland Maxwell's father, who was a hollow Mossad operative. And so internally, there's that whole battle, and that Trump has been using that against Israel, not the other way around.

And then you see all the fawning of Netanyahu. and Trump all over each other. Oh, you're the greatest man in the world. Trump says to him, oh, you get the Peace Prize. He says back to Trump. And then behind the scenes, I know people that have been there, Trump does not like Netanyahu. There's a lot of problems with him.

Remember, he was the first world leader to call him. Congressional, Biden, when he stole the election in 2020, 2021. So what you see on the service is not really what's going on. So I am not going to endorse any of this. I am simply sitting back and pointing out that this is clearly what is going on, and people have a right to know that. But they always keep us in these lower-level debates about who was Epstein intelligence.

We have all the proof. We know it's ridiculous. And so, yes, there's that argument, okay, well, Trump did this because U.S. intelligence was involved, and it's too embarrassing for the CIA. And if it comes out all these bankers and academics and world leaders and politicians are involved in this, that will crash the stock. market. But now you understand how these intelligence agencies do this so they

can hold governments and society hostage not just the people that have done the evil acts and have been compromised by design, willfully in most cases, willingly as initiation, but the whole culture in the country and the currency itself. Now they have these very same networks in Europe,

very same networks in the Middle East. It goes on everywhere. The British intelligence really perfected it in the last hundred years. And they're all over this. You've got the King of England, not just his brother, with Jimmy Savelle and serious pedophile networks, control the British government.

That's mainstream news over there. And we're talking murder children. We're talking kill them. In fact, when you get heavy into this stuff in these groups, that's like the seen as, you know, the hard liquor. People that are just raping kids are seen as, you know, you just drink beer while I drink scotch. and that's come out.

And so, I mean, look into Savelle alone. What they would do is, I remember Gunterson telling me about this, how Satan would get babies around the U.S. too. or they take it, and then rape it a bunch, depending on what group wants it, that may send it for a black mass, with Satanists, you know, slowly drain its blood over a night. That's a whole different ritual, or they'll sit over here,

but they'll just like to rape them to death. But the rule is they'll have handlers there that take the baby when they're done. So it's all, a big industry, obviously. So, I remember, Guntersson was telling me this stuff 31 years ago, and I knew he was highly decorated and high-level FBI. They wanted to be the director when he was younger,

the head of the FBI in LA. But I believed him, but I still, it was unbelievable. And then over the decades, everything he said has come out, everything, just all of it, the CIA, giant warehouse, the finders in D.C., snuff films, satellite uplinks. starts getting into watching this weird channel on satellite, and people being tortured. He thinks he's a TV executive. When they were ordered to, and to have that raid, basically, in March where they get the material, they report it to everybody, it's confirmed. I confirmed from my FBI sources. It's been sent out to the field offices around the country. I'm like, this is incredible. They're really doing it.

They're delivering on promises. People said, oh, it'll never happen. You watch. And I said, why would you then get all the material that's hidden by Comey? his daughter and then send it out. Well, that's because they were bringing it out the art of the deal in front of the deep state saying, we're not playing around. We'll bring this out.

And so that's what happened. And so people need to know what this is really all about. But you add to this, Trump and Bondi shaking their fingers at press, pro-Trump press, that's like, hey, Epstein is, you know, intelligent. The U.S. Attorney said that prosecuted the first case, which we already know. That's a pretty authoritative source. We have so many others. And now we're not supposed to talk about that.

In fact, he didn't even human traffic when his partner in crime, his lane is in prison for that? That's why I said on Monday, it went viral. Next, the Justice Department on this trajectory will tell us that Jeffrey Ebb, never existed. So why would they do this? There is no logic other than it was part of the deal, the deep state, to say, all right, to make sure you never bring this back against us again, come out and say, put your name to it

and say, nothing exists, nothing ever happened. Jeffrey Epstein was an upstanding member of society. There was no money being given to him by anybody else, even though upwards of a billion dollars was drained out of his bank account right after he died. Oh, nobody's supposed to look into that. Pan Bondi says the FBI delivered a truckload of Epstein files that she put on hard deadline. And they play the semantical rule.

Well, there's no little black book that has a list of Johns pedophiles. What is it they call them that in the book? Do you think they just have one book? So they go, oh, well, there's not a client list, because maybe there's nothing listed saying it's that. But there's all the rape and the rest of it. But even the stuff she released back in March when she got set up supposedly with the old files, was Ahou, Barack and other leaders, and what kind of girls they liked. What girls they've been given before.

So even in the stuff the FBI released previously and a little bit of new stuff this year, there's human trafficking right there. but now there was never any human trafficking. What an insult to everyone's intelligence. And let me tell you, 95% of the time Trump's saying something, it's true, I defend it. I do it constantly. My job's easy. But not now, and I won't defend this.

Tucker Carlson says this could trigger and spark a revolution. Ben Shapiro, though, is in my view. I mean, definitely is from his actions. Probably a Mossad agent, but definitely works for Israel. always has. He came out and said Epstein didn't do anything basically and there was no money funding him.

because that's obviously not the real Alex Jones. She was saying, look, he's crazy in the filing. He should have his kids taken away because he's got on makeup and is screaming and yelling. Why would the FBI put itself in a position of total damage control? Because Bongino and Patel and Trump were manipulated by people telling him, shut this down, move on from this, knowing it would create a firestorm. And now the deep state will come and say, don't worry, we'll manage this, we'll control this, we'll start censoring. We can protect you.

So they maneuver them into an unmitigated Shrizan effect disaster. and then out from under Iraq crawls the discredited Israel Firsters, Mark Levin and Shapiro and the rest of them, to say, Alex Jones just hates America. Alex Jones is an actor. Everything he says is fake. Really, everything I say, I show you. So let's remember what Trump did yesterday.

So could you resolve whether or not he did? And also, could you say why there was a minute missing from the jailhouse tape on the night of the day? Yeah, sure. If I can... Can I just enter a little second? Are you still talking about Jeffrey Epstein? This guy's been talked about for years. You're asking, we have Texas, we have this, we have all of the things.

And are people still talking about this guy, this creep? That is unbelievable. Do you want to waste the time, and do you feel like answering? I don't mind answering. I mean, I can't believe you're asking a question on Epstein at a time like this where we're having some of the greatest success and also tragedy with what happened in Texas. It just seems like a desecration.

But you go ahead. Sure, sure. First, to back up on that, in February, I did an interview on Fox, and it's been getting a lot of attention because I said, I was asked a question about the client list, and my response was, it's sitting on my desk to be reviewed, meaning the file along with the JFK, MLK files as well. That's what I meant by that.

Also to the tens of thousands of video, they turned out to be child porn downloaded by that disgusting Jeffrey Epstein. Child porn is what they were. Never going to be released, never going to see the lighted day. To him being an agent, I have no knowledge about that. We can get back to you on that. And the minute missing from the video, we released the video showing definitively the video was not conclusive, but the evidence prior to it was showing he committed suicide. And what was on that, there was a minute that was off the counter.

And what we learned from Bureau of Prisons was every night. They redo that video. It's old from like 1999. So every night the video is reset. And every night should have the same minute missing. So we're looking for that video to release that as well, showing that a minute is missing every night. And that's it on it. Epstein.

Acosta said, I'll tell the truth that he worked for the CIA and the case was sealed at their request. And here he is then being asked about it and saying he can't comment. Here's the video.

One more question. Richard Lardner. from the Associated Press. Mr. Secretary, were you ever made aware at any point your handling of this case if Mr. Epstein was an intelligence asset of some sort? So there has been reporting to that effect. And let me say there's been reporting to a lot of effects in this case, not just now, but over the years.

And again, I would, you know, I would hesitate to take this reporting as fact. This was a case that was brought by our office. It was brought based on the facts. And I look at that reporting and others, I can't address it directly because of our guidelines. But I can tell you that a lot of reporting is just going down rabbit holes. A few more questions.

How do we deal with this? Well, Alex, first of all, it's interesting because we reported that Alex Acosta conversation on your show only days ago. And that was a non-answer. That's because Acosta said exactly what I said.

He said in my 24th, book, The Clinton's War on Women. The longest chapter in that book is on Jeffrey Epstein. And I name his clients, former Governor Bill Richardson of New Mexico, former U.S. Senate Majority Leader George Mitchell of Maine, former Israel Prime Minister, Elehood Barack, Stephen Hawkins, the scientist. And, of course, Prince Andrew. So we have to assume, first of all, the international pressure on the Trump administration not to engage in full disclosure has to be enormous.

However, I think this is really pretty simple. On July 8, 2019, under the Trump administration, Jeffrey Epstein was charged in Manhattan with two crimes. Count one was sex trafficking of minors, violation of 18 U.S. Code 1591, and conspiracy to commit sex. traffic of minors, violation of 18 U.S.C. Code 371. But those grand jury testimony is sealed. Also, the search warrants are sealed. Pam Bondi can clear the air here by directing the U.S. attorney, the acting U.S. attorney, the interim U.S. attorney in the Southern District of court, in New York, to go into federal court and ask the court to unseal those documents. They didn't indict this guy without evidence, and the evidence has to be within those documents.

When Cash Patel and Dan Bongino tell you they don't have the evidence, they're not lying, the evidence was destroyed by the previous administration. They can't give you what they do not have. But the court has this information, and they should move aggressively to ask that it be unsealed. That's a great point. And I don't know if you've talked to the president yet since this, Firestorm went into Higier yesterday with a statement at the press conference. But what do you think the president should do, simply call for the court records to be released?

Well, yeah, I think he should direct his attorney general, Pam Bondi, again, to direct the U.S. attorney in the Southern District to move in front of a federal judge to unseal all of these documents. They indicted Epstein on the basis of substantial information, it's a very serious indictment. And then you go to the second question of whether Epstein killed himself. We can start on this now, talk about it on the other side. But as you know, the New York medical examiner Michael Badden, probably one of the most respected pathologists in the country, a guy who's looked at a thousand hanging cases, examined Epstein's body and said that his injuries were not consistent with him hanging himself.

I don't know how you just discard that as a fact. We also know that two days prior to Epstein's death, he retained a new criminal defense attorney. David Schoen reached a retainer agreement with him on a Thursday to take over his criminal defense. In America, everybody, even the most heinous criminals are entitled to a criminal defense. And he was reportedly telling people like his brother he would be getting out soon. Stay there. It'll see 50 more minutes. I want to talk big picture with this.

But don't you think the Israelis, the best of the best, Brits, the Saudis, everybody else who has dirty laundry here is saying to Trump, you know,

this is, we can't have this out. This is very problematic for us. At the same time, he's trying to negotiate a peace deal on a World War III. I said, yes on my part. I haven't talked to him about this. Well, no, there's no doubt that's what's not a guess. Obviously, the entire establishment would come down. And so all these allies are bare minimum begging, you know, especially the British, do not release this.

I think that's a no-brainer. Why then come out and slap people around and say, stop asking questions? Look, I'm not sure. First of all, the presidents got larger things on his mind at the moment. He's trying to negotiate a peace deal both between the Russians and the Ukrainians. He's trying to negotiate a peace deal, obviously, between the Iranians and Israel. He's got a fragile ceasefire. the economy is cooking like never before.

I can only speculate. I'm not going to say this as a statement, but I suspect given the fact that a former Israeli prime minister, a member of the British royal family, among others visited the island multiple times. They weren't going there for the weather, that there has to be international pressure to make this issue go away. But at the grassroots, Alex, you knows that it's not going to go away. The president knows the American people deserve truth, transparency, and justice, particularly when it concerns those who think they're above the law. I don't think this administration has lost sight of that.

And I think he understands the gravity of the Epstein case. But there's a time to speak and a time to act. There are obviously certain ongoing operations, strategic, legal, international nature, that require patience and precision. and to prematurely release information, as I think Pam Bondi unfortunately did, has not been helpful. But justice delayed is not justice denied. It's just to be prepared. So what you're saying is right.

That's not just a cover story blaming Mondi for getting ahead of her skis. I mean, you think legitimately, from what you've seen, she heard about this stuff, talked about this stuff, and then it wasn't accurate? I think she just, first of all, I think that much of what she put forward, much of which was contained in my 2015 book, she was unaware of previously. So this was news to her. I don't think she recognized that most of the people knew who had visited some of the dignitaries who had visited the island and so on. I'm not sure she ever knew that Alex Acosta identified Epstein as a CIA. That makes sense. She didn't know the FBI had almost all those files already on their website for years.

She just learned of it. They go, here, here's the file, ma'am. And then she goes out and does that. But I want to finish you. And now you have the Director of National Intelligence, a few months ago releasing all those documents as well. This is open and shut. not just that oh they knew Hillary was cooking up a fake Russia dossier to election medal and they tried to have a coup once Trump was elected based on lies to call all his constituents Russian agents

not just the president and then persecuted us with the power of the state but that it was directed by Obama and by Brennan and Clapper and Comey the same Comey one month after he was put in in 2013 who then started a national security investigation or orders of Obama on meat That's not declassified. So, yeah, I need Trump to succeed. I need Trump to be the real deal. And there's a lot of stuff going on behind the scenes.

I'm not going to be apologetic for any of it. We don't know enough, but there's a lot of international deals being made. I'm going to get into Epstein, the really hardcore stuff, and the firestorm over it with Tucker's Inc. and cause a revolution. Patrick McDavid, DeFium and Roger leaves us. But front and center, we need to take down the Democrat globalist crime syndicate that's stolen trillions of dollars and is funding radical Islam

is Comey, Brennan and Clapper. You get them the whole House of Cards false. So this is a big deal. Do you think this is actually really going on for my sources? I said months ago, in fact, you look it up. Alex Jones on X. There is a criminal investigation of Comey, Clapper, and Brennan.

You can pull it up. I have sources. And I said specifically, they're the first three that they're going after. You can find that. So, Roger, what do you know? Look, while I thought that the report by CIA director Radcliffe the other day was good, it was the most shallow reveal of the version of the truth. And I think it conceals a great deal and that the deep state still is protected.

I think it was done to preempt a far more stunning report by the House Intelligence Committee under leadership of Congressman Rick Crawford. Crawford's report is supposedly far more devastating, far more damning, but it includes classified documents that will require the declassification from the President of the United States. So this has been moving along on a parallel track. I reject this idea that this is being done to distract from the Epstein situation. I think the FBI investigation in Dukomi and Brennan is correctly based on this new CIA report,

but even that report, I think, is lacking. In fact, everything in that report had already been reported by the great Lee Smith, who wrote the plot against the president. Most of it were things we already knew. So the fact that John Brennan insisted that the Steele dossier, which was a Fogazi, was a fraud, paid for by Hillary Clinton was included in President Obama's intelligence

committee community assessment report was convenient because Obama was waiting for it. Obama knew it was a fraud as well. Andrew Weissman, the most corrupt prosecutor in federal history, knew all the way

back to his days as the general counsel to the FBI that the Steele dossier was a fraud. But they used it anyway. And I now think, and I continue to think, that Brennan not only did this, but he clearly lied before Congress about it. Now, since they charged me with lying to Congress, despite the fact that any misstatement I made to Congress was immaterial, none of it hid any underlying crime, Brennan should, at a minimum, be charged with lying to Congress under oath,

because he lied very specifically about the circumstances under which the Steele dossier was included in this intelligence community report. I think that it is vitally important that those who tried to destroy President Trump, tried to destroy General Flynn, tried to destroy me, tried to destroy you, Alex, these people should be prosecuted. And John Durham did kind of a half-ass job in his report. First of all, why did he take five years to tell us what we already knew? Well, that's because the statute of limitations, if it viewed narrowly, would have run out. And therefore, Hillary and Podesta and Robbie Mook and Jake Sullivan, as well as Comey, Brennan, McCabe, Rosenstein, would not technically be indictable, except the crime of treason has no.

no expiration date, has no statute of limitations. And I think that there's a broader indictment here possible against the ring leaders of the greatest single dirty trick in American political history, the single greatest abuse of power in which they use the full authority of the U.S. government, as well as the capabilities of our intelligence agencies, utilizing two fraudulent pieces of evidence, the St.O.D.S. And the false claim that the Russians hacked the DNC, for which there is no evidence or proof whatsoever. It's a figment of John Brennan's evil imagination.

So I think they need to be brought to justice. I think this is very important, not only to the president, but to the people in the country who will finally see that we have accountability and we don't have a two-tiered justice system. I was charged with lying in Congress when I didn't lie to Congress. John Brennan did lie to Congress about something quite material. He should be charged. Well, Clapper famously did. It said the NSA has never spotted an American citizen inside the U.S. And that they had no metadata collection program, which, of course, Edward Snowden proved, was a blatant lie.

But when you consider the fact that we have 30 million illegals in the country, that's the number I think is correct, and we probably have sleeper cells in the country, and they brought a huge number of weaponry into the country, not to mention fentanyl, he's dealing with some huge issues that are hurting the country today. That God that Jeffrey Epstein is dead because he can't hurt any more children. That's a good thing.

So it's not Trump being the tyrant. It's the left. and they want to try to force him to act like a tyrant with mass uprisings. come out in 180 what they said in the last few years, the last few months, and tell us, oh, no, he didn't even involve himself in trafficking, though, his girlfriend's convicted of it. He was indicted for it in New York and died. is an insult. And then he, oh, he killed himself. Look, here's a camera that doesn't even show his jail cell. So why are they out doing that?

Why are they telling us to shut up? And now the Democrats want to subpoena all this stuff. No, it's not to get it released. They could release it. No, it's because the deal's been made with the deep state to have them back off and then foreign governments and to get in line with Trump policy. And then they won't release it.

and part of the deal is they've got to come out and say there's nothing there so they're tied to it and can't double cross the globalist later the question is will trump just become the globalist now by doing this or will he continue the reforms and we know israel is heavily involved with epstein and the CIA and i'm told by very high-level sources that that's what this is is an internal fight over that file between those two groups u.s intelligence and Israeli intelligence and i think it's a wrongly clear if that's what's happening. All you have to do is send a message to everybody, say, God, let's have a conference call. Here's what we're going to be saying about this, because this was a very important issue to not 80% of voters that voted for president. I think 20% the voters wanted to know what's going to happen with Epstein, and it's a big letdown. Normally when I come, I give a very positive message. My only suggestion, no more fumbles.

You're having the greatest start ever as a president. There's going to be Nobel Prize, but a lot more than that. I believe he has a shot at going down as one of the greatest presidents of all time. and competing for some of the like top five type of list. But we have to have an emergency meeting and saying collectively, no more fumbles. This is all about Prince Andrew, and it's all about Ava Barat. I've studied this. Trump, he's not an underage girl.

And my view is these networks will just continue on.

Yeah, Bill Gates claiming that Epstein was trying to blackmail him. Oh, but there's no blackmail because a two-page memo was put out by the DOJ that completely contradicts everything they said. So just whoever's coming up with these ideas is setting up the Trump administration. And that's what Carl Serafin said on Monday. He believes it is because he understands how this works. And I agree with him. Again, Nixon was barely even involved with the plumbers. They did it on their own. he told him go get dirt on people. The CIA was running them.

Then they set up Nixon, who they hated. Then they got him through that. So Trump's busy, and he's got his people running around getting all this bad advice. And I'm not defending any of this by saying it. I just know how all this stuff works. And I know in general what's going on. I don't know all the specific details. Yes, yeah. Exactly. So for national security reasons and all the rest of it, I'm not defending that, but I can understand the argument. Then just say, oh, we're still investigating. And then investigate and make sure you can shut down the network. it's not still going on, like they're doing with the border and even trafficking there. They've really done that. Don't run around then and 180 what you said before and then get mad at people and say,

shut up about it, don't ask questions. Like Tucker said, I mean, you could not do a worse action. And I'm just watching the Trump administration self-harm. And I'm just sitting here saying, you're the lifeboat here. like we know the Democrats and the globalists are as evil as it gets we know it's 90 plus percent Democrats and leftists with the Epstein thing we know it's Bill Gates and all the rest of them why would you do this

and it's because they made a deal to roll over and stop opposing Trump you can already see it and they said oh just one thing we want you to join in the cover up with us so you'll never bring it out against us again we want you to say it's closed and there was nothing there and they give them a list of it. And then it happens. And Trump just thinks it's the right thing to do,

I get the world's a rough place. I get this political decisions. I understand how people come to these conclusions, which I don't agree with. Though I've asked the question, how do you with hundreds and hundreds of prominent people raping children, including corporate leaders, bankers, academia, and government officials, how do you, how does the public

deal with that? Well, I just think we have to. because all the disruption, all the problems that will come out of that, are nothing compared to these groups continuing on and where they're taking us hell itself. Though they've got a lot of power and have threatened to sabotage things and they're not going to go quietly. That's another, it's like Napoleon twice. Had so many forces spread out that when he got beaten,

they said, well, let you have your own island. You know, a thousand people to take care of you. Just promise you'll tell your people to give up and give us your networks. but he didn't really give his networks up, and he gets put on an island, and then he comes back and takes over again. The next time they go, okay, you get 20 servants or whatever. And you're going way out the middle of the Atlantic Ocean.

So it's called capitulation. And in war and culture, you go to the other side. You say, I know you can cause a lot of problems. You know you're beaten. But you could drag this out for a long time and hurt a lot of more people. We'll let you get out of this with your life. We'll shut this down. We'll protect you, but you're going to be locked up on an island.

That's how it used to be done. Take the Germans. Two years before Germany finally fell, when five million Russians marched in, and they had the other allies on their flank, two years before that, the German High Command was already secretly talking to the Russians and said, all right, if we give up right now, can we just keep Germany? And the Russians behind the scenes are like, yep. and they tried to kill Hitler in Operation Valkyrie, and they failed.

It wasn't the German high command weren't Nazis. Wasn't the German high command? No, they knew they'd lost. The Russians, by then, were outproducing weapons three to one. They knew the U.S. was getting ready to invade. And so they said, all right, but they only get about half the German officers to be part of it. They wanted a new person to lead Germany.

they thought, well, who's as popular as Hitler? Only one person. Rommel, the Desert Fox. And, of course, right after they tried to blow Trump up in the Wolfslaer with the explosive, they placed it up against the big table legs, so it was deflected, and Hitler was hard to kill.

They learned that in World War I, blew him to the wall, but he still got up and went back to work, with his arm paralyzed. They then tortured the people they grabbed, and they said, yeah, it's a, Rommel, they went over to Rommel's house, said, get in the car, sign these letters, you endorse Hitler, we're going to take a ride down the street. They gave him his cyanide tablets.

So, yeah, I know this stuff goes on. And, you know, if Trump can really get the global to totally surrender and then not put them in prison for raping kids, as much as I would love to see him hang, I can say, yeah, said of them start in World War III or any release of a bio weapon ending the planet. Okay, you guys have all your power taken away, but we're not going to kill you. That's how war works. But we don't know that. And knowing these people, they never quit, and we're not even sure that's the deal Trump made.

We know a deal's been made. That's why this 180 happened. So the globalists know most of them that they've lost. They could see long term of the German high command that they've lost. So why would the Russians say, yeah, we'll stop here in the East. You kill Hitler. You pull your troops back. They would have followed through on that because they knew how much they were going to lose.

They lost millions and millions and millions more than most of them that two years. 67 million Russians, 24 million Germans. They only lost about half of them up to that point. so if the Germans could have killed Hitler you would have had 10 million plus Germans that wouldn't have died 15 million Russians that didn't die but because they couldn't get one guy 25 million more people had to die

so I understand pragmatism at that level but we don't know that's the specifics of the deal we know a deal's been made with MI6 with Mossad and this joint blackmail The five eyes are all involved in human trafficking, Dyncore, Halliburton, the UN, they've all been caught with the flights full of kidnapped women and children going back 30 years. You used to be in the news all the time. Last decade, they've shut it down because they control the corporate press totally.

So I'm going to stop war game in this a little while. It's just is amazing. I only hit Ben Shapiro in a second. But let's go to Jake Tapper having a heyday with this, because now the Democrats that are right to. center of this. They get to act all free and good and like Trump's covering up, and now the Democrats have sent subpoenas, and they want only the Epstein files and have Trump's name in it, if that exists. So see how this is the direction this is all going. Not good.

Go ahead and play the clip. So what's really going on here? I mean, what's really going on? Well, experts, such as our friend Julie Brown from the Miami Herald, who's been covering Epstein for years, say that the notion of Epstein having an easy-to-access cliently, list is likely a red herring. And that's what the Trump administration is relying on, that there likely isn't a list per se. But they are also now relying on the fact that because it's MAGA influencers who often put forward so many falsehoods, legacy news media won't push the point, that while there might not be a list, there are certainly files that can be released. There's a trove of information that the Trump administration is right now refusing to share information that

could well point to the powerful folks who availed themselves of the sex trafficking victims of Jeffrey Epstein. If you go, for example, to the FBI vault online, you can see that there are 22 files containing thousands of pages. Most of them are heavily redacted. No, sure, of course, redact the names and identifying characteristics of the victims. But why not make the victim and witness testimonies public? As Julie Brown points out, there's still so much we don't know from the investigations by U.S. attorneys in Miami and in New York, witness interviews in the U.S. Virgin Islands and New Mexico. Brown writes that there's still more evidence that hasn't been published,

including, quote, Epstein kept video cameras in most of his residences, and Epstein's autopsy, nor the report of the investigation into his death, has ever been made public. So while there may not be an official client list to be released, as the administration is now saying, there's a lot of extra information that is not being made public. Despite Trump's Justice Department, basically now saying case closed, this isn't going to go away. The public. You, you're being played for fools here.

So by Trump making this decision, he puts CNN, who lies more than Satan, in a position of truth. Everything? Dapper just says it's true. Like I've said years ago and months ago and Monday. It's a red herring to say it's a client list. They don't put that on there. Here's the client list of pedophiles. But no, where's all the video?

Where's all the hard drives? Where's all that stuff they hauled away on record? Where is all the reports and the indictment in New York? Like Roger Stone said, Trump needs to say, okay, case closed on the client list. But yeah, we should release this stuff out of the federal court and try to get that done, which the DOJ can do. Stop it. You promise to release the stuff, release it. I'm telling you, this is going to turn, it's already a huge scandal.

And I'm trying to get Trump to have this off at the pass. And if these intelligence agencies, he's told Trump, well, it's our allies, and we'll get all these alliances, this is the right thing to do. I believe the CIA gave Trump advice to do this. In fact, I know they did. And he's trusted them, and he's being set up now. Because I've studied it. Trump is not involved with raping kids, not his M.O. And they would have used it if they had it.

But all these other people like Bill Gates, who said he was blackmailed by Epstein, more like, he was using Epstein to blackmail scientists and others. They have got a lot to lose, and they don't want this coming out. And I don't trust him if they've told Trump they'll stop attacking his agenda. They're like Napoleon. You put them on an island. They still come back a couple times. I don't trust it.

I think it's very dangerous, like Therker also said, playing with fire. With me, just do the right thing, justice to be done me, the heavens fall. All right, yeah, there's the feds all digging through Epstein stuff. But, oh, no, there's nothing there. And so I don't think it's a total lie. that they just did it to cover up the last story,

but I think they reported it to change the subject. What do you know you got the floor of Carl Serafin? Yeah, well, first of all, it looks like a complete cover-up with the announcement of investigations, the fact that Fox News is going to go out there and push their piece, and you're hearing them say that they're going to investigate Comey and they're going to go after Brennan and all this kind of nonsense. You know, unless they have a capital offense,

which is basically not a realistic possibility, these are not prosecutable investigations. Alex, you know this too. When they want to go out there and do an investigation, they investigate you, period. They don't tell you, they don't warn you. There's no press release. There's no like leak it to Fox News digital so that they can go out and have a favorable headline when you're having a bad yard day.

Because Google gives you a notice that you've been under investigation. Or you have to respond to a grand jury. That's right. This is exactly correct. There's an indictment. You get subpoenaed and you're made aware of it. or you're arrested, that's how you find out that there was an investigation. This sort of messaging saying, we're going to be doing it, and I love it when they always

use the word probe for some reason, probe seems to be like a Fox News word. But when you want to go out and announce that you're going to investigate, that is 100% deflection, trying to get attention on something else, please follow the shiny object, follow the squirrel, follow the laser pointer, take your pick. It's not real. You don't do investigations like that. And by the way, like the Fox News piece says that it's going to be over purported. surgery, statute of limitations is five years.

The criminal code that defines this as 18 U.S.C. 3282, non-capital offenses. The statute of limitations on these guys is over. They got out of office in 2017. So what are you investigating them for other than please, please, please don't pay attention to our big screw up here. And like you said, it looked like they were trying to release this thing in a quiet way. There was initially sort of that movement to axios. There was this sort of, can we put it to a left-leading,

so that all the MAGA influencers will push against it and soften the blow of this thing. And then Donald Trump went out and said, what looked like the quiet part out loud to me? He said, you know, we got a big thing in Texas. We've got this tragedy. You know, it's right down the street from us. So we know about it. How dare you pay attention to the fact that we're going to shut down a campaign promise and something that was the subject of an executive order?

Trump actually said that this stuff was supposed to come out in executive order. And then you got the most incompetent response by Pam Bondi. The one thing I do see, and I don't know if you've talked about this, but I'll just say it because it's unpleasant for people to hear it. There is a concerted effort in traditional media and also in sort of the con ink, whether it be a Ben Shapiro like the clip he just played, whether it be Megan Kelly or anyone else that's associated. They are desperately trying to not smear Dan Bongino with this like hoop storm. You know, it's going to get everybody sloppy and stinky. The question is, is can they save Dan? because in theory he could go back to a media career.

But his hand is part of this. He's the director. I mean, he's the deputy director of the FBI. He's running the show there. And he talked endlessly about Epstein and all the things that needed to be done. There are entire podcasts that he did that were dedicated to this. So you keep seeing people say, I trust him and he's a great guy. You never do anything wrong.

But maybe Bondi is crap. Or maybe Patel is garbage. You don't get to just pick and choose who gets to have the, you know, the crap fall on them. But you are seeing this concerted effort to try to protect it. I'm also seeing another thing, which you may not be aware of, but there are folks in Washington, D.C., who are in the press. As you said, they're getting calls from the FBI saying lay off. The other thing that's happening is there's a concerted smear job going on against guys like me and guys like Gerardo Boyle, who you've referenced many times, my friend, Steve Friend, Marcus Allen, and all the guys that came forward that are not public, that are in the whistleblower space, that for years were the heroes telling people the truth about it. And we're not partisan in per se.

Like, I don't, I don't, if Trump is wrong, Trump is wrong. If the GOP is wrong, then they're wrong. It doesn't matter to me. I'm not on a team and I'm not registered for any of this stuff. But what I do know is, if you go out there and make up lies about me, then that must be pretty damaging the things that I'm saying. And they are currently saying that I got word from someone who's a pretty, pretty well-connected guy in the political sphere. He said, I heard a story that you shot someone. And you and I could both just laugh about that because if I shot someone, you know I'd be in handcuffs.

If I shot at someone, I'd be in handcuffs. That's not a real thing. if you're a federal agent or after that time. And so this is all nonsense. So we're dealing with smears on people that tell the truth. You're getting this redirection attempt. And you said it to me this morning. I told my wife, because it was too funny.

You know, they tried to release this thing like a fart in church. And they didn't get away with it because it squeaked really, really loudly. And so the strides in effect you're pointing out is obviously the case. It's totally damaging. This might be the, as Tucker said, it might be one of the worst rollouts of anything. I think we've got a clip of Mike Howell talking about this is a class on how to not do it. Now let's go to that clip of this is a class on how to not do it. Here is the mile clip.

You guys gave me that clip. You came in and gave it to me. Well, maybe we don't have it then. Yeah, well, worst case scenario, I can tell you. So Mike Howell is, he represents the oversight projects. They're affiliated, at least they used to be. They're a spinoff from the Heritage Project. He's a legitimate conservative.

He calls out, you know, quote, quote, our team when need be. And he said, if you were going to basically teach a class on how not to do it, you would do it with this. He points out a couple of really important things. Number one, this was a joint memo, which is not very common in the D.C. area. And if you have two agencies that are jumping on board and throwing their logo at the top of the memo, one of two things is happening. Either it's a really good piece of news. And my agency and your agency both want to take credit, so we put our names at the top.

We both have it. In this case, it's DOJ and FBI, joint memo. The other possibility is that nobody wants to take credit. So I'm not going to eat this sandwich by myself. That means your name's going on there, too. so you get two people so everybody gets a little bit of the smear. And then what you don't normally see from these things is an unsigned memo releasing a finding.

This should have either a deputy attorney general signed off on it. It should have an assistant attorney general who's in charge of the criminal division. You know, whatever it may be, there should have been a name or a department associated with it. When they leave them unsigned, it shows you a huge degree of cowardice. And we got a lot of that stuff during COVID. So, you know, a lot of this stuff keeps getting mitigated. Well, listen, work with me on this because, you know, you're just. just came on. a bunch of articles and documents two minutes before. I'm not mad. The crew has all the clips. They just don't know who Mike Howell is. And so I'm like, go to Mike Howell. Let's talk about the other ones. So these are the things you sent us. It's all very interesting. Actually, let me tell you that that one you just picked up. If you go back to the, to the Washington Times piece, this is just just inside kind of information here. The piece is written. It's not as important what it says that, you know, FBI launches criminal investigation. It's a scoop. What's important is the source and the actual writer. So,

if you'll notice the byline there, it's Carrie Pickett. Carrie Pickett is an, I'll call her an acquaintance of mine. And she's the person that introduced me to Dan Von Gino. So I know she knows Dan well enough because they used to, they used to talk in the background and they connected the two of us together in the first place. So Carrie Pickett is a soft and friendly source for the FBI to leak this information. And again, I just told you, that information is obviously bogus because you can't go after Comey for anything that's not capital, and there's no indication there's a capital crime there. So just that's the reason why that story is relevant. The headline is almost all of it. And the byline is actually as important as anything else. But that Mike Howell, in his own

words, you know, he's an attorney. He's been around D.C. for a long time. He's worked in and out of government and in oversight now. It's a useful clip if you guys want to hear people in his own words. Well, we do have the Mike Howell clip from the oversight. project again, tell us who this guy is? Who, Mike is? Yeah, sure. Yeah, yeah, no, he's an attorney. He used to work inside the federal government. He worked for one of the agencies, and I can't remember what it is. Again, now he's

associated with the Heritage Project and what they call the Oversight Project, which is a subset of Heritage Foundation that does specifically... So here's his response to this, here it is. I think you could teach a class on the worst rollout attempt to end a controversy in the history of the United States.

Like you have on Sunday out of nowhere, holiday weekend, a two-page memo just shows up in Axios in the evening. They're like FBI and DOJ said nothing to see here. We've all seen the memo by this point. That begs instantly way more questions than it ever even purports to answer. And there's a couple massive red flags with that memo. First is joint memo. You guys have been in D.C. There's only two reasons why you ever have a joint memo between agencies or anybody else.

Two reasons. They want to share credit. Everyone's like, get me on that. I want to share credit. Or it's like, I'm not signing that alone. Let's share the blame. So you can take your guess as this one is. Speaking of signing, no one signed it.

For something of this magnitude, something that all of the principles of the relevant agencies have spoken about at length, we as the American people deserved an explanation from them directly. Not an unsigned one-and-a-half-page memo. Now, a couple more things that really grinding my gears. The memo gratuitously and without reason forecloses the opportunity for more government investigation into this. There is a line in there that couldn't have been written by Bill Gates' lawyers any better. That's how I read that. I said, no, why would the government ever put that in?

It looks like it comes from the lawyers that the people could be implicated. And here's what it basically says. You can look for yourself. It's about halfway through the first page. It says, we could not find any evidence that could predicate any government investigation. of third parties. So if later on you wanted to go and say, hey, Bill, like, what were you doing at Epstein's Island all the time?

His lawyer says, actually your own government said you don't have the legal authority to do that. Why include that? They're trying to close the book. And then, you know, lastly, the biggest thing. The whole point of why people were upset about the government's, you know, lack of activity as it relates to Epstein was the lack of activity. And so what this memo says is, hey, you know, we looked at the existing files in our control.

We did a survey. We went and just looked at the files that we already had. Of course there's nothing in there. Of course, the whole thing is the government, the FBI, DOJ, whoever didn't actually investigate this with any bigger. Let alone if they did, are we to believe that like somebody wrote down the worst possible things and just saved them in the FBI's like system? come on no one in this country is that stupid and so people are offended that is just an insult to their intelligence and also one of the big reasons why they supported this government to take over

from the Bidens and that is a promise of transparency and actual accountability and look I'm not here to say I have all the answers to the Epstein files no one no one around here does but I do know those things I just said are are absolutely wrong they should not have been done and I think that's evident by the fact that no one would put their name to it and that everyone's just trying to sweep this under the wrong and it's turned into a huge conflagration and it got way worse. You know, class one would have been on the memo.

Class two of our, you know, symposium on the worst comms rollout ever is today in the cabinet meeting. You have, you know, Attorney General Pam Bondi, and I'm trying to pick on her, but she said, I don't even know if he was owned by intelligence or if there was any intelligence community activity here. I forget the exact phrasing. but she said she doesn't know and she'll get back to us.

How can you expect the American people who want to answer from their government as to what was going on with EFSI and all these rich people that were, you know, flying down to a place, the huge sex trafficker, pretty, you know, obvious red flag there? The biggest question in the assumption people have is, okay, this guy probably had an intelligence community connection if he didn't get prosecuted. And for the AG to say, we looked into everything on Sunday and there's nothing there, and then to go in front of the entire country today and be like, well, I frankly don't even know if you as an intelligence, you know,

just doesn't close the book. It reopens the book. How can the Attorney General not know that? And so it's a shame. It's a shame. And I hope it doesn't become more of a pattern. Well, Mike Hal, the Heritage Foundation, is very impressive. I want to get him on the show.

I'm glad Kyle Serafin sent that clip to us. That is really illustrative how everybody sees it, how we know it, intellectually, and feel it, and spiritually feel it. And just watching the greatest fiasco so far, I mean, This is the biggest black eye of really Trump's first term and then even now. And Tucker has said that. Petter Ben David has said that. I think you've said that. I've said that.

I mean, this is a big deal, folks. This is the Trump admin in the worst maneuver ever the way they do it trying to get us and all of us in bed with Ben Shapiro who said, basically, Epstein did nothing. That's what this proves. Off of some flimsy memo that basically gives a. limited investigative pardon to everybody

implicated with Epstein. He's put a finer point to what he was talking about there. Yeah, I mean, you like that? I mean, the fact is he's saying it looks like it was crafted by someone like Bill Gates's lawyer, someone that's looking to be able to say, hey, this is exculpatory for us

that they did an exhaustive search. And then he goes into the bigger piece, which I think is exactly what you and I have actually talked about previously, Alex, which is that it only matters that you looked in the file if the file was actually rigorously and aggressively pursued in an investigative way. And if it wasn't, if you have nothing in the file, who cares?

I can hand you an empty file right now and say, look, this is everything I have on you, Alex. You look and you go, well, there's nothing there. I guess I'm good. That's not real investigation. But we also have Trump in the press conference saying, as I said Monday, he's behind it, I want this shutdown, stop talking about it. It's over, which is what the legal memo says. I mean, that's what this is.

So why do they want it closed? I think that there's also a secondary piece of it. I think they want to close because they don't want to mess with it. And I think it's ugly. And there's a decent chance that Trump, you know, you and I may differ in opinion on this one. You think that he's using the tool. If that's the case, that's the worst capability ever. Dancing with the devil, literally using the devil's tools to control evil people is a,

you don't bet on the good guys winning on that. So I'm kind of hopeful that that's not the case. And I don't really deal in hope. What I do think is that these people were advised by the worst possible actors inside DOJ and also the same thing in the FBI. Most of the middle management there are looking for a Dan Bonino to fail, looking for a cash Patel to fail. And you're saying that the Palmer's really set up Nixon. I think you might be right. I'm 50-50 now. I think these people are setting them up to fail. They said this is not as big a deal as you think. All we got to do is talk about it. You can see this being downbriefed, Alex. If you came in and I showed it this morning, hey, President Trump, by the way, we shut down the FD investigation. It was nothing there.

He's out there looking at World War III in Russia and Ukraine, and he's looking at a peace deal that happens in, you know, Iran and Israel. He's got a million things. He's trying to figure out whether or not he's going to have the same Federal Reserve chairman and so on. You know, he's got 20 things up there that are all high-level importance. Someone tells him, we shut down the FD thing. We didn't find anything there. He goes, great, no big deal. They didn't go, hey, sir, by the way, the people who voted for you that really wanted that executive order are going to lose their ever-loving minds if you say that an elite pedophile was able to get away with it and that we are proving that there is a second system of justice in America. that the rich and the elite and the powerful and the corrupt can get away with hurting babies and nobody cares. If you told him that, he might be like, holy crap, like, you better take another look at this before I go talk about it. And I don't think that's what they did it.

I think they slow-played it. They under-briefed it. And then he goes out there, and he actually probably was surprised that people were asking about it. Because, you know, he's not on social media the way that guys like you and I are. He's just not. Yeah, very well said. Well, I'm just extremely concerned about it all. And bigger than this, the only thing bigger than this for the American people right now,

it's obviously economy and the border and war and all that. But if we don't see indictments of the deep staters, of Brennan of Comey, of others, of Clapper, then I think pretty much what you've been saying from your experience is that the deep state is still in control. And then you just look at the experts they brought on. They brought on a columnist from the Wall Street. journal and they brought on a couple people that run a podcast. That's a huge mistake. The reason they wanted this story to go away is because there's an assumption like, oh yeah, Epstein had him. No, he wasn't the only one who had him according to this source. These assets, that's why this blackmail story makes so much sense. Which Middle Eastern countries they are, I don't know, but this person who's a very, very good reporter.

I mean, Aces, right, swore Epstein was either a winning or unwitting intelligence asset, and they may have had his plane wired up, and they're the ones who have all this stuff. So the point is, to sum it up, how do you know some of these countries aren't going to some of these power players who aren't making decisions? He wouldn't want this video out there, right? but he wasn't a human trafficker. He didn't have any accomplices. He wasn't blackmailing people. There weren't any other Johns. He killed himself. I said, hopefully that's not it. You know, hopefully pigs fly. Because I was told that there was criminal investigations going on

for Justice Department people before, and they were like, we can't tell you about it, but maybe it's some of the new things they've done, you know. They explained that to me. And they said, that's why we're interested in your case because they got sloppy with it. And I'm like, great. So we've sent that information on.

these are pretty high-level people that have good records. But then I just, sometimes I think I'm smart, and then I miss the most obvious stuff. You know, the little stuff, but then the big obvious thing you miss. You're kind of retarded. I told you a row in years ago. The Statue of Limitations is over.

And they're even in the Fox News leak that it's perjury and stuff, not, if I saw treason or I saw espionage or, you know, or how they work with China, we now know, in the Senate report, which we said back at the time in 2020, to bring in the mail-in ballots and all that, you know, if I saw treason, but no, it's perjury and stuff. whistleblower activity, October 2021. Merrick Garland committed perjury under oath. If you want to go after perjury charges, which are kind of weak, do it. I told them that we had a juxtaposition of Merrick Garland saying under oath, they would not use counterterrorism tools against parents at school board meetings, and less than five days later, the FBI's counterterrorism division put out the famous thing that made me no longer

have a job. And it was Jim Jordan's people that went forward with it. So you got a, like a smoking easy option there to start pursuing it. All you need to do is pull emails and decide if he had four knowledge and if he actually colluded to do so, and maybe you get him for conspiracy as well and anybody involved. The second piece of it is Chris Ray. If he was involved in stopping any of the prosecutions, if he was doing any malfeasance, they would go after Chris Ray. He's still within the statute. The statute of limitations is five years for non-capital offenses. The last time they went after a treason case in the United States, I think, was either

1952 or 1953, and Eisenhower actually commuted that sentence. So the last time you had a legitimate prosecution for treason is like during the post-Civil War era, it's not a current law that is being used. So for anybody that goes, well, what about this? It's not happening. They already told you the people who cannot be convicted, who can't even be legitimately charged under the statute, because 18 USC, the 18 USC code forbids them going after this right now. So this is all performative in the same way that Cash Patel went out today, and it seemed to take credit that the FBI has created a positive law enforcement environment, and that positive law enforcement environment somehow has lowered the number of on-duty deaths by police officers. I'm really thankful that police officers are not dying at the same level they were last year.

There's 50% less. The FBI has zero to do with it. The two most common causes of death on duty are gunfire from adverse actors, so you got a bad guy shooting at you, or traffic accidents. The FBI has zero relevance in any of that, but to claim credit for it, just like they're claiming credit for the murder rate, everything is distraction. We're going to go after Comey and Brennan. We're going to go out there and lower the murder rate, even though the FBI, by and large, does not investigate. murder and has no meaningful effect on murder rates. By the way, all the stats are juiced.

We were complaining about it under Biden, but now they're legit because it's our FBI. It's all BS. This is smoke and mirrors. And by the way, I do know about that. Starting with Biden, they suddenly had all the major blue cities. It was like over 800. Stop reporting crime

statistics. So of course you're going to have lower crime if there's no statistics. And what's even funnier is that you heard Bongino and Patel go out there and claim it. They were like, wow, we're doing such a great job. Murder is going down. They're doing it based on quarterly reports, which are the least accurate reports, because Alex, you probably know this.

Some cities only report annually. They don't give quarterly updates. You know, they just do it once a year. Here's what our stats are for the year. So they're always going to be low. They always adjust upward at the end of the year. And by the way, violent crime in general across all categories has been trending downwards since 2020. That's just an American trend right now.

And it's great. And by the way, homicide rates going down doesn't always mean that law enforcement's doing the best job or that everybody is stopping and murdering each other. It means that the emergency rooms and the surgeries we can do and the medical miracles that take place in those emergency suites and trauma medicine is increasing at a rate that is amazing. A lot of the battlefield tactics and things that were learned in the war on terror for the last 20 years are now making it into ERs and they're making it into street medicine. So there's a lot of reasons for these things to act like the FBI has something to do with the murder rate going down. And you would know about that because you've been in EMT as well.

All right. Amazing. Yeah, I spent 10 years as a paramedic. Is this not like this is, this is, there are always multi-factor analysis. When they give you the simple answer, you know they're lying to you. I mean, your audience knows that too. I've been told that by doctors and people I know, and they just say the knowledge from the wars is incredible. It's insane. I mean, look, people used to tell you, like, in my lifetime, it was a death sentence to be able to put a tourniquet on somebody to stop bleeding.

It is the default position for a serious bleed. You do it now as a default position. If you have a serious bleed, it could even be venous bleed. It doesn't have to be arterial. They will tell you just, if you're losing a lot of blood, put on a tourniquet, there's no downside to it. And as long as they get to you within that day, they're going to be able to solve the problem. They know how to mitigate the effects of it. It used to be that if you put a tourniquet on, you thought you were losing that limb.

So people would do it as a last resort. And a lot of people have died from it. But tons of lessons have been learned from the war on terror in the emergency medical field. And the best thing is, is you got a bunch of former combat medics and so on going out on the streets. Some of them are now cops. And they know some of the lessons of self-aid and buddy care that are taught in the various different armed forces units. So, yeah, that was the thing that I did. I did see this stuff actually flow in.

I was in emergency rooms in Tucson, Arizona in 2012 where they didn't have tourniquets on hand to stop bleeds of people coming in with massive leg lacerations. And by the next year, of course, they're putting them on right away. And you know, you saw people die. And then you saw people not die from those injuries. So you cannot underestimate that or try to act like the FBI had anything to do with a lowering of the murder rate. When people live, they call it attempted murder.

And they don't, they don't categorize it the same way. Wow. Anyway, it's depressing to me to see these guys lie because it tells me they're not doing a good job. And it also means, and you know this too. These are media guys. Patel, Bondi's been around media a lot. She's been on Fox an awful lot. Bonino, obviously, as well.

They're media, which means they're savvy, which means they know they're lying. They know they're trying to spin. And they're being run by PR people, which is exactly what a senior FBI supervisor told me the other day. The FBI is currently being run basically like a social media influencer camp. And they're just getting moved by the waves and the waves of like the, the public. public opinion that they send out on X. Well, I can give me advice if they're going to cover up Epstein, shut up. I mean, that's not right.

Because you're doing the dumbest stuff I've ever seen them. You just saw the Heritage Foundation say, this is a really smart club. This is the dumbest thing they've ever seen. That's what I've been saying since Monday. I mean, good God, I want the Democrats leadership dismantled.

I want their ass in jail for the crimes they committed. I need you to win. I need you to succeed. And we know the Border Patrol and ICE is under attack. And we know they're gearing up all these attacks. And we know that they've got some really nasty plans here. And I see a lot of good messaging out of Pam Bondi and Cash Retail and Bonino. And I know Trump hires people

of loyalty, smarts, but also being good on air. Look at Egg set. I think he's a very competent, nice guy. Like him, good-looking guy. Combat vet, you know, I think he's a good choice. But at the end of the day, it's because he's on Foxx. He was an articulate. That's why Trump put him in there.

And hopefully he's got all the right advisors on these areas. But now I see the Trump administration making radical self-harming moves with the Epstein action, and it makes my blood go chill. All right, Matt Bracken, bestselling author,

And what, again, if they were going to cover it up for national security issues, I still don't think that's right, but you can, you know, too many powerful leaders.

We're making deals with foreign governments. We're kind of using the file of what we want. That's injustifies the means, and I wouldn't do it, but I can go, oh, yeah. But why come out and literally try to create the biggest strives and effect you ever could with that bizarre press conference in Bondi and the things they're saying on this memo? I mean, and Trump's saying it's over, close it. What do you think or what do you know is going on, Mad Bracken? I think that I listened to Kyle Serafin carefully and I agree with the PR social media aspect running the. FBI, you know, taking credit for the murder rate dropping and so forth.

But I see a strong Israel hand in this. I really do. If the FBI seized all of this information, terabytes of information, and Epstein was his brownstone and the island were, you know, Mossad, Honeypot, and he was the front man, these were honeypot traps, then it's reasonable to assume that they were picking this information up. you know, like it would be picked up routinely. It wouldn't just be like physically left in the brownstone to be collected by the FBI and nowhere else.

So even if Trump ordered all of this to be destroyed, okay, just burn it. That doesn't mean that Mossad doesn't have it. And you have to, you know, look at the background of the key players here. Cash Patel is very, very strongly pro-Israel. The other day he has a quote, you know, we have to. We have to get people to prioritize Israel. Dan Bongino, I watched his show for years. He's not a neocon, except when it comes to Israel.

You know, he's for like, you can level Gaza. Anything after October 7th is justified. So, and somebody that's not as often mentioned is Susie Wiles. She is the ultimate gatekeeper. When you talk about who's allowed in and who's, not. You know, why is Tulsi Gabbard at the children's table practically in the next room at the meeting yesterday? You know, there were pictures where like, where's Tulsi Gabbard? You have to find the right angle. She's a furthest person out in the corner. Well, Susie Wiles actually worked for

Benjamin Netanyahu's 2020 campaign. She lived in Israel. She worked for Netanyahu. As far as I'm concerned, you can split hairs on, and Kyle mentioned this. Sometimes you'll actually have an asset who is given a senior position, but he's controlled by a junior, you know, on the real side. Susie Wiles, as far as I'm considered, is Mossad. I mean, you can say, no, Matt, she's clear a break. You know, that was when 2020 she was working for BB Netanyahu, but now she's not. Well, only people that are getting to Trump right now are very strongly pro-Israel. Nobody else.

I've talked to a lot of people. He can't even get an appointment. And I mentioned this the first of the show. I've talked to a lot of Dalton people inside the administration, you name it. And they said, no, that's it. They said there's a war over power in the administration by Israel and the Patriots. The Democrats still have their Antifa and their leftist NGOs and their operations, but they've been sidelined pretty much so far.

But now Israel sees this a weakness and is swooping in to basically take control the administration. Is that what you're saying? Definitely. And we see this with, you know, with the recent 12-day war, credit to Trump, where he's great at naming things, nicknames, and he really seized the moment by giving it the name. Does anybody that is going to break the ceasefire would be wrecking his narrative that it's a 12-day war. But the fact that he participated in a sneak attack, we might say, yeah, this is really clever. you know, if this is great, we just, but as far as I'm concerned, what we did was very dishonorable.

In some respects, it was worse than the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, in that the, you know, the Japanese and American side were negotiating right up to Pearl Harbor, but, you know, in the hours before the attack,

just to, you know, diplomatically cover their bases, they broke off negotiations instead of, but they, what, in this case, case, we are actually negotiating. The negotiating team is saying, like, is thinking, oh, next Monday, we're going to continue these negotiations.

The Israelis sent their, you know, ninja assassins in and actually not only killed generals, killed scientists and their families. If it took a rocket through a window, they just killed the family and or just shot people as they're leaving their house in the morning and killed the negotiators that they could find. Trump was very schizzoid about this. When you kill negotiators, that's a war crime. And it's ultimately totally

self-defeating. It's an own goal, especially to laugh about it, like Trump did. He said, yeah, we were going to be negotiating with some of these guys next week, but I guess they won't be around. Ha, ha, ha. That was when he thought that Israel was on a total role and was going to wipe out Iran didn't work out that way.

So if you kill negotiators in the middle of negotiations, who's ever going to sit and seriously negotiate with you? I mean, I listened to Roger Stone. Well, explained in the law of war, you come with a white flag to negotiation to parlay. You never kill the ambassadors. And like you said, even the Japanese, a day before Pearl Harbor had enough honor, they pulled them. Right.

And said, you know, the negotiations are over. and implied that a state of war was the next step. But in this case, we were negotiating with the Iranians. America was negotiating with the Iranians. Oh, the news brags. Oh, we got them to all think they were saved by thinking there was a deal. And now that that takes Trump power away because usually he's a straight shooter. Now he's, that's what I'm seeing. I'm seeing major departure of normal Trump behavior.

And right. And for this to happen, I was listening to Roger Stone. and Roger is like a very strong Trump ally and a friend for many years, so I get it. He was putting the best spin on it. But saying that Trump is trying to negotiate a peace between Ukraine and Russia, to me, is ridiculous today. Number one, we don't have the leverage. We don't have the weapons. We're a side player.

This is like Britain saying they're negotiating. We're not a main player in Ukraine now. Russia is going to continue rolling forward. slowly but while attriding the Ukrainian side. The Russians have the manpower, have the factories, Ukraine can't replace the manpower, and we're so low on our war stocks

that they say, oh, Trump flipped in the last day, but Trump's saying we're going to send more, it doesn't increase Patriot missile production, right? I mean, we're down to, like, practically what they call Winchester ammo on things. Things like the standard missiles that the destroyers fire to protect Israel. Well, it's also what the destroyers would have to fire to protect the carriers or protect American cities. So if you have to fire four of these things at every ballistic missile coming in from Iran, the math doesn't work for our side.

It's like the Houthis. You know, if you have to spend millions of dollars of missiles to shoot down a $100,000 drone, the math doesn't work in the long run because the other side can just keep it up. By the way, the Houthis are now demonstrating that they can block these shipping channels. And so they're demonstrating that they can engage in these embargoes, basically, blockades. A way of looking at this is this is all part of the same war. and it's like stepping on a balloon. You know, you squeeze it in one place and it squeezes out in another place. So for the time being, the 12-day war is over, there's no actual ceasefire. It's just a virtual ceasefire. It could begin again at any time.

But the Houthis are showing, hey, U.S. Navy, come on back and play. You know, and I heard a figure, it's like $250 a week to keep a carrier battle. $250 million per week. It's like a billion dollars a month. for a carrier battle group. So if rogue outfits like the Houthis, you know, on a shoestring budget can cause Uncle Sam to burn billions of dollars and deplete our war stocks that if we ever had to fight China or Russia, we wouldn't have because we just don't have the production. Well, you make a Trump saying five days ago, we've got to stop shipping weapons to Ukraine. We're out of weapons.

And he goes, we're going to go ahead and do it. Well, I think that Pete Hegseth is listening to the, you know, to the counters, you know, the weapon counters that are just saying, look, we don't produce enough. We're making, you know, we're using it, we're using months worth of production in days. So the politicians are saying accelerate war, the actual war fighters are saying stop. We can't. You know, it has 10 times the population of Israel and like 100 times the landmass. So Israel's only chance fighting Iran is the, to suck America into it.

But it would be five times worse than Vietnam. I mean, imagine, you know, just the distance to get there. Once you do an amphibious invasion anywhere in Iran, then you've got to cross 1,000 miles of deserts, across mountains like Arizona, you know, just to even get near to you. That's why even the Romans and people could never take it, because it's a natural fortress. It is a natural fortress.

and they're very smart people. They don't, unlike the Saudis, they don't have to buy their weapons. their power stations and most importantly their reverse osmosis water desalilization plants. You hit these and Israel has no fuel, no power and no drinking water. So Israel's

only chance is pulling us into the war. And America can't afford it. It's five times bigger than Vietnam, five times bigger than Germany. It's almost three times as big as Texas. And it's on the other side of the world. And it's not a place where you can invade and then roll to Baghdad. We know how that worked out. This would be an order of magnitude tougher than the Iraq war. And meanwhile, our own forces are completely depleted since the 1990-191 Desert Storm episode pushing Saddam out of Kuwait. And then the post-9-11 Operation Iraqi Freedom, we don't even have that force anymore. So to try to get America involved in a land war in Iran, if that's Israel's play is to get us to be the, you know, know, the punisher, I think it's a terrible thing to do because it would just absolutely

wreck what is left of America. Well, anybody who's ever studied battlefields, looks at Iran, it looks like a trap for a foreign army. And it has been through history. Now, the Romans attacked and the Persians were worn down, and then the Muslims did invade and take it over, but it still got the same physical features. And they control the Strait of Hormuz, so they have their own same. an option. If we got to the point where we wrecked their economy, took out their power grid,

took out their refineries, you think they're just going to say, hey, go ahead, Saudi Arabia, you'll make even more money selling oil to China now. No, they'll close the Strait of Hormuz, and they can do it easily. And they're probably voted to do it, but they've held off. So we only have a little bit of time left on the main subject. Yeah, we can't even, we can't even keep the the Red Sea open against the Houthis. So the shifting years is domestic. I don't want to count the Democrats out. We're dealing with Israel, horning in, and then, well, let's talk about Russia. What do you make of Russia's escalation

and what's happening there? The Russian war is, the Russia-Ukraine war is interesting. It's mainly a battle of logistics at this point. It has some echoes of the American Civil War where you can say, oh, Confederate fighters fought so bravely and they were on their

own home ground and, you know, had all these advantages. Right, but New England was cranking out cannons, right? Locomotives. They could lay rail and destroyed Confederate rail.
