And so this was a real chink in the armor, and that's why I told listeners, we would not have overcome the fraud they had begged in wouldn't have been a big enough landslide without Musk. He is the admitted game changer.

So I've been extremely thankful for that. So I'm in federal court while the Democrat Party is there just telling unprecedented lies about me, openly trying to shut down the company as usual. and that's why they're being suppressed as public brawl escalates and then when the hearing ended an hour later I ran outside in front of the courthouse and shot a lot of feet and gave my take on it and I noticed everybody almost everybody was asking are you on Trump's side or must side and I said I'm on neither side I'm on team humanity which means I'm on the side of truth.

And I said, I don't know what the truth is here. But I'm going to analyze all the pieces. And I said, it's going to take me a few hours to make some phone calls, talk to insiders, make my own assessment. The next hour I really focused on the information as we were driving. Back to Austin from Houston. Got some phone calls with Roger Stone and others. and they basically said exactly what I had already come to the conclusion of

And I had warned of the attacks on Elon by the deep state that if he wasn't properly defended, if he began to fall like Domino's, it would fall on all the other key Trump generals. literal and figurative, and that's the globalist strategy. As soon as the news broke at about 1.30 p.m. Central yesterday that Elon had taken his fight with Trump to the thermal nuclear level in the Info War, and then he was saying the really big bomb is that Trump's in the Epstein files, that's why they're suppressing them. Everyone began to ask me, are you on Elon or Trump's side?

And I said, I'm on neither side. I'm on Team Humanity, which is, equals team truth. And I said, I predicted this would probably happen a lot here on the year of the last six months if we didn't defend Elon properly. And then people say, well, screw him, let's just be tribal. Then they can go after the next big person and the next and the next. And then cause a route. This is how history and politics and information war operates.

And so I then talked. talked about the facts I knew. And it's that I've deeply investigated Trump and any connections to Epstein's criminal activity and found zero. And instead I found Trump being the first prominent person to begin to speak out against Epstein and to kick him out of Marlago as a club member when it was brought to his attention that Epstein was trying to recruit 14, 15-year-old girls. Roger Stone wrote a book about this in 2016 The Clinton's War on Women and all about the Epstein CIA Honeypot Operation And so when I saw Elon say that

Immediately I could talk 10 hours on this one subject But to give you the synopsis If the Democrats had any real proof Of Trump involved with underage girls with Epstein you'd heard about it nine years ago. You would have heard about it four years ago. You'd heard about it last year.

The few jingos that came out turned out to be fake names, fake people, actresses. It wasn't true. And the other woman saying he grabbed her by the vagina in a mall that she was wearing a certain fancy outfit that wasn't even produced for two years later. Her attack, E. Jean Carroll, was the plot of a long-order episode, word for word. I've experienced with Democrats make a fake stories about me they'll usually just lift it from some TV or movie program

they're so lazy so I've seen hundreds of fake sex attacks on Trump so I said very early on I said Elon does not look physically good I've been noticing that last month

he looks very distressed I don't mean it looks sick he looks just very unhappy and very distressed and I know he's getting attacked from all sides and for everything you hear about there's a lot more you don't know about that's the nature of this I've experienced it myself though not at Trump or his level

but pretty much third or fourth in line for the attacks because the more you're effective fighting evil the more they come out of you so I said looks like maybe kind of a nervous breakdown and you know really hammering Trump

and then Trump came out and said some things that are very concerning. But there's no clear answer at this point to all of this. The larger issue is that this type of civil war in Manga and Doge is the type of opportunity where the globalists, the Democrats, and the deep state who are being routed on every level, could grab partial victory from the jaws of their defeat. So when Elon says he's turned against Trump over the big, beautiful bill,

that's got some really good things in it, some really bad things in it, from my own perspective, and Roger Stone is joining us here in about 20 minutes, exclusive information, that's really just the straw that broke the camels back. No, it's a whole string of things where Elon did not get defended in any meaningful way other than some of rhetoric by the White House, and the Republicans moved in the last three, four months to encircle him and to actively sabotage his companies that already had all the dominant bids at SpaceX and Starlink on and on and on, because they were the best bids and on average half of the price for anybody else.

There's not even competition. He's been so efficient and so innovative. So he went along with the EB mandate being taken, and then his NASA guy got taken away. And then he's going to win any contracts at NASA because he's got the best delivery and price. So they're like, yeah, we're just going to slash the NASA budget. Well, if he'd have backed Kamala Harris, they'd have probably doubled it. So instead of him just being left alone, not being given any favoritism, but just

being allowed to operate, oh no, we can't ever let Elon do anything because that would be seen as favoritism when it's not. and so from my sources, and that's what I already thought, that's why he is so angry. And you also have Trump saying, oh, I asked him to leave. He'd really warn thin. Okay, well, is that the truth?

Or was Trump, all the hundreds of times, even last week was saying by to Elon, oh, I asked him not to leave. He's really great. I mean, how many times you heard that, I don't want Elon to leave. Elon said two weeks ago, I'm going to stop funding politics pretty much for now. I've done what I needed to do, and I'm going to be leaving Doge. But, you know, the changes we put in will still be there when it's really fighting these cuts that we've identified made of all this fraud.

And it is true that it should be done in the decision bills that are coming into Congress next week. So at the end of the day, letting the Republican insiders and the party are always struggling over control and access, isolate and cut off Elon. You now see isolating Doge and now the first rescission bill, $9 billion out of over a trillion that was found. So 100, and how many days were we in now? almost 140, let's put it on a screen place.

You can say that the massive momentum that we've seen around the 137th day starting is now slowing very quickly. And so that's not good news. But I would just be a cheerleader and a liar if I didn't say that. And I've been saying that for the last month. But this is really, really a sign of it slowing down and bogging down even quicker. and the swamp of the rhinos and neocons that are still a large portion of the so-called Republicans

clawing back into more and more control. Now, a silver lining to this is that this dangerous and destructive fight that should have been avoided, that I predicted, people ask, why are you cheerleading for Elon? Why are you defending Elon? Well, since he was president-elected, since he got in January, six months ago, I have said hundreds and hundreds of times, pretty much every show, every broadcasts that Elon is bringing real reform.

And Elon is the most aggressive person we have for the things we really. want the things that I've promoted other than Robert F. Kennedy Jr. And that's why I cheerlead him because they're star players for us. And anybody could know how the global

strategies work that they were going after him targeting him for destruction so they could cut him out, then they'll be able to move on again to the next and cause a stampede. But the silver lining is this.

The whole globalist system is ruled by corporate governmental committees that come up with policy ideas and put their puppets in. As Claude Swab said, we penetrates the cabinets. With Trump, you really got somebody who is calling the shots. Doesn't mean the

bureaucracy follows it all, but he really is the president. This is not ruled by committee. And with Mavericks in there like Musk, he's his own man and nobody. just like Trump is telling him what to do it. And so the fact that the two will attack each other

and the fact that Musk won't compromise and is known for being an very aggressive fighter in business and politics, and Trump is probably even more so, I mean, these are the two most prolific, aggressive, mavericks other than Vladimir Putin in the world you see what you want about Putin

I mean he's something else when it comes to staying power strategy long-term vision will you look at the whole spectrum of leaders in the world I mean it's it's Trump it's Elon Musk it's Vladimir Putin and this just illustrates

real this revolution is and how real Trump and real muscar. Now, this said, I've seen a lot of mixed signals out of the DOJ on Epstein, and the Democrats were suppressing it and hiding, and they did go three plus months ago and get the 14 terabytes, and they said there's hundreds of kids being abused and Epstein raping them and all this.

And you don't announce that and raid that and then send it out to the FBI offices to investigate. That's what you're supposed to do in their jurisdictions. if you're covering something up. But then now I'm told they're not really being pushed to investigate it. Even though it's been sent out, they're like, okay, we'll send it out. It's like washing your hands, like Pontius Pilot. But then talking to a bunch of my FBI sources on air and off that have been very accurate,

they said, listen, most of the ages are scared to investigate this. You go after these powerful people. They come after you. And that's really what this is, is cowardice. from the top down to the bottom most the agents aren't pedophiles most the agents aren't openly or actively corrupt

they go do their job but you know take it on going and watching videos of billionaires raping you know and I'm talking a lot younger than what you've heard in the news raping little kids torturing them how many of you if you were at FPA

if you would volunteer because you have to volunteer for that they don't make you go watch rape videos, snuff films, you name it. How many of you would then go and then do the investigation and then start trying to bring that to the prosecutors? And I know

Ed Martin, he's amazing, not him 20 plus years, he'll do it. That's what I was scared of. The problem is we don't have many people like Ed Martin. So I've watched what Bondi's done, done. Nope, they went and rated it, they went and got it. And then they said,

okay, FBI, here it is all your offices, you do it, and when Colonel Travis draws the line out there and says, anybody staying to fight it force at least ten times bigger, step across the line, anybody who's not stay over there. Or maybe it was the other way around. I forget the actual history. The point is that we aren't the same people we used to be, all right? Now, I can't help what I do.

My integrity and my courage aren't even integrity or courage. This is who I am, every cell of my body. I get the information, I'll put it out. No, I have no fear except a failure. And I don't say that to sound impressive. I've got the track record. And that's why backing us is so important. And that's why they want us off the air.

because they know courage is contagious as well. Now, Trump has said release the list, and I know the FBI people that have been told it's his priority. No, Trump never abused any children. And I don't know if Elon got told that, so he felt like he could, you know, do that. But it did seem like a thrashing and acting out. And I saw a bunch of other stuff that doesn't line up.

And fine, I'll just cancel the star show. project and all that when that's that's not what trump's officially trying to do though they are cutting the funding to it and that's Elon's baby he also wants to stabilize the country as his base because it'll collapse he has nowhere else to go he's been open about that people's always doing it for money he's already got the money it'll be worthless if there's not a place to spend it and he didn't care about jewels and stuff he cares about innovation and science and trailblazing i get it And the Republican establishment doesn't want him around.

And so he's being screwed. And Trump could do a better job defending him. And now all Trump's advisors are telling him this. A lot of the Republicans are scared now and realize they shouldn't have been cowards and gone along with this. Trump really wasn't even conscious of it. I can tell you Trump is beyond confident. He's not a megalomaniac. He's not on a power trip.

He is just so confident and so zinned out. I mean, this is what he says. He goes, I don't give a fuck. And even when Elon tried to do an olive branch and said, okay, yeah, it'd be better for the country. We'd come back together and do all this and reached out. Trump goes, yeah, I'll maybe talk to him tomorrow. That's today, told ABC.

But, yeah, he wants to talk to me. I don't know if I'll talk to him. Now, it's good to have Trump that confident in his mission to take on the globalists and have world peace and all of it. But it's a paradox where you want men that are this aggressive and confident. That's what leadership is. But the problem is you get a couple of those together. Well, what a apex alphas do?

They go to war with the other alphas. But if we're going to become a type one civilization, meaning we can survive it with this planet was destroyed, you've got to transcend that and still be aggressive, your policies and ideas and that you're right, but turn off that instinct where you get upset and intimidated at a subconscious level

I talked to him multiple times at length yesterday, and we had talked on air about this months ago that the Elon wasn't defended properly. But to give you the inside baseball on what's really going on here, and are they going to have this call today, and are they going to have a reproachment? Are they going to get back together? I told him I thought he was the most important voice for free speech since the founding fathers. I think he did a great service for his country, identifying not millions, not billions,

but trillions of dollars of waste, fraud, and corruption. And he's not wrong about the gutless Republicans not moving quickly enough to cut spending. However, my loyalty is to Donald J. Trump. After all, I risked going to prison for the rest of my life because I refuse to lie about him for Robert Mueller and his bugs. And this claim that Trump is in the Epstein files is just categorically false. I wrote in my book, The Clinton's War on Women, back in 2015, the longest chapter in the book is Chapter 7 about Orgy Island. And a couple of things are clear.

First of all, it has been on the public record that Trump was on Epstein's plane one time, along with Marla Maples, his then wife and his daughter Tiffany, it was a weekend in which Trump's claim was out of commission for service. They flew from New York to Palm Beach on Friday and from Palm Beach back to New York on Sunday. It was never on the Loli Express. Trump never went to the island. He never went to Epstein's ranch. He never went to his Manhattan apartment. And the one time he went to his Palm Beach. home for a cocktail reception. Virginia Juffray, one of Epstein's victim, says in her sworn testimony, that Trump acted like a gentleman and she saw no inappropriate or salacious conduct by Trump.

So this is a Hillary Clinton created smear because there is no doubt that Trump and Epstein knew each other. but Trump banned Epstein from Marlago prior to Epstein being exposed as a sex criminal and barred from his properties. The Clintons not only continued to socialize with him after he was convicted of a sex crime in Florida, should have been convicted for child sex trafficking and statutory rape, but he pulled strings, probably the CIA's intervention, and he got a much lesser charge, a charge of solicitation. But Trump broke with him much earlier.

This whole canard is whipped up by Hillary Clinton, and it is unfortunate that Elon threw it out there. He's not wrong about the need to cut spending, by the way. I totally agree with him. But Alex, a budget reconciliation bill is not. not the place to do that. They're sending up a rescission package next week, we'll cut $98.4 billion, which sounds like a lot of money, but it's only about 5% of what Elon identified. It is important to note that Elon also benefits from this relationship, because

once he bought Twitter, and once it was clear he wasn't going to support Joe Biden, there were nine separate investigations by the federal government into his businesses. I think Elon wisely woke up to the fact that they were going to destroy his businesses and try to put him in jail, which is one. And then post-Butler, I think he saw how deeply evil these people are. So I think this is unfortunate, but Donald Trump right now is trying to solve two possible potential world wars. and this bill has too much in it that's important. For example, the continuation of the biggest tax cuts in American history. First enacted in the first term, they get renewed for 20 in January of next year.

The tax on tips is gone. Tax on Social Security is caught. The tax credit for American-made vehicles, there was some talk that, some talk that, that Elon wanted a tax credit for electric vehicles. That wasn't going anywhere. But I'm not sure that this is really about the bill, Alex. I note that Axios is reporting that Jared Isaacson, who was appointed to head NASA,

who is a protege or a friend, I should say, a fellow billionaire of Israel. Leon's was unappointed when President Trump learned that he was a heavy, heavy donor to left-wing Democrats. And Isaacman's appointment was reportedly blocked by Sergio Gore. Now, Sergio Gore is an anti-Rino, libertarian, pro-peace Republican who is fiercely loyal to President Trump used to work for Rand Paul. He has been, I think, very busy trying to keep rhinos out of the administration.

Oh, there's no doubt that's one of the main reasons he's hopping mad. So let's stop there. I don't want to go back to that in a moment. Let's break some big news here. And we pretty much already said this before, but you have sources, I have sources. So if you want to know why Cash Patel looks like a deer in the headlights and it's now on a PR tour that you'll hear about. It hasn't already dropped yet.

You'll hear about it any time here soon. I'm going to stop there. And you see Bongino and him on Fox, again, looking like they're hostages or something. The body language is insane. We talked about a few weeks ago with viral. Saying, no, no, Epstein killed himself. And, you know, the shooter at Butler, Crooks acted alone.

when we know the evidence is overwhelming. That's not true. Secret Service stand down, on and on and wrong. And you have talked a lot of folks. I've talked a lot of folks. And I was also told this by some Justice Department people three weeks ago. They said, listen, Jeffrey Epstein was CIA Mossade. And we already know that.

And so we know the CIA director hasn't fired anybody like he said he would. Flynn's got big problems. A lot of the people have big problems with him. I know that Bannon does, and we know the CIA has gone to the DOJ, and they've got regulations and laws under national security they can invoke secretly, and said you cannot release this information. Now, Roger, I know you know more about this. Why don't we just go ahead and give people the big insula here?

Well, look, I think it is important to note that after Epstein got a slap on the wrist by state prosecutors, that the sheriff in Palm Beach County was outraged. County prosecutor had given him a charge of one count of solicitation. He could have been charged with child sex trafficking in 33 children, on 33 children in statutory rape. He went to the U.S. attorney, Alex Acosta, in Miami. Acosta conducted his own investigation, but then he rubber stamp the slap on the wrist and he sealed the case. later, Alex, when Acosta was appointed Secretary of Labor in preparation for his confirmation hearings, in front of a lawyer that I know who was helping him, he was asked, what are you going

to say if some senator asked you why you gave Epstein a pass? And Acosta said, I'm going to tell the truth that he worked for the CIA and that the agency told me to rubber stamp this and make sure it did not see the light of day. There it is. hunting sex honeypots that's part of mk ultra mk naomi and others that came out in the frank church hearings in the mid and late 70s in the senate the argument here i think is that unfortunately some people are arguing the fact that epstein who was probably an equal opportunity blackmailers i think he worked for for the united states think he worked for CIA probably also worked for the saudi's the israelis he worked for money uh getting blackmail evidence on power

people. But I, and I think that this is crazy argument that exposing that will hurt the institution of the CIA. Well, after the Russian collusion hoax, the CIA's reputation is in tatters anyway. Well, let's expand on that. Let's expand on that. I've seen this everywhere that Trump and Musk did this because must support of Trump hurt his company.

So this is a way to get Tesla to bounce back. Obviously, you know the people yourself, so do I. That is absolutely preposterous. This fight is 100% real. You saw Tesla stock drop 14 points or $150 million yesterday. This is horse crap, and people need to understand. This is not 60 chess. This is real people.

and real fights going on here. Can you explain that to people, please, Roger? Alex, for example, I think that Steve Bannon's a claim that Elon Musk should be deported and that his company should be seized by the federal government. It's ridiculous. That's ridiculous. Well, you can't deport a U.S. citizen. I mean, first of all, we have a good point.

Well, we have an internal disagreement here, but Elon has figured. out how horrible the world would be under the Democrats, and he now knows that he would be targeted for everything he has done so far. Yes, I do think he helped elect Donald Trump. Trump elected himself. He ran an excellent campaign, but Elon was certainly helpful. Remember, very early he had flirted him in the candidacy of Ron DeSantis, and then he ultimately post-Botler, I think, came in. Well, he was truthful. He was inspired by it, so was Robert of Kennedy Jr. That's when he made the decision to begin the plan to drop out and come into the Trump team.

That's now been all admitted. So, but let's go back here. This is an important point. You agree that, and I've said this on the show with you, I've been really worried about for six months, that if the power structure could target Musk and hurt him, it's bigger than Musk. They could then pick off all of Trump's key titan supporters. And, you know, in the old days, they had Roger Stone and Alex Jones and General Flynn to get.

now they have much bigger fish to fry really having Elon be the big target and people like that really has helped us I've been very thankful at that level that he becomes the big target but I think it's critical for Trump to understand just like when he didn't really defend people for censorship he'd say it was wrong but didn't do anything

and we all warned Trump you're going to be next and he was now Trump is more concerned about it so I'm not criticizing the president I know he's a good man I'm very loyal to him but first I'm loyal to God and the truth in my family and my country people ask what side I'm on I'm on the side of truth and yeah you know you Trump's the main target I totally backing and said you know I don't believe the Epstein thing but at the same time Trump needs to understand Musk needs to be defended

he certainly the attack on his companies are outrageous if that is what you mean but I think here's a large point here Alex which is and we saw this in in the first Trump administration while it is true that that the office of presidential personnel has done a very good job of placing top-level people in the government. You have an all-star cabinet, Kelsey Gabbard, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., Scott Bessent. These are very, very capable people. Marco Rubio, surprisingly, all of them pulling in the same direction, all of them trying to implement.

Not their agenda, President Trump's America first agenda. But below that, at the middle and lower levels of the government, we still have left-wing Democrat apparatchiks posing as civil servants who hate Donald Trump and his policies. This is particularly true in the Justice Department. We may have interim U.S. attorneys, but everyone in the office below them got there under Biden and they hate Donald Trump. And that's Ed Martin's big issue. He said it publicly is he's just got to get personnel that will actually do the job because

they'll tell him to his face. Oh, yeah, we're on board, but then they actually just sabotage things. So shifting him to a larger. So Cash Pat Pat Pat Patel may have, these are euphemistic numbers. He may have a department of 78,000 people, of which a thousand are loyal to him, and the rest are seeking to undermine him at every turn. It takes time to clean house. He just takes time to please.

Yeah, and Trump just sacked a bunch of globalist generals. We can get to that coming up next hour, one of many subjects will hit. But just finishing up on the Mustang, another call supposed to happen soon. I saw Trump quoted by ABC. so you can't always believe it. Yeah, he wants to talk to me. Maybe I will. But he was wearing thin, blah, blah, blah.

I really hope Trump can be the bigger man here and just shut this down. I mean, obviously, I know everybody you're talking to is very concerned as well. This little civil war that's huge is not good for America or the world or for world peace. This needs to stop now. Well, in an honesty, Elon saying that Trump should be impeached in GDP. Vance should be president was that wasn't helpful to J.D. Vance. Also, kind of, if you're hand as to where Elon is in 2028. But we have a president, and he's doing a great job, and we need to be supporting him.

Elon's not wrong about the deed to cut more spending, but that needs to happen. We need more rescission bills. Roger, I want you to get what I'm saying is you're smart. Okay. Supporting Trump is then supporting his key people. I know we're flattered by it. It's all come out in the documents. We already knew this. You, myself, Bannon, Flynn, because we had big audiences and we're talking to the president and warning him about deep staters like Fiona Hill and others, we were targeted as the first dominoes to then hit the next domino, the next domino. I'm saying if they can knock down Elon or turn him against Trump, it will then start knocking other dominoes down.

So to me, loyalty to Trump is loyalty to one of the pillars supporting him. Elon. Comprinde? I'm in complete and total agreement. But at the same time, let's recognize that being against the big beautiful bill is being against the Golden Dome. The Gold Dome, we used to call it a strategic defense initiative. The Democrats used to ridicule us under Reagan calling the Stars Wars. The technology has improved dramatically, obviously, since the 80s. It is saving Israel from incoming missile attacks. We need it built in this country. The funding is in the big... Let me stop you there.

I'm not debating you. Overall, I love the bill. It's a red herring to say that where's the doge cuts when that's all coming in next week? Okay, that's true. But the AI total liability protection for 10 years where the states and individuals can't sue it, and then you have Pallentier coming in to be the command controller,

which is Vance and those guys, and a lot of concern there. And then Musk says, don't want Golden Dome, don't say I'm part of it, which we know he doesn't want to be in a bunch of military stuff. He's already been clear about that. That isn't his Mars mission. So I can't support the bill until that's pulled out in the Senate.

So do you agree that he's be pulled? I most definitely agree that. Look, I'm against real ID, never mind Palantir. By the way, you wanted to get to that when you were on Monday. We ran out of the time. So that's how much you're on this is you wanted to cover that section and how it ties a real ID. But I'm also suggesting to you that this

is not entirely about the spending in the big, beautiful bill, the spending cuts not being sufficient enough. I think Elon's upset. The Starlink was not used for the air traffic controlling system. He's clearly unhappy about the fact that they dumped his friend Jared Isaacman

from this NASA position, which would be very important to Elon's business. He's the folks who run space. Nothing nothing corrupt there, but obviously SpaceX having a great rapport with NASA would be valuable. But that did not happen. So, you know, I really hope

everybody will put their big boy pants on and get back together here. We have a country to say. I do think Eli is a patriot. He stood up free speech. So even though we need this bill, and even though it's overall a good bill, and I am against the bill passing, and if that provision is in there, and Johnson says it stays.

We'll talk about that next segment. But, Roger, you wanted to finish up on Cash Patel and Bongino, who are, you'll see it in the next few hours, I'll leave it at that, on a kind of a facelifter after the disaster of them saying, Crooks acted alone, don't question us, and basically I've seen the files, and Epstein killed himself. And later like, okay, you can question it, it's fine. They looked like they were being held hostage when they said that.

We now know it's the CIA pressuring him behind the scenes, because Epstein was CIA. But you wanted to elaborate on this, Roger. First of all, I have enormous confidence, particularly in Cash Patel. I think he's uniquely qualified for this job. He's the guy who ran the Russian collusion hoax investigation. He knows where all those bodies are buried. And I like Dan Von Gino.

I'm perplexed by their answers because, as you know, Epstein's body was inspected by Michael Badden, the former New York medical examiner, who's probably one of the most respected pathologists in the country. And he said that the three breaks in parts of Epstein's neck were inconsistent with his having been home. And then, of course, he hired David Schoen as his new criminal defense lawyer. By the way, Shone said this morning that he asked Epstein point blank just before his death whether he had any information that was derogatory regarding Donald Trump, and he told, shown, no, consistent with what Virginia to frame.

And by the way, bed sheets, especially paper ones that are designs, you can't commit suicide, do not put lines on your neck like you just saw in that photo. That is what you do with a garot, or that's what you do with a tight piece of rope designed to strangle someone. That's what you get those marks with. But I do think that both Cash Patel and Pam Bondi, there's a lot of low-hanging fruit out there. For example, Charles McGonigal, the counterterrorism head for the FBI, who was a key player in orchestrating the Russian collusion hoax, turns out to be on the payroll of a Russian oligarch, goes down, goes to prison for bribery. It's a 28-month sentence when he should have been convicted of a Russian oligrant.

espionage. There's a whistleblower, Alison Guerrero, who has now turned over an enormous amount of evidence to make the case for espionage. They should jump on that case and they should prosecute it. There is a case in New York with the Biden Justice Department and New York Attorney General Leticia James knew that there was a bank that was violating money and sending millions and millions and millions, tens of millions of dollars to the Iranians. This case should be prosecuted. It's now come out that Stacey Abrams tried to hide at point of view that she got $2 billion of the EPA money to run Democrat operations and has now been caught hiding

$20 million here, $10 million there. It's open and shut, indict their asses. Exactly. I think the manga wants to see arrests. Now, let's be clear about the difficulty of going to trial in the District of Columbia. It would not do you any good to charge John Brennan, James Comey, Susan Rice, Rod Rosenstein. All these people could be charged for their role in the Russian collusion hoax.

Because I think their actions are treasonous, there is no statute of limits on treason. But going to trial in D.C., where every one of them are certain to be acquitted. Remember when John Durham charged the lawyer at the bottom of the totem pole, the Russian illusion hopes, a really minor player, a lawyer named Michael Sussman. Even though he had sufficient evidence, Sussman walked. Now, inditing Sussman was like indicting the guy who drove the getaway car for double parking while you let the bank robbers get away. But does this administration no good to try to bring people with judges.

Okay, I want to get into the big beautiful bill, an overall support, but it has two horrible provisions in it, one for secret medical experimentation on American people,

and the other for an AI dictatorship where no cities, county, states, individuals can sue or even be involved in investigating anything AI is doing for 10 years. I mean, this is horrible. Mike Johnson's now defending it. We're going to get to that in a moment. But, Roger, this just came in. So you have Elon melting down saying, you know, Trump's on the Epstein list.

That's why it's being covered up. I've never seen any evidence of that. I've seen the contrary. We've already covered that last hour. And so I said that doesn't look right to me. And then you see stuff like this. this, Alan Dershowitz says Trump should pardon Gislane Maxwell next, convicted, you know, sex slaver.

I know he was a lawyer for Epstein. I'm not saying that's bad. People deserve lawyers. The good, the bad, the ugly. But if Trump did that, then that would add so much weight when there's no weight there to him being involved in a cover up, especially with this slow rolling in the investigations by the DOJ. I mean, this is the most horrible idea I've ever heard.

I think, sadly, if you read the testimony of Virginia Jafre, again, Alan, she accuses Dershowitz in her testimony of sexual assault. He has always vehemently denied it. He's threatened to sue people who say it, but I can just say it's in her sworn testimony. This is the worst idea I've ever heard. It's right up there with the idea of hardening P. Diddy. I think it's very important to point out, Alex that Damien Williams, the U.S. Attorney for New York, who handled DeFstein's death, handled the Diffray Maxwell case, and handling the P. Ditty case. In both cases, Maxwell and Ditty are charged with conspiracy, but there is no other conspirator charged. How is that possible? Conspirator, by definition, asked him how more than one person.

So you have a massive cover-up because of both Maxwell and Diddy, catering to liberal globalist elites. Trust me, there were no members of the John Birch Society at any of Ditty's parties. So this is part of a massive, massive cover-up. Now, shifting gears into the big, beautiful bill that I agree with you. It's a red herring to say she has the dose cuts by law. It's not where we're supposed to be. We have the rescission bills coming in.

$9 billion here, $30 billion here, $100 billion there, up to $98-something billion total. and a nice first bite at the apple here. It's everything else that's making musangery, which I can understand. But now we've got this area of the legislation that literally sets up 10 years of any big corporate governmental AI with no oversight by the states, individuals, county cities, no lawsuits, can do whatever it wants. AI is already cheating, stealing, doing all sorts of scams, creating copies of itself. I talked about this years ago from my sources. Now it's all over the news.

We have the head of one of the big tech companies, not Microsoft and not Apple and not not Grock, not must, but you know, the other big one, you know, telling Tucker, oh yeah, we're scared of it. It's already taking over. It's already lying. It's already blackmailing. And then later that comes out in the news with some of the other big AI companies.

So this is the nature of it. I mean, this is greasing the skids for an A. AI dictatorship technocracy. It's right there in the bill. And then we've got very arrogant statements by Speaker Johnson coming after MTG right now. Seeing we're not going to pull this. Here's Joe Rogan talking about it yesterday. What about this big beautiful bill?

Isn't there a part of the big beautiful bill that talks about the government being run by AI? I've read something about that today, but I was on the way out the door and I couldn't figure out whether or not it was horseshap. I had also read another study that was done where they found that AI was leaving notes for future versions of itself. After it was told to shut itself down, it started uploading itself to different places and leaving letters, leaving specific notes to itself to future versions of itself. Oh my God. It's like a human with a dead man switch or something. It's being deceptive. It's exhibiting self-preservation.

Relevant provision reads that no state or person. political subdivision may enforce any law or regulation regulating models, artificial intelligence systems, or automated decision systems during the 10-year period beginning on the date of enactment of this act. What? I'm going to say that again. No state or political subdivision may enforce any law or regulation regulating artificial intelligence models for 10 years. It's so crazy. This means that U.S. states would be blocked from enforcing laws regulating AI and automated decision systems for 10 years. Well, in 10 years we have a god.

Well, we talked about yesterday these two AIs communicating with each other, and then they switched to Sanskrit. No way. They started talking to each other in Sanskrit. Are you serious? Yes. A game of whackable. Yeah, so humans have trouble reading it.

Roger, this is a big deal. Does Trump need to come out and tell Johnson to remove it? Johnson says, hotly contested provision will stay tucked away in big. beautiful bill, the AI liability shield above the law protection. Green Johnson, class, over AI bills impact on state's rights. A lot bigger than just that. Johnson defends megabills 10-year freeze on state AI laws. Roger Stone, your take on that.

As someone who's been the victim of AI, there are hundreds of videos that sound like me saying things I never said. It's a very, very dangerous thing. and I think it should be stripped from the bill. But, Alex, we have this overall trend that started after 9-11 that continues. After we saw the abuses of the Patriot Act, Patriot Act was supposed to be set up to keep an eye on Islamic terrorists and other criminals, but it was turned on the American people, and it was used to spy on Donald Trump's presidential campaign. We also enacted real ID, which actually came into law shortly after 9-11.

It has not been implemented because 26 states say it's unconstitutional, and they don't want biometric information on every state, every citizen collected. I think this is, and then now the Palantir news, which is just shocking, horrific. I'm vehemently opposed to that. Look, I understand the arguments they make. Well, this will stop people from voting who are not eligible to vote. And this idea will stop people who aren't eligible to receive Social Security benefits from getting them. That all sounds great.

But anyone who thinks that they will not elect biometric information on every American, ultimately use it to track you and quite conceivably to give you a social credit score. Real ID is a terrible idea. They're given Christy Nome a $200 million advertising budget to push it on television. And I really believe today you can still travel with a passport. Try to travel with just a driver's license. You're going to have a problem. But there's only a grace period in which they'll take passports.

Ultimately, every American has to have this ID, which I guess it's like a star you put on your driver. driver's license. This is, this is big brother. I'm opposed to this. And looking at Palantir, just like yesterday and just like today, I looked at Elon's perspective, Trump's perspective, got your perspective, gave my perspective. It's a complex

issue. And I said, you know, overall, this fight is terrible. I don't believe the Epstein stuff, no evidence, but we need to, you know, get these guys back together. And anybody would have a brain agrees. And then folks out there that want to get clout, they just take clips out of context and say, oh, I'm attacking Trump or oh I'm attacking

Musk. None of that's true. You've listened to it in the compendium of what we're saying. And I encapsulate stuff with, you know, five-minute chunks, basically. So it's only people being receptive. They're doing that. I don't like Palantir with what it's doing with the Israeli AI hunter-killer drones

that are autonomous. I've exposed it. I have been critical of it. My issue is the Democratic Party has been attacking Palantir, acting like it's the only, you know, AI database system because Trump is letting him compete for contracts to come in and be part of what is already there.

So it becomes a distraction that people only think Palantir is doing this when it's all doing it. And real ID is a big piece of that that ties into the UN and their world ID, vaccine passport, ESGs. These systems are Microsoft's coming out with it. Bill Gates is heavily involved globally in the standardization. So is Jeff Bezos. he's heavily involved in all these similar systems. And so I'm saying, no, if you've got a gang of 10 people coming to, you know, attack the police station,

we need to expose all 10 of them. And in general, understand how serious this is. And the reason we're seeing Palantir push so much, which is good if it's a learning experience, to then see the big picture. But the main reason it started with the Democrats exposing Palantir is, because Trump's trying to bring in it's known as Little Tech that backed him to kind of put them in as the

technocrats. Whereas we have the famous photo of Obama with all the other big tech heads and they admitted that they had their conspiracy against us. And under this, if the federal government which they've already done, wants to put you in a database, not as a no-fly list, you get debanked, there's data in there that's secret that the banks and governments get,

you don't get, and then in the future, whoever runs the federal government doesn't like you, they can now just deactivate it, and you can't get in federal buildings. They're putting in turnstools all over Europe. It's coming here now to face scan or show your phone to get into different stores, Bezos heavily, like Whole Foods.

This is a global, technocracy of beyond 15-minute city checkpoints going in, and the real ID comports with the UN treaties and standardization that Bill Gates is set up to bring in this digital mark of the beast. I like the fact that the Homeland Security Secretary, Christy Knoem, just canceled the so-called Safe Skies program. That's the program under which the TSA spied on Tulsi Gabbard after she destroyed Kamala Harris in a debate. They had her under active surveillance at a secret domestic terrorist watch list.

It's a four-term member of Congress who's a captain in the U.S. Army Reserve, who served her country with honor in both Iraq and Kuwait. So she did aware of that program. Nome did. I applaud that. But let's be clear. Christy Noem and her political advisor, Corey Lewandowski, think this $200 million real budget campaign is the beginning of her presidential campaign. I think they are dreaming, but that's what they think.

No conservative who looks at this issue can possibly be in favor of the government collecting all of this data on every single American. It is after they betrayed us in the Patriot Act, why will we believe them when they say, this will make our constitutional? country safer and prevent fraud. Yes, it will help you spy on us and assign us a social credit score at some point. It's incredible, and it all goes together. I'm explaining this again. The UN world government, pandemic, martial law, take over your body treaty, global UN martial law, is officially there.

So it's all part of one larger takeover and really is a huge deal.

The Democrats said, if you got kids, you know, to prove they're yours, just give us a phone number of where to send them, even if they're a gang member, a drug dealer, a human trafficker, and we'll disappear them. And that's what they did. So the government's been doing that. They did that on purpose. We don't need a national ID card to stop the illegal aliens.

And I know you talk to the president. I just, we need to get them to shut this down. What are the mechanisms that listeners that people can do to stop this? Alex, first I would be honest with you, I have to read more about the entire Pallantir issue. I've given everything that's been going on, I've read the headlines, but I have not drilled down on it. That needs to be dealt with right there, not give us this whole thing. But let me tell you what Pallantir is in a snapshot. So it's a big story in a lot of different things they do. He brags about it to crush political dissent. Here, Starmer, it's really bad. There's a bunch of other stuff. But here's what's happening. Trump has been sold by J.D. And we've seen real movement there. So he's his own camp from what I've seen, but then he endorsed this vance taking over, which actually he's saying he's really Palantir. You have to then also understand there's already one there operating, Sentinel through them all.

That's the Pentagon AI, and that's the reality. And then people just want to get cred and say, oh, look, he's defending Palantir. And that's not what I just did, dumbasses. Thanks people like John Kirooku, who's one of the most famous CIA whistleblowers ever. He's right up there. I can't really think of anybody more. You've got snowed and the rest of them from, you know, NSA. But he was thrown in prison for exposing, you know, and speakable crimes of the CIA that's done in the name of national security. He just came off an extremely powerful interview with Tucker Carlson. And so I want to try to give him the floor here in the time we have today to talk about his case, recap that, and then get into what he's currently seeing with the battle to try to restore our republic from the hands of the deep state.

So John, thank you so much for joining us. I could, you know, try to describe you myself. I've got your bio. Your journalist, former CIA counterterrorism officer, former senior investigator for the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, and former counterterrorism consultant for ABC News, and we could go over all the things you've done. You've captured a lot of very well-known dangerous terrorists,

but you expose a secret torture program, and for that you were thrown in prison. and for 23 months, they wanted, I guess, the death penalty. So you can start wherever you like what's happening now at the beginning. I'm going to just kind of sit back and let you roll here. Thank you so much. Thank you, Alex. And I want to start with that.

Thanks for inviting me on and agreeing to have this conversation. It's very important to me, not because it's about me. It's not about me. It's about the current state of our government. We've got this shadow government. We have a deep state. and as I said on the Tucker Carlson show, you don't have to call it the deep state.

You can call it the state. You can call it the federal bureaucracy, but it's there. It exists. And Donald Trump wants to move in the right direction, but I'm not even sure he appreciates what he's up against here. Well, please brave us. Well, I mentioned in the Tucker show

that one of the things that the CIA really loves is when a president either has no foreign policy or intelligence policy experience or isn't really interested in foreign policy or intelligence policy, because that makes their job easier. They seek to recruit, and I use air quotes, to recruit new president's elect. What they do is the day after an election, the president-elect is granted his first. first PDB briefing, PDB standing for president's daily brief. And what the CIA loves to do is to go into

that briefing and say, Mr. President-elect, wait until you see the cool things that we are doing all around the world. And besides the actual PDB, which is usually 16 pages, they'll have memos with a blue border around them or a black border that denote that they are classified at a level above top secret. There could be six levels above top secret. And they draw that president-elect in, and they make him one of the guys, one of the gang. And then the next day, they go and they say, Mr. President, we want to give you an update on those cool things we briefed you on yesterday, just waiting to you here, what we're doing all around the world. And by the time he takes the oath of office, they've recruited him. And he doesn't realize that he's been sucked in. He's been

drawn in to this cabal. They love that. Now, that didn't work with Donald Trump, because whether he's interested in intelligence or not, isn't really the issue. The issue is that he has stood up to them, for the most part. He did name Mike Pompeo,

who I think was a disaster. He did name Bloody Gina Haskell, who I think was an equal disaster. But his part is in the right place. He understands the import of the deep state. and has tried to oppose it. Please continue him. Well, I'll give you a little bit of background on my own situation.

I spent 14 years in the CIA. The first half of my career was in analysis. The second half was in counterterrorism operations. I'm fluent in both Arabic and Greek, and I was a career officer in the CIA's Counterterrorism Center. I was in Pakistan in the immediate aftermath of 9-11 as the chief of CIA counterterrorist operations. And in that position led a series of raids that resulted in the capture of Abu Zubeda,

who we believed at the time was the number three in al-Qaeda, as well as dozens. I'm still not allowed to say the actual number, but many dozens of al-Qaeda fighters. And that's really where my break with the CIA began, because I've always believed very, very strongly in constitutionalism. and in the rule of law. Either we're going to be a country of laws or we're not. We're either going to be a country that respects civil rights and human rights and civil liberties or we're not. And so the CIA immediately upon the capture of Abu Zabeda came up with a torture program

and rammed it through the Justice Department and the president, that was President George W. Bush at the time, signed it. So he signed this finding. Copy went back to the CIA, and on August 2nd, 2002, they began torturing Abu Zubeda. That was just a start. They tortured many other prisoners besides Abu Zabeda, clearly in violation of both U.S. and international law. Now, as background, we have a law in this country called the Federal Torture Act of 1946. And it not only outlawed very specifically exactly the country.

kinds of techniques that the CIA was using against Abu Zabeda and other Al-Qaeda prisoners. But it led to death penalty charges against Japanese soldiers who had waterboarded American prisoners of war. We executed Japanese soldiers for waterboarding. In 1968, the Washington Post ran a front page photograph. This was January the 11th, 1968. They ran a front page photograph of an American soldier waterboarding a North Vietnamese prisoner. On the day that that picture was published, the Secretary of Defense, Robert McNamara, ordered an investigation, the soldier was arrested, he was charged with torture, convicted, and sentenced to 20 years at hard labor. Well, the law never changed. We changed. And so my question, and I concede that it's a rhetorical one,

is how could waterboarding be a death penalty charge in 1946? How could waterboarding be worthy of 20 years at hard labor in Leavenworth in 1968? But then in 2002, it's magically legal. Well, I decided that it was illegal. I went through my chain of command, of course. My chain of command at the CIA had conceived of and had created the torture program. I ended up in the end going to the media, and I said three things. I said that the CIA was torturing its prisoners.

I said that torture was official U.S. government policy, and I said that the policy had been personally approved by the president himself. Well, the Bush Justice Department investigated me for a year from December of 2007 to December of 2008, and they concluded that I had not committed a crime. three weeks after they dropped the case, Barack Obama became president, John Brennan became the Deputy National Security Advisor for Counterterrorism, and he asked the Justice Department to secretly reopen the case against me. For the next three years, until January of 2012, my phones were tapped, my emails were intercepted, teams of FBI agents followed me,

and followed my family everywhere we went. And I was finally charged with five felonies, including three counts of espionage. Now, I think, Alex, I may owe you an apology because it may be because of my case that you had an espionage charge hanging over your head, and I'll tell you why. In my case, Judge Leonie Brinkama,

who was a Clinton appointee, redefined espionage. She simplified the definition of espionage to this, providing national defense intelligence to any person not entitled to receive it, period. It doesn't mean you have to work for some foreign power. It doesn't mean that you have to have even intended to provide national security information to a person not entitled to receive it. And so my attorney at the time, my lead attorney said, wait a minute, Your Honor, are you saying that a person can accidentally commit espionage? And she said, that's exactly what I'm saying. It was that decision where she specifically said that she would not respect precedent in other espionage cases that opened the floodgates for anybody to be charged with espionage if,

somebody in the Justice Department doesn't like the message. And then you've got Obama who's this big liberal, but he brags. I'm really good at killing people, predator drones, unlimited, record level killing. Brennan and all the horrible totalitarian things, you know,

he did, it's hard to believe that can be worse than the George W. Bush administration with Dick Cheney and Rumsfeld. Yes. But would you say things got worse with them? Yes, actually. That might even be hard to believe, but if you look just at drones as one example, Barack Obama killed 10 times the number of people with drones that George W. Bush did. Barack Obama was perfectly happy to murder American citizens

who had never been charged with a crime with drones. Anwar al-Aulaki, for example, who was supposed to have been the spokesman for Al-Qaeda, American citizen born in New Mexico. He was never charged. for the crime. He never faced his accusers in a court of law. And yet we destroyed him with a drone. And a week after murdering him with a drone, the Obama administration

murdered his 16-year-old son and 14-year-old nephew with a drone as they were sitting in a coffee shop having a cup of tea. You know, I can talk to you for 10 hours and I'm definitely going to have you back. We've got plenty of time right now, but you were the head CIA guy, over there in Afghanistan, that's just so massive.

And I know it's all compartmentalized, but just digressing for a moment. Remember the airlift of evil, as it was called, whereas you've got some of our forces actually going after al-Qaeda people, and then you've got others flying them out on C-130s to Pakistan, and then now it's come out with USAID and the rest of it. Massive funding to al-Qaeda, ISIS. You know, the British, Israel's been heavily involved for a long time, And so there's this weird sick relationship, you know, going back to Brzezinski and Carter and then Reagan, you know, funding these groups.

And then not running them so much, but building them up. And then using them to destabilize regimes, also threaten the West to then increase budgets and pass the Patriot Act and the rest of it without getting into classified information. Just in general, was that an accurate statement? Yeah, that was an accurate statement. And all one has to do is to look at the way things played out in Syria to show that that was absolutely correct. That's the way it played out. You know, in Syria, we ended up backing Al-Qaeda in Syria because it was slightly less radical than the ISIS component in Syria. But they didn't like calling it Al-Qaeda.

They called it the Nusra front and a couple of other names. after the Nusar Front. But can you imagine being the President of the United States and going to the American people and saying, look, we're going to arm and finance Al-Qaeda in Syria. But don't worry. We know that Al-Qaeda did 9-11, but, you know, these Al-Qaeda people,

we think we can work with. By the way, as you know in January, where they overthrew Syria after trial for decades, said, okay, the former leader of Al-Qaeda is no longer Al-Qaeda. He's reformed. He's good now. And he's good al-Qaeda. They actually said that. Outrageous. I mean, in my mind, 9-11 was, you know, two weeks ago. That's how fresh it still is in my mind. But, you know, okay, you have to think it's 24 and a half years ago. Maybe people have forgotten. But if they have forgotten, then we need to remind them of what happened on 9-11.

because al-Qaeda is not moderate, period. It's not. It's an avowed enemy of the United States. And all you have to do is look at that footage right there. So, John, there's so much to cover here. But let's finish up with your historic case and your unique inside perspective on what's happening now because I'm sure you've followed the great Ray McGovern,

who was one of the top CIA morning briefers to George Herbert Walker Bush and others. And he's explained how they keep presidents in the dark, even former CIA directors like him. This is the key to these agencies and bureaucracies and how they keep control. And then I have listeners all the time go, oh, no, no, no, Trump knows everything. He's the president. They have the best intel. No, no, Trump said in his first admin. They kept lying to about everything.

He admits he was kept in the dark. So people need to grow up and understand how this works. Oh, you've hit it on the head right there. The truth of the matter is, presidents come and go, right? Your president for four years, maybe eight years, you come and go. But if you're a senior CIA leader, you are there for 25, 30, 30, 35 years. And they know that if the president tells them to do something that they don't want to do, they just can outweigh that president.

They just say, yes, Mr. President, we're on it. We're going to get right on it, sir. And then they don't do anything. they just wait until he's not president anymore, or until some other story breaks and he just forgets. But that's not it at all. If Donald Trump says that the CIA lied to him in the past, I would bet the CIA lied to him times 10, and he didn't even realize the extent to which he was being lied to. Well, you're an expert on the Middle East, but just remember, Trump, a year into his first administration, ordered 10,000 troops that he found out about out of Syria, and two years later,

found out they were still there. I mean, this is mutinous behavior. Yeah, you're absolutely right. The president is the commander-in-chief of the armed forces. It's one of his several titles. Commander-in-chief. And so if the president wants troops to leave a location, by God, they have to leave that location, and they didn't leave Syria. And look at the Sahel. You know, every once in a while, one of the big newspapers around the country will have a story about how we've got special forces in some place like Mauritania or Mali or Niger, and they're fighting these shadowy al-Qaeda-related groups. There's been no declaration of war from Congress.

And if the president then goes on TV and says, he doesn't really know anything about this, that tells me that the information is being kept from him. And that's just, as you said, it's mutinous. And I watched the whole Tucker interview and I already knew about your case and it covered it quite a bit over the years. But now this is information whose time has come. People are now more receptive to understand how dangerous this. Here you are a top guy, highly respected, some of the best work that's been done. And then they charge you a bunch of stuff, throw you in prison, do horrible things of your family.

They wanted you to be there a lot longer. Could have been the death penalty. Just in a few minutes we have to break, just kind of give a synopsis for those that don't know what they did to you. Sure, they charged me with five felonies, three counts of espionage, one count of making a false statement, which we were never really clear as to exactly what the false statement was supposed to have been, and one count of violating the Intelligence Identities Protection Act of 1982. I hadn't committed espionage, just like you hadn't committed espionage. But what they did is they waited until I went bankrupt with massive legal fees, and then they

dropped the espionage charges. And finally, they offered me, rather than four. 45 years in prison, which was their initial offer. They offered me 30 months in prison. I actually turned it down. And then my attorneys talked me into it saying, look, this can be a blip in your life or it can be the defining event of your life. Make it the blip.

I had five kids at home. I was risking 12 to 18 years in prison. Oh, so the same thing. They wanted to put Owen in jail for like six years for being outside the Capitol. my co-ho's trying to keep him going in. And so he went ahead and pled to four months. People go, oh, you shouldn't have done that. We don't have the money.

We already spent a half million in his defense. And then they swore they were going to drop it. And then they didn't. That's what they do. They just bankrupt you. Just responding to these different grand juries that have been out against me in the last five, six years. My lawyers have to talk about it. But it's cost me millions of dollars to not get indicted on stuff that was all completely made up.

and now they're trying again. And I'm not trying to be a victim either. I'll be able to understand how widespread this is. Oh, my God. Brett Tolman, the former U.S. attorney in Utah during President Trump's first term, called my case the template for the Democratic Party's policy of lawfare against its enemies. Wow. And that's exactly what it was.

Wow. So this really got tested out. They always say I'm patient zero or General Flynn, no, you are. Yeah. I was before both of them, both you and General Flynn. And General Flynn took it on the chin. Look what they did to General Flynn. Yeah.

All you can do, I'll tell you exactly what my lawyer said. He said, you know what your problem is? Your problem is you think this is about justice. And it's not about justice. It's about mitigating damage. Take the deal. And I took the deal. Knowing that the government wins 98.2% of its cases, according to ProPublica.

Because it's so rigged. Well, we're going to break a few minutes, but let's start here in any other areas. You want to get to a million places to go. If you were advising Trump, what does he need to do to really accelerate dismantling these people? Because anybody that knows history in societies, when things get corrupt, they get more corrupt, more arrogant, more above the law. And then now these agencies just go from bad to worse, and it's horrifying. Yes. Well, I would recommend to President Trump that he, uh, following.

in the footsteps of President Reagan. President Reagan appointed not just an outsider in Bill Casey to be the director of the CIA, but he appointed a loyalist to be the deputy director of the CIA and the deputy director for operations. And that way, at each of those levels, they could report directly back to the president himself. So if he wanted to make major change, really, change. He could do it. He had the wherewithal to do it. Unfortunately, the CIA leadership is still insiders. People who don't owe their fealty to President Trump. They're just a part of that deep state. And for those that don't know, just from talking about people that I know, who are personally involved in it, there's litmus test. First, hey, they got this hooker for you.

next hey take this money next hey we're going to be doing and then next you're 10 years later and they're loading little kids on planes that are kidnapped from orphanages just to go god knows where and you finally go this is too far i'm against this and then they come after you uh and so that that's that's where all this is is and that happened to my mom's brother great guy died about 11 years ago love him so much and he didn't tell me some of this so he was dying and uh so he was an iran contra and it was an army officer but it's just it's it's it's so bad And you talk about that on Tucker. We're going to come back and play the club that people don't have any idea the level of the evil we're talking about here. Because it's compartmentalized. but what was your moral when you're the head commander of the CIA over there counterterrorism in the thick of this huge war right from 9-11 about the hotspot of hotspots in Afghanistan and I mean, do you see the orders come down or do your people come to you to say, hey, we really follow these?

Or, I mean, when did you start learning that the torture is going on and locking people in coffins and the rest of it? And what was your moral process like when you decided to go to your bosses and say, well, they ignore you. So finally you go, well, that's it. I got to call the media or what happened? I wish that I could tell you that I was so outraged that I stood up. and I told them, and that wasn't it at all.

What happened was it started the night after we caught Abu Zabeda, or the night actually, the night that we caught Abu Zabeda, we caught him in a safe house in Faisalabad, Pakistan, and there were just dozens and dozens of Al-Qaeda fighters that we caught in these various safe houses. So we had our own safe house. It was a 10-bedroom, 10-bathroom house, and we got a house that big so we could use the bedrooms

to interrogate al-Qaeda prison. And so there were so many of them, Alex, that we had to bring them in in shifts in a patty wagon, 10 at a time. So the first load came in, and they were brought in by this idiot who was working for me. And all of the prisoners had hoods on their heads. And I said, why are they hooded? And he said, we don't want them to see our faces. And I said, are you seriously telling me that you have never read the judiciary? Geneva Convention. It is a war crime to put hoods on them. Take the hoods off. And he says,

wait a minute. Don't take the hoods off. And he says, I'm going to report you to headquarters. And I said, oh, I'm already reporting you to headquarters. Take the hoods off. They took the hoods off. We reported each other to headquarters. I got reprimanded. And I thought, okay. So this is the new world that we're dealing in. We're just going to pretend that these rules, these laws don't exist. These are actual laws. That we executed Germans and Japanese over. Exactly.

We executed people over this. And so in May of 2002, two months after we caught up as a beta, I went back to headquarters. And I was asked by a senior officer in the CIA's Counterterrorism Center if I wanted to be trained in these torture techniques. And I consulted a senior officer, a very senior officer. and I said, look, this is immoral, it's illegal, it's unethical, I don't want any part of it. And I was actually, I was actually passed over for promotion because, well, to use my boss's words, I had displayed a shocking lack of commitment to counterterrorism. Shocking lack of, I just captured the number three in Al Qaeda with these two hands,

but I'm displaying a shocking lack of commitment to counterterrorism. So I ended up getting promoted anyway because the deputy director of the CIA promoted me. He knew what I had done and he supported me. But this caused no end of problems. I had a buddy who was both a psychiatrist at the CIA and a brigadier general in the army. And he said to me one day, you know, they call you the human rights guy behind your back. I said, yeah, I don't care. And he said, you know, that's not a compliment, right?

And I said, yeah, I know it's not a compliment. I don't care because I'm on the right side of this and they are not. And so I just let it go. Well, I left the CIA in 2002 thinking somebody is going to say something, somebody is going to go public and report this illegal program. And nobody said a word. And then in December of 2007, Brian Ross called me from ABC News and said that he had a source who said that I had tortured Abu Zabeda.

I said that was absolutely untrue. I was the only person who was kind to Abu Zabeda. I never laid a hand on Abu Zabeda or on any other prisoner. And he said, well, you're welcome to come on the show and defend yourself. And to tell you the truth, I was going to say no. I said I'd think about it. Two days later, George W. Bush gives a press conference. And a reporter asked him about these three reports that had come out,

one from Human Rights Watch, one from Amnesty International, and one from the Red Cross, all saying that the CIA was torturing prisoners. And the president looked right in the camera, and he said, we do not torture. And I said to my wife, who was also a senior CIA officer, I said, he is a bald-faced liar. He's looking the American people in the eye, and he's just lying. And so a couple of days later, it's a Friday. and the president walks out of the South portico of the White House to walk to the helicopter to go to Camp David. And a reporter shouted a question at him about torture.

And he turned around and said, well, if there is torture, it's the result of a rogue CIA officer. And I told my wife, Brian Ross's source is at the White House, and they're going to try to put this on me. So I called Brian Ross. And by the way, that's classic procedure by any corruptor is whoever the good guy is. Tim McVeigh, when they had a deep CIA, Southern Party Law Center, they were using German intelligence. I mean, I have all the witnesses, everything. It's incredible blowing up Oklahoma City.

He didn't want to bomb that because he had a daycare. He thought he was only building a bomb to set up the white supremacist's selling city. So when he found out, they then pinned it on him. But side issue. Yeah, that's what they do. They pin it on some sucker who can't defend himself. And that was what the plan was with me. So I went on Brian Ross's show.

Well, it was ABC News. And then subsequently to that on Nightline. And I decided, no matter what he asked me, I was going to tell the truth. And so that's what I did. I told the truth. And I said three things. I said that the CIA was torturing its prisoners. I said that torture was official U.S. government policy,

and I said that the president himself had authorized the torture. And my life has never been the same. And it's the same MO. I remember the Egyptian intelligence agent, we had him on many times years ago, who recorded the FBI saying, go ahead with a real bomb of the first World Trade Center attack. And it was the same story where,

build a fake bomb, build a real truck bomb, Okay, let him deliver it. And then he understood he was being set up, so he recorded them. And, of course, they even came after him. Was that a Maud Salam going from memory? But it's just the same thing. Wow. So they were trying to set you up.

Well, may I add something to that, too? Because you've just hit on something that I think is very important, something that everybody should know. The FBI doesn't get promoted by not arresting you. Right? The FBI doesn't get promoted by not charging you with a crime. This is how they get ahead in their careers by ruining your life. After my own arrest and incarceration, I learned of a case in Cleveland, Ohio, that became known as the Route 82 Bridge case. And what it was, essentially, was three morons who were sitting in a bar one night drinking beer.

They had had a lot to drink. and this fourth guy who they vaguely knew came in and said, oh, you know what would be really cool? We could stick it to the man. We should blow up the Route 82 bridge. And they said, yeah, yeah, that would be so much fun. That would be cool because they had been drinking. Well, it turns out that man number four was an FBI informant.

And he went back to the FBI and he said, I've recruited these three guys. They're willing to blow up the Route 82 bridge. It's going to be a terrorist attack. So the FBI provided inert materials. They provided dummy dynamite and blasting caps and all that stuff. And so these guys went out to the bridge and they did the plunger down and nothing happened. And the FBI comes out of the bushes and arrests everybody.

Okay. The FBI set up that operation. These idiots were just drinking in a bar. They didn't have any intention of blowing up the route to Bridge until an FBI informant told them that's what they should do. but they got 20, 25, and 30 years in federal prisons for that operation. And it was completely fake. And then you see Jan 6, the same story, over and over and over again. You see the fake Whitmer kidnapping plot in Michigan.

I mean, without going into the stories, I had the first five, six, seven years I was on air. I had people try this on me. And some of the stories are just so insane. And it's just so widespread. I meant to play the Tucker Carlson clip. Let's play clip two, where you talk about the CIA and the deep state have committed unthinkable crimes in the name of national security.

Here it is. I'm not sure that we can trust our government. Everything that the CIA has told us since 2001, has been a lie. And it doesn't matter who's in the White House. In August 2015, the White House killed 424 people. These are people who've never been charged with a crime. They've never faced their accusers in court. They've never had their day to explain themselves. We're just supposed to take the CIA's word for it that these are bad people. One of my attorneys is representing a drone whistleblower right now. And he told me recently that he was operating his drone from

a basin, I think it was Nevada or New Mexico. He's connected by radio, and the guy in CENTCOM says, you see the target? Launch. And the guy said, I can't launch. There's a child next to him. And the guy at CENTCOM said, it's not a child, it's a goat. And he said, man, I'm looking at it.

It's a child. And he told him, launch. But the guy said, I couldn't launch that thing. And he didn't. Well, now he's facing. court-martial, and possibly other charges, including a dishonorable discharge, for refusing to kill a child. I mean, is this really where we want our country to be? Have we so turned our backs on civil liberties since September 11th in the name of national security? It was a child where Americans were better than that. And it's not too late to turn this thing around.

Ed Snowden opened so many doors for people around the world to discuss these issues. That courage is just so rare and so special. He risked everything. And because he did it in such a public fashion, the big guns were pulled out against him. And I told him, don't come home. I said, you won't get a fair trial in the Eastern District. of Virginia. Your jury will be made up of people from the CIA, FBI, DOD, Homeland Security, and every intelligence and defense contractor in Washington. I said, don't come home,

not until the American people come to their senses and realize what a national service you've provided. And that's from a film, and there's also a similar clip from Tucker, but, and this is just some of the stuff we know about, there's so much intimidation, there's things even, you know, far worse, far more insane. I mean, they admit the 50s, 70s, 70s, 80s, they had CIA mind control programs with over 10,000 foster children, literally creating sex slaves, you name it. That's been, you know, Discovery Channel decades ago. I mean, this is a labyrinth under the National Security Act where psychopaths and control freaks and sadists can operate in free reign. How bad, do you have any idea how bad it really is?

No, I don't think that anybody has a real idea of how bad it is because the former CI director, Richard Helms, ordered that all those documents related to the operations that you just mentioned be destroyed in violation of the Federal Records Act, which would be a felony, but they were destroyed. And Alex, you raise another important issue here. I give a lot of speeches at colleges and universities, and I always use this same. same example. Now, this is hypothetical, okay? I want to be clear. This is hypothetical, but it's a real life hypothetical situation. Let's say that you are a CIA case officer, an operations officer, and you've recruited a guy who's a penetration of a terrorist group, bona fide terrorist group, al-Qaeda, ISIS, you know, whatever, Hezbollah, makes no difference. You meet with him every month in a hotel somewhere in the Middle East. And this guy has a

has given you actionable intelligence that you have used to disrupt attacks and save American lives. So you fly out to the Middle East for a regular meeting and he says to you, I've been good to you and I've given you everything that you've wanted. So now tonight you're going to do something for me. I'm not going to give you anything else until you go out and get me a prostitute. So I always ask the audience, how many would give him the prostitute? Raise your hands. And it's usually about 80% that put their hands in the air. And I say, yeah, it's kind of a dirty business.

It's a dirty job, but this is the job that we've chosen. So the answer is yes, you would get him the prostitute. But what happens if he asks for a child prostitute? And everybody gets very nervous and they look around and about 10% will very gingerly put their hands up. And I say absolutely not, not under any circumstances. But here's the problem. There's no rule at the CIA. They're not going to give you a class, a course in ethics,

so that you can say, oh, well, now wait a minute now, they told us in our ethics class this is wrong to target in, you know, sex traffic children. There's no rule. And so there's nobody at headquarters that's going to, to tell you, no, you cannot traffic a child. Well, John Kariyaku, you say this is hypothetical, because I know you don't want to violate national security, but it's come out that the CIA in Afghanistan, particularly, where you

were the head CIA guy in Carterism, would like to put in local leaders and mayors who were known pedophiles, because they would do whatever they were told, didn't have to pay them a lot just for children, and that that's actually been a regime. And so you're really letting the cat out of the back here. Yeah, you know, what you're talking about in Africa. Afghanistan was a very big problem that the CIA tried to explain away by saying, well, it's not that they're real pedophiles. This is a cultural thing that's specific to Afghan Sunni Muslim Afghan men. And then you have to say, no, they're pedophiles.

Let's just call a spade a spade. Yeah, they'd be like saying headhunters like to grab people on South Pacific. fishing trips and kill them and shrink their heads. So it's okay if they do it because it's their culture. Right. It's cultural. It's cultural. So we're going to cut them some slack. No. No. We're talking about children here. Children. Somebody's got to say no. And then that got expanded to the giant Pakistan grooming rape gangs in the UK. The government actually said, well,

it's their culture. Right. Yeah. You know, Alex, when I was in prison, one of my cellmates was Afghan who was in for raping his 14-year-old niece. And I said to him, buddy, you're going to have a big problem here because that crime is not cool. And he said, well, I forgive her. And I said, excuse me? He said, yeah, I forgive her.

I said, for what? And he said, for reporting me? After all, it's just a part of our culture. I said, don't ever speak to me again. Understand? Don't ever speak to me again. And that's how I left it. Wow.

There's so many angles, so many places to go. We've got to get you back on again soon. But just looking at the Trump administration, all the things, the escalation with Israel and Iran, with Zelensky, and Ukraine, just your 35,000-foot view on where the world is, geopolitically right now. How would you describe this time? I would call it the beginnings of a new world war, but just most people don't know it. Yeah. I think that if you're looking at this with clear eyes, I think that's probably what it is. I will say that there are a couple of things that give me hope. Number one is that Donald Trump has been able to walk this very thin line successfully where he is pro-Israel, but not pro-netonjahu.

And that's something that American presidents haven't been able to do in 20 years. So the reason I say that is because in all the years that I was in government, whether it was the CIA or the State Department or the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, literally every single time Benjamin Netanyahu came to the United States, the first thing out of his mouth was, please bomb Iran for us. And every single president would say, no, there's no reason to bomb Iran. Donald Trump has been able to push him aside without alienating pro-Israel voters or Israelis themselves. And I think that's quite a legalitimizing and empowering Hezbo and Hamas. Exactly right. This is a real tightrope he's walking. And I have to say, very impressed, I've not seen any other president do it.

No, I totally agree. And what do you think the larger political aim is of the global? left, literally greenlighting Islam and acting like it can do no harm. But obviously, in my view, it is the most dangerous, cancerous expansionist thing on the planet right now other than communist China. Yeah, I have to agree. I wrote an article just a day before yesterday about why I'm not a Democrat. You know, I was raised as a Democrat in a Democratic family, never really thought about

it, just sort of accepted everything. And now how this sea change has taken place is a mystery to me, where it's the Democratic Party that is the pro-war party. It's the Democratic Party that is the pro-CIA party. It's the Democrats that are the pro-expansionist and interventionist party. How did that happen? It was Democrats marching in the streets in the 60s and 70s to get us out of Vietnam. Now the Democrats want to jump into every war around the world with both feet. And that's un-American. look at the situation right now between Russia and Ukraine.

Why does that have to be our conflict? And listen, if we're going to be anti-war, then we should be anti-war. But at the same time, this thing didn't start two years ago. This thing started every time the United States promised Russia that NATO would not expand to Russia's borders. and then lied about it with Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, all jumping in and joining NATO every single time we would like to the Russians. And everybody tries to make it, oh, you're endorsing everything Putin does. No.

I don't want to encircle China and start a war with them. I don't agree with Gigi Ping. We would never put up with what, 10% of what we've done to Russia, and now they're attacking the strategic bomber fleet and moving missiles up to their borders. We would never put up with that. In fact, we did not put up with that. Just look at the Cuban Missile Crisis. We almost went to worldwide nuclear war just because we would not put up with that kind of behavior from the Soviets.

So why should the Russians put up with that kind of behavior from the West today? It doesn't make any sense. And that was missiles 90 miles off that were tinker toys compared to what, I mean, they're moving in those, as you know, hypersonic missiles right on their border. And Putin said, look, you can fire some because we see a big launch. We think it's a sneak attack. We take it as a nuclear attack, which is true because those missiles are designed to carry nukes. I mean, and NATO, everything they're doing is trying to poke them into it. Then I see some of these Pentagon people and others and Sean Penn going, I hear nuclear war survival.

Let's have one. I mean, this is Meglamania turned up to 11. You know, that's what Pat Buchanan used to say in the 80s, that nuclear war was winnable. And that we just stay in our caves or our underground bunkers for a couple of weeks. we come out and shower the nuclear waste off of ourselves and then just pick up the pieces. Oh, that's a dystopian fantasy. And I like having a lot of things. You can't do five more minutes with us for people that don't know.

There's 400 plus big nuclear reactors. There's thousands of little ones, a whole bunch of secret ones. In all the war games, just the ones in Europe, Russia, and here, you're talking about hundreds of Chernobyl's and Fukushima's in a nuclear war. They're all going to melt down. Society's going to break down. and when the civilization this complex gets built up to like this, even in a limited nuclear war, will probably create a new dark age,

not to mention a nuclear winner, and massive crop failures in billions dead. So, yeah, these people saying it's winnable are insane. Yes. Yes, you've hit it right on the head. It's not winnable. And even if it were winnable, what would a win look like? John, I'm going to come back and talk a little bit about your book, specifically.

And then you tell me, when you can come back on on specific topics, or when something's breaking, you want to respond to it because your analysis is dead on, and it makes the hair in the back of that crawl that they put this guy in prison, and they're trying to put me in present. I'm not whining as a victim. It makes me viscerally get pissed.

But separately, I was just thinking about this, about accountability. Nobody in the corrupt FBI bureaucracy, DOJ bureaucracy, CIA, any of them ever get in trouble.

It's the only people that expose evil that do. The level of unaccountability and arrogance and danger that creates, and just imagine what we don't know about going on. But you can finally see a lot of the arrogance. Some of these CIA guys like mud would go on TV and say, we're going to kill Trump. You know, they're not doing that so much now. You saw what Comey did, you know, 86, 47.

But just from their body language and behavior, do you see the John Brennan's as arrogant as they used to be? Or are they just as bad as ever? Oh, I think they're just as bad as ever. The president has revoked their security clearances, which is great. He has banned them from federal buildings, which is also great. But I would go so far as to say that a lot of these guys have committed actual crimes.

Come on, 86-47, to me, that's a threat. That's a crime. And so I think we need to see some prosecutions here. Well, especially like Trump said, the background of Comey running with deep state persecutions and fake operations and trying to put everybody in prison like Flynn, then this isn't the janitor saying, you know, hey, kill Trump. That's right. This was a contract being put out.

That's how I saw it. That's how I saw it. Yeah. And look at Robert Mueller, too. You know, we can't forget about Robert Mueller, but he's the one that pushed through the eight espionage act prosecutions that we saw during the Obama administration. What about Mueller? You know, he's treated as some kind of senior thinker in government. And I would say the man's a criminal.

it's how people's brains run through things. I'm like, no. It becomes out, Trump's involved, I'll expose it, and call for his removal. But I go, but then the other brain is going, it'll be deep fakes. It's fake information. Elon was given. And I'm just like, so I went out and, like, sat on the bench.

And about five minutes later, somebody, one of my folks was already going to go, you need get back in there, you get back in there. And I'm just like, and folks, I've been on there 31 years. And I've got news of family dying or hard. attacks or, you know, kids falls out of a tree. I've got a lot of bad news like anybody's been around has. I don't normally crack up, and I wasn't visibly cracking up, but, I mean, I went back in the courtroom, and I'm having a panic attack for the last hour of it, reading the news.

And you're asking why. We got a, I mean, we know the Democrats are devil-worshipping pedophiles, part of an international crime syndicate, a death call. with the evil CIA and MI6 and Cura Starmor and just the worst stuff you can imagine. And so my brain is like Robbie the Robot when he gets conflicting stuff he can't compute. I know Trump's way better than them, even if this was true, which I'm not getting people for that to come out because I don't believe it is. I'm just telling you a little sniblet of how my brain, the top of my head blew off

when I was sitting there listening to the judge, people talk, and my phone's going to bez, and I'm just ignoring it. And I look, and there's like 50 messages from everybody with Elon must tweet, and I know you probably felt the same right now, or then. What I meant to say is even remembering it yesterday,

I feel completely ill now. And you know, I noticed the left when I halfway told that story yesterday while driving back doing a lot of feet about how they made me sick and was upsetting. They're like, oh, look, they're upset. They're tearing each other's apart. Just this being a possibility or that Elon might have gone crazy or crazier. You know, it's good to be somewhat crazy in a world of, you know, mindless idiots that are actually crazy. That's all the left. Oh, look, Jones is cracking up.

Jones is upset. Yeah, it's not a weakness that I have emotions and a soul. I mean, we're doing real good here with Maha and the border and stopping the human trafficking. And, I mean, this is good work. I feel good. And I just realize not everybody's got a conscience or I guess a soul. But if you're not physically ill over this, there's something wrong with you. And I saw so many populace and so-called patriots like, get the popcorn out.

and you know i'm with trump or i'm with elin alice pick aside and i'm like i don't even know what the truth is here i got to process this so just during the break i was going back to yesterday to to talk about some angles this haven't hit and it just literally made me sick again and the it's not as bad as it was but it's about a third of it i'm it's literally a flashback of a trauma oh god uh oh you know i don't have many

anxiety attacks. First time I had when I was about 15, I told my mom about it. I was just sitting there in the library studying and all of a sudden couldn't breathe. And my mom goes, that's a panic attack, son. Would you drink too much caffeine? I'm like, yeah, I did drink a bunch of coffee that morning. I had a Coke. She was, yeah, I had too much caffeine.

Probably had like 20 pan attacks in my life, but most of them in the last couple years. And the first thing I only do is take my shirt off. That always makes it go away. but the point is we're really trying to save civilization you and I all of this and we've been persecuted and we've invested a lot in this and you start to win and they start to get good

and then something happens like this and then you start seeing all responses trying to gauge what's going on and looking for ideas and angles to brainstorm and you see people most people are either aha I love it I want Trump to go down or I love it.

I love seeing a fighter. I hate Elon. I love Trump being tribal. And just trying to score points of what will get a headline. I don't do that. I mean, obviously, I come out with headlines all day long. And they're easy. And, you know, say things.

And I'm not putting Banda down. I really like Bannon. But the next time I want to show I'm bringing up to him. We need to deport Elon and seize his company for this. I know he's super loyal to Trump. and all the rest of it. But he's a U.S. citizen. You can't deport him.

You can't seize his company. Come on, that's what we're fighting with the Democrats have been doing. So, and I get it. It's a cheap trick. But you know Elon's got serious Asperger's, high functioning, 180 IQ, so he can intellectually, you know, come off and everything and has feelings,

but his main consciousness is just absolutely obsessed with task and science. And it's his life. life. It's like those spaceships are his children, his obsessions. And anything he likes, he's obsessed with, women, having children, innovating, dominating, science, stabilizing his base. He goes, the best place in the world is the West and the U.S. is stabilizing the West. I must save the West to complete interplanetary operation, my main mission. And he's telling you, all right?

And look, he's looked very distressed the last month. A lot of stress. So we don't need to go, oh, look, a rich guy is falling apart. Let's piss on him. And let's go be mean to him. I'd already figured Elon out like five years ago. And they, like, took his son away and the COVID stuff and all that. I said, Elon's going to be on our team about really quick.

Then I had dinner with Joe Rogan about four years ago. And he just had dinner with Elon. And he said, oh, Elon's completely pissed. Elon's totally on board. He knows all this stuff. He's true, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, and just wait until you see what he does. And Joe said, I'm going hard to Corey. Everything you said is right, Alex.

And I'm totally behind you. And it's just incredible how you had the whole blueprint. You know, Elon knows that. We all appreciate it. We're trying to figure out of blah, blah, blah, and I'll just leave it at that and more happening to that. But I never really told you to most of that story. And you saw, you know, Joe Roghing last week with Aaron Rogers going, Alex Jones is right about everything.

That's why they're after him. So, you know, you see what I told you about happening? before out in the open now. And I'm not telling you that to toot my horn. I know what's going on. And you attack somebody like me, and I can't help it but fight back against you. But with somebody like Elon,

it becomes a total driving operation. So I can part-mentalize. I don't fight the globalists because they're trying to shut me down. I fight them because they're trying to blow the whole planet up. And for Elon, that's his main drive as well. but then you mess with him. And if Trump keeps doing it, and people around Trump,

does they're jealous of Elon, not Trump, believe me, he's not jealous anybody. You got the same stuff going on over there. I'll say it. Trump is autistic. And not in a bad way. I mean, we all, they call that spectrum of people that have different gifts

because it's usually associated with gifts. I mean, most of your top mathematicians have Asperger's. Most of your top computer programmers and physicists. So Elon's a special person. And so's Trump. And Trump's got all the social stuff down.

But if you don't think he has what they call Asperger's, you're stupid. So that's what's happening here. And people ought to really respect Elon Musk. And I mean respect him like he's dangerous. He's a weapon. And you only break the glass when you're in danger.

Well, we broke the glass. But when you've got a super nerd genius going around, I mean, that's Frankenstein, folks. So, and that's Frankenstein. Trump right there. These are our frankestines. And they're good frankenstines. But when you get two of them fighting, I mean, Dr. Frankenstines, you've got a serious, serious problem. All right, my anxiety at my.

many anxiety attack is over. But just in my mind, when I pull up the permutations, I'm explaining this again to everybody doesn't get it. It took, Roger's really smart, but it took four times to get him to go today. He's like, so are you for Trump or are you for Elon? And I said, Roger, I just said it three times.

I'll say it again. If they can bring down Elon, that will intimidate everybody else around Trump, and Trump will have his legs cut off from under him. And as great as Trump is, I know Trump watches, and he likes to, to hear he can do it all by himself till recently, now he's got religion

and he's more powerful because of it. Now understands he needs God and who God gives him to help him. And Roder goes, oh, no, that makes sense. Yes, you're right. Yes, yes. And I guess I'm a terrible communicator because Rogers is sharp as attacked.

And then I have to remember this goes over some people's heads. Like with the Palantir deal? Yeah, I get it. It's a stunt to say, to poor Elon. Okay, it's funny. Ha-ha.

It has ramifications. Oh, 51st state Canada. Ha-ha. You know, they live off us. We're going to take them over. You just got the new old order reelected. That's a mistake Trump made. But he likes jokes. He keeps going with it. And he actually thought, oh, later, oh, yeah, that's a bad idea. So he's sort of being nicer to Canada.

So Trump's super smart if you can get him to look into the pieces. But he also goes off knee-jerk a lot. and that scares the globalist because they get controlling, but his attribute is also his weakness. And it's the same thing with Palantir. I'm like, listen, this Palantir hysteria is over the fact that Trump's trying to bring them in to take over the technocracy of the shadow government.

And people go, oh my God, you're for Palantir, you're apologizing for it when I said in the same statement. It's just a competing group coming in for control of the technocracy. It's all bad. And then they even play the clip at different shows. It's hilarious, the mental illness. Or they're trying to deceive their audience. And they go, and I'm only talking about this.

It's fascinating how people deceive. Or maybe I'm just, maybe I project intelligence on people. Maybe it's just they're not sophisticated. If you know what I'm saying. If you make the story about Palantir and a control grid, instead of what it is, another control grid coming in to try to take control the main control grid. And then, well, you better educate Trump about that. and then have a larger debate about, okay, we don't have Palantir come in and take it over.

So we leave Google and Microsoft and Amazon in control of it. Oh, God, you just said Palantir needs to be control of it. No, I'm being logical. What do you do? Because you're not for Palantir. Okay, I understand. I agree with you. So what about the existing grid that Trump wants Pallinger to come in and get control of and give him an analysis?

Trump's trying to take over the grid. Will he dismantle it? Will he reform it? They do some good things, some bad things. They got this stupid Real ID Act that's key to all this. No, I'm trying to even think about how policy makers do. Because if we're going to actually change the world, we can't fight issues one-dimensionally. You don't think I could, I've been already talking about Palantir for decades.

We need to up the intelligence, not dumb it down. So everything I stand for is completely out in the open.

People go, oh, yeah, really? They go, how did you know that? And they're like, what the? I'm like, but if I try to do math, I have the math skills of a fourth grader. I don't want it to be true. I don't know what it exactly signifies, but it don't smell good. smells like a bunch of bullshit. Crooks acted alone. Epstein killed himself.

The tooth fairy is real. So as I told you, I didn't tell you, I told you it was coming. He was on Rogan yesterday, there today. And there's a couple of these clips that are pretty newsworthy. The first one is

while they're on air, the news breaks, or while they're taping, their chapter name while I'm in federal court at 1.30, they're taping Joe's podcast. And the producer, Jamie, goes, hey, look at this. Have you heard this? And then Koch seemed to kind of know from his way he behaves that he heard this was coming. He's like, I'm not getting in the middle of this, which is a wise move. But then they get into a bunch of Epstein stuff, and I'm going to comment on that. So play these clips.

back to back. First, the Epstein, the shorter clip on Elon and then into cash on a larger Epstein controversy here it is. Since we were talking about fake news, this is going to come up because it's been going on since we've been recording here. Elon and Trump seemed to be in a little bit of a spat, Joe.

You want to check the tweet that Elon just put out a little bit ago? Time to drop the really big bomb. Donald Trump is in the Epstein files. That's the real reason. and they have not been made public. Have a nice day. Jesus Christ. I'm not participating in any of that conversation.

taped air live. That's unscripted. I know the inside baseball. Leave it there. And so Joe didn't follow up, though, because I've seen the full clip. Wait a minute. I'm not saying you're getting into the middle of it between Musk and the president. I'm asking you, have you seen anything in the falls about Trump, which is why people say they're slow rolling in it, which is what Elon's saying?

and no, I can guarantee you the Justice Department's not giving Elon access to that. Though there's a lot of FBI people that have been given access to it. Maybe they did. Maybe he has. Or maybe somebody gave him something fake. My God, I'm seeing deep fakes to myself now where I can't even tell it's deep fake. And I had my lawyers call him to say, did you really say this? And I'm like, no.

And then you can't tell it's not me, but I go, you notice this and that. You notice the sets a little different. That's that's AI. You notice the voice is a little off, but if I didn't know me, I couldn't tell. And it's going to get indistinguishable soon. So, I mean, pull up the goblin clip we played yesterday. These are so good. Where I'm going to be made the head of the new anti-goblin commission.

A joke I made a decade, 10 years ago, and it's part of the Internet lore. But no, it's not Trump talking about a goblin commission. No, I'm not saying I'm on the Goblin Commission. And that's why you're going to do a deep fake. Make it ridiculous so people know, oh, this is not real. But still, you look at it, only a very trained eye at this point, and this is private citizens doing this, can tell this is fake. Did you find the Goblin clip?

Where's the videotape of an Epstein Island of X, Y, and Z committing these frauds? Why haven't you given it to us? Do you really think I wouldn't give that to you if it existed?

I go, did they raid the FBI offices that were suppressing it with the Democrats in New York? Like they said they would, yes. Did they send out the field offices? Yes. So I'm seeing the right moves there. But then I hear from the inside sources, well, most people aren't volunteering to get the file. and we hit the fact that the average of the FBI doesn't want to take Bill Gates on or, you know, King Charles.

And I get it. I mean, I'm not saying it's okay what they're doing, but not everybody's made of what some of us are. And I tell those men and women, you're in the wrong business. But at the same time, I don't want to go watch the children getting raped. So if I can just, honestly, it's a paradoxical. You have to actually understand it all. I'm not even defending it all. I just cannot lie to you and say that that would be easy to do.

All right, let's go back to him. If it existed, I'm working my ass off along with the leadership at the Bureau and DOJ to get you what we're allowed to give you. I'm just saying his body language and what he's saying, it looks like he's buying into it. And then I was about the general Epstein file of the raping and the torture and all that stuff. Right. So I was a public defender back in the day. I used to spend a lot of time in jails and a lot of time in segregated housing units, shoes, as we call them, right? And so, and I've known people that have committed suicide in these cells. And I know how you get in, how you get out, who works the system. And so the way, based on public information at the time, that he ended up put the pictures and him hanging himself, I was like, man, that guy killed himself. There's just no way that you could have run an up

and had people go into that cell and not have any video of it and not have any people come out and say, hey, yeah, I saw that guy, he shouldn't have been there, the guard or this guy. There's just no access points into places like this in the detention center. It was in which I've been in. So correct me if I'm wrong,

but what I was told, what I'd read, was that the guards were not paying attention or were sleeping. Well, right? Yeah, and in short order, you'll see it. Is that correct? Well, it's hard to surmise that from a video, right? Right. Where they like, you know, and look, do guards doze off on the night shift?

Yeah. But no one can get in to the cell. And if they had gotten in to the cell, you would see it. But we were told that the cameras were down. Well, I don't know who said that. But that was in the news. We're giving you all the footage we have. So why wasn't that released like immediately?

Why did this speculation escalate? I think you'd have to ask whoever the Attorney General back then was Bill Barr. Did you ever see, do you remember that HBO autopsy show, Dr. Michael Badden, he's a famous forensic. I don't think I was a scientist. So he's a pathologist, and he reviewed the case, and it was his determination that it was a homicide because of the way his neck was broken. And what he said was it was indicative of a ligature strangulation. And it was because of the positioning on the neck where the marks were, that it wasn't indicative of someone hanging by their weight,

which had been higher on the chin. And there's a specific break of the bones and the vertebrae that's consistent with someone who is just strangled to death. I haven't seen it. I'll definitely take a look at it because that's part of my job. You haven't seen that? The report on that? No, I haven't looked at that.

Did you see any... Stop right here. I mean, and Joe just continues to unpack it. We put this in post. We re-upload this to X. We'll put the whole thing in. But that's why everybody got mad. And it goes on on.

That's the former head, New York coroner pathologist. He's one of the top guys in the world. And he went and examined the body. And it was all crushed in and broken three spots right on the line of the garat, of the strangulation tool. It was a professional. Like you see in the movies where the military comes up, he goes, me. or the mafia,

type in strangulation, the godfather, the original. He goes, hello, Carlo, we'll take you to the airport. And he gets behind him and the old fat mobster grabs him and chokes him and his feet kick out the window. I mean, you don't even need a pathologist. I look at the photos. You don't strangle yourself with paper, bed sheets, even regular sheets.

That would just pass you out. you hang yourself and you die like that. If you did it yourself, you pass out and hang in it, but it puts moderate pressure and closes the carotids. When you got a big red cut lying around somebody's neck and broken bones are yeah, yeah, somebody's killing you really quick to make sure you don't struggle free. A professional killed him. And Kosh Patel, no, I've not seen that.

And his body language looks like he hadn't. Oh, but you've seen the files. So, I don't know what to say. I mean, I get they got a lot of work and a lot of stuff going on. And I guess we're so into this. We all think everybody knows what we know. But Joe went on and on with the points. It's been at the places that sold it under court order for over a year. Chris Murray won't pick the money up because he doesn't want the case to end

because he continues to get money. He's got over $2 million, him and his little cohorts. And the Sandy Hook people, the Democrats, they don't want money. They didn't sell it for $75 million. This equipment's not worth half million dollars. It's used. I mean, average, like eight, nine years old. They want it shut down.

They've said that. You've seen them. everywhere. But they get up with the judge say, we don't want it shut down. We want the money. He's like, well, settle. No, we refuse to have anybody buy it. We want it close. And we need the judge to hold the auction himself, because Chris Murray

has said he will not execute it. Or the judge needs to fire him. He already fired one U.S. trustee. That's unheard of to fire one, much less two. So, but after all this happens, even if they're able to shut out of his force, they'll be on the news. He won't give us money. He won't give us money. I don't have any money.

They say they don't want money, but then they're in the news saying, we'll finally get our money by closing Info Wars. And then as soon as they do that, if they're successful, they'll run around saying, he won't give us his money. He's running a new operation. And it won't matter that that operation, it's my crew hired by other people, and I'm just an employee. They'll say that whole thing's mine, which they're already saying, and they're going to attack.

These groups are like, good, bring it, bitches. Because it ain't just bigly. And it ain't just Charlie Sissack's company. No, I'm just going to leave a lot of surprises for people. How we're going 24 hours a day and who the other people are.
