but the Chinese in Switzerland told the Treasury Secretary, He's on record now. We have the clip coming up. They said, listen, we already did the deal and you didn't enforce it. So now there's this 90 days to implement all the finer pieces of it, but it will go through because China is on the verge of total collapse. You are not going to see the corporate media to tell you that. You would think Trump is the biggest moron on earth.

It'd be like Tom Brady winning his last Super Bowl. And the pundits, you know, the commentators say, man, he's a terrible football player. Yeah, there's the guardian. Trump might claim China tariff victory, but this is a capitulation day. Ah, the opposite of Independence Day. So China has agreed to get rid of all of its non-monetary tariffs, all the little hidden ones. And this is a huge victory. And I explained Trump's policies.

You bet your boots and your ass and the back 40 and everything you got that it's not going to be easy as the Satanist thought to take down human civilization and prosperity. Now, they've killed a lot of people and maimed a lot of people and poisoned a lot of people and we're in a lot of trouble. but at least we're waking up and standing up, and the minute that starts happening, we start winning. So I'm going to say it again. My goal is to identify and expose the illegitimate, unelected, globalist,

New World Order, Black Rock, Bilderberg, Rothschild, Rockefeller, UN, WF, Crime Syndicate, and point out their arrogance and their corruption. And then to mobilize, not just popular, populist here, but mobilized populist pro-human, team humanity individuals around the world. And right now the EU is all over the place. We've got to arrest anybody that criticizes us. We've got to censor everything.

And I am anti-illigitimate government and will fight it with every ounce of energy and every drop of blood, sweat and tears, clawing with my fingernails to the last breath in my lungs and the last beat of my heart against them. So we are having massive victory in the global awakening. We are having massive victory politically, culturally, economically, spiritually for our nation, again to be the example of freedom

through being an example by being a model for others to adopt and maybe even in cases make better. But not through force. Real leadership, the essence of leadership is showing people people how it's done so that they understand it's the right way and getting them to adopt it. And being a leader means you go against the tide when the tide is wrong. You go against the crowd when the crowd is wrong. You go against the establishment when the establishment is degenerate and sick. And then by example and by competence and by will and by strength, then the timid join you. was involved with the bushes and the neocons carrying out the attack. Because I might just to talk to some people. I mean, you think I was going to go on air a month ago and say that? If it wasn't true? Who do you think watches this show?

The level of the awakening is getting stronger. So let's get into the big developments. You know on average the people of the United States pay triple what anybody else pays on average for drugs. Roughly double what people pay in Europe for the very same companies. And that's because everything's been set up to screw the American consumer. He just cut with an executive order.

take a few months to phase in the cost of prescription drugs. They've already gone with other orders, told the insurance companies that are in bed, basically co-owned with the big pharma, hey, you're going to stop blocking all these thousands of drugs that are on record that are cheap and work great. He's doing all the right moves there, but that pales insignificance to the trade issue,

but it's all part of the same thing. Having a leader, a populace, that's taking the boot off the people's neck, And it will definitely save millions of lives. But the bigger issue is China. China was set up by the globalist. The CIA in 47, they did decades of culling and mass murder and reorganization. And then the deals were made in the 70s by the 80s, something bad Reagan did, sign those deals to let things start to be transferred overseas.

Then the globalist set up regulations with China where nobody could compete with them. gave most favorite trading status in the WTO, had a national sovereignty and trade policy signed over to them, all the national security implications, and even the Democrats, by the 2000s, early 2000s figured this out and passed tariffs and regulations that never got implemented. And then Trump finally got some put in,

but China kept cheating with non-monetary tariffs. Of course, they're completely monetary, but that's what they're called. They're hidden. VAT taxes, you know, all these other regulations, carbon taxes. They have in other countries. There's dozens of them. And then the Democrats continued Trump's policy, but didn't enforce any of it. And that's now come out of the talks in Switzerland over the weekend.

The Treasury Secretary has come out and talked about that. But instead, even Fox News is running the headlines. Oh, Trump back. off, oh, Trump, you know, Trump blink. This is exactly what Trump asked for day one and said, you better not retaliate to us retaliating to you. And they did. So he actually implemented massive retaliatory tariffs

to punish them and to force them to the table, which has now happened. And that was always the plan. He said that. We said that. But they think the public's stupid. But you're not stupid. Breaking, U.S. and China agree to cut tariffs for 90 days while they negotiate and get the finer points done. Major breakthrough.

Here are the details of the China trade deal. And when you look at it, the tariffs President Trump announced against China on April 2nd are being cut by 24 percentage points for this temporary period while retaining the remaining ad valorem rate of 10% from that announcement, according to a joint statement. China agreed to the same stipulations, adding that will adopt all necessary administrative measures to suspend or remove the non-tariff countermeasures taken against the United States. Since April 2nd, the announcement stated, under the deal, reciprocal trade for both countries would be reduced by 150%. The U.S. will temporary lower its tariffs on Chinese goods from 145 to 30, and China will reduce its levels on American products from 125 to 10. Now, 145 to 30 to 125 to 10. Who's got a higher tariff? We do.

Is 30 bigger than 10? Who just won that? Okay, but football team wins by 30 to 10. Who won? So we're lowering to 30. They're lowering to 10. Who won that interaction? Hmm.

I don't know. I'm a liberal. I think two men can have a baby. I don't know. I guess 10 is a higher tariff than 30. China wins. It's true. CNN and Fox News are right.

God, Trump really screwed up. We've got a 30% tariff on them. They've got a 10% on us. That is just, that is, phew. My goodness. Everybody knows that 10 is bigger than 30. Look at this. Why did China ignore previous trade obligations?

Bacin reveals what the Chinese delegation told him. They go on to say, that whereas they'd actually follow the tariff deal with Trump and the Democrats continued it, the Democrats said, just don't worry about it, and Biden said, I'm not going to enforce it. Of course, Biden didn't really run anything. The auto pit and the Chinese communist

paid off people in the administration did. So Fox's Charles Gasparino, Trump backed off on China tariffs. The first tariff he put on them was 10%. Then they didn't go, Then it was 30. Then it went up to 80. Then 100.

We're at 30. They're at 10. We're winning. And we've crushed them. They're falling apart. They have to now follow through on all this. Or Trump will just bring it back. And then he'll be like, oh, my God.

He whipsawed again. He put them because if they don't do it, just like when your kid keeps cheating on their homework or, you know, stealing money out of Moss purse or the liquor cabinet, you got to go back and beat their ass. So that's how you do it. And that's why we're getting results. And Trump's explained all this.

Stock soar as Trump blows up his trademark tariff policy, the Daily Beast. Blows it up? He came out and put a tariff on China when he announced Victory Day from 10 to 30. And he said, I would advise you not to retaliate. And they did. So now China's agreed to what he said on Victory Day. That's what you get with Trump. He says, this is the deal.

It's really good for you. You've been screwing us. We can do it a lot worse to actually make it fair, but let's just see you be fair on this. Okay, you're not. Screw you. And now, here we are, a month later, and they've capitulated. Politico, U.S. popularity collapses worldwide in wake of Trump's return. They say the Democrats want AOC for the White House.

He's like, well, you can't do that, but we'll do everything else you said. Whereas he had all that other rhetoric before that Trump's a tyrant, the Americans want to steal our country. Trump asked for way, way, way, way, way more than he knows he's going to get, show that when they do everything else he really wanted, well, they feel like they did okay. That is a basic tactic of negotiation. So we're going from not having any negotiation.

are being totally sold out by the globalist middlemen to the complete opposite, an incredible negotiate with an incredible economic team. And the Democrats now officially know they are no longer the party of the blue-collar workers, which they never really were. It's a total political realignment, record numbers of Hispanics, record numbers of blacks,

the most popular Republican president ever with, quote, minorities. This is a massive political realignment, an economic realignment. and it takes all the power away from the UN and the unelected WTO what Trump's done. We don't negotiate the WTO anymore. We do it nation by nation by nation. It's crazy. He's got all these hundreds of different ways he does stuff.

And then he goes in negotiations with countries and totally changes the deal. Yeah, because they offer something even better. Trump said a lot of these countries have given me great ideas. And so we're implementing this or that. And we're learning what works better. And we can leave these deals open and come back and change them. And then they know that if they do the deals with Trump, he will negotiate even more. Because he wants those countries to do well so that they will be a market for us.

He's a renaissance man. He's a populist. He's about rising tides, raising all ships, as JFK said. He's a hospitality person. He likes things to be wealthy and successful and vibrant and safe and not completely falling apart. We'll get to that coming up. Newark and the FAA and the just total disasters, which he warned and Musk warned is what's going on.

Boeing can't even build in a decade a new Air Force one. And so Trump gets given one and they go, oh, it's a bribe. No, it's a bribe if it's not declared. And you can say, oh, well, the point is that that, of course, Boeing can make a jumbo jet for somebody else. But when they know it's a government contract, just like these fighter jets, they keep milking it and scamming it. And what, they've already, they're going to be like $8 billion for it. And Trump negotiated it six, seven years ago, down to $1.4 billion. And they can't even deliver one.

And so a Gulf state says here, we're donating it to the U.S. government. That's how ridiculous this has gotten. And then they call that a bribe. It's like Elon Musk donating Starlink to the Air Force. traffic control systems when they go down or donating them during the fires and the palisades or donating them during the hurricane. Meanwhile, Trump's killed the electric car subsidy and killed the charging station subsidy, which has really hurt Tesla, but Elon's fine with that.

By the way, Tesla stocks up 7% today. So when you actually study these things piece by piece by piece, by piece, it's a load of crap. But the fact that we have to be donated to a similar plane because it's almost what 10 years we've been trying to get a new Air Force One? They're falling apart. Like everything else. Why does China look like the Jetsons live there?

Why do these Gulf states look like the year 2070 or something? Because they're actually investing in their infrastructure. We have been set up to be screwed by a bureaucracy that can't even deliver a new Air Force One. I've got the numbers here. just totally insane because it's not designed to be delivered. Like these fighter jets supposed to cost, you know, $100 million, they end up costing $2, $3 billion apiece. It's just, it's a joke by design. So here is President Trump on the major global reset, which it is with China, and then

go into the next clip, him on the EU, that the EU's next, that in many ways they're even nastier than China, which they are. I mean, they don't. just have all these hidden tariffs and non-monetary garbage. They've got all these free, anti-free speech regulations and carbon taxes and VAT and all of it to where we virtually sell no cars in Europe. I mean, when you're in Europe, if you see an American-made car, it's like seeing a unicorn or something. But there's stuff everywhere here.

Why is that? It's the same thing in many other parts of the world. You don't go to Canada and see any U.S. produce. You don't go to Canada, see any U.S. milk or chicken. because they don't let it in with 300% tariffs. Does that help Canadians? No, they pay on average triple what we do for that kind of stuff. Because it's a giant insider monopoly screw job.

Why do we pay triple on average what everybody else pays for drugs? Because it's been open season on the American people. Yeah, the EU's got bans on gasoline vehicles coming up. Notice California has the exact same. regulations because it's globalist and Trump's ending all that. People say, oh, we want to be protectionist. We don't want to be involved in people's politics. They're all involved in us.

If you want to be isolationist, you have to then go decouple from all this. If you don't want to be raped and you're being raped, you've got to get the person off of you. And from out of inside of you. So we're dealing with real neo-feudalistic tyranny. All right, here's the clubs. In addition, yesterday, we achieved a total reset with China after productive talks in Geneva. Both sides now agree to reduce the tariffs imposed after April 2nd to 10% for 90 days as negotiators continue in the larger structural issues. And I want to tell you that a couple of things.

First of all, that doesn't include the tariffs that are already on, that are already on, that are, tariffs, and it doesn't include tariffs on cars, steel, aluminum, things such as that, or tariffs that may be imposed on pharmaceuticals, because we want to bring the pharmaceutical businesses back to the United States,

and they're already starting to come back now based on tariffs. This means American patients were effectively subsidizing socialist health care systems in Germany in all parts of the European Union. They were the toughest of all.

They were nasty. And I see that. I see that with trade, too. European Union is, in many ways, nastier than China. Okay? And we've just started with them. Oh, they'll come down a lot. You watch.

We have all the cards. They treated us very unfairly. They sell us 13 million cars. We sell them none. They sell us their agricultural products. We sell them virtually. none. They don't take our products. That gives us all the cards and very unfair. So they're going to have to pay more for health care and we're going to have to pay less. That's all it is.

So there you go. Europe's next. Now, let's get into what he did with the executive order on prescription drugs that they've been talking about for decades. Why do we pay more? Why do we pay more? because we have a political establishment, both Republican and Democrat, that got together and screwed the people. And then the drugs we get and that they push are always the newest, dangerous ones that are the highest cost because they make the most money off of it and it fits their agenda to kill us, to depopulate us. So here's Trump signing that executive order. But starting today, the United States will no longer subsidize the health care of foreign countries.

which is what we were doing. We're subsidizing others' health care. The countries where they paid a small fraction of what, for the same drug, that what we pay many, many times more for, and we're no longer tolerate profiteering and price gouging from Big Pharma. But, again, it was really the countries that forced Big Pharma to do things that, frankly, I'm not sure they really felt comfortable doing. But they've gotten away with it, these countries.

European Union has been brutal, brutal. And the drug companies actually told me, sir, it was just brutal how they forced them. And European Union suing all our companies, Apple and Google meta, they're suing all of our companies. They end up, they have judges that are European Union-centric. And they get rewarded 15 billion, 17 billion, $20 billion, and they use that to run their operation.

It's not going to happen any longer, that I can tell you. I think you're going to see a tremendous cut. I don't think. I mean, I know you're going to see it in Medicaid and Medicare. That cut will be massive because drugs are 50, 60 percent of the cost. So Medicaid costs are going down and Medicare costs are going down because of what we're doing today. And there's no, it's not like, oh, gee, well, maybe it won't happen. It's going to happen because the other countries have not choice.

Now, the drug companies are going to have to say, listen, if you don't pay more, we're not going to give you the drug, and they're willing to do that. So that's it. They have to, we have to equalize. Mr. President, what is the price controls? Say it? How do you respond to that this is not price control?

No, no. What was price control is before. If you want to talk about, price control is what they were doing. They were making us pay. They set a price, and they said, here's what we're going to pay. and anything else charge America because at that time

had a very stupid president and it really went crazy during the last four years and remember this the Democrats are the ones that allowed this to happen. They were the ones that were the protector of this pricing system and I think it's going to be

very hard. You'll have to ask Democrats are they going to vote against the one great, big, beautiful deal that's being negotiated now tax cuts, et cetera, we're now on top of the tax cuts and regulation cuts, all the things. Now you're going to say that

the price of your medicine is going down by 60, 70, 80%. You're going to vote against it? I think a lot of Democrats are going to be forced to do something that their leaders are going to beg them not to do and let's vote for the bill. I don't see how they can vote against it. How can they vote against it

when drug prices, drugs and pharmaceuticals are going to be down 70, 80 percent? It's going to be very interesting. That's another big spin we're seeing out of the enemy the people corporate media that there's record low bills passing Congress.

That's because Trump won't sign him until he's read them or had his people read them. Wow, can you imagine that that the bills now are much shorter and much fewer are being passed and he wants it all planned out. Remember the Biden tape

right when Trump first got elected eight and a half years ago, just came out last year, and it's him talking to then the president of Ukraine. He's saying, don't ask him for more money and don't ask about or he's going to look at the files and see what we've been doing. We'll get you the money through the IMF and World Bank. Do not, do not ask him or bring anything up or he will ask for all the documents and he will get very sophisticated, very fast. For your own security and ours, do not ask him for anything. He stays up to two, three in the morning reading stuff, folks.

He'll randomly still does it sits there to the switchboard answering the phone. Just what do you think about what's going on? Yeah, you're talking to Trump. I mean, he's something else, man. That's what he did in the buildings he owned, the things he did. He just randomly go in the kitchen, randomly pull on the building, randomly ask him what they thought. That's what his dad did. That's what customer service is about.

And so, yeah, I'm gushing. I'm excited. It's amazing. Here's R.F.K. Jr., talking about this new executive order. I never thought that this would happen in my lifetime. I have a couple of kids who are Democrats, our big Bernie Sanders fans. And when I told them that this was going to happen, they had tears in their eyes. They admit the old one. There's two of them. It's falling apart. Air Force one. The main one in the backup. And so Qatar goes, okay, we'll donate this to the U.S. government. They're like, oh, my God, it's criminal. They're paying him off on. Trump administration poised to accept Pallas in the sky as a gift from Trump.

And then this is Trump's response. So the fact that the Defense Department is getting a gift free of charge of a 747 aircraft to replace the 40-year-old Air Force One temporarily is a very public and transparent transactions. So bothers the crooked Democrats that they insist we pay top dollar for the plane. Anybody can do that.

The Dems are world-class losers. Pam Bondi cooks up brazen scheme to give Trump a free plane. This is how pathetic it is. Boeing now plans to deliver new Air Force one jets in 2027 before Trump leaves office. They were supposed to have them before he got in eight years ago. They were charging $6, 7,000, $8 billion, so Trump negotiated it down to just one point. Go from memory here. 1.4 billion.

Yeah, 1.4 billion. So they can't do it. So, you know what? I just shut this down. Have the Defense Department pay for the damn thing. 400 million. It's just ridiculous. Laura Lumer slams Trump over a guitar jet calls it staying on the presidency.

I'm so disappointed. You know, I like Laura a lot, man, but she just doesn't sometimes get it. And it just goes on and on and on. So, meanwhile, emblematic of the fact that they can't deliver a jet for a decade, but they can deliver everybody else just not because again it's a government contract and they know they can just string it on forever.

However, we are learning more about Gates' deep ties to Jeffrey Epstein. and maybe that is why the depopulationist freak is having a panic attack. But just first in general, and then I want to look at the Democrats trying to turn the heat up with civil unrest, as I predicted, not hard to predict, into the summer. They're admitting they want that. You've got mayors and Congress people attacking people at ICE facilities, mayors getting arrested. Clearly, they've moved on for now from the cyber burnings, cyber truck burnings, attacking Tesla into other things.

But it's the stated plan of John Podesta and others to try to have a civil uprising, the summer, which to me sounds like criminally organizing something, but the Democratic Party, so I guess they're still able to do that, and we keep hearing. We're going to hear indictments for the ocean of things they've done, so we'll obviously talk about that as well.

Most people know who you are, but why don't you, for people that don't, because you'd be better talking about your own bio than I, to kind of encapsulate who you are than your 35,000 foot of you. Sure. So most basically, I'm a husband and a father. I'm an American citizen. Those are like the core pieces of who I am

as a person and that I think is the most important. And that was always important to me. But before that, I was an FBI agent. Before that, I worked in a hospital and I did some emergency medicine. And before that, I was in the Air Force. So I had a couple of, a whole lifetime of private sector jobs before working for the military and working for the government. And so that's the lens that I bring to all of this stuff when I start looking at it.

I look at, including when I was an FBI agent, I knew that I wouldn't be an FBI agent forever, Alex. I knew that I was going to be a private citizen again. It just turned out it was a little bit more rapidly than I had. thought. So when I look at this stuff as a former government employee, I look at it and think, you know, what the hell is our government doing for us? And are they working on our behalf, or are they working on their own behalf? Are they serving some other interests? So all of that is to say, when I look at what's going on with Trump right now, and I had kind of a retroflective moment

this morning on a Monday, woke up and I thought, based on the same sort of thing that I see in my background as an emergency medical technician, as a guy who was a paramedic and worked on an ambulance. The Trump administration right now is a, it's a tourniquet. It's direct pressure on a bleeding wound. But it is not the solution in and of itself yet. That's not currently what's going on. So we've got the possibility of solutions coming down range, but the first thing they had to do was stop the bleeding. So the Trump administration ran on a border, and they've done very

well, I think, at stifling and putting that clamp down on the border. They have, they ran on some economic problems, price of gas, price of eggs, et cetera, et cetera. They've done a decent job, I think, of trying to clamp down on some of that. But there's some really long-term issues. And the one thing that kind of stuck with me, the image of that tourniquet, that cranking down and stopping the bleed before you can go and solve it. I worked in an emergency room for a couple years. The first probably most awful experience I had sitting in a trauma bay happened in, let's say it was in Tucson. It was in Tucson, probably in 2011 or 2012.

And I'm sitting in there and they brought in a guy who almost had his leg cut off in a car accident or something like that. They brought him in on a helicopter. The guy's just pissing blood all across the hallway. He comes in. Nobody had a tourniquet. The guy died on the table. They were pumping blood into him and it just kept running out the bottom of his leg, which had an open hole in it. And in the same way, if you don't stop the bleed first and then go and surgically fix it,

all you're going to do is you're going to be dropping all the solution in and the solution has nowhere to go. It doesn't stay in the body. It doesn't fix. So I think that's what I keep seeing with the Trump administration. Two things have to happen at once. You have to stop. You have to clamp down. You have to turn it get off.

All of the issues we had with the Chinese. And there's some stories that I'd like to hit you with you because I worked in Chinese counterintelligence. They are the single biggest geopolitical threat, as far as I can tell. And they have been ignored by quote unquote them. We should probably talk about who them and they is because we say things like that. And we use terms like globalists. But who are those people?

What do they look like? Where do they work? They work in our government. they work in our media, they work in our private sector. How do all those things come together? So I brought you a clip of a guy who I think actually has a really good grasp on that. But if you don't stop the bleeding first and then do the surgical intervention, and if people don't realize it's going to be really uncomfortable.

I mean, if you've ever had a tourniquet on, even in a training environment, you realize that it is incredibly painful. So clamping down on things like tariffs, it's going to hurt. It has to have short-term pain for the long-term goal of you get to continue to live. And my basic look in is that there are some solutions that have been, pretty decent. There are some things where we've got a lot of work to do. We've got a ton of work to do in the intelligence community. I had somebody that I can't name by source, but said inside the IC, there's as many as 80 percent of the people working inside the intelligence community are working against

the Trump motivations of transparency and de-weaponization. So guys like Ed Martin, who just left the DC Attorney's office and is now going over to DOJ, they've got their work cut out for them. And this is not like a win that it's going to be really easy. I think Americans, particularly on the right. We want to think that if we won an election, it's the same thing as winning the game. But it's more like winning the coin toss before the game. It just means you get to choose to receive the ball. So that's kind of my big, by broader take on it. There's a lot of game left in this right now. And I don't think we've necessarily put the people on the field that shows we're even going to win yet. I remember you and one of the other FBI whistleblowers that you helped us kill on the show,

of oil, literally breaking everything days and weeks before it all came out exactly as you said. about how Bondi was given basically old Epstein stuff, but then they were going to raid the New York and get the real ones, and then they did. And then you broke that it was 14 plus terabytes, and that had been distributed out. And then she later came out and said, yeah,

it's thousands of videos, hundreds of kids getting raped by Epstein and others. And, I mean, to me, that's a massive development. I don't see how now we don't see some prosecutions out of that. But I was talking to you on the phone,

I guess Saturday, and, you know, you were, you know, you know, still kind of juries out on that. But I don't know why Bondi would then, and Cash Fettel would send that out to the offices if that then there wasn't something going to come out of that. And I want to get to that later because it ties to O'Keefe and what he broke last week

and how that ties into everything. So we'll table that till the start of the next. Let's actually just to kind of talk about it broadly, speaking specifically about the FBI. And this is, again, a broad sort of take on those things. if you don't do the groundwork of policy, if you don't put that tourniquet on that I was talking about, of getting rid of the bad actors, whether they be in the intel community, NSA, CIA,

DIA, take your pick, right, FBI as well, and the various components that are involved in the rest of the DOJ, if you're not actually handling that business up front, you're in a world of hurt because you can send everything out to the field offices. But if DOJ is not going to go prosecute, and if the supervisors there are willing to table those things, are going to pull resources back and say, you know what, we're not really incentivized to do this kind of work right now. So we're not going to handle this.

And by the way, child pornography, child exploitation, you know, all of the sort of the victimization of children, that is not a top priority of the FBI. It hasn't been for a very long time. It's interesting to see some messaging come out in the last couple days. They did Operation Restore Justice. So you saw Dan Bongino, Cash Patel, you saw Pam Bondi say it a little bit, come out and talk about how, you know, we've stopped these child sex traffickers and we've gone and got some of the bad guys, and we're doing it in these different spaces.

they do that every year. That's transactional business for the FBI. That's what used to be called Operation Cross Country. So historically, for the last almost 20 years, every single year, the FBI focuses and does something where they go grab like a couple hundred child pornographers and or child sex traffickers. They go rescue a handful of juveniles anywhere from 50 to 200. And it's awesome that they do that. But if every single agent in the FBI decided to get after it and do that exact work every single day of the week for the entire year, they would never run out of work, Alex. By the way, Kyle, I

am happy to start getting to this first, because this is obviously incredibly important, and you can really speak to it. As somebody that's lived it, and it's been a totally accurate, very respected whistleblower. It would take an hour to go over all the stuff that you originally broke, like them targeting traditional Catholics

and going after parents that didn't like DEI and transgender brainwashing in Virginia. That was you and others and so many other things. and of course as a reward you had the DOJ try to set you up and put charges on you just like they've done to anybody else that fights tyranny but I mean I want to table that sure yeah just because I need to since you're going into it now I need to get my ducks in a row and have them ready with all the clips and all the information because I had the stack as you gave it to me and in the topics first you wanted to hit but I want you to remember what you just said and start over with what you were just saying because that goes to,

they've got a 96% shutdown of new people coming in the border, better than he did in his first administration. So I talked to Border Patrol insiders. They say A plus on that. But an F minus on finding these missing kids and on saving them. And so that's what's really paradoxical. How is Trump able to shut the border down and stop most of the new trafficking? but why can't they produce anything on the other side?

And I know that Tom Homan and others are very, very frustrated. General Flynn's frustrated by this. You can get into the mechanics of why you're saying that's happening. So look, we first heard it was 86,000 children that were missing, that DHS misplaced and or some variety of DHS or HHS. And then they got broader, and it was over 100-something thousand. And I've heard numbers as wild as like 300 to 500,000 kids. You know, the Senate report 350,000.

We can't even conceive of what that looks like, right? We don't have a stadium, but a stadium full of children times four or five are missing and are just somewhere in the United States. God knows where. Or they've moved out. Being delivered in most cases to illegal aliens, not even of their own race. By our government. And this was the big piece that RFK Jr. was talking about. So I had guys that were like Aaron Stevenson.

I had Tara Rodas on my program early on. And they were talking about how, you know, sometimes you live in a place where they don't have Amazon delivery. And so they have this thing called like final mile. So they go to Central Hub, they send it all out. And then the last couple miles is delivered by this third party organization. And that's less and less the case now. But we used to see these final mile. The United States government was the final mile for child sex traffickers, moving kids from out of this country, into this country, and delivering them to groups that were actually trafficking them. That is mind blowing in and of itself. And then you have this other problem. So you just

mentioned it. So let's just hone in on it. The mechanics of exporting. these people. Clamping down on the border? Great. Like I said, I agree with you. A plus. Like they're down to like what, 8,000 or something in February where we lost like the ability to keep bringing these people in. Fantastic. But what about the export nature? Because the numbers are tracking about the same as Obama for getting them out of here. So getting rid of the people that were already brought in, that's a big deal and that needs to be done. And then the second thing is, where the hell are the children? And if you're not getting the mechanical, the buy-in of the federal agents on the ground, and they should all be on board with this stuff. But

the left has managed to message so strongly that if you are interested in finding child sex traffic kids who were dropped off with illegal aliens, then somehow you're going against the heterodoxy right now. It says you cannot be involved in that. So we actually have members of the FBI, federal agents who swore a duty that is not specifically to any particular regime. They're supposed to actually be allegiance to the Constitution. They're saying that they don't actually want to go out and do this work. And they're being allowed off that supervisors are saying, hey, no big deal. If you feel morally repugnant about serving warrants and going after people who are here illegally, that's fine with it. We don't want you to do something that's against

your conscience. And for those that don't know, I remember having the awesome police even are like 10 years ago. He goes, yeah, we're a sanctuary city. We don't even really prosecute low-level crime because we don't want to scare them away. So, oh, it's migrants. So we don't even look for kidnapped kids given to sex rings because it's immoral to go investigate migrants because that's being racist. And it's the same thing in the UK with the giant grooming gangs on record. Oh, well, since they're mainly

Pakistanis doing this, we can't look at it. So it's the same political correctness as this umbrella to protect all this garbage. Yeah, they're no, their hands off. And here's the other crazy thing, though,

because we actually have a very recent analogy to look at that. What if you had a moral problem with going after grandmothers who were walking around inside the velvet ropes at the U.S. Capitol? You lost your job. And I know someone who did.

My friend, Steve Friend, was working out in Florida for the FBI, I said, I don't think I should be on a SWAT raid because I think this is an unlawful use of our power. And they went, you're gone. And they took his job from him. They took his security clearance. They alleged him to be a threat to the United States government. So all of this stuff has already been done.

We've already kind of pressure tested on the left. And they said anything the left wants to push down on the government machine, good to go. And if you try to push back from the right and say, you know, don't we all care about children? Shouldn't we actually find these kids? Shouldn't we make sure that people who came here illegally have to go back to where they started? then apparently you can actually be a conscientious objector and you're going to be okay. Well, I think it should be a litmus test then by the DOJ and Cash Patel that if somebody doesn't want to be part of finding missing and exploited children, period,

their asses will be fired. I would totally agree with you, and there's some precedent for doing that. That would be an insubordination charge, and you can get rid of people for being insubordinate if they are disobeying a lawful order. And so the question is, is there a legal process that they are engaging in? Are they a representative of the United States government as a quote-unquote special agent of the government. Well, here's another thing. I know Trump's kind of drafted federal marshals and ATF

into the ice raids, which I think overall is good. I even see postal inspectors out there. Couldn't there be an emergency where veterans with a good record could be brought in and given a crash course to be like federal deputies to go out and aid and get this done?

So the mechanics of bringing people on for federal service, you know, they can surge when they need to. They could bring on people on a short-term basis. They could bring on contractors. There's a lot of different technologies or techniques they could probably use. And it doesn't have to. Eric Prince had a proposal. Right?

I mean, it could be private, too. There's no question about it. So it doesn't just have to be 1811, which is my old job, you know, criminal investigators. You can have other people do the investigation. You could have people that are there to be able to handle. If you look at a lot of these pictures, by the way, Alex, which you'll see is like an ATF, you know, with police on the back of it and somebody from ICE, somebody from DHS or whatever, standing.

And they're always facing like a wall or away from the camera. And then you see the subject or the suspect pointing towards you. If people look on social media, all the pictures look that way. These are all staged for PR and messaging, which is great. It's actually tactically really, really dangerous and dumb. I hope there's someone that's standing nearby that can tackle that illegal if that person decides to break bad and fight the person who's gun is right next to him. But I keep seeing this over and over again, and I had friends reach out and I was like, what the hell are they doing? Like, why are they turning their back on what the subject is doing?

You never do that because the rule is, once you put somebody in custody, it is your job to physically take possession of them and you're responsible for their condition. If that person runs while in handcuffs and faceplants, you're now liable for that. You're going to have to write it up and you're also going to have the government deal with their medical bill. So it's sort of crazy to see that as much as we're doing things that are good and the motivations are good, they're also really, really motivated by PR. And that's what you're seeing there, which is why when I push on social media, when other people are out there pushing on social media, when they're going out and saying, hey, you can do better and we expect you to do better.

That actually does hit home with this administration in a way that I don't think the Biden administration cared because we were screaming our heads off. Well, that's what I see. I do see public pressure, and sometimes it's misfounded, sometimes it's well-founded, but I do see the administration responding pretty much in real time to the public. That, to me, is unprecedented. It is. No, that's the thing.

It's good and bad, right? Because it's a populist regime, which means they care about what's popular with their base. So sometimes that means really good things when people know what's going on. If they don't have good information, then they're cheering on things that are bad. I see a lot of people with maga-pom-poms up. I've been joking that maybe I need to pick them up. And, you know, you can gain audience by saying the thing that everybody feels as good. I don't really do that.

That's not the nature of how I ended into this arena. I didn't come in here because of partisan politics. I came in because I'm a basically, I'm an independent conservative. I understand. So Kyle Serafut's here with us for another hour and 35 minutes, but you brought a lot of important big stories. We got to start moving. But that is incredible stuff you just said.

And so later, when we get into more details on the child trafficking and just the horrible nature of that, the latest on Epstein, all those angles, we'll weld in what you just said now. onto the front of that because that's people really want to know about that. But I told you bringing whatever you wanted to bring in. You brought in a lot of stuff I'm aware of, some of stuff I wasn't aware of. You've done a lot of preparation here. So let's start taking it over from wherever you'd like to begin with all these other issues

that you were explaining to me off air, tie in together for the big picture. Yeah. So let me give the bottom line up front because that's the way I was taught to brief people. If people look here on the overhead cam, you probably can see it. This is the notice I just got from Google. So this is brand new. This came in on Saturday evening at 10, 12. By the way, it's funny, I sent you one of those on Friday that my wife got to get your opinion,

and the next day you get one. Yeah, I know. Thanks for that. I appreciate it. So it's an identical notice. So this is something that happened. So I used to be on the other end of this, and that's what I guess the weirdest part for me. So I used to be able to serve process to people like Google or meta or your cell phone companies and so on.

And if we wanted them to preserve data and then we wanted to serve either a subpoena or what's called a national security letter, and that's a secret subpoena or a search warrant for content or information, then we would do. so and then eventually whenever we let the seal lapse because we would go hey don't let the user be notified i don't want alex jones to know that i'm in his emails so we would ask that to be under seal for a period of time at some point in time either the case would conclude or we would bring out an indictment so you knew about it because you've been arrested then we would go out and we would let this thing lapse and you would get this email notifying you so i'm just going to read it says this is from google it's on their official letterhead it says uh hello google received and responded to a legal process issued by the federal bureau of investigation my ex-girlfriend my

former employer, compelling the release of information related to your Google account. A court order previously prohibited, that's the thing I just mentioned, Google from notifying you of the legal process. We're now permitted to disclose the receipt of legal process. The agency reference number is as follows. And there's a number there, which is a grand jury subpoena that says GJ, so that's what we assume for that one. There's some kind of a subpoena.

There's another piece in there referenced 2023R number. I don't know exactly what that means, but the odds are that this was served in 2023. So the chaos that I feel when I look at this is that my former agency, and I made a note about what the Stasi was, so a lot of people probably are familiar with that term, but it gets thrown around and bandied around an awful lot. They were the East German secret police, and they operated for 40 years, and they were responsible for three things in particular. Domestic surveillance, that's what the FBI does, intelligence gathering, that's a post-9-11 FBI thing in a very big way, and suppressing dissent, which has been basically a post-Obama-era FBI mandate going after dissent. So we saw this stuff with the Twitter files. We saw this stuff happening under Trump's first administration, where he was removed from social media. Suppressing dissent means we now decide whether or not you're allowed to have all the information you want.

And we're going to go after people that have contrary viewpoints. And that's what they've been doing to me, which you saw. We have that document from the Trump administration. Under Obama, national security investigation forever. Right. And so, of course, this is unrelated, I'm sure, that I think it's from my bankruptcy. They wanted to see what was going on with my wife. I hit something, of course I didn't.

A, I don't do stuff like that, and B, I'm not stupid. And so obviously they probably had a grand jury open. They were looking at something, and then they didn't find it. So it's been closed, probably, right? In this case, yeah, and I'm sure it's the same thing for your wife's case. But here's the problem. Well, you saw it sit in my own wife's notice. So that would be closed.

What did you get from it? Same sort of thing as this. And so it's not national security, though. It's criminal because grand juries come together to indict people for criminal charges. They vote either and give a true bill or they give no true bill. And that means that the person, based on the information presented by the United States Attorney's Office, in this case, met the statutory definition at least enough probable cause to believe that the case. So do you think it was a grand jury or just a criminal investigation of me? They're both.

They're combined. So the alternative would be that it would be what's called a national security letter. That's the national security side. Those subpoenas are not signed off on by a grand jury. So there's no external party. Sure. It's FBI doing FBI, reading FBI stuff. And then the FBI says, yeah, we agree with what we said.

So the point is, all of us. exposing corruption is have a continued fishing expedition drag net on us. Correct. It's just totally insane. Meanwhile, I am literally when it comes to finances a Boy Scout. But it doesn't matter. I'm sure. I wonder if it's going to stop under Trump or just get worse.

good Americans that tell the truth and expose corruption. So I send you Friday, this email that came in Thursday to my wife, Google saying, hey, you know, you've been under criminal investigation, your emails have been handed over, but now, you know, this investigation hold has been taken off

so now we're allowed to tell you. I send it to you, I said to my lawyers, I basically knew what it was. You said, yeah, that's what it is. And then you get one the next day. It just shows this Dragnet and this hangover from the Biden administration, we hope, because there's still a lot of bad actors. Obviously, they haven't ferreted it out yet, even some bad ones they've been bringing in, like one of the main J6 FBI guys has been brought into a senior position.

But the best way to go over this is from your own story. So let's get into how they target whistleblowers, the anatomy of it, because you've been through this. This is just one area you've been through it on, but it's very important. So we're going to use my backstory, which some people may not actually know. They've seen me out there and I'm like a jerk on Twitter, which is true. I'm a little fed up with a lot of people being gentle. I don't have a lot of patience for it anymore. And I probably should.

I should ask God for a lot more patience than I have. But we're going to go back to something. I told you it was proof that they have no problem lying. They is, in this case, the DOJ. We hope that it's just a hangover. There's a real possibility that you and I are both getting these emails within a few days of each other because they've lapsed on a 90-day seal keeping this thing up. And since Trump's been in, and since the new DAG has come in,

since Cash Patel and Benjino are there, that they've said, hey, we're not going to continue keeping this under seal. That's the hope. I hope that's the case. Just like I got the Obama era right through now that Trump never knew about his first administration, national security investigation I was under. Yeah, no, exactly the same idea. The hope is that you're starting to see some transparency.

I know it's not going to be perfect, and I know it's not even close in some ways. So we're going to go to the first video clip here. This is the first thing that I did. I was still technically catching an FBI paycheck, but they'd already told me that they were discontinuing it. So the first video clip is something that this is when I met, James O'Keefe. I don't have a positive opinion about James O'Keefe because I've dealt with him personally and we're not friends. And I think that he operates improperly a lot of ways. I think he's also not a great actor.

But more importantly, regardless of my personal feelings about the guy, which continued back then. This is from May of 2020. I still feel like as an American, he has a right to go and do reporting. However he sees fit, regardless of whether I like it or not, that's what I signed up to serve. So if we go to the first video clip here, it's going to be the beginning of what I saw as a reveal of like some really, really egregious lies on behalf of the agency I was working for. Here it is. So you've been a special agent for a number of years. Correct. Special agent with the FBI. That's correct. I've worked in counterintelligence, counterterrorism. I've worked criminal.

What brought you to Project Veritas? Why are you here? There's a number of very troubling things that are happening within the FBI. And I would say that the direction that the agency has headed troubles the vast majority of the agents. Project Baratos appears to be a victim of political undertaking. which is where this agency is gone. You came across some information. Can you tell me a little more about that? The file that you're talking about is background on the Project Beritas investigation

that resulted in the search warrant at your premises. There's a number of things on there that are alerting, and they don't necessarily make sense for the type of organization or agency that you are. First of all, what can you say about how you came across or a question? This was given to me by a colleague who was interested and also sympathetic to the fact that it appears that there's a political vendetta against your organization. And what... I'll stop there. So this is the beginning of the story for me.

Okay. And so nobody knew who that was. Nobody knew who the person was behind that shield that they deleted the pixels and they altered my voice, which you guys could just hear. The problem was is that Project Veritas never was very good at hiding sources. I knew that I would eventually be exposed. That was okay. That was a risk that I took. It was actually, Alex, between the two of us,

it was probably one of the scariest things I've ever done. I jumped out of planes with the Army when I went to Fort Benning. I've done combat dive training in Florida when I went and got my bubble. When I was working in the Air Force and swim in dark water, you know, like underwater two miles, infill swims, terrifying stuff, getting hit by sharks and things like that. This was scarier than any of that. It was easily the scariest things I've ever done. And it was one of the few times when I told my wife, I was just like,

I was like, I need all of the prayer. right now. This scares the crap out of me. And then I had a personal kind of like a negative experience. I went there and I was stuck in a hotel lobby for 12 hours waiting for James to show up. Just pretty rude and not very good. So like I said, I'll play both sides. But what I do know is that if you are a person who goes out and wants to do hidden camera stings on people and I don't like the way that he does some of the journalism, I call it Grindr Journalism or it's, you know, it's Tinder journalism where you're going on a date and you're luring people and to say stuff to impress people to try to sleep with you, that's not great. But you still have a right to do it in

America under the First Amendment, as I understand it. So what I did realize sometime in, let's say, April of 2022, there's a story that we've got from Politico that's in your stack over there. And the Politico story quoted the Southern District of New York, which we know to be a very soft seat for government prosecution. They quoted them as saying that something to the effect of there's no reasonable. I highlighted it for you. It's a couple pages deep in your, not that one.

It's a couple deep. Yeah, that's why I was asking to put the order we're going to do it. It's just to turn into a drill where we do this. So we'll keep going. Keep going? Any case. So essentially, they said that Project Veritas was not a journalistic organization. No one would consider what they did, Politico, right there.

So the wild piece about that is, is there's a direct quote from the filings that they did in the Southern District of New York. And you can see that they highlighted, I highlighted a couple of different pieces. But the most critical was that they indicated that nobody would consider them journalists, when in fact, the FBI did consider them journalists, which was the nature of what that video was. I want to do video clip number two because the FBI was able to unmask that really quickly. Rather than saying, you know, holy crap, we've decided that a journalist who we call a journalist under the sensitive investigative investigation techniques, they basically highlight people that are in the news media. That would be you. That would now be me.

Anybody who's in a podcast, who's an influencer, anybody who's a clergy member, anybody who's a politician, they get a little bit more scrutiny because the possibility of the FBI investigating them has more damaging effects on their business and so on. So they're supposed to be more sensitive about it, which means they conceal. the file from everybody else. They went after Project Veritas and they did just that. They indicated that they were news media, which you guys saw on the screen. If you do the video clip number two, you can see Project Veritas has unredacted that recently and we kind of had that exposed. So I'll let you guys play the video too. So people can see that was in fact me. I'm just kind of proof. There it is. So you've been a special agent for a number of years. Correct. Special agent with the FBI. That's correct. I've worked in counterintelligence, counterterrorism. I've worked criminal.

And what leads you or him or her to believe that there's a political vendetta? We don't see a lot of investigations into. into news organizations. It's not common. The ones that are almost specifically tied to threat countries that we would be investigating for intelligence purposes to see a criminal investigation, particularly one categorized the way that this is, is alerting, and it's surprising based on

the public information that is provided. What is SIM? Okay, let's stop there. So what is SIM? That's the question that James asked, sensitive investigative matter. I explained what that was. Rather than the FBI looking in and going, hey, we're working. with the Southern District of New York, that their attorneys, they are also under oath to serve the people and to do things in an honest manner. Rather than looking and saying, what have we done wrong, how do we miscommunicate, and why are they making arguments in court that says somebody is not a member of the media when the FBI says they are, they turned around and they said, how can we find the person that exposed this document? There's nothing classified about what I showed there. There's nothing even particularly sensitive. That document, which came to me as part of a whistleblower channel, I'd already been removed from the Bureau, I'd already been pulled from the office, they all.

also told me that I was no longer an FBI employee and I couldn't tell anybody that, but I still had contacts as a former employee, obviously, because I still had my buddies there. And I went to Jim Jordan's committee with that document. And I said, this is problematic. I did so through my attorney and to tie this all back in, Alex, I went through the Google email address that we have that the FBI was searching. So my privileged communications with my attorney, my whistleblower communications with members of Congress, my privilege communications with my wife, and then multiple different other attorneys because we had lawsuits that were ongoing in the equal opportunity realm. We had another one with what's called ORAM. It's a whistleblower board where they

decide whether or not you actually were a whistleblower. The joke of it is, though, is that it's done by DOJ, and DOJ is actually running that through the office that they recruit new attorneys. Nobody knows why. It's kind of like a sick joke. We had multiple different lawsuits suing Merrick Garland at that time, and the FBI got access to all of them. So if they weren't running them through what's called a taint team, where they have some people that are allowed to see stuff and say, okay, that's privileged or not, and the odds are. So the point is they're breaking the law left and right. In this case.

And then here's a micro, another example. Owen Schroier, when they indicted him for being at the Capitol, they said in federal court, he was in the Capitol. He's not a journalist. He'd never worked at Info Wars. He'd been a host here for years. Right. It was just, it was cartoon level lies.

Correct. So if I even actually get something wrong in federal court, they can charge me for perjury, but they lie at just fantasy land level. I think people started seeing that over January 6th stuff when they were not giving all the exculpatory information. Those of us that were working in the FBI that had our eyes up, we're like, what the hell is going on here? Owen was outside the building with me, bullharning's saying don't go in, and they're like, he's lying, he's not a journalist. He never worked at Info Wars. This isn't true.

I mean, it's crazy. And they put it in plain text. So for me to see in plain text, the Southern District of New York saying they're not journalists. When I saw 60 Minutes stings, when I saw to catch a predator, and they considered those to be First Amendment protected activities, obviously. That's why I went forward with what I had. I had nothing to do with the person that provided that document who wanted to get to Congress, which we did. It was my personal decision. The FBI decided, we'll shoot, we'll play video clip number three. We actually have, no one's ever seen this before. So I don't want to overhype it, but no one's ever seen this. This comes

from the FBI's case file on Garrett O'Boyle, who was my friend, who was another whistleblower, who actually took the fall for that James O'Kee video that I just proved to you guys was me. They got rid of him. He's been a friend. He's been a little bit of him. He's been a unpaid on suspension for a thousand days now. A father, yes. And by the way, he was going to be on today, but one of his friends and the military committed suicide, so he's dealing with that in the family right now. But I want to just explain this to people.

He came on the day before Pam Bondi released the so-called Epstein list that was old. And he said, no, we just got a hold of them through our people. She's now learning that she's been set up. She put a cover sheet on saying that. And then he came back on and said, yeah, they're going to be writing those offices in New York. and then they did. And then you're on a few weeks later, and you're like, yeah, they've sent out 14 terabytes, including all this stuff, all these new victims, which they then came out and confirmed.

And then you said, I don't want to overhype this. So, I mean, how do you overhype the fact you guys have broken major, accurate stuff, and dozens of huge whistleblower things you did the right way to Congress and nothing was done? So much of the big stuff we know about is for people like you and Garrett O'Boyle, you specifically, I mean, it's just crazy. And then for thanks, you've got the FBI trying to put you in prison. No exaggeration there. And if you go listen to anybody talking about their issues with the FBI,

and it doesn't matter whether you talk about the weaponization committee and Jim Jordan's guys, you hear President Trump say the same things. You heard Cash Patel say it in all of his, you know, in his confirmation hearings, every single complaint that people have gone forward. They said that they were investigating Catholics in Richmond, you know, Richmond, Virginia. I brought that forward. They were talking about going after parents at school board meetings. I brought that forward in October of 2020.

21 and they kicked me out of the office for my troubles. Now, obviously, COVID had something to do with it as well. But at the end of the day, for my troubles, for going out there and telling people like, yeah, there's a lot of malfeasance here. And I tried to do it internally. I started my first whistleblower activity, Alex, in 2017. We shouldn't have FBI just a school board meeting because they're mad that trannies are raping kids in the bathroom.

You'd think, and here's the crazy thing. I mean, even if you were bad person, hey, FBI, that's really bad PR. It's really bad PR. The simple thing was, I didn't come forward and say, the FBI can't do investigations into certain parents if they make threats online, for example. What you could. What I said was the attorney general told the American people under oath that they would not be using counterterrorism resources to do so. They wouldn't be using Patriot Act tools. And then they sent out an email, which is what people famously saw in November of 2021, showing that there was, in fact, a co-signing by the national security side of the FBI, the counterterrorism division. Well, remember, though, it turned out the Democrats so that they wouldn't get caught. They sent a letter to the,

to the Democrat school board. That's right. And others saying, you make the complaint, so it doesn't look like it's us. Yeah, no, it was a union that basically

approached the White House. The White House approached apparently the DOJ, and that's when we got forward. So for my troubles, what they did was, try to figure out who was this person saying these things,

and so that's what you have for video clip number three. Here it is. Hello, I'm going to show you where they found that there was a jump. This was in that last exam

you requested, where they fixed the pitch shifting. This is what a voice looks like, un-morphed, this is what the whistleblower's voice looks like. Morph, it's called a spectrogram. So that's basically all that we did. And you can see how it matched up. So this is my explanation to you. So you can see what we meant when we're showing a spectrogram. And this is what a voice looks like. All right. Okay, sir, if people don't understand, you probably want to reintroduce us. You said, oh, this, I don't want to overhype this.

So this is big. This is the first time it's ever been seen. This is the FBI, unmasking you, then doing a demonstration for those they're handing an, off to the technician of how they did it and how they discovered who you were. Then they tracked back from you where you got it from and put that person on leave and haven't paid them. Now, recap it.

This is big. That's the FBI technician who was down at the lab at Quantico, evaluating my voice print speaking to James O'Keefe. So that's the article that you have sitting on the top of your stack. That's what they went and did. It took them 50, what, 57 seconds in that clip to be able to determine what my voice sounded like? The other crazy thing is, and we have a little like an audio, I think it's number, audio cup number six. They started downloading podcasts that I appeared on, including the first one where I appeared with Dan Bongino.

So what we did is Garrett O' Boyle's attorneys, he's not here with us. Garrett and his attorneys asked the FBI for what's called the agency file. This is the things that they compiled to justify the suspension of the man that hasn't been at work for a thousand days. And in doing so, the FBI turned over that voice print that you just saw, and it took 57 seconds for them to determine that that is not Gerardo Boyle's voice. He's from the Midwest. His diction is different. Every time he speaks, he quotes scripture nonstop. It's not my thing.

So that's just what he does. We don't sound anything alike. In fact, all your listeners can probably hear, this is what my voice sounds like. That's what the voice sounded like at Quantico. They said they had like a 95% chance that they understood that that was the case. So they started pulling audio from the first podcast where I appeared. appeared in true name and in real voice, which was in September of 2022. And that is this clip that we have from Dan Bongino's podcast.

For some reason, they didn't do the video. They just grabbed the audio because all they care about is the sound. But you guys can play. We got a few seconds of it. Dan Bongino's voice is recorded as evidence against Gerardo Boyle and Kyle Serif. And he is now the deputy director of the FBI. Do you know wild a turn of events that we're dealing with right now? And again, you guys are exposing their manuals, literally demonizing

conservative Catholics as a main threat and you know expanding oh white supremacy that means anybody that's pro-life I mean you guys did a service bringing all this out and instead you've got them spending all these resources while they don't want to go investigate kidnapped kids no because they're too busy investigating me and my wife and here's another thing

I've know of five grand juries that have been open I don't know of this new one and I sit back and think it's very complicated because I'm literally doing nothing wrong And I'm always thinking, well, gosh, I guess again, they didn't indict me for something, but them trying and trying. This is intense stalking is what this is terrorizing people. Now, I'm calm about it. I love God.

I sign on for this so I can handle it. But see, it's a message to everybody else. You don't want to stand up to us or we'll do this to you. And it doesn't matter that they've had IRS audits and federal investigations and U.S. trustee investigations and dozens of depositions and proctology exams and private detectives they hired. It doesn't matter. They just keep digging and digging and digging. Have you ever seen that meme where it shows a guy with a pickaxe, picking them through

the rock and he finally quits, but right behind it's all the gold or whatever? Well, there ain't no gold on the other side. So I just get concerned because they're very corrupt we know. What is the point where they go ahead like with Cheryl Atkinson's husband and go ahead and just try to plant child porn on me or something? This is why when I put this out, and this was over the weekend, suppressing dissent is the part that sits in my brain. And bigger than that, let's say people don't care about Alex Jones.

That's possible. They don't care about Kyle Sarifan. That's okay, too. You don't have to. Do you care about the opportunity cost that you took agents? You took a grand jury's time. They only have so much time in front of them. You took United States attorneys, the federal prosecutors, and they sat there working

on building a case that never was, that never existed. I had people from inside the Hoover building tell me, you need to look over your shoulder for the next three years because they're going to come for you. And I went like, what the hell did I do? Like, what do you got on me? And they said, obstruction. Now, the crazy thing is, is one of the things that I've pushed forward, and I said that there was improper treatment of people.

Not everybody that was that January 6th was peaceful, but guys like Owen certainly were. They didn't do anything wrong. They were exercising their right to. Well, they tried to stop people going in. I heard it. I heard it with my own ears. So at that point, somebody decided I don't care.

I'm interested in the outcome, not in the process. I wonder why, because they came out in the Washington Post, they wanted to indict me that D.C. had done it. It was a 29-page article, but that Merrick Garland of all people killed it. And I heard from other people, that was accurate. So I guess once I have been, but it got killed. But imagine, I'm up there saying, don't go in, don't go in. And they were still ready to do it.

But then they still went after Owen. I don't understand. I think that they were trying to gauge how far they could push things when they could. So there's only so much you can do at any given time before you're going to upset the Apple Car. That incremental boil. I think people actually realize that during the COVID nonsense when they said, we're going to do all these crazy things. And eventually people started going like, no, no, no, no, we're not going to be part of that. It was a test.

Yeah. You see how high up you can turn the game before people notice that you're turning up the volume. If you went after an Alex Jones right away, that might be too big. But maybe you can get an Owen Schroier. I think they took a time and they eventually got Steve Baker, who was a friend of mine. He works at the Blaze. And so, like, you might be able to get a Steve Baker, but they worked their way up to it. And so they took their time working their way to bigger and bigger circles to try to get the bigger fish.

And they were able to put him in prison when he did nothing. That's right. I know he was fair. So all of that stuff for me was an indication, like I said, the opportunity cost of spending FBI resources. But it's just personally though, what is it like for you for me to constantly be under criminal investigation and I mean, I literally

don't even speed anymore in my car because of it. I'm literally like I've always not been a corrupt guy, but I mean for years, I've operated like I've got a white glove inspection pass. And you know that you do because you find out that the FBI's looking into your email. No kidding. So you end up getting confirmation that this is true. So that for me was the biggest

kind of like scary thing to find out is that they're willing to lie and I'm I want to have you go to the next thing that I've got on that little pile there. They're not willing to just lie about you and me. They're willing to lie against people who are doing things that are objectively good. So the story there is a Tucker Carlson piece. We've got a little quick clip of it. There's a guy named Mike Glover.

Mike and I haven't spoken in a while. But after I went on Dan Bongino's podcast, he was the first call or text message that I did. I reached out to him when I was in the airport in Miami flying home. And I said, Mike, I'm about to be in the public sphere. I never wanted this. Do you have any advice for me? And his answer was, you're the man in the arena. same as you, Alex. Nobody can tell you what is right or wrong.

Nobody who hasn't been where you are can actually give you any advice other than you're doing it. You're the one with the blood on your fate. This is the Teddy Roosevelt, you know, sort of man in the arena. And by the way, interrupt that. We didn't do it. Let's play the Bongino clip from the FBI file on you. Then we'll go to this. Sure.

I'm a retired former Special Operations guy, a sergeant major, have a impeccable career, have done nothing wrong, have never broken any laws. And they went into my career, went into my DD-214, went into my med records.

And luckily, somebody in the FBI, likely a FBI hostage rescue guy that I work with overseas, did a report and said, hey, this guy's on the up and up. I don't know why you're looking in this guy, but cease and desist. And that's how the traffic was verbalized on a forum within the FBI. So it's not, it's something that I thought was a rumor because I was getting suppressed and deleted, canceled off of every social media platform. But it wasn't. It was actually something that was true. Well, they're right back.

It's not sensitive that much. under what's called LES or law enforcement sensitive,

it's sent out to every police department in the country so they can see what the threats look like. The crazy thing is a, I mean, this is a later version what I broke like 15 years ago, the Maik report. This is like every single year they re-up this thing. But what's crazy is what's on this. So the FBI releases symbols guides so that people that are in local law enforcement

can find out what an extremist looks like. And to them, under this particular document, an extremist looks like someone who has a Second Amendment flag or who likes the Betty Ross flag or has a don't tread on me flag. It's somebody who wants to be involved in preparedness, who thinks that Ashley Babbitt is a martyr and shouldn't have been killed.

So that's the thing. They have the extremist list. And 30 years ago, it was swastikas or, you know, Hesbola flags. And now today it's conservative Catholics. Correct. The wildest part... They're always just expanding it.

They're getting more and more extremist guys. Yeah, because the key is the FBI is not hunting anyone type of person. They're hunting their budget. They're trying to figure out how do we increase the ability to investigate counterterrorism. How do we... And let's just make our political opposition, which the average person would say are the best red-blooded, hardworking Americans. Oh, we got a former special ops CIA guy trying to get local communities, help people in disasters. We don't want that.

How dare him try to organize people? There's nothing more criminal. And he was canceled the same way a lot of other Americans were. And we got a little short clip there when I reached out to him. And I was like, look, man, this wasn't hostage rescue that went out.

So how did it come up that this was being labeled by the government as potential terrorists? Oh, Lord. Oh, man. Because when I read that, it was like, this has got to be a mistake.

Like, this has got to be just a misinterpretation of what you guys are doing. Yeah. So I will say this. when I thought I was being suppressed and then people were like, yeah, but you know, it's just your analytics suck or whatever. I was like, yeah, it's probably that. You know, I was being optimistic about that. Well, when Kyle Serafin, have you heard that name? He's the FBI agent who leaked the documents of militant violent extremists, MVEs that were determined by the FBI of being people and groups of agents. interest, I knew it was a reality. This just recently happened. This was probably six months ago. This just got leaked.

So let's back up like a couple of years. When I started a group called American contingency, the idea for that group was coming from the issues in Chas. Remember Chas? No, they just got this to the Democrats at the New York office. We're sitting on top of it. You know, the head agent there that said, we're in a bunker.

You know, we're going to resist Trump. We're Marines fighting him. Then he had to resign. It looks like obstruction to me. You've been investigated. They threatened you for obstruction. The real obstruction is the head of the FBI in New York, sitting on 14 terabytes of material with a Comey's daughter and, you know, all the rest of it.

I mean, to me, that's the big deal. And the big question is, what is about to happen now? And what is the clock running on the 14 terabytes? When do we start saying there's a cover up? How does that really work? Why would Bondi and Cash Patel give it to the local offices if they were involved in a cover up? Then we can look at James O'Kee's latest stuff on Bondi. Is that a nothing burger?

And I'm not attacking O'Keefe. He's done so much amazing work. I really respect him. And he's had a lot of courage. You know, Kyle's had bad personal experiences and I respect you as well. So I think we're all men here. We're all big boys. We can talk about it and put it out in the open.

But later I'll get into this. A lot of people got upset with me because I'm like, hey, I'm the dead man switch. He said Trump administration people, you know, Epstein, it's bad. Well, you know, it's not the family. It's not Trump. But, you know, it's and so, but that's all I can tell you that I, you know, make some calls. People go, yeah,

we hear it's Bondi. I don't say anything about that. Then I see his little trailer the day before last week showing her picture or a still shot of her and I go, oh my God. And then it comes out and it's her saying a little bit more than she said already on Fox News a few times that we have thousands of files, hundreds of new victims, with

Epstein. Well, files or video files. So files are a technical term versus video. And just quite frankly, people are like, well, what is this, Alex? You said it was super dangerous. Well, he told me that he thought it was the most dangerous thing. And he said that in the video he put out. So he has a lot of credibility with me. So I went with that.

He said I was the only guy he gave any of these details to, and we'll get James on to talk about it. But people said, oh, that's a nothing burger about the Prince Andrews fixer saying he knew he was abusing girls. No, that was huge. That was actually a big story. That was new. People said, oh, that's nothing either. So I think there's an overdoing it with some people saying, you know, O'Keefe hasn't delivered a lot of huge, important stories. I just respect him.

I'm very thankful for him. But at the same time, the way my brain works is I can only explain something complex like this the way I see it because there is so much that goes into it. And so, yeah, I mean, I do feel somewhat burned by that just because, the way it was done and the way it was implied. I mean, quite frankly, I was ready that it was something really bad and was going to bring it out because it was the right thing to do. But I was more upset about that, not from a fear perspective, but because I love what Trump's doing and want to believe it's all real, that I was actually had like basically an anxiety attack over a few days into it.

I mean, not where I couldn't breathe and stuff, but I was like sweating and having to lay down and like really freaking out. My family was like, what's wrong? and I guess the public was like that too because they care, they want to believe in Trump. So I was relieved when Bondi just said a little bit more to a woman in a restaurant than she said on Fox News. And I was kind of like, it's a very paradoxical feeling.

I was relieved that, okay, see, Trump is good. But then I was also just very frustrating. I don't think Trump has control of all these people, nor could you. I mean, you know, you couldn't run every single thing that every one of your employees does. I mean, my crew is the best crew ever. But if they were making meth in a bathroom, I wouldn't know about it. I mean, and I'm looking at 40-something people. Right.

Imagine Trump with millions. That's right. Millions of employees. So this is the nature and this is what I want to convey to people. By the way, we're not making meth in the bathroom. Please don't SWAT team. It's an analogy. I mean, the crew could have space aliens in the basement, I wouldn't know.

That's a better, yeah, it's safer. They won't raid you over space aliens. They'll ignore you. So the scary thing is that the government is enormous, the number of people, when we say they, and I've actually got a clip from Mike Benz to explain, like, who we always, We always say they or you use different like sort of catch all terms. But the question is. What is the deep state?

Yeah. Why are they like this? And for what it is in my experience, and actually, I absolutely love the background you've got going on right now for people that are seeing this. There's like smoking men and they're on phones. It looks like something off like a Dr. Javago or something.

It's not a strange love. Okay. Strange love. That's what looks like. So anyway, but the best part of it is that's what people imagine the deep state looks like. It's a bunch of guys smoking cigarettes sitting around a table deciding how the world is going to work. And in reality,

the people that we would refer to. as deep state are more accurately called administrative state and they're just a bunch of co-aligned interests permanent state they are there forever they outlast every president and they think they can do whatever the hell they want because who's going to come and remove them that is your guy james denehy who was in new york that was holding back on the on the files and apparently got into a fight with cash patel here's the problem i don't want to i don't want to black pill anybody because i hate the way that works out but let's be very realistic the fbi has not been recaptured not in any meaningful way The people that were bad actors in the FBI were not just a couple of people at the top,

and those people even haven't been removed. In fact, some of them have been promoted, the guy who was theoretically running the pipe bomber investigation. He wasn't actually running it, but he was supervised in the field office. His name was Steve Dan Twano. We have a transcript of him talking. He independently brought my name up to try to discredit me in congressional testimony with Tom Massey. And we could pull that up or not. So he's a permanent state attack dog.

Yeah, he's a guy. And so he's a thoroughbred of the bad guys. why has he been brought into a critical position by cash protection? Why is Steve Jensen sitting there? And the argument went forward and they went like, and look, you saw people like Julie Kelly go out and campaign for him and other people. They were saying they lost people like Bannon,

who were like, wait, what the hell? What are you doing? You're bringing in a guy. We call him a J6 warlord, and it's a little bit of an overstatement, which is not my normal MO. But you brought in the guy who ran the domestic terrorism operations section, the one that was responsible.

They brought in a globalist deep state henchmen. I mean, one of the... He's just self-interested. Let's be real-al. Basically, he was a Democrat, deep state ringwraith. He's the guy that decided that J-Sixers were terrorists. So one of your employees was considered a terrorist because of this guy's determination. He ran the domestic...

Let's use the biblical. He was the Saul of Tarsus. Okay. But the bigger... You know, Saul hunted down the Christians. Right. Understood. And before the conversion.

I don't... The question is, do you have the conversion? That's why I brought it up, yeah. I don't know that you have. And the problem is... Because the next argument is he's converted. That's what they'll say. Or maybe, what do we need, though?

We need a moment on the road to Damascus. Do we not? Yes. Did that happen? No. Was that public? Because I haven't seen it. I'm an evidence guy.

Bring me the evidence that somebody has changed their opinion. What I know is, is that they asked him to go do one thing he did it. Will he go be the hatchet man for this administration? Maybe. Will he just do whatever is best for him? But the problem is that he was the same guy that put out, he was at the same section that called Americans like Mike Glover a terrorist. And that group of people that went after Jay Sixers, that went after the people internally at the FBI that looked inside and said, I mean, there's the people that were trying

to hang that around Trump's neck and put him in prison for it. That's correct. I have a sneaking suspicion. I have brought this up to Trump, but I have a suspicion that if Trump learns about this, he won't be too pleased. He needs to know. He needs to know that the FBI has not been recaptured for all the messaging and the branding and the capturing a couple of illegal aliens and showing the ice jacket and showing the, you know, the ATF or the DOJ or the FBI. That is not a solution. So the hope was is that we put two people in there that we're going to go after and and gut this thing. I heard Deep State Museum on day one. Now, I can take that as a

metaphorical, right? I don't have to have a literal Deep State Museum. I didn't believe it would. But I got to see action. I also heard they might have brought him this guy in, like, because he's part of the New York good old boys club. So is Cash. That's the problem. This is the issue. So I'll tell you this right now, and I wasn't sure if I was going to say it or not. I have a whistleblower allegation

that's going to go forward against Cash Patel that he lied during his confirmation. And we have some evidence of it. This is not, like, in the void. I'm just telling you this for the first time. Oh. Like, I have now I just got another sinking feeling. I hope it's a nothing burger like the O'Keefe thingy. The problem is, is I don't. Thanks a lot, Kyle.

I show up with receipts when I have them. And I have text messages of him saying things. He didn't need to lie, but it sounds like you. If it's true, it's got to be said. But that just, okay, tell us about this. Nothing is worse than finding out the guy that you were campaigning on behalf of, which I was. To get him into the office doesn't, like, operate in good faith, which is what I expected him to do. So Cash Patel came out of the New York office.

The guys that he's moved into place are from the New York. New York office. So you think they might be using stuff they've got on to bring their people back in? I think that they just want to get along with the people you work with. Imagine if your crew hated you every day. What would you do? You probably would want to play nice. If you could fire them all, you would. But if you don't think you can get them all, then what do you do?

So my concern is, is that Well, that is the concern like Elon said, we voted Trump and is the captain, but half the people on the ship are mutinous. Correct. This is, that is an excellent analogy. The problem is, a bunch of these people. And here's, you want to hear something even more interesting, Elon, since we're just freewheeling here. I got a similar subpoena to the Google one.

The FBI went after my ex account. It was called Twitter at the time. So Twitter corporation, ex-corporation got that service. And they fought it in court. They actually filed against it, which Google did not do. And then they lost. And the federal judge out in the Ninth Circuit said, no, no, no, you have to give it over. So they did. Then they appealed it in Washington, D.C. So I actually have, and they may even have some of the documents on there, we actually have an ongoing lawsuit. On behalf, because Elon Musk has decided to push it, and his ex-corporation is suing, trying to establish case law, even though they already had to give over my stuff, because of Gerto Boyle and Kyle Serafin's ex-account. Okay. And this is really crazy.

But that's what I want to say about Elon. He's just doing it because it's right. Well, I was about to say people go, oh, you're groveling. It's a rich guy. No, every time I turn around, somebody's got America's back or freedoms back, it's him. He does. And, I mean, I got to say. They don't have to go into this fight.

Do you know who said that the government's position that I was a potential flight race? risk, that I might witness intimidate, or that I might otherwise jeopardize their case, and that's why they had to keep it under seal. The ex-corporation lawyers argued against it. And the craziest thing that I've ever heard is that they said, seraphon and O'Boyle are both potentially dangerous. They both might be flight risk. They both might be interested in jeopardizing this BS case that they've created as Elon's fighting it. Do you know what judge agreed with them? His name's Boseberg, James Bosberg.

Who magically gets all these cases? Who magically gets that case as well. Is that not insane? I mean... But expanding on that, the Democrats filed in my bankruptcy that unlike other people, Jones is not protected by the 13th Amendment. And we own his name and his likeness, which of course, I'd have to fight. No one ever even claimed that before. X went to court battled that and they backed off.

And if people have any idea, by the same law firms suing me are the ones now suing Musk, Paul Weiss, all those groups. Of course. Yeah. No, all these people are, like they're interested in outcomes. They're not interested in fair process. So this is what Bill Shipley had told me. He's a J6 attorney, and it was one of the things that struck home with me.

It's what I signed up for. When I signed up to be an FBI agent, I didn't sign up to decide that somebody was guilty and I was going to go find out. What I signed up for was to do process. That was fair. That's what due process is. Well, there's also enough real crime everywhere that if you, if FBI agents were all angels and magically only went after real criminals, they couldn't hardly deal with it.

Much less, I know there's no estimation on it, but there's been guesstimations. How much, especially under Biden, of the FBI's time has been spent in the, the DOJ harassing patriots. How much of their energy? A third of it? It's the single biggest case they've ever done. They told you this. That's what Jay-6, yeah.

That's just Jay-6. Then broadened it out, they were doing things with going after pro-lifers. They were, like, 95 to 5 going after. Inditing people and putting them in prison that exposed that they're keeping babies alive with beating hearts, selling them to universities? Correct. All of that stuff. I mean, that's people to prison.

I mean, take the lowest-hanging fruit possible. So we'll go with... Inditing the doctor that said, we're illegally cutting an eight-year-old boys penises off. It's illegal, so they indict him. Yeah, so they go after Dr. Hime, who's a friend as well. All of us have the same sort of instinct that, like, look, what's right is right. It doesn't matter who does it. And if he's reporting a crime and then he gets indicted, it's... And by the way, it not by the state where his medical license was. It was by the federal government, which came in and said he was a hippo violator, which is insane. And which is good is Trump. They shut it down.

Yeah. Thank God. I mean, honestly, thank God. That's what I voted for. Everybody has this thing. I voted for the border to shut down. I voted for inflation. I voted for eggs. I voted for gas. I voted for fill in the blank. Deweapons. No, no, no. I voted for my friend Steve Baker not to go to jail. I voted for E. Tam Hyde not to go to jail and not to be prosecuted for another million dollars and be bankrupt and penniless and in prison.

Those are the things that I voted for. So Trump already wins in my book. Like, I thought if we got 30% of the promises we'd be ahead of the game and like we're already there. So like I've already won. But I don't want this FBI to be more powerful and more weaponized than it was previously. And here's the thing. I actually, and maybe

falsely, like maybe maybe naively hopeful. I actually believed in somebody. There's a clip number seven that we've got up here. It's the first 90 seconds. Dan Bonjino with Kyle Serafen tells what this. This is the only reason why you know my name. Because I was perfectly happy being behind the curtain.

I had my voice altered. You know, the FBI knew who I was, but nobody else did. It was totally fine with me. This two clips came forward, and I had them sent to me by a reporter because I was giving information, whistleblower stuff that had gone through the proper channels, and then my attorneys were sharing

or the members of Congress were sharing, and they were saying who I was. So all of that stuff, I was more than happy not to have my name out there because I didn't want it. Like, I was a private guy. If you go Google me, you won't find anything before these clips went live on Dan Bungino's podcast. And you can play this clip real quick.

All right, here it is. This is an agency that has betrayed you and that oath you took into this man, a woman who stepped forward and disclosed this horrific information about the FBI targeting a legitimate conservative journalist. I applaud you. Another whistleblowers come forward. I applaud you as well, sir, ma'am, from the FBI who came forward with this data, folks.

We are starting to see it. People are starting to take their constitutional oath seriously. Fox News, FBI whistleblower. The FBI targeted parents via terrorism tools, despite Merrick Garland, our attorney generals, testimony that that didn't happen. To the FBI agent, male or female, I don't know who you are, who spoke to Kerry. I know, I get it. You want to remain anonymous. I understand.

It's not a knock. But your country's on the line here. I'd rather you be anonymous and not exist at all and not do what you're doing. And I appreciate it. You have my respect and gratitude. But it'd be really powerful if you'd come out, come out and speak. My podcasts, my radio show, and my television show are available to you. I'm saying that in front of this entire audience, so everybody understand.

And I went, okay, I had a phone call with him. Alex, I was sitting in New Mexico. I was trying to decide whether I was going to sell my house because I didn't have a job. I didn't have a paycheck. And we were trying to figure out what was coming next. I'm pretty frugal. So I decided that I was going to sell my house at the same time that I'm on the phone with Dan. So I'm getting like all the stuff ready to go sell it. And I say, look, man, I'm going to put my life in your hands. And so I need to know that you're going to do the right thing with it. And he said, I'm going to keep your story alive like an activist. This is not about clicks. It's not about, you know, money. It's not about advertisers. This is about doing the right thing for this country. And I believe him, whether it's naive or not,

and I still believe that that's the guy that's sitting there in the FBI. But I don't think he has the ability to do what he needs to do because that agency is so captured all the way down to the front-line people who went out and did the thing that we're going to talk about next, which is that my friend, Geroa Boyle, was investigated by the people at the FBI. And they went and lied. They sent a senior person in front of Congress. This is the craziest story that you've ever seen.

FBI agent who testified for Republicans was suspended, over leak sensitive information. That leak sensitive information was the video from Project Veritas that I showed you earlier. And I've proven to you that it was me. The FBI knew it was me based on the proof that we showed you

with that voice. And they blamed him. And they blamed him. He's now a thousand days without a paycheck. And Dan Bongino or Cash Patel or both could make him reinstated today. They could make the call and they could put him back on the rolls

and start paying him back pay immediately. It would cost them nothing. And I remember in the news them talking about him and stuff. Now we're not hearing anything. he's been outside he did the right thing he only went to congress we've proven that he never went to any and i mean let's remember we could just go on on all the stuff that you brought out that he brought out that exposed so much that move the needle massively for trump getting back in and then i

guess now maybe they're just too busy to care or maybe maybe you guys aren't as cool as like the you know the j6 uh persecutors let me tell you three pieces of information that makes me the most uncomfortable about all of it. Thing number one, early on in this, I wasn't asked to go testify during that testimony. That happened in May of 2023. I wasn't asked to go in front of the House, the weaponization committee, because I was told by a person who was close enough to Jim Jordan's office to be able to get like a message to me, you're too politically hot.

You're too aggressive about what needs to be done. So you're not going to be put out there in Congress under oath. By the way, Alex, if you put me under oath and you want to be a Congress member and ask me questions that are disingenuous and lies, I'm going to ask you to be under oath, too. because you notice those people lie and slander everybody that goes up in front of them. So I'm not going to play nice because I did come from that. Well, that's what I did in the J6 hearings that they destroyed. I said, you're criminals.

You've already falsified emails to shift. And I said, and you're a crook too. You're a crook. You're a crook. So I said, when I take the fifth, it's not because of self-acrimidations, because you'll lie and get me on obstruction by twisting it. And so I said, every time you continue to ask me that. And if you probe me on it, I'm going to give you the same answer I just gave me that you're a criminal and you're a criminal.

and you're going to go to prison someday and there's any justice, which all came out. Now they had to get pardons. And so I took the fifth 98 times, and about an hour into it, they ask again, and I said, I'm going to repeat it again, you're a crook, you're a crook, you're a crook. And of course, they don't like that.

They destroyed all that because can you imagine, not just mine, but most of the testimony, because they didn't like it. They did not like it. No, no, they don't want to be held to the same accountability, to the same rule. And made them so mad, I wasn't intimidated by them either. Okay, so that's evidence number one.

Somebody from Jordan's office told a contact of mine, You're too politically hot to go out there and testify because we don't like the way that you play. You're not nice. Another person who I've worked with, who everybody knows their name, who is a very nice individual who said, you know what? You might want to tone down some of the things that you have to say because it's cool to have a brand as a truth teller, but you can only say so much. And if you attack people within the movement that are not being honest, then you're a real problem. You're the problem then. And to me, that's a no-go.

Like, I can't play that route. And then lastly, you know, I've got this sort of. I've got this sinking feeling that we've got people inside the Bureau at every level all the way down. Like they accused my friend Gerardo Boyle of lying in testimony. They accused him of lying when they knew that they were lying. Jennifer Moore is the FBI agent who was there. She testified under oath to weaponization. She committed perjury.

So Patel and Bongino could pull her in. Yeah, you guys are the ones exposing the war on Trump, the war on America, the war on Catholics, the war on this. And then everybody's supposed to forget who brought this out now because, you know, Now it's time to protect things. No, we protect things by protecting people that tell the truth and have integrity. You'd think. But when you hurt feelings because you don't want to play for any team, and by the way, I don't play for a team. I'm not a registered Republican.

I've only done that one time. It's because the woman that I was doing my whistleblower activity was up for a primary. I wanted to make sure she was the one that stayed there because that was my point of continuity. That's the only interest I've ever had in being a registered Republican. It was for a couple of months in New Mexico. I'm an independent, and I've always been an independent. My principles are what they are. They're not 100% aligned.

I'm probably closer to like a libertarian. I totally agree with you, but there's also not by you, but a lot of people, this overfocus on keeping Trump honest, instead of staying on the attack about the Democrats. When we see something that's bad, somebody bad, expose it, do it. But what I do is that's that they're engaged. Okay, the Democrats are way worse. They're out of control. They'll destroy everything. So I spend most of my time on them.

But then when I see things I don't like about Trump, then I come forward and I expose it as a way to help the administration and expose what's happening. Think about when Donald Trump was like he was off on. I think it was like a, I think it was amendment for or proposition four in, in Florida about, about abortion. And he didn't even know what he was answering the question about. So they asked him, like, where do you feel about this? And he was like, oh, yeah, like, I'm for it. And then people came back and they're like, whoa, dude, no, you're not for it. And then he went, oh, no, no, no, I'm not for that.

Like, so then he fixed his position. Trump is amenable to knowing, like, when he speaks out of turn or when he didn't have all the information or somebody wants to help him. Like, you can push Donald Trump with the right information when he's. Roger Stone always says Trump never makes a mistake if he has the right information. And a lot of times... But he shoots from the hip, which is a... It's good and decisive. He's talking.

Yeah. At least... He definitely shoots from the hip. Agreed. I agree with you on all those positions. Okay. Let's move on now. I want to get into latest Epstein stuff, all of that.

And so I'm just getting my nerves ready for this because, you know, you've been so accurate so far. And I just hope there's some reason for it. Yeah, the big story was, is that last year, right in the heat of the election, the Trump administration, or the Trump campaign was trying to push forward a narrative

that the FBI might have tried to kill Donald Trump, which is false. Look, don't make me defend the FBI as the last thing I want to do. They took my job. They made my kids homeless. They left my pregnant wife without a place to live. When I left Dan Bongino's podcast, which happened in September of 2022, I went there. It's the reason why this, this subpoena going after my information or them investigating you is so dangerous, because if they

decide to come into your house at 0,600, which is what they do, they're not coming like bringing, you know, coffee and donuts for you. They're bringing guys... Like the Roger Stone rate. Exactly correct. It's the same thing they did to the former president. All you did was say, that's a standard warrant, which I even knew at the time. Now, I do

think people, some people in the FBI, and the... They should have used to... And the Secret Service... They should have done it. Did stand down in a butler and we're trying to get him killed not saying they all were but what about that? That's a totally different animal. That was, yeah, Secret Service, DHS, those things.

Like, at the end of the day, incompetence or intentional incompetence, you can argue those things, the two different assassinations, one of which is guys still on trial, which is pretty wild. But if you want to talk about serving a search warrant, which should not have been a search warrant,

it should have been a request for consent. By the way, Steve De Antoineau, who's famously, he was involved in the Whitmer hoax, he was involved in the FBI's investigation of January 6th. He also said that the FBI shouldn't serve a search warrant there. So the guy who used to be the top person in my field office in Washington, D.C., didn't agree. Apparently, he was overruled by DOJ, and they went out there and served the search warrant. But at no point in time, did the FBI authorized deadly force to come from the front?

Sure, so why? That doesn't sound. It doesn't sound like a very balanced thing. The problem is. How did that make him so mad that you had an opinion? I don't know. I still don't know. And you know what?

That was the last time that he talked to me. He just, like, I got the message the same way people did on that radio show. That's how I got the message that I was PNGed. The problem is he's now in charge of the FBI. I need him to be successful for the safety of my family, for the safety of your family. Yeah, exactly. which they later caught in New York a foreign camera guy and she falls down and he starts going, hey man, I'm telling you. I'll come on your show, but I've had somebody breaking my car and the administration's after me. So he was, I'm going to tell you right now, stop saying I'm your source. And he's got a little bit more aggressive. And I said, hey, man, I just told you that.

What do you think you're the only former Secret Service guy in the universe? This is from the Secret Service. Right. And the point is there was a black ambulance and she did fall down. So, you know, and then later when it came out, they got this NSA-CIA stuff, how we were targeted, 20-something names he read on the air last year. When he gets to my name, he goes, Alexander Jones.

Yeah, when he read it, and I like Dan Bongino, so I don't know. I don't want to like him too. I mean, I don't want people like it. Maybe he's on too much TRT or something. I don't know. Look, at the end of the day, he's in a position to do something really important. He's running the FBI as a deputy director. That's the most.

I told people. No, I know. I just don't understand why he, because ever since then, he wouldn't talk to me. Yeah. And I don't understand. He cut you off. He cut me off. It is what it is.

But the fact of the matter is, I still need him to be successful at what he's doing. And they're not. They're currently not being successful. Okay, there are major threats in this country that the FBI can address. Every single agent, including all the management, could every day go out there and hunt child sex offenders and pedoph? And now you're going to a little bit the next hour because we've gone so long. We can't do 15 minutes on the subsidy stuff. Okay.

I mean, this is huge. Let's talk about a real. Hold on. Let's just stop. Just for a minute here. And again, I understand from your perspective as a guy that's credible, a whistle. whistleblower, your integrity, that you kind of get caught in the feedback loop. And I'm not saying it's a bad thing.

I was analyzing it from my perspective. That you just got to expose, got to expose, got to expose anything bad with the Trump people, which I get is a value. We want to keep him honest. I think people like Bongino's perspective, he's good. He's fighting as hard as he can. And he's sick of being second guess, blah, blah, blah. I think that might be where it's coming from.

Well, here's the thing. And I think people lied to him. I think we got to read my dog. I think people lied to him and said that I said he was my source. Probably. And so he just doesn't believe me. Well, Dan, I didn't tell you about you were my source. You're not the only person in the universe.

So you talk about accusing Colin being center of the universe. If I had to give a first approximation, I think that might be it. So you're accusing me of making, you're saying you're the center of the universe to me. No, you're not. We're making you that right now. I never talked bad about Dan. But he's saying you're the center of the universe. No, dude, that's what's happening.

Well, you know, for a guy that used to talk about on radio all the time about projection, which is a massive Democrat problem. When Democrats come to me and tell me like, hey, here's the thing that I see wrong with you. I'm like, wow, it sounds like you should be holding a mirror up because you're talking about yourself. It's interesting to see something that sounds projected. And, you know, I've never fallen in love of himself. I doubt myself every day, Alex. Like, this is the craziest thing.

And I'm like, did I miss the boat? Did I screw up? Should I just have got the COVID shot?

Every single time that that happened, somebody would call me up and they say, hey, the deputy director of the FBI has a girlfriend and she's getting paid off the books to go do some job. And I go, are you kidding me? And then another person that I'd never talked to before called me up, said, hey, I got your number from this person.

I go, okay, what can I help you with? And they're like, I know you're out now. You can talk? This is going on. I got reaffirmed that there was malfeasance at every level from sexual malfeasance to people not doing their job, to all kinds of And then you have a responsibility that now if you don't keep fighting, it's almost like you're part

of the corruption. I'm not giving up, yeah. Like, it's like... And that's what... This is what comes down to. They're scared of you because they're trying to not be corrupt, but they're trying to get their job done. They have decided it's more important to stop the globalists and the Democrats than to self-police themselves all day. And I'm not saying the final equation, they might

not be totally wrong. But because here's where I'm at while you're talking. Yep. I'm thinking about all the Epstein stuff I know, all the new stuff you just told me. And so if you were going to take an FBI and go after a lot of evil, and there's But you fight with the army you got. You've also got opportunities to correct your personnel problem. This is a Dan Bongino statement. He said personnel is policy, the people that you have working for you, because the FBI is not monolithic, Alex. Imagine if you had a bunch of satellite offices. And so your satellite offices all operate semi-autonomously.

That is the FBI's model. They've got 55 field offices where there is a person called the special agent in charge. That person sets policy. and what they do every single day is not going to be able to make to the attention span of those people that are in Washington, D.C. So you have to have the right people running that. I'll just tell you very clearly. We came up with a program, and this is me and a bunch of retired former FBI guys

who care about reforming the agency so that it can do the work that we wanted to do. Because I actually do want it to do things like go after Chinese espionage inside of our universities. That seems problematic. And that's open and shut. It's super easy. Yeah, like it's happening. Confucius societies. They've been doing it for like two decades.

Oh, I've been exposed them for two decades. Yeah. You're not wrong. They don't even hide it. Now you've got people that are like members of, uh, listen, we even went undercover a few times in the UT. They're literally, uh, Ji-G Ping is great and China is your friend. I mean, Tim Wall's obvious long-term actual communist Chinese agent.

I mean, there's not a law, though, that they can prosecute. So this is the bigger piece. Is our Congress even paying attention? Because there's not laws. I used to work Chinese counterintelligence. The number of laws you can actually go and prosecute for things that Americans would be shocked about. Imagine you're a Chinese professor.

you get a multi-million dollar grant from the federal government. You go out there and you do all this research using like very classified and or like confidential techniques. And then you turn around and you publish your results like you're supposed to. Fine. You publish the public ones. The American taxpayer paid for it. The Chinese government gives you $10 million to come over to China to do the same research. And you get to keep all of it because you've already done the research.

I mean, Tim Walls is in articles in the 1990s saying in the newspaper, come with me, young military and college students. I will take you to China. they will give you free stuff. Working for them is good. He's doing public recruitment for Chinese intelligence operatives. That's what he is in his wife, literal communist. And meanwhile, the FBI is constantly with grand juries trying to indict me. I mean, it's just like what the hell is going on here?

That's the opportunity cost. That's the issue. The issue is if your team is going to take the directive, we're going to go after the bad guys. So you don't go after communist Chinese. You don't go after the kidnapped kid. you go out with the Trump family and Carl Serafen and Alex Jones. Yeah, and Gerrador Boyle and Steve Friend and a couple of other people who had the balls to say the FBI is not a good place right now. They actually had, we had a report that there were 300 special agents that were working inside the headquarters building,

simply looking at other FBI agents who weren't going to go with the program. You're going to have that. Let's just stop right here. You got two more things you want to help us on the other subjects, and then we got to get into the Epstein deep dive, the stuff about him. I'm obviously being murdered, once come out there now. in the federal detention facility in New York, the Pam Bondi statements investigation,

the 14 terabytes that has been sent out of the field offices, has anything been done with that? Don't tell them yet from your sources. And last time you were here, you were showing me the FBI guys telling you all this, and it all came out to be accurate. But you even showed me, I'm like, dude, are you going to... So all that, and then you told me what's going on,

I believe you, and so we're going to break that coming up. But let me do it the order I've got it, because there's a lot here. I want to make sure we hit it all. and it equals private sector, and certain people getting co-aligned interest. This is what an administrative state would look like. He breaks down in about 90 seconds, something that everybody needs to understand so that when you're out there saying they to your friends and trying to wake them up a little bit, Mike Benz puts it out there. It's the reason why government is only one piece of it. Of course, the one I used to work for is part of it. All of these little groups, so you guys could play this clip.

It looks like a weird scene out of eyes wide shut when you hear them all get in their incantation, whole of society, whole of society. But just to flesh out, for example, what this means in a U.S. context, and I guarantee you in every country of your concern, you will see the, you will see. this exact same phenomenon with this exact same constellation, just substitute the names for the

government agencies, for example. So on the U.S. side, in the government, as I mentioned, you have DHS, FBI, DOD, Department of State, National Science Foundation, which is basically just the civilian arm of the Pentagon. You have specific agencies that are now given as part of their democracy mandate, censorship of their particular field of expertise. For example, you'll have misinformation grants being given out by the Department of Energy or you will have COVID censorship grants being given out by our Health and Human Services Department. You'll, you now have White House coordination of this with the Biden administration. That was

something that was not there during the Trump era, but that is now something that you know, what we're dealing with. On the private sector side, these are the tech, I'll stop there. Go ahead. Yeah, so you guys can see on the graph there what we're talking about, but none of these one animals are, the reason why I feel like we can talk about not the Trump administration per se, but we can talk about our government agencies because they're supposed to serve us.

And what a deep state is, which Mike is talking about, he calls it the blob. I think it's a good analogy. These people are embedded. There are people that are in the social media. They are in the actual media. They are in the private sector.

They are the ones that are serving that Google search warrant and they didn't push back and they didn't say, hey, maybe we should go and file a lawsuit like Elon Musk did. All these people work together with co-aligned interests. So if you come in and take over and you're HHS, your RFK, you're Cash Mattel,

you're Dan Bongino, you're Pam Bondi. If you do any of those things, you step into those spaces, and you have a team that's working against you and has been working against you since the beginning. You're not fighting against the Trump administration when you tell them, hey, you guys got a really clean house in there. You've got to get your people on board. Well, that's the thing they admitted they really got mad at me about

when Trump first got in is I would talk to him some and he would take action on it. I'd send him documents and got reports to him. And they had headlines. The chief of staff's job is keeping Trump away from Alex Jones. And now they've got a much bigger problem. Now they've got Elon Musk and everybody else. And so that's it.

I agree with you. What you're doing telling the Trump administration about where there's problems in the bureaucracy is not attacking Trump. He's, you're attacking the mutinous groups. That's it. If they have constitutional principles in mind, then that's not an option. The government is interested only in the process, not in the outcome. They shouldn't be interested in whether or not Owen Schroyer goes to jail. They should be interested in whether or not he has a fair trial and all the information was shared properly. We know that didn't happen.

So we know that there's a problem there. We understand that that nature is corrupt. It was a blatant exercise of public fraud. That's right. I mean, it was like, like I said, cartoonish. I mean, he did nothing except help people on J-Sexecis. They don't go in and they go, he doesn't work there. He went in.

You know, there's two major U.S. counterintelligence threats that have been out there for as long as, you know, I've been paying attention to it. China and Russia, Russia punches above its weight because it has the USSR sort of infrastructure behind it. But the Chinese, are the ones that are running 100-year plans. You know, they do not screw around. And what's crazy is, is that when we had actionable counterintelligence cases against the Chinese, I had whistleblowers come to me and say, help me get to Congress, we need to report that the DOJ, under Merrick Garland, will not actually prosecute. And it's very rare that you can prosecute because the laws are not

in our favor. The crazy thing is the Chinese 100% have structured all of their society, all of their capabilities towards their interests. They don't play around. They don't have to pussyfoot about anything. They don't have to make like a dissenting group, you know, sort of placated. That doesn't happen in China. So there are laws that require that everybody that has a server in China has to make it available to the Chinese government through a back door. So the whole thing's weaponized.

And then meanwhile, it just came out from the trade deal that the Chinese told what we already knew, told the Treasury Secretary, Hey, even though Trump got some good trade deals with us and Biden kept him in, he told everybody not to enforce it. So it's literal treason. Look, the Chinese look out for their interest 100%. They always do. They're not going to go soft. And they don't have to because they don't have to worry about a dissenting population in their own country. This little clip from Ashley Moody, who I didn't know very well, she's the junior senator from Florida.

This clip goes hard. And it's worth watching because when I saw it earlier today, it had 14,000. This is coming from something that was on, I think, Newsmax. It's worth listening to because I didn't know that the Chinese mandated that the students that come here. I knew a lot of them were spies. They have been. They've done espionage type activity. I didn't know they mandated every single person that came here as a student to be able to report back to the CCP with Intel.

I did know that. By law in China. She's talking about this. Go ahead and play the clip. And this should shock no one. So the report came out. It said right now in the United States. States of America at one of our universities, there is an organized, orchestrated spy room.

To put this in perspective, when I got here, I said, when I was told that there was a Chinese law in place that required Chinese nationals, including students that come to the United States on visas, and by the way, we take 300,000 Chinese students a year into our universities. There's a law in the books that says they have to provide intelligence gathering and information to the CCP. We also had information in Congress, before I even got here, that they were setting up these programs to organize spies and push them into our universities using visas. And when I got here and realized that there was no law stopping the visa program, even though we had that information, I immediately launched a bill that would end visas for

Chinese students. Now, nothing against Chinese students that want to learn. But if you have a government that is enlisting them and not just enlisting them, requiring them by law under penalty to be espionage agents when they get here, Absolutely. When it's stated that they are sent here and their families will be put in jail if they don't do this, then by extension, you have to have China change the law, which I'm going to follow. She puts a cover sheet on and says, I've been lied to. This is not everything. They have 24 hours in New York to, at the FBI offices, to give us everything they have or we're going to go get it.

24 hours of lapses. They didn't even wait. As soon as 24 hours elapses, the next afternoon, and they're there. A bunch of agents go in, they grab it. Everything O'Boyle said happened like he had a time machine, okay? And he's talking to the other FBI just that have credibility, okay?

And he's also combat veteran army, whole nine yards. Great guy, big Christian. And, you know, the real deal. And so that happens. And then a few weeks later, in March 25th, Kyle is on the show, and they're both friends. And it was Kyle recommended we get him on. And I'm like, hey,

Is this for real? They're really doing something like Bondi says that they're investigating and they're investigating the new information she got. He said, yeah, I've talked to people in D.C. And some field offices, it's been sent out. And, you know, they've got it. And so it's there. And so that's, you know, paraphrasing me,

so that's a good sign that they would not hold on to it like the Democrats did in New York sitting on top of it. Now he's here months later. We can put on screen, again, the March 25th headline from X, archive right there, 3.9 million views. And all these other people have gotten really mad at me going, oh, they've had years, they've thrown her way, blah, blah, they've had this forever. Yeah, they went and seized it. Okay. And then it's been sent out in March. So that was a good move.

And I said, so the jury's out. We're going to see what happens. You got Pam Bondi saying, hey, you know, there's videos, him abusing all these kids, hundreds of more victims. You know, that's encouraging. And then you've got James O'Keefe's, you know, whole investigation. And, you know, we'll give you our take on that. And then separately, separate from Epstein, what about the 350,000 missing kids, many in sex slavery, many of them in physical slave labor? The New York Times admits that.

Why is nothing happening there? Well, they had it where they had Border Patrol, a race where they came from. They used to have a letter with a phone number, usually to some literal cartel member. They had to then call that person and give that kid to whoever. Then HHS, whatever record there was, would get it to compartmentalize it. You saw Kennedy, we can have to go say that and say, we're investigating it. We're going to find the kids. But they are not letting these agencies communicate.

Then the reason I bring this up now is we're going to look at the FBI and look at Pamboni and look at Cash Patel. But while we do that and while this gets millions of views right now and millions later, to me, that's important. We focus on this, but also things like this. we have all of this data, we have all this information, we have indictments pending, we have people working cases in every place where they are. And that is not currently coming down. That's terrifying. That's a problem. But when you look at the volume of the children here, like I said, it's incompatible with our ability. So you're going where I'm going. But they would be regular dudes coming in and out. They're working age males between the age of, let's say, 18 and let's say 35.

Why are you asking about kids? I'm here to pick up little girls. And we had an inside undercover local cop from the jurisdiction next door,

I could have gotten arrested for this, and finally my security guys, I've read it to the three or four cars

and said, you've got to stop, the cops are going to arrest you. I was not trying to act tough. I literally saw these people in taxis loading three or four little kids in. We'd fall in the airport. They'd have almost no paperwork, a piece of,

and they'd just load them on an unmarked aircraft. I know that's right. I've seen Hernandez R.C. out there doing stuff in front of that exact corner. I've seen guys from Rio Grande Truth do that. I mean, the sad thing is is that private investigative and private, like, independent media

It doesn't sound like people in the field office were getting it. The people that I heard getting that information were getting it out of headquarters to do the redactions. Same stuff.

Pam Bondi was talking about going through tens of thousands of hours. I don't know what number of hours it is. I have no idea. So explain the mechanics. So hopefully then they've got an administrative. People redacting that who's going to investigate it? Look, the way the Bureau works is if somebody has all of the centralized resources, they should be reviewing them, the same way they did with January 6 leads coming in.

That's what we call them, leads. That's going to be tips or evidence. Yeah, they sure arrest thousands of citizens for no reason quickly, but they sure can't find a child rapist. This is the thing that drives me absolutely bonkers, because we know that there's a precedent for the FBI mobilizing a whole of government response to go after certain people. So why did that not happen? It doesn't matter whether it's FTA or going on.

And America would get behind it and love it. And it saves the kids. The Democratic Party will not be elected dog catcher anywhere if Trump just smashes them and arrests their goddamn asses. Keep them off the internet. Absolutely. What are you going to do? My kids have no devices. They're not going to have it. Teenagers and others have learned how to you say. psychological warfare tools that they're like CIA against little kids. The reason why it's not, this is, and I had an FBI agent, I was like, look, I said, is this a

real thing? They go, yeah, I said, so what's the deal? And they go, the deal is we can't prosecute most of them. We can't prosecute them because they're minors. And anybody who's ever worked in law enforcement knows this, especially if you worked in federal law enforcement. But it shows how satanic the culture is getting to we have a big problem with, no doubt, teenagers like running CIA equivalent brainwashing operations.

The issue is, is you're not going to be able to go after a six, 16 year old or a 17 year old who's targeting a 12 or a 13 year old in federal court. And by the way, I've read the stuff they do folks. It is sophisticated mind control. Alex, the only way you get them is you get them when they age out into like 19, 20, 21, which they had a couple of arrests. Those are big like splashes for media, but they are not the majority of those wrong. It's not.

It's not the kids literally in torture rape brothels, which we know pops out in cases here and there, but it's shut down. The media doesn't pick it up. Right. How about a guy from MS? We did a day. We arrested six guys in three hours. With my team, we got three, and the SWAT team in Washington Field got three.

And we were going after them because they were grabbing girls at parties. They would have a 16-year-old girl, lure in another illegal 16-year-old girl who was mad at her parents. You can come join our gang. This is MS-13 stuff. And they would say, why don't you come with us? Then she would say, well, okay, I like hanging out with you, but I don't want to hang out with you anymore. And they said, oh, that's not an option. And by the way, we're all going to rape you.

Then they're going to throw a mattress down in the woods, and we're going to have guys pay whatever it is, 25 guys at a time to come in. They got finished with their construction. They get paid for the day. They go and drop some of it. So this is stuff you did. This is what we did. Wow.

And there's one squad doing this. There's probably a hundred squad. How do you not beat the brains out of those guys and you catch them red-handed gang raping little girls? They're doing Chinese counter-proliferation, making sure the technologies that are dual-use

are not being shipped over to China, but we can't stop it. Like, that's what they're spending their time on. So when you take the number of different things that the FBI can focus on, The lowest priority, and this all comes down to the most bureaucratic bullshit you've ever heard, excuse my language. There is a process called integrated program management, which we recommended me and some of the guys, recommended to Cash Patel. You need to get rid of this. It incentivized the FBI to go after quotas to get paid and child sex trafficking and what's called violent crimes against children is not on there. So they don't get paid for work.

So you can say whatever you want about the Trump admin and we're here to help them and get them on the right track. And this is on record what you're saying. It's hiding in plain view. They are saying finding the child satanic rate industry, which we know is all over the place, stopping it. Because I've talked to local police, you know, at the Super Bowl, Houston, they say it's right out in the open. You see it. Yeah. It is still not made a priority.

Now, here we are months and months later, and they're, quote, still just redacting. Now, does that mean maybe they're going to give it to somebody now to, investigate because as you said, you guys don't act autonomously, you don't act alone, you've got to be directed, so unpack exactly what you're saying, what your sources are telling you, and what their concerns are, and then what the right process would be and what we as the public should think the timeline is when in grocery stores and at gas stations and at church and when family

comes over for Easter, everybody's asking me, we want the Epstein, where is it? And I'm saying, okay, we want that too. We want the 300,000 missing kids. We want that. But, Just on the EF scene alone, because that's something people have got a focus on. They understand it. Recap and flesh out exactly what you're saying and your concerns. My concerns are that we're going to see nothing. That's my big concern. And my concern is that the machine is working slowly on purpose

because the attention span of the American people, they think they can manipulate it. And they're chasing headlines. So they're going after the 7-6-4 thing that you heard. I'm told that wasn't even done by the people that do child sex trafficking. It's actually being done by the JTTF, the Joint Terrorism Task Force. and you know who the joint terrorism task force is. That's the group of people they use to do the foot shoulder work of the regime. That means like whatever the current thing is, that's what you put the JTTF on.

If that means it's going after Catholics or parents at school boards or if it's J6ers or if it turns out to be this, they're chasing these headlines. So that's the stormtrovers. Yeah, they're the ones that just do what, like they're like utility infielers. They just get to play whatever position needs to be done. So, okay, great. Why are they not going after kids? Why are we not seeing that I've seen stuff?

I heard, and this is troubling to me as well, you've got. guys like Bonino who are now number two in the administration or in number two in the in the FBI. He can't go out and talk frankly. So he's got his buddies from his old, his podcast, from his radio show. And they're saying the new Bongino rules, we have to wait six to eight months. That tells me, I'm waiting long enough that you're going to forget about it. That's what it tells me, Alex. That says, just ignore it long enough.

We're just going to string you along. What it means is they want narrative control. Right. We want to string you along and we want to tell you what we want to focus on. Let us show you what we did with this restore justice. Let us show you what the problem is. is, you know, they're highlighting like drug bus. The FBI does drug bus every single day.

They don't highlight it. People were talking about how they rescued kids. They did it under the Biden administration to every single freaking director that you can remember going back Mueller. There's press releases of them grabbing child sex traffickers. Okay, so why would she raid the FBI, New York office, and have that guy resign, who I think should be indicted for covering it up? Why would you give it to the field offices if you're then not going to do it? So the field office piece, and maybe this was misunderstood. or maybe misconstrued, but like the people that I heard seeing this in the field office,

I think it was made available to them on accident. They weren't actually tasked with doing anything with it. It was just there. It's like if you went to your computer and you said, hey, I'm looking for a printer, I'm looking for other items on the network. Oh, by the way, here's a bunch of Abstein files. What do you do with that if you're an FBI agent? You don't have autonomous authority to go out there in open cases.

So unless somebody tasks you from headquarters, because that's where this files are being redacted apparently, and that's the headquarters guys told me that, if they're looking at it until those quote unquote leads that's what they're called it's a official request for you to go and investigate this topic until those are sent to you in the field you're not going to do anything with it so it's like okay cool just like what i was trying to tell you before the break i had guys stand in the office with me and my boss march 2022 watching hunter biden laptop videos the stuff that we've all seen him in the sensory depot chamber him lighten you know crack rocks up him trying to you know talk to a prostitute or whatever and he didn't know what it was FBI agents i have found and that's not an indictment of them. I think they're just focused on things like a lot of Americans are. They are utterly uninformed about what's happening nationally to the point where guys work in national security in New Mexico with me, who were decent human beings, smart guys, good shooters, you know, cool to hang out with, nice guys to have a beer, didn't know

that there was a Hunter Biden laptop story in October of 2020 and they didn't know it through 21 or in 22 when I talked to him about it. They were like, is this new? They just are unaware. So they might not even know what the news headlines are asking for the Epstein files. There's a decent chance. If you grab that a random FBI agent, they wouldn't even know that this is something that's going on. Well, that's what I think happened with, Keith, because I don't think he knew Pam Bondi had been on the news after you and others on the show exposed that. And that she'd been out saying hundreds of victims, thousands of files, and we've sent it out to the offices to investigate. I think when he got that undercover video of her basically saying stuff she'd already said, I think he probably really thought that was new.

I think the danger is, is I'm in the undersell over-deliver business because I used to be in sales, so I understand what that looks like. If you're in the theatrics business, then you're in the over-sell and potentially under-deliver, and then people look at you and say it's a nothing burger, maybe it's somewhat nuanced and maybe there's some news there. But the problem is, if you go out there and tell people that everything is going to be bigger than it ever has been before, something new has happened that's never happened, and people go like, well, yeah, it is not new. Like, every person that reached out to me from the Bureau said,

you realize that the Cash Patel press conference about how we're now focusing on kids, is something we do every single year. And I went, yeah, I remember that. And they go, it's Operation Cross Country, one, two, three, up to 12. Okay, but Trump keeps saying in press conferences, he wants it out, he wants it release. And I believe that.

So what does he need to tell Kosh Patel to do? They need to get rid of the people that are stopping them on the inside. Again, you're talking about, you're talking about a bunch of satellite offices that have the ability to do a lot of things on. Okay, well, you're talking of the deputy director, Bongino, Secret Service, smart guy.

You know, you want the plan? I had the plan. Maybe he doesn't know exactly how all the, how it works. So you did it. Why don't you explain to him? Okay. This was the plan.

This is actually what we laid out for Cash Patel. I said you should take every person that's a GS-15 that's going to be an assistant special agent in charge. You should put them all in an acting role. They are now temporarily in charge of your field offices. You want every single SES person that worked into the Biden administration, all of them. Every single person promoted there now no longer does that job, period. You're going to lose some decent people in there too, probably. It doesn't matter.

Every single one of them has the opportunity to either retire or they have to go work in Puerto Rico, because we're going to get them out of the United States. We need to move them to a territory where they can't screw with what's going on. And what are those guys do? Nothing from here on out. They don't get to do anything. But what's the problem? Oh, the problem is because all those people have independent little fiefdoms,

and they all want to have plausible deniability on why they can't fix the problem. What they do, the FBI is a factory of nose. It's a bunch of people. This is the way we've always done it, Alex. We can't do anything new. How can we need to go and kick doors down at zero 600? Because we've always done it that way. Well, why don't we just grab them on surveillance so we don't get shot?

Why don't we grab them when we see them pumping gas when they're not looking around? We've never done that before, so we're not going to do it. You've got institutional knowledge that is basically interested in the way business has always been, going all the way back to Hoover. That's like the local police in Waco or the ATF. The local police are like, he works in town every day, grab him there, they're like, no, we're going to go shoot the building up. Because it's splashy, because it worked once.

Yeah, all of the bad ideas that have always been there, they're always still there. And all the people that got promoted, if you look at the senior executive service for the FBI, if you go in and find anybody that's what's called Senior Executive Service, SES, This is your quote unquote deep state, your administrative state. Nobody there has more than six years of investigative experience. They have the same amount of time working the job that I did. And then they're all in senior management roles. Now they went to a management role where they worked at a squad.

Then they went to headquarters and worked in a management role. Then they worked back in the field office management. And they ping pong their way. And a librarian, a homosexual librarian set up the FBI back in the 20. And so all of this flows out of that. The craziest thing is that you have people that have not been near a case in 15 years are the ones that are making the most serious decisions about this. They're describing the tactics.

What I always said was if you wanted to have the best people out there, and this is my recommendation to Dan Bongino straight away, go out and query every single one of your field offices. I've told this to a dozen FBI agents, by the way, they think this is a great idea. Query the field offices. Find your top GS-13, that's your frontline agents. Find your top three or five agents in every single major threat.

Criminal, cyber, counterterrorism, and counterintelligence. Take your top three to five from every field office. Now you have a pool of your best brick agents. Then go get your supervisors, the GS-14 level. These are the people that supervise the squad. They are the closest to the actual work, and they manage the caseload. Get those. Get top three or four out of every single field office.

You don't have to do it by threat. Make sure they all have between four and seven years. Go out there and check their climate surveys. See how people like working for them? If they are good bosses, good managers, and they want to be near the cases, those are the people that should be running the FBI. And you take the hourglass, which is basically bottom-heavy, you flip it upside down. And everybody that's currently managing right now that hasn't been near a case in a decade or two, get rid of them.

Why do you need them? They're the people that were moving the status quo for as long as they have. If you want to change the manager. That's how you purge the FBI. You have to gut the culture there. And then you can have the people that are closest and most passionate about doing that work. You take a guy that says, I'm 17 years into my FBI 20. I'm going to retire at 20 years.

I'm 17 years in and I'm still working cases trying to go after child sex traffickers. I want that guy in charge of the program because he cares enough to do it. do the actual work. He doesn't want to be a manager. We're going to ask you for the needs of the Bureau because the country needs you to step forward, step out of the front line, and manage the problem at a bigger level. If you ask those people to do it, they'll do it.

They don't want to do it, though, because they know that once you get into management, you basically get to just write your, you brief it for 18 months, you tell people you're going to do change, you do almost nothing, you put one little line on your resume and you go to the next job. It's the same bureaucratic thing that has the FAA collapsing in our airports might close.

Every federal agency does this. They're all the same, man. I'm just telling you, like, it's so crazy. Well, it's like Social Security in a mine, and they didn't want to change that. Because we've always done it that way, Alex. Why would we change it? That's why? Oh, it would be too hard. We'd have to get a study, and we'd have to ask some consultants. We'd have to spend some money, and we didn't budget it this year. Like, it's all crap excuses. It's the same reason when you foiled, you got one piece of paper. Because the goal of government is to say no and to just keep that money and that responsibility

up in the air. When I went and put my whistleblower complaints forward, I got investigated by the FBI's Office of Professional Responsibility, they kicked it over to the DOJ's office of the Inspector General, who kicked it over to the Office of Attorney Recruitment and Management, who said no, it just goes in this circle until eventually you get worn out. And there's guys like you that don't get worn out. Meanwhile, we're up against the communist Chinese. Who never get worn out, who have 300,000 students here,

all of whom are potential assets. So yeah, exactly. It's a huge threat. And it's because we're not serious about it. And the people that are in there are more interested. I used to have this motivation. Oh, they're more interested in other grand jury on me and you. That's right.

I used to have this demotivational poster on my wall, and it said there were two of them. One of them said consultants. If you think, if you're not part of the solution, there's a lot of money to be made in continuing the problem. That's obviously true. And if we continue it, we're done. But luckily, on many fronts, Trump is changing things. Let's get to some of these clips then. So bottom line, you have talked to your folks.

You're saying, no, we are not being given. We're not being released. The hounds are not being released. Yeah, they've sent some files out for redactions, but that bare minimum looks like slow rolling. Bare minimum, yeah. And here's the thing. So there we go. People wanted to know and accuse me and say, oh, Jones, the Trump administration's covering it up and Trump's doing it, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

Just out of hand, I said, I'm going to wait and see. And you're saying now we can say. Yeah, that's terrible news. But here's the thing that's so crazy, I think, is that you should always evaluate what are people's sources. You should always evaluate it. What is someone's placement and what is their access? Do they actually, are they in a position to be able to report on things in any kind of accuracy? Do I have a view on everything that's going on the FBI?

Absolutely not. I would never claim that. No, you just broken most along with O'Boyle, of the key proven right info we have on the Epstein taking the last year. What I've had is a source network of people that said no when everyone else said yes and didn't complain. When we were told that we're going to be. You become a focal point of people that have the highest level of integrity. People just reach out to me and say, hey, by the way, if you're wrong about it. For people that are good guys overall, but still, hey, we're in power now, knock it off.

You're dangerous. Sure. I mean, look, again, I had an NBC reporter. He says, you know, you got to give it to you because you're consistent. And I'm like, because my principles have nothing to do with who's in power. I want the FBI director to be an honest. Well, it's like whenever, it's like whenever O'Keefe says he's got something bad on Trump's registration official that wouldn't say what on Epstein cover up. And he's done a great track record.

So I basically believed him. And I'm not saying he lied. It just wasn't as devastating as he said, really made him kind of look good in the way. But I'm glad she's talking about, yeah, you know, if she shows, they're probably going to bring it out. But I was, like, really upset because I didn't want it to be horrible because I want to believe in the administration. And so to me, this was a positive event. So let's go to some of these clips. Here's O'Kee's report.

O'Keefe report on A.G. Pambondi. It was covertly recorded on April 28 that includes press gaggle to replay that. and then we have the flashback from March 26, the day after year on, or 27th, where she reveals there are tens of thousands of pages of documents and hundreds of child victims of Epstein. So she basically said it then. This is, you know, at a restaurant a little bit more, calling it videos, but then I guess it's more sexy if it's filmed and she doesn't know it. And so I want to play these clips again and they get your take on it.

Here it is. Back to back. Yesterday, Attorney General of the United States Pam Bondi was at the White House and disclosed what she represented as brand new information in relation to Jeffrey Epstein, the existence of tens of thousands of videos featuring little children. There are tens of thousands of videos of Epstein with children or child porn. Now, this is the first time an official has publicly acknowledged that videos of Epstein and his victims exist. What you may not know is just nine days prior, the Attorney General, had a very similar conversation with a total stranger in a restaurant.

Do you know when the Epstein files are going to get released? We hope soon. Very nice enough. Okay. So any dates? No, you know what it is? You're tons of thousands of hitting those? Yeah.

And it's all with little pins, so they have to go through everyone. In the past, officials have spoken about the, quote, Mountain of Evidence in the Epstein case. But they've never previous to that moment, acknowledged on the existence of videos of, quote, little kids. Just a few days later, at 2 p.m. on May 1st, our reporter sent the AG's office the text of the recording. We asked why this detail had not been disclosed to the public, but was instead being told to a random stranger at a restaurant.

The Attorney General used almost the exact same language as she did with the stranger in the restaurant, language that we shared with her press office. There are tens of thousands of video. Yeah, and it's all with little pins. There are tens of thousands of videos of Epstein with children or child porn. Now, we hesitated to publish this story, but believe, like we did yesterday, that the public has a right to know. And this one raises serious questions. On one hand, why did our country's high-year-old?

law enforcement official share this information first, not with the American people, but with a self-described nanny at brunch. But more importantly, why was this information held back in the first place? Does this show that a government apparatus is still working behind the scenes to protect powerful people involved in the scandal? Based upon the response to our Epstein story yesterday, it's clear that the American people want answers, and they want accountability. What about the Epstein files? A lot of conversation about the Epstein files. And I recognize that when you're dealing with children, it takes much more time.

You've got to ensure that what you're sending out publicly is not revealing any personal information. But can you give us a sense of those two items and whether or not we'll learn more about them? Sure. You're going to hear all of say on January 6th. You're going to hear a lot more about the January 6th commission in a very good way. And as to Epstein, yes, you're absolutely right. Maria, you know, tens of thousands of pages of documents and hundreds and hundreds of victims of Jeffrey Epstein. So the FBI, they have been working round the clock at my directive,

at Cash Patel's directive. Now Dan Bongino is there, who is a great asset for all of us at the FBI as well. But yeah, we have to protect their identity, their personal information to make sure they're safe. But other than that, we are releasing all of the these documents as soon as we can get them redacted to protect the victims of him. All right. That's two days after Kyle broke all this back in March. So what is your overall view of this? Pan Bondi is a savvy creature.

She's definitely not a dumb lady. And I don't think that she's giving out super secret information that the government wants hidden in a sandwich shop. But she basically already said all this on the news. She said it in one way. She's now got maybe more information. I don't think she's reviewed this document or videos. The odds of that are very low to me. So you're just getting quick reports?

Yeah, yeah. She's getting brief. It's called the director or the AG briefing. She gets in. Someone gives her an intel report. Hey, this is what we're working on. This is what we got. Well, what's the scope of it?

Oh, it's tens of thousands of videos. Well, I was just super relieved that when I heard Trump administration involved with Epstein, I was like, he wouldn't give me to tells. And I was having literal nightmares. James got scooped on his own story, but his story was built on something that's not particularly non-public. Like, one, anybody who's been paying attention to the story knows that they walked out with truckloads of, like, you know, all those hand trucks. They had all those carts full of DVDs or whatever the heck it was and VHS and all the other kind of.

And you think that's just one location. About to say, sounds like a lot more than 14 terabytes. I don't, I think that the deep state did probably destroy most of it. That's a very real possibility. Long before Bondi. And, you know, that's what Garrett O'Boy was saying. I don't know. What Bondi's saying here, though, is in these 14 terabytes is all this.

So the big takeaway, hundreds of victims, Epstein raping. kids, now they've got to do something now, or they become over time complicit now that she says that's what's in there. Yeah, or they run the clock out on you, which is what we've seen on so many big things. But how could you do that if they were, I don't think they were involved, so you have to. How do you sleep at night if you know this and you don't prosecute these people? Alex, that's a million dollar question. I mean, how do people do anything that they do?

You know what my wife and I were having this conversation of the day? She was like, how can people betray the American people's faith? How can they betray individuals that they said that they were going to help and they don't? How do they let a victim, like an Epstein victim, end up, you know, like killing yourself? Like, how does that happen? And we were talking. And I had this moment where I was like, you know what? That's why the movie or the series, the Game of Thrones series was so impactful for people.

Because it showed like the depravity of how deeply you can be betrayed by someone. Double dealing and flipping. Yeah. And you just like most people do not. operate with the amount of duplicity that some people operate on in D.C. Some of the most evil things that can happen are people who are just doing their job. Because it's become a bunch of yes men and women and it's been the synthesis of corruption. So, and the worst people will just turn a blind eye.

Here's Cash Patel, FBI director last week in Congress, confirming Epstein files are coming. Here it is. Did Jeffrey Epstein hang himself or did somebody kill him? Senator, I believe he hung himself in a cell in the Metropolitan Tension Center. Are you going to release all the information about that? Senator, we are working through that right now with the Department of Justice. When you think you'll have it done, cash? I think in the near future, sir.

Like before I die? Senator, we are, we've been working on that, and we're doing it in a way that. protects victims and also doesn't put out into the ether information that is irrelevant for production

of the public such as CSAM. Thank you, Mr. Chairman. So he's implying they are investigating that he's don't want to give it away, but you're saying from all your sources, you're not getting chatter, that's really happening. I mean, two things can be true at once. They can be redacting it and also not asking anybody to go investigated. But you'd think that when you go through, and look, I've done some video edits.

I've done some work with taking audio files and transcribing and so on. Like, you're also generating an evidentiary log at that time. And if there's something in there that needs to be exploited, which means you send it off to an analyst or you send it off to an agent to work on, then they should be doing that. There should be people that are knocking on doors asking questions. But you're hearing, you've not heard anything. I got none of it, no. From all your sources. Okay, you have another source that local law enforcement, and this is breaking, exclusive, This is important. Tell people.

Yeah. All right. So this is unconfirmed. But this, look, I got a lot of people that talk to me about a lot of things. Generally speaking, when you fly in the space where federal agents, former federal agents and folks that are working in law enforcement, people talk. Apparently there's been a dissemination of a memo that's talking about the either pardoning or commutation of Derek Chauvin, which you've been talking about the summer getting spicy and things getting wild. I think the left is looking for a reason to do it. They've been doing property damage on the Teslas.

They've been going out and locally destroying certain things. but we haven't seen like person-on-person violence or the big like wholesale destruction we saw in 2020. That would be a great catalyst I can imagine. And I do think that Derek Chauvin, whether he was a jerk or not, did not do the thing that they claimed that he did. I think he got railroaded and it was pretty hot.

Well, it came out that they railroaded him into the corner said he got a drugs. It's the same problem with Ashley Babbitt. Anybody, if you're an honest operator and I've read the deadly force policy for DOJ, I have to imagine Capitol Police has a very similar one. If you say that Ashley Babbitt's shooting was justifiable, then you don't know what the deadly force policy is for law enforcement. All right. We're out of time.
