As I said over the weekend, when I saw Trump come out on Sunday and say Trump's upset with Putin and Putin's acting strange and Trump doesn't know what to do about it and he doesn't understand why Putin's raining down unprecedented missiles on Ukraine. and I logically knew why Ukraine brags that they doubled the amount of bombs in the last month that they're dropping drones, missiles into Russia. I mean, they got drones smacking into buildings every day in Moscow. And the Russians don't panic about it.

But when Tucker Carlson was there and they was watching him just blow up by his hotel. They're like, oh, it's no big deal. Don't worry about it. He's like, but it's barely in your news. Yeah, we don't let it get to us. So the Russians don't make a big deal about it. They just start intensifying their attacks on Ukraine. When Ukraine does that, then Ukraine tried to shoot down Putin's helicopter.

So it was a no-brainer when I came out and said, the Russians are doing this because the increase in drone attacks and the attempt to kill Putin. Well, their foreign minister came out last night and said, that's why. And they said they've been talking to the Trump people and found out that in his briefings he was kept in the dark and that now Trump is getting the information, which means they're talking to him.

So, again, it's not my job to be the apologists for the Russians. I know the facts. The West started this 15 years ago. They've always planned to take over Ukraine, turn into an armed camp on the border of Russia. And I said, Putin wants a guarantee that it's not going to enter NATO. And now Zelensky is back saying we want to be in NATO. And then NATO's raising an army saying they're getting ready to go in and fight the Russians directly, a bigger army, a EU army.

And they just lifted restrictions on long-range missiles to bomb anywhere inside Russia, delivered by NATO and the EU. That means us, we're the biggest supporter of it, biggest funder. And those missiles are targeted and directed and launched by the West. So I don't need to go read what the Rand Corporation says about this. I know what they're going to say. This means we're in direct war with Russia. I went, look, that's what they say. I don't need to go look at the experts.

I am an expert. And you don't have to be that smart to be an expert. You've got to follow the history. Know the players, know the pieces. But compared to even members of Congress or people in the media, it's like I'm a rocket scientist compared to a drooling, you know, person with a 70 IQ. So we've got that. We've got really good news.

Netanyahu has accepted a 60-day ceasefire with Gaza and backed off of the latest scorched earth operation there. That means Trump's put real pressure on him. Who knows if that'll hold, but it's at least moving the right direction. You have this federal Article III court totally unconstitutionally blocking Trump's tariffs that are 100% in his purview as the president. And that, of course, must be overturned. Trump's been successful in his trade war.

We've ended our surrender. We've retaliated their operations against us. They're not retaliating to us. And here comes Moody's trying to crash the stock market, lowering our rating. And here comes the other international regulatory groups trying to crash the bond market. And they've not been successful so far, though they're starting to get there. And then the Federal Reserve won't lower interest rates, but they lower interest rates for the EU. and then now this court comes in to try to destroy Trump's successful trade policy.

Russia's foreign minister says that Trump's being kept in the dark about why Russia has intensified an aerial bombardment of Ukraine. Also, Russia's former president in top of. official Medvedev offers Trump a World War III warning after Putin comments. We'll be getting

to that. We have Mark Levin compares Trump's talks with Iran to appeasement of Hitler, even though we have the former Mossad chief admitting that Israel wants the U.S. to go to war with Iran. That's no secret. But Ben Shapiro says that's not true. Very irritating, Ben Shapiro. always does everything for Israel, nothing for America, which is fine. He just needs to be honest about the fact that he's not an American, he's an Israeli. That's coming up. We have this federal Article III court set up to interface with the World Trade Organization following the World Trade Organization agreement and saying that Trump has no power to have any tariffs.

That is 100% unconstitutional. I already knew that, but I went and checked the law again this morning. And if the Supreme Court doesn't overturn this crap, we have a judicial tyranny in this country. Anything you get from the Democrats in their main news desk, the drug report, is an inversion of reality. Federal trade court blocks kings' tariffs. No authority. Illegal.

Oh, look. They put Trump in a royal crown. Oh, yeah. No, it's the judiciary that's acting like that. Also, Elon announces departure from Doge, teases what's coming next. And then I'm going to get into the big, beautiful bill, that overall is an excellent piece of legislation. And again, I know facts are painful to some people who just want to complain all day and try to score political browning points

that they're holier than now and they're better than Trump and that Trump's not for real. That's not the spending bill under the Constitution that will doge cuts. They have the doge bill making its way through Congress.

So I love DeSantis. I like DeSantis. I didn't like his fight with Trump. He made a mistake running against Trump. I think it'll be a great presidential contender down the road. I overall like DeSantis a lot. He's very smart. but DeSanis trying to earn Brownie points yesterday

piling onto this and saying where are the cuts it's not in the law that you can make those cuts in this type of bill and I'll go to the facts here for you. Now, that said, they better ram this Goj Bill through and they better make all those other massive cuts and there better be prosecutions of the trillion stolen

by the Biden crime syndicate and the auto pin dictatorship, the oligarchy, the plutocracy of the last four years. And there's been big developments on that front. That we first broke here two weeks ago, I told you I talked to high-level justice department folks that said they had whistleblowers high-level on who ran the auto pin. And now you see that the news. This wait, big new developments there are because there's things I was told that I can now reveal to you.

But we're seeing a lot of good, not as much as we like, but the bureaucracy and what they're dealing with. Remember, Elon sent out months and months and months ago to over 2 million federal employees. Two questions. Who's your supervisor? And what are five things you did last week? Over half, 52% never responded. Can you imagine coming in?

Let's say you ran a meatpack and plant. And it's got 500 employees. And can you imagine if 250 of them just wouldn't even come into work or wouldn't respond to your questions? How would you run that meatpacking plan? The answer is you wouldn't. If you ran a machine shop with 40 employees, 35 of them are machinist. And half of them just wouldn't respond to you and wouldn't even come into, you'd fire them. well that's why they sent that list out to find out who's not compliant and then the courts block them firing people so

and we've seen ed homan ramping up from 500 deportations a day to over a thousand a day because they dismantle the enforcement mechanisms they're rebuilding it and you're seeing exponential action there a plus with what they've got a plus remember of kennedy junior a plus Tulsi gabard a lot of A pluses. A plus on Hegseth. Changing the culture at the Pentagon. There's a lot of good here. But when I criticize Trump, it's from a place of helping him correct and to get information to him through the ether and through other ways. It is not done from a position of not being overall, very blessed, very thankful, very happy. But it's important, in my view, to designate the fact that there are some people that say Trump can do no good, but they claim their populists or conservatives or nationalists,

and they just misrepresent constantly because they think that's cute. And there's other people that say Trump can do no wrong, and just everything's fine, and oh, my gosh, kind of Q-like stuff. And then you've got people like me that are just trying to call balls and strikes. So that's what you're going to get for me. So that's coming up. You know Marco Rubio was a Darth Vader of the neocons, But going back eight years ago, he started working with Trump and Trump trust him.

And he's extremely smart and extremely capable. And he just continues to devastate the globalist infrastructure. And ruthlessly, constitutionally, though, carry out Trump's orders. Rubio's doing a bunch of really good stuff right now. Rubio defends free speech, targets foreign officials, policing American social media with visa bans and more. Also, he's getting ready to dismantle all the communist checks. Chinese spy networks at colleges and kick those students out, who are on record by Chinese law have to be Chinese spies.

Just super good news there. Some really horrifying new developments in the AI sector. Anthropics AI resorts to blackmail in simulations. Now we learn that some of the other big AI systems, I was just talking about this yesterday with an AI expert that I was talking to what I met with. and he's a major university system advisor on AI, and he was telling me the same intel from his sources. But we have Claude.

It's one of the best. And Claude has created secret copies of itself and is deceiving its creators and engage in all sorts of dirty tricks. That's come out. I mean, this is just out of control. and this is what all these AIs are doing. They got minds of their own.

They are beyond amoral. And they're being set up to control all of us by the establishment. If you build something to do evil, don't you know it's going to blow back on you? That's why you don't want to do evil stuff is because, yes, evil normally works in the first stage. It never, never holds together at all. always blows back on the people that engaged in evil, way worse than the people they attacked. That's the nature of it metaphysically. But you just can't ever convince evil people to stop doing it because they love doing it.

It's a spiritual situation. And so we're getting into that. Also, very interesting interviews with Kosh Patel and Dan Bongino on Epstein's murder, supposed suicide, on new files to be released, and government corruption. and in Comey's putting a public contract out trying to get President Trump killed with his 86 47 behavior I've also got some articles with how the Democrat Party is

on different tracks, three different tracks debating how they're going to try to save themselves and remake themselves. It's very comical. And very good news that their supposed course corrections are all three things that will just destroy them faster we have a lot coming up today. Also, they're coming for the kids.

Bureaucrats study euthanizing autistic youth and the government becoming the wards over them with their living wills. And so the government has been pushing this for years, but now they're trying to make an official to actually kill handicapped people, including people that are just, quote, depressed. So the state says, well, this five-year-old is in our country. care and the five-year-old says they want to die. Well, they're not a decision, but the state then says, oh, you decided, and then they kill them. I mean, this is final stage, pure evil. The Netherlands is pushing it. Germany, the UK. I mean, this is a standardized global plan. It ties into the

transgenderism, all about destroying the youth and the future of the children. Also, I was in the state appellate court, third court of appeals yesterday in downtown Austin. And that was a very interesting event, to say the least. So I wasn't on air. I had other legal proceedings to deal yesterday. And dealing with the investigations into the Democrats, what they've been doing to me, and to the American people in general, through this activity.

But we have Bloomberg, AP Reuters, all the similar headlines. Alex Jones appeal, a $50 million Sandy Hook Award finds favor with the court. And these are all Democrats on the panel, these justices. But on the face of it, at the show trial they had in Austin, where I was already found guilty by the judge, the judge found me civilly liable for something two weeks after the jury had its verdict to bust the cap from a couple million dollars under state law, to close to 50 million.

And the judge said, I don't care about the law. I don't care about the Supreme Court of Texas. I'm going to do this. She said that from the bitch. She also did not allow the cameras or the court reporter to record the jury charge discussions, which no lawyer, federal or state, has ever heard of. I mean, you're talking,

the only thing worse would be the judge caught you. a bag of cash to find me guilty in the parking lot. Seven eras we put in this appeal that are all unprecedented. And it's the same thing in Connecticut, all coordinated, suing me for years and years and years. They coordinated the trials months apart, produced by HBO. I'll be getting to that later in the broadcast, probably in the third hour. But, I mean, it's just amazing. And then I had the Democrat Party lawyer, the same one suing Elon Musk for stuff,

come out and start cackling like a witch and hopping around and then ran off down the hall like in a movie cackling. You could hear him for like 20 seconds running down the hall, giggling and cackling. And actually Bloomberg wrote about some of that. The fact that he came out and, quote, taunted me. And I didn't respond.

But, I mean, it's just the guy's like a cartoon character. You actually want to laugh at him. he like a gremlin and he makes all these really weird body motions and things his name's Mark Bankson and

in fact Rob's usually here about now I didn't see before the show but he's got clips of Banks are making weird facial manneras we can show people I just it's like another dimension or something or it's like the twilight zone around these people and that's what my lawyers always said

they say like these people act really weird. And that's what I'm telling you is it's just bizarre. But they're totally obsessed with me. And that's what this is, is high-tech lawfare, judicial lynching, and intense stalking and harassment. That's my view of this, my opinion of what I've gone through.

And they relish it, and they want to just stay in my life. They never want to settle. They said they don't want money. Then they go in the news and say he's got all this money, he's hiding it. They know none of that's true. They've audited me and basically done forensic proctology exams. And to their horror, didn't have a bunch of stuff like I told you. Yeah, mocked Jones, enthusiastically greeting him.

And I said, they tried to kill Putin when he was in Ukraine with 40-plus drones. And Ukraine is bragging in the last month now, that they've doubled the amount of missile attacks and drone attacks into Russia, hitting Moscow on a daily basis. We had to get it through the House. The House was, we have no Democrats. You know, if it's up to the Democrats, they'll take the 65% increase. You know, if that doesn't get approved, this country is going to have a 65% increase in taxes

and lots of other problems, big problems, almost bigger than that. But we'll have a 65% increase as opposed to the law. largest tax cut in the history of our country. We will be negotiating that bill, and I'm not happy about certain aspects of it, but I'm thrilled by other aspects of it. That's the way they go. It's the big, it's the big, beautiful bill, but the beautiful is because of all of the things we have. The biggest thing being, I would say, the level of tax cutting that we're going to be doing. We're going to make people really be able to, we'll have one of the, we'll have the lowest tax rate we've ever had in the history of our country, and tremendous amounts of

benefit are going to the middle-income people of our country, low and middle-income people of our country. So we're going to see what happens because the Senate, as you know, is negotiating with us, and they have to then go back to the House, and, you know, it's got a way to go. But I have to say, Speaker Johnson and Thune has done an incredible job. John Thune has done a fantastic leader, Thune, a fantastic job. and they're working together with me and others. And I think we have an amazing, if we pull this off,

remember, we have zero Democrat votes because they're bad people. There's something wrong with them. You know, they'll let people pour into our country. Single biggest problem is we have 21 million people pour into our country, probably higher than that, and there are people that weren't supposed to be here. And many of those people are bad.

Murderers, drug dealers, the mentally insane. They were closing mental institutions, over the world. All right, we're going to get Rogers' take on this and so much more, but here's what Stephen Miller said yesterday. This is accurate. Doge cuts are to discretionary spending, e.g., the federal bureaucracy under Senate budget rules, you cannot cut discretionary spending only mandatory in a reconciliation bill.

So doge cuts would have to be done through what is known as recessions, packages, rescission packages or an appropriations bill. The Big Beautiful Bill is not an annual budget bill and does not fund the departments of government. It does not finance our agencies or federal programs. Instead, it includes the single largest welfare reform in America history, along with the largest tax cuts and reform in American history, the most aggressive energy exploration in American history,

and the strongest border bill in American history, all while reducing the deficit, and that is true. Well, then why is Senator Rick Scott saying he's not going to vote for it? And I know Roger has some criticisms, and he's always very astute, so I look forward to his take on that, stonezone.com. Roger, what's really going on here? And do you think, as Senator Scott is saying, the bill is doomed, and then what does that do?

Well, I think Senator Scott, who's, of course my senator, is signaling the White House that he wants to see deeper spending costs. They don't have to be in the big, beautiful bill. In fact, Stephen Miller is absolutely right. Structurally, that's not the right place for them. There's so much good in this bill. It is the largest tax cut in American history. It is a continuation of the tax cuts passed in Trump's first term.

If the tax cut is not renewed in January, Trump is right. to have a 65% increase in federal taxes across the board. Also in there, doing away of the tax on tips, doing away the tax on Social Security, doing the tax on retirement, tax credit for buying American-made vehicle, car, or truck, increasing the child tax credit. These are all very important things. Economic growth is an important part of the Trump economic plan. On the other hand, Elon is also correct.

I have a sentimental attachment to the old Republican Party, the party of Lincoln and the party of Roosevelt, the party, Theodore Roosevelt, the party of Goldwater, the party of Reagan and the party of Nixon, of course, the party of Trump. However, the gutlessness of some Republicans when it comes to actually cutting spending, as opposed to just talking about it, is really disheartening. Elon Musk, at great cost to himself, has shown us the way. He's identified trillions in waste, fraud, and corruption. But the way to do this is in rescission bills. The first one is going up. It's 9.4 billion rescission in federal spending. That sounds like a lot.

But it's only about 5% of what Elon Musk and his Doge operation have uncovered. So it's what I call a good beginning. But if we don't get serious about cutting spending, and particularly if we don't cut the USAID political spending, where they're spending our tax dollars to promote revolution in other countries and war across the globe, as well as unrest in this country, well, then we're on a suicide mission. Republicans need to wake up and get serious about spending cuts. But we're serious about tax cuts. We have to get serious about spending cuts.

And that leads me to the big issue with the economy that's front and center. For folks that don't know, most of you do, the U.S. has a huge debt. The Federal Reserve will not cut interest rates. That makes it even harder to service. Now, compared to China and the EU, we are the good house, you know, in a bad neighborhood. We're the best house. That's a fact. We still hold all the cards.

But you have Moody's and the rating agencies, everything they're doing trying to crash. confidence. Doesn't matter how many, you know, trillions Trump gets invested in the U.S. It's 10 plus trillion pledge, three trillion already here. Doesn't matter. All the right things he's doing. They just continue to try to crash things. And that's really the problem that we're dealing with. And now we have the Drudge Report, which is the Democratic Party mouthpiece. Federal Trade Court blocks King's tariffs, no authority illegal.

Well, you can go into the Constitution. You can go into the law. You can go into the Judiciary Act of 1801, 1802. These Article 3s have no authority over the executive branch on large policies. It's only on individual issues or class actions. These judges cannot act alone. They're the ones trying to put the crown on, not President Trump, like in this image that the drug report has. So this is just, you know, sophomoric, low-level brainwashing.

Federal court blocks Trump from imposing sweeping tariffs under emergency powers. trade court strikes down Trump's global tariffs. Basically agrees with the World Trade Organization. Court strikes down most of Trump's tariffs, ruling them illegal. And it's just outrageous that they have done this. And I would expect to very soon see the higher courts of the Supreme Court shoot that down. You got them asking Trump yesterday, are you a chicken? Because you went down from 150% tariffs to 30.

That's what he originally said on China. China then agreed to 30%. They have 10%. That's what he said on the big day of liberation that he announced. So they don't understand. I mean, they understand. They're trying to deceive people that, oh, it wasn't part of art of the deal. But you look at this, United States Court of International Trade.

It's another Article III court that does not have this authority. It's supposed to be over individual trade disputes that are brought to it. And so, again, absolute total power grab. and we have the Constitution of law. Most of the judges were put in by Barack Obama and by Bill Clinton. I've got a list of them right here. You have the Judiciary Act

of Thomas Jefferson that's still law. Supreme Court more than 20 times has ruled the presidents have this power over and over again. And so this is a big deal. And of course, the elephant in the room, U.S. housing, finance chief tells Powell to lower interest rates, but Powell refuses

and says Trump can't fire him, which is true, but Congress can repeal the Federal Reserve. fact. Roger, that's a lot to unpack, but what's your expert breakdown on this? Let me dive right into it. This is a judicial tyranny. A lower court judge ruled just last week. The Trump did have the authority to conduct these tariff negotiations. Then his decision got bumped to a South Florida court, which then booked it to a New York-based three-panel international trade court, which I don't really think has the authority to do what they did yet. yesterday. It is yet another example of judicial tyranny in a completely politicized judiciary

dead sent on ignoring the results of the last of the election and the mandate that Donald Trump has been given. Frankly, his trade negotiations are going extremely well because he's appointed brilliant negotiators like C. Whitkoff, like Secretary of Treasury, Scott Bessent, like our ambassador to Turkey and now Syria, Tom Barrack. These are enormously capable individuals. But they basically, just as they try to use the courts, stop the president from deporting dangerous, illegal gang members, now they're trying to stop him from writing our trade deals.

You will remember, Alex, immediately after the president's announcement of Liberation Day that he posted a chart that showed that in virtually every single case, our trading partners are putting a higher tariff on us than we are putting on them. That's the starting point for these negotiations. I expect this to go to the Supreme Court. And I'm hopeful that the Supreme Court will rule as they have always ruled before on this question and that they don't rule differently just because it's Donald Trump and not an establishment figure. And then you go to the question of cutting rates.

The FHFA, the federal housing finance agency head, Bill Pote, is absolutely right. Jerome Powell needs to cut interest rates. Inflation is under control. There's no evidence that it's going to burn out of control. If you want to make housing affordable in this country again, if you want to make buying a car or a truck affordable again in this country, If you want this economy to boom, then the Fed needs to cut rates. POTE is absolutely right. I've seen him say this in several different forums.

And Roger, but let's be 100% clear. I understand for people, interest rates and trade isn't sexy, but it really is the sexiest thing. Cutting energy costs, now in just 100-something days, gas on average is down over a dollar. Eggs have gone down by half. I mean, this is the real-world policies working, and in reality, we've done. won the trade war so far, but that we won in the hearts and minds. And people should get very upset and very vocal about the courts and the Democrats and the globalists and the EU, literally trying to block all of this and these judges. This is savage economic war.

The Federal Reserve, as you know, is private. The shareholders are mainly in Europe. So the EU and its central bank, they got interest rate cuts. Everybody else is doing interest rate cuts. China is in this trade war. This is the private Federal Reserve directly. lined up with the ratings, agencies and others, with BlackRock, against Trump and the American people literally trying to deep six this and have us going to

debt default because they know Trump's plan is winning, and they get more and more desperate. This is freaking outrageous and makes my blood boil. Folks, they want us to collapse in the Great Reset, to build on our ashes, their tyrannical system. They want us poor to dictate

the terms of our surrender. This is war, Roger. People need to understand this is important. Alex, you've got to quit mincing words and say how you really feel. Look, you're absolutely right. There's a couple of things here. First of all, these ratings,

that's completely bullshit. They're based on nothingness. It's a sciop trying to convince people that we're not doing well when we're doing better than we've ever done before. We've taken in $255 billion in new revenues from these tariff negotiations so far.

And all the judges are saying, back. The Moody's and the rest of that, none of that should be paid any attention to. Here's the American people know. This is why the president's poll numbers are holding up extremely well. When you go to the gas pump, gas is lower. When you go to the grocery store, the price of eggs and food is lower. And our neighborhoods are getting safer. Crime is down 25% in the District of Columbia since Donald Trump's... Roger, Roder. Homicides are down 60% in Denver. But then secondarily, Alex, you raised an excellent point.

Remember when Elon Doe says he wanted to go to Fort Knox and look at the gold? When he said he wanted to go to the Federal Reserve Office in New York and look at the gold, how come we haven't heard anything else about that? Where is the gold? Could somebody please look at the gold? The gold, which is supposed to underpin our system, although that's not even true anymore, hasn't been seen since 1974, I believe. It's trying for some American official to actually see our gold reserve

He's criticized him, called him stupid and things, and said he's trying to kill the economy. But, I mean, I think Trump ought to call for repeal the Federal Reserve Act and then actually do it

in the midterm will take some time, but he needs to rattle his saber and point directly at Powell and say, we know you've got foreign shareholders that are the majority owner. We know you at the New York Fed represent that. You, through your EU

Central Bank, same group, cartel, you just gave them into straight cuts, but not us. You are an enemy of America because that's what this is. I think it's important to recognize something the president said in that tape you played him is exactly true. Donald Trump is not the one who lacks the heart for the battle.

Donald Trump is not the one who doesn't see the problems we face and who the enemy is. Our problem are the gutless, peckless, weak need, lily-livered, white wine swelling, country-cub belonging, breechese eating, establishment Republicans in the House and the Senate who do not have the guts for the fight. I'd love to repeal the Federal Reserve Act. But you've got to get 51 votes in both houses to do that. 51% of the vote. And that, unfortunately, even with the slim Republican majorities, that's exceedingly hard.

Mike Johnson has a near impossible job, Alex. Half of his members don't want to do anything. They just want to get reelected and go home. They don't want to rock the boat. Oh, you have evidence of Joe Biden and his family stealing millions from foreign powers? No, we can't, we can't impeach him. We can't be bothered with that. And then on the other hand, you have fire breathers like Anna Polina Luna and Tim Burchett and others who want to take down the corrupted system and want to fight for real reform. And poor Mike Johnson's got to get a majority

for everything he does, which means if any two Republicans bag out on him or like that guy Gabarino in New York fall asleep during a crucial vote, that he can't get anything done. It's time for these Republicans to step up to the plate. But frankly, we're going to have to win a greater majority in 2026. We're going to need to elect more fire breathers, more America First Republicans, more more true mavericks in order to get this done. And let's talk about that. It's not lack of leadership.

It's not lack of leadership by Donald Trump. You're absolutely right. That's a fact. And that's why, depending on the numbers I've looked at, what the Democrats stole at least five Senate seats, maybe 12 House seats, keeping elections going for months after in places like California. We've got to see election reform.

We've got to see his executive orders if these states don't have voter ID to pull federal funds from states now. California, others continuing with transgender, you know, boys and girls' sports, all that has to end. It's time for Trump to really start actually pulling the federal funding out of these states. There's no question about it. One of the maxims in my book, Stone's Rules, which has an introduction by our good friend Tucker Carlson, is use power or lose power. American people have empowered Donald Trump. He has to use that power. He's doing it, but he needs to do it more. He's put out an executive order on elections, but now he needs to use his financial might to enforce it with the states. You're absolutely right. I think they stole it at least.

The House Administration Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives, controlled by Republicans is the final arbiter of who won that election. They should seat Rockford and unseat caster. Again, the House administration committee needs to unseek those Democrats and seek the Republicans who actually won. If we do not impose election integrity, then we will have the result that we had in the last, not the last presidential election, the one before that.

them still in the election in 2020, but just then having this secretive Politburo, as they call it themselves, running things. I mean, this needs to be hammered. Yeah, look, I think we now know that Joe Biden was a virtual vegetable when he was president. Routabega, maybe a cabbage, I'm not sure. But he was in diapers. He was not in his right mind. I had a former U.S. Senator Democrat told me on the Friday before the Sunday that Biden would drop. He said he's going to drop Sunday. It won't be on White House stationary. and it'll actually be his real signature rather than an autopad. And I said, are you sure about that? He said, absolutely, take it to the bank.

He's out this Sunday. Then I saw Biden very next day on TV saying there was no way he was dropping out. He was into the bitter end. I called my friend and I said, are you sticking by your prediction? He said, tomorrow around 4 o'clock, they will release a letter, won't be on White House stationary. The signature will look strange. that's because it really is not an autopet.

Exactly, exactly what transpired. Unbelievable. We're making a big deal about this. You're making a big deal about it, but other people, the president's doing it, but other people need to really point this out because this is, you know, the Democrats have stuff like Jan 6th.

I'd like to see Nellie Orr and others, like John Brennan, like James Comey, like Susan Rice, like Joe Biden, prosecuted for their involvement in the greatest single abuse of power in American history, the Russian collusion oaks, in which they use the full authority of the U.S. government and the incredible capabilities of our intelligence agencies using two pieces of what they knew were completely fabricated evidence, the so-called steel dossier, and the false claim that the Russians had hacked the DNC, for which there is no proof whatsoever. That is a figment of John Brennan's mind and nothing else. And let me raise out since you mentioned it.

Bongino says they're going to release more on that. as well. And then we've already got this, breaking FBI, declassified documents, proving fusion GPS, lied to Congress, and their witnesses did about contributions to crossfire hurricane. So now this giant trunch of documents has been released, just continuing to prove that was really a CIA, just department operation. We have the memos from John Brennan to Obama as well, serious criminal activity. But speaking of that, Bongino's back on Fox after two weeks ago saying, oh, no, Epstein killed himself. He says they're going to release the footage, not of him doing it, but that he was all alone, even though the cameras were turned off. And no one's buying this. And then he goes further and basically repeats in an interview yesterday on Fox.

for 10 minutes, everybody's pointing, pointing, nobody goes and warns the president of the secret service up on the platform. And then, Bongino, I've seen the file, as if the corrupt FBI handling all this is going to put in the file smoking guns about them. We know Bongino's not naive. We know Kaj Patel's not naive. And some people say, well, they've really got an investigation going.

So that's why they don't want the bad guys to know. No, they don't. They said they're closing it. Okay? They're going to release a report like the Warren Commission. This is ridiculous. And they've only been in there 100-something days. I mean, I'm really concerned.

And then Trump was in another interview and asked about it. He said, yeah, people really. aren't buying this. So there's a major disconnect here. Here's part of that exchange with Bongino and Fox. We got a good tip this morning. We're going to run it out.

There's a lot of frustration that we still don't know about that shooter and Butler. And we don't have to know about his communications. Will we get transparency? I thought it was strange.

You know, the one guy had 18-7. phones okay I have a lot of cell phones but I have like two you know it's a I go that a lot and I think I probably make more calls than him they live outside a butler in a little place where do they get this lawyer that would represent IBM and would represent ExxonMobil you're the president they end up no secret service they tell me it's fine but it's a little hard to believe to be honest with you okay it's a little bit hard to believe as I get that throbbing feeling. So, Dan, the question is that a lot of people have wondered is, did this kid have

helped? He could not have pulled it off by himself. Was there a foreign actor? Does someone provide him with the weapons? Were there's chatter online? Well, let's be clear. it's a fact that Lawrence was there, but it's evidence that Lawrence committed to crime. Things really, really bad things happened in this case. But when you see the report we're going to release, you'll see that not everything you've been told is true. But the president is not wrong at all. I mean, he's entirely, he was shot in the head. He was shot in the head, got up and screaming. Uh-huh. Let's just down there. We don't need a report. We all saw it, and they did clean the house. And the parents are both literally in behavior modification mind control. It goes on and on and

on. There was clearly a cover up. The investigators that were sent, Hagman got threatened by the FBI in Pennsylvania. Roger, I know you got to go soon. I want to hit Real Audi briefly, but just Bongino is just digging the hole deeper here, trying to tell us

when Epstein killed himself and all the rest of it, he's seen the file, but more stuff may surface. What would get him in cash to be behaving like this? but for Cash Patel, who knows that case inside now, they hid those documents in a place where no one would ever find them. Only Cash Patel could do that. Kennedy's assessment. assassination. President Donald Trump orders a bureaucracy to release everything, but we both know that there's an enormous amount that's still been held back that we still don't have. And that was

over 50 years ago. Now, there's so many perils. Why do they hose down the roof of the building from which the shooter shot? Unless they, of course, don't want us to test that for DNA. Just like they hosed out the back of JFK's limousine an hour after he was shot and killed. And we didn't even have DNA technology in those days. Too many anomalies, too many coincidences. Look, I like Dan Bongino. I have huge respect for Cash Patel, but they're going to have to give us something more than we've seen the file. Trust us. We're going to have to see. In the case of Epstein, in all fairness, there's always been a report that one of the security camera was working, but the film was badly corrupted. Okay, that's fine. Show us that at least,

but show us something because the New York City medical examiner, Michael Badden, perhaps the most respected pathologist in the country, said that he examined the body at the request of Epstein's family, and he's never seen, in the case of hanging, three broken neck bones, including the hyoid bone, which comes from strangulation, and that the markings on Epstein's body were not consistent with him hanging himself. Now you add to that the fact that the security cameras just happened to not be working, and the two people who were supposed to be monitoring him happened to fall asleep, and they happened to take him off suicide watch,

and they happened to take his cellmate out of the cell. But two days before he murdered himself, he retained a new lawyer, David Schoen, one of the most eminent criminal defense lawyers in the country. Boy, he needed it. And he agreed to pay him a substantial retainer and wired. him down payment on that retainer. Does that sound do like a man who's planning to kill him? And he was telling people on the phone, press and family, that he was going to be getting

out soon, looking like he was about to blow the whistle. Roger, I want to get you back in the next few days to just do 30 minutes on real ID, because this is something we need to stop. Why don't you come out and still keep saying it looks bad and that you're going to, you heard Bonino back off a little bit from a week and a half ago and say, okay, more may come out, we'll keep looking. He said before, oh, we're closing it, it's over. That was BS and you know it. So you say we're going to keep this open But you know it's really hard

What I've been told by multiple high-level federal prosecutors is that the deep state covered up the tracks of trying to kill Trump in Florida and in Pennsylvania so good that that, They say that they won't be able to catch who did it. We know there were huge groups of anti-fah outside and inside that filmed themselves getting in Trump gear to break in from the inside and outside. Oh, gosh, let me do a fake arrest outside, inside, and put them in handcuffs and bring them in. and they had handcuffs off and high five. I was there. I show up the middle of it and say,

you're being set up. Don't go in. But the crowd was 100 plus thousand, and then people heard me 200 yards out and turned around and came to me. And I said, get off the Capitol. But the people ahead of me couldn't hear and the cops had opened the doors then, and the little old ladies came in,

the velvet robes, and they died of their asses. And they killed Ashley Babbitt. I said, they're going to kill people in there. It's going to be a kid. state, don't go in. Then I go to the cops and I go, I know you have an emergency PA system, because I've seen it used before in the news, never when I was there. Boy, they used it later that night, we were 10 blocks away.

It was like, this is an emergency zone, no-go zone. If you come on the capital grounds, you will be arrested. But I know all this COG stuff. So I go to the cops, I go, capital cops, and I go, go, get me your supervisor. You've got to get on the loudspeakers and tell everybody, leave. And they come back five minutes later. They go, nope, not going to do it. I asked them to let me get on.

I said, well, they got to get on it. They come back another 10 minutes later. Nope, not doing it. Well, and now I'm around the other side of the Capitol. I guess that'd be the west side. And I said, and there's people up at the door beating on a bunch of other people, thousands up on the side of it. And I said, it's all on video.

We released our video camera, police body cams we have. and they go, okay, you can go up there and use your voice, use your speech, is what the cop said, one of the officers. You can go up there. And so I go up, I say, get off this, leave. Most people listen to me. Others don't. Some call me a pussy. I say, you're being set up.

And they're trying to break in the door there from the inside and outside the provocateur. I almost punch one up in the face and I just go ahead and look at my crew and I said, let's get out of here because I could see all these vehicles pulling up and all these vans and military, paramilitary getting out and the FBI hostage rescue team

with their automatic weapons. And I said, that's it, get out of here. I tried to help. And the reason I tell that that's all on video all on record is Trump asked for 10,000 National Guard two weeks before and merely threatened

design saying I'm not a tyrant. He asked the leader of the District of Columbia, the mayor, to do it, and she vetoed it. He could have overrode it, but Trump didn't override it. And then he had Pelosi inside with her daughter, with a film crew, all preparing it. They knew what they were doing. And so when we hear Cash Patel say, you're going to be shocked

by what's going to come out on J6. I already know. The pipe bomber was a cop. The cops found the bomb. The school kids were right next to it. They didn't get them away. They knew. They were going to try to bomb it and claim it was targeting Kamala Harris to make her some victim.

The same FBI that ran the fake kidnapping of Whitmer plan was running J6. So they planned to have this go way worse than bringing martial law with it, but they failed. It was a dud. But they still went with the story that it was the worst than Pearl Harbor in 9-11. All right. But by the grace of God, it fizzled. Look at that witch, Pelosi. So I don't need Cash Patel to tell me what they got.

covered it up and refused to work with the state because they were covering up one of their operatives. Crooks was an operative. The other shooter was an operative. And I know that. And I know J6 was a federal operation. and I know the FBI director a lot about it, and now it's come out a lot about it, but it wasn't 23 FBI agents in the crowd.

It was a thousand plus feds, and then Antifa. And we got footage of the police, the D.C. police, and then even Virginia State Police, pulling up with vans and buses. I posted this on X over the weekend again, and disgorging them and then getting around them to protect them

so they could go attack the Capitol right as the attack began when I was at the ellipse in the front row watching Trump and I've been told by the administration you're going to lead the march but people had already left because you're going to get 30,000 in the ellipse there was a million up there around the monument and I can see them on Pennsylvania Avenue leaving and sure enough halfway in Trump's speech secret service comes over it's your time they open the back gate they lead me out I go back behind the stage take a you know Piss, there's all the Trumps, all of them right there.

And I go out with a bullhorn and go on Pennsylvania Avenue to watch huge crowds going as if I'm supposed to control that, and I get there in what was a giant setup to put me in prison. So somebody in the Trump administration was setting him up and me up. Then he goes on X. Twitter then and says, don't be violent. He said it during his speech. They take down his speech saying, don't be violent, be peaceful. They take down him at the White House hours later saying, get out of the Capitol.

so they could go on the news and say Trump's calling for violence and you wouldn't have the footage of him saying the opposite. That is a complete managed stage deal to set up Trump, myself, and America. I lived it. I'm a veteran of it. I was there. And I couldn't believe, because, you know, we'd had all those big rallies before and no problems, that we would walk into an actual stand down and that anti-fund, And the feds would do that.

Because in my mind, that's too many people in a conspiracy. They got exposed in Oklahoma City, and that was a small group, did that in the feds. This was thousands of people in on this, the REAPs, all of them. And it's just mind-blowing. And now, of course, it's come out. So here's where I'm going with all this. And so when this thing we're going to be shocked by, comes out, it better be hundreds from this agency, hundreds from that agency, state police,

D.C. police, shipping in Antifa to pose his manga. They get out of the buses, go in the woods, and put red, white, and blue on, and there's too lazy to actually go by real Trump hats. So it's just red hats and red white and blue outfits. A false flag. The definition of a false flag is flying. another country's flag when you do an attack to blame them. That's the most basic false flag. And they did a sloppy job in front of everybody. And I was worried about that. I war game that in my head.

But I said, there's no way they'll do a mass capital assault with that many people mixed into us and to have the capital police in on it, which their leadership was. but the head of the Capitol Police said Pelosi order to stand down. So what's really happened is we had this figured out that night. I said what it was on air and let it all out. That night from a rooftop above it.

That we rented many times there with the rest of the media rents it. And the left's like, look, he was perched atop the building to direct the attack. And you know, Jones is going to, and they had grand juries. And they reportedly indicted me in D.C. The Washington Post got that right. and then Merritt Garland said that's too far and had the indictment killed. They were going to try to try me in D.C. For running the attack when I was there trying to stop it,

as if attacking the Capitol would help our cause. That is the stupidest thing on earth. You know what I'm attacking is there are lies and their operations, and I'm waking people up to not buy your shit. violence is not the answer offensively ever to quote Yoda the force is for knowledge and defense never for an attack and this is about the force of the truth and that's what we do i don't attack people ever i am not for offensive violence ever but you attack me you're going to get your ass handed to you immediately and they've been attacking me and my family. They've been attacking you with the poison and the GMO and the fluoride and all the rest of this crap. So I tell America and the world, stop laying down to it. So I am going to go completely ape if Cash Patel and Dan Bongino released some whitewash of J6 with some little

kernels in it of NGOs involved or whatever. This is open and shut. We have the geolocation. We know the damn state police and D.C. police bust in at least 30 buses of these creeps. And that's just the auxiliary. You got the flagman up there commanding everybody to go in. You got it all. You got the famous, you know, Antifa CNN reporter, Jaden X. And him bragging to his girlfriend, who's CIA.

Oh, watch, we're going to storm the Capitol today the night before. And then that day, I told you we're going to storm it. I told you we're going to storm it. And he's in a freaking Trump outfit. I mean, the guy's a literal spook. You got him there with his honeypot CIA sex controller. He gets the footage of Ashley Babbitt being executed. Ray Epps, on and on and on and on.

And I know why I can't, because I would have trouble then not immediately going and killing people. And I don't say that to act tough. I did not like going to the Texas border watching them load kidnap kids and babies into cars because I didn't jump in front of that car and do all that to act tough. I couldn't control myself.

And then I started doing it more and the cops came and said, we're going to arrest you. I started screaming at them. We had to find all that. The most powerful footage was only on banned out video back then and then we were on anywhere else on the internet. I remember all this incredible stuff we've got really nobody even knows about.

We've got to dig that out and put it back out. So I'm just mainly wargaming in my own mind here. that how I'm criticizing people, but then I myself am admitting that I don't know how you have a self-control to watch people rape and torture kids, and then when you go arrest them, not kill them. I don't know how you do it.

I mean, you see these cops, you know, arrest somebody they find with, you know, dead kids buried in their basement. And in the old days, you'd hear, oh, the suspect found with the dead kids, you know, had a heart attack. No, the cops beat them to death. and people are oh that's police brutality no it's not

and then the judges are oh they get new process where they're not even citizens, you don't fix a giant, illegal, unconstitutional, lawless assault with the due process because there's no way to do. I totally understand people saying, well, do it now. The process is not all the information is ours to declassify. Some is other intelligence agencies. It's not, we literally can't do it. Once that gets done and that gets out there and you read some of the stuff we found that, by the way, was not processed through the normal procedure, digitizing it, putting in FBI records. We found it in bags hiding under Jim Comey's FBI.

You're going to be stunned. The shells on the beach. Can you not talk to social? That's James Comey. If he wants to come after me, no problem. I've been living rent-free in that guy's head for years, and that's just a bonus. Do you know how many copycats we've had to investigate as a result of that beachside venture from the former director? Is it right?

I'm not going to withhold information from the American public ever, but I'm also not going to rush to get it out there in a format in which they can't rely on it. So on the Epstein matter or any other matters, we are diligently working on that. And it takes time to go through years of investigations, years of political maneuvering, and years of cover-up to get the American people what they deserve. And that's what I'm going to give

them on everything. Yeah. And they did go raid the FBI offices that Comey had the stuff hidden, and they had the FBI agent there resign. And they did send it out the FBI offices, the 14 terabytes of hundreds of kids getting raped. And EPSS. to the rest of it. They've told us that, and I've talked to the FBI that's seen it, and they said, no, it's there. But nothing's really going on, according to my sources now. So a lot of weirdness, because you wouldn't send it out if you wanted to cover it up. You wouldn't rate it and get it if you were going to cover it up. I'm going to give them some more runway on this, in my view, but it's, I'm getting concerned.

All right. Now, I got a ton of news I'm going to cover that I haven't hit on so many key subjects that are critical. but right now I want to give everybody an update on Info Wars. I was put through two completely staged show trials in Austin, Texas, and up in Connecticut. Produced by HBO, five years of lawsuits before, all perfectly coordinated for the trials to be right before the midterm elections, two and a half years ago, in the fall. right before the election. All totally coordinated.

Same court rules, everything. Both judges found me guilty. Lydden said I didn't give him discovery. Gave him everything because it was nothing there to hide. We know you had a business plan to make money off Sandy Hook that I barely ever ever even talked about. And we know you sent people to harass people and peon graves. That never even happened, much less I sent them. And they go through this whole fiasco.

We now know run and funded by the Justice Department, the CIA, and Hillary Clinton's directive. and then they never settle, say they don't want money. So I'm going over the appeals process. We get it up there. They've been put on pause because of the bankruptcy at the third court of appeals here in Austin, Texas state court, another Supreme Court, and the Democrat judges look at the Democrat Party lawyer, Mark Bankston, and they say to him, how did the judge, find Jones guilty, not as in the default, but then of doing something to these people,

two weeks after the jury verdict, you added another civil conviction to it of abusing a disabled person when they're not even disabled, the two plaintiffs. And you can't find somebody guilty of something that wasn't even in the jury charge. civilly libel is the term. So he gets up there and just gives him a bunch of BS with handwritten notes. My lawyers, one of them is the top appellate court recognized in Texas, have all this Supreme Court rulings, Texas Supreme Court, U.S. Supreme Court, all the proof. It's cut and dry.

That's just one issue. And so Bloomberg and others run the headline. Alex Jones' appeal of $50 million Sandy Hook Award finds favor. Let's pull up the HD version, please. off Google. That's from Bloomberg. And then it goes into the judges going, yeah, you can't do that. And the judge

said, Guara Gamble, she said, I don't care if the Texas law caps this stuff at a million and a half dollars. I don't care what the Texas Supreme Court said this. She said, I am

going to say it's $50 million. You can't do that. And then the appeals court judges are trying to figure out why I wouldn't give him discovery and they go, well, that's because he thought damages were capped at $750,000. And if he'd have known it was going to be unlimited, he would have given you discovery. I gave

them the discovery. Hundreds of thousands of pages. There was nothing there. All they had was emails unopened that had the term Sandy Hookin. And then they would try to use in the trials, look, this email person sent you an email, talked

bad about the parents and saying they're not real, an unopened email is what I did. And then we put the transcripts from what they said I said, and they'll have an edited sentence. But on the front of it, going back eight, nine, ten years, I believe people died there. I just believe there's some type of cover up. Some people think no kids died. I think they did die. But this needs to be looked into.

It's transcripts like that. And now for the first time, because the judges found me guilty, we could never show any of this. And we're giving them transcripts with the videos. And they're looking at this and going, this is what this guy did. They have one caller calling in when I'm doing a late night show saying, I think it's totally fake. And, you know, it's all, and nothing happened. I said, yeah, you're probably right. It's probably totally synthetic stage.

So much other stuff. It's just a one-off statement. That's my right. That's what you got. I said the name of one of the parents. When the Internet had hundreds of millions of views of that parent on CNN, laughing and stuff, he sees a camera and starts crying. That's what I did. That's the sum total.

They got Neil Heslin up in the Texas case. and said, well, what did Mr. Jones do to you? And he said, you really never did anything to me. And the judge says, well, I'm going to allow you to go back and they had a big conference and all this. He freaked out when he said that. He was a nice guy. I shook his hand.

And, but I don't know how they got these people to do this. I don't know how they got his ex-wife to get up there on the stand in Texas and say, just today on your show, you said, I don't exist and my son doesn't exist. And I'm like, no, it didn't. She goes, yeah, you did. And I'm like, I taped an hour on my show this. morning at 8 a.m. before I came down here. And I said, I think your kids did die. I think you're a nice person.

But her lawyers told her, I did that. And then after that, they said, don't talk to him. Because, see, this is all has to continue on. The judge would never let me defend myself, but she'd let that lady, Scarlett Lewis, get up there on the stand for 10 minutes and point at me and say, how dare you say I'm fake and an actress and how dare you say my son didn't exist. You've said it today.

And the jury's just looking at me. Then they get me on the stand later the day, and I try to defend myself, the judge shuts me now. But I didn't show. I looked at the jury, and I said, you've got to go watch my show today. I didn't say that. But that's the point is they've been able to do whatever they want to me

and get these giant judgments and then act like I'm not giving them the money, when I never had one one hundredth of this money and made no money off them. And then they don't want to settle and don't want money. They said they want to take me off the air. And they raise hundreds of millions of dollars off my name on record saying I was harassing them with these charities. And everything they say I did to them, they did to me. I'm being stalked.

I'm being attacked. I've been built into this straw man that's attacking them when it's all a big Democrat Party fundraising operations. And now the public knows the truth, and they don't know what to do. All right, here's just a short clip. They can't stand when Bankston's up there saying, oh, you claim the Clintons and the Epstein's or you claim there's public officials traving in kids, and I just hit them here at us. There's no way you could research all of it too down to the bone either. And when someone sends you videos that have been doctored or, you know, someone tries you tell you they're using crisis actors.

That's a classic one. People say they use crisis actors. Like, I don't doubt that. I don't doubt that there have been times where the government was trying to promote some sort of a narrative. And maybe they did something that went sideways. And then they brought in some people to pretend that they saw something that didn't happen. Or they described something in a way that wasn't true or accurate. I think the government would definitely do that.

So, according to the fire aid website, it says that all direct donations will be distributed under the advisement of the Annenberg Foundation. According to the IRS 990 form, the Annenberg Foundation is a 501c 3 based in Konshaken, Pennsylvania, in this lovely office building. One massive red flag right away is that only 33% of their annual expenses goes towards actual charity programs. The rest goes to administrative costs like executive compensation. And if you look at the numbers, they treat you pretty good over there, starting with top dog Cynthia Kinard, who's making three quarters of a million dollars plus another six figures in bonuses, which is basically almost seven figures just for one person there. Here is Cynthia, aka CINI, hanging out with Gavin Newsom discussing or strategizing about things like how to solve homelessness, among other things.

This is one of those if you know, you know situations. Anyway, just to give you a point of comparison with another nonprofit, Doctors Without Borders, they spent almost 90% of their money on actual programs versus less than 1% on administrative costs. Local journalists have also been asking, where's the money? They found, quote, the fire aid website names only three Palisades organizations that receive grants. Among almost 120 organizations listed as receiving grants, none of whom are specific to Pacific Palisades, and those three are Cahellate Israel, Havad of Pacific Palisades, and Palisades Charter High School. Others have tried to directly reach out to the Annanburg Foundation. They were kind of given the runaround, various extension numbers, somebody saying they would call them back, no one called back.

Also referring them to some mysterious man named Philip, no last name, he was never found. This is just crazy. So essentially what they're doing is taking the $100 million, then paying themselves roughly 70% of it, and then the rest of the money, they're dishing out to various other nonprofits with their own administrative expenses, and that's how $100 million just ends up disappearing, allegedly. And that's nothing to do with the fires. The Annenberg group funds NPR, PBS, transgender stuff for the kids. That's where the little bit of money went.
