editing a Ronald Reagan speech, not a deep fake, but editing his full meaning where Reagan is criticizing any type of tariffs and implying presidents don't have that power. He was actually saying the opposite, so Trump has frozen and killed all trading.

negotiations with Mark Carney, the globalist that runs Canada. That's a huge deal. And there is just so much more. We have more Democrats calling for more violence. We have Governor Pritzker just taking line to the next level, saying, oh, no, Chicago is quite safe. Why, there's 30 places more dangerous than the U.S. When Chicago is hands-down the most dangerous city in the United States. And remember, for four years, they hid all.

all numbers out of major cities. The Biden, FBI just stopped reporting on all of those numbers. So we have those developments that we're going to be getting into. And then it just goes on from there. But the U.S. has sent the B-1 bombers very close from the nation of Venezuela, ramping up U.S. military pressure ahead of strikes. And I said four months ago, even before they tried to blowing up the drugboats, I said, this is our hemisphere.

It's the Monroe Doctrine. And Trump believes in the Monroe Doctrine and in William McKinley. And he knows it's actually $300,000 a year dying of fentanyl. And over the years, most of it came from Venezuela. Venezuela is quarterbacking and funding much of what the Democrats do here domestically. and so Trump is putting pressure, big pressure, maximum pressure on Maduro for his government to remove him

and the communist to remove him and to have some type of reform or regime change. And I don't like regime change, except on his communist regimes in our hemisphere. The problem is that didn't go well with Bay of Pigs. I was a CIA set up a Kennedy. So I'm very wary of it all. And at the same time,

And I told you, right when Trump got re-elected, I said, get ready.

And I told you who would be first, and I was dead on. Well, a whole bunch of indictments are about the day place. But we also know where they're being blocked. I know where they're being blocked. I had a piece of it. Burn knows where some are being blocked, and it's even in mainstream news. And in the Gateway Pundit as well,

deep state prosecutors in Maryland claimed DOJ doesn't have a strong enough case to charge Adam Schiff, the mortgage fraud and latest leak to media. Todd Blanche responds, and if they don't do their job, when it's absolutely overwhelming total proof, they will be removed,

and pencil neck, pumpkin head, will be indicted. Nobody deserves it more than him except John Brennan. So we'll be getting to all that. That's at 1 o'clock, though. That's in an hour and 45 minutes from now, 46 minutes from now. We have, obviously the shutdown is getting extremely serious.

And regular listeners know that I have three sources in the Department of Transportation, FAA and TSA. And I have talked to all three sources in the last 48 hours. Talk to one this morning who's in a senior position, not super high level, but senior. I'm going to just leave it at that and I'll say which one of those agencies. Or which one of those areas, they're all interlocked. It's bad.

Because even though the air traffic controller money is going to get cut off a few days, it's already cut off all their support people and the IT people and all of that. And so it's just all breaking. It's old equipment, as you know, Musk talked about that. And so you've got air traffic controllers there, but they don't have any other support people

and not everybody up in those towers is what you'd call a certified, super essential air traffic controller. But even the air traffic controllers get caught off in a couple of days. Now, you talk about holding the country hostage, and then I talked to my Transportation Department source, and then I talked to my TSA source this morning, and the TSA source, which I should have called, they called me. Rizos pulled up the office at 7.30 to work out, and they said,

it is bad at Austrian-Bergstrom. because the TSA has not gotten two of their paychecks and they're not highly paid and regardless of what you think of the TSA and general in its mission and how it was set up, the individuals aren't bad people on average. But regardless, it's law now that they're there and this procedures have to happen.

You certainly repeal the law, put in private security or whatever, but that's a whole other issue. They haven't gotten their last two paychecks and, well, they got half the first paycheck. They got none of the last paycheck. And now their next paycheck is due today, their third paycheck, for now on day 24.

And they don't have gas to get to work. Their electricity is being turned off. And none of them are blaming Trump, by the way. They know it's the Democrats. They've had meetings and basically on surveys, and they're all smart enough, unlike some of the public. to understand that it is not Trump, and Trump's trying to find the money.

In fact, he found some budgetary stuff Biden hidden, and it was able to pay the military the last 23 days, but now there's not money. And so there was an anonymous donation of $130 million yesterday, and that'll just pay the military for another paycheck or so. So, I mean, this is, this is bad. This is the biggest total shutdown ever. They've been, they called the third largest shutdown, but those were partial.

This is the biggest total shutdown. And it is so bad. So let me just cover that now before I hit everything else. And we have all these Democrat leaders in the House, the Senate, Schumer, all of them saying, oh, we want pain. We're doing this so that it crashes the economy and Trump gets the blame. this is irrevocable economic terrorism. And then I see man on the street interviews on liberal media, Fox, conservative media everywhere, in places like Austin, places like New York City.

I've got a couple of the newscasts here. And they're talking to the average idiot on the street, the average liberal, and they literally think it's Trump. And it's crazy. They also think in these interviews, I'll play them, that Trump is hit. and that Trump is arresting anyone with brown skin and deporting them. And Fox News is, Jesse Waters' street team is interviewing these people. You'll see it.

And the woman's like, well, I'm a police officer. I'm in law enforcement. And my girlfriend is Hispanic. And she's afraid to be deported. And the report goes, well, she had any legal alien? She goes, no, she's a citizen. So are you to believe these people are police officers? and they don't know that citizens aren't being deported?

I mean, and you think, okay, they're cherry-picking idiots. No, they're not. People think those compilations we put out are fake of leftists saying, you have to work for me, you've got to take care of my kids. No, that's the attitude. Those are real videos. That's how these people are. And that's really the paradox.

We have hard-working Americans, black, white, Hispanic, old, young, Asian, you name it, that live in the real world and put our pants on one leg at a time and pay the bills and go through the, you bust our ass and do all this. And you've got all these lazy-ass people never worked in their life. And they are so entitled. I've seen so many newscasts over the years. You've seen the ones where this woman has 12 kids. This woman has 10 kids. She's like, you've got to do something.

I need my money. I got all these kids. You need to take care of my kids. And those are real people. People, folks, go into some leftist liberal food stamp area and talk to people at Walmart and say, what happens if the EBT goes away? Well, I'm going to burn everything down. I'm going to rob.

You owe me this. They have no understanding about I'm your slave. I've got to work and take care of you. Food stamps are supposed to be an emergency for families and hard times. The rest of it. No, it's up to 50-something million Americans. Well, 46 million are on total. total funding.

It's like a hundred-something million ever getting something. And I get what's so security you pay into it. But the point is, is that it's all a Ponzi scheme. And under Cloward and Pibbon, they want to crash this thing. And we're at the point of Cloward and Pribbon when they're ready to bring the country down. The Democrats admit they want a civil war. We're here. Decades ago, well, under Cloward and Piven, a few decades from now, they're going to collapse things.

Well, guess what? We're here. And America's being marched up to the gallows to be hung from the neck until dead. breaking Dembs block bill to pay military personnel, ice agents, TSA workers, and other essential employees during government shutdown. Five key dates to watch as shutdown drags on now on the 24th day. October 24th, no paychecks for many workers. 7,000 federal workers across every level you can imagine, including TSA, who already hasn't gotten their checks in the last two pay period. on the 28th, no pay for air traffic controllers.

That's a really good idea. And already because there's no IT, no, I mean, no janitors, piles of trash everywhere, lights go out, you know, again, it's on record. These airports on average are like 20, 30-year-old stuff. It is, it is breaking constantly. And then there's nobody to fix it. Screens are going dark, computers are conking out,

and you can't pick the phone up and call IT because they're furloughed. And that is bad, bad, bad. October 31st, no pay for active duty military. So they already got the money lined up for that with a donation. November 1st. Changes in federal benefits. Premiums for 26 health coverage under Affordable Care Marketplace starts unwinding. So that adds a bunch of costs.

and then the big one is the end of SNAP benefits on November 1st. And that is the big one. Number 4th, gubernatorial elections. Virginia New Jersey have gubernatorial elections this year that could offer a clue to which way the public is going to vote blaming who did this. Well, I mean, it's on record who did this. So not having air traffic controllers starting on the 28th is going to be a big deal. I mean, that's grounding air traffic at all major airports, and it's going to affect general aviation as well massively.

And then you've got November 1st, only seven days away. And food stamps, the EBT cards, snap is over. And they've already gotten the left all wound up that it's Trump, and they're going to burn everything down to show you. And you better not be a security guard. their Walmart, go on, kill your ass. This is bad, bad, bad, bad. I was going to get into the first videos,

our Trump getting ready to hit Venezuela, but I want to shift and finish up on this because this is all tied together. This is all, this is all tied together. We have all these Democrats running around calling for violence, admitting that they've done this to create anger and fear. We have local governments aiding and abetting, the illegal aliens with task forces

going around spying and creating apps and tracking ice and and calling them Nazis and then when they get physically attacked and rammed and put in the hospital, no police come. I mean, this is a perfect storm of

absolute insanity. I want to play clip five. You know, Trump is promising that we're going to find out and we're going to prosecute who did this. We know the names of the groups. We know the Tides Fund. We know Soros. We know Friends of Democracy.

We know it with the documents of it out forever. We know who runs all this. So it all again falls back to the Justice Department and the prosecutors there to do their job. But most of them are either lazy or they're Democrats. And I've got this from all my sources. They have a very small, maybe 20% they've gotten in that are good people. And then you've got all this crime and all this corruption. if everybody in the DOJ was doing their job

and trying to clean this up, it would be a Herculean task. And that's really the problem. It's a giant blob, as Mike Benz calls it, and the blob doesn't care if it collapses everything, even though it'll collapse their system as well because they're so used to being in power, they have this normalcy bias. If they understood economics and history

that were at the end of a cycle and all this, they would be so scared. Because they are getting the blame, they will get the blame, and they will completely destroy themselves if their collapse plan of the country works. I mean, it will be rough for everybody, and I'd rather avoid it. But we win either way now, unless they can trigger a nuclear war or something. They're done.

There is no angle, no future, not just here in Europe, in Canada, in New Zealand, and Australia, everywhere the globalist run, hijacking free Western country, sucking off of us, allying with the communist Chinese, setting up his world government crap. Exponentially, people know it's them. Exponentially, there's an awakening. Exponentially, our people are winning elections. And so if they're able to sabotage us fixing it, everybody knows it's you. I mean, the vast majority.

So that's where we're at. And I look at the average Democrat constituents. We'll place them coming up next segment. And they're like, well, I'm in law enforcement, and I know they're arresting anyone brown. And they see him with a straight face. These are crazy people. Here's Trump. Go ahead.

When you were running for re-election in 2024, you released a video statement where you made this exact promise to show no mercy on the cartels and employ every military asset necessary to combat them. In that same video, you also said that you plan to expose all the bribes and corruptions with politicians and the cartels. We're doing that. Yeah, where the money's coming from. Because you see it, like even that garbage deal they had this weekend, which was embarrassing to them, and the crowds were much more, the crowds were not big. I mean, I'm talking to people, high level, mid-level, mid-level, Department of Transportation, TSA, and they are saying that already they can barely keep the airports open. And in fact, they've already closed some, like Newark gets closed a lot of the time,

just because of how bad the equipment is and the understaffing. And then Trumps are trying to fix that. It's falling apart. But now there's no IT, there's nothing. And so all over the country, systems are breaking, and I have articles here today dealing with this where they're having airport shutdown sometimes for six, seven, eight hours. That's how bad this has gotten. Here it is.

Airport staffing crisis delay, pulse flights at DCA, Newark, LaGuardia, airports, and others. And this is yesterday, more today. So this is a big deal. To say this is a big deal is an understatement. And the fact that the Democrats, who played the clips yesterday, are like, yep, we need this pain. This will get people to wake up to dump.

You're the ones that shut it down, a clean bill. You shut it down. The Republicans voted 13 times on Biden bills to not do this. And a lot of those weren't even clean. So it sits squarely at their feet when two big jets collide. God forbid, you know, that's probably going to happen. or they'll just have to shut down air traffic and it goes on and on and on and then November 1st

all the digital food stamps, all the welfare checks. It all comes to a screeching halt. And then you're going to see massive civil unrest and maybe that's when the globalist plan to mow down a bunch of illegals in a demonstration or something. I don't think we have the woods yet on the false flag. But they sure planned it. I just don't see him pulling it off because we're waiting for it, and people know.

But I don't know. They may do it. But you'll have plenty of violence anyway, so, you know, if the cops halfway, you know, do something wrong and shoot somebody they can claim is innocent, well, then one person dead dead, burn down even more. They've already set the table for it. More dead ice ages. More dead border patrol. More buildings shot up. More in the hospital ran by cars.

Blip in the radar screen. I mean, you talk about doing a professional job, ICE and the Border Patrol, under total attack, and it's the 10,000 people are supposed to clean up 40 million illegals. And then once the riots start, they're going to have the communists, everybody else out setting fires, they'll be shooting firefighters. When they're putting out fires, it always happens. They're going to be killing cops, killing security guards. And when they do that, it'll just be.

You'll never even know the cops saying, oh, here's the cop one day in the news. but God forbid some illegal alien gets shot. Oh my goodness! It's the second returning of Adolf Hitler. The Democrats planted the bombs, lit the fuse for the cultural explosion. Transportation Secretary Duffy is speaking right now about three and a half days from now, no air traffic controllers, and you know what that means. They're going to try to convince them, and a lot of them I know will,

to stay at their job a few weeks. and they're paid more than TSA, but a lot of the TSA that hadn't gotten the last two paychecks, they want to come in. They don't have money for gas. Everybody knows, everybody's lived, I think most of you, paycheck to paycheck at some point. They don't have money. And they're now carpooling and stuff. How long will this go?

The Democrats say forever. Because they think when the country burns, everybody will be too stupid to know who did it. I don't think that's going to work. Here's the transportation secretary speaking right now. What I think is critical, especially for us at DOT, is that our air traffic controllers aren't going to get paid during the shutdown. And so just to give you guys a little history, they were paid about 10 days ago. And in that paycheck, they got 90% of their pay because most of that pay period fell into September. But they just got noticed yesterday on what their pay is going to be for this coming Tuesday.

And they got notice that their paycheck is going to be a big fat zero. And so as I've traveled around to talk to the controllers, there's great frustration. There's anxiety because as any one of you, you look at the expectation that a paycheck comes in, and then you plan for that. And you pay your mortgage, you pay your car payment, you put food on the table. As these controllers come to work, they have to pay for babysitters, child care. there's a whole host of bills

that Americans have that they anticipate that paycheck is going to come in so they can meet those bills By the way, this is live but hit pause I don't to make a point we go back to live

Then I tried to call my other lawyers, but they were busy, and I'd go on air. And I say, well, the third Texas Court of Appeals lived at the stay, and now the receiver could come in. And then after the show, I get a call from my head lawyer, and he goes, no, no, no, no, that's not right. And none of us have ever seen this. She issued a new order

and just disregarded the appellate court, stay, and said the receiver needs to come in within five days after five days. Again, you don't have to be a lawyer to let that sink in. My lawyers have never heard of that. That's why they thought, well, there must have lived for the stay. No, they didn't. You have a stay by the appellate court above the county court and the elected Soros judge. It's like we have the elected Jose Garza's worst DA in the country.

That's saying a lot. total collapse mass crime the cop defends themselves they throw the book at them almost all his lawyers have quit everything's in shambles and you just it's like getting your mind around these people is really hard because we just extended and thought well they must have lifted the stay

She goes, I don't care what the Supreme Court says, and I know that they think that the law says this, but I don't care I'm doing it.

and for saying he was not guilty and was innocent, he lost two defamation suits for saying he was innocent. You're allowed to say you're innocent. That's in the law. But what did Gwara Gamble and the other show trial judge in Connecticut? They said, you may not. Everybody saw this on C-SPAN and on court TV and on, it was on, you know, all the big feeds.

So Trump had to put Halligan in, a lawyer he trusted, and now the Democrats are saying she's not qualified and trying to overturn the Comey case and the Leticia James case and all that. And, of course, it's all made up like saying Trump can't put National Guard on the streets when it's clearly in the Constitution. And the higher courts have to overturn it, but it takes months. Even the Ninth Circuit two days ago overturned the lower Article III judges that are created by Congress.

They're not even co-equal judiciary like the Supreme Court, legislative executive judiciary. So all of it gets overturned. Remember they said the Treasury Secretary, assent. couldn't look at government computers and government payment systems. Well, if the Treasury Secretary can't look at it, who can? That's like saying Santa Claus isn't allowed to come down your chimney. So that's where we are. And now this, Latisa James speaks outside court after her arraignment.

This is about a justice system which has been weaponized, a justice system which has been used as a tool of revenge. that's what they did and ran on there. They've committed the crimes. She's cut and dry. I got four primary residences on her IRS filing. I know the DOJ wanted to just indict her. I was told us me on income tax because that's cut and dry.

But the very thing she accused Trump of, she didn't. And then this. A judge presiding over Latisa James case has just allowed her motion to dismiss to be considered with James Comey's motion, with the big Democrat Party lawyers, the judge Jamal Walker has decided that he is going to grant a request by James attorneys to have her motion essentially

to disqualify Lindsay Halligan on the grounds that she was not lawfully appointed. So the president can't even put in the people he wants as prosecutors, consolidated with that of Jim Comey, who also brought a similar motion. The grand juries indicted these people. The U.S. attorneys sat on it. Trump had them removed, put in people that'll do their job.

And then people bitch, oh, Trump's a sellout. He's not getting it done. He is fighting, I mean, look at this creature. He is fighting a wall of corruption. They believe they're the establishment. They believe they're invincible. She wants to talk about weaponized legal system. A weaponized just system.

This woman publicly. opened multiple state grand juries and referred me to the Southern District of New York, where Todd Blanche comes from, and I had to respond to grand juries, five of them that she put on my ass, upwards of $2 million. I didn't make a big deal about it. My lawyers said, don't get it to her on air, talk about it later. I never even went into it all.

But while I'm on air, while I'm fighting all the civil suits, while this is going on, just Letisa James got five. five grand juries after me. And these are grand juries that will end out a ham sandwich. But they didn't with me because every claim they made was so ridiculous and we had all the proof it wasn't true. I mean, I'm a boy scout, folks. I got regular accountants, regular people. I don't even touch the money.

I don't have that much money. It's all lies. And thank God I had just, I think God, I don't balance my checkbook. And thank God I don't spend much money other than legal bills. And a weapon against those individuals who simply did their job and who stood up for the rule of law. The most important thing that I heard

from Fallon Gallagher, based on her being inside the courtroom, is that this judge, Jamal Walker, has decided that he is going to grant a request by James' attorneys to have her motion, essentially to disqualify Lindsay Halligan on the ground that she was not lawfully

appointed, consolidated with that of Jim Comey, who also brought a similar motion. And what is particularly striking is that the judges in each of their cases, are not going to hear those motions. They are going to be referred to a federal appeals court and specifically to the chief judge of the Fourth Circuit

of the U.S. Court of Appeals for assignment to someone outside the Eastern District of Virginia. And that's because the Eastern District of Virginia judges not only see people from the U.S. Attorney's Office day in and day out and the criminal and civil dockets that they handle, but also because the statutes at play have a role for the district judges to play. When there is a vacancy and someone fills it for 120 days, and that 120 days is up, and there is no nominee that's been confirmed.

The statutes then allow the district judges of any particular district to appoint you. So this is where we are. Unbelievable. And they're holding the country hostage with a shutdown. What I've heard is they're taking people. What kind of people are they taken? People that are not white. It's actually people that are illegal. I don't know about all that. Shut up. They do no more. You have a whole bunch of illegals walking all around here all day or night.

We have all the documents, admissions. We sued them.

We got millions of dollars to do this. It took years to get it all. Ed Martin contacted me. He said, yeah, this is what we're supposed to do. Todd Blanche killed it a month ago. And now Todd Blanche keeps popping up, caught meeting with CNN, caught meeting with whatever. He's trying to deny it, but the photos are being released. and I'm not trying to single him out here.

I know he was Trump's criminal lawyer, and the judge in Florida dropped the documents case because the president's allowed to have those documents under the law. So he thinks Todd's this big winner, and it's our job that when we think Trump's wrong to expose it, and there's been so many big developments. We'll also talk about it's a book that's out and so much more with him,

but now deep state prosecutors in Maryland claim DOJ doesn't have strong enough case to charge Adam Schiff with mortgage fraud and latest leak to media. They're saying they met secretly. They were just confronting the MSNBC reporter who's admittedly CIA or work with the CIA. Todd Blanche responds and denies it. And then we separately have Todd Blanche keeping Nina Peters in prison.

We have Todd Blanche not doing any of the pardons Trump wants that put Ed Martin in. Ed would not talk bad about it. I got this from everybody else. Okay. So going to Patrick. Byrne, who I really appreciate joining us. Bottom line, if we can't prosecute the deep state,

it's not tent for tat. They started this, they did this, they say they're going to put thousands of us in prison if they get back in. Weeks after you said that a few months ago, we saw Hakeem Jeffreys, all of them say, oh, you think we we put you in prison before. We're going to put all of you in prison this time. So this is

I sat across from that guy. If you ever, it was eight or 16 hours of depositions, he was deposing me. I was over in Qatar. And he was asking for certain information that I said, I can't tell you. And he got really angry why. And I started listing all these mob clients of his, including Venezuela mob. Did you know that the Venezuelan

mafia, he has clients like the CFO or the Venezuelan mafia. And I started listening all these various mob clients he had. And what is the word for it when a guy is a lawyer and he has a whole bunch of mob clients? What's the word for that? The phrase mafia lawyer? Yeah. Well, I think I used it. I may have used an expression like that and it set him off

that he said, I will sue you, I will sue you if you ever say that publicly. So I'm not saying publicly accusing him that, but I will say that Ivan, if you, you should get that expression to Ivan because evidently that expression you just used just sets him off to be called that phrase. Well, Pelosi said MS-13, and all of them are God's children. I mean, there's no secret that Democrats are with the elements of the CIA are managing these cartels, and Trump's declared war on them.

he did a good job in that but one could say that a Democrat could do a good job in that and it wouldn't you know it doesn't really ruin his standing as a Democrat it's not anyway he it's I've heard left right and center and I that he has not been cooperative he's been stalling the

teen of this and the all kinds of steps that could be making. I'll tell you now, I think I said the last time I was on your show, the most important lawyer to me is Stephanie Lambert. Her and Kurt Olson are the two most important lawyers on our side. She is the patent. Kurt may be more of the Eisenhower of the George C. Marshall. She's patent. She was blocked out for months. Now, she's not blocked out anymore. She's all around that. And for about three months, she's been not blocked out. And I think tremendous progress as resulted. But we learned all along it was Todd Blanche.

Todd Blanche put me on a blacklist. Nobody in intelligence or law enforcement and no 1811 agent was supposed to talk to me. We found ways around that. I had so much information, but from the beginning, he tried, I've been in this black box. They did not want anyone talking to me. We found a way around that. There was now, but so he's been the problem. I don't think he's an evil guy.

You know what I'm hearing from within the administration? unlike the first Trump term, where there really were, like, deep staters who wanted, who hated Donald Trump. These are more people that are scared trying to survive. They're scared trying to survive because what they're hearing quite correctly, and I'm having some, doing some work on this today to get more names. There are people within the federal government, I won't say where, but what they're doing is they're preparing a list and of folks to be charged for treason. You and I are, I'm sure, on that list. their plan is when they're in power, there's hundreds of us

are going to be swept up and tried and executed for treason. Jack Smith, I was told somewhere along the way from an insider that Jack Smith and Merrick Garland that actually communicated about how to hold mass trials.

Like in Italy in 1998 to 1992, the four years there was a trial of like 250 Mafiosa figures together called the Maxi Trials. They were looking into how to hold a massie trials. They were looking into how to hold a mass. maxi trial, maybe round up a thousand people, thousand of us, put us in the stadium.

I will say it wasn't off record. Ed Martin told me six months ago that they got the emails and the documents with Jack Smith that they were planning the maxi trials for us. So that I will say is the plan. Great. And I have it from a different source than Ed. So from Ed Martin, who's a terrific fellow.

He's one of the terrific. They have his emails just so probably knows. He was playing. They were planning maxi trial. for all of us for treason, and we were all to be hung. And listen, let me point something out. If you go back, if you go on, like, I'm sure you know the website Zero Hedge. Yeah, of course.

Great leaks there. If you go back to this time last year, they were documenting this buildup to a global bird flu pandemic. The plot was if Kamala won the election by November 23rd, we were all going to be under lockdown again with mandatory MNA jabs, which got, there was. In August of last year, the government got an emergency authorization for the bird flu. Anyway, we were about to be in a global lockdown for bird flu if Kamala won. What happened to that?

It's like it just kind of disappeared. Like it maybe was just an information operation to begin with. Do you remember? Is that kind of funny? Let's take Halligan because they're now, Comey's lawyers, James's lawyers are all the same lawyers. and Bolton's. They're trying to block Halligan's saying she's not legitimately appointed when she's the one that Trump brought

in a month ago to finally get the Comey Endowment which already had done. The grand juries gave the indictments. They were sitting on them and now they're trying to get rid of Halligan. Where's that going? That's all, yeah, that's exactly right. They were sitting out. You can't believe what happens in the DOJ. They build cases, getting

indictments ready, and then they get sat on from above based on all kinds of political nonsense, probably including, the way the Democrats do it, including donations. You can buy your way out of trouble. So there have been all kinds of cases that were a whole bunch of this Smartmatic stuff

that's getting filed now. A lot of that was actually smartmatic indicted last month for bribery, overseas, in fraud, just like you said, Philippines, Serbia, you name it. And then now they drop it all on Giuliani and others, but not

on Mike Lundell. And they delayed it just long enough that Lindell could have an unfavorable ruling delivered against him in court and then smart. A default. A default. So he doesn't get his retrial. And Dominion disappears in a puff of smoke the next week. Just like your ridiculous case.

I'd love to explain to your viewers. By the way, I'm sorry I'm not there, Alex, because every time I'm there, you let me purloin one of your discs of the bottles of methyl blue and turns me into a, and that I've run out. and I wish I were in Austin. Imagine the judge, last month defaults Lindell for $1.5 billion. The judge says, no, smartmatic cannot be hacked. Any computer can. And now, no jury, it's the same story. This default thing the Democrats have said is their plan. Yeah, it's how they did you with,

The judge, The judge said that in this case against Alex, that Alex has to turn over the powerpoints and a spreadsheet where he analyzed if he took a certain story, what the results was going to be on his audience, and he chose that. And Alex said, well, I don't have any such analysis. And I know I strongly believe Alex that he never didn't come up. Well, we didn't talk before you came on. I'll be four hours a day.

We're not PowerPointing everything I say. It's ridiculous. It's ridiculous. but because he wouldn't turn that over, the judge instructed the jury. You have to assume that Alex Jones, I'm directing you to find that Alex Jones hid that. And because he's hiding that and won't turn it over,

it's a directed verdict with the decision. You have to give them something that. The crew knows this, but anybody, I do a four-hour show. I send them clips. They give me articles. We have guests on. I mean, I have a regular one's like,

I'm in front of the courthouse. He comes on. I didn't even talk to him before he came on. The idea that we have PowerPoints and, well, they said specifically the default, we want the communications with sponsors about Sandy Code. I don't even have sponsors. I direct sale. Right.

It was a ridiculous thing. But by the judge, the Democrats, and I got an argument with a law professor about you, Alex, a year or so ago where I was saying this was a directed verdict. And he was saying it wasn't a directed verdict. Well, the judge directed all but the verdict. They directed that the jury had to find that you'd been lying about this. been hiding evidence. So it was ridiculous. So that is what the judges do now to put the veneer of a legitimate court decision on things. It's not even about me. And I know Trump's not all powerful. You see how he can't even get

prosecutors in that'll take an indictment's already done. It's not like he made them do the indictment. They did the indictment. And then the U.S. attorneys and others sit on it. Trump, we see what Trump's dealing with. Like the Ninth Circuit said, of course you can put troops in California. They stand down. But what should the administration do to stop this lawfares. They admit this, this default judgment thing is their model. I think that, A, they should be taking people right out of the military, the JAG Corps, and not the woke military, the old military, the people deep within it. They should be using them. Secondly, Trump can appoint people, anyone he wants, any position for, in these positions,

I think it's only good for like 120 days. He should have a crew of people that he, you know, and he can take someone to appoint them to this job. And on a day, 119, move. Move into a different job. And then move the person that's under them in and just exactly. Daisy chaining. And just do that. You know, this insurance woman, what's Halligan that went out to Virginia? She's an insurance lawyer.

She got in there. It took her three days to get this indictment done, which tells you they had it. They've been sitting on it forever. Oh, I was told not by Martin others. They had the indictment for two months. Yeah. I think you're going to get Ed in a bunch of trouble if you keep saying telling everything he tells you. I don't know.

And I think he should do it out of the military, retired military, people who know what a Trotskyite, what, you know, the war up against the neo-Trottskyite revolution overthrow the U.S.

Yeah, to be clear. Ed told me in phone calls the stuff about the mass trial thing, and that was in the news. You already said that on the news. When I met with him in person, it was all about my case. He would not discuss. I brought up Todd Blanche here. Todd's bad. Oh, no, Todd's great. He would not talk. He would not talk. He got a call and to leave for 30 minutes talking to Todd Blanche. He would say, it was all about my case. And people think, oh, that's my only source. No, I have all sorts of sources just like you do. So anyway, that's what that's what president should do. I think he's getting close there. I'll tell you, as much as we've been kind of frustrated with a lack of action in certain respects, he's taking one big action, and that is there's a United States Navy flotilla sitting off the shores of Venezuela. You're the expert on that. And people who don't know, that's the Democrat. Just Democrats have Ukraine and they have Venezuela as kind of their, their piggy banks, their money laundering operations. There were things done to make sure that the rig. If Biden got 9 million magic votes in 2020, how did that not happen this time? And the word is, the Serbian center got shut down. No, we will go, I see. You will go. And it would be difficult for them to object. I don't see any loss in going. No reason not to. You know, they'll always complain, oh, we should have gone. So we're going to definitely, I'd like to just tell you, let's go.

We'll go. We're going to tell them what we're going to do, and I think they're going to probably like it, except for the radical left lunatics. And Mr. President, if you are declaring war against these cartels and Congress is likely to approve of that process, why not just ask for a declaration of war? And because what happened to us the last 10 years was really a joint operation between Cuba, Venezuela, and I think some elements within the CIA in China. But anyway, we have to do Venezuela. It can't exist. It's a fantastic country. They've had 25 years. All they've done is they've looted somewhere between one and a half and four trillion dollars, while their own people starve. I was there six years ago. The average person had lost 20 pounds that year.

They were trying to get me on military bases with a hotel with plenty of food, booze, all protected by military, everything you want, Patrick. They even said, we got all the 13, 14-year-old boys, 13, 14-year-old girls and boys you could want. You come back sometime. You can spend a week with us in this hotel. We'll have a good time.

So they were proposing this to me. Oh, I never told you that. I'll tell you, as I was leaving Venezuela, the cartel said to me, I was visiting the cartel. I was visiting some computer science center within the cartel. And as I left, they said, oh, Senor Byrne, much too dangerous for you to be here with just these six policemen protecting you. Next time you come, we'll have a whole army platoon, meet you at the airport.

We'll take you to a great hotel. Don't worry, it's a military base all around it. You'll be totally safe. All the booze, great food. all the 13, 14-year-old girls or boys you could want. You spend a week there with us. We'll talk some good business. We'll figure out how to make some money together.

That's the animals that are running this place now. They've got, when I, before I was there, they had declared that the military and police from now on only protect government buildings and government installations. So it's kind of the walking dead for everybody else is how. I remember 10 years ago they'd already eaten all the dogs and cats and eating the zoo animals. Well, you know, in Walking Dead, Rick Grimes was the hero.

The people who are like Rick Grimes, what they do, there was one boulevard in Caracas that was open to, first of all, no groups of more than three people can gather together, and there are female National Guard soldiers all over in groups of two with radios. and they get on every bridge, rooftop, everything. I was about to say, everybody's starving, but the National Guard of the militia is literally 400-pound women.

And if they see more than three people get together, they make a radio call and then trucks, which are hidden everywhere filled with male National Guard guys, come out and beat up people or shoot them or whatever. So the whole military there is only postured to oppress and shoot their own people. It can't fight a real army. They've got 24 jets. I think they have three pilots or something I heard.

They can't fight an army, let alone the United States. They're set up so they can be seen. I'm trying to find it. We played a week ago. It showed the government put this out. Their female militia literally all weigh 400 pounds. Yeah. But it's so perfect.

You've got communists that are super fat with plenty of food. Everybody else is starving to death. Well, this is what was they had in mind for us. Maoism, they really use food to. a weapon. What they had in mind for us, if what they unleashed in 2020 had gone along eventually to get food,

you would have had to been on good graces with the government. And so all the lefties would be fat and all the, and happy and all of us would be starving to death. Do you remember how during COVID the Michigan governor outlawed having a garden in your own yard? Yes, I remember. You were really trying to get control of the food.

In Europe, they wouldn't sell seeds at stores. Yeah. And, you know, they're shutting down farms everywhere. They're trying to get a hold of the food supply because that's how they use it as a weapon and create John Kerry said twice last year, we've got a quote, people don't believe to play it,

we've got a quote, shut down half the farms or people will starve. Yeah. Guys never run a sandwich shop. Thinks he's going to reorganize civilizational agriculture. So let me ask you this. I know you don't have,

but you are on the inside of the Venezuela thing. Clearly Trump's decided to go in. If the pressure doesn't make the government removed Maduro, but then they'll just put in some of the communist. So what is ideal? What do you think is going to happen? Oh, they have to put in, well, there's a woman Maria Carina Machado, who is overwhelmingly And just won the Peace Prize.

Just won the Peace Prize. She was outlawed from running for this last election last year, just like they did to Bolsonaro, just like they do, try to do to Trump. That's another new lefty technique. They just outlaw someone from running for office. So she's outlawed for 10 years. So her stand-in ran in this last election. He won 80 to 20, probably 85, 2015.

So that guy's got to be put in, and then he'll oversee a legitimate election in the next year, and she was going to win with overwhelming support. That's what has to happen. I'll tell you something inside baseball, and I normally keep a lot secrets, but I'm not keeping secrets that protect people in the government who do bad things.

One of the hold-ups has been the CIA has been fighting to say, okay, if you overthrow Maduro, let's have the head of military intelligence replace him. So we'll go from cartel to cartel light. That's what they were trying to convince Trump. That's what the CIA voice were in the United States. And that way the Democrats in the CIA back channel keep their money. That's why everything, nothing changes.

We go from cartel to cartel light. We're going to find out that the CIA, Chevron, and the Venezuelan regime are all in each other's panties, and they've been up to no good for 25 years. But all this election stuff and Venezuela stuff, no, they cannot count on my protection. They're absolutely been wrong. if we're going to, we shouldn't do Venezuela, but if we're going to do it, let's just make this little adjustment. Sure. Trump admitted last week he's had them in there for months to overthrow. That's when I'm back to bad pigs. I don't trust them. Well, fortunately, they're not in the front. This is a military operation, as it should be.

How were these CIA going around? You know what's one of the big cause of this problem, the guys who are behind the cartel. No, I know that. I'm worried that bad actors, not the whole CIA, but the bad actors are going to give intel to Venezuela. That's what I'm saying. his sister, Delsey Rodriguez is the vice president. They believe their father was a revolutionary who was in prison in 1978 in Venezuela, where either he died in prison or he was taken out in a CIA black helicopter and dropped over the Caribbean. Depending on who you listen to, and I honestly, God, don't know which of those stories is true. But they believe that the CIA killed their father. And they've been on this lifelong mission to corrupt Venezuela and then use all its resources to corrupt into service. So maybe when we overthrow regimes, we shouldn't do it with that CIA way anymore. We send the 80-second airborne.

We send this Navy flotilla. By the way, I've got some friends in the special operations community who have looked at the disposition of forces that's publicly available. And they say this is not any normal invasion force. This is a bunch of black helicopter types. This is the 160th. This is a bunch of snatch and grab and assassination types. I think it's going to be a very, very different kind of invasion that the more is ever seen. Yeah, they're going to take out the commie leadership.

Yeah, I think it's going to be. So is it that the maximum pressure to get, but that's why the CIA is saying, oh, just put the intelligence head in. He'll stand down. They take out Maduro. But then you're right. Then we just replace it with the same thing. With another one that they, because they're in cahoots. They've been in cahoots, and I'm not.

And there are some factions that are like, there's one faction that's super pro-Zionist. And there's another faction that isn't. There's a faction that's in cahoots with China.

And Peter Strach was in that faction. Peter Strach and Brennan and so forth. They were all in cahoots with China. So anyway, but it is, I am happy. We've been talking about inaction. Hang on, we've been talking about inaction, but how wonderful it's going to be. The action that's most important for Trump to take, he's taking.

That is we have to liberate Venezuela. I'm going to say, explain. I know you know this, so I won't give the answer. the message it sends regime change in Venezuela to everybody, the Russians, the Chinese, the Democrats. What message does that send? Hang on. What it sends is a message that, I'm sorry, someone's talking in the background, I hope they can pipe down. The message is that, yeah, the days, there are new rules, there are new rules.

The Monroe Doctrine is back. We can't have people. we're not going to tolerate this kind of stuff. We tolerated for too long. I can take Gary Burnson, who's this guy, this XCI agent, who's a little bit more public than I think he should be about what we've been up to these last four years, except he hates me, so he won't mention my name.

He's really angry at me, and it's not my favorite guy. But anyway, he's not to diminish what he did. He says that when he was chief of station down in Quito, Ecuador, about 20 years ago, he got directions from, we no longer collect on Cuba. Cuba, it's a piddling banana republic, don't collect on Cuba. He was told that by his bosses. The boss who told him that, he knows where the orders came down from.

He thinks that those people, who he can name, I won't name, that those people were actually in cahoots with China. And I have a lot of evidence. Of course, I mean, the CFR said they're giving rare earth minerals, they're given all the industry. They're not supposed to expand the South China Sea. And then that's how the global, but then 16 years ago, they double-cross the globalist. So their whole order fell apart right there. But the thing is, they still stay on the Chinese payroll while the Chinese are sinking us. I never have figured out yet what happened in that regard.

Was it that the W.E.F. and China both wanted to overthrow us, and then they thought afterwards they would split the proceeds. But then after 2020, Klaus Schwab and George Soros got very antagonistic with Xi Jinping, because evidently there was a maybe that China was not. paying it. No, it's come out. You're right. Imagine. CIA helps put in Moussy Tung, 49, all that. They do their deal. They build them up. The 80s the deals made. It moves on. It's on record the CFR deals was that China gets rare earth minerals. The middlemen globalists get to leverage out all the businesses in the West. The West has the military.

NATO's the new UN Army. The U.S. backs it up. And then China went, no, we're not doing that and double-crossed them. And then expanded militarily out into the South China Sea. So the deal. deal was broken. And so their New World Order, by their actions failed because China didn't play along. And then Trump's recognizing that, just very pragmatically. And he's not a globalist, but he's saying, no, we still control the international system. We can take control of that. Reform it, cut it back, be honest about it, transformatively promote Americana again, and have the U.S. globally dominate. And so right at the last moment, the Chinese century's over, just like that. I know you're a China expert as well. And I think that we ought to take, to be honest, the – so we built, you know, our foreign policy community has been divided for two generations between the realists and the institutionalists.

And the realists, like the people who raise me, believe that, look, there's three great countries, China, Russia, the U.S., any world where the three of us get along is better than any world we don't. What we do is we get together, we make our deal, and then that becomes the scaffolding off which you hang world people. The other approach, the more legalistic approach that's dominated is these idealists who think is we build these international institutions. Well, yeah, the corporations in control, and it doesn't work. And it doesn't work, and they get captured. And what we learned in the last 20 years, but especially in the last five years, the UN, all the WHO, they're all subsidiaries of the globalists and of China. So we can't go that what we really should do when you've got a monopoly that's bad.

acting badly, open a competitor. We should get out of the UN and all of these things. Maybe we open up a new, you know, United Church. What about NATO? What about NATO's? Well, NATO's, and we open a new version of the UN, the United Free Nations, and the countries that want to be part of our block, join our block. Make him have a hard choice.

which was an insult by Knesset to vote to annex Gaza when Trump party has this deal that's good for everybody. So what are the facts that's doing that? Because I don't have some big heart on for Israel. And I don't think Israel is the center of the universe and all this. But Israel does continue to plan to the stereotype of trying to manipulate U.S. politics. And people seem to only understand that Israel's involved in domestic manipulation. No, I think we should expose it. But being aware, I think they're, you know, from all the lobbies, China's the most powerful, obviously, and then the big central banks, BlackRock.

But it still needs to be spotlighted. But why is Israel doing stuff like this? And what are the facts that are there? We'll talk to Patrick Byrne. But here's a brief clip of Vance in Israel excoriating what the Kness is up to. When I asked about it, somebody told me that it was a political stunt, that it had no practical significance. It was purely symbolic. I mean, look, if it was a political stunt, it was a very stupid political stunt.

stunt and I personally take some insult to it, the West Bank is not going to be annexed by Israel. The policy of the Trump administration is that the West Bank will not be annexed by Israel. That will continue to be our policy. And if people want to take symbolic votes, they can do that. But we certainly weren't happy about it. By the way, that was not a mistake I made. Yeah, they want West Bank too, but they're also talking about annexing Gaza still. So both those things are going on.

Patrick Byrne, what's happening there? Well, I think that the I've had a mixed mind about this. I've been a strong support of Israel all my life. And I actually think the correct analysis is not on what's gone on in Gaza is you can't compare just deaths. You have to compare, you know, the Gaza has started this on October 7th. Israel has a just cause of war until the hostages are returned.

and have it just cause of war. Now they've been returned. I would argue that they probably, now they had obligations to pursue that just war using just means, and there's a lot of evidence that they stepped over those lines. But I think their cause since October 7th was, the cause was just. The other thing I'd like to say is, well, I do think that Israel, it was a setup.

It was people in Israel knew it was to happen. And meet people, and I've spent a lot of times, I'm in Israel in the blockchain community, so I know a lot of the national security technology firms. There's a much deeper store to be told. It was, I think that you're kept in the dark. I think the Israeli deep state invited October 7th or let it happen. In fact, the Israeli deep state publicly threatened Netanyahu in late August of 2023, that if you do something or other, your intelligence services are going to leave you blind.

and the wife of a very high-level person in intelligence in front of a crowd warns that I'm speaking for 1,200 Israeli intelligence officers. If you do such and such, you're going to go blind in six weeks. She was very specific. Well, seven weeks later was October 7th. So I think the Israeli intelligence and deep services and deep state let Netanyahu get hit with this. I think they were hoping to create what on Star Trek is called, what, a Kibachi, Maru, an impossible situation. I think that was their goal.

Stay there, this is key because I'm a news hound. So everything you're saying, I saw the video of that lady, I saw the unanimous intelligence chiefs. I remember them saying go blind. Remember Netanyahu accused the army of standing down. They then accused him. He said, we'll find out later. I'm not here to defend Netanyahu, but I am here to defend the truth.

in Israel are dumb. Probably a lot of them smarter than me, but just saying a lot. I mean, obviously that would have empowered Netanyahu. So I saw the evidence they were threatening him and they were the ones that were in control but then who do they work for and then how do they not think? No, that's going to rally everybody behind Netanyahu. That's

my issue because they not think about second, third order consequences, Rick Byrne? No, they thought they were creating on Star Trek, there was a famous episode where the Kyobiachi Maru is created for Kirk. The possible program, the only way to be that Kirk

reprograms it in Cheats. And that's kind of what, they were creating a situation where if Netanyahu had taken that attack, he would have looked like a big national security failure. If he had responded, he would be walking into this huge black eye. And that would mean

Israeli intelligence was secretly working with Hamas and back channels as a setup. They're in some, to some degree, well, we know that they do work together. I mean, there was some funding allegations of Israel. I think it's been acknowledged, funded through Qatar, told them to keep funding them for a while. But they- Yeah, $2 billion right before, but also Israel helped fund Hamas as a counterbalance to PLO. Right.

And, you know, these things get away from it. Just like we created the Mujahideen, well, in Afghanistan. Well, so that's one thing to know. Here's another big thing to know that you ought to do a show on. There's a company called Paragon in the Israeli national security. All these people leave their version of the NSA, which is called Unit 8200, and they go to this area and they create cyber companies that do national defense. One's called Paragon.

There's a bunch of Biden-Obama cronies on Paragon's board. And Biden, once he was in office, used his position. to destroy all the competition of Paragon and how he did that, all the competition of Paragon in Israel, there'd be some Canadian human rights organization would say, well, this company sold software to Singapore, and Singapore used it to put this dissident in prison, and brought him and say, oh, we're going to blacklist this company.

One by one, they blacklisted all the competitors to Paragon. And it turns out, and so they were really, and that Paragon is a Houd Barak. It's real tight with a hood Barak. And so basically, who Barack's the Barack Obama of Israel? That's the deep state. Here's another thing to know, a very important thing to know, and that we have recordings.

There was a period in 2019, 2020, where the American deep state was having conference calls with Antifa, antifa people around hundreds, 400 people per call. There might be 20, 30 people from the U.S. Federal employers on the inside who were providing color. revolution guidance to these hundreds of Antifa and BLM folks who were in these Zoom calls. We recorded them and traced all these people. There's still a thousand people inside the government, but here's the key thing to know.

In those calls, and this is really explosive, Alex, in those calls, there were occasional, not just current sitting U.S. federal employees, but there were people from Israel, deep state people from Israel, around Ahudu, Barack, were in those calls. So the Israeli deep state was in those calls with the American deep state giving this color revolution guidance to our Antifa BLM people who were just kind of... Wow. And so now we know Eric Barak allied with Obama has come out in the new posthumous book by Joufrey as doing some really bad stuff. Yeah, that same guy. Same guy, yeah, that came out and nobody would even...

There were all these articles a week ago. There was a prime minister involved in this with this Virginia Giam. Jeffrey, no one would even say his name. It was a Hu, Barack. He was many times at Epstein's Island. And he, anyway, so what's key is in those calls, you could even pick up that the American deep state folks show a bit of deference to the Israeli deep state folks. So what we went through in 2020, all that COVID, all that sciop, there were actually some, there's actually not just American federal employees in it, but Israeli. And there's some deference shown by the Americans to the Israelis. So that's a pretty explosive thing to say. But 2020, all that COVID and all this stuff is being directed by not Israeli Netanyahu elements,

Israeli's opponents within Israel, which makes me sort of more take Netanyahu side than I might otherwise would in some things. Well, yeah, it's very popular right for Netanyahu, and he certainly done a lot of bad things. But certainly nobody's getting censored attacking Netanyahu in cyberspace. Big Tech is boosting it. Is boosting him now? No, no, Big Tech is boosting attacks on Netanyahu. Oh, yeah. So I'm not a rocket scientist, but when I see something being boosted, then that's when I,

so why would Big Tech want to be trying to take out Netanyahu? Well, if what you think we're up against are globalists, globalists would hate Netanyahu for the following reason. Did you know that in Israel, there's not a written constitution? and there is a Supreme Court which can strike down any law that their parliament, called the Knesset, passes. And it can strike it down on the most vague grounds that this violates the fundamental. Israel definitely has a judiciary tyranny, a judicial tyranny. And that judicial tyranny, 88, in the history of Israel, there have been 88 Supreme Court justices.

87 of them have been white, white, European, Ashkenazi Jews. So the rest of these Jews in Israel, and probably a lot of the Arabs feel, and like the Trump kind of people, the taxi cab drivers, the working class, as well as the Sephardic and the Mozos. Yeah, there's no Sephardic Jews ever on it, which is crazy. Yeah, they look at, they say. The supportive Jews are 30%, right, so why aren't they on there? So they look at, so they're looking at and say, gee, we go through all this problem of going through politics and doing things. We get something in the house. And the military is overrepresented by the Sephardic.

Shifting gears in the time we have left. I want to talk about your book in a moment. It seems to me no kings are sputtered out. There's anti-frey declared terror group. Trump says international, I haven't seen the executive order yet. That's so powerful. They're definitely trying to pre-program a false flag or something. What do the Democrats do with record low approval ratings, redistricting, even though it's moderate, it's not as strong as it should be, because they've done whatever they wanted.

but the redistricting, adding all those two Republican seats, the writings on the wall, it's over for them. What do they do? How do they respond? Well, unless they're going to turn to violence and just try to disrupt, like I used to play chess with the guy in the Middle East. Every time I started to beat him, he would find some reason to drop a napkin on the floor, then go to pick it up and knock the table over.

They may just want to knock the game over. If they're going to do that, this at the time. If they want to stay a legitimate party, what they have to do is what the conservatives had to do, starting around 1960, and it was William F. Buckley, who probably isn't high on your list of, well, I don't know. I shouldn't say that, but he was the guy, and his policy at National Review, which was sort of the thinking piece on the right, said we're no longer, any racist sentiment is no longer part of the Republican Party. No, no, I like Buckley on that, but it was the Democrats with a

Southern strategy that went from the racist party and allowed to flip. Republicans were done to do that. Butley was good on not being racial. I just didn't like his more globalist overtones with the CIA. Fair not. But the thing that he did that was undeniably good was he put a guardrail on the right and said you can no longer say anything racist. No, no, we first met like 8, 8, 9. You're like, listen, I like what you're doing.

But you're not a racist story. I'm all about a unifier. So, you know, I'm not, yeah, I agree with Buckley on that. To stay legitimate, the Democratic Party has to do the same and it has to draw a guardrail. And they become totally racist. Stephen Bill Mark says it's like literally, which is meant to invoke whites be racist. They literally have a newspaper articles from today.

White genetics is evil. Your genetics is abomination. We should all be decrying that. Yeah. What Democrats have to start to crying that. But what the Democrats have to do is not just that kind of racism, stuff they've been bringing in. But also, they've got to draw a line.

Basically, this whole Marxist social justice stuff anti-constitutional stuff that came in about 15 years ago were done with that's the guard wrap it's no longer all the anti-violence all the classic all the classic tyranny all of this stuff

that's gone on that has been so normalized from talking about eliminating whiteness eliminate you know I saw interesting somebody put up the other day I saw all the articles of everybody about eliminating whiteness

eliminating whiteness well you look and pardon me but all the writers were Jewish. So now you have a bunch of folks saying, gee, why's all there's this anti-Semitism? Well, from 2019 forward, they were writing articles about how, well, I don't mean to be racist, but we have to eliminate white. Now, the Atlantic, mainstream newspapers and magazines were publishing stuff, we have to eliminate whiteness. Well, okay, they're all Jewish saying that, and now they're surprised that there's anti-Semitism growing as emerged.

So that's a great point. I mean, you just have the heart of it is that in the last 10 years, The left decided to go pure race politics, and you've got the ADL, Southern Republic laws there are others, literally doing this. And then meanwhile, the Jews that are pushing the liberal Jews that whites are bad, you're white too. And now the universities are literally insane Islamic hotbeds that love Adolf Hitler. It's totally insane. Well, remember what the alternate point of the globalists is, is they're just going to get behind the most angry elements of any side they can. their goal is just to get everybody fighting so it melts down.

And at the end of the day, exactly. They want destabilization. So how do we stop that? Because I tell the left stop being racist, until the right stop being racist, this is not how we win. But the left has to not just give up racism. The left has to give up everything that came in with Obama, which is basically Marxism, class warfare.

Until then, Democrats as Republicans thought of themselves as two people who were trying, but we're all on the same team trying to move things forward. We have a different point of view. It has become normalized in the last 15 years to basically have a different point of view that the goal is to destroy from one side. Sure, they're the ones that they're violent. They're the ones that do all the escalation. So you're talking about liberation theology of the Ford Foundation and others. So how do we get the left to realize they're beaten, but they can drag us down with them?

They need to capitulate and come back to the table and be realist for a two-party system. And how do we get them to abandon liberation theology? Well, once we exterminate the regime, the cartel in Venezuela, a great deal of the funding behind this liberation theology will go away. And we will, and we're also got to take care of Soros, but we will return to constitutional republicanism. It'll be a lot easier once we've eliminated these, you know, these cancers in our hemisphere of Venezuela and Cuba. And for those that don't know, let's pull them on the Monroe Doctrine of. I'm all against regime change outside our hemisphere. This is clear president of the country.

300,000 deaths in a year. Trump has a, again, Thomas Jefferson would have invaded Venezuela years ago. Yeah. The Monroe Doctrine is to say that no European powers or other powers are to have any hands in the affairs of America's north or south other than us, other than the U.S. this is even absent that doctrine. What has gone on from Venezuela and Cuba is not just an act of war. I would say it was a successful act of war.

They overthrew our country. They slid hundreds of thousands of trained terrorists into our country that were supposed to finish the job. And it's just this miracle we kind of jiu-jitsued our way out. And the last moment we could have last November 5th, otherwise it would have had to have been a civil war to stop this. So they committed the act of war, a successful act of war against our country. Everything that happened since 2021 can be traced back to that. Now, there are elements within our country who went along with it, like at the top of the CIA and FBI. But we have to, we couldn't possible to let this stand with what we know now that Venezuela did.

Overthrow them, and this hemisphere is going to be a lot better place. Sure. And that's on the front burner. But what about the shutdown? Air traffic controllers in three days gone. in six days, no snap benefits. I mean, this is Clareton Pivot. What do we do about that?

Doesn't the president and executive orders have emergency powers? I know Congress has the power of the purse, but in an emergency like this. I think Trump should be revealing all kinds of stuff that I know that they have. They should reveal it, have a press conference, reveal it all to the world. And then say... The political power of the Democrats. Devastate them now. Now's the time.

And get the American people. we are fighting a Bolshevik revolution. The White House has to do something muscular. Instead of doing something muscular and having the people complain, show them what he knows, show them what the government now understands about what happened in this country, and the people will be demanding something muscular.

I agree. If he does national addresses, they'll beg for it. Yeah. And I think that the Israeli, I'm glad that we have peace in Israel. We need peace in Ukraine. Well, we don't have peace in Israel, but we've at least closed something off.

What is the plan in this? Who's going to run Gaza? If it's not, I mean, we can't be Hamas. They're going to bring this Arab coalition with this trust, and I hope it works, but I mean, Hezbo is not going to go along with it. That's a pretty good idea. I got to say that's a very good idea. No, it's good to bring the Arabs in under an international agreement, let them deal with it. Look at the UAE, look in Egypt. Let them do it, let them manage it, and a generation, maybe it'll be, you know, it could have been simple. But will Israel step back? could do it. They've agreed so far, but they got partnerships. The Muslims, I'll give it to Saudi Arabia. They're reforming. They want to move

into Buck Rogers. They want to stop the right? Isn't Saudi Arabia doing a better job? They are. They are. And the UAE I've spent a lot of time over there in the last few years as I was outside this country and I was first there in the early 90s

and I'm amazed at the societies they've built and you know, they're not perfect and we can look down and it's right. I mean, the new leader of Saudi Arabia says, no more burghers, women can have jobs and drive cars. That's a big reform. You know, this is the, this is the, the, the argument has always been on the American

side between those who say, if we engage with people who are a little authoritarian, we can over time get them to evolve in a healthy direction, as opposed to the left who was often said, ah, we can't have anything to do with these people and they get overthrown.

Or they try to get, under USA, teach the Muslims to cut their sons' penises off. That only enraged them more. You know, that was The number one complaint in Afghanistan in a big study that the State Department did last year was that the main mission was telling Afghans to cut their sons generals off. You couldn't get them to turn against us worse. You're talking about trans? Were we introducing trans? That's so silly.

Well, I've said before our State Department, look, I'm as tolerant of gays as the next guy. But our State Department is so LGBT heavy. And I don't mind, to be honest, the elves that I've met, the lesbians I've met, are. sort of at least solid and business-like. around in hair, pants, and a vest, a shirtless vest in the ambassador's residence. For the years, he's ambassador. What an offense that is to our host country. We have ambassadors and people who behave this way around the world with a purple hair, and they're going to

Is he not? Yes. Or some, they're crossing cows. And the Putin things have been reset, too. They have announced today. I would not be surprised if that might be the last chance for Venezuela. Maybe Trump will say something with Xi and they can work something out. And if they can't, maybe action begins after that.

What does Maduro do, leave? Well, the last I've heard, both Russia, China, and Iran have said, you can't come here. We don't want the heat. We don't want the heat. He could go to there is a country. I don't know if it's public. There is a country where we have said if he goes there, and that country has said they would take him,

A little more than meets the eye with that guy. So he's like the secret, I mean, this is known now, but he's like the secret U.S. ambassador of the world, flies around constantly world leaders with Trump messages and basically does as much stuff as Whitkoff does, trying to stop war, and he's dialed into everything. But he said that he's known Kirk's security team for many years. They're his security team.

You know, when he goes out with them. He's known Erica, Kurt, since they got together, They're really good friends. I already knew this. J.D. Vance is good friends with them. When I was up at TPSA last year, three months where Vance was announced, I was back there with Vance and Kirk in the green room. They're like, I mean, they look. I mean, and the Green Beret, Maddox, the people I've talked to me, say that like when your hands are shaking no matter what you try to, because you're trying to go so fast.

And it's like there's blood everywhere. Well, the other thing is like, why is nobody asking questions, right? Why did everybody just immediately go, oh, it's Tyler? Well, let's move on, guys. Let's have a party. You know, like, to me, especially if I'm Trump, I'm going to be exhausting every effort. This guy brought in the younger demographic that got me elected into office.

Well, take chat, GPT. I mean, that letter from the supposed shooter, Tyler Robbins, to his boyfriend, is literally like, all the alibis are destroyed. It's perfectly written. Sounds like a cop wrote it. I mean, it just sounds like a prosecution wrote it. Nobody buys that. And then you had security guards, like, immediately after he gets shot, he's falling backwards in a chair. The security guards jump over the table, and he gets immediately hounded by, like, three or four of these guys.

Then there's guys that are picking stuff up off the ground and handing it off. off to other people, almost like they knew that they were going to grab it. Like down low, grabbing it, putting it in our lives. It looked very coordinated, and it was like a football. Like, hut, hut, hut. And then you can see that. And all the security guys I talked to that have done, you know,

big of them, stuff like this, they're just like. Because it's rehearsed. They go, it's rehearsed and we've never seen anything like it. We don't know what it is. It's like really, it's nothing in the, it's very strange. And that's what I said to Tucker and he said, yeah, he said, my issue is, I know those guys, but he said, yeah, I understand what you're saying. And he said, and he said, and he said, basically, I do think there's a cover-up,

and we just don't know what it is. And, I mean, they just had, I'm not going to say it. They had people from the FBI that day when I was there screaming at them, blowing up over, over just Tucker. Who? The Tucker? Yeah, this producer. Lexi.

just scream. The point was they didn't say it was off record, but I'm just to take it as that. The point was, all Tucker started saying was, I'm a crime reporter. I did this for many years. To go, oh, we don't release our proof because that'll mess up the case. That's never done.

And so by not releasing your proof, like, why don't we have him in the prone position shooting? There's all these other cameras. Why don't we have a shot of him shooting? Why do we have, again, it goes on and on and on and on. And then when the FBI starts covering it up, That implicates the FBI. Yeah. And you got the same FBI and Secret Service that clearly there was another shooter in Butler, Pennsylvania, with Trump.

Clearly Trump needs to know about this, not just for Charlie, but for his own safety. Because I'm not saying Cash Patel's involved in any of this. I don't, from everything I know, Pam Bonnie's not a bad person, Cash Patel's on a bad person, Bonchino's not a bad person. Everybody's in over their death, but anybody would be. You could be a 40-year veteran of the FBI being a, the world's so great. crazy now, we're all in overheads. So when I say Pam Bonnie's in over her head, I'm in over my head.

I mean, I can't. But see, immediately they go, oh, look, the security guy shoots him under the arm at an angle. And we slowed it down, and it's a cell phone. They hear the boom. He goes like this. There's another guy up behind him. And they go, oh, it's a camera phone gun.

You blow it up. It's a guy sitting there screw in the top off of bottle water. Yeah. So, and that I even had a lot of people online, even my listeners, like, how dare you cover up? No, he shoots him under the arm. No, this guy shoots him. And I'm like, which is it? And later, they have released HD, better shots.

It's a phone. It's a thing. They're not doing it that way. And then it's the next thing. And oh, his, his microphone blew up and did that. But the microphone doesn't fly off backwards with the ejection. And then does a, does a pin gun blow a hole that big?

Because the exit wound, the entrance wound looks like a smaller exit wound of a full metal jacket smaller round. I mean, it just goes on and on. Yeah. What about that? I mean, 100% impossible the 30-od six goes in and doesn't go through. Yeah. What got me was the response from people that I thought would have been saying a lot more

in regards to what happened. And like Trump, obviously, he did what Trump does, and he's very calculated with what he says because he doesn't want to incite violence, right? He doesn't want a repeat of January 6th. But I was looking at other people around him that I thought would have put in much more effort to, I don't know, like put out, like, console the public about how everybody's feeling. Everybody's in shock. This dude just got shot in front of all of us. He's dead.

He was the poster boy child of the MAGAM movement. Okay. RFK, his father and his uncle, both got publicly assassinated, right? And it was, I mean, everybody's still talking about it. They're never going to stop talking about the JFK assassination. Okay. If anybody out of that administration should have put out a huge long post to like talk about it, it should have been RFK. What did he do? Go back and look at his social media. He put out a small little snippet that again looked like a chat GPT. was just very bland. The next day he puts out basically like for the vigil announcing that the vigil for Charlie. And then three days after that, he puts out a video of him talking at the vigil. Okay. So three pose. And the only time he was talking about the situation was a small little tiny paragraph that didn't, like, like that's, dude, you are the guy.

Like, this has been happening to your family. This is like, why are you not, I don't know, diving in more. I think he could have been shocked. I mean, everybody up there, RFK Jr. is the best.

I mean, that guy's 100% real deal. But did you see him at the speech, though, talk about Charlie and there's things worth dying for? I mean, R. RofK's ready to die. He's a tough sound of a bitch.

I know. But don't you think he would have put out more? Even Trump. You don't have to incite violence, but like, like we talked about, this kid brought in like the, what is it,

the 18 and 30 demographic. He raised it. I know. I know. I mean, a lot of it is. I know people behind the scenes. Trump didn't sleep for two days. First time ever they saw Trump cry that night at about 2 a.m.

I had tears in his eyes. He was really close to Charlie. Everybody loved Charlie. And he also had $500 million in the bank he'd raised. He was a huge raiser for him. He was buddies with, I mean, let me explain something. Charlie was best friends with Don Jr. and Gore and those other key guys in administration.

So, I mean, it was like, this is buddy boy time. This is invited to private dinner. this is watching movies in the movie theater with Trump. This is like best buddies. So Trump was devastated. It looked like hell. You go back to the truth. He was like, and then Trump gets over things.

They're like, oh, how are you feeling about Charlie? And a week later he's like, well, it's okay. Look how great we're rebuilding this over here. Yeah, everybody flipped out. Well, but Trump, that's what Trump does is he moves on. He's not like a liberal. Oh, God, oh, help me. But I can tell you, I mean, these people cry behind the scenes.

And that's just what people do. I mean, I have to tell you, the implication is, and I've heard this, and I want to be very clear, people have a right to say this. Just like I had a right to say what I wanted about Sandy Hook, I just didn't even say the things they said I said. It's the First Amendment. Okay? So what you're getting at, and let's just say it, is what, now five weeks into this, what people were telling me two weeks into it, all these Green Berets, Delta Force, sniper experts, medics, unless they release the HD and we see a bunch of blood on the ground,

and I'm sure that's the case. And other stuff going on here, they're saying Charlie Kirk didn't get killed. And that's what all this builds towards. I believe he got shot from a higher angle. I was one of the first to get the information from the head of TPSA, because he put out a little bit and he called me when I said it sounded crazy that the 30-odd-six didn't go through. He said, no, it came down from an angle, went down his vertebraes,

bounce back up, shrapnel, that's now been said by the doctor and they say they're going to release at the end of the month the autopsy,

that better happens. So I'm giving them a benefit of the doubt. I don't think the doctor's lying, and I don't think Charlie Kirk's best buddy's lying and all of this.

But people have a right to say the moon's made of cheese. People have a right to say, you know, that didn't happen. That's an American right. And you brought this up to me. You don't believe it.

There's got to be some other explanations. But what you and I, you said, I mean, two, three weeks ago, it's what, during the breaks, when I'm talking to these green berets and all these guys, they're like, man, it just, you know, if they don't release that HD or at least, you know, because if there's not blood down there and it's just a squib pack,

because that's how they do it in stunts, is it pops, and then pops the back for the movie to make it look like it's real. Yeah. And I'm not saying that happened. Alex Jones does it again. But here's what's different. There are a bunch of people saying this weeks ago, nobody's even attacking them, Because nobody believes anything anymore.

I genuinely have talked to a lot of medical doctors I know and pathologists. And you, Academy Award-winning actors can't. The exact millisecond it hits, that spinal cord out, that fits with what the doctor said. I mean, you see that violently. You can't fake that like, oh, when they do the pop, then I squeeze my hands. No, it's the millisecond. It's gone. He's paralyzed.

They got like five or six vertebrose. No, that's real. Just like you can't fake Trump getting shot. They shot people in the crowd, killed a person. Then another shot comes in from this angle. You can see it hitting the clothes and bags and hitting a person. So, no, those are real bullets at Trump. And, you know, he did turn at the right moment.

And it did nick him. And idiot liberals hold up five, five, six cartridges in the bullet. When that hits you, no, it's a little bullet going this way. And that's exactly what happens. I have grazed animals before, like wild hogs, where they're like 100 yards away, and you're like, pabababab and you hit it, that it falls over, and then you see where you grazed across the back, and here's the back. And it's just a perfect graze so thin of the skin that there's like a little channel across the back and like no blood because it only went in like a little bit or a tiny bit. So I've done that plenty.

And so people are like, oh, you know, days later, it wasn't my way. of a mark. Well, I've been shot in the year with a 22 caliber pellet. So I can tell you about that. Some idiot kid we took down the ranch when I was like nine, we're out with 22 caliber pellet guns, and he just at the end for some reason about 50 feet away, just pointed it at me,

like I thought he was joking around, didn't know it was loaded, shot it, and it went, I think was this here, still see some of the lead back in it, because it went through, but it left some of the lead. Bled like a stuck pig. But then closed up in like 30 minutes, and like, I was at school days later. We're like, you didn't get

really shot. There's just a red dot right there because it closes up. So that's how the years are. Well, you were in the military. I'm sure you've seen similar things. Yeah. But, but no, I mean, look, Trump got shot. I know real stuff when I see it. We all know fake stuff when we see it. That we can tell fake AI. Charlie Kirk

blasted. But I get why people look at all the weird anomalies because it all points towards that. You do a good job laying him out. You want lay them out? What, as far as what I'm saying? Well, proviso, you're not saying this. You're just recounting

So in my opinion, it's like, okay, option number one, what they're telling us is absolutely correct. It was Tyler Robinson. He shot him from the roof and everything else is just weird. The second option is there was a second gunman and maybe they used Tyler as a decoy and we're kind of seeing what looks to be. I mean, to me, it looks like they're covering something up, and I don't quite know why. I don't know why they took the narrative and ran with that so quickly. I don't know why Erica Kirk was giving Tyler forgiveness so quickly after the investigation was still ongoing.

Why are you giving forgiveness to somebody that just killed your husband, and you don't even know if he's the actual guy? they haven't finished the investigation. That doesn't make any sense to me. Yeah, well, the way it comes out is that's how you basically say the person's guilty by forgiving them. It's like just shuts down the whole thing. It's over. We forgive him, move on. Yeah, that doesn't line up.

So if you're being real and you don't have to, you know, like put all your, you know, chips in one hat. But the last option, and there's only one option that answers every single question mark that all of these influencers have that are, floating out all of these theories and all these video angles and everything, there's only one answer that answers all of it and that this is fake. This is all staged. And that like you said earlier, the squib. Why did you send people their houses to arrest them? What's that?

Why did you send people to this house to arrest this family? Why do you pee on their graves? No, no, no. That's what they'll, I mean, they're not. Kirk's not going to do that, but imagine now. Why did you send people their houses or arrest them? All he did was ask questions. Why'd you pay on the grave?

30 on six and I said no way at that angle and then so he called me gave me the full details of what later came out and what he said which what can't saying it actually happened. My point is she's going off what they say.

We haven't gotten the corners report yet. Does that make sense? Yeah. So she's talking to the same people. Yeah. She thinks this was an Israeli hit, correct? Oh, is that what you're getting on? Yeah.

Oh, yeah. I mean, she said a whole bunch of stuff about it, and I guess day one, everybody said it was Israel. So my thing is the Israel thing is something that sucks all the oxygen down the room. So I wasn't being coy earlier when I'm like, what is she talking about? about it. She said so much stuff. But I know that from the first day, people were saying he was getting critical of Israel. He was getting bullied by Israel. And so he was breaking with Israel. And then that became a controversy. And of itself was he? Yes, he was saying in public speeches, I don't want to be bullied. And the lobby's out of control. And these donors are giving me problems. And so all that's true. So what Candace said was true there. And then, you know, people moved into other areas about what was going on with Candace. And she had the text messages where he was saying, I'm not going to be bullied by the Israel lobby. Basically just saying the same stuff again, but a text messages were a little more intense.

And then they were dumb enough to say she's a liar. Then, of course, she released him. And then she released even more text messages that he was fearing for his life. Yeah. They didn't specifically say Israel. but I think now that that's out, that moves Israel into

being one of the top suspects, if not the top, I'd say the top three. I got a lot of criticism because by the second day of it, people were saying it was Israel because he'd had a public spat with him but basically everybody that wants to be an independent ass. And so I just said, whoa, we can't say

Israel did it before we have proof. And they're like, oh my God, you work for Netanyahu. Yeah, right. That's why, you know, I have the whole Israel lobby literally behind the lawsuits against me and all the rest of it, breathing down my neck.
