And, yeah, it's right there that the importation of goods, period, can be regulated basically at the sole discretion of the president. And that means tariffs.

And they've got dozens and dozens of examples, just in the 20th century, five or six. But that doesn't matter. they don't want a president to wield real power and bring back real jobs, $20 trillion investment, hundreds and hundreds of billions of tariffs already. No. They love China and Canada with 300% tariffs on us like Canada does. And we're 90 plus percent of their business, they're 2% of ours. It's all one-sided.

It doesn't help the Canadian people because there's monopolies up there. Study show free trade with Canada would actually help them if you're with an equal or close part. nation, free trade being totally over borders with a third. World neighbor is not good generally. Over time, it lowers wages. But we have free trade with Canada. It would be good for everybody. But this is a big

strike for the globalist, and Trump knew this was coming in last few days. He was really critical of the court saying, why don't they side with America? Why don't they side? Because the president can 100% have punitive tariffs on a country.

That's a form of sanction. And there's a bunch of presidents done that. And, of course, the three justices that got it right, led by Clarence Thomas, cited where it was there. But I've read the history books. I already know. So do you. So the president can put a tariff or a sanction on Iran.

Why can't you put it on China for fentanyl or not taking our EV cars and flooding us with tens of millions? I mean, it's all real simple. people wanted our long surrender to global as to be over. And Trump, in reality, getting control the border, firing half the missing kids, upping ISIS power, taking action, getting us out of the Paris Accord, carbon taxes, all of it. And then it goes on and on. Banning men and women's sports, all that.

No, it's beautiful. That's why it's paradoxical because of the Epstein cover up for the Democrats, who are literally the ones that are all guilty. got a few less Wexner's thrown in there, but he's kind of like bipartisan overall Republican. The emergency wartime stuff, they say is constitutional, which is 100%. but his other emergency tariffs are saying aren't, even though he's clear precedent.

And so Trump can now retailer the other powers he has, but now he got to refund the money. Funny, I heard that predicted six months ago, about a couple economists we had on, that Luddick was the one advising it, even though in a company he's in, he's heavily invested, and set to make billions off of the refunds.

A head of tariffs ruling, businesses, race is secure refunds. and this is back in December. Well, who sets that up? Howard Ludnik's family firm bought up the rights to tariff refunds for 20.30 cents on the dollar after Liberation Day last year.

I've never owned any stocks, zero, because I don't want to even have the view of impropriety or obsess on it. Anything I'm into, I learn about. I've got to watch it. I've got to just win and just watching other people stock stuff. I'm just like, ah, and I'm just like, no, if I own stock or currency trading stuff,

knowing all the stuff I know in all my sources, I do it full time. And I have a ton of money, but I would not be on air. So I strategically made the decision ever to do that. But I can look at what these guys are doing. And, I mean, let's just say it. a bunch of the coins that groups the president's with and all the kids put out, I say kids that most of them are older than me,

they were rug pulls. We get everybody to invest in it, and then you pull the rug out from under them. It's like, okay, you don't, well, they could ride it up and ride it down. They could, they could know when to get out. I get that, I know. Real estate's a Ponzi scheme.

Here's the ruling. Here's a breakdown from chat GPT, which is very accurate from what I know. The Supreme Court ruling in Learning Resources Inc. versus Trump, the side of February 20th, 2020, 26, it validates tariffs imposed by President Trump under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act. And that goes back to the Marshall Plan.

This specifically affects the following tariffs, which were deemed unauthorized. Drug trafficking, Yeah, if we know you're shipping in drugs and doing it, your government's giving them precursors, you can't put a tariff on them. Well, then I'll show you the previous rulings you can. Reciprocal trade tariffs, at least 10% duties on all imports from all trading partners with higher rates for dozens of nations aimed at addressing President's U.S. trade deficits. This represents the broadest and most sweeping set of tariffs. Well, they're all screwing us.

How are you supposed to do that? Then he negotiates a la carte each deal. By the way, he succeeded. the majority went with us. The IEPA-based tariffs accounted for approximately 75% of all tariffs imposed by Trump's since 225, potentially requiring refunds up to 175 billion in collected duties. Oh, and Ludnik, back when it all looked at was constitutional,

and we were going to win, and Ludnik's saying this will be upheld, he ran and bought it for 20 cents on the dollar, billions and billions and billions and billions and billions and billions of dollars of the insurance claims. I already know I said it I'm just and then did Luddick

He's at Kennedy out here, restricting and banning and doing great work and speaking out. And then over here, you got Trump's on the executive order. And he said, well, they told me,

We need glyphosate for weapons manufacturers that's using that too. I love the corporate media spin. They sold risky blood product. It all had HIV and hepatitis in it. I love the light washing, man. Even even NBC headlines, millions killed by Factor A. Kind of bare blood scandal.

Yeah, there it is, London Telegram. Pharmaceutical giants knowingly sold HIV-infected treatments to NHS. National Health Service. And that's a low number there. All right, moving on. So Trump signs this executive order that gives them liability protection. This is a national security chemical.

He doesn't want them bankrupted because they need it in weapons manufacturing. Obviously, something you use in creating, you know, explosives must be really good for you. I mean, everybody knows you give a dog gunpowder. It's good for them, I'm joking, folks. They give it to like pit bulls dropping crazy for a fight. White powder.

Poison. Bloodbren barrier. So, Trump's, signs this, and he later said, well, no, I know it's bad. We've got new stuff coming out. We'll get rid of it soon. I just don't want these companies shut down. Nationalize it.

And then, or sign executive order, you can only use it for weapons manufacturing. Don't give them liability protection to keep doing it. Because, again, they don't just spray the crops. They spray the wheat two to three weeks before harvesting. Fungus can't grow on it. And then it massively bioaccumulates in there. The cancer rates around these farms that use it are just over the top. All right, Trump's coming in on the tariffs.

Let's go live to the White House. Historic overturning by the Supreme Court, here it is. Got a lot of people. That's a new record. We set a record every time. Oh, look, there's Luddening. Thank you very much for being here. First question you be, Mr. Luddening, you made $5 million on this, right?

You bet against your own policy. You wrote the executive order that got overturned, Ludding. Kavanaugh says it wasn't written right. It's totally constitutional. You didn't write it right. You sabotage it, you dirty Epstein rat. How many kids do you eat? for our country. I'd like to thank and congratulate justices Thomas, Alito, and Kavanaugh

for their strength and wisdom and love of our country, which is right now very proud of those justices. When you read the dissenting opinions, there's no way that anyone can argue against them. There's no way. Foreign countries that have been ripping us off for years are ecstatic. They're so happy. And they're dancing in the streets, but they won't be dancing for all. Luddnics try not smile. The Democrats in the court are thrilled, but they will automatically vote no. They're an automatic no, just like in Congress. They're an automatic no. They're against anything that makes America strong. healthy and great again. They also are a, frankly, disgrace to our nation, those justices. They're an automatic no matter how good a case you have. It's a no. But you can't knock their

loyalty. It's one thing you can do with some of our people. Others think they're being politically correct, which has happened before far too often with certain members of this court. And it's happened so often with this court. What a shame. Having to do with voting in particular. When in fact they're just being fools and lapdogs for the rhinos and the radical left Democrats and not that they should have anything at all to do with it. They're very unpatriotic and disloyal to our Constitution.

It's my opinion that the court has been swayed by foreign interests and a political movement that is far smaller than, people would ever think. It's a small movement. I won by millions of votes. We won in a landslide. With all the cheating that went on, there was a lot of it,

but we still won in a landslide. Too big to rig. But these people are obnoxious, ignorant, and loud. They're very loud. And I think certain justices are afraid of that. They don't want to do the right thing. They're afraid of it. This was an important case to me.

Moore is a symbol of economic national security, and also, I would say, just for our country itself, so important, because we're doing so well as a country. We've never done so well. The good news is that there are methods, practices, statutes, and authorities as recognized by the entire court in this terrible decision, and also as recognized by Congress, which they refer to. that are even stronger than the Aipa tariffs available to me as president of the United States. And in actuality, I was very modest in my ask of other countries and businesses because I wanted to do, and it's very important, I want to be very well-behaved because I wanted to do anything. I didn't want to do anything that would affect the decision of the court. Because I understand the court. I understand how they are very easily swayed.

I want to be a good boy. I have very effectively utilized tariffs over the past year to make America great again. Our stock market has just recently broken 50,000 on the Dow and simultaneously, and even more amazingly, broken 70, broken 7,000 on the S&P, two numbers that everybody thought upon our landslide election victory could not be attained. Think of that.

Nobody thought it was possible to do it within four years, and we did it in one year. They said, you'll never be able, you'll go back and you read the geniuses, read their statements, all of the Nobel Prize winners in economics. They said, no, you couldn't do it in four years. Well, we didn't do it in four years. did it in one year. We broke every record in the book, and we're continuing to do so. Tariffs have likewise been used to end five of the eight wars that I settled. I settled eight wars, whether you like it or not, including India, Pakistan, big ones, nuclear, could have been nuclear.

Prime Minister of Pakistan said yesterday at the great meeting that we had, the Peace Board, he said yesterday that President Trump could have saved 35 million lives by getting us to stop fighting. They were getting ready to do some bad things. But they've given us great national security, these tariffs have. And together with our strong borders, reduced fentanyl coming into our country by 30 percent. When I used them as a penalty against countries illegally sending this poison into our country to poison our youth, All of those tariffs remain. They all remain.

I don't know if you know that or not. They all remain. We're still getting them. And we will after the decision. I guess there's nobody left to appeal to. But again, those three people, such respect. I've had a lot of respect. Your Trump is in the North of the Supreme Court ruling.

Constitutional crisis. But other alternatives will now be used to replace the ones that the court incorrectly rejected. We have alternatives. Great alternatives. Could be more money. We'll take in more money. Section 232.

And we'll be a lot stronger for it. We're taking in hundreds of billions of dollars. We'll continue to do so. To show you how ridiculous the opinion is, however, the court said that I'm not allowed to charge even $1. I can't charge $1. Can't charge a dollar. I would have used one penny, but we don't make the pennies anymore.

We save money. Can't charge $1 to any country under Aipa. not one dollar I assume to protect other countries this must have been done to protect those other countries certainly not the United States of America which they should be interested in protecting

This is a championship with the whole future of our children. But you heard Trump, he just said a minute ago. We'll go back to the press conference, which was live. We paused it, so it'll be taped now. And he's like, well, this stands anyways, because he only goes as high as the Supreme Court and I'm not going to abide by it. That's constitutional crisis, which he can't do. He's right in this case. But he goes, but that doesn't matter either.

I'm going to bring in the Section 232 tariffs. and the Section 301 tariffs that weren't overturned. But even with Ludding not right, the executive order exactly right, Supreme Court did the wrong thing. Unbelievable. All right, let's go back to President Trump. But I can't charge any money. So I'm allowed to destroy the country, but I can't charge them a little fee.

I could give them a little two-cent fee, but I cannot charge under any circumstances. I cannot charge them anything. Think of that. How ridiculous is that? I'm allowed to embargo them. I'm allowed to tell them you can't do business in the United States anymore. We want you out of here. But if I want to charge them $10, I can't do that. It's incorrect. Their decision's incorrect. But it doesn't matter because we have very powerful alternatives that have been approved by this decision. You know, they've been approved by the decision for those that thought they had us. And they're saying that I have the absolute right. to license, but not the right to charge a license fee. So think of that. I have the right to license, which a very powerful word. In many ways, license is more powerful than tariffs.

In fact, I was thinking about using it. But they came up with the idea that I can license, just like the people that were opposing me told them to do it. That's right. He can set the cost of the license. But not the right to charge a license. Off of what they really owe, see. Whoever heard of such a thing?

What license has ever been issued without the right to charge a fee? Get a license, you charge your fee. It's automatic, but not with this court. But now the court has given me the unquestioned right to ban all sorts of things from coming into our country, to destroy foreign countries. But a much more powerful right than many people ever thought we even had, but not the right to charge a fee.

Not the right to negotiate. How crazy is that? Our country is the hottest country anywhere in the world right now. And it was a dead country, one and a half, half years ago under an incompetent president. How's the plan? But now I'm going to go in a different direction. Probably the direction that I

should have gone the first time, but I read the language. I'm very good at reading language, and it read our way 100%, but now I'll go the way I could have gone originally, which is even stronger than our original choice. As Justice Kavanaugh,

whose stock has gone so, you'd have to see, I'm so proud. out of him, wrote in his dissent, although I firmly disagree with the court's holding today, the decision might not substantially constrain a president's ability to order tariffs going forward. So think of that, the decision might not substantially constrain. By the way, we called it, Scott, the producers,

one of the point of this out that he would use Cabinol, because Cabinol's dead on. Boom. go back to Trump. Of course, holding today the decision might not substantially constrain a president's ability to order tariffs going forward. That's because numerous other federal statutes, which is so true, authorized the president to impose tariffs and might justify most, if not all, of the tariffs issued in this case. Even more tariffs, actually. Yeah, we have laws.

Those statutes include. Think of that. Not as Supreme Court Orleans. We have laws. For example, the Trade Expansion Act of 1962, Section 232. All of these things I know so well. The Trade Act of 1974, Sections 122, 201, 301, 301. And the Tariff Act of 1930, Section 338, all clear.

But it's a little bit longer process. I thought I'd make things simple. But they didn't let us do that. I would like to thank Justice Kavanaugh for his, frankly, his genius and his great ability. Very proud of that appointment. In actuality, why. Well, I am sure that they could ask me. This should have been in your executive order, bro.

You got a goddamn, excuse me, got a law here. They made a possibility to both regulate trade and impose tariffs, more powerful and more crystal clear rather than less. I don't think they meant that. I'm sure they didn't. It's terrible. And to think that the Democrats who oppose this is only because they want to go

the opposite way. They'd like to pack the court. They want to put on 21 people. They want to pack the court. Yeah, it's terrible. Catonauts. Wrote the right thing, but oh, Lutton just made billions. They want to pack the court. They want to do anything to hurt our country.

There will no longer be any doubt. And the income coming in and the protection of our companies and country will actually increase because of this decision. I don't think the court meant that, but it's the way it is. Based on longstanding law and hundreds of victories, and even, as I was pointed out before, even thousands of victories over the years, to the contrary, the Supreme Court did not overrule tariffs. They merely overruled a particularly use of AEPA tariffs. And essentially, it's the use to get a fee.

I can do anything I want with AEPA. Anything. I just can't charge anybody for it. I can license. I just can't charge them. It's ridiculous. But it's okay because we have other ways, numerous other ways. The ability to block, embargo, restrict, license, or impose any other condition

on a foreign country's ability to conduct trade with the United States under AIPA has been fully confirmed by this decision. So now there's no doubt because, you know, there were a lot of questions about tariffs because no president was smart enough to use them to protect our country from those countries and businesses

that were ripping us off. You took a look at the deficits that we had with some of these countries who was disgraceful what they got away with for many, many decades. But now we know because this decision affirms all those things that some people weren't sure about. In order to protect, and it says so, in order to protect our country, a president can actually charge more tariffs than I was charging in the past period of a year under the various tariffs authorities.

So we can use other of the statutes, other of the tariff authorities, which have also been confirmed and are fully allowed. We're going to do this. We're four minutes behind because we have a network break at 28 after, folks. And we're going to skip ahead four minutes when he started taking questions. This is really important. But we didn't predict what he was saying because it's true. Trump is totally right.

This is such a big deal. Killing the carbon taxes is just as big. It's beautiful what he's doing. It's thank God for Trump. But I got to expose the bad stuff. So everybody gets mad. People who want me used to hate Trump or mad. that just want to love to reprimand.

I just have a moral responsibility to call like I see it. Maybe I'm wrong about some things. Maybe you just, but do you do the homework we do? You know, we predict what we're going to say. We're on top of it. I mean, this is what I do, folks.

And my job's easy. Just tell you what I think's right. And I love it when I'm wrong when something's better than I thought. Most of the time it's worse than I thought. Stop being sheep. I'm an optimist about good things, but I'm also a pessimist about just laying around. Let's go to the questions with Trump.

This is something we could have done, as Justice Kavanaugh said, we could have done this originally, but we're doing it now. And the numbers could be far greater than the hundreds of billions we've already taken in here. Yeah, please. Thank you, Mr. President. Mr. President, I'm very curious. I've spoken about it. Thank you so much, Mr. President. Justice Thomas and Alito, as you know, are the most conservative constitutional justices.

Do you think that you'll get to appoint two more justices later this term with similar ideologies? And what type of vetting process will they? they go through to ensure the uphold. I don't know, but they're great justices. That's all I can say. That's a big win for the first admin. I found a long time. I hope they're going to stay healthy.

They're great people. They're great. And Justice Alito, too, to add to the group. These are great, these are great men. Right. They're with a great love of our country and a great understanding of the law. Mr. President, are you going to ask Congress to take additional action on tariffs now? I don't need you.

It's already been approved. I mean, I would ask Congress and probably get it. when people look at the real numbers and you look at hundreds of billions of dollars that have come into our country. Yesterday I was at a steel plant, as you know, and I went to great place, great plant, great wonderful people.

And they were telling me, I said to him, you were there, a lot of the press in this room. Of course, I don't think this plane's big enough to take the press in this room, but a lot of the press right here, we were in Georgia, and I said, to the owner of, I made a speech at a factory.

They made steel products. And I said, how are you? Nice to meet you. How's business? President, I'd love to kiss you. This is a very powerful man. I don't want to be kissed by that man. But a very powerful, strong man. He's been in the steel business for many years.

His father started it. And he said, sir, I want to kiss you. He said, why? He said, because we were down to work in one hour a week. And then you came in an imposed tail. and all of that foreign junk that they were dropping into our country stopped. And we're now going to double shifts, seven days a week, and we may be very soon going to 24 hours around the clock, almost seven days a week.

He said, sir, I want to kiss you so badly. And I said, no, thank you. But you know what? And just to finalize it, he said, oh, this is a great place in Georgia. He said, all up and down the highway. same exact answer, sir. We're all going out of business. We're going to go bankrupt.

We're all going out of business. And now every one of us are thriving. And we're hiring people like we haven't. He said like I've never, and he's been in business for, I think, 45 years like we've never hired before. That's because of tariffs. And we're going to keep it going the same way. And you're going to start to see the results in a year from now. When all those factories start that are under construction right now, you see all the construction numbers are so good.

Those construction workers are building factories that are going to be open, including not only AI, which is big, but car plants coming in from Canada who ripped us off for 30% of our market. Mexico ripped us off for a big portion. Over the years, they've taken our market. They've taken our cars. They manufacture them in Japan, Germany, and all over the place because nobody's standing in this position. The position I have as president of the United States had the insight, the current. I don't know what it is to charge tariffs. You can make your product outside.

You can put our people out of business. You can put everybody on the unemployment rolls. But if you're going to make a car in some other country, you're going to pay a 15, 20, 30 percent tariff. And those things would have never happened. We wouldn't have lost our business. Same thing with, as an example, Taiwan. Taiwan came in.

They stole our chip business. They made chips. for 30 years longer. They made chip, chip, chip, chip, and they put our companies, Intel would be now the largest company. I saved Intel. I literally saved it at the beginning of

this administration. And now all those companies in Taiwan are building factories in Arizona, Texas, and various other places because they don't want to pay tariffs. They're all pouring into the United States. But just like that great patriot said, yesterday. Sir, what you've done, nobody

thought was possible. And Steve Moore, a highly respected economists, came into my office yesterday. He said, you've done something. Nobody's ever done. Twenty-two Nobel Prize winners in economics. There's no doubt from the economic war. The question is, is it fast enough for you? It's like when mama's baking a cake on Sunday afternoon after church, and you smell it baking? And you're like, when is it ready? What is it? You're a kid. It seems to go on for forever. So if he's just gone outside and played football for an hour, it'd be ready.

So they're staring at the oven, you know, waiting for it to come out. I remember doing that when I was a kid. Mama said, watch pot never boils. Go do a chore, go play football, go do something. And that's the reality. That's why it's so paradoxical. I love what Trump's doing it because I study it. It's all great.

Other than letting betting, betting against it, making money on the side. And you think I want to come up here an attack? You think I want to come up here and have to say that? I just, if I don't talk about it, I'm part of it. I just want to vomit, but it's a side issue. People sabotage other stuff. What a damn villain. People told me he was a villain, but now we've seen the proof over and over again.

But regardless, the real villains are the six members of the Supreme Court that voted against this. But now they've just forced Trump to bring in his real powers. The licensure power, the emergency power, it's cut and dry. They even said he has that. Yeah, your license is set to this. You're ripping us off this point. Here's the license. You got a million ways to see it.

getting a cat here. But even what they struck down as constitutional and was the most limited form. Let's go back to it. Because Ludnik advised him to go with the weakest thing. So Luddick could go make a side deal with his buck-toothed and sons. I don't know they're buck-toothed. I'm just trying to give them a nice name. Here we go. Parasitic? How about that? Here we go.

Thank you, Mr. President. What will you say to foreign nations who seek to renegotiate their deals? And what did you mean a moment ago when you said that the Supreme Court has been swayed by foreign interests? Well, I think that foreign interests are represented by people that I believe have undue influence. They have a lot of influence over the Supreme Court, whether it's through fear or respect or friendships. I don't know.

But I know some of the people that were involved on the other side, and I don't like them. I think they're real slime balls. And got to do what's right for the country. You've got to do what's right for the Constitution. That's why I respect so much, Justice Thomas and, of those. Alito, Cabinor, because they not only dissented, their dissent is so strong. We told you not to do merit. We told you.

We told you. You read the dissent, and it's like, well, you don't know. It could go either way. There's no other way. The good news is, it's like Justice Kavanaugh said, very strongly said, you have other ways you can go. You don't have to go that way. You can go other way. There are numerous other ways you can go.

And frankly, this should have been died by president. Ludden, wouldn't be getting $5 million. They allowed our country to be eaten alive. We lost 50% of our car business. We used to make cars. We made all the cars. And then Mexico came, Canada came, Japan and Germany.

But they're all coming back now. They're all coming back at record level. What a lot is going to start. No, you're... Please. I'm not... I'm not talking to you. I'm talking.

I don't talk to CNN. It's fake news. Go ahead. Mr. President, yesterday you made the case that the economy is the hottest it's been in a long time. January jobs report beat expectation, CPI report beat expectation,

and I will say this. We really are at a very important point. I've been waiting for this decision so long they could have made this decision a long time ago, not complex. They're wrong on it. If you look at the surpluses, almost every country in the world that did business with us, our people were stupid. And I blame presidents for it, because they're ultimately the leader. No, they were invested in China. They weren't dumb, Trump. They set up the scam. had massive surplus. China had hundreds of billions of dollars in surpluses with the United States. They rebuilt China. They rebuilt the army.

We built China's army by allowing that to happen. I have a great relationship with President Xi, but he respects our country now. Now, what we've done, I charged China a 20% tariff as a penalty for sending fentanyl in. And that was 20 times more than they could make by selling fentanyl. And I said, you know, at some point you're going to say, like, and they have reduced it. You know, fentanyl is down by more than 30% coming into our country.

Part of that is a strong border. We have a strong border now. But thank you. Thank you for your question. Mr. President, sir, you warned once in a social media post that if the Supreme Court did this, shot down your tariffs, the U.S. would be, quote, financially defenseless. Are we financially defenseless? No, because we're doing something in a different way.

we're doing something in a very powerful way and we're using things that some people thought we should have used in the first place but it's more complicated. It's a little more complicated. The process takes a little more time. Exactly as I said last hour. The end result is going to get us more money

and I think it's going to be great. Yeah, he was using a scalpel. Now he's got a hammer. So since Liberation Day, there's about $175 billion in tariff revenue that is now in limbo. Do you have to refund $175 billion? I don't think of it, Peter.

Wouldn't you think they would have put one sentence in there saying that keep the money or don't keep the money, right? I guess it has to get litigated for the next two years. So they write this terrible defective decision, totally defective. It's almost like not written by smart people. And what they do, they don't even talk about that. Your question is very basic. That was the first question I asked also to make you feel

good. They say, what about all the money that we've taken in? Sir, they don't discuss that. How crazy is that? What you're saying is, are you saying that you don't plan to honor refunds for companies that file for them? I just told you the answer, right? I told you the answer. It's not discussed. And now they've been confirmed by the Supreme Court of the United States. So there's no longer that question out there about tariffs. And we'll be taken in hundreds of billions of dollars. And countries that have treated us badly will have to pay a price for treating us badly. And countries that have been good to us will be treated very well. We just left the top person in a place called Vietnam, just left my office, great gentleman, strong and smart. He said, you know, I think this means you're allowed to charge us more tariffs than before.

And Canada said to Jamison, I might want to say it, Jameson, but Canada said, I hope you win this decision, because if you don't win, you'll actually be allowed to charge us with little additional work, higher tariffs. Jameson, you want to comment on there? Yes, sir. So to the President's point, we have a lot of tools out there. We have Section 122, which will be signed today and implemented very shortly.

Hey, it's great to be with you, Alex. So that's a lot out throughout there. You want to start with the tariffs first, the Supreme Court ruling? Let's start with the tariff. So they struck down Trump's tariff plan, which is the foundation of his economic policy, right? They said, 6-3 vote. Now this is illegal stuff. Well, guaranteed, Alex, Trump as a...

a plan B and a plan C and a plan D. Because since these tariffs started, how is this bad for the American public, right? So a lot of the people are saying, well, this has caused all this taxes and made everything more expensive for America and, you know, all the Democrat House leaders saying, finally, were the Supreme Court's doing something

for the American public, right? Well, Trump has brought in $174 billion in tariff revenue that actually were having other countries pay the taxes rather than U.S. citizens. So how is this not? But regardless, as Cabinac said, it's all constitutionally did. So it doesn't matter. Yeah, it is. Under the way that it was done, yes, the International Emergency Powers Act, right?

So that is constitutional. But when they say that it's not because he's overreaching his powers as the president, no president has ever done this before. Well, I don't care if no president's ever done this before. It doesn't mean it's not good. Doesn't mean it's not right. Doesn't mean it's not legal. Just nobody's ever done it before.

Well, let's be clear, they've done all the pieces together and it's been approved. He just used a whole group of pieces. Well, and to say that it's never been done before is even so false because this is how our country started, Alex. With the only way that we ever generated revenue as a country was through tariffs way back. But that's what Kavanaugh put in his ruling. and he pointed out that Ludnik miswrote it and said, you need to rewrite it. Yeah.

What do you make of Ludnik's sons, the only big group investing in buying up the insurance for pennies on the dollar for this being overturned? I'm dumb of Ludding. I mean, something smells fishy, I'll tell you that much. I mean, seriously, when that is inside insider baseball, like nothing I've ever seen, right? So here's where if I were Trump, I would be so ticked.

I'd be ticked at people on his own team. I'd be ticked at the Supreme Court. Yeah, it's like you play with the New York Yankees. You catch the coach betting against you during the World Series. You're fired. Fired. And banned from the Hall of Fame or banned from life. Basically, you can't really do.

I mean, this is just insane to me. So how do the markets react to this, right? So generally speaking, when you see tangible assets, whether it's oil or gas or gold or silver, they thrive during times of uncertainty. Absolutely thrive, Alex. Well, what is this? This is uncertainty to the extreme, right? Stock market tends to not do well during times like this, right?

Because, but this is different because the leftist media is putting such a spin on it. They're going to say, ooh, this is finally going to make things cheaper for Americans, and they're going to spend more money. And so the stock market is this like wild card to me, right? Because people will... Well, it's become synthetic and artificial. It's a... Absolutely.

I mean, it's always had a lot of... What's that time word, Fingazi or whatever? It's always had an air of Alice in Wonderland, but now it's pure vapor. Yeah, absolutely pure vapor. So here's what's really weird about... Let's just talk about silver for a second, because this is the market...

Yeah, let's pull. of silver and gold. Let's do a pitch here too. I mean, I'm glad you told me during the break. You said, no, 9% buy. People get it. They understand the fundamentals just manufacturing alone with silver. People get it.

Yeah. So if you listen to the national media, they're everybody's selling. Everyone's scared. They're getting out of Dodge. They're locking in their profits and they're getting out because they think this is the end. That's not what we're seeing. Absolutely front lines here. This is not what we're seeing.

we have people that sell every single day, like because they need money, not because they think that they're locking in profits and because they think this market's over. These are the same people that sell all the time because they can't make ends meet, right? It's tough right now and they just need to sell something to live on. So that's probably less than one percent of all of our transactions. 99% are people that are buying on the dip because they don't believe the fabricated stories. Like to put this into perspective, right, let's put this into perspective. Silver ended 2025 at $71 an ounce, and it went up over 65% in January alone. So in January 30th, it was $118 an ounce.

Corrections are healthy. Corrections are healthy right now. A big correction like we had in two days wasn't necessarily all that healthy, but the extent of it was healthy. That was expected. I just didn't expect it to happen in two days. I expected to happen in like three or four weeks, right? But it happened. Why did it happen?

This is the question. So when Silver went from 71 to 118 and 30 days in January, these banks that have short positions, and I'm going to explain this, you know, Because it's very important. I mean, I want you to, but we just say what's true here. Let's be clear. When I saw this so violently correct down, that made me feel good about the future that they had to violently come in and do something so artificial. My gut level understanding economics about the finally the last degree is God saying God. I'm like, oh my God, I'm even more bullish on silver.

The fact that there's such a violent downturn, a violent upturn. Imagine what's next. Well, yeah, because it's not real. people realize that 99% of all of our business and Alex we're busier than we've ever been since me being in this industry since 2002. 2002 we're double as busy to two and a half times as busy as we've ever been more so than even Silicon Valley Bank collapse days and that was the busiest that the industry is seen in two decades we're two and a half times that this is absolutely nuts right so what does

that tell us. It tells us that the retail buying public doesn't believe this fabricated downturn because markets don't come down 30% in two days. And now the public understands short selling and naked shorts. Yeah. So short selling, go back to what the banks did. Yeah. So short selling is normal business practice, right? So let's say you're a farmer and you're producing corn. And you've got it sold three months down the road to Kellogg's so they can make corn flakes, right? So what are you going to do? You're going to put an option, a put option, which is like the same as a short. You want to protect yourself if the price goes down.

So that's normal. It's like you're forward selling it. You want to protect yourself if the price goes down. That's the equivalent of a short. Now, what's not normal business operations is these big banks issuing naked shorts. So a naked short is putting a short on something that you don't own. Remember, a regular short. They own the product.

They own the corn in that scenario. they're covering themselves against a downturn and price with an put option. So a naked short means you're shorting something. You're expecting the price to come down and you can leverage that. You know, if the price goes down, you're making money hand over fist. When silver went up because of Trump's tariffs. See, silver went up because of Trump's tariffs because of- And Venezuela, as you predicted.

Yes, and Venezuela, numerous factors, right? But the big one was Trump's tariffs. Why would Comax, you know, the main depository system in North America, send metal to London, which is running out, if they thought there's going to be a 25% tariff on it to get it back, because we need it back. Well, so they didn't do it. So now there's a massive supply crunch.

And so what Trump also did was he said, hey, anybody who's doing business with China, we're going to put a tariff on you, too. So what did China do? They stopped exporting silver to the rest of the world. Nobody was doing trading with them. The Latin American countries weren't getting medals to China, A, because of that, B, because of the Venezuela War crisis, right?

So now there's no supply. So the price went through the roof. This happened way too quick. Silver went up 65% in January loan. These banks, one of these big banks, Alex, could have probably gone bankrupt unless they started naking, shorting the living daylights out of this thing, driving the price down. Right? That's why I said a month ago.

started going, I said, Kirk, don't you imagine they're going to play some game to drive this down? Because I was like, you're like, yeah, but I mean, they did that. So I'm not going to apologize for people into something that's been the best forming thing ever. I just want people to understand fundamentally with manufacturing, the rest of it. Long term, am I wrong, where they don't have new mines, takes 10 years, build a new one. It's needed as a rarest mineral that projecting out the fundamentals are, it only goes up. Well, that's absolutely correct. And so to me, always look at the fundamentals of everything.

look at the supply and demand that rules the roost all the times. Don't look at this fabricated downturn that happened in two days. People thought it was the end of the world. It's like, no. Silver went from 118 down to 65, took it back to where it was in mid-December. That's all it did is it took away about six weeks of profits. But now today, we're back up to 83 again. It's like silver started the year at 71.

We're at 83. No, that family call me and they go, we're not dumping it. We're going to buy more, but are you sure? And I'm only sure about Jesus Christ. But I said, yeah, I go, just listen to Elliot. I'm not going to repeat it to you. It's running out. It's in everything.

There's global inflation. It's not going away. It's a no-brainer. It's not. It's not. And even after this corrective phase, which was manipulated, right? So I don't think it was manipulation in the sense of people say, oh, they're manipulating the markets.

They did it to save their bacon. That's why they did it, right? And sure, there were a lot of people that bought silver back at 20. They wanted to cash in. I mean, I wouldn't blame about 115 bucks or whatever. I don't. Some people were just profit taking, right? But put this all into perspective.

Silver is now at $83 an ounce. It started the year at 71. It's up $12 an ounce in the first seven weeks of this year. That's a really good return. We're only seven weeks into it. now when we have the crisis, this constitutional crisis, because of the Supreme Court's decision on Trump, is he going to be able to do his foundational, you know, economic financial policy for America with tariffs to have other countries pay our tax bill rather than Americans, right?

If they strike it down as unconstitutional and not real, this is going to drag out for a long time. Chaos, uncertainty, turbulence, turmoil change causes tantal. Assangeable assets like gold and silver to go up, Alex. So this is why it's going up. And people have said, well, Kirk, now that the tariffs are going to be done, isn't that going to actually create more supply for silver because China can export it to the rest of the world? No, because this is going to drag out forever. This is not going to be decided.

Well, he said a thing we're putting out, like right now it's going up, I'm told. He said right during the first press conference, he goes, it ends with the Supreme Court and I'm not going to follow it. He said constitutional crisis right there. Then he pivoted and said, but I'll use these other emergency powers. But he said right there, he can actually just ignore them. Yeah. So he's got numerous ways to just ignore them because there's been so much precedential law that's been on the books. Well, he bought a licensure.

He could just look at each country as they scam them as to say the license costs as much. Well, absolutely. So he can go to, for example, like the Section 122, the Trade Act of 19. 74 and across the board put a 15% cap on duties for 150 days. So he could tariff everybody at 15% for the next half a year until these things get figured out. And how could he do that? Because it's legal already. So why do you think the pathetic Supreme Court did this?

They're so controlled. They're so controlled, Alex. And I don't know. You know, I don't know why they would do it. But tell you this, Supreme Court's not a conservative so people think that they are, right? And so you've talked about this a lot. There's some, there's some horrible decisions that they've done. And this is proof in the pudding.

They don't like Trump. They don't like it that Trump is upsetting. All these globalists sold us out to China. Trump exposed at the middlemen, the trillions. And so this is what's happening. So shifting out of that to larger picture here, generally, I do see, I mean, I paid like $2.20 or $2.15 or something extra for you gas. I was like, this is crazy.

It was like $4.4.4. He got in and like $6 or $8.00 other places in the country. Give us a real prognosis. Trump said the economy's really turning around. I see some turning around. It takes time to turn around a big boat. But how good is it? And how does it happen to repay this?

I get your sense to be litigated, but still it throws up a cloud of uncertainty. How is the U.S. economy right now? Well, honestly, it's not good. I mean, there's no way to really sugarcoat it, Alex. It's not good. And people say, well, Kirk. And I think Trump should Churchill people, and be honest, and say, look, I got energy prices down. I did this and that.

But I've been blocked by courts. They don't want to be told everything's great. He said everything was great today. No, it's not. It's not. Mitchell said most his polls, as what people are most mad about us. We'll stick with you. We get your trying to fix.

We believe in you. But don't tell us it's all fixed yet. It's like if your house is on fire, and the fire department shows up, spraying water the firing out glad you showed up yeah you're starting to put out some of it but don't tell us the fire's out yeah because it's not out now you look at the inflationary

pressures they've actually been somewhat held in check they're they haven't gone up as much as what the naysayers said they're going to be a giant wave of a bunch of factors that's why you believed a few years ago when you came on he probably could revert you've already expected a big a big correction

so we expect a big correction because Because everything has to correct. Nothing can go straight up. Even though Trump's just like he's not a politician like any other politician. He's a businessman. He believes his will can overpower market fundamentals. Yeah.

And to a lot of extent, when he uses tariffs as a negotiating tool, right? That's what he's been using them for. He's been winning, right? But inflation hasn't gone up as much as what the naysayers said it was going to because of slapping a 25% tariff on there. He's had some success, but it's not enough for people that want his gratification. Then he says it's all fixed. That's the wrong message. Yeah, it's not all fixed because people still aren't working.

People's wages aren't keeping up with even the moderate inflation that we have. So they're not making enough. There's people not working, right? And now you've got, we still have a bunch of the Biden-era administrative rulings that need to be unwound for environmental issues and things like that. So when Trump says, you know, we're going to drill baby drill, well, you can't unless you get the environmental lobby out of the way first, right? So there's all these headwinds. So to think that there's been tons of progress, no, there hasn't been progress.

There's been wins. And he needs to explain, we're still the underdog. He can't say it's all fixed when he's under total attack. Yeah. And like what we've talked about numerous times, Alex, when you have policy, legislative action, political, action, executive orders, things like that. There's about a 12 to 18 month lag time from a policy action until you can see fruit on the tree. That's the action lag. That's the policy lag. That's what it's called. Well, Trump hasn't been in office for 18 months. I hate to, we're still dealing with

the hangover effect from the Biden economy. Now, at 18 months, that's the long-term tale of this, at that point, Trump has to own his stuff because he's not dealing with the previous administration stuff. Now, Trump's a little bit different in the sense of he's got that to deal with, and he's got these headwinds politically, geopolitical headwinds. I want to answer this question. What is your prognosis on current trajectory? Does he turn it around? Yeah, he does, but it's not going to be, it's not going to be pleasant and it's not going to be easy because I read this article, Alex, and you should pull it up. you can't. Ray Dalio spoke

and Clinton and then you got Obama and all the making statements ahead of this, what do they know is about to come out and who are the factions? So here's Obama on a podcast, six, seven, eight days ago. Here's Trump responding to it a few days ago. And then a day later responding with, I'm going to declassify whatever I've got. What does Daniel, let's start, journalists make of this here. A couple questions here. Are aliens real?

They're real, but I haven't seen them. and they're not being kept in, what is it? Area 51. There's no underground facility unless there's this enormous conspiracy, and they hit it from the president of the United States. What was the first question you wanted answered when you became president? Where are the aliens? Where are the aliens?

You need both. You need all persuasions. No discrimination. I've got a lot of attention this week. Barack Obama said that aliens are real. Have you seen any evidence of non-human visitors to Earth? Well, he gave class in right information. He's not supposed to be doing that.

So aliens are real? Well, I don't know if they're real or not. I can tell you he gave classified information. He's not supposed to be doing that. He made a big mistake. He took it out of class of right information. No, I don't have an opinion on it. I never talk about it.

A lot of people do. A lot of people believe. it. Do you believe it, Peter? Well, if the president can declassify anything that he wants to, so if you want to make an announcement. I may get him out of trouble by declassified. We know illegal aliens, really. Yeah, illegal. Only illegals. By the way, Trump just said to the other press conference, he may hit Iran just to make the negotiation table.

Keep that clip ready. We pause a lot of feed. That's coming up, how that can be used to destruction. But that last clip, Daniel, we probably play it three times and go over slow here. Trump doesn't say it's not true. He says, I never talk about it. I'm not going to. He can get in a lot of trouble. And then he says, but I may get him out of trouble by declassifying it before him. What a statement. I mean, Daniel Liss, wow, what a moment here for somebody like you who spent decades,

Wall Street Journal, you name it, with credible real stuff you report, not made up stuff. This is, I can feel history, we're on the edge of something bigger. Oh, this is huge. Yeah. This is an incredible moment. and it's going to set off a number of processes, and there's a gigantic tug of war happening there in the background, and that's why you saw Obama going first, as it were.

Obama didn't have to say any of that stuff. He didn't have to say aliens were real at all. But what they did, I think, very effectively, was they were neutralizing Trump, and Trump was going to come out apparently in July. Now, his daughter-in-law, Lara Trump, even mentioned this twice before all this happened. It was going to come out in July and give a speech.

filmmaker in England also started to dime this around to all the various media outlets. So we were hearing this that he was going to give it on the anniversary of Roswell saying he was declassifying a number of records. Now, what we have to understand about the UFO file, it doesn't operate the way that it's portrayed in the media at all. It's not like, oh, hey, we can get some records and everything will be great. There's a whole system of control that goes back to the middle of the Eisenhower era. This is what Trump is up against. It's what other presidents have been up against at different times. This is the heart of the shadow government.

It is because in the words of Robert Sawbacher, who's our top physicist at the time in the 50s and 60s, he said the UFO file is higher than the nuclear secrecy. Well, if we think about that, we can imagine the kind of secrecy rules that are in place to neutralize when the real facts come out. And also, we may all the total surveillance. Yes. It is, surveillance is an excellent point here because the satellite control and the idea of the Golden Dome introduces, you know, Palantir is involved in that, of course, others as well. Palantir is just one company in that group. But there's a series of groups set up around the Golden Dome and they have a kind of a two-way purpose here.

Well, actually three-way purpose. One of those purposes stated is to take out the hypersonic missiles if they were to come at us. That's one. But the UFO defense grid was the original purpose behind SDI back in 1983. And they built this out now over 40 years. Even Trump himself said this is another version of Star Wars. And the third purpose is surveilling the public, everybody else. Exactly.

And the tremendous surveillance is that everyone is walking around as a walking cell tower. And this is what we have to get through our heads, that when this technology goes into play along with the AI, you know, the very people who invented AI, AI, like the scientists Hinton, their warning about AI going off on its own and doing these things. Now, I can tell you very clearly that Trump's statement is a game changer on so many levels because what they were trying to do... I can't believe historically, like, I've been on there 32 years. I mean, I can't overstate how huge this is. And Obama trying to head him off with the past and then this, I mean, this is, from what you know, then we'll explain it.

But what do you think he'll bring out? Because he said, oh, I may head him off the past about space aliens. Like, wow. Well, you and I have been talking about what Trump would do because Trump has the background, and this is also a key factor here. I like to point out the fact often that the MIT physicist, Dr. John Trump, is his uncle. And often, even if you go back to articles in the 1980s, he's going off about his close relationship to John and the John shared all these secrets with him. Now, he in particular brings it up at certain points during the 2024 campaign, which I found very, very interesting. And part of that that got to me was that he was signaling there.

Remember, I'm on the same page with you. I'm on the same level with you. And this is what the deep state, you know, there have been a lot of presidents, Nixon, Bush, Carter, whatever it has been over the years that people have liked or not like. But the media and the reaction to Trump when he got in was, you know, you had to peel them off the ceiling. It was an absurd overreaction by anybody's. It was like get him out by any means necessary, Russian collusion, whatever it happened to be. But Trump in that first term, what he tried to do was pull the UFO file back under executive control. And the way that he would do that was adopting the Space Force.

They could not get around him on that. And one of the weird things that happened with Space Force was that Chance Salzman is the general they got to lead it. And if you look at his background, he was there at Malmstrom Air Force Base for over a decade. And Malmstrom was the site of a massive UFO flyover of a nuclear base, which shut down our nuclear. missiles in Montana. So there's always that link and the chain and the footprints back to the UFO file. Sure, you're right all the factoids, but bottom line, you don't like to put God on the fence here. I don't know, but what do you think is about to happen?

Why is this moving so fast? This is the opening up of this process, but it's one group is going to get the initiative on it or the other group. Remember back in 2016. We have X protect and then we have explained. Yes, exactly. X protect. Now, XProtect is the group that has protected the secrecy. over this whole period of time, and their rules are no chief executive can get their hands on it.

That is since the middle of the Eisenhower era, and they got rid of some president. And Eisenhower warned of the military neutral complex run by technocrats, a technological elite, taking control of the government. Was he warning of ex-protect or was he with ex-protect? Which one? When Eisenhower warned of technocrats controlling the government secretly, was he warning of ex-protect or was he with him? No, there's no question that he was more on the ex-Share side. and he was disturbed because he had been through World War II, and he had led the Allies to victory,

and he had also assumed the presidency and realized... He wasn't just a great soldier. He was an excellent bureaucrat, and he saw whatever he was. Yes, there's no question about it. He also shared with Kennedy that the UFO file was where the CIA was pulling away. As a matter of fact, there's a famous incident in Eisenhower's presidency where they stopped giving him briefings on Area 51 back then. And Eisenhower says straight up, well, you know what,

if you don't do it, at a certain point, I'm going to send the Eighth Army in there. So you decide how you want this to go. And this is very interesting because he started getting briefings right away. What happened, though, is he had a heart attack in the middle of his administration and Nixon took over for a short period of time. That is when the UFO file got moved out into this whole different specter, which is now right in the middle between that corporate influence and that intelligence aerospace influence. And what's overlooked often whenever we are hearing things about the deep state or whenever we get into these different kind of geopolitical messes is the airspace side is always missing.

But they're huge. They have the control because you can control things on the ground from above. That's the dream of the ultimate control from space. That goes all the way back. Yeah, controlled space, drone control ground. So again, quantify that much. I'll give me the floor. You have a big exhibition on us.

What is this moment in history? Why is it happening now? It's huge. Look, every president has looked, stared at the abyss of UFO disclosure and denied it because they realized the stakes were too high. The ex-Protect group has been in charge, as I said, since the middle of the 1950s on that. There was a battle there very early on about what was going to come out. Forrestall and people like that were included. The dynasty of that is the JFK era because he saw how they unceremoniously dumped his friend, his best friend, Forrestall, out of a window.

and he was the Secretary of Defense at the time. And famously during one of his last speeches, he went and he went to the actual grave site of Forrestall and made sure to take pictures there. So Kennedy understood what he was up against. It's quite interesting. There's a character out there running these think tanks who was part of these think tanks at a certain point.

Now she's giving commentary. Her name is Pippa Momgrunt. Her dad was someone who was a staffer, a national security staffer in the Kennedy administration. Before he died and I was communicating with him, him on X. He said clearly that he thought the main reason that Kennedy was assassinated was over the UFO file and his willingness to share it with the Russians. Now, this is an old piece because remember, whenever these presidents get together with their counterparts in Russia, they try to keep them apart.

And Trump asked, you know, I don't want any State Department people. I don't want any CIA people in there when I'm negotiating over the UFO file. This is what makes them, you know, hit the roof and say, oh, he was a traitor with Putin and all the rest of it. It's to keep those two forces. together because the UFO file belongs under the executive branch. Right now it's in the hands of the expert tech group, which is intelligence of CIA, NGA, NRO. They control it.

They're the ones who have it, and they certainly don't want to give it up for some Trump initiative. And so the idea was the Democrats were trying to make a deal with them. The Republicans through Trump, his side was trying to make a deal with them. And so Trump has the ability to go around them by doing his own announcement.

That's the crucial step that he's taking, and it's historic, because even his enemies will have to realize the potency of that kind of a move and frankly it represents a kind of maximum peril. I'll be honest with you about that clearly. There was a scientist who was assassinated just

this morning. Well, let me start over us. Exactly that was involved in all this and studying foreign asteroids and things their danger of earth. Explain to people you're saying maximum danger for Trump right now. He's going at the heart of the deep state.

Say it your own words. There's no question about it. This is because when you go at that particular secret, the ex partect group is, you know, they're lethal and they work directly with the Central Intelligence Agency the highest now assassination group in the world. You know, very often

we'll hear about, oh, some state actor came over here and assassinated this main figure. You can't do anything in terms of assassination in the United States without the Central Intelligence Agency. There's no way. And the CIA, our masters added, a lot of people have tried to say, oh, the CIA is reformed, and, you know, they've given up

this whole practice since that era. Not at all. They've never been truly sanctioned in any way. You know, we recently have the records come out that they were trying to assassinate the songs. So in your own words, I'm going to put clips out of this. You're saying this is the most Trump's most dangerous movies right now. You're saying the UFO file is the most dangerous thing. UFO file represents the maximum peril when it comes to President Trump and his initiative around releasing the files. It's not, you know, Hegseth was putting a little gray alien head at its Twitter feed.

Look, I don't know if that guy has a clue or not, but this is a very serious major issue. and he must know it on some level, that that whole system, and if they try to negotiate with the system and say, well, we want to let a certain amount of this out, that system is sitting there in the background, and they have developed now for eight decades, an entirely different setup of breakaway technology. Now, how do you come back to the public and say,

well, you know, we were doing this in the background. We did it with your money, and we have the infrastructure. We have the power now, but don't worry about it because we were protecting you from, you know. Sure, someone quantify that. not in full control of the UFO file he's trying to, but by doing this, he puts himself politically in front, even the Capitol to go in and get it.

You can see that footage. I watched that footage of Obama probably 30 times. He is upset. He doesn't like what he's having to say. He tries to make it like a joke, but he, you can see that they're really panicked across the board about this. Well, Obama is known for being very cool and collected, and he's very smart, and he's also got a very cany sense in the media about what not to say.

for eight years during his administration, he said zero about the UFO file. Afterwards, he said little light statements when the original 2018, 2017 releases came out during the Trump administration. They were doing the Tic Tac and all this government piece. But Obama, in that clip, saying aliens are real, is also historic. So Trump realized, oh, they're trying to grab the rug out from under me before I give the July speech. And I noticed, I saw you on a day before Trump responded. You said they're trying to get ahead of Trump. Trump then says a day later, I'm going to get ahead of you.

So it's not a debate that they're in a race now. There's no question about it. And the idea is both sides. So there's now a race for a – so does Trump give us alien disclosure or is it going to be limited from what he was given by the Pentagon? So there's a race for alien disclosure right now. Yeah, I would say they shoved him out of his original timeline, which was in July he was going to move forward this process, and he was going to combine it with the Golden Dome. Now, in the background, the intel forces are. saying, look, we want the UFO threat.

That's a national emergency that gives us emergency powers. This is an old, old plan for emergency powers. The less they have the ability to govern, the more they're going to go into this emergency power situation. So what we're looking at is the UFO threat piece was launched out there. That's what went through Congress, not the science part. They didn't even have good scientists up there. They had whistleblowers who were like, oh, I'm, you know, I'm afraid.

And we have a whole plan to take them down. We're going to shoot them down. They're going to outrun. So instead of disclosing, they immediately go, we're not going to disclose. We're going to get ready for war. Exactly. That's why you had Alizando and all these war-type figures out there. And clear disinformation operatives everywhere.

Yes. Oh, yeah. I mean, these are trained counterintelligence people. And I don't know why in that whole loop on the UFO side. You know, the deep state researchers are much more effective at this. If they would adopt and get into the UFO file, they could explode the whole thing. The UFO researchers are not very deep. It's more of a pop-click environment.

That's just the nature of the thing. Too many areas. I was on Joe Road, and I was on telephone call at Wizards. So what is your advice where you had all this other news and the real intel is coming up? What is your advice, President Trump? Because the White House listens, what is your advice? Because you were saying months ago, I wish we had a bigger crew. They're great to find your predictions all coming true.

You said, you've got to get out ahead. You got to do it now. You got to disclose now. Trump can't wait until July. You remember saying that? Yes. Yes. And this is the key thing that Trump needs to keep the initiative without losing

his head over the fact that historically Obama or somebody else may score those points. Remember, Chuck Schumer was feeding Obama talking points about UFOs last year when they were trying to get legislation out there and then they were going to have Obama grandstanding about it originally. In 2016, they were going to have Hillary Clinton do the whole UAP disclosure. That's where you got TTSA and El Zondo and all those people. That's the counterintelligence route. It's thin. It's actually very thin, but it's supported by that central intelligence agency piece.

they have the actual secret technology deep, deep in the halls of government. And I'll tell you, it's not the kind of thing, you know, once in a while you hear, hey, we found the location of this large UFO, you know, they put it in some building here or there. You're never going to hear about where these things are located. It is the top national security secret in the United States. And when you look at President Trump, he's someone who knows. And who does he know through?

He knows through his relationship with President Nixon, which he had a very close relationship with him, which we revealed very much. on our show. He knows through his close relationship with John Trump, and he knows through Roy Cohn. You put those three together, and you have a lot of where the deep state buried the bones. And this is, in my opinion, there's no question. This is why the incredible opposition on the national security state side to President Trump and his initiatives, which are leading towards a real actual disclosure. The thing is, Trump likes to hold those cards very closely. And he does not have possession.

of the UFO file. This is the nature of the problem. That's why the space force happened. You shouldn't have done it, but maybe I'll skip ahead. So let me ask for we going to break. A bigger question, just in general, they're trying to crash economy. They're trying to take tariffs away from him.

They're trying to take him to Epstein. I've never seen any real evidence, but they've been tacitly involved. This stuff's coming out regardless. What do you make of just the overall admission at the Munich conference that the New World Order is dead, which I said years ago? I mean, I don't just agree with them.

I mean, everybody hates them. Bill Gates has like a 99% hatred level. He just canceled all his events. You have the King of England's brother arrested for espionage. What's happening right now? This big picture, not just with UFOs, but the power structure. It is. It's switching so much in the background.

The other thing is that Vance used the term New World Order, just as they were saying on the other side, hey, new world order is collapsing. So there's something strange going on in terms of influence and who's going to place who and what position. No, the Rubio Group is much more neocon oriented than the Vance Group. You notice that split. No, I mean, I favor the Vance Group. Yes. But I think the Rubio Group is probably the pole position.

Yes, no question about it. Rubio Group has an incredible power hold on the government right now. I would say that's why you're seeing all this activity around consolidation and the Iran situation as well. Venezuela. Yes. The Venezuela thing and the use of weapons that we have not seen used on the battlefield. And that was my next question, the discombobulation weapon. What is that?

This is incredible because when we look at this, what we're seeing is the remnants and the echo of the Havana syndrome cases. That is the type of technology that was used. They weren't prepared to reveal it. The problem is on the world stage, there's some other actor. And this is not an actor that we're accustomed to. to seeing or talking about openly. It's not Russia, it's not China, and it's not the United States. So who is it? There's some

other actor in the background. It's like Epstein is his own corporate deal. We know like Spector and James Bond, you have corporations have their own armies. Yes, exactly. We're going to get closer and closer to this. Remember, one of my favorites examples in history is the NRO. The NRO existed for 30 years

controlling the skies without regular citizens knowing anything about it. I mean nothing. And then suddenly it comes out in 1994. To write now, what's the group handling the UFO file that's an actual government administrative office? Where is it? It's already there. It's just that it's not officially disclosed. So part of what Trump is doing, a part of the pressure, and this also was when he was trying to place Lockheed Martin under the executive branch by saying, hey, we're going to take the most stock in it. He realizes

that these various group, Lockheed, Boeing, and others have consolidated. Northrop Grumman. They've been working on the UFO file. How do you get it back if it was released, from executive control as long as 70 years ago. And this has been the quest in the heart of it, because if you can move that back under executive control. Well, those back to Eisenhower, he said, I'll raid you with the army. Yes, exactly. And what's amazing to me is that the President Kennedy aspect,

if you go back there, the clash is so open with that national security state and with the CIA side. But if you go into it now and clear the cobwebs of some 60 years, you'll find people in the background saying Kennedy is assassinated over the UFO file. who were in the government. Now, where does that come from? Now, that doesn't come just from research. That's people saying it on the inside.

So why were they hearing about it back then? No, this is the issue, and it's the top issue, in the national security state. Well, it is, but look at Doge, sent on email to all these federal employees. 53% didn't respond back. That's the same thing, Eisenhower Canada, they're like, give me answers.

you have the people that want to release everything. Trump's part of that. What is your advice in the short segment to Trump? Part of the UFO declassification process should include the continuity of government players because they're the same team, and those are the largest secrets in that deep state that control so many aspects over the executive branch.

Now, to bring the UFO file back under the executive branch is a quest inside the Trump administration. And like I said, he did it with Space Force. He's done it with other things. But right now, the declassification of these documents and his announcement, early announcement, because he was really forced into this timeline by Obama. He was going to do this in July. And the reason I think he was choosing that was this idea of the 250th anniversary of the United States. Now, this is very interesting.

His mentor in many ways, Richard Nixon. and where he got so many of his deep ideas about the presidency, Nixon himself in 1976 was also going to do a gigantic UFO revelation in 1976 for the 200th anniversary, and that didn't end up happening. So what Trump needs to do is make sure that he's not cut off at the most crucial point in dealing with this. And the way to do that is to go directly into the military contractor backgrounds and where they move the actual scientific information from cases like the Roswell case and others, instead of getting that whitewash of like, here's some documents,

and then like the JFK, it doesn't go anywhere. There's like, oh, here's some frill for the media, but we don't actually get to any deep points. Now, what I was thinking about that Trump can do particularly is dealing with groups like Boeing, dealing with groups like Lockheed, and saying, well, I've directed Peg Seth to get me all of this as part of the Department of War. well, you're going to have to deal with them, and there has to be a way to compel them and make that a public point. You're going to have to use the bully pulpit in a way that he's going to be uncomfortable. How does he put pressure on the mad scientist called?

I think by literally outlining that there's a breakaway group. Now, he was the one who came on board. He has to identify them. It's a deep state. People know it's true. Yes, exactly. It would sound crazy. Years ago, everyone knows it already.

There's no question about it. And he himself, I think, has adjusted to this reality. in many ways. He has, over the years, you know, when they were trying to throw him in prison and everything else, he's come out in very blunt terms about this secret group controlling things in the background. Now as president, he needs

to say, we need a clear opening of this information and also that he'll share it with the scientists in this country and that the groups around the world need to share theirs as well so that the Russians, the Chinese We're talking free energy, everything.

Just do it. God. Yeah, well, they have their own programs and they're not doing anything. They're not going to release anything. What they constantly do, though, is there's a kind of UFO expionage going on in the background. What they try to do is release this information, you know, like the Russians when they were fighting the Ukrainians, they were saying, we shot down a UFO over Moscow. Well, shooting down a UFO is very different than saying we're shooting down a drone. They know, as a matter of fact, their UFO file is right up there neck and neck with the United States.

So the fact that the world get on board with what this is. And again, I can break down here how we have these different levels of where the technology is coming from. But there's no question that it's there. The advanced technology is there. Are the aliens just giving us like gifts? Like we think we're getting it. They're just giving it to us? Yeah.

Well, there is this idea out there that they crash them on purpose, et cetera, because how could you go through all of these different galaxies and then crash when you get here? I just think there's a law of accident when it comes to anybody. and anything. And I think when they get here, you know, they can just as easily Well, that's right. He's doing a UFO movie. You've got Spielberg doing Disclosure Day. Forget it. They have an S-4 movie coming out about Bob Lazar all within about six weeks of each other. Well, that's pretty good marketing if you think about it. So, you know, they realize the fix is in for so much of this. And of course, there was an earlier example of this, actually, when Biden was vice president. And he went out and said, oh, yeah, we might find life on Mars.

And then they put out the Matt Damon Mars movie right after that. They are in sync. There's no question about it. And Spielberg deep, deep, deep in the Intel tank. So you're saying he's ex-protect or what? Well, I think that they use him. There's no question about it. He might even be somebody who wants to learn the truth about these things.

but they're masters of co-opting those types of people. I've even seen it around in the UFO field. It's remarkable because what their masters at are that kind of manipulation. The question is their narrative and their alien narrative, their human history narrative, is totally not anything that's going to be correct for us because they're going to spit that out and keep that and try to change that. Let's be clear.

When they came with Prometheus 12 years ago or 15 years or whatever was, I already said this is the elites transpermia thing or whatever the aliens made us. and then Ridley Scott is a New York Times interview and says, no, we in the elite believe aliens created us and this is our origin, real Garden of Eden, this is our religion.

So they were telling us right there. It's true. And that's the kind of social engineering that they want to get out there in the public, that they believe in this. What's interesting, too, is that in their version of the tree of life, you actually go around all of the spiritual development

and you go right through to the mineral level. That's the technology. and that is this kind of armonic force that they are into. When you think about this, the alien part plays very, very closely into this because they like the idea of alien. They want to bypass spiritual, which is just higher dimensions or other images, and make it all about silicon. Yes. Exactly right. And what's interesting to me is the way that they're doing it, the story that they put out,

the minute they allowed the UFO file story to go out broadly in 2017 through the New York Times, signaled a gigantic change because before that they were saying, oh no, that was us, that was our own craft, whatever. You know, it was somebody looking at the planet Venus. Then suddenly they got behind this. They realized in that period that the top Google search in 2016 was UFOs, and they said we need at this point. Yeah, they can't get away with covering up anymore.

And thank you for addressing this really, really deep, deep subject. matter. You know, I always call you an architect of the independent media, and I think stepping forward on this is so timely because you have the ability to influence the culture to really wake up around what they're doing with the UFO file. With some of the exhibits, what I want to go through is that the scientists that are associated with the UFO file become a flashpoint in the war going on between the two sides around this. one of the things I mentioned in relation to the assassination of Dr. Larerro, who was an MIT physicist, and he was a plasma physicist in charge of the ultra plasma project going on over there with some of the highest level scientists. And he was assassinated in Brookline, Massachusetts, which is actually very close by. And that community is very buttoned up. It's very hard for somebody to go in there and commit a crime like that and then just take off. and, you know, as his assailant did.

Now, Valenti, the shooter, was found three days later in his storage shed over the border into New Hampshire. And there's that strange combination of, you know, how Galane Maxwell was grabbed in New Hampshire. There's some kind of route that takes you out of Boston and into the New Hampshire area to kind of gain cover. But in the case of Larerro, the one thing that I really find fascinating about his work is that he was working on something called a neutron star merger. Now that is such a super secret and kind of explosive area of technology and it literally the creation of black holes and went two stars Nova together. So the idea that they were working on was some small aspect of that neutron star merger being used to replicate the entire project. Well, that's unlimited energy. It's also highly dangerous and all the rest of it. But to have him

assassinated in December and then to have this Caltech assassinated physicist just happened here in Los Angeles I think is very telling because we're getting around a kind of end game with the UFO file. The UFO file we've heard you know through parents, grandparents intergenerationally and everything else what's going on is that people have had encounters and they've had encounters with beings, they've had encounters with craft. So how do you make what do you make of all this? You've got psychologists who've looked into it. You've got

physicists, scientists, you know, the media, researchers. And what do we really have at the end of the day besides a lot of movies and a lot of speculation? What we have is a group inside the national security states. And I've dubbed the group ExProtect because they work with a certain type of technology, which is extraordinary as it sounds as ex-technology. And this technology operates in a different field of energetic environment. and I refer to that as apotheum. It's a reality distortion environment. And this is the thing that they've been studying inside the government

in terms of these crashes and things like that. When people have encounters or go, when they send scientists in to study these crashed craft, what they're actually getting is these strange sensations that they're walking through things. And when they're abducted, there's missing time. Time in their life seems to go away. The appearance of UFOs also caused an electrical grid to go down.

This is all because The field generated by the entry of the unidentified flying object is from a totally different line of humanity. And it's a totally different aspect going on there in terms of physics. Its line of physics is definitely different than what we operate with here on Earth. So what we're looking at is a group coming in with that. And when we see that happening, as we start to got a really close up look on the UFOs in World War II, because we had flight, we had dramatic, you know, besides the early cases that were going on, we had something rather dramatic happening in the skies.

Now, I have a few exhibits I'm going to share with you today in dealing with this. We needed to get a good look at this. One of these revolves around an airship group that made a prediction about an individual that was going to come along and kind of fulfill the magic of all their technology. And they were a group that was around even in the 1860s, and they were far beyond the Wright brothers. They came out of Germany originally and operated out of California. So that exhibit is Exhibit 4. And this kind of strange Del Shoe painting, this obscure painter who was associated and tracking them,

was originally spying on this airship group who was demonstrating early advanced technology as far back as the 19th century. Clearly in the middle of this, and this is a verified painting, it's been in museums for years. If you look at the top there, it says Trump. There's no question about it. This mysterious NIMSA group, through the Sonora group, put this together. And Del Scha, who was the painter, who they discovered all of his works many, many years later, he put it up there. And on the bottom right here, if you go diagonally, just straight down to the right, it says 45, which is the art series. But it's also Trump is the 45th president of the United States.

these types of hints are left as a result. Yeah, it's right in there, 45. And these types of hints are left by the mystery schools. These are groups that can see things that are to come. And it's also a kind of predictive programming that they're laying in there. The idea is how do they know that someone named Trump is going to be associated with this version of advanced spaceflight all the way back there in the 19th century? So when we look at that, I think we get a real handle on what they're doing. Now, the next one I want to show is one that was suppressed here.

This is the exhibit is three. This third exhibit is fascinating to me because it comes to us from Scotland. And someone who was at the Sheffield University had emailed me the original of this photo. It's quite fascinating. But if you look at this photo, what you're going to see is a plane. tracking in the Scottish mountains, the Scottish hills, this incredibly sized craft, which is at least five times as large as the plane itself. Now, the picture is from 1990. The Department of Defense, Ministry of Defense in the UK hid this picture until 2022. So that picture was off the radar for 32 years.

There's a reason for that. And I think what we're looking at there is the essence of what we're talking about. We get around the UFO file. There's an aspect here. that we've been able to redevelop and put in the skies. There's also another aspect which belongs more to the environment of something we don't know anything about and we're tracking it and we use our best craft to track it. One of the funny things that we see very often is when Elon Musk talks about how SpaceX hasn't seen any aliens or whatever. Well, SpaceX, it's very clear, has the second largest version of exhibits in their libraries of UFO video,

satellite feeds and everything else because they're up there, but they can't say anything because of their contract with DARPA. So you're never going to hear UFO disclosure from SpaceX, and that's why Musk can sit there with a straight phase and say, there are no aliens. Well, he clearly knows different, but he can't say anything about it. It's fascinating to me, though, because one of the battles in the background was over NASA's footage,

and NASA also has an incredible treasure trove of footage that comes directly under control of the Department of Defense. It's quite interesting because in the background there's this battle that was taking place between President Kennedy in the beginning and the setup of NASA and him trying to get it out of the military role and into a scientific role. So I think when we look at this, what happened is this snapped off and broke away. It was a version of the space program. They developed it on their own. They've done it with the public's money. But they created all this space infrastructure.

and in the middle of that, they still had the promise of the assassinated president to go to the moon in 1969. So they were going to have to do something in relation to this without exposing the technology and their own experiments. What they ended up doing was this very limited program with very limited aspects of the technology. And in 1972, they just said, hey, we're going to stop. No more moon missions. No more manned moon missions. We're just going to send probes around and that's how it's going to go. in the mid-1980s

course we had the challenger and that was going to be the return of manned flight and it was going to incorporate average citizens like teachers and others. And that got off the ground and exploded. That is the end of President Kennedy's dream of

a manned space program and the idea that humanity goes out into space and we make it a war-free environment, an incredible sea of science and that kind of surprising aspect of the growth of humanity that could take place with all the amazing discoveries in space.

Instead, you've got a warlike thing building up in the background, which has now taken us into war, you know, space is a war fighting domain, war this, war that, let's put this up there, let's put nuclear reactors on the moon so we can, you know, power up these AI stations that were setting up to take over every aspect of your life.

Obviously, this is an incredible totalitarian control in the wrong hands. and the question is always going to be what are the wrong hands when it comes to this. And this is where I think we get into a lot of problems with it. But I think that what President Kennedy was looking at and what other concerned presidents like Reagan and now Trump were the aspect of where is the power base around the UFO file. That is the unidentified technology. Who has it inside the government? And why does the executive branch no longer control that?

This is the key aspect, and we need to ask ourselves this. How could a group inside the government get enough power to kind of basically blackmail the government with their own advanced technology? And how could that set up all of these different things like the black budget, like missing money, and like this incredible infrastructure going on and the setup of infrastructure and space that the public isn't aware of and doesn't know anything about? This is the nature of the situation. I think part of it has to do with the fact that so much of this was filtered over to the corporate American side, and it was under the control of this shadowy corridor between aerospace and the intelligence agencies. We're still up against that force, and that force is still exerting its control. One of its manifestations of late is this kind of great Golden Dome idea, and you might think, well, you know, it's a great idea.

will shoot down the missiles before they come in. Unfortunately, in the wrong hands, it becomes the ultimate surveillance tool. And many of the companies that are signing up to be a part of it are masters of surveillance. So I think what needs to happen here is the general citizenry needs to get their hands back on the steering wheel and drive this situation into a totally different environment. That's the challenge for us, I think, here at this point. One of the other exhibits I want to show us, Exhibit 1, I'm going to get into this a little bit because in so many of the UFO encounters, you hear about the encounters with the beings themselves. And there's too many people for this, and it's intergenerational to ignore, you know. And long before there were movies and TV shows about it, there was this whole thing about these people would have these encounters.

Now this being, who they called Junior as kind of a nickname after the fact was what Betty and Barney Hill were dealing with. And the figure stood about four foot 10 inches tall and conducted experiments on them, explained some things to them. One of the things that she emphasized was that it was totally different than what they portray as the grays, as it were, when it comes to the UFO encounter experience. And you can see that this figure looks very much like a human being. It doesn't really look that different. It's not like the gray alien with the big bug eyes and everything else. So what is going on there? I think it's very clear to take from that that this is an eyewitness encounter.

You look at it the same way you would a crime scene. What is the eyewitness see? What does that tell you? When you get the sketch artist in, this is what they describe. And basically it looks like another person. It looks like a person who is bald with larger eyes. and striking figures. Now, striking features, what I would say when looking at this is you could be looking at a human

offshoot that is coming directly from this planet, has adopted and incorporated more advanced technology, and is somehow playing in or passing off the deception that they are coming here from an interstellar place. And we are automatically assuming that. It's not necessarily the case. As a matter of fact, there are many cases in history and echoes of advanced civilizations in the past. So the idea is, did somebody preserve this technology that was very advanced in the past? And are we living in that kind of environment now?

Is this what we're seeing? And did we kind of catch up in the 20th century into the 21st century? And now we're starting to look at an equal basis on this. Whatever the revelation, President Trump's announcement now takes on an entirely. different meaning because if you're getting to the heart of the UFO file, you're going to have to deal with questions like that too. It's not just, is there an off-world civilization, you know, diming in here with their scientific group and, you know, going and analyzing people and taking their sperm and taking their fertility and creating hybrids with it. Now you're talking about who would be doing that if they were based here on Earth? What kind of a group would be responsible for an organization? organization like that, who would be basically creating farms of human beings with human material and human genetics. This is, I think, the heart of the study around the UFO file. And it is fascinating because there's too many incredible stories on record. The worst aspect with the UFO file, I think,

is where it's gone now, which is all these CIA people coming up and saying, I'm a whistleblower, and, you know, I've been abducted and all this stuff. The counterintelligence narrative is going to get us so far away from that truth. One of the other slides I wanted to show before we wrap up here is Exhibit 2. This is interesting to me because it comes from a researcher named Mark McKendlish, and he was very close to these Air Force programs around advanced prototypes for the craft that we were using. And he also died under very mysterious circumstances. we're getting too used to this pattern of people.

When they get around the UFO file, they die under suspicious circumstances. But I thought that this craft that he described, it has always stayed with me. And he put a number of these paintings out. And this drawing is what we had developed in the 1960s. It was the flux liner, and it looks very much like the redeveloped UFO technology. This flux liner operated in a totally anti-gravity situation, and it had done, remarkable feats that he had witnessed in watching the craft, and he remembered it, and he was an artist, and he drew it.

This is what we're really talking about, which is we've already had these two tracks of development going on, the breakaway X technology going on on on one hand, and then what we see on the surface, you know, the stealth bomber and things of this nature. So the question is, if they're running 50, 60, 70 years ahead of us here in the public, what is the technology that they actually control? And then the other question we must ask is, is it possible to fake an alien invasion with that technology? And here's the really banger of a question at the end of all that. It's the third level, which is what if you're doing an alien invasion, a fake kind of blue beam street legend type alien invasion and the real thing shows up?

They definitely know there's a real thing. It's interrupted our own launches. It's interrupted our own nuclear facility. and it's interrupted a number of things, including our activities on the moon. And of course, there are those legends there that the reason we stopped going to the moon in 1972 was because we were warned off, as it were.

Now, there's certainly a gigantic aspect in the middle of that, and even the slightest disclosure, is explosive. I think that the fact that President Trump has taken it upon himself to do this is extraordinary, and we're seeing that in the midst of all this. We're getting some real insight into, President Trump and his kind of analysis of the situation that we're going into a totally different paradigm. It's great to see everyone.

This is the Alex Jones Show. an incredible Friday here as we're looking at an historic announcement that goes deep, deep into the heart of the deep state and deep deep deep into the heart of the black budget. It goes into the expert tech group, the UFO file. This is not any kind of a casual Friday by any stretch of the imagination. I'm dark journalist Daniel List, and we're going deep here tonight. Looking really at something that I would say has to do with a cross-over. of scientific work on one side and these incredible revelations on the other. And, you know, one of the things that came up during last week, it was President's Day and all the rest of it.

And I made a chart of these different presidents and their involvement with the UFO file. But while I was doing that, of course, it occurred to me all the things about Nixon and Trump. I have an exhibit there, Exhibit 6. I wanted to show. And I want to talk about the deep relationship on the presidential level between. these two because it was President Nixon who had been part of the original Blue Book, which was CIA Blue Book, the actual program that took place in the 1950s. But Trump had adopted a relationship with Nixon and actually got him in office in New York and they exchanged letters for years and became close. In fact, at a certain point, Nixon even predicted that Trump would become president in one of his famous letters.

But I think further than that, what we're looking at is Trump coming in with this baked-in knowledge around the UFO file because the fact that his uncle had worked with Vannever Bush and had been the protege of Van der Ver Bush at MIT. And it was Bush, of course, who sent him in to get the Tesla records and to see if there was, in fact, information there regarding this totally alternative energy source and a digital. death ray. And it's interesting, if you go back to the actual conversation that he had in relation to this, that is John Trump with the FBI, they said, what we want in particular is information regarding taking down flying objects at a great distance. That was the area of research that they were interested in Nikola Tesla for. And that, if you just put the unidentified part in that, you've got, how do we take down UFOs at a distance? Which is basically

what they ended up doing because UFO became the actual headquarters of the UFO file in the beginning. And they coined the term UFO and they coined the term X-Files, which is quite interesting when we get into it. On that presidential side, you can see John Trump harboring this information. You know, he'd been part of these secret projects in the UK. He'd been part of these secret projects in going into Paris with Eisenhower. So John Trump wasn't just, you know, a kind of a nerdy professor at MIU. This is somebody in the very heart of the dynamic research of particle smashing and would eventually gave us CERN and microwave radiation, space contacts, and everything else.

John Trump was at the very height of that. Very often President Trump is fond of saying, Uncle John and the things that he gave me, you know, he gave me all this. He told me all about nuclear before anyone knew the secrets of nuclear. So he's indicating even in early interviews that Uncle John is a big influence on him. By the time he gets into office, one of the main things he will use as a calling card when he gets into different type of squabbles in government is the strange kind of lilting story back there about how his uncle John Trump gave him so much and he was so advanced beyond everyone else and all the rest of it. And the truth is, it's a fact because John Trump was not only deep in the Tesla X technology, he was deep in the UFO file. Vannever Bush. So you see the crisscross there is dramatic and it needs to be looked at in history.

I've done a number of episodes on it. I've even done a documentary on it. But what I think we need to look at now is Trump is up against all of this as 47th, the 47th president of the United States. Here's the clash. That deep state is more powerful than ever with him getting into office. And as they demonstrated by getting Biden into office, as they demonstrated with the COVID operation, and others, the deep state is probably at the height, the zenith of its powers, but it's also been shell-shocked by the reactions against it. So we're in a very kind of, I called it perilous, and I think I'll stick with the term when it comes to this.

But one of the little things that got missed at the end of the Trump administration was this unusual mention of what was basically the Israel Space Defense Chief, saying that extraterrestrials had contacted President Trump. And this actually is Exhibit 5 in my feed. But what's going on there is quite fascinating because it's before Trump leaves office. It's 2019. And it's the head of the Israeli space program. And his name is Heim Ished.

And Heim Ished would be like, you know, Jared Isaacman or somebody over here. Oh, actually, I'm sorry. That's Nuno Lerrero, the professor. It must be seven, I suppose. Yeah, it's seven, actually. Nuno Larero, of course, is the scientist who was unceremoniously removed, and he was actually shot in his apartment on the porch, just like this other scientist, Carl Grilmere, who was the Caltech scientist, both of them working on this ultra-secret aspect of dark matter and the neutron star merger tech. And they're tragedies in both cases. I think we can learn a great deal from these people who were trying to reach out, as it were, and give us, you know, a totally different understanding of, and they were really achieving some things.

I think in the case of Larerro, the bizarre trek of his assailants, you know, performing these murders at Brown University and then coming up somehow finding him in his Brookline apartment and shooting him is something that, again, gives us that here. hints that the group around ExProtect, their expertise is removing the people that they feel are obstacles. And very often they can discredit them. You know, you can look at the different cases through history. Even people like Jim Garrison and the Kennedy assassination were discredited over and over again. And you could kind of control them by destroying their reputations.

That happened very often. The other one I wanted to see is actually Exhibit 7, I believe. and that's the one I was referring to. And that has to do with the NASA Space Chief of Israel, you know, their version of NASA. And him saying, you know, Trump was contacted by this Galactic Council and, you know, he was going to disclose. But they said, no, we don't think humanity is quite ready for it yet. But they're coming along. I mean, these are dramatic things.

Unless he had lost complete control of his senses during this period, you'd have to wonder why this guy, would come out and say this under any circumstances, disinformation or otherwise. But it was an extraordinary statement, and it happened right in the period when Trump was doing his own version of the space force. And so what Jaime said said was extraterrestrials exist, and Trump knows all about it. There's a galactic group here, and they are, you know, monitoring our operations. Well, I think we could look at those from a few different levels, because we can say,

one hand, it's quite possible that there's a galactic council and that they do off-world operations and that scientific groups from other civilizations come here. I think it's very possible that this is true. And there's a lot of evidence that points toward it. On the other hand, there's been so much disinformation about that that they've been setting up in the background, this false version of a UFO threat. And the UFO threat is something that we need to get our minds wrapped around when it comes to this type of advanced technology.

exotic technology. This is the stuff that the corporations have been pouring the billions in for in the background. And if we could understand, if we get a snapshot of who they are, then we realize this battle has been going on ever since John Trump showed up at the safe to look at Tesla's papers in 1943. That's a long time. And, you know, we've gone through World War II, the Kennedy assassination, the Vietnam War, Iran-Contra, you know, 9-11. and these deep events over and over again, the personnel and the people involved, show up as part of this emergency planning branch,

the continuity of government branch. So what is a better way to bring in COG, as it were, the continuity of government group, then to literally say, you know what, there's a space emergency, there are all these UFOs in the sky, and, you know, we need NORAD to take over, and here's your COG commander.

Now, one of the things I think the public needs to understand when it comes to the COG commander is he is the Northcom commander. So you've got him as the Northcom commander. He is the NORAD commander and he's the COG combatant commander. And the reason that's important is in the event of a national emergency, they flip the switch and turn on the continuity of government. And he becomes the combatant commander of the United States. the president, Congress, everything's moved aside. He's the one. What he does is he appoints regional governors in that event,

and the regional governors will control things until, you know, everything gets back to normal. And we've created a situation where it's possible that, you know, basically you'll run an election again and all the rest. Of course, in a real emergency like the one they're planning, that would never happen. So what happens is during this course of events, this general takes over. Now, the general in question, General Gio, who's in there now, he's the Northcom commander, as I mentioned. He has a connection now to the Florida Air Base where it was rumored that they had stored UFO material.

So there seems to be some kind of a fingerprint of these groups whenever you get around the emergency powers aspect. And the commander before him was actually part of the 509th group. And when you think about the 509th group, you know, even though this was many years later, the 509th was the original group that found the Roswell material. And in that case, a massive spaceship crashed over a ranch. And there were all these strange metal fragments everywhere. And what was it that the intelligence officer, Jesse Marcel, described years later, because they covered up the incident. Nobody talked about it for 30 years. But he came out at the end of his life and said, they were covered in hieroglyphs.

So you see, we're dealing with something very, very unusual. It could be very, very old or very, very in the future. You know, it's a kind of a future past type situation when we look at it. Now, I would say that it's crucial for us to understand that continuity of government is not some mythical aspect. It's a crucial part of the government. As a matter of fact, COG was called during 9-11, and they, you know, that whole switch got. flipped. Now, what I would say when looking at this is that they were doing that as kind of a dry run for what they would do in the future with the UFO threat. And strangely enough, when you go

back there in history and listen to certain people like Fletcher Proudy, who was somebody who worked for the joint chiefs between the CIA and the joint chiefs for years. And he had put out a number of things about the secret team and how, you know, he was very clear that Kennedy was assassinated by the Central Intelligence Agency. It's interesting because at the end of his life, he puts out something in 1997, which is a new version of the book, The Secret Team. And in there, he says,

UFOs and aliens are being prepped for this role now that we used to have the Russians in. It's this kind of national security threat. So, you know, it's very clear to some people. But for some reason, in the UFO field, it's all take on the CIA people, take on the NGA people, take on the NRO people. They know they'll give us the truth.

etc. So one of the key things to watch about President Trump's effort in regard to all the things that you see going on here is what is President Trump going to do in relation to who is going to be on the search for these different files, artifacts, and even recovered materials from alien spacecraft. Who is actually in the heart of that? Because if it is the CIA doing the cleanup, if it's the NGA doing the cleanup on that, you're not going to get any real. answers. You're going to get invented once. Because, you know, we have to understand this also on kind of a psychospiritual level, which is it's the ultimate hope of these groups that what they can do is actually take you and I and give us a totally different human origin story because their greatest rival in a sense is religion. And what they've tried to do is come up with various aspects of what this could be. And they've played them out and they've taken in. different types of data mining as a result of this.

Part of that that they want to do is say, well, the super overlords came from somewhere else. They came here, and there's an elite group here, and that's why we should give all our power over to the machines. These are real plans, and this is the amazing thing about it. And I would think that when we look at the aspects of the government that deal with the UFO file, we have each individual branch, the Navy, the Air Force, the Army. If you look at these different groups, they each have their own hold on the UFO track. As a matter of fact, I remember talking to the Canadian defense minister, Paul Hellyer, at the time, and telling him, look, you know, how do they keep the secrecy at this level? And he was someone who was very open, spoke very openly about the fact that there were UFOs and visitors here from off world planets.

And he said, well, what they do, the way that they set it up is they have, in the background, agreements where the militaries in Canada talk to the militaries in the United States and they leave out the executive branch. Now, think about that. Very often everyone says, well, the president can declassify UFOs and everything else. And Trump is making that effort now. This is the effort to pull the UFO file back under the executive umbrella. and a lot of the things, you know, what I try to do on the dark journalist show is give us some foundation for how to see how that battle in the background is playing out on this level. And I think we've seen a great deal of it going on in relation to this in the Trump Obama flex here. You know, Obama flex and said aliens exist.

It's a pretty large scale statement. I mean, Obama in his era, in his time, you know, he wasn't Joe Biden. was actually fairly popular in his first term. And I think that this is somebody that people, you know, especially on the Democrat side, would absolutely listen to. Even though he was so quiet in relation to, you know, the UFO file during his presidency, barely anything came out there. They were waiting for Hillary to come in for the whole piece.

But one of the things that I've brought to the attention of the public around Obama is this, that he is involved as executive producer putting out something called White Mountains, which is a Netflix presentation movie, major movie, been in development for two years, all about the Betty and Barney Hill abduction case in New Hampshire, long, long time ago, where they were driving up there in the White Mountains of New Hampshire and suddenly a light followed their car. They heard a beeping sound. They saw people on the road.

And basically, they were abducted into a large spacecraft. Tests were done on them. And they came out of this. And when they had got back home, they realized many hours were missing. This is a classic example. But in 1961, when that happened, it wasn't so classic. So the question is, where does so much of this come from? And I think if we, you know, take a look at what was happening in the zeitgeist, in the era,

We start to get a handle on how this is 60 years later, the same problem playing out in the background. It's the same clash of the deep state in the ex-protected group that we had going on, in fact, in 1963. I would say that in 1963 with the assassination of President Kennedy, you had the end of an early disclosure effort by President Kennedy, which was first nation-to-nation as he was going to share it with Khrushchev and the Russians. Now, we've put it on the record that, in fact, it is the space program that's the origination of the heart of the assassination program. And what happened, I think, in the case of NASA with Kennedy is they saw, hey, he's going to give basically our most vital secret over to the Soviet Union. And that most vital secret was, in fact, the UFO file. Now, one of the people I spoke to in regard to this was the Watergate lawyer, Douglas Caddy. And Caddy, I can tell you, is a historical figure.

This is not somebody who speaks lightly about anything. And he's a canny character who's been involved in all sorts of the history of the United States. But he was the lawyer for the Watergate 7. And it just so happened that his best friend, who he was a lawyer for, was E. Howard Hunt. and when Hunt was going to prison, you know, they had one last dinner there at a Chinese restaurant famous in Washington, D.C. And he pulled him aside and he said, well, I just want to know one thing, you know, since I'm not going to see you, Howard. What is it that caused the Central Intelligence Agency to murder the 35th president of the United States? Why did they kill John Kennedy?

And Hunt said, John Kennedy was killed because he was about to give our nations most. vital national security secret away to the Russians. And Caddy couldn't believe this. He said, why would Kennedy do anything like that? What secret are you talking about? And Hunt looked at him and said, the UFO file is the alien presence. And then he walked away off to prison. And in fact, Caddy never spoke to him again.

But that incredible revelation dovetails with something I mentioned with Alex. earlier all about Harold Malmgren, who was a Kennedy National Security Staffer, and he said, you know, what was going on there was an incredible clash in the background. They wanted to hoard the technology, the people like LeMay, the ex-protect-type groups on the CIA side. They didn't want anything to do with it. And they had as an ally in there, this other group, which was the project paperclip NASA scientists. So that group was there, and they were feeding out this information, and the Nazi paperclip group that we had recruited into our national security program to go to the moon and develop missiles and everything else included many, many unsavory characters. That's just a fact of history now.

And one of the really, I think, extraordinary things about all that is Kennedy's overture, which is recorded from a memo on November 12, 1963, was to share. He directs the director of the Central Intelligence Agency to share that. intelligence of the high threat UFO cases because they were tracking so much of this and didn't have a handle on everything about what was behind the craft that were operating in our skies basically, you know, without any kind of fear. And he gave that memo, and I think that nod was the last piece in the Kennedy case. They said, this guy, forget it. And in particular, on the paperclip side, they had just been in a war with the,

the Russians, the Soviet Union, and they had just killed 30 million Russians. And the idea then that we're going to get into the situation with the hostile Russians and give them the UFO technology that our advanced German scientists have been working with in the background was ludicrous. And in that case, for them, it was treason. They were eliminating a national security threat. And that was President Kennedy. Kennedy's vision was if we can share the technology, if we can go to the moon together, if we can have a joint moon mission, if we can do this and incorporate these other nations, we're not going to have a nuclear threat card. So in our face all the time, we're not going to annihilate each other, and we're not going to bring weapons into space. And so President Kennedy's dream, in that sense, was to bring us into an entirely different setup and situation.

And that situation was we're going to go and have a joint moon mission. Well, that's the end of the arms race. That's the end of the Vietnam War. That's the end of the Cold War. All of those incredible benefits are not going to be realized by the military industrial complex. What's that going to do for Boeing or Lockheed? How are those guys going to make any money? Well, they couldn't see their way through on this.

And the ex-Protect group decided not only President Kennedy were going to limit his actions, we're going to get rid of them completely. And when they did that and then they got the media. to go along with it. Somewhere in that national security structure, they didn't care because they just wanted their objectives. But the government trust was lost there so dramatically that even now, if they were to roll out a full-fledged UFO on the White House lawn, it's going to take a lot of rebuilding

of trust for us even to believe in this case what it would be. Now, I think that President Trump's efforts in this are, in fact, genuine. And he's also very strategic with what he does. And I don't think that in terms of presidents, you have anyone more informed on the UFO file except Kennedy. And Kennedy's information, of course, as I mentioned, came through Defense Secretary Forrestall. So there was a long line there of getting rid of these people. And Forrestall was the heavy hitter on the track of the UFO file. Now, what I can tell you is we can get to that place with this announcement, with the Trump.

announcement of getting real UFO disclosure and also exposing the ex-protect group that has been thwarting history and really taking the public's money for its own purposes. That's the crucial aspect, I think, in understanding the governing structure of planet Earth is to get to who's controlling the UFO file. And that's what we're doing here. And of course, Alex has been spotlighting this issue, really giving it some presence. And that's fantastic as someone who has so much credibility as Alex does on these matters. And we'll be doing a show tonight on Trump's announcement and the whole piece.
