Turning endings into new beginnings. But even those new beginnings lead to another end.

I mean, eventually, no? You're right, Alvina. Excuse me? I said you're right, Alvina. No, I mean... the accent? What accent? You said, you're right, Alvina, in a Welsh accent. Did I? Well, it's an accent I enjoy greatly. I've gathered. Really? Well, you slipped into it to tell the last few stories.

Have I? I've adopted so many different names, voices and languages over the years it's hard to keep track. But I remember I fell in love with Welsh after meeting Griffith ap Llywelyn ap Yorworth. Who? We'll get to that. Right. In the meantime, maybe stick to... Oh. Oh, that stick to... Oh. Oh, that's...

And I'm really enjoying delving back into all these stories. Moliere, Marie Antoinette, Granville, Fuggy. Granville? I don't think you told me that one. Didn't I? You're going into too much detail. Like Coco. A good story should never be rushed. I know. And my next story is very good.

Yes. Then there is no time to lose. So where are you taking us exactly? A cave. Yes, I know. But what's in this cave? The implements we need for our little ritual. The tea. Baldur's Root. Preparing the tea will take time, effort, and certain tools. Tools? And you've stashed them in this cave?

Yes, many years ago. How many? Many. What makes you think they're still there? I would be very surprised if anybody has ventured out here. Ouch! This is... Stepped on another rock. I mean, we can barely see out here. How are we going to see inside the cave? Without moonlight?

Yeah, no more flashlight batteries, remember? Ah, Old school. So this tea, how long will it take to prepare? You said it was difficult. Not difficult, exactly. But, uh, it requires patience. Patience.

Okay, but while we prepare this tea, you will... I will keep telling you my stories, yes. Of course. Good, good. And what story is next? I was thinking I would tell you a story that spans several years. Okay.
