Culture eats strategy for breakfast, right?
On a recent episode of Culture Raises Us,
I was joined by Valicia Butterfield,
media founder, political strategist,

for a powerful conversation on storytelling,
impact, and the intersections of culture and leadership.
I am a free black woman.

The U.S. Open is here, and on my podcast, Good Game with Sarah Spain.
I'm breaking down the players, the predictions, the pressure, and, of course, the honey deuses,
the signature cocktail of the U.S. Open.
The U.S. Open has gotten to be a very wonderfully experiential sporting event.
To hear this and more, listen to Good Game with Sarah Spain,
an IHeart women's sports production in partnership with Deep Blue Sports and Entertainment on the IHeart
radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
Brought to you by Novartis, founding partner of IHeart Women's Sports Network.
Just like great shoes, great books take you places.
Through unforgettable love stories and into conversations with characters you'll never forget.
I think any good romance, it gives me this feeling of like butterflies.
I'm Danielle Robeye, and this is bookmarked by Reese's Book Club.

This is the Ben and Ashley I Almost Famous Podcast with IHartRadio.
Another episode of the Almost Famous Podcast celebrating this upcoming season of The Bachelorette.
This is a special episode, Ashley, because we have some exclusive info.
We're doing this because it's just an exclusive info podcast.
It's going to be really short, but we need to reveal something.
We need to reveal.
Breaking news, breaking news, exclusive content right here on the Almost Famous Podcast.
This means that, yeah, no other podcast has this info.
We've been given this special blessing from The Bachelor Gods.
We can confirm exclusively that this season features the largest group date ever in Bachelor
Nation history across all the shows, Bachelor, Bachelorette, and Bachelor in Paradise.
All right, Ashley, what do you think of this?
I mean, this feels like decent news, but it's not shocking news.
There's two Bachelorettes.
It's not shocking at all.
I think the first day, basically, they're just going to go out.
as a whole group probably like all the guys that remain after night one are going to go out
with both girls and they'll do something it's outside the house but i don't think it's going to be
like a big competition it'll probably still be like some sort of like mixer how in the world do
they navigate a large group date like that like how would how in the world as a contestant would
you get any attention and how in the world as a lead do you find any like ability to actually
connect yeah no this is really about going off like first impression it's basically
like another shot at a first impression.
This is like your second impression.
This is just like, do you find them physically attractive?
Yes or no.
Can you talk to them naturally?
Oh, so good.
Okay, well, we have some more exclusive content.
Ashley, you know that Gabby is a nurse.
You also know that Rachel is a pilot.
So fans have been asking,
will we see Rachel fly this season?
And we can confirm, yes, she will take a date in the air.
That's really cool.
On this show, we've had two pilots as The Bachelor with P. and Jake.
We have never had a female pilot.
So we've never seen a woman behind the wheel of a plane.
Do you go on a wheel in a plane?
What do you call it?
We've never seen a woman in the cockpit of a plane.
There you go.
You know, as the woman in charge.
So this is going to be really cool.
A very cool, kick-ass women's power man.
moment.
Yeah, I think it's awesome.
I mean,
it's sexy, right?
Yeah, it's going to be so hot.
Yeah, seeing her fly.
I mean, I would be shocked
that they didn't have her fly.
I mean, of course she should be flying.
She should be flying them to every group day.
She should be flying them internationally to wherever they go.
I'm assuming they're going some places internationally.
She should just be flying this team around.
I'd feel safe with Rachel's my pilot.
I would feel safe for a minute,
but I don't know if she has enough experience.
for me to feel cool with her taking the flight across seas.
I want to know how Gabby's nursing career comes into this.
Is she giving CPR?
Is she teaching people, you know, how to put an IV in?
Like, what is Gabby going to do to highlight her career?
Because that's a great career.
What if they have or do, like, a sexy nurse thing?
Is that like a stereotype, though, that we shouldn't.
I feel like that.
Yeah, we should perpetuate that stereotype.
No, I feel like there's like better things.
like she could teach people how to keep a life, somebody alive. She could teach somebody, yeah,
how to do an IV. I mean, IVs are huge these days. People get IVs all the time. What if one of these
guys trusted Gabby to stick them with a, with a needle? I like that. I like that date.
I don't mind it. teaches the guys how to basically like react in a moment of like distress.
Yeah. Yeah. And to trust. And to trust. Trust her.
Yes, like a training moment on Gray's Anatomy.
Oh, that's hot and heavy too, Ashley.
Oh, that's so much better than sexy nurse.
I'm ashamed of myself to even say that.
She's actually going to be a sexy nurse by showing her saving skills.
There you go.
There you go.
Okay, final big.
This one's just super cool.
I'm excited to see it, Ash.
There's going to be an after party that takes place at SoFi Stadium,
home of the Super Bowl champion Los Angeles Rams,
also built by Denver's very own
Stan Cronky for $5 billion.
This is going to be wild.
Yeah, that's a gorgeous stadium.
I'm sure the guys are going to geek out
when they arrive there.
So if it was up to me,
I'd have that first
largest group date ever happened there.
Yeah.
I wonder if there'll be some Rams
that show up to the date.
Like, they usually do, right?
It would make sense
if we had Hannah Ann's boyfriend.
oh yeah he's a super old champ that's a big deal oh my well there's going to be a lot going on this season
actually um it's going to be very exciting uh some more exclusive content if you haven't heard it
yet uh we're here to break it to you there are two bacheloretes uh that's a big that's a big deal
and we will be having actually two other bachelorets on this show the next episode of our almost
famous lead-up party. We have Michelle Young and Becca Kufrin on our next podcast. So please
listen to that. It's going to be good. We're going to be talking to Michelle about, well,
the obvious. Okay, guys. Well, until that episode, I've been Ashley. And I've been Ben. Hey,
one last thought here before we close out. Gabby and Rachel obviously support each other and
they could be competitors. Bachelor Happy Hour and almost famous are supporting each other,
even though we could be competitors.
This world is becoming a very kind place.
We'll be back.

When your car is making a strange noise,
no matter what it is, you can't just pretend it's not happening.
That's an interesting sound.
It's like your mental health.
If you're struggling and feeling overwhelmed,
it's important to do something about it.
It can be as simple as talking to someone
or just taking a deep, calming breath
to ground yourself.
Because once you start to address the problem,
you can go so much further.
