Starting point is 00:02:39 This is the Ben and Ashley I, almost famous podcast with IHart Radio. Hey, everybody, it's the Almost Famous Podcast. We're here today to break down everything happening in Bachelor Nation. And something's happening in Bachelor Nation that did not make headlines. In fact, we had a sighting. Producer Easton spotted Justin Glaze. Again, producer Easton spotted Justin Glaze over the weekend with Mystery Woman. Hey, Ben, first time caller, a long time listener.
Starting point is 00:03:09 Thanks for having me. I don't want to be a little gossip queen over here, but I went to a karaoke night at a bar in Sherman Oaks, California, on Saturday night. and the place was buzzing because one of the girls from Love on the Spectrum was there singing songs. It was the Oaks Tavern in Sherman Oaks, and they do a great karaoke night, by the way. But we're there for like an hour, and then who do I see Walk in? I recognize that guy. I see that freshly manicured beard. It's just in glaze.
Starting point is 00:03:44 Oh, my goodness. And so, of course, I'm watching from across the bar. I'm trying to keep my cool item. I've met him a million times. I don't think he knows me though, so I'm not going to go say hi. But I'm watching, who is he with? Is he with Susie? No, no. He's with a woman I've never seen before. I did not recognize her. I immediately get on my text threads. I start updating everybody. Justin's here with a mystery woman. Is she from another franchise? Is she from another season? Who is she? Is she just a friend? Is she someone he met on the way in? I don't know.
Starting point is 00:04:14 They were together the entire time I saw them. They weren't being very like flirty. They weren't like touching each other. They were just kind of getting drinks and talking. At one point, the mystery woman did go and sign up to sing a song. And I was very curious what it was going to be. But unfortunately, I had to leave before she started singing. So I did not get that far. Did it feel like a first date vibe, Easton? I mean, it was just the two of them.
Starting point is 00:04:36 So from what I saw, Justin did not sign up to sing anything. He was just hanging out near the bar. They were talking to each other, laughing. but they weren't like touching each other's arms. I was watching their body language. I felt bad because I was there with friends and they were like, and I was like, oh yeah, so you lost your job, huh? And it's just like not paying attention to anyone.
Starting point is 00:05:01 But Justin, I couldn't tell him he was drinking. It did not look like an espresso martini though. And that's the first time I think I've seen him drink anything other than that. I'm curious now that we've busted the news. Yeah. If we're going to hear from Justin to maybe explain it. Not shocking, right, that he's on date. Good for him.
Starting point is 00:05:21 But shocking that he was in the same place as producer Easton. I know. I'm rarely in the same place as Bachelor people. This was a first for me. I was so excited. You might have been the biggest celebrity in the room until Justin Glaze walking. You know, yeah, it was just so fun. Personally, I'm a big Justin Glaze fan.
Starting point is 00:05:41 So I was a bit starstruck when I saw him walk in. I think he's the coolest guy. And I hope he had fun at the Oaks Tavern in Sherman Oaks, California. Now, did the girl look like Susie Evans? Does he have a type? She did. She did. She had very, her hair was very similar. And that's why she walked in and I was like, oh my God, is you with Susie? She, it was not Susie. It was definitely not her. But she looked very similar to her. So my man has a type. That is so funny. Well, Easton, thank you so much for that info. Thanks for having me. Next time we see Justin, we'll be asking about her. look guys ben is actually got his hands full literally when he is not letting him touch the computer
Starting point is 00:06:24 and honestly i understand so much so we're just going to let heather finish out this episode of headlines with me our next headline is katie beggar considers removing her breast implants i always find these stories super interesting maybe as i'm a woman who uh debates it i debate the implants you know it's just like i'm a mommy and I didn't breastfeed, but listen, the boobies are lower and they're smaller. They might be smaller because they're lower and it's just an illusion thing, but listen, they're not the same and sometimes I can contemplate it. This is what Katie says about hers. For those of you who don't know, the girls, they're not real.
Starting point is 00:07:07 We're going to think about taking them out, so X-plant. We're going to see what the process is going to be like getting them taken out and how much that would potentially cost. She said that she underwent a breast augmentation in her, oh, late teens pretty early, but no shade there, just interesting late teen. So it's been a while. And she said it was really good and really informative, I guess, the consultation that she had. We went over everything in this appointment.
Starting point is 00:07:40 It was free. And we talked about what it would look like, what would the process would be if I took them out. they would take like two hours to complete. You should obviously go under general anesthesia. Most doctors remove the entire capsule from the chest. When you have an implant put into your body, it's a foreign object, and your body creates a capsule around it. So they want to go in and remove that whole thing as well.
Starting point is 00:08:05 And I want to be put under because, obviously, because she goes, I want them to take out everything that came along with it. She said the cost of it would be about $11,000. And for her to be put in, it was a little over, it was like close to a 15,000. And that was Canadian money. And so. Obviously, I'm not a doctor, but I've had several friends and family in my life that have had breast augmentation over the years.
Starting point is 00:08:37 And I think, you know, the number one thing that I end up hearing from women years later is that they forget that. And again, I'm not a doctor, but you do have to get your breast implants replaced every few years. Yeah, you're supposed to do it every 10 years. And I think that people don't think about that, right? No, then I never hear anybody going. I'm getting them, you know, freshened. Exactly.
Starting point is 00:08:59 And so I don't think she explicitly says this, but if we deduce that she got them done when she was a late teen, my assumption is that she's probably due for a refresh, which is why she's contemplating maybe getting them out. together because if she doesn't get them out, she's probably due for that refresh. But anyways, I first of all, commend her and love the transparency. I wish that more women in the spotlight or with a platform or anything would take away kind of this weird feeling that people have towards plastic surgery. It's 2026. Lots of people do it, men and women. And it's nothing to be ashamed about, but I really love that Katie is sharing this with her audience. I totally love this.
Starting point is 00:09:48 Yeah, Katie's 31, so late teens, so like, let's just say that it's been there for like 13 years. And she said, this is a funny little tidbit. She said, Zach didn't even know I hadn't plans when he first saw them. That's so fun. And then she goes, like, I went to a guy that specializes in natural and he totally killed it. When I saw this headline, that was actually my first. initial thought too. After having met her, I was like, never would a guess. But again, that kind of
Starting point is 00:10:19 goes against this weird stereotype that we have, that plastic surgery equals fake. Yes. And that looks like it. Like it looks like plastic surgery. And so often it doesn't. So that's interesting. I feel like when I ask women who have them or have had them, 50% of them just like love them. They're like best decision ever. And then like 50% of them are just like, it just didn't feel like me. And like eventually wanted them out. Yeah. A decade ago, I was on the trail of one of the country's most elusive serial killers, but it wasn't until 2023 when he was finally caught. The answers were there, hidden in plain sight. So why did it take so long to catch him? I'm Josh Zeman, and this is Monster, hunting the Long

Listen for free on the Iheart radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Hi, I'm Dr. Priyanko Wali. And I'm Hurricane de Bolu. It's a new year. And on the podcast's health stuff, we're resetting the way we talk about our health.
Starting point is 00:11:26 Which means being honest about what we know, what we don't know, and how messy it can all be. I like to sleep in late and sleep early. Is there a chronotype for that, or am I just depressed? We talk to experts who share real experiences and insight. You just really need to find where it is
Starting point is 00:11:45 that you can have an impact in your own life and just start doing that. We break down the topics you want to know more about. Sleep, stress, mental health, and how the world around us affects our overall health. We talk about all the ways to keep your body in mind, inside and out, healthy. We human beings, all we want is connection.
Starting point is 00:12:05 We just want to connect with each other. Health stuff is about learning, laughing, and feeling a little less alone. Listen on the I Heart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you use. get your podcasts. Hey there, this is Dr. Jesse Mills, director of the men's clinic at UCLA Health and host of the mailroom podcast.
Starting point is 00:12:24 Each January guys everywhere make the same resolutions. Get stronger, work harder, fix, what's broken? But what if the real work isn't physical at all? To kick off the new year, I sat down with Dr. Steve Polter, a psychologist with over 30 years experience, helping men unpack shame, anxiety, and emotional pain they were never taught to name. In a powerful two-part conversation, we discuss why men aren't emotionally bulletproof, why shame hides in plain sight, and how real strength comes from listening to yourself and to others.
Starting point is 00:12:54 Guys who are toxic, they're immature, or they've got something they just haven't resolved. Once that gets resolved, then there comes empathy, as in compassion. If you want this to be the year you stop powering through pain and start understanding what's underneath, listen to the mailroom on the iHeart radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever, you get your favorite shows. Lines and Times with Spencer Graves on the IHR Radio app is a podcast designed for hunters and fishermen to enjoy success. I like the idea of like, hey, put me on a big deer.
Starting point is 00:13:28 You know, hey, there's a big deer out here. He's doing this. Be looking for this deer. But I also love doing it on my own. I love going out there and saying, running my cameras. I love patterning in the deer. I like showing up at the right time, checking the wind, knowing what's standing in to be in and then whenever it all comes together and it happens.
Starting point is 00:13:48 That's the most satisfying thing ever. So when you do it on your own, it's like, I then can hang my hat. But if I had somebody say, hey, pull up on these dots and catch them right here and you're going to win. And then when I go win, it's like, yeah, that's cool. I won the tournament. The ultimate goal is done. But it's like, dude, when you find them and you make them bite, that's the puzzle.
Starting point is 00:14:10 I love it. Listen to lines and tines with Spencer Graves on the IHAR Radio app. or wherever you get your podcast. Hey, everyone, it's Ed Helms. And I'm Cal Penn, and we are the hosts of Earsay, the Audible and I-Heart Audio Book Club. This week on the podcast, I am talking to film and TV critic, radio and podcast host and Harry Potter superfan,
Starting point is 00:14:37 Rihanna Dillon to discuss Audibles' full cast adaptation of Harry Potter and The Sorcerer's Stone. What moments in this audiobook capture the feature the feeling of the magical world best for you or just stood out the most. I always loved reading about the Quiddish matches and I think the audio really gets it because it just plunges you right into the stands. You have the crowd sounds like all around you. It is surround sound, especially if you're listening in headphones.
Starting point is 00:15:09 Listen to Earsay, the Audible and IHeart Audio Book Club on the IHeart Radio app or wherever you get your podcasts. Let's talk about Demi Burnett shares how to Tasha Parker helped her through substance abuse recovery. So we, you know, it hasn't been a secret that Demi talks about her sobriety journey a lot. She's been alcohol-free since 2021, but she had a difficult time, of course, through recovery. She said that through her withdrawals, they were so bad. She had seizures and was in the hospital for three days. That is so, so awful.
Starting point is 00:15:55 In a new video that she posted on Instagram, she said that substances are killing my friends. I know way too many people that have died and a lot of it has been because of substances. But what do we do about that? Like the best thing that we can ever do is to help someone, what's the best thing that we can do for somebody who is struggling with this? And she said that Natasha was my angel that stayed with me through withdrawals. I truly don't know if I would be here today without you, Natasha Parker. I love you and thank you so, so much for being there for me.
Starting point is 00:16:28 You saved my life. Wow, that is so sweet. And Natasha is just obviously as wonderful as we've seen her be on TV. I love that. They have that kind of friendship. I mean, that's the true meaning of a friendship is being there through the bad times as well as the good times. And it's unfortunate that Demi has had to go through something like so traumatic. Obviously, we love that she has taken a road of sobriety.
Starting point is 00:16:52 but it really, when you go through those kind of pivotal, scary, dark moments is when your true friendships are really shown to you. Yeah, that's absolutely, absolutely. All right. On to a lighter note, Dale Moss and Kelly Flanagan are sparking romance rumors. Did you see this? Yeah, I saw the post. Yeah, I saw the post. What were they talking about in it?
Starting point is 00:17:14 It didn't seem to be like... It wasn't anything salacious whatsoever, yeah. But I would be lying if I wasn't like other. Bachelor Nation people and literally did a double glance when I saw the two of them making a video together. You know what? It wasn't shocking to me because this is my thought with both Dale and Kelly. They both seem to really be involved, maybe a world world, but like they're very entrenched in the new bachelor, they're entrenched in a group of bachelor bacheloretts that are single. and they're just like my generation is all married up now is what I'm trying to say and like we
Starting point is 00:17:57 basically only hang out together as couples and they this other group they hang out a lot and I feel like Dale and Kelly have hung out plenty of times in the past that when I saw this video the two of them I didn't immediately think like oh my gosh these should be totally dating or are they dating I think that is there always like maybe a little bit of an intent behind a video of just two people like this? Yeah, because they know that they're going to get attention and I'm not beneath it. I would do it all the time back when I was single with other bachelor bachelors. And so it's fun. And I can see the two of them looking absolutely beautiful together in a couple.
Starting point is 00:18:42 But I do feel like they probably have known each. other to a while for this to like be like a new fling. Kelly's days with bachelor related men, I think is over. Yeah. You know, after her on and off with Peter and then the rumors about her and Jason, which obviously were not true because we know that Jason has a girlfriend. I just think that that's like not really where she's like looking to date. I think she's just having fun.
Starting point is 00:19:11 And I think it's also it's that East Coast crew, right? I think it's a much smaller group of Bachelor names. East Coasters that we see popping up together. It's him. It's Matt James. It's Tyler Cameron. It's like that same crew that we see together from time to time. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:19:28 I think that also Kelly is very, I think she's going to be very, very intentional with dating coming up. Okay? Like I think that this woman does not want to mess around. And I think she's like such the ultimate catch. She should not mess around. I think that she is the jewel of this friend group
Starting point is 00:19:47 though, she's the friend that every guy will be like, no, no, no, no, we're just friends, we're just friends. And then, like, in parentheses, because she doesn't want me. Because I'm pretty sure that every guy would want to date Kelly. And she just wouldn't want to date any guy. I agree with that. Yeah. And then one funny, funny thing that Dale wrote underneath it to a comment,
Starting point is 00:20:09 to the comment said something like, are you guys dating? And he said, not dating. Just deading some matcha. I'm deading it literally Dale stop trying to make fetch happen but I mean
Starting point is 00:20:25 I adore you for like somewhat being in on the joke now that dead is like funny for everybody we all say it now in that sense that it's like it's weird but it's not going to catch on the way he says it already had been
Starting point is 00:20:42 definitely no no no it's very funny and the next Bachelor headline, I'll just, I will broach it because there's an interesting topic for you and I have discussed. Chloe Costello, she's talking about details for her wedding and she's revealing why she's not having a Bachelor's party. Now, Chloe, you may remember from, oh my gosh, just this is past season, but yeah, like, wow, what a turnaround, right? Yeah, we talked about that when we announced her engagement. You were like, whoa, this was bad. I said the same thing again. Yeah, I was like, this is the same, Chloe, right? Yeah. Okay, wow. Okay, but I bet you this is like a guy that she was...
Starting point is 00:21:17 You said, you thought she probably knew him before going on the ship. This is my mom brain being like, what did I even say about this a few months ago? Well, the fun, the interesting part of this is that she said, I'm not doing a Bachelorette trip because I'm making everyone travel to my wedding. Many are coming across the country from New York City. So I thought that it would be nice to soak up the wedding week and do a little batch day on the Thursday before the wedding, not like a whole, you know, trip for it. And she's going to have like a wellness girls lunch thingy, which is great. I think I'm being hypocritical because I had a bachelorette party too, but it was, it was really chill, but it was in L.A. And so like a lot of
Starting point is 00:22:02 people, because you have friends from all across the country, did have to fly to my bachelor's and then they did have to fly to my wedding. And there's a lot of flying. And I know, that a lot of people are like will complain about bachelor at parties for the same you know for that reason what's your take on bachelor parties i because i'm going to say that you can have a bachelor party but don't ever get like annoyed if your friend can't come because she doesn't want to fly twice for your wedding totally um for me i think i've been in eight weddings over the years and i've actually attended on top of that just as guests um i will say i've always felt obligable to do the out-of-state bachelorette. If I am a member of the wedding party, if I'm not,
Starting point is 00:22:49 then I've maybe skipped it. This is what I'm going to say as somebody that's very jaded. I'm down as a friend to support and help on your big day and be there and shell out the money. I want to be there for my friends for those happy moments. What I'm going to say is that when your friends go through breakups, remember who showed up to your bachelorette parties. Remember who showed up your wedding. Remember who shelled out thousands of dollars. Because when that person is single, you need to show up for that person. That's what I'm going to say about bachelor parties. Oh, I like that. I like that. Yeah, like I'm all about having a great bachelor party in my head. I have the best. It was so much fun. But I guess like my advice to brides is like, just don't
Starting point is 00:23:41 make it that big of a deal. Who can come can come. And it'll be fun if you'd even got a handful of your friends with you. I've done the spectrum, right? Like I did one where we all flew to Miami and it was like a small group. I did one where we flew to Arizona and it was so many people. And the bride hired a photographer to come and shoot us every single day at the event. There was themes every single day. I did one where we went another time to Arizona and we went to a wellness center. That was like really gorgeous and we did like nature hikes and stuff. So I feel like I've done the spectrum. And all I will say is also invite the people that you want there. I feel like there's this weird thing where, and it's not all brides, but some brides really want to show on the internet
Starting point is 00:24:34 that they have like a lot of people in their life. And it's like you're not going to end up talking to that person likely. And those people, I'm not going to lie as somebody who's like been involved in wedding parties and then has to take on some of the responsibility of planning these events. The ones that you're not close to are the ones that take the longest to pay, back out at the last minute, are the ones that get too drunk at the event and cause a scene.
Starting point is 00:25:01 invite your core people if you're going to do the whole wedding festivity thing ahead of time. Yeah, I only invited bridesmaids, which I mean, I did have nine, but, you know, still. It's great. I'm all about just doing like kind of a bridesmaids bachelorette. Anyway, yeah, anyway. To each their own, to each their own. And the funny thing about bachelor parties is like oftentimes they'll be dreaded, but once you're there, they're so much fun. This is true as long as they go well.
Starting point is 00:25:32 Like I said, I've been across the gamut of these things. Sometimes it could be an episode of The Real Housewives. They sure can. Okay. All right. Until the next time, guys. Love you so much. Heather, thank you for filling in.
Starting point is 00:25:45 Of course. See you in a couple days. Bye. Bye. Follow the Ben and Ashley I, almost famous podcasts on IHartRadio or subscribe wherever you listen to podcasts. A decade. ago, I was on the trail of one of the country's most elusive serial killers, but it wasn't until
