This is an I-Heart podcast.
My boyfriend's professor is way too friendly, and now I'm seriously suspicious.
Wait a minute, Sam.
Maybe her boyfriend's just looking for extra credit.
Well, Dakota, luckily, it's back to school week on the OK Storytime podcast, so we'll find out soon.
This person writes, my boyfriend's been hanging out with his young professor a lot.
He doesn't think it's a problem, but I don't trust her.
Now he's insisting we get to know each other, but I just want her gone.
Hold up. Isn't that against school policy? That seems inappropriate.
Maybe find out how it ends by listening to the OK Storytime podcast and the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.

I just normally do straight stand-up, but this is a bit different.
What do you get when a true crime producer walks into a comedy club?
Answer, a new podcast called Wisecrack,
where a comedian finds himself at the center of a chilling true crime story.
Does anyone know what show they've come to see?
It's a story.
It's about the scariest night of my life.
This is Wisecrack.
Available now.
Listen to Wisecrack on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
What would you do if one bad decision forced you to choose between a maximum security prison
or the most brutal boot camp designed to be hell on earth?
Unfortunately for Mark Lombardo, this was the choice he faced.
He said, you are a number, a New York State number, and we own you.

Every case that is a cold case that has DNA.
Right now in a backlog will be identified in our lifetime.
On the new podcast, America's Crime Lab, every case has a story to tell.
And the DNA holds the truth.
He never thought he was going to get caught.
And I just looked at my computer screen.
And I was just like, ah, got you.
This technology is already solving so many cases.
Listen to America's Crime Lab on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
This is Ben and Ashley I, almost famous in depth.
Mike Johnson.
It's been a while.
How are you, buddy?
I'm blessed, man.
It has been a while.
It's amazing.
You know, it feels amazing.
It feels like my 15 minutes of fame of going up so long ago, but to still be here and get
to talk to you. It truly feels good. You say that, and I remember very distinctly, so we're sitting
here in Las Vegas right now for the I Heart Radio Music Festival. Yes, sir. You were at this event
2019. 2019. And I remember at that festival, you and I talking. Yes. And it was kind of right when
you were getting off the show and moving into whatever was next in your life. And you were, we were
just chatting about where life would take you, what you wanted to do. And that's why we were
here today. I want to find out. I don't know, honestly, all that you're up to, and I know you're
up to a lot. So let's start with, Mike, what are some of the biggest things going on your
life right now? Some of the biggest things going on my life right now. I have just created a
newsletter, and right now I'm asking everyone to go to my website, feelingseen.com. It's like a landing
page right now. It's all about sexual wellness, exploration.
education and entertainment.
And so I'm big into that space
and I want to make conversations normal.
Conversations normal about?
Yeah, I'll think sexual.
So I'll give you a few examples.
So let's say I'm a virgin, I get married.
That's a big thing for me, you know, in that case.
And so I may want to have some resources,
some articles to look at, or let's say I'm in a sexless marriage.
Or let's say I'm 34-year-old male, me,
and my libido isn't the same anymore.
Or let's say I'm a parent and my child comes to me and said they're born in the wrong gender.
These are topics that are truly important.
I want to make sure everyone is felt seen and heard.
You know, after your book that I believe came out in, what, 2020?
Yes, sir.
World Smile Day.
Make me love you want.
That's right.
And then your podcast.
Alone in plain sight is yours.
Thank you, buddy.
Yeah, I got to shout you out.
You got a good memory there.
Of course.
I don't talk about my book.
looking up on this podcast.
Then you talk about it more alone and plain sight.
You can go to Amazon, buy it.
Make sure you put in the same cart,
making the level you want.
So with your podcast,
talking it out, your book,
now your newsletter,
and tell me if I'm wrong here.
You can disagree with me.
But it feels like you have kind of chosen
the area of sex to talk about
and not make taboo,
but to bring that conversation
to the forefront of people's mind
two questions with that why are you in a place in your life that you believe you can teach people
about it and then two why is that the topic that you chose i feel in order to do anything great
you must have gone through it yourself and you must have the experience and i also had the
academic knowledge behind it from the schooling that i've gone to um so that's the reason why
and then also have a fantastic team behind me
that's way better than I am
that have been doing this for over 25 years
and so it's not just my words
this is the entire
I build a dream team basically Ben
and then why I chose this field
when I was in the Air Force
I was the only male on the entire base
that I was at that became a victim advocate
and basically what a victim's advocate is
is someone who is there for you
if you were to go through something
if you were sexually assaulted.
And I was assault, if you, you know,
my book, Making a Love, you want,
I talk about being sexually assaulted as a child.
And I just gravitate towards,
in my last relationship that I talked about
when I was on a bachelor,
my ex and I had a miscarriage.
And these are just things that a lot of people go through in life,
that for whatever reason, they aren't heard.
And so I want to make every single human being out there
know that there's a place for you
this world and you're not alone that's beautiful man you built a dream team can you talk a little bit
about that team yeah thank you um so i'm not going to call her names because they hate being in front
uh but one of the ladies on my team she actually i say that i can i say that i'm an author and i'm a writer
that doesn't mean i'm an editor and so she was on my team for my book making the love you want i have
someone else in my team who we work together really closely when it comes to our clients that we have
in the sex working space.
And so I have clients writing out couples,
lots of couples,
some single individuals.
And so we work together.
I'm kind of,
she is my sensei per se.
And so I'm under her tutelage.
And then we have a group of people as well
that help with the writing and the articles.
We have people of all genders.
We have people that are transgender.
We have people that of all races
and people that are different nationalities as well.
You have a wide representation.
I mean,
And you're trying to bring, you have to.
And you're trying to bring in a bunch of different opinions
and a bunch of different thoughts.
We're trying to be the, not even trying.
We're going to be the biggest sex media company
in the Western Hemisphere speaking Spanish and English.
And, you know, we have the best team.
I just did a podcast with Sham Budram.
It's on my, on my IG right now.
You can look at it where I'll talk about me, myself,
and I having performance anxiety.
Men, as men, you would know.
Men don't talk about this stuff.
And so this is really important to me
and I find that they're a strength and vulnerability.
And even for me, you know, I got married in November.
Congratulations again.
Thank you, buddy.
You did, you've already told me that.
I appreciate that and it is.
I like reaching out to you, man.
Well, and I always appreciate when you do
because I think opening up these topics
and having that safe space,
once you talk about it once with somebody,
it's not as awkward to talk about it again.
And I was saying since I got married, it's a beautiful partnership, right?
And my wife and I can talk about anything and everything.
But it still is it sometimes lonely because you feel like once you get into marriage,
everything's going to be perfect, right?
The sex is going to be incredible.
The connection is going to last forever.
And sometimes there's things that just happen due to whatever place your life
or outside circumstances that make you feel,
like you're doing something wrong
and you don't necessarily want to talk to your partner about it.
And so having these resources
and what I'm hearing from you is this,
what you're creating is a place
where people can lean on to say,
hey, maybe I'm not alone.
Absolutely.
Maybe I'm not crazy.
Correct.
Maybe I'm not failing.
Correct.
Well, maybe, I mean, this is the other side.
Maybe you are crazy and there's a group of crazies out there
that are just like you, you know?
That's why we're asking people to go to feelingseeing.com
And, you know, sign up and there's a box
where you can actually say,
hey, this is the topic I want more information about.
My boyfriend's professor is way too friendly, and now I'm seriously suspicious.
Well, wait a minute, Sam, maybe her boyfriend's just looking for extra credit.
Well, Dakota, it's back to school week on the OK Storytime podcast, so we'll find out soon.

Now, he's insisting we get to know each other, but I just want her gone.
Now, hold up.
Isn't that against school policy?
That sounds totally inappropriate.
Well, according to this person, this is her boyfriend's former professor, and they're the same age.
And it's even more likely that they're cheating.
He insists there's nothing between them.
I mean, do you believe him?
Well, he's certainly trying to get this person to believe him because he now wants them both to meet.
So, do we find out if this person's boyfriend really cheated with his professor or not?

Shock incarceration, also known as boot camps, are short-term, highly regimented correctional programs
that mimic military basic training.
These programs aim to provide a shock of prison life, emphasizing strict discipline,
physical training, hard labor, and rehabilitation programs.
Mark had one chance to complete this program
and had no idea of the hell awaiting him the next six months.
The first night was so overwhelming, and you don't know who's next to you.
And we didn't know what to expect in the morning.
Nobody tells you anything.

Hello, it's Honey German.
And my podcast,
Grasas Come Again, is back.
This season, we're going even deeper
into the world of music and entertainment
with raw and honest conversations
with some of your favorite Latin artists and celebrities.
You didn't have to audition?
No, I didn't audition.
I haven't audition in, like, over 25 years.
Oh, wow.
That's a real G-talk right there.
Oh, yeah.
We've got some of the biggest actors,
musicians, content creators,
and culture shifters sharing their real stories
of failure and success.
You were destined to be a start.
We talk all about what's viral and trending with a little bit of chisement, a lot of laughs, and those amazing vibras you've come to expect.
And of course, we'll explore deeper topics dealing with identity, struggles, and all the issues affecting our Latin community.
You feel like you get a little whitewash because you have to do the code switching?
I won't say whitewash because at the end of the day, you know, I'm me.
But the whole pretending and code, you know, it takes a toll on you.

Oh, well, this season, we're leveling up.
Each episode will feature a special Bestie, and you're not going to want to miss it.
Get in here!
Today we have a very special guest with us.
Our new super secret bestie is The Deva of the People.
The Deva of the People.
I'm just like text your ex.
My theory is that if you need to figure out that the stove is hot,
go and touch it.
Go and figure it out for yourself.
Okay.
That's us.
That's us.
My name is Curley.
And I'm Maya.
In each episode, we'll talk about love, friendship,
heart breaks, men, and of course, our favorite secrets.
Listen to the Super Secret Bestie Club as a part of the Michael Tura podcast network available on the IHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast.
Let's switch gears a little bit here. I'm glad that we got to talk about that. But I know also you're still doing the podcast, talking it out.
Yes, talking it out, a Bachelor Nation.
You know, so you're in, this is a Bachelor Nation podcast. It is done by, I believe, Warner Brothers,
Yes, yes.
So you are in it.
And so I have a lot of stuff I want to talk to you about
with the current state of the show
what just happened on the finale.
Let's do it.
Can I pause you right quick?
I genuinely think the world of you, man.
I'll talk about you so highly behind your back all the time.
And to be here again with you, it just, it's making me smile.
I had no clue until yesterday.
I'm not kidding.
I was driving.
We drove our Hyundai from...
You still got it.
Yeah.
From Los Angeles to Las Vegas to Las Vegas.
that is a drive and a half.
Let me tell you.
There is.
I did that drive the other day.
Oh, you did?
My grandma, she lives in a tri-state area,
and I wanted to go visit her.
I was in L.A. last week.
Okay.
Well, you got to see all the crazy stuff
that exists on the side of the road.
Yeah.
Every, like, 50 miles.
There's like this massive new thing
that you have no clue how or why it exists,
but then you stop me.
Like, that's pretty cool.
And they told me it yesterday
that you were going to be here.
I had no clue who was going to be here
on this trip with us,
and I was very excited to catch back up with you.
um because you don't hold back either and uh and i and i appreciate that and i'm sure uh on talking
you've been able to talk about some of these topics that we're about to kind of brogue i love
that segue you just did that yeah thank you so this podcast talk to me about the behind the scenes
of it hasn't been an enjoyable experience do you feel like you were supported by warner brothers
and i'm asking these questions because they're going to get to someplace because right now
if you look around us in The Bachelor world,
a lot of people are feeling unsupported.
A lot of criticism has came to people
who are associated with still the show
and working kind of for the show,
saying they get better edits,
they get better opportunities,
they're backed better,
they're not afraid of going on shows anymore
because they know that the show's going to protect them.
And I'm going to get to all that.
But do you feel like you're supported at Warner Brothers
with this podcast and what has your experience
been doing this podcast with Brian?
Beautiful question.
I'll start with Brian.
I'll start with Brian.
My co-host, Brian Abersullo, is amazing.
He is a doctor, and so therefore,
as you would think a doctor is, that's how Brian is.
He wants to be, you know, tactical with everything,
and it really helps me a lot.
I don't know everyone in the house at Warner,
so I can't speak to that.
I know the people that are on my team
for our podcast talking out,
and I love them all.
They're amazing.
I get this to speak candidly.
I think a lot of people are afraid of me
because I'm going to say whatever's on my mind,
and I'm not going to hold back.
And I think some people don't like that because I'm uncontrollable,
but I find that other people love it because at the end of the day,
my heart is in the right place.
So by doing this and having a good experience, having great co-host,
if and when they ask you to go on spin-off shows, would you say yes to them?
That's the same.
That's why I answered the question the way I did,
because I don't think that you're specifically speaking to what Blake Horstman has said,
and I love Blake, but I completely disagree with that.
David. Most of the Bachelors for good and well, it seems as if I've been cast out of going on the show. And I know what I just said. And that's where I feel. Why is that? I don't know. You tell me, Ben. Well, I have no idea. I know. I talk about the show. I didn't think you knew. Yeah. I have no idea. I talk about the show of my podcast. And that's about as close as I get these days. You know, I still have a lot of respect. The show changes.
my life for the better. Um, it brought me new opportunities. Uh, it taught me a lot. I had a great
experience, you know, um, and I would say my unique, my experience was, is unique, uh, to me because I
really, and I think most people who are fans of the show would say this, I don't have a lot of,
uh, negativity coming from. I still, I get negativity today. Criticism. People are saying,
probably because I didn't get negativity on the show. People are doing it now. Correct. Um,
but my experience was good. It was. And, and it did. It brought me.
able to speak to you today, but I know that's not everybody's. But I am confused because when
this season was coming up and the bachelor was being picked, your name was being tossed around by
fans. Fans wanted you to have an opportunity to become the next bachelor. And we thought,
hey, here at the podcast, that's a great possibility. You went to Audrey's coffee shop,
met Ashley again. Ashley was like, Mike Johnson's incredible. This dude is awesome. He was great to the
fans he was great to us making the next bachelor what are we doing but it was cool to see your coffee
over there as well yeah thank you they're very kind in buying our coffee they're actually um they
just became our largest uh client shut out they're crushing no they're crushing it over there
like that's a big deal for them they they are yeah so thank you to audries um they're keeping
keeping me uh employed uh so why did you're okay i guess i i got to start with did you ever
phone call no I'm confused I mean I'm confused not because you know Zach's a bad choice or
a good choice I don't know Zach I can't even speak to that I can't speak to that a little bit
I've met Zach Zach is awesome when I met him uh on my podcast I did say I think that he's a little
bit boring but that's just my person now I'm very honest I can think someone's absolutely fantastic
and still say well ben he crosses his legs when he sits down you know like I still think
It's my chiropractor said not to.
Dude, I want to, I want to a copy.
And in fact, my man parts are saying not to right now.
See, that's a conversation that we can have on feeling soon.
So, okay, boring, I know is going to be one of his criticisms.
It was one of the criticisms that I got, that I was boring.
And so, you know, until you meet somebody in person, you really don't know.
Correct, correct, correct.
You know, he might be trying to play it too safe.
He might just be a normal, boring dude who's, like, going to walk a very straight,
line during this process. And honestly, the thing about being boring, right? It's, it's one of my
one of the things I'm scared of now as I try to make my life extremely structured is that
there, it takes away the spot in 80. Yeah. And so, but I also think that being boring and being
disciplined is really good to becoming a success and being the success that you like. And so
I don't want people to look at that in such a negative connotation. Yeah, exactly. I think you just
said the best word for it. It's discipline. I think sometimes people are being, seem boring because
is they're disciplined and they're trying to do the right thing,
be more quiet than they speak,
you know, listen well.
My boyfriend's professor is way too friendly and now I'm seriously suspicious.

i want to get back to this uh you not getting even a phone call it is confusing i think for many people
because they do have you and they know you're not boring you've been on the show you were
for Warner Brothers with this podcast.
You stayed around.
You started this thing out with saying
that your 15 minutes of fame has faded.
It fades for all of us.
I don't think yours has faded completely.
I think it's still very active.
I think you still have a huge influence
and a huge impact.
In fact, I would say that your influence and impact
is probably more than anybody getting off the show
right now.
Based on following,
based on experience,
based on your group that comes around you and based on social media's kind of push to make
you the next bachelor and so if you could explain to me because I know this is crossed through
your mind why you don't think you've even got a phone call about it why like where why is that what
are we missing well I did get a phone call in 2019 okay what I haven't gotten one since Peter
Matt um Clayton uh Zach I think I
I named all the other ones.
I don't know.
My honest response, it's not my business.
And what I mean by that is my business is to continue to be a good human being that I am,
focus on what I do, continue to be a great mentor to the big brothers, big sisters,
and my mentee, and do right with my family.
I really mean that.
Did it piss me off?
Yeah, it felt like a slap in the face in 2019.
In 2022, I could care a lot.
they've clearly clearly show that they don't like something in me and I'm okay with that
I'm not for everybody I'm gonna I'm gonna I'm gonna acquire a taste baby where to go wrong in
2019 um nothing on my end I don't feel but if I did something wrong I genuinely don't know I think
you probably know more than I do because I don't I know nothing so you and I together
are not making a powerful team here I really I mean I would have to think back I know I don't know
I could not tell you, man.
So this is just an interesting season for you.
Now, because you're telling me that talking it out is still going on,
you're not getting the phone calls to be the next bachelor.
If they called you about Paradise, what would you say?
It would be the right woman.
If I went to Paradise, I would only go on for one specific woman.
I mean, like, I would, I'm not going to go into paradise
and, like, be trying to flirt with all of them.
I'm going for one woman and one woman only.
So your follow-up question probably, who was that woman?
Yeah, it was good to be that.
Uh-huh, you're good.
I'm a podcast for too now.
Yeah, you get it.
I haven't seen that woman because, you know,
we got the bachelorette's right.
We don't know what's going on with air season, you know.
I just don't know.
But if I were to go in Paradise,
it would be for one woman.
Mike, I would love to see him my television again.
um i i'm reminded every time i'm with you i'm not a short man and i do try to work out uh so i
try to get my muscles as plump as possible they're not there yet um yeah uh i'm reminded
every time of just how massive you are and the fact that you could walk on like if you walk to
the beach on paradise and i was sitting there as like one of your competitors i would just i know
know what I would do. I'd walk to my bedroom and I'd be like, this is the stupidest thing I've
ever done. I have to stand next to Mike Johnson on a beach. I'm going to look like an idiot
and every girl's going to go after him. You, I think you're crazy if you don't say yes to
paradise because I feel like you would go down there. You might go for one person, but you're
going to have, I don't know how many people go, 20 people being like, that guy is a dude I
would like to try to like connect with. I appreciate that. You know how many times I get people saying
oh you're better looking in person or i'm like damn i take that bad of photos yeah
or like man my photo's the photo i'm looking at here i'm like yeah you're better looking in person
or but um i don't know they got they say i'm thinking i think they say i'm five foot seven on
google i think that's what google says i weigh like 150 pounds everything on google is wrong i'm telling
you um but no i would only do paradise for a one woman like and i don't know who that woman is for the
record. But if I were to say yes to paradise, it would be me chasing and going after one woman
letting her know from moment one. Well, I feel like then to close this out, that's a place in life
we could probably say you're at, right? I mean, you're wanting to settle down. I am. I'm, oh, man,
I'm older than you. About a few years. And so, you know, every time I see my mom and my father,
like, okay, when are you having kids? I'm like, when are you paying for this? You know,
are you buying this stuff? You know, because I got a little booze. You know, because I got a little booze.
in me sometimes and so my kid is going to be going to the private schools and all that good stuff
and so I got to make sure that everything's in order I uh I would say it's for me um and not to get
you know because I can go on and on but for me it's been the best decision I ever made but a lot of it was
also because of wanting to start a family and knowing that you know it's weird all of a sudden
you get in your 30s and stuff speeds up fast and you're like holy cow well except for the
metabolism that slows down yeah trust me because back don't know I
saying earlier but Mike we we hope here and I know if Ashley was here with me you know she'd be
saying the same thing she had rave I could show you the the text that I got from her after you
going to Audrey's she is one of your biggest supporters one of your biggest fans we hope for
nothing more or less in your your happiness for things to fall in the place we're so excited
to be celebrating you with you here in Las Vegas
for the I heart radio music festival once again.
I hope we can make this kind of a tradition
that you just continue to be here when I'm here
because it's a lot of fun to see you
and to celebrate with you.

My boyfriend's professor is way too friendly
and now I'm seriously suspicious.
Wait a minute, Sam.
Maybe her boyfriend's just looking
for extra credit.
Well, Dakota, luckily, it's back to school week on the OK Storytime podcast, so we'll find out
soon.
This person writes, my boyfriend's been hanging out with his young professor a lot.
He doesn't think it's a problem, but I don't trust her.
Now, he's insisting we get to know each other, but I just want her gone.
Hold up.
Isn't that against school policy?
That seems inappropriate.
Maybe find out how it ends by listening to the OK Storytime podcast on the IHeart Radio
