Maybe find out how it ends by listening to the OK Storytime podcast and the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.

it's so good to see you. I feel like we have so much to talk about. We have a lot to talk about
since last I saw you.
I mean, it was during the show.
Which is crazy.
So, so crazy.
So much has changed.
Yeah.
I mean, the first time I met you,
you were just coming out in this, like,
beautiful gown.
You were like a fairy.
I was like, who is this?
They do have called me the fairy godman.
That's really what it felt like.
And then you whispered in my ear,
don't pick him.
I did not.
I kidding.
He did.
Can you imagine?
That's the clip.
They're going to be like,
Trista, told you.
No, you're doing it.
I'm making stuff up now.
No, that day was so much fun.
I loved hanging out with charity, with Daisy, with Kelsey.
It was, and we actually got, I don't know if you, I think you probably did, see the wicked, the wand.
Yes.
The wand, we got to take a picture with the actual wand that Ariana Grande has in the movie.
And then the broom, the stick.
Oh, I don't think I got to see it.
No.
It was so, it was back, you know, like underneath the, like in the room that you walked out onto the, in the stadium.
But it was like inside, like the restaurant area.
Oh, I didn't get to see that.
Oh, my gosh.
That's so incredible.
It was crazy.
Wow.
I remember that night when we were at the stadium because it was still you and what was his name?
Marcus.
That's it.
That was your date.
And I have a video.
I have to show it to you.
I need to share it with you, actually, because it was so cute.
You're in the big, huge pink dress.
Oh, my gosh.
I was like a princess that night.
Hot pink dress that was beautiful.
And someone is following you, like, taking video, and you're just, like, running, like, do-to-do.
Like, it's the cutest video I have to show to you.
Actually, that date was one of my favorite dates ever.
Something about being in a baseball stadium all by yourself.
Like, that was on my bucket list to, like, do.
And it was so, it was so romantic and so fun.
But I remember my producer, Maya, was like, no, like, we have to go.
like you can't like step on the field and I was like Maya look the other way
Marcus and I just started sprinting out on the field and I don't think we were allowed to
because they were like it was already moat or whatever it was they were like pristine condition
don't touch it and I said I'm going to run around whatever I'm sorry I'm here I'm doing it
I said once a long time opportunity like what are you going to do a rest to me
I love it but you did that it was so fun okay so life has obviously changed everything
went down on bachelorette and then you get asked to do dancing
with the stars.
How was that phone call?
Like, tell me how you got asked.
It wasn't a phone call.
I was literally, I was crying on stage and I came back to my dressing room.
It was like the end of the show.
And I remember like some of the executive producers were in my dressing room.
And they were like, okay, you have 45 minutes to hop on a flight.
Like, you're going to be on dancing with the stars.
And I was like, uh, is this a prank?
Like, this isn't funny.
Like you hadn't signed a contract or anything yet.
I had no idea.
So I essentially met with the executive producer of dancing.
the stars on a phone call like two, three weeks prior. And we were like considering it because
Dina, yes. We were considering because I really wanted to go on. So I was like pushing all the
buttons I could, whatever. And then after that phone call, she basically told me like, oh,
there's no room. Like we just like already set the cast, whatever. So when I flew out to LA for
AFR, I was like, oh, there's no chance I'm being asked. Because I'm, because I know in Bachelor
World is always like a surprise when you get asked. But I was like, there's really no chance
because they told me that there was no room. And then when I got off of the stage, I was,
I was like, there really is no chance because they would have surprised me already.
Right.
So then I went back to the dressing room and they were like, yep, you're going to be on it.
You have 45 minutes to get a flight.
I didn't have a toothbrush with me, anything.
I couldn't go back to my hotel room and like pack nothing.
They were just like, here's a dress that you were going to wear for press the next day.
Take this in a garment bag with you.
Take your purse and whatever you have.
And that's it.
Hop on a flight.
It was like it was such a whirlwind.
And I remember just being like this feels like a prank.
this doesn't feel real because I was like, do people do this? Like, does this happen? Is that how
this works? Yeah, like, can you just like throw people on a TV show like the night before it's
announced? Like, I don't know if that happens. Without signing a contract. Like, that's kind
of amazing to me. I sign the contract like on the plane. No, like right before I went on stage for
Good Morning America. Oh my gosh. It was like this long and I was like, I'm just going to sign it. Not going
to read it. No. I mean, that's stressful when you get a contract that big. Yes. But I was like,
you know what I trust you guys it's fine that's amazing I mean it has been going on for a while
yeah do you know I was on the show I did not very first season wait really I was your experience
I was the very first one ever kicked off the show what no that's something though that's like a pretty
good it was crazy well and it's funny because you said like I don't I feel like no one is surprised
you know when they get asked for a bachelor's my phone call was from one of the ABC execs and they
were like, you're doing the show. And I was like, wait, wait, what is this show? It wasn't a show.
Like, it wasn't a thing. So I had no idea. Right. You don't even know what was going on.
We had no idea. There were only six of us and like very low budget. It was,
anyway. Who are you partnered with? I wouldn't know. Louis Van Amstel. He's not, he hasn't done anything in
I feel like a few years at least. Was it a fun experience for you? It was very fun.
Okay, good. Very fun. I wish I could have stayed longer. I feel like we should just
bring you back. I would love that, but honestly, I wonder, I feel like it would be very stressful. So I don't know if you know this either, but I'm going to be on special forces season three, like coming up January. Like you've already filmed it.
Already filmed it. Wow. I kind of almost would rather do special forces again than dancing with the stars. You're kidding, right? I don't know. I don't know. I feel like dancing with the stars, I was a dancer.
Wow. Okay, what?
And I feel like the pressure would be more on dancing with the stars.
And Special Forces was like a whole new thing that was just a personal competition.
It was like me against me, not me against five other celebrities or 15.
And then there's like voting involved.
Exactly.
Exactly.
Okay.
And now I'm seriously suspicious.
Well, wait a minute, Sam.
Maybe her boyfriend's just looking for extra credit.
Well, Dakota, it's back to school week on the OK Storytime podcast,
so we'll find out soon.
This person writes,
my boyfriend has been hanging out with his young professor a lot.
He doesn't think it's a problem, but I don't trust her.
Now, he's insisting we get to know each other,
but I just want her gone.
Now, hold up.
Isn't that against school policy?
That sounds totally inappropriate.
Well, according to this person, this is her boyfriend's former professor,
and they're the same age.
And it's even more likely that they're cheating.
He insists there's nothing between them.
I mean, do you believe him?
Well, he's certainly trying to get this person to believe him
because he now wants them both to meet.
So, do we find out if this person's boyfriend really cheated with his professor or not?
To hear the explosive finale, listen to the OK Storytime podcast

And my podcast, Grasias Come Again, is back.
This season, we're going even deeper into the world of music and entertainment.
With raw and honest conversations with some of your favorite Latin artists and
You didn't have to audition?
No, I didn't audition.
I haven't audition in like over 25 years.
Oh, wow.
That's a real G-talk right there.
Oh, yeah.
We've got some of the biggest actors, musicians,
content creators, and culture shifters,
sharing their real stories of failure and success.
You were destined to be a start.
We talk all about what's viral and trending with a little bit of chisement,
a lot of laughs, and those amazing vivas you've come to expect.
And of course, we'll look.
explore deeper topics dealing with identity, struggles, and all the issues affecting our Latin
community.
You feel like you get a little whitewash because you have to do the code switching?
I won't say whitewash because at the end of the day, you know, I'm me.
But the whole pretending and code, you know, it takes a toll on you.

Hey, Sess, what if I could promise you you never had to listen to a condescending finance bro?
tell you how to manage your money again. Welcome to Brown Ambition. This is the hard part when you
pay down those credit cards. If you haven't gotten to the bottom of why you were racking up credit
or turning to credit cards, you may just recreate the same problem a year from now. When you do
feel like you are bleeding from these high interest rates, I would start shopping for a debt
consolidation loan, starting with your local credit union, shopping around online, looking for some
online lenders because they tend to have fewer fees and be more affordable. Listen, I am not here to
judge. It is so expensive in these streets. I 100% can see how in just a few months you can have this
much credit card debt and it weighs on you. It's really easy to just like stick your head in the sand.
It's nice and dark in the sand. Even if it's scary, it's not going to go away just because you're
avoiding it. And in fact, it may get even worse. For more judgment-free money advice, listen to Brown
Ambition on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcast, or wherever you get your podcast. My name is Ed. Everyone
say hello, Ed.
from a very rural background myself
my dad is a farmer
and my mom is a cousin
so like it's not
what do you get when a true crime
producer walks into a comedy club
I know it sounds like the start of a bad joke
but that really was my reality nine years ago
I just normally do straight stand-up
but this is a bit different
on stage stood a comedian
with a story that no one expected to hear
well 22nd of July 2015
a 23 year old man
had killed his family.
And then he came to my house.
So what do you get when a true crime producer
walks into a comedy club?
A new podcast called Wisecrack,
where stand-up comedy and murder takes center stage.
Available now.
Listen to Wisecrack on the IHeart Radio app,
Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
Getting to Dancing with the Stars, Bob and I, my co-host, who's not here, we miss you, Bob.
But we, because I was on Dancing with the Stars, we recapped every episode of this season on the Almost Famous Ogie podcast.
And obviously raved about you and how well you did.
We were so proud of you.
You were amazing.
Thank you.
But I have a very specific question.
Oh, okay.
well I have a couple
number one
the like reels
TikToks that you guys put out
yes
where do you get those
like the original audios
like who does that
on TikTok what do you mean
no but like I feel like you guys
were putting out stuff
it was really insane this season
yeah it was unlike any other season
was it just the like
dancing with the stars like
publicity team that would send
You, like, how would that all work?
I mean, they, so dancing and stars had their own social team, and they had great TikToks
that we did on their page, too.
Yes.
For me, at least, my creative process was scrolling on TikTok on my off time when I'm recovering
from dancing.
If I saw something I liked, I'd save it.
I had a whole dancing with the Stars folder.
Oh, my God.
I need to hire you.
I'll just use it.
Not that you don't, not that you have time.
It's so funny.
No, but I feel like Alona to really wild this season with all the things.
She does sound.
Amazing.
I was like, where did you find these sounds?
Like, are you coming?
up with them out of thin air. Sasha though sometimes will out of like out of thin air he'll be like
I remember this movie line exactly this moment from this blah blah blah and then just like Google it
like find it on TikTok and then I'm like wow that's the perfect sound for this. Okay wait a second so
tell me like how that works because honestly I am like if you heard like say um you heard something
from wicked yeah and you want to pull it from the movie yeah how do you actually do that
Well, you would just go to the search bar on TikTok and be like this scene where Galinda says
this or like this exact line and then you would just search it.
For real.
And it would just come up.
Okay, you're teaching me.
It's the old gal.
See, I'm an OG old gal and I need to be taught these things.
But not all the time.
Like if it's popular enough, it'll come up.
Sometimes people create their own sounds.
I've never done that.
Well, that's what I want to know too.
How do you do that?
I think you, I don't know.
That I don't know.
I'm sure you could just record it.
I would be worried that it would be copyrighted.
I would be written or something.
I would be the same thing, so that's why I haven't done one.
But I think people can do that.
It's crazy.
I don't know.
So that was number one question.
Okay.
Number two, a question.
Tell us the tea.
What is going on with you and Sasha?
Come on.
How did I know this was going to happen?
Oh, I don't know because everyone is talking about it.
Funny enough, I think I have to go.
My limo is here.
It's going to pick me off.
Oh, no.
I am holding you down until you answer.
For the first time in Bachelor history.
Okay.
So I'm bringing up the last post that you did.
or maybe it was, I don't know how many posts
if you've done any afterwards,
but you literally like,
all the pictures that all of you've been waiting for.
And I was like, but wait, we're still waiting
because where is it?
Oh my gosh.
Oh, my gosh.
We get the hymn kissing you on the cheek.
Yeah, you got a little cheeky moment.
Okay, we got a cheeky moment, but not a smoochie moment.
I need a smoochie moment.
You and the rest of the world.
So when is it coming?
All I'm going to quote is Taylor Swift's song
and the crowd was chanting more.
And what can I do, but be myself.
That's all you're going to get, folks.
Oh, no!
Until we stop shooting.
Then maybe she'll tell me in real life.
I love him.
He's just the best.
So we're just, we're having so much fun.
I love that.
I'm just waiting for him to teach me a real dance again.
So that's why I'm hanging around.
The other dances were not real.
No, they were real, but like I want to be back in the simulation.
I want to do dances every week.
again and he's refusing.
You could.
I would love to.
You don't have to do it for a show.
I don't.
I'm waiting.
No, I'm actually going to take
some dance classes, I think.
You are?
Yeah.
Have you ever danced before?
I've never danced before,
but I really love it.
Okay, what kind of dance classes?
Like ballroom or hip-hop?
I would love to do ballroom.
Okay.
But I don't know if there's like a lot of adult ballroom classes around here.
And also feels weird dancing with someone that's not Sasha.
Yeah.
I think maybe some hip-hop or some heels classes.
Oh, I have great heels classes for you.
Do you do in a way?
Blake'sley, my daughter.
Yes.
Came to LA.
She's a competitive dancer.
Okay.
And one of her, actually you might know.
Amanda Klutz.
Nope.
Mia Maxwell was one of the dancers on the finale.
But also I think on another episode.
So she used to dance at Blake's dance studio.
She's a professional dancer.
She does a heels class.
Or look for Brian Friedman's classes.
Okay.
He's amazing.
Anyway, she is choreographing Blakesly solo for this season, but she was at the Dancing
with the Stars finale.
She was one of the, she was in the Barbie number.
Oh, okay.
You would know her.
She was, um, what, what do you call it where Julianne is always like that little area?
In the skybox.
Skybox.
Yes, yes.
She was in the skybox for sure.
And she was in another dance too, white.
I remember her being in white.
Someone's dance was white.
Anyway.
remember how fun. Isn't it a crazy small world? So there's a heels class that she does. I'll find out
for you for sure if you want it. I want it to do one. I love that. And then people are going to show up
and be like, Jen Tran was supposed to be here. I want to take the heels class with Jen.
I see that was that's my other thing about taking these dance classes is that then people will
actually have to see me attempt to dance. And let me tell you like at the beginning of the process,
I look horrendous. Like I look no. It's like it's actually really embarrassing. So that's the other
that I have to overcome is having people watch me attempt to dance because once I
practice it like five million times then I get good at it. But the beginning is like like what is
she doing here? No talent. No, no, no. I think that's the beauty of the show. Really, truly. It's that
they can, these professionals who are so freaking good. So good. So good. So good. They can turn
people who have never danced ballroom before into ballroom dancers. Like, oh my gosh. I know you're
close with um chandler chandler so beautiful like so insane i mean yeah is she doing anything
yeah after the show she's gonna go on tour she's going on tour okay good are you going on tour i wasn't
asked to oh i'm sorry i know i really wanted to i'm sorry it's okay it's okay hey don't count it out
for not doing anything in the dance world you totally could i know i'm gonna try to okay i love
you'll have to come to a class with me i would although you're gonna outshine me i can't i take that
Oh, no, no, no, no, no.
If you're going to go, you've got to stand far away from me.
I'd love it compared to you.
Oh, my gosh, I would love.
We need to get, like, a dance class together of Bachelor people and just do something fun.
Oh, that would be fun?
How fun would that be?
Let's do that.
Oh, my God, we're doing it.
Okay, we're putting it in the books.
Thank you for coming to chat.
Yeah, please want to be.
I always love talking to you.
Oh, my gosh, too.
Thanks for tuning in, almost famous OGs.
