This is the almost famous podcast with IHeartRadio.
All right, Bob Guinea.
Mr. Bob Guinea, I should say, because that's what he changed his Zoom title to be.
Maybe I should change mine to something other than Trista No Space Sutter.
That's right.
You know, Mademoiselle Trista Sutter.
Mademoiselle Trista Seta.
See.
Hello, happy Wednesday or happy week.
Everybody, welcome to the almost famous OG podcast with me, Trista Sutter, and Bob Guinea.
How are you doing, Bob?
I am fantastic, thanks for asking.
I am feeling all every inch of an OG.
Do we have babies in the background?
No, no crying babies right now.
It's a good moment for us right now.
So probably a great time for us to be doing this podcast because that can change.
That can change very quickly, as you well know.
I do. Well, no. I mean, thankfully, my kids aren't at the age where they're, you know, screaming and crying. But I do have a sick daughter at home today, which is, yeah, it's a bummer, especially because this is recital week. And for dancers, recital week is your only week. You know, you get to show, if you're a hockey player, Max has, however many 30, 40, whatever hockey games in a season, this is one. One recital weekend. So.
So I'm like, you are just going to chug some water.
You are going to.
And she's not necessarily really sick.
It's just she's feeling low and low-grade fever.
So I'm like, get lots of water in you and you just are going to lay in bed all day.
Well, her name's sake, Blake's, Blake's name's sake, Blake, just had a bison pouch.
I mean, it is so weird.
So, okay, this is what we talk about here at almost famous OG as if you just joining us.
my, I mean, whatever happens.
So when they came out with a pouches for babies, right,
and you see people with those little pouches of food.
And I always thought they were like fruits.
No, I don't know what you're talking about.
What do you mean?
Like a squirt, like a tube?
Yes.
So kind of like a tube, like you can squirt the food into their mouth
or you can squirt into a hole.
Okay, yes.
But it's just a way of packaging.
Okay, got it.
Well, my wife, my wife is a super mom to the degree of her, like, going online and
researching things.
She felt like our son needed some more protein.
and so she found these meat pouches.
It's the best way to put it.
It's a meat pouch.
Okay.
They have, it's the grossest thing I've ever seen in my life.
It's like turkey, bison.
I'm like, what?
And we're in my car the other day, and she's, you know, she's like, oh, I just gave Blake a bison pouch.
And I'm like, that sounds gross.
And she's like, and I can't find it.
I dropped it somewhere.
I'm like, you did not drop it on the floor.
Yeah.
Well, yeah, I'm like, is it on the floor of my car?
Because I will freak out.
And we finally tracked it down.
But needless to say, now I'm looking at mobile detailing services.
That's why.
Yeah, that's why.
So before we got on the Zoom, Bob was explaining that he was in the search for mobile detailing
that he can't find anybody because everybody's book and now booked.
And now I know why.
That makes total sense.
Because can you imagine stuck in your car in the heat and, oh, the stench of that.
Not good.
And check this out.
This was my birthday gift from my sons.
Aw.
That's so sweet.
Isn't that nice?
I love that.
Oh, he's very good at gift giving.
You know, Grayson really is.
He gets out there.
He gets his hands dirty.
He starts digging through some bins.
And this one actually looked like it could have been made by him because it's not
technically, it doesn't measure up.
It's all warped and weird.
You know, I kind of like it, just like his daddy.
All warped and weird.
All warped and weird.
Yeah, that's what you should put in your bio.
All warped and weird.
Yes.
Okay, so, okay, we have some big news in Bachelor Nation.
Yeah, we sure do.
It's crazy.
Holy cow.
This is big.
Like, I don't recall, I feel like since the Bachelor started, it has always been primed.
time fall like that's when the leads come out and the new season hits always since our time um well
because of up fronts right i mean it's always been because of up fronts you're right and they just
announced that bachelor in paradise is kind of taking over prime so they are taking the dancing with
the stars slot which oh my gosh dancing with the stars is now moving to disney plus yeah which is a huge
move too.
You know, the streaming thing, I mean, it's crazy because I'm not a big streaming content
person.
Yeah.
You know, I'm very technically, I'm a dinosaur when it comes to that stuff.
I don't know what I'm doing.
I'm very challenged.
But everybody's making these big investments in this streaming stuff.
And I mean, I do now, you know, we have like a really cool little kind of movie theater
room in my house.
And I go on there and pull up Hulu and pull up this and pull up that.
And yeah, now Dancing with Stars is going to be on Disney Plus.
Which is bananas.
It's bananas.
I really feel like this is kind of a signal as to how the world of media,
I mean, it has been changing for years, obviously, with all of the apps.
But this is huge, I feel like, for the network to do,
especially because Bachelorette or Bachelor has always been kind of the top of the tier
in, you know, Bachelor nation shows.
But I guess Bachelor in Paradise, I mean, and it's going to be four hours every week, four hours of Bachelor in Paradise, which I personally love.
I mean, I love seeing all of the characters from all different seasons interact and, you know, not just from one season.
I obviously love Bachelorette and will be excited when it comes out this summer, which it will be out this summer.
I don't know if we mention that.
So instead of fall, Bachelorette is moving to summer.
and then Bachelor in Paradise is moving to Dancing with the Stars,
the Dancing with the Star Slat.
What do you think?
Like, do you think that people are going to continue to watch?
You think they're going to show up more?
You think the ratings are going to be better like this?
What do you think?
You know, I mean, it's going to be interesting to see.
I mean, one thing about it, though, I mean, I don't particularly, I'm not super invested
in it myself for being a viewer from that perspective.
But it is a lot more fun, right?
There's not this, like, onus.
on, you know, oh, if they don't get engaged, then they're a failure. It's basically like
mayhem. And then you're going to have, you know, Jesse's stepping in. Jesse's going to step in
on this one to host it. Wells is going to be the carryover factor from the bartender perspective,
which I think he does a great job, super cool guy. I agree. You know, I think it's going to be
still a fun show. It's actually probably going to be a lot more fun for the viewer from the
standpoint of just watching all this craziness because in the past, I think it was an hour long,
right? And now it's going to be two hours on Monday and two hours on two.
is that right um let's see we'll be hearing on tuesdays yeah monday where dancing with the stars was
and then tuesday for two hours each yeah that's i mean i mean that's that's a lot for these
producers who we all know are crafty well that's a lot for them it's a lot more for the editors
because there's always been footage like what everyone sees from the shows is a fraction of what
happens so much of it ends up on the cutting room floor so i feel
like we just get to see more of that that ends up on the cutting room floor which i think is great for
context yeah i think it's just madness i think one thing about these shows i think is so fun i think when
they first did um okay what was it it was bachelor pad bachelor padd bachelor pad so i think i may
have told you this story i'm not sure if i did or not but they called me uh i was i was
single at the time and they called me they're like hey would you want to come on bachelor pad and i
thought they meant to host it so i go uh i go sure that'd be a lot of
fun. I would totally host that show. I'm like, Chris is cool with it. I mean, I go, Chris is
my boy, you know? And they go, oh, no, no, no, no, no, we want to get a lead to come on the show
who's not currently in a relate. And we just think you'd be the right guy for it. I'm like,
me for Bachelor Pat. And they go, yeah, I go, oh, no, no, no, no. And they're like, what do
mean? I said, well, I go, first of all, I'll get killed on that show. I'm like, I am not,
they're like, well, you know, you're very athletic. We know that. I'm like, oh, no,
I don't mean like that. I said, I am the guy that will go on there and just be all open book,
trusty, nicey, sweet guy.
I go, and these people are coming on, like, survivor style with alliances and missions.
I can see it now.
I'm like, I'll get destroyed.
I'm like, that'd be like, I'm a celebrity, get me out of here, whatever that show was,
where you go on a day.
They're all just, you know, going after each other.
I'm like, absolutely not, man.
And this was for the first season.
For the first one, yeah.
So after when you were watching it, I assume you watched it, did you think, oh, I wish I
would have done it or?
Oh, no, I'm like, smart man.
I was so proud of myself because I'm like, I said no.
But I mean, I said no to a lot of stuff.
But that one in particular, I was like, thank God I didn't do this because I would have been, oh, my gosh.
I mean, it was tough enough when we were talking to Prince Lizobo last week.
It was tough enough to go out there and be on camera in front of your family anyway in a dating scenario and things of that nature to go on there and just be destroyed.
Yeah.
I'm like, not a chance.
I'm not cutthroat enough.
Like I'm not the guy that can be nice.
to you and then when you walk away be like let's get them like i just i can't do it we need to have a
couple people from the original season of vashlopad on here let's get on that we do we have we have
we have a guest today who's going to be on there it was well true story true story i i i'm thinking
about holly um because holly wasn't it the first season that she won or split the money oh no
didn't it come down to uh to a guy and a girl standing there and the the twist was they had to say
they were either going to split the money or one was going to keep it, and the dude kept it.
The dude kept it, yes, and she was going to split it.
Everybody was so mad.
Yeah, she said split.
I need to remember who those people are.
But in the meantime, while we're figuring this out, because I really would love to talk about
Bachelor Pad, I feel like you and I should watch the first season or at least maybe a synopsis of
it if we can find one and get back with what happened back then and then have a couple
people on but we do have our first guest today somebody that i actually adore and somebody who
oh there she is well she's she's here so uh she didn't even give me time which of course it's her
fault it's so great to see you and bob i don't think i've ever met you in person no we've never
gotten to meet before never got to meet but it's nice to meet you nice to meet you too well both of you
That needs to happen because both of you are just two of my faves.
Well, thank you.
All right.
Tenley, how are you?
What is up?
You know, obviously, lots of change, a lot has changed since you were on the show, shows, lots of Bachelor and Paradise's.
How is life now?
Tell us about, you know, what's going on?
Oh, life is so good.
It just celebrated four years of marriage to my husband Taylor.
We have a almost 20-month-old daughter, and she is just growing so fast and a ton of fun.
But we're actually in that very challenging stage.
I am a little bit behind schedule this morning because she just wanted to do what she wanted to do.
So she didn't want to go along with my plans.
But life is so good.
I think that stage continues until they're teenagers, right, Trista?
No, I can't.
I think it continues through teenagers.
Yeah.
Yeah.
It does.
Yeah, definitely.
But that was actually one of my favorite ages because you can really see their personalities shining through.
Like, they can talk.
They can walk.
You know, they're probably going to give you a little bit of a hard time every so often.
But they still love to cuddle and, oh, I just love that stage.
Oh, and the affection, though, is getting real.
Like, where it's not just baby cuddles and snuggled, it's like she's choosing to be like,
Mama, you know.
It's so good.
Tenley, what was your daughter's first words?
Was it Mama or was it Dada?
No, it was Dad.
And it was like on my birthday last year.
Like, so about a year ago, tomorrow.
And she said, Dada, and it was just devastating.
Right.
I was like, are you kidding?
Or Mother's Day.
It was either my birthday or Mother's Day.
She said, Dada.
Well, happy birthday tomorrow.
And that's a bummer.
But my son, my son, who's now three and a half, his first words were dad at, which I was very excited about.
And then our baby, who's almost 11 months on the first, his first words came out the other day.
And they were mama.
Aw.
That's very, very funny.
Okay, good.
You have one or the, like one for both of you.
Yeah.
It's kind of crazy.
Really, really cool, though.
But it's so funny.
How I am, I was, my mind was blown that I was like the one that was doing everything for this child and she said Tata.
But I think it's because she always had mama.
She didn't have to ask for me.
That's a good point.
That's a really good point.
That's the way to look at it.
And I think if I remember correctly, when I was studying child development as a pediatric physical therapist, I believe Mama is easier to say than the D's.
That's what I keep telling my wife.
The opposite.
I think the Ds are easier to say than the mama.
I think you had it right the first time.
I mean, I think it was the other one.
It's the other one.
It's an involuntary thing.
They're just like mumble, mumble, mumble.
I'm like, that doesn't even sound like mama to me.
Dad has definitive.
That takes time.
Oh, yes.
Right.
Exactly.
Skill.
Okay, Tenley.
So we just announced that I don't know if you've heard yet,
but Bachelor in Paradise is taking over for.
the Dancing with the Stars spot on Monday nights in the fall and Tuesday nights. So it will be
four hours of Bachelor in Paradise in the fall and then the Bachelorette is airing in the summer.
Yeah. Wait. That's, okay, that's huge. I do think that Paradise is such a hit and people
love to watch it. There's so many more avenues to get like invested in with all the different
relationships and even dramas and circles and triangles and all that stuff.
But I am blown away.
What happens to dancing starts?
They're going on Disney Plus.
Yeah, it's going on the streaming platform.
Yeah.
Isn't that crazy?
I mean, huge decision for ABC.
I guess they're neck and neck in ratings, too.
So it's not too dissimilar of a move for them, right?
Isn't that what we were reading?
So, yeah, the show is equal.
Oh, really?
Oh, my goodness.
Well, that's such a shock.
I mean, I'm a big fan.
I have to admit that over the last couple of years, as a dancer, like, I actually have stopped watching dancing with the stars.
I, you know, I would, if somebody I was familiar with was on, I'd try to catch their dances or cheer for them or, you know, support them however possible.
But something, which is funny, I know that this isn't the same for all past former bachelor people.
But, like, I can't miss a Paradise.
So, it's a right move, but I am actually shocked.
But congrats to the Bachelor franchise on that.
That's a big move.
But I wonder what's going to happen with Bachelorette airing during the summer, though.
I know.
I'm really wondering if people are going to tune in more or less.
Like, I think that they really wanted, you know, it was totally water cooler talk when it came to Bachelor in Paradise.
And it's the same with Bachelorette.
like you said, with all of the cast of characters, there's so many, so many different avenues
instead of just kind of one relationship with multiple people. So I am really interested to see
what happens. Well, and they do. I mean, they're kind of pulling, I guess if they're going to try
it right now would be the time to, if they're kind of pulling in that same effort in a sense
with two bachelorette, there will be a little bit more to get invested in, like you get
invested in
that is true
I wasn't even thinking
about that
wild in how they
planned that
line up
so Tenley
what was your
experience
like on Bachelor
in Paradise
was it awesome
did you
have a blast
I don't
recall
I mean I
I know I watched
it but yeah
well
I'll give you
a little
background Bob
so
do it
I went
I was a runner
up on
Jake Pabelt
his season
and
God had me there
um
yes
right
I got into, no, I had a really, really great time.
It was actually just the perfect thing for me.
I ended up going on the first bachelor pad and ended up in a relationship for a long time from that and then ended up single.
And then it was the perfect timing when I got the offer to go on the second season of Paradise.
And when I was there, I had the back time because I, for the first time, I was just really ready and to focus.
on exactly the things that I wanted, but I also knew that I could have a good time.
And by that point, it being my third show, kind of looking forward to that excuse to put
your phone away, hang up by responsibilities of work and stuff, and just to play and get
to know people and kind of like check in with myself.
And that's probably the coolest part of all of that stuff is you're forced to strip yourself
of those things. And I really took advantage of that inward looking at myself and growing each
time. So Paradise was a great experience. Didn't walk away in a relationship, but that was a perfect
setup for then meeting my husband not too long after that. Yeah. I love how you put that. I don't know
that I've ever heard anyone explain our situations in going on any of the Bachelor, Bachelorette, Bachelorette,
Bachelor in Paradise that way in that you were grateful, like you were looking forward to that
part most of just, you know, not looking at your phone, not connecting to your computer,
throwing your responsibilities or hanging them up, as you say. Yeah, I think that's a great way
to look at it. By the third time, you kind of know that you get to do that. The first time I had,
when I was on The Bachelor, I didn't have any expectations. I thought, you know, I was going to be
the first night girl like go home and all that stuff but yeah um just there there were different plans
for me and it ended up being i think because i went out went in with no expectations at all um it allowed
me to have this really well i was a very broken person coming out of a really hard um relationship
going into the bachelor and it was really young and naive and right um i just feel like i was able to use
that experience, because again, with no expectation, to really heal. And that was kind of my
first setup to really understanding what I could use the show for. Of course, like, there's all these
other wonderful opportunities that come of it. But for me, at the end of the day, every single one of
those experiences has been a growing experience. So it's kind of sad to see how everybody does go in
with an agenda, not everybody, but now there's definitely an agenda.
There's definitely an expectation.
There's definitely an idea of what can happen or what you're going to face because we've seen it all.
And we've seen what people, the opportunities that people come out with.
And I'm grateful for those.
But it's interesting because I don't think that anybody's experiencing quite like what I did.
And I'm so grateful for it.
Yeah.
Well, imagine back in my and Trista's days when it was still black and white TV and VHS.
I mean, we literally, we had zero.
Zero expectations. I mean, I can't even tell you. Black and white TV. I remember Lisa
Levinson even saying to me, like, what did you expect was going to happen when after they'd
asked me to be The Bachelor and stuff? And I'm like, not this. I have no idea what I thought
was going to happen. You know, it was like, she's like, yeah, this is crazy. I'm like,
this is bananas. But that is really nice. That's refreshing to hear you say that.
Because I think that's very true. Like, you came out of it. And you always, I mean, I remember
you from afar. Like, I remember you from being on that, I got to be honest, I didn't remember
it was Jake's season now. But I remembered you being the run.
up and thinking, oh, my God, what was he thinking?
Right.
And then, you know, and then, you know, seeing you do things later on and always, you know,
and I remember your relationship that you got in from Bachelor Pat and I liked you guys together
too.
And so, you know, it was nice to see that you're happy and you have your family and you're
doing everything that you're doing.
So we love seeing that.
Thank you so much.
I'm actually curious because I've been listening to you guys, your OG podcast.
It's been fun.
It was funny hearing the story of why Tristo.
was laughing when she called me.
She kind of shared last,
I think it was last week's podcast.
She said that she found money in a glove box and she had called me.
And I was like, she just kept laughing.
And I was like, Trista, I just thought she had a couple of mimosa.
But it's been so fun listening to you guys.
And I'm so curious, like, if either of you have experienced,
or if either of you experienced back in the day,
if you can think of like that internal change.
Do you remember, like, any bit of a wake-up for you after all that?
I mean, Trissy got married and Ryan and everything, but, like, if you think back,
was there, like, a big shift in, like, I don't know.
For me, it was the biggest change in my life.
Oh, 100%.
I mean, had I not applied to be on the show, I would maybe still be working in Miami as a physical
therapist.
Not that that was a bad thing.
It's just my life would be completely.
different and I
hate to even think this
but my children would not exist
you know same for Bob probably
even though you didn't
meet just on you know on the show
I feel like our paths just
led us to where
we are today so
100%
the show was
the impetus for the biggest change of my life
in the best way for me at least
yeah well I think we talked about that last week
Trista and I for some reason we're on this
conversation about how, you know, it's become kind of popular for people to come off the show and
sort of bash it a little bit. And we were both, you know, of a different perspective than that. Like I,
you know, obviously I was the victim of a good at it from The Bachelorette, which then made me
the Bachelor. And, you know, I was thankful for that. And, and then after The Bachelor, it was,
it was, you know, pretty great from that point forward, too. But, you know, because my life has
turned out the way that it is, I'm very grateful for my experiences on the show. And I think,
you know, it's like that movie sliding doors, right?
If something was different, like the butterfly effect,
if something's different, then everything is different, you know?
And so I'm thankful for the experiences from the show, big time.
Including getting to meet you, 10.
I mean, I feel like we've had so many great moments you being at the house.
Like Blakesley just adores you and every time we get to see you.
And, I mean, you came to, I think, Broncos, Junior Denver Bronco cheerleaders auditions one year
with your family, I feel like you were here.
Yeah.
So anyway, like the relationships, I've said this multiple times, but the relationships are, you know, the biggest, the biggest busing to me.
And on that, Trista, there was a time that you and Ryan even listened to me, just cry and go on and on over just a relationship season.
This was before I met Taylor and I was just so stuck and hopeful and confused, but you guys are such good listeners and good friends and I'm grateful for that too.
love you.
God, Tenley is awesome.
Okay, I think that you need to go, right?
Yeah, she's at a doctor's appointment.
I have to go.
I have no clue where I am, to be honest.
Go.
Go.
It's all good.
Thank you.
Thank you for your time.
Well, I wouldn't want to miss an opportunity to get to connect with you guys and just
like say hi and support you guys.
I'm so excited.
I love listening to your stories.
I love listening to the OD stories because, you know, I actually, I don't remember
completely. I remember your wedding, Trista, but I don't remember all of the past history of a Bachelor,
but I kind of would watch it and stuff. And then after I was on The Bachelor, then I started really
watching it. But it's just so fun to relive and hear your guys' memories because it brings up
good, positive stuff and weird stuff for me too. It's like a counseling session, just letting you guys
hash it out for me. Yeah, there you go. Glad we can be of service. That's what we're here for.
Well, thank you for having me and hope to chat with you guys soon.
Hope to see you soon.
Definitely.
Take a great meeting you finally.
Good to meet you too.
Bye.
Thank you.
Great.
Big relive hug.
Okay.
Well.
Okay.
Bye.
She is so sweet.
I always thought that about her, you know.
Yes.
If we did superlatives for the Bachelor Nation, everybody in Bachelor Nation, I feel like she
would get the sweetest award, you know.
Yeah.
And it seems very genuine, like from a very genuine place.
So genuine.
Yes, I just adore her.
I can't remember exactly where we met.
I'm sure it was at a Bachelor function.
But actually, I think it was Bachelor Pad, the first Bachelor.
So she was on the first Bachelor Pad.
And I was there with Jason Mezzanick and Ali Fedotowski.
And I think Molly was there too.
in Vegas we shot we were like the judges for this competition that they did yeah i remember
i think that was her season maybe it was Michelle money so our next guest is Michelle money and
she was on Bachelor Pad 2 and so i'll have to ask her if that was where i met her or i know i was a
judge for something on bachelor pad one um so i bet that's where i met Tinley but
We just hit it off.
She's,
she's a,
kind of an ex-pro dancer,
and I was, you know,
an ex-pro dancer.
She was a Disney princess.
Like, I,
I just,
I loved watching her on The Bachelor.
I just,
her personality is just,
she's just one of those girls.
When you're a girl's girl,
she's just one of those people
you want to be friends with.
Yeah.
Well, she's super sweet.
I mean,
I mean,
that's very easy to see.
And I remember,
you know,
they always say,
like, being on television
is a very transparent experience,
right because it's hard to hide from who you portray yourself to be on television because it's
usually who you are and i remember watching that show watching all the shows at that time and thinking
god she's awesome you know and then i remember meeting uh i think she dated kipton after uh after the show
and um and i really liked him and i liked them together you know and then you know unfortunately
that that didn't work out or fortunately i should say uh because now she's definitely now she's in a great place
and she's got a beautiful baby and a wonderful marriage.
And it's like, you know, four years, that's awesome.
I mean, it's crazy to think that that's, it's been four.
I mean, I think of myself in Canyon.
I'm like, oh, my gosh, we're on six years.
Like, that's crazy.
You know, normally, I mean, I could take all my previous marriages added together
and they don't even equal that much.
Couldn't know myself.
I had to do it.
I love how self-depreciating we are.
Yeah, you know.
But, but yeah, she's super cool.
I mean, I'm really excited for her and happy for.
her and hopeful that she finds her way to her doctor's appointment because clearly she was
lost. Yeah, I know. Let's hope when navigation picks up, you know. Yeah, agreed. That's hard.
I mean, I rely on navigation for everything. I would not be able to have a conversation if I was
trying to find somewhere where I have no way. Do you know I'm so bad that I plug in the grocery
store and I already know where I'm going? You do not. Stop in right now. Bob Guinea. I know, but I do it
habitually from when I was in L.A. for 15, 20 years, that...
Because you need to know if there's traffic. Yeah, yeah, totally. I get that.
So I'd probably get to, oh, I shouldn't do that. How far is the grocery store from you?
Five minutes?
Three, two miles.
It's so close.
It's terrible, yeah.
Oh my gosh. That is...
And I was a boy scout. Like, I know direction. I'm pretty, you know, I'm an
orientering man. But I can't find my way around.
Okay. That is kind.
was really funny. Caitlin Bristow on her
Off the Vine podcast, she does like, kind of like confessions.
And I feel like that's kind of like a confession.
Like, and it's embarrassing that I'm admitting this,
but I do navigation to my grocery store.
That's three minutes.
I am directionally challenged.
Yes, I am.
There's no question.
Technologically challenged, directionally channel.
I mean, I'm challenged in so many ways.
Oh, don't we know it?
No, I'm just kidding.
Yes, we do.
Oh, but you dodge the bullet here, Trista.
I dodged a bullet.
Thank you, Ryan Sutter, for saving.
That's right.
That's right.
Thank God for Ryan.
For many reasons.
For many reasons, thank God for Ryan.
Stop it.
Stop it.

What would you do if one bad decision
Forced you to choose between a maximum security prison
Or the most brutal boot camp
Designed to be hell on earth
Unfortunately from Mark Lombardo
this was the choice he faced.
He said, you are a number, a New York State number, and we own you.
Shock incarceration, also known as boot camps, are short-term, highly regimented correctional programs
that mimic military basic training.
These programs aim to provide a shock of prison life, emphasizing strict discipline,
physical training, hard labor, and rehabilitation programs.
Mark had one chance to complete this program, and a shock of prison life, and emphasizing, you know,
had no idea of the hell awaiting him the next six months.
The first night was so overwhelming, and you don't know who's next to you.
And we didn't know what to expect in the morning.
Nobody tells you anything.

My name is Ed.
Everyone say, hello, Ed?
From a very rural background myself, my dad is a farmer, and my mom is a cousin.
So, like, it's not like...
What do you get when a true crime produced...
walks into a comedy club.
I know it sounds like the start of a bad joke,
but that really was my reality nine years ago.
I just normally do straight stand-up,
but this is a bit different.
On stage stood a comedian
with a story that no one expected to hear.
The 22nd of July 2015,
a 23-year-old man had killed his family.
And then he came to my house.
So what do you?
you get when a true crime producer walks into a comedy club. A new podcast called Wisecrack,
where stand-up comedy and murder takes center stage. Available now. Listen to Wisecrack on the IHeart
Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. I'm Dr. Joy Harden Bradford, and in session
421 of therapy for black girls, I sit down with Dr. Ophia and Billy Shaka to explore how our
hair connects to our identity, mental health, and the ways we heal.
Because I think hair is a complex language system, right?
In terms of it can tell how old you are, your marital status, where you're from,
you're a spiritual belief.
But I think with social media, there's like a hyper fixation and observation of our
hair, right?
That this is sometimes the first thing someone sees when we make a post or a reel is how
our hair is styled.
We talk about the important role hairstylist play in our community.
the pressure to always look put together
and how breaking up with perfection
can actually free us.
Plus, if you're someone who gets anxious about flying,
don't miss Session 418 with Dr. Angela Neil Barnett,
where we dive into managing flight anxiety.
Listen to Therapy for Black Girls on the iHeart Radio app,

Get fired up, y'all.
Season two of Good Game with Sarah Spain is underway.
We just welcomed one of my favorite people
and an incomparable soccer icon
Megan Rapino to the show
and we had a blast. We talked about
her recent 40th birthday celebrations
co-hosting a podcast with her
fiance Sue Bird, watching former teammates
retire and more. Never
a dull moment with Pino. Take a listen.
What do you miss the most about being a pro athlete?
The final. The final.
And the locker room. I really, really,
like you just, you can't replicate,
you can't get back.
Showing up to the locker room every morning,
just to shit talk.
We've got more incredible guests
like the legendary Candice Parker
and college superstar A.Z.
Fudd. I mean, seriously, y'all.
The guest list is absolutely stacked for season two.
And, you know, we're always going to keep you up to speed
on all the news and happenings around the women's sports world as well.
So make sure you listen to Good Game with Sarah Spain
on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts,
or wherever you get your podcasts.
Presented by Capital One, founding partner of IHeart Women's Sports.
Let's get back to the show.
So The Bachelorette just wrapped filming, which is really exciting.
I follow Gabby and Rachel both on social media, but I saw a story pop up for her.
And I was like, oh, she must be done with filming.
But I didn't know if, you know, her stories, like, you know, they get pushed.
If you're on Instagram, you know that if you follow as many people as I do.
I feel like only a few of them show up.
like regularly and then all the rest of them are pushed back.
So I was like, I don't know if the rest of her stories had been pushed back or not,
but I just saw her story pop up.
So she's done filming.
And I want to know, are you, first of all, are you going to watch this season since,
especially if we're doing this?
Are you going to watch it?
Yeah, I think I have to, right?
I mean, it was kind of like when we were doing the man panel on the Today Show every month.
I had to watch the show because I knew they were going to ask me about it.
Right.
And so it's going to become destination viewing.
for me again for sure.
Destination viewing.
Yeah, it will be.
I will be setting my TiVo or whatever you call it.
Your TiVo, yes.
To a color screen, not black and white anymore.
Yeah, no more black and white.
But yeah, and I think it's really interesting, you know, I mean, this was a plot twist
of a year, which I'm sure you know more about it than I do, but having two bachelorets
and instead of one of them being a limit or one of them kind of being sent home the first
night, like what happened way back in the day with Fisherman Byron Velvick and the other guy
and stuff like that.
This is a little different twist
where both ladies are there for the duration
dating the same group of guys,
which I don't know how that works.
I mean, maybe you do, but like, so if...
No.
I mean, how do people get sent home?
And, you know, obviously, I think,
knowing the devious minds at work behind the scenes,
I'm sure they were hoping that both women would, you know,
fall for the same guy.
Yeah, right.
which I mean I don't know these ladies at all so I think they from what I have read about them both
pretty strong personalities and you know I think definitely outspoken and not afraid to say how
they feel about some things and also good friends and also really good friends so yeah going into it
so you know girl code you know you don't normally go after the same guys they're being put into
a position that obviously they've agreed to where they are going to be fighting for the same guys
So I agree with you.
I think it's going to be really interesting because I have no clue how it's going to work,
how they're going to send people home.
Like, do they have a box each of them and they put names into who they want to send home?
And then if they agree on someone and someone's goes home, I don't know.
That's really, it will be really interesting to see this all unfold because it is completely different
from the format of any season we've ever had before, whether it's bachelor or bachelor's.
I wonder if they'll have like a joint rose ceremony.
where they each have their own little palette of roses and, you know, some dudes will have two, yeah, some guys will have two, you know, two bootneers or whatever those things are called.
Some will only have one. I don't know. It would be really interesting to see what happens.
Right. Or if they choose, kind of like on Bachelor in Paradise, how you have to be a couple in order to continue on.
And so maybe it's like they'll make the guys choose who they want.
want to stay with. I mean, that would be really awkward because what if like 20 guys choose
one of them? And who knows? We're just obviously guessing here as to what the format will look
like. So anyway, I'm really interested to see. I wonder if there's been any, although I hate
this. I hate it when there are spoilers about the show, but I wonder if there has been any
spoilers out there about the format of it. That I'd be okay with spoiling.
My guess would be that they're going to start leaking that, you know, from a corporate perspective, I would guess, you know, to kind of start baiting the hook for all of us to want to watch.
Because I'm sure there are some twists and turns in there that are going to be very different and are going to be, you know, very drama-driven, you know.
Right. Of course.
You know, it'll be interesting to see.
But, yeah.
There's always going to be drama.
There's always going to be drama no matter what.
And I think they will make sure that that is included, however they can.
But I will say that it's always bothered me when people are like, I get the bad edit or whatever.
I get it.
I mean, our next guest definitely got a bad edit.
Knowing her after she was on the show, she is an awesome human being.
And she did get a bad edit, I feel like.
she was totally pinned down as the villain and um but i feel like yeah yeah 100% although i do
i do kind of at the core of my belief about the show you can't say they can't make you i mean
they can't try to make you but they can't put words in your mouth so i feel like if you're if you go
on the show and you're sarcastic or whatever, they can use that against you and use that to
give you a bad edit or whatever. But yeah, I'm looking forward to talking to Michelle. I absolutely
love her. We've met, have you met her before? Oh, many times. Yeah, I love Michelle money.
Yes, right? Um, yes, she is kind of life of the party, um, just lays it all on the table.
honest and real and I look up to her as a mom. I feel like her relationship that she has with
Breel is really inspiring. She was a young mom and they have, they have essentially grown up
together. I feel like. Yeah. So anyway, and she, I believe, just got engaged last year to a professional
golfer. Mike, is it weir or? Mike Weir. It's weird, right? He's a master's champ. Yeah. Yeah.
He's got the green jacket.
Yeah.
Right.
And every season, I've watched him a few times.
Yeah.
Every time that tournament comes on, is it called a tournament, right?
It's a tournament.
Sure.
Yeah, you know, Masters tournament, yeah.
Yeah, sure.
Masters.
Can you tell him, not a golfer?
Yes.
But every time it comes on, I love watching her stories of them going, you know, because he is, like, royalty when it comes to.
I just had an experience this morning where I was talking to a friend and you just reminded me of it where
my friend was using an analogy, right?
And he's like, I'm not a big baseball guy, but, you know, I'm watching these games.
And man, when it's in the fourth quarter, and I'm like, and I had to interrupt, I'm like, listen, I get your analogy.
And I appreciate where you're going with this whole thing.
And I know you're saying when the chips are down.
But baseball has innings and football has quarters.
And he's like, okay, good call.
I'm like, no, I don't want you also to say, you know, if you can step up to the plate and you hit something into the goal, I'm like, because then we're not going to talk anymore.
We're just not going to be able to speak.
So let's get our analogies together.
Let's come at this direct.

Well, I'm excited.
I'm excited to welcome our next guest to the show.
someone who we both have a ton of affection for,
someone who I feel always comes out
smelling like a rose proverbially.
Hello?
Who's our money?
When did you guys start this fun adventure?
Oh gosh, how long has it been?
Beginning of March?
Is it six weeks? Six, seven weeks, eight weeks
so we don't even know.
It's been a while.
You guys, thanks for thinking of me.
You're so sweet.
And your guys' lives are good
and you're happy and everything's good for you guys.
everything's great but we want to talk about you we want to talk about you we talk about us
all the time wow okay show us the ring yes congratulations well so it's so funny so yeah
i mean mike and i don't want to get married okay i didn't think so i did not think so it's such a
funny it's such a funny thing because we and i don't know if it's like because we've both been married
before and we yeah and then been divorced right and then it was like you know if it's not broke
don't fix it like things are going so well and um you know we don't want more kids together so
we're kind of like maybe we should just like not do the marriage thing so so far it's been
fantastic where he's like my life partner my forever person and maybe one day like it's been
six years now so maybe amazing i don't know maybe just like bob years i know yeah i know bob has been
married you've been married for six years right you just said that i've yeah i've been married six years this
november so yeah about the same time michel wow okay so what i want to know is how is brie i just
i was telling bob i was just telling bob how much i look up to you and your relationship with briel
as a mom i just feel like you guys are so stinking close and you're just so real and i i just love
listening to your stories and she suffered a pretty devastating accident.
And so I wanted to see, first of all, how she's doing and how you guys are.
You know what?
She is such a fighter.
She is doing awesome.
I mean, she's so lucky.
First of all, she's lucky to even be alive.
But on top of that, you know, she, this brain injury could have was really close to being really devastating.
so she's you know brain injuries are so tricky because there's like it kind of impacts everyone
differently and the biggest struggle briel has had has been on like memory recall and then um like
yeah not being able to like put words together sometimes like she kind of stutter and she like
in her head the words there but it's not coming out um right but you know she has been really good
about um working through some of those cognitive issues with um we have this fantastic place called
cognitive effects out here in utah and they have her do like brain games and like little things
um to just help get the wiring going again yeah yeah yeah that have made a big difference and she's
been really diligent at doing it so she's freaking amazing and you're so sweet to ask she's so lucky
and yeah yeah money i got to tell you so so your name came up so much after you started posting that
and you know canyon loves you and so we we our son love that girl so much oh yeah she loves money so
you're for the biggest hug and kiss i will and she you know she would literally grab my son my son
was starting to learn how to ride his scooter and she'd grab him and i'd be like oh he's fine he's fine
she's like absolutely not absolutely not remember what happened with michel and with her daughter
we've got to get the helmet on him, you know.
And she was so diligent about it.
And it really was one of those things that now we both are.
But in the beginning, I'm like, oh, he's fine.
You know, no, he's not.
He's not.
This can happen in a second, you know.
I've done the same thing with my kids because we have a slanted hill in our neighborhood.
And my kids would be like, oh, I'm going to go on the skateboard.
And literally I have said, no, my friend Michelle, her daughter had a devastating accident.
You are wearing your helmet at all times.
Like, I think that you have done so much good in sharing your story, her story.
And I know it was difficult to share, I'm sure.
But thank you for doing that because I think you have probably saved so many people.
I can't tell you how many people have, you know, said the exact same things you guys have.
And that is so incredible to know that, like, something so devastating could be so impactful for so many people.
So there is so much good that has come out of it.
And that's the thing that's with helmets in particular.
especially with teenagers.
Yeah.
They just don't want to wear the helmet.
It's not cool.
No, it's not cool.
Yeah.
And so we have to as parents, like really, really, um, be strict about that stuff because
you never think it's going to happen to you.
You never think your kid's going to be the kid that, you know, gets in an accident.
So unless you do like me.
Like I, I feel like even now, especially when they were little, I just thought everything was
going to happen to them.
because I was a pediatric physical therapist.
I saw all of these accidents and all these bad things happen.
So I was always worried.
But now it's become, as you said,
teenagers don't want to wear them because they're not cool.
It's become harder to kind of get them to do it
because when they were smaller,
I could just say you're putting your helmet or put it on them.
You know, no questions asked.
Yes, I put it on.
As you should.
Yes.
Yeah.
So, okay, so let's talk about you were on Bachelor.
Pad. You were on Bachelor Paradise. You were on Bachelor. Bachelor. Which was your favorite?
Oh, my favorite was on Bachelor Pad for sure. Really? Why? Yes. Super fun. It was so much fun.
It was just, you know, way less stressful and a lot more, you know, kind of game oriented. So it made the
experience a lot more lighthearted a little bit. But yeah, and I got to meet Graham. And, you know,
these incredible friends who have changed my life.
And, yeah, Bachelor Pad is the best, the most fun.
I think they should bring it back.
Meaningful friends.
Like, I made really good, like, real friendships.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I could see that.
I had told Trista that they called me about Bachelor Pad 1, and I thought it was to host it.
Graham, you know, our mutual friend, of course, is Graham Bunn and that's how I met Michelle
in the first place.
but Graham and I, you know, and I would always tell Graham this story.
I'm like, yeah, I thought they wanted me to host it.
So I'm like, well, let me call Harrison and make sure he's okay.
And, you know, Harrison's like, no, they want you to be on it.
And I'm like, oh, no, no, no, no, no.
I'm like, I don't get killed on a show like that.
So I always loved watching it, you know.
So Michelle, before you came on, I was talking about how I thought we first met.
Did we meet when I came on Bachelor Pat and did the judging at Vegas?
Is that what we met?
That was for sure the first time I met you, yeah.
Yeah, love.
How did she judge you, Michelle?
Do you remember her score for you on whatever?
Oh, I'm pretty sure she got a really high score.
It was the climbing.
Did you climb up a wall in Vegas or something, the Blue Man Group?
This Cirque de Soleil, wild thing where you're like strapped up in this thing and you're
doing all these news.
You're on this wall.
And all I remember is that I got really bad motion sickness.
Like I have, I get really, really, really.
nauseous. So I don't remember much of that day other than I just wanted to VOM like
from the second we started. But I think we did we did pretty good on that. Graham and I did a
pretty good job. We did win. You guys were a good team on that show. I remember. Yeah. You guys were
a good team. Do you stay in touch with him? With Graham. Gosh, I haven't I haven't talked to Graham in
maybe like seven or eight months. But we always kind of like check in with each other and we'll
DM each other on Instagram and love it um but it's been a while since i've talked to good old
graham he is just the best and he was just such a good um friend yeah yeah he's a great sounding
board like he's a good listener you know great guy i mean that i love the death yeah yeah he's the
best but yeah we were talking about that earlier today and then so so you you rank that one then
would it be bachelor in paradise then bachelor or we're to go bachelor than bachelor than bachelor or we're
go bachelor than bachelor in paradise like if bachelor pads here yeah it would be bachelor in paradise
and then the bachelor i wonder why like when you're just like one of multiple women with one man
it's just a different you guys know it's just a a different type of experience but with bachelor
in paradise you know again it was like really cool guys and girls all together and kind of just
less less stress and more fun but
you know, I was at a place in my life when I went on Bachelor in Paradise where I was like really trying to find like I really wanted to find my person and, you know, Brielle is getting older and I was really hesitant to do the show.
But I was like, you know, you never know.
So I kind of went into it with maybe a little bit more like almost feeling like it was my last hope, which is silly now that I look at it.
But right.
I kind of went into it with a little bit more, wanting a little bit more out of it than I think a lot of the other people did.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I didn't see that, though.
Yeah.
And then I met Cody.
And Cody was, Cody was wonderful.
And so good to me and so sweet.
And I learned so much from him.
And I'm, you know, like, talk about just a good soul.
It, you know, Cody is just such a wonderful person.
So I'm very grateful that I, that I met.
him and you know yeah i learned i've learned so much through each process in in such a different
way like what i learned from the bachelor versus what i learned you know it's just so funny how you know
as the viewer they all watch this edited version of what they think is going on but it's easy to
forget that like as as like real humans like we're actually like going through these real
experiences that are molding us and changing us and helping us you know like kind of like oh this
And so as I look back, gosh, the growth from each one of those experiences are just
like, I would not take one second of it back because it has really kind of helped me evolve
into kind of a little bit more well-rounded, a little bit more, you know, compassionate.
And, you know, when you're kind of put into these situations with all these different
personalities and all these different from all over the country and you have to kind of get
along with everyone, you know?
Yeah.
And so yeah, it's been, I mean, my, I have so much love and gratitude for my experience on
every one of those shows.
Yeah.
Very great.
That's been, that's been the consensus.
We have so much love and gratitude for you.
Yes, we sure do.
You're the best.
I do.
It's funny how the show really feels like it's changed a lot, you know, like, you know, we
talk about, like, oh, geez, like, I mean, I don't even watch the show anymore.
but there was just such a significant shift that happened.
Yeah, big time.
Social media.
Yes, exactly.
That really kind of like changed that more like authentic, I think, a little bit more like
genuinely like trying to find love.
And, you know, which we've all kind of seen play out, you know, how that has shifted
into something a lot different.
And I look back and I'm like, gosh, I'm so grateful that I went on the show when I
did. And, you know, got those experiences that I think are way more authentic and
meaningful, I think. And so I'm just very, I'm grateful for the timing of it all.
That's awesome. And that really has been the consensus amongst the OGs that we've had on
the show, too. It's, it's almost like now, now everyone goes on with a little bit different
motivation, perhaps. I can't speak for them. But, you know, I didn't, I wasn't, during my season,
and I wasn't selling tooth whitening kits.
So, you know, it's a different experience.
Let's just say that.
But I will say this.
I'm also really happy social media wasn't around back then
because I would have gotten destroyed even worse than I did.
Same, same.
Yeah.
And for sure, wouldn't have had like the capacity to, like, pull myself out of bed.
And, like, it was right.
That is what's so interesting now is just how, like,
with how social media has really just kind of like exploited everyone in the worst ways and
you're just kind of like oh my gosh like I could not have handled that no way yeah yeah right
especially because most people who go on the show are in their 20s or early 30s and and you still
I feel like are learning so much about yourself you know I have to tell you so I just read I
someone sent me this article one of my buddies and it was really really really
really making fun of me. And I loved it, but I was like, oh, God, I got to talk about this.
It basically said, he was making fun of me. The article really didn't know that it was.
Oh, okay, got it. I'm like, I need to see this article.
No, the article was like, you know, why people have a problem with the Bachelor franchise and
body image? And it said, except for season four's Bachelor Bob, who was slightly overweight,
I'm like, no, what the fuck?
No. No. I'm like, what? So I'm just sitting here reading this article and my buddy's like,
my buddy's like uh you know he's just making so much fun of me he's like you know who knew
who knew that you would you know be such a a jumping board or a sounding board for you know
I'm like oh my gosh you know you know what Bob I don't think I've told you this and on my show
you you constantly well not constantly but all the time would say is that a fat joke is that a fat
joke and to this day I think that actually I said something to Ryan maybe a couple days ago
when he was like is that a fat joke we still say that to this
My favorite line of my own on Trista's season was she's standing in San Diego at SeaWorld.
And she's got on a Chargers jersey, and that's it.
Like, you know, a tight, you know, and I remember it.
And they like pan up, and she's in front of the water.
She's like, hey, boys, you know, I want you all to come hang out with me at SeaWorld.
And she's like, you know, Shamu will be here.
And this dates for, like, Jimmy and Billy and Tommy and Ryan, you know.
And I'm standing there and I'm like, you know, I wasn't, I wasn't part of the team.
And I go, wait, she did say Shamu would be there.
Does that mean I'm invited?
Oh, my gosh.
Stop it.
My sister to this day, anytime I mention anything about Shamu, she's like, okay, Bachelorette, nice work.
Wait, I have to get, I have to get something real quick.
I'll be right back.
I mean, it was so funny.
Uh-oh.
Now, I will tell you, Lorenzo Borgesi, Prince Lorenzo Borgesi was on last, last week goes,
he went to get something like Trista just did and brought back a letter that he had kept handy. Trista, is this, is this like Prince Lizobo?
No, it's Shamu.
It's my, it's my influence.
I sleep with it every night. I sleep with Shamu every night. So there you go.
Is that from that?
Yes, Ryan, it was Ryan and I, we had our, like, our one-on-one date was at SeaWorld, and he gave me this. And so to this day.
I literally sleep with it every night.
So tender.
So awesome.
I love it.
So basically, if you guys want to know, you know,
it goes out of Tristan Ryan's home,
I am there in my stuffed sense.
I love it.
All right, Michelle, we're being told to wrap up.
I feel like we could talk to you just for hours and hours.
I love you so much.
Miss you.
And I'm so glad for your happiness.
It's just so happy for you.
So happy for you money.
Thank you.
including me in the OG group.
You got it.
Thanks for being here.
Glad.
We're the best of the best.
Love you guys.
All right.
Take care, Michelle.
Have a good day.
Okay, bye.
Bye.
Bye.

My name is Ed. Everyone say, hello, Ed?
Hello, Ed.
I'm from a very rural background
myself. My dad is a farmer.
And my mom is a cousin. So, like, it's not
like... What do you get when a
true crime producer walks into a
comedy club. I know it sounds like the start of a bad joke, but that really was my reality
nine years ago. I just normally do straight stand-up, but this is a bit different. On stage stood a
comedian with a story that no one expected to hear. The 22nd of July 2015, a 23-year-old man
had killed his family. And then he came to my house. So what do you get when a true crime
producer walks into a comedy club, a new podcast called Wisecrack, where stand-up comedy and
murder takes center stage. Available now. Listen to Wisecrack on the IHeart Radio app, Apple
podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. What would you do if one bad decision forced you to
choose between a maximum security prison or the most brutal boot camp designed to be hell
on Earth. Unfortunately for Mark Lombardo, this was the choice he faced. He said, you are a number,
a New York State number, and we own you. Shock incarceration, also known as boot camps, are short-term,
highly regimented correctional programs that mimic military basic training. These programs
aim to provide a shock of prison life, emphasizing strict discipline, physical training, hard labor,
and rehabilitation programs.
had one chance to complete this program and had no idea of the hell awaiting him the next six
months. The first night was so overwhelming and you don't know who's next to you. And we didn't know
what to expect in the morning. Nobody tells you anything. Listen to shock incarceration on the
iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. I'm Dr. Joy Hardin Bradford.
And in session 421 of therapy for black girls, I sit down with Dr. Othia and Billy Shaka to explore
or how our hair connects to our identity, mental health, and the ways we heal.
Because I think hair is a complex language system, right, in terms of it can tell how old you are,
your marital status, where you're from, you're a spiritual belief.
But I think with social media, there's like a hyper fixation and observation of our hair, right?
That this is sometimes the first thing someone sees when we make a post or a reel.
It's how our hair is styled.
We talk about the important role hairstylists play in our communities.
The pressure to always look put together and how breaking up with perfection can actually free us.
Plus, if you're someone who gets anxious about flying, don't miss session 418 with Dr. Angela Neil Barnett, where we dive into managing flight anxiety.

Get fired up, y'all. Season two of Good Game with Sarah Spain is underway.
We just welcomed one of my favorite people and an incumbent.
Superable soccer icon, Megan Rapino, to the show, and we had a blast.
We talked about her recent 40th birthday celebrations, co-hosting a podcast with her fiancé
Sue Bird, watching former teammates retire and more.
Never a dull moment with Pino.
Take a listen.
What do you miss the most about being a pro athlete?
The final.
The final.
And the locker room.
I really, really, like, you just, you can't replicate.
You can't get back.
Showing up to locker room every morning just to shit.
talk. We've got more incredible guests like the legendary Candace Parker and college superstar
A. Z. Fudd. I mean, seriously, y'all, the guest list is absolutely stacked for season two.

God, I love her.
I love her.
Honestly.
Jinks.
Jinks.
Both our guests today were awesome.
I loved, you know, like I said, I'd never gotten to meet Tenley before, but I got
to know money really well.
And one of the things I will say, you know, like Canyon and I have been together for 10
years.
And in that period, money would make such an effort to be a real friend to Canyon.
And it was very kind, very appreciated by me.
We were, I mean, you know, we were living in California.
We were living in Seattle.
We'd go back and forth to New York for things.
We would cross paths a lot, and money was always one of those people that would really reach out.
And it wasn't just about her friendship with me.
It was, like, important for her to be friends with Jessica, too.
And it always meant a lot to me.
And so, yeah, she's very loved around our house.
And, you know, it's so great to see her doing so well.
And so great to see Briel doing well.
And, you know, I love it.
I know.
I know. Same, same.
I feel like she is one of the down-to-earth people.
I feel like there are some people who come out of this show and just think that for whatever reason,
they are better than other people, and she just is always, like, if I'll text her, you know,
there are some people who will remain nameless who, you know, whether they're on a thread or
individual that I'll send them a text or whatever, she is always like getting her on this show.
I think I texted her two days ago and she wrote me right back and, you know, she's just always
always there. It's such a good friend. And I just, I just adore her. So thanks to Tenly and
Michelle for coming on. If you guys are listening, we love you. And thanks to everybody for listening
today. I say it every week. But if you want us to have anyone on in particular or want us to
talk about anything, just go to the almost famous IG page and DM them there. And we will
listen away. Hopefully we can, I really would love to incorporate.
again more listeners questions. Yeah, that was fun. I had a good time with that one. Yeah,
let us know what you need us to answer. If you got something you need to know, let us know.
And we can determine whether or not we want to tell you. Yeah. So yeah, yeah, we'll just
decide whether or not it's important to us or not. You might hear your question to answer. Yeah,
you just might hear. Yeah, we'll do a poll. Let's do a poll. Yes. Let's do a poll. Yay. Great idea.
Great idea. We'll do a poll on Instagram. The IG, the O.G, the O.
poll on IG, we don't know what it's going to be yet, but our very intelligent producers
will figure it out and they'll do the poll. And that way it's actually interesting, as opposed
if I do the poll and it's like, you know, paper or plastic. So that's what we're going to figure
it out today. So, yeah, there you go. Yeah, a little more interesting than paper or plastic.
Okay. Boxers are briefs. I'm not answering that one again. Ben there, done that. Okay,
done. Oh, no. Okay, Bob. Always a pleasure. Always a pleasure too, Trista Sutter. What are
My, a savage? Of course it's boxer briefs.
Okay, bye guys. Thanks for listening.
Ciao.
