Maybe her boyfriend's just looking for extra credit.
Well, Dakota, luckily, it's back to school week on the OK Storytime podcast, so we'll find out soon.
This person writes, my boyfriend's been hanging out with his young professor a lot.
He doesn't think it's a problem, but I don't trust her.
Now he's insisting we get to know each other, but I just want her gone.
Now, hold up.
Isn't that against school policy?
That seems inappropriate.
Maybe find out how it ends by listening to the OK Storytime podcast and the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.

This is the Ben and Ashley I, Almost Famous Podcast with IHartRadio.
Hey guys, what's up?
It's almost famous.
It's just Ashley right now because Ben is stuck in traffic.
So if you see him just pop into this interview,
know that he's late to arrive, but always appreciated when he's here.
The other person that I have in the room with me, digitally, is Rachel Rechia.
Hello, Rachel.
Hi, Ash.
It's fine.
I like it better when we just do us too anyway.
Love you, Ben.
Oh, my God.
Why do you say that?
The last time you and Gabby did that girl chat one was probably one of my favorite
podcast I've ever recorded.
We did.
We had some good tea in that.
but you know what we didn't have and not to like make this interview not about you right off the bat
because I wanted to be about you because you're about to be a star on Bachelor in Paradise.
But at that point, Gabby was dating her girlfriend Robbie and nobody knew in that room,
I'm assuming except for you.
Yes.
Yes, Gabby, it was kind of like very underwraps for a long time, which I love that they did.
They kept it kind of just in between them too.
but yes very exciting just met robbie actually she is so incredible so i'm very happy for them
both okay nice so how did gabby come to you saying that she had a girlfriend after you guys
both had a big pool of men to date together yes so she had just gotten off of dancing with the stars
tour which was just a whirlwind and we were out to dinner we were catching up and she just kind
have mentioned that she had been, like, thinking about it, that she had gone on a couple
dates. And I think at this point, her date was set up with Robbie, but I don't think she
had gone on it. So we were all just super excited, so happy for her. I think discovering that part
of yourself is so huge. So just like being able to be a part of it, I just am so happy for her.
So there's some people out there saying that like Colton dated, you know, he had a whole season of girls
to date and then like the girls could have felt possibly you know let on when they find out that
he's actually interested in men years later so within a year the guys of your season find out
that one of the girls that they were dating ends up to be interested in women do you think
there's a double standard on how their reaction went down between colton and gabby i think it's a
little different well actually i don't know i would assume colton
is only interested in men because he did like a where is dated men she was engaged to a man
I think she will always have a part of her that still is interested in men but I think right
decided to explore something she maybe has it in the past and I really feel like it's been
all positive across the board from the guys I have heard speak about it so I don't know like
what do you think about it no I think that I think that it's really nice that everybody is just
saying, you know, they're happy that she's just doing her thing.
Yeah.
And happy with whoever she's with, whoever, you know, whatever their sex.
Right.
Because I've seen comments too and they're like, oh, well, the whole season was a waste.
I'm like, it was a waste no matter what just because we both didn't end up engaged.
So I guess it really doesn't matter who she dates after.
Speaking of your season being a quote, waste, which you guys got plenty from it,
even if you didn't get fiancés that stuck.
Tino has said recently, and he's actually been quite quiet.
So I'm surprised to hear this headline from him.
Maybe we're misinterpreting it, but he said that he is planning on watching your season of Bachelor in Paradise.
How does that make you feel?
Well, that wasn't the full quote.
Okay.
What is it?
No.
He said he will be watching, but he will not be watching me.
Wait, so he's just going to press fast forward through you?
I don't know, maybe it's just to close his eyes every time I come on screen.
I was very shocked to see that.
Honestly, it feels like so much time has passed.
I mean, I talked to you the last time we know he's moved on.
He's dating.
So happy for him, like wanting him to be happy.
So kind of hearing the negative remarks, it was very shocking.
So, yeah, a little disappointed, honestly.
That is super weird.
Like, why would he even be invested enough to watch the show?
if he's going to be fast-forwarding through you,
like, why does he care so much to watch a show
to, like, have to go through the, you know,
difficulty of fast-forwarding through you
on a show that, like, you're going to be very intricately a part of?
He said he wanted to watch Tyler and Avin,
who, you know, may or not be on the beach.
We'll see.
I think we don't we see them in previews?
I mean, there is one fully about Tyler's abs.
Okay.
But you never know who's going to show up.
We think we know that Brayden shows up.
And we know that they placed you guys next to each other at one of the recent tell-alls.
Why?
With Brayden?
Yeah.
Who knows?
Everyone's going to have to tune in and find out.
We recently also heard from Wells regarding Bachelor of Paradise cast.
that this cast has more former leads than anyone else, any other season.
And I was like, hmm, but all I can think of cast-wise is that Rachel is a former lead.
And then he told us, we'll see.
So I'm looking at your face and it's kind of telling.
Is the entire Bachelor of Paradise cast released yet?
Or are we going to have somebody who's not on the list?
or not showing up at all in the teasers we've seen this far?
I think that this season is definitely stacked with bachelorette's.
I think the more bachelorette's the better, honestly.
But who is going to stay to date?
Who's just coming down, you know, to deliver a date card?
That's going to be something that everyone's going to have to tune in and find out.
I for sure am there to date.
But everyone else will have to wait and see what they come down to the beach to do.
What encouraged you to go on this on Bachelor in Paradise? Because before Becca Kufrin kind of, well, she got great success from going on Bachelor in Paradise. And she was a former lead, a very popular one. She sort of, I think, paved the way for it to be cool and acceptable for a former lead who didn't have success in the past to go on another Bachelor show. So was there any convincing that needed to happen with you? Or were you pretty much like, yeah, I love this.
experience. We're just going to do it again. Yeah. So I, this all started out is something where they
were kind of like, would you be interested? And I was like, yeah, like joking, never thinking it was
going to happen. And we start getting closer and closer to it. And I start thinking about it as more
of a possibility. But it's actually funny because you and Ben were the two people who found out first,
because at the time I was still keeping it. And the last time we were together, you guys were like,
are you going to do it and ben i actually had an hour drive back with him and he really convinced me
i was so on the fence and then becca was the one i ultimately talked to that really convinced me to go
and there's just so much like success obviously you jared dawson like how can you not take that
opportunity if it's in front of you especially because mine it wasn't even like i got to be
successful for a little bit like it failed before the show even ended so
So it was just, I figured if this is going to work for me, it's going to be paradise.
And you guys all convince me, and here we are.
Well, I'm so happy about that because I'm just such a fan of the shows.
And I'm also just such a fan of the experience.
Yes, it led me to absolute wonderfulness with my family today.
But it's just like, I don't know, the growth that happens when you partake in one of the shows
and the friendships that are formed just like always seems worth it to me.
And I know that, like, other alums may not feel as passionate about it as I do.
But, like, I'm always like, oh, they, like, want you back.
You have to do it.
It's going to be so great.
And, you know, I don't know.
Yeah, no, but, like, exactly what you said.
I feel like I feel so strongly about it and doing it three times.
It was such a different experience each time.
And you probably felt the same way.
Each time you do it is so different.
I'm so, so happy.
I did it.
My favorite experiences.
A part of his franchise, honestly.
Mm-hmm.
Totally agree.
My boyfriend's professor is way too friendly, and now I'm seriously suspicious.

are gone. Now hold up, isn't that
against school policy? That sounds totally
inappropriate. Well, according to this person, this
is her boyfriend's former professor, and
they're the same age. And it's even
more likely that they're cheating. He insists
there's nothing between them. I mean, do you believe him?
Well, he's certainly trying to get this person
to believe him because he now wants them both
to meet. So, do we find out
if this person's boyfriend really cheated with his
professor or not? To hear the explosive
finale, listen to the OK Storytime podcast
on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcast, or
wherever you get your podcast. Imagine
that you're on an airplane and all of a sudden you hear this.
Attention passengers.
The pilot is having an emergency and we need someone, anyone, to land this plane.
Think you could do it?
It turns out that nearly 50% of men think that they could land the plane with the help of air traffic control.
And they're saying like, okay, pull this.
Do this.
Pull that.
Turn this.
It's just.
I can do my eyes close.
I'm Manny.
I'm Noah.
This is Devon.
And on our new show, no such thing.
we get to the bottom of questions like these.
Join us as we talk to the leading expert on overconfidence.
Those who lack expertise
lack the expertise they need
to recognize that they lack expertise.
And then as we try the whole thing out for real.
Wait, what?
Oh, that's the run right.
I'm looking at this thing.
Listen to no such thing on the IHeart Radio app,

Hi, my name is Enya Humanzor.

What would you do if one bad...
decision forced you to choose between a maximum security prison or the most brutal boot camp
designed to be hell on earth. Unfortunately for Mark Lombardo, this was the choice he faced.
He said, you are a number, a New York State number, and we own you. Shock incarceration, also
known as boot camps, are short-term, highly regimented correctional programs that mimic military
basic training. These programs aim to provide a shock of prison life.
emphasizing strict discipline, physical training, hard labor, and rehabilitation programs.
Mark had one chance to complete this program and had no idea of the hell awaiting him the next six months.
The first night was so overwhelming, and you don't know who's next to you.
And we didn't know what to expect in the morning.
Nobody tells you anything.
Listen to shock incarceration on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
Okay, so you are also in paradise with a few guys from your season.
I know that in our last interview, you said that you were like pretty much not interested in
revisiting anybody from your cast.
However, when you're there in paradise and underneath the bachelor bubble again and you
kind of lose all space and time, did feelings reemerge for anyone?
your past?
So I wanted to go down and I know the last time we talked to Mike, you know, I would never do it
again, but I wanted to really give Paradise the chance it deserved fully.
And I think I'm not the same person that I was when I was The Bachelorette.
So these guys have probably changed so much to, not that they needed to, but being able to meet
some of these guys again for the second time, it was really incredible.
And I mean, maybe not to give too much away.
but I think there might be a little bit of a rekindling maybe with an X fling.
So we'll have to wait and see.
But yeah,
I was definitely super excited to see some bold faces down in the beach.
Cool.
Good answer.
We like to hear that because it gets us excited.
Was what was the guy that you had like on your list that you wanted to meet down there?
Yeah.
So I actually didn't have a list.
which I
I thought the list was like
not real I thought it was just
kind of like people were like oh I want to see
so and so so I came down
just fully like
wanting to meet everyone and just experience
it and I think that might have
hurt me just a little
just because I don't think I was as prepared
as they came down with plans
plans A, B, and C
and I was just I don't think people affected me
to be there and then I didn't have a plan. So I was floundering a little bit. I feel like in the
beginning, trying to catch my footing. It was definitely a transition, but I eventually feel like I
got the hang of it. Maybe should have planned just a little bit better. Wells told us that you
were kind of like a mama bear figure almost because you have been so experienced in the process that
possibly you were like more of a guideer than like somebody jumping into the dating pool.
What does this have to do with you not having numbers too?
I definitely had a conversation with Wells.
He definitely kind of had to steer me in the right direction because I feel like I have
just done this process in so many different ways.
I, you know, wanted to help everyone and give everyone advice.
And then I kind of put myself in the situation where maybe I was like friend zoning myself to everyone without realizing it because I was just trying to comfort everyone.
But yeah, he definitely had to give me a little bit of a talking to get out of that mind zone.
It was just a hard transition from like Bachelorette onto the beach.
So yeah, I definitely struggled just a little bit in the beginning, I think.
Well, what are you looking for in a guy there that you haven't found before?
I think mainly I really, really wanted to meet someone who I was able to form a really solid
friendship with first.
Like these are the values I want.
And of course, those are still the things I want.
But I wasn't prioritizing like a friendship.
And I think that's what really kind of hurt me in the end because that is so important in
a relationship.
So the first thing on the beach I wanted to do is make sure that I could see a life partnership
and a friendship as well.
So that's definitely something I did different, I think, this time than the last couple of times.
People are always curious about the living conditions in Bachelor and Paradise because it's kind of like camping in the tropics.
How did you deal with that? And like, what was your tricks to survival?
So I, of course, have had all my friends go down tell me it's going to be raining and there's going to be crabs in my bed.
and it's going to be like insane and we actually got a pretty mild summer we were very lucky it didn't
rain much actually didn't rain it all while I was there and I mean it wasn't too hot but I did bring like
one of those portable fans and it died within the first couple of days I don't know how but I just
you know tried my best to embrace elements and just make the most of it like you're just going to look sweaty
and the slickback buns were definitely in the summer for sure.
So thank God they're like trendy now.
Yes, absolutely.
All right.
So you wrap Paradise a couple months ago.
We hope that you're with a guy or, you know, you have some good friendships from it.
But like where are you with piloting right now?
Yeah.
So for me, I went back to teach in between the Bachelor and the Bachelor.
And it was really difficult.
I think especially being in a really male-dominated industry,
getting everyone to take me seriously in general is already.
One thing, being on TV while I was doing it was really, really hard.
The guys would watch the show and people would talk about it.
And so after a Bachelorette, it was like, I'm going to give myself some time off.
And when Paradise came up, I'm like, oh, now I'm going to have to take more time off.
But I think I've just gotten to the point where I'm just going to accept it for what it is.
I really want to get back to flying.
So the boys are just going to have to deal with it while it happens.
But yeah, it's just, it's something that's hard to navigate.
But I think it's really something that I've missed for a really long time.
So I'm excited to get back into teaching.
Oh my gosh.
Okay.
That's so exciting.
I was worried that you were going to lead that conversation into like,
so we're just going to take like a semi permanent pause.
but you're actually getting back into it.
So when are you officially starting?
So I have a really good friend that lives down here I went to college with.
And so he and I are going to go back up and do reviewing because I've been out of practice
for almost a year, which is the longest I've ever gone without flying.
So he's going to take me back up hopefully very soon within the next week or so
and get back in the hang of things, get back into like the teaching brain.
because I've been like just
all over the place
for the past two years
but I'm really excited
to get back in the air
and everyone's always like
all over my Instagram like
you gave up flying
and I'm like I promised I didn't
I just like needed a second
so excited for everyone
to like come along in that journey as well
okay so we know that pilot Pete
was not in Paradise
although we've all said on multiple podcasts
we think that he'd be a great
paradise cast member
he's like made for reality
TV, but we've only seen him in the Bachelor role, you know?
So wouldn't it be a cool thing?
And I don't know why I'm just hypothetically just coming up with dates with you right now.
But like if you and Pilot Pete both led a date on Bachelor in Paradise where it was like
girls team, boys, team, whatever, and you're both flying separately in different planes.
They're racing.
There actually is a Pilot Pete in Paradise.
Oh, there's the other pilot Pete.
The other Pilot Pete?
2.0.
2.0.
I heard this guy's a great dude, too.
Do we like this new pilot Pete romantically?
Oh, who knows?
I mean, who knows?
I think I do, after all the good things I've heard about him,
he sounds like a catch.
He's a great guy.
He's a really great guy.
And he's funny.
You guys have a lot in common.
Yes.
And sometimes I feel like that could be a good thing or a bad thing.
So I have to wait and see.
Rachel's good to see you.
It's good to be here.
Good guys. Ben, who would have thought after our car ride me and Ashley were just talking like you guys were the first people who found out I was going to paradise.
Well, no, that's not true. That's not true at all. In fact, you were still questioning in our car ride if you're going to paradise. And I think I was in the camp of you should go. I think you would already made your decision. You just didn't want to like tell us yes, you're convinced. You're a little freaked out about the idea. But we were both in the camp of you should make this work.
yes I was so on the fence I really wanted to go but I kept thinking like is this the right
thing to do is it going to work is it going to be just like embarrassing that I like go again
and if something didn't work out but I'm so happy I did it like one of the best decisions
I ever made my boyfriend's professor is way too friendly and now I'm seriously suspicious

Okay, Rachel, this is such a hilarious vanity question, but I know that the internet is taken quite the opinions on your eyes.
eyebrows being bleached and you always have comebacks for them what's your ultimate comeback here
um the ultimate comeback well someone said i look like voldmore the other day and i was like well
is it at least like in a hot way but they're not bleached in paradise so it's just like a new
it's like a phase i'm going here now wait time i understand uh this is this is where i have the
most fun on this podcast. I have no idea why or what is happening. Why would you get your eyebrows
bleached? I just bleached them. Okay. So it's just a thing then. That's just a thing. I mean,
that's what I'm saying is I don't keep up on these trends and I don't understand what's happening
in the world. So like it's just a thing that you want to do. It's like cutting your hair short
or letting it grow out. Yeah. So I just bleached them to match the blonde. But normally when
people have blonde hair. They bleach their eyebrows to look darker. Yeah. So everyone's really upset
about the brows. But I think, come on. Do you, girl? I just keep doing it now. Do you kind of
love just snapping back at people? I just think it's funny. I'm like, why not? Like, why not
bleach them? I don't know. Rachel, I've known you since your time on the show. And we've,
I would say this. I don't want to speak for you. I've thoroughly enjoyed our time.
times together. And I feel like we've had moments where we've gotten to really have life
conversations and life moments where I've gotten to know you better and appreciate you a ton,
think very highly of you. So that's where I'm coming from in this statement. Okay.
When I first met you, I felt like you wouldn't have handled the criticisms as well as you're
handling them now. Like, I think it would have really bothered you. I think it probably
would have kept you up at night. I think it would have been one.
of those conversations we would have had where you're like, I don't get it. And I think I remember
something similar when we talked a couple years ago, where I was like, it happens to everybody.
Like, you're never going to do this thing right. And you're just, you got to build some callous
skin. So can you talk to me a little bit about how you've gotten to the point where you can do this
for yourself because you just want to also have criticisms and clap back at them with like
confidence and hilarity? Yeah. I mean, it's been crazy. I think I've went.
through like every phase you can in the bachelor world.
I think people, you know, they're really excited for me and then they really disliked me.
And I think just I can see where people are coming from in each stage.
And I think there were times where I made mistakes and I can honestly understand where
the criticism's coming from.
I think at this point, I've done so much work on myself that this is, I think the first time
I'm on the show where I really feel like I'm.
bringing my true self completely forward and if people have like things to say about that like
that's fine because I really am so proud of like how far I've come and who I am now so yeah I mean
it's always going to be difficult and I think it's easier said right now than when it starts airing
but I am really confident with who I brought to the beach and I think it's like my truest self so
I'm so happy about that
And I vibe that very much
I concur with what Ben said for sure
To change topics on something very scandalous
Are you willing to talk scandals for a second?
I am
Thank you
All right
I have no idea what's coming next
I don't think Ben does know
I'm so excited
I'm so excited
Okay
Ben doesn't know
No, Ben probably hasn't been scrolling on Instagram over the past 12 hours.
Now, um, we saw you with Clayton get pretty chummy at our event in February.
And it looked like you guys like almost could have like rekindled something right then.
And you were having like deep conversations.
You shake your head, but like, you know, you got friendly in like a true friend way.
You know, it was like the first time you guys got together since the dumping.
And, um, this past day or so, um, there's.
has been something that's come out about him. He's been served with paternity papers, a paternity
lawsuit from an alleged pregnant ex. And it's not just that she's pregnant. She's pregnant with
twins. You're kidding. Wait, I'm, I really, I'm just, what? Allegedly. Well, when I heard about it,
I just think that's probably one of the craziest things I've ever heard. Again, I guess we don't know
completely what had happened, but I just hope everyone, you know, and figure it out and
definitely insane. So we won't make Rachel get completely put on the spot because I don't think
she knows anything more than we do. But I do have questions for the two of you. So can I, because I don't
know about this. Can I play or just try to understand? Of course. Rachel, this is what I do with Ashley
in most situations when it comes to pop culture or just anything happening in the world.
Okay, what is a paternity lawsuit?
Okay, so without reading it, what I'm assuming it is,
is that like she's pregnant with twins and she's allegedly claiming that she slept with Clayton in May.
And he is denying that they had any sexual encounter.
Okay, so he has came out publicly and commented on this and said he's not that he's denying.
maybe not publicly but like within the two of them and like so like in the paperwork it's saying
that he's denying it okay so in the paperwork she's claiming that it's his kids and that he said
i'm that i wasn't a part of this and now she's saying well you're going to have to be a part of
this is that how this plays out okay yes so apparently on august first she filed the lawsuit so
it's been a while alleging that she's pregnant with twins after engaging in sexual activity with
Clayton on May 20th.
The kids are due in February,
2024, and she's saying
that she hasn't been with anyone besides him
since March of 2022.
Okay. So I'm trying to, okay, and then the sources of this
are who? This isn't like,
I don't know, the ones that we find at
like grocery stores. These are legitimate
sources or this, we do know
for certain that this lawsuit has been filed?
It's via page six. And page six usually
has, you know, it's usually pretty reliable.
I'll continue with the quotes here.
It gets quite scandalous.
So this is PG almost R.
This is kind of R.
He's saying that they only had oral sex that night.
Oh, I didn't hear that.
That's not how you make kids.
I will say that just for anybody doesn't know.
The court filing includes screenshots of alleged text from the reality star,
including the messages that include
quote, I don't believe you for a second.
I legitimately hate you right now.
You have lost your mind,
and I hope you think about how terrible this is
that you would subject me to this.
My personal hell would be having to be part of your life.
Okay, so this just came out.
What I'm understanding is this story is breaking.
Rachel, knowing Clayton,
having some sort of relationship with Clayton,
what, how do you feel about this?
I mean, I guess my first thought is this is obviously something that's very public.
I've seen a lot of commentary, a lot of people, you know, taking sides.
I know Clayton does struggle with his mental health.
So obviously that's something like I thought about first, like hopefully doing okay, no matter what the situation is.
Obviously, we're all going to kind of be seeing the development on it.
I just hope everyone is okay because this is definitely like a very crazy, crazy situation
that I feel like you can't even make up.
So we'll see where it goes.
Yeah.
Just to add into the story, basically what we're waiting on is him to take a paternity test,
which the lawsuit has said that she's offered more than 50 times in writing to pay for one
for him.
But he is unwilling to participate.
Oh, my.
I, you know, I don't know if this is going to come off crazy.
I feel, I mean, I don't know enough about this situation to really have any opinion whatsoever,
but you know what initially reminds me of is like the Mori show when they would be like,
you are the father or you're not the father and everybody celebrates or like that's kind of what
I feel like in my mind, that's what's coming to me.
Well, of course it is.
Oh, my God.
Is that fair?
Is that fair?
Because that's the only, that's the only like tangible example that I have of this happening.
is that crazy?
Am I speaking like wild here?
No,
and I think you're not the first one
to have made that reference.
Yeah, okay.
You're like, yeah,
the Bachelor girl chat has been blowing up.
My season's group chat has reemerged today.
There's a lot of gifts.
This is crazy.
The what?
I just really hope everyone's okay
because this is just, yeah,
very, very amazing.

My boyfriend's been hanging out with his young professor a lot.
He doesn't think it's a problem, but I don't trust her.
Now he's insisting we get to know each other,
but I just want her gone.
Oh, hold up.
Isn't that against school policy?
That seems inappropriate.

What would you do if one bad decision forced you to choose between a maximum security prison
or the most brutal boot camp designed to be hell on earth?
Unfortunately for Mark Lombardo, this was the choice he faced.
