No such thing.
This is the Ben and Ashley I, almost famous podcast with IHartRadio.
It's another week, which means there's more headlines.
We're here to break down all the headlines happening in Bachelor Nation.
The first one is this. Bachelor star, Joey, and fiancé Kelsey, are living with her friends.
Yeah, they call it a new girl-like situation because Joey is sharing a bathroom, not with, not just with his fiancé, but with two of her girlfriends.
So how this actually happened was his credit score tanked during The Bachelor, and I was like, how do you, how does that happen?
Well, what happened is that he had like a credit car payment that he didn't pay off and he didn't get any alert.
about it because he didn't have his phone. So a very delayed credit card payment. And then he also
said that there was something that he bought online. It was a few hundred bucks. He never paid that
off. And then he went on the TV show, came back, came back with a credit score that was
bombed so bad that he couldn't even get, he couldn't even rent an apartment. The Bachelor
couldn't even get an apartment to rent after the show.
because his credit score got so bad from this missed credit card payment or so.
So that's very funny.
And sad.
It is sad.
It makes it hard.
He's not the only one that we've heard this story from.
I feel like I've heard this kind of story before where you have like a small purchase
or like a bill that sat out there that you didn't even know of.
And then all of a sudden one day you get like a letter in the mail that's saying there's like
seizing your assets because you've owed.
a $100 bill that you've never paid and interest is combined on it.
And now it's like $2,000.
This is this is not uncommon.
Feel for him though.
It sucks.
So I wonder like, it's like one of those things that you also are just like, okay, well,
hi, how do I explain this to like the credit report people?
You can.
Like that's what sucks about credit reports is that it's so hard to fix.
You can't really like fix a problem.
him, you just have to build your way up and rebound.
Well, if there's one thing Joey knows how to do,
it's build himself up and rebound.
He's great at it.
He's a star.
He and Kelsey are going to be great.
And then Kelsey said that, like, you know,
they're doing great, sharing the whole,
whatever you want to call it,
new girl situation slash three's company.
But the one thing that he does always overspend on is golf.
Good for him.
I knew I liked him.
I like him a lot.
He's a solid man, don't we all?
Golden Bachelor, Gary and Teresa, settled divorce two months after announcing their split.
Well, I guess a lot of people are wondering, like, what is there to really settle?
Now, it took two months for them to settle the divorce.
They were married for three months.
The question is, what really needed to be settled?
separated. I'm thinking the biggest thing was probably the live wedding payment in any sort of like paid
commitments that they had together. Even like family feud probably paid enough. And, uh, yeah,
because they're married. Definitely the wedding thing, which I wonder if they were like smart enough to
have them paid to like two separate corporations or if it was.
paid to them together as a couple with like their names together on a check i don't know about that seems
pretty easy to me i make things a lot simpler than they need to be 50 50 50 split we're done get out of
here let's go move on there's be there's no reason not to have a 50 50 split yeah what are we arguing for
um bachelor nation's emily ferguson and husband william carlson are expecting baby number
Yep, it's another boy. Congratulations to you guys. Their first son, Beckham, is 12 months.
So these kids are going to be really close together. But it was very much planned. Emily wanted
the kids to be super close together in age. And I wonder if that has anything to do with the fact that
she and her best friend sister are twins. So she was also very surprised that it was another boy
because she said that this pregnancy has been different than her last.
She's felt better.
She's been less sick than she was the first time.
And I felt the exact same way with this second kid.
I was like, oh, the pregnancy is so different.
It must be a girl.
And that's not what it was in either of these situations.
But they are very excited and we're excited for them.
My boyfriend's professor is way too friendly, and now I'm seriously suspicious.
Well, wait a minute, Sam, maybe her boyfriend's just looking for extra credit.
Well, Dakota, it's back to school week on the OK Storytime podcast, so we'll find out soon.
This person writes, my boyfriend has been hanging out with his young professor a lot.
He doesn't think it's a problem, but I don't trust her.
Now, he's insisting we get to know each other, but I just want her gone.
Now, hold up. Isn't that against school policy? That sounds totally inappropriate.
Well, according to this person, this is her boyfriend's former professor, and they're the same age.
And it's even more likely that they're cheating.
He insists there's nothing between them.
I mean, do you believe him?
Well, he's certainly trying to get this person to believe him because he now wants them both to meet.
So, do we find out if this person's boyfriend really cheated with his professor or not?
To hear the explosive finale, listen to the OK Storytime podcast on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast.
My name is Ed.
Everyone say hello, Ed.
Hello, Ed.
I'm from a very rural background myself.
My dad is a farmer, and my mom is a cousin.
So, like, it's not like...
What do you get when a true crime producer walks into a comedy club?
I know it sounds like the start of a bad joke, but that really was my reality nine years ago.
I just normally do straight stand-up, but this is a bit different.
On stage stood a comedian with a story that no one expected to hear.
On 22nd of July 2015, a 23-year-old man had killed his family.
And then he came to my house.
So what do you get when a true crime producer walks into a comedy club?
A new podcast called Wisecrack, where stand-up comedy and murder takes center stage.
Available now.
Listen to Wisecrack on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
A foot washed up a shoe with some bones in it.
They had no idea who it was.
Most everything was burned up pretty good from the fire that not a whole lot was
salvageable. These are the coldest of cold cases, but everything is about to change.
Every case that is a cold case that has DNA. Right now in a backlog will be identified in our
lifetime. A small lab in Texas is cracking the code on DNA. Using new scientific tools,
they're finding clues in evidence so tiny you might just miss it. He never thought he was going
to get caught. And I just looked at my computer screen. I was just like, ah, gotcha.
On America's Crime Lab, we'll learn about victims and survivors,
and you'll meet the team behind the scenes at Othrum,
the Houston Lab that takes on the most hopeless cases
to finally solve the unsolvable.
Listen to America's Crime Lab on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts,
or wherever you get your podcasts.
What would you do if one bad decision forced you to choose
between a maximum security prison or the most brutal boot camp
designed to be hell on earth?
Unfortunately for Mark Lombardo, this was the choice he faced.
He said, you are a number, a New York State number, and we own you.
Shock incarceration, also known as boot camps, are short-term, highly regimented correctional
programs that mimic military basic training.
These programs aim to provide a shock of prison life, emphasizing strict discipline,
physical training, hard labor, and rehabilitation programs.
Mark had one chance.
to complete this program and had no idea of the hell awaiting him the next six months.
The first night was so overwhelming and you don't know who's next to you. And we didn't know
what to expect in the morning. Nobody tells you anything. Listen to shock incarceration on the
iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. I'm Dr. Joy Hardin-Brand
Bradford. And in session 421 of therapy for black girls, I sit down with Dr. Othia and Billy Shaka
to explore how our hair connects to our identity, mental health, and the ways we heal.
Because I think hair is a complex language system, right, in terms of it can tell how old you are,
your marital status, where you're from, you're a spiritual belief.
But I think with social media, there's like a hyper fixation and observation of our hair, right?
That this is sometimes the first thing someone sees when we make a post or a reel is how our hair is styled.
We talk about the important role
hairstylists play in our community,
the pressure to always look put together,
and how breaking up with perfection
can actually free us.
Plus, if you're someone who gets anxious about flying,
don't miss session 418 with Dr. Angela Neil Barnett,
where we dive into managing flight anxiety.

Bachelor Nations, Jason Tartick, goes Instagram official with Kat Stickler after months of dating rumors.
Now, we talked about this a little bit last week when we were together.
However, with Blake and G, we talked about it with, who obviously knows Jason and Kat as a couple well.
But Ashley, Philson, and any updates, any things we didn't talk about with Blake and G.
well they're saying that they met when they recorded an episode of trading secrets his podcast together
but that episode didn't air until april and they were 100% together before april i think the
episode was perhaps banked i think that she i think they may have banked it because of their
chemistry unless jason banks podcast and when i mean bank you guys i mean like holds on to them before
the release for quite some time because what he posted about this week on his Instagram
was a picture and with a picture from before they went out on their first date, which happened
to happen after kind of a very romantic moment on a plane. So Kat had boarded a plane after what
seems to be their first podcast recording together and she was talking to him on the phone while
sitting on the runway and said like I don't have my daughter this weekend and I just am feeling
very compelled to get off of this plane and see you and spend the weekend with you and he said do it
and then she after the entire plane was boarded got up and said basically like
got to go see about a guy and that was that and they went on their first dinner date that night
so my thought is that perhaps because everything unraveled so fast that he was like oh let's hold
this episode back see if you know we really become a what happens from this because i think
they've been together since january is certainly not april wow big news though
Unless I'm interpreting and wrong.
And, like, it was another podcast recording.
Katie Bigger reveals how many kids she and Zach want and when their wedding will be.
So they don't have a real date yet, but they're looking at venues.
They have a good feeling about one.
And they're thinking about October or November 2025.
And then as far as kids go, she says, so many.
questions about this and I have to say same. Whenever I do Q&As on Instagram, I like almost want to
preface the whole Q&A first by saying that like I get 80% of the questions that I get are about
kids. So it's like people out there who are not interested in kids. Like I'm sorry. This is like
what I'm predominantly being asked about. And she says same. They would like to have two or
three, but she also said I'm going to listen to my body and see what it's capable of.
And, you know, and once we're parents see what we'll be able to handle.
I think it's a great answer.
I feel like the two of them are going to be really good parents.
And they're going to enjoy it a lot.
You know, they have kind of taken the quieter route here.
They seem to have a lot of fun together.
They got a good little unit going.
It's one of the best success stories from the show that, you know, a lot of people don't talk about.
They should.
Katie and Zach are going strong.
Well, Michelle Young shares what her parents really think.
of boyfriend Jack and Michelle and Jack's future plans.
Well, basically, they loved him right off the bat.
He's really great, by the way.
I really like that guy.
He's very nice.
Did you meet him at the Golden Wedding?
Yeah.
Yeah, we hung out quite a bit.
And he's a really nice, too.
So she said Jack's one of those people that you instantly trust with your life,
the moment you meet him.
And my parents started including him on family trips pretty much immediately.
So that tells you everything you really need to know, she said.
he also took the initiative to pull them aside and tell them his intentions with me so there was a lot of trust from the start power move what a power move i know right
like wow um she also said that they recently posted about like a bubbling a very annoying toilet and they ended up evacuating that apartment since they weren't able to solve the mystery bubbling toilet after nine months of dealing with the issue so they just had to move on
they temporarily moved in with her sister and that that helped them kind of figure out their
next plan the new digs are coming very soon so um officially living together and um it seems as if
you know he has a already pulled a bachelor move by asking the parents for permission i mean it's
pretty solid can't can't hate on the dude for that that's awesome uh Ashley final headline is this
It looks like Joey is kind of hinting at going on another reality television show,
but we don't know exactly which one.
What do you know?
It seems like he's teasing a big payday because he was talking about money on Jason's podcast,
Trading Secrets, and said that he's expecting an influx very soon.
And a lot of people are thinking that perhaps this is Dancing with the Stars.
Yeah.
Because Dancing with the Stars is kind of known for being a very well-paid reality show.
And it also is like the natural go-to for most Bachelor leads after the show, except for you.
Yeah, they say no to me.
So I'm kind of glad.
That would be so embarrassing.
Well, good for Joey.
I mean, it sounds like money is going to be very valuable to him since his credit score is.
You're right. I do feel bad about the credit score. It's like, wow, that like just really
sucks. Well, if he has enough cash, he doesn't need credit. And that is a lesson in life.
That's all the headlines we have for you today. Very excited about what's to come. Obviously,
we have Jen season of The Bachelorette right around the corner, along with some great interviews
coming out that we're really excited to share with you all. We can't tell you who yet because there's
