Right now in a backlog will be identified in our lifetime.
On the new podcast, America's Crime Lab,

This is the Ben and Ashley I, almost famous podcast with IHeart Radio.
Howdy-ho, Neighbor Joe's. It's Ashley, and it's Ben.
that come from i don't know i'm thinking about like full house it's like yeah how do you how would
they say when they started that show you know joey show yeah i forget but not i get it it's it's good
feeling uh hey uh just a little warning shot here uh i've got the flu ash i am um under the weather
so my voice is going to be very off which people will probably appreciate um
have a quick episode today
because we don't have to really catch up
on each other's lives. We now know that Ben
has the flu and you guys can
catch up on my life
for at least what it was the past
week on our other two episodes.
The Girls' Night episode sponsored
by Uber Eats is coming out soon and I am
so excited to share it with you guys.
It's like two straight hours of girl talk.
It is so fun.
I had a blast
recording it. Who are the girls with you?
It was two hours of girl talk.
And we had Kendall and Becca, Carly, Crystal Tenley, Daniela McBride from Sean's season, then Claire and, oh, my gosh, who am I?
And then Heather Martin.
So I got to broke it up into like two different, like three different segments.
One was like mom life.
One was like single life dating.
And then the other one.
was mentalist life.
Have you ever heard of a mentalist, Ben?
Is this something that you would even allow yourself to believe in?
His name is Nivo.
He's from Israel, and he read our minds from halfway across the world.
And not just like by looking at us, reading our face or anything like that.
The guy read our minds before we even got on the podcast.
He's a true magician.
Do you feel like the stuff he was saying?
And I'm sure people are going to be able to listen to it.
Do you feel like he was spot on?
Well, it's not like a psychic.
Okay.
So he basically, he could read my mind, like, say was, who's your first kiss?
He had already written down on a whiteboard, the name of Kendall's first kiss, before she even got on the Zoom with him.
Like, he didn't pick up a pen the entire time.
And nobody asked Kendall who her first kiss was.
and then halfway across the world
he lifted up a whiteboard
and there was the name of the boy that he
that she first kissed.
Was he right?
It was insane.
Yes, he was right.
And then there was like this other time
where he was like,
Ashley, what's a country that you want to go to?
Kendall, what's the name?
Do you have a friend who lives in that country?
And she did.
And then finally, Becca,
how much money do you want to go
on a shopping
spree with in this country.
And we each had three different answers.
And then he held up a whiteboard.
And on that whiteboard, it said France, the boy's name that she was friends with in France.
And then $25,000, which was the amount that Becca wanted to spend shopping in Paris.
It was weird, Ben.
There's no explanations, you guys.
If you think that this is cool, just me telling you, go and listen to the girls.
Night Podcast, sponsored by Uber Eats.
One of the coolest experiences I've ever had.
It really kicked the night off right.
So the episode's not out yet, but I hope that that peaks your interest a little bit
that you'll click it when you see it does pop up on your podcast.
Coming out soon, right?
Yes, very soon.
This week, I think.
That's amazing.
Well, I just got back from a Bachelor Party.
I guess, you know, that's a big deal.
I'm the best man in my best friend's wedding.
So we went to Lake of the Ozarks this week.
weekend because we wanted to fish and we wanted to be in Ozark yeah yeah did you watch Ozark oh yeah
it was a great show it's a great show but it was a great lake we had a great time um and uh you know
I think I was getting sick while I was there I was kind of coughing at night got home let the body
rest and uh oh my um it's hit like a ton of bricks oh I'm so sorry 1,100 cases in Colorado daily right now
I don't know. As of last week, we're getting the flu. And so it's all over the place. But it's not stopping us from doing this. Again, go check out Ashley's episode of Girl Talk. You're going to catch up on her life, the lives of all these others and have a lot of fun with it. Super great episode, Ashley. I'm glad you did it. We're going to come back right now after the break and catch up on all the Bachelor headlines because we do have a lot of them today. And there's some good ones.

Attention passengers.
The pilot is having an emergency and we need someone, anyone to land this plane.
Think you could do it?
It turns out that nearly 50% of men think that they could land the plane with the help of air traffic control.
And they're saying like, okay, pull this.
Do this, pull that, turn this.
It's just...
I can do it my eyes close.
I'm Mani.
I'm Noah.

Those who lack expertise lack the expertise they need to recognize that they lack expertise.

Wait, what?
Oh, that's the run right.
I'm looking at this thing.
See?

What would you do if one bad decision forced you to choose between a maximum security prison
or the most brutal boot camp designed to be hell on earth?
Unfortunately for Mark Lombardo, this was the choice he faced.
He said, you are a number, a New York state number, and we own you.
Shock incarceration, also known as boot camps, are short-term, highly regimented correctional program.
that mimic military basic training.
These programs aim to provide a shock of prison life,
emphasizing strict discipline, physical training, hard labor, and rehabilitation programs.
Mark had one chance to complete this program
and had no idea of the hell awaiting him the next six months.
The first night was so overwhelming, and you don't know who's next to you.
And we didn't know what to expect in the morning.
Nobody tells you anything.

Big news this week in Bachelor Nation.
Bachelorette's Michelle Young, who was known on her season as being a teacher,
makes emotional decision to step back from teaching.
Her quote is, I was in survival mode.
This is according to us weekly.
Well, I saw Michelle and Nate, albeit briefly at Wango Tango.
this weekend and they're just the most striking couple like wow the beauty is immense um they're also
of course so kind and warm and sweet and they're so tall he's like six five or something and she
in her heels wow they're really really really something to see but michelle announced this week
that basically she is stepping down from teaching at least for now again like ben said she's
herself in survival mode ever since she's joined bachelor nation i i feel like she's just not able to give
teaching 100% of herself and she talks on her podcast a bachelor happy hour this week that teaching is like
the one thing that you need to have a total passion for it's a built on passion she says and she realized
for the past two years she's been in survival mode it's actually something that a co-worker asked her said
how long have you been in survival mode for and like quickly she said two years
um it's really she's been flying on the seat of her pants and not really necessarily like living
in the moment while teaching she touches on feeling that that burnout and things just keep piling
and piling and piling on it's like a big game of jenga she says the foundation for her teaching
just like felt like it was starting to crack even before the pandemic she said so she's just
taking a little step back, who knows if she will return, but she does have, like, a lot of
Bachelorette duties, you know what I mean? She's the host of the podcast, and when you're
the Bachelorette and you're trying to keep a, quote, quote, normal job, that is a lot of
juggling. So I know what she means when she says. It's a game of Jenga. Well, I know she'll be
missing the school system. She's a little beloved teacher, but got to support her and her
decision. Well, big news in Bachelor Nation, Bachelor alum, Lauren Bushnell Lane, is pregnant,
expecting baby number two with husband, Chris Lane, this according to Us Weekly.
They announced it on Instagram, said party for coming October 22. I mean, maybe it was a
people exclusive, but they posted the people exclusive on Instagram, says she can't wait to see
Duddy as a big brother.
It comes about
one year after she gave
birth to their son, Dutton. He's
actually turning 12 months on
Wednesday. Wednesday. So
tomorrow, that's pretty wild.
So they are cranking him out.
Abigail
Herringing, oh, geez,
Abigail and Noah
reflect on Bachelor in Paradise
Split. It made
our romance more real.
Now, Ashley, I was just thinking
as I read this headline earlier, is Bachelor Nation had some very successful Bachelor in Paradise
couples who weren't together on the beach necessarily, but got together afterwards.
I mean, we just saw Becca and Thomas get engaged.
I'm not going to be shocked if Abigail and Noah get engaged sometime relatively soon on their
timeline.
But, yeah, couples who break up have gotten back together on Paradise.
I'd love to hear your thoughts on that after you break down this headline.
Yeah, not to mention Kenny and Mari.
Oh, yeah.
And, oh, and then we have Serena and Joe.
So we currently have four couples from last season of Paradise who are making it to the one year mark, which is pretty exciting.
But yeah, back to Abigail and Noah talking about how their split made their romance more real.
They said that when they left and they got to just work on their relationship, no cameras, no production, seeing somebody,
being out of like that crazy environment
and more into the real world
and they just really felt like
they were able to do it on their own time
explore each other's real thoughts
and they're also talking about
whether or not they've been in touch with any
potential Bachelor in Paradise season
eight contestants and that begins
filming I feel like in a day or two
Noah says that they have had
convos with the quote next generation
and their best advice is
this you got a lot of voices in your head you got a lot of moving parts you have
people coming and going and if you think about it you're on vacation mode where
you're making money you're eating good food and it is really good food and you're
surrounded by friends and potential people to date so if you think about it that
way and you just do you you're really into this girl or guy or whatever just go
for it and if it doesn't work out think of it as just an expedited real life
situation I'm telling you what I want to know you know you know you know you know
know, it's really great to see the success from Paradise.
I think Paradise is going to catch a lot of attention this year.
But, Ashley, I really want to know why you think these relationships work after the
breakups.
I think they probably get a little more privacy in developing their relationship, but they don't
have to, like, go public with their relationship right away.
And they also have a lot less pressure on them.
And I do feel like as soon as you get the ring on your finger, maybe there's just,
these outside forces that that just make you feel like you have to jump into a certain
territory of your relationship rather than just getting to enjoy getting to know each other
like all of a sudden people are asking you when are you going to get married instead of like
how are you getting along that's interesting your insight's helpful there because obviously
you know you've been on that beach um i i just think there's something about that beach that
brings the love, and I'm so excited for this cast that's coming up.
We've gotten rumors that Michael A is going to be there.
Oh, yay!
How cool would it be if he falls in love on the beach?
Oh, so great.
But I do want to say, I do want to say that it makes sense why Paradise has more couples
in existence, I feel like, well, maybe like in ratio, you know, like all relative.
And that's because you get to spend 20-something.
if you're the first cast days together versus the bachelor of the bachelorette where you just have
a date here or there collectively the time spent together before the decision is made at the end is
so much more and you get a lot more people to choose from when you show you get like one lead
yeah and you get a lot more like real time like down time they're not like all you being on a magical
day. It's like you literally just sitting on a cushion together for hours. Oh yeah. No, that makes
sense. Well, I want to take this time, Ashley, to break here and just say, hey, to all the people
at the Lake of the Ozarks, who came up to me and said they listened to our podcast. Thank you for
listening. There's a lot of them, a lot of them. So cool. Yeah, really fun to get that encouragement,
get back out in public a little bit and hear that and get to meet some of the listeners. So if you're
listening and we met, appreciate it, thank you for your kind words. A few more headlines. A few more
line's here.
Bachelor Nations
Dylan and Hannah already
feel married, they say.
This is according to E.
Well, we had Dylan and Hannah on
our Hyundai Wango Tango
podcast, which will also be released
very soon. We
talked to them about where in
Italy they're planning on getting married
or if they're even going to decide on
Italy, even though that is where they
recently venue shopped
in March. They're also going to look at some
California venues, but you can hear all about their wedding plans on that episode coming up.
But as the headline says, they are already feeling married.
They've lived in four houses together, they say.
They say that they are, they really jive as roommates.
Hannah will cook dinner, Dylan will do breakfast, she makes the bed, he takes it the lot, the
garbage, basically like anything that she hates doing around the house, he likes and vice versa.
And they just feel like, you know, it's been since 2019, summer 2019 that they've been engaged.
Their families are very involved with each other.
And they just feel like, you know, they are in it for the long haul.
And while I was there with them in person, I kind of said that too.
And I was like, it's nice that I could confidently say that we will be adding a new married couple to the Bachelor in Paradise collection.
There you go.
It's a good collection.
Imagine that you're on an airplane and all of a sudden you hear this.
Attention passengers.
The pilot is having an emergency and we need someone, anyone to land this plane.

Dale Moss and Home Renovator
Gayley Alex
I think that's how you say her name
are officially dating
the details are covered by us weekly
So I think Gaylee is kind of like an Instagram
Home Renovator
She's not like on HGTV or anything
Not to downplay her talent
She's got over a million and a half followers
I think.
Damn, girl.
Okay, yeah.
So I don't, I didn't know her name before it came out that she was dating Dale.
It's interesting that the headline from Us Weekly is saying that they're officially dating.
But then when you read the article, it actually says that like they're not super serious.
Like they may not be like exclusive dating, if you know what I mean.
And then they were spotted getting cozy after Dale's TED talk.
That was what rose a flag to me.
I was like, Dale's doing a TED talk.
It's actually a, like a separate version of TED Talks.
It was at Drexel.
And it says it's an independently organized TED event.
So the two of them are, they're hanging out.
Well, good for them.
Love is in the air.
Love might also be in the air for this season of The Bachelorette.
Gabby and Rachel reveal if they're still
BFFs. Plus, Gabby also talks about her tips for getting over heartbreak as according to
the Bachelor Nation. Gabby did a Q&A on Instagram this week and somebody asked her if the two of them
are still BFF and she said she's my number one of course with pink heart emojis. Somebody else
asked who Gabby ended up with and she posted a picture of Zach Efron. I feel like a girl that is
my celebrity crush as well. She said he came for the right.
reasons, I swear. And then another question was how to get over heartbreak, like you mentioned.
And she said, let yourself hurt, be patient, and maybe definitely get under someone else.
Well, we have one big headline for the week. But I do, I wouldn't like to say that I'm very
excited to hear Gabby say that there's still BFFs. That is a great sign going into this season.
All the ideas of how the season was going to work and all the thoughts.
on if it was going to be good or bad.
It's just nice to know they're still getting along and getting along well.
It makes me even more intrigue on how they pulled that off.
A lot of it could just be because those two are awesome and they wanted to make it work.
But also imagine the format is going to kind of surprise us on how it works.
Definitely bringing on the intrigue as we head into this Bachelor at season,
which won't air now for a while.
But super interesting.
Hey, biggest headline of the week is one that was sent in to us.
There's a TikTok out there about Greg Grippo.
Yay, I was hoping you were going to hit on this.
Yeah, so she's all batch.
She all batch.
TikTok account breaks down some things about Greg as he prepares to potentially,
we don't have any confirmation on this, head to paradise.
Ashley, this feels very much like a Blake
situation to me, feels like this could blow up, but maybe it's nothing. Break down what's going
on. How could someone else do this? It's kind of like a blank situation, but also kind of like last
year situation where there was some dating, like a Brandon Piper type of situation. But the two of them
aren't going to end up meeting in Paradise, but it's kind of a combination of all like the wrong
things to do before going to Paradise.
So Greg, apparently maybe broke up with his model girlfriend, I believe she's French,
unfollowed her on Instagram, which of course is a convenient thing to do with Paradise
around the corner, but he is still been seen hanging out with her around the beach house
that his parents own in New Jersey.
So apparently they've been spotted together and she, or maybe.
Maybe not even they've been spotted together, but she has been spotted in the same beach town.
And that's a little bit odd because it's a small beach town.
Yeah, it's like New Jersey Beach, right?
It's not like, like, he was spotted in Malibu.
And then a couple days later, she was spotted in Malibu or like, she was spotted in Santa Monica.
He was spotted in San Antonio.
It's like not like that, you know, it's like a small little New Jersey beach town.
and they've both been spotted there this week,
despite the fact that he has unfollowed her.
And it's just a little bit sketchy.
Because I do, like I mentioned, I think she's French.
I should know this.
I should know this just like the back of my hand.
But like she's just, we'll just say that she's not a New Jersey native.
All right.
So this is all very suspect.
And it won't be if we don't see.
Greg go
MIA
from social media
because that would
mean you know
he's still around
but if he goes silent
and he seems like
he's in paradise
I don't believe
the man is truly single
well it's going to be
interesting because there's a lot
of what if's here
we don't know
he's going to paradise
for one
we also don't know
their relationship status
for two
but if it is
something sneaky
going on
we know the Bachelor
is going to figure it out, and we know it's going to be a storyline, I would just be shocked,
Ashley, if anybody else tries to pull something like this off after seeing what's happened
in the past, who knows? I don't know. Ashley, that's all the headlines we have today. It is a
quick and short episode, but Bachelination keeps us going by creating these headlines.
because I have the flu and because my voice is breaking down,
I think if you don't mind, let's call it for today
and be back next week when I'm fresh and rested
and I've got a really clear voice.
Yes, and in the meantime this week,
you should probably have a couple other almost-amous podcast
to listen to the one from Wango Tango and the Girls' Night.
There you go.
Hey, with that, I've been Ben.
I've been Ashley.
Tudaloo.
