This is an I-Heart podcast.
Guaranteed Human.
There was no anything inside those eyes.
They turned black.
It scared the hell out of me.
Evil, wake up.
I'm the one that saw the murder take place by Crevette and DePippo.
Anthony DePippo showed no signs of remorse,
appearing unfazed after being sentenced to the maximum.
I said I'm not guilty.
I'll take it to the grave.

Can superstars even exist the way they used to?
2016 was sort of that last era
of monoculture
where we still consume
things in community.
Everybody wanted to be Beyonce at that point.
I don't think we'll ever
another we are.
What does it mean to be black and eat in America?

This is the almost famous podcast with IHeart Radio.
Hey, everybody. It's Bob Gini here.
we are back on a little bit famous,
a subsidy, of course, of the almost famous podcast,
brought you by a heart radio, IHare podcast,
and Sugarman Media.
Let's talk with my co-host,
who's been through every step of the way with me on this one.
We're talking, of course, a farmer wants a wife,
and we're talking, of course, about super producer to the stars.
Who was wrong on this one?
Heather Mundy.
I was wrong.
We are, this is,
end of our journey with Farma wants a wife. Yeah, we've talked to, you know, some of our couples. We talk to,
you know, a runner up here and there. And, and now we're going to talk to another one. We're talking to
Carson, runner up on Farmer Sean's farm. You know, I had some opinions about Carson. I was
open about my thoughts that I thought she was kind of in it to win it and was more into the competition
element than she was into Sean. And even though they had some chemistry for sure, some physical
chemistry. So I'm excited because I don't hold back and I'm going to get into that with her.
So I'm going to ask her point blank. But I'm excited to talk to her. So let's bring her in.
Let's do it. I'm so excited. Carson Higgins. Come on, Ann. No relation to Ben Higgins.
Carson.
No relation to Penn Higgins.
Hi, Carson.
Hi, how are you guys?
Good.
We're so excited to have you on.
Thank you for having me.
Of course.
Carson, I will say this.
I feel like you, I mean, I was flashback.
I just got to go right to this point.
It was a flashback for me back when I was The Bachelor.
And I broke up with a woman named Kelly Caharski.
Kelly Joe Higgins, actually.
Oh, my God, you might be related.
Her name is Kelly.
my God.
So many Higgins.
Her married name is Kharascham.
And Kelly Cho was much like you, very fiery.
And when I was like, I'm sorry, you know, you're amazing.
But she literally, and I watched you do it, literally pulled her hands down.
And we were holding hands.
I'm like, oh, shit.
I remember the moment.
And so you took me there on this episode, the finale episode.
I was like, oh, boy, here we go.
Flashbacks.
Yes.
Flashbacks.
Sure was. It sure was.
So how are you feeling? I mean, I'm sure with some perspective and some time, you know, a lot has probably changed for you.
I feel great. I mean, it's been seven months since that ending was filmed. I think it was seven months. I still kind of feel the same way.
I was not, I went into it with a good mindset. So I really wasn't shocked. And I wanted Sean to do what was best for him. And I think that he really did. Because in the long run, him and Emily are a great match. I think they're a better match than me and Sean would be.
So I'm just happy that he did what was best for him.
Because, I mean, if he chose me, probably wouldn't even be together
because Emily was the better matter.
Okay, okay, wait.
We need to deep dive a little bit on that.
So just to rewind a little,
Sean is younger than you by a handful of years.
Had you ever dated somebody younger than you?
So right before the show,
I had gone on dates with one person that was younger than me.
And I think after all this, I've decided I'm just not doing
I think there, well, Sean, Sean was great at communication, but what I've noticed with anyone younger is there is, I over communicate, I think. And the younger they are, the less they communicate their feelings. And I think that's something you grow out of. I think I grew out of that. But I can't do that anymore. I think I'm just turned 26. I'm out of that phase where we just don't communicate. And it's just like, I'm going to be silent. And that tells you how I feel. I can't do that.
I hate to break it to you, Carson.
and I don't want to sound jaded when I say this,
but even when they're older,
emotional intelligence and communication can still be difficult for men.
Oh, I believe it.
Yeah.
Ladies, ladies,
present company excluded, of course.
Present company excluded, of course.
An amazingly in-depth communicator.
Yes.
It depends on the person, I think.
Yeah, yeah, definitely.
For sure.
But you really, I mean, you came onto this show,
and honestly, it was like,
out of nowhere, you went from sort of someone who,
you know, admittedly, I mean, you said it yourself.
You're like, you know, if I go home, I go home.
If I don't, you know, it was like you really, I think was, I don't think that was gamesmanship.
I think that was truly how you felt.
And it was like one of those things where in that, but you probably and obviously, and I said this a lot.
Have you listened?
If you've listened to our podcast, you know I've said this a bunch and we both said this,
but not a single woman on this show was wanting for a date.
Right.
you all, and it's, so you are all gorgeous, you all, I'm sure, you know, have your pick of guys and
same with the farmer guys. But I thought it was really interesting because, you know, the minute
you said that, it was like, all of a sudden he was like, sorry, what? I know, right? And I think
he said it challenged him. So I think that's kind of how he saw it. It was like, oh, this could
like be fun. And it, and it was, but obviously I wasn't like that the whole time because I did grow a
connection with him. But like you said, I was just being honest. And either people don't like that
or not, but I'm like, I just have to go in and say the truth.
Because if I were to sit there and be like, oh, yeah, I have a connection with you.
I met you last week, but like I have an attachment.
Well, I did, by the way, I said attachment.
A lot of people thought I said connection.
And to me, connection and attachment are two different things.
So an attachment to me is like I, I'm attached to my animals.
I love my animals.
I see them every day.
I'm so used to them.
I do not want to be away from them.
But I had known Sean a week.
I'm not attached to the guy.
So I said I wasn't attached to him.
If I would have sat there,
I'm very attached to you.
That would have been a lot.
Yeah.
I appreciate that.
Yeah, that is honest.
I did express when I was watching the season that because it was more of a slow burn
and you kind of came out of nowhere towards the end, I thought,
in terms of the physical connection and then you kind of expressing how you were feeling about him,
it did give me pause to wonder if you were really more so in it to where,
in it and the competitive side of you kind of kicked in towards the end. So looking back now,
in hindsight, tell me, were you in it to win it or did you really want Sean? For me, it was the
complete opposite. I had so much love for the girls there and it was so hard for me when either
of them, anybody would get voted off. I thought for sure I was leaving the night that Olivia left
when it was top three. So to me, I was just there to find a genuine
connection. I did not care. And I didn't like when people called it winning and none of us girls did,
but it's like, are you winning or are you just like ending up with him in the end? But I did not
care about winning. I didn't even, I liked experiencing it, but I said this while we were filming and
everything. I hated that it was going to be on TV. I was like, I would love to do all of this
without cameras. Yeah. You would love to share a guy with nine women, but not be on camera doing it.
Weirdly, if it was the same group of girls, yes.
Okay.
It was so much fun.
I do love that the girls got along so well, and you could tell that the guys also got along really well.
I thought that was...
Some of the girls got along on her farm.
Not all of them.
That's true.
That is true.
But for the most part, it looked like a big kumbaya between all of you guys.
We do have to talk about the drama on the farm because it was taking over a couple of episodes for sure.
you know, the rumor was that Emily expressed off camera to some people that she,
that Sean told her she was going to be the final pick.
And then it kind of got tangled again and later was said that Sean said this,
not, not Emily.
Like Emily, you know, maybe alluded to it.
So tell us what happened on the farm.
Or then also I felt like it was kind of portrayed that Rihanna, I felt watching it, that Rihanna was stirring up the pot, right?
Yeah.
She was saying this.
And that's what you and I talked about, Heather, was I was like, no, Rihanna was just trying to make, you know, a mess here.
I'm like, that's what she's doing.
Because the way it kind of spread, it was like the worst game of telephone I've ever seen in my life where it's like Rihanna is the one who says it.
But then it's, then everyone's saying, well, Emily said it.
You know, I felt like it wasn't.
Yeah.
So what was going on?
So tell us what happened?
Well, so I think, this is I think because I never heard anything come from anybody's mouth, that the rumor was that Sean told Emily, you're my final pick. And then Emily had communicated that to Rihanna. And then Rihanna had communicated that to Macy. So when Macy's sending herself home, I'm like a wreck because I was like, I was so confused. Because I think that this all went on during a time that I was like in a morning time when I was asleep. So I woke up like people are mad. And I'm like, what is going on? Macy sitting herself home. I was.
blindsided. I still don't know
about any of that, but I do
know that the scene where we're all
at the fire and Rihanna
comes and tells us that, that was not
a conversation. That was not,
it was a lot of
things clipped and edited
where that's not what she was saying to us.
A Franken edit, yes.
At Rianna, I
was upset that
she got edited
a little bit to look crazy
or something like that. I saw a lot of comments saying that.
she's not she truly was a genuine person she came there for the right reasons i mean his family
obviously saw something in her and i think that it was unfair that right when she got there
sean had made that decision i'm not going to take her to the farm and then he changed his mind i had a
soft spot for her because that had to be such a i don't know how to phrase it but that position we put
and that would give myself that would not feel good to hear right no the girl's telling you like oh he wasn't
even going to pick you anyway. That was kind of harsh that the other girls said that to her.
You'd think that they would just have their grievance with him. Right. This is what I say in real life.
And sorry, Bob, always blame the guy. The girl's always in the right. The girl's always in the right.
And none of that was her fault. She had just showed up, had a conversation with her. And I felt so bad for her because that was kind of when all that
drama broke and she was in the most fragile state because it was like, we had no idea what was going on until he cleared the air.
Yeah, I actually agree with you.
I think, you know, in that moment, the only person to blame was Sean,
because first of all, he's like walking around saying like it's fact, right?
And then it made him look kind of wishy-washy, you know, because then all of a sudden
he's like, actually, I think I want you to come back.
I remember watching that episode.
I think I might have texted Heather and called her.
I'm like, what the hell's going on here?
I'm losing my mind.
You know, but I think, I think right there, though, I think that is an example of someone's
emotional maturity, right?
Like, he felt like he had to say this big statement to make you.
you all know how important you were,
but in fact,
what he really did was created a show for himself, right?
Because now he's got to go back and unwind everything he said.
He looks like he can't tell the truth.
You know,
it was like a bunch of stuff.
Yes.
And I think that night where that happened is when a lot of us kind of pulled back a little bit
and our guards were up,
I mean,
especially Macy,
as you could see.
And I think that happens in real life with men and me in general.
If they do one little thing and I'm like,
are you going to be like that in a marriage?
Like is a lie?
you're going to change your mind like that in a marriage.
It did give me a little bit of hesitation.
But I also give Sean a lot of grace because I kept thinking,
okay, put myself in his shoes.
I might be doing that or worse.
Like I don't know what I would be saying.
I'm trying to please five ladies.
He was probably like his mind was probably spinning.
Oh, we said he was a kid in a candy store.
There's got to be something happening to a man when all of a sudden he's
plopped into a universe where he has zero competition with other men
and all eyes are on him for the first time probably in his life.
That's a man's dream right there.
So, yeah.
Hold on, though.
As someone who had 30 women on my season, yeah, it's a bit of a dream and a bit of a nightmare all the same time.
I'm sure, but Bob, you also weren't 22 when you did it.
That's true.
So that's like it literal, I think at 22, that's a man's dream.

It scared the hell out of me.
That was your first murder case?
Yes, sir.
Fair to say this was the biggest case of your career?
Yes, sir.

Just as bad as it gets.
I would think so.
People wake up.

I'm going to ask you something that we speculated on about Farmer Sean as well. He was a very much a kissing bandit on this season. He really did lay out the kisses, which we are totally fine with. I'm 100% in on that. We're 100% in on that. We wish there was a little less hat, actually.
and we got to see more lip to lip,
but that's just us personally.
We kind of got virgin vibes from Sean.
Was that ever brought up or discussed or thought about?
That is so funny because before we met him,
we're all in a room.
And I remember asking Emily,
I was like, do you think?
I had never met him.
And I was like, do you think like,
just I just,
it's so funny because I got that vibe too.
But in person,
I just think that I don't want to call him a lover boy,
but when he felt something,
he acted on it.
Yeah.
And like again, we're in our early 20s.
Well, he's in his early 20s.
And it's kind of like the self-control was hard in those scenes and in those moments.
And I think that he really did have feelings for a few of us.
Yeah.
He was acting on that.
But I will say, I think kissing is, I think some people watch shows like this.
And if they think kissing is bad, I don't think they should watch shows like this.
Thank you.
Agreed.
Agreed.
Because you're not going to, if you're supposed to end this show with a dating or a proposal
or whatever, you're for sure going to want to know if you have physical and sexual chemistry
with that person.
So you got to kiss them.
You know what I mean?
And to be fair, you guys are all absolutely beautiful women.
And there's not a guy out there who wouldn't be like, oh, my God, she looks so.
I mean, your date, the tantric yoga date, I was like, I literally almost had to pull my car over.
Do you watch that back, Carson, and think spicy or.
cringy now watching it. I do not watch it. I mean, I was, I probably would say cringy. I didn't even
want, I was like this, because I was a FaceTiming Olivia, because she's in Italy. And so I,
she couldn't watch it. And I was just saying, I was like, don't tell me. And I was letting it for
watch. I was not looking. That was so, that was tough. That was tough. And we had to do that,
I think, twice to get more comfortable, you know, so they're like, all right, do this again.
And I'm like, again, like, how many times I had to do that? It was awesome. I got to be honest. I
thought that was such a great date idea.
You looked like a pro for somebody.
Like if you didn't watch it, we will tell you this.
You look like a pro.
You were like super comfortable.
You were like, okay, yeah, now let's do this move.
Now let's do this move.
Like you seemed and you kind of seemed like this the whole season, which is why I felt
the in it to win it vibes because you just felt like, yeah, this is me.
I'm here.
I'm cool.
I'm the cool girl.
Like I'm laid back.
I'm sarcastic.
Didn't you feel when we met her family though?
Like I was like, this makes perfect sense.
When we saw your dad, I was like, this is where she gets it from.
Your dad, you know, and he's like, yeah, well, he's going to have something to deal with.
I just was like, oh, my God, I love that guy.
But the way you handle yourself, I just think that's who you are.
I think you're just someone who rolls in.
I was going back to the end it to win it thing, I think that depending on who's viewing it from an outside perspective,
I think my confidence came off as I was just acting.
with Sean because I wanted to end the whole thing.
But in reality, I'm not a shy person.
I'm not an awkward person.
So I just show up.
I'll kiss them.
I'll do the yoga.
I'll flirt.
I'll do all the banter.
So it looks like,
oh my gosh,
this girl hasn't known him how this long.
How should I like that with him?
That's just like,
that's just how I show up.
Well,
to be fair,
I didn't think you were acting.
I did think that there was chemistry between you two.
We couldn't deny that.
I thought he kept saying you surprised him,
which was so funny,
because it was obvious when he said that,
that like your personality,
your forwardness is not something he'd ever dated before.
Like, Emily is very reserved and on the quiet side,
it seemed like.
Is that safe to say?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
That's why I thought they were a great match.
That's why I'm like, I don't know,
but I almost felt like I was too.
I've had exes in the past that I felt like I was too much for them.
And like they wanted me to just like,
quiet down and I never felt that way with Sean and he never made me feel that way but I did feel like
he was more on that quiet reserve side with Emily so I'm like they're a great match but at the
same time he was allowing me to feel so comfortable so I was like I could end up with him and be very
happy that's why I was taught well opposite to tract I mean in those moments too he's he's got
maybe you know maybe he was more used to dating someone like Emily and then you're this wild card
and he's like it's exciting you know he's like oh my god I'm
doing tantric yoga, holy shit.
I mean, he looked like a fish out of water,
but it was so funny because he was,
I think it's safe to say from a viewership perspective,
he really did have feelings for both of you.
And I don't think he was, I mean, obviously,
we don't know the private conversations and things like that,
but I don't think he was misleading at all.
I think he was sincerely having genuine feelings for both of you
and was just trying to figure out what was going to be the best move for him.
said and it was one of those things that in the moment, you know, and I've, and I've often said
this, Heather, stand by me on this one, because this is true. Like, I used to talk to all the new
bachelors, right? And my speech was always like, hey, guys, FYI, it's not about you, you know?
And they'd always be like, what, you know, because they're being told that they're like,
you know, God's gift or whatever. I'm like, trust me, trust me. You've got women who are
cast on this show who do not lose, okay? These women are the hottest girls,
cabinet of the team, president of the class, drama club president, whatever.
And it becomes like a social science experiment because all of a sudden you're like,
what the hell?
You know, obviously it's me.
I mean, I believe me.
I went through it when I was on The Bachelorette.
I was like, clearly, Trista is into me.
You know, why wouldn't she be?
And then when they made me The Bachelor, I was like, wait a minute, this has nothing to do with me.
But it was one of those things that you don't realize it until you're in.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And I feel like our season, all of the girls, I loved the women.
I think they were all so confident and strong because of what I loved to,
about this season was instead of it being a show like the bathroom,
it's like, does he like me? Does he like me? We were all asking ourselves,
do we like him as well? Because I think on a lot of these shows,
I want to say, I say shows, but it's more of like an experiment.
You forget that it is not about like, oh, how far can you go?
We actually, we want to have genuine feelings with this guy. So we kept assessing,
like, how do we feel? And that's a reason why Macy and Rihanna left,
because they looked back and they were like, we don't feel anything.
with him. Why a few girls left this season on even on other forms that just weren't feeling it? We were
like, whoa, there goes everybody. My favorite thing you said this entire season was, I think it was on
your little smores one-on-one thing. And Sean said, you know what I liked about you? I liked that you
liked to go to national parks. And you were like, yeah, I do like to do that, but like I also like
to do other things.
And you really were trying to, I think, set the foundation of you don't have to like all the
exact same things as your partner.
And it felt like Sean was looking for those kinds of things.
He was looking for somebody that was almost exactly the same as him.
And I'm of the same mindset of you.
You do not need to be, I don't want to date me.
I want to date somebody that brings.
It's boring.
I think I said that.
I think I said it's boring.
We all like the same things.
Exactly.
Y'all saw my parents.
My parents are complete opposites.
My mom, I mean, going on the show for that episode, my dad was on cloud nine.
He was having so much fun.
My mom was going to pass out.
She was so nervous.
That was my family too when we did it.
Yeah.
They represented that for me.
So with Sean, we did have a lot in common about our interest and things like that.
But I also wanted to know what do we clash on because those things can be fun.
It's okay to have differences.
Yeah, I agree with you 100%.
That's a good mindset.
Yeah, my wife and I've been together 13 years and we scrap all the time.
Like, you know, it's just constant.
And it keeps it a little exciting, not too much.
Yeah, exactly.
A perfect mix.
What did your parents think about watching the breakup happen on camera?
Oh my gosh.
I didn't watch it with them, but I know my mom said, all she said was you did great.
I liked everything that you said.
So she was supportive of it.
I haven't talked to my dad about it, but I mean, he supports everything I do.
There was a lot of people with the tantric yoga that were like,
what did her dad think about this?
My dad was like, go girl.
Yeah.
My dad is a supporter.
My dad is one of my fans.
I mean, I took it too far.
He might have been like, okay, if I would have went off on Sean during the breakup.
But I think you'd probably be proud of me.
There's nothing to be embarrassed or unproud of that you did.
Plus, you know, I mean, I really loved the companionship or whatever it would be called
the camaraderie of the other
breakups, but what I thought was so good about yours
was you did have some spice to it, right?
Like, you were very sweet about it.
You were like, it was like the camaraderie part of it
was what I really like to see.
And I think that that was something
that really spoke volumes about the casting of the show.
You know, like, I've said this a bunch,
but it's like all the women that came on to this show,
I really feel like you guys are probably
going to be like best friends for life.
You know what I mean?
We are.
I think, and Ali Beth is dating Emily's brother.
So I'm like, I have to go to Ali Bet.
Yeah.
Did you guys know that?
No.
Allie Beth.
Well, we were on the farm.
Emily was saying to Ali Beth,
my brother would love you.
And I was like, Emily, what about me?
I saw a picture.
I'm kind of like, Emily, this doesn't work out with Sean.
What about me?
We loved Ali Beth.
Allie Beth.
We were like, this girl is so freaking cute.
Her accent is so cute.
And we were like,
poor thing was so nervous on camera.
She just like could not shake that.
And I was telling Bob,
I was like, there's no way that that nervous girl was the girl who showed up during casting.
Like, she was probably like bubbly and totally fine when she was just like one on one.
One on one, yeah.
He could not get past those cameras, poor thing.
But I'm so happy to hear that she's dating somebody and that is adorable that it's Emily's brother.
I know.
She could be Ms. Rushnell one day.
But I remember, Ali Beth, one of the, my favorite, she's the best.
When we were doing the first round of elimination where he's calling us up, he had said, I'm choosing this girl because she's a light.
And we're all like, oh, I like Beth.
Because we had just met her and she seriously lights up a room.
But she's not like out there, like how she showed up on the show.
Like she is a little bit more reserved.
She'll just come out with these one-liners that'll just kill us.
And she is the sweetest.
I was really sad to see her go home.
Yeah.
We were too.
We thought she was adorable.
Yeah.
What about your connection?
with Emily. What's that been like and where is it today since, you know, filming has ended?
Emily and I are so different in so many ways, but so similar in so many ways. I think that the
entire process through staying on the farm, we kind of had a connection. I don't know if it was because
our age, but we were on the same page with a lot of things. I mean, even clothes and food, I'm like,
just giving me what Emily gets because we did have a connection. And I understood. And when we were final two,
I was like, this makes complete sense because we are so similar.
But like I said, our personalities are really different.
And Emily is reserved, but once she warms up to you, she can have fun.
She's like similar to me.
Yeah.

me. That was your first murder case?
Yes, sir.
Fear to say this was the biggest case of your career?
Yes, sir.
Rape a murder for a child.
She's as bad as it gets.
I would think so.
Evil, wake up.
I'm the one that saw the murder take place by Crevette and DePippo.
Anthony DePippo showed no signs of remorse,
appearing unfazed after being sentenced to the maximum.
I said I'm not guilty. I'll take it to the grave.

Did you think Olivia was going to go further in the process than she did?
A hundred thousand.
I had said in a lot of my interviews, I'm like, if I were Sean, I would, I would just send
everybody home and get Olivia.
Olivia is the best person I've ever met in my entire life.
I talk to her every day.
I think she's texting me right now.
She is, they had a lot in common, but like we said, that didn't really matter.
But she is one of the strongest people I know.
I mean, she has built an entire career for herself.
And I really did feel like she would be such a good addition to Sean's life.
But I mean, at the end of the day, it wasn't what he was looking for.
But like I mentioned, when he sent her home, I was like, shocked.
I'd already packed up my stuff.
Oh, my God.
We were trying to get her on the show.
Weren't we how there?
We tried to Olivia.
Yeah.
She was in Italy and traveling and it didn't end up working out.
But I kind of want to go back to Rihanna for a minute because you said that she was edited
maybe in a less flattering way.
One of the things that she said in her exit interview
was that it was obvious that Sean was looking for a stay-at-home wife.
And I pushed back on that after having met his parents
who are hardworking people.
I thought that they prioritized family,
but I didn't get the sense that Sean was just looking for a stay-at-home wife.
You spent time with him.
You spent time on the farm.
would you say that that's what he was looking for?
I don't think so.
And I don't think he ever mentioned that to any of us.
It wasn't a topic of conversation,
what our career was,
but I think he would have been totally fine
if we worked on the side
or had full-time jobs with kids,
like a lot of our mothers do.
But I think that his main point was med school.
Because med school is going to take up so much of our time.
And he did emphasize to me,
even though he was like, even if we ended up together,
even if we did long distance,
I would want to see you at least
once a month. And I'm not even in med school and that that would be hard for me. So I can't imagine
what that would be like with Rihanna's schedule. Not only med school, but then residency after,
like all of that medicine in general is a very large commitment. It's a commitment. Yeah.
And I just felt like it was unfair what she said in her exit interview that that's what he was
looking for because we never heard that come out of his mouth. So I was just wondering if that
he had said that maybe behind closed doors or you know off camera to you guys and were you surprised
as we were when he said to her that he was sorry if he hurt her and her response was you
couldn't hurt me if you tried no i wasn't that surprised because that night emotions were so high
because everything had happened that day and like i said rana kind of got off on an
it kind of felt unfair like her feelings were hurt at the horse races and so everything was just
building up the restaurant day had happened all of this had happened and i think she was just done
and she was ready to go and i that conversation with riana and shan was kind of confusing to me
because i couldn't tell who was breaking up with who yeah uh we thought that he broke up with her
and she was like uh you can't fire me i quit like it was very exactly it
She was like, I'm here to break up with you.
You don't get to do it first.
And we were like, it's farmer wants a wife, babe.
So sorry about that.
But he calls us.
It was mutual that they had both agreed over time.
They were like, they knew they were not going to end up together.
So they were just like, she's like, I agree.
Yeah.
It's not going to work.
Yeah, she wasn't having it.
She threw some little digs in there.
A little shade.
That wasn't, as we thought, it wasn't super necessary or becoming.
but hey, that is her journey.
I want to know about what life has been like for you since filming rap.
So are you dating?
Like, what's that been like for you?
I am not dating.
I am working.
I work another job with, I'm a vet coordinator for another company,
but I'm still doing wedding.
So I've just been so busy.
And this transition has been a lot of fun.
I mean, watching the show with my family coming out.
It has been like a fevered dream.
But I was ready for it to be over.
And now that it's over,
I almost feel like I can keep going and I'm like, what's next?
Maybe a boyfriend, hopefully.
What are we looking for or what are we hoping finds us?
Somebody kind and funny.
Those are my top two things.
And not younger.
I think those are good and not younger.
Yeah.
Not younger.
They can be like six months younger, but I think, and I'm not saying everyone younger,
I think I just have a bad track record with the two younger people that I've been on dates with.
Yeah, and like you said, you have a lot of confidence and you need somebody that is not intimidated by that, but like also embraces that.
Yes, which that's why, and this whole experience taught me a lot because before I met Sean's family, I had said, oh, I'll tone it down.
And he said, oh, no, you like tone it up.
And I was like, I love that.
I like, he taught me a lot about what I want in future relationships.
So at the end it wasn't all bad.
Yeah.
No, and to be fair, I think most of the journey,
he did come across, like, more mature than a typical 22-year-old.
I would say the moments where we could really tell he was 22 was the flip-flopping,
the lots of kissing, and probably amount of shirtless shots they let producers get of him.
Right?
They encouraged, yeah.
They didn't get those from the other farmers.
You actually said that in your, when you guys,
were kind of breaking up.
You said, I appreciate, yeah.
You were like, well, no, I was saying you actually said that to him when you guys were
kind of in the breakup mode.
I thought you said, you know, you've helped me realize what I want in future relationships.
Oh, yes, yes.
Because that was my biggest takeaways.
I feel like I gained so much through that experience.
Yeah.
No, I love that.
I thought that was great when you said that.
What did you think watching the other farmers journeys back on the show since you
weren't on their farms?
I was wishing, I mean,
I mean, I wish I could be two places at once because Braden's farm looked so much fun.
Those girls looked like so much fun.
Brett's farm was interesting.
I don't know.
I didn't like, I didn't, couldn't like get a ton from.
I was like, what's going on?
I think our farm was so much fun.
Just even where we were, we were in the most beautiful place in the world.
Every day we were just having fun.
You were on the luxury farm for sure.
Brett's was a hunting cabin, you know, out in the middle of nowhere.
For sure.
So, but they did match us perfectly because I, I think I was most compatible with Sean and looking at the other farms.
I'm like, I would hang out with those girls, but nothing crazy.
I didn't feel any, I didn't feel any jealousy that I wasn't on their farms.
Were you surprised, though, by the outcomes on the other farms?
No.
I feel, so we don't know what's going on, like, while we're filming it.
But if you would have asked me, I probably would have said Casey and Brittany being the final two on Brayden's.
farm because they are both very sweet people.
And Braden is such a genuine.
I mean, I've only talked to him a few times, but he's such a genuine guy.
And everyone on, they were all there for the right reason.
So I was really hoping that he would pick someone that he would still be together with,
which he is.
But I think it was great for Brittany too because I mean, now, now she's moved.
She's like started this whole new journey for her.
Yeah, wait.
Tell us as you've talked to Brittany since the breakup because she, it was really rough.
That breakup was a rough one.
Oh, my gosh.
emotional. I haven't
talked to her, but I know
that it wasn't
going into my, the
finale with Sean and I,
I had a feeling. I was being realistic.
I was like, this is a real
possibility, but I know
that I think that Braden's feelings
were with Casey and Britney,
we were so close, the closest out of
all of the other farms. So they
really were just hoping for
the best and she was a little bit blindsided.
But watching it back, it looks like she was
most upset that he said you couldn't live on the farm or something because she was like,
I did say that.
I did say that I could live on the farm or something, you know.
She did.
She did.
Yeah.
She did.
Yeah.
To me, listening to it, I think she sounded frustrated.
Yeah.
Because she wanted when she came back the second time, she said, why not me?
Like she wanted something.
It was almost like when we get dumped.
I don't know if you've ever experienced this, Carson, you don't look like a girl who gets dumped.
But, you know, sometimes.
sometimes you want to be like, is it because I'm too fat?
Is it because like you want like some sort of weird concrete answer?
Like that's going to make it better.
Yeah, like you want closure.
But it doesn't matter because whatever is said is not going to make sense
and it's not going to matter because you're the one who wanted to stay in it
and the other person didn't.
So it's never going to like fully make sense.
So well, I'm glad to hear though that she's doing better.
We talk to Hannah.
She's out there trying to date again.
And when you're ready and you have time,
I'm sure that that will be something
that you open yourself back up to.
Definitely.
We've had so much fun, though,
just watching this season
and watching you and your feisty personality come out.
We've loved it.
Thank you so much for coming on the pod.
It was a really fun watch for us this season.
Yeah, thank you guys for having me.
This is a lot of fun.
Of course.
Thank you, Carson.
Bye, Carson.
Thank you, guys.
Bye.
There was no anything inside those.
