This is an I-Heart podcast.
My boyfriend's professor is way too friendly, and now I'm seriously suspicious.
Wait a minute, Sam.
Maybe her boyfriend's just looking for extra credit.
Well, Dakota, luckily, it's back to school week on the OK Storytime podcast, so we'll find out soon.
This person writes, my boyfriend's been hanging out with his young professor a lot.
He doesn't think it's a problem, but I don't trust her.
Now he's insisting we get to know each other, but I just want her gone.
Now, hold up.
Isn't that against school policy?
That seems inappropriate.
Maybe find out how it ends by listening to the OK Storytime podcast on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
Why are TSA rules so confusing?
You got a hood of you. I'll take it all.
I'm Manny.
I'm Noah.
This is Devin.
And we're best friends and journalists with a new podcast called No Such Thing, where we get to the bottom of questions like that.
Why are you screaming?
I can't expect what to do.
Now, if the rule was the same, go off on me.
I deserve it.
You know, lock him up.
Listen to No Such Thing on the.
iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
No such thing.

And want to hear people with mental illness, psychobabble.
Yes, yes.

I'm Dr. Joy Hardin-Brand-Brandford, host of the Therapy for Black Girls podcast.
I know how overwhelming it can feel if flying makes you anxious.
In session 418 of the Therapy for Black Girls podcast, Dr. Angela Neal-Barnett and I discuss flight anxiety.
What is not normal is to allow it to prevent you from doing the things that you want to do.
the things that she were meant to do.
Listen to therapy for black girls on the IHartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast.
This is the Ben and Ashley I, almost famous podcast with IHartRadio.
It's another episode of the Almost Famous Podcasts.
We're here this week to break down the Golden Bachelor.
Yes, we're one week ahead from going to hometowns.
And yes, again today, we have an amazing grandma coming on to help us break down this episode.
It's been fun. It's been exciting. And Ashley, how are you doing?
I'm good, Ben. You're in Hawaii?
I am in Hawaii. I am in Hawaii right now. We're here for a few more days.
In fact, today, our big adventure is we're going on a all-day boat ride snorkel tour.
And I hope to see a big turtle.
Okay, cool. It's just vacation?
Kind of sort of, yeah.
It, you know, my, you know, about my golf tournament that I talk about now for the next eight weeks of my life in Orlando, Florida.
It's with Hilton.
And so that's a Hilton Grand Vacations tournament champion.
So they asked us to come down to Hilton Grand Vacations in Hawaii to kind of see the property.
And we obviously gladly obliged.
And so the four of us came down to do this.
It worked out perfect.
I couldn't go to Dean's Bachelor Party, Ashley.
And so Dean and Kailen came down because this is like his Bachelor Party.
Point two, except I've been in bed by 9 o'clock every night.
And I've been waking up at 5.30 due to the time change.
So we've just been chilling.
Nice. Very lovely.
Do you see that it's a place that possibly Gary could have his fantasy sweet week?
Is he going to have a fantasy sweet week?
he is going to have a fantasy
sweet is he really though because
hometowns is just
the top three not top four
and then we're going to have it narrowed down
to two ladies and then you think
they're going to have overnights
yeah I have
actually I have some secret
information not a spoiler
not a spoiler
because I do not know how this plays out
but I do know they had fantasy suites
and the reason is is there
might have been
a little birdie that might have asked
if I'd be interested in coming down
not to be a part of fantasy sweet week
but to lead him in that
yeah I didn't know how to say that
I didn't know how to say it's early
to coach him through that week
yeah but even that sounds weird
to
yeah it does
to sit beside him and hold his hand
as he walks through fantasy sweet week
anyways he is going to have
fantasy suites okay but i'm assuming it'll just be with the top two yeah it's with two people
my takeaway from this episode i just like can't believe he picked teresa over ellen
like teresa is too much for me she's just like i know she's being open and really expressing
how into it she is but she's just a little bit desperate to me that's interesting so um as
you think about this, would you have fallen more
on the side of
Kathy than Teresa?
Well, yeah, so I wasn't here when
you recapped last week. Yeah.
And I don't know. Neither of them
I could like take totally seriously
because they're just like kind of hilarious
characters. So
I understand that he
wasn't into Kathy as much as he is
to Teresa, which is why he had to let
her go. But I'm like, I don't
know. Between Ellen
and Teresa, it seems pretty close.
I just, I just would have preferred to hang out with Ellen, I guess.
Well, and I think it's, there's so much to what you're saying that's intriguing to me.
One is that you're invested, like you are invested into each one of these women and you're
invested in the Gary, but like you can pull back each woman's name and their character
and how much that you felt for them or maybe not for them through this season, which again,
to me, is a mark of a really good season of The Bachelor.
like we are watching something that we both enjoy that we're invested into that you're saying i can't
believe he chose so so and so so and so so and so not every season of the bachelor we feel that way
like usually we're kind of maybe not usually there's been seasons where we've been fairly
apathetic to the choices being made and this season i think we're both deeply invested in who he's
choosing and why he's choosing them i also think actually um with what you're saying we're seeing something
interesting where for me he is into a certain type yeah i know all the top three like have
well they're all burnets well but i would say the leslie and teresa's are more similar than the leslie's
and ellens ellen feels like to me uh she's not gonna she's not gonna have a hard time finding love
like she feels like to me somebody who wants to settle down who's going to be an incredible
partner to somebody who wants to be that support system and these other women
I feel the same way about it.
I'm not like,
I don't have any red flags about any of them.
But I do feel like they may be a little more like spontaneous.
Lighthearted.
Yes.
Lighthearted is a good word.
Yeah, for sure.
Well, we got Diana, our grandma of the week in this, in the studio,
the Zoom studio right now.
So we want to bring her in and write into this conversation.
Diana, what is your take on Gary's top three?
Because we have Teresa, Leslie, and Faith.
Now, I think my personal opinion is that Teresa was the teeter-totter and that he's really into faith in Leslie.
What's your take?
Well, my belief, all the women are terrific.
I really like the women.
They're great.
But there's only two.
Truthfully, there's only two.
There's faith.
And, I'm sorry.
Leslie.
Yes.
You know, and it's so true.
They're dark hair.
They're dark hair.
and believe me, I used to be dark hair.
And when you're older, when you're older as an older woman, you know,
being in my 60s, my late 60s, you know, it's hard out there.
So all these women, they're so hungry, and I understand what they need.
And he's hungry too, but there's only two in the running.
The other girls are nice, but it's not happening.
So, Diana, thank you for joining that.
Almost Famous Podcast, by the way. It means so much you came in. Thank you so much for inviting me.
You're going to hang out with us. A little bit about you. How did we find you? How did you get
connected to the Almost Famous Podcast? Okay. Well, Heather, which is, you know, I'm an actress.
I'm an actress. I'm a Jack of All Trades and pretty much a master of none, but I enjoy what I do,
pretty much. So I'm
original soul trained dancer number one
of the 70s, right on magazine.
I have, if you look up my name
Diana Bruner Puscus, it's
I'm a, you know, it's pretty much
I was the original soul trained dancer.
And then from there,
you know, traveling, motling career
in New York, and then moving
back, getting married to a
very distinguished guy
who owned a huge company in
Orange County. And then I
started acting again, you know,
And my old girlfriend, Queen Turner, started from the Ica Tina Turner family.
She started Diva Glamas.
So that ended up, you know, wrong studio, you know, but that's Hollywood.
And it ended up being a year.
And beside that, I have a new movie, which I'm in.
And it's called Redemption and Holiday's Redemption.
And it's with Jermaine Foote and his name is Kiss 13.
It's going to be big.
And he's also doing the Cad Califway movie.
I'm not in that one, but I am going to do a cameo for that one once it gets totally funded.
So, yeah, there's tons of exciting things.
So we don't have a grandma today.
We have a glamour.
Yeah.
A glamour.
That's right.
Well, you're a grandma and a glamour.
Yeah.
Yes, definitely a glamour.
because I have a lot of grandkids and they're my step-grandkids because I, you know,
I was one of these women that had the career first and then didn't have kids, but it's okay.
I have my husband, you know, my ex-husband's kids, so.
Yeah, love is love is love.
Love is love.
So, Diana, right now today we're going to break down this episode leading up into hometowns.
you are watching diana your could have been competition as uh we are uh witnessing and being
able to criticize and celebrate these amazing people who are on the golden bachelor let's kick
it off in the beginning uh diana you know this episode really started out with a i think for me
an intrigue about faith um faith as a human not faith maybe as a subject so faith as a human
I was curious about.
We got to see her kind of skyrocket to the top at the beginning of this season.
She was obviously one that everybody had their eyes on.
There was a target on her back.
And then in my opinion, I want to hear yours and Ashley's,
she took a big back seat for the rest of the season.
She hasn't really had a big role.
And I didn't know where her relationship with Gary existed until this episode.
How do you feel about faith and what do you think about their connection during their date?
Well, the very first date, there was definitely a connection, and he showed that.
But then I just felt the other ladies were very, very aggressive.
They were extremely aggressive.
And, you know, Jewish girls can, you know, my grandmother's Jewish.
So I know Jewish girls can be, when they want something, go, they go after it.
Let me tell you.
So I think she kind of got, she's a little insecure.
She's a little insecure.
And she had to build up that.
Like, I think if she would have been out there a little bit more in his face, he would have probably asked her out a little bit more.
My boyfriend's professor is way too friendly, and now I'm seriously suspicious.
Well, wait a minute, Sam.
Maybe her boyfriend's just looking for extra credit.
Well, Dakota, it's back to school week on the OK Storytime podcast, so we'll find out soon.

He doesn't think it's a problem, but I don't trust her.
Now he's insisting we get to know each other,
but I just want her gone.
Now, hold up.
Isn't that against school policy?
That sounds totally inappropriate.
Well, according to this person,
this is her boyfriend's former professor
and they're the same age.
And it's even more likely that they're cheating.
He insists there's nothing between them.
I mean, do you believe him?
Well, he's certainly trying to get this person to believe him
because he now wants them both to meet.
So, do we find out if this person's boyfriend
really cheated with his professor or not?

The U.S. Open is here. And on my podcast, Good Game with Sarah Spain, I'm breaking down
the players from rising stars to legends chasing history, the predictions, well, we see
a first time winner, and the pressure. Billy Jean King says pressure is a privilege, you know.
Plus, the stories and events off the court and, of course, the honey deuses, the signature cocktail
of the U.S. Open.
The U.S. Open has gotten to be a very fancy, wonderfully experiential sporting events.
I mean, listen, the whole aim is to be accessible and inclusive
for all tennis fans, whether you play tennis or not.
Tennis is full of compelling stories of late.
Have you heard about Icon Venus Williams' recent wildcard bids?
Or the young Canadian, Victoria Mboko, making a name for herself.
How about Naomi Osaka getting back to form?
To hear this and more, listen to Good Game with Sarah Spain,

Imagine that you're on an airplane, and all of a sudden you hear this.
Attention passengers. The pilot is having an emergency, and we need someone, anyone, to land this plane.
Think you could do it? It turns out that nearly 50% of men think that they could land the plane with the help of air traffic control.
And they're saying like, okay, pull this, do this, pull that, turn this.
It's just, I can do it in my eyes closed.
I'm Mani.
I'm Noah.
This is Devin.
And on our new show, No Such Thing,
we get to the bottom of questions like these.
Join us as we talk to the leading expert on overconfidence.
Those who lack expertise lack the expertise they need
to recognize that they lack expertise.
And then, as we try the whole thing out for real.
Wait, what?
Oh, that's the run right.
I'm looking at this thing.
See?

You said something when we started out here.
You said that these girls are hungry, okay?
So you said that these girls are hungry.
I would love for you to explain what you mean by hungry,
and if that is a positive attribute,
or if it's something that may be you're cautious of.
No, being hungry, it's basically when you get older, you become invisible.
You don't, you know, you don't get all the, like, the looks like when you used to be, like,
in your 40s or your 50s, but when you reach that threshold, you know, thank God, you know,
I take care of my skin, so I could be in my 40s, nobody would really know.
But I know, I know.
And it's something inside because you've been around the corner so many times and you just don't get that many dates when you get older.
You really do become invisible.
Sure.
Sure.
So the hungriness is to have.
Well, they feel, you know, they haven't done it for so long.
So it's wonderful to have a man in their presence and they want this.
They really want this.
so they're hungry.
So I believe it's truly positive.
I try to keep my frequency extremely high.
So I try to just, I give all of them love,
but I just feel there's only two in the running.
That's fair.
That's fair.
One of the things that I'm intrigued by,
we really haven't had anybody come and help us break down an episode yet
that has kind of had your perspective.
I feel like you have a perspective on desiring to date.
You had just said,
had most of the people come on and they have said, hey, as you get older, you feel more
invisible. And I think that's a very interesting piece of the Golden Bachelor to me is that
I'm now believing and assuming that a lot of people here have felt invisible and may be
disconnected from what they were used to when it comes to attention and dating. So now that
we're getting down to this, you know, final few women, is it in their minds, do you think it's
an excitement towards what could be in marriage and a partnership with gifts?
Or is it still the excitement of I'm just really happy that I'm still being seen and being like affectionate towards somebody because it's been so long?
No, I really believe these women, they want marriage because marriage after, you know, I got divorced at 51.
So it was very, very hard.
You feel kind of abandoned and, you know, you're so used to your best friend and then he's gone.
So and, you know, older men look at young.
younger women. So, you know, now the, you know, now it's like being alone starting over. So I really believe these women are, they're hungry because they want that companion. They want to be married. They want to be, you know, having dinners with their their grandkids and family is everything. Family. And, you know, I really believe young people have kind of lost that.
because I have so many of my friends that don't have kids.
I went through in vitro, the whole thing.
It wasn't me.
It was him, but, you know, I tried everything.
But it's really, you know, it's beautiful having a family.
So these women, they have families.
So they just want to get whole again.
They want to find their second part, you know, to make them whole.
So, and I really believe that Gary, he's a great guy.
But I believe that he knows what he wants, just like he told the older lady, well, she's not really older than him.
It was Ellen, she's like the same age, yeah.
And he thought that she was not sexually up to par to keep up with him.
Oh, whoa, whoa, whoa, how do you know this? Tell us your insight.
well he had mentioned something like that on the show that or during because it was my sister and I we were sitting in the living room and she was saying to me she says I can't believe that he had thought you know that he doesn't think that she could match his sexual appetite I'll put it that way you're sure you don't think that you're reading into something because I didn't pick up on this really yeah no I thought he
I felt that he probably thought she was too old for him.
You know, the other two girls, they look a lot younger.
They look a lot younger, not putting anything down for her.
She's beautiful.
She's beautiful.
But I kind of felt what he was feeling, you know?
It could be one of those situations, too, that you're able to understand the language they're using amongst each other a ton better than I am.
Just like maybe if you watched the Bachelor right now,
like there's going to be that you maybe don't understand
because it's not in my generation.
It's not your generation.
And so you could be, you know,
seeing things and hearing things
and the perspective that you're watching the show
is different to the perspective.
I'm watching the show and the Ashley's watching the show.
And then somebody in their 20s is watching the show.
And so if he maybe isn't as, let's say,
physically attracted to Ellen,
he is to the other women. I do think we've all now agreed that Gary definitely has a type at this
time in his life. They are brunettes and they are, um, you know, maybe a little spunkier. I would say
like they, they are like a little more like, uh, extravagantly energy, certain, certain kind of
energy. Yeah, like an energy that brings out a child like feeling in him. And one of the reasons I
say that is because his group date, which we need to jump to now, he wants to bring out that
childlike spirit in the environment.
He's ready.
He's having a carnival.
He's having a carnival, Sanamatic appears.
So he desires that childlike energy still at this point in his life.
And that's where I come to you, Diana.
So, you know, we've had some incredible people come on and help us break down episodes.
And each one of them, I think, have had a spirit amongst our conversations where they're saying,
you know age yes is just a number but age also is something that doesn't restrict them from
still wanting to have a great time and have tons of energy and do all they can in the course of
the day until they can't do anything anymore and that's kind of how i feel about my life now so
you know with your friends and your group of people around you do you feel like most of the people
your age at this point still desire that childlike spirit and to still play and to still have
fun because I don't think that has been a common feeling for a lot of generations of the past
where in their 60s and 70s they're still desiring to play right right and plus you know something
society has changed you know I do you know I run on the beach every single day and I do see
older women they're out they're doing the yoga they're trying to help themselves mentally
physically. So it is out there now that women have a lot more energy. For me, I don't like, you know,
I go on a dating site and all these guys, they look so big. Got the beer belly. I'm living in
Florida now. I'm like, oh, my God. And I'm like, I'm a California girl. I'm not used to that,
you know. But yeah, I think today a man wants somebody that is spontaneous. Someone to get in the jacuzzi with
or say, come on, let's zip off to a wonderful island of scandals and have dinner and
candlelight. Yeah, I think all men want that. It's just the women, you know, they get
settled, they get mentally, you know, oh, I'm too old for this. Hey, you got to get out of that,
you know? So this week was the second week in a row that we've seen some jealousy,
totally understandable jealousy. Last week we saw it with Kathy and this week we're seeing it
with Leslie, who's just, you know, she's like, I don't want to hear.
care about your date. I don't need this a rollover. How would you feel if somebody came in from a
date with Gary or whoever your bachelor was and started recapping the date? Well, personally,
I'm just not a tell-all type of girl when it's, you know, it's between me and Gary. And I want to
give those girls something to really think about because I don't want to give them everything
what happened on my date with him so she can actually top it.
or try to do something more, much more exciting, you know.
So, no, I'm not a, you know, tell-all type of girl,
and I believe that they shouldn't be.
They really shouldn't.
They should just zip it, enjoy each other in the house,
talk about their families, but don't get into a competition
because I believe that brings your frequency down
and the ones that have the highest frequency,
they're going to get all the good energy coming to him, you know.
Well, I don't think you're wrong.
And I do think the frequency of the energy around Gary right now has definitely attracted him to a certain group of women that we obviously see make it to the end.
The one that maybe was a little more surprising to me that didn't make it to the end.
I don't know if the chemistry was there.
But somebody that definitely had the energy was Susan.
Yes.
Susan definitely lit up the room.
You could tell that she kind of carried.
the way of connecting the group of people.
She's Italian and she loves to bring people together over food
and over laughter and over a good time.
We saw her on this group date with Gary.
You know, Ellen, though, really kind of steals the show for me.
This group date's beautiful.
They go to Santa Monica Pier.
They have a great time.
Right.
There's a lot of laughter, a lot of fun.
I do think the date accomplished what Gary was hoping for.
But Ellen's feelings for Gary continue to be expressed.
And I do believe her when she looks at him in the eyes and tells him.
Like, I, you know, I'm falling in love with you.
I am in love with you and I see a future with you.
I believe that Gary was infatuated with this last week.
You could start to see this week, obviously, where he starts to pull back.
Right.
Well, don't all men pull back.
Don't all men pull back a little bit when they get a little scared, you know?
Yeah.
So what do you think happened?
I mean, what do you think happened?
From your perspective, for Gary this week, where last week he was saying,
I haven't felt this way or haven't said these words since his late wife.
And now this week, she's saying, I need some validation.
He's saying, I can't give it to you yet.
And I think that obviously pointed to the fact that she wasn't going to be there for hometowns.
What do you think happened?
I just felt that he wasn't into her.
I don't think so.
You know, and just like I really like Sandra, too, you know.
Yeah, I really like Seldr too, but you knew that wasn't going to happen with the two of them.
Yeah, yeah.
So I just felt that he knew exactly the three that he kind of felt the close to.
And I felt probably Teresa wouldn't be in if the girl didn't, the lady didn't go home.
She had an emergency, the pretty blonde action.
Yes.
Because he was, he was torn.
Joan.
Joan, Joan, exactly, Joan.
Yeah, she was really pretty.
Joan would be in the running for sure.
My boyfriend's professor is way too friendly, and now I'm seriously suspicious.

Think you could do it? It turns out that nearly 50% of men think that they could land the
plane with the help of air traffic control. And they're saying like, okay, pull this,
do this, pull that, turn this. It's just, I can do my eyes close.
I'm Manny. I'm Noah.
This is Devin.
And on our new show, No Such Thing, we get to the bottom of questions like these.
Join us as we talk to the leading expert on overconfidence.
Those who lack expertise lack the expertise they need to recognize that they lack expertise.
And then, as we try the whole thing out for real.
Wait, what?
Oh, that's the run right.
I'm looking at this thing.
See?

Okay, so I was a huge moment for me was when Leslie was expressing her insecurities to him,
and then he held her and goes, you're my girl.
And I was like, whoa.
You know, I really believe, you know, men, I think they talk out of the side of their neck sometime and knock their heart.
because I felt that he needed to give her something right there
because he knew the cameras, you know,
were going and everything.
I think he probably misled her.
Okay, so he was being overdramatic in the moment.
I was like, by saying that to her,
she thinks that she's the one as a female interpreting this.
Exactly.
I feel the same.
So, you know, I felt that maybe, you know,
because of, you know, when the cameras are on
and, you know, he's trying to find his mate.
But I think he got a little, you know, confused.
I mean, Ben...
Ahead of himself.
Like, just ahead of himself.
I wouldn't say that, like, he doesn't mean it.
I still think that she's his top two,
but I don't think he's 100% sold that she's the one.
But by saying, you're my girl, it's heavy.
Right.
And he wanted to give her that sigh of relief, pretty much.
Yeah, for sure.
you know i i agree with both of you i do think that there's this element where right now
you know gary's had a lot of fun and it's been a great experience for him and he's he's enjoying it
it's been fairly lighthearted most of the time and we've seen moments of emotion out of him
um i think as any person i think this is man or woman who sits in the place of the lead on
this show i do always find it interesting as we get towards the end um you don't know how to
handle it. There's no preparation for this where you have feelings and you care and you you enjoy
the company. Maybe these are more friends at this point than a romantic partner, but you enjoy
being around them. And you feel this sense of protection. You feel this sense of desire to
help them feel better and good about themselves and good about the experience and honestly
it's fairly good about you as a lead and that they're happy that you were the guy that
right you know was the one and so i think he's saying things at this point because he doesn't see
the repercussions that could exist in two more weeks just to help calm the nerves of the situation
similar to what i would say to a a girlfriend of mine where they maybe they're going through a
hard breakup and i would just say like these things kind of just speaking maybe without knowing
how it's making her feel inside like you know maybe you say this stuff in college college is a great
example where you're you're holding somebody or you're caring for somebody who's just gone
through a breakup and you're saying things like you're so pretty you're so beautiful you are incredible
human it and maybe there yes you're just comforting them and i don't think he realizes what the
comforting may feel like and hear like and sound like to the girls that he's dating i well i you know
i felt that he's going to bring it down a knot you know he could probably make her feel comfortable
and, you know, but he gave her, he could have given her false hope.
But who knows?
We don't know the ending yet, but I can't wait to know.
He wants, you know, the cool part about Gary in this season,
the Golden Bachelor is he's led his heart in the line.
And so, yes, he's going to say things that are maybe a little more dramatic
and a little more emotional, a little more comforting as maybe he should in a moment
because he's just doing his best to be fully out there.
He's not hiding and holding anything back.
And I don't think any of these women have held anything back.
And I think that's why I'm loving watching this show is because it is raw and real and it's going
to be a little messy and there's going to be tears.
But at the end, hopefully he's with somebody and it all works out.
But there is going to be heartbreak.
And there always is.
There always is.
And so these are one of those moments where maybe, yeah, when he said, you're my girl,
maybe she is.
Maybe he ends up with her at the end.
But if he doesn't, I do think maybe that has going to add some pain to her life.
Yes.
Yes.
I truly believe that as well.
But, you know, as women entering into a dating show, someone has to get heard, unfortunately, you know?
Sure.
Sure.
And that leads me into my next question perfectly.
We've never seen this many declarations of love so early on.
And this season is so much faster.
than a typical season.
So these women may be saying,
I'm falling in love with you,
within knowing this man for maybe two weeks.
Do you feel at an more advanced age
that you fall in love quicker?
No.
It's television.
So you have to, you know,
that's why they got on the show
because they have to make a decision.
But some women,
they feel that because they need that need in their life
and they want that husband,
they're just pushing the,
accelerator button, you know? But for me, I couldn't, after two weeks, you don't know who the
representative is. Is it the real Gary? Is it the representative? Even though he seems like such a
great guy and I think he's a hot looking guy, I would definitely date him. I would love to get
dropped up in there and say, oh, we have one more person. I imagine that me in 30 years would
actually take way longer to fall in love. Right, exactly, because we learned by our mistakes.
You know, I mean, I got truly heartbroken when I left California. You know, I was in love with
the guy. He was, you know, longshore man, good looking tall. And sure enough, he was cheating
on me, you know. So it's, you just got to, you know, slow it down, but they don't have much
time. So that's why I think these women, number one, they want, they want a mate. Can you blame them?
They're all beautiful women and they want a mate. And I feel so bad, but I really believe it's between
faith and Leslie, for sure. Well, that's where we're going to start to wrap here. And then you've
been absolutely incredible to come on and break down. Your energy is obviously infectious. You're
smiles, infectious, and you have a great inner confidence. And so with that inner confidence,
I do believe you have opinions. And I would love to hear from you and Ashley kind of how you think
this is going to play out with hometowns. And then who ends up with Gary at the end after hometowns,
maybe just the final two for now, since that is kind of the step ahead. How do you think hometowns
is going to work with Gary meeting the families of these three women who are obviously,
incredible women who he's found a connection with, but now it gets real. Other people get
involved, which always brings a different element to the show. Right. Well, I believe that
Faith, I'll put it this way. Faith, she is, she's deep. She's deep. And I'm sure her family
wants the best for her and they don't want her to be hurt because being hurt it's hard
especially when you get older and you know she comes from a traumatic background now and oh my goodness
she like grew up without parents i know and her sister i think it was her sister yeah we'll see
more from her we'll see more yeah they showed her sister just so connecting with gary so i think
she's going to be the one truthfully i think she's going to be the one my gut as well
says Faith?
Mm-hmm.
And with obviously
Leslie being second
and Teresa's...
Yeah.
Leslie's great.
You know, I like her.
She's great.
But no,
I just feel that
they have a very,
very strong connection.
And I think that's why
he just waited
to have a one-on-one
with her until later
because it was just obvious
right off the bat.
But he did say last night
that like right off the bat,
it was just a really
strong physical connection.
And now he's glad
to confirm that it's both.
Right.
exactly yeah so uh actually what's your what's your opinion towards the end now um who do you think
he ends up with oh i think he's ending it with faith okay i would still say teresa guys my vote is
teresa wait really really think so can you imagine she's a little much every day i know i was
like wait are you sure she's like the most extra human being i've ever met no i haven't met her but
I still love to her all, you know.
It's her personality, but I don't stay it.
You guys might feel this way, but I think Gary is very attracted to the extra.
And I think he's very attracted to the spark that she could bring
and that he sees her bringing to his life.
Because I think he, I think every one of these women have a little bit of Teresa in them,
but Teresa is the one that does it best.
And what I probably said, my vote is still Teresa.
Well, I tell you, she's a go-getter, and she's, she put it out there that she wants him.
So she's putting the energy out there.
So, but I really believe he's either going to be, he's going to end up with either faith or Leslie.
Okay.
Well, those votes are out there.
Your opinion is listeners now or what matters.
So make sure you message us and tell us who you think Gary is going to end up with.
This has been an incredible season so far of the Golden Batch.
one that we had high expectations for,
one that's fulfilling all those expectations.
We have drama. We have the jealousy.
We have the love. We have the connection.
We have the friendship.
Three women were sent home this week.
We have three women left.
It was,
it's getting more emotional,
I would say, as every episode
continues for Gary. We see that in the previews
for the next episode. Make sure you
tune in to the Almost Famous podcast next week
as we break down another episode of the Golden Bachelor.
Happy to be here.

My boyfriend's professor is way too friendly and now I'm seriously suspicious.
Wait a minute, Sam.
Maybe her boyfriend's just looking for extra credit.
Well, Dakota, luckily, it's back to school week on the OK Storytime podcast, so we'll find out soon.
This person writes, my boyfriend's been hanging out with his young professor a lot.
He doesn't think it's a problem, but I don't try.
Now he's insisting we get to know each other, but I just want her gone.
Hold up. Isn't that against school policy? That seems inappropriate.
