Guaranteed Human.
Hey guys, it's us.
The Jonas Brothers. I'm Joe.
I'm Kevin.
And I'm Nick.
And guess what?
We created our own podcast called, Hey Jonas.
We invented a podcast?
Well, we didn't invent it.
We just contributed to it.
We're the first people to do podcasts.
We get to ask other people questions because we're sick and tired of being asked questions.
Well, sick and tired is a strong way to put it.
But, you know, tired and sick.
Tired and sick.
Listen to Hey Jonas on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you.
you get your podcast. Just listen. We don't care where you hear it. Why are we all so obsessed with romance?
On the Radio 831 podcast, join us, Sanjana Basker and Tyler McCall, as we unpack all the

Every family has its secrets.
But what happens when you discover
that your dad has been living a date,
double life.
That is not the look of an innocent man.
Is everyone lying to me about who they are?
I felt such desperation.
I felt it was what I had to do.
Listen to Deep Cover the Family Man on the IHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever
you get your podcasts.
This is the Ben and Ashley I, almost famous podcast with IHeartRadio.
Hey guys.
Welcome back to an almost.
famous headlines episode. It is me and Heather. I know that you guys are like, where is Ashley?
Why are they never together? We kind of addressed it with Ben on his Q&A. We said that he was going to be
filming a TV show very soon. And that's what he's doing, guys. And yeah, and it's like when I was
filming and doing press for Housewives, that's when I'm not here. And it's just sometimes we have to do it.
And thank goodness, we have Heather who is.
Truly, if you listen to Heather's episodes, like, you know she's pop culture expert queen.
So we're grateful to have her here breaking down these headlines with us.
So this week, Charity Lawson, Jojo Fletcher, and Moore, Bachelor stars, stunned at the Miami Swim Week.
And I truly mean stunned.
Like, what?
Jen Tran, she was there.
She was walking the runway for multiple outfits for the Kulani Keeney's show.
She looked amazing.
And then we have Jojo who like had a baby in late December.
And she looked unbelievable at the Cupsie show.
So she has designed Cupsie suits for a couple of years now.
I mean, like it was wild.
Like it was not wild.
Not sponsored, but I have Cupsie bathing suits.
And they're really good.
Yeah.
Like they're really good.
They're really cute.
They're really good.
Um, this, I mean, Zoe Grady from, uh, Brandt season was there.
There was like so many people, um, obviously. And then there was like amazing influencers too
from like different, you know, people like I saw Alex Earl walked, uh, Bethany Frankl walked. Um,
just lots of people, but. Bethany Frankl loves walking. She loves.
Bethany Frankl did the, um, Sports Illustrated show. So did Stasi.
And who else did?
I mean, like, they.
Alex. Alex Earl was in that one too.
Okay.
Bethany just loves to strut a runaway.
It makes me wonder, because we saw you in a bathing suit this season on Housewives and you are looking globby.
Stop.
Stop it right now.
You looked phenomenal.
And it made me wonder if you would walk in swim week if they asked you in the future.
I guess, like, I wish I could be so humble as to say I didn't think.
about this when seeing my companos walk because Kelsey walked in the Cupsie show and like, holy crap.
Like, are you kidding me, Kelsey?
She looked so unbelievable.
Like, she looked like she should be like a victorious, secret model.
And I was like, I mean, I wonder if next year I would be asked just because you see these bravo
liberties there being models.
And I'm like, well, I would certainly have to put a lot more effort.
in because I'm telling you like I haven't worked out consistency since before Dawson.
But a spray tan does you well too.
It can make a difference.
A spray tan can make you feel quite good.
We saw you in a bathing suit more than once this season.
We saw you going down the slip and slide.
We saw you guys like your beach day.
Like you're looking good.
You're looking good and that was almost a year ago.
Like you're too, I would love to see it.
That's all I'll say.
I think my tummy has toned up since then because that was not.
even a year since I had had Hayden.
Crazy.
Yeah.
Crazy.
So, all right.
Everybody looked killer is basically what we wanted to say.
And Miami Swo Meek is really becoming more and more of a thing every single year.
Definitely.
So this is a sad update.
Katie Thurston reveals that her liver isn't okay and she will need another biopsy and a new
cancer update.
So the last big update we got from Katie was that she got the double mastectomy last
month and then she got implants immediately.
And I know that she was happy with that, but since then she's been documenting her recovery
and she revealed that she needs to get more testing down.
Her liver said that her liver isn't okay.
We'll need an MRI and likely another biopsy.
So we know that when she initially was diagnosed with cancer about a little over a year ago,
she did have a spread to her liver,
which is why she's stage four,
but the treatment made it so that it disappeared,
and it was so wonderful.
And now she said she's been,
she stopped treatment recently
because she got to a point where she was like,
she just wanted to kind of take a break.
She said she wanted to take a break
because she was a worry that the treatments were actually
damaging her liver.
And so now she says that she's reached a point
where it seems like maybe
it's something else.
She's like, is it, is the cancer's, is it back?
Is it the Lupron injections?
I don't know what Lupron injections mean.
She goes, but those spikes coincide with my injections.
I'm assuming the spikes are like some sort of like liver flare ups.
Lupron is a synthetic hormone that treats symptoms of prostate cancer, early onset,
puberty, and other hormone related conditions.
Okay.
She basically said that she is going to get another scan and biopsy done.
However, she's going on an Alaskan cruise with her husband soon.
And she wants to wait until after they get back because she says,
scanxiety is something I don't need.
I understand that.
But then, like, do you, but then when you're on the cruise and you're really enjoying it, I don't know.
I mean, listen, she has been through so much.
And I'm sure we only even know a fraction of the stuff.
that she's, you know, willing to share with her audience and publicly.
But girl, you deserve that cruise.
Go on that cruise.
Definitely. I want to enjoy that cruise.
I mean, I'm sure she has to compartmentalize and she's learned how to do that in this last,
you know, year plus of treatment because otherwise you wouldn't be having any fun or looking
forward to anything.
So go do it.
Have a great time.
Enjoy what cruises bring, which is like,
24 hours.
Which is absolute joy.
Yeah.
You would know.
You're a cruiser.
I love it.
When I saw this, as much as I feel like, would I be able to join the cruise?
I also think, oh, you can't, you can't ruin the cruise.
Literally, you love a cruise.
You really do.
All righty.
So in cute news, Joey Grasaday and Kelsey Anderson are celebrating their new proposal.
So it's been more than two.
two years since he proposed to Kelsey during season 28 of The Bachelor.
And as many bachelors or bachelorette winners do, he has now reproposed on a vacation when they were on, and Cabo St. Lucas.
He said on the Instagram, on the Instagram, his Instagram post, she said yes again.
and he said proposing again meant taking something that was already extraordinary
and making it fully our own.
It means the world,
it means the world to be able to reaffirm our promise and to love one another
just for the two of us forever isn't enough with you.
I can't wait to make you my wife.
So freaking cute.
What a beautiful couple.
Also, the ring is stunning and kind of unique with what looks like little emeralds on the side.
I wonder if there's like.
I love emeralds on the side.
I wonder if there's some sort of special meaning to that
because I think that that is a really unique choice.
But it makes me wonder,
what happens to the Neil Lane ring
when you do these kinds of like reproposal?
Like, do you think people keep the Neil Lane ring from the show
or do you think they hawk it to go towards something else?
I mean, we know that they're planning a wedding right now.
I feel like,
Neil Lane curses every time this happens.
He's like, why does everyone take my ring off their finger?
He's like, the couples that break up, the ring leaves.
And then the couples that stay together for a long time, they get replaced.
Okay, so I want to show you the ring that a local jeweler gave me to, this one's to borrow.
Okay.
But if I really wanted it, like he probably would bargain something with me.
and it's a lab grown.
So I would do a lab grown now because I mean just think like, you know,
lab grown is who the hell cares.
I've got a lab grown and it was like it's great like for the price.
This is lab grown and I've gotten so many compliments on it.
Yes, I've seen that.
This is what he let me borrow and they wanted.
There's a point to this story.
Yeah.
Because for my press tour for New York in New York,
before the housewife season started
it was like you should wear this as like
your new engagement ring like this is your
housewife's ring
and I'm like
yeah and then I couldn't do it
because I'm so sentimentally attached to my
Neil Lane ring from Bachelor
I can't I'm never going to be able to get rid of this
like this is forever my ring
so but look at this ring
oh my god
oh my god
I know. It's literally the most like the prettiest string I've probably ever seen in my life.
Put it on. Put it on. Put it on your other hand then. Yeah, I know. That's what I did. That's okay.
I wore it on my other hand. Oh, now I'm seeing it. Maybe I need to start this one. It's so pretty. I know.
Oh my God. Like pull your hand back though. You didn't need to get up that close to me. I can see it from a mile of
way. Neil Lane, I'm keeping my ring on. I love that you're sentimental. I'm so sentimental. I mean,
I have clothes in my closet that I'm like, I can't get rid of that. I wore that dress that day on our
honeymoon. I've been there. I remember, I kept a dress in my past relationship because I was like,
that's the dress I was wearing the day I met you. And I like hung on to it. I hung on to it for a decade.
But that was one of the first things to go.
relationship. I still have them from past situations as well.
Oh.
I know that sounds awful, but it's just memories like that.
That's the thing. I can't keep stuff with memories attached.
If it's gone, it's gone. Even the jewelry. People told me saved the jewelry. I did not.
The jewelry went bye-bye.
I guess, I mean, I understand that. If I had jewelry from another guy, then it would, you're right.
If it's from another person, that's weird to keep.
That's weird, right?
But if you have a dress that, like, reminds you of the day and it was such a great day, I think that's okay.
Yeah.
I guess, like, if I would ask Jared, if he, like, wanted to keep an outfit just, yeah, I guess I wouldn't be okay with that.
That's super funny.
If, like, are you okay with me wearing this shirt because I, like, met my accident?
I would be like, no, that's wacky.
Get rid of it.
Going back to your Neil Lane ring, I've had a lot of friends that took their original
engagement ring as it's been upgraded over the years, took their original one, had it repurposed
into a necklace and then wore their upgraded ring. So I mean, you could always do that with your
Neil Lane. That's true. Turn it into a pendant. Yeah. My mom like kept adding onto her ring.
I think a lot of people do that.
Yeah. And then she just gave up. And then she was like, nah, just
Give me the big old new one.

You think that Jonas brothers are satisfied?
Nope.
It's podcast time.
We get to ask other people questions because we're sick and tired of being asked questions.
Hey Jonas is available now, and their first guest is a big one.
Paul Rudd.
You know, Steve Carell is a great singer.
Can you tell you not to audition at the office or something?
I told him.
Whoa.
We were filming Anchor Man.
Clearly I was the idiot.
Thank God he didn't listen to him, right?

Keith Gianmanca seemed like a mild-mannered suburban dad,
but secretly, he became someone else,
a master of disguise who went on a crime spree.
At the time, did it seem like a crazy idea?
It seemed very crazy, but I felt so desperate that I felt it was the quickest, easiest way out.
Did you allow yourself to think about how it could go wrong and what that might look like?
No.
I didn't want to manifest that.
I was trying to manifest success.
Every family has its secrets.
But what happens when you discover that your dad has been living a double life?
That is not the look of an innocent man.
This is going to change my life and my family dynamic forever
because everything that had existed prior in my reality,
is now untrue.

And I'm just,
can I just gotta say one more time,
Joey,
whatever emerald you put on the side,
I mean,
absolutely love it.
Very cool.
Very cool.
I just feel like we've been talking about
their wedding for forever,
so I can't wait until it happens next year.
Yeah.
I'm just glad it's really going to happen,
you know?
What a wonderful bachelor season
that led to a beautiful relationship.
So next up,
We have Maria Georgis.
Is it gorgeous?
George's.
Another last name that I always had a problem,
George's saying.
And Rachel Cricanel,
they went on vacation last week to the Virgin Islands,
and they were joined by two guys
from Taylor Frankie Paul season of The Bachelorette,
Shane Pardon and Mike Torito.
So the two of them, I mean, Shane was supposedly the runner-up.
and he's cute.
He is cute.
I just think this is so...
Yeah, and he was your fave.
You loved him.
I did.
I did like him.
He was a little bit dickish in the first episode because you guys, we got to see the first
episode.
And then he, he was like a sour patch kid.
He was like sour and then he was sweet.
And you're like, okay, I get it.
There's an appeal there.
Yeah, he definitely has the Riz, as the kids would say.
I just think it's so interesting because he's also, I believe it's not confirmed,
but rumored to be.
on a new Hulu show that's going to be coming out.
That's like Hulu's version of traitors is what they're saying.
Is that how you're pairing them up?
Shane and Rachel and then Maria with this guy, Mike.
I don't know.
I just think it's, I am always so skeptical, right?
It's like, are you hanging out with these people because you like having fun with them
and you're actually friends with them?
Or is this like something bigger and you're looking to like climb up
the ranks kind of a thing.
Like that's always kind of where my mind goes.
Yeah.
Okay, now that I'm looking at Mike, I remember Mike.
Do you think that this is like a double date vacation?
It kind of was giving those vibes in the videos that I saw, the little like clips, but I don't
think anything is confirmed.
But again, I'm just like of this mindset now where people who make content,
sometimes I think it's just not genuine, right?
It's like, I'll shoot with you or I'll do this with you because it looks good and benefits
both of us kind of thing. So I never know if people are like actually flirty and like hitting it off
and having a good time or just like, hey, let's go shoot content. Let's go on a trip together.
It'll be beneficial for all of us. I'm guilty of it in the sense that I think all
the friends kind of used each other like back in that time. But like not using a
gross way. It was more like, hey, I have to do a diff sunglass ad. Can you come and take the picture
with me? Yeah. But it's like there's a genuine friendship there. And then like you go to dinner
afterward and all that. But like, yeah, double the bachelor people in a pick. The double the likes.
I just also think like Rachel Kirkconnell, don't you think like just after all she's been through
that the last thing she's going to do is get involved with somebody from Bachelor Nation?
I just want her to like be with a superstar. Like I just like, I'm like, Rachel, I want. I want
want you to be a top model. I just don't think it's like on her radar or like what her vibe would be.
Like I just don't see Rachel Kirkconnell getting with a Taylor Frankie Paul cast off.
Yeah, I agree. I think this is the extent to which she goes.
Exactly. Like she's flirting. She's having fun. And like I'm sure if her ex still follows her on social media, you know.
I don't know if he does. Well, maybe it got back to him that she was hanging out with a cute guy.
on vacation. Yeah, I just can't believe how gorgeous she is. She is. She's gorgeous. He's gorgeous.
They're all gorgeous, you know? Hot people things. More hot people. Emily Ferguson, she announced
her third pregnancy. And yes, it is a boy that is three boys. She and I went back and forth,
like, lightly on Instagram. She told me about this pregnancy a few weeks ago. I had said something
along the lines of like if you have gender disappointment about having a boy like just know this
and she was like thanks for this reminder because I'm having my third boy I was like goodness gracious
girl I mean I would say yay my own Jonas brothers she says yay my own hockey team yeah the thing is
her kids are younger than mine so she like legit is going to have like three boys all under
four. Like when this kid comes out, like they're all going to be four and under.
And is this the first time, though, that she's pregnant at the same time as her sister?
It might be. Yeah, because they posted that that was like just like they were so in love with
the idea that that was happening. And Haley is pregnant with her second girl. That's literally
crazy to be twins and be pregnant at the same time. That's got to be so like just twins.
doing things together through life,

Next headline, Hannah Brown breaks down fearing, she breaks down fearing that fans may not like her if she shares her actual life.
So this is like, was the saddest thing ever I saw in real time on Instagram story.
She said that she had a meeting with her team, you know, like her management team.
And they were like, we feel like you're not opening up on Instagram, which I know is like the silliest thing that people who aren't influencers would need to hear, whatever here.
But basically they're like, we just feel like, you know, you're not being yourself on there.
And then she came on Instagram and she was like, yeah, like they were right.
I feel like the reason I don't share everything is because I don't fully like myself right now.
And so I think I'm scared that if I show you guys my actual life, you may not like me or I might let you down because I don't.
do feel like a lot of people look up to me and sometimes I'm like, why?
She said, I don't have it all figured out and I'm scared if I did start showing more,
you're going to be like, oh my gosh, is she not okay?
She's not okay.
And maybe I'm not right now.
I have had a lot going on and I want to be a better version of myself.
I really do.
So maybe this breakdown is what I needed.
And it's like really sad.
Hannah is going to be coming to Audrey's in a few weeks.
And I hope she's feeling better by then.
But she has her third book coming out and they're doing this big move.
They're living with her parents right now for maybe even up to nine months when their house is getting reconstructed.
And they've been married for a year.
Almost, I think.
But it sounds like some imposter syndrome, which I'm sure, like being on camera, like just being plucked from obscurity in a lot of
of ways, like, you can probably relate. I'm sure you felt that at times, too. I can't imagine,
like, being thrust into the spotlight and, like, all of a sudden having a huge following and you're
like, wait, I'm just like a normal person. Like, what's happening to my life? It's sometimes
with brand deals. I'm like, no, no, you don't need, why would you want to pay me? Why would, no,
like, you know, or like, I went to the pool at the, it was the four seasons the other day.
And I was like, I don't belong at the, at the four seasons pool. This is way too cool for me.
I'm going to be like a loser and so awkward here.
So it definitely is happening to me a little bit more often too.
And every time I go on Instagram and I like, if I'm talking to it, like a lot of the times I'll post slides with overlay because that's what I feel like I'm a better communicator through writing, which is hilarious that I have a podcast that's lasted, you know, eight, nine years.
But I feel like sometimes when I flip the camera over and I'm just talking, I'm just like, oh, wow, I just don't know how to talk.
So like, I guess I just won't.
or maybe I'm sharing this, but it's really boring and why would I need to put that out there for the world?
Do you ever feel like maybe she's kind of alluding to this too?
But Instagram really a couple of years ago started to become extremely curated and not real whatsoever and unattainable in a lot of ways.
And I think TikTok becoming so prominent has really changed that because TikTok is messy and raw and like who cares about lighting and perfection and all of that.
And so is it maybe a mental shift too to like be open and raw on Instagram where it was like, wait, just a couple of years ago, everybody was like showing off their curated life and that everything was rosy and gorgeous and nobody was crying on Instagram. You know what I mean?
Okay. So yeah, I find that Instagram used to be more curated than it is now. You know what I mean? Yeah. Right. Okay. So that's what the page were on. Yes. And I also feel like they've made the algorithm more and more a game. Yeah. So it's just like in like further.
confusing. But maybe that's what she's struggling with. Oh, yeah. That's what I struggle with on a new.
It's the stupidest thing to, and again, like a person who's on an influencer, but like I think
about the algorithm way too much because you can do stuff that you're proud of or you think is
really funny or relatable. And then you post it and then it doesn't get any hits. And you're just like,
wait, what? Like that, I thought that would have worked. It didn't work. So you kind of like feel like a
failure sometimes, a lot of the times when you post something, you get more picky and then
like, and then you're like, oh, but they tell us that the more you post, the better your algorithm
is doing. So I guess I need to post more, but then I feel stupid. So I totally understand what she's
talking about, if that's what she's, if that's what she's talking about. Yeah. And then when
you're super authentic, then you're also opening yourself up to criticism and negativity. And so you're
like, well, you're criticizing a part of me or you're criticizing my life. So then that can
be like a personal attack. But if you don't open up and you don't open up to your audience,
then you never know how they're going to react to you being vulnerable. So I'm sure it's a
catch 22 in a lot of ways that I will never fully understand because that's not the world that
I'm in. But it sounds like you can relate to what she's going through. Yeah. And also like she had that
moment of cancelization. And this is like five years ago. But I can only imagine that also hinders how
open you are. Yeah. We don't need to get into that moment of hers, but I can only imagine, like, I can, I've said some
dumb things, and it makes you more and more censored. Yeah. She's also married, right? So maybe she's also
being like, if I say things now, it's also a reflection on my husband or something could come for
my husband. You know what I mean? So I'm sure there's a lot of layers to it, but at the end of the day,
I think it's really big of her to open up and share even this,
that she's struggling with it on her social media and like let people in
and see kind of that side of her a little bit.
And, you know, maybe she'll start to open up a little bit more
and whatever feels comfortable for her.
Yeah.
I overanalyze everything that I put out there.
And it's like, you know, it's weird because you're like, oh,
I'm being so myself.
But then at the same time, like, everything's thought through.
even if it seems really organic.
No, I think that that's the case with a lot of people that are in your field of work.
Yeah.
Well, we can ask Hannah a little bit more about this if she's willing to share when she does our podcast in a few weeks.
Until then, and well, actually, we'll see in a few days, I'm sure.
But until a few days, I've been Ashley.
I've been Heather.
