This is an I-Heart podcast.
My boyfriend's professor is way too friendly, and now I'm seriously suspicious.
Wait a minute, Sam.
Maybe her boyfriend's just looking for extra credit.
Well, Dakota, luckily, it's back to school week on the OK Storytime podcast, so we'll find out soon.
This person writes, my boyfriend's been hanging out with his young professor a lot.
He doesn't think it's a problem, but I don't trust her.
Now he's insisting we get to know each other, but I just want her gone.
Hold up. Isn't that against school policy? That seems inappropriate.
Maybe find out how it ends by listening to the OK Storytime podcast and the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
Hi, my name is Enya Umanzor.
And I'm Drew Phillips.
And we run a podcast called Emergency Intercom.
If you're a crime junkie and you love crimes, we're not the podcast for you.
But if you have unmedicated ADHD...
Oh, my God, perfect.
And want to hear people with mental illness, psychobabble.
Yes, yes.
Then Emergency Intercom is the podcast for you.

I was diagnosed with cancer on Friday and cancer free the next Friday.
No chemo, no radiation, none of that.
On a recent episode of Culture Raises Us podcast,
I sat down with Warren Campbell, Grammy-winning producer, pastor, and music executive
to talk about the beats, the business, and the legacy behind some of the biggest names
in gospel, R&B, and hip-hop.
Professionally, I started at Deadwell Records.
From Mary Mary to Jennifer Hudson,
We get into the soul of the music and the purpose that drives it.

The U.S. Open is here, and on my podcast, Good Game with Sarah Spain.
I'm breaking down the players, the predictions, the pressure, and of course, the honey deuses,
the signature cocktail of the U.S. Open.
The U.S. Open has gotten to be a very wonderfully experiential sporting event.
To hear this and more, listen to Good Game with Sarah Spain,
an I-Hart Women's Sports Production
in partnership with Deep Blue Sports and Entertainment
on the IHart Radio app, Apple Podcasts,

This is the Ben and Ashley I,
almost famous podcast with IHartRadio.
Hey, everybody, Ben here.
Now I'm going to start by apologizing.
The teaser that I said during the episode,
yes, it sure was a teaser.
Totally forgot to fill you in
on well what stood out to jessica and i about gary i'm sorry about that i didn't mean to leave
everybody hanging i didn't mean to forget it wasn't my intention but because i did tease it i
want to own up to my mistake and come back on here and explain to you what gave jesska and i the
ick about Gary.
Now, let me start with this.
There's nothing wrong with Gary.
We absolutely love Gary.
We want to see Gary happy. Jessica cries because she just wants Gary to be taken care of.
I want Gary to find love.
I want him to enjoy his experience.
I think he's handsome.
I think he's smooth.
I am, I don't even know if I should be, but I'm shockingly impressed with his kind of
ability to date
at 71 or 72 years old
I've been super impressed with him
he's the best bachelor who ever had
I think he'll go down in history as somebody that we think of
when we think about the bachelor
years from now when the bachelor's still going on
and finding a way to still go on or
maybe it's long gone but I think we'll still remember Gary
I heard
something today
where Gary is getting recognized and everywhere he goes and he's getting stopped and he's getting
the pictures taken of him he's getting loved on and as Ashley mentioned in our episode
people of all ages and are really loving on Gary makes me happy I hope this is not only something
for him that he is celebrating and enjoying in this new season of life but I hope the contestants
are enjoying this as well.
It is a fun experience, if you let it be.
And it can be really fun for most people.
Okay.
Now to the point.
And I want to explain myself.
We all know somebody like this.
You may be like this.
You may have this trait inside of you.
You probably know a family member that does this.
I definitely have a family member that does this.
But what we noticed about Gary that gave us the ick.
And I think the ick is a very strong word for this because, quite frankly, we love watching him.
Is he's a patter.
And do you know what I mean by that?
I'm wondering if you're listening, if you know anybody in your life, that's a patter.
It's kind of like a closed talker.
Remember that episode on Seinfeld?
It's a close talker.
Somebody gets real up in your face and talks.
But a patter is somebody who is always patting the person next to them, be it their back, their leg.
their hand, wherever his hand is on somebody, we notice that he's patting it, just lightly.
Now, he also holds their hands. Yes, we've seen that as well. But as time goes on, he gets back to
the pat. And I don't know if you've ever been around somebody that's patting you, but it feels
weird, especially if you start to notice it. It's what I do to my dog. I kind of just pat him.
It's probably what I do to people. I probably have the same thing as Gary, quite honestly.
But once you see it, you can't not see it. He's a pat.
matter. If this is his worst quality, if this is the one thing that stands out about Gary
to us, then goodness gracious, this dude, he's doing just fine. But I just encourage you as
you watch the next episode, when he is around anybody at any time, he's patting something on
their body. Now, for me, I remember on my season, it was that I licked my lips all the time.
It was kind of my nervous thing. I was licking my lips. Now, others maybe can't make
contact some people are always you know maybe touching their chin there's always something that
stands out when you're on television and well you're on television for weeks at a time there's
always that one thing that stands out it's not crazy but yes pay attention to gary padding it's wild
can't even believe him complaining about it i know it's probably not the best teaser i probably
know this is falling way short of what you thought i was going to come up with but this is all i
that. I'm sorry. Anyways, please continue to tune in to the Almost Famous Podcast. We've mentioned it
before, but we'll mention it again. We have some incredible content coming your way with breakdowns
of Paradise and the Golden Bachelor and headlines. I mean, it is one of the busiest times of the
year for the Almost Famous Podcast, and we're having a blast doing it. We're kind of like revitalized
with excitement as we continue on. So until next time, I've been Ben.
Have a great weekend, everybody.
