Listen to On Purpose with Jay Shetty on the IHart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast. Hi, my name is Enya Yumanzoor. And I'm Drew Phillips. And we run a podcast called Emergency Intercom. If you're a crime junkie,

Starting point is 00:02:49 This is the Ben and Ashley I, almost famous podcast with IHeartRadio. It's time for Bachelor headlines. This is the almost famous podcast. we're here today to tell you everything going on in Bachelor Nation that we know of right now. The first headline is this. The Bachelor's Grant Ellis and Juliana reveal where they hope to tie the knot. So, Ashley, two things with this. One, they're revealing where they want to tie the knot, which means that they're still together,
Starting point is 00:03:16 which means they're still planning a wedding, which means our take that maybe they weren't together must be wrong. Well, I thought when they were together, I just think there's trouble in paradise, but I'm also just being dramatic. yeah so where do they want to tie it not they were on the happy hour podcast with joe and serrina this weekend or this week and they said that they are brainstorming ideas for the big day she really hopes to get married in italy by the water she says that she feels like it's just they just got like kind of like kind of hone in on the real idea but going to Italy is definitely something that
Starting point is 00:03:52 they're going to try to make happen she's got really deep italian roots it's uh You know what? I do think I listened to that episode. There was moments where I don't think we were that far off. I think there is, you know, questions. I don't know if they're struggling or not, but there's questions. I also think moving closer together will probably be helpful. It feels like its distance has, you know, been at play here.
Starting point is 00:04:21 The next headline is this. Kelsey Anderson talks wedding planning with Joey. We got a lot of wedding planning. going, maybe I'll ask him this weekend about where he's getting married when he's getting married. Yeah. Get a headline for us, Ben. So she said that they're getting the process started. So Kelsey said that they're really going to try to dig in after the birthday. And after that, wedding planning is the next on the list. It's a whole new list of things that they're going to have to come up with. Date, location. Those are their priorities, of course. now I have been around the two of them and I will be around the two of them one or at least Joey the next two months we have things planned together all golf related obviously you don't want to compare that doesn't sound healthy I will say this the two of them are as strong as any couple I've ever seen coming out of the franchise I mean I think I've always used to
Starting point is 00:05:18 say Jojo and Jordan seemed like they were just like rock steady right but I'd also say that Zach and Katie are up there. But I, Joey and Kelsey, they just get each other. You can see the love, the support, the care. I have zero doubt that they're making big plans for their futures. Oh, that's great. That's great. It seems like that from afar, but I, I've only met him once and then I haven't met her yet, but I love hearing that because they're one of my favorites as a fan girl. Yeah, as a fan girl. Michelle Young celebrates Bachelorette party, an era Arizona. Goodness, I remember during the Golden Wedding when we met her, I think it was just then boyfriend, love the guy. Nice guy. So handsome. I remember just being like overwhelmed with his beauty. So it's cool to see, you know, this come to this point where they're now planning, you know, next steps. Yes. So her maid of honor is Ryan Clayter. So Ryan arrived in. week three of Matt James' season and was eliminated week five.
Starting point is 00:06:31 She was one of the girls that went in with Michelle late. Ah, interesting. Yeah. Yeah. It's okay. You guys, you can't remember everything. But the Bachelorette party was in Scottsdale. I like a Scottsdale bachelor's party.
Starting point is 00:06:48 And I remember when Michelle was last on the podcast, I want to say about two months ago. she said that the wedding was very soon coming up. So I think that it'll be within the next month or so. And they said that over the weekend, the ladies enjoyed lounging by the pool, riding ATVs going out to a club and sipping delicious drinks by the pool. We got to celebrate Michelle.
Starting point is 00:07:15 You know what? It's incredibly awesome to see Bachelor's favorites, you know, finding love now we have a little audio clip here um i think it's relatable actually in a lot of ways but it's from molly meznik the headlines is this molly meznik forgets she was ever on the bachelor let's listen in i don't even remember being on the bachelor like it feels like ages ago since we did that like it feels like a lifetime ago we're so far removed from that world like jason and i live a really normal life we work normal jobs like doing something like this is like way out of my comfort zone i'm just so far removed from the bachelor world but it's fun being able to come and do stuff like this
Starting point is 00:07:59 for clarification sake mollie during this interview is at the premiere of a movie it's like a lifetime movie or something and she says that that is something that she's just so unfamiliar with doing these days no i cannot relate i remember being on the bachelor quite well wonderful life-changing experience as it was for Molly, it was a few years further back for her. Yeah. I don't know. I just, yes, I remember a lot. My boyfriend's professor is way too friendly, and now I'm seriously suspicious.
Starting point is 00:08:36 Wait a minute, Sam. Maybe her boyfriend's just looking for extra credit. Well, Dakota, it's back to school week on the OK Storytime podcast. So we'll find out soon. This person writes, my boyfriend has been hanging out with his young professor a lot. He doesn't think it's a problem, but I don't trust her. Now, he's insisting we get to know each other, but I just want her gone. Now, hold up.
Starting point is 00:08:54 Isn't that against school policy? That sounds totally inappropriate. Well, according to this person, this is her boyfriend's former professor, and they're the same age. And it's even more likely that they're cheating. He insists there's nothing between them. I mean, do you believe him? Well, he's certainly trying to get this person to believe him because he now wants them both to meet. So, do we find out if this person's boyfriend really cheated with his professor or not?
Starting point is 00:09:16 To hear the explosive finale, listen to the OK. Storytime Podcast on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast. Hello, it's Danielle Fischel. Rider Strong. And Will Ferdell from PodMeets World. And we're bringing you Viva Las Content. That's right. We are back in Las Vegas, the city of sin, and giving the people what they want.
Starting point is 00:09:37 A full week of Y2K content. Wait, we're back in Vegas? Tell me why. Well, for the Backstreet Boys residency at Sphere, of course. We sat down with Kevin Richardson and A.J. McLean just minutes before they took the stage, and our very own Wilfredel basically became the newest member of the band. Boy band, please. Plus, the man who has the longest running comedy show on the strip joins us and gets his props.
Starting point is 00:10:02 It's carrot top, baby. And finally, we all L-O-V-E-Hur, Ashley Simpson-Ross, joins us to talk about her upcoming sold-out Vegas residency. It's a full week of nostalgic interviews you don't want to miss. Listen to PodMeets World on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. December 29th, 1975, LaGuardia Airport. The holiday rush, parents hauling luggage, kids gripping their new Christmas toys. Then, at 6.33 p.m., everything changed. There's been a bombing at the TWA terminal.
Starting point is 00:10:44 Apparently, the explosion actually impelled metal glass. The injured were being loaded into ambulances, just a chaotic, chaotic scene. In its wake, a new kind of enemy emerged, and it was here to stay. Terrorism. Law and order, criminal justice system is back. In season two, we're turning our focus to a threat that hides in plain sight. That's harder to predict and even harder to stop. Listen to the new season of Law and Order Criminal Justice System on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
Starting point is 00:11:27 Hey, I'm Jay Shetty, and I'm the host of the on-purpose podcast, and today I'm joined by one of the greatest athletes of all time, Novak Djokovic. The world's number one male tennis player. He's won 14 grand slams in a glittering career. Novak Djokovic. You've been through so many injuries, losses. I've always heard himself. What has Novak Djokovic done? What goes through your mind when you lose? I just want to be left alone.
Starting point is 00:11:55 What has it taken to become Novak Djokovic? It's a consistent practice. It's prayer work, mindfulness, meditation, conscious breathing. It requires more responsibility from you on a daily basis to prepare yourself for the biggest battle. When you reach your 30, you start counting your days to your research. retirement. I'm 38 this year. How far can I go? How long can I push my own limits? Listen to On Purpose with Jay Shetty on the IHart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your

Listen to these women and more on She Pivots, now on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Sam Jeffries discusses Breast Implant Removal Surgery in an emotional post. Sam Jeffries might not be a name that you remember,
Starting point is 00:13:28 but she was on season 26 of The Bachelor and she was on the last season of Bachelor in Paradise. She was constipated. Yeah, okay. If you saw a picture, you would remember. And now that Ben said the constipated thing, She had to leave Paradise early because she hadn't pooped in at least nine days.
Starting point is 00:13:47 That's probably how you remember her. She got them removed and she said that she already felt lighter immediately after surgery, physically, emotionally, spiritually. She said that back in 2017 she found a lump that had to be removed and then another one showed up on a mammogram. Both were taken out. And after the second surgery, she got implants because she had lost so much tissue during the surgeries that she didn't even recognize her body anymore.
Starting point is 00:14:15 But she said that she was told that one implant was placed and the other one, it was like that the other side had one temporary, it was like a temporary implant. It had to be removed because it was too big. So I guess one side was good and the other side was too big. And then she found out there was still a small implant in there after the temporary we had been taken out. It was a lot to process, she said, but she just feels really good about the decision to completely remove them. Good for her.
Starting point is 00:14:50 Just an other example of girls in Bachelor Nation getting rid of their breast implants, Claire and Amanda have both gotten rid of them recently and feel much better without them. So thank you, girls, for giving me confidence and not getting them for my small postpartum boobies. Speaking of Claire, Claire Crawley opens up about struggling with. medical condition. Now, we did talk about Claire getting her breast implants removed just a few years ago. And she's back on Instagram speaking about this medical condition. Ashley, tell us everything. Yeah, she has topical steroid withdrawal. She says that she's finally sharing something that she's kept hidden for quite some time. For those who missed it, she said, she's even though she has taught she's you know she's mentioned not feeling confident when the way
Starting point is 00:15:42 that she's looked lately she said that she had something it was almost a year ago i remember her saying i have filters on on instagram a lot because i'm just going through something that i don't feel super confident about my appearance right now she did at some point mention that it had to do with a steroid and how it was like kind of by making her puffy which steroids often do and now she's said she's still suffering with it. She doesn't have answers. I'm not on the other side with a shiny bow tied around it, she said, but I couldn't keep quiet about it anymore. I'm walking through this moment, my moment, but sharing it is part of my healing now and I'm in the middle of something very hard. And I hope this reminds you, if you are too, that you're not alone. That is awful.
Starting point is 00:16:31 It sucks to not feel like you look good, you know? Obviously, You want to feel good physically, number one, and be healthy internally. But being able to, like, not go out and show your face confidently sucks. Well, and I also just know, I mean, I've, this, the topical steroid, like, process when your body has this kind of reaction, it's very serious and it's very scary. And it can cause really detrimental damage. And so we'll be falling along with this because, you know, I think when we read it, maybe the reaction is like, oh, you know, her body will adjust. And it's a big deal. So we're thinking about you, Claire.
Starting point is 00:17:18 It is brutal not only not feel your best, but also to have such a serious issue happening that there's very little control over. I need to say this, if you're wondering what this is, she had obviously had to use a, topical steroid for something and then with what she has right now could last up to a couple months to many years oh it's a big deal um it's a really big deal all right final headline is this on a little lighter note but we are thinking about you clear
Starting point is 00:17:53 is tasha adams recently performed with Shakira that feels like a big deal for the non-fan girl, Ben, he thinks this is a big deal. So, yeah, Taysh, oh, you remember Shakira because, like, you probably remember the, the video that came out when we were in, like, eighth or ninth grade, whenever, wherever we then, that, that made me want to be her and made you and Jared want to be with her. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:18:27 So she was able to go on stage with Shakira at MetLife Stadium. Like, this is not even just a theater or even an arena, a stadium. She went out with a whole bunch of people. Tasia jokes like, so am I on tour now? And then she took a picture with her backstage. Very cool. Very cool. Good for Tasia.
Starting point is 00:18:54 Goodness, you know what? I think we just announced the breakup or that they separated her and her boyfriend. Now she's performed on stage with Shakira. It always feels like when you feel like you're at Rockbe, bottom. Something always brings you out of it to the top. Ashley, that's all the headlines we have today. That's what's happening in Bachelor Nation. Until next time, I've been Ben. I've been Ashley. See you guys. Thank you. Follow the Ben and Ashley I, almost famous podcast on IHeartRadio or subscribe wherever you listen to podcasts. My boyfriend's professor is way too friendly and now I'm seriously
Starting point is 00:19:27 suspicious. Wait a minute, Sam. Maybe her boyfriend's just looking for extra credit. Well, Dakota, But luckily, it's back to school week on the OK Storytime podcast, so we'll find out soon. This person writes, my boyfriend's been hanging out with his young professor a lot.
